Beautiful place to visit. The grounds are just gorgeous. I enjoyed the museum portion the most. There were old cars, lots of history information, inventions, so much to see and read about! I love seeing the miniature of the laboratory and then the laboratory itself. I wish we were able to actually walk through the homes as you could only look through the doorways/windows, but it was still very neat to see the history there.

This is a great place to visit and educate you about some history. The place is well kept and clean. Not so crowded so you can walk easily around the premises. There's clean bathrooms and a souvenir shop with cute items to purchase. The young woman at the ticket information was extremely helpful, she was so charming and courteous and professional. She answered our questions with a smile, when we return again to purchase tickets I will update her name. We were just visiting at this time, so you can freely walk around the buildings and shop if you like.

This place is really nice. It has a museum and also the grounds are across the street. It is like stepping back in time to the place where these two high IQ inventors lived while vacationing in FL. Set aside 2-3 hrs to view this place although you can spend more time if you stop and read every single display.

We had a great time at the Edison & Ford Winter Estates! It was just me and my fiancée on the guided tour — we were the only two people there, which made it feel really personal. The guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, even though it was funny that she still used a megaphone for just the two of us! Overall, it was a great experience — beautiful property, rich history, and definitely worth visiting.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Edison & Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers is an absolute gem! Wandering through the beautifully preserved winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, amid lush botanical gardens and manicured grounds, was both inspiring and peaceful. The gardens are stunning, the history is rich and well-communicated, and the museum adds depth and context. Truly a must-visit if you love history, innovation or simply a gorgeous place to explore.

This was our third visit to Edison & Ford Estates, and it never disappoints. I would suggest visiting the museum first to get more of the background story before walking the grounds. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. They are so well-kept. My favorite thing about the grounds is that so many trees and plants are labeled with their names and information. That alone is worth the visit if you are interested in that type of thing.

The history behind these two individuals is amazing. I visited here with my mom about 35 years ago, when I was just a kid and from what I remember then it was still really amazing. This time around, as an adult, it was a totally different experience as I was able to really comprehend just what these individuals were able to create and the bi d that they had between them. Its mind blowing to see just what Edison had his hands in and where alot of what we know today got its start. It was unfortunate that they were doing massive renovations when we came through this time, as there were some areas my wife and I didn't get to see, but that is more than understandable and it is amazing to know that renovations are being carried out at such an amazing part of American history. My wife loved it and it was awesome being back for the history and fir the nostalgia. I would definitely recommend anyone that is visiting the area to go spend some time here.

First time here. Attended candle light string quartet performance of Cold Play music. Relatively small auditorium but seats were comfortable. Lobby was almost too small for the line waiting to buy wine or snacks. Too far for me to attend frequently but they have a nice lineup of Broadway shows.

This was an awesome performance at an incredible Theater! The musicians were top notch! The musicians clearly loved performing, and their passion was matched by our appreciation for their music. We would definitely go back to the Theater which had had great acoustics ! We would without a doubt go and see the String Quartet again! Great musicians ! Thank-you to everyone involved in putting on this performance tonight!

Awesome little inter-city theater with very creative artists on stage. You can purchase your favorite libation on site. And the ushers (The Darlings) are personable volunteers treating you like a neighbor and friend as they show you to your seats. There is also small business shopping and eateries near by. Worth every penny for a wonderful night out.

I have been a patron of the Rep for several years buying season tickets. Some of the shows were very good some alright, but I always went because I liked the venue and wanted support them. I never complained until now, and it’s about the staff because of how my situation was handled. I had tickets to what I thought was their post-season production of Midnight Catechism. I had seen the show last year, really liked it and was looking forward to seeing the new one this year. I bought my tickets as soon as they were available thinking that it was Rep production. Unfortunately I became extremely ill before we were to go. When I realized that I just was too ill to sit through the performance I called to exchange the tickets, I was told that I needed to give them 72 hrs. notice, and even if I had given them 72 hrs, I might not have been able to do the exchange because it was not a Rep production. FRT advertised it when we at the theatre & through email. They sold the tickets, took the payment, and gave us the requested seats. However, I was told by the head of the ticket department that they had no control over the tickets. The day before when I finally got to speak to a person in the box office, I was told that I had 3 choices, gift the tickets, go to the show or. he left that up to my imagination which was lose the $80.00. The head of the ticket office also told me that on my email receipt, it stated that this was not a FRT production. When I got a receipt, I didn't think I should have had to read the fine print; at no time was it ever indicated hat this was not their production.Most people check date, cost and seats, and I’m one of them. I am extremely disgusted not just at the disappointment of not seeing the show, but the indifference of the staff that made no attempt to try and resolve the issue.

We had a great time. Special night for the wife’s birthday.

Into the Breeches was excellent. The way the characters developed was amazing. The actors were superb. Plus it was good to be there for our first live play for several years. FL Rep plays never disappoint.

Was able to walk through galleries after hours on the way up to the roof. Beautiful building, ornate entry hall ceiling, interesting installations and great roof top view. Excellent bar service!

I've always liked this place and the events that go on here our definitely worth the visit.

We rented the arts center for our November 2022 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! From the initial tour with Stasi to the planning and night of with Rebekka, everything turned out so beautifully. This venue has EVERYTHING! we had the reception on the front steps, cocktail hour on the rooftop and reception in the gallery. The rental even included shutting down the street! We are so thankful to the entire team as Hurricane Ian impacted so many venues in the area, we were still able to have our big day just a month after the storm. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Went to the River District Music festival with the family. It was well a well organized and fun time! Tons of parking within walking distance and plant of crosswalks make for a safe experience. Can’t wait to come to more events

Beautiful shopping area, dining and view!

Friday night (8/18/23) was fabulous. All the different restaurants to choose from. Streets were closed for entertainment. Love school of rock those kids were phenomenal. The Elvis, jazz player, 80 music & so much more were also entertaining. Was great walking around & exploring.

Definitely a great area to explore! Great for shopping and discovering very cool boutiques, activities (calusa planetarium, butterfly estates, coastal Dayz & millenial microbreweries...) lots of delicious restaurants to eat out at like Capone's or Ford Garage, also great for having some drinks as there are bars everywhere, the social house called Soho by the locals is very popular, great place! It's also great for partying in the evening, lots of bars and clubs, and if you simply want a cocktail with a great view of the Caloosahatchee river at sunset there are plenty of places such as the firestone skybar & the luminary hotel bar. There is Art night every first Friday of every month and also music night(live music) every third friday of every month, and it's all on first street and around it! Have fun!

I was actually pretty disappointed in this nature center. I don’t know what I was expecting, but it definitely needs help. I understand that they are still being repaired after the hurricane. There were unused exhibit spaces, and things on display without any information. The Calusa section on the indigenous folks of the area seemed really slapped together. I loved seeing the birds of prey, but really wished they had more information on them. Like their story? Why are they there? The butterfly exhibit was sad. There were like 5 butterflies. And surprised they didn’t have double doors to help reduce escapees. Information was quite scarce everywhere, tbh. It was unfortunate that I was there during a yearly maintenance time when the big trail loop was closed for fire suppression practices. I went late morning on a Friday and just got there in time for a school field trip to be leaving.

This gem of natural science and planetarium is a great visit for kids and adults. Inside tha main building, one finds several live and stuffed animals with live turtles, baby owls, Baby alligators and several stuffed deer, and others. We enjoyed seeing live snakes. The outdoor butterfly garden offered several butterflies and native plants. The center offers 2 trails, one of 0.3 miles and another over a mile. We didn't see the one big outdoor alligator today The planetarium offers 2 shows daily and 3 on Sunday. The enthusiast young man in the planetarium offered a tour of all the exhibits. The outdoor trail is a nice walk except on hot summer days. Accessible restrooms in main building and planetarium. Accessible van parking in free parking lot with shells on ground and ramps to enter

If you have a rainy weekend and are looking for something to do, the Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium is an inexpensive and enjoyable visit where the kids might even learn a little something. The newly renovated Planetarium has super comfortable seating and the new projection system is truly remarkable. In between Planetarium shows they offer animal experience shows where the kids can get up close and personal with anything from a turtle, snake, or even a baby gator. The rustic trails are short but can provide some quiet time in between programs. Pretty easy to spend the day.. they don't offer any food, but there is a large covered area with plenty of tables for sack lunches or snack time. Always enjoyable.

Visited on a Saturday. The parking lot was full, but once inside it didn’t feel crowded. Everyone was spread out on the premises which made it really comfortable to navigate the grounds. The staff was friendly and informative. Admission was $13 for adults and $7 for kids. The nature center had a nice variety of animals. The scheduled events added to the experience. We caught a talk on snakes and alligators and also saw a show in the Planetarium. There are several trails to walk, a butterfly garden and plenty of outdoor rest areas with benches and tables. Overall, a nice experience.

Everyone was friendly and helpful answering any questions. They were doing a class on animals such as Alligators, etc.. They also had a Planetarium show, but we were leaving before it started.

The Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium (HOLIDAY LIGHTS) was truly a Delightful Festive Christmas Experience! At $10 adults & $5 for children this Admission was well worth it!! The price includes: A Beautiful Christmas Lighted display throughout a nature trail, a visit with Santa, a Bonfire where you could roast Marshmallows, a musical dance stage for children, lots of crafts and games, and so much more. The Staff made it a Special magical Holiday experience. We spent two hours there with our granddaughter having a great time.

We used to love to the downtown area, have been coming for over 40 years, but now recently, that has changed. There is a new addition of people standing on street corners, on loud speakers preaching to anyone that will listen. They are so loud, you can no longer talk to friends, enjoy a somewhat peaceful dinner, or in general, enjoy yourself. They have destroyed all that. Please, Downtown River District, get rid of theses snake oil salesmen (on loud speakers) that are ruining the enjoyment of downtown. They will eventually discourage people from coming. Please don’t let that happen.

Went down for the music walk. Lots of people and a fair amount of musicians some very good. Was totally turned off by the religious opportunists. I fully recognize their first amendment rights but does that extend to the use of megaphones so that it disrupts everyone else's good time. Total turnoff

This district has been hurt badly by the pandemic. Only a couple of art galleries are open and a few women's boutiques. There are several interesting bars and restaurants hanging on.

Always something going on. Clean.... friendly people and staff.

My niece and I visited on a Monday around noon and found the experience to be quite enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, and the lack of crowds allowed for ease of movement. Overall, the visit was positive and entertaining, and we anticipate returning frequently.

This place is really great. The exhibits are very engaging and often interactive and the rhe staff are great. There's lots to explore and it would be easy to spend a half day at this place. We loved the 3D movie about blue whales in particular.

The IMAG Center in Fort Myers is a great spot for kids to learn about science and animals in a fun, hands-on way. While there aren’t a ton of activities, I highly recommend following the scheduled tours listed in the pamphlet they really enhance the experience. Great educational outing!

We’ve visited several times and always enjoyed the variety of indoor and outdoor activities. On our most recent visit, though, several attractions were closed or out of order, with no signs posted and no discount offered for the inconvenience. Some areas are also showing wear, like the foam blocks and faded water boats, which could use updating. Still a fun place overall, but we’ll likely wait to return until more of the attractions are updated, repaired or replaced.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the IMAG History & Science Museum, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the diverse and interactive exhibits. It's truly a place where history and science come alive for all ages. ​The museum strikes a perfect balance between educational content and hands-on fun. We particularly loved the marine touch tank, where you can get up close with local sea life. The animal area was also a highlight, getting to be upclosewith so many amazing, and many adorable creatures was our favoritepart! Plus we got to play with a few of the snakes and even held the bearded dragon😍. My kids were completely enthralled, and honestly, so was I! ​What truly makes IMAG stand out is the passion of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to share their love of the museum's subjects. Their enthusiasm made our visit even more special and personal. ​Whether you're a family looking for a fun and educational outing, a couple on a date, or just someone curious about the world around you, IMAG is a must-visit. It's a hidden gem that offers a fantastic experience for everyone. We can't wait to go back and explore more!

Lots of hands-on exhibits for the kids and adults to learn. Live rays, turtles, tortoise and other exotic creatures. A live science experiments with hot and cold things was fun for all. We visited on a half price community day so it was worth it.

Very soothing place to be in the moment. The staff was very knowledgeable and passionate. Loved all the butterflies among the lush gardens! Nice small waterfall with koi fish in pond. Relaxing time sitting on bench with butterflies all around even landing on me. Music was stress relieving. Will go back!

Such a cute place to visit. Requires a small entrance fee. Very calm ambiance walking around with gentle music playing and sounds of water running (can't really hear cars on nearby roads). If come in early spring can see some caterpillars and some chrysalis by the entrance. There are a variety of butterflies and plants plus some fish in the pond. Also you can sit in little corners of the enclosed space.

We went to the butterfly estates about a week ago and had a decent experience. It’s very small but was a nice place to enjoy the butterflies. We looked at the shop which was nice and we also went into the cafe. We made our rounds through the art gallery as well. I really like the fact that it’s all local artist and the money goes back to them. Would recommend anyone to visit.

Lovely experience while visiting fort myers. You get to see the whole butterfly lifecycle and walk around the beautiful greenhouse. The staff are so friendly and informative. They can teach you how to plant your own butterfly garden and how to help wild butterflies.

A nice quick stroll though a butterfly house. The guide was informative and gave a lot of details. The trip will be short 30 or so minutes. The house is steamy as the butterflies like it around 86 degrees. They have a quick gift shop to look through as well.

Couldn't recommend this place enough, it's so beautiful, peaceful, and informative. I learned more about butterflies and their struggle existing on our planet here more than I have anywhere else. I came here on my birthday with my mom and it really was a truly precious memory. The garden is so serene, it's the best place to come to when you just want to relax for a while and unwind.

Absolutely beautiful butterfly garden. It’s not a massive space but a place to relax and enjoy the multiple varieties of butterflies flying all around you. They also show some of the hatchery and you can see the full butterfly lifecycle from egg to caterpillar to chrysalis to adult. Admission goes to a great cause to support the nonprofit.

This place it's amazing. But what I have love the most it's Fnders Keepers. Oh good Lord Deena Caruso has that touch that meltsy heart 💖❤️💖. Vintage, I breath Vintage!! I am sure Deena spends life to bring life to this beautiful shop!! I can only say, sooooo beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍. Please manager or owner let her know I love her shop. I do not know if she's the only one in this Flea market but I only got to see her shop. Very clean and well organized. Unique items. Some of them never seeing before!!

Best fleamarket in the area. A must visit if you love bargain hunting. From the putside it looks a little intimidating with barbed wire fending, but it was safe and fun. All of the vendors are very friendly. It was very hot the day we went (heat index of 105) and it was tolerable to walk around because they have large open spaces and fans everywhere. We went on a Friday and a lot of vendors were closed, but still enough to be enjoyable. It was not crowded at all. Will definitely return on future visits to Fort Myers.

Very nice! You could spend hours walking through here looking at all the little stores will definitely have to plan a bigger trip and come more prepared. The next time we are here would definitely recommend for locals and for people who are traveling from out of city/state/country.

I have been to a lot of flea markets.And I can say that this 1 is 1 of the best. It has two food courts and they do karaoke and there is so much to do they even have a full bar there.

This is a very pretty outdoor venue. Unfortunately the traffic on the bridge can get a bit noisy. We did not get o side the main house as it was an outdoor wedding. Parking is across the street and about a block walk to the venue. The river view is amazing. The pavilion for the reception was nice and in cooler weather it would be more open on all sides for a better view

Interesting home built in 1900 when 1,000 people lived in Fort Myers. Well preserved and full of hand carved period items. Docent was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took a little over an hour to tour and hear the story of how it was built and how it was passed down.

The Burroughs Home is a stunning wedding venue! I just had the honor of photographing a wedding there, and I absolutely had a wonderful time! The getting ready rooms have a timeless character to them that make the photo so unique! There are endless tropical photo opportunities around the property, the ceremony site by the water is stunning, and the reception hall is beautiful and elegant! I highly recommend getting married there!

This historical home is absolutely stunning and so well kept! The landscape is so breathtaking and the view of the river is beautiful! Laura and Seth are absolutely amazing in answering all your questions during guided tours! They also keep the place immaculate! If you have not visited the Burroughs Home, please do so! The guided tours are so interesting and fun! 10 out of 10!!!!

Attended a 2-day conference here in early September. It turns out that their conference center is OUTSIDE. Yes, you guessed it, that translated into 8 hours of heat, humidity, rain, noisy distracting paddle fans, noisy traffic from the four-lane highway beside the conference center and two-lane road in front of the building, poor audio and no coffee. Finally the event manager changed the venue for day 2. If you want a tour of a beautiful old Florida house then go for it. If you're planning a conference for your team forget it!

We went and saw A Christmas Carol! What a performance. The table we sat at was with another couple who were absolutely pleasant to spend the evening with. The staff were very kind and the service was excellent. We had an all you can eat buffet which had a great selection to choose from. We will definitely go again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

1st time at main theater. Was quite impressed with the show. Acting and set design were very good. Chicken excellent, beef mediocre. Salad and dessert bars were great. The show was Pretty Woman and the spokesman stole the show but all the cast were very good.

Saw Pretty Woman musical and had a delicious luncheon. I loved seeing the show with my friend and would love to go back again.

We had a great time watching pretty woman - the actors were great! Don't be like us and only show up for the show time because the food starts well before and ends before the show starts. The manager was extremely kind and got us plenty of food and yummy dessert since we misunderstood. Plenty of parking but if your Google maps as you turn left you actually need to go to the right and make a u-turn before you can enter.

Its been years since I've been there, 1st time was main room beauty and the beast, show was amazing food not so much. I went tonight with a small group of close friends the dinner was FANTASTIC, prime rib carving station, potatoe soup, the salad bar was very fresh, and constantly being stocked. The staff from the Bartender who made the best Cosmo I've ever had, shared a secret with me. On top of the show it was in the side smaller theater, Steel Magnolias was outstanding. One of my favorite movies, Hats off to everyone. I will be back

I want to give a huge thank you to Terry at the Broadway Palm Theater for being so incredibly helpful and accommodating after I had an unforeseen emergency and could not make my original show date. She went above and beyond to assist with my tickets and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I am so impressed by their professionalism and hospitality and can’t wait to come back for their holiday performance

Great performance. Not so clear rules about when the dinner will end or drinks prices. The buffet was OK, but it had more desserts than entrees. No EV car charging station available.

It's ok. A lot of the same kind of art. No food trucks, just basic tent carnival food. $20 for parking. We ended up going to The Lucky Screw on Hendry St. and had some really great food and drinks, so it wasn't a total waste.

I love this place ! Whenever I am downtown Fort Myers I always try to stop in to see what's new. Lots if great handmade gifts and artwork from local artist. Plus a small area with donated designer purses , clothes and shoes for sale . Plus the proceeds go to one of my favorite charities that benefits our local shelter for battered women and their children.

Amazing gallery full of phenomenal artists. A little of something for everyone. Fascinating, one of a kind pieces. A colorful experience and almost a bit of wonderland, every time I’ve gone there’s something new to discover. Plus it’s handicapped accessible, even with some covered parking spaces for guests and it’s on the beautiful grounds of Alliance for the Arts! If you get hungry or thirsty while you’re there, next door Arts & Eats Cafe is the place! Truly an experience you don’t want to miss! (Plus the people are amazing.) If you enjoy art and have a few minutes I highly recommend stopping by to take a look. Although you may find you need more time. 💕

They have tons of great stuff, they support diverse local artists and feature different mediums. They have a very large selection of original work and prints you can buy as well. Great place to buy a unique gift or souvenir. I recommend everyone to visit. I don't think you can imagine how beautiful the art they have inside is. You must see it to believe it. 🖌

This is art gallery in Fort Myers is chock full with a variety of professional artists. I believe there are 25-30 artists. They offer sculpture, mixed media, oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, jewelry, greeting cards, and so much more! Every time I visit this gallery, I always find something I love and purchase, either for myself or as a gift. The artists work at the gallery, thereby offering visitors the chance to meet artists and learn about their technique. Also, the gallery offers classes, ranging from masking tape sculpture (I took this class and it was awesome!), sketching, music, wine and art nights, and more. Highly recommend. Lots of very unique pieces in the gallery. The staff member Sonia was very friendly and helpful. They had some items that were around a dollar and others that were in upwards of a couple hundred with everything in between.

While the art on display is gorgeous, and the prices are slightly high, the older women behind the desk are on the rude side. I pulled out my phone to silence it and was scolded like some school girl! "Unless you're an art student, no photography!" Now first off I'd like to point out that I saw no sign banning photography, and second of all, I was not politely asked to put my phone away. There was no please or anything. In other galleries, at least they either encouraged or were polite about asking people to follow the rules. There are other galleries with better prices, and people who actually say please and thank you! TL;DR: I prefer going to galleries where I'm politely told the rules, and not treated like a child when doing the correct thing and silencing my phone in a gallery.

Seats are awesome. Plenty of free parking. I will be coming back for more performances! The Rock Orchestra really Rocks!

This is s nice facility to see shows. We went and saw The Rock Orchestra by Candlelight on 10/21/25. The show was great. However, to get a beverage before the show starts requires you to arrive at least an half an hour before the show begins if not earlier. The parking is hood and it doesn’t really take too long to get out of the parking lot after a show ends. I would have given a five star, but I would have liked to have a drink before the show starts!

BRING A JACKET! The hall is wonderful, staff is gracious and helpful, parking is great and the shows are all well worth attendance. However, on 10/20/25 my dear wife and I attend a Ryan Bingham concert. Ryan and the band were great - however, I only wore a short-sleeved shirt (if is Florida) and the hall air conditioning was unforgivingly cold as many around us commented. We noticed the staff all had multiple layers and kept moving around - apparently they knew what to expect. Half way through Ryan's last set I was ready to leave but simply kept hugging myself until the last song and then dragged the wife out and into the warm air. Thankfully my wife had a hoodie and could enjoy the show - I could not.

Bring a jacket or sweatshirt! We had to buy CAIN merch to stay warm 😉 This was our first time at this venue. Such a great experience and the staff was helpful getting us to our section. Seeing CAIN, Jon Reddick, Caleb & Jon and Annie Downs was awesome experience. They even did meet/greets afterwards.

Saw a great comedy show. Staff was very nice and helpful, even during the ticket buying process. Will definitely be back.

Barbara Mann is a wonderful space for all types of productions - concerts, orchestra, plays, musicals. I've seen quite a few concerts here and I don't believe there are any bad seats in the house.

We have been her many times and the majority of seating great. This time we had box seats that were awesome but actually not necessary but a very nice experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You didn't see or hear cell phone abuse throughout the entertainment. Parking and in an out super easy. Great venue!

The staff here really go above and beyond for their customers. My friend and I came from 2 hours away to do their haunted ghost walk last night. We thought the walk started at 830 but it had started at 8. On the way there I had called and told them we were running behind. Gina is the lady who I spoke to. She told me to basically call her when I got to ft Myers if I didn't see the tour group at the place she told me they'd be at. I did end up having to call her when we finally got there and she stayed on the phone w me until I was able to locate our tour group. Customer service like that these days are almost oblique. This place def deserves more than 5 stars. Shelly was our tour guide and she was very informative! Had a great time!

I had an absolute blast on the Haunted History Tour! Our tour guide was well educated and entertaining! Learning about all the local haunts made me fall in love with downtown Ft. Myers even more! If you are a local, or just visiting, I would highly recommend taking a tour with True Tours!

This tour was amazing! I wasn’t sure going into it because I’ve never done a tour before and have lived here my whole like, but this was such an experience. Amanda was great! She made it so exciting and it was hard not to have FUN! I suggest doing this whether you are new to SWFL, on vacation or have lived here forever!

If you're looking for an entertaining way to spend your Saturday evening this is the way to go. My family and I attended the Haunted History Tour and it did not disappoint. It was nice to see the city from a different perspective and the stories that goes with it. Our tour guide Chris was very knowledgeable and entertaining. A must do in Fort Myers!

Being born and raised in the town, Seth brought the history of the river district to life through his engaging personal stories. I gained interesting insights into the early days of Fort Myers and the individuals who played pivotal roles in the town's growth. Seth's ability to uncover the hidden history beneath each building and the very bricks on the street made this tour a fascinating journey into the heart of Fort Myers' past. It's a must-take tour, combining education with the charm of a personable guide like Seth.

Amanda was a great tour guide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Fort Myers, but doesn't just spit out dates and historical information - she engages and interacts with her tour group and makes it exciting and FUN (which is what she told us Fort Myers is all about!). I highly recommend this tour!!!! We enjoyed it so much that we are now going to sign up for the Haunted History tour with Chris!

Must say I have been wanting to go . Excellent lay out any seats really are good. We had right section 3 row back. Close to stage and good sound. We saw shout! Going back for more. Any age would love this musical. We had 16 yr old that loved it.

i went here to go see Mean Girls Jr., and it was JUST AMAZING!!! for as young as they are, the performers were super talented. it blew me away and held my attention for every single second! to get to my seat was a liiiiittle confusing, but once an employee helped me figure it out, it was simple enough to understand how the rows worked. the building is obviously historical, and looked like it had lots of different rooms and areas for different purposes. it was awesome and i can’t wait to go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed the show Morning After Grace. Great acting and thought-provoking dialog. The set was phenomenal for a quaint revived theater. Experience better than sitting home watching TV.

For a small black box theater. Watching west side story they made the best of the space. The cast was phenomenal my only complaint would be with the crew and a few lighting critiques.

Great theater to see live stage shows. Always first class.

Went to see Buddy Holly and it was a great time. Super cute theater, literally dancing in my seat. I can't wait to go back to see something next season.

The arcade theater has multiple shops very nice and it is also his historic place in Fort Myers it does have the the two theaters of which are just a blast to go to it's a very nice family atmosphere at the arcade Theatre I would encourage anybody to go down there and go see it

We love this parade! It’s a night parade, so it is all about the lights… plus Edison made the light bulb so yeah. We go every year and show up downtown way in advance, as this parade is packed! We usually arrive around 3pm for 7pm parade. We find our spot along the parade route, set up our lawn chairs and then go out for dinner before the restaurants get crazy busy (one year it took 2 hours to get our pizza order). No one bothers the chairs so we just enjoy the area. Then we sit down for the 2-3 hour parade! The kids loved having all of the lights and sounds! The bands are great, the floats are impressive and the community really comes out! Thing to note: it takes a long time to leave downtown after the parade, just relax and accept that. We try to use back routes to speed it up a bit but it’s an hour trip for our normally 20 min drive.

I've never been fortunate enough to see the parade, but I finally did this year. Didn't make it out until around 830 at night, but there was still plenty of parade, as it didn't stop until 1030. There were some really cool floats and lit up vehicles, one of my favorite being LCEC's truck. I was with a group of people in downtown Fort Myers, near first Street, and it wasn't difficult to view the parade at all. People were nice and friendly, and we didn't have any issues with people around us. The only unfortunate thing was that one of the classic cars driven by the Shriners overheated and caught fire. The fire truck made it quickly enough, and police responded quickly, but it held up the parade by about 15 minutes and people started leaving thinking it was over. For the people left in the parade waiting for the car to be dealt with, there was a fraction of the crowd that was there earlier, and I felt sorry for them having to perform for the small amount of us that was left.

I've lived here since the 70s. First time I've been since the 80s. Was as spectacular as it was back then.

The first hour of the parade was Sheriff Carmine Marceno and his many vehicles all emblazoned with his name Way too much!! More bands, floats and locals would be much more entertaining! I’ve been attending this parade since 2008. Thanks for a fun event

Got VIP tickets for $60 a person. Line to get into tent was long and the food line was long. The food was cold burgers and hot dogs. They oversold tickets and there was not enough seating for all VIP people. Also the restrooms were 3 dirty, dark nasty port o potties.. waste of money for an hour long parade.

Been going for a few years now. This years (2019) parade happened to fall on my 17th wedding anniversary. The food prices are ridiculous as are the prices for seats along the path of the parade. $10 per person for a chair. This years parade wasn't as good as previous years.

We attended the Nude Nocturne event there, and it was very cool! We did buy tickets several days in advance, had no line getting in. The art was beautiful and the entertainment was excellent!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel other parents should know about our recent experience at Alliance for the Arts’ summer camp. My five-year-old daughter loved the camp last year and was excited to return, but after just two days this year, I had to withdraw her due to serious concerns about sanitation and emotional safety. On the first day, staff made no effort to welcome or comfort her, even after I mentioned she was shy. She later said teachers were tired and didn’t engage with the kids. She didn’t use the restroom because she was afraid to ask and had an accident in the car— something that hadn’t happened in years. I wasn’t informed about her distress until pickup. On the second day, I saw the bathroom was in terrible condition: it smelled strongly of urine and was littered with paper towels and toilet paper. My daughter said, “Mommy, it’s gross.” At pickup, she was crying at a table while staff nearby ignored her. When I asked what happened, a staff member defensively said she just started crying and was fine earlier. This lack of empathy was troubling. My daughter also explained she didn’t ask to use the bathroom because they weren’t allowed if another child was inside. I learned there was a second bathroom in a separate room that neither of us knew about— the a major communication failure for young children. Even more concerning, I saw a sick child crying alone in the bathroom unattended. I emailed the Education Director, who led the camp last year when we had a positive experience. I hoped she would address these concerns and invite my daughter back, but instead I was met with policy and excuses. I received a refund for two days as a “gesture of goodwill” but was charged for the rest of the week and simply told they wished my child the best in her future experiences. At this age, emotional support is as important as safety. Five-year-olds need adults who are emotionally present and responsive. Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience was neither safe nor supportive. Alliance for the Arts is a nonprofit partially funded by local taxpayers, including families like mine. I have supported their events for years but was deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their care and communication going forward.

This is a beautiful little place if you like art and performances. I drive by all the time and finally took the time to go in during a regular Wednesday arts and crafts event. I will definitely be back.

For a small independent theater I give 5 stars. We have been to good shows and bad shows. Most recently the Clown Bar 2. And on a scale from 1-10 I personally give it a 4 but that's my opinion. It is an independent show So I suggest everyone come visit and give their own opinion! Even though I want my cup of tea it might be yours! There were some patrons that were rolling on the floor in laughter! Personally I showed up and found out that some of the cast knew me in my business life so I refrained from drinking much and felt kinda restricted in my response. But to each their own.

Very good bluegrass concert in wonderful outdoor setting. There were some problems with the sound system that cost a Star from what would have been a 5-star rating.

Rocky Horror Picture Show in the park was a blast. Must see. Food trucks and costume contest too!

I had the absolute pleasure of attending the performance of John Williams' greatest film scores, and it was nothing short of amazing! The way all of the performers worked together harmoniously to bring his iconic compositions to life was truly breathtaking. It was such an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to go back for more! Highly recommend for any film or music lover!

New offices on College parkway are much nicer and easier to find than those by the Buddha.

This place is so beautiful. We saw a musical performance in this space and the sound was so gorgeous. Looks like they have some amazing performances, but the building is about to start a two year renovation.

Great place to see new and upcoming art! (Not to mention an ever changing mix of more, well known artists as well. Conveniently located on the FSW campus. Only a two to three minute walk away from The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall. Make sure to check the FSW website for special event days and times, there is almost always 1-2 events each month.

Very interesting art and exhibits. Although it is limited to a single room, that room is useful, smartly laid out, and well displayed. Try to make it to one of the free opening nights to meet the artist and sometimes watch shows or lectures. Admission to the gallery and all events is free.

I just walked through and looked around, it was interesting but small for me .However I've been to New York, and Washington, DC so that's why it felt small!

Been coming to this gallery for over 20 years. Always has good exhibits. A must see for artists and those who appreciate creativity.

Went to a piano recital art this lovely, serene church. It is a historic church built with the help of Thomas Edison and his wife. It is very close to the Edison Estate in a beautiful area of old Ft. Myers.

Hubs wasn't a believer in 'church' but Pastor Jim has totally changed his mind. His sermons are beautiful and current with todays world. Go to this church! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Pastor Jim

I was in Ft Myers on business and attended services at TAECC. What a wonderful place. Christ centered message and perhaps the friendliest congregation I have ever encountered. I hope to worship with them again soon.

This is without a doubt the sweetest, most loving church I have ever attend...Its a joy looking forward to Sundays!!!!! Our Pastor Doug has a lot on the ball.....His sermons are great, he is so down to earth and he never lets grass grow under his feet.....We Love him!

Our organization, Ft. Myers U.D.C. had a delightful time on our tour of the museum on May 10th, 2024. We met with Autumn Watkins and Melinda Golden for over an hour in the main building. Melinda gave us a tour of the museum afterwards. The ladies were delightful and informative. We hope they are enriched with many gifts to help their area and museum grow. It is an important part if the Dunbar community.

Place ran out of bathroom tissue and managing person was late to open causing problems for our schedule. Hot and stuffy. Inadequate AC for such a small place. Hope to find something else for next function.

I went to the Juneteenth Celebration at the park they had free tours of Fort Myers Black History Museum, such a great source of information about slavery and about Fort Black History. This stuff I never learned in school so, important pieces of history are left out. I want to know the whole story.... So many brave people fought for freedom that we never hear about. I hope my 8 year olds generation learns the whole history of the USA and local history and not just the certain pretty stories that sound good... Thank I learned a lot. I want to come back when it is not so busy so I can time to read everything.

One of the most interesting museums I have been to in a while. Not big, but it is packed with history. A "find" for anyone into history, a "must" for local African Americans. Its focus is on the local history of the black movement but certainly would be well worth anyones time. Even if just a visitor.

Enjoyed this tour so much. There is so much black history that has not been told. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the contents visited. I'm so glad I found this place and will recommend people to go visit.

A suggested improvement by the city/state - increase the visibility of the signage for the Black History Society on Martin Luther King Blvd.

The Lee County Black History Society strives to uphold the legacy of Black culture and educate on the local history-- from the desegregation of schools, diplomas signed by Booker T. Washington, documents noting the founding of NPHC organizations and even the legacy of Deion Sanders-- this organization presents to the community key milestones of Black people nationally and within this City. Institutions and structures such as the Lee County Black History Society and its accompanying Williams Academy Museum are instrumental in helping ALL people understand aspects of American History that get less shine than others. I highly encourage anyone living in or planning to visit Fort Myers, give the Museum a call and set up your tour today. Take the time to be enlightened.

Women of Jazz concert at the MACC on March 10th was extraordinary good music and the Jazz trio was outstanding. Natalie Douglas' voice was huge, but some of her song selections and commentaries were not Jazz, but quite political and inappropriate. Her messages subtracted from the event! Please keep critical race theories out of the schools and concert halls!

AMERICAN COMPOSER concert on Saturday, March 19 was different .... more like our present time.... cacophony is really with us....but what an amazing work the orchestra presents with percussion and horns tied and connected with the strings!!!! Amazing alive music that gives hope to our day.

The Music of John Williams Sunday PM presented a 5-star plus concert. The Symphony has never sounded better!. Will they embrace the "Pops Concert" ala Erich Kunzel's fabulous concerts, and pack the house with grateful music lovers? PS Sunday (football) night is not a good choice.

Extremely disappointed in the production "I do, I do" promoted by the GCS. We would have thought something costing $50 per ticket would have consisted of something a bit more professional than a small cast and one piano. The production was held in what appeared to be a church sanctuary attended by a total of 16 people. Never having heard of this particular production, we thought we'd give it a try. It's an extremely outdated script, sexist and quite frankly boring. We will have to be much more discerning in the future, but I am guessing will bot likely search out shows being produced by the GCS again.

Great food, amazing atmosphere, I love the ambience. This is a must visit restaurant when you’re in Southwest Florida. Owners and servers very personable and very professional. You absolutely have to get the biscuits, but the food in general is amazing. Southern “Sophisticated” Bistro! I love it!!

I almost don't want to post about this place for fear that it will become incredibly popular. This restaurant is an incredible, hidden gem. I have traveled to many places and dined at fancy restaurants that are even Michelin starred. This restaurant is up there with the best of them from a food taste perspective. Headed by a charming lady as the chef, Southern Charm's dishes are some of the best comfort food I have ever had. The biscuits are the best I ever had accompanied by home made jam and honey butter. The fried chicken wings have the perfect crispy crunch coating, delivered piping hot. The Oxtail flatbread unlike anything I tasted. Not to mention the Mac & Cheese as well as the Lima beans. We will be going back to Southern Charms many times. I will not be surprised if this place becomes a local sensation in the near future on #TripleD, magazines, or awards.

I haven't been this impressed with a new restaurant in forever. The atmosphere was intimate with jazz music playing and although there was plenty of light, it wasn't harsh. The decor was beautiful. Lauren's food is incredible! Everything is homemade and isn't just your everyday meals. We had the oxtail and the grouper and grits. They were fantastic and we can't wait to try something else next time.

We had the southern chicken salad and chicken sandwich both were amazing! The biscuits were the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!

This is the best food I've ever had in SWFL. I go as often as I can. The biscuits alone are worth the trip. The music and atmosphere is top notch.

We went with friends for this experience. There were six of us and tables were for 4 so we sat across from our friends. We arrived early (recommended) and we're seated with the cheese tray already on the table Food was very good... The Caesar salad had palm hearts and they were delicious! The service was great the mystery fun. Admittedly some on the accent they were using made some of the acting hard to understand but they were amazing in their roles. Things to know before you go: 1.The train is very rocky a lot of seating way more than I anticipated. Our one friend got a little motion sick. 2. Plan on 4 hours train time between boarding and arrival back. We boarded at 5:45 and were back about 9:45 3. The train was hot the first half of the ride. Then they opened some ceiling vents and it was much better 4. Check in at the gift shop counter even if you buy your tickets on line. We didn't know to do that but you need this information to know which part of the train to board. It's pricey. For my husband and I it was 277.00, drinks on top of that. The portions were big, the staff amazing, actors fun.

We're glad we did it but once is enough. The story was good and the actors did a decent job. They talked very loudly but I'm sure that had something to do with trying to make sure that everyone in the train car could hear, even those with hearing disabilities. The servers were polite and friendly and worked efficiently. The biggest negative was that it was excruciatingly hot. It was somewhat difficult to really enjoy the experience with that kind of heat. However, the food was decent. The salmon was cooked maybe a minute or 2 too long but my husband's prime rib was a perfect medium rare. If you've never been, it's worth checking out for a unique experience.

From start to finish, the staff made the whole experience unforgettable: attentive, friendly, and totally in character! The mystery kept us guessing, the food hit the spot, and the vintage train atmosphere added so much charm. I highly recommend for a night of laughs, suspense, and great service!

We had the best evening! We highly recommend spending the evening with these amazing folks! The train itself was beautiful. We definitely enjoyed the ride. The service was amazing. The food was phenomenal (the prime rib is a MUST!) The actors were amazing! They are very engaging and truly pull you into the mystery. This was a "date night" for us (and it was definitely on of our favorites!) but this would be a great event to do with a larger group of friends. Each train car holds approximately 24 people with four people at a table and would be a great group event. It would also be a great office Christmas party. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Murder Mystery Dinner Train

We had a fun night solving A Murder of Crows with the crew on-board the Seminole Gulf Railway. While no one at our table solved the mystery, our family had a great time collaborating together. It was a perfect blend of actors coming in to give us clues and we had ample time to talk with each other on the 4 hour round trip. I do recommend that you come in 30 minutes prior as you can order drinks (look at the ample pours on the wine service) and enjoy the fruit and cheese plate. The tomato bisque was a hit with us. We all had the prime rib which was a generous size accompanied by mashed potatoes and green beans. Amanda and her team of servers were the real stars of the show. The train car is pretty rocky and they worked on steady feet to bring a well timed dinner aervice that was professional and just the right touch of friendly. We were all pleasantly surprised by how well lit the train was from the outside as it allowed us to see the views despite it being dark outside. We will definitely be back as the shows change about every quarter.

First time with this theater experience in Florida. Having been to this type type of entertainment around the country, I found the experience long. The same actors/skit is being shared with another train car, causing downtime and long breaks. The setup and food was outstanding. The servers were friendly and very proficient. The 1920's decor was fantastic. The cost is on-pointe.

My wife and I enjoyed our wedding anniversary on the Halloween Night "Devil's Train" Mystery Train! Food was outstanding (prime rib), the service was first class (Gasparilla Car) and the actors were very entertaining and tried to engage with everyone. WE WILL BE BACK!!! Worth every penny!

I came in for my contact lens appointment first I don’t like the people in the front desk they give you that rude look they are not nice people. The doctor is the only person that was nice. I’m having a hard time getting my contact lens prescription after I spent $200 they said I will get my contacts the same day. This was not my first time coming here. I’ve been there before. I’m never going back to that place. They overcharge and have horrible customer service.

If there was a possibility to give a zero star, that's what this place would get. I had to make an appointment as a new contact lens wearer. I came in and they told me to watch a youtube video. I did not want to watch the YouTube video because I would have to touch the ipad every single time to have it stop, then get back to where I needed it. I didn't feel like infecting my eyes bu touching a pad that everyone else has touched. When I asked if I could just take them home.They said that that was fine, but they did not have any contact lens fluid. It took 10 days to get these contacts and I had to make an appointment.Today I called to see if I could just come in a little earlier. They told me no, because it was an appointment. Absolute garbage. October of 24 I had an eye appointment. Ordered my year supply of contacts after my trial pair. The manager looked at my insurance and said that they were covered in full. Dec I go back to inquire where they are and to my surprise, they had no idea. Couldn’t even find where they ordered them. So they order another year supply. Or so I thought. Here it is Jan 29th, 2025 and I get a call informing me that my 6 month order has arrived and “oh our bad you actually owe 250.00. Pay now or we will send an invoice.” I say if I have to pay, fine although you said the insurance covered it. I will pay when I come to pick them up. Then they call back and say “oh the office said you’ve already picked them up. From Nov to Jan no one called and said anything about my contacts being lost, not ordered or anything. Then from the first of the year till now, this is what is brought to me? This is becoming quite extraneous. Anna - “I understand Mr Womble. Let me call you back on Friday with a solution.” So I go to the store for more of the same. In the end, send the contacts back. Everything about this experience is beyond deplorable. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Twice. TysonEye Care Visionworks on Cleveland Rd is the epitome of a dumpster fire. I feel I’d have a better experience getting my eyes checked and contacts ordered and received from the McDonalds beside them.

Slowest place to get contacts. Had an eye appointment 5 months ago, waited 2(!!) months for my contacts to come in, all for it to be the completely wrong prescription bc the doctor messed up the exam. Still waiting to this day for my new contacts and have yet to receive any sort of update.

It just seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Backing up here: i originally came in for an eye appointment. So that went swimmingly. Come to now, this appointment was for a contact lense exam. I was told ×2 that out of pocket/ no insurance would be $80. Ok. Great. I was prepared in advance to take care of said amount. So I walk in. And the front desk staff are trying to tell that it's $49 co Pay here and another $20 co Pay for fitting there...on top of the $80. Ummmm no! In walks the doctor (my hero..or the right hand) "he came in for the eye exam and got measured already." Mmm well isn't that interesting. Thanks Doc. See That, That right there is why communication is important amongst ALL parties involved.

Recently needed some glasses for doing computer work. I am currently living in California but still wanted to do business with this location because they have been so nice in the past. I was able to take my prescription communicate without staff and managers at this location to get what I needed. The manager at the store spent a considerable amount of time with insurance because it was acting up which he did not have to do but was greatly appreciated. In the end everything went through and he was able to ship my glasses to my home and I received them with in a week and a half. I will always do business with this group of people they are amazing ! Above and beyond!

During our short travel break into Ft Myers, wife saw the shop and wanted to see what's inside. I must say the shop was fun to browse. Mostly stuff that girls like or find useful but there were many creative items like pop up cards, wooden signs, and lots of artsy stuff. Wife ended up buying postcards that looked vintage art pieces and my daughter purchased an interesting purse we wonder if it was handmade. The style looked original and not mass produced. The store is worth stopping by just to browse or pick up an interesting gift for someone, especially for a female someone. My son and I didn't buy anything.

There’s no food, true, but who needs it when each corner reveals handmade wonders, artsy relics, and delightful oddities you didn’t know you were missing? The staff? Kind and helpful like a well-trained cleric—present when needed, never in your way. A must-visit for curious adventurers craving charm over chain stores. No dungeon crawling required, just a good pair of boots.

Absolutely amazing spot. I will drive there to just walk away and admire the new pieces even once a week all the way from Venice. It is a full few hours of relaxation and truly if you need a gift or you would like to gift yourself there in NO OTGER SPOT LIKE IT in the area. This place is a collaboration of small store fronts of various local artists. It is very tastefully laid out inside, everything from the shelving in the store to the stairways and the very high ceilings makes this space simply awesome. It feels fresh, modern, upbeat but of course the absolutely most important thing is the merchandise and the atmosphere of the site/ gallery. The artists who showcase their products here are super talented and the one thing that links it all together is affordability ❤️. You can walk down St Armand’s circle and be like - well I cannot afford a thing here; you can do that downtown Sarasota or St Pets or even Venice… I have been to hundreds of those little stores and galleries through the South West FL and I never buy anything simply because a pair of silly earrings may be listed at $300.00 but here it is different. You can buy very affordable but amazing pieces it is just heaven for Artsy souls. I highly highly recommend this array of stores / galleries under one roof called the Franklin Shops in Firt Myers.

A great shop, run with a lot of love and featuring local, unique art. It's always worth a visit. I especially love the art of Jeff and Dale Ocasio. They have great sculptures for sale in the shop. They also offer art classes. Thank you, Jeff, for your great class on April 13, 2025! Thomas

Very cool store hosting a wide, crazy and eclectic array of clothes, prints, statues, decor, soaps, bathbombs, & toiletries, shoes, and a whole lot more. "90 Shops under one roof" Two floors full of fun and funkiness. Even if you do not make a purchase, walking around the store is a lot of fun. Located on First Street in historic downtown Fort Myers, an incredible neighborhood of local shops and restaurants. Great place to spend a day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some of the vendors may be there tending to their merchandise, this is a rare treat to get some interaction with local craftsmen and artists. Definitely a fun time, and a new regular stop when we are in Fort Myers.

This is a fun place seamlessly broken into multiple sections of offerings from a wide variety of artists. It is a celebration of art the varies from clothing and jewelry to wall hangings, sculptures, lawn art and many, many more things. It tastes good some time to explore all the nooks and crannies of the place.

Went there this past Friday.. Stayed there for about 3 hrs. They had live blues performance and it was great!! Band was well skilled. Just nice music and drinks. You can standup and dance beside your table or whatever space you can find. Non judge mental crowd. Server was attentive. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Was drinking rum punch all night light. Would recommend to people who enjoy that type of music. I think they do that every Friday night.

I knocked on the door to see what time they open and the owner open the door and told me "never." (I’m a 32 yr old female.) I couldn’t believe his behavior, at first I thought he was joking because I was so thrown off. He closed the door in my face. He seemed like he was on drugs and definitely had anger issues. class-less dump of a place I wonder how great the service is.Took a picture of the dirt bag owner.

This was a great find. Again, wish we would have had the opportunity to go again. Time was not on our side. A great place for mimosas and breakfast with entertainment.

Not long ago the Barrel Room started Sunday JAZZ BRUNCH. And what a great setup. Food was delicious, the live Jazz awesome. Will be back for sure

First time at the Barrel Room. Went with a couple friends for ladies night out and had a Great Time. Chill, relaxing vibe. Really Good live band. Definitely a place to check out again and again.

We came to watch our friend's gig for the Barrel Room's thursday jazz night and it was awesome. The music was fantastic and was perfect for the atmosphere. The drinks were amazing and some of the highest quality we've had. They were able to make a classic daiquiri with perfection. Zeke, our server, had the best recommendations. He raved about their signature burger and one of his favorite drinks, the New York Sour. Excellent. Absolutely excellent. Thank you for the wonderful night and we'll see you again soon!

Saw “Misery” at the Lab Theatre last night. It was my first time to this theatre and it did not disappoint. An excellent production with excellent acting by the three people in it. The tension between Paul and A_ _ ie kept me on the edge of my seat. Can’t wait to come back again!!!

🤯2 HOURS OF WAITING!!!!! For real???? Today I was waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor, literally. My appointment was a 9:30am, I arrived at 9:15am, and I saw the doctor at 11:15am 🤦🏽‍♀️. This is so disrespectful. Looks like they are the only one with schedule, like if our time doesn’t matter. The staff is ok, the doctor really nice and attentive.

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY .. If you cut your insurance on the marketplace, doesn’t matter what company it is you can’t go here anymore. They canceled you. If you call UnitedHealthcare directly and say I want to buy a policy, they’ll take you then. THESE PEOPLE ARE NO GOOD ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD TRUSTING YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUR MOTHER TO THEM IS INSANITY.

Dr Ramirez listens and very professionally friendly. I like that he is no nonsense straight up front. And has the patience of a Saint. I take his advice seriously. The staff is helpful the facility is clean. The outside well lots of pot holes which holds tremendous water so one has to be very careful where they can park.

Jonathan from the Medical Records Department was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful when assisting us yesterday with medical transcripts for my children, Esteban and Isabella F. This place is a joke half the time. I started using them once I found out they took my kids insurance. Every time I turned around seems to be an issues. I took my son last week to his dental appointment and then I had got to thinking I should’ve brought my daughter before I had brought him and I knew I had an appointment set up while whenever I was there I asked them about it and come to find out The dental hygienist that she was using is no longer there so instead of them, calling me to let me know to move her appointment to another dental hygienist they just decided not to contact me. So I also asked him if my mother was able to take my kids because I do remember filling out a form I was told yes that she was on So therefore, I had her take my daughter today to get her teeth checked they get there and then I am told that I have to be there. My mother can’t because she’s not on the forms after I was told that she was the crazy thing is I had called to ask about her taking them due to? I had surgery if I would’ve known that this was going to happen. I wouldn’t even bothered asking her, they also decided to tell me today after my mom was there that my daughter paperwork had expired which I was not told on the phone. They told me expired last year. It should’ve been updated like I told them the paperwork should’ve been updated if I was informed, she needed to see another hygienist instead of them acting like the appointment never existed. Then my other son, I had taken him to see the doctor as well, and they would not accept the birth certificate. I had on my phone due to the fact that I did not have the hardcopy because I was packed up at the time moving. So instead of letting me email that they decided to cancel the appointment just like they did my daughter today. Tried calling corporate 5 times no answer.

Worst experience and I haven’t even stepped foot there! Booked an appointment over 2 weeks ago for them to call me the day of the appointment to let me know they had to reschedule cause dr wasn’t there. Then the lady on the phone gave me attitude for telling them what was a sooner solution since I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks

Horrible customer service and experience they just give you the runaround and don’t help or see you avoid if you’re pregnant. Tell you to drive to every location, make appointments just to tell you they can’t see you.

Had a great visit at this brewery. Seat yourself. QR codes on the table to look at the menu and place your order, or do it via server and menu on the table. We sat outside at a picnic table. Shared a Turkey BLTA and added a coleslaw. Delicious. House smoked Turkey was very moist. Nice sandwich. Creamy coleslaw is nice as well. Great beer selection and a couple of wines available. Reasonable pricing. Great experience, I'll be back.

Had a very nice Sunday afternoon at the Voodoo Brewing Co. My younger brother who is an avid lover of Craft beers and IPAs recommended this spot. I had an opportunity to sample quite a few tasty brewed concoctions including Elderberry Cider (sweet and aromatic), Maple Manhattan, Big Black Voodoo(strong,dark) and the Thunder Lizard (hoppy). To gnosh, we got their pizza with cheese, garlic and pesto, absolutely divine, crust nice and thin and tasted like it came fresh out of a stone oven. Atmosphere is typical for South West Florida, casual come as you are and grab a seat wherever you'd like, as there is no "hostess" waiting to seat you here. Also you must order through QR code (reminicent of 2019 dining) which my older parents were not fans of. However, the bartender present was such a doll, and helped my Dad who is 84 to order his lunch. The staff here are hard working and very friendly but busy. I cant explain it but I feel like this spot should be by the beach, such a laid back and chill vibe here. Definitely coming back to enjoy some live music with my brew. Oh also forgot, I noticed a Falafel burger on the menu which is a nice option for vegan friends.

The beers and beer selection are decent. The food is good. The QR code order system is trash. Typical corporate bs. It ruins what could be a kinda neat atmosphere. If you have a question about a beer or memu item it's up to you to try and chase down an employee. The staff was very polite and professional but very busy so good luck.

Had a great time. The wait staff were super nice and patient. The mash's local Bueno mojo pork was exceptional. We tried a flight of beer, all were good. The standouts were the cowbell stout and the voodoo live child.

Can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed. The bartender sang and sounded amazing, the food was delicious. Our table ended up ordering half the menu. Specialty Cocktails and beer were also good. Bathrooms nice and clean and beautiful artwork on the walls. Can't wait tom come.back and enjoy more beer, drinks, food and good vibes.

Enjoyable brewery! The space can accommodate small and large groups. The vibe itself is fun and the place has a good mojo. The beers were tasty, but not world class either. I thoroughly enjoyed the giant pretzel. The bartender was very hard-working, friendly, and had a good awareness on refill levels. The bar area is a bit tight but otherwise no real complaints. Another good place to visit when downtown.

Absolutely nice atmosphere. Nice addition to the Fort Myers downtown First Street row of restaurants. Service was nice, beer was great really. Great place to sit back and have a few pints alone or with friends. The food - NO. Their idea of an Asian noodle - no. This was not just one platter but two. Would not return to eat there - sorry but all you do is add a separately prepared protein to your poor idea of cold noodles.

Reviews are not a great place for traffic reports or your limiting beliefs about an entire community! The downtown area of Fort Myers IS historic and it is beautiful and a great many people have been revitalizing the district forAMY years and with great effort and there are 100's of improvements and things to be grateful about. I say Bravo, downtown district. More power to ya! Some people have bad days and have these emotional moments on Google maps. This is for relevant reviews, not the one corner you went to one day and gave up. ✌🏼

I would give one star but the ClassPass was only 1 credit, so I shouldn’t expect so much.But the address is also incorrect and the number is wrong on google. OMG!! I went to a boxing class during Thanksgiving and it was AMAZING! Coach Ché does not allow you to give up on yourself; which is something I more than need in a coach. I would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a good sweat and a great work out, coach and family, definitely give this place a chance.

My husband and I came to Brian with our food truck. We gave him a brief description of what we wanted but really let him do his artist thing when I say expectations were exceeded they were exceeded. The entire journey of working with Brian was awesome not only he is a super talented guy that delivers the product he sales to you, he’s genuinely a cool dude.
