The service and atmosphere are top tier. We didn’t dine inside the restaurant so I can’t speak for it - we got a double beach bed which came with lunch and a dessert. Our waitron was super, ironically we’d met him earlier in the day on our boat trip to the villa. There are steps going down to the water which is wonderfully refreshing. I’d recommend this spot to anyone in the area. It can’t be beat.

Lenno is a nice and peaceful little town in central Como lake. Recommend to visit Villa del Balbianello, but must check opening days.

Lido di Lenno was one of the best days during my trip to Lake Como! Not only is it an incredible beach location that has a magnificent view of the lake, but the hospitality was some of the best I've received. I hosted my engagement lunch here and the manager worked with me for almost 4 months to make sure everything was perfect. He created an entire menu for a group of 20 people, along with reserving a private area for us. All of it was what exactly what I imagined it would be! The staff was very professional and provided incredible service. The food was amazing as well as the drinks. Enjoying everything on the beach and overlooking the lake was a core memory that I will never forget. If you have time in Lenno, definitely check out this place because you will love it.

The food was good and the service was super slow here. I had a quick timeline to catch a boat ride and when you checkout they have you wait in a long queue. It was crazy to me each server isn’t able to do their own checkouts like all other restaurants. They also charge a service fee to eat here on top of the meal being really expensive.

The typical “tourist trap”. Prices are too high and service is horrible. The staff is rude and they look like they can’t wait u till their shift is over. Every question you ask (eg. can we move to that - free - table, can we get spaghetti instead of tagliatelle) gets answered with “NO”. The food is embarrassing. Frozen pizza is better and the “turkey” salad has only 3 (!) slices of pre-packaged turkey. Great view, but wouldn’t recommend to go here.

The food was great 👍 a solid 3.7 because of the service they forget about you and I don’t like that and had to go and ask we where ready to order. The location is 4 nice but not perfect not much tables but great scenery.

I loved the retro vibe and lounging options, even though we didn’t end up staying for the chairs. My little ones were too small to swim. We came back after visiting the public beach and the gardens, and were hot, hungry and thirsty. The drinks were great, the food was ok, and the patio was nice. Our server was attentive but busy, and we had a decent time. We ordered the bruschetta, caprese, roasted potatoes, potato frites, exotic gelato, and prosecco. We would probably only reorder the frites and maybe the caprese. I do not recommend the bruschetta as it did not have much flavor. My daughter said it was an interesting and tasty caprese, and she enjoyed it a lot! If you are coming for the lakeside service with the chairs or gazebo, I think this is a lovely spot. If you are only stopping for a meal, I would read reviews on the items you’re interested in ordering before taking the plunge. Overall, it was a fun place to stop and I’m glad we experienced some of the history of Bellagio!

Good music playing and good vibe if you’re looking for a beach-like day in Bellagio. It’s not directly on the beach, it’s essentially a nightclub with some sand and beds. The swimming area is a small cove and you have to go on some concrete steps to get in the water. It can be a little slippery. You get a wristband in case you want to go in and out. Food was average. Would recommend going as soon as they open to get a good spot.

This place has the most expensive microwaved food, and if you don't like that it's your fault. Very rude staff, from the moment we were seated.

Food and atmosphere were good but only got served half a grape? I think they forgot the other half in the kitchen. Also, our breadsticks were served in beans?? 5 stars for a swimming pool and an atmosphere. We didn't eat there therefore we can't judge it. 22 euro for a whole day or 18 euro per half of a day for spending at a swimming pool there. Very quiet and relaxed place.

I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience left me so disappointed I simply can’t stay silent. The location is stunning, and the setting looks promising, but unfortunately, that’s the only good thing about this place. We ordered the lasagna and shrimp pasta. The lasagna was a tiny, sad slice about 3 cm wide, served on its side and drowned in red, white, and green sauces, as if they were trying to distract from the fact that there was almost nothing on the plate. It tasted like a €3 frozen microwave meal. Yet it cost almost €20. The shrimp pasta wasn’t al dente, it was plain undercooked, and the shrimp tasted canned or pre-packaged. Zero flavor, zero effort for 24€, insane! And if that wasn’t enough, we were charged a €3 cover fee per person, including for our 2 year old son, who sat in his stroller the whole time and didn’t even eat. That’s just absurd. This restaurant is sadly just a tourist trap with a nice view.

I recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the poor attitude of the staff and the overall lack of organization. What ever I asked for to order they say we do not have anymore From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Basic courtesies were missing, and when we asked for assistance or clarification, we were met with dismissive or even rude responses. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. In addition, the restaurant appeared to be extremely disorganized. Our order was delayed significantly, and there was confusion among the staff about what had been ordered. Tables around us were left uncleared for a long time, and it was evident that there was no proper coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams. I had heard good things about this place, but unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training and oversight. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect and to enjoy their meal in a well-run environment.

We walked past this place during our stay, checked out the menu, and decided that despite the steep prices, we'd treat ourselves to a dinner here for our last night in Cernobbio. The setting is really nice, right next to the lake, with a nicely dressed table, outside at night. But unfortunately that's about where the positive points stop. The service was cold and distant, going only as far as taking our order and serving us. Not much else to make it a memorable experience (at least not for a good reason). But the most shocking of all was the quality of the food. It was probably the lowest quality of food we ate during our 4 days in Cernobbio. We paid 24€ for a "focaccia" with mortadella and pistachio literally just sitting on top of it. Essentially a big, dry, flatbread. And the meat and mozzeralla was cold on top of it. Another 24€ for al dente spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil (see photos). If the quality had been better, or if the price had been lower, I wouldn't be so disappointed. But paying such a high price for something we could've made ourselves at home really underlines the big difference between what you pay for and what you get at this restaurant. Furthermore, we didn't really understand why all the other tables around us seemed to be served gressini and bread with some different pots of sauce in aperitivo, but we were never offered such a thing. Our waitress seated us and seemingly disappeared for the rest of the meal. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We paid 76€ for two people: a cocktail, a Sprite, water, a focaccia, spaghetti with tomato sauce, and one coffee. It was very expensive for the quantity and the quality received when compared to other restaurants we ate at during our stay in Cernobbio. I think they definitely take advantage of their location to jack the prices up. Like I said, I wouldn't have minded splurging a bit for our last night, if only the quality had been up to par based on the impression of a high scale restaurant that it gives to passersby. Don't be fooled by its image. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience. We could've just as easily eaten takeaway focaccia on a park bench right next to the restaurant and enjoyed the same view of the lake for much cheaper.

A truly wonderful wine bar! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The wine selection was delicious and well-curated – every glass felt special. Great vibes, high-quality choices, and a beautiful view. Highly recommended for a relaxed and elegant experience!

Really enjoyed this place and also the fact that we sat outside on the patio on one of the busiest and steepest streets in Bellagio. Considering the location in the heart of town the prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. Eating Lasagna with a glass of wine and looking down the street towards the lakefront and the distant mountains made for an excellent visit.

Aperitivo Bellagio – A Perfect Stop in Italy While on holiday driving around Italy, we stopped at Aperitivo Bellagio – and what a brilliant find! The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was spot on, and the wine selection was absolutely fantastic. You can really tell they care about quality. It was one of those places you don’t forget easily – a proper gem in a stunning location. Highly recommend if you're ever in the area!

Best wine bar in Bellagio! We sat outside on the barrel tables and watched the sunshine and people walking past while having our wine and bar snacks. The wine list is extensive and clearly chosen with care, great local wines with a a good selection available by the glass. The staff advise and tell you about the wine, and you are given (free) finger food alongside your drink (mini salami sandwich, mini bruschetta, crisp bread) as part of the the aperitivo experience! I learned that the finger food served alongside your drinks are called “stuzzichini”. We loved it so much we came back a second night for a pre-dinner drink. Try and get one of the barrel tables outside if you can. Many people bought a glass of wine to have while queuing for the very popular trattoria opposite! Definitely my favourite place in Bellagio.

Was looking forward to a relaxing night enjoying locals wines & produce. Service was terrible. The 3 staff there spent more time talking to each other than serving. We waited 20 minutes before someone approached us for our order. Even when we made it clear that we wanted to try a few wines, they appeared disinterested. So we left & found a restaurant that seemed much more appreciative of our custom.

A nice place to go in Bellagio, with good service and a relaxed atmosphere. For wine lovers, it's a good place, and the pork ribs with polenta we ordered paired with wine were fantastic. Their salad was also delicious; I didn't get to try the chocolate cake because it was already gone.

Today, my family and I had lunch at Giuliani Restaurant. We ordered two plates of Polpo, Gamberi e Calamari, along with a pizza and a chicken burger. The setting was truly beautiful, the service was quick, and the food was delicious overall. However, we noticed that the calamari dish was served steamed or boiled rather than fried, which is how we personally prefer it. We tasted one of the two plates and didn’t enjoy the steamed version, so we politely asked the waiter if we could replace the second plate with a fried version. The waiter took the plate, but moments later, another staff member (who I believe was Moroccan, as he spoke Arabic) returned and spoke to us in a very sharp and unwelcoming tone, saying the dish could not be replaced. Unfortunately, this attitude didn’t match the otherwise pleasant ambiance. I replied kindly, saying it was fine we came to enjoy our time, not to argue—and we continued with the rest of our meal. A few minutes later, the same staff member returned and asked again if we would still like to replace the dish. I said yes, and he brought us a properly fried version, which we appreciated. In the end, the experience was generally good. The prices are a bit on the high side, but they are justified by the quality of the food, the beautiful location, and the overall atmosphere. That said, the attitude of one staff member could have ruined the experience—and we believe such behavior doesn’t reflect the otherwise excellent standard of the restaurant.

Food is quite average, but fairly ok in comparison to their service, which is terrible!! We booked a table to celebrate an evening with work colleagues. Waiter, who was very nice took the order very nicely. Some dishes were ordered with side dishes. All dishes were delivered at random times. The most shocking thing was that side dishes were delivered to everyone in random order way before people received their dish, which is bizarre to say the least. Really disappointing experience.

Been here many times over 5 years, the restaurant is on a great location on the lake so you can eat or enjoy a drink with a great view. The food is also really nice, rarely had a poor course at all, but the service is unbelievably inconsistent. Some of the waiters are excellent, friendly and attentive, but wow, what a load of rubbish the other ones are. Just had the longest most frustrating night of our lives! We've been here two times during our holiday in Como as family. Their service and hospitality are perfect! We have tried three different pizzas, and all of them were delicious. Inside seating has cozy atmosphere, where little garden seating during summer evenings would definitely recommended.
