It's an devine place for Hindu's. We have visited around 8.40. The temple entry was closed. Only ekantha seva was about to start. It will be from 9pm to 9.30pm. it was really a super56 and awasome experience. We have waited for almost 30 min. But kind of darshan was really thrilled us. It's an different experience. Thanks to TTD. @ttd you can maintain this place even better than what it is. You are named for clean and hygiene. Thanks you

Temple timings aren't know to all, found one board near the ticket counter sharing the same here, it was closed when we visited around 6 pm . There was a nice devine procession in the premises, took few pictures, staff at the ticket counter and mobile collection counter are brutally arrogant as many ask same questions because there are no clarity on information on darshan timings as well as counter opearting hrs. Like many other temples in North they should open few authorized mobil phone collecting shops to ease the crowds at the single counter managed by the temple.

From the moment you enter, you are constantly nudged towards donation counters, book stalls, and prasad shops rather than being allowed to quietly connect with the divine. The focus seems heavily tilted towards generating revenue, with too much emphasis on selling products and promoting programs. The peace and meditative environment I expected was often interrupted by announcements and sales-like approaches, which took away from the serenity of worship. Even darshan felt rushed, as though it was part of a transaction, not a soulful experience. The temple staff appeared more concerned with managing the flow of money and visitors rather than guiding them spiritually. For a place meant to uplift the soul, the commercialization was a big letdown. Though ISKCON has done great work globally, this particular branch in Tirupati felt more like a spiritual marketplace than a sanctuary. If you’re seeking a deep, divine connection, this may not fulfill your expectations.

Entry fee - 30rs...it is such a historical place dates back to 1000 AD built by Vijayanagara dynasty king Immadi Narasimha Yadava Rayala... This fort consists of two Mahals ( buildings) named Raja Mahal & Rani Mahal. Raja Mahal is now using as Museum consisting lot of historical exhibits related to that period from various places. Management are not allowing to go top of the hill which have remains of historical elements due to security purposes.

Nothing much to see here! There is a small museum with a few sculptures of some deities, and there is a small pond. Other than these nothing else. Ticket cost is ₹30 per head. If you are travelling from a faraway place, then keep in mind that there is nothing to see of much importance! Not allowed to climb the hill also for security reasons.

A wonderful place to explore Andhra Pradesh’s rich history. The fort is well-maintained, and the Raja Mahal turned museum is impressive with artifacts and sculptures from the Vijayanagara period. You can feel the grandeur of the empire here. Peaceful atmosphere, great for a half-day visit. Entry fee is minimal. Highly recommend if you’re in or around Tirupati.

Such a cool spot to check out near Tirupati! This was King Sri Krishnadevaraya's fort, and the old palace looks amazing. It was the perfect way to spend this holiday afternoon. But for real, the best part is the little stalls outside. You HAVE to grab some of the local fruits they're selling so fresh and tasty! It was a great snack after walking around. Totally recommend it for a quick trip back in time!

Great attraction. The park is preserved and maintained well. The staff are friendly. The kids enjoyed the lion safari. There were 3 lions inside the enclosure and 2 lionesses outside. The driver took us up close to the animals for viewing. The tigers and elephants were majestic as well. Overall spent like 3 hrs inside the park.

Visited Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park in Tirupati — it’s spacious and surrounded by greenery. The zoo has a decent collection of lions, tigers, deer, and birds, and the safari ride is enjoyable. However, it’s spread across a large area, so walking without a battery car can be tiring. Some enclosures look poorly maintained and a few zones feel empty. Food and refreshment options are very limited inside. Tickets are reasonably priced, but extra charges apply for safari and vehicles. Overall, a peaceful place for families and nature lovers, but needs better upkeep.

Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park was established in 1987 and was officially opened to the public on April 30, 1993. The park is situated within the larger area of the Sri Venkateswara Wildlife Sanctuary. While the zoo is not within UNESCO Seshachalam Hills Biosphere Reserve it shares the ecological context of the Seshachalam Hills. The biggest Zoological Park in Asia in terms of area, it was officially recognised by Central Zoo authority in 2017 as ‘Large Category Zoo’. It houses 1029 animals -31 species of mammals, 46 species of birds and 7 species of reptiles.There is open butterfly park, reptile’s enclosures, aviary as well as Water birds’ enclosure. For a large park of this size the visitor amenities are very good. Well maintained and clean Toilets, drinking water facilities, Canteens, Benches and Sitting areas make visit hassle free. The roads are well maintained too as are the pathways around the enclosures. Wheel chairs are also available near the main entrance. Entry ticket costs Rs.70 for adults and Rs.30 for children. Four wheelers are allowed inside and entry ticket is Rs.750. Video Camera charge is Rs.200. Battery vehicle for 90 minutes is Rs.70. Lion Safari is Rs. 50 for adults for 30 minutes. E Cycle is Rs.50 per hour. Bicycle can be hired for Rs.25 per hour. There is ample parking space for visitors

We recently visited the place with our kids, the day after having darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy. It turned out to be a pleasant experience, especially for children. This is quite large and easy to explore. You can walk, ride a bicycle, use an electric or battery vehicle, or even drive your own car inside. This makes it very convenient for families with kids. Entry Fees: Adults: ₹70 Kids: ₹30 Car entry (includes 1 adult): ₹750 Lion Safari: ₹50 per adult, ₹30 per child Other transport options are available inside and are charged based on vehicle type. Animals and Attractions: This is not a typical zoo with many animals. There are only a few birds and animals, so if you are expecting a wide variety, you might be disappointed. But if you are looking for a enjoyable place for your kids, this place is a good choice. You can spend 2–3 hours here, and children will enjoy the open space and the animals they get to see. Best Time to Visit: It is best to visit early in the morning or in the evening when animals are more active. During hot afternoons, most animals rest in the shade and may not be visible. Food and Snacks: There are food stalls inside, but it is better to carry your own snacks and water, especially if you prefer cleaner or healthier options for your kids. Awesome experience in Lion safari ! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed visiting this zoo! Definitely a must visit place! She was excited to see Lions, Bengal Tiger, white Tiger, Jaguar, Leopard, Elephants, variety of Deer and variety of parrots and many others ! There was a battery vehicle inside and it was helpful for elderly people!

One of the best zoo out of 3 places that I have visited. Firstly it was covered with lot of greenery and animals looks healthy. They maintained it really well and supportive staff. 5 Stars for below options a. Option to use own car inside l, if reqd driver will be available (ofcourse you have to pay ) b. Option to leverage battery car 🚗 c. Option to opt for Battery two wheeler, this is brilliant move from team bcoz it gives us very special time and can enjoy every bit. KUDOS TO ZOO TEAM. Venkateswara Zoological Park offers a peaceful escape, with the main highlight being the safari ride. There seen lioness,lion,leapord, few peacocks, birds(liked mostly)sloth bear, hippopotamus, python, elephants (liked mostly),bisons,several variants of deers,wild dog,some of monkeys etc.... The safari is the most exciting part, giving you a close-up view of lions, deers,bisions and other wild animals in a more natural setting. However, the rest of the zoo has very few animals, which might leave some visitors wanting more. Great for a one-time visit, especially if you're interested in the safari experience

Went to Tirumala on 5th June 25. Its a natural rock formation as a thoranam. A nice place well maintained. Generally people don't visit these places as they get exhausted in standing in queue to have Venkateswara swamy's darshan. This is a must visit place.

The calm atmosphere makes it feel like a natural retreat within Tirumala. Facilities are also good here. The area is neat, rest areas and seating spots are provided, and the entire garden is kept clean by TTD staff. Entry is free, and security ensures the place remains safe for all visitors. The location is easy to reach by road, and there is enough parking space nearby. What impressed me most was how well nature and spirituality blend here. The unique rock formation, combined with the well-kept gardens, gives a very special experience. Overall, Silathoranam Garden is not just a tourist spot but a place that carries cultural and spiritual value. I would definitely recommend every devotee and traveler to spend some time here during their visit to Tirumala..

Great temple with good ambience, but there is a maintainance problem of Koneru in this temple, the waterfall is near to the Koneru, everyone doing a bath at the waterfall, devotees are using soaps and shampoos and other products to bath and water becomes dirty,so those Koneru water also being polluted. The maintenance team is not up to the mark to this. I hope they action to this situation...

Visited Tirupati after many years with a lot of excitement, but the experience turned out very disappointing 👎👎 Even with reserved tickets, we had to wait more than 7 hours and got barely 5 seconds for darshan. It feels unfair for devotees who patiently wait for so long. A few issues we faced: • Plastic was everywhere despite “No Plastic” rules. • Dress code was not followed by many. • Food quality and hygiene were very poor - even simple canteens outside serve better. • Washrooms were untidy. • No proper guidance to reach allotted cottages. • Cottage/cleaning staff kept asking for money during checkout. The worst part was returning to our cottage after darshan and finding officials cutting trees and damaging the building area. The stairs became unsafe to use, and the staff showed no concern when we questioned it. Overall, what we hoped would be a memorable spiritual visit turned into a stressful experience. Truly disappointed, and I personally wouldn’t recommend visiting under such conditions.

During my trek from Alipiri to Tirumala, I passed by the Tirumala Deer Park Reserve, beautifully nestled within the forested hills of Tirumala. During the strenuous ascent up the alipiri steps to Tirumala, one can catch a glimpse of numerous deer grazing by the side of the road. Their presence is refreshing and uplifting, especially during the grueling climb. Children, in particular, seem to relish this experience, and it is not uncommon to witness them taking selfies with these friendly creatures. Regrettably, some individuals go so far as to feed these animals, which is not advisable.

It is a nice break point whole driving down or even for pilgrims climbing up the hills. There is a good population of deers and one can spend time watching these beautiful animals. People start feeding the deers of fruits and other food. It will be good to have information boards asking them to refrain from doing so. A walk into the park would be good, but may be that is asking for a bit too much.

Appreciate TTD team to maintain this park very tidy. Very nice place for kids to stretch there legs and get some fresh air. Also there are some eateries around it so makes it easier to spend quality time. There is a big lord Krishna idol as well. Truly epic. Well done TTD team

Nice and beautiful location. It comes on the way back to Tirupati. There are many deers in the park. There are shops which sells vegetables, kids can feed them to deers. Parking is little problem otherwise it's a nice place for kids to see and touch the deers. Right now in October 2020, the park is closed because of corona

Bedi Anjaneya temple: Hanuman temple is located exactly opposite to the Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumala. It is said that the young Hanuman wanted to leave the Tirumala hills in search of a camel and to stop him from doing so, his mother , Anjana Devi tied both his hands with a “bedi”(cuffs) and ordered him to stay right at the place till she returned.

If you have visited Tirumala then you must have noticed a Hanuman statue on your return to Tirupathi. You will get this to your right side after almost half way. And it’s believed that if you wish for something and tie a bell or a lock , wish will come true. Hence the name Sri Bedi Anjaneya Swamy. You can even sit there and relax for sometime. What you see in pictures is only the temple , there is lot more space than this. There is no need to take ticket or wait in queue , you can directly go in . I loved the atmosphere there and the rituals.

A grand temple of Bhagwan Venkatesh. It is believed that he stayed here with Ma Padmavati for 6 months after their marriage. The temple is clean and well maintained by TTD. There is Rs 5 ticket for special entry. The girls who intend to marry can ask for sacred thread from the priest doing archana. It is a yellow colour thread which he will tie on girl left hand and gurl will soon get auspicious arrangement for marriage.

Had visited this place along with my kids on a weekend. The place is situated on the road with easy accessibility. It is on the way to Alipiri (Thirumala). The gallery was a wonderful place to ignite curiosity of the kids. The entry ticket is Rs 40/- per person. The park located at the entry is lush and very soothing. They had the exhibit of an Aircraft, that's used in the 1970's, displayed in the front park. The gallery had two floors, the Ground floor is filled with rooms especially for "Universe", "Energy", "Atoms", "Accelerators", The exhibits on first floor covers "Senses", "Latest Technological Innovations". Highly recommend kids ( Especially for 6th to 9 th Grade/Standard ); When we went there, luckily there was a 3D show which was scheduled to be displayed. Enjoyed the 3D show along with some school kids. My kids enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend this place for a quick school excursion and also as a meaningful spot to spend quality time with your family.

Today we visited Regional science centre, tirupati. Really you can enjoy, If you are interested in science. For children it is an enjoyment place. Planetarium is video is expensive. Entry also a bit expensive. A must visit place if you are in Tirupati. It’s a wonderful view of waterfall with temple and pond view. Night lighting was very nice and you can visit the pond until 7pm from the morning time. Parking is near the temple.

Visited last month. Very peaceful well organized lot of temples with one small bathing pond. Even small kids are safe for bathing. As I was alone and not prepared, so I unable to bath. Next time I will do it definitely. Temples of Lord Ganesha, Lord Narayana taking Maa Lakshmi in His lap, Lord Shiva and many more Gods. From Tirupati Central bus stand, any APSRTC non-AC bus will take 20/- for Kapila Teertham. All the buses going for Tirumala will go through Kapila Teertham. But auto asked 200/- for myself and after bargain it settled on 150/-.

Overall a good place had very good darshan with great interest given to hygiene and washroom accessibility but there is an issue with the room allocation . Even with having a special darshan ticket I was unable to book accommodation even though I tried booking as soon as the slots opened . While reaching CRO office even there are no availability of rooms. Whereas agents are reaching out for almost 300 times the base prize for the room (₹1500 rs for ₹50 rooms) .

I am thrilled excited about my darshan and meeting with the lord but then I am really sad about behaviour ttd staff and some localities showed at hair tonsure counter and laddoo counters.. VIP break ticket.. donation 10k+500.. mentioned 30.mins.. reached at 6.30.. came out at 10.50.. money gone.. no trace no look back.. dont ask please.. for God.. Hair tonsure counter.. i think its free but you are from out of Andhra?? What man.. you need to pay .. or he won't say Govinda Govinda before your hair cut.. lord wil be angry man.. why you didn't pay the person... Laddoo counter localites pushed me aside... Saying what man from where you coming from? Not this counter.. you go somewhere else.. when I showed money.. they gave me the laddoo.. not the free ones... My wife who went with 2 kids.. was told that you won't get additional laddoo... 2 rascal localities stood at her side asking her to buy for them and diverting her mind.. while she was managing wit kids and buying... They later tried to snatch money for which she raised her voice .. but the localites spoke in their language... This is what is happening.. no help.. you are alone.. Local shop.. asked lady about a place.. no no go away.. showed money and buyed stuff.. she started speaking hindi... Wow! Day after at Tirupati... I went to a local shop near my hotel...owned by a muslim guy.. he asked .. what do you want brother? ... Nothing to say .. self understand please 🥺 This is my India.. hindus divided by language.. money speaks.. does .. works.. wishes come true for those not dreaming of luxurious cars.. but those riding one.. Lord Venkateshwara is coming...

It's an amazing temple, you can see Lord Rama along with Sita mata and Laxmana here. According to history, the main diety idol belong to treta yuga, pranapatishta was done by Jambavantha on the arrival of lord Sri Rama to this place. The idols were so huge almost 6ft tall and looks so lively. You'll be trance for a while after visiting this place. Within the temple there's a small ganesha moorthy which is incarnated on one of the stones in the wall.

Sri kodanda Rama swami temple is located at the center of the city Tirupati. This is one of the oldest temple of Lord rama, sita, lakshmana and hanuman. Here the swamyvari prasad is very very delicious, don't miss if you visit balaji temple.

Also, a unique feature is that you can take a card and write "Sri Rama Jayam" by filling in the boxes with "Sri Rama" repeatedly, chanting Lord Rama's name, and then offer it in the hundi, which adds to the spiritual experience.

It was honestly a very peaceful experience. The atmosphere was super calm – you could hear the chants and bells echoing, and the whole place just felt really divine. The architecture was beautiful too, especially the carvings and the way everything was maintained.

Such a divine place.. still holds it own prominence, amidst the cacaphony and urban chaos of Tirupati city.. the spicy pepper pongal here is to die for..

Bhagavan Venkateswara before climbing the hills stayed here for six months as per the advice of sage Agastya. Visiting Him here is as good as Visiting Him at Seven Hills.

It was a wonderful experience climbing with so many people of all ages. The steps are well laid and the best part is along the route it is totally guarded with railings. Drinking water points and toilets were available in plenty. You also have a choice to deposit your luggage and collect it later. Go slowly by taking rest in between, hydrate properly and don't forget to carry your food ( if required). Everyone should experience this at least once in life time .. Om Namo Venkateshaya.

One of the two pedestrian paths to reach Tirumala from Tirupati, it is an absolutely divine experience to climb these stairs to reach the Lord’s abode. Nestled in thick woods, and very well maintained by TTD, I was able to reach the top within 55 minutes, thanks to the love and devotion for the Lord in the heart, and more importantly the strength he gave. There are a decent number of small stalls and hawkers who sell food and drinks on the way, and there are small shrines dedicated to the Lord on the way. The stairs are mostly covered from the elements and for those interested in the token, it scanned around halfway in the 2,388 step way, around the 1200th mark. One can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the amazing hike up to the most holy place on earth. I highly recommend it for an exceptional spiritual experience, it makes one feel very close to Lord Narayana.

This is very good and sacred place to reach tirumala by foot. The belief is srivaru himself went to tirumala via this root. 2388 steps to reach tirumala . I feel this is better way to reach tirumala than alipiri root as I travelled via alipiri twice before. Among 2388bsome 1000 steps are steep remaining ok. It took 1 hr for me , I think it will not take at most 2 hrs for any other person. Important point is this route will be open only 6 am to 6 pm and whoever getting SSD token there will be separate quota of 5000 everyday and now a days means 20 th nov 2025. Tokens are given one day advance only at bhudevi complex unlike other SSD tokens available at sreenivsam, vishnu nivasam and bhudevi complex so better to check with security staff which line is for what as it is seperate quota there are more chances to get darshan ticket here unlike normal sarva darshan tokens are 10000 and they are distributed at 3 different places. But srivari mettu tokens 5000 and will be given at only bhudevi complex but one trick point is there as of now tokens are giving for next day so you can only go next day as this token is scanned at 1200th steps and that too same day where darshan scheduled on your ticket and you have to mandatorily walk as it is scanned at 1200 th step but other free darshan token same day only you can go by bus or alipiri walk way or srivari mettu walk way and reach tirumala and visit other temples and next day immediately you.can go for darshan early morning so this has some advantages over srivari mettu tokens and food options also not many as it takes only 1 to 2 hrs to reach uphill. Auto will charge 250 rs from busstand and from alipiri 150 per person from alipiri garuda circle. One free bus is there but the frequency is 45 minutes to 1 hr so I would suggest from busstand you don't have option but from railway station many apsrtc buses available charge is 40 rs per person

Srivari Mettu is a peaceful walking path to reach Tirumala. It starts from Srinivasa Mangapuram and has around 2,400 steps. The way is clean, quiet, and full of trees and fresh air. It is not very crowded, so you can walk slowly and peacefully. There are places to sit, drink water, and rest on the way. You can also hear people chanting God's name, which feels very special. This is a good way to go to Tirumala if you like walking and want a calm experience. A very nice and spiritual place to visit.

One of the best maintained Venkateswara Swamy temple in Renigunta. All Vaishnava festival and other Hindu festivals will be celebrated. This temple is maintained clean and less crowd due COVID otherwise high crowd is expected during festival season. This temple is very near to Renigunta railway station.

Beautiful location. Must visit place in tirumala. Rock formations are really beautiful and good for photography. This place is around 2.5 kms from tirumala bus station. This is situated just next to shilathoranam. Walkable distance from shilathoranam, which is also one of the beautiful places in tirumala.

It's only 2 Kms from TTD Venkateswara temple. And just 200 meters away from Silathoranam Garden. It's a lake and a very small waterfall. If the place is maintained by Tourism Department, it will be good. Calm and pleasant environment.

It's a small running stream of water along the crevices of mountains and said to have an ancient story where lord Vishnu used his Sudarshana chakra to clear this place for lord Bramhas penance. There is a small idol of lord Siva in linga form and swamyambhu sudarsha chakra itself. Important note: This involves walking uphill and downhill and may not be suitable for everyone, so please plan accordingly

The moment I entered the temple, I felt a peaceful and devotional atmosphere that gave me so much positivity. The darshan of Ammavaru was very special and gave me a sense of inner calm and blessings. The temple is very well maintained, and the entire premises are kept neat and clean. The queue arrangements are systematic, so even when there are many devotees, things move smoothly without confusion. The priests perform the poojas with great devotion, and the rituals are conducted in a traditional and disciplined way, which made the experience even more divine. I was also impressed with the temple’s surroundings and the beautiful gopuram and architecture, which reflect such rich culture and heritage. The prasadam was served fresh and was very tasty. Facilities like drinking water, rest areas, and prasadam counters were all available, making the visit very comfortable. The staff and volunteers were polite and helpful in guiding devotees, and I felt everything was well organized. The location is easy to reach from Tirupati, and parking was also convenient. Overall, my visit to Sri Padmavati Ammavaari Temple was peaceful, fulfilling, and filled with positive energy. It is a must-visit for anyone coming to Tirupati..

Visited the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple with family on a weekend 01.11.2025(Saturday) around 07:20 AM... We opted ticket for the INR 50 per person darshan. There was a short waiting time of about 20-30 minutes as the Aarti was in progress, but it was well managed. The darshan experience was smooth, with no crowd pushing or chaos, something that made the visit even more peaceful. Feeling truly blessed. 🙏 Only one disappointed. Proper Car parking is not available. Official temple parking should be allocated some space.🚗 Many parking lots collecting whatever they wish to charge. Anywhere in any street some person will come and give you Parking token. At the time of my visit in above mentioned date, a person in scooty token and charged rupees 70 for car.

Theres ₹50 & ₹200 ticket. ₹50 takes around 1-2 hrs and ₹200 around 1 hr.. General line has rush and more on weekends. No Phone or Bag allowed..keep it in free locker or paid locker near temple. There is direct bus from Tirupati Stn (near Vishnu Nivasam) for ₹20 ticket

The atmosphere was spiritual and calming, with proper arrangements for devotees. Even though it was slightly crowded, everything was managed smoothly by the staff and volunteers. The airport opens around 5:30 AM, which is important to note if you have an early flight or are planning to reach too soon—it won't be accessible before that time. There's limited seating inside and minimal food or shopping options, so don’t expect lounges or big food courts. Security and check-in are relatively quick due to the low passenger volume, but that also means services can feel sparse. Transport options are limited too—make sure you’ve arranged your taxi or pick-up in advance, especially if you're arriving early or late. On the plus side, the airport staff is generally courteous and the place is clean. Tips: Reach closer to your flight time; no need to come too early. Carry snacks or essentials, as shops are limited. Don’t expect international-level facilities—manage expectation

I found the airport to be quite charming and well-organized during my weekend visit. While the garden could benefit from some improvements compared to other airports, I am hopeful that the new government will address this matter. The roads are wide and spacious, although the location is somewhat distant from the city center. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The airport's architecture, featuring the Garuda shape (eagle), which is also the vehicle of Lord Venkateshwara, adds a spiritually inspiring element to the add the significance of Tirumala .

I recently had the opportunity to travel through Tirupati International Airport, and here's my experience: Location: The airport is well-located for pilgrims and travelers heading to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) or exploring the surrounding areas. It is situated just a short drive from the heart of Tirupati, making it highly convenient for those arriving or departing. Terminal & Facilities: The terminal is modern, and though not as large as some of the major international airports, it is well-maintained and has a clean, organized layout. There are sufficient check-in counters, security checks, and immigration counters, making the process relatively smooth. The waiting areas are spacious and comfortable, with enough seating available. Food & Shopping: There are a few cafes and eateries inside the terminal, offering a basic range of snacks and beverages. While there is a limited selection compared to bigger airports, it's enough for a short waiting period. There are also a couple of duty-free shops, selling local souvenirs and essentials, though the product variety is a bit restricted. Wi-Fi & Connectivity: The free Wi-Fi service provided by the airport is decent, although speeds could be improved during peak hours. There's mobile network coverage throughout the terminal, making it easy to stay connected. Transport: The airport has good connections to local transportation options such as taxis, private cabs, and buses. There are also ample parking facilities for both short and long-term parking. Very small airport and staff and as super friendly and quick check in process . Travel connection:you can get from Renigunta bypass and Renigunta railway station autos are available with reasonable prices and also every 1hour there is a bus from tirupathi which stops in Renigunta also.

Tirupati Airport seems to be neat and clean as it is not used in full capacity. On 14th aug.when I landed i felt arrival Washrooms stinky. Surprisingly I have seen first time airport terminal locked with no. Staff available. Right now now today on 17th August @ 5.30 am this terminal is empty with doors locked and no person other than 2 more passengers available here.

Travelling via air for the first time to Tirupathi. A huge airport located 25 to 30 minutes away from main city, this airport over looks the hills. The pathway to this airport is smooth, traffic less and location is easily laid. A huge statue of Sri Vishnu invites you follows lovely sculptures, paintings, and some carvings. From luggage till security check in everything is smoothly done. There is no DigiYatra in this airport. There are two floors and 5 to 7 flights do operate in this airport. A clean airport with neat surface and very attentive staff makes Tirupathi airport a travel friendly airport.

The main deity is Lord Krishna, the temple stands on the way to the papavinasanam hardly 5km from the Tirumala busstand. It is under the maintainance of Hathi ramjee Mutt. In this temple you can see the samadhi of Bavaji who is the great devotee of Lord Balaji.

This temple Around 4km from Rambagicha bus stand and frequent buses available, if you buy 120₹ ticket in AP RTC , you can cover 7 temples in the hill, hathiramji baba jeeva samadhi also situated here.

As part of the 9-places package tour in Tirumala, I also visited the Venu Gopala Swamy Temple. Nestled in a quiet spot with an old-world charm, this temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna in his flute-playing form. The surroundings were serene, and the temple architecture had a simple yet divine appeal. However, one thing that stood out was the presence of a few saints or mendicants around the temple who seemed to be constantly expecting money from visitors. While it's common at many pilgrimage sites, it did slightly affect the peaceful vibe of the visit. Still, if you're a Krishna devotee or enjoy visiting smaller, less-crowded temples, this spot is worth a quick stop.

This temple is situated close to Akash Ganga. The Lord Krishna here looks beautiful with cow behind him. Just beside the mandir we find the samadhi of hathiraam baba.

Another beautiful temple covered in our 6 place package visit in tirumala. We have to climb 20- 30 steps and lot of shop's are there. There is a mutt near to temple and it describes it's history which is really interesting. Very pleasant environment and full of positive vibes. Little crowd you have to wait atleast 10 -15 minutes. You have to pay 5 rs as entry ticket

SRI BHU VARAHA SWAMI TEMPLE In Tirumala, the East facing Sri Varahaswami temple is located in the North West corner of the temple tank - Swami Pushkarini. As per the temple legend, Lord Srinivasa sought a gift of land from Sri Varahaswami, which he readily granted. In return, Srinivasa provided him with an agreement deed assuring that he would be paid the first darshan, worship and offerings by all the devotees visiting the temple. This tradition is in practise to this day at Tirumala and Lord Varahaswami continues to receive the age old traditional worship. One of the few, REAL rock gardens in country, it has fine specimens of rocks from Archean granite (igneous) and Proterozoic Nagri Quartzite (sedimentary) period. There is no entry fee. Photography is allowed. There are clean washrooms near the main gate. Many small kiosks sell bottled water and food items. Try going early morning to avoid the tourist rush later during the day

I had visited this place and by far,it is the most beautiful place I've ever seen.One could enjoy peacefulness and have a short talk with nature. With its beautiful rocks and the overwhelming scenery,this place is a place where couples could hangout,friends could have a fun time over here.This place is recommended for anyone who want to take a break from the world and enjoy their life! Right before you enter the park,you would see various shops selling food,toys,all that you could imagine when you go to a park which truly takes you back to your old times!So come spend your evening, and go back with a fulfilled heart with joy and,oh,I don't know what I should say! Rock garden good for photography. Lot of spots to take photos. Photos are good when you take the rocks and plants. If grace about photos then plan some time here. Reach this place in own car if you have. So that you can spend some quality time. Parking place is not that so great.

Very well maintained...with lawn... garden and inbetween these gigantic rocks gives a spectacular view. Good spot for family and nature enthusiastics.

It is a rockcut architecture built naturally. It is located in Silathoranam & maintained by TTD. The rock structures are very peculiar. It is quite strange to see that type of rock-made structures & moreover, it is not man-made. A very big area & all are well preserved. I recommend must to visit there. The theme is basically based on wildlife where many animal structures are shaped by cutting the old rocks or trees. Very pleasant to see.

Quite a serene place. It's definitely a must visit when you go to Tirumala. There is parking available and you just have to walk a few meters from your car to this rock structure. Apparently its a really really old natural rock formation, it's wonderful how well it's been preserved for such a long time. You will probably spend about an hour or two here. It also has a park with many other beautiful looking rocks and sceneries.

Rock garden has a wildlife themed park , different plants, rocks &beautiful ducks were in the pond, which is at the end of the rock garden. Unfortunately many people are not visiting this beautiful place . This nice place is mainly for kids & everyone can visit this place .

Japali hanuman temple is on the way to papavinasanam and silathoranam. Here hanuma is named after Jabali Maharshi, the saint who penance for Lord hanuma Darshan hence the name for this place Japali (Jabali) kshetram. This temple is located approx 6km from the Tirumala Balaji shrine. One can reach by their own vehicle or by ttd's free bus service. You can prak your vehicle near the steps and one should climb around 150 steps to reach the shrine. It's NOT continuous steps, few steps followed by flat path way.. and you will be climbing up and down the hill on the way to shrine. The lush greenery, with natural life like monkeys and Lagurs, Malabar squirrels make this place more attractive. There's a small water stream in between, where the sounds of that water stream calm you down. The serene place heals you from inside. Coming to temple, Hanuman idol is attarctive and you'll mesmerized. Also, the temple is closed from 1PM till 2PM, even it will closed by 7pm.

Behind Venkateswara swamy outer pragraha Ranganathan swamy is kept Sunday morning had a nice and peaceful Dharshan, not that must of crowd. A beautiful temple near main road. Idols are so beautifully designed and decorated that you can't keep your eyes off them. But one issue is that you can't stay for too long as you will be removed because of the croud. Photography wasn't allowed so i couldn't capture the beauty.A Another thing is that some uploaded temple in a pond which i didn't see hope its misguided.

I have been a few times to this temple of lord vishnu. Its a quiet and small temple with a straightforward entry to the holy sanctum of lord vishnu and goddess lakshmi. Always had a good darshan at this temple. Temple management and volunteers manage the devotees to move in a orderly manner for all to get the lord's darshan right in front of him as shown in photo attached. A must visit to this great and superb temple.

Talakona Forest is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I’ve visited. The greenery, waterfalls, and fresh air make it a perfect getaway from city life. The trekking trail and the sounds of nature give a completely refreshing experience.

It is the 300ft tallest waterfall in our telugu states. There will be a medium trek up to 1km or beyond but everybody can easily go except elderly people. It is situated in a deep forest, but no need to worry and till date nothing happens from cruel animals. Take a stick along with you as there are monkeys throughout. The forest dept also don't allow anyone to waterfalls after 4pm and opens at 8am. You will definitely witness the beauty of nature and soak with fresh air which definitely gives fresh energy and restores ourselves. There is also a shiv temple visit and seek blessings from him. Last but most important carry your food and water if you wish to stay for night

Loved the place. Less crowded after 1pm. Be Cautious while walking on the terrain and a bit slippery near the water fall. Peaceful and never ending excitement.. a great place for nature lovers.

One of the best waterfalls with small puddles need to be careful though. After walking nearly 1 km from the bus drop point u will find a beautiful water pond like structure mentioned in the images. After the climb u get to see the marvelous scenic view. Be safe .

I visited Papavinasam Theertham as part of a 9-places package tour in Tirumala. This spot is known for its spiritual significance—it's believed that taking a dip here washes away one's sins. Visited: 02.11.2025 Papavinasanam is about 8kms from Tirumala and it is historical place to visit. If we bath in papanasha holy water our sins will go and good will come. The holy water comes from the top of the hill and god is present in this place. I suggest this is a must visit place to all the pilgrims & travellers.AP buses and Jeeps available to go this place. Own vechiles allowed with by AP.Forest department collected 70 per car. But parking is not good. Better to park on road sides. Parking lot is too worst filled with rocks ... Will damage ur vehicle for sure...

Taking a dip in the cool, clear waters is both refreshing and spiritually uplifting. A must-visit when you're in Tirumala! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a deeper spiritual connection amidst nature.

Located on Tirumala Hill, it's a great place to visit. Although there is no water flow from dam as of now, the temple premises were crowded. You can reach the temple easily via taxis or RTC buses, often as part of a 5-temple tour package. Taxi would charge 250 per person and to complete the entire trip it would take around 4hrs for Taxi and 5 to 6 Hrs in RTC bus.

Went on 5th June 25 during our trip to Tirumala. Water is flowing from a height through various outlets. Its considered very sacred and a bath in this theertham washes our sins.

For rock maniacs and nature lovers. Serene and ancient. Although there’s glass pieces and trash all over the rocks. Decent rooms and food. Best for beginner level rock climbers or even intermediate. 4 hours away from hyderabad. Best to go with good company in the weekend and climb rocks.

The rock gardens is located near to Kurnool, it is perfect place for small 2-3 hours picnic spot. I been there for sunset the total place looks good. Photogenic people and children will enjoy a lot,The entry ticket per head is ₹20

The place is good, luckily that day was not a sunny day and able to spend quite time there.

Excellent, but during summer it will be very hot. During rainy season water will be flowing down the rocks which is very beautiful. For still camera they are charging 1000/- which is very bad. It is same as the money they are collecting for a pre-wedding shoot. Climbing rocks can be very good especially for children.

I have passed by this location more than a few hundred times, but never went inside. I was amazed when I entered inside. It crossed my expectations. The site is so eye catching and beautiful. So many photo spots and kid friendly locations. I was surprised to know the Bahubali movie was filmed here. It was lightly crowded when I visited. Snacks are available but no decent food facility. Good for a small trip with families.

Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta The Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple is located at a distance of about 16km, from Tirupati. This temple has its uniqueness with the presence of the presiding deity of Lord Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy in 'Abhaya Hasta Posture’, which is considered the ultimate blessing posture. This is the place where the Lord Venkateswara Swamy graced the conglomeration of Sri Siddeshwara and other sages on the occasion of his marriage. As the temple was the place for the Lord's union with his consort Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru, here he is considered the most pleasant and granting. The pilgrims believe that a glimpse of this Lord will fulfill wish since the Lord is in Abhaya Hasta posture. Another important feature of this ancient temple is the presence of Lord Vayu –wind God who liberates devotees suffering from chronic diseases. The temple was constructed by the King of Karvetinagaram, Sri Venkata Perumalaraju Brahmadeva Mahara. shrine of Lord Anjaneya Swamy located opposite to the temple within the campus. Peaceful place. Koneru also there. Temple timings many vary. I visited during bramhothsavam days. Very devotional. We had guesthouse also to stay there. .

Situated on top of Narayangiri Hill amidst beautiful scenery, Srivari Padalu is believed to be the place where Lord Narayan first set his foot on earth. It is an important pilgrimage and visitors flock in large numbers to offer prayers to the footprints of Lord Narayan. I have visited N number of times to the Tirumala but not this place it’s recommend to Visit this place and we can enjoy by nature and very greenery place. Lots of big big tress.

We visited this place within 6 place package in tirumala. It was different experience and you will get blessings because this is place where lord Venkateshwara stepped his first foot in the earth. What a amazing panaromic view of lord Venkateshwara temple from here. Everything is beautiful and don't forget to click some beautiful selfies and photos close to the parking where full of tall trees it feel like kodaikanal or ooty.

It was beautiful,lots of stalls,no footwear needed because very clean,but very crowded,not very clean at the main padalu point,people spitting everywhere,people doing scams etc. felt special spiritually but not worth it physically.
