Looks good, decent location, while the exteriors are freshly painted the rooms needs improvement. Especially the bathrooms. Shower works in bursts of 10 secs, then stops and then starts again. Spoke to housekeeping, reception and the manager. Their intervention only helped to make the shower a little better but could not be resolved. And this was across the floor, as we had multiple rooms. All had same problem. The balcony had leakages and water dripping on coffee table. The food at best is average. While the staff is polite but they can't do much, I am assuming as the property has aged. So not a pleasant experience.

We had an unplanned stay at Hotel Lagoona Resort, Lonavala on 17th August, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for me and my wife. The hospitality was beyond expectations — warm, attentive, and truly caring. A special shoutout to Suman Das (Sr. F&B Executive) for his exceptional service and professionalism. Also, heartfelt thanks to the amazing restaurant and hotel staff including Mehul, Sunit, Sourav, Vaishnavi, Chandni, Nitin, Sakshi Bhoir, Sagar, Ravindra, Rannan, Monika, Bhagshree, Sakshi Shelar, Harish, Akshay, Nitesh, Pranali, Yogesh Avghade, Sourav Patil, Soyathi, Sanket, and the culinary team: Mukesh Chef, Rana Chef, Uttaran Chef, Nikhil Chef, Vinod Chef, Rajesh Chef, and Urmila — every one of them contributed to making our stay special. The gesture, warmth, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. It's rare to come across such dedicated hospitality. Definitely a 5/5 experience — highly recommended and we’ll surely visit again!

The resort has great views. The management is prompt and addresses your concerns. Rooms are good, clean. We had a great stay here. There is still scope of improvement in terms of breakfast buffet. Its good but it could have been better in terms of variety and taste as well.

Decided to give this hotel a try after it was suggested as a must-try on Clear Trip and under "Steal Deal" on Agoda. Starting with the reception, there was a welcome drink counter that had no one, and we weren't served anything, nor were we asked for water or something. Starting with the room, we had booked the base category and asked for an upgrade, which was denied despite the hotel being 80% empty. The manager rudely said no, which is okay. However, we were really disappointed to see the base category room. It seemed spacious, but the bathrooms and toiletries were not in good shape. On top of that, they are using towels that are five years old and have turned yellow. The central AC apparently in the base category is not working, and they had normal ACs, which are too small for the size of the room.Room. The funny part is that the standalone AC was also non functional and had to be serviced. After which we asked for a room change, but that was denied as well, saying all other rooms were occupied. The pool table is in bad shape, and the table tennis rackets are broken. The swimming pool was an infestation for mosquitoes and other insects. They have a boating area which is non-functional because of a permission issue, but that has become an infested ground for mosquitoes, filled with dirty water, sludge, and fungus. I don't know why the management isn't doing anything about it. There were undies and wet clothes lying in the reception area. The check-out experience isn't great either. I was not asked by anyone about the review or recommendation. Also, the check-out procedure makes you feel like a thief. The reception will call staff to check the room, and once given a go-ahead, the receptionist will hand over a note to you, which you have to go and hand over to security and then to valet. Why can't the receptionist directly call the security and inform them? Also, it has a guest service counter which had two girls sitting; I don't know for what, because clearly, they aren't doing a good job. PS Note: Only if you get a good deal for 4-5 K then consider it. At 10K there are far better hotels and resorts in Lonavala. Can't comment on food because we had not opted for Breakfast or dinner

I recently stayed at this resort for 2 days, and it was truly a memorable experience! The hospitality, care, and warmth shown by the entire Lagoona Family made our visit feel like a home away from home. Special thanks to Suman, Asha, Saurav, Vaishnavi, Rupali, Reshma, Mehul, Nitin, Harish, Uddhav, Sakshi, Sourav, Monika, Chadani, Pranali and the entire team whose friendliness stood out throughout our stay. A big shoutout to Chef Mukesh and Chef Rana – the food was simply outstanding! Chef Mukesh deserves special praise for his brilliant culinary skills. Every meal was a delight – flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The love and passion for food truly reflect in every dish. Sadly, due to our plans, we were unable have the time for fishing experience, but I am sure we will do it next time. Only suggestion: It would be great if swimming costumes, caps and goggles were available at the pool for adults.

Had an excellent stay in the resort last week. Rooms are clean, staffs are polite and helpful. Don't miss the miss the food in Cinnamon restaurant. It was delicious and the staffs also helped us throughout especially Suman and his whole team. Thank you. Will definitely visit again and recommend others.

This resort truly feels like the definition of a perfect staycation from prompt services to delicious food, everything was spot on. The entire staff, including the receptionists, stewards, chefs, and waiters, were exceptionally polite and kind in their approach, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Property - Located in lap of a hill , it turns majestic during fog and rain . Despite incessant rain that this area witnesses, maintenance is praise worthy. Rooms are spacious ( we stayed in Garden Villa ) and equipped with all modern facilities you may aspire for . Check -in and check -out — Whatever management may feel but check out time of 90 mins simply speaks for itself . It shows that you don’t have respect for guest’s time . Complete chaos rules the reception . While driving back home i felt sorry for people to whom I caused inconvenience by blowing horn near reception . At the end , you don’t want to carry these memories . Fish market feeling can be avoided by better planning . Dinner - Just average nothing to cherish about . Breakfast- Good spread and well managed despite crowd .

would not recommend this place for staying. The rooms are poorly maintained, with fungus on the curtains, unclean flooring, and carpets that have not been properly cleaned. Despite charging rates comparable to a 5-star property, the standards here fall far below and it should not be considered a star-rated property at all. While the staff is courteous and did provide immediate assistance when requested, the overall hygiene and cleanliness protocols are lacking. Hospitality is a continuous process, not a one-day effort, and proper maintenance of the property is essential.

I stayed at Della Resort just a day ago and have mixed feelings about the experience. The room was cozy and beautifully designed — perfect for a couple’s stay. The property itself is scenic and luxurious, offering stunning views and spacious, well-maintained rooms that truly stand out. The resort offers a wide range of activities, which is a great feature, but unfortunately, the pricing for these is excessively high. Similarly, while there are multiple restaurants on-site and the food is delicious, the pricing is steeper than even many 5-star hotels. One major drawback was the check-in process. It was unusually slow and required guests to wait quite a bit — not what you expect from a luxury resort. Also, during heavy rainfall, no umbrellas were provided nor was there any prior intimation. This was disappointing, especially considering the level of hospitality expected from a 5-star property. While it's wonderful that the resort is pet-friendly, I noticed that the dogs kept at the property were not in good condition. The cleanliness was lacking, and there was a noticeable odor in the pet area — something that definitely needs attention. The swimming pool is outdated and could use a major upgrade to match the rest of the resort’s otherwise upscale feel. Della markets itself as “India’s best resort,” and while it does have many strengths — such as luxury accommodations, breathtaking views, and a wide array of amenities — there are areas that clearly need improvement to truly live up to that title.

Disliked the taste of idli at breakfast, I think it was a little over fermented. But apart from that this is an awesome place, great rooms, great views. We recently stayed at Della Resort in Lonavala with our family, including our young daughter. While the property itself is decent, it certainly doesn’t live up to the 5-star label it claims—3 stars would be a more accurate reflection. Service & Hospitality: The service was below average throughout our stay. Staff interactions often felt transactional rather than welcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or attentiveness you'd expect at a premium resort. Location: The location is fairly average, neither very scenic nor particularly convenient. It doesn’t offer much in terms of natural beauty or accessibility. Dining Experience: Food quality was mediocre at best, yet the pricing was exorbitant. Expect to spend ₹4,000–₹6,000 per meal for two. What’s worse, every restaurant on the property imposes a cover charge—even for in-house guests who’ve already paid upwards of ₹20,000 per night. If you happen to walk in during dinner hours without paying the cover, don’t be surprised if you're denied a seat—regardless of your guest status. Hidden Charges & Child Policy: Despite booking a family package, we were charged an additional ₹4,000 per night for our 8-year-old daughter. Shockingly, this did not include an extra bed, mattress, or even a lounger. These charges were not disclosed upfront and only surfaced at check-in, leaving us with no choice but to pay due to the non-refundable nature of the booking. Additional Fees: On top of the inflated room rates and dining costs, there’s a mandatory ₹5,000 per night cover charge for food and beverages, plus a 5% service charge added to the final stay bill. This pricing model feels more exploitative than premium, and is unlike anything we’ve experienced even at top-tier hospitality chains. Overall Impression: Della Resort trades heavily on celebrity hype but delivers a value that’s nowhere near its price point. What you get is an average stay at an average property, dressed up in luxury branding that doesn’t hold up under scrutiny.

This place is a total scam! The reservation told me to book camp room as adventure rooms don't have a jacuzzi. Turns out camp rooms have a single person tub (smaller) and adventure rooms have a couple jacuzzi (double size). They made me book a more expensive room that had a smaller offering. They told us on Saturday activities are open till 9pm. So we took a snack break and when we reached the dog walking activity at 7.15 - it was closed! Now the next day I would have to pay for that even after taking an entire day pass the day before. The 50+ ad for day pass is also a big lie. They don't even have 50 in total. The crossbow pistol, bubble football or bubble fight, the motorized tripod scooter - these don't even exist. 4 activities are paid irrespective of the pass u take. They have 20 activities at best, 4 of which are paid. The indoor video games are all broken. The car video game drives at 1st gear throughout the race. 2 dart boards and only 5 darts between them. edit: The front desk helped resolved the issue with rooms, updating the rating to thank them. But the point still remains that call support (corp office) and on ground staff are out of sync with reality.

This resort is a very nice property. I was there at Cafe24 for Brunch. The cover charge per person is Rs. 1000 as on 12 October 2025. The food is expensive and taste is at par with any establishment of this type. The resort is humungous and has a rich view of lush green hillside right from the the gate till the end. The villas seem very spacious and I'll revise this review someday when I plan a stay there.

5/5 for the service and staff behaviour. All very polite and prompt. Special mention to Soumi in the restaurant, engaged our 1 yr old baby nicely so we could eat properly. Rest all are 4.5/5 with slight improvements needed here and there like maintaining temp of food in the buffet, sofa seats in the room needs upgrading as does the TV, for a suite room. TV size should be bigger. Vibe of the property is pretty inviting. Game zone is a big plus. Overall an excellent and value for money place for a weekend.

An excellent place for a short holiday! The rooms are large, clean, airy, functional and tastefully done. The overall ambience of the central swimming pool area is natural and very peaceful. The staff are friendly, helpful & make you really feel at home. The food is very good. And for a property of this standard, the rates are very competitive!

This was one of THE BEST experience. The quality- 4.5 starts Service-5 stars Ambience-4.5 stars. The staff and their services were epitome of politeness.They just made our holiday much better. My stay at Rhythm Lonavala was absolutely amazing but solely because of the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely welcoming. But a very excellent staff is just one side of the coin. The room needs to be good too. Sorry to say but this is a 3 star property at best. When we arrived in the room the first thing we noticed that the flush in our room was broken. Then water was leaking from somewhere but even the maintenance team couldn't figure it out, we woke up to a completely wet bathroom in the morning. The next bad thing was the washroom having no kind of exhaust at all, making it extremely suffocating to bathe or do anything in there. A basic exhaust fan is a necessity which seems like a bad foresight. The food was decent but again not up to the mark of a 5 star hotel as the food looked like it had a lot of seasoning but salt was very less which made it taste bland. At the end all I can say is that the staff alone is managing to hold the hotel to a very very high level as the property itself does not feel upto the mark

Upon checking into our initial room, we unfortunately discovered a cockroach. However, I commend the hotel staff for their prompt response; they immediately addressed our concern by moving us to a new room and even providing an upgrade, which was much appreciated. The upgraded room was indeed spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. It was also a connected room, meaning it had an internal door (which was locked) that could potentially be used to link with an adjacent room. Unfortunately, this also meant that the television from the adjacent room was clearly audible, significantly impacting the peace and quiet of our stay. Additionally, we noticed that the duvet had some tears and holes, which was a minor detail but still detracted from the overall comfort. Another point of note was the absence of complimentary evening tea, which is often a standard offering in higher-rated hotels. One of the undeniable highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and the taste was excellent, making for a very enjoyable start to our mornings. In conclusion, while the hotel did well in resolving the initial room issue and provided a great breakfast, several areas require significant improvement to meet 5-star expectations. The issues with noise from the connected room, the condition of the duvet, and the lack of expected amenities like complimentary evening tea point to a quality level that feels more consistent with a 3-star hotel. With greater attention to room maintenance, soundproofing, and standard amenities, Fariyas Hotel could truly elevate its guest experience.

The resort is located in a prime area, which initially seemed promising. However, the overall experience was far from satisfying, especially considering the high seasonal pricing. The resort is located in a very noisy area with constant traffic throughout the day and night. The property is poorly maintained — rooms are old, not clean, and lack any kind of view. Basic hygiene was missing, and the kids' play area was extremely dirty. The condition of the resort simply doesn’t match the price they charge. The staff was not polite or helpful. A particularly disturbing issue was the landline phone in our room, which kept getting cross-connected during the night — we received calls around 3 AM and multiple times afterward, every few hours. When reported, all we got was repeated apologies, but no real solution. The food was very average, nothing special, and again, not justifiable for the high rates. Parking space is limited and inconvenient, yet they still charge extra for it without any valid reason. Overall, this resort fails to deliver on basic expectations of comfort, service, and cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at the prices they quote.

The breakfast buffet had great variety, and every meal I had there was fresh and flavorful. The location is great! And that's probably why the resort charges a price premium. The pricing is on the higher considering the rooms and infrastructure in the resort. The service was super quick and friendly, so the overall experience was quite good. The way the rooms are designed could be better.

Excellent location if you are using public transport. Location is right in the market with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are ok. One of the room was leaking as it was raining. It has game room. However, only TT table and carrom were there. Also, the room was being used for ironing clothes. No other place is there for games. Swimming pool was dirty and small. Lunch was not good. Snacks and breakfast were ok. Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the premises.

This is an old property, not well maintained. The food is okay. But the buffet booked is not of good standards. I have been booking hotels where my stay for a deluxe rooms have costed less than what I paid for this stay of 6k, but have got higher satisfaction in terms of property and service. I would say it was a disappointing experience.

We have been visiting dukes for many years now, however, the recent visit was absolutely a surprise and superlative experience! With the change in mgmt and expansion, everything about the resort has changed for the better - the landscape, rooms, hygiene, service, activities, food, all of it! They also have a dedicated Italian restaurant with authentic recipes and delights. Young enthusiastic courteous team members have been recruited making your stay most comfortable. New recreational activities have been added - Sakshi, kiran, the pottery guy all are great at engaging the kids. Kudos to the team! Keep up the good work!

Must visit esp in the monsoon. A getaway from the busy Mumbai to a quiet scenic view. The hotel has changed hands and the new rooms, aesthetics and food is outstanding! They have included the locals into employment and opportunities, which is very commendable. Do visit even if it's for a drive and coffee!

Such a classy property! One of the best stays I’ve had, with an amazing view of Khandala and the waterfall. The rooms are beautiful, and the service is truly top-notch. Definitely a place worth experiencing at least once in your life.

Very disappointed with the amount we paid and the experience we got. Not much recreational activities. Quality of many items in Breakfast was average. Service was poor.. No cold water in taps and no one attended even after complaints. No bill shared at the time of checkout. Even after reminders it was not shared.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Our experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering we were traveling with an elderly parent and a child — comfort and basic service were essential, but sadly, completely lacking. • The food was overpriced and lacked taste. Even though cost wasn’t an issue, the quality was poor and underwhelming and not at all worth the price. • Service was extremely slow in the Restaurant. After waiting 15–20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee (₹170 + tax) and multiple follow-ups, the manager casually told us “Banalo aap” while delivering coffee to another table — highly unprofessional. • The kitchen seemed understaffed and disorganized. • There was a pungent, unpleasant smell in the wardrobe. • Water was leaking into the room, and the light went out multiple times during our stay. • The AC wasn’t functioning and had to be serviced for almost an hour while we were in the room. (Attached an image) • There was no Wi-Fi or mobile network in the room, which made it difficult to get help or access anything online. • The room phone didn’t work, so every time we needed something, we had to walk all the way to reception (even for the smallest things). • Food could not be ordered to the room — we had to go collect it ourselves from the restaurant and then bring it to the room. • The swimming pool, although a beautiful infinity pool with an amazing view of the mountains, was poorly maintained. The tiles were coming off, and I even got a cut on my foot. Thankfully, my small niece didn’t get hurt. (attached an image) This entire experience was totally disappointing, especially when traveling with a sick, elderly parent and a young child — the lack of responsiveness, accessibility, and basic hospitality made things unnecessarily stressful. The only saving grace was the beautiful view from the hotel — truly stunning and serene. Unfortunately, that alone doesn't justify the overall poor experience. Not recommended.

Beautiful location. Property is huge. Plenty of parking space. Food was not good. Both lunch and dinner buffet were average & breakfast too, Considering the price the customer is paying. Rooms Service is really poor. Do not order food in the room',it will take forever to bring it. The swimming pool is good.

We had high expectations from Upper Deck considering the charges, but the experience turned out to be very disappointing. We had booked 9 rooms for a group of 26 people, but the overall service was far below acceptable standards. Room Service: There was no room service available for à la carte orders. We had to walk all the way up to the café, wait there, collect the order ourselves, and walk back down. Given the resort’s layout, it felt like climbing 4–5 floors via staircase each time. Room Facilities: Basic amenities like the refrigerator, TV, and geyser were not working in several rooms. Upon raising the issue, the technician casually responded, "Chal raha hai, thoda time lagta hai." This lack of seriousness was frustrating. Food Quality: Not worth the amount charged. Food was average at best and didn't meet expectations for a premium resort. Service Delays: On the first evening, evening tea service was missed. Despite multiple follow-ups, staff kept redirecting us to different locations. Only after a long delay and back-and-forth, tea was finally served near the pool counter. Overall, the resort fails to justify the price point. Poor service, non-functional amenities, and disorganized staff made the stay underwhelming. Not recommended unless they seriously improve their service standards.

Do not provide any room service for any food or snacks. If you ask something from housekeeping you have to remind them twice then only you will get that. Location and restaurant food is good. Rest all below avg, no proper maintenance.

Extremely Disappointed – Not Recommended at All We booked a Deluxe Room at Upper Deck Resort Lonavala via MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. Upon arrival, the staff gave us a completely different room (106 )than what was shown on MMT — the room was old, poorly maintained, and the washroom was in terrible condition. It hadn't been flushed properly and was absolutely unclean, which was shocking for a property of this category. We insisted on being moved to Room 142, which was similar to what we had seen while booking on MMT. After wasting time and energy with the room change, we thought things would improve, but to our surprise, the bathroom lock wasn’t working. Again, we had to call the staff, wait around 30 minutes, and get the maintenance person to fix the lock in front of us — all while we had come here to relax, not troubleshoot basic maintenance issues. Overall, we spent a good part of our start just complaining and coordinating with staff, instead of enjoying our stay. Highly not recommended — the property might have potential, but poor room conditions, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues ruined our experience. Save your time and money — better options are available in Lonavala.

Location of the resort is great. It is off the main highway and nestled in the hills. The resort is huge. You can walk around in the resort and enjoy the nature. We had visited in March/ april or so. This would be great to stay in the rains. The approach road to the resort is below average once you exit the main road. Be careful. Some stretches are very narrow. Food was good. Make sure to go early for breakfast to get the window side tables in the restaurant.

Very good place for resort with refresh mind. Parking place good enough to accommodate 20-30 vehicles. Big rooms but now Resort need one maintenance for eg fridge leakage, paint coming off, broken sink in bathroom etc I observed. Talking about food it is very good taste and hospitality.

Our recent stay at Treasure Island Resort was a truly refreshing experience. The resort is beautifully located, offering a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The property is well-maintained with lush greenery, spacious rooms, and an inviting pool area that makes it ideal for both relaxation and family activities. The food options were quite varied, with a good balance between local delicacies and international cuisines. This is pure veg resort. The taste of the food is good but on the other side the portions offered are less compared to the cost. Also they charge additional 20% extra if you order in the room which makes the experience downer. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive with fresh and delicious choices. A few areas could be improved, such as the lagoon villa in which we stayed there was continuously water leaking from bathtub taps. This issue was highlighted to room service person but he neglected and there was no solution from the management. Overall, Treasure Island Resort is a wonderful getaway spot for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a fun yet relaxing vacation. We left with beautiful memories and would definitely love to visit again.

Decent place. Considering the beautiful location and food quality, they could have done lot better. Basic things like shower, TV, etc. were non functional. The diner closes at 10 pm is not so good, felt like school hostel discipline. Also you cannot order food from outside. Having said that, the breakfast options and room service was great within the given time frame.

The rooms are spacious and come with a huge balcony, which makes the stay very comfortable. Service is decent, though nothing extraordinary. The hotel has two restaurants, but they are located quite far from each other, which can be a little inconvenient. One point to note is that the management is quite stringent on processes like check-out – for example, rooms are inspected before allowing check-out, which may feel a bit rigid. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with good room space, but service and flexibility could be improved.

Resort is beautiful but not maintained, service is poor, 1) it was raining heavily during our trip but they don't provide umbrella to the guest, not even for internal resort transfer. 2) we had food around 4pm they said they don't have only 3-4 snacks item and asked us to come after 7pm for food. but somehow manage to make utthappa which was very bad in taste. 3) it was raining heavy so we decided to sit inside restaurant and eat something, they don't help us with umbrella to go back to our room, ontop of that RESTAURANT WASHROOM WAS LOCKED, POOL WASHROOM WAS LOCKED, Reddicouls, i controlled for 1 hour and then used my Room's washroom once rain stopped. THIS IS SO BAD WHEN THEY DONT HAVE WORKING RESTROOM APART FROM THE ROOMS VERY BAD. 3) No welcome drink asked despite mentioned in the hotel features. 4) I asked for quiet room And turf cafe facing room because it was our anniversary. They gave us reception facing very first room which was quite disturbing. I can understand if the resort is full but the whole resort was almost empty they failed to provide us good view room which again really very bad service. 5) again next morning for breakfast I asked for restaurant washroom they said it's not working and I had to go back to my room inbetween my breakfast. 6) Pool timings till 7:30pm they said , I used pool around 6pm still ,after requesting so many times they dint turn the pool's waterfall on, even during pool timings they fail to provided in time service.

What an amazing property. Loved it. Extremely peaceful area, not much walking for older people within the resort, very friendly staff. There are 3 restaurants within the properly, there is a club house for games, housie etc. they made us play in groups and we made new friends. Definitely Recommend this property if you plan to travel to Lonavala.

Nice experience. No issues with cleanliness. In rainy season it's equivalent to heaven specially mountain view rooms. Only improvement area is about kids zone and some outdoor activities as these were completely missing. We have visited this restaurant on occasion of my birthday. They provided butter scotch cake as complementary, which was super tasty.

It was lovely stay in 7Apple. It was great experience from check-in to checkout . Food was delicious. They don't put buffet if less guests but you can order anything from menu. Miss Kalyani was helpful.

I’ve been visiting Zara Resort every year since 2015 with my family, friends, and our school student groups. Their service has always been very good. We chose this property for our 2 night stay in Lonavala due to the ratings and reviews we saw online. However, unfortunately, they turned out to be misleading in our case. We were 3 friends traveling together. The first room we got was mouldy and smelled like it hasn’t been opened in months. But we still decided to give it a shot. But then the AC in our room was constantly dripping water on the floor, and after an initial inspection when the issue didn’t get resolved, we requested the staff to give us another room the next day, but they were adamant that there aren’t any more rooms available. However, miraculously, after we were a bit stern with them, we were given one of the penthouses! The room was nice, but in this room the TV was not a smart one, which was surprising, because the one in the previous, cheaper room was. Anyway, after again having to hound the staff for a bit, they did switch our TV, which was nice of them. So the stay experience overall for me was below average. The breakfast spread was decent, location is beautiful. But I would not be going back here again.

I have traveled to Dubai, Thailand, and numerous other locations around the globe, but I assure you that their hospitality is on a different level. I stayed here for just two days, from September 6 to 8, 2025, in Room No. 308. Their hospitality is so exceptional that they will never refuse you for reasonable requests, including the restaurant staff. On the first night, I asked them to heat up my food that I had brought from home, and they gladly obliged! I also inquired if I could have a late checkout around 12 to 1 PM, as my eight-year-old daughter was unwell the previous night, and they agreed. Furthermore, the restaurant staff is very polite and humble. It was a wonderful experience at Zara Resort. Thankyou

Property is at great location. Rooms are also very good. But cleanliness is the issue there in room. Everything is very dirty table, windows, curtain, bedsheets. Food prices are also bit high. Food quality is above average.

The hotel might seem old / secluded at first, but it is a delight as you settle in. Rooms are a bit old, but spacious, well equipped and comfortable (we had super deluxe room with balcony). The staff is polite & very helpful round the clock. The swimming pool is also of a nice size & depth and good fun. The BIGGEST highlight is the food here! Head chef Mr. Dhan Singh and his team deliver every kind of cuisine at a great variety, quality and quantity. Really, the food was far better than our expectations; definitely plan a meal or two in their restuarant, Olive & Spices. Overall, very happy with experience! Also, smooth process by booking via Cleartrip (with good discount).

Booked two rooms - one room TV did not work; one other room side bed broken. Despite complaints nothing was fixed. Food ordering took more 1 hr. Only good review - good location Also service is poor. Game zone machines are not well maintained And swimming pool size is a big joke!

One of the worst experiences I have had with sterling resorts. The resort is old and dilapidated without proper maintenance. We had visited during weekdays. The staff and the service was abysmal. The lift is also old and felt shaky. The hotels seemed like a haunted house super quiet, only disturbed by the noise of the vehicles on the highway close by. Would never recommend anyone visit this hotel. Also there are basically no good views to wake up to, one side faces the road and the other side faces fallow land.

Avarage hotel. Rooms are old school. Room service is slow. Food is average. Options for infants are lees but baby khichdi provided to us was good enough. With less staff they are trying to manage.

I have stayed at Villa San Lawrenz on 26th July 2025 and below are my genuine observations. 1. Location of this resort is not good. You need to cross railway crossing and sometime due to traffic specially in this monsoon season you will stuck there for almost an hour or so. Very narrow roads and not good at all. There is no view or anything from this resort. 2. This resort is over priced a lot. They charged me Rs.12500/- for one night for one family with one kid. Considering the overall ambience, this shouldn't be more than 8k for a family with one kid of 13 yrs. 3. Rooms are spacious and clean however they don't have dispenser in bathroom, instead they provide you soap and every shampoo also they kept the sachet of Rs.1 Sunsilk. If you are charging Rs.12500/- for one night atleast you should have dispenser and bottles for soap and shampoo. No room slippers, no dental kit. Refrigerator is not in working condition. 4. Swiming pool is really good and clean and indoor games are good too. Seating space in the hotel is good. 5. Food quality is average and chinese items are below average. Non veg items are pathetic and even after complaint also they are like lot of guests are there so can't do much. 6. Staff is courteous but as I said people from Mumbai won't care much to pay 13k because they need a break from the hustle life in Mumbai however there are many other good options in Lonavla at this price. Fariyas resort, Ambey Valley, Upper Deck, Trikaya in Kamshet. 7. Checking is at 1:00 PM but checkout is strict at 10:00 am otherwise they will charge extra. 8. Best part is they serve complimentary high tea with lot of evening snacks, which you usually don't see anywhere.

Booked the Family Suite at Villa San Lawrenz in Pune for my family, which clearly mentioned 3 single beds. Despite this, on arrival they were charged an additional ₹2,100 for an “extra bed”, simply because the third guest was an adult. This felt like an unjustified charge and poor customer service, especially when the room was advertised as suitable for three. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was consistently slow and unresponsive. For the ₹15,000 + ₹2,100 we paid, the overall experience fell well short of expectations. The quality of stay, food, and hospitality simply does not justify the exorbitant prices. Would not recommend.

I have stayed in this resort for 5 days for my company's training purpose. Rooms are quite big but bathrooms are small room service is not up to good. And food quality is average. Location is bit issue. You want get any public transport out of resort or any other option. So you have to call auto rickshaw by given number from reception. My suggestion is don't book here for your family holiday or with friends.

Great place with pool, kids play area and great lawn, rooms are spacious, staff is nice and restaurant is good. Has a pool table and plenty of parking space. Rooms can be upgraded for 5* experience. Overall good quite and kids friendly place.

Major cons: Please enquire and ask to confirm all room maintenance check for working ok. I got room and same day the wash room exhaust stop working and commod water getting leak from over flow passage. That cause very inconvenience. But if you ask them to check all this before check in then they will sure sort out all issues and make your stay comfortable as staff is very much polite, helpful and available all time.

this is a not a same property which we have seen. in the videos and rooms are not good as per the price no view no facilities in the rooms and the person who sit on a front desk he is a very rude and unprofessional even we ask for a food in the night kitchen manager who pick up the call says its a last order do it fast we dnt take order after that so in the morning also its not good breakfast they provide i recommend you all not to book this hotel actually its not a hotel its a villa which is been converted to hotel rooms i am a traveller and i travel alot so if you go on my view dnt book this ever

The resort is fine but the rooms are compact with bed sheets full of fungus. I asked the room service to change the bed sheets 3 times but yet every time I got the dirty one and they said they don’t have the clean or new set of bed sheets. Thank god I had my own towel. Obviously it ruined my holiday.

The resort needs a lot of renovation and maintenance. Rooms in the picture seems to be taken long back. Condition of the rooms are not great. We upgraded to cottage room paying extra as that's supposed to be new and better rooms. Still it lacked a lot of amenities for what they claim is a 3 star resort. Amenities are bare minimum as like that of a 1 star hotel. They don't have shower gel and give you soap to use in this era of hospitality. Tea bags are kept in open. Intercom doesn't work as a result you have call them on mobile. Linens were stained. Food- half of the menu items were not available. They had mutton, fish based items listed in menu but all that was available was chicken and eggs. Food of course was a bit overpriced but that's expected being a tourist spot. Some positive that I would mention- service was quick. From what was available in food menu was really tasty. Servers were quick. They will let you park your car near tent.

We had family function of around 50+ people during mid-march. I chose this property because it was close to expressway, <3 kms from main market and yet, its quite, spacious property with pool/lawn/DJ/dormitories etc and above all, find front desk staff (Mayuri) very courteous to close the deal in short time. Our family celebration elevated to most memorable, more engaging because of Mr Sandeep Jagtap (Property Owner) personally looked into the arrangements. There was nice pleasant evening of Lonavala and we had very helpful staff around to support us, making overall experience very comfortable. Delicious food, DJ and dance floor, crackers at lawn added more stars! Overall experience was awesome as this place has something to offer every age. Children enjoyed into pool/ rain dance, DJ floor and elderly enjoyed laid back sittings near pool and chitchat till late night. Thanks to staff for giving us unforgettable nice moments. Visited Whispering Woods Resort Lonavala yesterday with my family and it was an incredible experience! The resort is perfect for family groups. They started with new management team from 1 March 2025. We enjoyed delicious food, drinks with DJ night. Clean rooms, good staff behaviour. Thanks for Whispering Woods Resort team to make our group stay memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family - friendly getaway!

Feedback for Whispering Woods, Lonavala (Stay: 7th & 8th June) I had an amazing experience during my stay at Whispering Woods in Lonavala. The property is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We booked a family tent for two couples, and it was spotless and hygienic. They provided towels, a dental kit, and essential toiletries, which added to the comfort. The food and room service were excellent—quick, delicious, generous in portion size, and reasonably priced. The DJ night and gaming room added a fun and entertaining touch to our stay. The complimentary breakfast also had a decent and satisfying spread. The only area that needs improvement is the swimming pool. It was not clean, with dead flies floating and an excessive amount of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic staycation spot, and with a bit of attention to the pool maintenance, it can be an even better experience.

As many people have mentioned in the comments section it may be a good for wedding destination. When me and my wife visited at that time also decoration for doctor couple's wedding was going on. We were only there for a single night. The labourers made so much noise that we couldn't rest at noon. We requested for the room switch for which they gave us options to choose from. We shifted there it was little quiet there atleast we could rest at night. The reasons for one star are as follows. - the interior of the room are not of the quality of 3 star. Fungus on wall and curtains. - Main door is not of good quality. It's a low quality door, cannot be used inside the house as well, forget about the main door. There is a visible gap. The door is not good enough for privacy and sound cancellation. - In the morning breakfast, there are limited options you have to order from the available options, after that they will cook the same. I ordered aaloo paratha and my wife ordered omelette. Paratha's were not great. I expected a buffet as per 3 star standards. - There is no known cafe nearby, we had to spend a good amount of money and time travelling into the market area. We went here for a short weekend, and it was a relaxing experience. One of the resorts of the Meritas group. Room: Clean, relatively spacious and well decorated. Plus comfortable and well lighted. Restaurant: Great food, friendly and fast service, and nice staff. Service: Lots of very friendly staff, always helpful and alert. Improvement points: - Please retain the friendly staff - Please post a guard in the swimming area to ensure that the Pool and the Jacuzzi are visited by guests only in swimming attire, not underwear, jeans or nightwear. It's unhygienic - Please ensure that the outside furniture in the rooms of Block 2 are not damaged or tilting Overall, a small but excellent resort. Recommend for a comfortable stay, once the improvement points are done.

Very disappointing experience at Meritas Resort. The housekeeping team was completely unhelpful. I called at 1 PM for room cleaning, but they showed up after more than 3 hours and only after multiple follow-up calls. The food was tasteless and caused stomach pain — I actually fell sick. It felt like the Meritas team is trying to fool customers. They charge Rs. 5500 per night for a Classic room (187 sq ft), and the Superior room (300 sq ft) is priced the same even on weekdays — this makes no sense. The swimming pool was dirty and heavily chlorinated. They force you to wear nylon clothes, and someone there was selling Rs. 100 swimwear for Rs. 600, clearly taking advantage of guests. The overall experience was terrible. There’s no real nature view, and nothing worth seeing around the resort. The reception staff was talking to us while smoking — the smell was unbearable. The gaming zone had almost nothing functional. In short, it was a very bad experience — not worth the money at all.

I stayed at Meritas Countryside for 2 days and, unfortunately, the experience was not at all satisfying. The staff was extremely rude and not cooperative, which left a negative impression throughout the stay. The food was decent but could definitely be better. One major drawback was their breakfast system. At most resorts, the breakfast counter remains open till 10:30, and even after that, food is not cleared away immediately. Here, they closed the counter exactly at 10:30 sharp. If guests still wanted something, they were expected to call the waiter and ask for food individually. This felt very inconvenient and unwelcoming. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have stayed at their other branch, Meritas Adore, and the experience there was absolutely wonderful. The staff was polite, service was smooth, and everything felt far more guest-friendly. Compared to that, Meritas Countryside fell short in many aspects and did not live up to the same standard. Overall, while the brand has good potential (as seen in Meritas Adore), this particular property seriously needs improvement in staff behavior, service, and overall guest experience.

This is a very nice resort with delicious food and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The resort has a private pool where you can relax in peace, and there is also a common pool for everyone to enjoy. It is a perfect place for all types of visitors—whether you are coming with friends, family, or as a couple. The atmosphere is relaxing, enjoyable, and suitable for everyone. The only drawback is with the common pool. To enter, you must wear nylon clothes (both upper and lower). Without them, you won’t be allowed inside. The resort does sell nylon clothes, but the prices are high—₹500 for a T-shirt and ₹500 for shorts.

Very dusty room and just 3 star in name. Smelly rooms, don't have dryer, slipper, cover, water leakage from bathroom etc etc. I recommend if by mistake you're booking a room here come with a mask and needful 😷 and they don't care about your complaints.

I have been a long-time customer of Meritas Countryside, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. When we order food from platforms like Blinkit or Zomato, the hotel does not allow the delivery boy to even reach the reception. Instead, a hotel staff member collects the parcel and brings it to the room. We are paying premium rates for our stay, and still, basic conveniences like directly collecting our own parcels are being restricted. If not to the room, at least the delivery boy should be allowed to hand over the parcel at the reception. Moreover, the way the staff communicated with us was not at all professional or polite. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers who have been visiting this property for so long. Due to such poor customer service and unnecessary restrictions, I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel again.

I'll divide the review in sections so it's easier for people. 1. Rooms- Good big spacious, clean rooms alongwith bathroom Negative - no aur fresheners inside the room or bathroom a small down. 2. Resturant - The breakfast has a good spread. They also have a full fledged resturant and their food from the ala carte menu was very good (veg only). The portion size and price is also reasonable. The service is also prompt, they also deliver food to room if need be. 3. Game room - a real low of the property, the games inside are not in good condition, pool table sticks were broken, tt paddles were in bad shape, fusball table ball was missing, player broken. Also the game room had a leakage and water had seaped inside. Here they need to look into. Although I don't blame them as the people using these facilities should be held responsible. There is also a outdoor play area for children the rides are maintained and in good condition 4. The swimming pool is small, but clean. The also have a Jacuzzi but it's only cold water no hit water option available. (They also provide pool towels) 5. The staff through out the property was very good. Service was also prompt ( room or restaurant or even anywhere in the property) they will always be there to help with a smile on the face. 6. The location is also good, in a quite area just little away from from the city centre. Finally will like to mention a few things, the property needs maintenance overall due to the rains there was water accumulation on the ground, also the covering for rain protection have leakages in many areas. Overall verdict is a definite stay, value for money property 👍

Not worth the price at all. The hotel is just basic and the pictures are deceiving. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. I could have paid a little more for a 5 star hotel and made my trip worthwhile. The breakfast was the worst, the dining staff were confused and couldn't handle the place. The food has no variety, the bakery items were stale. Bathrooms will ruin your mood. Don't go by what you see in the pictures. It's basic and nothing fancy.

This place is good if you want to relax for a day or two. Resort ambience is good. Rooms are okay. They need to do some renovation inside the room like changing the sofa, pillows, AC, etc. The service staff is good and very cooperative. They are quick in service. This property is having inhouse kitchen which serves the lunch and dinner as well. The price is a bit high but the food quality is good. They maintain the hygiene in the restaurant. The breakfast is good. They served multiple options in the breakfast. Cons - 1. A bit far from the main tourist points. 2. They do not allow to check in if you reach there early by an hour or two. (That is my experience.)

We had so so so much fun in this resort. The rooms were sweet and cozy, the resort was so beautiful and comforting and the staff were so so so kind and patient. This place is a Haven for people who prefer thing a level above excellence. Mr. Hrishikesh runs his ship like a superstar. His staff right from the Bellhop to the in house Chef to the Managers are so trained and so kind, not once did anyone treat us bad in any way. If you are looking for a place for peace of mind then this is the place you need to be. Thank you Meritas for one of the best stays we have had in a long time.

No nonsense hotel, we went with kid. Needed hotel to be clean and with good service, and we received that. There is no view but its in the middle so everything is near from hotel. Just one suggestion please make different kitchen for only veg. Plus the staff and specially watchmen uncle provided great service with good spirit.

But one request to Mr. Sunil sabhi bollywood celebrities hain Shahrukh ka nahi hain sir.. Please request hain Shahrukh ka statue banao . Very good location but the wax museum background is not good for selfies or taking pictures. Which gives the clear look of a wax statue. Ample parking space and price are ok ok. I suggest one should visit it's worthwhile

Went here for lunch and was very impressed with the taste...delicious. it has complete gujarati / north indian menu, so its perfect for lunch. The aamras was a must try However, service was slow and found it little expensive. A must visit for food. We did not stay so cant comment on the rooms.

Family friendly place with nice spacious rooms. Food though part of ALA CARTE was very good especially the Kathiyawadi Khichdi. Some very minor or negligible glitches with service and room. Also, would suggest to add a few more fun activities or board games for kids. But on the whole it was a fun and peaceful stay with good care taken by the hosts. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Had a wonderful experience at the pool view room of rumours villa. It was very cozy and comfortable. The infrastructure was really unique and aesthetic. The food was amazing. On the way, we decided to look for a staycation spot and came across Rumourss Sky Villa & Resort. We were excited to stay here, especially because it was our first time in a tree house. The room was spacious and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. The entire place has a wonderful vibe. We loved their excellent service and the food was incredibly delicious. The staff were friendly, kind, and humble, and the receptionist was especially helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A terrible time, i am sure it is a business and at least few other guests have had a good time. So, from my experience, if you are a couple or small sized family. If you are planning to spend a nice time with good service, good food and clean rooms. I would not recommended this place. Yes the novelty of the Skyvila however only near view is of staff washrooms and a busy main road. The dining is no match to the money you would pay for the package, both in terms of variety and taste. The rooms had bugs and 🪳 roaming in the bedsheets, the curtains were mouldy,torn, pillow covers were rags. I didn't even expect any aesthetic value there. Finally i cut short my stay and left next day afternoon for another property in Lonavla ( it was fabulous).

Really old, rusty and still highly overpriced property. It's normal 2 star hotel and not a resort. Rooms lack cleanliness even after room service. They provide water everyday in generic bottles filled with hand instead of proper bottled water even after charging 4 star price for stays. Room and hotel pictures are misleading and don't give you a real idea about the surrounding view and quality of rooms. They force you to give a review. Staff is good and helpful fulfilling their duties and providing great sevice. Overall, not terrible. Just overpriced property and misleading pictures and average rating here on Google (because of forced rating from all guests).

I had booked a room through MakeMyTrip for ₹4104 at Mayura Retreat and Spa, but the room initially provided was extremely disappointing — old, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable, especially with kids. The bathroom had a strong paan smell, making it unusable. We requested a room change, and they demanded an additional ₹1000, offering a slightly better room claiming it had a balcony. The new room didn’t have the promised extra cot for our two kids — instead, we were given an untidy foldable foam mattress, which we couldn’t use. All four of us ended up sharing one bed. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable, so we missed out on that amenity. Breakfast was the only saving grace, though it lacked basics like idly, vada, poori, or fresh juices — still manageable. We later travelled and stayed at hotels in Mahabaleshwar and Shirdi for similar prices, and the experience there was far superior in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and value for money. What’s even more surprising is how this hotel is rated so highly on Google and other platforms — it truly makes one question the authenticity of those reviews. Our experience certainly didn’t match the ratings.

A few of us planned a quick getaway to Lonavala and booked Sereniity Resort. The property turned out to be really nice and comfortable. There’s enough open space to sit around, chill, and have conversations, and the evenings felt amazing with the cool weather. The staff was always available whenever we needed anything, and they made sure our stay was smooth. We ended up spending hours just sitting together and laughing. It was simple but perfect — exactly how a weekend trip with friends should feel.

We had a beautiful experience at Serenity Resort Lonavala. It was a sudden plan to have a family get together over the weekend nad fortunately we got 2 villas (which were supposedly the last two left). The villas are well maintained, staff is very cooperative and food is not bad. The pool though a little small for the size of the resort, was fun since no other guests came to the pool at the time we were using. There must be a better children's play area. The current one is tooo small. The owner lady is available and accepts inputs.

Hello all, My review is not about the stay, the food or the rooms but of the horrendous experience with the owners and staff of Serenity. My family owns a digital marketing company and every year for my father’s birthday all our staff go to a retreat. Last year in the month of July all our staff was supposed to visit Serenity. We had paid an advance of 1 lakh rupees for our stay. Just a week prior to our visit my father had a sudden heart attack and he passed away. My team tried to reach the hotel multiple times but nobody responded. We connected with the owners of the place to get a solution but no response from them. Obviously we had to cancel but even after week there was no response from the hotel. I understand that July is a big month for hotels in Lonavala and losing out on such a big business on weekend can be daunting but still this is no way to run a business. Two of my managers drover down to the hotel to seek a resolution. We asked the hotel and its owners that since they cannot refund which was clear from their lack of communication you can give us a credit for the amount paid but even so they said they would only credit 50% amount and that was to be used in a restricted timeline. As a business owner I understand losing out on business i tough but no business can be above a human. This is highly unethical. I am writing this review a year later as we were still trying to seek a solution from them but eventually we stopped after lots and lots of phone calls. Request the owners to kindly run a ethical business. And for companies who may want to book it for a retreat kindly beware of the scam.

It is surprising how Serenity Resort is called a resort! A resort is a full service lodging facility that provides not only accommodation but also a wide range of recreational activities. But none is available here. Resorts are often located i vacation destinations such as beaches, mountains or forests and are designed guests a complete holiday experience making them ideal for relaxation and leisure. We can't expect this from Serenity as it is located within the city itself. We can have accommodation and dining. So we call Serenity Resort as Serenity Hotel.

I had horrible experience. All my money had waste. I didnt see this kind of rooms in any resort. I will suggest not to visit this resort if you want a good holiday. Rooms are clumsy, not properly cleaned. Poor in hygiene. Staffs are not mannered, specially one staff member name is Anil, he don't know how to speak with customers and taking extra charges in evert prospect. Services are poor, bedsheets in rooms are not changing while handling the rooms.

Full fake or paid reviews. Take my word before any booking & I rarely do reviews and thought this will be helpful. Stayed on 15-Aug-2025 with family. ( Booking : Arunkumar K) 1. Their plates in the restaurant is unclean, unhygienic and with stains. 2. Staffs in the restaurant is unprofessional, local guys with uniform, doesn't know anything about hospitality, even the helper at your local chai wala is better. 3. Water and galsses not served at the restaurant during lunch and dinner. 4. When asked, served for few, not for all. 5. There were no water kettle provided in the room, when asked, got rejected after 30 minutes saying unavailability of kettle. 6. No food served on time at the room, and I have cancelled after 1 hours. 7. There were 3 water bottles available in the rooms, for both 2 adults and 2 adults+2 kids rooms, when asked for an extra bottle for the 2+2 family, they were charging Rs.42, claiming they will provide only two water bottles. 8. Lady sitting at the reception, seems to have the power to take the decisions was unprofessional, not helpful and arguing about the water bottles kept at the rooms. 9. The rooms are very small, single coat beds are attached for double coat, not king size is provided for 2+2 family.

Due to service I am giving 3 Star otherwise it should get 1 star. Rooms were not clean. washrooms were stinking and then manager said that we have cleaned them just now. Overall only service is good. Hotel was not upto the mark will not prefer to go there again.

Dont go after a heat wave the lake was completely dry ....the main tourist attraction was absent .....that was the only thing we didnt like ...other than that the service was amazing ...humble and kind people and staff .....very respectful ....you should visit after monsoon so that the lake view is present.

There are games to play on the terrace. Terrace needs a little renovation and need to be cleant. Quiet near to the main spots Tiger point and Bushi dam. Feedback for Resort - Small kids can open the window easily just to avoid any mishaps please put a latch on the top of the window that opens in the rooms.

Booked this resort for 1 day and though it was very costly, it wasn't worth that amount for 1 day. There was not much to do there on a rainy day as the indoor games are limited. Food was really good. The Staff were very courteous. Loved the swimming pool though and the water park. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities. Still should have been cheaper. Overall enjoyed the stay!!

I recently stayed in Meritas Picaddle luxury boutique hotel. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and offer stunning views. The breakfast is excellent, and the overall value for money is outstanding.The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel offers amenities like a pool and garden area, providing additional relaxation options.

The location is convenient, set in the marketplace with a few food options around, and the indoor play area with a pool and games was decent. But everything else was a letdown, especially for families with young kids. • We were given two single beds joined together instead of a proper double bed, and were told our 3-year-old could sleep in the gap between the two mattresses! • The cleaning was shockingly careless — used beer glasses from the night before were placed back without washing. I almost used one for my child the next morning, but luckily noticed the smell. • The water park was completely rusted and poorly maintained. Not safe for kids at all. • We requested scrambled eggs for our child, and were told the chef couldn’t make it — basic flexibility missing. Overall, this place might look fun from the outside, but is far from suitable for young children

We are regular visitor in Meritas Picaddle resort may it be stay or just to eat food. Their Restaurant has very welcoming staff. Front office team was very prompt in giving us room. Our room was pool facing and on ground floor and it was very serene. Over all had good stay with my mom. It was definitely amazing mother's day retreat.

We have stayed here for 3 days .The location of resort is within market so it is easily accessible and easy to found. While checkin was fast as it was almost full, but when we reach at resort no bell boy help in taking out luggage from our taxi they were simply watching ,we have to put out our luggage and after checkin they help in keep it in room.At resaption no one was there to serve welcome drink,it is at some hidden corner and taste was also not good.We have opted for two executive room without bath tub but they have upgraded one room with bath tub.Those two rooms were far apart.When we saw upgraded room it has pathetic view from its window,nothing to be seen also bath tub had a lot of crack and bathroom looks dirty,next day they had changed our room .In our second room there was wooden flooring and when we open it always smell.The bathroom are very small and rooms have some unusual space . The water park from.outside looks good but when you enter inside water smells very bad.It is due to rusting of iron of water slides.It waa unhygenic.Though swimming pool.was better than that. Taste of Food was very good and quantity is also good enough.I highly reccomend for food if you visit lonavala.One point it lakes is they do not give finger bowls after food in veggies restaurant.Also they have diffrent sitting arrangments for veg and non veg eating people but if one person likes to eat non veg in a family then it will.be difficult. In breakfast buffet they give you RO water ,you have to ask for bisleri if you need but for one day they have charged us twice ,while checkout you have to check all the bills carefully. For room cleaning I have to call several.times,They were not providing towels,napkins.We have to ask for it several.time and daily they give same excusses that laundary has not come.In our package iron and table was there but even after asking they had not given it. They have game room also which has carrom, table tenmis, air hockey etc all are working.Spa and saloon facility is also available.

After awaited reunion plans we planned to visit Picaddle Resort, at it was very best decision. The resort is relaxing and fun. We went on weekdays and did not get lot of rush. We all had lot of fun together. The staff is polite and friendly and food is very tasty.

We had a different reputation about this resort. However, we felt very disappointed. It was very crowded. Water park is badly maintained. The water in the water park was not clean and it was stinky. Bathroom was not ventilated and had a very bad lighting. Bathroom showers had brown colored water. Food quality is good. There are so many options for breakfast.

I had a 2Nights stay at Ikshana recently and had a really wonderful experience. After the initial misunderstanding regarding my package was sorted, I was happy with the overall service I received. From a great valley view room to the serene surroundings everything was exceptional. Saniya at RASA restaurant deserves a shoutout from us for her hospitality and great customer service. We celebrated half year anniversary at this resort in the first week of August and it was an awesome experience. The resort is a perfect place to hang out with lot of activities and open space to explore valley view points. The resort has very good ambience. The open terrace space giving joyful view of valley. Rooms are very good with proper service. The room we booked was superior balcony view room and the actual view was ten times better than what it was in commercial photo. The restaurant location also had a valley view and some items (garlic bread, cheesy fries, veg crispy) were really really good. The restaurant service was exceptional. We got to know about this resort on Make My Trip and booked through it. Overall it was very good experience and pleasant stay at Ikshana Resort. 👍🏻

Disappointing Stay Not Worth the Hype Ikshana Hotel claims to be a 5-star property but doesn’t even come close—honestly, it feels like a 1-star lodge. Even the so-called “suite” rooms are extremely basic and lack any luxury touches. Service is painfully slow and unprofessional. If you need anything in the room, be prepared to call at least 3 times before someone shows up. I tried their spa services—while the body massage was decent, the facial was terrible. To make it worse, the therapy room had a strong, unpleasant smell. The property itself is huge, but during the rainy season it’s a nightmare. They don’t provide umbrellas and there’s only one buggy for the entire resort, making it very inconvenient. Overall, this place is overpriced and overhyped. Definitely not recommended if you’re expecting a true 5-star experience

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money!🚫❌🚫❌ I had a horrible stay at Jewel Resorts Lonavala. The place might look decent from the outside, but don’t be fooled – it’s poorly maintained and extremely unhygienic inside. We had rented a big 2-room setup, and to our shock, one of the rooms didn’t even have a lock on the door from the inside, making it feel unsafe. Even worse, there was no lock inside the bathroom either, which is completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable for any guest. The cleanliness was terrible. There was no floor mat, the bathroom was dirty, the wash basin was broken, and the toilet was in a disgusting condition. The bathroom window was broken, and there were lizards crawling around the room, adding to the horror. The entire place had a strong, unpleasant smell. The fan made loud, disturbing noises throughout the night, which made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the power kept going off, causing even more discomfort. The service was beyond poor – we had to call the reception multiple times just to get a blanket and change of bedsheets, but the staff kept ignoring us. Basic service was a struggle. We were charged ₹6000 for this nightmare, which is a complete rip-off. The place is mismanaged, and the owners clearly don’t care about guest experience. Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better, safer, and cleaner options in Lonavala. Don’t ruin your trip or waste your money by booking here. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Areas That Need Major Attention: • Hygiene and upkeep fall short: My room wasn’t cleaned, had an unpleasant smell, lacked towels even after requesting, and had no in-room Wi-Fi, room service, or intercom—essential services were missing.   • Inconsistent pricing: I was charged ₹1,500 on day one, but ₹2,500 for the exact same room on the weekend—with zero added services or cleaning. That felt clearly unfair. Bottom Line: Jewel Resort has potential—with its location and amenities—but suffers from poor maintenance and inconsistent guest experiences. If they improve housekeeping, service standards, and pricing transparency, it could be a top choice. Until then, I’d hesitate to recommend it for a carefree stay.

Not cleaned at all, they dont even change bed sheet and pillow cover. They dont have kettle. Dirty bathroom. They charge 2600 per room but not worth. Not clean at all.

For guests coming from far away, they show pictures of clean and new rooms beforehand and quote prices of ₹5000 to ₹6000. When people book the rooms and pay in advance, they later find out they’ve been fooled. The rooms are extremely dirty, the blankets are filthy and smelly, and there's a terrible odor everywhere. A very cheap and disgusting hotel. Shame on them!"

Had been here as part of team outing! The place is really well placed and you can see the mountains at the backyard. We played some outdoor games and they provided starters which included sandwiches and onion pakoras. Food was good. They also provide space for marriage and other family gatherings. One can definately plan a group outing once here.

Nice property but badly maintained. Food is pathetic. They could not arrange Breakfast for 34 people. Breakfast came in part & parcel . We end up having bread butter. Room service is bad.. rooms are poorly lit. DJ was arranged on the stage as one is not supposed to dance on the grass... So it was like performing on the stage... The only good thing was the people friendly pets they have in the farm.

A perfect getaway from city Hussle. Well managed space, infrastructure is good, spacious rooms and food is ok. So here’s my take on this place. Resort: Resort is located at old lonavala Road 10 to 15 min distance from Lonavala Market. The entrance of the resort gives you a pleasant feeling with huge trees surrounding it. One can take a nice walk/run/jog around the property whenever you feel like also there is a small lake with boat however it’s not operational. Mystica has a decent swimming pool ( I would say it’s a small swimming pool if there is 15 people in the pool you will feel it’s crowded). This is a perfect place for wedding / cooperate events etc. You have decent parking area inside the resort Room: The room in which we stayed was nice and clean with all adequate toiletries in bathroom. Games/Activity: Play cricket or football if you like around the grass area. They have a gym for which you have to pay extra. Staff: The hotel staff is friendly and kind My Overall experience was nice.

It is not still a fully developed resort. 1. The restaurant service is pathetic and takes a long duration to serve food once we order. 2. The swimming pool is too small. Since, it's rainy season there is no boating or other outdoor activities. 3. Recommended to book rooms through goibibo or other apps since the cost of room if we book there directly is too high. 4. It's quite near to view points and other tourist spots.

I loved this place. The entrance of this place looks like going through a society but once you enter the premises the 1st impression you will get is it's awesome. The entrance of the resort is also wonderful. They have swans in their pond. I just loves this place. They have ample space for parking. The employees are also wonderful, they help us as much as they can. One place where you would love to stay. The place is very close to the highway and lonavala center.

It is excellent property and the staff was too good and the room are the best part of the room where we can create the best memories in the room and surrounding area Also it was too clean and we have enjoyed a lot. Nice service, awesome food taste with limited options in a set of cuisines though they after different types of cuisines also like pizza, chinese apart from regular punjabi food. Absolutely great place for family with small kids, kids will have a great time in big lawn, play area and kids pool. Complementary breakfast was great. The property is in a villa concept, 3 rooms of a villa becomes 3 rooms of the hotel. Rooms of one villa share some amenities like refrigerator, tea maker etc. which I did not find convenient. If traveller with senior citizen then make sure to select the correct room category, since it's villa concept 2 rooms are on first floor for which you have to take stairs. The private pool room is on ground floor. I felt it as over priced. Overall nice stay.

Excellent stay!! All staff were very welcoming. Amit at reception and Anupreet at the restaurant were very helpful. Very clean and well maintained hotel with large bright rooms. Breakfast options were mostly Indian vegetarian with a live egg n dosa counter. Its a little away from the center but has green n tranquil surroundings.

Recently went to Casa Amora for a girls night out! We booked the villa which had 4 bedrooms , hall and kitchen . It was a great experience . We also did a bon fire at night along with bar be cue . Everything was looked after so well. I even took my 2 year old baby along, and anything I needed was taken care of . Would like to thank Mr merzi and his team for being so warm and welcoming . Can’t wait to go back !

We recently had a family get-together at Casa Amora and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is cozy, quiet, and very clean — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Despite the heavy rains during our stay, everything went smoothly thanks to the courteous and extremely helpful staff. Since we had an event planned, the team proactively connected with us well in advance and helped arrange all the required services seamlessly. The food was hygienic, tasty, and served on time. Special appreciation to the kitchen team — the cooks managed everything so well, including catering to Jain food requirements for some of our guests. A big thank you to Vishal (Property Manager), Ashok Uncle, Mukesh, and Ali from the kitchen team. Service personnel Raja and the housekeeping staff Subashish, Devendra, and Chaya were all incredibly attentive and professional, making our event truly beautiful. I went for a solo trip. Lovely pool very peaceful and relaxing one of the best resorts I hv ever been to very huge and well mainted rooms must visit for sure lovely staffs and a very warm welcome.

I was having second thoughts about booking after watching negative reviews on Google but Visiting Anand Villa to spend our vacation, especially after taking tiresome exams, was one of the most soothing and best experience we had. Shrikant is a very kind housekeeper of this place. The swimming pool was mid-sized and clean, and the rooms were mesmerizing. We got this villa for the best deal, couldn't expect more for the price we paid. All the amenities were in place, except a few. The villa is situated in a colony of villas under 24/7 security surveillance. Parking is enough for 2 cars. The cutlery in the kitchen is clean and healthy. I would rate the overall experience as 4/5.

No Amenities available apart from swimming pool no indoor games nothing everything is chargeable there and the owner is also rude. Please don't believe the photos uploaded on the villas profile and these all are fake. Lots of leakage from the rooftop also. There are no basic things provided in the villa.

We stayed 14th Nov 2023 to 16th Nov 2023 ,worst ever stay , balcony chairs were so old no body can sit , centre table glass was not there, room doors were broken , no basic cutlery, tea cups were broken , no kettle , swimming pool was without temp control , they kept only one satchet of shampoo per room , basic understanding 2 people in room need one each. Over all very bad experience , I will never suggest this villa , near by other villa in same compound were much better

One of the bad experience in this Villa.Dont go on villa photos and all. swimming pool was too much small. And the service of villa is too much disgusting. And they even don't have blankets and some of blankets having too much fungus and dirty. And even they don't have Dishes and plates properly. Totally money wasted.

The Villa was very species it has 4 bedrooms with king size beds plus an extra mattress inside the room the hall was very big as well the price was affordable for us as we were a group of 6-7 people but you can take up to 15 to 16 people and still every one can sleep comfortably plus the pool side was good and clean before we reached and ther was no disturbance by anyone so you can have a good time here with your friends or family with privacy

Me and my husband came here for the first time on our honeymoon after our wedding on 13th Feb. This year we decided to come back as a tradition. The kindness the staff and management displayed towards us was amazing and memorable. Many resorts will make you feel lavish but this one will also make you feel like home. I do recommend this for your family and your friends.

Small resort with few rooms, just ahead of Bushi Dam which can be really crowded during monsoons. As we visited in Feb there was no rush. Small boutique hotel , value for money if the price is right. Food could be better.

It was really relaxed stay for all of us. I will definately recomend this resort. The rooms, service and food quality was very very good. And offcourse the location. We were a group of 25 friends, but never felt that, we ask something and it was not provided within minutes.

we had booked another property by looking at photos and videos and post speaking to the customer exec Mr Amrit....and during enroute to check IN we are informed that due to some issue (light and prior guests not vacating) we are moving to a different property which was PARAMOUNT VILLA....Location, ambience connectivity is all fine however VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE EKOSTAY helpdesk.

The first impression of the villa is good. It is huge, hygienic and decently priced. However, the approach road to the villa (100m) is full of gravel and under construction with a steep slope. The name "paramount" is nowhere to be found in the area. The care taker is helpful but only when he is around. He vanishes every now and then and taking care of other properties at the same time. The facilities were good other than the food which was pathetic. It's better to order-in or dine -out since the restaurants are close-by. Bedrooms are large with a king size bed in each room and can easily sleep 2 adults and a child. Mattresses are available on request. The furniture in the living room needs mends. It only looks good. Very uncomfortable seats and cushions and joined together using screws and plates. Since we were a large grp, we did not bother on these issues and enjoyed ourselves. However, when paying a heavy amount the management should consider these points.

A very family friendly value for money resort. It has lots of amenities and great open area enabling a great time with family and friends. Location wise couldn’t be more convenient as it’s right off the highway and within easy reach of Lonavla and Pune. There is also local small town called Ekvira to explore for both devotees and adventure seekers with mountain and Caves to visit. The food is just excellent! Chefs there are making sure the test and quality is maintained across all items… right from morning tea to dinner and desserts! Highly recommend for a nice gateway - whether it’s weekday or weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ayush Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The caretakers (Shailesh, Amlesh & Amit) were attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The resort itself was stunning, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether it was the scenic views, luxurious rooms, or the peaceful atmosphere, every element contributed to a perfect getaway. What truly stood out was the service. The caretakers went above and beyond, providing personalized attention without being intrusive. They were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging meals, planning local activities, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone who's is looking for comfortable and best stay for their journey.

Beware of Chalet Villa Lonavla: A Disappointing experience I recently had a disheartening experience with Chalet Villa Lonavla, and I strongly advise against booking it through online platforms like MakeMyTrip. Despite making a reservation for June 14th to 16th via MakeMyTrip well in advance, I was shocked to discover upon contacting the property host, Mr. Pravin, that he had ceased to accept bookings from online portals. He had already committed the villa to other guests for the same dates as my booking. Had I not reached out to Mr. Pravin beforehand, I would have faced significant inconvenience upon arrival. This mismanagement and lack of coordination between the property host and online platforms have left me scrambling for alternatives. Proceed with caution and avoid Chalet Villa Lonavla to prevent a similar ordeal.

We stayed at Cassiopeia Villa and while the rooms are spacious and the locality is calm and pleasant, there were several issues that affected our experience. The food was not up to the mark – we even found a strand of hair in the sabzi, which was quite off-putting. Portion sizes were too large, leading to unnecessary wastage. The swimming pool has broken tiles, and sadly, one of my friends got hurt while using it. The fridge was leaking, pointing to poor maintenance. Surprisingly, the villa doesn’t have any mirrors, which was quite inconvenient. On the bright side, the caretaker Vishnu was polite, helpful, and attentive, which we appreciated. Considering all of this, the place feels a bit overpriced for what it offers. It has potential, but it definitely needs better upkeep and attention to detail.

Great stay. Clean villa. Great caretaker. Good amenities. They had a private pool area. Although the pool was great, the pool area could use a little maintenance. Also hard to access since the location shown on maps and the one given by them too is incorrect.

We did not have water for the whole night. Right from 8pm to 8am. Also we were not informed the same by caretaker Vishnu. And next day the caretaker showed us even more attitude saying that why are you calling me in the night. Location and rooms are good. Caretaker Vishnu should be removed.

Horrible experience, Vishnu care taker worst ever. No water for drinking and toilet, Worst service, Would not recommend. Owner is also careless , they don't even reply , ther was not water supply, they didn't even bother to tell or drop a massage that there will be a shortage , they just stop picking up our call , and Vishnu care taker has no idea what to take care , low quality communication skills, rude also. Irresponsible behaviour from care taker and owner.

Hell on earth. Please avoid this place at all costs. The host/owner turned hostile when we reported the lack of cleanliness, old food in the microwave causing a stink, garbage left in the kitchen etc. And this is when we checked in more than 90 minutes after the allotted time. Thankfully, I had booked through AirBnB and got a full refund. Moreover, the property is way older than the images on AirBnB suggested. Steer clear of heartache and a potentially perilous altercation by giving this place a skip.

The stay was good. We were able to cook our own breakfast because of the kitchen amenities. The stay was good and clean, but we spotted a few cockroaches there.

This worst villa I have experienced it fully unhygienic space . Be aware before booking everything was damaged also after given the homes key caretaker went from there. there no care. I booked it because in pics it was looking OK but after visiting there I realized that it was just I have wasted my money

The villa is ok with sufficient facilities. The swimming pool is ok for 12 people maxm. Vild is old. The inside villa is ok. We booked 14 people. They provided a small sound system. Up to 10 pm swimming is allowed. Not far from lonavala city via bike.Kitchen and freeze is also available. Toilet and wash room is ok but a bit old. We paid 14 k INR for one day villa for 14 people. 2k or 3k secury deposit. Addhar is submitted for one person at least. Yeah the name of all people should be mentioned or list down on a paper.

The location is ideal – close enough to local attractions yet peaceful and private. The caretaker was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This people helped me get my car repaired too. I troubled them for few reasons as I was new to this place but the team helped me with every possible way. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and want to enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Unfortunately ZERO stars is not an option here hence the single star. The host canceled our booking 30 minutes before check-in without any remorse whatsoever. The cancelation never reflected on the MMT app nor did he give any proof of cancelation. Just simply told us we're not welcomed when we were 20 minutes away on the highway in the sorching heat in the dead of summer. Highly unprofessional. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

The elegant villa in center of the lonavala is awesome, neat and clean. Caretaker of the property Sunil is very humble and supportive.. We group of 10 enjoyed a lot here.
