Sultan Cave Suites was definitely the more expensive option, but it was totally worth it. The view was magnificent. Waking up at dawn to see balloons floating all around was magical. The hotel is located at the top of a hill overlooking town. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious. They came with a plate of snacks and a bottle of wine. The bar has an outstanding view of the valley. When you get drinks before dinner, it was hard to avoid snapping picture after picture. But the very best part this hotel was Selen the magnificent restaurant. They have a wonderful buffet style breakfast filled with local produce and products, many of which I hadn’t seen before. The dinner was the best meal we had in Cappadocia. In particular, the hummus and the mezzes were incredible, again with a lot of unique regional dishes I hadn’t seen before. For dessert we had a tahini soufflé. It was amazing. I are very glad we sprung for our stay at the Sultan Cave Suites.

Amazing views from this Cave Hotel! The restaurant sits high above the town, giving a beautiful panoramic view. There’s also a bar-style restaurant where you can wait if the main one is busy. Rooms are a bit smaller for the price range, but very solid and well-designed — from the sturdy sofa to the bathroom design. I especially loved the small balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Definitely a bit pricy but the views of the balloons at dawn were amazing. Breakfast spread was great too and they make you fresh egg dishes at your request. We were helped by Sibal at breakfast multiple times and she was very friendly, calm, courteous, attentive, and remembered our entire order of 6 items. (she didn’t ask us to mention her name or for a review, we voluntarily asked for her name to write this review!).

We stayed at Sultan Caves Hotel and overall had a mixed experience. First, the positives: the staff here are unbelievably kind and helpful, and they arranged a very convenient shuttle to and from Kayseri Airport. The rooftop views are absolutely stunning…truly one of the best in Cappadocia, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and the heated bathroom floors were a great touch during the chilly October evenings. Where the experience fell short for us was the room comfort. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt more like sleeping on a firm sofa than a proper hotel bed. Additionally, the rooms are not sound-proof at all. We could hear everything (from outside noise to our neighbors) which made it tough to fully relax and get a good night’s sleep. Sultan Caves has so much charm and great staff, but for the price, we expected more comfort and better room insulation.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and beautifully served with a panoramic view. The location is ideal — just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Göreme, yet perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. If you’re coming to Cappadocia, this is the place to stay for the full experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. 🟡 Only note: bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper — that’s the only small downside.

We stayed at the Sultan Cave Suites for 4 days and the staff and entire team have been nothing short of exemplary. They have all been so attentive at all times. I want to say a particular thank you to Sibel, she is a breath of fresh air and so delightful to talk to. Her customer service is excellent and so professional. We stayed in a junior cave room suite which was a fantastic experience, the rooms are so clean and beds are seriously comfy. Food and drink here was exceptional and all comes wrapped up with a view that is once in a lifetime. Thank for everything Sultan Cave Suites, you have created a memory that me and my wife will truly never forget. Love to all the team.

Sultan Cave Suites is the kind of place you stay at once and rave out forever. The property is stunning and peaceful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are traditional but still have something for everyone, and were some of the best food we had on our trip. The kind staff helped us book airport transfers and tours seamlessly. They made our experience. We stayed in the fairy chimney suite, which I cannot recommend more! The experience was one of a kind. After a long day of exploring the underground city, staying in a fairy chimney and being incredibly comfortable is the perfect experience.

(I'll be back in Göreme, but I won't be staying at this hotel again.) I chose this hotel because it's beautiful and has a lovely rooftop terrace for watching the balloons. It's well-located and well-decorated. It's a very Instagrammable hotel. I didn't feel welcomed upon arrival. The staff didn't give us a warm welcome. I think the reception is the hotel's gateway. They must have friendly staff. In my case, it wasn't. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. The orange juice wasn't fresh 😲 The coffee was so weak it tasted like tea🙄 The room was beautiful; we stayed in room 41, and the decor was really nice. The air conditioning worked well, as did the refrigerator. Except for the fan, which could have been a little more modern. It didn't match the rest of the decor. But it wasn't a big problem. However, I had a bad experience on the last day with the housekeeping staff. I didn't put the sign on the door to avoid cleaning the room, and she rudely explained to me how to do it. I know how to behave in hotels because I've stayed in many. So I know how a room sign works. She didn't speak a word of English, which made communication difficult. My husband reported the incident, and the manager, Emre, kindly came to the room personally to apologize, and then I received a plate of cold, fresh fruit. My reaction was to cry of anger. This had never happened to me before. Staff don't need to speak perfect English, but they should at least know a few words to communicate with guests; after all, English is a universal language. If a person can't speak the language, their body speaks. That's hers, she said rudely. I've never felt so bad. Don't let this happen to more guests, because it makes all the difference when choosing this hotel. It was just a small detail: she could have said, "No problem, back later." If she had, my review would have been completely different. Because of her, the hotel's rating will drop another star. I won't return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it.

My stay at Mithra Cave Hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in the center of the town so it’s really easy to reach everything by walk. The terrace is the best part, the morning view from there is simply magical, watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise felt like living in a dream. The breakfast was delicious and rich with local flavors, the rooms were spotless and beautifully unique, carved directly into the rock, giving an authentic full experience since you’re sleeping inside a fairy chimney! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to enjoy this special destination. Highly recommended!”

Everything seemed okay. To be honest hotel have one of the best location in the city. Rooms are very cool and design is perfect. You get best view of baloons in the morning. Breakfast is very nice. Dont expect european much. Like no croissant etc but local and quality. While bell people were very friendly over all only problematic part in our stay was service. I guess hotel got everything but missing smile on people. Simply at the check in and check out. Also i should note that they give you 100 TRY each room voucher but they do their best not to utilize it. I found it a bit cheap and wrong marketing. I hope they can fix that moving forward.

We stayed in Mithra Cave to hotel in Cappadocia. The location was great and very convenient for getting around. However, there were several disappointing aspects. First, the booking site mentioned that the room had air conditioning, but it only had a cold air fan — which was far from sufficient in the summer heat. Second, the bathtub had a drainage issue; the water easily overflowed and made the bathroom floor wet. Third, the staff didn’t proactively check or refill toiletries like shampoo or body wash. We had to call and ask for them ourselves, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the stay was okay and the location was excellent, these issues made the experience less comfortable. Please consider them carefully before booking

If you want to get a taste of what it is like to live in a cave in Cappadocia, this hotel fits the bill! Rooms are originally carved from white sandstone which the hotel supports with facing, electricity and running water. The beds are comfortable, the hot water is instantaneous and the restaurant on the roof serves decent food. People are friendly and there are maid services daily.

The place has a beautiful view. I went up to get a drink. I ordered a coke and a virgin mojito. The first time they made it they added Bacardi RIGHT AFTER I told them no alcohol. When they remade it, they added a piece of lemon with dark brown rims, it was nasty, two mint leaves, ice and sprite. That’s it. The coke was about 150TL. When I got the bill I was charged for a full on alcoholic drink. I asked the server if it was cheaper for being non-alcoholic (like anywhere else) and she said no. Then they had the audacity to include tip. I was charged 150TL for a coke, and 550TL for a stuck up sprite. I don’t even like sprite. I left the drink. All in all it was 737TL for 2 sodas. Definitely recommend for the views, not at all for drinks or advice. (Total was $18 USD for two sodas)

Staying at Koza Cave Hotel was already amazing, but Murat and Ismail made it unforgettable. Saying they were helpful doesn’t even begin to cover it. They treated us with so much kindness and warmth that I honestly felt emotional about leaving. I’ve never come across people like them, so thoughtful, sincere, and genuinely kind. Their presence made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. Now I understand why this hotel has such great reviews. The only way to truly get what I mean is to go and experience it yourself. You’ll leave with more than just memories.

I had the most perfect stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room exceeded all expectations. I was upgraded by surprise upon arrival - it was so kind! The bed was so comfortable I never wanted to leave. Breakfast every morning was AMAZING. I genuinely have never had such a tasty and filling hotel breakfast anywhere. The food was so fresh and traditional Turkish. I would absolutely stay here again - it could not have been a better experience.

Booked the junior suite and they upgraded us! Really appreciate! Central location. Overall very helpful staff and nice breakfast. They have 3 cute cats and a dog. Really good vibes all around rooftop and near all eateries too.

It Has the best views of cappadocia, we had our wedding photos taking on the roof top, the breakfast had a brilliant selection, its close walk to the center, we stayed in the king suite , I loved its quirky layers, all the little windows had beautiful views on every part , the staff were super helpful and friendly with everything

Dropped over $3,000 across 3 nights for the Queen Cave Suite during my 30th Birthday. Still couldn’t get them to clean and squeegee the glass right from the hot tub. I was just told “we will do our best” after bringing it up then it became a streaked mess. Book the cheapest room here and go on the roof one morning I guess, but everything else not so good. Cocktails are weak. Platter wasn’t bad. A/C is not strong enough for the room and high-rise ceilings. Fridge, similar issue. Definitely a quiet peaceful place though, staff is friendly, but a far cry from serious luxury if that’s what you’re into. At this price point for the room, things should be perfect.

Personal is very attentive to details. Enjoyed every moment spent in this place. You can do fun activities nearby. It's a must for adventurous people.

Loved our stay here. One of the few hotels that has rooms that accommodate four people, which was great with kids. The family room is also right off the pool, which is super convenient. The views are amazing - no need to travel to get a great view of the balloons. Rooms are designed super well. Breakfast was amaazing, but I agree with others that it starts too late.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Local Cave House. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and the idyllic swimming pool area is peacefully located between the hills. Our room was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all amenities. What stood out for us was the excellent service of the staff. Friendly and ready to help, generous breakfast service, daily room service, the hotel was kept very tidy and clean and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate us a bit longer than the official stay, when our own plans changed. The Local Cave House made our stay in Cappadocia extra nice, definitely recommend!

A perfect location that you can reach everywhere within 10 minutes by walking. The breakfast was also really good and in big quantities. Staying at Local Cave House was such a dream! The cave rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, giving the full Cappadocia experience and close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops.. everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The pool view was unreal, especially during sunrise with the hot air balloons in the background. I had such an amazing experience staying at Local Cave House Hotel! This was truly one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed - the cave rooms made the whole experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was waking up early in the morning to watch the hot air balloons float over the valley! The hotel is also in a great location, with several restaurants just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Cappadocia!

Beautifully decorated with plenty of terraces for photos and to get views of the town. Plenty of areas to sit and relax in the grounds of the hotel and they have umbrellas to make sure you don't get very sunburnt during the day. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Yosef who gave me the best local food recommendations. Unfortunately my girlfriend got the flu when we stayed here but the staff were great bringing boiling hot water for us to use with her flu medicine.

They went above and beyond to help organise all our activities and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The traditional Turkish breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and authentic flavours. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Cappadocia Cave Suites to anyone visiting the region. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality.

This is a great property with beautiful rooms and awesome views overlooking the city and valley. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was a little construction going on outside our room which was somewhat annoying if you were trying to rest, but not a huge deal. We got luckly with going on our scheduled balloon ride since every prior day for a week was cancelled. We rented a car so were able to drive to surrounding sites like the open air museum (walkable), love valley, underground city etc. The staff provided us sandwiches early morning befire our drive to the airport which was totally unexpected but very thoughtful. Would recommend this property.

I proposed to my girlfriend here - the hotel’s roof terrace is the perfect spot, amazing view over the valley and the town with the fairy chimneys. The hotel was perfect too, beautiful stone architecture, lovely cosy rooms, had everything we needed, breakfast was great, and it’s only just off the main road so you can walk to restaurants or shops. Plus the staff were really helpful, even ordered me flowers for the proposal! Thanks so much!

The breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and I had a very comfortable stay. There was also a terrace overlooking the city, which made my time there even more enjoyable.

Booked the Junior suite and had an amazing stay with excellent service, so many photo spots, scrumptious breakfast, clear view of Goreme and hot air balloon in the mornings! This place was great - the staff was very welcoming and the facilities are top-notch. It is perfectly situated near the top of Goreme so it's very easy to walk up to Sunset Point to catch the balloons (about a 7-10 minute walk) early in the morning - or you can just stay in the hotel and watch them from there. Breakfast is very good and comprehensive, and you can order additional things if you'd like. The staff will also offer recommendations on restaurants and tours if you need that.

We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a beautiful Honeymoon Suite for our engagement, which made the stay extra special! The service was exceptional — staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The views from the room and the pool were absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast spread was delicious with stunning views to match. Truly a memorable experience — 10/10 stay! Absolutely loved this place. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. The cave rooms are so cool and I loved all the staff - they were attentive, active, and very engaged in making my stay a really special one! Two of us made a reservation in the spa here — I tried the 90-minute Turkish bath package, and it was pretty good! We paid €200 for two people. The place and facilities are quite new, so if you’re hesitant about visiting an old, traditional hamam with decades-old facilities, this is a great alternative to try while in Cappadocia.

We stayed for three nights in late October 2025, and this is by far our favorite hotel. The rooms are spotless, the architecture is beautiful, the interior design is stylish, and the customer service is excellent. The food was also wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience at Kelebek. The view was stunning—especially from the rooftop deck, where we could watch hot air balloons rising at 5 a.m. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and not far from the city’s bus hubs. The staff were friendly and always helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Our Fairy Chimney room was spectacular, breakfast very good. Numerous terraces to see the balloons go over the town. We booked our transfers, Balloon Flight (Turquaz Balloons), Red and Green small group tour plus Sunset Horse Ride through the hotel tours, all were amazing and fantastic value. The Hotel Spa is wonderful, excellent value and the best massage we have ever had. I can definitely recommend this hotel and have no complaints at all. Kelebek Hotel and Tours made this a very memorable, unforgettable and magical trip.

The service provided by the hotel manager SERKAN AKÇIÇEK was of a level of excellence that I haven’t experienced in a while. His attention to detail throughout my stay was not only phenomenal but also genuinely kind. The hotel provided support of ahead of my dream trip by providing suggestions for hot air balloon booking, private tour guides and transportation to and from the hotel/airport. Each company they suggested exceed my expectations. The hotel has incredible views for seeing the balloons in the mornings, no need to leave the property. The food is also excellent and the spa is a must do! Have the hamam treatment, it will not disappoint!! All the hotel staff were customer service focused, leaving the guest to want nothing. A special thanks to SERKAN AKÇIÇEK who recognized it was my birthday upon checking in, and gave me a birthday memory that I will never forget. 😇

Came here for our honeymoon and loved it. Hotel staff can help to arrange transport for 10 euro per person to the hotel from the airport directly. They are very helpful. They have a beautiful resteraunt where they have live music from 6pm to 9pm which provides a beautiful view of Goreme at night. In the morning, they have quite a few picturesque spots where u can have breakfast and take photos with the backdrop of all the hot air balloons rising. Beautiful. They also have a spa right at the hotel where they provide a 20% discount if u pay in cash. Easily the most affordable package around there. After discount should be around 50 euro for a 1 hour package including a Turkish bath. What an experience. Totally should try. Would recommend. The staff even help me park my car if u have difficulties finding parking spots around.

Five stars is simply not enough. This is the best hotel in Cappadocia. Our room was spacious and clean. We could walk out of our room and immediately see the hot air balloons overhead. The spa was 10/10, excellent service. The food and drinks at the hotel were also excellent, especially the breakfast. And most of all, the service was outstanding. Rose went above and beyond to help us plan our activities, even walking us to the restaurant we booked for dinner. She truly was a fantastic host and made sure we had a great stay.

I left the Artemis hotel a week ago and I am still thinking of how wonderful of a time we had there. Beyond anything else, the service and hospitality was a 10/10. Rose and Michel were so wonderful helping us with our accommodations and recommendations. It was truly a pleasure meeting them both; they were an integral part of what made our stay in Cappadocia a dream! The location of the hotel is right below the highest point of Goreme so the views are insane and there is a restaurant/bar that has live music every night during sunset. We went every night of our stay and the musicians were incredible! Extremely talented! The combination of the music and sunset over the entire town was a scene from a movie. The rooms were spacious, huge actually, there was a massive tub and shower in our huge bathroom; though we didn't stay in our rooms much since there are so many activities to partake in Cappadocia. Overall, I have no notes only praises to be given for my stay at the Artemis hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel!! We loved staying here. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.the staff were accommodating and made us feel comfortable. Rose in reception was very pleasant and kind. She went out of her way to keep our company till our ride to the airport arrived. She is sweet, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. A beautiful hotel in a great location. From the moment we arrived we felt this would be a special experience. Rose warmly welcomed us and provided great information of Goreme and its surroundings. The hotel rooms are lovely and spacious giving you the real cave feeling. Sitting just below Sunset point the hotel has excellent an Teras, bar and viewing areas. We highly recommended this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to the center yet peaceful, with beautiful views over Göreme and the surrounding valleys. The cave-style rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, combining authentic charm with modern comfort. However, they are poorly soundproofed (see my comment at the end). The staff were extremely friendly, spoke good English, and were always ready to help with tours (especially balloon tours), transfers, or local tips. Complimentary water was provided every day, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent – great food, stunning views, and a lovely atmosphere. While there’s no room service, it’s easy to pick up your meal and enjoy it on your terrace or in your room. Breakfast was delicious and varied, though space can get a bit tight between 8 and 9 in the morning, so one morning we sat outside instead. The entire place is very well maintained and feels thoughtfully designed. It can get very lively until about 10 to 10:30 in the evening due to music and external guests in the restaurant, which feels a bit inconsistent with the adults-only concept of the hotel.

A truly magical stay – they’ve mastered the art of hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I spent a weekend at this hotel in Cappadocia, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had. The experience was simply amazing! The level of service is on another level — it feels like the staff can read your mind. Every wish is anticipated and fulfilled before you even get the chance to ask. I wanted a short Red Tour around the region, and when I asked about taking a taxi instead, they immediately came up with a perfect solution: they offered to arrange everything for me, all I had to do was tell them where I was, and they’d send the taxi anywhere. I was honestly blown away by how helpful and proactive everyone was. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff are truly exceptional — there’s always someone around to help, and they do it with such genuine warmth and professionalism. I can honestly say they could teach other hotels what true hospitality means. The only small downside is that you can’t really see the hot air balloons directly from the hotel. For those who dream of that iconic morning view, you can go to the nearby Sultan Hotel (same owner) and enjoy the spectacle from there. But if you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax, feel pampered, and be treated like a valued guest in every way, this is the hotel. Highly, highly recommended!

One of my favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. Our room was upgraded and we could not be happier with the suite. The staff was a highlight and were absolutely exceptional…they went above and beyond. 100% would recommend.

This was a beautiful hotel. It was clean, the breakfast was incredible and they are very helpful. It’s in a very pretty part of the valley high up so it’s near a lot of the caves. We met Linda there and she was extremely helpful and kind. If I return to cappadocia, I would gladly stay here again.

Aza Cave Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels. Our room (king suite) was very well furnished with an amazing bathroom and soaking tub. The balloons were visible from the terrace connected to our room every morning and were absolutely incredible. The free breakfast hike offered was an unbelievable experience where a guide will lead you on a short hike followed by a farm-to-table breakfast made at a locals and a tour that includes sheep, cows, and many other animals. The on-site sushi restaurant was also delicious and a nice change of pace if you are looking for a break from Turkish food. While everything was 5 star, I think the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff, who will go out of their way to help you at any hour of the day. They arranged a sunset camel ride for us and were available to make all our reservations and offer advice. They go out of their way to be friendly and kind. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the people their.

The rooms are spacious and the complementary fruit plate is a great gesture - shame it’s taken away the next morning before you can enjoy it. Bathrooms have a small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. We stayed 4 nights and it was just enough for one person. The rooms have very thin curtains that let the light in all night. We celebrated a birthday and they left a birthday cake in our room for us to enjoy. In general the staff are friendly and helpful staff apart from when checking out. They let us check out at 11.30 am, but at 11.27 am we received a rude phone call telling us we have to leave and they’re waiting. Breakfast tour to Kings Valley Farm is worth going on one morning. 10 min walk to the centre

The owners have done a fantastic job using paid influencers to hype this place up, but it’s just that. The room was fine but the AC wasn’t working. That makes for a very uncomfortable stay in July. The office did send a fan, but that didn’t help much, would’ve been nice to have the room changed. The pool is tiny and the public areas are crowded and small. The check in staff was very pleasant and friendly. Their sister property, Sultan Caves, is a much better option. However, if it’s in your budget, stay at the Museum Hotel. That’s hands down the best hotel in Cappadocia. The service, the rooms, and amenities are far superior than anything else in the area.

Great cave hotel! With a nice pool, delicious breakfast, near the town so you can easily walk to many restaurants and attractions. Room are spacious and the balcony is perfect for watching the hot air balloons in the morning.

The staff were very welcoming and kind - not only the front deck, but also those amazing people in the restaurant. They were always happy to offer help. They booked the tours for me, answered my countless questions. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The ac worked very well, which I was very pleased in the summer time. They have 2 buildings, I stayed in the smaller one which is 30 seconds away from the main hotel. There's an underground tunnel to connect both buildings, it's fascinating. I'm very happy with my stay and I highly recommend it.

Really fantastic hotel, I can’t recommend it highly enough for a really comfortable, hospitable and magical stay in Goreme. The staff were all friendly and it had a family feel to the place. They couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were immaculately clean and decorated tastefully in a way that celebrated the cave history of the site. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Really tasty and high quality and staff were attentive and welcoming. There was nothing flashy or pretentious about the place, it was just charming, tranquil, beautiful and welcoming. Probably my favourite note I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything is perfect. The hotel is nice with spacious bedrooms and perfect for holiday. the staff is superb! they provide you everything you need, just need to ask them! trust me. the breakfast was awesome. there were so many things to choose and with the view of hot air balloon, what else do you need bruh😭😭👍🏻 there also give you early check in, if the rooms is available for sure, but for me they give us space for us to settle down since we have very early tour on the same day of arrival. During check-out, they also give us place to put our luggage, a place to do prayers, place to rest and even some food for us to eat! since our bus will be on 9pm. i would recommend all of you to stay here!(this is not a paid review 🙏🏻)

It was my first time and night at Cappadocia. I didn't expect this much pretty and beautiful scene with a lots of hot airballoons. I visited here by rental car and they have a parking lot in front of their building. On the way to come this place is little bit tight so you need to be careful if you have a plan driving car. but in my case it was okay. there is a small garden and one roof top having couches a little. you can see the photographs as like I attached on this review. I highly recommend to come here very early morning before sun rising. Finally, a gentleman at reception was nice. He looks like serious but kind. thanks for your present Turkish delight :D

Our stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was pure magic. The hotel itself is gorgeous, carved right into the rock, making every room super cozy. The terrace offers the best view in the city for watching the sunrise hot air balloons – absolutely incredible! And the breakfast? Oh my goodness, it was amazing, a delicious spread of local treats. The staff were wonderful, making us feel right at home. Our host, Gokhan, was truly fantastic, helping us with everything and making our trip even better. A short walk from Goreme Otogar. I'd still recommend a taxi due to the steep slope. Once you enter the property, it's chic. It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms are nice. The sit-outs are even better. Aesthetically very appeasing to the eyes. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast. The varieties of food, the taste and the view is to die for. I would also like to make a special mention of Mr. Hamid who was extremely kind from the moment he greeted us at the breakfast, took a good care and literally felt of being "fed good food" in Turkey for the first time. I loved the hotel, the vibe. Also a very short walk to the main town with plenty of bars and restaurants around. From the price point, I felt this hotel to be slightly overboard with tons of hotels next door with similar aesthetics as well. Anyway I loved the experience here.

I usually get too lazy to write reviews, but this hotel and its tours were so wonderful that I felt I should share all the good things with others. This hotel has so many strengths. First of all—the terrace view is incredible. Located on a higher spot, it overlooks all of Göreme, so you can watch the sky fill with hot air balloons at sunrise—it’s truly spectacular. Since there are several terraces, it never felt crowded, unlike other hotels nearby where guests had to wait in line for photos. Here, we practically had the terraces to ourselves and took hundreds of photos. The terraces are spacious, so photos come out beautifully—and if you’re lucky, cats will wander in, making the perfect photo with both balloons and cats! Secondly, the quality of the tours arranged by the hotel is outstanding. Like most visitors, we joined the Green Tour and later the Red Tour, both run as small-group tours exclusively for hotel guests. This made a huge difference: clean vehicles, relaxed pace, and no wasted time picking up guests from other hotels. We even started visiting sites earlier than the big tour buses, so we enjoyed them without the crowds. Our guide was excellent—so much so that we booked both tours with him, and I’m glad we did. Honestly, the combination of this terrace and these charming tours alone makes booking this hotel absolutely worth it. Breakfast deserves a special mention—it’s simply amazing. The portions are generous, everything tastes delicious, and there’s so much variety, especially the desserts. The sweet pancakes were my favorite—I seriously wanted to ask for the recipe! Staff constantly checked if we needed more, and happily brought extra dishes when we asked. The rooms are also excellent: spacious, clean, with strong A/C, great water pressure, comfortable bedding, and plenty of amenities. Finally, the hospitality here is outstanding. The staff were always attentive, quick to respond, and helped us with balloon bookings, tours, and shuttles. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage and even invited us to relax on the terrace with tea and lemonade while waiting for our evening flight. Their warmth made our last hours in Cappadocia truly memorable. I didn’t expect to write such a long review, but there are just too many good things to mention. Stay here, and you won’t regret it—you’ll leave with unforgettable memories!

I stayed at this hotel in Cappadocia for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning. Compared to other hotels, the location of the rooftop was perfect for watching the hot air balloons and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. The room condition was great, and I was able to relax in the spacious hot tub. I’m very, very satisfied with this hotel and would love to come back again with my parents next time. Incredible hotel, great service and it was an excellent stay. The hotel staff were extremely hospitable, going the extra mile for us, they were excited to give us recommendations for our stay which we took on board and made it even more special. Would totally recommend booking the balloon via the hotel as they sorted everything for us and made it way easier. The room was fantastic, it was warm even during October. The hotel breakfast was a treat and a lot of food for two people Parking as you can expect in a small resort such as Goreme was limited, but we did not struggle to park outside. We had really nice experience in this hotel. We stayed in the top suite with the jacuzzi, which was a beautiful large room, with amazing views of the balloons in the morning. This wasn’t a cave room, but there are also some of those in the hotel. Breakfast is great with fresh pancakes and dessert buffet along with the standard mezze style breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and were knowledgeable about the various tourist activities. Their partners gave good prices on tours, hot air balloon rides etc, from comparison with the travel agents in the area. Location is great, and is on top of a hill so you get great views. One minor criticism is the provided champagne in the room was not good quality, as typical in most of Turkey.

Our stay at Romance Cappadocia Cave Hotel was okay but not great. The cave-style atmosphere was interesting, but the room itself felt quite outdated. The bed was old and made noise every time you moved, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom also needed improvement — there was no soap dispenser, and the toilet cover wouldn’t stay up properly. The staff, however, were nice and cooperative, which was the best part of the stay. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Overall, it was an okay experience but definitely not as good as expected.

It's a very cute and cozy hotel w cute cats roaming around. Greatly located at the higher part of the town and yet close enough to walk to city center. It's a very good spot to see the morning air balloons. Morteza is the kindest person I met in this trip. He's very friendly, energetic and always willing to take the extra steps to help. Superb hotel with everything you’d want from a trip to Goreme. Hotel is spread across several small blocks but connected via terraces and bridges. A 5-10min walk from the main tourist strip up into the hills, with impressive views at all times. Wake up early to see the hot air balloons go past super close, or watch the sunset - definitely worth it. Stayed in a deluxe stone room which was huge and adorned with Turkish lamps and a combination of stone and cave walls. Huge bathroom and the largest rain showerhead I’ve ever experienced. Awesome. Incredibly, incredibly helpful staff who were always up for a conversation, jokes and to help link you in with local services and negotiate discounts on your behalf (eg taxis to sites). Offered us coffee and tea on arrival with snacks. Airport transfers also available. Huge breakfast included in the room fee served to your table in a terrace restaurant - covering cheeses, olives, honey, jams, breads, your choice of eggs, a selection of cakes and freshly-prepared gozleme to order. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day for free. Will definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing time in Anatolian house spa hotel. The hotel is beautiful with a mix of caves and stone buildings. The pool and spa are great as well with a lovely atmosphere. Staff is really nice and always keen to help in any ways. The restaurant offers a good variety of Turkish food which is delicious and the view from the rooftop terrace is super . I highly recommend this place. On top of that the region is a delight, rich in history and breathtaking landscapes!

We had a gorgeous stay at Anatolian Houses - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! The staff are super friendly and really helpful when it comes to booking activities etc. But the main showstopper was the hotel itself - beautifully designed, with an amazing outdoor pool and a really relaxing indoor spa complex, perfect for spending time in after an early hot air balloon excursion. Great location too with loads of restaurants etc right nearby. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had the best stay here. The staff were so friendly and willing to help you with everything. We stayed for 5 nights and did a lot of the activities advertised by the hotel. The hotel organised them all and told us what time to be in the lobby. The hotel itself was gorgeous. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The spa was a lovely feature that was very clean and quiet. The hotels restaurant had a lovely selection of dishes to cater for all. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. We had a perfect view of the city which meant we didn’t even have to leave our room to see the balloons in the morning. We had a fresh bottle of water left for us each day which was nice to come back to. The viewing point from the hotel is perfect with gorgeous decor. The only thing missing was there were no outdoor sunbeds and the outdoor pool was closed. However, we sat on the seats and still enjoyed the sun. We would recommend this hotel to everyone as it couldn’t have been more perfect.

it’s only a quick 3-5 minute walk to the sunset point, but honestly, you don’t even have to go up there because the hotel terrace itself amazing enough. It offers panorama views nothing blocking your sight, and since this hotel is the closest one to the sunset spot and situated high up, you can even get great photos of the hot air balloons right above. All staffs are super kind, and room is cozy and clean. They provide a big bottle of water every day. The absolute best part? The breakfast!! Fresh food, bread, cheese, juice and coffee are prepare and they cook warm food for you right away. Can you imagine how nice warm meal is on a chilly morning around 4 to 7 degrees? I thought the view was the highlight here, but honestly, the breakfast stole the show too! The only tough part is climbing a steep hill, but it’s worth it. Choose a 5-minute climb at 5:30 instead of a 20-minute climb at 5:00 ;)

We stayed at Arif Cave Hotel for 3 nights and could not have enjoyed our stay more. From the welcome drink and chat at reception when we arrived, to the daily breakfasts cooked to order to all the lovely chats and helpful recommendations from the hotel staff - we could not recommend staying at Arif Cove more. The hotel is in an amazing location right at the top of Göreme overlooking the town with great access to the sunset lookout point and amazing views of the balloons flying over the town in the morning. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days during a all-around road trip through Turkey in May 2025, and it deserves an amazing review. The owner and his Staff were very kind, nice, respectful yet funny people, and they gave us great and honest advice for our trip, without treating us like "tourists", but treating us like friends. They have great options for horserides, for hot air baloons etc, with honest prices. The hotel is beautiful, the view is stunning and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast i have ever had.

An absolutely superb stay at Arif Cave Hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, being one of the highest cave hotels in Cappadocia and offering a splendid view of the hot air balloons. For the instagram girlies: The sunrise carpet photos at the terrace with the balloons are beautiful, and for the husbands who carry the bags :p : the walk to the viewpoint of the balloons is literally just 2 minutes from the hotel. So its a win win all the way. The views from the balcony are unmatched. Besides all these points, i think what made our stay absolutely unmatched due to which we have recommended this location to all friends and family hoping to visit soon, was the hospitality of Mr Han. More than a host, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay as if we were family to him. He also helped us book our horse riding and hot air balloon tour, so literally there was nothing to worry about. the street with all main cafes and restaurants is a 7 min walk and the famous carpet shop for photos is a 2 min walk, Attaching some photos here for reference. We stayed at Arif cave hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. Han, the host, treated us wonderfully from the very beginning. The view from the balcony of our room was absolutely stunning—we could watch the hot air balloons at sunrise without needing to climb up like everyone else! The staff was very kind, and breakfast was homemade and delicious. They even celebrated my birthday with a tasty cake. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our luggage and take a shower before our ATV tour—such a thoughtful gesture! Han also gave us great tips about what to do in the area. On our last day, I felt sick from something I ate on the street, and he prepared a homemade tea that really helped me feel better. After a disappointing experience in Istanbul, this place truly turned our trip around. We wanted to stay one more night, but we had already bought our flight tickets. Thank you so much, Hotel Arif. We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kappadokya! The manager was incredibly welcoming and absolutely hilarious ,he made us feel at home right away. The location is perfect, right by the highest viewpoint, with beautiful traditional terraces offering stunning views. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were gorgeous,especially the bed, which was unbelievably comfortable. I hadn't slept that well in a long time.. The staff were exceptional,so helpful, kind, and flexible. They truly treated us like princesses. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s a perfect place to stay!

We stayed at Luvi Hotel and it was truly an amazing experience. The room was very luxurious, with a private jacuzzi that made our stay extra special. Everything felt elegant and well-prepared. The room was spotless, the food was good, the service? Impeccable!!! Truly kind people and service from the heart! Ohhhh and Max the cocker spaniel!! First day upon reaching the hotel, we illegally parked right at the entrance, boss was really kind to get a bellboy out to help carry 2 x 25kg suitcases up a slope!! (I mean, wow!) Gurkan (which I didn’t know he was Mr Boss) patiently explained how we should plan our trip around cappadocia, the must sees and must do! When I got into a traffic accident, the first person I message was Mr Gurkan, shared my live location via WhatsApp and he showed up within 10mins! He got down and dirty to change the spare tires for us. I mean, which hotel boss would do that?? The most they’d just call a tow truck for you! I’m just a small customer, yet Mr Gurkan went out of his way to help us. I can’t be more thankful for his kindness.

Our stay at Luvi Cave Hotel was the most memorable part of our trip to Turkey. The hotel is centrally located in Göreme and in walking distance to the open air museum. It has the perfect terraces to catch a glimpse the early morning balloon flights or just take in Cappadocia's beautiful landscapes with a drink in your hand. We stayed in the King Suite with Balcony for three nights and would highly recommend choosing this room for your trip. The room was beautiful, spacious, and you also get your own terrace to soak in the views! The breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious. We really enjoyed the variety of the mezzes and breads every morning. We had the pleasure of meeting Boris, Denis and Arif, who helped us with any requests we had during our stay. When we arrived, Boris took the time share suggestions on what we could do around the region and gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations. We did not want to do group tours. So, Boris also arranged taxis when we needed. Our driver Ersin was so patient with us and showed us around view points along the way to our attractions. And of course, we can't forget Max, the puppy! It was such a pleasure to have him around and meet him everyday during our stay. If you're looking for an amazing stay in Göreme, I highly recommend Luvi Cave Hotel!

From the greeting we received at the reception, parking my car, showing us to and around our stunning room, we could not have asked for more. We were provided with lots of information to make our stay enjoyable, and it was, we were so sad to leave it all behind. here is my honest review: i wish this hotel not to be too popular.. but i am so thankful by boris and arif's service. quite at night, unique and clean room condition and best ever service. On the first day i arrived this hotel, i loved the interior and exterior of the place. all rooms are seperately located behind the reception center which gave us more privacy and felt real to staying in cave. We've walked around other hotels just to see at night, and some places are quite noisy because parties going on near by. if you prefer quite peaceful place, i recommend here. Service. We booked balloon tour seperately through klook and on the first day the balloon did not rise. it was our first time visiting Turkey from Asia (which means costed lots of money just for the balloon tour) and there was no next time. We were so sad and unprepared not to book again right after so all ballons for the next day was fully booked. I desperately asked Arif at Luvi receptionist, if he can help us out. long story short, he found few options while we were doing other daytime tour, and we were able to book with no stress at all. But, klook troubled again. our next morning flight shuttle pickup time was 6:30 am which conflicts with return time from balloon. the shuttle company let us know too late so we weren't able to cancel our balloon or the flight. (flight was 10am which was too much time waiting in the airport). Here, Boris helped us out in every espects. he called the shuttel company, finding other option to get to the airport, even packing our breakfast because we don't have time for dine in. there are more delicate caring points but i will make it short and secret because boris may feel pressure hehe. but of course i believe he will do his best to his guests:) Such a generous and peaceful place to be. i loved every part of it but just mentioning highlights of the best. thank you for unforgetable experience in göreme♡

We had an amazing experience staying at the Luvi Cave hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful architecture, terraces, and overall decor. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. However, what set itself apart from any other hotel we’ve been to was the pleasantness and generosity of its staff. As part of our honeymoon, we decided to do a small wedding ceremony in one of the hotel’s terraces and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Special shoutout to Boris who presided over the ceremony, made sure our stay was perfect, and even gave us tips on local restaurants! We may not visit Goreme any time soon but, if we do, you bet we’ll be staying at the Luvi Cave hotel!

Great stay! The room was clean, stylish, and built into a cave, with a nice jacuzzi. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the town center. The terrace in the morning is amazing, with views of hot air balloons and the sunrise. Best of all, the staff were super kind and helpful. They gave great advice and helped us book activities. We had such a wonderful stay for 3 nights here. Everyone was warm, welcoming & helpful. We did a day tour with Gulsha that they arranged & it was so special with an amazing homemade meal on the farm to finish. The breakfast buffet is delicious & the staff especially Fatma were so accommodating & remembered our coffee order after the first day. Only regret was not staying longer to get to enjoy the beautiful pool & spa. I definitely recommend Carus the rooms are beautiful & location was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Carus Cappadocia Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable — truly a lovely place to stay. The only downside is that right outside the hotel there is a mosque, so you can hear the muezzin, and there’s also a restaurant that stays open until well after midnight, which can make it a bit noisy. With earplugs, though, it was perfectly fine. Perhaps there are rooms on the other side of the building where it’s quieter. A special mention goes to Fatma from the breakfast service — she was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and managed everything perfectly. On the day she was off, her absence was definitely noticeable! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel — a beautiful place with great service and atmosphere.

Amazing location! Breakfast spread is incredible - try the turkish omelette. Service was fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, even providing us with boxed breakfast as we had to check out early to make our flight. The restaurant is lovely, with a sensational view and great cocktails. The pool and sauna are a great way to relax after a long day.

During our stay at Carus Hotel, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Fatma at the restaurant, and she truly made our experience memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, polite, and always had a cheerful, smiling face, which added such a positive vibe to our breakfast every morning. As vegetarians, we had limited options in the breakfast spread, but Fatma went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She thoughtfully arranged for fresh vegetables, French fries, and other vegetarian-friendly dishes that weren’t part of the regular buffet, ensuring we had a satisfying meal every day. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care really stood out. Fatma’s hospitality reflects the best of what Carus Hotel stands for — kindness and exceptional guest service. She truly deserves special appreciation for her efforts and attitude.

Oct 2025 review: We celebrated our anniversary and picked the largest room with Tub. First, the room size was great. 1) The view from the balcony led to an alley that was broken down , not a view one wants paying all that money and hotel could not accommodate with another room . Be aware that the overall room does not have great views. 2) service overall was fine, not at all top notch as expected. Overall, staff are pleasant. However, there was a restaurant manager who was rude and certainly made us feel like we were bothering him when asking for items ( this is during breakfast) . Thankfully, he was only there 1 day out of the 3 we stayed. Fatma a wait staff was absolutely amazing which is why service gets 4 stars . 3) This hotel owners have several other properties & concierge naturally send customers to their sister hotel for restaurant services. We ate at Setan and it was not great for the price. Much better options at other places. 4) bathroom has limited space. 2 ppl cannot get ready at the same time. 5) there is no closet or drawers.

The location is truly a highlight, offering easy access to local attractions. We were very pleased with the food, presentation, and the friendly, professional staff. The cleanliness, generous room size, and satisfying breakfast also made for a pleasant stay. ​However, the facilities—specifically the 'spa' area—leave much to be desired and were a real disappointment for us. While the pool itself was nice, the rest of the spa section was lacking. There were no key amenities like a hammam (Turkish bath), and there was no dedicated staff or receptionist at the spa to assist guests. ​The most inconvenient part was the access: the spa was not accessible from inside the hotel. You had to go outside and use a completely separate entrance, which felt disconnected and poorly planned.

We stayed at Carus Cappadocia back in July, so this review is a bit overdue. Our experience was truly unforgettable — everything exceeded our expectations! The staff and service were exceptional, with everyone being incredibly helpful and offering a very personalized level of care. A heartfelt thank you to Rusif, Melissa, and Fatma for going above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the spa and restaurant, were spotless and of a very high standard. The location is also perfect, with easy access to Göreme’s shops and restaurants.

This hotel has very nice rooms and a really helpful staff. They helped us with planning a balloon flight and rent a car for fair prices. The location and the rooftop terrace are beautiful.

Good location and views of Göreme, breakfast was excellent, reception team was helpful. The room wasn't great, bed was uncomfortable and our first night the heat was to high and AC wasn't working to get some sleep , although they fix it the next day, we had to remind the staff to clean our room every day and sometimes they didn't even clean it. Also don't rush to reserve tours with the hotel even if it's late, there are plenty of options all over the town with good prices and quality.

Our stay here was exceptional, we booked budget cave room, and it came with superb view. The room was super clean and had all amenities mentioned in their listing. The host were kind enough to let us check in early and kept our luggage safe on check out as well. They also offered us tours in really good prices and guided us well to plan our days. The best part about this hotel is the view from their rooftop, as it stands high on the hill you have full 360 degrees view of Göreme. Watching sunrise and the hot air balloons is one of the best experience we had while staying in here. Last but not the least the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Harman Cave hotel is a very tourist-friendly hotel. The staff's behavior is excellent, and the location is superb. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel's rooftop is an ideal spot to watch the balloons . You can see Uchisir castle, rose vally etc from your hotel room and rooftop. On a word it’s a highly recommended hotel

Amazing hotel. The room we had was indeed in the cave. It had great view and small balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location and view, but an OK room. Pros: Location was close to the central area and had a nice view of balloons and chimneys. Staff was very helpful with booking tours, airport transfers, and balloon flights. Breakfast was good and had enough vegetarian options (although they should label the food items). There were many nice seating areas outside in the open space, although the arrangement was slightly different from the pictures. Reception was available 24/7 and there was a luggage storage space available after checkout. Cons: The room and maintenance could be improved. Pricing could be better. The hotel's prices for tours and balloon flights were higher than what we found outside, and they claimed that their quality was better (although we didn't book through the hotel so we can't confirm this). Checkout time is early (11:00 a.m.) which doesn't help because many flights are later in the day. The entire property is only accessible by stairs.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the Fairy Chimney suite, as well as the other guest rooms. All of them were wonderful and comfortable, but the Chimney suite is stunning and well worth the money. We really love the family that owns and runs this resort. We had wonderful long conversations with them, they could not have been more helpful and friendly, and we felt like coming home when we returned at the end of the day. I want to also compliment the owner on the new lights in the entry way - they look great! We will definitely be back, thank you so much for your hospitality and the wonderfully appointed Chimney suite (your wife's personal touches in the decorating are perfect)!

We had a pleasant stay with Divan Cave Hotel last week. The location is amazing as it offers a rooftop terrace for sunrise hot air balloon viewing. If you feel fancy you can even book an exclusive breakfast on their rooftop deck and the place is all yours. The hotel is situated at the top of the city which is a bit of a hike up and down but its no struggle at all. Room is somewhat fairly sized and they got AC as it was a bit warm during our stay last week but at night the weather is cool. They got sumptuous breakfast buffet too make sure to wake up early! 😁

Our stay at Divan Cave House was wonderful. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was a good size as well, though the shower height was a bit shorter than standard, which I imagine is part of the authentic “cave” charm. The lighting inside the room could have been a bit brighter, but overall it was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to suit all diets, from fresh fruits and pastries to strong coffee and even fresh honey straight from the comb! The hotel’s location is very strategic. Being high up on the hill means there are no obstructions to the stunning view of Göreme. There are multiple rooftop areas at different levels where you can relax and take in the scenery — especially magical at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky.

Fantastic location with magical views in every direction -and we saw the balloons!! Amazing staff; quaint rooms and traditional Turkish breakfast. Easy stroll to the city centre - cannot recommend this place more highly. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Divan Cave House is perfect for a Cappadocia stay. They have unique rooms with local flavor, kind staff, and a great location. We stayed with our four young children and the staff were so accommodating when we needed extra sheets/towels, printer paper for kids to color on, etc. They were eager to help! Our room happened to have an enormous tub that our children also enjoyed (all four fit at once!) plus fluffy towels and individually wrapped bath scrub sponges. At the breakfast buffet we enjoyed veggie omelets for us and an array of fruits and sweet treats that our kids were all too happy to sample. Plus a massive honeycomb we could scoop from to spread on our bread. Our beds were cozy and the darkness of the cave room, plus thick curtains, blocked the light and enabled us all to sleep a little longer. Lovely! The family that owns it has lived in Cappadocia for generations and they know everyone. When I suspected my son’s food poisoning came from a yogurt drink at a certain cafe down in town, where we ate right before checking into the hotel, one of the owner’s daughters expressed concern. She said she knew the lady who runs the cafe and would speak with her about it. I’m grateful for our stay there and for the memories we’ve made. It was our third stay there and we’ll hopefully be back again!

They arranged the car for the Hot Air Balloon tour. The views from the rooftop are immaculate. 5 min walk from the city centre. The rooftop has the best view for hot air balloons as it is centrally located.

Great view, there is a rooftop for hotel guests to enjoy the balloons which fire up and hour before sunrise. The breakfast had good variety. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive.

One of our favorite hotels that we have been to! Unique experience staying in a cave room, with excellent pool views overlooking the valley. Great location to view the balloons as well. Staff were all very helpful and available 24/7. The breakfast had a lot of variety and is simply delicious.

What an amazing place! Cosy intimate hotel with fabulous views of Goreme and Uchisar Castle. Great location to watch balloons early morning and close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful getting us trips and activities and taxis arranged. Lovely little pool area to chill out with pool bar and snacks. Great selection of Turkish style breakfast foods and drinks. Felt like part of the family after a few days and did not want to leave. It was fine for us but you do need to be mobile and active as steps everywhere!

Nice, cozy and authentic boutique hotel. The room (we stay in King Suit ) was clean, comfortable and with lovely view to Goreme town from one side and pool terrace (where possible to watch balloons in the morning) from another side. The breakfast is really good: rich choice, beautifully cooked and presented. Drinks (for extra payment) was perfect. Staff are absolutely amazing. Big thanks to everyone for great caring about their guests. WiFi was good even on territory, by the way territory around also very nice and clean. Highly recommend "Doors of Cappadocia" if you are planing to stay in Goreme, hotel well located, it's very easy to reach historical places of Cappadocia and for taking walk in evening town.

This is a lovely hotel however the 1 star rating is due to the fact our 4 night stay was less than ideal due to the room air-conditioner not working and the management did nothing to assist fixing it. It is a hot location so aircon is expected for the price charged for this hotel. As a result we had to have every door and window open, which was still hot and then had the light and local noises all through the night to interrupt any sleep we did manage to get. Very disappointed that we weren't at least offered a room change (the hotel wasn't full) or a fan. Would not stay here again or recommend a stay. There are many, many other beautiful hotels to choose from in Goreme.

We had one of our most unforgettable stays in Cappadocia at *Doors of Cappadocia*. The *cave rooms* were incredibly comfortable, clean, and full of unique charm. Special thanks to *Mr. Ataberk*, the hotel manager, and *Mr. Mehmet* at the reception, who made us feel truly welcomed with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, the breakfast was excellent, and the view was simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The hosts, the team from this location was absolutely amazing with us. Myself and my wife recently got married, so at the beggining of June, we came to Capoadocia for our honey moon, more like honey week as we stayed only for 6days. But 6 wonderful days, as we were able to create special memories, memories for a lifetime and your team helped us. More like your family, as we felt realky safe and cared about and encouraged to express our desires. We didn't had the chance to try the pool, but it looked very clean and nice. Nice 3* hotel situated up a fairly steep incline (as many hotels are in Goreme) laid out on multiple levels. Great views out over Goreme. Room was comfortable and large, with a spar bath, though the lighting could be better. Staff were cordial and a little inattentive, as they had to keep being reminded to top up breakfast items that had run out. The breakfast itself was adequate.

I did not stay here but it was raining and we were lost. A man from this hotel took us inside, made coffee for us and called our hotel owner to have him pick us up. So kind .

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect in every way! The staff a very friendly and there service is impeccable! The hotel manager, Serkan was very helpful and helped me with various tours and airport transfers. My room was delightful, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with a big variety of fresh fruit, breads, sweets, cereals and hot buffet. I had amazing views of the balloons from my doorstep and also on the rooftop I could see for miles and the view in the mornings of the balloons was fantastic! If your looking for a great place to stay, then I highly recommend you choos Miras Hotel. You will be happy for it. I also, highly recommend the Balloon ride and the various tours on offer.

I stayed at Miras for two night in June. This is a beautiful boutique cave hotel in the heart of Göreme. I stayed in room 106 that has an amazing view. From what I could see all the rooms have a good view since they all face the valley where the town is. There are tables and chairs outside the rooms for enjoying the view while having your coffee or tea, or reading a book. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very clean and the water was warm. The roof top will give you a better view of the valley if you try it. The location is very close to the town center but be prepared for walking down the hill and then back up. I noticed that this is the case for many hotels in Göreme with a good view. The breakfast was served at the table with the whole collection of a would-be buffet. Eggs and omelettes are made to the order. BTW, the lady in the kitchen makes amazing menemen. The staff are super nice and their hospitality went beyond my expectation. Thank you both Serkans! (the manager and the receptionist). Overall, I will definitely stay at Miras when I go back to Cappadocia.

It was an amazing trip, hotel is in a perfect location only 5 mins walk from sunset point and importantly staff member are super friendly and helpful. From girls in the kitchen( sorry don’t know the name) too gents in front office. Beautiful hospitality from all members and special thanks to Serkan who was ever so helpful and nice. He organised our hot air balloon and made sure everything was spot on with no flaws. We stayed in hotel for 4 days and he looked after us very well from day on and usually breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:30 but day we we’re leaving at 5:00 am in morning he made sure we get pack lunch as we driving to Antalya. It was a beautiful gesture from him as he was not working that morning but made sure we were looked after. I will like to think that owner of the hotel is looking after him as he is definitely looking after his business very well. Lastly breakfast is absolutely amazing, freshly cooked and taste delicious.

I stayed at Miras Hotel this week. It's a beautiful hotel, great location, close to the centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean, good breakfast. But what makes them different is the amazing staff that are so helpful, polite and kind. Serkan organised the ballon ride and green tour for us. And both Serkan and Rana were always very helpful and always had a smile on their face!! Lovely kitchen staff too. Great service. Recommended to all

We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: Great location & walking distance to most things. Very responsive on WhatsApp & breakfast was good! There are tables outside with nice view too. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cons: Bathroom smelled like mildew and I think I got mold poisoning. Woke up the first morning with a very sore throat and extreme sinus congestion. This wouldn’t be surprising because water got everywhere after each shower so it makes sense there would be mold. Also we booked a transfer to the airport and were told it would be a direct transfer. We paid 40 euros for this and it was not direct. It stopped 4 times and took almost two hours to arrive at the airport. Breakfast did not start until 8:30am which is pretty late considering many tours start early and we wanted to go explore but needed to eat. Overall I probably would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but for $115 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

We had a fabulous one night stay at the hotel. Located at a height, it was perfect for hotair balloon view in the morning and the staff made us feel welcome. We booked our activities with the hotel as well and got them done. Would recommend to everyone.

When I checked in, everything seemed fine—but around 1 a.m., the electricity went out completely. No AC, no lights, and no explanation from staff. The room was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation. Poor service and zero accountability. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst hotel ever on my trip to Turkey. The hotel is not so great and the staff is very rude. Location is Somewhat OK. I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely not recommend this to anybody else. Was staying there for several nights and And requested to leave a little Earlier was not approved by the hotel and full amount was charged. They don’t understand peoples situation. I am a hotel owner myself and come across the situation several times and we always try and help the guest, but not this hotel. Do not choose this hotel there are lots of good hotels around

A peaceful retreat perched just below Göreme’s most iconic viewpoint. While others pay to access the lookout, guests here enjoy free entry, and my private balcony offered a view that truly rivaled it. More than once, passersby complimented the spot. I felt lucky to be staying there. The location made exploring the region easy and effortless, yet the property itself remained quiet and restful. My suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful, arranging everything from local tours and balloon rides to an affordable airport transfer after checkout. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel personal. Breakfast was plentiful, with a generous open buffet and great variety. A lovely place to rest and recharge in one of Turkey’s most stunning landscape

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Don’t think twice, just book a room here. The location cannot be beat with incredible views of the city and only a 2min walk to the lookout point over the city. The staff is amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area to help plan your day. The rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable beds. If you’re lucky enough to stay on a Saturday night there is live music to enjoy. I loved my stay here and wish I had the time to stay longer. Will definitely book here again!

We stayed at Ascension Cave Suites for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety, and the views from our room were simply breathtaking. The cave-style atmosphere added a unique charm to our stay. Everything was beyond expectations — definitely a 5⭐ experience! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely hotel , location was fantastic , you don’t have to pay to go to the look out as your hotel is in the look out area 2 minutes walk in your cozy Pj to see the marvellous sunrise with balloons. Or to watch the sunset Amazing reception , the man was really good and very responsive on what’s app as we arrived late at night he welcomed us and carried our bags with a smile The location is great for pick up for the tours and ballon ride Breakfast was amazing too Try to ask for a cave room away from the cafeteria. As it becomes noisy at night specially if you are jet lagged , we travelled from Australia so we were jet lagged and slept early We loved our cave rooms and lovely hotel highly recommend ❤️

I had an amazing stay at Ascension hotels. The rooms were comfortable and pretty-I even got a complimentary upgrade and a complimentary glass of their famous wine! The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful & they were genuinely very kind and friendly people. It was just a 2 minute walk up to sunrise and sunset point (the best spot in town to see the balloons and take photos). It’s walkable to all of the best restaurants and live music nearby. There’s even a sweet puppy named Leo that greets you when you arrive. I can’t say more about how wonderful my stay was. I went for 5 nights and left with new friends that I look forward to seeing next time I visit Capadoccia. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Ascension Cave Suites in Göreme. The location on Lover’s Hill is perfect – every morning I could watch the hot air balloons rise over the valley right from the terrace, which felt magical. The hotel is only a short walk to the town center, so it’s convenient without being noisy. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. They helped me arrange airport pickup and a balloon tour, and always greeted me warmly whenever I came back. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, and traditional Turkish dishes that made mornings special. My room was carved into the cave and felt very atmospheric, with comfortable bedding and enough modern touches to be cozy. Just note that since it’s a cave hotel, every room is different and there are some stairs, so it may not suit everyone. Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a place that combines authentic Cappadocia charm with friendly service and incredible views, Ascension Cave Suites is a great choice. I’d happily recommend it to friends and would stay again!

Good location. Great views of Gerome from the terrace. Breakfast is the best we ever had in Turkey. Mr Smiles was also funny and welcoming. Made us feel right at home. He made our stay so much enjoyable. Greetings from Australia.

The location is good, just a few minutes from the center. It's great that there's no noise around. The rooftop is a good spot to see the hot air balloon, just a few steps away. We went to see the hot air balloon every day during our stay. On another trip, you can walk up to the hill behind the hotel. You will see another view. Housekeeper, Nur and Aminah are very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast, with a variety and good taste. I have to say the good point. The room and shower area small size but it is fine for us with the price. I would like to rate here at 4.5 stars but it has a bit of a toilet bowl issued and no Wifi internet for 3 days during our stay.

Nice hotel, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Communication and service was always done promptly. Our room always had fresh towels, and everything was restocked every day. Breakfast was buffet style with several delicious options to choose from.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was not very “cave like”. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop had a great view for balloon watching. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was a great addition. I wish it started a tad earlier than 8am.

The views from the terrace are really good! They have a lot of terraces and is the best thing of this hotel. The room is very small, it looked better on booking and it could be cleaner. The staff could be more friendly, as soon as we arrived they made us go to get cash, we were very tired and instead of being able to rest we had to go to get cash to pay for the balloon. Also, if you are leaving early you will loose your breakfast, they don't offer you options like other hotels do. Do not book balloon with them, you will have to pay in cash and the company they sent us to was not safe at all, we were 22 in the balloon and it didn't feel good, also we had to pay with cash which is ridiculous for that amount of money. The rest of the activities like quad and transfer were very good and good management of the hotel. I really recommend the quad activity.

The hotel restaurant is a great hidden gem. Delicious and very affordable dining compared to so many out there. The atmosphere is also very and enjoyable. We enjoyed a late night dinner, almost like a private dining experience.

We loved it! - Location is superb and the staff it’s amazing, helpful and professional. All the services you need for the stay like shuttle, tours, laundry, and restaurant, they can provide them for you. They usually work with Ferman and Mehmet as tour guides (from sister company Gate of Cappadocia Travel) and they are unbeatable, knowledgeable and super pro! We’re delighted with our (second) stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything while still feeling peaceful. The staff were always welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the restaurant. The chef is truly passionate about his craft, even gathering fresh herbs from the terrace to use in his dishes. The food is traditional, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The terrace itself is stunning, a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and watch the hot air balloons drifting across the sky. It really added something magical to the stay.

We LOVED this place. We had the room with the private terrace and had a wonderful peaceful view of the balloons in the morning and could see the lit up town by night. The terrace was a big highlight to our trip here. The room itself was very spacious which we loved as we traveled with our toddler. The bathroom was the cave part chiseled into the stone. The room was clean and everything worked wonderfully. They set up a very nice toddler crib which our child loved and slept in wonderfully. The location was also top notch, they had a nice little market right next to the hotel and anywhere in town was very walkable. The breakfast was top tier and included in our room prices. The staff was also friendly and helped us with information and booking whenever we needed help.

We stayed at Stone House Cave Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always paying attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and beautifully designed with the authentic cave style. Breakfast was excellent – very complete with a wide variety of options, and we especially enjoyed starting the day with such a generous spread. The location is perfect for exploring Göreme and the terrace views are stunning, especially in the morning with the balloons. Overall, a fantastic stay – we will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

I cant comment on the rooms as we only came for food , however as the food is pretty fine no complaints. My biggest problem is that I couldn't enjoy my meal . The whole time the waiters chased the cats away by squirting them with water . Even after I told them it was fine and we where the only ones here . They couldn't focus on actually serving us as thats all they where concerned about. Also me and my partner both got splashed by said water. I find it rather cruel . All the other restaurants have embraced the cats and kittens. I wouldn't eat here simply because of this and how uncomfortable it made me . Would not recommend

My partner and I stayed at Goreme Cave Lodge for 3 nights in September and it was the best hotel experience, everything from the location, room and amazing staff was phenomenal! Hotel was clean and organised well, staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything for us, booked any excursions we wanted for us and organised all transfers. Our hot air balloon ride was originally booked for our first morning there, however it was moved to the next morning due to weather being expected to be better, however when we arrived for the balloon flight it was cancelled at last minute due to weather conditions, we thought this was our last opportunity due to an early flight the next day however the hotel staff went above and beyond to organise us onto the very first balloon the next morning and organised a taxi back to the airport afterwards. We can’t be more appreciative of everything the staff have done for us and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful town. This hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to the town centre and has the most beautiful views from the terrace as well as a well maintained pool. Thank you Bülent, Murat and Abdullah for your amazing hospitality.

The location of Goreme Cave Lodge was excellent 🙌 Less than 10 minutes walk from downtown 🤩 Nice and quiet area because of the perfect distance away from the center of downtown 👌The breakfast was awesome, and is a must if breakfast is an important part of your day. 🙋 The lodge is family owned and extra care is definitely noticeable during your stay 🙏 We received evening snacks daily from the owners which included various fruits 🥰 The owners surprisingly bought a birthday cake for my wife which was so awesome because we didn’t mention it to them, but they noticed during check in 🙏 I love the recommendation that they provided during our stay to include some really awesome restaurants in the area ❤️‍🔥 The room that we stayed in was #3 which is the 2nd to the biggest within the lodge 💝 It also holds sentimental value as well as decades of history. The room was nice and clean. Directly in front of the room is a pool to soak during hot summer days. There is a patio to watch the balloons fly over the city, or take pictures with stunning rock formations to include Uchisar Castle. Lastly, the entire staff were nice, friendly, honest, and good people you can definitely trust in making your stay an awesome and enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful time at the Göreme Cave Lodge. The location is perfect, very close to the city center but far enough to quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean, and the shower was amazing! The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, and the grounds were stunning. I would have to say the best thing about our entire stay was the staff. They were so caring and accommodating, we really felt quite at home. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family to stay in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, Burak, Bülent and the team were highly accommodating and went to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed to maximise the short time we had in the city. This hotel is hands down is my best hotel experience so far! The best thing about this place is the staff members. They really made me feel like I was at home all the time and they became my Cappadocia family. They’re attentive, kind, humble, friendly and very helpful about anything. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. However, being at the top, you do need a cab to go back up. Going down is not an issue. They have a staircase in the back that leads you right to town. The open roof top is the best for pictures and hot air balloon sightings. LThe staff was amazing. Really tried to make our stay memorable. They arranged our shuttle to and from the airport and were very helpful. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like a cave to us. We had a glass door to get the view, I suppose, but at no time did I feel like I was in a cave. The room jacuzzi was great but the outdoor jacuzzi was out of service. The breakfast buffet was great. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere at the bottom of town and missing out on the amazing views. I highly recommend it! I highly recommend it.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! The room was very unique with the cave feel and theme, bed was comfy, living space had a nice sitting area, real fire place, tons of space, bathroom was huge and clean. Only thing that was a bit bothersome was the floor got super wet when we showered – the seal wasn't the best but it didn't ruin our time there. The staff were so helpful and kind to us, they helped us coordinate shuttles for our excursions without question and made sure we were safe and informed at all times. There isn't a pool as stated but there is a jacuzzi tub which was right outside our room (room 5) with a little bistro set. The hotel is pretty much at the highest point in the town, so the views are second to none during the day and at night when everything is lit up. We woke up early on our last day to watch the hot air balloons rise in the fields below, it was an incredible sight to see. There are tons of spots they have set up around the property to take memorable vacation photos. A buffet breakfast is included so we were able to save some money on dining out every day in the morning. My boyfriend and I cannot speak more highly of this property. Caution for those who have trouble walking, since the property is up quite high and it is a very warm climate, you may need to consider booking a shuttle to get you there. The village is very hilly where the hotels are so expect to sweat and be tired by the time you reach your accommodation. There is a secret staircase in the village (the staff can tell/show you where it is) that takes you directly up to the property but it's close to 200 stairs up so you're still going to be exerting some energy if you're not good with climbing.

I had a wonderful stay at Traveler's Cave Hotel. The view is absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the best I’ve ever seen. The hotel is located higher up on a hill, so you’ll need to drive up to get there, but it's absolutely worth it once you arrive. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay here - the rooms here are massive and the terrace is a great spot for viewing hot air balloons. Proximity to town is great, maybe a 5min walk. In particular - Ünal deserves all the recognition he receives in these reviews. He was extremely helpful and kind upon our departure, with providing my sick travel companion with orange juice to carrying our bags blocks away to our airport shuttle. Thank you!!

My family and I stayed in Cappadocia Cave Rooms for two nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it! Selim, the manager, was very attentive to our needs, and he always made sure that we were happy and satisfied. Aisha, the receptionist, was excellent in every way! She gave us detailed instructions for activities in and around Goreme. She also helped us book an ATV tour for an affordable price. The staff is amazing, and we loved the cook (I forgot her name) she made the most delicious doughnuts we have ever had, and her baklavas are out of this world! Let's not forget to mention that we were greeted by the two cutest dogs, Mafi and Lucky. A little bunny also wanders around and having these animals on site, made our kids even happier to be there! Needless to say, we'll be staying at this hotel every time we visit!

Selim, Rachel and the pets were what made this stay so special. I can't describe how comfortable we were. Every evening it felt like being part of a family you never knew existed. The subtle music on the terrace every evening to the impressive rooms. Not to forget the small but perfect swimming pool for cooling off! Can't get better at this price point! If we stayed anywhere else Cappadocia would not have left such an impression on us. (The dinner menu is also delicious.) It was the highlight of our trip

The place is nice but the owner forbiddes you to buy ticket tours from other agencies. If you do so, he gets mad and will write a very bad review full of lies in your profile. The room contract says nothing about fidelity with the hotel, nor have I signed anything about exclusivity of booking tours with them (which are actually more expensive than other agencies). That didn't have to be like that, Selim, right? You cannot violate people's freedom of choice, this is really bad. I could make a complaint about you with the authorities. What a pitty a beautiful place like that has a bad manager full of lies.

First of all, what a lovely group of people who run this hotel. Super helpful finding a balloon ride for us for more affordable than could be found online. Our kids loved the small dog (did not bother anyone) and bunny. Breakfast was simple yet had good variety. A heads up, there is no parking with the hotel. We parked on the street. What a great place to stay .Atmosphere from the start was helpful and calm . Rachel & Selim are very friendly and approachable with all requests . Pool has no close time , lovely to have a sip in the cooler evenings . Full buffet breakfast with plenty of choice . We enjoyed lunch too and of course a few cold beverages . Terrace provides a great sunset & sunrise view and a great view over Goreme . Family room was very adequate and bathroom beautiful and spacious . Absolutely loved my stay here! While the location is almost at the top of the uphill road, its view is amazing! Staffs were always professional and friendly. The atmosphere of the cave hotel is always warm and dimmed but never scary. Hotel is also near the main Goreme town area and is a walking distance to the Open Air Museum. An absolute gem!

We were able to watch the hot air balloons from our room each morning, which was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. Despite being elevated for those stunning views, the hotel is still conveniently close to the heart of town and within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions, including a wonderful Turkish bath we visited. **Staff & Service:** The staff here are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and it was no problem at all that we arrived quite late - they welcomed us warmly and got us settled in quickly. They also thoughtfully provided bottled water for our family every day, which was greatly appreciated. **Accommodations:** Our room was spacious and perfect for our family of five, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Each room comes with its own private seating area outside, which we loved using to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and well-kept throughout. **Amenities:** The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the fresh omelets were a particular hit with our family. We had an amazing stay. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is amazing. The room was spotless. The staff was very kidn and welcoming. The only area that could be slighly improved is the breakfast, which did not match the outstanding level of the rest of the experience. Highly recommend!

Incredible location with fantastic views. The front desk was very helpful with recommendations for places to go and things to see. Breakfast was okay but not great. From here it’s easy to get to many fair chimney locations, if you rent a car as we did. Parking here is secure and easy, with a private area inside the hotel fence. There is also a great viewpoint for hot air balloons in the morning: one morning we could even see one from our room window. WiFi is not secure here, so be careful as your passwords can be stolen.

What should I say about this property !!! One of the best I have ever stayed in my life. Amazing rooms, best service, best locality and the best breakfast. Smooth check in and the most friendly front desk. The family room we got was spacious and roomy. Bathroom is massive with separate shower and bathtub area. House keeping team is the best and they keep the room and bathroom fresh every day. We were there for 3 days and every day we felt like we were entering a new room. We booked guided tour through them too. We got an amazing guide. Mr Hakam was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were taken around in Lunar's Mercedes Vito and the driver was like a family member. Coming to the breakfast, fresh, tasty and what a spread. Most of the items in the menu repeat on all days but still you enjoy it. Another important point is around the location of the hotel. It is on a very high point and don't miss the early morning view of the balloons from there. You can view them right from the main door of the rooms. They also have decks at various levels in case you want more exclusive pictures. The friendly dog in the hotel 'pickles' is an added perk. He is very cute and friendly. They also have a few cats (obviously when you are in Turkey) and they are also very friendly. We finally got the airport drop also arranged via them. In summary, pick this place with your eyes closed if you get a deal that suits your budget.

Hotel is on higher grounds so you can have an aerial view of the surrounding. Good view of the hot air balloons. Hotel compound is big. Buffet breakfast has quite a good spread. As it is uphill, if you walk from the town center it can be tiring. Rooms are spacious. Hotel can help arrange for airport transfers. There is also a travel desk within the hotel. I do like it much as it offers a quiet surrounding away from the bustle in the town center. It's not far to walk to the center, maybe about 10-15mins. Recommended if you want a more quiet stay. We stayed in September.

We originally booked this hotel for our honeymoon and were impressed by its great location, beautiful design, and excellent reputation. Due to an accidental double booking, we had to cancel—and the hotel kindly accommodated our request, even though the booking was non-refundable. We truly appreciate their understanding and warm customer service. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we visit and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay at Goreme Cave Rooms & Pool was extremely disappointing and stressful. Upon arrival, there was a mistake made by the hotel regarding the additional amount required to upgrade our room. Even after the manager admitted the error, my family (including three children) had to wait nearly an hour and a half to get the room. Shortly after settling in, the receptionist informed us that the manager no longer wanted us to stay and that we would have to leave the next day at 11 a.m. The receptionist confirmed this decision was not even related to the children — making the “noise” excuse in their later claims very questionable, especially since we had only been in the room for a few minutes. The manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the situation caused us significant stress. Booking.com customer service was contacted, but no concrete help was provided at the time, leaving us to manage the problem alone. We were refunded for the unused nights, but only after much hassle. This experience ruined our visit to Goreme and left us with a very negative impression. I do not recommend this property to families or travelers who expect professionalism, respect, and good hospitality.

We had very nice stay in the center of Cappadocia, hotel is simple but clean, has nice breakfast, reception is very helpful, all was really good. Special thing is rooftop terrace where you csn watch the baloons in sunrise!

I recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, very friendly English speaking personnel (especially Kamal the cook), it's facilities and breakfasts. Although there was a whining sound coming from the neighboring restaurant's AC, which I first feared to hear all night, it switched off by the late evening, and my sleep was a good one both nights.

Very good location. Walking distance to all cafes, restaurants, bus station and the travel agencies. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and it's been quite good. The best of the hotel, without doubt, is the terrace. Having breakfast there every morning has been my favourite moment. My room was comfy, with all your need for your stay although it was a little bit small. Great and helpful staff.

Conveniently located, Terra Cove Hotel was the perfect choice for my first solo trip to Cappadocia. The highlight of my stay was the meticulously prepared daily breakfast—such a wonderful way to start each day. The bathroom amenities were great, and having a small refrigerator in the cave-style room was very convenient. Fresh bottled water was replenished daily, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. The room itself was spacious, and the rooftop area was large enough for all guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking hot air balloon views. I truly recommend this place.

Terra Cave Hotel offers a serene and comfortable retreat in the heart of Cappadocia, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and restful place to stay. We love the cheese omelette so much that we even ask the staff how it was made of 3 types of Turkish cheese. The staff are welcoming and talkative also, offering us more knowledge on local culture and places to go in Cappadocia.

Stayed for 5 days in July 2025 at Superior Cave Suite. The room was large, spacious. Had all the necessary amenities like body wash, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer. These were provided daily along with 2 water bottles, along with coffee, sugar, tea and milk powder. I really like the cave design of the room, kept the room cool in summer even without the AC. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Lady at the front desk was amazing, booked our airport transportation and tours as well. They had breakfast included along with evening tea and snacks Breakfast was amazing, made fresh eggs and omelette for anyone that needed. Had options like pancakes, sausages, fresh cakes, fruits, vegetables. The chef lady was excellent and really enjoyed the breakfast with the view. They have 2 different rooftops to enjoy the view, you can see the hot air balloons and enjoy the view.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a Turkish-style buffet with lots of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea — such a lovely touch to relax after exploring. The terrace has amazing views, especially at sunrise, and the cave room was cozy and unique. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tours are usually cheaper if you book them yourself, but the hotel can organize them for you if you prefer. Good location. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were lovely and kind, and the daily included breakfast was amazing. However, the entire reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop terrace they very prominently display in all of their promotional pictures, so it was incredibly disappointing to arrive and be told their rooftop was “closed for rain”. There was no rain all 3 mornings of our stay, and every neighbouring hotel rooftop was open. Seemed like an excuse for them not being prepared for the season yet as there was absolutely no furniture on the rooftop. A very strange choice given many likely do book this property to be able to enjoy the sunrise hot air balloon view on the rooftop, so this is something to keep in mind before booking.

Fantastic hotel with breathtaking terrace from which it is possible to appreciate the hot-air balloons taking off and flying in the sky around 5am. We are mid range budget travelers and are very happy to have found Old Town Stone House. With its traditional cave suites, perfect location close to restaurants, shops and cafes. Their breakfast spread served on the rooftop is impressive and delicious. We love the open seating deck area where you can watch the hot air balloons flying by - quite the view and photo opportunity! The owner and staff are amazing. We booked the hot air balloon ride through them and it was perfect. Thank you for amazing memories of Cappadocia ❤️

Mehmet was an amazing host. He accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place. It's centrally located. It's well priced. I slept very well. It has great air conditioning and is so comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The people I met were amazing.

Located just a few minutes walk from the city center, Old Town Stone House is a great place to stay at in Göreme. The owner, Mehmet, is very kind and helpful and accommodating. He's at the breakfast terrace every morning to greet, assist and chat with guests. Breakfast selection is great with cereals and breads and cheeses and salads and a whole lot more. Omelette is freshly made on demand. The room itself is clean and there's an outdoor viewing area on every floor. I watched the balloons every morning I stayed there. The staff are also all very kind and hospitable and even after I've already checked out, Mehmet and his team are still helping me with other things that I need. They also gave me a very cute magnet/bottle opener souvenir! Highly recommend staying at this place!

We stayed for 4 nights and hotel was really good.. The manager Kamel is an amazing person. He is very nice and makes others feel happy. We enjoyed our stay in Helen cave suite. First we booked comfort room and after arriving to the hotel we were disappointed with the lack of amenities. Bathroom was not working properly, and there was some dust everywhere in the bathroom. We asked for an upgrade to an another room and Kamel helped us to change our room immediately as it was not full because of the off the season. And then we changed our room and it was amazing.. bathrooms were nice and tidy. But at the night we were struggling to sleep because we had a breathing difficulty due to the insulation. At night we kept our windows open and then we managed to sleep. But we had to pay extra for the room upgrade. Other than the hotel is great.. The most interesting part of the hotel is breakfast. I really love the way they serve breakfast to the guests. Food were really good. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.. And the view was so breathtaking from the terrace . We were there from 28th to 1st of Jan. I booked this hotel because of the beautiful terrace view but unfortunately they closed the seats on the terrace due to the bad weather. We were waiting for them to open the seats on the terrace but they didn’t open. On the New Year’s Eve also they closed the balcony and seats. But on New Year’s Eve They opened the bar area and served some free food for guests which was amazing. We were little bit disappointed because we couldn’t use and take some nice pictures with the balcony and seats. If you’re traveling to cappadocia make sure to check out all of these little things!! You can enjoy breathtaking balloons view from Helen’s terrace. And there was a cute doggy and he made my holiday extra special. He was running here and there and made others happy. He is very friendly with guests. And also they helped us to plan our trip from A-Z. You can book red tours, green tours, balloon rides, horse riding with the hotel. Had an amazing stay at Helen Cave Suites and would highly recommend it. The location is great and allows for a clear view of the balloons. The staff is friendly and gave good recommendations, even set us up with a balloon tour we enjoyed for a decent price. A delicious Turkish breakfast was included each morning. The only cons we had were the bed feeling a little damp and not the best lighting in the room, but maybe that was because we were in a cave room.

Hotel - The view alone was very impressive. I would have given this a top Five Star rating just for the view alone. Hotel grounds. It was well kept, clean and the garden was just beautiful. Room was beautiful, it was what we were looking for (the cave feel) to experience Cappadocia. WIFI was intermittent, which was understable since the room was a cave. Service was great. > Minus .50 star Breakfast was just good. There was not much selection and it was not a buffet style. They offered mostly bread, cheese, olives, few slices fruits, (1) egg per guest, (2) small slices of ham per guest. There was so much waste with the food since I cannot have cheese and olives. I would have preferred to have more fruits instead of cheese and olives. > Minus 1.0 star for the bathroom. This is where Helens Cave disappointed us. They need to do a thorough cleaning of their bathroom. Shower was moldy (good thing I bought flip/flops when we were in Fethiye). Towels were very thin and tattered. In the end. I will still recommend this hotel just with a caveat (not so great bathroom) because of the view. Nothing beats seeing the hot air balloon so close as it passes you in the morning. Watch the city lights as you sit on your balcony at night.

I can definitely say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in (coming from someone who has travelled a lot!). The rooms are spacious and clean, and has a very luxury and traditional feel to it. Everything looks just like the photos. The views are breathtaking from the terrace, and from every part of the hotel. The hotel is not so big, so its peaceful and not crowded during sunrise for that perfect photo. The breakfast is simply amazing! I go to bed looking forward to breakfast every night. Most importantly, Kemal is such an amazing and wonderful person. He has made us feel at home and goes out of his way to make everyone happy. The staff have also been accommodating to make our stay more comfortable in ways such as, microwaving leftovers, providing free water and additional toiletries. I definitely recommend staying here and we hope to be back again someday :)

My stay : 2024 Apr Overall) I stayed here to take an advantage of watching sky view and have easy access to sunrise point. Location and mood was good and I enjoyed beautiful day and night view from hotel. Good) Spacious and calm atmosphere around hotel and I was satisfied with family room accommodating with 4 people of my family. Right beneath sunrise point, helped me walk around comfortably enjoying time late at night. Bad) When stepped in first, there was a bug in bath tub so flushed it away myself. (It was ok because it's cave hotel) but in general, hotel seemed not ready to have customers before peak season. Most critical point for me was breakfast started at 8 am, I couldn't enjoy because I needed to go to airport before 8 am. My mistake I didn't check in advance but wonder why hotel offers it from 8 am, generally it begins late. Also, there was no in-room air conditioning, I barely controlled temperature on my own.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Firstly the hotel itself is amazing, the room we stated in was beautiful, and the breakfast was brilliant. It was the exact kind of hotel that you would want to stay in when visiting Goreme. What made this hotel so special, however, was the service. Due to weather, our hot air balloon ride for the following morning (not booked through the hotel) was cancelled by the time we arrived, however the staff had already booked us in for a ride the following day by the time we had checked in. This is because the hotel manager was also a hot air balloon pilot for one of the companies, so could ensure that we would not be disappointed by missing out. Without the help of the hotel staff, having our balloon ride cancelled could have been incredibly stressful, however they made the situation so much better, and meant that we got to tick off this bucket list experience. 10/10, couldn't recommend highly enough.

We had a very pleasant stay at Helen Cave Suites. The staff is very helpful. The location of the property is excellent with a short walk from the city Centre. The view from the roof is breathtaking. The rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bathroom and a jacuzzi.

Had dinner here twice during the three days we stayed in Goreme. Great views, excellent athmosphere, very good and attentive service and the best food in town we tried. The cucumber salad, the hummus and the chicken wrap more than good 👍🏻 And the most reasonable prices we have seen in Turkey, after a week in Istanbul and Cappadocia. It was so hard choosing a hotel since there were sooo many options, but I’m so glad we chose Caftan Caves for our unforgettable stay. We booked the honeymoon suite, which included a private balcony. The suite was spacious and clean, and the entire design of the hotel is so unique, I’ve never seen anything like it. They also have an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which made the experience even more magical. Their restaurant is beautifully lit at night and has views of the iconic scenery, making every meal feel special. They also have a wonderful hotel dog, she keeps to herself and she’s very quiet Hamza, Turgun, and the entire team made the stay truly memorable. The cave rooms were cozy and unique, offering an authentic Cappadocia stay. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff, they were so kind and accommodating throughout my visit. Turgun even helped us arrange both the shuttle and our hot air balloon trip. We were worried about missing our flight the next morning if we did the balloon tour, but he took care of everything, and since we were going to miss breakfast, he even arranged for sandwiches to take with us. A special thank you as well to Zeynep, who prepared the most amazing breakfast every morning.It was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day while enjoying the incredible views. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and unforgettable service! Came here with my wife for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff is amazing, you can feel the love they put into their work. The honeymoon suit was very special, the morning breakfasts are always fresh and you feel like you’re eating at someone’s home. We had a wonderful stay at Caftan Cave Suites!! We arrived lately at night and the cute dog welcomed us with the cutest face, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, provided us many useful information regarding our visit in Capadocia. For the room it’s not that big but got everything you need, it’s clean and beautiful, especially love the historical decoration :)! The terrace is so beautiful, it’s a gem of the hotel, you can wake up early and see the sky full of hot air balloons and amazing sunrise! If you want the hotel can book hot air balloons service for you too! Also the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food, really love it ! Oh the latte costs extra 200 lira, but it doesn’t influence me too much since I can drink other beverages like Turkish tea and coffee :) The location is quite nice, close to many restaurants, convenience stores and cute stores! I will totally recommend Caftan Cave Suites to everyone!

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was an absolutely brilliant experience. My favourite hotel I've ever visited! The room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning. The bed was comfy. All of the staff were super friendly and smiley. The hotel breakfast each morning was amazing - a great range of different delicious foods to try. There was a room terrace which was a fun place to relax in the evening or watch the balloon filled sunrise. I would 100% recommend coming to this hotel if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.

The hotel had several water filling stations and provided complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. Easy location for tours to pick up/drop off. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic hotel and location Reception: All staff are friendly and nothing is a problem when asked. Sam and Efron assisted us greatly in booking a late balloon flight. They are a credit to the staff. This 18 room boutique hotel has lots of charm, uniqueness and is a very pleasant experience to stay in. Room / facilities: Room number 310 is on floor -1 and is very clean. We stayed 2 nights. Self control air conditioning with a window that open. The room is partially built onto the rock and is quiet large. There is a king bed, desk and swing out chair, shower room is very large and a single vanity, towels are thirsty. Parking: is available at no cost. Parking is on a small street directly out front of the hotel, and is limited to about 6 cars. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. validation and password required. Breakfast: Available for all guests.. Breakfast staff are so helpful and assist with any requirement. Conclusion: Amazing hotel to stay in.. staff are very friendly and assist with any need. Thoroughly recommend this location. Location / Nearby: Göreme town centre is around 600m away. Recommendations: Check out the rooftop deck in the morning for balloon sight seeing. Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS

Excellent Hotel - Excellent view of the balloons going over Cappadocia from the two rooftops, both very spacious and photogenic. - The rooms are excellent, the cave effect (faux) is really good and the bed is very comfortable, if we're being picky some of the finishing isn't flush with a few minor cracks but the look, feel, cleanliness and facilities were excellent for me (water, toiletries, hair dryer, safe, lamps and ample plugs). - The staff were second to none, excellent again, extremely helpful, very professional, very hospitable and genuine. - The breakfast was again excellent, made by a local lady who preps very authentic and unique foods. - The location is excellent too, literally a minute walk to the local shops and restaurants, if even that. Most tour groups will also come to your hotel to pick you up! **Negatives** - These are me being very picky, but the hotel rooms have a window above the door which don't have a cover or curtain and ours was next to the lighting so it was a little bit bright at night but depending on your sleep, it's a very small negative compared to everything else - No AC, but it's quite cold outside and the room has underfloor heating (or atleast a warm pipe going under it) so the room stays at a good temperature, there is also a fan but a combination of leaving the window open and the heating was good for us.

Disappointed with the service recieved at this hotel. Whilst the rooms are large, they are basic. No Air Con - just a small fan to keep you cool. Breakfast is the same each day. What I didn't like was the hotel staff was scamming me on the tour price which disappointing. When I challenged about being overcharged on my card, they told me they would action a refund. 4 weeks later, no refund has been given despite me chasing. I would recommend NOT booking any tours with the hotel as the same tours are offered by tour stores down the road for €15-€20 cheaper which I found out about later (these are based on the same road as Burger King/Coffee Shop - 5 mins walk from hotel). No additional benefit booking at the hotel as initially they weren't even going to give me a reciept until I made them.

Large room and family friendly and staff is friendly. Near the town centre in a quieter area. Breakfast was very and staff there were nice and friendly especially mahmut and Bahar. The only thing there is no AC in the rooms and the breakfast schedule ends at 10 am, but again the staff were lovely and accomodating

My friend and I had such a lovely stay here! We stayed at a couple of different hotels in Gorem and this was our favorite. The location is perfect, the staff is exceptional and their terrace (with pillows and fruit set up) has a beautiful view of the balloons to take photos at. The breakfast was also our favorite with a mix of Turkish and Western breakfast items and a slew of sweet/savory items to choose from. The rooms were so cute and made with such detail that makes a difference...we took so many photos and would stay here if we ever come back!

They do not have an elevator, their bell boy is always on leave. They made everyone carry their suitcases both at the time of check in and check out. The breakfast was cold and the spread was so average. They have good hotel rooms and that is it.

We came and the place was empty, ordered cheese gozleme and sac tava. Freshly made amazing food! Portion was enough for 2 people. Friendly owners. Nice garden. Don't miss when you are in Goreme.

This hotel is an absolute treasure house. Its location is totally amazing as it is right in the heart of downtown where you can access all the restaurants and cool souvenir shopping etc. Breakfast is amazing with diverse kind of food. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the upper terrace makes it a great platform to watch balloons early in the morning or see the sunset or see the night city. Yavuz is exceptionally helpful. At first we thought his family owns these hotel because he took personal interest in showing us around explaining things and helping us plan our stay. He was ringing around to find us deals for activities and also restaurants. He is such a great asset to this hotel. When we’re back we will definitely stay here because we like the hotel and how the staff looked after us. I highly recommend this hotel too anyone who wants to have an experience in staying in a cave hotel, have great breakfast in the morning and receive absolutely amazing service.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here from beginning to end. Everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating. We stayed in the honeymoon room, and had everything and more. The views from the top were incredible. Plenty of cats roaming around, a delicious self serve breakfast, in a great location away from all the hustle and bustle, but still within a short walk. Right around the corner is a restaurant called Wooden Spoon, that you have to try as well. There is limited parking here, but we were lucky to find parking pretty easily during our stay. The whole complex is absolutely remarkable, and walking to our room each night felt like a journey of its own. great stay, and great people. would absolutely come again.

Room was just perfect. Had a small hot tub, TV was fine, WiFi connection was reliable enough. Breakfast has been assorted and every day wonderful team of ladies had something different in the buffet. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They helped us book ATV tours, answered all of our questions, and set us up with a super late checkout when our friend wasn't feeling well. On top of that, the location was close to everything, and the rooms were very cool. I would totally recommend Hidden Cave Hotel to any family and friends planning on going to Cappadocia. Amazing boutique hotel on a quiet street, but only steps away from everything. Staff is very helpful and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Nice pricing for the ATV tour. We were told we didn’t do the normal route which despite being way more fun, given the going up hills, drifting and going quite fast, it can be quite scared if you are just looking to ride about more quietly! Ask the guides to have a more chill ride and it should be fine! Didn’t like the website, the prices are not always correct, we went in person and it was waaay cheaper at 2000 TL for 2 people for 2 hours (one atv)! Which at the time was even cheaper than the price for one hour! They gave us masks (which we could take home), borrowed helmets (not very safe), water proof jackets and 2 bottles of water. At the end they sprayed us with compressed air to remove some dust! Recommendations, take clothing that can get dirty, it might get very hot and sunny so take something that might cover your skin without melting you. A back pack to take the water is also great.

We booked our 2 hour morning ATV tour via Getyourguide. We were provided helmets, goggles, cloth mask and bottled water. We visited Sword, Love and Rose Valleys. The price was worth it and it ended up as a private tour since we were only 3 people. I will definitely do it again.

I even bought a USB with the video from my flight – a perfect keepsake from a perfect day. I also joined a sunset ATV ride, and at 40-something years old, I felt like a teenager again – it was so much fun! I also did the Green Tour, which was lovely, and a photo shoot at sunrise with the balloons in the background – truly magical. Everything, including pickups and drop-offs, was included and smoothly arranged. The Cappadocia Adventure team was available 24/7, always kind, helpful, and never intrusive. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and supported. Cappadocia – and its people – proved to be welcoming, genuine, and respectful. There was no pressure to buy anything, just warm hospitality everywhere I turned. If you’re planning a visit to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying at least 3 days – 5 if you can. He drove me back and forth to check the group members, gave them directions and correct. He drove so fast, and took many rough route, I was so excited!

We joined the sunset ATV and it was very amazing!! The views are breathtaking, guides are professional and friendly, and it was very safe (guides leading the ATV, in the back and staying along), with the helmet, cloth covering face and eye goggles. Definitely worth your 💰and very special way to experience the beauty in Cappacodia!!

We had an amazing ATV tour with them! We didn’t book through an agency, but directly with them, and the price was fair. The ride itself was wonderful, and the guides were very attentive. They even took photos for those who wanted, and provided helmets, water, and most importantly, goggles and masks, something I noticed not all places offer. We had such a great time! And as a bonus, Loki, their dog, is such a sweetheart. Highly recommend!!

ATV sunset tour does not take you to red valley anymore. Avoid if you wanna explore that viewpoint during sunset. Otherwise it was thrilling.

Good location and close to tourist attraction. Ali was very helpful and got us a balloon flight for a reasonable price. Thank you Breakfast was very good and plenty of food. No air-conditioning and was a bit of issue in August temperatures. Fan was provided but I think wasn't enough. There was a street lamp right outside our room window and bright light was coming through. There were no blackout curtains to tackle this Bathroom were very modern and clean.

This hotel has a perfect location and excellent service. The staff is polite and attentive, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It’s just a 5-minute walk from all the attractions, and you’ll get the best view of the hot air balloons in the mornings.

This is one of the best places where I have ever stayed. We stayed 3 nights, but I could have stayed in this Hotel for one week. The breakfast was AMAZING, so rich and fresh every morning. The staff was incredible, helpful with whatever request and the terrace was breathtaking. The room was also really, really nice. We enjoyed every moment here. If I am ever going back to Cappadocia, this is a place I would love to choose again. Thank you! ❤️

The stay was very pleasant. The Family Cave room was clean and well-prepared. Mr. Bahir was extremely kind, and the receptionist was very welcoming. We had the chance to enjoy the beautiful views from the rooftop, which made the experience fantastic. During our stay, we also attended the ceramics workshops and had the opportunity to display our artwork on the rooftop. I would be happy to choose this option again in the future.

We overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, comfortable. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the town center, so it’s not the closest. At night, walking back can feel a bit intimidating because of stray dogs in groups along the way. Renting a scooter or car might be a more comfortable option. But if you wake up early, you will see the breathtaking view from their rooftop with full of hot air balloons in the sky. The front-desk staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about our experiences, and they even recommend restaurants, places to go and helping us arrange activities. Service was excellent, and they also offer paid airport transfers, day tours, and even hot air balloons🎈bookings directly at the front desk. We booked the Red Tour through them, it was convenient, the tour guide was patient, and it covered all the must-see sights in Cappadocia. The only downside was that the tour included some shopping stops we didn’t expect, which felt unnecessary. If you book through the hotel, I recommend asking if you can skip those. Overall, though, it’s a lovely hotel with great service, and I’d recommend it!

Osmanli Cappadocia hotel has been a great experience from start to end. The entire team has been very welcoming and friendly, they went far and beyond at every occasion. We had a courtyard room next to the gorgeous pool which was a suntrap oasis with heated water & towels provided by the hotel. The most amazing is the location of the hotel if you want to watch the hot air balloons. The hotel is located in the middle of several launch sites and it also has a brilliant terrace to watch them fly over & around you. Definitely worth waking up early with the sunrise for this amazing show in the sky. Moreover, the rooms are modern and spacious with very comfortable beds, and spectacularly clean. Lastly, we had an early flight and they kindly prepared us a very generous breakfast to take away, much appreciated.

This hotel is such a special hotel for my friend and I because of its staff, its main boss, Patron, its location and the amazing view from the rooftop. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and seamless. The room and bathroom were clean and we received a free water bottle per person, everyday. The breakfast was amazing. The rooftop is really what made me choose this hotel and I have no regrets. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Even at check out, we requested a take away breakfast for our early flight and it was packaged perfectly with so much food. We also received a thank you gift. Amazing hotel in a lovely quiet part of town yet within walking distance of the main centre. Modern, clean and stylish decor. Perfect rooftop area to view the hot air balloons overhead at sunrise. Stylish pool area with sun loungers to cool you down after a hot days sightseeing or for lazy days to relax and catch the sun. Great restaurant with varied menu and plentiful breakfasts served on the terrace. Had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend. Large comfortable beds in room. TV, fridge,water and tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and slippers. Attentive housekeeping. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. What a beautiful hotel. First of all we checked in and was really tired and the check in staff were so friendly and helpful offering us drinks and cookies. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom clean and comfortable. Beds good. Breakfast is freshly made and wow what a spread. Beautifully prepared and there is something for even a picky eater. But what truly sets this experience apart is the host — kind, generous, and always ready to help without expecting anything in return. Easily one of the most memorable places I have stayed! The location is walkable to everything. The view are great. In the morning you can see the balloons overhead. Breakfast is wonderful. And the host Osman is so responsive, supportive and amazingly fun to talk to.

A beautiful entrance entices you inside and when greeted you realise the enchantment is there to stay. The staff were so helpful and attentive to our family needs and timeframes. Breakfast is great. Views are amazing from breakfast and rooftop terrace. Rooms were lovely (we had a double room). Bathroom well stocked and super clean. All the little details that I love, from the stone work to the traditional style taps, sinks, door handles all make it just that little more amazing. (But watch your head if your over 6ft going through some of the old stone doorways) And yes, id recommend this place to others.

Really great experience staying here, not only the place but the hospitality by Osman, really kind to make us feel at home, and offering different things to solve any questions, even driven us to the places we wanted to see and being available at all times even if it was a bit late, he really went beyond my expectations. This hotel offers spacious rooms, a fantastic ambiance, and a delicious breakfast, all in a prime location near restaurants. They even arranged a hot air balloon reservation for us, making our stay even more special. Overall, I had a delightful experience here. While the service could be improved—our kettle wasn’t cleaned upon arrival—the receptionist was kind enough to replace it promptly. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options, including eggs, cookies, and coffee, all of which were delicious. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view was the perfect way to start the day.

The entire stay was excellent. The rooms were big and all equipped with modern technology, but they still had authentic Ace-style rooms. I honestly think I got the most enormous room in the hotel, which had two big king-size beds for me and my parents in the other room, which was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast had many options. You can have all the water to keep yourself hydrated. The location is perfect, close to the city center and restaurants. The only negative aspect is the lack of a luggage lift; we had to take three bags to three floors. Maybe a tiny elevator like the one they use in Italy would be better. Overall, I'll be back and stay in this hotel again due to the friendly staff, the location, and the experience of the hot air balloons from the roof or rooms.

We stayed for four nights in this cave hotel and it was a good experience. They are located very close to all the main attractions of Goreme. Hard working and friendly staff. They will help you with your luggage, book excursions, and more. Breakfast Quite possibly the best Turkish breakfast I've found in my 12 day travel in Turkiye. There are so many breakfast options, you will walk away stuffed. The service is great and the woman who makes the food deserves all the praise and tips. Rooms We were satisfied with our rooms. The doors are not soundproof and you can hear other guests walking by but no concerns otherwise. We slept great. The beds were comfy and spacious. The bathroom was okay but our doorway wouldn't close properly for privacy. Excursions / Other We booked a few excursions through the hotel which we found to have better value. (ATV, Turkish night dinner, etc). The ATC experience was so much better booking through the hotel because it was a private ATV day. Other ATV excursions did not look enjoyable because they would be 20 people in one group which meant you couldn't go fast. This excursion will get you dirty and bring a scarf to cover your face. Would return! We loved our experience and could see the hot air balloons from this terrace.

We stayed here for two nights and loved the property. It has a multi floor design with lot of free space outside the rooms and view points on the top floor. They have a covered breakfast area on the top floor with glass walls which let's you enjoy the breakfast with a view but minus the sun (saving you from the heat). Our cave deluxe room was huge and has everything that we expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff is nice and helpful as well. Yousuf at the reception is very prompt and you can co-ordinate with him on Whatsapp for airport transfer. They are tied up with a shared shuttle transport company which charges per person making airport transfers a bit economical. The lady at the breakfast is also welcoming and make sure you ask for eggs made to order. The breakfast has a nice spread but majorly has eggs as their protein and sausages mixed with eggs on another occasion. But the made to order eggs fills up the void. The location is also good and close to the city junction where most of the restaurants and shopping scene is. All in all would recommend this to others.

The most amazing place we have stayed! The staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were amazing and the most beautiful rooftop with perfect views of the hot air balloons in the morning. They organised our hot air balloons and all our activities and transport to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

Stopped here for one night to see the balloons taking flight the next morning. Got in around midnight and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, no A/C but open a couple windows and you can get some airflow with fans. There is breakfast included in the morning and a little bar that’s open until around midnight. The terrace is a perfect place to watch the ballon’s take off in the morning.

I’m still in the hotel as I’m writing this. We have traveled all across Turkey and in fact the world and have never had a better set of hosts. Han & Sam will do everything they possibly can to maximise your stay here and you don’t need to look anywhere else. You don’t even have to think about an iteanrry because they have you covered. As far as the actual accommodation goes, 10/10. Everything from the beds, the faculties & the terrace (balloon views) is amazing. If you come across this place, don’t waste your time and book a stay with them!

The jacuzzi didn't work, the sink was broken, the "balcony" was a regular room with a view to what looked like a construction site, the cave was cold, the heater was extremely noisey, the walls were moldy. At first the hotel looked beautiful, but we found more and more bad things, and the service was poor and unprofessional. When we booked the stay we also booked both pick up and drop off from the airport, but the hotel had not arranged the drop off, and we had to remind them three times before they actually ordered the drop off taxi for us. We booked a tour (the green one I believe) through the hotel, with the main attraction being the lunch on a nice river. But, it turns out the restaurant on the river had been closed for multiple weeks, so we got a bad replacement restaurant on the side of a big road instead. The hotel did not inform us of this. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. After two days we had to ask the staff twice to change our towels (they forgot the first time).

We had a magical experience staying at Kayatas! It was a bucketlist experience to go to Cappadocia and Kayatas made it perfect! We had a cave suite that was super cool and luxurious. The property was an oasis. Great views. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. We were able to book all of our excursions through the hotel. It was effortless and exceptional. They also offered the best, and best priced excursions compared to individual bookings. It was such a great stay we extended our trip an extra day! The staff made our experience so memorable and magical. They were helpful, accommodating, and so fun! We were so grateful to have stayed there! I am so thankful to the whole staff who helped make my Cappadocia dreams better than I had hoped for! I am forever grateful! Would 1000% stay again and recommend Kayatas with all my heart!! 🙌💞✨️

Sam & Gokhan were super friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. The place is very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location close to everything. The staff are extremely helpful and even arranged all our tours including the hot air balloon ride. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the cleaning service was excellent every day. I had an amazing stay at this authentic cave hotel in Cappadocia! The location is perfect — just a short walking distance to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything. They organized all my transfers and tours perfectly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking — I could see hot air balloons rising over Cappadocia right from my balcony in the morning. Absolutely magical! I stayed in two different rooms, each uniquely designed with its own charm and both with a jacuzzi — a perfect touch of luxury. The only downside was that there’s no air conditioning, which might be a bit uncomfortable during the hotter days, but the overall experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended for an unforgettable Cappadocia experience!

It was one of my best stays. All the people working in the hotel are very helpful, nice. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend taking trip of the balloon flight from the reception of the hotel: the organization and price are very good. It was very good, but unfortunately short stay. I will definitely back to this place.

The staff was very racist due to our race, they had dogs that constantly kept annoying us, and they peed on the floor, stinking the whole place. They gave the better hotels to white people, and had darker skin colour people living in smaller hotels, no matter what price u pay. I urge you to not book this hotel unless you are white. The breakfast only has 20 items to choose from, and the pictures are better than what the hotel actually is. We booked this hotel because it said it was 5 stars, but it should be way less. This hotel very overrated and overpriced.

Beautiful place with stunning views, but the owner and his wife are complete scammers. It’s truly pathetic—you wouldn’t expect the owners themselves to be the ones trying to scam you. Do not purchase their tour guide packages; their sole purpose is to manipulate you into buying fake products (and yes, both of them are 100% in on it since his wife and him are the tour guide). The entire tour felt pointless, filled with constant pressure and uncomfortable situations where you're clearly being set up. It wae also unfair because they didn't seem like they knew much about all the spots they were taking us to either. Just random information. I loved the location, but unfortunately, it’s run by crooks. Beware. And if that’s not enough, the bathroom reeks of urine—the smell never goes away.

The location is 5-10 minutes walk to Goreme shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the magnificent and magical view of sunrise and the the balloons just outside your room! It comes with free breakfast! The staff are very friendly, Tugay and the guy that works during night. Tugay gave us recommendations on which restaurants, shops, supermarkets to go, and they are great restaurants! They are very responsive when you have questions. They can help you with the tours, ballon flights, and airport transfers as well.

Beautiful little Hotel close to, but not directly in, the city centre. So very quite and relaxed. The room was tidy and spacious and has everything you might need. Manager was friendly and helpful in providing information. They have a lot of roof terraces from where you can watch the balloons or just relax in the sun. And I cant stress enough how great the breakfast is! All in all a great place to stay and relax after a day of hiking in the surrounding valleys.

We loved the hotel. The location is great, the breakfast is very good, the room is comfortable, and the terraces offer incredible views of the balloons. The concierge Yavus, was very kind, gave us great recommendations, and helped us find a perfect guide. He did our stay much more special. We highly recommend it.

We traveled through Turkey on a 3 week stay and this was our best experience by far. From the time we arrived the manager Ali warmly welcomed us and assisted with all our requests. He went over and above the call of duty. All staff were friendly and extremely polite and helpful. Talha was also very helpful in responding to our requests and checking us out. Overall this hotel is top notch with great location and impeccable service and will definitely be staying here again.

Zara hotel was beautiful surprise and we are so glad we booked our stay with them because it was dreamy. From the reception to the rooftops. The room we stayed in was extremely cozy and it gives an ancient vibe which was very nice, we felt that we traveled back in time. The rooftop it was out of this world specially when the balloons are out in the sky around 06:00 it’s like a fairytale. The breakfast was very nice you have several options that you can choose from. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean which was very nice. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere in the city, we felt extremely safe and the vibe of city generally speaking is just lovely and magical.We also highly recommend an amazing restaurant besides the hotel called Inci Cave Restaurant. We really liked our stay in Zara hotel.

We had a very good experience in June at Zara Hotel. At first, my wife had some breathing difficulties because our room was in the basement, but the staff were very kind and quickly helped us solve the problem. They were really cooperative and caring. Also, the hotel has a professional tour guide named Merve who took us on an amazing tour around Cappadocia. She has deep knowledge about the history of Cappadocia and explains everything very clearly, which made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the great hospitality.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! My husband and I decided to stay here and thought it was a good option until we saw Scorpions crawling over our room and almost got stung by one. The office was extremely rude including the owner who came down to talk to us and he said these are in all of his rooms and it’s normal here although when searching this exact scorpion it can not only be dangerous but DEADLY. I feel terrible for anyone who stays here and doesn’t know that they could be sleeping and have scorpions crawling all over the bed and on them when trying to enjoy such an amazing area. The owner and manager were absolute jerks to us and treated us as if they didn’t care about what we had gone through. We decided to cut our vacation short by leaving as soon as we experienced this and they said they wouldn’t even refund us a penny because of taxes they had to pay. Even the cleaners went back to the room and saw it and explained to the owner how large and nasty it was and he didn’t care. If you come across this place please RUN!!!!!! It’s not worth it and it really was an unfortunate and scary experience while trying to enjoy such a lovely area. Also the manager originally told us he would refund us 4000 turkish liras ($95 USD) of a $480 stay (even though we were leaving early on our last day because we are terrified of dangerous insects) and then the owner said the manager didn’t know what he was talking about because they have to pay taxes. He also said if we paid with cash he would consider a refund which was a bit sketchy. He complained that we shouldn’t have stuck up for ourselves and that it was rude and we informed him if it were an ant or something harmless we wouldn’t have complained even for a minute but a “big hairy scorpion” as Google indicated when I searched this image is a huge deal for us and our health. Again please find another hotel in the area! This was the absolute worst experience ever. I also have videos which it won’t let me attach but these are huge inspects and they move fast!

Wonderful stay at this family-owned hotel with cave suites. The position is great, in the center of Goreme but at a higher more panoramic elevation, fantastic to watch the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace. What an amazing experience it was to sit on a roof top and smoke hookah on the Persian style cushions. The afgani waiter who served was so friendly and kind.

Family owned hotel. Reception was friendly and always ready to help. Even the staff serving the kitchen/bar area was really nice. One of them gave me a cushion after he saw me sitting on their swing without a cushion after the rain. Towels and laundry was really clean and smelt great after the wash. The hotel is located halfway up the slope to the viewpoint so the journey up to the hotel from the main street might be a bit steep for some. But overall, great location and had a nice 4 night stay at Panoramic.

We like everything here. Staff is helpful and friendly. A great variety of food is served in the breakfast section. The view is amazing especially with the hot air balloons. The puppy Dos is super cute. Would definitely come back!

We did not stay at the hotel, but the two brothers who own and manage the hotel are both super friendly and knowledgeable, both being born and raised in Goreme. One drove us around Cappadocia for 2 days and did a wonderful job showing us less touristic yet fascinating places. The public spaces of the hotel are beautiful, and the view from the rooftop terrace is top notch. I give an unqualified thumbs up to this hotel and the brothers who run it. Thank you both for a very memorable visit.

A great place for an authentic breakfast in Göreme. Fresh products and a good variety. The service is fantastic, and the views are a bonus. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and a great spot to start the day at a relaxed pace. Well worth a visit!

One of things my family wanted to experience while in Cappadocia was to stay in a cave hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel and its staff were the best. They can arrange the tours you want at a very short notice and better price. Tahir rescheduled our baloon ride knowing it mght rain on the day we originally scheduled it. We were so thankful, we would have missed the experience of a lifetime. We learned from Harum a brief history of Kapadokia and he was very accommodating and very helpful in making suggestions on where to eat. The breakfast at this hotel was a treat! They definitely made our experience something to remember.

Incredible place to stay! Near the town, quiet, very stunning, great rooftop for sunrise/sunset, the hosts are sooo nice & accomodating, they helped with absolutely anything we needed. They included breakfast, they gave us wine on arrival, a late check out. Every request they were more than happy to accomodate. Three brothers work here and they were all friendly. Highly highly recommend. The room was epic, bathroom with a double shower up the top & 4 beds (room for 5 people) down the bottom. Only thing was there was no fridge - but I’m sure they would let you use there’s. Thank you !!!

Amazing experience. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the center of the city, the breakfast was very good and the personnel is very gentle and always available to help you. We were in the suite and the room was great, with a big jacuzzi and a nice view. If available, I suggest you to book the suite. Also the panorama from the two terraces is amazing.

Everything was perfect! We stayed in the Family room, we had clean towels and sheets! The host and the staff were very polite and they did everything we wanted and took care of the tours, so we just enjoyed our stay there! The hotel has a terrace on the top, so we watched the sunsets and sunrises there, it was so beautiful! The breakfast was good, there were some turkish specialities, also fruits and vegetables, everything you need for a good breakfast! We are so thankful that we stayed there and we are recommending the hotel!

One of the best hotels in Goreme for hot air balloon views from terrace. We met Saifuddin there at the hotel who provided top notch services to us and made our stay comfortable. The hotel provided an upgrade to us to a room with Jacuzzi as it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was decent for vegetarians over there but their terrace stole the show as the hot air balloon views were something to witness each morning at 6.30am from their terrace. The place is walking distance from the bus stop and market, while there are also many good restaurants which are very close to the stay. Moreover, most tours would provide pick-up and drop-off facilities from the hotel due to its good location. The warm cave rooms also felt like a blessing as the weather was quite chill in Goreme during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Travel inn cave and would surely recommend it.

A very unique experience, rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, the breakfast included was a marvelous add on,The Chef lady Sultan offered daily mouth watering homemade recipes and the smell just grabs you everyday in the morning,couldn't wait for the buffet to open at 8:30 to taste all the authentic old recipe daily fresh. Seifullah was a big help on day to day basis, he takes the extra mile in every step to make your stay friendly and feel at home vacation.

Great budget hotel in a very good location. Market is within walking distance and you have lot of restaurants around. Only downside is the wi-fi.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — very peaceful and quiet, yet still central and close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. It truly felt like a dream hotel — I can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to come back again!

Our experience was completely perfect! the staff is super friendly and courteous, the hotel itself is beautiful especially the terrace! The staff overall is also very helpful and sweet! This place blew us away! The views were more than I could have ever imagined. Not a detail was missed from top to bottom- the lobby, the hotel rooms, the balconies. It was gorgeous everywhere you looked. The staff REALLY went above and beyond showing us hospitality, helping us book tours and sharing friendly conversations. I loved everyone there that I got to meet. It was a welcoming experience as a first time visitor. Also the Turkish breakfast spread they provide started every day on a high note. I have not one negative critique. I’d love to stay again!!!!

A great location, excellent service and an awesome room. When there were any issues (minor things) were rectified quickly and efficiently. We stayed in a cave room with a jacuzzi that could fit up to five people. It also had a good sized bar fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. Coupled with a beautiful bath and plenty of room. Would stay again. Breakfast was made by a beautiful lady with eggs made to order.

I stayed at Osmanbey Cave House - Cappadocia Cave Hotel with my sister and niece for a vacation back in March 2025, and we absolutely loved it! The cave room had such a unique and cozy ambience — it really made the Cappadocia experience feel special. The staff was superb, always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day. If I come back to Cappadocia for another vacation, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay.

Our family stayed here from 17-20 July and had an amazing experience! Emre, the manager, provided a warm welcome at check-in and shared all the essential information to make our stay comfortable. The staff, especially Serhat and Mohommed were friendly and the property was tidy and clean. The location can't be beat and free on-site parking for our rental car was most apreciated. We will recommend our friends and family to stay here!

Absolutely amazing trip was nervous as it was my daughter and I on this trip,but from the time of pick up at airport till today our last day has being just amazing,all the staff were amazing the owner extremely nice gentleman,we had all our trips booked through the hotel nothing was a problem,we stayed in room 105 lovely room but a little noisy as breakfast room is just over us,we ask for a different room in which we got for a extra fee which I didn't mind,the room was like a little apartment with our own big hot tub and 2 rooms,cappadocia is definitely something everyone should do to experience the real side of turkey our first trip to Turkey and i shall be back And just to be aware there religious prayer happens at least 3 times a day over speakers over the hole town at 530am, my first night i actually taught it was an alarm for us to vacate it was so loud I didn't know it was there prayers ,it only 5mins ,but definitely wasn't a issue for us when we knew what it was all about, So its definitely 10 out of 10 for us,il be back next year with my husband ,

I volunteered at Kose Pension for two weeks, and it was honestly the best volunteering experience I’ve ever had. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. The two brothers who run the place are incredibly kind, respectful, and they truly care about creating a positive environment, not just for guests but also for staff and volunteers The atmosphere is super relaxed and social. Every day I met new people to explore the beautiful valleys around Göreme with, and in the evenings we’d chill on the terrace, play cards, or join the BBQ nights organized by the staff. It really felt like a little community The hostel itself is amazing: perfect location in the heart of town, the only one in Göreme with a pool, a delicious Turkish breakfast every morning, and a rooftop where you can watch the hot air balloons at sunrise Thanks again to the whole Kose team. I’m really grateful for the experience and hope to come back one day :)

Amazing experience here. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. The shower pressure was perfect especially after excursions into the caves and mountains. The staff from the owners down the interns had a fantastic vibe. The owner went above and beyond to help me find a lost passport at the airport.

The team are very friendly, kind and go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. I highly recommend it for travelers looking for an affordable option with close proximity to the heart of the town. Wonderful experience!

Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. The owner and the whole crew made us feel at home and gave us great and honest recommendations. If you’re in Cappadocia and you don’t mind a hostel or a pension, so there.

Good experience, nice hostel but they must fix the bathrooms because there’s leak and the water gets out a lot. Also, the WiFi in the rooms doesn’t work well. I had to go to the living room for a better connection. Please fix those details! But the rest, really nice place.

Friendly staff, convenient location, nice breakfast. They helped me arrange shuttle pickup from and to the airport, and arrange atv ride. I wasn't a fan of the room. There were a couple of ants in the bathroom, only a small shampoo vial, the bathroom sliding door detached from the hook so can't move it either way, and a hole in the mattress. I was so disappointed that I didn't even bother to take pictures besides the breakfast. First night it was noisy with loud music and people partying well into the night. It's a good place to come solo, group of friends, or couples (as long as you have your expectations in check), but definitely wouldn't recommend it as a family stay

Exceeded our expectations! It's really good for a hostel, it had all the amenities we needed, including breakfast, laundry (for a fee), iron, swimming pool, etc.. They also had events where everyone in the hostel could meet each other like Mojito Night, or Barbeque Night. Also, if you go to the rooftop in the early mornings, you might be lucky enough to see a hot air balloon literally pass by a few meters away from you. This hostel is also a 5-minute walk from the city center and is incredibly safe. But what really made it worth it for us is the owner and his brother. We had his number throughout our stay. If we wanted something, he was a 5-minute reply away. If we wanted a tour, or a hammam and spa, or to book anything else, he had quick recommendations. He would also set everything up himself, including transport to and from the hotel. Not only that, he was transparent with all the prices and would try to get us the cheapest. The only thing we wished for during our stay is that they had better Wi-Fi. Other people here have complained about AC and circulation, but honestly, the whole hostel is surrounded by trees, and most of it is shaded. The hallways inside are always cool, and if the sun hits your room, you have blackout curtains and big windows. Although perhaps, a fan should be available upon request.

Our stay at Arina Hotel was truly unforgettable. It’s a family-owned hotel, and the owners are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They go above and beyond, even out of their way, to help with anything you need. They offer complete packages for tours and activities, and we ended up booking most of ours directly through them. We even had a private tour with the owner himself as our guide, how cool is that! They speak great English, the food is delicious, and the ladies in the kitchen are so sweet. We honestly felt like kids being cared for by loving parents. The hospitality was exceptional, and we’re already planning to return next year with our in-laws. And the views wow! You don’t even need to leave the hotel. Hot air balloons fill the sky right in front of you. We had our own private balcony and did our photoshoots every morning with the most stunning backdrop. Even the dress rental staff told us, “You’re so lucky, this is the best view for balloons!”

The room itself was as pictured- actually even better - and the heated floors and cozy touches were lovely. I highly recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi and a view. You can wake up early and take in the incredible view of the balloons over the city. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace which offers another magical vantage point to take pictures of the balloons and the landscape, and is where breakfast is served daily. The breakfast is free (which I didn’t realize when booking) and is a good light option to start your day. I believe breakfast is from 7:30-10:30 but not sure. Lastly, we had a hard time deciding which activity (other than the balloon ride) to do and Ramazan arranged to drive us to the underground city at Kaymakli. He encouraged us not to miss out on this site and was absolutely right.Ramazan, once again, accommodated us with very short notice and made our trip extra special!

We enjoyed our stay in Arinna Cappadocia. Ramazan was very helpful, everything started off right after our reservation with them. Ramazan and his team helped us with booking with certain tours that we are interested in, one month before our arrival. Especially, the hot air ballon ride. Would encourage to book earlier as price increases when nearing to date. What makes it easy is their strong English command to communicate with and making our stay a wonderful one. We’ve booked room 204 with the private balcony. Room itself was cozy and clean. Their terrace was nice and has an impressive view. Sunrise with a hot air ballon view gave a plus point towards Arinna Cappadocia. Will like to thank team Arinna for great hospitality throughout our stay here.

The staff is so helpful & friendly and we booked a private tour with Ramazan to the fascinating underground city and he is very knowledgeable and informative. Our family love it so much and highly recommend it. The hotel is great location to watch hot air balloon from our room and breakfast area. There are many pieces of ceramic art are so beautiful and intricate designs that anyone can purchase for souvenirs from the hotel as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Our stay at Arinna was amazing! Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning and a higher view of cappadocia from the balconies! Mustafa made our stay very pleasant and helped us arrange tours and gave us great advice for food in the area! Sheda and Filis cook up delicious breakfast spreads every morning and are so nice and sweet! We would absolutely recommend staying here!

The positives, are that the views are great and that the room seemed very nice initially. That being said, I had a very negative experience. There were cats in the ceiling of the room that made a ton of noise and made it difficult to sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and I brought it to the attention of the front desk after the first night. His response was, “there must be a pigeon in the ceiling, it should be fine”. After the second night I brought it up again, they said they would check it out. I didn’t hear back so I asked again in the evening and they said, they found cats but thought they left. After I pressed the matter they offered to move our rooms. I had to tell them three times before they offered any solution and how inconvenient for the last night. Their customer service is also very poor. While I was paying, I had a question about one of the charges. Ahmed, at the front desk called one of the owners. While on the phone, speaking Turkish, Ahmed was talking bad about me. Obviously he didn’t know that I knew what he was saying. I’ll never stay here again and I would recommend you don’t either.
