The Pullman Montpellier Centre is a contemporary hotel with Wi-Fi and a gym, as well as a trendy restaurant/bar and rooftop pool. It is popular with other travellers visiting Montpellier, especially those staying in the city centre, Port Marianne, or Beaux Arts-Boutonnet.
Lovely hotel with very nice, helpful staff. Great location! Just a short walk through the nearby Shopping Centre and you're in the main square in Montpellier. Tram line just outside the hotel which is handy. Rooftop bar is gorgeous, service is ace. There is a Spa but we did not use it this time. Definitely would go back.
Daphne T — Google review
This hotel has nice rooms and great service from check in to housekeeping. Unfortunately the manager/management team has decided to increase profits by making their guests uncomfortable. After charging 5 star prices they deliver 3 star comfort. The rooms are hot! If 21.5 C is a good temperature for you on a hot day, then the Pullman is for you! I asked about the temperature at the front desk and was told management had set the minimum to 21 C. My room never got below 21.5 C. An elderly woman in the lobby overheard my discussion with the desk clerk and confided that she too had complained. She said with her heat flashes the room was unbearable.
Toby W — Google review
The hotel’s excellent location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We noticed hair in the room, leftover product on the wall of the shower, and the carpet would need a thorough cleaning. While the design of the room was functional, it wasn’t particularly well thought.
Ninon G — Google review
Our stay at Hotel Pullman was truly outstanding. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. However, what truly stood out was the service — especially from Yoann Julliard. He was extremely professional, kind, and always available when we needed assistance. He made both myself, Taki, and my wife feel genuinely valued as guests. It’s not every day you encounter someone who makes such a positive and lasting impression. Thanks to him, our experience went from great to exceptional. We are sincerely grateful and looking forward to returning.
Eliany C — Google review
Very modern and elegant 4* hotel. The staff was very forecoming and the rooms pretty big and with everything you need. There was even a sauna which we didn't use because it was too hot and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. Location is nice, directly next to the big shopping mall with Galerie Lafayette and 15min by foot from the center.
Jeromie — Google review
Hotel is wonderful. Stayed for 3 nights 2 rooms booked 2 adults 1 child. Arrived from the airport on at day where temperatures hit 37 and stepping into the cool reception was bliss. Everything about this hotel was fantastic from the moment you step into the foyer you are treated with utmost respect and the staff are so incredibly helpful. The staff are a credit to the hotel nothing is too much trouble. The location is such that in the reception area is an entrance to the shopping mall underground parking leading directly into the shopping centre which caters for all needs clothes shoes beauty tech cafes ice cream shops etc including there being a really Large Monoprix store selling everything from full food supermarket to clothing and accessories Used the pool in the spa area with my 10yr old from 9am ( children are able to use this 9-12pm) small but perfect with a great shower including toiletries. We had the deluxe queen size room Bed was huge and so comfortable USB sockets next to the bed . Fridge available to use, Nespresso machine with pods supplied and kettle . Bathrobes and slippers were provided in both rooms. Aircon in the room was excellent especially felt as temperature was 38+ when we stayed. The rooftop area was lovely with the pool. Though would have liked for it to be open earlier and maybe until 9pm( not a problem just a preference) pool was cleaned every morning. Also spent some of an evening chilling out on the rooftop area and had bar snacks which were excellent. The complementary herbed cashews are wonderful The hotel provided the largest most varied buffet breakfast I have ever encountered and like the hotel was first class. If I ever come back to Montpellier this is where I am staying. Also this is the quality I want going forward from anywhere I stay, the Pullman has spoiled me. There are lots of restaurants/ bistro and cafes within walking distance, 3 minutes of the hotel so plenty of variety. Thank you Pullman. Ps thank you for the loan of the scale to weigh my suitcase
Janice S — Google review
Beautiful hotel , amazing staff so friendly . Rooms are great , modern & really comfy bed. Breakfast is incredible, never experienced such an amazing array of food options. Coffee is from Nespresso machines so pretty awful but everything else is amazing !
Simone F — Google review
The location of this hotel is great, right next to a shopping centre and walking distance to the town centre. However, the room is beyond hot and I do not know why you cannot change the temperature to below 20 degrees celsius. While we were sleeping, the air conditioner changed itself to 23 degrees on its own. I had hot flashes and my 6 month baby was crying from discomfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone during summer.

Hotel & Spa Oceania Le Métropole Montpellier is a luxurious and elegant establishment located in an ideal spot near Place de la Comedie. Housed in a majestic 18th-century building, it offers modern accommodations, an outdoor pool, and a spa for guests to indulge in quality treatments. The hotel's restaurant, La Closerie, serves refined dishes with a southern touch that can be enjoyed in the private garden or under the large glass roof.
My special thanks to Daniel for making us feel at home and providing assistance when we needed it. This is a great location. The hotel is a short walk to all transport, cafes etc yet located on a quiet street. It has a beautiful courtyard to enjoy. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Would definitely recommend

Location was great! Room was more spacious than I expected. It was all pretty clean and tidy. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The only issue I had was with the flushing of the toilet. But to be fair, I did mention it to the reception staff and they sent someone up to look.
Frankie A — Google review
I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather. The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!
Fabien L — Google review
We had a 2-night, one day stay in mid-October. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the fitness room twice. The equipment had only 3 cardio pieces but all 3 worked and we got in nice workouts. The steam room was also great. We used it 3 times and had it to ourselves for nice FKK steam and shower sessions. We had a problem with our room locking device. Apparently, the battery was dead. The hotel staff compensated us for the inconvenience. Thank you! On our one full day in Montpelier, we took the number 1 Blue Line tram out of the city to the University/Hospital area and walked on the GR 563 to Grabels. We found Montpelier to be a friendly, modern city.
Dennis E — Google review
Great location, and services. The hotel had a nice pool, great food options and comfortable room. The drawbacks were mainly due to travelling with a toddler, there is no ramp to take the buggy on nor a fridge in the room to store baby food and milk at
Mohammad Q — Google review
Everything was great but I must say the staff was exceptionally good. Very helpful. Centrally located with everything within walking distance. Excellent buffet breakfast, nice pool, beautiful lounge area. Highly recommended!

This was the first time we stay at an Oceania hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to town, and they had cameras in the parking garage.
Z J — Google review
Our stay was exceptional and quite frankly, it was largely due to the amazing people they have working there who demonstrate empathy, consideration and ownership of your happiness whilst staying at this centrally located, stylish hotel.

Novotel Montpellier is a modern hotel located in the Aiguerelles district of Montpellier. The hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool, on-site parking, and a restaurant with a terrace. Despite its initial corporate appearance, the hotel's Mediterranean beach resort ambiance becomes evident in the gardens at the back. Guests can enjoy lounging by the heated pool and appreciate the friendly staff who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago on our way to Spain. We came by car and the parking was secure. We really liked the hotel and the location. The gentlemen from the reception was very helpful to show me how the tram worked to get into the city centre and I downloaded the App Mticket and I could charge the App and go everywhere in the city. The service was very nice at the bar and in the restaurant. The food was very good. We have had beef carpaccio and my husband had steak. For our starter, we have had tomato mozzarella and everything was delicious. Our bedroom was very clean and the shower pressure was very good. Thanks.
Mark E — Google review
easy access to city center by tram, 15/20 min. very clean, nicely renovated, convenient car park, fantastic breakfast. The bed in my room was very high (great for my back!)and super comfy,as were the pillows! I felt so rested despite only a few hours in bed, ready to tackle my day. I loved the mirror in the bathroom, with adjustable light. No noise from nearby rooms or outside. The team is very caring ; lobby /bar area is very big so you dont feel crammed even if there is a group checking-in. The recycling bins in bedroom, water fountain in corridor, no plastic in room, is also in place, which is really nice to see. Highly recommend
Aurelie F — Google review
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The overall cleanliness was very poor. In the bathroom, there were hairs on the floor, which was highly unpleasant. The restaurant was also disappointing. The plates were not properly cleaned, and I even found a chipped glass, which is unacceptable for a dining establishment. Moreover, the meat served did not taste fresh, making the meal rather unappetizing. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.
F M — Google review
I didn't spend a night here, but participated a meeting. The meeting room was located in the cellar. It was too small and there was almost no air circulation, so the experience was definitely not good at all. The reception felt luxurious, though.

Domaine de Verchant is a luxurious hotel and spa located in a 16th-century mansion on the outskirts of Montpellier. The modern rooms and suites offer chic accommodations, some with original stone walls and spacious bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the huge infinity pool overlooking the vineyards, a decadent spa, and a vast wine list. The hotel also features hi-tech facilities, a state-of-the-art spa center, fitness room, affusion shower, sauna, and hammam.
I adored this Chateau! It was perfection from my point of view. It is only a few minutes from Montpelier by taxi. It has parking on site. This is a big beautiful complex. The buildings are a mixture of the old Chateau and modern additions which seem to meld perfectly. My room was exquisite with a large balcony. The colors popped out as I perused the room upon arrival. The drapes were also colorful and so intriguing. The room was large and comfortable. Reception and the bellman were so helpful. My dinner that first night was wonderful. Although I ate inside it felt like I was outdoors as I was facing windows and vineyards. I spend a good amount of time at the spa. Marian, my masseuse did a great job and I then used the heated pool, and eventually had lunch outside by the outdoor pool overlooking the vineyards and the glass/open restaurant. I would definitely like to return here.
Linda L — Google review
My friend and I stayed there 2 days ago. Not sure how they got such good review. The experience didn’t meet five star hotel standard at all. This was the worst for our whole Europe trip. Firstly, the room is big but very basic, even the door is brokering. Then, the service is very unprofessional. We checked in the first night, the reception was cold; then, they tried to charge us for included breakfast, and we waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast and they kept forgetting our order. We didn’t end up having it as we had a tight schedule, but they didn’t do anything with it (only said sorry). The management is very unorganised. Some people are nice to talk to, but I don’t think we would go back again.
Mia — Google review
What an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE GEM!! We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday and it exceeded our every expectation!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind and went absolutely out of their way to make our experience 5 stars. They gave our party 2 free room upgrades because of the special occasion and every single experience was special. The food is 10/10, the room was 10/10, the location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, wine 15/10 and the facilities too! I almost want to keep this place a secret 😂 But if you’re thinking of going here BOOK NOW!! It’s incredible and I cannot wait to go back with my husband.
Nika M — Google review
Beautiful sprawling hotel/spa/winery. Huge well kept grounds.Chose between old rustic cottage or modern room. Our ground floor cottege came with a private patio overrun by jasmine. Indoor heated pool/spa included in price. Outdoor pool with bar/restaurant overlooking the winery. Michelin restaurant with fairly reasonable prices on premises. Great friendly service, English widely spoken by staff
E R — Google review
The hotel is amazing. Rooms are large and beautiful. The whole property is pristine. The la plague restaurant is good but service is very slow but since you are on vacation just relax and enjoy. The other restaurant is very good. A little pricey but the wine pairings are totally worth it.
Lev P — Google review
Quaint hotel and property. The room was spacious and the rooftop terrance was a nice surprise. The spa was very nice with a steam and dry sauna, 2 pools and a warm tub. The winery was enjoyable to walk through. The restaurant should advise that dining will be about 3-4hrs. The food was excellent as was the service, but it’s meant to be spaced out and enjoyed. I would recommend booking the earlier options so that you’re finished by 10:30pm.
Sarah W — Google review
Beautiful place and the hotel gifted us a bottle of wine that was made from their vineyards. Close enough to Montpellier city but tucked away for some serenity. Nice toiletries too. Very good service by all staff! Breakfast is great - wish there were more variety of cheese. We are in France, after all.
Melissa L — Google review
Very spacious room, fully equipped, high quality. They even provide IMac in the room. The room is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly, breakfast are also good, serving variety of classy foods with good taste. It is a bit nigh end in term of pricing, but they give a gift a bottle of wine for every room. There is wineyard at the hotel complex, unfortunately I came in February where they just cut leaves of all grape trees.

Novotel Suites Montpellier is a contemporary property located in the extravagant neoclassical Antigone district, offering unfussy quarters with an outdoor pool and a gym. The hotel provides comfortable apartment-like accommodation for travelers seeking a convenient location between the city center and the airport. Guests can enjoy 24/7 dining and a bar on-site, along with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Additionally, indoor parking is available at a great deal for guests.
Stayed here for one night during our trip across Europe. Check in was quick and easy and parking is excellent since it’s right outside the front door. Very useful when you have lots of luggage and don’t want to waste time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty ok too. Not as good as breakfast in the same Novotel hotel in Grenoble though. All in all it was a nice short stay and everything was to everyone’s liking.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. The restaurant is nice and breakfast is a buffet with good choices Large selection of good tea

Great hotel! Super friendly staff and very modern and stylish design both in the lobby and in the rooms. Perfect value for money.
Anastasia S — Google review
Nice spaceous room with bath and kitchenette. Great for families. Parking garage on site. Nice restaurant with good coffee but unfortunately no fried eggs. That, and a watertap would have made it a 5* experience. I love the chairs in the lounge area.
Marcel W — Google review
Breakfast was lovely, however, the hygiene was not great as there were flies on some of the food. Very clean and tidy. The kid's corner was a welcome addition but it should be moved as it was too close to the lifts. I was disappointed with the sofa bed as the mattresses were uncomfortable. The bed was lovely. The cost of parking was expensive so factor that into your stay. The staff are very friendly.
Soraya Z — Google review
Relaxing and welcoming staff , hotel is nice and clean and quite. Also located easy on major bus and tram routes.
Marius R — Google review
We were amazed by this Novotel. We were travelling from Barcelona to Milan and had to get a comfortable night stop with a safe parking spot, since we were carrying a lot of luggage. We called at 10:45 p, immediately got a room with the kindest workers, and had a looong sleep until 12 pm. Everything was clean and the day after we have had the chance to appreciate the very nice structure of the hotel. We didn’t even know it had a pool.
Chiara P — Google review
I’d like to start with saying the personal is awesome. Very professional, nice and helpful in any point. When it comes to the hotel itself, the only positive point is the location which is great. Not far from the city and tram accessible quickly from the hotel. But the hotel is definitely not a 4stars hotel. Rooms are very small, the material used in the rooms are chip and old, bed is small, bathroom is small. The material used in the corridors to access the rooms is old and smelly. I was excepting much better from an Accor hotel specially Novotel. Even the lobby and the restaurant are not worthy of a 4 stars. The hotel definitely needs more attention and many things to be refreshed or renewed.

Please like and follow. A modern hotel in 15 minutes from the historic center. Check-in was easy . Pauline was nice to work with and was very accommodating She made the experience easy. The other members have assisted us in figuring out how to get to the historic center and what to visit. The hotel is 2 floors and had limited views. Close to many restaurants and cafés. Access to the tram is easy next to the hotel
Fadi S — Google review
The Courtyard is right on two tram lines, making accessing the old city or the beach equally easy. It is part of a complex including the district courthouse, so sojourners may get to witness demonstrations, as we did (non-violent). The romms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a balcony overlooking the court house entrance - so not the most beautiful. But one can easily go down to the courtyard by the swimming pool to relax at a table there. The walkway from the pool to the reception area was lined with blooming jasmine while we were there. The reception staff was incredibly helpful in multiple languages with directions or making a dinner recommendation or reservation. We would gladly stay there again.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location and service. The front desk staff - Audrey and Charles - were very friendly and welcoming, fluently used English in their communication, answering all our questions and positively responding to our needs. It was my first visit to Montpellier and they successfully made a very good impression about the city and people. Thank you, Audrey and Charles for your service, and thanks to Marriott brand that always proves to be a great name in hospitality, whether Marriott or its little brand, Courtyard.

Had a super stay recently on the way back from Spain to Switzerland. It’s exactly half way. Mattress is compfy and staff very kind. I much appreciated the breakfast! Everything was closed around bug j guess that was because of the Easter holidays in France. Will be back for sure!

nice hotel, was on a business trip for 3 months, lucky enough to celebrate bastille day from my balcony. good breakfast, most rooms ok although the contracted cleaners seem to be hit and miss, but in general was fine. restaurant is nothing special, plenty of great restaurants in the area. front desk poor, not very helpful, too this day have not received my loyalty points.

I stayed from August 20 to 21, I unfortunately had to deal with a tall gentleman with gray hair. The guy gave me an insane level of attitude for no reason. - I went to the pool, which in the Bonvoy application includes a reference “towels provided”, the pool is far from the reception, so I go straight to the pool, go for a swim and look for towels, all I can see is a stack of dirty towels. I message reception in the app, since I’m wet and need a towel (which I foolishly imagined would be by the pool). No response for a whole 45 minutes. As I’m about to head out, the dude tells me he was about to answer (they had zero guest waiting, they were just chilling tumbling their thumbs). He tells me as if I was at fault that obviously towels are at reception and that there is no service at the pool… no sorry we left you hanging at the pool for 45 minutes without any help, just pure attitude, like why the hell are you bothering me with your towels. - I’m moving on, I asked the same guy, whether since I’m titanium elite, I could add someone to my breakfast. Immediate off the cuff answer “NO it’s not possible” to which I said, but what if I add the person to the room? “Hmmm yeah ok maybe, but you have to pay the tax” (which is like 3 euro…). This shows how poorly this guy knows his job, don’t be defensive and help find a solution, don’t say no because you are bitter and hate your job, help your guests. Anyways talk gray hair, 50s, working on Friday August 20 between 4 and like 7pm. The room itself was basic, not super clean, the breakfast was horrendous.

Great place. But after 10 hours of driving, they don‘t have directly a place to charge at the garage like on ebookers described. You have to change the garage to recharge. So they don‘t have directly a charging station. That‘s why I have choosen the place. Never again.

Situated in the heart of Montpellier, it is conveniently located near the Corum conference center and within walking distance of the opera house. The hotel provides good service and delicious breakfast, while the pool offers a refreshing break.
The hotel is near a shopping center and an aquarium. The room was comfortable and quiet. The air con was running all night and didn’t bother us. The staff was very pleasant.

Meet up with family from overseas. Good clean rooms, pool for youngsters. Easy access to centre of town on tram. Off street parking. Breakfast ok.

Whatever you do avoid this place. This place is absolutely trashed. It's filthy and disgusting. Overpriced and should be shut down. The nickel and dime you for everything possible. They charge you for using the safe when they know that the doors don't close or lock correctly. The floors are filthy. They charge you for parking. They never honor the IHG rewards programs. This is a place that arrogance is wildly misplaced. Avoid staying in this overpriced dump.
D R — Google review
My recent three-day stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The reception assistance was mediocre, and the overall service fell short of expectations for a three-star establishment. Unfortunately, late check-out was not provided, limiting guest flexibility. The breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food was disappointing. The cleaning service seemed rushed, giving the impression of being hurried to vacate the room. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, as there are surely better three-star options available in Montpellier.
Francesco F — Google review
This is one of the worst holiday inns ever. It's absolutely appalling that they over charge for this dump. This place charges extra for dogs which is ok, but then they charge you for parking and to use the safe. The rooms don't lock correctly. The place stinks. This is a real dump. It needs to be torn down.

No parking availability 8 park places for 90 rooms. We had to park the on the street. However the hotel do commercialise that Parking is available. Air conditioning was not functioning and when I asked for support they turned it on on a way that you could not control it. I had to call the receptionist 6am that we are freezing and the room controller does not work. Breakfast is really simple not a great quality. The hotel is not clean, a lot of mold.

Wish we could have stayed for longer! Beautiful grounds and rooms. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is absolutely delicious too! Special thanks to Louis who explained the wine and three course menu to us like a pro.

Beautiful location, nice pool, love the calmness of the houses. It's really relaxing. The hotel manager is great. Really welcoming, friendly, accommodating. The massages my husband and I had were absolutely amazing. But otherwise the service is not so great. The room has quite a few spider webs and the windows have not been cleaned properly on the outside in ages. And when they did clean the room, they left all dirty dishes and glasses in the room. The service at the restaurant was not great either. The waiter was with quite an attitude. We asked if it's possible to have an old fashioned and got told relatively rude that everything they have is in the menu. I ordered a starter and a cheese platter which I wanted at the same time as my husband's main and was told that this was a "difficult" request. I told in the restaurant booking that my husband is intolerant to eggplant and guess what he received as part of his main? In the morning we asked for an almond latte and got told we should use the machine. But the machine is only loaded with normal milk... My recommendation would also be to ask people if they smoke and then split the seating in two. As eating a really expensive dish surrounded with cigarette smoke really impacts the experience.

A quiet getaway in the Southern part of France, very close to Montpellier. Beautiful grounds. We stayed for a night. I love the adorable horses! Valentine was really lovely and sweet. The deluxe suite was a dream, with great views of the sunrise and greenery. Delectable breakfast with nice cheese! The chef made seriously good scrambled eggs. I can imagine this place would be so nice in the summer. Room is well insulated and heater works well.
Melissa L — Google review
A beautifully renovated hotel. The building is very well renovated - particularly the dinning room and the grounds. The pool area is beautiful and calm. The seating area in-front of the hotel is relaxing. The staff when we stayed were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel passed on my contact details, without my permission, to an outside company that arranges trips. The company contacted me multiple times. The hotel should not be passing on details without permission. We stayed in the Genesis room which is comfortable, large and spacious. It has a lovely view of the grounds and huge windows that let the light flood in. The bathroom is huge. However, it's poorly designed and not well maintained. The main shower didn't work properly - part of the faucet is hanging off and the lever to make the main shower head work is really stiff. We had to speak to reception, as we couldn't get the shower to work, and they said, "yes, the main shower head lever gets stiff" - so the hotel know about the shower issues but haven't done anything to remedy. There's a really powerful lower shower at body-level height - which can only be angled to the wall outside of the shower, making it impossible to use. It soaked some towels, floor and walls. Consequently, the bathroom has damp issues. The bathroom mirror is behind the wide sink area - making the mirror difficult to use if you're putting in contact lens or shaving. The massively tall sink is impractical for washing face or shaving - water splashes over the wide sink area and the sink cannot be plugged or filled, as it's so tall. The bathroom has been designed to look specular but in reality is quite annoying. For part of our stay, we unfortunately had really loud guests with a large dog above our room who stayed up really late, and bounced a ball for the dog throughout the early hours. You can hear every move from the room above as there's no sound installation. If you're a light sleeper, suggest booking a room on the top floor. Although the hotel is beautiful, I agree with other reviews - it's a bit grubby around the edges (dressing gowns - one had brown stains on them and the other had horse hair; towels got soaked due to dodgy shower set up, put them on the floor to be replaced but weren't; the balcony glass doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years; we used our glasses in the room and left them out to be replaced, but found them in the massive sink suggesting they hadn't been washed just rinsed; I saw the restaurant staff clean the floor with a cloth, didn't rinse the cloth, used the same cloth to wipe all the tables). The restaurant is beautiful but the food is only ok - it's cooked to an average level, only one choice of dish at lunchtime and limited options in the evening (which made it a bit tricky for me as I have an allergy to one ingredient that appeared in two of the three evening dishes). There are better places to eat around the area - particularly in the nearby local small town. The hotel is relaxed about clients getting take away though. There's no pool-side snacks or light lunches, which is a real shame, as if you're having a pool day, you have drive out of the hotel grounds or eat the one choice of dish in the fancy hotel restaurant. I think the hotel is missing a trick here. Hotel's check out is at 11am - which is fair enough. Our flight was at 7pm and it was incredibly hot, so we opted to spend our last hours by the pool. There's no facility to wash yourself after being at the pool, other than a make-shift outside shower at the side of the pool, with no shampoo, etc, and slightly see-through! The only other facility is a sink in the spa area. Overall, although the staff are lovely, the building is beautifully renovated, the Genesis room inviting, given the hotel charges nearly 5* prices, I would expect it to be a bit more polished and have better amenities with things like light-lunch for poolside, to be really clean, the restaurant food to be really good, not to be disturbed by noise from the upstairs room, the shower to work, towels to be replaced.

Absolutely magical. Everything about this place is stunning. Within minutes of arriving we felt totally relaxed and captivated by our surroundings. The staff were kind and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. So many beautiful details - our room was gorgeous. We loved all the games to play and the many wonderful outdoor spaces. Oh and the food was amazing too. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a truly special stay with you.

Whilst visiting Montpellier, we stayed at Domaine de Biar for 2 nights. The Domaine looked beautiful on the outside. The receptionist was very friendly. I do believe a stay at the Hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. The rooms (except for the suits) aren't nice at all. The cleaning wasn't thourough (still cobwebs and dust) and the breakfast was nice but not special. When we left (I had payed upfront) the guy at the reception said that I still had to pay a small amount for the city tax. He had also charged me a forfeit of 40 euros for tips. This was standard he said but if i didn't want it, it could be removed. We paid more than 300 euro a night for a small room. Carrying our bags to the room wasn't offered nor was any other service when we stayed there. In France service is included. If the service had been exceptional the tip wouldn't have bothered me, but the fact that they charged it automatically and one had to ask explicitly to have it removed disgusted me.

Crowne Plaza Montpellier - Corum, an IHG Hotel is a modern and trendy hotel located in the heart of Montpellier. The hotel features a fitness center, outdoor pool, and Baciami restaurant serving refined Italian cuisine. It's conveniently situated in front of the Corum Conference Centre and within walking distance to the Opera House.
Super Central Hotel in Montpellier We stayed here at the beginning of the year with my family. The rooms were okay but the rate was really good. Overall Fantastic value for money for me as I could get two rooms (one for me and my wife and one connecting for the teenagers kids). I would definitely stay here again! The adjacent parking was also really handy, the only problem here being that you need to go through outside to get to your car but it was a minor nuisance.

We were the first time in this hotel. It is a recently rebranded Crown Plaza hotel and not yet a real Radisson Blue. But it is a good hotel in central location with a small outdoor pool area. We got a superior room with nice city view. The interior is not new, but well maintained, the bed very convenient and all staff very friendly. The hotel has a parking lot and a garage. By foot you can reach the historical center within a 10 min. walk. All tram lines you reach by foot with a 5 -7 min. walk. So the location is good and if you are not handicapped almost perfect. Please not, that the hotel is fully air conditioned and window opening is not possible. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and the outstanding well breakfast. Also the restaurant served delicious dishes. We would come back!

Run down hotel deteriorating -facade/entry is nice but rooms + service are motel like. Only positive part is location. Toilet is filthy (see images) and missing soap. Parking door doesnt always work (17euro/day). We were given room next to conference room, close to pool and fitness and on level with street, I asked another level than first level but we were told that is what the "standard room" category gets.
O Z — Google review
The hotel has a recent new owner and has changed to a Radisson Blu. The decor is a little tired, and they say the upgrade starts in October. Service mainly good, though we found the late bar service variable - on Saturday at 2335 we were told there was no bar service as the staff had gone home! Not comparable to other Radisson Blus I have stayed in.

Dreadful! First we had to wait whilst one girl was busy on the phone (thats understandable) and the other 2 ignored us! The WORST thing about this Hotel was the AWFUL toilet facilities thru out! They did not work. Downstairs people couldn't flush them so left their Poop - gross! In the rooms you had to hold and flush multiple times before it was clean. The staff knew about these toilet issues. Mind you they have water saving shower heads - hypocritical if I must say. THEN..... on the 4th floor where we stayed, it was 19 steps before the lighting sensors switch on the lights. Not good if you are travelling on your own. The rooms are smelly and like a Motel. The facade needs a good clean. Don't let the big bright reception fool you. We spent 3 weeks travelling in France, this was by far the worst & most disappointing stay of our trip. We do not recommend at all. Never, ever again!

Large, clean comfortable rooms. Service good and friendly. Car park's a bit tight and a bit of a pain to get in. Easy to find by car and a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to Place de la Comedie. It has a nice pool but very limited number of sunbeds if you do want an hour by it.

We didn’t stay because we made an error in our booking dates, which was only spotted on arrival, but the general manager rang around to find us an alternative hotel. His kindness and professionalism was very much appreciated.

Can't recommend the staff. Male staff member was rude to my wife, speaking down to her with power and control issues. We were given hope when checking in an hour early at 14:00 that our room would be available in "no later than twenty minutes". After 22 minutes she was told that, the room wasn't ready, twenty minutes had not passed and he couldn't " kick people out of rooms" ( checkout was 3 hours earlier). His manners were argumentative, offensive and belittling rather than courteous and we ended up missing our restaurant reservation.

Dirty hotel. Dirty all over the room. Full of dust. Used socks from other clients in wardrobes. Body hair from other clients in bed and on towels. Dirty pillows. All doors dirty etc. Stay away from this hotel. And they charge you 150 euro deposit in case you break something. Disgracefull🤬🤬🤬🤬 AC not posible to adjust. Security lock on terrace broken. A disaster of an hotel!!! If it was not because travel with a tired child I would leave this hotel now.

Photos from room doesn’t match with real room. All is very nice except the rooms. The swimming pool is very clean and new, also the reception. But rooms are in other building so you need to walk from one building to another if want to go to the restaurant and swimming pool. Bedroom are very old, floor carpet dirty and in general with lack of maintenance. People very friendly. If you only want a place to sleep not recommend it. If you want to enjoy the amenities is ok. Also parking is difficult to find and you need to go upstairs in a metallic/ backyards stairs from the parking with the bags. A lot lack of maintenance

We drive from UK to Spain with a dog a few times a year. We have just left the restaurant after a few drinks and a fantastic meal. The service in this place is amazing. Bar service: Amazing. Restaurant service: Amazing. Reception: Amazing. It's close to the autoroute and has fenced off parking. They even brought our dog water and a blanket to lie on because he wasn't settling. We just found our new first/last night of the journey.

The room was okay after we complained and were upgraded to a junior suite. The food was horrible and it came cold. We booked here so we could get get pedicures and a massage. Neither were available for the 2 days we were there and the spa was actually closed. The only really nice thing was the indoor pool. We booked through Choice and did no research on what they were selling and did not even know the spa was close and offered no compensation for not getting what we thought we were buying. It made for a very disappointing birthday.

It's definitely not a 4 star SPA. Health hazard. Waited in front of the gate to get into the parking for a long time, had to call them because no one answered the bell,, quite uncomfortable drive in. Parking itself was OK. The most horrific thing was fully covered in mold walls of the Finnish sauna. It is a huge health hazard and just disgusting. For this I'm giving one star. It is just DANGEROUS. I felt the mold smell right away and examined the walls. Another person could have sat there thinking this is ok. And it's just scary... As I came down to the spa there were no towels. There was no one at spa reception. I had to go back up to the main reception of the hotel and the girl there gave me small towels. I had to wait around 30 minutes overall to get a normal spa towel. The room I stayed in was part of what seemed to be a hostel or communal Gipsy housing. Very strange....very dirty carpets all around. In the room dirty sofa; zero hangers or wardrobe. Literally none. Hair in the bathtub. Ceiling light in the bedroom didn't work. Kids in the pool made it hard to relax. Restaurant had only two vegetarian options, nothing vegan. Unless you want gnocchi without cheese for 30 eur. Will not stay again and don't recommend.

Grand Hôtel du Midi is an art deco hotel located in Montpellier City Center, just a short walk from the heart of the city. The colorful rooms, some with period features, offer modern and stylish accommodations with complimentary Wi-Fi. This 18th-century Languedoc mansion provides a charming stay with its air-conditioned rooms, each featuring a balcony or terrace.
Midi was an excellent choice. The location was in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to anything you might want. The room was nice, the front desk man and staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied and good. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Patty S — Google review
Amazing location on the edge of old town, with easy walking access to amazing restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is nice enough, but the room we were in was incredibly stuffy and only seemed to have a heater setting on the climate control. Because of this it was over 26 in our room every night despite being a pleasant temperature outside, and because of the location we could not leave the windows open overnight due to noise. Other than that, we had no complaints. But not being able to sleep comfortably when the room was advertised as having air con was a bit of a detractor.
Jennifer C — Google review
Spacious room and well designed. Breakfast is acceptable and the highlight is Natalya and her energy. Room lacks additional storage space and lacks power plugs. No restaurant in the hotel. Reception team are friendly in general. On the last day however, we wanted to request a late checkout out and our request was dealt with in a very dismissive way. We were not expecting it as a given but there is always a way to communicate a rejection. The hotel is well located and has lots of potential.

We loved this hotel. I was sick with allergies when we arrived and nervous that the rooms would be hot and it would be noisy because of the location (right in central of the city). But it was PERFECT. We had cool rooms, and it was silent day and night! Amazing. And the staff was super helpful. We even sat and played chess in the lobby. There’s a doctor across the street I went to see, a pharmacy nearby, and a large grocery store ad well. The best bakery in town, Pain Brut is right across the street.

We stayed at Grand Hôtel du Midi in Montpellier and had a truly terrible experience. We booked two rooms for one night for my elderly parents and ourselves. My parents were first given a room infested with flying gnats (room 115) and had to be moved. Their second room had a broken air conditioner. They spent the night sweating in 28°C (82°F) heat (room 114). Our room had a massive spider and a web over 3 feet wide (room 117). The spider was alive and had clearly been there for days. The AC in our room was also broken. When we reported this, staff only cleaned the web and said no other rooms were available. We were forced to sleep in unbearable heat. Despite the clear discomfort and health concerns, the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation. This hotel does not meet basic hygiene or maintenance standards and treated us with a lack of concern. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
Patricia M — Google review
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel. First problem was that there was an odor like sewer as you walked into the room. I called the front desk and they indicated no one else had complained. Then offered as I kept asking for resolution that the cleaning staff would clean it in morning. It did not help. Second the channels playing English shows were dubbed and you could not chose original language. Very busy area but the center of all the sights to see

I am a gold member and I have received a bad service from this hotel. Since you asked me more details, here we are: - there is no restaurant in the hotel and no advice for example about use of a service to deliver food on place. I needed to search on my own - room was very bad, forniture old and broken. If I am not wrong room was 109 - the room provided was on first floor, window just to hotel car parking when, in the morning, a lot of big cars use to arrive (actually very early in the morning), making a lot of noise to prepare for use of golf field. I expect this was known by the hotel reception
Ioria M — Google review
Web site does not tell that the highway has changed: you have to drive 70km more to get to the hotel!!! If you do not use Google Map you do not get there, because the way out is not that easy to find. The hotel knows it, but no info on the web site! No WiFi (tonight?!). The general impression: shabby and the owner does not really care about potential clients. It is likely that in the past it has been a good 3 stars hotel, but now...

Great location, fantastic golf course and super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and in good condition, but the AC is a bit noisy. Pool and relaxation area could need a bit of tidying up, with new sun beds and a garbage can.

Nice surroundings and a good view onto the golf course. The ladies at the reception are really nice. One speaks English and the other German. Seeing as we are Dutch we speak both. Lift is great because walking stairs is hard for me. We had a good size room, only remark is the size of the bath. I am tiny but it was even small for me. (1.57cm and 60 kilo). They could use an extra pillow onto the bed but that is nitpicking. They lost one star because of the restaurant. They carry around a blackboard on a stand as the menu. They might think it is quirky but it is just weird and why would you put that extra labor onto your staff? My husband got the entrecote and they asked how he wanted it cooked. He asked for medium and got it raw. I took the golf burger and the burger was cold even though the plate was preheated. The homemade fries were great. We we're to tyerd and hungry to complain so we are it. We got up to late for breakfast. They were still serving but we had a few hours of driving for the next hotel. We had a good stay.
Remco B — Google review
The hotel in itself is ok, the ceilings in the corridor are a bit low giving a cramped feeling. Some of the rooms have clearly been smoked in. The upkeep is below par. But the problem to me is the staff. They are neither knowledgeable nor helpful.

I stayed in one of the apartments for a business trip. The rooms were spaceous and comfortable but could do with a change in decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant meal was OK but not great. If you like cream in your meals then you'll be fine. I had the brandade de morue which was nice but too much cream and not enough fish. Second night I had the carbonara and it was the same...swimming in cream... It was very hot when I went so there were a lot of flies which I felt the restaurant could have made more effort to tackle. They were everywhere in the breakfast/dinner room.

A reasonable and decent hotel within the city center, The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies on the reception Nindy and Laetitia. Infrastructure can be improved a bit.
Jawad S — Google review
The residence has its strengths and weaknesses. I went there primarily for the pool and I loved it, the pool was always clean and had just the right size. It's too bad that it closes already at 6.45 pm. The room was well equipped, the AC, which is really necessary in the heat of Montpellier, worked a bit too noisy but fine. Besides there was a small kitchen with everything necessary, the balcony was great, I had a lovely view and I could dry my clothes there. However, it appeared to me that within the six nights I spent there, nobody came to clean my room or exchange towels. Besides, the bathroom was a little moldy and dirty. Generally the whole residence seemed a little shabby and dirty. For breakfast nobody's winning a price here. They have the bare minimum, no eggs, no fruits, no vegetables, no drinking water even. The dishes don't match at all and sometimes you pick up ones with stains. The staff is really nice and always tried to help with anything that troubled me. The location is fine. The next tram stop is only a few minutes walking distance away and even the shuttle to the airport stops nearby. Getting to the city center didn't take too long.

Baudon de Mauny is a luxurious accommodation located in a restored 18th-century townhouse, offering 10 palatial rooms with unique aesthetics. The upmarket B&B seamlessly blends old and new elements, featuring original flagstone floors and fireplaces alongside modern light fittings and bold wallpaper. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to the old town's attractions while also indulging in the ornate lounge with an honesty bar for a relaxing evening.
Amazing experience at this gorgeous hotel which is a magnificent private home converted to a hotel. It is beautiful, quiet, chic, gorgeous furnishings and decorative details, the breakfast was delicious, it is quiet and in a perfect location in Montpellier. I didn't want to leave. It is a true French/European experience. There is nothing like this in the USA. If I could give Baudon de Mauny a million stars I would---it is perfection. Merci, a bientôt.

This hidden gem of a hotel is a romantic dream to stay in. We stayed in the suite right off the reception area. While that may sound close to noise, it's a very small hotel and there is pretty much a fortress door in front of the regular door to the suite. The high ceilings are to die for and the room is very spacious. It's nice to have a mini fridge and sink area to keep snacks. The atmosphere is very peaceful and serene. Bed is super comfortable and the climate control has been great in the summer heat. Reception staff has been very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom area is clearly a recent upgrade and feels a little weak. Wish there was a door on the shower to prevent water from leaking. Absolutely love coming through the main old door into the stone courtyard that makes you feel like you are entering into an old world secret land. Would stay here again!

The building and location are sensational. Our room was dark: should perhaps have asked for another, but we were only staying two nights. Very friendly front desk service and a small selection of excellent spirits available, all based on trust, which is a nice touch My one major complaint is that our room wasn't made up (perhaps because it was New Year's Day?). Nevertheless, I would happily stay again – next time when the weather's warmer, perhaps.

Excellent stay. Elegant building with appropriate upgrades yet retention of the beautiful original architectural elements. Fantastic location in the heart of Montpellier. Our very large room was on the first floor (second floor if you are from the US) It was originally the music room - high ceilings, beautiful moldings, wood floors, a small office off the room - nice amenity. Modern bath - the best of the old and the best of the new! Highly recommended if you are visiting Montpellier. Owner and staff are great - very helpful and knowledgeable.

We loved the beautiful Baudon de Mauny, everything was perfect and the lovely team so helpful. The only reason for not rating it full stars is to do with the 'funny pricing' breakfast options where we found ourselves having to choose on the spot, at the morning breakfast buffet, what we would be allowed to have or not, and a complete breakfast with various items was very expensive. It would be nice to have one price, a middle range price and leave the guests choose what they would like and feel that, for instance the fresh fruit salad would not be wasted away. A simpler price/menu approach for breakfast would therefore be very much appreciated. Thank you

This is a unique place to stay in Montpelier, well located but most importantly a chance to share the scale and grandeur of an Hôtel Particulier with a very few other guests. The surroundings are magnificent and the conversion of the small number of rooms very carefully provides all modern requirements without impacting on the historic feeling of each room. Dont miss it!

Divinely Cool and Understated! The Entrance, the decor, the respect paid to the integrity of the building and the thought put into the items necessary for a modern hotel all go to make this one of the most fantastic hotel experiences i have had for a long time. truly five stars!

Exceptional property. An absolutely stunning stone behemoth buried in the heart of prime oldtown Montpellier. Tastefully and sleekly modernified without detracting from any of its historic charm. Couldn’t ask for a cooler hotel, nor one better situated. Quiet and private. Staff is courteous and unobtrusive. Made an excellent dinner recommendation and took care of the reservation for me, which was appreciated. Optional barebones continental breakfast was laughable for 19 euros/head, but that’s really my only complaint, and the only reason I can’t give five stars. Would recommend to anyone visiting Montpellier, English-speaker or otherwise.

Hôtel Mercure Montpellier Centre Comédie is a modern and comfortable 3-star hotel located in the heart of Montpellier, just a short walk from Place de la Comedie. The hotel offers 120 rooms, a bar, and a brasserie with a stylish look. Guests can enjoy the pleasant breakfast patio and friendly staff. The hotel provides meeting space and a sun deck for relaxation.
I only stayed one night. The room was fairly clean and no carpet ( I prefer). Looks like just got remodeled. It’s very close to the main shopping and restaurant areas. The reception was also good. For the time I stayed, I don’t have big noise problem. Very few times I heard people shutting the door or walking. But I found many hotels have this problem. The best I like is the free WiFi with good speed.

It's a business place so pretty empty at the height of summer. Friendly check-in and I got into the room three hours early so a big thank you for that. Close to all the main attractions, trams stop beside the hotel and a selection of restaurants in the housing development next door. It's a short walk, past the market, to the airport shuttle bus. Happy to recommend this hotel.

One of the best Mercures so far and I've tried many, the lobby is quite roomy and inviting, reception is kind and gentle, big shout out to Leo who's been very helpful and didn't spare a smile, rooms are quiet and clean, all you'd expect for a good rest, we've got a superior one so I can't speak for the standard ones but I'd say they're as good. Parking is quite limited but we've immediately found a lot in the few times we used the car. I'd be glad to come back again one day if I'm around Montpellier, keep the good job up!

Overall a good stay with friendly service and a fine room. The biggest downside was the huge, modern TV that turned out to be almost useless since it doesn’t allow Netflix or streaming. Adding a simple cast/USB stick would make a huge difference and really add value. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable.

After my first night the cleaning staff had left a dirty cleaning towel on the bathroom sink and the cups in the room had lipstick stains, which was not acceptable. The location of the hotel is great, near the train station and city center but the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness.
Dina P — Google review
Unprofessional, no patience, rude impolite individuals working in a well established brand hotel. Being a member of Accor group or booking through bookings.com that’s not how you treat your customers if there is an issue with check in or check out due to there own communication breakdown between staff when changing work shift which is not our problem. It’s such a shame, lovely new updated hotel but so disgusting and disrespectful attitude and hand gestures when there was nothing wrong but they made it a big deal and lost a loyal customer. I will be taking this matter further with the management team, because I feel me and my partner was treated unfair and we did our best to communicate our concerns but unfortunately Hadrian, Sitti and Malo was on a completely different planet. I don’t know if it’s a management issue there, but the negativity and the big ego attitude from them three was just not needed so I hope this feedback and our email to the management will get acknowledged so they can work as a team to improve the overall customer service and make things right so it doesn’t happen to anyone else which will ruin the whole day and planned trip.

Nestled along the scenic beach route, the Best Western Hotelio Montpellier Sud is a contemporary budget hotel that promises an unforgettable stay in Herault. This charming 3-star establishment seamlessly blends modern design with local flair, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Guests can enjoy spacious and bright areas, including a cozy lobby, lush garden spaces, and versatile co-working facilities.
We did not spend the night here, but I put 5 points for the excellent receptionist who took care and helped us settle in another hotel, since they had everything booked!!! Great rarity!!! Romain Boutin thank you very much for your attention and help! You are a wonderful worker and a very responsive person! My husband and I are delighted!!!

!!BOOK ONLINE and NOT in person!! There's a significant price difference! I was quite disappointed to find out in the morning how expensive our less-than-12-hour-stay-without-breakfast was. Do yourself a favour and book online. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was simple and small, but clean. We asked the staff if there were any other discounts they could provide or include breakfast, there wasn't anything offered. They said if we booked online it would've been 50EUR less!! I find that to be such a rip off. I've sent a message into Best Western via their website. We'll see if anything happens. If you're travelling to the hotel at night, it is a dark and mysterious area, and you have to page them to open the metal barrier. Not something a Canadian was used to. LOL

Nice pool and good service. The room was ok-ish (if nothing else is available around) but overall I would not recommend the hotel. Room was smelly (damp smell), dusty and overall not very clean. Gave the impression that the hotel is not being taken care of.

A nice hotel for an overnight stop on the way down to Spain. We stopped on a Saturday evening so the restaurant wasn't open but the guy on reception prepared us a large cheese and ham board with fresh bread and an apple Tart with ice-cream for desert so no problem at all. He was a star. Loved the effort that he made.

We stayed midweek for one night on the way down to Spain. The room was dirty, there was dust everywhere and the communal areaS like the lobby and lift looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. We asked to move rooms and the reception staff moved us to a room where a family was sleeping! Will be going back to staying in Accor hotels. DISASTER!!

Nice rooms with fresh bathrooms. Good breakfast for 9 € extra and restaurant/bar in the building. The different alternatives for dinner was few, looked like the drinks in the bar are the more. Air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel has a small pool.

Hôtel Richer de Belleval is a sophisticated 5-star hotel located in the heart of Montpellier. Housed in a historic mansion dating back to the 1600s, this luxurious hotel offers an elegant and refined experience. Guests can enjoy top-notch gastronomy at the Jardin des Sens restaurant or opt for a more relaxed dining experience at one of the hotel's bistros with a terrace. The property also features a bar, offering guests various options for wining and dining.
Staying at this hotel in Montpellier was an unforgettable experience for our family! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The valet, Luic, navigated us effortlessly through the narrow streets, carried our luggage across charming cobblestone pathways, and welcomed us into a hotel that felt like a blend of modern luxury and whimsical charm. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm towels—a small touch that set the tone for the entire stay. Check-in was seamless, taking place in a cozy lobby so elegant and inviting that “lobby” doesn’t do it justice. The atmosphere was unlike anything we’ve experienced—it felt like staying in a warm, vibrant art museum where the world’s elite might secretly gather. Every detail of the design was thoughtful, tasteful, and awe-inspiring. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and meticulously appointed. It had everything we needed and more, combining comfort with sophistication. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with every bite reflecting the same level of care and quality. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better—everything worth seeing was just a short walk away. We will absolutely return. This place didn’t just meet our expectations—it set a new standard.

Unmatched Service, Stunning Venue, and True Hospitality I stayed at Hôtel Richer de Belleval about three weeks ago for just one night, and it left such an impression that I’m still talking about it. From the moment we arrived with my wife and parents, the hospitality was outstanding. They welcomed us warmly, gave us a beautiful room, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is a masterpiece — a historical gem in an incredible location — but what really elevates the experience is their Michelin-star restaurant. The food was phenomenal, the setting breathtaking, and the entire dining experience unforgettable. Yet, beyond the location, history, and cuisine, what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. I accidentally left a pair of pants and a shirt in the closet. Three weeks later, they didn’t just forget about it — they called me to let me know they had been shipped to Spain for me. When the package was returned to them, they called again, still determined to get my belongings back to me. They’ve now followed up three separate times to make sure I’m taken care of. That’s not just customer service — that’s genuine care. They could have easily moved on, but instead they went above and beyond. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t think twice. This is an establishment that values its guests long after checkout. I will absolutely be back. Bravo to the entire team.

A perfect stay. location is calm yet perfectly centered in the heart of the beautiful and lively old town, full of restaurants, coffee and tea shop, charming boutiques and artisans stores. Best hotel across the board in all of Montpellier. While the building is of historical and cultural significance, the room are modern, I presume completely remodeled and modernized. Internet, plumbing, beds, air handling all perfect. Fantastic bar and restaurant, perfectly quiet in rooms. Maid service was impeccable. We ate early in the morning, and the restaurant played 70s funk quietly in the background. So cool.

A truly beautiful hotel in a fantastic, quiet location on a charming square in Montpellier. The historic building is stunning, and the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and feature some of the most comfortable beds, duvets, and pillows we’ve ever experienced. The inner courtyard and the stylish bar are lovely spots to unwind, and the peaceful atmosphere adds to the overall charm. The staff responded well when we pointed out some housekeeping issues in our room, becoming much friendlier and offering us two glasses of champagne as an apology. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good and the public areas were spotless, we did find several additional hairs in the bathroom of our room, as well as a few other cleaning oversights. We also appreciated how the team quickly solved our Wi-Fi problem by providing a working password. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection, and the welcome drink was a sweet touch, though a less sugary option would be a nice improvement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unique character of the building, the quiet yet central location, and the superb beds made our visit special. With a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping and continued improvement in service, this hotel could be truly outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Montpellier!

Fantastic central hotel with impeccable design, professional staff and spacious rooms - ours had a very nice view as well. Only thing I wish I’d brought is earplugs as the church next to us starting chiming early morning every 15 mins so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I’m so happy we also went to the hotel bar- very unique !!

Second stay at this hotel . It’s a beautiful property and the staff make you feel utterly welcome as soon as you enter the building. It was my partners birthday and they not only upgraded our room , but left a beautiful welcome gift. Room itself was fantastic . Large , airy , good temperature, with high grade furnishings. One of the best beds we have slept in. Huge and comfortable . Wonderful linens . Everything spotlessly clean with that touch of luxury . Will definitely return

We visited on spec to see the 1st floor bar and have a pre-dinner cocktail. Greeted warmly by hotel reception and escorted up stairs. Lovely bar and very quiet on a Sunday evening at the end of August. Great cocktails, expertly prepared and not too pricey given the surroundings.

Hotel du Parc-Montpellier is a charming 16-room boutique hotel housed in an 18th-century manor. The lobby features stained glass windows, antique furniture, and a grand curved staircase, maintaining its historical charm while offering modern amenities like free Wi-Fi. The high-ceilinged rooms vary in facilities, some with baths and others with shower cabinets. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the shady terrace and explore Montpellier's attractions within walking distance.
I was very satisfied with the service, price, and location. Everything was smooth and exceeded my expectations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Montpellier.

The rooms were tiny but adorable. The front desk was helpful and multilingual. We had a room with a separate patio/terrace entrance which unfortunately invited an unwelcome person from the street to walk into our room in the middle of the night (could have been a drunk guest of the hotel who was confused) so be sure to lock all your doors! Despite this experience I would stay here again.

Nice and cosy hotel, great staff, helpful and professional. Only thing I can complain about is the minimalistic breakfast, not many things to eat besides some baguettes, croissants. I Would have liked to see some eggs, bacon, sausages, more warm options.

Lovely place. The room was well-appointed, except that there was very little room to put my clothes (I was there for a week). I was grateful for A/C in the room, as it was quite warm outside. The location is good, off the beaten track but close to the old city. Breakfast was very nice.

Great service. Even though we were expected at around 7, we arrived at 5:30 and they let us in and arranged for our room to ready while we were having breakfast (way earlier than what was agreed). The room was really comfortable and very clean. Very well located at walking distance from the train station (unless, of course, you're carrying all your luggage), close to tramway lines and commerce. The crew in the hotel are very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for a week the end of Aug.-beginning of Sept. 2014. This hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet being in a residential area of the city 2 blocks or so from a tram stop. It is easy walking distance from the Jardin des Plantes and the old town with its shops and restaurants. We loved the 18th century style decor, the plentiful breakfasts on the terrace (as the weather was perfect), our private balcony with table and chairs, as well as the hotel personnel who are charming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and go back ourselves...

Haven't yet stayed here, but must say that the reservation process (over the phone) was an absolute delight. Kind, accomodating, personnable dame in Montpellier makes me anticipate even more being able to stay at Hôtel du Parc. (I've now stayed here for 5 nights and highly recommend it. Intimate but not invading, comfortable little room (for such I'd asked) in an old manor house, though a bit nippy if the heat is off. Parking available.)

Nestled just a short stroll from the esplanade Charles de Gaulle, Miranove offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. This recently renovated hotel boasts immaculate rooms equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Guests rave about the warm and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. The top-floor restaurant provides breathtaking views over Montpellier and serves an array of delicious dishes, making it an ideal spot for cocktails or wine while enjoying the scenery.
We spent 4 nights here and I can’t recommend the hotel more highly. All the staff are extremely warm and friendly, knowledgeable and unfailing in their attention to detail. Rooms are immaculate and well-equipped, whilst breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The top-floor restaurant, with its sumptuous views over Montpellier, Pic Saint-Loup and the surrounding region is a wonderful place to have a cocktail or glass of wine, whilst the menu has all manner of tasty and well-executed dishes. A big thank you to all the staff there, and I look forward to returning and lounging in the roof-top pool, mojito in hand!

Pros: 1. We were greeted by a very polite, courteous host (we assumed he was the manager). He found us a good table and spent the whole evening trying to improve our experience. Honestly, this person is the only aspect really worth praising. 2. Reasonably clean, although far from perfect. 3. The atmosphere is fairly pleasant in the evening. Cons: 1. The food was mediocre—nothing terrible, but nothing special for the price. The cocktails were basic, not very tasty, and forgettable. 2. Views? Only if you are lucky enough to get a table right on the roof’s edge. There aren’t many of those, so you’ll need to book well in advance. 3. Expensive for the quality provided. Apart from the host, the waiters are dismissive and frequently forget orders (ask three times for ice with your soda and you’ll be ignored three times). The overall vibe is unremarkable—better pick an alternative. Conclusion: I’m not a fan of L’arbre blanc because of its high prices, yet if you’re after quality it is still the better choice: superior view and a better menu. Here you pay a lot and get very little. The epic finale came from my fiancée, who said, “We’d have been better off just taking chips and beer to the park.” She was absolutely right.

ATTENTION STAY AWAY, building under CONSTRUCTION!!! SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE AND YOUR MONEY We stayed there for 4 nights and apart from the fact that you can ALWAYS hear very clearly inside the room, all the noise from the street and the trams passing by, they decided to build a SCAFFOLDING for their Constructions on the night of the 15/05/2025 from MIDNIGHT to 5AM IN THE NEXT MORNING and REFUSED to reimburse us for this night, even after contacting the platform on which we made the reservation. We were hearing DRILLING and HAMMERING noises throughout the night and we were seeing the workers' head flashlights flashing from outside our windows (check pictures), when we contacted the receptionist, he refused to ask the workers to stop the heavy work they were doing, this is illegal!!! Also MIRANOVE and Marianne Appart'Hotel is the same establishment, don't be fooled like we did.

The location of the hotel is very good, every front desk staff is very friendly, the room is very new, parking is convenient, but there is a charge, and it is even better if the hotel guests can park at a discount. And the breakfast is very good.

The view from my room is the best thing about the hotel. The bed is nice and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and nice. The worst thing might also be considered the best thing is having a tram station in front of the hotel, which means you will listen to tram sounds since the sound isolation with the outside is not the best. Also one of the not so good things is the kitchen have only one pan and one pot, but it has a Nespresso coffee machine with is a good thing.

Where do I start... First of all this is not an actual aparthotel. The building and all rooms are shared with Madame Vacances offering long term rentals resulting in a lot of actual residents. Second, these actual residents (and if I might say personnel as well) have zero respect for Covid rules. If you are not into masks, you'll feel right at home at Madame (sorry I meant Marianne). Third, the rooms are at best minimally adequate but anyone wishing to spend more than 3-4 days here requires a chat with a professional.

I visited Route 66, a steak house in the area while on a work trip. Throughout the days it was open, I dined there and enjoyed their exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. Eventually, I even secured my own designated table. The menu at Route 66 is both delightful and diverse, offering a range of options to satisfy various preferences.
Was here for work in the area, and eat here all days that they were opened perfect food and service. Even got an own table after a while.

(Translated by Google) When we made our reservation, no one informed us of a theme night, so we got almost nothing from what was written on the menu. When we arrived, we ordered (the waitress informed us that there was no menu because it was a theme night). We were quite disappointed, but no big deal. The dishes arrived before the appetizer was even brought to us! And what's more, it was cold... Double disappointment. For dessert, we informed the server that the tartlet we ordered was served with a scoop of ice cream. He refused to serve us the ice cream that was included with the dessert... even though we told him several times that it was written on the menu! So how can we express our disappointment? The fish was very good, but as for the service... I think the owner should come and see how the service is going. Unfortunately, we won't be back, which is a shame because the cuttlefish was delicious. The background music was way too loud. The ibis Styles Montpellier Centre Comédie is a budget hotel located just 325 ft from the Place de la Comedie in Montpellier. The hotel has a casual bar and free Wi-Fi throughout, and a 24-hour front desk. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a great location in the city centre. The breakfast is good, with friendly and attentive staff.
The hotel staff made our two-night stay very comfortable. They were helpful in securing taxis and with other advice. The breakfast was lovely, and included fresh-squeezed orange juice!
Nancy M — Google review
I get that it’s a budget hotel and comfort isn’t the point, but the rooms are so horribly inhospitable that it’s as if the interior designer went above and beyond at making the space feel as uncomfortable and unsafe as possible. For example, it probably would’ve been cheaper to not put a giant floor-to-ceiling mirror right at your eye level for anyone sleeping facing the entrance. Whoever designed these hotel rooms seriously needs to pick up a book on Feng Shue or comfortable design, because this level of bad design should be illegal. If you want to wake up every two hours because the toilet (that is literally behind your head on the other side of a wall as you sleep) made a weird noise, or you accidentally looked at yourself in the freaky mirror that points directly at your face as you sleep, or if you’re an inferior design/architecture student looking for a bedroom that exemplifies everything you’re NOT supposed to do when making a comfortable bedroom, come stay here! It’s a real shame because everything else about this hotel is fantastic except for the godawful hospital/torture chamber feeling aah rooms -which are the thing you pay for at a hotel . They could hand out gold bars at reception, but it’ll still be a bad hotel if the rooms leave me feeling so unsafe and uncomfortable that I can’t get a good night’s rest.

Great Location and Even Better Service We had a quick visit to Montpellier—just 2 days and 1 night—and our stay at the hotel was perfect for the trip. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Initially, we were given a room on the 4th floor, but there was an unpleasant smell (possibly from the sewer). We reported it to reception, and they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th floor—great service. The room was standard, just like other Ibis hotels we’ve stayed in. What really stood out was the location—right in the heart of Montpellier, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The lobby was inviting, and breakfast was simple but enjoyable—perfect for a relaxed morning. Overall, the room itself was typical of a 3-star hotel, but the staff made it feel more like a 4-star experience.

Not the best hotel but great service and certainly a great location. The breakfast is good and filling. When you are tired in the evening they sell reasonably priced beer and wine. The Monoprix sells everything you will need and is a couple of minutes walk. Also, this is a student city so all the fast food you will ever need in your life is next door. I had a great time in this hotel.

This hotel prioritizes functionality without sacrificing comfort. The rooms, while maintaining a classic style, were clean, spacious, and even included a sofa for relaxing. Hôtel Belaroïa is a contemporary hotel with modern rooms and suites, offering dining options, a gym, and a spa. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat gourmet brunch on Sundays and unwind at the Nectar Cocktail Club with Deep House DJ performances. The executive suite features a walk-in shower for convenience. The hotel's proximity to the train station makes it convenient for travelers. While some guests found the rooms to be small, they appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff.
Our stay at Hôtel Belaroïa was brief yet thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, conveniently close to major attractions and transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Its aesthetic is decidedly modern and forward-thinking, with an urban elegance that feels both fresh and sophisticated. We stayed in a duplex room on the ninth floor. This unique layout featured two mezzanine levels, each with its own private balcony, offering delightful views across the Montpellier skyline. It was a lovely space to relax and take in the city from above. The room was clean and attractively designed. However, the absence of a proper writing desk proved slightly inconvenient, particularly for those wishing to work or write. In addition, the upper level, lacking a dedicated air-conditioning vent and being situated at the top of the building, felt somewhat warm and enclosed. Despite these minor drawbacks, the bedding and sofa bed were exceptionally comfortable, and the front desk staff were most welcoming and gracious. Although we did not make use of the hotel’s other facilities, the overall experience was quite pleasant. Hôtel Belaroïa is a stylish, well-located property and a commendable choice for travellers seeking comfort, aesthetics, and convenience in Montpellier.

The room we were given was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the staff we spoke were very welcoming, polite and helpful. It was very helpful that they could speak with us in English. The prices were very good for such a comfortable hotel. As we were travelling by train, the proximity to the train station was very good and with 2 tram stops nearby we had easy access to most tram lines. The room was quiet.

This is a very conveniently located hotel, literally right across the street from the main train station. The rooms are clean, no frills but for the price, this is a great place to stay. Breakfast buffet with good selection of pastries and a few hot food items. Staff very friendly. Folks who want to stay at a 5 star resort should look elsewhere but for what most people need, this is a great choice.

Very rude service. Unsafe. I was paying $200-$300 a night and when I asked for a change in rooms - my shower was disability access and flooded the bathroom - they were incredibly rude about it (laughed in my face). The only solution they could provide was to offer a worse room the following day. Hotel was not full - no excuse for this. You work in hospitality; you are not a prison warden - don't be so smug and combative when a paying customer makes a single polite and reasonable request. Housekeeping comes in with do not disturb sign on. This happened at least 2x. Problem persisted after I notified the front desk of initial problem. Items were found missing (despite what the hotel may say in response to this). Police involved.

The location is superb , close to the train station. Reception staff are nice, the bar is not , can't even bring your stuff to eat on the empty terasse. Room is ok but yeah stain carpet, ac is not working, when you open the windows people keep talking 24/7 loud. Fridge din't work.
Whereisthefood — Google review
Our check in was fast and friendly but our next contact with another person at the desk was disappointing. We chose a room with a mini refrigerator but we found it was not working. We tried explaining but were told it was a minibar and we should not expect it to cool! Then she said she would see what could be done. A maintenance man delivered a working refrigerator. Our room was not quiet with street noise so I had to use earplugs. There were black stains on the carpet and disturbing red stains on the mattress.

Citadines Apart'hotel Antigone Montpellier is a sophisticated apartment hotel located in the Antigone neighborhood, known for its grand neo-classical style buildings and wide boulevards. The area was designed by architect Ricardo Bofill, creating a striking contrast with the old town of Montpellier. The hotel offers airy units with kitchenettes and complimentary Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
One of the best accommodation in Montpellier. Great location, free coffee, big rooms, nice terrace, friendly managers. Many thanks to the manager Magda for excellent service.

A terrible experience overall. The hotel does not match the photos presented online. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes, and it felt like a family from Somalia had been living there for five years before us. It was simply disgusting to stay in. The floor was old and worn out, the furniture was outdated and awful, and everything in the kitchen was so repulsive it was impossible to use. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about the booking process via Booking.com. Due to a mistake, the reservation was made for the wrong month — something we only discovered at the reception desk. Your staff showed no flexibility or willingness to resolve the issue. Despite the hotel having available rooms, I was refused a change of dates and had to pay again on the spot for the correct night. I then tried to cancel the incorrect dates after already paying on-site, but was only able to do so with a 100% penalty — even though there were still two full months before the check-in date. Other hotels offer cancellations with no problem, even just a few days in advance. As a result, I ended up with a disgusting room that doesn’t even deserve one star, yet I paid the price of a five-star hotel. I will never stay at any of your hotels again
Alexandr K — Google review
Our room had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and so on. The room looks a bit worn out compared to the photos but everything works just fine. It offers an underground parking place and there is a tram station right at the front door. But we just walked everywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this place for short and long stays.
Burak D — Google review
We stayed there for one night in a regular room on the ground floor (which didn't look anything like the nice pictures online) and that was okay (quite worn down and a bit dark but clean and mostly functional). On the plus side: The breakfast is really nice and offers a lot for the price (12 €/person), e. g. freshly squeezed orange juice. Also, there's free tea, coffee, and water in the lobby at all times. The reception staff is quite friendly, too. They have a parking garage (12 €/day) and the location of the hotel is great as it is within walking distance of the old town/city center as well as many nice restaurants in the Antigone Quarter (which is interesting to explore as well). If you're traveling through and are with a car, I think it's a good choice.

Karen A — Google review
Booked 14 nights but stayed 0. The first room had stains and hair on the bedsheets, the second smelled of cigarettes and also had hair on the sheets. Staff were attentive and tried to help, but with both rooms unclean I chose another accommodation in Montpellier.
Yael S — Google review
We recently stayed at the Citadines Apart'hotel Antigone Montpellier and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice big bed (although not super wide). We particularly enjoyed the extra touches, such as the well-equipped kitchenette and the convenient laundry facilities. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any queries or issues. However, the hotel is starting to show its age and could use a bit of an update. The decor is a bit tired and the facilities could use some modernizing. For example, the bathroom could have benefited from a more modern shower and more powerful water pressure. Additionally, the balcony was small, but nice to have, and the view from our room was pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not outstanding. While the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Montpellier, we couldn't help but feel that a bit of TLC and some modernization would go a long way in making it a truly great place to stay. Worth considering if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Montpellier, but don't expect luxury or cutting-edge amenities.

The place was nice and clean. We purchased a breakfast and it was perfect for our busy schedule that day. We needed a place to stay because we were worried about the strikes affecting the highways. There was plenty of option for food around in the evening. Our room was clean and they even had great pillows. If you wanted to buy one you can for 50€. The staff were friendly. The front door after dark was a bit difficult as you had to remember a pass code to get back into the building. Checkout is a noon. We needed space to work and there was a cute courtyard in front of the entrance that gave us plenty of room. I'd stay again. We wished there would have been a pool or something but it was still a good time.

Yesterday night, I needed a break from driving and stopped at this hotel for just a couple of hours. I am writing this review because I am glad to have had Rémi (I believe is his name) as a front desk host. He made my short feel safe. Perfect location, really kind staff. I dropped my wallet in the corridor going to my hotel room and they managed to find it and return it back to me everything intact. A nice and safe place to stay

Nice hotel, right by the train station and by the entrance to the old city. Friendly staff, we arrived early and they prioritized cleaning our room first so we could check in. The aircon is nice in the heart, bit a bit weak, even at max, so the temperature at night was too hot. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked a bit unimpressive.

I liked the hotel. The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and practical. The hotel has a spa - massage and sauna for an extra charge, but the gym is free. My only remark is to consider offering more vegan options for breakfast. I could only eat the jams and some bread and had to ask for soya/oat milk every time. Otherwise, apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. I would certainly consider staying again and hopefully by then, there will be more vegan options.

Breakfast was a bad experience not only was it overpriced there was no cutlery, there were no eggs, orange juice or even bread at 9:45 am. The staff were rude when asked about it. €28 for some prepaid coffee and pan au chocolate. However great location, rooms were okay and check in was easy and the greeting was nice.

Wonderful modern hotel with clean rooms. Very quiet and great location. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, limited options and not particularly healthy. Staff could also be friendlier, on arrival. Staff on departure where very helpful and kind.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch and it was an absolute delight. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. For a hotel in its price range, Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch is one of the best around!

This hotel was perfect. The location is super ideal to visit Montpellier. The facilities in the center are all around. Inside the hotel it's very comfortable, it's clean and modern. I also felt safe with my belongings in the room. The security seems robust. Breakfast is wonderful. The only possible drawback was the temperature in the breakfast area, a bit too much airco. The service and the staff were super friendly.
Valeria D — Google review
Disgusting hotel direction which thinks of making money only but is not really taking care about their guests. They shouldn’t do a hotel business when they don’t even know how to handle hotel guests. They require 50€ per day what they want to reserve on your credit card just in case you might use something of their „services“. That’s simply rude and implies that the hotel sees every guest as potential thief and NOT as a guest. Calm down, you’re a simple 3 star hotel, nothing more!!! I’ve slept in so many hotels worldwide and this is the peak of rudeness. So don’t tell me that’s normal to do that. Besides, it would be interesting to know how much the staff earns, I’m pretty sure it’s a staff exploiting company. I’ll never book there again and my recommendation is to boycot this hotel at least until they change their regulations.

But functional, the reception needs to be reviewed a bit, as do the changing rooms (hair on the floor, shower sometimes with cold water, mini cabins, low dryer where you can wring your neck!)… it is quite busy nevertheless it is a pleasant swimming pool where you can walk at the start of the lines to take a breath before leaving and open on weekends which remains practical! Hôtel des Arceaux Montpellier centre is a charming boutique hotel located in a traditional 19th-century mansion with a cozy garden. The 18 compact rooms offer views of the hotel's shady garden or Aqueduct Saint-Clement. The hotel's location allows easy access to Montpellier's historic center and the train station via tramway L3. Each room features modern amenities such as air conditioning, sleek decor, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a minibar.
Stayed there last summer. The room was clean, the location is great to walk to downtown. It had an amazing Boulangerie just 2 blocks away, there’s also a farmer’s market on Saturday’s and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The girls at the reception are super friendly. There’s no elevator but I got assistance with my luggage. We came back two months later and all was the same. My favorite boutique hotel in the area.

The individual accommodations were small but comfortable. However, you’re staying in medieval village with a view of the aqueduct. You walk out the front door to a market where you can get a taste of the south of France. Worth the stay.

Clean and comfortable independent hotel located a short (10min) walk from the Old Town. The Arceaux (the arches of the aqueduct) are directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful garden for breakfast. Easy to reach by tram - after which a 4 min walk with your bags.

We had a wonderful experience with Hotel Arceaux. A combination of modernity and preserved a 19th century touch. A new renovated bath section; a delicious breakfast on patio added to the overall mood. and air conditioning is a great addition to this overheated summer!

Not sure where to start. I went for my childs eight year old birthday to Montpellier and we chose à hotel by chance. This hôtel was a gem. A fabulous garden and welcome was delightful. My child said: maman l accueil is wonderful and the truth comes out the mouth of babes. Breakfasts were great. Pets also welcome and yes children too. For his actually birthday, the staff sang happy birthday. They also asked him to feed fish! View of les arceaux great and very close to jardin des Pérou. Also close to tram. I have stayed in various hôtels but my eight year old made memories here and they were simple delighful! Markets Tuesday and Saturdays.

Maison Bayard is a chic and stylish hotel located in Montpellier, just a short distance from popular attractions like Corum and Musee Fabre. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with free Wi-Fi, making it convenient for travelers. The Mediterranean restaurant at Maison Bayard is a pleasant surprise, offering delicious food at fair prices in a nice setting. The cozy hotel has only 6 rooms, each beautifully decorated in a modern style with comfortable amenities.
Bayard is a beautiful, cozy hotel just a 5m walk from the train station in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Montpellier. The owners are nice. The hotel has only 6 rooms, each is very comfortable and decorated in the modern style with darkly-painted railings, and brightly painted upper-walls. I recommend room 102 which has a balcony. The central stairway has a lime-rendered stone wall, stone stairs, and wrought-iron balustrades. Hotel has an enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy drinks at night (recommend the Mezcal 122) and breakfast in the morning.

The hotel has a lot of potential but it is ruined. Everywhere there are marks on the walls, the shower head has a broken seal, the room is very small almost no space to move, it feels very cheap even if the building is very beautiful from outside. The smell of the entrance is terrible to strong cleaning product and there was no terrace as shown in the pictures but a ruined garden. Also there was no reception and a very ugly and cheap entrance. This is far away from a boutique hotel. Unfortunately we will never stay again in this potentially beautiful place.

After a rocky start and delayed communication, all ended well, we were welcomed outside check in hours. The room is small, but very nice and enough for a parent and a child. Bathroom is very stylish.

SCAM! This hotel is not as advertised. This is not a hotel, it used to be and used to serve food but someone has taken it over and let it deteriorate. Firstly there is no front desk. We arrived and there was a phone with a phone number to call, the phone didn’t work. A guy showed up late for check in and ran upstairs to make our bed. He left his motorcycle gloves on our bed and ran out. There was no hello or sorry or welcome or anything. The electronic panels to let you inside your room are broken so they have left holes in the wall outside and just leave a key in your door for you to enter. Security risk! There is no outdoor space as shown in the photos on trip.com, it’s locked and not accessible and as per my photos is dirty and unkept out there. There was no option to get food the kitchen downstairs you could walk into and it smelled but there were no lights in there and the guy who checked us in quickly locked it after realising it was open. Literally every handle came off in our room, the window you couldn’t open as the handle came off, the handle came off the taps, the light was coming out the wall and the door handle came off, talk about a fire hazard. No one came to restock toilet paper or anything so we had to buy our own. The room was clean enough but the coffee machine was full of lime scale. The worst part is we reached out via WhatsApp within an hour of check in to the guy who checked us in to complain and he said to us he would refund us our money so we can leave the hotel, but it wouldn’t be until the next morning. I didn’t trust him and said I needed I refunded before I left the hotel. He sent me a screen shot of a refund but it wasn’t for the correct amount and wasn’t to my credit card. He said the credit card must belong to the supplier who booked our room. We reached out to trip.com and explained what happened and how this hotel is falsely advertised on their website. Frankly trip.com didn’t care one bit. They said unless the hotel approves the refund they can’t issue a refund. We ended up deciding to stay for as long as it took to refund my money. We never got a refund. The hotel guy stopped responding to our WhatsApp. Trip.com informed us days later the hotel said no to a refund. This whole thing is a scam, the hotel and trip.com. I do not recommend booking this hotel, STAY AWAY! and as for trip.com I will no longer be booking with them in the future. They still have this hotel up on their website and said they will look into taking it down but can’t make any promises. We got ripped off so be warned!

(Translated by Google) We stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is clean and there is a swimming pool, but in our opinion these are the only positive things we can mention. For the rest this hotel is very noisy. If someone pushes a chair 3 apartments away, it feels like it's in your own apartment. Due to the lack of air conditioning, it is very hot there, so you can forget about a good night's sleep if it is quiet. We are therefore happy that the holiday here is over. You can order WiFi or a TV for an additional charge. Even in an Ibis Budget hotel this is included for free! For 25 euros for a week you would expect a good internet connection, but unfortunately this was not the case. You must park your car in a parking lot approximately 300 meters from the hotel. Not useful if you want to get a few things out of the car. Some people park their car closer, but there is a parking ban and fines are issued, so you have been warned! In short, we cannot recommend this hotel. Additionally, only one steam room was functioning and the sauna was under repair. The swimming pool is very noisy, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the infrastructure but rather with the lack of good manners of people who scream, run around the swimming pool and do not educate their children… The staff at the hotel tries to enforce the rules but appears disillusioned, which I can understand.. We will perhaps come back but out of season so that we can enjoy this magnificent setting and be in a calm and relaxing attitude as the name of the hotel suggests. On the other hand, for the spa part, we had the impression of being in a municipal swimming pool. No sign of relaxation: no relaxing music, but children screaming and jumping in the water. The sauna is pleasant, and the hammam is spacious, but it clearly lacks maintenance: pieces of broken earthenware littered the floor, and a bad smell emanated. No trace of essential oils, even though they are essential to a spa atmosphere. The ice fountain was also out of order. Another surprising point: no bathrobe or slippers are provided, only a towel. As a result, everyone walks barefoot, even in the soaked corridors and changing rooms, which are also not very clean and with water all over the floor. Not hygienic at all.. In summary, this place does not deserve the name “relaxation spa”: it is simply an indoor hotel swimming pool. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but it is clearly poorly exploited.

The cancellation was made 15 hours before the slot I had chosen. I was sent a message asking for a deposit because in this institute they consider it to be a last minute cancellation. I was shouted at on the phone without giving me a second to express myself. Still a lot of things to review on the commercial side. (Translated by Google) Avoid, I can't take it anymore. I'm fed up. I went there for the first time to repair my broken screen. Everything seemed to be working fine except that the screen kept turning off from time to time. I thought it must be the heat or the screen replacement. My phone freezes, impossible to use, the screen is unreadable. We return it after finding the invoice, because be careful to keep the receipt, which will serve as your warranty receipt, otherwise there's no help. They don't have the invoices, even if you bring your ID. Apparently, they don't have access to the customer file; they redirect you to an email where you'll never get a response. The repair was done, my phone hasn't suffered any damage, it just keeps turning off, I can't get a signal, and the Bluetooth keeps dropping out. You have to restart it for 10 minutes to get it to work. It's unbearable. Also, I forgot this detail, knowing that the phone wasn't dropped after the repair, why does it have a small crack under the protective screen (it's not rigid, it's a flexible screen)? I noticed it 2 or 3 days later, it's permanently fitted with a case, so I don't understand anything anymore. Following your response: My name isn't public, this is indeed this establishment. If you want me to add the invoice for the repair as well as the €29.99 protective screen that I bought from you, along with a case for the first visit, I thought you didn't have access to your customer file to find me. I haven't received any response from you by email. Do you have to post a public notice for us to be taken care of? I'll come by to have this fault removed because having to turn it off and then on again to have a BT or 5G connection all day is really tiring, you put the GPS in the car and nothing happens, it's going to go far, I'm wasting too much time...

I joined a group of 6 people (maximum 8 participants per session) for the "unusual ride" because, yes, this city is full of little hidden treasures that are part of its history. It also allows you to visit neighborhoods you wouldn't have thought of (living here) or discover it in a different way 👍🏻 Thanks to the guide and the person in charge of the concept, who made me feel safe and learned a little more about this city where I've lived for several years. There's a nice selection of rides - congratulations for the initiative that helps promote Montpellier and its surroundings. See you soon. (Translated by Google) Very nice accommodation with five double beds, quite a few sofas in the living room, a small balcony, two bathrooms etc... There were eight of us and we didn't feel cramped. The agency is responsive, and answered all our questions. The only downside perhaps: only one set of keys, not very practical when there are many of you. With a little organization it works. Regarding the location, we are very close to the Center (5-10 minutes on foot), particularly the Diagonale cinema. Quite a few shops nearby. On the other hand, it's a bit of a hassle to find a parking space, but that's the misery of Montpellier. Overall we had a great stay! We were in training, but it's like we were on vacation, I recommend! Furthermore, the accommodation is located on a very busy street, even at night, but this didn't bother me much. Unfortunately, the neighbor across the street was very rude and immediately upon arrival, yelled at us in French, saying that if we were too loud, she would call the police immediately. (She wished she could have said it in a more friendly tone.) Of course, the owner of the accommodation can't do anything about that. Best wishes and thank you for our wonderful week there. :) (I hope Google translates it correctly from German to French 😂) (Original) Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit umwerfender Einrichtung und guter Lage.
