Lenny’s Restaurant is a beloved, unassuming spot that offers classic American breakfast and lunch options. With a New York-style diner vibe, it's known for serving up the finest breakfasts in Clearwater. The menu boasts hearty country-style breakfasts, an array of Lennys bennies, omelets, french toast, waffles and pancakes. A standout feature is that most dishes come with a delightful basket of danishes.
Very welcoming to the family as well arrived and throughout. Wonderful omelettes and French toast were great. We enjoyed the complimentary pastries, potatoes with onions and fruit as well. I could spend all day looking and reading evening inside.

Lenny’s such a great Jewish deli! A menu packed full of everything you want from a deli, the pickles and beets were delicious. The garden omelette and house potatoes were well flavored and the omelette was full of fresh veggies. The garden salad with chicken breast was ok, a little underwhelming with just iceberg lettuce as opposed to a heartier mixed blend of greens. But the portion was large and the freshness was on point, and the chicken was well seasoned. The atmosphere is everything, lots of fun quotes on the ceiling tiles and fun memorabilia all around the place, keep your eyes open and your head on a swivel so you don’t miss all the fun!! Overall a solid meal, great portions, loved the free pastry basket. We’ll definitely stop by again on our next vacation. Thank you!

Great local breakfast spot! This particular Saturday was especially crowded and loud as they had a balloon artist on site and it seemed like fun for a lot of patrons. The featured specials all sounded great, the Wellington (pictured under the giant pile of gravy) was absolutely decadent and very generously portioned. Excellent and fast service, always a go-to in the area!
Jill Z — Google review
This is a very popular restaurant and getting a seat may take some wait time, but we'll worth it. The Pastry Basket is great, I suggest getting two of them. The Biscuits and Gravy was very good but they need a little more Gravy. The Club Sandwich was awesome as well. The Onion Rings were perfect and the price to amount was the best part.
Tony S — Google review
I loved Lenny’s! Yesterday was my first time and I enjoyed a bowl of Matzo Ball soup which I was craving. I’ll be going back to try more of their large and varied menu.
Monica H — Google review
I got coffee, biscuit (amazing), home fries (delicious) and good sized omelette (Benji Omelette was not my fav) a bit overpriced for quality of the omelette I got. I paid $20 for one person. Nostalgic diner vibe. Service was fast and kind and a personable gentlemen handling the front. Will be back to explore the menu a bit more

First time here. I see a lifetime of visits ahead. Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Lorraine serving me heard a rumor that she might have been there for over 25 years. I could sit there for 12 hours people watching it’s fantastic. The food is classic and the biscuit was delicious. On the way out I told him it was my first time and I met Owner’s Steve and Yvonne who gave me a lollipop and a sticker! Please check this place out. It’s fantastic.

Clear Sky Draught Haus is a laid-back neighborhood spot offering an extensive selection of craft beers and delicious pub fare. From their famous Avocado Fries to the Haus Smoked Brisket and Grouper Florentine, the menu features a variety of mouthwatering dishes including burgers, noodle bowls, and salads. On Wine Wednesdays, guests can enjoy half-off select bottles of wine.
We came here on the recommendation from many locals. They didn’t lie on this one! This place is amazing, and full of true southern hospitality. We came for dinner on a Friday night and while it was fully packed, we only had to wait about 40-45 minutes. We ordered a drink from the bar and waited out front. They have a lot of seating outside while waiting (benches, and a big chair). There is a lot of parking in the lot in front of the restaurant and to the side of the restaurant. Many people were parking their cars, motorcycles, and golf carts. They had a lot of dogs here, and are pet friendly but please only bring Fluffy if your pet will feel comfortable as it’s very loud. When we got inside they had tons of seating indoors, outside, and at the bar. This place would be great for meetups, dates, or even solo. We ordered the brussel sprouts which were amazing! We also ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer. Our main meals were the shrimp and grits and a seafood dish. They played good 80’s music and the staff was super friendly! We would love to come back here as the food was good and the place was super sweet and welcoming. Great Florida vibes for any family or couple.

We've eaten here dozen times and the food is consistently excellent. I, especially love the Power Bowl! The outdoor dog-friendly tables are well shaded and nice for puppy socializing. They also hold many events that are fun and rewarding. Overall, I recommend trying it if you have not.

A Midweek Hit – Clear Sky Draught Haus Delivers! Clear Sky Draught Haus absolutely lives up to the buzz! Stopped in around 5pm on a Wednesday and the place was already hopping — always a good sign. Started with a mojito, and it was spot-on: fresh, minty, and perfectly balanced. The seafood sampler was another win — everything was cooked just right and packed with flavor. Service was top-notch even with the crowd — attentive, friendly, and fast. You can tell this place runs like a well-oiled machine. If you’re in the area and craving great drinks, fresh seafood, and a lively atmosphere, Clear Sky Draught Haus is a must. Already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a great place that is located on a main avenue in the Dunedin area. It is a popular place for locals and tourists alike, however, it is the hidden gems that are obscure on the menu that need to be highlighted! A prime example is the item on the menu that most "Rueben-neers" would want to know about. It is simply listed as a Rueben sandwich. When most restaurants in the county offer a Jewish style Rueben sandwich which is traditionally served as steamed and/or thinly sliced deli choice, they serve what is commonly referred to as a Irish style Rueben sandwich which is oven roasted and thickly sliced or "rustic" choice. There are more items on the menu that deserve your close scrutiny to ensure the most enjoyable experience possible. The food came to my table in a timely manner. It was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The Bloody Mary was very good. The Onion Straws were very good but eat them early in the meal, they don't stay hot and crunchy very long. The Mango Coleslaw was excellent. The Rueben sandwich was the star of the show! Hot, toasted perfectly, the bread held up nicely and the texture of the thick sliced meat was to die for! One of a kind in the Tampa Bay area. The service was outstanding. The waitress Kaci was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. The leadership staff were engaging and sincere. The menu had a great deal of different choices and various different styles of appetizers and entrees. This was a place that I enjoyed eating lunch at. I suggest that you visit the place with a friend when you have the time to just relax and enjoy a great meal and great company. 6 Stars.

Mariela was an incredible and very attentive server! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer all of my family’s many questions and guide us to make great decisions. Our food was amazing! I am so grateful for her recommendations and her positive energy. Really made my night!

I had steak and eggs. Steak was nicely prepared and came with 3 eggs, potatoes and they gave me a gluten-free roll as I have to live gluten-free. My wife had the lobster Bennie for breakfast that was good too.

My Favorite Place in Florida I love all the locations Tonight I went to clear house draft house in Dunedin and got their brisket and it’s delicious and being from Texas. I appreciate that.😂 All of their food is good. In my opinion this is my go to place for my birthday and tonight I used My birthday credit of $20 towards my meal. Service is great. Food is great love this place. Highly recommend it.

I had a GREAT experience at Clear Sky Draught Haus - wait time wasn't too bad for my party of 2. We were seated and greeted quickly, ordered drinks and had a difficult time choosing a meal because everything looked so good! Our waitress Ashleigh was informative and patient as I asked many questions regarding the menu. We ordered the Dyn-O-Mite Shrimp and Brisket Brussels Sprouts (appetizers) and beef sliders - all delicious! Nick, the manager made his way through the dining area, greeting each table and was incredibly accommodating; bringing extra goat cheese, pickles and Chipotle ranch so we could indulge in ALL the flavors! The ambiance was relaxing and the staff was kind and attentive. Excellent experience! Looking forward to patronizing this business again soon!

Bakery

Panera Bread is a popular bakery-cafe chain known for its delicious bread, sandwiches, and salads. With a diverse menu that includes bagels, muffins, and pastries, there's something to satisfy every craving. The buttery croissants are particularly recommended. In addition to the tasty food offerings, Panera Bread also provides free WiFi and outdoor seating that is dog-friendly. Visitors can expect a wholesome dining experience with friendly staff ready to cater to their needs.
Fast service and consistent food is what one looks for from a chain, and this one does that. Nothing fancy, but they get it right. Prices have gone up over the years, so the value is in the eye of the beholder. But for me, Panera does a good job for quick service.
Andrew S — Google review
For a bakery the place is too much of an elevated fast food chain. If I pop into the store to buy bread, I have to patiently wait in line with customers that are ordering lunch with all the different options sides and preparations. Transactions that should take a couple minutes can easily surpass 5 min. When I can buy a loaf, the machine asks me to tip. Are you tipping the cashier at a grocery store? With computerized registers it should be easy to differentiate between a simple purchase and a customizable menu order. Lastly, I like bread (to my fault) and every time I try their bread, I am somewhat disappointed. I am expecting a selection of bread made from multigrain, rye, whole grain, spelt, and I am expecting artisanal breads based on Italian, French, German, Indian,.. traditions.
Gottfried K — Google review
I bought 2 bowls of soup last night when they were closing, I’m sick I don’t feel good was hoping to have the soup today too. it was only half filled they are $9 each. I went back today and bought 4 more bowls of broccoli cheddar. I spoke to the manager today 8/13 @2:51pm. she says sorry, thanks for letting us know. Um, hello I bought 6 bowls of soup!!!!! You couldn’t give me another one that I paid for and got robbed on 2 of them. I’m sorry but idk about you but I don’t have soup money like that to be wasted and not made properly. I never complain either, but if I’m going to pay $9 for soup I expect it to be full like the ones I got today. Think that will be the last time I give me business there. I’ll find soup else where who will actually fix the problem.
Kalie C — Google review
This is not reflective of my previous experience with Panera. I ordered at the kiosk a tea from dine in. I couldn't find where to get the cup. Later I tried to order a cup of soup from the kiosk. No cup of soup o the kiosk, only bowl, bread bowl, or group soup options. I reported to the staff a horrible bathroom mess that was disgusting. 90 minutes later it had not been cleaned. The soup was great, true Panera style and my tea was also great. The background music is loud.

I tried the new Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and I’m impressed. I love Asiago bagel so this was such a great combo. Chicken was cooked all right wasn’t too dry. Had an Iced Carmel latte to go with my meal. Perfect dinner☺️

Did the online order app for Panera, got a free pastry with a purchase since signing up. Got the value meal bbq chicken sandwich, tomato soup, and baguette for $7.50 along with my free $4.50 cherry pastry! Very yummy and great for a quick lunch break!
Dani M — Google review
A wonderful breakfast experience. Service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean. I got the sausage egg and cheese on Asiago and it was excellent
Andrew F — Google review
Visited 9/22 with a co-worker to celebrate my birthday. Our cashier was Aubrie and she did not provide the level of service I've grown to appreciate Panera for. I should've used the self serve given Aubrie NEVER asked me one question, I just told her what I wanted. So why were we surprised when our dine-in meal was prepared to-go? Aubrie should be at a burger fast food spot, not Panera.

The menu features an array of specialty coffee drinks, homemade baked goods including vegan and gluten-free options, breakfast sandwiches, loose-leaf teas, and healthy smoothies.
This place is great! Latte was delicious. Breakfast sandwiches were SO good!!! The croissant was fresh and tasted so great. The cinnamon rolls were to die for!!! So delicious. I will for sure come back to this little spot! It was very crowded and I see why! Super delicious! I don’t mind waiting for delicious food!

Loved to have a locally owned bakery within walking distance to our hotel! I ordered a lemon tart and a breakfast sandwich that I didn't manage to get photos of because we wolfed them down so quickly. The food itself I would say is the star of the show, not sure if they were having an off day with the coffee but I ordered a caramel latte and an Earl Gray iced tea latte (also known as a London fog!) and the London Fog tasted just like milk while my coffee was undrinkable, kinda tasted like burnt drip. The owner Tina was super nice to chat with I just don't know if the man who was on drinks that day was in a hurry or what

A hidden gem of Clearwater! All of it was delicious. My husband and I tried a little of everything as you can see in the photos. Highly recommend!
Reviews N — Google review
The staff working were friendly and parking was available for a small fee across the street. It was not busy when we arrived 2 cafe tables outside were empty as well as one table for 4 inside. My daughter ordered an ice latte, my husband ordered an iced latte and a double chocolate muffin. I ordered a medium hot, black coffee and an apple cranberry scone. All three coffees were terrible. There wasn’t any flavor. My daughter and I threw our drinks away with more than 3/4 of the drink remaining. The scone wasn’t a scone. A scone has some height to it. Please refer to the photo included. It was more of a flat bread that was incredibly dry. Yes, I know that scones are on the dry side, but this was awful. The apples and cranberries had no flavor either. After a few attempts at trying to eat it, I just threw it away. We came here based on the reviews we saw on Google. I’ve read where the owner asked for people to bring matters to her attention while in the shop. The store became very crowded after we ordered our food, otherwise we would have.

Amazing service. We stopped in on Labor Day morning and the woman who assisted us was so kind! My wife's coffee was a little heavy on the mocha sauce but the woman was happy to top it off with a little extra coffee and milk both times we asked to balance it out. She even offered to remake it but it wasn't needed. The breakfast sandwich was huge and yummy, as was the chocolate muffin. She gave our daughter a mermaid sticker page to play with. Just a great little spot.
Adam H — Google review
Small cafe slightly off main strip, everything we had here was delicious, especially the cinnamon bun, the best I have ever eaten, I’m pretty sure there lady that served us was the owner, she was kind and attentive and you could just tell she took pride in her bakery, so nice to see, would definitely recommend,

My daughter and I stopped in this morning, and what a hidden gem! Tucked away in Clearwater, this cozy spot was the perfect place. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the pastries were fresh and delicious, and our iced lattes were made perfectly, smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It felt like one of those places you just stumble upon and immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great coffee and a peaceful start to their day!
Rebecca H — Google review
We got some coffee and an almond croissant that was extremely mushy. It was not good. Then we also got the sausage egg bake? It was like biscuits and gravy but in a muffin shape. It tasted pretty good but not my speed. Others in the party liked it though. The place does get busy so you may have to wait a bit.

Bakery
Joey Biscotti is a charming bakery that offers an array of delectable treats. Visitors have stumbled upon this gem by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the friendly staff. The tempting display of goodies made it difficult to choose just one, with options like the stoners paradise and peanut butter pie receiving high praise. Customers also rave about the perfectly baked cinnamon rolls, which are not overly sweet and even won over a picky young eater.
This is a bakery worth driving to!!!! If you’re in the Safety Harbor area, how lucky you are to be so close, and if you’re not, it’s a great destination! Everything we tried was absolutely fantastic, but our hands-down favorite is the COCONUT CREAM PIE W/SHORTBREAD CRUST made Weekends only ($5.00 per piece). Everything is so fresh tasting. Was so happy to come across this bakery while discovering Safety Harbor. Fabulous!!
Ilena V — Google review
Bought 2 biscotti and 4 bars. The bars had an odd smell like the odd smell of the store. Tried them and spit them out. Saw good reviews but will have to disagree. Bars tasted old and freezer burned. Bad end to what was otherwise a great date night before we decided to go there.
Ruth C — Google review
Very tasty dessert bars! We purchased 5 different flavors at about $5 each. My son has milk and egg allergies so was a little disappointed they didn't have any vegan options.
Randy J — Google review
Unfortunately there are no gluten free options here, but the smells are gluten-free! They have some very interesting and unique pastries and goodies. And they do their biscottis the Italian way, hard and made for dunking! My husband got a biscotti, the butter pecan biscotti, and loved it. The guy who runs the place was very friendly and told us about a whole bunch of other places that are local. This is a locally owned bakery.

After leaving Gigglewaters(great restaurant you should visit)in safety harbor right down the street is this amazing bakery that smells like heaven as soon as you walk in! We went four a little treat and $25 later left with all this! The cakes are sinfully delicious!

Stopped in and picked up a blueberry cheese square. He had a few different types on display available but I chose the blueberry. It wasn't the best looking Danish that I had but the taste made up for it. It was a little sweet for my taste but it wasn't too sweet. The blueberries seem to be very fresh and a nice creamy cheese.
AngryGoat 6 — Google review
Joey’s made us the most wonderful peanut butter pie. So incredibly rich. We paid a premium price but it was worth every penny. They were kind of hard to find but I understand that’s a Safety Harbor signage issue. We will defiantly be coming back.

Customers rave about the delicious offerings, such as the orange chocolate muffin and the cheddar jalapeno bread. The bakery's friendly and knowledgeable service adds to the overall delightful experience of visiting this establishment.
What a great find! Amazing artisan bread! Look over their website and call ahead to make sure that they have what you want because they do sell out. The first Sunday of the month is Pretzel Day and they are awesome! And yes......they have a real espresso machine.

First time picking up an order here and it was for Mother's Day. The staff was so kind and friendly when I arrived, that definitely left a good impression. I'm glad I ordered online the night prior because by noon on Sunday, it was slim pickings. But that's a good sign also. Good for them. Now for the food ... As seen in the photo I got several pastries. 2 fruit tarts, a blueberry cheese, and a scone. Everything was so yummy. Far too often when I get pastries from bakeries, it's way too sweet. I think they forget that the bread is what should shine, not the sugar. But here at 20 Shekels Bread, they do it right. The right amount of everything went into these pastries. I'm writing this as I eat the blueberry cheese, a little warm up in the toaster oven along with my morning tea made it delightful. Thank you.
Monika ( — Google review
Impressive artisan bakery with some truly unique flavors and styles. The savory pastries were limited, yet with items you won't find in most bakeries, this is a must try place. Also commendable were the lattes, prepared to perfection...20 Shekels Bread, thank you for the friendly service, delicious baked goods and lattes. It made the experience definitely worth a 5-star rating.
T S — Google review
The place is trendy and decent size. The pastries are good, but coffee just ok. If you need cream or milk for your coffee, you will need to ask. Have not try the bread, but doesn't have much selections. Do see the flour is organic, but didn't see any sign about their products are organic. Was told that the flour is organic but not the eggs.
Alpha — Google review
I have only gotten to go here but after many years of receiving such excellent quality basket items, I am compelled to write a five star review. We ordered a number of bakery items for Mother’s Day brunch at home and everything was delicious once again. The vegan flat bread, the breakfast pizza, the orange and cranberry muffin were all exceptionally good, the service is always friendly. We didn’t get any bread this time but their bread is an always the best.
Michael C — Google review
When I visited their website, I was thrilled to discover a place where I could get fresh bread. I was particularly excited to learn that they bake in batches, and reminded that I need to ensure I'm on time to pick up my order. I entered there store and the first disappointment was the smell: Like you enter an older house but not a whiff of freshly baked bread aroma. When I was handed my order, the two loafs were packed individually in plastic bags and the loafs felt cold, like just being pulled out of the fridge. The consistency of the breads was like Wonder Bread , far from a crusty freshly baked bread. Everything, even in the Ezekiel bread, was ground super fine and apparently made for people who have difficulties chewing their food.
M W — Google review
This was a nice local discovery that somehow I’ve been oblivious to since moving back here. It’s clean and trendy looking and the offerings are very fresh and enjoyable. It’s sprouted wheat so you are getting the benefits of complex carbs while eating bread! A win win if there ever was one. The espresso is nice and strong and the barista actually knows coffee expertly. Love this place and happy to add it into my local rotation of places to enjoy.
Dare S — Google review
Bought 3 loads of fantastic bread, the woman in the store explained put them in refrigerator after getting home. Ordered bread night before and picked up in am hot, they gave me plastic bags to store the loafs in. Ended up buying 2cookies also peanut butter, and one oatmeal. Very good

St. Pete Bagel Co. is a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings for delicious bagels and delectable donuts. Their donuts come in a wide range of unique flavors that you won't find at any other chain donut store. From blueberry cream to toasted coconut, their options are sure to please any sweet tooth. Additionally, they offer a caramel iced latte that is bursting with flavor and reasonably priced.
Service with a smile! So cool to have found this place got us 12 mixed bagels with cream cheese, ready to go for a meeting super fast! Also spotted a sign for new BLT chicken salad and also spicy chicken salad, was willing to make a super sandwich with spicy BLT chicken salad. It was freaking delicious thank you guys so much for what you do. You’ve got some great staff here and great food.

New York Style bagels. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside the inside. Delicious! Many sandwiches and cream chees choices. Fresh donuts. Daily coffee choices or made to drink coffee orders hot or cold. Multiple seats available to eat, but great for grab and go as well. I visit Fl about 4-5 times a year and this is the spot I visit daily per visit.

Got a salmon lox bagel for the first time ever and was not sure what to expect— this place has not set my salmon bagel expectations above and beyond the roof— I also got a vanilla chair latte frozen and it was out of this world— the service was fast, sweet and super enjoyable! We are from out of town but I will reigned be back here everytime I’m in the area! 10/10 for food, service and environment! Thank you so much St. Pete Bagels

First time visit. We stopped in for bagels on Saturday. I had the sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel and my husband had the bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. I was in view of the kitchen and could see 4 microwaves. The person was microwaving trays of food.. my guess is frozen eggs, and sausage. When we tasted our food, it tasted like cardboard. No flavor. If you want to pay $9 for microwavable breakfast you can make at home , this is your place! Food is meh. Nothing special. Disappointed for sure. You dont hear anyone talking about this place on the facebook pages. Buy bagels at home and make breakfast sandwiches yourself, or go to Einstein! Much better quality in my opinion.

I’ll start by saying that the lady’s working here are some of the friendliest people I’ve met always very friendly And welcoming. Today I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with almonds and cranberries in it, and it was the best chicken salad sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back for more of those. I also got two donuts which I always love to get here the donuts are delicious. The bagels are delicious highly recommend stopping in

I visit every few mornings when I am staying in Dunedin during some of the winter. The donuts are very good. My favorites are the cake donuts. The apple fritters and cinnamon rolls are great also. The coffee is ok. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just love the winter in Dunedin . I will be back, God willing.

Really disappointed in our breakfast this morning. I specifically ordered the meat and cheese sandwich (no eggs) with bacon and cheddar cheese. Well, breakfast was delivered with eggs on it and the bacon is just a handful of greasy soggy bacon and barely any cheese. In addition, they placed two chocolate frosted donuts on top of each other and threw them in a bag. Now, one donut has no frosting and the other has too much. I’ve not had the best luck from either location and it’s definitely not “an off day”. They genuinely don’t read the orders and don’t care at all about quality.

I’m me if my fave spots to get get delish coffee and sweet treats. This is a place I definitely am a repeat offender at! Love the cozy inside. It’s a great place to wind down and relax and even get some work done. The staff is impeccable every single time I come in. I love it there.

This bakery is the best bakery, I found so far in Florida. It’s right next-door to Delco cheesesteaks. This is the second time I’ve been to this bakery. My wife says everything that she’s purchased is incredible. I love their scones, they are delicious. So is everything else I’ve tried. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is very nice. So if you have a sweet tooth, I definitely recommend southern Bay bakery.

My fav local bakery in the area! the smell itself makes you fall for every-single-desert in this bakery! The interior is so cozy, and there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your eating with your loved ones! I have tried their mini cupcakes, and I really fell in love with every single one! Each flavor tells a different story-and I won't talk much so you will give it a try and tell me what's your fav! The service was fast, the staff was really nice and friendly. All in all I can give this place a five!

When I travel I always find the local bakeries and buy about 3000 calories worth of goodies. This time I visited Southern Bay Bakery right here on Main St. Dunedin. Its tucked between Lifestyle gym and Delcos replacing our one-time produce stand. Fortunately, everything in Southern Bay is both fresh, delish and tastes of quality ingredients and care in preparation. The cafe is open and inviting with plenty of seating for lunch or sipping on a drink. They serve Black Crow coffee from St. Pete, typically roasted medium as opposed to the typical dark roasts that you find locally. Jordan and Brittney are the "Belles" of Southern Bay Bakery. They make everything in store except the croissants that are made in St. Pete. I selected a slice of Pistachio Rosewater cake, the chocolate croissant, a plain croissant, an almond crescent and a savory meat and mushroom pie. They don't spare the butter in this bakery. Its fragrance wafts from the cake slice and the meat pie which makes it even more appealing. The cake is light and moist but has structure so that it doesn't fall apart when you cut it. The pistachio cream filling is clearly made from real heavy whipping cream blended with pistachio crumbs. The decadent frosting is infused with rose water applied evenly and modestly which is important for controlling the sweetness. Jordan says that they have been busy making event cakes and cupcakes since opening recently. The meat and mushroom pie was equally impressive at 8 ounces with a thick buttery crust and a generous portion of cooked ground beef very lightly spiced and lightly salted. This could easily become a meal for two people. The plain croissant had a wonderful buttery aroma with a firmer texture ideal for croissanwiches. This is all I have to say about the chocolate croissant: Loads of Real Belgian Dark Chocolate! I am guessing Callebaut but I will need to try it again to be sure. The almond crescent was perfection with a thin super chewy outside studded with crispy almonds and an inside that must have been all almond paste. I couldn't stop myself from trying just one more bite, then another. So the verdict is... we have a winner :) The Southern Bay Bakery delivers the goods.

Wasn’t impressed!!! I Get there at 9am and not open. I called and she said a few minutes, it was about 9:10 when she let my family and 2ladies in. The one lady asked for a hott coffee but the machine was down. Which today was cold so hott coffee would have been great but anyways I ordered a cinnamon roll but they only had pumpkin and apple, I got pumpkin and it wasn’t great but my daughter liked it. Then I got a croissant and it was so dry. I’m not sure if I will return.

My buddy and I came here for a quick coffee and and brunch on a rainy Sunday Morning. This is a really nice bakery with baked goods and coffee. I ordered a Raspberry Twist and had some of the Chicken Pot Pie. I highly recommend both, but the Chicken Pot Pie was absolutely amazing. Atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Food is amazing and well worth a shot if you've never been. Kudos to a successful local small business in Dunedin.

During our vacation we decided to purchase baked goods from Astoria based on reviews, normally I do not write reviews however in this case I thought to do so as on top of them selling me burned goods that were not edible the owner promised me a refund this past Saturday, I never did receive a refund, I ended up going to purchase additional goods close to our condo with the time crunch for Easter. So for $128.00 I received 3 blueberry scones that were burned all the way through, which the owner accepted responsibility for overlooking but he stated he tried one and didn't think they were that bad even though he cooked on wrong temperature and for 5 minutes too long. I also purchased 4 cinnamon buns they were old and stale no one liked, the mini canolis also tasted stale and not filled all the way, the 12 cookies were dry and the 6 pastries were filled with canned filling...I am writing the review as not only was I sold horrible baked goods I was also lied to, be careful please ask to sample before spending money in this bakery...

The prices on the menu are not correct, I ended up paying $13 for coffee and a pastry. I was told that when he makes iced coffee it goes moldy (doesn’t offer it anymore even tho still on menu) so I asked for a different drink and it was still made wrong. Payed $3 more for it than the listed price. It was SO hot, there is obviously an AC problem, but I assumed the pastries were kept cool in a refrigerated display case. The second I got in my car I took a bite of my pastry and it was so hot that I ended up having to throw it away. I used to love this place, but they have gone very much downhill.

Noticed this place after leaving from pho queen (Vietnamese restaurant across the street). Took my kids there Sunday but turns out they are always closed that day. Following Tuesday we decided to give this place a go and it was really good. The ice cream was delish and so was their grilled cheese Gouda sandwich. They had organic juice and even vegan ice cream. The woman there made the place enjoyable and inviting. This is going to be my family's ice cream spot, enjoy ice cream the way a family is suppose to like a treat.

Adela & Co. Bakery, LLC is a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. Ericka's talent shines through in every item she bakes, using high-quality ingredients to create creative and mouthwatering desserts like cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and more.
Do yourself a favor and order more cake than you think you will need. This was the best wedding cake I've ever had and I only got one bite! I thought we would have some to take home, but it was all gone! More than one of our guests told me they had two or three slices because it was so tasty. But wait, there is more. The pistachio and ricotta cake was light and fluffy but not too sweet, the cinnamon roll was the same but flaky on the outside. Really great food and service!

I recently visited Dunedin Coffee Company & Bakery at 730 Broadway, Dunedin, Florida. The coffee was delightful, and the atmosphere provided a cozy and inviting setting. However, I encountered an issue with the cinnamon bun I ordered—it was undercooked, with the center containing raw dough. While some may not find undercooked pastries un-concerning, I personally expect baked goods to be fully cooked. This was disappointing, as the café otherwise offers a fine experience.
Ryan G — Google review
I had one of the speciality coffees on their fall menus and it was okay. It had that weird acidity after taste which threw me off guard but other than that it was great. Pastries and quiche was a 10/10. Sad that I didn’t take any pics since I was on a time crunch getting ready for my wedding.

When we came in we got greeter by a nice lady at the front and she offered us a menu to peruse, since it was our first time there. We ordered our drinks and sat at a nice table by the register. I ordered the French toast which was worth the wait and my daughter had the grilled cheese sandwich which she liked a lot. We met the owner and she’s very delightful. So exceptional we came two days in a row!! My boyfriend and I had been meaning to try this place and finally made it in for the first time yesterday. We each had a cold brew and a couple of pastries (epinards- yum!). Today we got off work a bit earlier than expected and made a trip in again. I was so appreciative that the kind lady working with the glasses (I didn’t catch her name) welcomed us with a big smile and said, “Welcome back!” It felt as though we were one day going to become one of the regulars we noticed her greeting by name as they would walk in. You could tell she really cares about the place. We were wanting to try lunch this time and we were not disappointed! The turkey and chicken on their sandwiches are roasted in house and you can most certainly tell! We even took a slice of hazelnut mouse cake (I believe that’s what it was called) and it was so so delicious! We ate everything so quickly with such enjoyment, the only pictures I snapped were of the cases from when we first walked in. We will definitely be back! ☺️

I have been coming to Elizabeth’s since they first opened. The food is beautiful, well made, and creative. Gifting pastries from here always delights whoever receives them :) and more importantly, I love an unhurried pace and environment. If you want a rushed coffee and bagel, go elsewhere. If you want a great coffee, incredible meal and a perfect pastry, come here and make yourself at home. ❤️

This place is super cute and fresh. I had lunch with the grilled cheese but subbed the sourdough bread for rosemary bread. The salad had a really light but flavorful vinaigrette dressing, which came with the sandwich for lunch. The pastries were all fresh and looked amazing. I did get the breakfast muffin and ate it all with my lunch (greedy). It was a carrot, nut, raisin muffin with a twist of added coconut, which wasn't terribly strong. Loved it. Definitely going back for more.

The Ambiance: Quaint. Personal. Comfortable. And there is outdoor seating which is great. The Staff: You’ll be attended by the baker most of the time. She’s a lovely lady and very happy. The others that work there are also lovely. The Food: Top notch. I go there for breakfasts as often as for pastries. Pet Friendly: Unsure if they allow animals inside as there is food on open shelves. I wouldn’t bring my animal in there. Accessibility: Easily accessed directly from the parking lot. Plenty of room to maneuver around. Overall: Highly recommended. They’ve got the most beautiful pastries and I haven’t been able to eat them all yet.

Mano’s Bakery in Clearwater is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. The staff genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every detail. We had an incredible Cuban sandwich, perfectly crispy fries, and some of the best baklava we've ever tasted. While picking out a few treats for a friend's birthday, the woman behind the counter overheard and insisted on wrapping them up beautifully—just one example of the thoughtful service you’ll find here. Whether you're stopping in for lunch in Clearwater, craving fresh pastries and desserts, or looking to support a warm, family-owned bakery and cafe, Mano’s is the place. As the sign inside says, “the secret ingredient is love”—and they truly mean it.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Carmel Frappe was delicious and creamy. Love the consistency. Sandwich was great especially with their homemade bread. I would love to take some home with me. I’m not much of a bread person so that is saying something.

If you’re looking up good places to eat and stumbled upon this review, JUST GO! Get in the car and drive straight to Manos Bakery! I haven’t even finished my breakfast and I’m writing a review already! The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean and pristine everything was! This is important to me! Very great service, the man at the counter (who seemed like the owner and chef) made us some of the best breakfast sandwiches in all of Clearwater! Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be back for lunch soon! I can’t believe I’ve lived here right around the corner for 6 years and never walked in! Thank you again!

We went there for the first time today and loved it. The owner himself made us food - it felt like visiting a family member. The food is very fresh and tasty. We ate right there. The owner gave us complimentary fresh out of the oven pastry to try. They also have fantastic Greek soap very reasonably priced. I will go there again and I highly recommend this place.

What a gem of a place! We were treated like family, maybe the royal family. Everyone was so kind and generous and our lunches were divine. Highly recommend the chicken salad. Grab a box of Greek cookies on your way out. The Bourgatsa (custart pastry) is amazing. Highly recommend!

A well-established chain that specializes in breakfast items and a variety of coffee beverages, Dunkin' is known for its excellent service. At one particular location, the staff showed exceptional skills in handling a busy morning rush with smiles and warm greetings for every customer. Their commitment to providing outstanding service made patrons feel valued and appreciated. The employees went above and beyond during a power outage, ensuring that all coffee needs were met.
Came into this location early... at 530 am sharp... Tammy and her crew were inundated by a rush of morning customers. They handled it like Champs! Smiles the whole time and greeting everyone the same... " good morning... how are you today?" "Here's your morning Joe and have a wonderful blessed day she said." If u could get this type of service at every single Dunkin Donuts I would never have my morning Carmel blended frozen coffee anywhere else. I LOVE THESES MORNING GIRLS HERE A THIS LOCATION! THANK YOU 😊 🙏

Stopped here for lunch. The customer service was severely lacking and they didn’t have any espresso drinks (machine looked to be down). Maybe the staff was having a bad day. Always give grace. It is a nice Dunkin (newer build) in a nice location.

I did not have a good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I pulled into the drive-through and just ordered a simple breakfast meal and they gave me my coffee right away, but it took 10 minutes for me to get my food and I was already late for work. the people were rude and they barely acknowledged me and the lady had to get reminded twice to make my food. She finally gives me my food. I said thank you and she walked away without saying anything once I arrived to my work I didn’t realize to check the bag on my way there because I was in such a rush I check and there’s no egg on my egg sandwich. I tried calling the place to put in a complaint and it said that the user was busy very disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t go there if you’re in a rush or if it’s early in the morning, always check your food before you leave lol lol

Bagel it's burn and hard as a rock I can't even bite into it and the bacon hard and burnt also. How can you even serve this to costumers very unacceptable. Just basically gave my money away today. I work in st Petersburg so I can't go back to return it.

Stopped in for an iced coffee nothing crazy medium iced coffee two creams. The coffee was black and burnt. I asked her to refund my money. I didn’t want the coffee. She said she couldn’t worst coffee worst service I’ve ever seen.

the tan guy with dark hair working today at like 1:30 needs to learn what customer service is, i dont know why hes working in customer and food service when he dont know how to do it. no greeting at the mic, just “what can i get”. then he doesnt even get half the order and i have to repeat myself. he makes the drink wrong because he didnt plug it into the computers. be doesnt know how to make the food and all i ordered was a basic BEC… i have to get a different cup and loose half my drink trying to fix it myself and then he cant even give me the rest of the food i ordered anyway. the girl with short light brown hair and glasses on the other hand was very noce and was apologetic for all the mess ups, even when i got the window shut on me and i had to wait to tell them to gove me the rest of the order i had paid for. the guy shouldnt be in CUSTOMER SERVICE if he cant even say sorry or have a good day like i can. and i will mention I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE, NO ONE INSIDE LOL

Dunkin' is a beloved, long-established chain that specializes in serving up delicious breakfast options alongside an impressive array of coffee beverages. Many fans rave about their experiences at Dunkin', often highlighting the friendly and efficient staff who seem to know your order as soon as you arrive. One popular choice among patrons is the refreshing strawberry drink, which can be customized with extra strawberries for an added burst of flavor.
All I ever get from this place is a simple hot coffee, French vanilla, cream, no sugar, and every time I go to give them a chance to make this drink. It is the nastiest water down coffee ever like. How is this even possible to mess up something so simple?

I definitely do not recommend this place at all. First of all, they are very disrespectful and they close earlier than what you see online. My girlfriend and I showed up there around 8:40 PM and they don’t close until 9 o’clock. When we arrived, they threw all of the donuts out into the trash, and they were not able to serve us. That’s bad business/management. Also you could tell that they really didn’t care at all.
Richard G — Google review
I had the bad experience this morning. Wendy is the name of the rude employee. Very bad attitude. I will never return to this store again. Judging by the ratings the management does not care. I'm gonna call and report her but it probably won't make any difference. Avoid this place by all means. Let it die.

I started going to that location for about a year. I have witnessed on two occasions how rude Justin P. Is. He’s rude to customers, rude to his fellow employees and was rude to me. I no longer go that particular one. I’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts establishments from NY to here. I’ve only been treated poorly at two locations. I no longer go to that one either. Maybe Dunkin can offer an Anger Management class. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a latte, when the woman at the window handed me the drink I told her it looked like an iced coffee, not a latte. She said “that’s your latte!” As I was driving away, I sipped the drink and it was, in fact, an iced coffee. When I went inside to let her know I got an iced coffee instead the latte I ordered, she grabbed the drink and passive aggressively spoke out loud to herself while making the new drink. She handed me the drink and said “here’s your latte! I made it myself!” When I went to the car, I took a sip of the new drink and the espresso was completely burnt and so bitter. Not drinkable. Absolutely terrible service.

Could not get order right. Missed one coffee completely tried to give the one with the meal deal as iced instead of hot. Sandwich was burned but cold. My mom couldn't taste mocha in her coffee once she finally got it. Was marked as just original coffee on tag.

Must be new policy to just throw everything in one bag... Three donuts in one bag two were chocolate frosted. And why would they put two wake up wraps in one bag... What if one was for someone else. Staff was nice though they had almost no donuts left not even a Boston cream. I guess this is the new normal

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a popular chain known for its quick service and diverse menu. Customers rave about the Greek yogurt cherry pastry and the farmhouse sandwich with jalapeno cream cheese spread. They appreciate the attention to detail in preparing their orders, ensuring that messy sandwiches are made perfectly for on-the-go consumption. While some mention that the restrooms could use a deep cleaning, they still acknowledge that they are generally clean.
I work for a local Largo company and often on Thursdays we will cater breakfast for the staff. We all love Einstein Bagels for breakfast. The location off of East Bay and 19 is especially fantastic. I often call them at 6am and ask for 15-20 breakfast bagel sandwiches by 7:30am and they get it done for me. Early on the manager noticed that I would call in with this order and I think she made note to help me out. She knows me now and gets it done. I do this breakfast several times a month but its often last minute and they always make it happen for me. There was one employee that went the extra mile and set me up with a number I could txt the night before to help make sure that they got the order in and done for me. Don't think this is normal protocol but I really appreciated the help. Thanks Kelly! My company is in the service industry as well and so I think its important to call out a branch or company that does go the extra mile to service their customers, regular customers or not. Einstein bagels are the same at any location you go to, but when one location services you better than the next you tend to go to that one to give them the business. This branch is not the closest to my home or work but they were the ones that could get the order done when I needed it and so they earned the large order I place every other weeks sometimes. Thanks to the team :)

Really good, but I feel like the staff needs to be educated more on gluten free options. They responded, we don't have any. That is clearly not the case. They serve eggs, bacon, cheese, cream cheese; all gluten free. I wish that I could eat gluten. I love it, but I have celiac disease and I have lost that opportunity. A little training would increase sales. Also one of the eagles was burnt so bad that it was black on top and they still served it. Other employees were helpful, but overall a good experience.

I love Einstein Bagels. However, this is the second time I came to this location in a row. The food is great! The heavy set lady in the morning, seems bothered to take an order. If I have questions or make a change, she lets out a huge sigh.. like it’s an issue. She asked if I was a reward member on the first day, when I said idk.. she didn’t even bother to check. Today, same attitude, bothered to answer questions… when she asked if I was a reward member, I said I wasn’t sure.. she was going to just move on… I asked her, could we check( she should’ve took the initiative the 1st time to check). Someone really needs to train her in customer service, and how to deal with customers. Learn how to communicate effectively, to help the customer vs coming off bothered.

Love Kiely sorry if I misspelled your name she so nice . I think the young man not sure I think his name is Ryan beautiful attitude. Also the lady with blond short hair awesome personality. As to the lady with black shirt and dark blond hair nasty attitude. She needs some training from your younger associates. Like the ones I mentioned above ,they should change her .is not good for the environment. I love the lady the opens in the morning ,heavier set she is lovely.

Nobody greeted me. I walked in and had to start the day. 4 people moment moving with a sense of urgency. I waiting on a door dash. I cold coffee and 1 egg sandwich. The bagels smell burnt whe you walk in and the service sucks. Tip: DO BETTER
Stacey F — Google review
I would give this location a higher rating but the last three times I've ordered food from here, either through Uber eats or by going through the drive thru the staff have managed to mess my order up each time by either forgetting the cold brew I ordered or not including the strawberry cream cheese tub I ordered (like today). Or if I tell them I want my bagels sliced and toasted with a TUB of cream cheese so I can spread it myself they instead give me three bagels with cream cheese already on them and have the audacity to say I needed to pay for a tub of cream cheese which is what I specified and WANTED to pay for in the first place! Definitely am not happy with how my orders keep turning out from this store. Coming back to mark this review again after ordering breakfast again today and the staff again forgot my tub of cream cheese I'm coming back to mark the service down from a 2 to a 1. The food is fine but the staff is absolutely atrocious if they can't manage to properly fill a 4 item order into one bag.

Dunkin' is a well-known chain that serves up breakfast items and coffee drinks. They have both a drive-thru and an ordering app so you can enjoy your food or drink quickly and easily. The guy making my blueberry macchiato made a mistake, but the drink was still tasty so I didn't really mind.

Burnt Coffee! The last four times I’ve ordered a caramel macchiato here, it’s had a burnt taste and was undrinkable. Even after my husband explained the issue and specifically asked for it to be made fresh, it still came out tasting burnt. It’s been a waste of money, and I keep giving them another chance, but it’s just not getting any better. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anything from here again!
Tanya V — Google review
This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a Dunkin. The two women working looked absolutely miserable and made sure every single customer felt it. They couldn’t prepare our orders correctly even after repeating them multiple times. It was like they were too caught up in their own self hatred to function like basic employees. The energy was so negative it was suffocating. The only saving grace was the younger white woman with the gorgeous wedding ring. She was the only one who seemed like a decent human being. She was kind attentive fast and clearly takes pride in what she does. It’s obvious she doesn’t hate her life like the other two who were projecting their bitterness and inner chaos all over the place. If you hate your job that much stay home. You’re ruining the experience for everyone around you. Get it together Dunkin. This was embarrassing.
Beano T — Google review
i was just telling my husband on the drive to dunkin that there are so many inconsistencies with the drink i order, and that still reigns true especially for this one. i get a caramel latte with oat milk, and i’m absolutely positively they gave me just a coldbrew with oatmilk— even that would have been better than what they gave me. it is so watered-down and flavorless. they were not super busy, not a long line or many cars in the parking lot, but we waited at the window for our drinks to come out for 10 minutes! the staff was not friendly either, and tried to hand us out someone else’s donuts. the only reason i give it two stars and not one is because my husband’s caramel macchiato tastes alright- not great, but it was made better than mine at least. so disappointed with this franchise.
Ashley T — Google review
When Kate is on shift, this is a really good ran place. There are other staff members that think it’s the hood or a hangout . I’m a regular and I was so grossed out by my visit today. The employees had gotten out of a car full of smoke and went in through the back door. The line was really long because no1 was in the restaurant, they all was outside smoking. Do they wash their hands? Probably not. The guys were really young so that’s expected but the older woman needs to be corrected. I won’t be drinking coffee for a few days, don’t want a cup that smells like smoke. And the fact that she took 1 last puff before she entered the store and blew it out while customers were watching says a lot!
Sarah C — Google review
Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This is a grilled cheese add bacon and the cheese isn’t even melted it’s just a glob of plastic and on top of that the hash browns were burnt and the coffee taste like hazelnut and I ordered vinella. Idk what’s going on but somethings wrong w their process. 🥴🥴

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a popular chain known for its quick counter-service and wide selection of egg sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. The menu features a variety of delicious bagels that can be customized to your liking. Customers appreciate the efficient service and the option to place special orders. The owner is highly regarded for maintaining hot and fresh food while providing excellent customer service.
To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to share my appreciation and recognition for the outstanding service I consistently receive at the Einstein Bros. Bagels location on McMullen Booth Road. This store has truly set the bar high when it comes to not only great food and drinks but also exceptional customer service and community spirit. First and foremost, I want to commend the manager, Manley, for his incredible leadership. Manley runs the store with a sense of pride, professionalism, and genuine care for both customers and his team. He strikes a perfect balance of being approachable and efficient, creating a positive environment where both staff and guests feel respected and valued. His strong presence, reliability, and calm demeanor even during the busiest rushes reflect a level of management that goes above and beyond the standard. It’s clear that his team works well under his guidance, and it’s no surprise why the location is so well-run. I’d also like to give special recognition to China and Zoe, who are absolute standouts every time I visit. China brings such warmth and positivity to every interaction. She remembers regular customers, makes everyone feel welcome, and never fails to serve with a smile. Her energy is contagious, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure orders are correct and customers are happy. She is a true customer service professional. Zoe, too, is an essential part of what makes this location feel special. She is efficient, kind, and composed no matter how busy the store gets. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying upbeat make a real difference. She treats every customer like they matter and ensures the line keeps moving without sacrificing quality or courtesy. Between Manley’s outstanding leadership and the consistently excellent service from China, Zoe, and the rest of the staff, this Einstein Bros. Bagels has become a favorite stop of mine not just for the food, but for the people. They turn a quick breakfast run into something much more meaningful, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Please extend my sincere thanks to Manley, China, Zoe, and the entire team at McMullen Booth Road. They deserve every bit of recognition for the amazing work they do each

AWFUL experience, an older gentlemen took our order, and RUSHED us constantly out, we didn’t feel comfortable to order what we actually wanted, and didn’t ask if we wanted our bagel cut, toasted, and dressed. It’s extremely disappointing that we’re now gonna drive much further away for bagels because this locations service is extremely subpar because of one persons behavior. Another thing being the second we walked through the doors, we caught extremely dirty looks from the man. We went on September 24th, 2025, at 1:00pm. The other younger gentlemen was great though!

Good overall. The cold brew wasn’t too watered down. I didn’t get a bagel or anything this time. Had a business meeting there. A lot of people in and out. There are only a few tables. The Internet seem to be pretty good. I’ll be back.

Every. Single. Time. Whenever I order something without cheese, it comes with cheese. Even though it says it on the receipt and in bold red letters on the register, it always comes out wrong. Today was no different but it was the breaking point in regards to never coming back. Naturally, the sandwich was made wrong AGAIN, the coffee was disgustingly cold and the "lightly buttered" bagel came lathered with tons of butter. If you read the reviews, you can see they make mistakes like this all the time. Never going back.

Nothing wrong with this service or the product. The issue is, it's when companies like this. I want a tip for doing their job that they get paid. For that is my issue with corporations like this, they need to pay their employees more and stop making them beg for money

Parlor Doughnuts is a must-visit spot for a fun and unique doughnut experience. They offer vegan/gluten-free options with custom glazes, and their shakes can be made dairy-free as well. The staff is friendly and eager to serve, offering recommendations like the Blueberry Hill, which combines croissant and blueberry fritter flavors. The Strawberry Shortcake topped with real strawberries is also highly recommended.
Top 3 donuts shops in the US we’ve had including Portland and Seattle. The dough is like a croissant 🥐, very fluffy, chewy, and toppings amazing Fairly affordable for the donuts taste and cute interior, good service ++French toast one us popular for a reason! + seasonal blueberry cheesecake was yum too + peanut butter chocolate was good too + iced latte was good too (a bit too much ice and no foam though)

I was hoping for a much better donut based on reviews. I think they were obviously better than Dunkin but still not upper level favorites of all time. Being freshly made is creative for sure. I just wasn’t impressed by the taste and texture. Cold brew was very good and breakfast sandwiches look fabulous. Decide for yourself.

Wonderful place. The donuts where amazing, yes, each donut is like $5 but so are individual cookies at cookie stores. These donuts are also bigger than other donuts, also they sort of have a taste like a beignet, which is amazing. They are sweet but not crazy sweet to the point that you feel sick, the right amount of sweetness, bigger than the average donut so one is definitely enough but gets extras for later on. There also are two reserved parking spaces outside.
Viktor L — Google review
The donuts are delicious 😋 the guys serving were not very friendly. We were surprised at their unwelcome presence they gave. Parlor donuts are excellent and I hope the guys get happy because service is part of the business. Parking is kind of difficult but worth figuring it out. Let the guy that is pay for parking know your going to Parlor Donuts. So you don't pay for the day.

We got the French toast and the cookies and cream. Donuts are absolutely mental. Just a hit of pure sugary dopamine. We got a bacon egg cheese sandwich also. The sandwich left something to be desired - and that something was a convenient packet of cholula available at the condiment/utensil area. The coffee was ok. Far from the best I’ve had but fully drinkable. I got a passion mango refresher with coconut milk. That was bonkers. Very refreshing to sip as you walk along the beach. Definitely ask for light ice on the refreshers otherwise 70% of the cup is ice. It worked out well though since I just let it melt and dilute the beverage a bit.
Boris B — Google review
Walking into this place I feel welcome as it spacious and wide, you feel like you have room to actually stand normally versus a lot of these other donut shops in Florida. I went two days the first day I got a variety of donuts to try and I didn’t like all of them, the second day I came and really specified on the ones I liked which was Bourbon Caramel and Honey Glazed which were really good, the donuts are a good size and the glaze is delicious, I think their worth the higher price. I also got a medium iced latte which was average just like any other place. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. All in all i recommend this place.
Billy N — Google review
Absolutely obsessed with this place! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and helpful suggestions. You can tell they genuinely love what they do—it made the whole experience that much better. The variety of doughnuts is unreal. From classic flavors to wild, inventive combinations, there’s truly something for everyone. I tried the French Toast and Raspberry Pistachio, while my partner went for Campfire and Strawberry Shortcake—every single one was flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. You can tell these aren’t your average doughnuts; they’re layered, delicate, and totally indulgent. The team behind the counter patiently explained their top picks and didn’t rush us at all, even though the line was getting long. Their energy really set the tone—and the vibe inside is cheerful and cozy, just a block from the beach. This is a must-stop spot in Clearwater—for the amazing doughnuts and the outstanding service. Can’t wait to go back

Very unique donuts. They don't really have a traditional hole, and kind of defy a traditional yeast vs cake donut. It's almost like a sourdough: very soft inside but with a nice crunch/bite on the crust and a huge crumb inside. Toppings are super sweet and come with a lot. It's at the bottom of the hotel.

Auntie Anne's is a well-known international chain that offers a wide selection of sweet and savory soft pretzels with various toppings and dips. A customer shared their positive experience at one of the mall locations, where they received exceptional service from an employee named Memphis. Despite being busy making pretzels, Memphis took the time to assist the customer in choosing their order, leaving a lasting impression of great customer service.
Pretzels are usually pretty good. I don’t get the hotdog pretzels cause they usually kind of dried out, but this is the pretzel place not a hotdog place. Always smells good walking up and I always get suckered into buying a pretzel so I guess it’s pretty good.. not gourmet food but it sure is tasty when you smell those pretzels to get in the mall.
Foxx T — Google review
If you enjoy stale pretzels this is the place for you. My kids beg me to go there after school right around 3:00 or 4:00 and the pretzels go straight in the trash. They usually taste like they were made yesterday. However, if you go on the weekend or evening you will have to wait 15-20min for them to bake whatever pretzel you order. It’s like they are surprised you would like to order a pretzel during peak business hours. Apparently, they struggle with supply & demand.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product quality at your countryside mall location for the second time. Despite having four staff members on duty and only a minimal line of customers, the wait time was unreasonably long. Two employees were distracted, interacting with individuals who were not in line, which further delayed service. Moreover, the food quality was substandard. While my cinnamon pretzel met expectations, the pretzel hotdog was overcooked and dried out. When my companion returned to address this issue, she was offered mini pretzels that were also burnt. Subsequently, she requested a refund. However, the refund was processed incorrectly, and instead of receiving a refund to my card, another card (ending in 1457) was refunded. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they insisted that they had refunded the correct card and were unable to locate my card in their system. Despite this, my account was charged $13.78, and I have not received a refund for the pretzel hotdog. This experience is unacceptable, and I am seeking resolution. I expect a full refund for the erroneous charge and assurance that steps will be taken to improve service and food quality at this location. I will be contacting corporate to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Went to the mall for other reason yesterday, but wanted to get a drink. I went to Auntie Anne’s since it was close by and ordered a frozen lemonade. It was so sweet, just horrible and not theist quenching. Anywho, I asked them if I could have a small cup of water as well. They said no! I asked do you have a cup, and a faucet? They said yes but we can’t give free water. I thought that was weird especially since I purchased a frozen lemonade. I bought a bottle and went in with my day. I think not giving water is very odd, especially since I made a purchase, but it was also the delivery. Won’t go back for water…or lemonade at this point! Wish I never left a tip pre water request…

I am very frustrated with this location. On the menu they have large cups and small cups for nuggets. The large is .80 cents more. They only sell the large because they want to make more money. They used to give me the small cup, then they said they couldn’t a few more the ago. 3 weeks ago they said they got in trouble and have to offer the small cups again, I went in today because I’m a store manager of a different store in that mall, i asked a girl at the register for a small cup of nuggets. She explained that they only offer the large. I told her I’ve been coming here the past few weeks and I was told that you guys have to offer the small cups again. She told me it depends who helps you. The customer service is awful and the inconsistency is even worse. I spoke to assistant manager and he told me, yes I could sell you a small cup of nuggets and when I told him the girl at the register said no he said the same thing.. it depends who you ask. I shouldn’t have to argue with them once a week about selling me a small size instead of the large. They are doing this just to get more money out of customers and for the store. Not cool or ok!!! This location is horrible!!

Ordered regular salted Pretzel. They gave me a chemical-tasting pretzel that was way too moist and strangely cool. I took one bite (too eagerly swallowed) realized something was wrong with it, returned it for replacement. They gave me "bites" instead, which tasted okay. Within minutes, I was vomiting for the first time in 16 years, right in the trash can in front of their store as they watched. They threw the rest of the batch away and gave my wife a water for me. We threw away the rest of both our orders (she had originally ordered bites) and just left without apology or refund. Favorite mall treat ruined, probably forever. 2 years later edit. I still can't smell this place without remembering this experience and I haven't eaten (or wanted) a soft pretzel (or vomited for any reason) since.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location twice now. Mya works the drive-thru and has excellent customer service. She's pleasant, patient, and always has a smile. The first time I ordered, no problems and Mya was working. This second time I was so happy with her service, I returned for another visit and was met with the same excellence from Mya. She's a super star and I hope the management team knows it. Giver her a raise or whatever it takes, to keep her.

Very rude service, they don’t let you finish saying your order when they start interrupting you. When I pulled up to the window I was told to “hold up” as he turned around to continue to talk to his coworker complain and criticizing on how people don’t know how to do their order. I was being polite and respectful but encountering this rude service in this city made me never want to spend money on any DD from now on, especially not at this location. I sincerely recommend to do better, unless you’re ok with eventually not having return customers because of the lack of great customer service.

Went through the drive-through just now and it never fails that occasionally I will get the most burnt coffee that you cannot even drink it. I took one sip and almost threw up. I'm supposed to have an iced coffee with caramel mocha and cream and tag on the side only says mocha and cream. Even with the caramel, the coffee would be so burnt, you could not drink it. You try to call to let them know that their coffee is burnt and nobody answers the phone. Used my mobile app to get this coffee for free. Thank God, it was free because it would've been a waste of money. You can tell just by the color that it is a burnt.

Came in the drive threw today at 5:30 and the second we pulled up to the speaker the woman already had an attitude telling us to pull around and park then when we came back around to notify them they had gave us lemonade instead of oat milk the bifocal wearing horse tooth having girl was just arguing with us about it to the point my girlfriend started crying. We come here almost everyday and they normally always get something on our order rong but today was absolutely ridiculous I recommend staying away from the awful service at this location

I don’t appreciate being cussed at, argued with, or having my drinks handed to me with aggression on multiple occasions by the same employee. The young man with dreads has been consistently hostile, and I’m not sure why he’s always so angry, but it makes for a very unwelcoming experience. Everyone else is always great but I won’t be returning to this location.

Between 6pm and 7pm I was the only person in the dining room eating. One man came in for a take out Ice Cream and of course there were a few drive through cars. I enter and I have to wait close to a minute for the employee to get off his Cell to Order. Then I get no napkins or condiments with my order that I requested, so I have to ask again. Then an employee is making off color remarks to another employee. This is a Clown Show.

Dunkin' donuts is a well-established chain that specializes in serving unique breakfast dishes and a variety of coffee beverages. "The only thing standing between civilization and a Grimlin rampage." I don’t leave many reviews. Mostly because I don’t trust the internet, people, or mirrors. But I have to say something—because Dunkin’ is the only reason my dog hasn’t devoured the neighborhood. His name is Grimlin. Yes, like the movie. Yes, he’s adorable. No, he’s not safe. When denied pork or attention, Grimlin transforms into something… unholy. Small, fluffy, and vibrating with violence. He doesn’t bark—he hisses. He doesn’t wag—he twitches. He’s not a pet. He’s a warning. Enter: The Pub Cup. This location knows how to serve it—crispy bacon, in a sacred little bowl, handed over like they’re feeding a demon in disguise. One time they forgot it, and Grimlin locked eyes with a barista so hard her Frappé curdled. We don’t talk about what happened next. Let’s just say the bathroom was “out of order” for 3 days. Since then, they’ve learned. They bow slightly when they hand it over. They whisper his name. I sip my dark roast in the parking lot while Grimlin eats in silence, grease dripping off his little fangs like some kind of cursed warlock prince. For five minutes, he’s content. For five minutes, I know peace. If you value your safety—and mine—go to this Dunkin’. Tip them well. They’re not baristas. They’re handlers. Five stars. No notes. Only warnings.

Great festive ambiance including holiday decorated donuts. I ordered a green tea on the lobby. Because I was the only person in the lobby and no one was in the drive thru, I grabbed my tea. When I tried it in my car, it was black tea loaded with cream. I came back in and the person replaced my tea , but could use lesson in providing customer service with a positive approach The place is clean and offers proprietary bagged coffee, travel cups, ornaments for take home. The darling doggie delights benefit Dunkin charity. Great accessibility with low order and pick up counters and tables

The staff at this location is the best of the best in Florida. Always smiling, they have a sense of humor and they treat you with respect. They get slammed and then bitched at by others bc they (the customer) are having a bad day ? All with smiles and positive attitudes. Shout out to Ari, Skylar, Sam, Jacob, Ariel, Alex and the crew for being amazing!! (The donuts are not good and that is not on them)

I love Dunkin Donuts and this was my first time at this location. I was greeted with a welcoming warm genuine smile by the young lady. The sandwich, coffee and pastry were all delicious! The cook came from the back to hand deliver the sandwich with a smile because the staff was busy with the sudden surge in drive through customers. The entire staff was kind and courteous with all the other customers as well, and everything including the ladies room were clean I'm impressed!

I can't say enough good things about the crew at Dunkin Donuts - East Bay Drive (Largo, Fl.)!!! I go in there pretty often, so often in fact, I don't even have to ask for what I want. The crew is always polite, professional and quick! They get swamped every day and are always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are an amazing group and I hope the owners of that particular franchise reward them well!

I arrived at dunkin 11/21/25 it's down the street from my job. There was a older bearded caucasian male who that took my order. When I decided to make my drink frozen instead of ice. He snapped on me through the drive through. So I went inside to speak to a manager and see what was going on. The disrunnel man that took my order met me at the register with a sour disposition. Obviously the man was upset and he began to try to trigger me and create a confrontation. By trying to say I put my finger in his face. When I put my finger up by my face. Let the man know that I was not going to go back-and-forth with him. He was trying to create the angry black man scenario. But I was merely trying to communicate that I needed a minute to speak. Thank God for the manager being there and dissolving the situation before it got out of hand. On the end of the employee poor service. I left very upset and agitated. If I was operating in my feeings and emotions at that moment it could have went very different for lack of words!

If I was the owner of this place I would be wondering why my employees have the oven shut down for “30 minutes “ at 12 in the middle of lunch time. Was told “we have to shut the oven down to clean it, takes 30mins to cool before it can be cleaned” so in all actuality it’s probably down for closer to an hour. This Dunkin’ closes at 7 (not even late) seems like something that should be done during closing…. I saw 3 cars back out of the drive though and leave in the short time I was there. Had to go back to wrk with nothing👍

I ordered a small decaf latte and a medium iced coffee with 3 pumps of hazelnut flavoring, iced coffee had zero flavor and was very bitter and the latte was all milk and almost no coffee, it was like drinking a cup of milk, and the staff was very cold to me, the breakfast sandwich and it was good and the donuts were also good, 19.21$ was my total, I do not recommend for coffee I would rather go to McDonald's for coffee.

Went through the drive through and ordered coffe, 2 donuts, a wrap and hashbrowns. At the window after we paid we were handed the coffee and 1 donut and then a bag of food that wasn’t ours. When we told her it wasn’t ours and that we needed the other donut, she started getting an attitude. She then says in a nasty tone that she gave us a donut already. After talking to the people inside someone else finally confirmed that we were telling her the right order. She gave us the donut with no apology and told us to pull around. Someone else brought out the rest of our food which was CLEARLY made horribly intentionally. Everything was over cooked and hard to the point we couldn’t eat it. We were not given a receipt despite asking. Don’t go here if you want edible food or service without an attitude.

Crumbl - Clearwater is a popular spot known for its delicious cookies that are always fresh and warm. The menu changes weekly, offering a variety of flavors to try out. Customers love the milk chocolate chip cookie for its soft texture and large chocolate chips. The raspberry cheesecake and brownie fudge ice cream are also highly recommended. Despite occasional encounters with less pleasant staff members, the overall experience has been positive, with friendly service and an inviting aroma inside the store.
Blessing and a curse. You know you deserve one because you work, go to the gym and just because. One 6 pack of assorted deliciousness later what do you do. The cookies are cool, I don't even get upset if they're out of one because I know that I don't need it anyway. Lol The staff really stands out anywhere you go but here it's really evident. Huge shout out to Bridget for always making my visit so chill 😎

Cookie was awesome and glad to see how you react to bad reviews. You should not be getting all of these. The staff was rude and not caring. I left a tip before I delt with staff. It should be a pleasant and great buying experience . You have a good product. From the other reviews you have an employee problem. You need to insist and spot check your employees. Great customer service costs nothing and increases business significantly.

Update: last 3 times a staff member has been less than pleasant. Still keeping 5 stars as I love the cookies. Staff is always so friendly! The smell inside is delicious and so is the taste of the cookies. Maybe I'm lame, but my absolute favorite is the milk chocolate chip cookie - the chips are huge and the cookie is so soft. I love that the menu changes every week - I enjoy trying new flavors. Would defintelt recommend. Also loved the raspberry cheesecake and brownie fudge ice cream.

Second time ever trying Crumbl cookies! This week looked pretty tasty so we went down there after going to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Cookies are delicious, soft, and flavorful. I bought two slices of cookies yesterday on 11/21/23. The cookies must have been left in the display case overnight, because they were extremely hard and I noticed that when I got home. I purchased cookies yesterday (against my better judgment). I notice there was a bug flying inside around the cookies. As the employee bagged up my cookies, I pointed it out to him and he just gestured the bug away from the cookies. Right then and there I should have left those cookies on the counter. I even said that to the employee. I came home and threw everything away. I’m extremely disappointed that Great American Cookie hasn’t taken the proper measures to have a clean food environment. Especially with the virus. This use to be the only reason I come to the mall.

We always have ordered cakes every year here for birthdays for about the last 15 + years. Today I spoke to Cathy on the phone she was very rude when I was ordering for a 21st birthday cake. I understand rules with companies but you need to explain to the customer in a nice way if you can't do what a customer wants. From her attitude it almost wants me to cancel the order. Only reason I put one star is because of how rude the conversation was for this time.

10/10 would recommend! This small bakery brings me back to when I was a child and would go with my family to market with my family. My favorite part about this trip was going to the baked wall and pick out all the fresh baked goods and put on a pan! Highly recommend the Concha's or any of the sweet breads! TAMALES!!! I had the chicken with green sauce(a little spicy) but so so so good and the cheese and jalapeño tamale were good as well. I will definitely be a regular now!

I've been going to this bakery for 18 years. The best part about this bakery is the staff. It's not just about the great pastries. it's about the great service. And the smile when you enter . Their employees have definitely contributed to the success of their business. I definitely highly recommend that you stop by. To see for yourself how great it is. If you're on your way to Clearwater Beach make a left on highland have a half mile on the right. You can grab yourself some delicious fresh tamales or pasteles for the beach. I went to Eagle Lake Park to enjoy my pasteles. They have a great pavement all the way around the lake. I'll be doing a lot more walking after all these delicious pastries.

The peanut butter pie is another favorite, known for its light and fluffy consistency.
So... The stories are true...Zukie's really DOES have wonderful key lime pie! It was tart, creamy with an excellent graham cracker crust. The peanut butter pie was awesome as well, very light and fluffy. Thanks to their great deal, we have 4 more flavors to try and I'm fairly certain they will be as delicious as the first two... Get here... Eat pies, cake and cookies, too... Be happy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for true homemade flavor, Zukie’s Pies and Cakes is a slice of heaven. Everything here is made completely from scratch, and you can taste the love and quality in every bite. The ingredients are pure, high-quality, and the results are nothing short of phenomenal. I honestly couldn’t decide which pie to take home because they all looked so good—so Zukie herself offered me a box with different flavors to try. Best decision ever! My personal favorites were the Key Lime pie (perfectly tangy and refreshing), the Dutch Apple pie (warm, spiced, and comforting), and the Blackberry Lemonade (a creative burst of sweet and tart that was absolutely divine). Each flavor was blended so beautifully—it wasn’t just dessert, it was a true experience of bliss. Beyond the food, the service was just as wonderful. The owner carries so much kindness and joy in her heart, and you can feel that energy in her shop. The staff was working hard, yet still took the time to answer all my questions, even offering taste tests along the way. This is more than a bakery—it’s a place where warmth, joy, and flavor come together. I left with a full heart (and a full box of pies). Can’t recommend Zukie’s enough!

I haven't bought any pie or cake in a decade but after I had a spoonful of Zukie's keylime pie as a shared dessert at a restaurant, I was so impressed that I needed to find the source and try more flavors. At the store I found 20 different pies and cakes that were offered whole or by the slice. The knowledgable staff is super friendly and the owner will happily steer you towards a flavor that will satisfy your cravings. They do have one small table and two chairs inside the store but that feels more like an emergency option. If you like your baked goods exploding with flavor, you must try this bakery.

Cream puffs are awesome!!! Tried new orange dream pie, it was fantastic!! My favorite is blackberry lemonade pie but orange dream pie close 2nd. Mom likes the chocolate pie with all the goodies . Took picture after bite to show all the yummy pudding inside. The best!!

As a New Yorker, I usually rate cheesecake in Florida as “okay, good or great for Florida cheesecake”. The strawberry cheesecake I got from Zukies is better than EVERY single cheesecake I’ve ever had in my entire life. The cheesecake was very large, it was nice and thick, fresh strawberry, and it was very reasonably priced. Would give this place 100 stars if I could

We have been buying Zukie's creations for years. We ordered an Italian Cream Cake for a birthday. It was delicious as always and a great hit with the birthday boy and all of the guests! 🥰

This was my second visit to Zukie's Pies. I brought my husband, and we decided on the Dutch Apple Pie. It's delicious! About a month ago I tried the Key Lime, he had the Blueberry Crumb. Both of those were excellent! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Dunkin' is a well-established chain known for its iconic breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. Additionally, there are heartwarming stories of exceptional customer service, such as a kind gesture from a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure a customer's satisfaction. This exemplifies the dedication to providing positive experiences at Dunkin'.
Today, my wife and I visited an amazing Dunkin’ Donuts and had a wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and friendly, and our server, Penny, went above and beyond in delivering the best customer service we’ve ever had. We drove from Florida to New York and from Florida to California, crossing much of the United States, and as coffee lovers, we can confidently say that this store and its staff are among the friendliest and happiest we’ve ever encountered. Congratulations, and thank you for making our visit so special. May Jesus bless you all!

The manager gave the WORST service I ever experienced!!! She was rude while I was ordering she kept cutting me off with an attitude in the middle of me ordering and told me to go to the window before I could finish. When I got to the window she said I couldn’t add anything to my order when all I was trying to do was finish the order that I started before she cut me off…then she refused to give me anything! very unprofessional 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND!

We went through the drive thru for coffee and a sandwich on a Thursday morning. No wait! Alisha was very nice and personable. Location is right off US 19, easy access off and on. Food was hot and the drink was made right (almond milk/add cream!)

After reading the reviews I’m going to also assume who I interacted w/ was the manager. I was in the drive thru my window not even rolled down all the way !!! when I’m being asked what I want to order. I felt completely rushed and now pissed off cause she kept being extremely rude and cutting me off. When I got up to the window it was a nice gentlemen to finish with my payment. I feel bad for the rest of the crew as I’m sure they aren’t being tipped due to her rudeness. I suggest you all get rid of her. Thank god my food/drinks were surprisingly right and good.

So the past two times I have ordered my large cold brew coffee from here and it was absolutely disgusting. no flavor, watered down, had to take one home on Sunday and add flavoring and sugar myself to make it drinkable. Honestly never had any issue until these past two times.
Harbourside M — Google review
This Dunkin’ is a joke. I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and there was zero caramel just a bitter, watery mess that tasted like someone ran water through old coffee grounds. I also ordered several donuts, and they somehow managed to forget half of them. When I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was the problem and couldn’t be bothered to care. No apology, no urgency just attitude. If you enjoy being ignored and served garbage, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
Sammie K — Google review
This Dunkin’ location is always on point, I swear the only dunkin I am loyal to also - I’m a hugeeeee dunkin fan 🤩🤪 The staff are super friendly every single morning—always great manners and a good attitude, even when it’s super early. They’re fast, too! There’s little to no wait whenever I go, which makes it perfect for a quick stop before work. I can’t speak on the food since I don’t eat it for personal reasons, but the cappuccino and cold drinks here are a 10/10. I honestly prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks for both the coffee quality and pricing. Plus, I love how easy the mobile app makes it to rack up points!!

Employees show little to no effort, bacon was 100% not seasoned at all, and now my second time there they are supposed to be open, nobody there of course.

Dunkin' is a well-established chain known for its iconic breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. The brand has made a name for itself with its signature donuts and other breakfast items, as well as a wide range of coffee options. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cup of joe or one of their specialty coffee drinks, Dunkin' has something to satisfy every caffeine craving.
Eat here! Not next door at 3 Dughter's. Your welcome!

Came up to see the menu before ordering and their menu screen was down. That was fine. However, The issue arose when I kindly asked two gentlemen behind the counter for a possible paper menu. They rudely responded no. So, I asked what kind of coffee do you have so that I can make a choice. One guy replied in such a rude and unprofessional way that I just told him to don't worry about it. I also explained to him that his customer service was so horrible I'll just take my money elsewhere. So unfortunate. I will not be going to any Dunken at this point.
Dayans ( — Google review
You can't get coffee once past security because it's never open. Outside past security the coffee sucks. Avoid Dunkin at PIE airport. You can watch them make employees coffee but not open to flying customers.
Lori S — Google review
I WILL NOT be tipping anymore at Dunkin. S simple thank you would’ve sufficed. She didn’t do anything but ring me up. Girl bye. I hope others stop until you people get some manners. I work hard for my money too
Anne L — Google review
my matcha was insanely sweet i couldn’t even drink it and it was full of clumps of powder. also the machine was automatically tipping 25%? they also only have donuts and medium and large sized drinks very strange and waste of $
Shannon M — Google review
How does this place maintain a status here. They are never open. I fly all the time and they have never been open! Put something else here that wants my money!
J C — Google review
They simply don’t get why they are there have zero customer service I don’t know who’s interviewing these people because they are not respectful. The guy this morning around 7am should be fired for pissing off so many people.
Daniel P — Google review
Stopped to get a coffee before boarding. When I inserted my card, Sydney reached over the counter and pressed green-3-green on the keypad in the blink of an eye. She gave herself a tip without my authorization. She literally stole money. I demanded a refund and they told me they couldn't refund the tip on my card. The supervisor blamed the cashier, and the cashier said that's how the supervisor trained her to do it.
