Hotel
Nestled in the charming coastal town of Combrit Sainte-Marine, Villa Tri Men is a delightful retreat that beautifully marries history with modern elegance. This enchanting hotel, originally built in 1913 by a Breton admiral, showcases stunning river views from its casual yet stylish rooms. Guests can unwind at the cozy bar or indulge in culinary delights at the bistro and upscale restaurant on-site.
We loved our stay in this small but oh so beautiful hotel. We had a very large room with a private terrace but we spent much of our time walking around the area. The location is perfect in this small village - we never tired of seeing the different boats or walking along the beach. We had dinner one night in their gourmet restaurant and another in their sister restaurant out on the harbor. Very different experiences but in a good way! Breakfast was lovely as well and my only regret is that we didn't have time to use the bicycles that were available. We would love to come again.

Our room was nice, however the reception staff arrogante, we were addressed at times as if we were children or in a too familiar slang language by the reception lady in her +40's. A small welcoming gesture would have made the stay a little special for our celebration which they were aware of. Dommage.
S. S — Google review
I had one of the best desserts of my life at the restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious - I highly recommend getting some eggs alongside all the patisseries. Our room was open and comforting, the decorations were modern, and the service was always really nice. A great place, we'd be happy to come back.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a charming small port town. My husband and I were blown away by the degustation. We had a wonderful langoustine dish and a truly memorable chocolate pudding with cassis. There were lots of little surprises with the food.

My wife and I came to Villa Tri Men from England for one night to escape from all the noise about Brexit. It was a beautiful and well-cared for hotel with wonderful staff in a most incredible setting on the banks of the Odet. We wished we could stay for ever but it has provided us with the tonic we needed! We had dinner at the hotel's sister restaurant Bistro Du Bac just down the road. This was equally wonderful. We really enjoyed our escape! I had noticed this hotel when we came to Ste Marine many years ago and had always wanted to stay there. It fulfilled our dreams!

Amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Spa area and outdoor pool were relaxing places to use. Food in the bistro was high quality. Staff were welcoming, professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Very beautiful Hotel. Clean, amazing service, nice Pool and view. We had a wonderful time
ANNA L — Google review
Generally the rooms in orangery and club are not well designed (though they look nice enough), with orangery missing air con, which was a problem as our first two days were still in oppressive heat. But aside from that this is a lovely hotel with wonderful grounds and an incredible kitchen, with both the brasserie and the Michelin noted restaurant serving up excellent food at a reasonable price (in their respective categories). The staff are all very pleasant and eager to help too.
Roman K — Google review
Location is fabulous, check in was professional, courteous and helpful. Room was small (we knew that at booking), well appointed and was very clean. Room was serviced to a high standard. Decoration was chic Only real negative was that our room door did not lock or unlock reliably
Helen D — Google review
This was our third stay at this slice of heaven; the first was in 1984, so we've seen the evolution of this wonderful property. It was great in 1984, still great in 2006, and great yet again in 2025. Nonpareil setting, beautifully remodeled rooms, excellent bistro fare -- just the best. You will feel pampered, and that's a very good feeling!
David F — Google review
Incredibly disappointing - no dinner options offered for guests if the restaurant hasn’t been reserved a month in advance. They also hold any lost items for only 24hrs after stay ends, at which point the items they’ve found are “unavailable” for return.
Robert E — Google review
We have literally traveled the world and we have a preference whenever possible for the relais & château brand. This amazing place was such a treat we are shocked it only rates as a 4 star resort. Everything about this amazing place is 5 star. Perfect food! Perfect room! Perfect people! Truly an amazing experience thank you team!
Dc E — Google review
We had a fantastic stay with our two kids. The property and rooms have been beautifully renovated. We stayed at the 'Deluxe Park Family' room which was beautiful and cute with the upstairs space for the kids. The spa was just below. They were still working on the landscaping in some areas, but once everything will start to grow it will be even better. The buffet breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Only room for improvement would be regarding the food offering. There is no 'all day bar menu' with simple, healthy dishes. You can eat lunch at the Bistro between 12.30-13.30 but this was too soon for us after the sumptuous breakfast. So if you miss lunch, you will then have to go out and find somewhere else to eat. Or live on crackers. With kids, this is not practical. Also, the dishes are good but quite heavy, and probably not what you crave after a morning in the spa or a run at the parcours 'sport&nature'. Since the property is quite big, you don't ever want to leave.

Nestled in the picturesque rural setting of Bangor, Castel Clara Thalasso & Spa offers a serene waterfront escape that combines relaxation and luxury. Just a short stroll from the stunning Bay of Biscay and Goulphar Lighthouse, this upscale hotel features 66 elegantly designed rooms and suites housed in charming white buildings with slate roofs. Guests can indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments, including massages and facials, or take advantage of recreational facilities like outdoor tennis courts and an inviting indoor pool.
We've come a half dozen times before and always very much enjoyed our stays in beautiful Belle Ile. We felt that this time, the cuisine was better than ever, and the service truly exceptional. It was warm, sensitive, solicitous, and very professional without exception. Amaury (sp?) in particular seemed particularly well-trained and gifted in being gracious and helpful. We intend to let all our friends and acquaintances know how pleased we were with this stay!
Helene E — Google review
We stayed 3 nights in Castel Clara. The location is amazing and the room we had (overlooking the water) was recently renovated and beautiful. Perfect size for two! No air conditioning. For us, it was not so bad a problem but I can imagine it can get impossibly hot in the summer. Maybe just adding a fan to the room would be helpful! The restaurant Cafe Clara was amazing- the chef is really inventive and the dishes were truly beautiful. The servers were extremely professional and kind. The prices are expensive but it reflects the level of service and the amount of staff available for any request. We rented electric bikes and we had a fantastic time. On the negative side, the spa really needs renovation. We would not come back here for the spa. Peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles, moldy smell, rust etc. In general, the spa caters much more to older clientele and has a bit of a 1980s hospital vibe. But we can understand that it’s a super expensive project to renovate the spa and the hotel is working on it a little bit at a time. The outdoor pool is very nice though!
Anna B — Google review
Wonderful location and service. A real gem. We all had a great time. 4 stars instead of 5 as the hotel needs updating and some of the areas were closed due to renovation (no lunch available at restaurant/no access to gym) and covid restrictions (no hot tub).
Celine C — Google review
Came for a lovely lunch at Cafe Clara, we didn’t stay at the hotel. Lunch on the terrace was lovely on a perfect early September Saturday afternoon. Food was good, service was excellent, the view exceptional!
Kate V — Google review
A peaceful place with a stunning view, gentle luxury by the sea. They have got an indoor space and a veranda, both are lovely. The menu is not so big, but the focus is on seafood. Oysters are very fresh, accompanied with a glass of delicate wine. The food is mostly healthy, balanced nutritional.
Katya U — Google review
service was mixed; some receptionists were wonderful, another one was neglectful. we did not receive any tour of the hotel on arrival (the welcoming sentence was "you did not reserve the restaurant and it is full"). but another receptionist guided us well on transport options. the room was good for the price, but overall maintenance leaves to be desired (e.g. the grouting of the pool). sometimes the wait was long in the barbeque area--more staff seems needed.
Caroline R — Google review
A grand hotel with elegant rooms and suites, welcoming and helpful staff and a world class restaurant. The views are amazing! Make sure to enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the inlet. They have shuttle service from the ferry at Le Palais. Bikes, traditional and motorized, and cars are available for rental. If you like hiking, the entire island of Belle Isle en Mer is encircled with paths, two of which are easily accessed from the hotel. This is a high end hotel and spa, but worth the price. If you want to treat yourself, Castel Clara is the place!
Eric B — Google review
The place is nice and things are proper. A bit dated sometimes but that is okay. However, i wish the staffs were a bit more friendly. I am not saying that they were not professional. On the contrary, they were a tiny bit too much professional. People go to a place like this principally to get pampered and relax. Not in the hope of getting cured of thier pain with a single massage or bath. And nothing relaxes more than having a friendly voice and face around. Having a bunch of too professional people who (at least to me) did not really extend any personal touch was a bit off-putting for me.

We really loved the pools and our room – everything was clean and very comfortable. However, we were a bit disappointed that, despite having an early 6 a.m. departure, no takeaway breakfast was offered, even though the full buffet was already prepared and it was paid.

A Perfect Stay - We Extended from 1 to 3 Nights! Coming from the hospitality industry in Switzerland, I know and value exceptional service. Your team delivered exactly that. Every member of staff we encountered—at reception, in the restaurant, bar, and spa—was profoundly professional and attentive. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the atmosphere was calm and we never felt any rush or stress. We had only booked one night, but we felt so at home immediately that we decided to stay for three. A huge thank you to the Reception Manager and his team for their flexibility and for making our extended stay so seamless. A truly impressive operation. Warm Regards from Zurich.

A great stay with an outstanding view! The spa was wonderfully relaxing, we loved our massage, and the breakfast is absolutely not to be missed!
Liz A — Google review
We stayed at Emeria Resort in Dinard, booked a “cottage” for 2 adults and 1 child. For a 4-star hotel, it was just okay. No side tables in the room (apparently guests are expected to balance glasses, books, phones on thin air). Once you leave the main lobby, the decor loses all charm - cheap posters line the halls. it’s like they spent the entire design budget on the front entrance and restaurant and forgot the rest. The view from the lobby and restaurant is breathtaking, no question, postcard worthy. But then you look at the prices. The food is seriously overpriced, and I nearly laughed when a latte made by an automated machine set me back 7 euros. At that price, I expected at it to be made by a human at least - truly awful. The spa pools are nice too - definitely a highlight. Too bad when you get back to your room, you lose all relaxation. So yes, the sea view and pools are stunning… but everything else? Pretty forgettable. Save your euros and stay somewhere that remembers travelers need both character and side tables.
Kristy W — Google review
Location impeccable, premises renovated with style. The gym and breakfast very good. Missing air conditions in cottages. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Emeria Dinard.
Marjo R — Google review
We found the renovated seaside room a little small, but the service 5 stars and outstanding. The spa has heated seawater to bathe in. There were three pools to choose from, two indoor and one outdoor.

The experience was wonderful. We arrived very jet lagged in a large group. All of the staff at the Front Desk staff were accommodating. Florian is wonderful, personable and so helpful. Roman the Front Desk Manager Is very helpful especially with the language barrier. Charlotte at the Spa Check In was very helpful and was always there with a smile and listened very well. Lynda in reservations is always helpful and recommending the best for our group. As a native English speaker with no French I would highly recommend the unique experience of Emeria. Thank you to all the staff at Emeria Till next time…. Sonia Bellini

Were not prepared to entertain an early breakfast. Restaurant and bar closed on Mondays no warning given. No restaurant service without a reservation and no warning about this. Wrong information given about room service and made me wait till after 11pm for dinner. Restaurant manager was abrupt and rude. Wifi did not work for the entire week. Absolute awful experience.
Grant C — Google review
We spent two nights in this hotel. It is very well situated. Everything is quite expensive despite the state of the hotels. The rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with all the amenities as mentioned in the description. However, the rooms are not noise proof and getting quite old with keys for the doors(they add up to the noise). I had to take two rooms because I mistakenly booked one room for 2 people. The view for a partial sea view can be clearly seen in my pictures. The mostly disappointing part is that the "experienced" lady , who is the second receptionist I was transfered to seemed frustrated that I decide to take a second room for a cheaper price than an upgrade for a Junior suite which costed triple the cost of one room. A kind advice will be to find prompt solutions for your guests and clients which will make them want to come back rather than turn cold when clients prefer to pay cheaper prices. For future clients, please note that free access to the spa is open to the whole hotel and therefore you can end up being crowded in the hamam, jacuzzi or sauna and strictly limited to 45 mins which makes it impossible if you have to wait.

A nice hotel. Tiniest pool I've ever seen. We were told check in was 4 o clock. We arrived at 4 but were told the room wasn't ready. Other couples were in the same situation, and we all spent the next half an hour sitting in the lobby without even being offered a drink or an explanation. Very bad after travelling all day. Breakfast was good. Located just across from the beach. Not impressed with the welcome.

We had a brilliant stay! The staff are super lovely and accommodated our early arrival, keeping our luggage etc. The hotel is right next to the sea so you can swim and watch the sunset. It’s a super quick and easy walk into Roscoff. The spa was very clean and quiet on week days and towels / dressing gown provided. Dinner was lovely and very good value. It’s not as shiny and new as other resorts but that doesn’t effect that fact that it is really comfortable, clean with great staff. Very relaxing staff by the sea. Would recommend / return.

This place has parking some distance from the main entrance BUT you can pull in and drop off before going through the one way system to park the car - it would have been nice to know this in advance! The room was OK but it was near the kitchen and we had a signifcant smell of cooking most of the time we were there. There is a spa which was nice although they do seem to close the outdoor hot tubs quite early. My overall rating would be not great but not bad either.
Stephen M — Google review
We stayed for one night after our late night ferry arrival. Residences were spacious and comfortable. A little more information regarding check in would have been good. Rooms keys need to be collected from main hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was really good.

This hotel and spa is magnificent! The views are perfect, the spa facilities are incredible, the salt water pool is one of my favorites, and the outdoor hot tubs with views across the bay! Get a sea view room, you won't regret it, although the entire location is gorgeous, not even 30 seconds out if the hotel is the most beautiful beach! The hotel rooms are lovely, the staff kind and will do anything to help!
Sophie P — Google review
I just tried the spa one time and the last time - it’s really a pity that such a famous place the origin of Thalasso is quite rundown - maybe it used to be the state of the art hundred years ago but not today anymore-definitely need the refurbishing and price adjustment far too expensive for what it offers compared to what’s available nowadays somewhere else - unhygienic sauna, wood peeling off - you only get one towel and even after asking what about the second one for the sauna just smiling and saying no only one - before entry you have to purchase a bonnet (obligatory but money don’t wear it) and a special shorts (€50 extra) no idea why normal things are not allowed - it’s just a money trip so the two stars are for the location and the original seawater - 29€ is far too much - also in the hanam nothing to clean your seat with a water hose - you have to sit in the sweat of others… mini lockers… as I said hundred years ago, maybe… prices for individual therapies insane, all above hundred euro for little things - so I didn’t do it

A wonderful stay! Everything about this hotel was fantastic: the incredible ocean views from the Evasion Room, comfortable beds, excellent shower, friendly staff, the little extra touches such as the welcome treats, and beautiful, clean, updated and thoughtful room design. Perfect location, just across from the water and only 5 minutes to the old town. One of our favourite stays in a long time.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was ready early so we checked in early. Pool area was relaxing. Breakfast was good, we had it included in our room (booked with Brittany ferries) If we were to do another trip to France again via saint malo ferry we would stau here again. My only criticism would be, although there is a gym advertised its very much a token gym with very limited equipment and not really worth bothering with!

Lovely Hotel in a great location. The addition of the nice pool and parking is a bonus. The reception staff are extremely efficient and friendly, they’re happy to assist guests with information and advice on where to go.

I loved the location of the hotel and the staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was nice. Unfortunately, I was not at all impressed with the room set up. I found the bed uncomfortable. There was no desk to put things on, or chest of drawers for clothing (a few open shelves that were awkward to put things on), and no nightstand next to the bed (either side) to put glasses or a book or chargers on. There is easily room to put a table there, but the hotle chose not to. I can't imaging why. There is also a reading light on only one side of the bed which I found strange and annoying.
Deb T — Google review
We stopped over as we wanted to spend time in St Malo. However the hotel is positioned beside a nightclub which had boom-boom bass rocking the room until after 1.00 am. Not a good night. And management sorry - but tough attitude. Be careful booking
Mike J — Google review
Our room's AC leaked condensation/water all over the floor. Not just a few drops but liters of water. Since the rooms are tiny, all our bags were in the only places available, which was next to the AC unit. My "laptop" bag with all electronics was standing right next to it. All my electronics got wet. We took a video, came down and told hotel employees. They came up and took a video and pictures themselves, then after going back and forth, they gave us a note with name and address of their insurance company to file a claim. We don't speak French so we didn't know what exactly was on that note. When we came back to US and tried to contact that "insurance company", we realized that all that info was bogus. We had over $1500 of electronics damaged in the bag. We have sent numerous emails/msgs to that hotel without a single reply. Between the way their general manager refused to answer his phone when we were trying to reach a resolution on the spot, and them now not replying to any of our emails, I would not stay at this location again. Plus, you can find hotels that have larger rooms and are closer to St. Malo downtown than this place.

It's hard to know what to say about our stay at Oceania. We had a beautiful room with a sea view, the location was great and very close to the walled old town, the breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool was warm. The stay felt luxurious. However it ended on a sour note for us as we realised on our penultimate day that something was missing from our room since the cleaners had come. It was a paper bag with a couple of inexpensive gifts, one wrapped in newspaper at the top. Not something I would imagine anyone would want to steal but perhaps might have thought was empty and thrown away by mistake. As soon as we realised this we raised this with the hotel. They were quite vague with what they planned to do to address this and said they would check with the cleaner the next morning, our last day. When speaking to the manager the next day they basically denied that anything could have happened as the policy is not to throw anything away that's not in the bin. However, we didn't remove the bag from the room and it definitely wasn't there when we packed. The hotel offered no apology, no solution, no empathy towards having an item go missing. I admire their defence of their staff, however they would not entertain any other possibility of the issue being their problem. For this reason, I would not stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Great hotel the view from our room was amazing the balcony was huge and every aspect of the evasion room was thought out and perfect, was disappointed the pool was closed but made use of the spa tub and steam room , the reception staff looked after our every need and the Moroccan gentleman who worked the breakfast service was without a doubt the best member of staff in the hotel so friendly and helpful a true asset to the hotel, I would return tomorrow if I could.

Had a wonderful few days stay here for my birthday. Absolutely beautifully designed hotel. The Thalasso spa was the best I have ever experienced. Spent hours in the various saunas/hammam/pools relaxing and enjoying the phenomenal view. I cannot wait to return!

Offered this thalasso experience to my parents They had a great time However they almost repaid for the massages I already paid for due to poor hotel management. Same thing happened at the restaurant. I offered them full board but on arrival they were not told that it only applied to specific items on the menu so they were charged an extra 50€

don't come spontaneously we booked via booking and got the surprises during arrival. you need several specialist things to enter the spa that they do not provide (such as bath shoes, cap and speedos - no normal swimmpants allowed) also parking is super limited and the hotel has no agreement with any other protected parking therefore you have to find street or public parking the fitness has not a single weight or weight machine only cardio equipment the breakfast closes very early at 10

The Roz Marine in Brittany is a picturesque hotel nestled charmingly along the beachfront. Right from the entrance, the tastefully designed decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed. A highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the spa, boasting a variety of treatments and a tranquil ambiance. However, there are some downsides, particularly for international guests. The staff at the hotel have a limited grasp of English, and both the menus as well as other information are solely in French. This makes communication for non-French speaking guests quite a challenge. Despite these language barriers, the staff makes an effort to communicate with gestures, which, while charming, is less than ideal for a hotel of this caliber. On the cleanliness front, while the establishment maintains a generally clean environment, a closer inspection reveals dusty mirrors and a daily housekeeping routine that appears to be more quick than thorough. This aspect could definitely use some attention to meet the expectations set by the hotel's other outstanding amenities. Overall, the Roz Marine is an excellent choice for a relaxing seaside stay, if one is willing to navigate the language hurdles.

Don’t stay here. Housekeeping walked in on me while changing (I had the do not disturb sign on), the body wash in the shower was empty, and the hand soap had been used to the point there was a sliver of soap left over from the last guest. I tried to get a cup of coffee and was yelled at since it was after 10am (it was 10:30am and there was no sign saying I couldn’t have any) and while leaving the hotel, the maid brought our trash down from the room and was laughing at it and gossiping about it with the other employees… there were some empty beer bottles and wine bottles (there was 6 of us, in 3 rooms, for 2 nights…). EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNKIND!! Find a smaller BnB that a local couple runs, do not give this place your money. They’ll only laugh at you and give you a mediocre hotel experience.

Stayed here a couple of nights in October on our way from Normandy to Bordeux. Clean, comfy beds, ample space in the room, continental breakfast, friendly staff and a great indoor pool with a sauna/gym facility. Just a few steps away from the Castle and situated in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you're coming by car, they provide parking space across the street. Best to drop off your luggage and check in, then park your car. There is curbside parking temporarily next to the main entrance. The only downside for us was the street noise and party scenes at night. This establishment is located on the main street, very close to the train station. We were looking for quieter nights so that was the only negative for us.

Not good. Staff speaks no english except for one girl she was very nice. Breakfast is not for 4 star hotel...and I couldnt open the Windows in our room which is ridicolous. The room was very smelly and was only airco ,I prefer fresh air from the outside. Its not possible to go in the hotel with trolley or wheelchair. ?? Only stairs. Also parking costs 8 euros per day, I parked on the main street next to the hotel cost me 1 euro per day. They selling food from their "kitchen" its terrible.the food is in the little can and they warm it up,thats the food. The whole experience wasnt good.

The manor house is located just five miles inland from the stunning Emerald Coast and a short drive from the resort town of St-Brieuc.
Wonderful place in the middle of countryside. Rooms are simply...wonderful. you are projected in the 18th century history. (Translated by Google) First of all: We have never felt as welcome and truly as guests anywhere as we did here. Nathalie is an open, warm-hearted and really nice host who obviously enjoys her job. The complex is an old country estate with a few holiday homes (only one of which is a detached house) and a few apartments in the former stables and five rooms in the main house. Everything is lovingly and tastefully and adequately furnished (note: there are not TVs everywhere). Lamballe is three to four minutes away by car, and it takes about a quarter of an hour to get to the sea and the most beautiful beaches. Our house was sufficiently large, tasteful and fully furnished. The only thing missing was a toaster, but we didn't miss it. In my many travels I have never enjoyed such a good breakfast. You sit at a table set with cloth napkins and old china, you are asked what you would like; everything is of excellent quality - and the hostess bakes herself every morning. Absolutely fantastic. Absolut fantastisch.

Douce France où la mer qu'on voit danser:) It's really a wonderful place, unique, but also one of many beautiful places in northern France. At 3 km long, it is the largest sandy beach in Saint-Malo. The dike was built from 1883 to 1913 on an old sandy beach. With a length of 1671 meters, it runs along the Grande plage lined with numerous villas built at the end of the 19th century. Along the Sillon, a line of breakwaters protects the dike from the force of the waves. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, the oaken breakwaters have a depth at least equal to or even greater than their visible height.

Very nice zoo. Spent over 6 hours there early September, we were almost alone in the park. Very green and relaxing, lots of shade, we saw all the animals and even some of the animations/feeding times. All employees were very nice and professional. Accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.

We arrived early (10.10). Really simple and easy to navigate (follow the directions on the map round the zoo). Well laid out but not big. We did it in 2.5hrs with kids. Everyone enjoyed it. Nice people for service, shop and restaurant. Natural setup, space for animals, often multiple way to see then. Most of the time you'll be able to see the animal, and if not it is because the animal in question want to rest quietly and this is good so. A must for the family! Really wonderful gardens and play spaces. Nice big play area with climbing, slides and water area. Best of all is a sensory walk that you explore barefoot walking over stones, clay, coffee, grass, tree walkway and all kinds of other textures. There is a blindfolded area too for 6 years old and above. Our children loved it, as did we and spent the whole afternoon there without feeling like we'd seen the whole thing. Best experience ever! Staff are very polite and helpful. Room is very clean, spacious. Golf course is in top condition, very well maintained. Restaurant provides tasty food and warm atmosphere. There is charging station for electric car which is right in fromt of the lobby, its super convinient. Both the resort and the golf course are great, everyone should come here, I enjoy here very much.

Second time we have stayed here for golf. Played 3 different courses. St Malo course is in great shape. Good breakfast lunch and bar. Dinner very high end food so not for us every night. Staff and service was superb.

Good location and peaceful except for tractor noise early in the morning Rooms very basic even though we reserve a superior one. Decor very drab and cold! Poor value for money

Excellent hotel located in a park with a golf course. Spacious rooms with many comforts (no air conditioning). Excellent restaurant, recommended a greater variety in the menu. Attentive and professional staff.

The area remains clean and unspoiled by mass tourism, allowing visitors to enjoy a peaceful morning walk to the local bakery.

What a beautiful little beach. If you're expecting mass holiday selling its not for you, no parade of shops selling plastic beach toys, neon lights, large ice creams parlours etc... Nice and clean, a handful but really good restaurants and local shops. Beautiful on the morning walk to the bakery, a real treat which hasn't been spoilt by mass tourism.

The resort offers various activities such as golfing and outdoor pursuits, making it an ideal spot for vacationers seeking relaxation and adventure. Situated just 30 minutes away from Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, the 3-star hotel provides convenient access to explore the surrounding areas of Brittany.
An amazing place to entertain children of all ages. Not the place to go to relax we found, but action packed and lively atmosphere. The children loved all there was to do and the accommodation was amazing (premium Taos mobile home).
The F — Google review
It was only ok, the mobile had no air conditioning, no toaster, and on a charcoal bbq. The food on offer in the restaurants was very limited and the bar area is very old and dark, the choice of music especially during the day was strange. The toilets for the restaurant/bar area are very old. The viewing area over the outdoor pool had broken glass on it for the whole week we were there. The sand park is very poor and not enough seating for parents. Maybe when the work is finished for the new area it will improve. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The area is amazing, great walks and plenty of places to visit by car. But overall disappointed
Jason K — Google review
Les Ormes could be exceptional but too many things have been poorly thought through and really let this site down - it’s too big and brash with not enough on-site catering, there’s disruptive construction work ongoing which should have been completed pre-season, it’s scruffy and grimy in places, and loud music playing very late most nights can be heard across the site. The service is generally good, the indoor pool is great, and the site has a lot to offer, but the whole place lacks class.
Andi H — Google review
Everything was top notch in terms of the site, the staff couldn't have been more helpful in reception and the shop. The bar however was the opposite no glasses for wine, never paid the same for a drink twice no consistency and we were ignored while the bar staff served other staff members etc. So we chose to go to a local town each night after that for a better experience.
Andrew W — Google review
great place for a family holiday. location is fairly central and easy to find and get to, plus can visit nearby places like st Malo and mont st Michel. activities on site are varied and well priced, and it's great to not have a heavy H&S fun police presence!!! you are responsible for your kids and what they do. swimming has two pools and plenty to keep kids amused. accomodation depends on what you book, but expect decent quality mobile home with air con if you book it. it's easy to walk around site. food is good, with a onsite shop, plus two restaurants, there are supermarkets less then 10misn drive. entertainment is pretty good, sadly nearly all in french which considering a good 70% of the holiday makers are Irish/English/Dutch seems to be a bit of an oversight. But the entertainment crew do their best to make it fun.
Martyn W — Google review
We’ve been here twice now and absolutely love it. Great for kids and so much to do onsite. The selection of activities is perfect and entertainment is good for all ages. The toilets facilities could be improved though.
Neil G — Google review
Large site with lots of things to do. What let it down is the ridiculous loud music with the bass very high so even in your accomodation it rang in your ears, totally unnecessary to have it that loud. Food and takeaway service is poorly organized so expect to queue for long time. Food menus are not varied enough and little choice for the kids. Did enjoy the zip lines, fishing, dome, mini golf and ice cream shop on site. Sadly hasn't tempted us to return
Dav H — Google review
Mixed feelings about Les Ormes. It's quite a large, pretty estate with some good features but the accommodation lets it down. Our apartment was tired, dingy, dated and cramped with hard, uncomfortable beds and limited facilities. It was also on the ground floor and overlooked by regular passing foot traffic such that we kept the curtains at least half drawn during the day. It wasn't particularly clean and we couldn't get any hot water out of the bathroom sink which made cleaning up difficult - we just used it as a base for day trips and came back to sleep. The apartment photos on the website are a little misleading. One of the bars (Cellier) was unexpectedly closed for the duration of our visit but the pizza restaurant, Chez Madeleine, was fairly good - decent food and reasonable value. Some kind of relaxed cafe/coffee shop open during the day would be useful. The pool was probably the highlight though again, the website is misleading - it was pretty rammed (though manageable) and slightly dirty in the locker rooms by the afternoon, we didn't see anyone actively cleaning while we were there and no lifeguards to speak of so keep a close eye on children if they're small or weak swimmers. There's a visitor centre through which any activity bookings have to be made though it was always busy and you have to queue so we didn't use it much. Near the treehouses is a cricket pitch which is a quiet, beautiful green area for picnics and general games, one of our favourite places during our stay. It's essentially a cut-price Centre Parcs - a fair amount cheaper but much less organised with fewer staff and not as good.

Great location to be close to the airport, not far to travel to everything else. We came for a short stay and had a lovely time, the room was beautiful, though be aware we had no fridge, not a huge issue as the staff were more than happy to provide ice when asked. The staff were lovely, but one staff member in particular made our visit so wonderful, and that was Mylene (sorry if we misspelt) She seemed to be everywhere at once, all of the time, and always with a smile on her face. We genuinely questioned if she ever slept as she was always around when we needed something. Maybe there was staff shortage during our visit also but it looked like she was doing multiple jobs at the same time, and never seemed to be stressed by this. Anything we needed, she was more than happy to help us and she truly made our stay at the hotel so enjoyable and relaxed. We would come back again purely for the service she provided. An absolute gem of a human being, and apparently new to the job, which was a surprise given how professional and accommodating she was. Thank you Best Western, and thank you Mylene. With Brest going through major construction of a new tram line, it is a difficult city to visit . We tried twice to get down to the port and were unable to get there because of "deviations" that led nowhere and then nowhere. Also though the restaurant is excellent it was closed for 2 out 3 of our stay because of a special event for a sports team. There are relatively few good restaurants near the hotel. Room was nice but had cleanliness issues and one day the room had not been cleaned.

Very nice hotel but poor access to drinks and food. The restaurant is called 247 but it's rarely open and definitely doesn't provide food around the clock. Asked for some food for lunch but not able to provide anything. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Close to the airport. Not convenient if the goal is to visit Brest downtown but good if you go to the Route des Phares. Good restaurant. Competent personnel. Thanks to Mme Alice at the checkout

Took a trip to see my husband & the stay went well. My first room had issues w the water not draining properly in the shower so they changed my room almost immediately. I didn't read that there wasn't any air conditioning but a member of the staff stated it was an upgrade. I didn't spend much of the day in my room and even when I did cracking the window allowed for plenty of cool air. The drinks at the bar were nice! & the aesthetics were great, too bad the airport lost my luggage or else I would've taken 1000 pictures downstairs!
Zeda M — Google review
The room was spacious, but... who in their right mind design a hotel room with glass door/walls in the bathroom? One person CAN'T sleep if the other is using the bathroom/shower. The room will be lighted like an stadium when someone use the bathroom.
Diana A — Google review
What I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Good experience for the value of the stay. Highly recommended this hotel! Rooms: Super comfortable beds. Clean bedding, clean room clean and modern bathroom. Shower only, did not have a bath. I asume others rooms may have. Room lacked a fridge which honestly was the only let down. You enter and it was smelling nice and had a modern usual 4 star feel. Service: Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. If you were ever standing in the reception you were quickly greated by a staff member to check everything was okay. You were allways greated when you entered the hotel. Did feel at times they were a little low on staff especially at dinner but the staff had a high professional attitude at dealing with it. The rooms where not quite ready but we were offered free pastries (that were hot and fresh) and complimentary drinks while we waited for our room. We had to wait about 45 mins but with the efforts made to make us feel welcome it didn't bother us. We were fed and comfortable. Dinner had a lot of customers with what looked to be 1 kitchen staff and 1 waiter 1 bar/manger. But they supplied us with meats and cheese along with our drinks so we were happily distracted while we waited for food. We were a party of 12 so to be expected that the food would take some time but they did well with providing us with something while we waited or while they could service the other guests their mains. Loby: The loby was very welcomeing with fun decorations and Extremely comfortable sofas you could fall asleep in. Fun, modern, welcoming. Location: Close to air port. Close to the town. Restaurant/breakfast: Food was high quality. Staff were lovely. Drinks were delightful and food was pretty decent. Spa, pool & gym: Can not comment on these facilities. The gym was not large but looked decent.

The restaurant was open with 2 tables occupied, and the waiter simply says “we don’t have space” because of some vague reason is not acceptable, I will not book this hotel again. Furthermore, the rooms aren’t cleaned every day, there is no fridge in the room, and there’s dust on the floor. Two stars because it’s quiet and the parking is free.
