Had a great time at this water park! There’s a wide variety of rides and attractions, so everyone in the family can find something fun to do. The vibe is super relaxed and enjoyable. Just a heads-up the lines for the popular rides can get pretty long (around 20–30 minutes), especially in the afternoon. I’d definitely recommend coming early to make the most of your day. Overall, it’s a fun spot for a full day of family adventure!

Probably the best water park in Thailand if not in Asia. The park is huge with many water slides and other fun attractions for kids at all ages. We went in the low season so the weather was a bit rainy but not too bad at all, so there weren't too many people and almost no queues. We even took a Cabana for 70$ for the entire day, which was awesome beacse the kids had a relatively easy time remembering exactly where we are and come back between slides to eat and drink.

We loved this waterpark! The dives are interesting, it was not too crowdy and you don't need to wait too long for a ride. The security is top notch, i felt safe for the little one. Super clean and fun all around! Recommend for sure! 👌

The place is huge and super colorful – felt like stepping into a water wonderland. Rides were crazy fun, from lazy river chilling to adrenaline-pumping slides that had me screaming like a kid. A sprawling water park with lots of fun slides. We went with a 5 year old who loved it. There is a wave pool and some intense slides, which we could not try out. There are good eating options on site and outside food and water is not allowed. A fun filled experience which will take up most part of the day. Check out online discounts before buying tickets at the entrance.

Great activity for most of the family. We tried the zip lines and platforms with kids from 9-13 years old. It felt really safe and they were very professional. Recommended for everyone that want a bit of an adrenaline rush. Total visit are 1-2 hours.

Recommend learning first as the turns on this mechanism is different but once I learnt it it was super smooth and fun, way cheaper than renting out a boat in the ocean and nice obstacles. If you fall in the middle a motorcycle will pick you up and drive you back very promptly. Nice coaches and cable operators, teaching you how to start.

Our experience at Wake Park was far from good. We had never done wakeboarding in our lives and just wanted to try. The receptionist did not give us any useful information. When asked about at least some information on how to do it, there was no clear response so we had to find out ourselves. We took a practice wakeboard and the staff at the machine is just so terribly unfriendly and does not give any instructions. I understand that this place might be more for "professionals", but the guidance for beginners is to cry for. On top of that, when asked for a simple receipt so that we could use it for our Thai company, they rejected to do that. They could not provide anything! May I remind the business owner that this is absolutely illegal. We paid for your service so we should be able to obtain a receipt somehow. Absolutely ridiculous. Nice though that they gave a cheaper price when I showed my work permit. That is the only good thing I have to say. If you are a beginner, don't waste your time to come here.

Decent place for a beginner. Never tried wake surfing before but found it enjoyable. The trainer from Myanmar was very very patient and kind, especially to the kids that were there with us. Not many facilities were open when we went there but enough to have a good time

it was the first time and last. The good thing I had a camera with me and record the training time. The agreement was 30 minutes, unfortunately it was 17 minutes. "they gave me the feeling that you don't know how to do it or you're not worth for training. if you are interested come back again." I was suspicious that was planned from them to make me come back again.

My friends and I booked a 5 day holiday here to ride for the week. By the 2nd day all 3 of us had staph infections and really bad headaches. The water is extremely dirty. Avoid. Much better places and cleaner to ride in ASIA.

The place is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — everything always feels fresh and organized. You can easily buy tickets on the spot by walking in, or book in advance through their website (or even through agents if you prefer). Inside, there are two floors full of attractions and a wide variety of features to see. Apart from the stunning aquatic life, there are also other animals like snakes, spiders, birds, and even squirrels, which makes the visit even more interesting. We had such a great time at Aquaria Phuket! My daughter especially loved the stingrays and the penguins, those were her highlights of the day. The aquarium is clean, well laid out, and full of interesting marine life to see. It’s a fun and family-friendly place, and a perfect activity in Phuket if you’re looking for something exciting indoors. Highly recommended!

Great fun, especially for Kids. I have seen larger aquarias, but this was nicely made, with underwater decoration (shipwreck, etc). The mermaid show was also impressive, and the different feeding events made it an interesting and special experience. We got a discounted ticket on trip.com (check offers on Google map), a combo ticket with the trickeye museum, what made it a full day trip, incl. super market shopping.

Smaller than expected, the underwater tunnel is only half real, the other half is a mirror reflection. But there are plenty of feeding shows and activities throughout the day, so it’s still fun and engaging. Located right inside the mall, which makes it a super convenient spot to visit!

Nice place to visit for about an hour to an hour and a half. Everything inside is quite expensive bottled water 50 baht, shake 150 baht, popcorn 100 baht for a small cup. Other than that, it’s a pleasant and interesting experience.

Nice mall full of local and global brands of all sorts and many restaurants and dessert shops. The mall is split into many sections each with a different name e.g. The Jungle. Located behind the Bangla walking street.

This is a great place to get away from the heat of the day. We didn't realise the mall has different zones. Jungle zone has shops upstairs, 2 food courts and foot massages in the basement. The Botanica zone has more restaurants. The centre called the Bay has a huge boat and a water feature for performances. There is also the Garden zone with a department store. It's definitely worth checking out. It's very family oriented.

Don’t miss the underground food court – it serves delicious Thai dishes, and the mango sticky rice there is the best we tried. Another plus is its location: Bangla Road is just around the corner if you want to explore the nightlife, and there are also two night markets nearby (one of them is Banzaan Market). The beach is wide, flat, and peaceful in the morning, with way fewer people and noticeably less trash. There’s also a nice running path and a small park area nearby, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a clean, calm, and enjoyable beach — highly recommended if you want to move a bit, relax, or just take in a nice morning run by the sea.

It’s a good beach, family friendly. A bit wavy, which is good if you are in the mood to fight with the nature. Renting 2 benches and an umbrella for the shadow for the whole day, costs us 200 B. Overall, we enjoyed it. The beach is very long. You can find some bars in the south, which are recommended to visit on a sunset. Also, if you stay at the south part during the night, you will have an opportunity to sea fire show

This beach is ok … parts are very dirty but go 500 meters further and ok. Few places sell drinks and only 1 sells beer (overpriced). There are far better beaches close by nai harm beach for example. Chairs however are cheaper here only 100 baht over the other beaches 200 and there are several shopping options nearby. The local vendors are a constant hassle but just be polite say no thank you and they’ll leave you alone - be polite … Due to time of year most beaches are choppy and not suitable for younger ages due to strong currents … be careful …

Very nice beach, big waves when I went. Great for any sort of activities although looked good for quiet surfing as there was few people in the water.

A small park currently being redeveloped but still accessible , it has numerous strangler fig trees which have Casuarina trees and Palmyra and others as hosts. It is interesting to see that where most trees consequently die the palmyras seem to not only survive but flourish.

Paradise Beach is beautiful and well-kept, with soft sand and clear blue water. It’s quieter than Patong, with a chilled vibe, sunbeds, clean facilities, and beachfront restaurants. There’s an entrance fee, but it’s worth it for a relaxing, comfortable beach day so close to town.

It was a paid private beach with not that much people compared to other beaches in Phuket like Patong. The ocean was really clear and beautiful with clean water and not too much people creating a sense of privacy and pristine. But it’s paid so if you would like to go to a free beach this isn’t one am afraid but it’s amazing and beautiful nonetheless.

First, you have to pay a 200 baht entry fee. But when you want to go back to your hotel, they block your taxi and claim it's a private area. Then they force you to pay 400 baht to return with their taxi. This was an absolute rip-off and a complete NO-GO! After paying the entrance fee, you're charged another 1500 baht for a sunbed. To make things worse, there were no activities like jet skis available, even though they are offered at other beaches. It was a huge disappointment and a real scam.

It only looks like paradise . It’s not . It’s far from Patong , it’s quite with a great view . But that’s all . There are sharp rocks inside the beach , so you can’t walk , not even swimm . Been there in August . Don’t know what happens with the tide in winter months . There is a nice pool beach bar there , however they ask 400baht just to swimm in the pool . Plus you have to pay for sunbed . Not much 150baht , plus 200 you paid already just to enter the facilities . I wouldn’t go back there . There are way better pool / beach bars .

Is it a complete rip off - Yes Is it worth the the effort - No The beach - The rocks in the water were harsh and people were cutting their feet. On the upside they have a small first aid kit. The best part of this experience was the taxi ride home.

Tiger Kingdom is a beautiful and well-organized place, perfect for families with kids who want to learn more about these magnificent animals. The visit is mainly for the photo session, which might take only about an hour. We were able to take very nice pictures. If you’re planning a trip here, it’s a good idea to combine it with other nearby attractions so your day feels complete

This was my first time to meet a tiger.. we were really frightened but everything went well. Although I found it a little expensive as there is ticket for tigers sizewise and doing all of it is around 6300 baht.. then there are miscellaneous categories as well like Special tiger, giant tiger or cheetah. The handling of tigers while we are inside is little concerning, for photos they wake them up by sticks or by spraying water. Other than this, tigers are tamed and healthy. The experience is exhilarating.

You can see the tigers for free. But to pet them and take photos with them you have to pay 900 bhat or so depending on the type of tiger. (I really hope they are treated well otherwise it would be animal cruelty) The tigers are tame and there’s no need to worry. However there could be a waiting period

We went there during weekdays around 10am. So far the process went smooth. We took photographer.They help us to take good photos with tigers. Feel so amazing and excited to see 🐅🐆 nearby and touch them. (Only allow 10min inside cage) U can see them from outside, no time limit. Only one thing * the animals look Sleepy most of the time during our visit in the cage. Overall great experiences.

Nice and clean place. Need to be lucky and easy on pocket for the tiger to be fully awake. We got bad weather so had to see the tiger in the cage. Best time is to reach between 9-9.30 to avoid the queue. We reached at 9.30 so had a shorter queue.

This place is for sure an unique one. You get to take pictures with the tigers and even hug and pat them. There are different varieties of tigers here and also of different age groups. The only drawback is it's on the pricey side and the price differs for each tiger. You will also have to pay for taking pictures separately. The waiting time is also quite long.

Great market. Not as big as other in Bangkok but great selection, great crowd. Some tourist but mostly locals, so fun to be immersed in the culture. Soup was amazing along with everything we tried. There is a lot of commercialization of the souvenirs so just double check if you want "made in Thailand " stuff to take home.

I came for the food and local finds, but I stayed for the vibe. 😍 Wandering around Naka Market was already a treat—with colorful stalls, friendly vendors, and mouthwatering street snacks—but what made the night extra special was discovering the chill and amazing singers performing live, for free! Their voices filled the air with such warmth and soul that it felt like a mini-concert in the middle of a night market. I found myself just sitting there, soaking in the moment, smiling without even realizing it. These simple, spontaneous experiences remind me how beauty and joy often come when you least expect them. Thailand never fails to surprise. Naka Market is a go to.

Very fascinated to understand the cultural and economic significance of the Chinese influence within in Phuket. The museum was quite clean and quiet which pales in comparison to the busy streets of old town nearby. At the time of my visit there were some works happening in the building so I guess it affected som exhibitions which I was not able to see properly. But other than that, definitely recommend this place for a nice visit when in town.

Pretty cool house but the price is a bit much. If you’re into the Chinese history of Thailand and industrial development in the late 18th century, then god bless your heart and soul. It was a nice place to escape the rain for us and a good visit before we had an amazing lunch at a Michelin star restaurant down the street. Not bad just not super exciting to be honest.

I believe it's not worth the 200 bath entry but it was interesting. It's about how the Chinese made Phuket great as they came over during the tin mining times, earning political influence and creating their own communities and schools. In the mid 19th-20th century the population was really 60-80% of Chinese origins, so it's understandable to give a museum to commemorate their influence. Big roof ventilators try to cool down the place, it's still quite warm in there. If you want to learn about Phuket history, you should rather visit the Phuket Museum 8 minutes walk from here.

The museum is small, but it’s interesting to learn how Chinese immigrants made effort to bing in Chinese culture and keep the heritage. Museum definitely has big potential, it was a nice visit but I hope they’ll fix some areas.

Great experience friendly people lots of great trampolines. High bounce and tumble track is available. Good for kids good for young adults good for anyone trying to stay in shape. If you learn how to do a double flip you're officially the best. Come try the wall you won't regret it.

Disgusting service, they didn't let the child walk in his own socks, and they had to buy a pair of trebols for 60 baht each! Even though our socks also had a special coating. Tickets are already too expensive, 500 for 1 child and an 1 accompanying person who is not allowed to jump for only 1 hour! I recommend to go to Adventure park - much more cheaper, more space, more clean and better service! Or Froggy park is also much bigger and have fun zone too. As a result, instead of 4 tickets, you sold 2, since my younger one doesn't wear other socks. PS Oh and their super special socks got lint and fell apart within a 1 hour visit, had to throw them away

Kids love the coach and the space. The only professional trampoline venue in Phuket.

The trampoline club is suitable for adults to practice flips and tricking. I went there for 2 weeks and I will come back next year to finish my monthly membership. There is no other gymnastics facility for adults in Phuket. I was very disappointed the club will be closed for 2 weeks. Now I will have to practice on the sand, grass, or Decathon.

Great fun for people of all ages (and what an incredible workout it is!). The trampoline park is surprisingly big with a variety of trampolines (different sizes), and area to play dodge ball and even a foam pit that you can try crazy trips and have a soft landing no matter what. There is also a very basic bouldering wall to mess out on. It's incredible how tired you can get just in one hour of jumping around on a trampoline makes you! #activities #fitness #entertainment

I went for 9th Dragon Emperor or Vegetarian festival and spend last two nights. Very crowded and noisy but great experience. The second was fire works blasting non stop for 4 hours and the atmosphere was surreal. Any devotees should make a pilgrimage there once.

A famous nine emperors shrine in Phuket. Very happening during the annual vegetarian festival in town. One must visit to feel the festival atmosphere and holiness.

As you approach the entrance, admire the carvings and detailed murals on the grey marble walls outside. Inside, you wander through several colourful halls with an array of deities, paintings and flags. It's beautiful and I felt so ignorant not knowing more about these religions, when I watched the devotees streaming in and out, shaking the "fortune sticks" and lighting incence sticks. The place is so rich in colour and symbolism. Amazing.

And it was asked that the opera troupe to convey the complete vegetarian ritual. Money was then raised for the opera troupe to travel back to China to bring the ritual and vegetarianism back to Phuket. Three months later, after the villagers had waited in despair, a junk boat arrived at the sa-phan -hin bridge. and someone from the opera came back with Statues of gods and incense burners have been brought to Kathu District, where vegetarian events will be held on the calendar on the first day of the ninth lunar month of every year, and the tradition of vegetarianism in Phuket is well known to foreign countries. Every year, Thai and foreign tourists come together to dress in white. to participate in the vegetarian festival It is another important highlight of Phuket Province.

We went there with my toddler and had a wonderful experience! Friendly staff, delicious healthy food. They have a new playground room and a lot of activities available for kids. There's also a beautiful new wooden sauna and steam room - will be back to check it out soon!

The place has it all; restaurant, pool, sauna, playground and wellness room for you to do yoga or something. The food is ok, not really outstanding with taste clean and healthy. If you looking place for relax on Sunday, this one suits you. The price of food is a little bit expensive, especially on these days. If they make promotions or more benefits, would be great.

After waiting for my order for 30min I got green salad with extras on top - tiny little shrimp tails of 4 pcs that were cold - for 90 thb. I paid for my ripped off salad 340 thb in total. Sorry but it’s disrespectful to provide this overpriced food to your guest. Very disappointing. I do not recommend to eat at this restaurant.

Wonderful place to spend an afternoon with my young kids. They love the pool and the play area, and the food is yummy and healthy. Highly recommended. Great location for birthday parties too. We haven't taken any of the classes yet but I've heard great things about them from my friends.

The food was expensive and not super tasty, the coconut was picked too young so not sweet. There was a private kids party which didn't bother us but when I took my boy into the indoor playroom there was a Russian women shouting at the kids so we left immediately. They were also out of a lot of things on their menu. I won't go back.

Something you could easily miss - but something you definitely don’t want to miss! We hired the pool cocoon and the beach ones too - a little pricey but you do get an amount back per cocoon to use on F&B though! Burgers were a hit with our boys but the platters felt a little thrown together and lacked flavour. Loved the coconut water! Staff made up for anything lacking - friendly and happy to chat. When the rain came they were supper efficient in getting everything sorted and back to normal within minutes. We visited for a birthday so a little disappointing that wasn’t even acknowledged - it’s the little things that make things extra special, missed opportunity but didn’t stop us having a few great days here. On our second visit we were all sick on the day and they changed our booking without loosing payment happily. Recommend if you want a relaxing day in the sun with good vibes, peace and tranquility.

We enjoyed our day at the lazy coconut so much! The service is unbelievable, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable - they even wouldn’t even let me carry my glass of wine back to my sun bed! Food was incredible too - big portions and very flavorful. The vibe overall is great - I highly recommend spending a day here!

What an amazing place which you don’t really see until you step inside the Lazy Coconut, just off the beach. In a lovely setting at the calmer more shallow beach end of Bang Tao Beach set back in the trees. Amazing food and cocktails with staff attending to every need. If you are looking for a relaxing day pass, with food, drinks and relaxation, this place has it.

I gave four stars because the water was deep. but don't worry, it was fun, super duper duper duper duper fun I even enjoyed the mocktail that I got.

I had a really bad experience here today. I ordered a chicken dish, and halfway through eating I found something that looked like a worm on the plate (photo attached). When I showed it to the staff, they said it was part of the chicken — but I eat chicken all the time, and I know that’s not what chicken looks like. It was honestly so disgusting that I felt like throwing up. I completely lost my appetite, and even now when I think about it, I still feel sick. To be honest, the chicken didn’t even taste good — it was dry and not flavorful at all. The restaurant looks nice, but the food hygiene and quality control need serious improvement. I really hope they take this issue seriously, because no customer should have to experience something like this.

The burrata tomato pasta is the real deal! The price was decent. Not so much food items, but thats fine. The atmosphere so good. Overall was good. Will definitely come back for the pasta!

The staff here were great! We got the express pkg last minute and they did all the decor and clean up of cake! It was a wonderful drop off for parents to also have time for themselves! The mascot was very cute and the party room was essential for our group! Highly recommend Khun Shan and her team!

Paid almost 1000 bht 30$ usd for 2 adults and 1 child! Outside socks not allowed! What a scam to make extra 180 bht from a family! We have our own socks! Plus inside they have pay per item extra tables! They want 150bht extra for a table to draw! Crazy!!! Nice place but dont rip off your tourists that you live off!!!!

the playground looks great in the photos, but in reality it needs renovation, especially the toys, which are damaged and missing. the place is quite dark and has no toilet - you have to use the toilet outside the playground - using the escalator. Staff not engaged. The only attraction I can recommend is the pirate ship.

Visited there with my 1yr and 7 yr olds. The place is ok. My kids were bored after an hour as did the other kids. The staff is not engaging. AC was too cold. The free crafts were just a table with stuff but the staff was not happy to do the crafting. It's overpriced and has many old toys. Not sure of hygiene levels. Non slip socks are recommended. Trampoline needed to be replaced 5 years ago. The springs are completely worn out.

I came to this restaurant again because I used to enjoy it and visited often last year. This time, the place was almost empty. I ordered a glass of wine to start and waited. After quite a while, I noticed the wine was poured and placed on the bar, but it was never brought to my table. The waiter and bartender were standing nearby, yet no one served it. Later, the waiter came over and told me that my order was not available. I asked again, and they repeated that the drink was not available. My menu was taken away from the table while I was still choosing my dinner, and the glass of wine I had ordered remained standing on the bar. I’ll let you decide what to think about this experience.

Very nice little beach bar right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and service was great. Be careful of your order as prices are higher than other local beach bars.

There are many dishes to try, items to buy, splendid theatres to enjoy, aquariums to visit, go-karting adventures, and occasional exhibits or events. The area is especially charming, stretching from the old central part to the new, where they constantly decorate depending on the event. I would also suggest adding a better arcade center with proper basketball, hockey, and rhythm games—that would be fun for all ages.

Big and bright stopping centre. Lots of shops with all you might need. Attached with a walking bridge luxury shopping with the high classes with brands like LV, Dior, and so on. Central is a nice place to visit if it's to hot or raining specially but we go there for some shopping and a change of food.

I absolutely adore the breezy weather here. I spent two hours this morning until noon, and it truly felt like I could spend the rest of my life in Patong, Phuket. The beach is pristine and well-kept. Numerous vendors are wandering around, offering a variety of goods like drinks, food, clothing, towels, shawls, temporary tattoos, beach activities, and even massages. I felt inclined to support a local lady, so I decided to try a foot massage. It costs 500 THB per hour, probably due to the location right by the sea... but to my surprise, her skills were impressive, much better than those at a typical massage parlor. I nearly dozed off during the session. Note: While safety is well managed here, please take care of your belongings. This visit to the beach was unexpected. If I ever return to Phuket, I will definitely spend my entire day here. I love the atmosphere of the sky, sea, sun, sounds, and sands while wearing my sandals here in Patong, Phuket!

Patong – lively but not very classy Patong is definitely busy and full of life, with lots of people, motorbikes, and street vendors everywhere. The area feels a bit old and touristy, and it’s not really a “luxurious” or classy place. It’s vibrant and energetic, but if you’re looking for a peaceful or upscale beach town, this might not be the right spot.

My worst nightmare for a beach is when you step on it and a dozen of people are on you already trying to sell multiple things and everything is about money, subbed cost money, a towel cost money, someone offering you a menu with drinks, someone offers massage on the beach, or to do you hair... it's just annoying. Other than that the beach has big waves( may be because of the season, it's July) but year really rough and dangerous as there is undercurrent that pulls you in.

Patong Beach has a lively vibe and plenty of things to do, from water sports to nightlife. The beach itself is nice, and it’s easy to see why it’s such a popular destination. However, it’s become extremely overcrowded with tourists, which takes away from the natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere. Prices for almost everything food, drinks, and activities feel inflated and tourist-oriented, making it hard to enjoy without feeling ripped off. Overall, it’s worth a short visit for the experience, but not ideal if you’re looking for peace, authenticity, or value for money.

Patong beach was different than what you’ll experience in Ao Nang or Khaosan it’s more happening place than either crowds bit more than usual would recommend you to visit during week days rather than weekend.

Patong Beach is clean and peaceful, with a few beach bars and water sports around. The water’s great for a swim, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a drink or a snack. It’s a great spot if you enjoy a peacefully lively beach vibe — relaxing but still with a bit of fun going on!

Three Monkey restaurant in Hanuman World was an absolute gem! My partner and I were blown away by the exquisite flavors and the elegant ambiance—it truly elevated our evening. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and we especially want to commend Eero, the manager, whose attentiveness and warmth made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place that nails both culinary excellence and heartfelt hospitality, but Three Monkey does it effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Did the sky walk which wasn't as long as hoped for the price paid but still gorgeous scenery. The people doing the other more adventurous activities like the zip line definitly were enjoying themselves. Beautiful place, well organised with a great restaurant three monkeys. Well worth a visit.

It was worth going (I think?) but not the best zip lining experience we’ve had in our travels. The staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic, some seemed even grumpy out on the activity. And the photo package was expensive!!! Only winded up keeping 12 pics or so… not worth it. Just sneak your phone in and take them yourself!! Now don’t get me started on the front desk! Very unhelpful, and more focused on process vs customer experience. I won’t bore you with the details, I’ll just say, make sure you don’t change your reservation!!!! Park was cool enough, but we wouldn’t go back.

When you money, time, excitement, adrenaline and adventurous attitude; then this is the right place to try their variety of activities from ziplining, roller, skywalk, sling shot to kart driving. Pretty crowdy on weekend.

Awesome experience the staff was really organized and it was clean there. The Programms are really cool and after you finished u can eat Buffet. Its really tasty. For me a lifetime experience. Must do!

I booked my 3 nights solo stay on a 3rd party welosite as Accor website was about to€100 more expensive. The rooms are comfortable, not modern, for every light there is an individual switch, no master switch to kill all the lights, AC was on the noisy side. Bathroom was big enough. The resort is massive with many areas. All the staff were pleasant and polite. Thad breakfast only once and was in line with 4 star resort, nothing to rave about. It's a family oriented resort and they seem to be doing a good job. The little things that make you feel you are in a four star is that you have to pay for the pop corn at the swimming pool, if you ask for extra towels in the room you have to hand the used one. It's definitely a nice resort in a prime location and very functional but it lacks luxury. I got very good value ,it has an excellent reviews and I don't regret staying there. Around 5 pm the evening before checking out early morning | asked one staff other reception for a wake up call at 7 am. She went and brought another two colleagues so that's total of three people took my request and wrote it down for wake up call next morning, I never received that call and luckily I set the alarm on my mobile.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was fine. The entrance is quite impressive and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The reception and guest waiting area are beautifully designed and feel very peaceful — definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, the rooms were not up to the mark and did not meet the expected comfort level. There is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and overall room quality. The breakfast options were limited and not very suitable for Indian guests, which was a disappointment. I personally did not enjoy the hotel food. Additionally, the hotel has a shop inside the property, but the prices are almost double the usual rate, which was quite surprising. It seems more like a business strategy than a convenience for guests. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It is very close to Patong Beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and massage centers. It is also conveniently close to Bangla Street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife and local attractions. To sum up, while the location and entrance area are great, the rooms and food definitely need improvement. With a few upgrades, this hotel can offer a much better overall stay experience.

We had the most wonderful stay of 4 nights! The experience right from checking in to leaving was great. The staff were all amazing, the rooms were well cleaned and large, bathroom is spotless, and the bed is one of the best. The swimming pool is huge, and 4-6pm buy 1 get 1 free cocktails at the pool bar with passionate cocktail baristas made it all the better. We only had breakfast once and it was brilliant, we didn't pay for the rest of the days as it wasn't cheap compared to what we could get outside and we couldn't be bothered waking up early either. We had to haggle a little on the return taxi to the airport and managed to get it at 20% lower than what was originally quoted, don't think they are ACCOR though, more just a local business that's based in the hotel.

Had a 3-night stay with Novotel Vintage park and booked hotel thinking its a 4-star property and will be very comfortable for family. Though infrastructure and location wise property is good but individual attention to guests seemed lacking. Toiletries were not kept adequately in the room for 3 members, on request also there was hesitation in giving them. For first time I have seen a hotel property refusing shaving kit (no foam/cream available) and had to buy from market. Also thought that am booking a resort but it appeared a hotel to me and not resort with multiple engagement activities planned.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk from the main shopping area, nightlife spots, and right opposite a 7-Eleven for any quick needs. Everything is easily accessible, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great pool view. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was also impressive with plenty of options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Patong, close to everything yet peaceful inside the property. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket! 🌴✨

My family and I just arrived home from our stay at Novotel Vintage and honestly, we absolutely loved our stay with them ! The staff go above and beyond, are extremely accommodating and friendly, always greeted with smiles and kindness. On my husband’s birthday they laid out a beautiful happy birthday message with flowers and birthday cake. They also provide staff nanny services so hubby and I were able to enjoy a few hours for a meal and a couple of drinks on his birthday and my daughter had the best time with the ladies at the hotel, so much that she cried when they left. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, our room was lovely with warm homely vibes and the location is great ! We can’t wait to come back !

I had a 4 day stay with family at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and we liked the property very much. It is very conveniently located at Patong, close to beach and all other shopping areas. The location is covered under free pickup by almost all the tour providers and Grab cabs are also available instantly at all times. Property is well managed with well behaved staff, and the breakfast buffet is also nice with lot of options. Quality of Indian cuisine may be improved though. Breakfast starts at 6am which also makes it convenient to go for sightseeing after an early breakfast. There is also a minimart within the property with several daily consumable items, reasonably priced. The WiFi is convenient, has great coverage and quite fast as well. Overall, it is a perfect stay at Patong, and offers good value for money. Will definitely recommend and will definitely choose for my future stays at Phuket as well !

🏃‍♀️ Bang Wad Reservoir – a hidden gem for runners in Phuket! 🌿 Absolutely lovely place if you're looking for a peaceful, scenic running route. The full loop around the lake is about 8 km, making it perfect for long runs, brisk walks, or even just a reflective stroll in nature. You’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and calm water views most of the way. It’s quiet, clean, and feels like you’ve stepped out of the city into a tropical oasis. 🌳🦋 That said, I highly recommend going with a friend or in daylight hours — some parts of the loop get quite jungle-like and dim, especially on cloudy days. It’s not unsafe, but it can feel a bit too isolated if you're alone. 🥤No shops around the trail, so bring water and maybe some mosquito spray if you're heading out early or late. ✨Whether you're a runner, walker, or just someone who enjoys nature, Bang Wad is worth the visit — calm, green, and full of Phuket charm.

Favourite place for a walk, amazing for riding a bike or jogging. Free to enter, about 7-8 km around the reservoir, with a parking lot and small cafes along the way.

Love this Dam!!! Best place for a decent 6.4km walk, which can be lengthened by taking additional routes. Great place for spotting smaller creatures of the jungle in the foilage along the roadside.

Beautiful place to walk, jog and even relax even has some food stalls that open around in the evening, a 6km stretch with breathtaking nature at its best.

The place feels so alive—refreshing and filled with fresh, clean air. 🌿

The reservoir itself is a view. It has parking spaces and other spaces for outdoor activities. There’s a loop around which is almost 6km stretch where you can walk, jog, run or even talk with a friend. It took me almost an hour to finished the loop just by walking around which means it will give me less than half an hour if I double my speed. Views surrounding the loop are good not to mention the fresh air.

It was nice stretch of 7 KM approx. It was my first time. It's nice for walk and running if you are regularly doing exercise.

The price is pricey for 10min. They will ensure that you shall not bang or hit the cart anywhere or else you have to pay for every spare parts if damage. They will warn you and show the “fee” of spare parts.. Thus, you have to be careful, extra careful while go carting. But we did had fun. Please take note if it’s raining heavily, you can’t do the activity. We’ll, Some of our go cart stopped in mid way- they didn’t give extra time to compensate for the time it took for us to change the cart. Hence the 4 star.

So apparently, even if you’re a good driver and follow all the rules, if someone else crashes into YOU—you still have to pay for the damage. The staff literally said, “You have to take care of the kart, no matter what.” Cool. So I drive well, get hit, and still end up paying. Makes total sense. 🙃 Track’s fun, but the policy? Super questionable.

Nice track, easy for kids, beginner and adults. I could go full speed and could do more than 20 laps in 15 mins ( 60 Km/hr). Cars are all well maintained. And the staffs are really so strict and will remove those dangerous drivers to ensure the safety. Highly recommended !!

Tried Go Kart At Phuket Patong. The outdoor circuit was great and fun. Had a couple ride with my wife sitting behind me enjoying the fun ride. Though for 10 mins the drive seems forever. Will try again on next visit to Phuket 🥰👍👍👍

It was just a normal place, nothing special. The go karts were below average and didn’t feel very fast. There was no timing or results, so it didn’t feel like a real race. We were hoping for more fun, but it wasn’t very exciting.

From Australia. We visited here twice over our trip. Karts are great. 125 karts are bloody great. Kids karts are quick. Well maintained. Most drivers try and take you to the other crap venues as they get a kick back. Make sure you get to this one. This is the one to visit.

We had a really fun time at the Phuket Kart Speedway. I went there with my son, and we both enjoyed the karting experience a lot. Since my son is under 10, he had to ride with me, which was definitely a good safety measure, especially with more experienced drivers on the track. One thing to note is that while the karts were generally good, they did feel like they could use a bit of maintenance. Some of them seemed a little worn out, so a bit of extra care would probably make the experience even better. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to families. They also have other activities nearby like elephant rides, shooting, and ATVs, though we didn’t try those ourselves. It’s definitely worth checking out.

Very disappointing experience. They gave us damaged karts with faulty brakes mine crashed mid-race and they still charged me for the repairs. The build quality is extremely poor and feels unsafe. No leaderboard or scoring system either. Would not recommend.

Came here for the snorkeling and swimming. Online reviews claim this beach as an ideal spot for fish watching. Arrived by SmartBus (100 baht) The water was rough, lots of sand churning at the floor bottom, creating poor visibility. Swam along the rocks on the north side of the beach...many small angel fish, some banner fish, few parrot fish and schools of small silvery fish. Someone informed me the waters are much rougher these past 2 days due to recent storms. But it was nice to swim. The water was warm. Lots of restaurants, bars and food options.

Really good and peaceful. Crystal clear water. Lots of trees where you can walk in full shade. You can have two options, where there are more rocks the sea is calm, on the other side, the sea has more waves. Restaurant options around, without having to walk far. The prices are good and there is a lot of fresh seafood options. We only found a private transport option. There was no transport like on other beaches. I recommend negotiating the price.

For me, Nai Harn Beach is one of the best. Quiet, not too many people, nice clear water, and behind the beach are some good restaurants with good Thai food.

We asked a local what the best kept secret in Phuket was and Nai Harn beach was their first answer. They were not wrong! We were only meant to pop down for a quick look while on a private tour and ended up staying for hours. The beach was so quiet compared to most others we visited, and by far one of the most stunning. You can set up under a palm tree, and the water is magnificent. Being on the southern end, the water is actually cooling here which is nice. There is a forested area set back just behind the beach, with a huge section for outdoor dining. We could have sat here all day and watched the quiet world go by! We noticed as we were leaving that Novotel is about to build a big resort right by the water, so this quiet oasis probably won’t be that way for much longer. Word of warning: Big black ants. Everywhere. They can bite and leave big, swelling welts. We were told it’s very painful, so watch where you sit. On the sand seems to be the safest area.

The beach is quite nice and clean, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby with decent food. The sun-beds are quite expensive tho, the cheapest one being 200 bhat when it’s usually 100 bhat in the rest of Thailand. They also close the sunbeds at around 5:30, not allowing to fully see the beautiful sunset.

Such an interesting concept - that teaches you how to surf creating real life-like waves. It can be a little dangerous though they take all precautions. I didn’t try it myself, but was so intrigued, that I watched someone being trained and I must add, that the trainers are good. It is also a bar& restaurant located centrally and the food and vibe are great.

Passed by for a drink and stayed for a surf session, zero experience. Sessions start every hour with a maximum of 7 surfers, turn based. Helpful crew, they try their best to guide you with hand and body signals. There's a photographer on site when I went, you can choose to purchase your photos from him if you want. If you don't want your photos taken maybe you should let him know beforehand. Friendly service staff, there are also promotions for drinks.

We loved the place, caught the waves twice during our stay 🏄‍♂️ During low season the place wasn’t too crowded, didn’t need to wait for our turn for long. This is a tourist trap! We came here because it had few one star reviews and the pictures from reviewers made it look like the photo booth was huge. In fact, the place is tiny and the photo booth equipment is cheap and old. In addition, online bookings can be canceled at any time. What a unique and fabulous place! We spent here a few incredible hours, full of lots of fun and laugh to celebrate our teenage girl's birthday. There were so many amazing spots to take pictures. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, they even surprised our girl with a yummy and beautifully decorated birthday pancake, which was so nice and uplifting. 🧡 We absolutely recommend the Selfie Museum in Phuket. Was searching for an indoor activity and came across this on Google. I think we saw another review of a family spending more time here than they intended and that’s exactly what happened with us too! It’s comfortable, spacious and clean (yes, I visited the washroom too). The staff especially Ras was really helpful in helping us take photos, setting up the selfie stick and even a fan to ensure we keep cool. Oh yes, dont worry about not knowing how to pose. They even have photos at every “station” to help us ☺️

Loads of different exotic snakes deadly and none deadly. The team who work with the snakes know what they are doing and do have accidents. A king cobra bite one lad 2 years ago and the scars on him arm are crazy. They even involve the audience so of your not scared. I had to sit in the middle and told not to move while they put 4 poisonous snakes in front of me which is actually rather nerve wrecking.

I really respect and value the time the "snake charmer" spends with the snakes and how they respect him. He also showed us in the show how he was bitten and the scars he has. But honestly, I went because it said it was a "snake farm" and I thought it would be something healthy and good. I also wanted the unique chance to see a king cobra. Sadly, it was not like that. The way they treat the snakes is very hard, with no real care. Some even had their tails cut (many of them), and later I read this is to limit their movement. That was very sad to see and to know. The show is 20 minutes, but if it can be avoided, it is better. At one moment, when they lifted a python, it pooped because it was so scared. Very sad. If possible, please don’t go, so they stop keeping animals in these conditions. I really regret going, and I wish I had read some research about this before.

Really cool show to come to if you like snakes. I like snakes and sharks and all kinds of crazy stuff so coming here was a neat thing for me. I personally wanted to be a bit more involved in the show and I filmed my entire experience for a YouTube video that I will be posting at a later date. I explained to the staff that I wanted to film, they had no problem and when the show was over I was invited to stay a bit extra and handle some snakes one on one. I have owned venomous and non-venomous and have experience with snakes and I would never recommend anyone getting out of their comfort zone for the safety of the animal and the person. The people here were friendly and not pushy. I enjoyed my experience.

I like to come to eat Thai food here. It's cheap and delicious. You can't find this price anywhere else. Everything is perfect. If you like the taste, they can make it for you. The service was very good but the most surprising thing was that we walked out of there, I left my camera bag on a chair, that had 2 camera's and a ton of pictures from my trip. We had such a wonderful time at Phuket Batik! I joined the batik painting class with my sister, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I loved it here, i felt like a kid again. It was so much fun the shows, the people were so nice. The food was good and they had a variety for different cultures. Overall 10 out of 10

Ok my honest opinion… The park itself is a sight to behold - its stunning to look at and we have great photos from here. The park has carnival games, all of which were quite difficult to win and tickets had to be purchased to take part. There was a VR room and some small rides catered to very small children that again all needed separate tickets (i.e. you cannot use carnival games tickets to go on rides and visa versa) from memory 20 games tickets were 1800 baht (ish) and the VR was 400baht for 2 games. I didn’t rate any of the games however the staff were hilarious and we did have lots of laughs. Most of the park is outdoors and because of this, its very hot. Only some of the buildings have air conditioning which made the experience a bit tiring. We opted for the buffet tickets which was good value - we weren’t very hungry but what we did eat was okay. Now the real showstopper of the evening was the show. I nearly didn’t go because we were tired from the park and the heat, but we stuck it out and were extremely glad we did. This is the best show I’ve ever been to - my son agreed! I wont ruin it for you but it’s beautiful. If I could change things, I’d arrive later skip the games and just do food and show. All in all we are really glad we went!

I had high expectations but this place was just so good. The main show was just wonderful. Dining rooms just look so good Huge variety of food and I understand it's not great food but it's good enough You really don't need to play the arcade games, just watch the delight of people spending their money😁. Just walk around and stare and take photos. And the toilets, just go and see. It's expensive but don't miss it. It's gold plated value. And don't think of the millions spent to create this wonderland. Just enjoy 😀.

Good experience. It’s weird to say but toilets were amazing. Nothing we have seen before, pretty good lighting and other attraction. I was confused is it real to use or just for display. The talking elephant one, was really cool. I hope they are not watching us in real 🤣. Shows were amazing too. All the artists are pretty good what they are doing. Staff is so polite and helpful.

There were some great moments, but over all I wouldn’t recommend this park, it felt like a trap every location is a store, with a few paid experiences, the show wasn’t for me it is more towards children. Lastly the final location was good but wasn’t worth the waiting.
