We felt really well looked after from the moment we arrived until check-out.

We had an unforgettable stay at Jaz Aquaviva! The resort is spotless and beautifully maintained, but what really stood out was the amazing entertainment team. The kids club was excellent – Abi was fantastic with the children, and they couldn’t get enough of the mini discos each night. A big thank you to Millie and Kimo from the outside entertainment team – their energy and friendliness made every activity so much fun for the whole family. Highlights of our holiday were the pink pool party and the white party, both brilliantly organized with such a great atmosphere. On top of that, having access to the water park was incredible – the kids (and adults!) loved it. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect. We’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway filled with amazing memories.

In addition, there’s convenient beach access with shuttle bus service, making it easy to enjoy the sea as well. Our stay at Crystal Bay Hotel for 10 days was full of smiles, good vibes, and amazing service. We loved how friendly and cheerful everyone was, from the restaurant to the bars. The evening country music by the pool bar was one of our favorite parts — it gave such a relaxed and enjoyable feeling, especially for English guests like us. We appreciated the Bars Manager, who personally interacted with guests and surprised us with some creative mixology cocktails. Big thanks to Mohamed Antar and all the pool bar staff for always being kind and attentive. Excellent service, tasty drinks, and unforgettable memories!

The Oasis Beach Bar is where you feel the heart of Crystal Bay! From morning coffee to late afternoon cocktails, the bar service here is always friendly, fast, and professional. Sameh and Omar the bar staff make every guest feel welcome, and Ahmed Kitos the bar waiter has real talent with cocktails. The alcoholic drinks have a wide variety — I tried the Pina Colada, White Hills Colada, and Long Island Iced Tea, and all were excellent. We loved the non-alcoholic drinks, especially Breeze of Life and Aqua Joy. The hot beverages were also surprisingly good; their espresso is rich and aromatic. We had tried also the crisp fruity white wine and it matched perfectly with the beach sunset. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, not noisy, and you can really enjoy the sound of the sea while sipping your favorite drink. It’s so good to find a beach bar that combines great drinks, kind bar service, great bar team and peaceful vibes all in one place.

Loved the vibe at Oasis Beach Bar! The view, the music, the friendly faces — everything fits perfectly. I really liked how many cocktail options they had, you can taste the effort in each one. Sameh and Omar always checked if we needed something, and Ahmed Kitos remembered our favorite drinks after just one round. You can tell they care about making people happy. I also tried a few non-alcoholic drinks — very refreshing and perfect for the afternoon heat. Sitting there with a cold drink watching the sea was just perfect.

A great resort and staff! Everyone we met was fantastic, the standard of food was really good, I can genuinely say the Indian a la carte restaurant was one of the best (if not the best) Indian meals I have had! We went three times! The unlimited a la carte restaurants really set this place apart from a lot of other hotels! Our cleaner Ahmed was amazing, he really did everything he could to put a smile on our toddlers face! Catherine from the front desk was super helpful and the front desk team made an effort to speak to clients throughout their holiday and even spent time walking and talking with people around the pool requesting genuine feedback to help them improve. Huge shout to Nina and Olivia from the entertainment team they were really good! They always went out of their way to talk to us and our little girl. I would say there isn’t much going on for little ones here, the kids club would benefit from more organisation and maybe a timetable with activities for different age ranges and a more welcoming and well signposted kids club might encourage more usage.

Excellent experience in Sunrise Crystal Bay Hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, no one bothered us with additional services and no one asked for tips. The hotel has it's own secluded beach which is clean and comfortable even though it's always crowded. We managed to find free umbrellas every time we've been there. Animation in the evening pretty simple but still exciting. Artists were great with kids but it wasn't just about the kids, adults could find what to do too. Food was magnificent. A lot of options to choose from and each one is really delicious. Room was generally good but we had troubles throughout our stay. AC broke for a couple of times, kettle didn't work and the night before our checkout water in the toilet flush thingy started to leak. It was inconvenient but the personnel was quick to deal with each problem we had, which we really appreciate. In general we loved the experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

In one word, perfection. Excellent service, and I felt at home the entire time. The food and drinks were outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I even made friends with the staff and workers around the hotel – everyone was more than friendly, they remembered faces and always surprised us with little things that made our stay even more special. Another thing I really appreciated was the flexibility: our checkout was at noon, but since our bus was leaving at 11 pm, they kindly allowed us to keep our wristbands until departure. We didn’t miss a thing, and we’re already looking at when to come back. Truly a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Booked this place specifically for the snorkling. I did'nt expect what I got. Was an amazing place for this and private to hotel guests only. Also non swimmers could also see the corals and fish in waist deep water in many areas. Staff very polite and attentative in all areas. Plentiful food with measures to minimise greedy waste. Quiet adult only areas. Staff not pushy with sales. I saw 75 plus different species of fish several times over within 15 minutes of being in the water. So if you want private beach with marine conservation area this is it.

Just returned from another great holiday at Fort Arabesque. The hotel is great - so clean, nice and relaxing. Perfect relaxation holiday. Special shoutouts to Ibrahim and Sultan who work at the lovely new Greek restaurant, and to Ayman at Bec Sucre who was fab - always remembering our drinks and cake order whilst we played our games. We will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to enjoy, and every meal was fresh and beautifully prepared. And the view… awesome! We also loved how easy it was to explore the resort. Upon arrival, the reception provided a clear, easy-to-read paper and map showing all the main areas and facilities. This made it simple to find everything we needed and discover all the wonderful spots Fort Arabesque has to offer. Also, a hint from me for couples: book a room in the West Bay area that is adults-only. You will have the option to eat and drink in every restaurant & bar, to swim in every pool or beach area of resort, and enjoy a very calm atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is exceptionally well-organized and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile.The beach is fantastic—soft sand, warm waters, and vibrant coral reefs teeming with colorful fish, all without obstructing the gentle entry into the sea.The culinary selection is rich and varied, catering to diverse tastes, and the multiple swimming pools are spotless and inviting.The guests are mostly German—polite, respectful, and culturally refined. The atmosphere is peaceful, never loud or intrusive, making it ideal for a truly restful vacation.

Spent eight nights here with my teenage daughter. We spent much of our time diving during the day, otherwise we would be very bored as there’s not much to do here except swim. The male staff at reception are not very kind at all and seem annoyed by any question you ask. I was really taken aback with the rudeness. That said, the room cleaning staff are so lovely and friendly and many of the people in the restaurants waiting tables are also very kind. The on-site convenience shop to buy snacks is a total rip-off. They tried to charge me different prices for the same item on various visits and when I objected, they were very rude. The diving centre is great and I would recommend that. Otherwise we would not stay here again, it’s not worth it. Hopefully the management will advise the lobby staff to at least put a smile on their faces sometime.

100/10 – The Best Hotel in Egypt! Fort Arabesque is simply perfect – spotless clean, incredibly delicious food with something for everyone, and the best organization I’ve ever seen in Egypt. Huge beach with comfortable sunbeds and thick mattresses, 5 pools (3 heated), themed bars, crystal-clear sea with beautiful coral reefs, and plenty of space everywhere. Bottled Nestlé water and high-quality drinks are available all day. Staff are always kind, helpful, and smiling – from management to cleaning staff. The greenery and flowers are perfectly maintained, entertainment is varied but never too loud, and every detail is taken care of. After 5 trips to Egypt, this is my favorite hotel – I will always come back!

We had an amazing stay at the Baron Hotel. The entire team was incredibly efficient and helpful from start to finish. The food was excellent, always fresh, varied, and of high quality. The à la carte restaurants were a real highlight and made each evening feel special. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with stunning coral and marine life right in front of the resort, which was a fantastic surprise. We also loved the adults-only pool and bar area, a calm and relaxing space. The bars throughout the resort were great, and the overall infrastructure is very well maintained. The concierge and reception team were outstanding. Every request, from printing boarding passes to booking tours and restaurants, was handled quickly and with a smile. We did experience a couple of issues with third-party services (SPA and beach hut), but these did not affect our overall impression. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Good hotel in slah hasheesh with nice sandy beach ⛱️ 😎 but have more problems must be developing... Everything here has a price, from the bar and drinks to the restaurant and all services. The staff is good, but management's instructions are unprofessional. I hope they improve their guest reception and treat tourists with love, kindness, and friendliness, rather than focusing solely on money.

Firstly, there is a very bad stomach bug in that hotel, myself, my partner and our 2 friends all were ill for atleast 5 days. Some others we met were all saying they or someone they knew also had it, another couple we met the husband was hospitalised. I have taken samples at our doctors as we are both still ill and am waiting test results. ROOMS: Lovely, could not fault them. In the older side they may have better views but you also have noise from entertainment, and they are very dated in comparison to newer side. Food:- good selection in buffet, Italian al a carte fantastic, Indian Al a carte nothing great Asian very good. DRINKS:- Weaker than uk branded drinks but OK. They should use branded drinks as it is supposed to be a luxury all inclusive. STAFF:- mostly great, Shout out to Tamer who really helped us to enjoy our stay that little bit more, he's an asset to the hotel. The lobby bar barmen both seem to have an attitude problem, firstly refusing to give us alcohol as he said the bar closed at 12, while the brochure and Internet on tui clearly stated 6 a. m. Having got this resolved we pulled 2 chairs across so we could all sit together as we came in a group of 4 but we're told that it wasn't allowed and to sit in the reception area. Well I'm sorry if this is out of turn but you were there to serve drinks... That's your job. The next day the same barman pulled 4 chairs around the same table and when we went to sit there he told us it was reserved.... Then in came 4 other guests and he showed them to the table. Absolutely appalling behavior. So on top of that and the illness in the hotel there is nothing good to add.

I stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great — especially the shower, with a strong water stream and perfectly heated water. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly throughout my stay, and overall, I really enjoyed the room. The beach is beautifully sandy, and you can easily walk into the sea without needing water shoes. The water level is just perfect — you don’t have to go far from the shore to enjoy a good swim, which makes it really relaxing and convenient. The beach bar service is excellent! The staff are attentive and friendly, and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink by the sea. I only wish they served some snacks on the beach as well — that would really take the experience to the next level. When it comes to food, everything is always delicious. Whether at the main restaurant or the specialty ones, the quality and taste are consistently great — especially the Italian and Lebanese restaurants, which were our favorites. The desserts are also surprisingly good, something you don’t often find in most hotels. We were also celebrating our anniversary during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a lovely cake and beautiful room decorations, which truly made us happy and added a personal touch to our celebration.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share our experience because it was really disappointing. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and we were so excited, but everything just went downhill the moment we arrived. The room they gave us was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the sink was broken, and the room looked nothing like the photos online. It was supposed to be a pool view, but there was no view of the pool at all! We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a swim-up room, just so we could stay somewhere half decent. And guess what? The toilet stopped working too. We called room service to ask for an iron, and we waited for more than 4 hours… and it never came. No one followed up. Nothing. The reception staff were honestly not helpful at all, and really rude. We waited around 2–3 hours when we arrived just to get our room, and they said it was because of “honeymoon decorations.” It was literally just five balloons. That’s it. The only one who actually tried to help us was the manager – he was kind and did his best. But the rest of the staff, especially at the restaurant and beach bar, were just not doing their job properly. One thing that really upset me was how they treated foreign guests better than locals. We tried to order something from the beach bar at 4 PM (even though it’s open until 5), and they told us they were closed. Then a few minutes later, they were serving drinks to some European guests like nothing happened. I honestly don’t know if that’s racism or just bad service. We had such high hopes for this place, but it really wasn’t worth the money at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – and I honestly feel like the only reason it gets good reviews is because of travel agencies pushing it.

Staff, food, beach all fantastic. Room was good and cleaned to a very good standard. Entertainment good, but could have a little more variety as some of the dance acts were repetative, an acrobat act would be a good addition instead of one of the dance acts. Umbrellas at snack bar are ripped and look old which brings down the look of the hotel from the beach side. Have to mention the staff again as they are increadable. Altogether a fantastic holiday, a wonderful hotel, and will be back.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good.Rooms, common areas, and facilities were always maintained which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and just steps away from our room. It offered the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun activities. The entertainment team did an amazing job creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.

Hotel looks nice but I wouldn’t give to it 5 stars. It was clean everywhere but rooms weren’t completely modern and showers were old and not functional properly. They have late dinner from 22:00 to 23:00, I have been there for a few times before 23:00 and it was completely closed. Food was good, there was a lot of it to eat but still nothing too much and tasty. Not bad hotel at all but I have been to much better hotels for that price in Egypt or Turkey. For me it is poor four-star hotel.

In the evenings, there were great animations starting with cartoons on a big screen, followed by interactive activities like dancing in different languages, games, and live performances, including belly dancing, Latin shows, and Egyptian-style acts. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds for everyone. Although sunbeds by the pool were hard to find after 9 AM, the staff would happily bring more upon request. Another big plus was the excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel – even on the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. This was our first visit, and we are truly impressed. The whole resort is simply beautiful – a real treat for the eyes and soul. We highly recommend this hotel!

I have very fond memories of my stay at the hotel. The place was very nicely decorated. The reception and service were very nice, kind and helpful. If I had any problems they were always there to help. Beautiful and clean beach. The water in the pools was clean. The food was tasty and varied, I didn't find anything tasteless or indigestible during my entire stay. The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious and we were very nicely welcomed. Mohamed 131 is good in his job. There were various interesting animations and games until noon and in the evening, so we didn't get bored. Marc Nakhla tried to charge us twice!!! He send us a link for payment telling us they could not charge the bank account connected to booking.com. That was not true. Our bank confirmed the money has been charged. Booking.com told us our reservation has been cancelled from the Vesta site. And Vesta tried to convince us everything is fine, but we need to give them another credit card. They wanted us to pay twice and told us that the Kredit card didn’t work. They wanted to avoid Booking. They contact you directly without Booking.com and send you a payment link trying to get your money twice! When we talked to the management of the villa they blocked us. Super fancy. My wife and I went for our anniversary weekend. Im usually used to unhappy surprises with short stay property rentals so our expectations were quite low in the beginning. However, the house was beautiful, the pool was AMAZING!!! They left us a folder with details of the restaurants, and activities close by. There was a very nice gentleman that helped us get around Gouna. Luckily we were able to extend our stay for a couple of days into our work week and worked from there. Thanks Vesta... See you soon.

I had a great experience at this airport. Modern, clean. Yes, there is a huge amount of security and passport checks however it all went quickly and efficiently - no problems at all. The queue for buying a visa also went quickly. As you step outside the airport, the transfers from all the travel agencies are well organised and simple. We were never asked for tips by airport staff like in other airports I’ve been to. There’s plenty of food places and shops available, from duty free to souvenir to even phone and perfume shops. BE CAREFUL in the duty free shops because they don’t have prices and will give you an extortionate price - one keyring $7.50, water €4 !!! Lots of seating everywhere

The airport got better than 2017 from the frontal view. But there were 5 passport checkpoints 3 are completely no need. And the security check point was completely not prepared. Price in here is crazy like one kinder costs 270 EGP which is around 6 dollars. This TUI agency put us in the airport nearly 2 hours earlier than necessary so we were kinda suffering from it So, this place is nothing but a reaping off the tourists. I cannot give more than 0 respect to that.

The airport looks nice and modern, but the overall process is extremely inefficient. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever experienced, and the queuing system makes no sense because people who arrived first didn’t get to check in first due to the poor way they manage the line. The security check is even worse. You have to go through the X-ray machine twice, and even if you pass, they still make you open your bag and take out every single item again. On top of that, they ask you to write down your personal details in a notebook like it’s 50 years ago, instead of using any modern technology. The staff are also quite unfriendly and tend to yell at passengers, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. It was also very uncomfortable that a female security officer touched my chest and other parts of my body during the check, even though the scanning machine did not beep. I was only wearing a white T-shirt and leggings, and I don’t understand why this was necessary.

For such a nice building it's a shame the rest of the airport doesn't measure up. - The security people are very rude. - The bathrooms looked like they haven't been washed in weeks. There was a stall flooding inside the woman's bathroom, out to the main area. - The flight was late but they don't tell you anything. A couple good things. + The Turkish airline check in team was good + The food Court guys were nice Otherwise not a good airport to represent such a nice beach city.

It is a disgusting airport not for infrastructure but for the people who run the ridiculous procedures. You realize this as soon as you get there for the visa . They lead you to the offices that charge 30 euros per visa instead the official price of 25 in the first office you should go. Imagine the additional cost for whole families. You don't understand, because you think it is a passport control in front of counters but they are just visa sellers who stamp your passport just before police control. When you finally get out,many taxi drivers wait to cheat you asking as more they can to transfer you to the city. Even if you manage to do a good deal ,something about 200-300 Egyptian pounds which is the normal,they charge you afterwards 5 more euros for the police toll control !!!! At the departure, more than 7 controls .Even at the entrance. And the worst of all.....when they ask for a random backpack control, they put their hands inside, searching persistently,for money or anything valuable. One policewoman stole from my little daughter's wallet, 100 euros and some pounds. We discovered after returning home and she remembered how much time this woman had her hands inside her bag. Searching for what ,in a 11 years child's bag ;;;; It is a disgrase of how much disappointment and sorrow they caused. Be always careful in the control of your personal bags,after scanner, when they put you to complete your details on a book,(name,passport number,nationality),just to distract you while they are searching to find something valuable. Keep always an eye on their hands and even better put your purse in your pocket. Shame for the civil employees especially the police.

Amazing experience definitely recommend! We stayed in El Gouna and after seeing the reviews we decided to go with Funny Divers even it was further away and it didn’t disappoint. Our guide Hadry was wonderful explaining where we were going how the dive was going to be, everything was very smooth. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food and time between dives was great. The boat was to a great level with a wet and dry area, very clean. The equipment was at very good standards, they gave us brand new wetsuits which we even took off the tags. The sea life was also incredible. During the dive our guide took amazing pictures and offered them to us for free. Definitely recommend!!!

Well-organized team. My wife and I made our first dive. We dived in two different areas. There was a lunch break between the two dives. The dive team and other staff were experienced. If you're looking to get a certification, they also have a three-day, six-dive program. Since we were staying in the Makadi area, they arranged our transfer between the hotel and the marina in a private vehicle. I was very excited at first, but my diving guide, Mohammed from Asuan, was able to calm me down with his experience. I also thank him. We paid an extra 20 euros for this. Overall, we're satisfied. I don't know if it's just the area we dived in; the fish diversity seemed a bit limited.

One of the best Kitesurf clubs I have been so far in Egypt! Not only because of the school itself but all infrastructure they have set up sourrounding the school like swimming pool, roof relaxation area, DJ, Bar, Restaurant, concerts, & big play area. It is like a small chill out village. They even organise activities for windfree days. Everything is done very thoughtful. Everything can be used without additional costs once you take a course. This is the perfect concept because you can kite while your family is enjoying themselves with all other facilities such as table tennis, pool, beach volleyball, outdoor gym and other equipment (see photo). Everything is very well and professionally managed by a combination of German & Egyptian management. Quick response times, high degree of flexibility. Highly recommended not only as kite school but as an entire holiday experience :-)

We had an amazing time at this location, even though we were only there for two days. We rented equipment and everything was top-notch—great quality and excellent service. While the prices aren’t cheap, the experience and professionalism of the staff made it totally worth it. The facilities are also fantastic, with a swimming pool in case the sea isn’t enough, and the restaurant serves great food. Highly recommended!

Very nice Kite base directly at the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and comforting and the instructors at the kite school did a great job, teaching at the individual level of the participants, even though we were in a bigger group. I would recommend to spend at least a full week at KBC, to enjoy the location and experience the KBC lifestyle. You can get great food and drinks to refresh yourself and take a rest at one of the numerous chillout areas, when you are not kiting. I can recommend this to everyone that looks forward getting into the sport, improve their riding or just have a good time at a Kite base. ... bring sun protection if you plan to travel during the summer! ;)

Review about Dr. Ahmed Roshdy – El Kawthar Hospital (Neurology): I visited Dr. Ahmed Roshdy because of a facial nerve injury (seventh nerve palsy). He prescribed medications containing cortisone and nerve injections, and I continued this treatment under his supervision for three full months, but unfortunately I did not notice any improvement. After that, I decided to consult another doctor, and to my surprise, the second doctor confirmed that the treatment plan had been wrong from the beginning. My case required treating the viral infection first, and only then starting nerve medications and cortisone. Checking up on me every 1h, private room with bathroom only for me, VERY nice staff and receptionist, good doctor and good food received. Almost everyone spoke English so language barrier wasn’t a problem. Stayed for 1 night and they put me back on my feet so I could continue my vacation. I can only recommend for tourists. I had an accident when getting off the coach in Luxor. I injured my right ankle. The doctor in Luxor approved the return trip with the tour group to Hurghada.
