The care and attention to detail throughout the planning process was wonderful. The team on the night were incredible. Holly was our venue manager and she was everything you could want: fun and warm, calming and organised, patient and thoughtful. We planned our wedding from Canberra and the team were so patient doing all our meetings online and over email. We had our dinner on the terrace and the view was absolutely stunning. It is also the perfect wedding venue because you can take all your photos in the bush and on the cliffs around the venue, and minimise the travel and stress on the day (our photographer kept gushing about the setting). But I think the best part was probably the food. Absolutely incredible and extremely generous portion sizes - do yourself a favour and get the zucchini flowers as an entree. She went above and beyond to make our photo sessions around the Zoo memorable, especially the enchanting shots by the Giraffe enclosure — truly a highlight for us. Rimsha (Bartender) — Friendly, welcoming, and attentive, keeping the drinks flowing and spirits high all evening. A very kind word of note to Taronga Docs team - There are a few things that could have been improved - two things especially that come to my mind - make the booking process and selecting the F&B easy. No one can read all that stuff especially when they run into a few pages. When I have a "Big Day" planned - there are a 100 moving things to take care from this side of the fence btw. I took my chances not reading all the print to the nth degree and sort of regretted it on my special day. "Johnny Walker Red label" Whisky was on the Shelf. Whisky and Spirits need to be Quality. RED LABEL should be DEFINITELY off your Menu (it slipped into mine). That is not for a venue like yours. It's the Cheapest Whisky. Atleast it should be Gold Label as a minimum for your Venue class. I would have been ridiculed for this "Johnny Walker Red Label" inclusion as the ONLY Whisky, by my friends for a Lifetime :) thankfully I asked Aswini to take it off and she did it! Thankfully. Jack Daniels (JD) was a better, respectable option. Again kudos to your F&B staff who managed to get some alternate stuff out there quickly. We stayed the night at Taronga retreat, which I would also highly recommend, especially after an exhausting, fun-filled evening! For many of our guests, this was their first time at Zest and they continuously commented that the venue felt very charming and wonderfully 'different' from the usual wedding formats. The extended canapés option was a massive hit! It was a brilliant suggestion, allowing our guests more time to mingle freely before the seated portion of the evening. As the couple, it felt so relaxed greeting our guests at each table when everyone was already standing, mingling and moving around freely rather than a formal seated approach. We felt very well looked after and the level of service we received at Zest notably exceeds the level of service you would expect from nice places! 제가 이해한 게 맞다면 밖에 앉을려면 메인 메뉴 시켜야된대서 뇨끼 주문했어요. 뷰가 넘 좋아요. 다만 예약없이 가서 뷰 바로 앞에 앉진 못했어요. 먹어 본 뇨끼 중 최고로 맛있네요,, 입에서 사르르 녹아여. 와 진짜 뭐 이런 맛이 다 있나 싶어요;; 생각 이상으로 비싼 레스토랑이라 그냥 안 들어갈까 고민했는데 뷰 이런 걸 떠나서 맛만으로도 충분히 값어치해여. 참고로 옷은 캐주얼하게 입고 갔어요. 정해진 드레스 코드는 딱히 없는 듯 해요.

일요일 점심은 코스요리만 가능합니다. 맛은 괜찮으나 가격대비 가성비가 좋지는 않습니다. 실내에 앉으면 하버브리지가 잘려보이기 때문에 무조건 창가쪽 예약하고 가야 메리트가 있습니다. 음식 나오고 걸제 하는 데에 시간이 너무너무너무 오래 걸리기 때문에 성격 급하신 분들은 안 가시는게 나을 것 같습니다. (대화없이 혼자 먹는 데에 2시간 반 걸렸습니다.)
