Was here a couple of days ago and for a super early breakfast. The experience was peaceful and the food scrumptious. Loved everything that I had, except for the chutney. Such a balanced meal and the options were a balance of East Meets India. The staff here are extremely polite, keep checking on you for any need you may have. What could be better - paper towels in the wash area.

Had an excellent experience at Tangerine, Radisson Hotel — especially the breakfast buffet! The spread was fresh, varied, and delicious — from South Indian favorites to continental options, everything was well prepared and nicely presented. Special mention to Vetri, who took great care of us at the table. He was polite, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed — coffee refills, fresh dosas, everything served with a smile. His service really stood out and made our morning extra pleasant. Highly recommend Tangerine if you’re staying at Radisson or even just visiting — great food, warm service, and a perfect start to the day!

Nice ambience with courteous staff. The spread was nice with dishes to spike your culinary buds. We went for Sunday brunch which was 1650 exclusive of tax. It was a good experience with family friendly vibes

Excellent service and food. Upashana and Rohisha, the restaurant staff took really good care of us, ensuring all our custom food requests were well taken care of. We wanted to have to food without onion and garlic and specially got them prepared.

Great place to socialize with privacy. Courteous and friendly staff and a great atmosphere to spend the night. Must visit if you prefer fine dining in privacy. Buffet is worth it with high quality food but more variety would be welcome

We had a good experience in Grill by Promenade in Radisson Salem. Liju and Gopi attended our table and customised our request for the grill and the food was delicious. The sous chef Koteeswaran dropped by to check on us frequently if we were ok with the food. The overall experience was good.

Excellent food. Tasty. They serve only Dinner, Grill items. Service is good, peaceful. Out door seating, might be humid sometime, during summer. Gopi provided good service.

Wonderful and open air ambience. Friendly staff and service. Beautiful interiors. Nice choices of starters and salad/desserts. Tasty grilled starters, salad and desserts. Main course was just Nawabi Biriyani and Naan/roti + dal makhani, which was average. They also have mocktails and drinks. A bit expensive since it's in Radisson, but I would prefer this over other grills like Barbeque Nation, Absolute Barbeque etc. Good place to spend a few nice hours with family. 10% discount with the Radisson members card, which I forgot to avail.. lol.

We were looking for candle light dinner for our anniversary and got recommended of this place. Booked late afternoon and they accommodated my request. When we went we were totally surprised by the decoration and the hospitality. Kripa was the manager who checked us often.all those who waited and served us did an awesome job. They had a cake and wished us with a song. They took pics and surprised us with a greeting and printed photo of us when we left. Totally flawless and had such a wonderful time. On top of this,their food was fantastic. Overall a place you could surprise your loved ones without a doubt. The chef personally wished us and got the feedback. I was looking for a relaxed place to eat and have a mocktail while returning to Coimbatore from Yercaud, and this spot had a really nice ambience. I tried a refreshing cherry based mocktail, which was quite good. The service was decent. Among the food, the lotus stem stood out as the best. I also had a rice and curry sizzler, which was decent, and a kebab that was good. Overall, the food was good but not exceptional. However, the ambience truly made the experience enjoyable.

Everything is good. But bartender was little rude. Why show attitude in this business? They strictly denied to play music. We are only supposed to watch loud extra innings and cricket eventhou we were their only guests

Visited Urban Dhaba Pub in Salem and had an amazing experience! The place has a stylish vibe with great lighting, and the music was fantastic – reminded me of Little Bangkok, which I totally loved. One of the best things was that it wasn’t crowded, so I could really enjoy the music and the relaxed atmosphere. The service was excellent, and everything from the drinks to the food was on point. Perfect spot to chill with friends or just enjoy a peaceful evening with good music. Highly recommended! 🎶✨🍹

Beautiful place and lovely staff. Staff Jio and Venkat attended us. They were very attentive and made sure our friend’s birthday lunch was memorable. Would definitely come back here again.

We enjoyed a lot on Saturday. Our table is served by Akshan. He did a great job. One thing that bothers us is food. I ordered Alfredo pasta. It was partially cooked and garlic bread was hard. Salem chicken likewise. Overall, it was an awesome dj but could’ve been with less volume.

If you’re on a long journey and if you happen to cross salem, pls don’t forget to visit this place because you will get the best experience. The taste sticks to your tongue for a longer time. Try chicken Biryani without fail, try parottas, naans with gravys. Everything tastes amazing. Ambience is good, they serve quickly and with lot of politeness. Restrooms are good and neat. After finishing meal, you just step to the entrance, you’ll get beeda, juices and shakes to your right. Sweets and icecreams on your left. If you are a strict vegetarian, you can prefer salem cafe on to your left from this restaurant.

I have visited other selvi mess and this place is also no different. These food here is next level. The Biriyani is of next level. Try for Mutton Biriyani if you are a real Biriyani or mutton lover. This will place will be a feast for you guys. They don’t disappoint you with anything ,including the number of pieces they serve you for that money is really great. Love this place.

Overrated mess. The high ratings on Google and YouTube don't align with my personal experience. We went on a short trip to Yercaud and decided to try Selvi mess after a lot of Google search. The branch we tried on the Aathur highway has a waiting area and ample parking space, which is the only plus. The food was very average. The waiter recommended us to try meals instead of Biryani. However, the meal was also average. The gravy and all lacked richness, failing to deliver the expected South Indian cuisine. The prices were ok for the average quality of the food. Those seeking authentic flavors will get disappointed. I even bought snacks from their mithai shop and the taste was not good. Badam Halwa is 10 days old with expiry date on the same day we visited.

Not recommended. Single tea costs 45 rupees. I never had this situation before inspite of having foods in other Saravana bhavan and A2B in various locations. Paid 90 rupees for 2 teas. Even the location is not a very costlier location

The prices were steep, but what was more concerning was the quality of service. We were served tap water, which tasted salty, during dinner how kids will drink this water.? This was particularly disappointing for a hotel that charges premium prices. The quantity of food was also insufficient, and the taste was average. Our bill came out to be over ₹400+ for two people, which seemed excessive given the subpar experience. restroom also not well maintained. This is not an isolated incident, as I've faced similar issues with food quality at two other hotels in Salem. It seems that Salem has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory dining experience."

Had south meals, chapati and subji. Meal was decent. Serice was little bit slow. I will recommend to have meals as it was very tasty. Kids enjoyed in open area and small park.

Food is good . But there is no neatness maintained. Especially rest room is worst than public toilet. Supervisor was very lethargic when I ask about it. If they don't have rest room hygiene then there is a big doubt in cooking hygiene as well.

Situated opposite side of the new bus stand. Was one of the regularly visited hotel many years when I was in Salem long ago. Visited during November 23. The hotel remains the same. Not much modifications. Quality and taste also remain the same. Cost is little high only. There is no car parking in the front.

I was a regular customer here. Being used to North Indian food for the better part of my life, I had been a regular customer here. I asked for something and I waited for 20 minutes and then half the order was served without what I asked primarily! I asked for the manager and the manager/owner came out asking me to stop shouting! I am pretty sure nobody other than the waiter heard me ask for the manager! I was asked to leave and I did as I was not in a mood to argue. Bad experience, nobody paying for food deserves this! Too bad!

One your way to Kodaikanal, this is a perfect pit stop for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious (chef is from Delhi) and the whole ambience gives you a relaxing feel after a long drive from Bangalore.

A very decent food joint for grill & tandoori item in Salem ... Situated enroute to Salem Bus stand , place offers a decent spacing for dine with wide variety of items in menu.🩶 Their famous pepper grilled chicken was exceptionally good when partnered with Garlic Naan. The restaurant is located on the main highway. While going towards coimbatore, before the flyover, your have to take left to reach the restaurant. Food was tasty and offers all vegetarian varieties, staff helped to get medu plane dosa for my kid. However, they were not able to manage the crowd as they delivered the food late. Even bill was produced late as we could see some customers yelling. Parking is available but not ample. Clean washroom facilities available. Overall food was good and it is recommended. Would be great if they could manage the crowd by improving serving time. Recommended.

Good restaurant on the highway, quality taste and quick service. Cleanliness is average and could be maintained better. Staff members are super humble and helpful. Car parking is easily available right outside along with a bunch of other shops. Washrooms are clean and hand wash available inside. The meals are one of the best items, along with the regular Pongal, dose, etc. Prices are average and reasonable.

Overall, it was a delightful start to the day, and I would definitely recommend A2B for a satisfying South Indian breakfast.

Excellent restaurant with good vegetarian options. This has become our go-to breakfast stop whenever we're traveling from Bangalore through Salem. It's conveniently located right after the Salem diversion on the Coimbatore/Cochin highway. The service is courteous and the washrooms are reasonably clean. There's plenty of parking available, which is always appreciated. Added bonus - there's a Bharat Petroleum station nearby for fuel, and a Polar Bear ice cream shop that the kids absolutely love.

Visited this place after several years and must say that it was a huge disappointment for us. We have been here several times in 2015-2017 during which food used to be really good. But last night every single dish we ordered was tooo oily and lacked proper seasoning. Comparatively the price is almost double of what you pay at other restaurants for the same portion. We ended up paying 1550 for 2 people and my partner has a stomach upset with heartburn. I would not visit here again.

Ordered online, the price are too expensive for the taste and quantity they deliver. I couldn't find the authenticity of Taiwanese style noodles or the roasted chicken bao or the dimsums. I would have been happy at least if one was good. But sadly it didn't feel like it.

This wasn’t the Cascade I had grown to enjoy food at to be honest. This is what happens when you walk into a restaurant for its name and that too in a different city and after a decade. The portion sizes of the spring rolls and crispy corn were too small for the price. The main course of veg fried rice, Szechwan noodles and side dish of mixed vegetables and tofu hot pot were insipid and expensive for the portion sizes. The best known fried ice cream didn’t raise the sub par experience. The staff were kind and solicitous and that was the only thing that stood out.

Excellent place to chat with friends along with super dooper dishes. Quantity is more.. so one dish is enough for 2-3 people. Price is reasonable with reasonable quantity.

A good round table food experience with a subtle flavored chinese cuisine , the stir fried noodles were the best we have had so far, the soup portions are substantial which can serve 3 with a single portion, the food was just right, portion size and flavours

While travelling on this highway stopped for dinner. They have good varieties of dishes. Mainly they have special dishes made out of millets. Ordered kavuni arisi(Black rice) idiyappam and coconut milk, podi idly, poori and other items. The taste was too good. They serve 3 varieties of chutney for all dishes. Service was good. Price is exorbitant for the quantity they serve. They have good car parking space and rest rooms. Overall a good place to have dinner.

Had ghee roast from Aasai Dosa Saravana Bhavan, Salem. The taste was fine, though the flavour of ghee was quite mild. The place has clean and safe washrooms, which is helpful for travellers on the Madurai–Bengaluru highway. Service was fast, though we had to wait a bit for a seat. Parking is available for around 10–12 cars, not sure if there’s additional space elsewhere. However, the restaurant is definitely overpriced — ₹180 for a ghee roast is about ₹30–40 higher than the standard rate, as similar dosas are available for around ₹120 in other restaurants.

Well, it is a crowded eatery on the highway. It must be crowded for a reason. Yes, the food is great. especially the dosas and the other southern tiffin fare. We had pongal, idli, coffee, poori and dosas. The pooris were so light that we had to order even though we had no intentions after seeing it being served to others

I visited Sri Saravana Bhavan’s recently. The food quality was disappointing and did not meet expectations (1 star). However, the staff were polite and provided fairly good service (3 stars). Overall, the experience was not satisfying considering the reputation of the restaurant.

Very very average Saravana bhavan restaurant against their popular name and my good experience so far. Found too costly for the quality compared to the other restaurants in Salem. Atmosphere is good and positive

Taste of coffee was good. Taste meals must average only it must improve. Customer handling was good. Dosa and idly was good. But sambar taste is average only please improve it. Coconut chutney was good. Methu vada taste was awesome.

Junior kuppanna Namakkal branch worst. I paid ₹275 for their curry dosai and all I got was barely 30 g of mutton — not even worth ₹80 in taste, quality, or quantity. The photo you see is not even a taken a bite.see how much quantity of mutton placed. I’ve attached the bill and photo as proof, so people don’t fall for the hype. Do yourself a favour — choose another hotel and don’t waste your money here! I also complained to the supplier and manager .both were completely irrespective and irresponsible

I’ve ordered paneer fried rice and veg kothu parota it tasted so good! I really liked the Schezwan Paneer Fried rice it costed around ₹130 /- and Veg Kothu Parota was ₹140/- quantity and taste was worth for the money I paid.

Like everywhere else the food just tasted authentic and delicious. But I found a difference in the idea of preparation of some foods compared to their other branches. I had Pallipalayam Chicken Fry here and at their Hosur branch and both tasted differently. Comparatively I think the Hosur branch was better. But still the food tasted delicious and the quality was also good. Biriyani is a must try here.

Ok, food @ biriyani could have been better

First time we tried with this restaurant, lunch food not available. Only they offered briyani and parrota with chicken and muyiyems. Briyani is not upto good taste-two of the get disappointed. Remaining two ordered parotta with chicken, muttun cuukka, kalaki and chicken 65- we were not disappointed. Just escaped and tasted good food.

Comparitively below average than any other anjappar. One cannot expect the best food. It will surely disappoint. All you can have the best is regular moving dishes. If you ought for some speical dishes its your risk. Hygienic and cleanliness is poor. The glasses they served for water is full of stains and scales of dirt. They dont even properly washed. Above all the experience is not good.

Just loved it. Had non veg meals and almost all the curries were really tasty and different for a keralite. Had kalakki (soft fluffy scrambled egg cum omlette in chicken gravy) - yummy. Vegetable biryani ws also good.

Heard a lot of hype and positive review from many friends regarding this place. With that expectations we n wife visited this place. Ordered chicken biryani. Regarding the taste it's below average quality. the masala taste was over powering. And it tasted slightly better maybe due to burnt masala or excess. Second thing was chicken was under cook. And the size and quantity of the chicken they served is shameful.. just 2 small( you can see the picture ) in one and in another just one piece. When asked for pickle they where like hearing for first time. Extra raitha to come it was around 10 minutes plus. Really horrendous. I have had better experiences in other Anjappar outlets. This was way below the expectation from an ordinary restaurant. Food served was stale. There was dearth of working staff. I saw one customer lose his patience and began taking the dishes from the counter to his table. Most of the items were unavailable. I could go on and on. I would advise you to skip this place. There are lot for good restaurants in Salem but this is not it !

A huge restaurant come party hall that can be used for special occasions like birthday party, engagement ceremonies. This place looks like an old wedding hall used as a Hotel. Hotel is located in a very narrow road. They have a dedicated 2 and 4 wheeler parking a little away from Hotel. We went here for late lunch at 4:30pm and was surprised that they did not allow us to sit in a/c hall as it was only meant for meals, what nonsense. The servers force you to take a seat and share the table with strangers, what nonsense again. Trying to accommodate as many customers and just get a bill rolling. I will never go to this place again. The food was also ok types and not exceptional, we tried their parota, chapati, paniyaram, podi dosa, noodles, Gobi Manchurian. The only item that was good was their paneer noodles. Others were average, Gobi Manchurian was not good at all. They did noy have bonda bajji at 5:30pm and that too in Salem. A huge let down.

Lakshmi Prakash Restaurant, Such most fulfilling lunch meal priced just ₹95 … They gave sumptuous quantity of Paruppu with repeated ghee servings … Honestly their koottu , poriyal & fry was so genuine … Apart from Appalam they offered good quality pattanam Bonda .. Rice was of good quantity and quality .. Curd was of genuine quality … With just paruppu sadham, Nei , wonderful koottu poriyal we can complete the lunch .. Sambhar , Puzhi kulambu , Rasam were good .. but may not be the best … The crowd was extreme … people were standing by our table to get the seat .. That gave us an embarrassing situation .. Rest all were fine .. Best appreciated place

This was not a best place to have a lunch or breakfast.I ordered a plain dosa ,vada and coffee.The plain dosa was small size and it is 47 rupees not good.Then vada was not good to eat it is 14 rupees.Coffee was the only at average taste.I will not recommend this restaurant to eat .And they didn't allow to ac hall for the dine in.

Went for a dinner. Foods taste and quality was good. Can increase the quantity. Price is average not high as other cozy restaurants. Free parking also available for four wheelers. North Indian, chinese and different varieties of dosas available.

I visited Lakshmi Prakash, Salem today and was completely disappointed with the restroom and sanitation facilities. The toilets were very dirty, smelled extremely bad, and were totally unhygienic. There is a large crowd of more than 100 people at any given time, yet there are only two unisex toilets, which is completely unacceptable for a place of this scale. There is no proper sanitation or cleanliness maintenance. The management should be seriously condemned for such poor facilities and should take immediate steps to improve hygiene and provide separate, clean restrooms for men and women

I’ve been dining at Lakshmi Prakash since my childhood, and honestly, it has always been one of my all-time favourite restaurants. For years, it was our go-to lunch spot whenever we travelled from Attur to Salem — a tradition, a comfort stop, and a place we truly trusted for quality food and a satisfying meal. However, my recent visit on Friday was deeply disappointing. The meal served lacked the taste, freshness, and quality I’ve always associated with this place. Nothing on the plate felt right — from the flavor to the overall experience, it was unfortunately the worst meal I've ever had here. It pains me to say this, especially about a restaurant that holds so many good memories for me, but after this recent experience, I’m genuinely hesitant to visit again. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings back the high standards that once made this restaurant a favourite for so many travelers and locals alike.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Munnar from Banglore. It's a pretty good option on the highway, as it offers a hygienic option for pit stops. The food was great, everything made fresh and with attention to detail. Staff is well trained and very attentive. What deserves a special mention? Their South Indian dishes are simply the best. Everyone loved it. What could be better? The washrooms need to be cleaned frequently. As most travelers do not keep it clean and struggle with basic hygiene.

Scrumptious food with pleasant ambience - That's my one liner review for this place. I liked all the dishes that I tried out here. Especially the Elaneer Payasam and Nool Parotta were my favorites. Serve times can be improved.

Due to Purtasi we decided to try veg dishes. **Malai brocolli** the taste blew me away. Absolutely delicious! The food was cooked to perfection, the flavors were bursting with life, and the presentation was impeccable. Every bite was a culinary masterpiece. Worst experience and utterly disappointed. I used to buy this cake every occasion at home and we got them with groundnuts once.. So today we specifically mentioned saying we needed no groundnuts because the guest is allergic and they paid no care and did this. Please reflect on this.

The buffet breakfast was ok, but they did not offer any dosa varieties. The idli's were not refilled on time. The atmosphere was clean and friendly with prompt service. Tast e was ok but not great.

Tasty masala dosa, chutneys and sambar. Pongal was a bit dry but could find a lot of peppercorns - nice. Just opposite railway station - filter coffee was also good.

Nice and clean hotel with affordable price food

Food here is on par with home standards, although it's pricey. But you get the quality you're paying for. My order was through e-catering, and as promised the food was delivered to my seat on reaching Salem, hot and with all accompaniments. Arguably one of the best food you can have in Indian railways, and definitely 1 crore times better than the platform and pantry food. P.S: I've seen pantry guys fill water from the toilets, to be used for cooking. You have been warned!

After so long went to this place , was always a fan of this place but o regret for going last night. First of all the staff who used ro be friendly was no longer friendly and their face was like why we have come for dinner . Delaying each and every item … no proper service . Many things we asked to get were not even served and each time they asking is this your last order .. as if they are in a hurry to close kitchen and go . Most of the food items were average to taste Chicken soup was full of MSG ( ajinomoto taste) Starters also were not served properly .. and funny part is that each skewer they putting only 2 pieces of non veg item and crowding the bbq . Fresh cut fruits were also not refilled . For kulfi there is no topping available other than chocolate syrup and some sugar coated sprinkles. Desserts : it was not ice cream which was kept but it was frozen dessert. Just see the video how pathetic they maintained a restaurant and I wonder how the Food safety and Drugs administration departments can give license to such a pathetically maintained restaurant. Wide variety of selections available from food to snacks to drinks. The ambiance has deteriorated very badly, and now it looks quite dirty, to be honest. The shop is easy to access from the road side. Only 2 wheeler parking is there. That too in front of hotel.

Even though parking space is a little limited for sedan vehicles, two wheelers and cars could be brought in easily. It is disheartening to see the 90s favourite Chinese food spot in salem has now lost its glory. Though the taste of food is good they provide a questionable portion for the price they charge. Ordered mushroom Manchurian for take away and just got less than 6 whole half cooked mushrooms that could hardly fill half of the box for 250 rs + gst. This is not what we are paying for and never expected this from green park. Totally disappointed

Fantastic. I ordered Chettinad Chicken Kotthu paratha, Prawns 65, Chicken Pulao, Rose pudding. Rose pudding is a Rooafja based one and i didn't like. Prawns 65 was made as a golden fried prawn and not exactly as 65, but it was tasty. Pulao was too sweet, taste was good. Sugar should be little less. Hand washsoap was nice thick sandle flavoured and Not water mixed junk one. Service person was very good. Overall very good. Sufficient road side parking available.

I bought 2 porucha porottas, and the gravy they provided was terrible. When I asked if they had any veg gravy instead, they gave that – but even that didn’t taste good. Overall, the taste was far below average. It clearly feels like they want customers to buy separate gravies. Later, I ordered Chicken 65 for around ₹190. The quantity was very disappointing – hardly 10–12 small pieces – definitely not worth the price. The quality and taste both failed to meet expectations. Not recommended.

Salem is best known for aromatic and sumptuous non-vegetarian dishes. Went to this restaurant with moderate expectations but was disappointed big time. Mediocre dishes, poor taste. Have had better parottas and gravy on the road side eateries. Service was good however it didn't cut out for mediocrity. Left Salem without fulfilling the desire.

Today went to saravana parottas and all tasted good except chettinad grill. Prawn 65 is excellent, chicken kothu parotta is too good, plain biriyani is fair good. Overall its a good experience.

Today I have ordered 2 parottas and Andhra chicken gravy. The gravy was sour in taste and non spicy with high aroma of soya sauce (seems old chicken) But the hotel management says this is Andhra chicken gravy. I asked personally them to taste the food. No one ready to take and if you dont like pay and leave the place. Without taking food I paid 273/- and supplier expects tips too. They least bother about customers concern and satisfaction. Merciless payment they got it. Once came outside I got vomit. May be good hotel once upon a time. Taking non veg is a concern in this hotel.

We have been eating for more than 10 years. The first order we make here is always the chilli chicken. Unlike other restaurants their chilli does no have the food color added. So the taste different but fresh and too good. Over the times the briyani taste has taken the back seat. All the gravies are good. Worth visiting!!

The owners are gracious and welcoming. The staff are well trained and cheerful. Dosa and parota (Tiffin) is available only in the evenings. Open on all days from 11.30 am to 4 pm and 6.30 pm to 9 pm. Tried this place after a friend's suggestion. Food is absolutely good, but service they should improve it takes lot of time for the ordered food to reach the table. Parotta was not fluffy enough, mutton chukka was good, kothu parotta was really good. Their accompaniments especially their pepper chicken gravy and pallipalayam gravy is absolutely delicious. I was especially drawn to the biryani because of its color and traditional flavor. I ordered mutton biryani and an omelette at 2 PM since chicken was unavailable. The service was commendable, and the taste of the biryani did not disappoint. The ambiance is good, with air conditioning, though the washroom is not available, and the handwash area is just okay. In terms of pricing, it is reasonable given their long-standing presence in the industry. However, I found the quantity of biryani insufficient, even though they supplemented it with white rice, Pallipalayam gravy, and rasam. They could improve by increasing the biryani portion relative to the price. If you're planning to taste multiple dishes, it's better to go in a group to make it more affordable, as it might not be budget-friendly for solo diners.

Went to attend a baby shower function. The AC hall in first floor called highness could accommodate around 100. Ventilation was good enough. The food was around 400 per pax itseems, but was little disappointed with the quality of it. It had around five variety rice and the usual white rice with sambar and rasam. Parking was just opposite and had a huge space around. Overall was an ok experience just because of the food quality.

The name of this restaurant now is Rajaganapathy. Went for dinner at 8 pm and I was the only customer here till i left after having food. Ordered Mutton kadamba, parotta, dosa and a panner goli soda. All the food ordered was good and it was not spicy. Quantity for the rate of Mutton kadamba seems less but it is sufficient for a person. When ordering Mutton kadamba we have to say we want it dry or in semi gravy. I asked for semi gravy . Ambience is old world charm . Parotta and dosa was made only when i ordered and was served hot. Went with a group of four friends for dinner. Speciality was the parotta and chicken fry. Immensely one of the best. We tried mutton fry as well. It was A class, served hot and delicious it was. One of our friend was a vegetarian and there was no gravy nor chutney available for dosa. But they got it from nearby shop for him and one another server ordered to make a chutney soon and put us to comfort. Overall a very good goto place for non veg lovers. The best in Salem I would say.

They are not selling biriyani.. They are selling tomoto rice. First of all in this location hotel is changed as raja ganapathy.. Managala vilas located near to their old place.with new building, new staff.. But unfortunately taste also new.. With very low quality with high price.. I never ate briryani with cost of 350rs with same rice with already prepared mutton pieces added in to the rice.. Everything is become very low interms of quality.. Don't waste your money, best visit sri vaari if you are non veg lover.. I wasted my 4k rupees by visiting this new mangala vilas. Note : i am not talking about raja gangapathy..

Present inside the Grand Estancia hotel, seasons is an all day dining restaurant which serves alcohol as well. All the dishes we ordered tasted good. Lamb chops, chicken wings, roti and butter chicken and chicken biryani. They all tasted really good. We also ordered a lamb pizza which tasted okay. Do visit this restaurant if you are nearby. They also have a buffet option, but do call them before as it might be only on the weekends.

Food taste is very gud, not worth for the money because we went for christmas celebration dinner buffet, cost is rs.1299+tax but variety is very less.they send dinner buffet menu through whats app, vaan kozhi briyani and mutton briyani mentioned in the menu, but there is only one briyani available. I went to radisson blue many times, there is more variety. Nice hospitality by rose mam, she was very friendly and took care my child very well.

A very long serving restaurant Nick named as Bell hotel since they provided a merry Bell for the customers to ring to show the happiness after their meal. It was a great place once and the continuous development by the management made this our favourite restaurant. But nowadays the senior experienced waiters are gone and the importance is given to online food ordering people. Customers who come to dine in become least important to them.

I'm from north part of India and i was seeking for some authentic south indian food and eventually i bumped into this restaurant. Tried their Ghee roast Dosa and Idli . It was delicious. They served 3 authentic chutney beside it and all tasted so yum. If you are looking for some authentic food indeed you must try this place.

We ordered afghan kebab, chicken briyani, egg vechi, american chopsuey and schezwan noodles. Except american chopsuey everything was good. But this is not a spot for trying briyani. It was not too good or bad... it was like tomato rice with chicken piece.. Afghan kebab is a must try here.

Stopped in this restaurant to have lunch during travel. I tried Mutton biriyani, Gobi Manchurian, Hyderabad fish fry. Everything was good, I loved fish more.. Biriyani is a typical chettinad style mutton biriyani made of seeraga samba rice, which was really good. The ambience was good enough to dine in even with large groups. Service is good, pricing is also moderate. They don't have dedicated parking, only roadside parking available. Restrooms are maintained clean and hygiene. Overall a good non vegetarian restaurant to try around this location.

The people who brought Chaat dishes to Salem. And, can they go wrong with the taste and portion size? The pani poori and bhel poori were just out of this world!! Don’t take my word for it. Over priced for the dirty and mosquito surrounded ambience. They charged me 200 for a pav Baji,180 for a sandwich , mushroom hot peeper 250. The over price now. For this price we can enjoy somewhere in a AC restaurant and hygienic restaurant. For the old repaired chair and mosquito filed ambience the food cost is high. I dont blame on the taste, but consider the price.

Both Hyderabadi and kadai chicken have a little bit of sweetness, they are not authentic dishes. However, butter naan is a must-try, it is soft and fluffy, and both tandoori and rumali rotis are average. The atmosphere needs to be enhanced because the dining area is on the 1st floor, both the hand wash and rest room are the same door, so the bathroom smell comes out. Therefore, the management has to take necessary action on that.

Ordered 1 chicken biriyani and 65 kothu parota. There was no ac in ac hall they literally never bothered to switch on the fan even. Chicken biriyani simply tasted like tomato rice with few chicken pieces. Kothu parota was in liquid state pour lot of guruma in making it seems. Nothing about pricing, worries about quality, quantity was adequate but they can improve quality. Road side parking with help of their watchman.

This place is located in a good suburb. Expected a much better taste, but the food was pretty decent only. The quantity was more than sufficient. Tastewise, we were expecting it to be much better especially  after looking at their wide range of menu items. The ambiance is okay, not that great, not too bad either. The pricing part, felt slightly on the higher end considering the food taste.  Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Chinese food in Salem.

This was one of my favourite childhood restaurants in Salem where I grew up. The taste is amazing and I love all their dishes. Looks like last time when I went to the restaurant they have changed places and come down to the ground floor. The ambience is not great now and I don’t feel like dining in there anymore. Take away food is what I would recommend.

I love the food here. It serves perfect chineese food and is pocket friendly. The only problem is the lighting in the restaurant. There is not much light and eating in darkness feels uncomfortable. The chef and staff were hospitable and they gave us the best treatment.

The food at Anandabhavan Delight was average overall, with some dishes better than others. Unfortunately, the high prices didn’t quite match up to the quality or flavor of what was served, leaving a bit to be desired in terms of value for money. On our way back to Bangalore from Rameshwaram our bus stopped at this place for Dinner. We had at ABD and not with ABD 😜. Tamil Nadu and food served on banana leaf is not new, Parota Kurma with onion Raita excellent combo , Fries Rice with Onion Raita was one more great combo.Not sure why in Tamil Nadu they serve onion Raita with Parota and Fries rice but they make a excellent combo. Rest Rooms are neat and clean as well.

Stopped at this for short breakfast and tea but there was no breakfast items available and lunch was available. We tried pomegranate and watermelon juice, the pomegranate juice was pathetic and we told the waitress to change it and she was good enough to get it changed after the feedback but still the taste remained the same. Pomegranate juice tasted more like milk than the fruit. Watermelon juice was better. The price of juice was very costly compared to the place. The washroom were also okay

The food is very simple and really tasty here at ABD. Lot of varieties and also other commercial stores within the outlet like bakery, sweets, chat, ice cream etc. Staff was very courteous and quick. Hygiene well maintained.

Came here when travelling by bus to Bangalore (NueGo travels). Stop was for charging the bus + breakfast break. Electric car charging: yes, brand is Zeon with a max of 120kW mentioned on the charger. Food: good taste with pretty fast service. Had a onion podi roast and a tea (came up to 140 approx) Restrooms: free of cost and pretty neat, decently maintained restrooms. Had no foul smell. I reached 12.40pm for lunch. Had hot Chicken Biriyani and Mutton Sukka. Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bite. The flavor was at its best and cooked to perfection and tenderness.

last week i went to pizza republic for the first time wih my parents.i like pasta and chicken very much. so i ordered red .pasta and pita pocket (non-veg).I dont like cheese so i never eat pizza . Finest Non-Veg Hotel in the city since so long time. Tastes were good. Both A/c & Non A/c available. Almost all the items in the menu were good and tasty. Parottas & their Gravy were next level. Authentic taste. In the recent times, Their taste has been degrading some times, but not all the time. They have to maintain their taste.

It's my number one spot to eat in Tamilnadu. The quality on the food is stunning. So this is snappy. Places in every case extremely swarmed, human come for breakfast or early lunch and early supper to keep away from the group and appreciate the food. We went on a Sunday for supper and there was a holding up que and we wound up sitting tight for 15-20min. Spot is perfect and feel fair. The staff is pleasant, useful and productive. Administration is very acceptable. Food is respectable. I very preferred the suppers I had requested.

I went to Shivaraj Inn for a get together. The event was at the small party room. It was very nice and the staff were very courteous and polite. Service was great. The room setup was very well done. The overall hotel ambience is great. We had the dinner buffet and were a bit disappointed. I am vegetarian and the choices were very limited and most of the items were not available and not refilled in a timely manner. The desert options were very good and tasted great.

This place is actually a Kalayana Mantapam which is being used as a lodge part time. The building is horribly degraded and the rooms are provided with dirty linen and bugs laden beds. Rooms are pathetic and so is the guy at the reception. Please avoid if you can .

The food quality and service have become very poor nowadays. It used to be good earlier. Currently, this place is only suitable for tea, coffee, and snacks.

Nowadays it is worse to buy or dine in this hotel. You have to wait at least 20 mins to get your parcel even if you have bought just idli, people working here are pathetic and lethargic. Even in the snacks section outside, you won't get any chutney for snack items, even for items like ragi adai, you have to eat it raw with no chutney. Food quality is very normal and service is not at all good.

First Time with my Family. We reached the place around 8:30 PM. Quite a Free atmosphere, We occupied 3 tables and the Order taken was a little quick but the Delivered to the table was VERY late. They put us in a situation to follow up twice for an order. One of my Aunty didn't even have her dinner fully, since the delivery was late. The taste is fine and very much suitable for Vegetarians. But We need communication if the Order gets delayed for some reason. It was quite disappointing for me in front my of family members. They should work on communication in the future to avoid such situations. 4 Wheeler Parking will be Challenging and I believe for 2 Wheelers also it may be challenging during peak hours.

Nice food and good taste

This is a nice outdoor restaurant with very good space for dining. Even though it’s outside the city we always see crowd during lunch and especially during dinners. Lots of people prefer this spot for occasions like birthday and small get togethers. Tried few times here and the latest was the best. They have improved the taste. Even though the price is little bit in the higher side but worth for the environment.

The food service could be faster; we waited over an hour for our dinner after placing our order. Additionally, we had to shift tables four times for various reasons.

So me and friends were on a road trip and then we found I vast, suburb, lonesome dine in restaurant named Nilasoru ( Nila - moon, Soru - food ) yeah!! You read it right the first impression were so good and cozy environment like they've got nearly 3/4th of an acre land area and it had many divisions of dine-in areas like outdoor closed, outdoor open space, indoor, AC, bed type and also dhaba style seating arrangements. Their ambience and architecture was colourful and pleasing to be there, they make us sit there and do nothing with their wonderful dam like setup of Mettur dam and we didn't expect that they've got a swimming pool of a size which you can see in a private hotel, villa or stay, me and my frienda were god damn impressed seeing that(I'll include the pictures) maybe And while coming to food, they took more time like half an hour to bring a 4 varities of dish and that's a lot of time for this quantity, i thought they'd be dealing with so many orders that time, whatsoever The food was good, especially the tandoori and the prawn dish was mouthwatering stuff. You can give it a try Well, overall it's a non-veg based restaurant with a great dine in space, that can even accomodate a intimate ceremony, note it and god damn give a visit bruh..

A well maintained restaurant with little huts experience. Went with my wife and kid. The place as such was set for an evening dine. The best was Maharani chicken. Was fantastic. And the rest of the items were dhaba style. Worth it for a relaxed evening dine.

The approach and the talking tone is not at all in a good manner. When we ask for a private place for our cousins for hangout, they say private tables will not be provided and we should order the food eat fast and should return the table immediately as soon as possible. Usually people goes to restaurants and resorts to hangout. But this restaurant see only the business and not the customer satisfaction and retention.

I was searching for a decent hotel for breakfast in and around salem. And my friend suggested this hotel. One of my main requirements is car parking and ease of taking it out as well. The hotel had a decent parking space and had support for parking as well. The seating and washrooms are neat but there is plenty of room for improvement as well. When we came to the food we ordered puri kilangu it was good but not exemplary. And idli was good with sambhar and vada. The show's topper is their pudina special chutney which is salem special. Pongal was really different with 60/40 Rice/dal proportion.

Ordered Chicken lollypop, Dragon chicken, Mixed chilli fried rice, chicken chilly garlic noodles and mixed veg noodles The chicken lollypop was not made from chicken, it tasted like frozen chicken. Again the prawns and chicken in mixed fried rice was also not fresh. Could not find garlic smell not taste in chilly garlic noodles. Even road side noodles will be better Totally disappointed with the taste.

On my way back to Bengaluru from Salem, I stopped at this restaurant for a quick meal. Opted for the AC seating, which came with an extra charge of ₹10 per item. I ordered the Grilled Chicken and a Non-Veg Meal. The Grilled Chicken had good flavor but could have been cooked a bit longer. The Non-Veg Meal was decent—nothing remarkable but satisfactory. Overall, the menu is budget-friendly, the taste is decent, and the service was good. A reasonable stop for a quick bite.

Then I have ordered Thalavaazhalai Virunthu ( rs 510) which is the famous menu option in this place which has portion of mutton biryani and small amount of Mutton sukka, Mutton Head curry, Boti Fry, Chicken Chintamani, Country Chicken Fry, Fish fry, Sweet, Chicken gravy, Mutton gravy, Fish gravy along with white rice. Good part is the item can be shared. Starters were good and fish fry( Paarai fish) is average and could have been better. All gravies is less tastier than the starters. Overall I had a good dining experience in this restaurant

We visited this place for lunch on our Road Trip from Rameswaram to Bangalore . We had Fried rice and Egg curry and had orange Ginger juice. All was awesome. We sat at A/C area for that they charged Rs.10 extra per item as AC charges. This charge is not acceptable since the cooling was not good only those who sit below the AC only get the cooling effect. I told them to switch on the fan. This extra charge should not be charged. Ample parking space available.

The curries with that meal was not much good. I’l liked only the rasam. It comes with boiled egg. We had chicken biriyani. The same was good if you like Tamil style biriyani. The location is next to highway and there are sign boards for the same. Its highly unlikely that you will miss the same.

We had booked a suite room expecting a comfortable and luxurious stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far from that. 1. The geyser was not working, which was very inconvenient. 2. The water flow in the bathroom was extremely slow, making it difficult to even take a shower. 3. The DTH service was not recharged, and despite multiple requests, the issue was never resolved during our stay. It’s clear that after the change in ownership, the overall management and maintenance of the property have significantly declined. Very disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price for a suite room.

1) I booked deluxe room with Balcony via goibbo Rs.3500/day for 2 day(Rs. 7000) But the hotel Manager provided the room near reception in the ground floor, that is not at all a deluxe room, it is very short room. It was mentioned 300 square feet in the app while booking but in reality it is not. Not sure they know the meaning of deluxe. They provided additional mattress for single person after my discussion with manager but my family was not happy at all. 2) The communication of Manager is not fair. He should know how to talk to the guest arriving at hotel. 3) The surrounding of the hotel is not even clean. 4) Basic drinks(Tea, Coffee) should be available at hotel.For that guest we have to walk 1 km. 5) I seen at hotel while stay, most of the guest were not satisfied and unhappy. 6) House keeping boys are very good and more polite. Hotel Manager should learn from them if you would grow in business. Over all my trip was good but stayed hotel is not satisfied by the cost we paid. I request, at hotel please collect the feedback and improve to improve the hospitality.

Booked this for my sister and here she told me about the hotel. The rooms and washrooms were not clean at all. There were no facilities available for food, tea, or coffee. The receptionist’s behavior was extremely rude. When we raised a complaint about the cleanliness during checkout, instead of addressing it, he started arguing. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Not worth for 4k +, WiFi Ac won't work, we booked two Suite room, both are different rooms, power issues are there, outside balcony beautiful view of trashes not maintained, no covered parking, even open parking is not maintained, food is ok ok, have to inform prior, just a ok one

Very bad experience . Rooms are not properly clean . Washroom is also very dirty. Very low water is coming in washroom and that was also very dirty. Total waste of money . Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good restaurant which serves tasty hygienic fresh food. Have visited more than 3 times now. Loving the food taste each time. Freshly made chicken kebabs and tikkas which tastes so good. Also the kitchen can be viewed from outside and it is kept neat. They also have party hall upstairs. Cost wise also its not too costly.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavor in every bite! The service is attentive and makes you feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful dining experience!

Good spot for friends and family gatherings. All dishes are good in both taste wise and quantity wise. They have a separate menu for veg also.

This was a very good restaurant for both veg and non veg . They are now relocated from 1st floor of polar bear at greenways road to near Radha cafe at greenways road. The ambiance is bit asthetic and calm, we ordered few starters here it was good not bad but I personally didn’t like their cheese alfham as it was over burnt 🔥 other than that everything was fine. The service was great. People visiting in car at peak times will have a difficulty in parking while visiting here

Had been here for the first time.. Must say the food was super duper tasty and yummy. One of the best resturants in Salem 😍 The ambience and the service was fantabulous. It's not the first time visiting melange taste wasn't like before. Chicken tandoori was good and other items (chicken briyani, chicken Schezwan fried rice , dragon chicken)were ok range. Everytime we suffer to park the vehicle which needs to be addressed..

Some food are taste good and some foods are not up to the mark but not bad. Service is very slow. Buffet also available. Quantity of starters are ok for the price. We tried chef special dish called dynamite prawn. I like that and it taste good. Tried dragon chicken and no taste at all. Fish finger is ok with 8 pieces. Bhuna chicken gravy was very spicy. Naan and roti size is little disappointing. Please go early if you are going with family on weekend. More crowd more delay service. Over all ok. Can try.

It’s a small and neat fine dine restaurants with good variety of cuisine starting form Indian, continental & tandoori items. We had cream of chicken soup with Pan Asian Platter for lunch & it tasted nice, as the place was not crowded we had some privacy time with our family. The food preparation was relatively quick didn’t have to wait for long. But there was only one person to clean the table, take the orders and do the service, Only downside that I felt was they could improve the light as it was very dull we would barely read the food list from the menu card. Overall nice place to try pan Asian cuisines.

Naan and Paneer butter masala was good...As for staters we tried Crispy baby Corn it was good...and Hot buffalo wings was average...NYC pizza was worst...Singapore Chicken Noodles was below average...Valentino pasta was good

Advertised as a night restaurant. Stopped by at around 10pm for a light dinner. Food was delicious and service was quick. People kept trickling in. Access is easier if you drive around to the basement parking.

This is good restaurant in city to have chicken pasta with alfredo sauce, chicken breast with mushroom sauce, mashed potato. The restaurant entrance is like a puzzle!

We used to have dinner here. Latcha paratha is good. Thai fish is also good. Other dishes are average only. Little costly menu. Only advantage is they are open till midnight. Parking is not a problem. But should improve service and quality.

​I am beyond angry and had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life here. ​Despite the fact that the place was not crowded—there were only a few patrons—the wait for my food was completely unacceptable. What was truly infuriating was watching many people who arrived after me receive their meals first. I was the very last person served, which left me feeling neglected, disrespected, and in a terrible mood before I even took a bite. ​To make matters worse, the staff attitude was appalling. When questioned about the significant delay and unfair service order, they were unhelpful, indifferent, and almost rude. The entire operation appears disorganized and the management clearly has no standards for customer service. ​Honestly, the service was so profoundly bad that it makes me wonder: Why are you even running this establishment? ​Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This level of incompetence and poor treatment is inexcusable. I will never return...

I ordered two quarters of tandoori chicken, but the quality was terrible, and it had a foul smell. It was so bad that I couldn't even bear the smell or taste—it was disgusting. I was about to file a complaint against the restaurant but decided not to. I suspect they served decomposed chicken. Don't try this restaurant, I repeat don't.

We and our family members went to this place. They have a wide range of non veg food varieties. All were good and delicious. Delivered swiftly. Preferable for family and friends to get together.

Undoubtedly, one of the best restaurants in Salem with rectifiable flaws. Dindugal style seeraga sambha briyani is the trademark of this place, still, flavour consistency differs on some days. Breads and gravies are top notch. The problem comes here, the serving department and not well maintained restrooms has potential issues. If overcomed then it is a perfect place for frequent visit.

Food was good as we know quantity i felt little less than other biriyani shops, but good to try here .. the interior and admosphere was awesome!

Atmosphere and service OK but that not what we need we need quality and the amount of portion is very low. I order chicken fry worth 160.it was a plate full but, You know what I got just bones,skins and wings no meat at all ¾ just bones ¼ only meat. If asked they said if you feel that you got only bones and skins you should have cancelled it earlier how I supposed to know what you're cooking. Should I come and watch behind you. Never going to that place again. If you decided to eat there just don't order non veg items.old management was better new one not so good. So disappointed. That's what I have in mind. We can't argue with them they just justifying their side only.think twice before going.There are plenty of restaurants around town we have to find the better one. Average experience at Rangavilas. Tried the Chicken Koththu Parota, but flavors didn't impress. Decent portion size and friendly service though.

Best restaurant to have indo chinese food. Chicken 65 is the best I've ever tried in a restaurant. Service is average. Only negative is the constant quarrel between the owner and the staffs.

Worst food. The chicken gravy is grainy and bitter. Chicken pepper is not traditional makeing instead they roast the chilly chicken with pepper. Parotta is old stock. Thrown all in garbage.

If you are a fan of non vegetarian meals, do check this spot out. Mutton dishes were absolutely delicious, cooked softly to the core. Their briyani was a flavour bomb. Nothing much on the ambience, just a crowded and hot room but service was super fast and friendly.

The service and food quality is excellent, they serve you like they are serving you at home. We had the naati koli fry and biryani, superb taste, very basic seating.
