Water park
Andamanda Phuket, set to open in early 2022, is poised to become the largest leisure and family entertainment destination on the island. Spanning 9 hectares, it will showcase Thai culture and heritage. Meanwhile, Karon Viewpoint offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kata Noi Beach, Kata Bay with its iconic island, and Karon Beach. The attraction features a variety of slides suitable for both kids and adults, offering options from gentle to thrilling experiences.
If you’re in Phuket with kids, this place is a must-visit! It’s beautifully organized, clean, and offers a fantastic experience. Upon entry, you’re given wristbands that you can top up with money and use for all purchases inside the park — no need to carry cash or cards. At the end of your visit, any unused balance is refunded, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. There are also convenient facilities like locker rentals, towel rentals, and a shop where you can buy anything you might need for swimming. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable day for the whole family

Had a great time at this water park! There’s a wide variety of rides and attractions, so everyone in the family can find something fun to do. The vibe is super relaxed and enjoyable. Just a heads-up the lines for the popular rides can get pretty long (around 20–30 minutes), especially in the afternoon. I’d definitely recommend coming early to make the most of your day. Overall, it’s a fun spot for a full day of family adventure!
Benjamin L — Google review
Probably the best water park in Thailand if not in Asia. The park is huge with many water slides and other fun attractions for kids at all ages. We went in the low season so the weather was a bit rainy but not too bad at all, so there weren't too many people and almost no queues. We even took a Cabana for 70$ for the entire day, which was awesome beacse the kids had a relatively easy time remembering exactly where we are and come back between slides to eat and drink.
Yaniv F — Google review
We had an absolute blast here! 🎉 It’s the perfect water park for all ages — there’s something fun for everyone. Just a heads-up: you can’t bring your own towels or even an empty water bottle (like Stanley cups). You’ll need to rent towels and purchase food and drinks inside the park, including water. That said, the food and drink options were great! Prices are a bit higher, but that’s pretty standard for water parks everywhere. We went on a Thursday and it wasn’t crowded at all — such a bonus! The weather was perfect too — a mix of sunny, rainy, and cloudy hours, which actually made for a nice break from the sun. 🌤️ Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun day out in Phuket!
M L — Google review
We loved this waterpark! The dives are interesting, it was not too crowdy and you don't need to wait too long for a ride. The security is top notch, i felt safe for the little one. Super clean and fun all around! Recommend for sure! 👌
Aleksandar S — Google review
The place is huge and super colorful – felt like stepping into a water wonderland. Rides were crazy fun, from lazy river chilling to adrenaline-pumping slides that had me screaming like a kid. The wave pool was a total vibe, especially with music playing in the background. Staff were friendly, food was decent (a bit pricey, but that’s normal for parks like this), and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Perfect spot to spend the whole day if you’re in Phuket. Just don’t forget sunscreen – I got roasted! 🌞💦
Shahzad S — Google review
I visited this place last year and here I am a year later thinking about it 😅 this place was soo fun ! i cant wait to visit again .. highly recommend for all ages and sizes too ! *me and my partner are on the plus size side but luckily we made it on every slide .. weight limit at the time was 135kgs max. They weigh you before you get to slide so make sure your under 😅 ) lots of fun must visit !!
Smodes H — Google review
A sprawling water park with lots of fun slides. We went with a 5 year old who loved it. There is a wave pool and some intense slides, which we could not try out. There are good eating options on site and outside food and water is not allowed. A fun filled experience which will take up most part of the day. Check out online discounts before buying tickets at the entrance.

I really recommend this place. The view is so nice. We went there at the last round of the zip line at 3pm. The light at that time is amazing🤩 The staff who are take care of us are so nice Khun Peter and Khun Wooddy. They are really kind and understand what I want. I went there with my boyfriend and he will always take a photos and videos for me, the staff even suggested me to do the zip line and post to get a good photo, and never rushed us which is so good.

Phuket Wake Park is a paradise for wakeboarding enthusiasts, offering challenging obstacle courses and lessons for all skill levels. The park is known as the best wake park in Asia, providing professional coaching and training cables for beginners. In addition to wakeboarding, visitors can enjoy other recreational activities and fitness training options. After an exhilarating day on the water, guests can relax in comfortable lounges and savor delicious Thai cuisine.
As a bystander this place is amazing, I've watched professionals practice for hours here!! Like world class athletes training here.. just a cool vibe and a fun sport.
James B — Google review
Recommend learning first as the turns on this mechanism is different but once I learnt it it was super smooth and fun, way cheaper than renting out a boat in the ocean and nice obstacles. If you fall in the middle a motorcycle will pick you up and drive you back very promptly. Nice coaches and cable operators, teaching you how to start.
Marcus C — Google review
Our experience at Wake Park was far from good. We had never done wakeboarding in our lives and just wanted to try. The receptionist did not give us any useful information. When asked about at least some information on how to do it, there was no clear response so we had to find out ourselves. We took a practice wakeboard and the staff at the machine is just so terribly unfriendly and does not give any instructions. I understand that this place might be more for "professionals", but the guidance for beginners is to cry for. On top of that, when asked for a simple receipt so that we could use it for our Thai company, they rejected to do that. They could not provide anything! May I remind the business owner that this is absolutely illegal. We paid for your service so we should be able to obtain a receipt somehow. Absolutely ridiculous. Nice though that they gave a cheaper price when I showed my work permit. That is the only good thing I have to say. If you are a beginner, don't waste your time to come here.
Fan — Google review
Was absolutely amazing! Recommend two hours time flys and till you learn it takes a while (took my husband about 40 min to learn ) totally recommend and worth the price
Devora G — Google review
Decent place for a beginner. Never tried wake surfing before but found it enjoyable. The trainer from Myanmar was very very patient and kind, especially to the kids that were there with us. Not many facilities were open when we went there but enough to have a good time
Derek K — Google review
it was the first time and last. The good thing I had a camera with me and record the training time. The agreement was 30 minutes, unfortunately it was 17 minutes. "they gave me the feeling that you don't know how to do it or you're not worth for training. if you are interested come back again." I was suspicious that was planned from them to make me come back again.
Fahd J — Google review
My friends and I booked a 5 day holiday here to ride for the week. By the 2nd day all 3 of us had staph infections and really bad headaches. The water is extremely dirty. Avoid. Much better places and cleaner to ride in ASIA.

Aquarium
Aquaria Phuket is one of the two aquariums in Phuket, alongside the historic Phuket Aquarium in Cape Panwa. While the Cape Panwa Aquarium focuses on marine biology and rescuing dolphins, dugongs, and turtles, Aquaria is a newer and larger tourist attraction located beneath the Central Floresta Shopping Mall. Visitors can expect to spend about 1 hour 45 minutes exploring the aquarium, with last admission occurring an hour before closing.
Personally I liked this aquarium more than the one in paragon. Lots of mini shows, dances, feeding sessions, opportunity to feed sharks, there’s an outside section, part of a sunken battleship is in one of the aquariums. Overall it was a really cool experience that will never be forgotten.
Anthony L — Google review
I’ve been to this aquarium like a couple of times already, and every visit is such a great experience. The place is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — everything always feels fresh and organized. You can easily buy tickets on the spot by walking in, or book in advance through their website (or even through agents if you prefer). Inside, there are two floors full of attractions and a wide variety of features to see. Apart from the stunning aquatic life, there are also other animals like snakes, spiders, birds, and even squirrels, which makes the visit even more interesting. One highlight is the different shows they offer throughout the day. I recommend checking the schedule in advance so you can plan your visit accordingly and not miss any of them. The shows are fun, engaging, and definitely worth the time. Overall, this place is perfect for families, friends, or even solo travelers. A wonderful mix of education and entertainment — I’ll definitely be back again.
Thanutchaknowles — Google review
We had such a great time at Aquaria Phuket! My daughter especially loved the stingrays and the penguins, those were her highlights of the day. The aquarium is clean, well laid out, and full of interesting marine life to see. It’s a fun and family-friendly place, and a perfect activity in Phuket if you’re looking for something exciting indoors. Highly recommended!
Shivam B — Google review
Great fun, especially for Kids. I have seen larger aquarias, but this was nicely made, with underwater decoration (shipwreck, etc). The mermaid show was also impressive, and the different feeding events made it an interesting and special experience. We got a discounted ticket on trip.com (check offers on Google map), a combo ticket with the trickeye museum, what made it a full day trip, incl. super market shopping.
Getobier — Google review
Smaller than expected, the underwater tunnel is only half real, the other half is a mirror reflection. But there are plenty of feeding shows and activities throughout the day, so it’s still fun and engaging. Located right inside the mall, which makes it a super convenient spot to visit!
Dada L — Google review
Our family visit there on our vacation. It's not too big for small kids to travel. Well mannered and kind staffs. Our kids very enjoyed the tank and creatures! Worth the price. 🥰
Tiyapohn W — Google review
A great place to visit in Phuket! The aquarium is very clean, well organized, and full of beautiful marine life. We really enjoyed the shark and penguin areas
Ahmed A — Google review
Nice place to visit for about an hour to an hour and a half. Everything inside is quite expensive bottled water 50 baht, shake 150 baht, popcorn 100 baht for a small cup. Other than that, it’s a pleasant and interesting experience.

From trendy clothing and stylish accessories to unique souvenirs and spa products, Jungceylon has something for everyone.
The best mall I've ever been to! A huge variety of different stores for all your needs. You can get souvenirs here or even watch a movie. There is also a whole lot of restaurants and food stores. Since it's Pride month, everything is decorated and looks really cute 🥰
Karen B — Google review
Nice mall full of local and global brands of all sorts and many restaurants and dessert shops. The mall is split into many sections each with a different name e.g. The Jungle. Located behind the Bangla walking street.
Reem M — Google review
This is a great place to get away from the heat of the day. We didn't realise the mall has different zones. Jungle zone has shops upstairs, 2 food courts and foot massages in the basement. The Botanica zone has more restaurants. The centre called the Bay has a huge boat and a water feature for performances. There is also the Garden zone with a department store. It's definitely worth checking out. It's very family oriented.
Penang L — Google review
This mall is enormous, spotlessly clean, and aesthetically pleasing. You’ll also find budget-friendly items, so you can definitely do some shopping here and find the best things.
Robin S — Google review
Jungceylon is a clean, modern mall with plenty of shops and restaurants — great for escaping the Patong heat. It’s convenient and comfortable, though a bit commercial and lacking the local charm you find elsewhere in Phuket.
Kanchan V — Google review
This is a great place whether seeking something to eat from the large variety of food stores, needing general day to day products from places like big c, or makeup and beauty treatments for the girls, or clothes shopping or just to sit and relax you will love this place. Robinson is also a big store and has a variety of levels with different brands to offer.
GREGORY E — Google review
It features a mix of international and domestic brands, a large food court with diverse cuisines, and entertainment facilities like Fun City and PVR Cinemas. The mall is known for its modern ambiance, lively atmosphere, and well-maintained facilities, making it a popular hangout spot for families and friends. This is your place to explore for food and souvenirs in Patong, Phuket. We stayed in nearby hotel so it was so much fun to explore the mall at the end of the day. Don’t miss the underground food court – it serves delicious Thai dishes, and the mango sticky rice there is the best we tried. Another plus is its location: Bangla Road is just around the corner if you want to explore the nightlife, and there are also two night markets nearby (one of them is Banzaan Market). The markets are lively, affordable, and definitely worth the experience. P.S. Make sure to try the coconut ice cream at Banzaan Night Market – it’s a treat you shouldn’t skip!

Karon Beach is a stunning 4-kilometer stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal destination for couples and families seeking a more tranquil experience compared to the bustling Patong Beach, just 15 minutes away. This picturesque beach offers calm swimming conditions on serene days, while adventurous souls can enjoy the thrill of larger waves when the winds pick up.
Wonderful beach!! Very clean, good vibe. A perfectly relaxing beach. Not bothered by vendors like other Phuket beaches, but they are there if you need something. There was food tents and a band when we were there which was very cool. Good prices and nice people. Had a very great time at Karon beach.
Brian S — Google review
Karon Beach is a popular destination on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand, known for its long stretch of soft, white sand and clear turquoise waters. It is the second-longest beach in the province and is popular with families and couples for its more relaxed atmosphere compared to nearby Patong Beach. The beach offers a mix of relaxation and activities like sunbathing, swimming, and various watersports.
Khaled M — Google review
I’ve just started exploring the local beaches, and Karon Beach is by far my favorite one in the area — especially after visiting Kata Beach, which was overcrowded and quite dirty. Karon feels completely different: the sand is firm and not slippery, which makes it perfect for running or walking along the shore. The beach is wide, flat, and peaceful in the morning, with way fewer people and noticeably less trash. There’s also a nice running path and a small park area nearby, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a clean, calm, and enjoyable beach — highly recommended if you want to move a bit, relax, or just take in a nice morning run by the sea.
Taras — Google review
It’s a good beach, family friendly. A bit wavy, which is good if you are in the mood to fight with the nature. Renting 2 benches and an umbrella for the shadow for the whole day, costs us 200 B. Overall, we enjoyed it. The beach is very long. You can find some bars in the south, which are recommended to visit on a sunset. Also, if you stay at the south part during the night, you will have an opportunity to sea fire show
Daniel D — Google review
Karon is one of the most breathtaking beaches in Phuket, radiating serenity even in peak season. Its tranquil ambiance, unmarred by bars and numerous food stalls, renders it a haven for families with kids. Water sports on the beach further amplify its allure. And last but not least, the sunset from Karon Beach is just phenomenal.
Arpita S — Google review
I really enjoyed my time at Karon Beach. The place is clean and peaceful, perfect for spending hours by the sea. I even had the chance to ride the parasail, which was an amazing experience. The waves are beautiful and calming, and it’s a great spot to do yoga and meditation without any disturbance. Highly recommend for both relaxation and adventure
Mead A — Google review
This beach is ok … parts are very dirty but go 500 meters further and ok. Few places sell drinks and only 1 sells beer (overpriced). There are far better beaches close by nai harm beach for example. Chairs however are cheaper here only 100 baht over the other beaches 200 and there are several shopping options nearby. The local vendors are a constant hassle but just be polite say no thank you and they’ll leave you alone - be polite … Due to time of year most beaches are choppy and not suitable for younger ages due to strong currents … be careful …

Very nice beach, you can go for a walk on the rocks on the right side to admire the nice views and get some privacy for yourself. I recommend 🙂

“During the rainy low season there aren’t too many tourists around. From about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. it usually doesn’t rain, the water’s clear and great for swimming. You’ll see quite a few people surfing, and locals selling tasty food at good prices. There aren’t any big restaurants right on the beach.”
Katty A — Google review
Honestly very disappointing. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful beach but lacks infraestructure, and the surrounding area is messy, there are no bathrooms, it looks unkempt

Great beach to take kids to. Water isn't to rough. There is a lot of construction going on at the beach front at the moment but still a great place for a swim

Surin Beach is one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches I’ve visited in Phuket. The water is crystal clear, the sand is soft and fine, and the beach isn’t too crowded — even during the high season, you can still find a quiet spot to relax. The sunset is absolutely stunning, and the natural landscape is picture-perfect. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or just sitting with a book, it’s the kind of place you can enjoy all day without getting bored. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beach that combines natural beauty with a calm, laid-back vibe.

A small park currently being redeveloped but still accessible , it has numerous strangler fig trees which have Casuarina trees and Palmyra and others as hosts. It is interesting to see that where most trees consequently die the palmyras seem to not only survive but flourish.

Paradise Beach, located on the southwestern coast of Phuket near Patong Bay, offers a unique beachfront nightlife experience with parties celebrating the lunar cycle similar to Koh Phangan's Full Moon Party. The beach retains its natural beauty with clear water and white sand flanked by granite rocks. Surrounded by palm trees and turquoise waters, it is an idyllic destination known for its pristine coastline, vibrant coral reef for snorkeling, and dense rainforest for hiking adventures.
To clarify the ambivalent comments: This is a private Beach. I don‘t like things like this but it is like it is. So stay away if you don't want to pay an entrance fee. You are also not allowed to bring drinks and food inside! Inside you have two Beaches - a small and quiet one and the one with Restaurants and other activities. For the entrance fee you get a shuttle service, pool, toilets and a shower. Sun beds, food and drinks are over average in terms of local prices. The location itself is worth a visit - much better than Patong main beach. It is more expensive but it's more exclusive too. If you are willing to spend some money you can have a nice and relaxing day!
A. M — Google review
Paradise Beach is beautiful and well-kept, with soft sand and clear blue water. It’s quieter than Patong, with a chilled vibe, sunbeds, clean facilities, and beachfront restaurants. There’s an entrance fee, but it’s worth it for a relaxing, comfortable beach day so close to town.
Saengseree S — Google review
It was a paid private beach with not that much people compared to other beaches in Phuket like Patong. The ocean was really clear and beautiful with clean water and not too much people creating a sense of privacy and pristine. But it’s paid so if you would like to go to a free beach this isn’t one am afraid but it’s amazing and beautiful nonetheless.
Nita — Google review
First, you have to pay a 200 baht entry fee. But when you want to go back to your hotel, they block your taxi and claim it's a private area. Then they force you to pay 400 baht to return with their taxi. This was an absolute rip-off and a complete NO-GO! After paying the entrance fee, you're charged another 1500 baht for a sunbed. To make things worse, there were no activities like jet skis available, even though they are offered at other beaches. It was a huge disappointment and a real scam.
Dilhan Y — Google review
Tourist trap, 200 tbh entry and still have to pay extra on everything you touch. Wonder if those rated 5 stars are paid reviewers as who would visit this place while there is a beautiful Freedom Beach is right next to it?
HHD — Google review
It only looks like paradise . It’s not . It’s far from Patong , it’s quite with a great view . But that’s all . There are sharp rocks inside the beach , so you can’t walk , not even swimm . Been there in August . Don’t know what happens with the tide in winter months . There is a nice pool beach bar there , however they ask 400baht just to swimm in the pool . Plus you have to pay for sunbed . Not much 150baht , plus 200 you paid already just to enter the facilities . I wouldn’t go back there . There are way better pool / beach bars .
Jimmakosathens — Google review
Is it a complete rip off - Yes Is it worth the the effort - No The beach - The rocks in the water were harsh and people were cutting their feet. On the upside they have a small first aid kit. The best part of this experience was the taxi ride home.
Lee S — Google review
DONT GO HERE ! Such a tourist trap. They make you pay 200 entry fee. Expensive and then it’s just a trap with everything else inside ! You have to pay for everything. It’s sad and depressing inside to be honest. The vibes are bad and very commercial. The beach is nice but it’s not worth it. Don’t go. Also the lady selling tickets is rude!

Tiger Kingdom in Phuket offers a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors to get up close and personal with tigers in safe, caged enclosures. The attraction provides an opportunity to learn about these majestic animals, take a leisurely walk through the park, and even feed or take photos with the tigers. With premium insurance included in the ticket, visitors can also explore educational exhibits and enjoy a personal encounter with the tigers.
Tiger Kingdom was such a unique experience! Being able to get so close to the tigers and even take photos with them was unforgettable. The staff seemed knowledgeable and kept everything safe, which made me feel comfortable. The place is clean and well-maintained. It’s a bit pricey, but for such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, it felt worth it.

Tiger Kingdom is a beautiful and well-organized place, perfect for families with kids who want to learn more about these magnificent animals. The visit is mainly for the photo session, which might take only about an hour. We were able to take very nice pictures. If you’re planning a trip here, it’s a good idea to combine it with other nearby attractions so your day feels complete
Haya A — Google review
This was my first time to meet a tiger.. we were really frightened but everything went well. Although I found it a little expensive as there is ticket for tigers sizewise and doing all of it is around 6300 baht.. then there are miscellaneous categories as well like Special tiger, giant tiger or cheetah. The handling of tigers while we are inside is little concerning, for photos they wake them up by sticks or by spraying water. Other than this, tigers are tamed and healthy. The experience is exhilarating.
Yogesh K — Google review
You can see the tigers for free. But to pet them and take photos with them you have to pay 900 bhat or so depending on the type of tiger. (I really hope they are treated well otherwise it would be animal cruelty) The tigers are tame and there’s no need to worry. However there could be a waiting period
Priyanjalaa S — Google review
We went there during weekdays around 10am. So far the process went smooth. We took photographer. They help us to take good photos with tigers. Feel so amazing and excited to see 🐅🐆 nearby and touch them. (Only allow 10min inside cage) U can see them from outside, no time limit. Only one thing * the animals look Sleepy most of the time during our visit in the cage. Overall great experiences.
Tawamani S — Google review
Nice and clean place. Need to be lucky and easy on pocket for the tiger to be fully awake. We got bad weather so had to see the tiger in the cage. Best time is to reach between 9-9.30 to avoid the queue. We reached at 9.30 so had a shorter queue.
Rahul J — Google review
Unique place! Must do! Staff is super friendly and help you with the photos. I was afraid in the beginning but left with heart full of joy and excitement. Tigers seem to be treated well. Worth the money!
Myugi S — Google review
This place is for sure an unique one. You get to take pictures with the tigers and even hug and pat them. There are different varieties of tigers here and also of different age groups. The only drawback is it's on the pricey side and the price differs for each tiger. You will also have to pay for taking pictures separately. The waiting time is also quite long.

Naka Weekend Market, also known as Phuket Weekend Night Market or Chaofa Variety Weekend Market, is a bustling night bazaar located near Central Festival in Phuket Town. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists, offering a wide range of products including batik sarongs, logoed T-shirts, quirky trinkets, pirated items, and secondhand goods.
Honestly it’s one of my favorite markers in all of Thailand. Absolutely huge, has food clothes bags shoes trinkets all kinds of souvenirs you’d want. There’s live music often and also lots of locals come too. Overall I would come back and had a really good experience while here.
Anthony L — Google review
Great market. Not as big as other in Bangkok but great selection, great crowd. Some tourist but mostly locals, so fun to be immersed in the culture. Soup was amazing along with everything we tried. There is a lot of commercialization of the souvenirs so just double check if you want "made in Thailand " stuff to take home.
Darren W — Google review
Excellent experience of authentic street food. Well priced and food prices range from 5 - 100 Baht. Plenty of souvenirs and clothing stalls. Great atmosphere with live music. The markets are undercover, so perfect for a rainy day. It costs 5 Baht to visit the toilet, so be prepared!
Dilee D — Google review
Phuket’s biggest weekend night bazaar—pure sensory overload in the best possible way. Hundreds of stalls: street food, fresh seafood stands, grilled lobsters, and the classic fish balls and desserts. Shopping ranges from souvenir crafts to second‑hand clothes and quirky gadgets. Bustling, crowded, and buzzing with live music. If you want everything under one roof, this is it. Opens 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Mads D — Google review
Great fun! Heaps of stores, some with stuff you don't normally see at other markets. Amazing food, live music. Definitely worth a look.

I came for the food and local finds, but I stayed for the vibe. 😍 Wandering around Naka Market was already a treat—with colorful stalls, friendly vendors, and mouthwatering street snacks—but what made the night extra special was discovering the chill and amazing singers performing live, for free! Their voices filled the air with such warmth and soul that it felt like a mini-concert in the middle of a night market. I found myself just sitting there, soaking in the moment, smiling without even realizing it. These simple, spontaneous experiences remind me how beauty and joy often come when you least expect them. Thailand never fails to surprise. Naka Market is a go to.

Nestled in a charming 1934 building, the Phuket Thai Hua Museum offers an intriguing glimpse into the rich history of Chinese immigrants in Phuket. As you wander through its thoughtfully curated galleries, you'll uncover stories that shaped the island's cultural landscape. The museum also features a cozy coffee shop where visitors can relax and reflect on their experience.
I’m really feel touching and grateful that I’ve been this incredibly museum as a Taiwanese who speak Hokkein language, here presents a lot of information about China migrant how to flee geopolitics and escape to here to try to survive, it’s totally tough and hard working which it’s very thankful for Thai people’s support. They build good relationships until now that Thai-Chinese could donate back to society. This is peaceful society circle looks like.
Neil Y — Google review
Very fascinated to understand the cultural and economic significance of the Chinese influence within in Phuket. The museum was quite clean and quiet which pales in comparison to the busy streets of old town nearby. At the time of my visit there were some works happening in the building so I guess it affected som exhibitions which I was not able to see properly. But other than that, definitely recommend this place for a nice visit when in town.
Godwin M — Google review
Pretty cool house but the price is a bit much. If you’re into the Chinese history of Thailand and industrial development in the late 18th century, then god bless your heart and soul. It was a nice place to escape the rain for us and a good visit before we had an amazing lunch at a Michelin star restaurant down the street. Not bad just not super exciting to be honest.
Anthony L — Google review
I believe it's not worth the 200 bath entry but it was interesting. It's about how the Chinese made Phuket great as they came over during the tin mining times, earning political influence and creating their own communities and schools. In the mid 19th-20th century the population was really 60-80% of Chinese origins, so it's understandable to give a museum to commemorate their influence. Big roof ventilators try to cool down the place, it's still quite warm in there. If you want to learn about Phuket history, you should rather visit the Phuket Museum 8 minutes walk from here.
Andrea D — Google review
The museum is small, but it’s interesting to learn how Chinese immigrants made effort to bing in Chinese culture and keep the heritage. Short intro from Perplexity: Phuket Thai Hua Museum is housed in a beautifully preserved Sino-Portuguese building on Krabi Road in Phuket Old Town, originally built in 1934 as a Chinese-language school for local Thai-Chinese families. The museum showcases Phuket's history, especially the story of Chinese immigrants who came to work in the tin mining industry, and offers exhibits on local culture, architecture, traditions, and cuisine. Visitors can explore interactive displays, historical artifacts, and short films, making it an engaging cultural and educational experience. The museum also features a charming open-air courtyard and garden with old mining tools, reflecting the island's heritage.

Whether you want to practice acrobatic tricks or simply enjoy jumping into the foam pit, there's something for everyone here. At 50FLY!, you'll find professional-grade equipment that caters to all ages and skill levels.
I enjoy my visits to 50 Fly Trampoline Club! It’s a fantastic place for fun and fitness in Phuket, with professional equipment and diverse zones such as gymnastics, a climbing wall, Olympic trampolines, a foam pit, and an interactive game simulator. I attend group classes with an expert coach to learn acrobatic stunts and use free time sessions to practice on my own, jump on the trampolines for fun, and explore other activities. I see that club also organizes amazing birthday parties. Besides, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for both children and adults, as well as sports enthusiasts.

Beautiful centre! It is very amazing place to have fun or birthday party. Mr. Kirill and Thai staff are very helpful and kind. We will come back to this place later!
Kirill T — Google review
Disgusting service, they didn't let the child walk in his own socks, and they had to buy a pair of trebols for 60 baht each! Even though our socks also had a special coating. Tickets are already too expensive, 500 for 1 child and an 1 accompanying person who is not allowed to jump for only 1 hour! I recommend to go to Adventure park - much more cheaper, more space, more clean and better service! Or Froggy park is also much bigger and have fun zone too. As a result, instead of 4 tickets, you sold 2, since my younger one doesn't wear other socks. PS Oh and their super special socks got lint and fell apart within a 1 hour visit, had to throw them away

The trampoline club is suitable for adults to practice flips and tricking. I went there for 2 weeks and I will come back next year to finish my monthly membership. There is no other gymnastics facility for adults in Phuket. I was very disappointed the club will be closed for 2 weeks. Now I will have to practice on the sand, grass, or Decathon.

Great fun for people of all ages (and what an incredible workout it is!). The trampoline park is surprisingly big with a variety of trampolines (different sizes), and area to play dodge ball and even a foam pit that you can try crazy trips and have a soft landing no matter what. There is also a very basic bouldering wall to mess out on. It's incredible how tired you can get just in one hour of jumping around on a trampoline makes you! #activities #fitness #entertainment

Jui Tui Shrine, a vibrant Chinese shrine in Phuket, is known for its annual Vegetarian Festival. After undergoing renovations, the shrine now houses three large statues of different Chinese gods, with Tean Hu Huan Soy being the most prominent. The shrine's location was moved following a fire that nearly destroyed it years ago. Visitors can also see a firecracker house next to the shrine where people often throw burning firecrackers during celebrations.
At a walking distance from old town, I visited in the evening. It closes at 8. Very beautiful decorated Chinese temple witnessing history of Phuket. There are statues of lions at the entrance of the main temple. These statues have rolling stone balls in their mouth. I wonder, how these balls are carved out inside the mouth. There is a huge long trunk of a tree kept horizontally with a garland on it. I could not get the significance of it.

As you approach the entrance, admire the carvings and detailed murals on the grey marble walls outside. Inside, you wander through several colourful halls with an array of deities, paintings and flags. It's beautiful and I felt so ignorant not knowing more about these religions, when I watched the devotees streaming in and out, shaking the "fortune sticks" and lighting incence sticks. The place is so rich in colour and symbolism. Amazing.

The Lazy Coconut, located on Bang Tao Beach in Phuket, is the ideal spot for families seeking a laid-back beach day. This beachfront restaurant and bar offers a relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic beach vibe. Families can unwind by the swimming pool while enjoying delicious food from an international/Mediterranean menu that includes light salads, fruit bowls, burgers, steaks, souvlakis, mezze plates, tapas, and surf & turf dishes.
A must-see in Bang Tao beach! We spent two whole days here on our 2-week holiday and I honestly regret not coming more! Our experience of the beach with a toddler wasn't great until we found The Lazy Coconut. We could sit and enjoy food and cocktails all day while our little one jumped between playing at the beach then at the pool. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing and instagram-worthy. It gave us access to showers and toilets which made everything so much easier. We actually got to sit down and relax, which as toddler parents is so hard to do! There is a minimum spend which is much better than paying a fee like at local beach clubs, it was easy to meet that anyway while grabbing some snacks and drinks. Food and drinks are beautiful and delicious with plenty of vegan options. The service is quick and staff are always friendly. A must-see!

Something you could easily miss - but something you definitely don’t want to miss! We hired the pool cocoon and the beach ones too - a little pricey but you do get an amount back per cocoon to use on F&B though! Burgers were a hit with our boys but the platters felt a little thrown together and lacked flavour. Loved the coconut water! Staff made up for anything lacking - friendly and happy to chat. When the rain came they were supper efficient in getting everything sorted and back to normal within minutes. We visited for a birthday so a little disappointing that wasn’t even acknowledged - it’s the little things that make things extra special, missed opportunity but didn’t stop us having a few great days here. On our second visit we were all sick on the day and they changed our booking without loosing payment happily. Recommend if you want a relaxing day in the sun with good vibes, peace and tranquility.

We enjoyed our day at the lazy coconut so much! The service is unbelievable, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable - they even wouldn’t even let me carry my glass of wine back to my sun bed! What an amazing place which you don’t really see until you step inside the Lazy Coconut, just off the beach. I had a really bad experience here today. I ordered a chicken dish, and halfway through eating I found something that looked like a worm on the plate (photo attached). When I showed it to the staff, they said it was part of the chicken — but I eat chicken all the time, and I know that’s not what chicken looks like. It was honestly so disgusting that I felt like throwing up. I completely lost my appetite, and even now when I think about it, I still feel sick. To be honest, the chicken didn’t even taste good — it was dry and not flavorful at all. The restaurant looks nice, but the food hygiene and quality control need serious improvement. I really hope they take this issue seriously, because no customer should have to experience something like this.

Paid almost 1000 bht 30$ usd for 2 adults and 1 child! Outside socks not allowed! What a scam to make extra 180 bht from a family! We have our own socks! Plus inside they have pay per item extra tables! They want 150bht extra for a table to draw! Crazy!!! Nice place but dont rip off your tourists that you live off!!!!

the playground looks great in the photos, but in reality it needs renovation, especially the toys, which are damaged and missing. the place is quite dark and has no toilet - you have to use the toilet outside the playground - using the escalator. Staff not engaged. The only attraction I can recommend is the pirate ship.
Magdalena Z — Google review
Visited there with my 1yr and 7 yr olds. The place is ok. My kids were bored after an hour as did the other kids. The staff is not engaging. AC was too cold. The free crafts were just a table with stuff but the staff was not happy to do the crafting. It's overpriced and has many old toys. Not sure of hygiene levels. Non slip socks are recommended. Trampoline needed to be replaced 5 years ago. The springs are completely worn out.

Sit and watch the waves sipping a glass of something cold listening to chill beats. If there are waves grab a board and catch a few, if not grab a tasty bite to eat and shoot the breeze with Ant. Come here to take a break from instagramming flash and just soak in old school cool.

I came to this restaurant again because I used to enjoy it and visited often last year. This time, the place was almost empty. I ordered a glass of wine to start and waited. After quite a while, I noticed the wine was poured and placed on the bar, but it was never brought to my table. The waiter and bartender were standing nearby, yet no one served it. Later, the waiter came over and told me that my order was not available. I asked again, and they repeated that the drink was not available. My menu was taken away from the table while I was still choosing my dinner, and the glass of wine I had ordered remained standing on the bar. I’ll let you decide what to think about this experience.

Very nice little beach bar right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and service was great. Be careful of your order as prices are higher than other local beach bars.

Central Phuket Festival is a massive multi-level shopping mall located just outside Phuket Town. It boasts over 120 outlets, offering a wide range of products and services to cater to every shopper's needs. The mall features international brands, boutique stores, apparel shops, and more. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the first-class cinema experience at SFX, which showcases Hollywood blockbusters, Thai releases, and Bollywood films with modern digital sound technology and VIP seating options.
During my visit to Thailand in 2022, I stayed at a hotel across the street and visited this mall frequently. It reminded me of home but with its own Thai twist. It isn’t any average mall! They’ve got a movie theatre, aquarium, among many other things. There is lots of shops, both high end and affordable options. I especially love their food court which is presented as a street market.
Victoria D — Google review
There are many dishes to try, items to buy, splendid theatres to enjoy, aquariums to visit, go-karting adventures, and occasional exhibits or events. The area is especially charming, stretching from the old central part to the new, where they constantly decorate depending on the event. I would also suggest adding a better arcade center with proper basketball, hockey, and rhythm games—that would be fun for all ages.

Central Phuket combines modern retail with Thai cultural elements, catering to tourists and locals alike.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Central Phuket is an impressive shopping destination that truly has it all — from luxury brands to local Thai products, amazing food courts, and beautiful architecture. The mall is spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, making it a perfect escape from the heat. There’s a great mix of international and local stores, plus many dining options for every taste and budget. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall experience feels modern and premium. Whether shopping, dining, or just exploring, Central Phuket offers a world-class experience that rivals top malls in Bangkok or Singapore. Highly recommended for visitors and locals alike!

Central Phuket Festival is the perfect place to spend a few hours shopping and relaxing. The mall is huge, modern, and very clean, with a wide variety of international and local shops. The food court is excellent and quite affordable, offering everything from Thai street food to international cuisine. There’s also a supermarket and plenty of cafes if you just want to take a break. It’s a great spot to cool down from the Phuket heat, and you can find almost everything you need in one place. Highly recommended for both tourists and locals!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great shopping experience at Central Phuket Floresta! We bought two luggage and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a cash coupon and VAT refund which was a nice bonus. The mall is clean, modern, and has a really good selection of stores. Highly recommended for shopping in Phuket!

Patong Beach is the main beach in Patong, stretching for several kilometers along the coast and offering a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a popular destination for vacationers seeking clean sand, warm sea waters, and various water activities like banana boat rides and parasailing. The area also boasts romantic hotels for those looking to enjoy a sweet staycation.
Beautiful, Lively & Perfect for a Relaxing Day Patong Beach is clean, well-maintained, and has a lively atmosphere that makes it easy to spend hours here. I loved the breezy weather I stayed for two hours in the morning and honestly felt like I could stay here forever. There are many vendors offering drinks, food, clothes, towels, beach activities, and even massages. I tried a foot massage for 500 THB, and it was surprisingly excellent much better than a typical parlor massage. The beach is lively, with plenty of people, water sports like paragliding and jet skiing, and lots of things happening around. Weekdays are better if you prefer slightly fewer crowds. Overall, a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sea, sky, and sand, and spend a full day if you’re in Phuket. Just keep an eye on your belongings. Highly recommended!
Anshul J — Google review
I absolutely adore the breezy weather here. I spent two hours this morning until noon, and it truly felt like I could spend the rest of my life in Patong, Phuket. The beach is pristine and well-kept. Numerous vendors are wandering around, offering a variety of goods like drinks, food, clothing, towels, shawls, temporary tattoos, beach activities, and even massages. I felt inclined to support a local lady, so I decided to try a foot massage. It costs 500 THB per hour, probably due to the location right by the sea... but to my surprise, her skills were impressive, much better than those at a typical massage parlor. I nearly dozed off during the session. Note: While safety is well managed here, please take care of your belongings. This visit to the beach was unexpected. If I ever return to Phuket, I will definitely spend my entire day here. I love the atmosphere of the sky, sea, sun, sounds, and sands while wearing my sandals here in Patong, Phuket!
Dr. Y — Google review
Patong – lively but not very classy Patong is definitely busy and full of life, with lots of people, motorbikes, and street vendors everywhere. The area feels a bit old and touristy, and it’s not really a “luxurious” or classy place. It’s vibrant and energetic, but if you’re looking for a peaceful or upscale beach town, this might not be the right spot.
Hashem M — Google review
My worst nightmare for a beach is when you step on it and a dozen of people are on you already trying to sell multiple things and everything is about money, subbed cost money, a towel cost money, someone offering you a menu with drinks, someone offers massage on the beach, or to do you hair... it's just annoying. Other than that the beach has big waves( may be because of the season, it's July) but year really rough and dangerous as there is undercurrent that pulls you in.
Krasimira V — Google review
Patong Beach has a lively vibe and plenty of things to do, from water sports to nightlife. The beach itself is nice, and it’s easy to see why it’s such a popular destination. However, it’s become extremely overcrowded with tourists, which takes away from the natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere. Prices for almost everything food, drinks, and activities feel inflated and tourist-oriented, making it hard to enjoy without feeling ripped off. Overall, it’s worth a short visit for the experience, but not ideal if you’re looking for peace, authenticity, or value for money.
Dibyojeet B — Google review
Patong beach was different than what you’ll experience in Ao Nang or Khaosan it’s more happening place than either crowds bit more than usual would recommend you to visit during week days rather than weekend.

Patong Beach is clean and peaceful, with a few beach bars and water sports around. The water’s great for a swim, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a drink or a snack. It’s a great spot if you enjoy a peacefully lively beach vibe — relaxing but still with a bit of fun going on!

Hanuman World is a thrilling rainforest adventure park in Phuket, Thailand, offering treetop walkways and exhilarating zip lines. The 800-meter zipline ride provides an adrenaline-pumping experience as it twists through the dense canopy at high speeds. Visitors can embark on a ziplining journey across 32 platforms in the treetops, enjoying the support of friendly staff.
These activities were incredibly fun and perfect for families, friends, and couples. The two activities we tried weren’t too tiring and didn’t take too much time. If children meet the required weight, age, and height criteria, the staff will take great care of them and accompany them throughout the activities to ensure safety. Luge is a lever-controlled cart that you can brake, release, and steer left or right. It's easy to drive and super fun. There are two track options — the longer one allows for a longer ride, while the shorter one is more thrilling. We highly recommend taking at least 2 rides to fully enjoy the experience. Young children who meet the activity’s requirements for height, weight, and age can ride with a parent. If the parent does not join the ride, a staff member will accompany the child instead to ensure safety. Roller (800 meters) is a high-speed ride where you glide along a rail. It’s fun, exciting, thrilling, and definitely worth it! If you love an adrenaline rush, this is a must-try. The staff at both attractions were extremely attentive and professional. There were plenty of staff members to ensure that everything was well taken care of, which gave us confidence in the safety of the experience. Photo and video services are available for both activities. If you’re looking for something fun to do with friends or with the whole family, this place is highly recommended. If you’re not into rides, you can wait and relax at Baboon Café, located not far from the Hanuman World lobby — the atmosphere there is lovely.

Three Monkey restaurant in Hanuman World was an absolute gem! My partner and I were blown away by the exquisite flavors and the elegant ambiance—it truly elevated our evening. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and we especially want to commend Eero, the manager, whose attentiveness and warmth made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place that nails both culinary excellence and heartfelt hospitality, but Three Monkey does it effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Did the sky walk which wasn't as long as hoped for the price paid but still gorgeous scenery. The people doing the other more adventurous activities like the zip line definitly were enjoying themselves. Beautiful place, well organised with a great restaurant three monkeys. Well worth a visit.
Tina S — Google review
It was worth going (I think?) but not the best zip lining experience we’ve had in our travels. The staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic, some seemed even grumpy out on the activity. And the photo package was expensive!!! Only winded up keeping 12 pics or so… not worth it. Just sneak your phone in and take them yourself!! Now don’t get me started on the front desk! Very unhelpful, and more focused on process vs customer experience. I won’t bore you with the details, I’ll just say, make sure you don’t change your reservation!!!! Park was cool enough, but we wouldn’t go back.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all the staff at the "Jungle" / "3 Monkeys" event for your wonderful efforts, warm welcome, and courteous manner. In addition, 24-hour dining is available on site - making it easy to refuel after all of your adventures on the island.
Absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to everything in Patong, yet quiet enough to relax. The pool area is stunning, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The breakfast buffet had great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and tropical. I would definitely come back here again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong! 🌴✨

I booked my 3 nights solo stay on a 3rd party welosite as Accor website was about to€100 more expensive. The rooms are comfortable, not modern, for every light there is an individual switch, no master switch to kill all the lights, AC was on the noisy side. Bathroom was big enough. The resort is massive with many areas. All the staff were pleasant and polite. Thad breakfast only once and was in line with 4 star resort, nothing to rave about. It's a family oriented resort and they seem to be doing a good job. The little things that make you feel you are in a four star is that you have to pay for the pop corn at the swimming pool, if you ask for extra towels in the room you have to hand the used one. It's definitely a nice resort in a prime location and very functional but it lacks luxury. I got very good value ,it has an excellent reviews and I don't regret staying there. Around 5 pm the evening before checking out early morning | asked one staff other reception for a wake up call at 7 am. She went and brought another two colleagues so that's total of three people took my request and wrote it down for wake up call next morning, I never received that call and luckily I set the alarm on my mobile.
Bilasy K — Google review
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was fine. The entrance is quite impressive and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The reception and guest waiting area are beautifully designed and feel very peaceful — definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, the rooms were not up to the mark and did not meet the expected comfort level. There is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and overall room quality. The breakfast options were limited and not very suitable for Indian guests, which was a disappointment. I personally did not enjoy the hotel food. Additionally, the hotel has a shop inside the property, but the prices are almost double the usual rate, which was quite surprising. It seems more like a business strategy than a convenience for guests. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It is very close to Patong Beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and massage centers. It is also conveniently close to Bangla Street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife and local attractions. To sum up, while the location and entrance area are great, the rooms and food definitely need improvement. With a few upgrades, this hotel can offer a much better overall stay experience.
Farzana Y — Google review
We had the most wonderful stay of 4 nights! The experience right from checking in to leaving was great. The staff were all amazing, the rooms were well cleaned and large, bathroom is spotless, and the bed is one of the best. The swimming pool is huge, and 4-6pm buy 1 get 1 free cocktails at the pool bar with passionate cocktail baristas made it all the better. We only had breakfast once and it was brilliant, we didn't pay for the rest of the days as it wasn't cheap compared to what we could get outside and we couldn't be bothered waking up early either. We had to haggle a little on the return taxi to the airport and managed to get it at 20% lower than what was originally quoted, don't think they are ACCOR though, more just a local business that's based in the hotel.
Ruth G — Google review
Had a 3-night stay with Novotel Vintage park and booked hotel thinking its a 4-star property and will be very comfortable for family. Though infrastructure and location wise property is good but individual attention to guests seemed lacking. Toiletries were not kept adequately in the room for 3 members, on request also there was hesitation in giving them. For first time I have seen a hotel property refusing shaving kit (no foam/cream available) and had to buy from market. Also thought that am booking a resort but it appeared a hotel to me and not resort with multiple engagement activities planned.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was also impressive with plenty of options. My family and I just arrived home from our stay at Novotel Vintage and honestly, we absolutely loved our stay with them ! The staff go above and beyond, are extremely accommodating and friendly, always greeted with smiles and kindness. On my husband’s birthday they laid out a beautiful happy birthday message with flowers and birthday cake. They also provide staff nanny services so hubby and I were able to enjoy a few hours for a meal and a couple of drinks on his birthday and my daughter had the best time with the ladies at the hotel, so much that she cried when they left. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our room was lovely with warm homely vibes and the location is great ! We can’t wait to come back !

I had a 4 day stay with family at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and we liked the property very much. It is very conveniently located at Patong, close to beach and all other shopping areas. The location is covered under free pickup by almost all the tour providers and Grab cabs are also available instantly at all times. Property is well managed with well behaved staff, and the breakfast buffet is also nice with lot of options. Quality of Indian cuisine may be improved though. Breakfast starts at 6am which also makes it convenient to go for sightseeing after an early breakfast. There is also a minimart within the property with several daily consumable items, reasonably priced. The WiFi is convenient, has great coverage and quite fast as well. Overall, it is a perfect stay at Patong, and offers good value for money. Will definitely recommend and will definitely choose for my future stays at Phuket as well !

Bang Wat Reservoir is a serene and spacious location perfect for running, walking, or simply unwinding. The area offers ample parking and well-maintained surroundings with refreshing greenery. The reservoir itself provides picturesque views and a nearly 6km loop for various outdoor activities. While the area is ideal for exercise and leisurely strolls, amenities such as shops may be limited during certain seasons. Despite this, the beautiful natural scenery makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The entire reservoir can be walked around on an asphalt path. It is a very nice walk, even in the afternoon there is shade in many places. There are very few people there. A great way to escape the tourist crowds and spend some time in nature. There is a large parking lot by the access road.

🏃‍♀️ Bang Wad Reservoir – a hidden gem for runners in Phuket! 🌿 Absolutely lovely place if you're looking for a peaceful, scenic running route. The full loop around the lake is about 8 km, making it perfect for long runs, brisk walks, or even just a reflective stroll in nature. You’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and calm water views most of the way. It’s quiet, clean, and feels like you’ve stepped out of the city into a tropical oasis. 🌳🦋 That said, I highly recommend going with a friend or in daylight hours — some parts of the loop get quite jungle-like and dim, especially on cloudy days. It’s not unsafe, but it can feel a bit too isolated if you're alone. 🥤No shops around the trail, so bring water and maybe some mosquito spray if you're heading out early or late. ✨Whether you're a runner, walker, or just someone who enjoys nature, Bang Wad is worth the visit — calm, green, and full of Phuket charm.

The price is pricey for 10min. They will ensure that you shall not bang or hit the cart anywhere or else you have to pay for every spare parts if damage. They will warn you and show the “fee” of spare parts.. Thus, you have to be careful, extra careful while go carting. But we did had fun. Please take note if it’s raining heavily, you can’t do the activity. We’ll, Some of our go cart stopped in mid way- they didn’t give extra time to compensate for the time it took for us to change the cart. Hence the 4 star.

So apparently, even if you’re a good driver and follow all the rules, if someone else crashes into YOU—you still have to pay for the damage. The staff literally said, “You have to take care of the kart, no matter what.” Cool. So I drive well, get hit, and still end up paying. Makes total sense. 🙃 Track’s fun, but the policy? Super questionable.

Friendly staff and great track. Been driving everything from the 9hp 4-stroke up to 125cc (about 18hp) 2-stroke karts. Karts are mostly in great condition. During one race my kart stopped delivering power, they instantly let me change karts and I got to drive extra laps for the time missed out. Had a blast!

I sincerely appreciate your outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. When my daughter’s shoe broke, you went above and beyond to fix it for her—a true reflection of humility and generosity. The photographer was incredibly skilled in capturing beautiful moments, and the reception was truly welcoming and exceptional. Thank you for your exceptional care and ethical treatment.

From Australia. We visited here twice over our trip. Karts are great. 125 karts are bloody great. Kids karts are quick. Well maintained. Most drivers try and take you to the other crap venues as they get a kick back. Make sure you get to this one. This is the one to visit.

We had a really fun time at the Phuket Kart Speedway. I went there with my son, and we both enjoyed the karting experience a lot. Since my son is under 10, he had to ride with me, which was definitely a good safety measure, especially with more experienced drivers on the track. One thing to note is that while the karts were generally good, they did feel like they could use a bit of maintenance. Some of them seemed a little worn out, so a bit of extra care would probably make the experience even better. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to families. They also have other activities nearby like elephant rides, shooting, and ATVs, though we didn’t try those ourselves. It’s definitely worth checking out.

One of the best go-kart places in Thailand! The price is excellent compared to others, and the track is always fun and wellmaintained. I keep coming back here every time I visit usually more than once because it’s totally worth it🏎️🏁

Very disappointing experience. They gave us damaged karts with faulty brakes mine crashed mid-race and they still charged me for the repairs. The build quality is extremely poor and feels unsafe. No leaderboard or scoring system either. Would not recommend.

Nai Harn Beach, located in the southern part of Phuket, offers a unique beach experience. Unlike other beaches surrounded by luxury resorts, Nai Harn's seaside area is shaded by tall trees, providing a relaxed setting for visitors to lay out their mats and enjoy the warm sun. The beach may not be known for its cleanliness, but the sparkling water and stunning surroundings make it a sight to behold.
Wonderful beach near Rawai, there are lounges for 200 bht per person, a restroom, lifeguards and a few restaurants. They also have massage beds right on the table. The waves are sometimes pretty big, but the lifeguards mark the areas you can swim in and are really keeping an eye on everyone. There's also some beach vendors and a two beach stands with drinks and snacks. It's a pet friendly beach and there are also lots of strays around. I didn't mind it, since I love dogs and the strays mind their business.
Raluca U — Google review
Beautiful long beach ⛱️ enough space for chairs (2 sun chairs with umbrella is 200 bhat) and free zone. There are jellyfish 🪼 sometimes, most at the late afternoon. The waves 🌊 a bit bigger for me but you could enjoy it.
Borislava G — Google review
Came here for the snorkeling and swimming. Online reviews claim this beach as an ideal spot for fish watching. Arrived by SmartBus (100 baht) The water was rough, lots of sand churning at the floor bottom, creating poor visibility. Swam along the rocks on the north side of the beach...many small angel fish, some banner fish, few parrot fish and schools of small silvery fish. Someone informed me the waters are much rougher these past 2 days due to recent storms. But it was nice to swim. The water was warm. Lots of restaurants, bars and food options.
Jia M — Google review
Really good and peaceful. Crystal clear water. Lots of trees where you can walk in full shade. You can have two options, where there are more rocks the sea is calm, on the other side, the sea has more waves. Restaurant options around, without having to walk far. The prices are good and there is a lot of fresh seafood options. We only found a private transport option. There was no transport like on other beaches. I recommend negotiating the price.
Soraia R — Google review
For me, Nai Harn Beach is one of the best. Quiet, not too many people, nice clear water, and behind the beach are some good restaurants with good Thai food.
Thorsten B — Google review
this has to be one of the best beaches in Phuket it's not full of umbrellas no jet skis beautiful sand with clean water and not full of people like some other beaches
Martyn J — Google review
We asked a local what the best kept secret in Phuket was and Nai Harn beach was their first answer. They were not wrong! We were only meant to pop down for a quick look while on a private tour and ended up staying for hours. The beach was so quiet compared to most others we visited, and by far one of the most stunning. You can set up under a palm tree, and the water is magnificent. Being on the southern end, the water is actually cooling here which is nice. There is a forested area set back just behind the beach, with a huge section for outdoor dining. We could have sat here all day and watched the quiet world go by! We noticed as we were leaving that Novotel is about to build a big resort right by the water, so this quiet oasis probably won’t be that way for much longer. Word of warning: Big black ants. Everywhere. They can bite and leave big, swelling welts. We were told it’s very painful, so watch where you sit. On the sand seems to be the safest area.
Mary — Google review
The beach is quite nice and clean, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby with decent food. The sun-beds are quite expensive tho, the cheapest one being 200 bhat when it’s usually 100 bhat in the rest of Thailand. They also close the sunbeds at around 5:30, not allowing to fully see the beautiful sunset.

Surf Day Phuket - Patong Beach offers an exhilarating surfing experience for both adults and kids in a safe environment. The Surf House Phuket, located just 200 meters north of Bangla Road, features a unique attraction - a multi-story restaurant with a Flowrider on the ground floor. This provides visitors with the thrilling sensation of surfing while ensuring safety and comfort.
I walked up and down the beach checking out all the restaurants for brunch before settling on this one. Man did I ever make the right decision! The food was excellent, fast, and the drinks were delicious and strong. My waitress is a gem. She's only been here s week but her English is awesome and she made me feel right at home, even took my picture for me. I'll be back before I leave Pukhet, no doubt! .

Such an interesting concept - that teaches you how to surf creating real life-like waves. It can be a little dangerous though they take all precautions. I didn’t try it myself, but was so intrigued, that I watched someone being trained and I must add, that the trainers are good. It is also a bar& restaurant located centrally and the food and vibe are great.

Passed by for a drink and stayed for a surf session, zero experience. Sessions start every hour with a maximum of 7 surfers, turn based. Helpful crew, they try their best to guide you with hand and body signals. There's a photographer on site when I went, you can choose to purchase your photos from him if you want. If you don't want your photos taken maybe you should let him know beforehand. Friendly service staff, there are also promotions for drinks.

Came here for the beer, not the surfing, so cannot really comment, except to say people seemed to have a great time trying it out. Beer is cold, service is excellent, and it's a great location right on the road to watch the world go by. It's next to my hotel, so naturally I'm here daily....great spot.

We loved the place, caught the waves twice during our stay 🏄‍♂️ During low season the place wasn’t too crowded, didn’t need to wait for our turn for long. The instructors were so nice and helpful, definitely wanted everyone to succeed and have fun! Also saw them helping out some children and they were awesome with them aswell and the kids seemed to enjoy 🤪 5 stars to the bar and drinks too!

This is a tourist trap! We came here because it had few one star reviews and the pictures from reviewers made it look like the photo booth was huge. In fact, the place is tiny and the photo booth equipment is cheap and old. In addition, online bookings can be canceled at any time. I would not recommend going here even if you see ads for it on tiktok.

If you're seeking an exhilarating experience in Phuket, the Kathu Cobra Show is a must-visit destination. This captivating venue showcases skilled snake handlers who expertly interact with various snakes, providing visitors with fascinating insights about these reptiles before launching into an entertaining performance set to lively music. For those who are passionate about wildlife, this show offers a unique opportunity to engage more closely; some guests have even had the chance to handle snakes personally after the main event.
Very friendly people there. They explain the behavior of snakes perfect and make a funny and exciting show. Don't forget that these people risk their own live to give the audience a good show. One of my Highlights here in Phuket
Richard S — Google review
A chance to get (very) up close and personal with the snakes. The handlers were friendly and funny. The place itself was white rough and ready. Quite a short experience but definitely worth doing if you are in the area! I think we paid about 700 bhat each.
Kara ( — Google review
A very unique experience. The handler was very experienced, and the announcer was fantastic getting the audience involved. If you get the opportunity, don't hesitate to see the snakes. Don't be afraid. Well worth the stop.
Bruce C — Google review
Loads of different exotic snakes deadly and none deadly. The team who work with the snakes know what they are doing and do have accidents. A king cobra bite one lad 2 years ago and the scars on him arm are crazy. They even involve the audience so of your not scared. I had to sit in the middle and told not to move while they put 4 poisonous snakes in front of me which is actually rather nerve wrecking.
Roxas R — Google review
I really respect and value the time the "snake charmer" spends with the snakes and how they respect him. He also showed us in the show how he was bitten and the scars he has. But honestly, I went because it said it was a "snake farm" and I thought it would be something healthy and good. I also wanted the unique chance to see a king cobra. Sadly, it was not like that. The way they treat the snakes is very hard, with no real care. Some even had their tails cut (many of them), and later I read this is to limit their movement. That was very sad to see and to know. The show is 20 minutes, but if it can be avoided, it is better. At one moment, when they lifted a python, it pooped because it was so scared. Very sad. If possible, please don’t go, so they stop keeping animals in these conditions. I really regret going, and I wish I had read some research about this before.
Ana D — Google review
Slightly below my expectations. Entrance fee is 700 bat. But staff is great and very friendly.
Kateryna Y — Google review
Absolutely disgusting. The way these people treated these snakes, it should be illegal. I’ve been to countries before and seen snake shows, never have I seen handlers hitting, throwing and drowning snakes in water. What human could possibly find this entertaining? I’m disappointed and disgusted in myself for even paying the entry fee to support this. I would rate this 1 star if I could.
Jessica W — Google review
Really cool show to come to if you like snakes. I like snakes and sharks and all kinds of crazy stuff so coming here was a neat thing for me. I personally wanted to be a bit more involved in the show and I filmed my entire experience for a YouTube video that I will be posting at a later date. I explained to the staff that I wanted to film, they had no problem and when the show was over I was invited to stay a bit extra and handle some snakes one on one. I have owned venomous and non-venomous and have experience with snakes and I would never recommend anyone getting out of their comfort zone for the safety of the animal and the person. The people here were friendly and not pushy. I enjoyed my experience.

Diners rave about the generous portions at wallet-friendly prices, making it a go-to spot for authentic Thai cuisine.
Great place, it’s one of the best Tom Yum in Phuket (And I’m living here more than 1 year) - very creamy, big prawns, they can make no spicy, all the tomatoes and mushrooms here. Other dishes are good too, but Tom Yum is perfect 🩷

The green curry was good! I also tried panaeng curry for the first time, but it was a bit too sweet for me. The AR Trick Eye Museum utilizes augmented reality to create captivating visual illusions, which explains its name. The experience it offers is truly exceptional and unparalleled, as this form of entertainment is novel and not commonly found elsewhere. Prior to entering the museum, visitors are required to download their app, which plays a pivotal role in creating the illusions when taking pictures or recording videos with your phone. In those picture/videos, you will find yourself surrounded by a variety of animals and subjects, giving the impression that you are truly immersed in their environment. The museum itself boasts ample space and features numerous stages, each offering distinct scenarios for visitors to enjoy. Among the highlights, the volcano, Dragon fire, and Ocean stood out to us the most. Considering the overall experience, the pricing is reasonable, making it a highly recommended attraction.
AKM H — Google review
It's a great space. The space is spacious and there are many fun trickeye art pieces. I visited with my kids, and even the adults had a great time. Be sure to install the AR app and check it out. It'll be more realistic!

During my trip to Phuket, Thailand, I visited Phuket Aquaria. There is also an AR Trick Eye Museum in the place where the Aquaria aquarium is located. I was able to experience a 3D optical illusion experience with realistic content. (Aquarium + Trick Eye Museum package ticket) The exhibition hall is also magnificent, and the 30 or so works are paintings drawn by artists themselves. The quality of the works is high, and it was great that they looked realistic when taking pictures. For taking pictures, I downloaded the AR (Augmented Reality) web through the guide booklet and ran it to take pictures of the works and shoot AR videos. I had a great time experiencing a truly amazing new world. If you visit with your family, you can create good experiences and memories. I highly recommend this Phuket, Thailand travel course. You will never regret it...

Do you really want to live your life on a smartphone? If so this is for you. Take pics on app in front of exhibitions and look at what happens. You get an interactive pic. For me it was rubbish but people were having fun so an extra star.
Graham Y — Google review
A bit of a tourist trap. A couple of the illusions were clever and fun, but overall it was pretty underwhelming. The AR effects didn’t work very well and felt outdated, which made the experience less enjoyable. Not really worth the price in my opinion.

If you're looking for something quirky and different in Phuket, the Trickeye Museum is a must-visit. Not only are the 3D artworks super fun to interact with, but they’ve also added a cool AR (augmented reality) feature that really brings the exhibits to life. Just open their app, point your phone, and suddenly the art starts moving — it's wild! Perfect for friends, couples, or families who want to laugh, pose, and snap a ton of fun photos. Way more fun than we expected, and definitely a nice break from the usual tourist spots.

If you're seeking a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, The Beach Bar in Cape Panwa is the perfect spot to unwind. Nestled right by the beach with stunning views of Chalong Bay, this cozy venue features charming tables and chairs illuminated by twinkling lights, creating a magical ambiance for sunset watching. Families will appreciate the safe environment where kids can play on the sand while adults sip on refreshing drinks or enjoy dinner in a laid-back setting.
Had a great time here. The bartenders are friendly and kind. They provided excellent service. We went twice during our local stay and they remembered our drink orders from our 1 previous visit. Drinks are reasonably priced for location. ** Beach Bar is on corner of street. There is another establishment a block further up the road called The Beach Bar. These are different establishments.

We stopped here for drinks and ordered food. Surprisingly, the food was good and affordable. The service was very good but the most surprising thing was that we walked out of there, I left my camera bag on a chair, that had 2 camera's and a ton of pictures from my trip. When we returned almost one hour later, I discovered that they had secured the bag and I was able to recover the bag and camera's, all intact. Don't be afraid to drink and eat food here, great honest staff, Thank you guys.

The food and drinks is ok, slightly overpriced. My noodle was reheated all sticky and in one big pieces. Drinks look pretty and are tasty Stuff know menu in English but nothing else. For every question they was asking the manager. Menu make for tusist mostly- pizza, pasta, garlic bread. They don't have any Thai starters... We found only few Thai option only.

If you're looking for a unique experience in Phuket, consider joining a Batik painting class. This engaging workshop is perfect for anyone, regardless of age or skill level, making it an excellent choice for families or those seeking a creative escape from the beach. You'll be guided through the entire batik process—from sketching your design on paper to applying wax and vibrant colors using traditional techniques. The friendly instructors are dedicated to helping you unleash your inner artist while ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the session.
Came here with my family to experience batik painting for the first time and we had a lot of fun!! We get to try doing our own design using the wax pen and also learnt to apply the colours. It was relatively easy to manage for beginners and I would highly recommend trying out batik painting when you visit Phuket. This shop is also run by a small family and they are super friendly. Daughter and father knows English so it's easy to communicate with them. Check them out on Facebook to arrange a workshop session!

We had such a wonderful time at Phuket Batik! I joined the batik painting class with my sister, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The instructor was patient, friendly, and explained every step so clearly. We got to choose our own designs and colors, and they helped us create something truly special. The atmosphere was so relaxed and creative. We both felt so proud bringing home our finished batik pieces. Highly recommended if you want to experience something unique and memorable in Phuket.

I highly recommend this activity no matter what your age or level of expertise. The lovely hosts will take you through the process step by step whilst allowing plenty of space for your creativity to flourish. An ideal activity as a break from the beach or on a rainy day.

Adults and children can study. The price is worth it for the 3 hour lesson because you will be able to make your own batik fabric from the first step. Start with design and write on the cloth with candles yourself Paint the color you like. Do it yourself every step It is recommended to reserve online with him. Because you must check in advance. And there is a special discount greater than the storefront price. Nestled along the stunning western coast of Phuket Island, Kamala Beach is a serene and picturesque sandy bay that offers a delightful escape from the bustling tourist hotspots. One of the best sunset views I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world—the sky keeps changing colors and it’s absolutely mesmerizing. There are plenty of activities to enjoy along the beach. The only downside is the frequent approach from traders, which might interrupt the peaceful vibe for some visitors.

Tri Trang Beach is a hidden gem in Patong, Phuket, offering a serene and secluded atmosphere for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. With its white sandy shores and clear waters, it's an ideal spot for nature lovers and peace-seekers. The 500-meter long beach provides ample space for sunbathing and relaxation.
Very nice little beach on the opposite side of the bay from Patong Beach. A less touristy beach but well worth a visit. The area around the Hide Out Restaurant is very good for swimming. Also by the Tri Trang Beach sign, a couple of hundred metres up from the Marriott, there is a shallow area where a lot of Thais go swimming. Numerous restaurants dotted around Tri Trang, most of them located up the hill past the Marriott.

Very cozy, beautiful and comfortable beach is a good place to relax! Its coastline stretches for a distance of about 730 meters - it is a medium-sized beach. You can find a place in the shade - here they left a casuarina forest belt, which throws natural shade on the beach. There are no sun beds and umbrellas, which would be available for rent. But there are swings and a local attraction - an elephant, with which you can swim in the sea. Therefore, it will be interesting and fun for both adults and children! The entrance to the sea is very comfortable, the depth is average, the water is transparent. Here there are no low tides (watch the tides in the appendix) and you can swim all day long. The beach is notable for the fact that you can swim here in the rainy season, this is due to the fact that there is a reef, which dampens the waves before they come to the shore. I know people are usually recommending the Diamond beach, but this place is arguably better. Nice sandy beach, very few people around, there’s a vendor that sells beers and sodas. Try to arrive in the morning to spend some quality time swimming as at afternoon water recedes.
Dubovik S — Google review
If you're looking for calm, clean uncrowded beach this is worth the drive. It's on the way to Paradise Beach tucked away. Great place to relax catch some sun and just listen to the waves. It's my favorite beach in Phuket. It's not riddled with vendors or tourists. There is one vendor offering food and beverages with pic nic tables on the beach. Smoking still only permitted at the designated areas.
Canazian G — Google review
Located on a peninsula with a unique vantage point of passing cruise ships and the infamous elephants-bathing-by-the-beach geared for clueless influencers, this quiet beach also looks out to the glitz and glamour that is Patong and Gomorrah. Bring some popcorn as this place has the best seats for the next tropical tribulation. Other than that it’s a great quiet place to chill and watch the world go by.
Loven R — Google review
This is a quiet and good beach considering it's Phuket. It's quiet with only many Russians, but never too crowded. It's also very nice for children as it's not dirty and no strong waves. The access is a bit difficult, but don't get discouraged, take the road going to the restaurant, not the road with the sign saying "beach", That's for pickups only. But there is only praying for 3-4 cars. Best is to go by motorcycle. I didn't try the restaurant as it's seemed overpriced.

Carnival Magic is a new and exciting Thai carnival theme park, known as the Magical Kingdom of Lights. It boasts numerous record-breaking attractions and features over 40 million lights in its illumination park. The River Palace, an enormous indoor parade show theatre, can accommodate over 2,200 spectators. Conceived by the same organization behind Phuket FantaSea, it was set to open in early 2020 but faced delays due to Covid-19.
You must try it. The show is amazing and colorful. The place full of lights with different shapes and colors. The restaurant has a variety of halal food but It is average in taste. The kingdom of lights is something special and you might think you are in fairy tail. The children would like it.

I loved it here, i felt like a kid again. It was so much fun the shows, the people were so nice. The food was good and they had a variety for different cultures. Overall 10 out of 10
Allison W — Google review
Ok my honest opinion… The park itself is a sight to behold - its stunning to look at and we have great photos from here. The park has carnival games, all of which were quite difficult to win and tickets had to be purchased to take part. There was a VR room and some small rides catered to very small children that again all needed separate tickets (i.e. you cannot use carnival games tickets to go on rides and visa versa) from memory 20 games tickets were 1800 baht (ish) and the VR was 400baht for 2 games. I didn’t rate any of the games however the staff were hilarious and we did have lots of laughs. Most of the park is outdoors and because of this, its very hot. Only some of the buildings have air conditioning which made the experience a bit tiring. We opted for the buffet tickets which was good value - we weren’t very hungry but what we did eat was okay. Now the real showstopper of the evening was the show. I nearly didn’t go because we were tired from the park and the heat, but we stuck it out and were extremely glad we did. This is the best show I’ve ever been to - my son agreed! I wont ruin it for you but it’s beautiful. If I could change things, I’d arrive later skip the games and just do food and show. All in all we are really glad we went!
Bonnie S — Google review
Carnival Magic Theme Park is nothing short of a luminous wonderland that transforms an ordinary evening into a symphony of lights, laughter, and pure enchantment. As Phuket’s crowning jewel of nighttime entertainment, this 40-acre extravaganza draws inspiration from global carnival traditions, blending Thai cultural flair with high-tech spectacle in a way that’s utterly irresistible, allowing us to wander freely and create memories that still sparkle in my mind. The star of the show, quite literally, is the River Carnival Parade in the opulent River Palace theater—a 50-minute whirlwind of over 88 massive, animatronic floats parading down a glittering river stage, accompanied by 300 vibrant performers in dazzling costumes. The energy is electric; colorful lights dance across the water, music pulses with infectious joy, and every twist reveals a new surprise, from mythical creatures to festive floats. Upgrading for premium seats and the included buffet dinner was a game-changer; the spread of Thai and international delights, from fresh seafood to sweet mango sticky rice, fueled our excitement perfectly. Beyond the parade, the park itself is a playground for the young and young-at-heart. Stroll illuminated pathways lined with over-the-top themed zones—like a whimsical toy factory or a glowing street carnival—where you can try your hand at classic games (ring tosses and balloon darts that had us giggling for hours) or hop on gentle rides that twirl under the stars. The theming is impeccable; even the restrooms are Instagram gold, with the “Toylet” zone stealing the show for its playful, larger-than-life decor. And those lights? A kingdom of twinkling LEDs and neon wonders that make every photo pop, turning the night into a canvas of color against Phuket’s starry sky. It’s family-friendly bliss: kids dashed from activity to activity, while adults savored the nostalgic vibe and craft stalls offering local souvenirs. What sets Carnival Magic apart is its seamless fusion of wonder and warmth—the staff’s boundless energy and smiles make you feel like honored guests in this magical realm. At around $74 for a full package (including show and meal), it’s a steal for the quality, especially off-peak when lines are nonexistent. If you’re in Phuket craving an unforgettable evening of joy, skip the ordinary and dive into Carnival Magic. It’s not just a visit; it’s a lifetime highlight that’ll have you plotting your return. Highly recommend—five stars of pure, sparkling fun!

I had high expectations but this place was just so good. The main show was just wonderful. Dining rooms just look so good Huge variety of food and I understand it's not great food but it's good enough You really don't need to play the arcade games, just watch the delight of people spending their money😁. Just walk around and stare and take photos. And the toilets, just go and see. It's expensive but don't miss it. It's gold plated value. And don't think of the millions spent to create this wonderland. Just enjoy 😀.
Graham Y — Google review
Good experience. It’s weird to say but toilets were amazing. Nothing we have seen before, pretty good lighting and other attraction. I was confused is it real to use or just for display. The talking elephant one, was really cool. I hope they are not watching us in real 🤣. Shows were amazing too. All the artists are pretty good what they are doing. Staff is so polite and helpful.
Swati M — Google review
There were some great moments, but over all I wouldn’t recommend this park, it felt like a trap every location is a store, with a few paid experiences, the show wasn’t for me it is more towards children. Lastly the final location was good but wasn’t worth the waiting.
