Bird & Jim is a charming and cozy restaurant located in the mountain town of Estes Park. The eatery takes pride in its ever-changing seasonal menus that feature farm-to-table cuisine using locally sourced ingredients from farms and businesses in the area. The restaurant also offers a selection of organic, sustainable, and biodynamic wines from small wineries, as well as handcrafted cocktails made with fresh ingredients and craft beers.
Ate twice here during our stay in Estes - both times after our Rocky hikes! The place is so warm n cozy, our server was also very nice and welcoming. The food was great as well! Good vegan options. My favorite was Hallet’s Peak. The cornbread was so soft and delicious… edamame was tasty too. The pheasant soup was so comforting. So was the Jim burger! Gotta say it - My favorite restaurant in Estes!!!
Resham M — Google review
Really enjoyed the food! For apps we had the bruschetta and a side of the asparagus, which was out of this world. My husband and I both had the veggie burger, one with a side of the sweet potato waffle fries and the other with the side salad. While the salad was just OK, the burgers were AWESOME - it felt like some genuine thought had gone into designing their veggie burger, and not just thrown an option on the menu just for the sake of having a vegetarian burger. The ambience was super warm and welcoming too.
Supriya P — Google review
Bird & Jim is always at the top of our list when we're in Estes. They are consistently some of the best food in the valley. We love to sit at the bar and chat with the staff and other guests. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. We enjoyed all three of our visits this trip. Including the always fantastic pheasant chowder! One afternoon we had a late lunch from the apps and sides menu - elk strip loin and chicken nuggets. Both were delicious. We pictured are two desserts, the strawberry shortcake and bread pudding. I also really liked the house-made potato chips and onion dip. It's not something I'd usually order but those chips were so good - the perfect thickness and crispiness. In fact, they were so good, I used them the pimento cheese dip and the tuna poke. Their happy hour (open to 4 pm) draws a crowd and it's always a good idea to get a reservation for dinner.
Christine H — Google review
Last night was my first visit to Bird & Jim, and I can gladly say we WILL BE returning! The food and service were phenomenal! Here's a rundown of our experience (including beverage and food selections): For drinks, my husband ordered the Bust a Rut and I had the Manhattan, both were fantastic. For our appetizer, we ordered the Tuna Poke (photo attached...though it’s half-eaten because we were so excited to eat it that we forgot to take a photo at first) and it was honestly the best tuna poke we’ve ever had. For our shared entree, we ordered The Carnivore, which included elk striploin, filet mignon, cheddar game sausage, and broccolini. It looked so incredible that we started eating before I could even get a photo, so no photo of that amazing meal, but it was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. We ate every bite. We added a side of mac and cheese, which was also full of flavor. I believe our waitress’s name was Nina (from Argentina). She was so sweet and attentive, even during the busy hours of a Saturday night on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend Bird & Jim (and Nina!) because everything we ordered and the service was amazing. Also, considering how BUSY the restaurant was, I was very thankfully the hostess was able to seat us 30-minutes before our reservation, since we arrived a tad too early AND that Nina was so attentive while all tables were full of other patrons. So as you can tell, great experience all around and we'll definitely be returning on our next trek up the canyon from NoCo!
Lauren M — Google review
Fantastic meal and service. We ordered 3 carnivore plates along with the pheasant chowder, corn bread, mushrooms, and mac and cheese. The meats were juicy and cooked perfectly. It was the best tasting Elk we ever had. We also ordered cocktails which were very enjoyable. Cool atmosphere inside the restaurant and really like the open kitchen concept.
Michael R — Google review
We weren't feeling really hungry, so we hit the appetizers, and they did NOT disappoint. We had great service, great food and drinks. We ordered the beef sliders, balsamic bruschetta, and smoked Pheasant chowder. Sat down at the bar and had very quick and friendly service. The locally brewed beer was great too! We highly recommend this restaurant.
Alyssa N — Google review
We booked a reservation here and had a great time before our hike. Ordered the bowl and it was very healthy, but bacon was pretty hard. The vegetarian burger was amazing, wished the fries were more crunchy. After we finished, there was a long line up. So reservation is highly recommended. Service was excellent!
Rosa M — Google review
Came in for lunch with a couple of friends—I’m visiting, but they’re locals and brought me here. The food was amazing, service was solid, and the atmosphere was totally on point. We had a great view from our bar table, and I loved the cozy couches and laid-back table setup—it felt really inviting and relaxing. Even had a fun little moment with one of the bar regulars. Great vibes, good times, and seriously good food!

Smokin' Dave's BBQ in ESTES PARK is a local favorite, especially during the fall season when the vibrant colors attract weekend crowds. The restaurant is known for its slow-cooked meats and delicious wings with three sauce options, including a spicy Thai option. With multiple locations in the area, it has become a popular dining choice for both locals and visitors. The menu features out-of-this-world barbecue dishes that have earned the restaurant numerous accolades over its 25 years of operation.
Even though it was busy, we were able to be seated by the bar immediately. We got two different sandwiches and they were LOADED! Definitely got both taste and value. The sides were amazing! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area and tell others about this place!
Anh D — Google review
I had a five star experience! We took 20 people into this restaurant unannounced and they seated us very nearly immediately and served us some spectacular barbecued foods on monstrous family style platters! The atmosphere was similar to a bar, but it was very relaxed and they were definitely kid friendly there which is good because we had a rowdy bunch of kids. The service was quick and attentive. But let’s talk about the sauce. The sauce was extremely good! Overall, five star experience!
Jason C — Google review
This place is absolutely amazing. The front staff was super friendly. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The red chili is like, one of the best chilis my husband and I have ever had. Our waitress Arminel was a sweetheart and just great all around. I had to stop and let the manager know about how great her service was and overall experience tonight. 20/10 would recommend stopping here!
Ana L — Google review
Smokin’ Dave’s in Estes Park is a must-visit! We had the chicken fried steak, chili, and brisket plate. Everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The brisket was tender and smoky, the chili had a great kick, and the chicken fried steak was golden and crisp. Expect a wait but we were able to snag some seats at the bar and had a great bartender. Can’t remember his name but he was a Texas bro with southern hospitality and super friendly.
Joshua L — Google review
We had such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, we were a party of 6 adults & 3 children and the hostess made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our server Angel was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the perfect time and making sure our drinks were never empty. The food was absolutely incredible, we ordered the Big Kahuna Belly Buster. The family platter was loaded with perfectly smoked brisket, tender pulled pork, juicy chicken, and fall-off-the-bone ribs smothered in rich BBQ sauce. The fries were crisp, the cornbread muffins warm and fluffy, and the creamy coleslaw balanced everything out. It was the kind of meal where you keep saying “just one more bite” even when you’re already full. On top of the delicious food, Angel’s friendly attitude and great service really stood out. They made the experience feel even more enjoyable and memorable for our group. We’ll definitely make the long drive again for Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ!
Geraldin V — Google review
Traditional BBQ place. Came here on a whim, had to wait outside for over half an hour. Took bar seating, very nice atmosphere, service was cordial but not exceptional, ordered a 2 meat plate and some drinks. The chicken was nice, brisket acceptable. Sides and chili and salad ate very good. Worth a try but not in the running for the best BBQ out there for me.
Deniz U — Google review
The Food was good, we had a grilled chicken salad, a Cajun chicken sandwich and pulled pork potato plate. All really good. The service was slow the girl was nice but she never came back to get us more water or to ask if ee needed anything. Maybe too busy? Other than that everything was fine, the atmosphere was a little loud, lots of conversations going typical of a busy restaurant. I'll go back again.
Petro T — Google review
This was REALLY good BBQ. Honestly priced for BBQ and it was really darn good with large portions. The kids loved it, I loved it, and super picky Hubs even said it was good! Service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. It was PACKED but we had no wait to get in. We ended up eating our fill AND taking home stuffed full to go boxes. We got the appetizer sampler (19$) and one of the shared plates (45$) and 6 buns (7-8$). It was all good, am actually very excited to go back and would HIGHLY recommend.

Mexican restaurant
Restaurant
Ed's Cantina & Grill is a vibrant, locally owned cafe that offers traditional Mexican cuisine and a variety of drinks including margaritas and beer. Located on the far east side of Elkhorn Rd by the riverwalk, this hidden gem provides a great dining option without long waits during peak tourist seasons. The restaurant's menu features expertly crafted margaritas, tacos, Tex-Mex dishes, and Southwestern-inspired flavors.
Great vegetarian options! The chile relleno was so good, something like i’ve never had Although chips and salsa are not complementary, they were very fresh and delicious! The two different sauces on the enchiladas were really good! Very friendly staff and helped us customize the food exactly the way we wanted it The restaurant is spacious and pretty with a lot of cool local art ☺️
Miral P — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always our go-to spot in Estes Park! Ed’s Cantina & Grill never disappoints. No matter how busy they are (and they usually are!), the service is impressively fast and efficient. We ordered and had our drinks in under 5 minutes, and our food followed shortly after—less than 10 minutes later! My favorite is the bison enchiladas—they’re packed with flavor, and the sauce has the perfect balance of spice and tang. It pairs so well with the pinto beans and rice on the side. Another must-try is their fried green beans—a total game changer for picky eaters who don’t usually love veggies. Seriously, give them a shot. We also ordered the plantains, which were amazing - crispy edges, soft center, and topped with cilantro, black salt and sunflower seeds. From the great food to the quick service, Ed’s has earned its place as a staple for us every time we visit Estes Park. Highly recommend!
Camille P — Google review
First time trying Bison Enchiladas. I asked for all rice and no beans and all the sauces and garnishes on the side (I like flavors but not a lot of heat). I took my first bite and I realized I should have asked the waiter about the heat level of the bison meat. He came back to our table to see how we were doing and I asked for a side of sour cream to lessen the heat and it helped greatly. Now I was able to taste and enjoy the enchiladas. They seasoned it well. Bison is lean and it needs assistance from the chef to make it tasty. Excellent service from our waiter. I like it a lot when restaurants use handheld devices to place orders and to check out guests. Your credit card never leaves your hand. Small parking lot next to the restaurant. It’s free parking after 5pm otherwise you hunt for street parking or use the parking lot at the library across the street. Fun and lively vibe at this restaurant.
John K — Google review
We enjoy dinner here but honestly it's a great place to sit at the bar, have an appetizer, or two, and chat with the bartenders. Fun to watch them do their thing & learn about the different drinks they offer. Highly recommend the avocado margarita, the mango margarita is yummy too! The pork chili fries were simply delish!! Bartenders at Ed's are the bomb!
Debbi M — Google review
I really enjoyed this restaurant. It has a bar and plenty of indoor dining seating. I sat at the bar and ordered a spicy margarita which was delightful. The bartender, was the best. He gave me a great recommendation of getting one taco of different kinds. And to try the bison. I'm so happy I did. The bison was my favorite. The barbacoa is also very well done. I was pleasantly surprised.
Joanna V — Google review
After a full day of hiking in RMNP, tacos felt like the perfect reward. This restaurant was close enough to walk to from my hotel, which sealed the deal. The restaurant was moderately busy, so I grabbed a spot at the bar rather than get a table. The lady that greeted me was great and brought me water and a menu right away. It was happy hour, but I declined ordering a drink. I watched three people that sat down after me order food, happy hour drinks, and get served while I sat there still waiting to order food. After waiting longer than it takes to climb a trail switchback, I decided to go elsewhere. The food looked fantastic from afar but, sadly, I never got to try it. The servers were never rude, just distracted with other tasks and diners. Apparently, saying “just water for me” is the bar equivalent of an invisibility cloak. If you’re thirsty for a drink, you might get great service here. If you’re hungry, get a table or maybe pack a snack. I sure wanted some tacos!
Jeff T — Google review
Very good local restaurant! Had three different tacos. Each taco was tasty in its own way. Great flavor. Waiting staff did a great job!

American restaurant
Bar
Nestled in a wooded setting, The Rock Inn Mountain Tavern offers a rustic atmosphere with live music and outdoor seating. This beloved establishment has been serving the Estes Park community since 1937, providing carefully sourced American cuisine for both locals and visitors. Situated on the outskirts of town near Rocky Mountain National Park, it's a perfect spot to enjoy great food, local music, and a cozy mountain-style dining experience.
Great spot for a meal. Environment is cozy and nice. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Asked for recommendations and was very satisfied with what was provided. We had elk sausage for an appetizer. Bread with cinnamon butter was awesome. Elk meatballs were great. Lots of food. I didn’t enjoy the mountain margarita. Had lots of dessert.
MATTHEW S — Google review
Great stop for some local food and beer. We especially liked the elk sausage and bison meatballs. For lighter fare- I recommend the salad with a serving of salmon on top. It’s loud, so not necessarily a cozy place and always crowded.
Carlton L — Google review
Great little place a local told us about to have dinner was casual comfortable and food was great had steak and mashed potatoes side of buffalo wings and dates wrapped in bacon 🥓 so good. Sweet and savory combo. Our waitress was awesome she pegged me immediately that I came from New Hampshire lol she was a Massachusetts transplant. Had live entertainment that wasn't over bearing you could enjoy your meal and have conversation without being drowned out by music so that was also a plus for me.
Dawn M — Google review
We love everything about this place and you it in on our now bi annual trips to Estes. Servers, food, music and even the creative candles Ashley makes and sells there are just perfect. We passed this place for years and wondered about it, never stopping until they hung the Pride flags out! We are allys. After our first trip, we don't miss an experience there. Music starts at 5:00! There may be a line at 4:00 when they open, so don't be in a hurry! You will love this place!
Lu H — Google review
Your classic mountain town restaurant. The servers were kind. Food was alright. Really lived the fact that the restaurant was inclusive and hung up 2 pride flags. One big one right outside. We got the bison pasta and NY Strip. The steak was mediocre, chewy and slightly overcooked. The bison was a tad gamey but still good. Still a decent place. You just can’t be very choosy when you’re up in a mountain town.
Salman Z — Google review
Another off the beaten path restaurant find that did not disappoint. The atmosphere is exactly what you look for when you’re in the Rockies, but you can tell this is very much a locals spot. Great recommendation from the server on the Buffalo meatballs, they were so good. The pizza was also very good and nice and crispy! Giving a 5star because it deserved it, but wish I could do 1/2. 4.5 because I did have one of the worst mules I’ve ever had and the bartender at the bar was very rude. But still a 5 over a 4 in my book.
Evan B — Google review
Service and food was great! The bacon wrapped dates were very tasty and we loved the trout with dill and butter! The meat on the mains were done very well but the sides were a little lacking in flavor. 10/10 would recommend.

Steak house
American restaurant
Nestled in a 90-year-old mountain lodge with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, Twin Owls Steakhouse offers an intimate dining experience. The rustic ambiance, complete with hardwood floors and moss rock fireplaces, sets the stage for savoring prime USDA steaks, chops, ribs, wild game, fresh seafood and delectable desserts. The extensive wine list features global vintages and local craft beers.
This is hands-down the best steakhouse in Estes Park—we keep coming back! The steaks are perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and never need extra salt. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the house-made desserts are a must-try. They also have a great wine list with options for every budget. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with stunning mountain views that make the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
Ovfdfireman — Google review
My family and I were visiting Estes Park and came here after a day of hiking. The front staff and our waitress were very wonderful! The service was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a little off. We were expecting a little bit of a higher class steakhouse, but we got more of a Texas Roadhouse atmosphere. There was a live band playing, which we thought was little strange for a steakhouse. We were seated away from the band so it did not bother us. The drinks were great, there was mojitos and espresso martinis at the table, everyone enjoyed their drink! The food was overall good! Everyone at my table enjoyed their food. The only complaints I had were that my plate felt a little bit crowded and my food was all on top of each other rather than being nicely presented. I ordered the prime rib, medium rare, it felt a little dry, but overall it was still tasty!
Julie G — Google review
My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. The owner and the staff were very attentive and the food was very good. They had a classic guitar player, which added to the ambiance. The prices are somewhat high, but that seems to be the norm around here. The lamb was great, but next time, I would go for medium in lieu of medium rare, my usual go-to. I highly recommend this place, and it was a fabulous start to a wonderful vacation here.
Stacey S — Google review
We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a stunning panoramic view, warm live music, and excellent service. The elk kabobs, filet mignon, French onion soup, baked brie, salad with lump crab meat and cheesecake were standout all excellent. Friendly staff, a dessert discount, and a surprise drink treat from a fellow guest made it feel like magic. So glad we chose Twin Owls—every detail made us feel special.
Kyla S — Google review
Best Brussels sprouts we have ever had - great views (they will accommodate you if you ask for a window view. The best time for a window view is 5 PM.) - fast service - bison filet was awesome; sweeter than beef filet - excellent bacon wrapped scallops!!
Lowery P — Google review
As a well-traveled global foodie, I can confidently say Twin Owls (named after the rock formation in Lumpy Ridge that's a local favorite climbing spot, see attached pic) is everything you’d hope for in a top-tier steakhouse... and then some. Nestled in the heart of Estes Park with a breathtaking mountain backdrop, the experience here is nothing short of unforgettable. Our family of five (3 teens, 2 adults) shared bites from each other’s plates (because it all sounded so good), and I genuinely couldn’t choose a favorite between the beef, bison, or elk ribeye. Each was unique, but all were absolute perfection - carne at its finest. The appetizers were equally impressive, and dessert? A homemade apple pie that felt like it was made just for us - crafted with care by Thad, the incredibly warm, gracious, and unofficial Estes historian/Twin Owls owner. The staff were among the best around with everyone adding their unique story of how they came to Estes and more importantly what has kept them there. Without being a spoiler, suffice it to say even though the food was well-worth our trip to Estes, it was the people who lived and worked there, the Twin Owls family, were the reason we not only stayed but felt connected as extended family even after only one visit. If I could, I would bring my kids back for every birthday, graduation, holiday, on our calendar (sadly, we live out of state). It's that kind of place where you want to make every special occasion better by sharing this experience with the ones you love. If you’re lucky enough to dine at Twin Owls, prepare for more than just a meal. It’s an experience that will stay with you way longer than after the last bite. Trust me, I'm drooling just recalling our night!
Alan W — Google review
My partner and I had the best experience at Twin Owls tonight. From the live acoustic guitarist to the tender elk appetizer, everything was exquisite. To start, we were sat at a table by the window where the view was simply spectacular. Our server, Aubrey, was very informative, helpful and attentive. The drinks were great and courses were spaced out nicely. The entrees were exceptional- especially the steak. From the muscular, mustached host to the kind bartender, everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Overall a top-notch establishment and we will certainly be back.
Colton M — Google review
We had reservations...I feel that's important to start out with. Sometimes you can 'walk in' to a nice restaurant/steak house; and other times you're going to be disappointed if you don't plan ahead. We were early and were seated (and by a window = breathtaking view of the surrounding area). The server did not rush us at all, even though we were early. He let us enjoy our drinks and set a leisurely pace for us. Drinks, appetizers, salads, bread service, our meal and desert...absolutely no rush, even with a busy dining room. Old fashions and a raspberry mojito were super tasty. Elk kababs couldn't have been done better (and elk can be finicky to prepare). Salad was of a shareable size, and two of us definitely shared. Bison filet cooked to perfection...if you're a seafood lover, add the lump crab - you won't be disappointed! Finished off with carrot cake and 4 forks. Great meal and excellent service to finish off our wedding weekend!

Big Horn Restaurant is a beloved family-run establishment that has been serving up delicious American comfort food and BBQ since 1972. Located in downtown Estes Park, it's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to enjoy a hearty breakfast or satisfying lunch. The restaurant opens early at 6 AM, making it convenient for hikers and early risers to grab a bite before starting their day.
Excellent home style breakfast. Portions are very large. Prices are comparable to the area. Pancakes as well as biscuits were soft & fluffy. The option of sour dough bread was great. Ample parking ( but not with a motorhome or other RV). Restaurant was very clean & staff very friendly & attentive. Excellent choice for the basic yet very good breakfast.

I’ve been visiting the Big Horn Restaurant for years, and it’s always such a positive experience because it's guaranteed to be delicious food and great service every time. Plus, this was my father's favorite breakfast stop when he visited, therefore it's always nostalgic being back, and it reminds me of him. This morning our waitress, Julie, was phenomenal! It had been about a year since my last visit, and I’d forgotten how generous the portions are for the price. My husband and I both ordered the No. 3 - biscuits and gravy with grits and sausage...and wow… SO much food, and every bite was delicious. (Highly recommend adding cheese to your grits!) The Big Horn is always my "go to" breakfast spot when I'm in town.

We had breakfast here for the first time in years. Food was good, not great. Very good service. Bottom of my wife's pancake was pretty crispy. They appeared to use canned apple pie filling for the pancakes.

VERY VERY good food here! Service was excellent, makes you feel at home. Portions are pretty big so come hungry! We got the chicken fried chicken eggs an hashbrowns with a pancake on the side, plus "Mike's heart attack" biscuits and gravy hashbrowns eggs and ham. All of it was delicious! We will always come to this spot for breakfast during our stay. 🖤

Great place during peak season and did not disappoint, we had all the favorites and left full and happy. Since summer is peak season in Estes we came early around 7:20 and it was low and slow, coffee was hot and ready. Stop by Bug Horn Restaurant when you visit the area!

6.5/10. Family restaurant with nothing outstanding, average across the board. Got an elk burger, country fried chicken and their usual salad and soup. Decent taste, sauce was a little sloppy on the chicken, and the elk tasted a lot like slightly gamey beef. Slaw was below expectations, but the salad and soup bar concept was novel and fun! Typical service, nice quiet area next to the river.

I think this restaurant is a hidden gem. Its right outside of the busy downtown Estes Park and you might miss it if you werent looking for it. The menu is amazing and the service was even better. I’m from NJ and diners are a staple where I come from. A hot open faced roast beef sandwich is a staple at a diner. Let me tell you…this was the BEST open faced roast beef sandwich I have ever eaten. It was so good that we went back the following week and both ordered the same meals as the week before. PS-he had the trout

Antonio's Real New York Pizza is a cozy eatery with a lodge vibe that offers wood-fired pizza in various styles, along with subs and wings. Chef Anthony DeSousa, a native New Yorker, specializes in crafting authentic New York-style pizza. The restaurant has a homey atmosphere perfect for family gatherings, where you can enjoy hand-tossed crust pizzas with a homemade feel. In addition to their signature pizzas, the menu also includes calzones and pasta dishes for Italian cuisine enthusiasts.
Holy Spumoni! This place is AUTHENTIC! The staff is incredible and so is their robot staff, although one of the robot attempted to run me over but kindly went into pause mode before any incidents ;) The Colors of Italy pizza was SO fresh and beautiful to say the least. The Godfather was thick, and filled to the brim with delicious fresh meats. Even the crust was good for all you non crust eaters. The man at the front who I assume was the manager was generous enough to give me some history and tell me about the owner and the restaurant and answer all my silly questions. Thank you so much Antonio's 💛

We love the Longmont location!! And wanted to try this one. Didn't love it. We got our salad and garlic knots, then had to wait an hour for pizza! And couldn't get any of the staff to even look at us! We just needed our dirty dishes removed from the table. We finally got pizza and thankfully it was pretty good. I would say the pizza was the only good thing about this experience. Staff needs to be more attentive. Definitely will stick with the Longmont location.

i come to estes park once or twice a year for the last 8 years, so i am always looking for somewhere new to eat. my family & i finally tried antonio’s pizza, it did not disappoint! we ordered the godfather, a thin and thick crust pepperoni pizza, and the colors of italy. we all agreed the pizza was great! for dessert we got a key lime pie which was also delicious. the person who greeted us let us know it would just be him and one other person working, so they had a robot bringing out orders. would definitely recommend this restaurant & we will be coming back again!!!

Omg. Delicious!! We’ve been traveling for 2 months and this was the best meal we’ve had the entire time. My family is from New York / Italy and this place is the real deal, from the ricotta down to the photos on the wall. We got the Spicy Calabrian New York style and the Italian flag Sicilian. We have leftovers and I’m having a hard time staying away from the fridge.

It’s a very nice place. We went on a Wednesday afternoon. They attended us right away and the host was accommodating. The waiter was nice and responded all our questions. They have a big selection of pizzas. However, I was expecting the amount of topping to be more. I would come back to this place again.

A very popular pizza stop in Estes Park. Popular as in there was a good wait before we were seated. This isn't a bad thing, it just means there is a really good reason to stop here. The staff was welcoming at the host stand. Servers were really polite and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a bit confused on how ordering goes but you can always order from your phone at the table. We ordered wings, pizza, and tiramisu. I enjoyed the wings. They are pretty big. The pizza came out hot! The crust was crunchy and not too chewy. Sauce was just right and not too much and the toppings were very tasty! The tiramisu was probably my favorite, because tiramisu. It's so good. It was a bit smashed up in the container it came in which was disappointing but otherwise, it was pretty good! We had leftover pizza the next day on our hike and it definitely came in at a good time. Overall, we enjoyed Antonio's and would definitely come back.

I was very excited to try out this place after reading all the rave reviews and went out of my way to stop by. I came today, Saturday evening, around 6:30pm and there was a wait of 10 parties before me so I opted to do takeout instead. I ordered a personal size Spicy Calabrian & Antipasto salad. It took a little over 20 mins for me to receive my order. You have to ask for parm/chili flakes & utensils. They don’t pack it for you, I kept having to walk back to the takeout counter to request for these items. The pizza was pretty decent and flavorful. The salad was atrocious. It smelled like it was rotting when I opened the container and then as I forked through the lettuce, half of the lettuce was wilting / rotting. I ended up tossing the entire thing after a few bites. For a $9 salad, that was truly disappointing. After this meal, I’ve been experiencing GI issues all night. For close to $30 after tip and tax, I am super bummed.

Fun place. The atmosphere was electric with laughing and animated conversations at most tables and it was full. The pizza was very good if not quite like the authentic New York pizza I had just weeks ago. The service was efficient and quick, almost automatic. There is a surprise, something fun I’ve not seen at any other restaurant, but I’ll not ruin it. You’ll have to see it for yourself. Just go, you’ll be glad you did.

Claire's Restaurant and Bar is a versatile spot that serves delicious meals all day long. Whether you're craving breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, this family-owned establishment has you covered. They feature locally grown produce in their dishes and offer a variety of classic American favorites such as BBQ, burgers, trout, benedicts, biscuits & gravy, and chicken & waffles. The cozy indoor seating and beautiful outdoor patio with park views make it an ideal choice regardless of the weather.
Wife and I stopped for an early dinner after enjoying the Mustang Mountain Coaster. The restaurant is located in the downtown shop area. The exterior is quaint with home look and outside patio. The interior is decorated well and was clean. We were seated immediately and our server was attentive. Wife and I both had the Mahi Mahi tacos. We tried the onion rings and lobster bisque as well. The food came fairly quickly and was prepared well. The tacos were surprisingly very good, my wife loved the onion rings, and I enjoyed the lobster bisque. Overall, we had a good experience and would certainly stop back.

Our hotel (Estes park inn) suggested this place. Seated immediately. Food was delicious and fast. Large portions VERY reasonably priced. Wonderful service. This place is amazing!! (Ribs appetizer, fish n chips, Cobb, and chicken sandwich) Nicolas was our server and he was the best!!!!!

I was definitely wanting to try something different and the wild game meatloaf was it. I love the flavor and the consistency really didn’t need much of a knife. I wish I had taken a picture of the elk burger because I will definitely be trying that next time. I was definitely a big fan of the gravy if I lived close enough I would be tempted to get a side of that to take home.

Claire’s Restaurant & Bar in Estes Park is a gem! I ordered the game meatloaf and it was absolutely delightful—savory, tender, and full of flavor, the perfect comfort food after a day in the mountains. The atmosphere has that cozy mountain-town charm, and the staff really make the experience special. Lazarus, our server, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and gave spot-on recommendations that made our visit even better. If you’re in Estes Park, treat yourself to a meal here!

I chose the only terrible option on the menu- the club sandwich.. the bread was dry and very very hard. They didn’t even give me a full piece of bacon. The French dip I am told is incredible, and the chicken sandwich I am also told was really good. I guess just don’t order the club?

Had a good half chicken serving on mash and a river trout on bed of rice. Washed it down with cider and local craft. The house captain brought us a good selection of hot sauce to try. Very nice. A cozy place to have lunch. Patio is good too.

The place is known for its hearty and filling dishes, where thick wedges of French toast come soaked in syrup and cinnamon rolls are as large as pizzas.
Food was incredible. I got the chicken sandwich on gluten free bread. The best one I’ve had in a long time. Staff was a little frazzled - it was busy, but our server was attentive and friendly. Totally worth the stop.

The food was great, the atmosphere was quiet and mellow--which I liked. The prices are fair. Service was not exceptional, server was not where to be found when I needed more coffee, I had to flag her down and even then she forgot I'd asked her for more coffee.

Came here at about 0930 in the morning on a rainy day. Quite a long line so put our names down, after about 20 minutes we got a table. Service was efficient, nothing more. Atmosphere is standard diner look. Food was pretty good, the migas was a first for me and I really liked it. Eggs Benedict also very good. Prices very competitive. Either come early or expect to wait for a table.

We love Mountain Home Cafe! Even though we don’t live in Estes Park it’s our favorite breakfast place and we pass many others to come here on a regular basis. Their food is absolutely amazing; the pork green chili is incredible; their Huevos Rancheros is the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything on the menu is worth trying. The restaurant is cozy and the staff members are courteous and efficient. The owner is a lovely person and pours her heart into making this place a great dining experience for her guests. You’ve got to try Mountain Home Cafe!

When we arrived there was a wait and you will need to sign in on a tablet when you walk in. I wonder if they placed the ipad closer to the front table so it could be easily visible and accessible for older folks who struggle to see/move around especially since it was busy. Service was 10/10, we noticed the main lady was doing so much, helping customers, taking orders, bringing food and helping go clean up, she is a boss!! I got the chilaquiles and my husband got the country fried steak. Overall the food was good and the service was awesome!

Nice breakfast eatery. Was busy but did not have to at 10am on a Sunday. Fast service, good breakfast options. Plentiful portions! Good service as well.
Dave G — Google review
The only reason this place is getting a single star is because it’s cheap and that’s exactly what you get: cheap service, cheap food, and a downright chaotic experience. The hostess seems completely out of it, like she’s in her own little world, clueless and unbothered by the mess around her. The waitstaff is clearly overworked, hustling to serve what can only be described as a subpar, fast-food-level breakfast. Honestly, McDonald's does a better job and at least there, you know what to expect. If you're desperate and broke, maybe it's worth the price. Otherwise, skip it. This place wouldn't survive if it weren't for the low cost. One star only because I can't give zero which is what the hostess earned all on her own

Amazing food and great, prompt service! We got shrimp scampi and baked seafood pasta and we inhaled them. Family friendly even though it’s fancier. Great experience!

What wasn't fine with our Friday lunch was the price to add chicken to my fettuccine alfredo. For $7, i would have expected two chicken breasts, which is a total rip-off. Then the "lunch specials" are nothing special, it's just items on the main menu that they are highlighting and no discount for lunch. The garlic bread was dry and needs to be improved. What was good was that the two vegetarian dishes were very good, but to charge $29 for vegetarian lasagna is ridiculous.
Grant N — Google review
Beautiful location, right on the river. No parking lot on property but parking is close by. It has lots of potential, but the chicken Parmesan tasted like the chicken was old, and about to go bad. The sauce on the spaghetti had an odd flavor that we couldn’t place. The service was almost nonexistent. We had to search for our waiter, drinks would go empty for a while before we could find someone. It was just too expensive for the experience we had.

Never have I felt so uncomfortable with a server as I did tonight. He was snappy, rushing us to order as we arrived, snapped one word answers to questions we had about the menu, generally made us feel as though we had done something wrong! What we had done wrong was choose this place for dinner! The food arrived very quickly, obviously pre prepared. My fettuccine Alfredo .. the sauce was splitting, the pieces of pasta many stuck together making it very thick , and bland taste . Husbands spaghetti with meat sauce was lacking the meat! The outside seating was u comfortable, low benches, high tables , even my tall husband felt uncomfortable , for me my mouth was virtually on level with the plate! A place I would certainly not return to.

The McDonald’s of Italian food. They try to give off a white table cloth vibe but once seated the fast food vibe comes out. Drinks and salad dressing served in plastic solo cups. They clear tables right next to you using black busboy bins like you would at Denny’s. prosecco was served flat… not a single bubble. Food marginal at best. And over priced.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here about two weeks ago. There was about 30 of us on a Thursday night. They were so helpful and patient as we updated the head count a couple of times. The restaurant is very large, very spacious. They had all of us seated towards the rear of the restaurant and we loved it. Summit was our wonderful server. Everyone ordered whatever they wanted, drinks, apps, salads, etc. Everyone loved their meals! We ordered the lasagna and it was homemade and very flavorful, others ordered the shrimp scampi, chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo, the ceasar salad we ordered was great. They never rushed us, took excellent care of us and the pricing is really on point. Something for everyone, casual and good value. We highly recommend this venue for a group event, they really took great care of us! We will definitely be back!

We did an anniversary dinner early before leaving Colorado. After a wonderful 2-week trip I was determined to get some elk and I was glad I waited! This was the best meal I had in a long time. I highly recommend the elk chops and my husband had the filet. They were both fantastic! Service was also wonderful and we even got a anniversary dessert on the house! It was a fantastic raspberry donut cheesecake!

Best dinner I’ve had in a while, literally cleaned the plates. We had the filet mignon with green beans and mashed potatoes & elk chops with shrimp and green beans. The donut holes and chocolate mousse were really good as well. Seems to be more reservation based, but we were seated within 30 minutes without a reservation. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely be returning!

Best meal we had in Estes Park, by far! We had Elk chops and the Bison New York Strip. Creme brulee for dessert and it was excellent!

We had an amazing dinner at Hunter’s Chop House in Estes Park, Colorado! Even though the French 75 wasn’t on the menu, they made it perfectly, complete with a cherry on the bottom, which was such a delightful touch. The Hunter’s Old Fashioned was wonderfully smooth. The wild game brat sampler, recommended by the wonderful waitress Kathy, allowed us to try boar, pheasant, elk, and buffalo, and the elk and buffalo were especially fantastic! The braised lamb shank with parmesan mashed potatoes and green beans was so tender it fell right off the bone, and the salmon with an orange glaze was wonderfully tender and flavorful. We ended the meal with the chocolate mousse and donut holes—light, airy, and the perfect sweet finish. The ambiance, with its cozy atmosphere and great music, along with the friendly and attentive service, makes this place a definite must-visit in Estes Park!

The speed, quality, service, and accommodating us at an earlier time than our reservations was what makes this restaurant a 5 star and worthy of a visit. We had the appetizer, Wild Game Brats Sampler, that set the stage for a wonderful meal. The brats were made from boar, elk, bison, and pheasant. It had flatbread crackers, different cheeses, and a raspberry chipotle sauce. We both went with the filet mignon because I had read reviews, and it was worthy of trying. Whatever your cooking preference is, go with it because it was cooked as it should be. I ordered mine medium rare, and it cut like butter! My husband was afraid that would medium rare that it would be too bloody, but it wasn't. The vibe was casual and the staff polite, wanting to please. Don't let the exterior fool you. This place isn't pretentious. Stop by this gem because it was worthy of your time and money. Your stomach will thank you.

Dined July 4, 2025 Hunters Chophouse – A Dinner Worth the Fireworks (Literally) If you’re anywhere near Estes Park, whether you’re a local or just lucky enough to be visiting, do not miss dinner at Hunters Chophouse. I promise, this is one of those places that turns a meal into a memory. We had the pleasure of dining here on July 4th, and it ended up being one of the best nights of our entire trip. From the second we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The smells coming out of that kitchen were incredible! Bishwa, our host, was a total standout. He was kind, engaging, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. He seated us on the outdoor patio, which is shaded, lined with flower barrels, and absolutely perfect for dining al fresco. He made sure we had one of the best seats for watching the fireworks later that night (seriously, the best view). He stopped by several times to check in, share local stories, and even offered to bring over the sommelier when we mentioned switching from cocktails to wine. His energy really set the tone for the whole night. Victoria, the sommelier, was amazing. So passionate and knowledgeable about wine!. She helped us pick a wine we fell in love with: the 2019 Caravan Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa. Rich, velvety, just a touch of spice… it was a perfect match for our steaks. Fun fact? Caravan is produced by Darioush Winery, known for its bold, Bordeaux-style reds and hospitality rooted in Persian culture. Now I’ve added their tasting room to my Napa bucket list! And yes, I will be ordering a case of Caravan! No judging, please! Our waitress Yana was equally wonderful. She was warm, professional, and totally in sync with the relaxed-yet-elevated vibe of the place. She made great suggestions and made sure we never felt rushed, even as the restaurant got busier. We also got a chance to say hi to Sujib, one of the owners who we’d met earlier at Park Tavern (Hunters’ sister restaurant). Even while working a busy holiday dinner, he took time to ask how we were enjoying our meal. It says a lot about leadership when owners are visible and genuinely care. And what a treat to see Ivana again! Our favorite hostess from Park Tavern. She not only helped us secure our reservation at Hunters but made a point to stop by to say hi! She remembered us and our stories, and absolutely made us feel like regulars. That kind of service is rare and definitely unforgettable. Now, let’s talk food. My girlfriend ordered the ribeye, grilled to medium and tender enough to melt in your mouth. She paired it with a loaded baked potato and crisp broccolini and loved every bite. Her husband had the Bison Oscar...bison NY strip, lump crab, dill hollandaise, capers, barley risotto, and seasonal veggies. It was a showstopper. He literally said he’d come back just to have that exact meal again. My husband and I both went for the filet mignon with a red wine demi-glace that was so good I honestly considered licking the plate. No leftovers. Not a single bite. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and tender enough to make me sigh. I am still thinking about that filet this morning! We sat on that beautiful patio, sipping incredible wine, laughing with fabulous friends, and watching the fireworks light up the sky. It felt like the perfect ending to a perfect day and a perfect vacation! Hunters Chophouse, thank you. You gave us a night we’ll be talking about for a long time. We’ll definitely be back...hopefully for fall colors and another round of the filet, the ribeye and the bison Oscar!

My husband and I made reservations in advance for a 5 pm seating. We arrived 20 minutes early thinking we could get a drink before dinner, but the doors were locked and they had no bar, so we went to Claire’s two doors down. The was our first experience at Seasoned, so if you don’t know, there is pay parking in front, and the meter maid is very militant! We saw two people get tickets. Park up the hill for free if you can walk a bit. The Seasoned restaurant has maybe 10 tables inside, but plenty of outdoor bistro tables outside. They claim they are open year round, so I suppose people don’t mind sitting in the cold with propane heaters? Anyway, we were the second couple in the door once they unlocked. We told the hostess that we had reservations and asked if we could sit at a two seated table near the window, looking towards the park and away from the music speakers as my husband is hard of hearing. She got snippy with us and said that she could not, as she had that particular table “double booked”. What? She sat us at a 4 seated table (why?) and we had our very expensive common brand glass of wine ($20), none less than $17 per glass. We had the trout ( good but not 5 star) and the Albondigas meatballs ( very spicy and not great). Service was good, but I expected better for an empty restaurant, as We waited a bit for our wine. We were there maybe an hour and the whole time the two seated table was empty! The hostess turned away people without reservations, probably 6 people were turned away. Before we left the restaurant got to 80% full, mostly locals from what we could tell. Overall the bill was $150.00 so over priced in our book. We can’t recommend this place after the actions of the hostess and the wine prices. She is a Very snooty lady in clogs. And they obviously think they’re something special. We prefer Twin Owls MUCH better! Oh and by the way, the menu online is from 2023….

This place is awesome. Small menu with every item dialed. Came in with a group of 5 that ordered all different appetizers and entrees, and everything was absolutely delicious. Personally had the Steak Frites, which was a delicious sous vide wagyu sirloin with sunny side up eggs and chimichurri over fries with pecorino. Highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Beyond the delicious food, the bartenders make great cocktails, and the service is incredibly attentive.

A cozy farm to table restaurant with an ever rotating menu based on what products are available. Best food we have tried in the Estes area for dinner and we have gone to many of their old standbys. Owner Joanne was running the hostess stand and was able to get us in for our reservation early so that we didn't need to wait on this amazing menu. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone that loves food made with a passion. Dishes are plated perfectly, staff is wonderfully personal, and the end of night check is criminally underpriced.

My husband and I were in Estes Park for our son’s graduation from Ravencrest Bible School. We arrived a day early so we could have time to enjoy this precious town before things got busy. We looked at several option for dinner and ultimately decided on Seasoned Bistro. We are both so thankful because it was an absolute treat. The service was amazing. The hostess is the chef’s wife and just a sweet sweet soul. We didn’t really know what to expect we were blown away by the presentation and taste. The attention to detail is amazing. My husband had the Bison Hash, as a vegetarian I picked the Three Sisters, for dessert my husband got the Apple Cheesecake (served on a precious glass plate in the shape of an apple) and I picked the Honey Pot. I did see several families come in with children and then leave. I encourage you to bring your kids, have them share a meal. They will love it.

Absolutely phenomenal. I’m writing this review while I still sit at my table. That’s how amazing it is. From the craft cocktails made to perfection to the delectable dessert, this is a must do in Estes Park. Every bite was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back.

Good experience at Seasoned. 3 courses of good food. Nicely Seasoned. It was hearty portions, presented smartly. Mixed with local wine from Snowy Peaks. A good night was had. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. Recommend That'll Do Pig and anything with corn puree/cream. Oh and make sure to book!

Super impressed!! So glad we found this place. The service was great; food was excellent; prices were reasonable; and it was kind of like stepping into the past with the atmosphere and setup of the restaurant. So cute and fun!

This place was recommended to us by our guide on the 4x4 tours. My husband and I both got classic gyros and a side of fries to share. They were packed with meat! So delicious! The place was nice. Plenty of seating, indoor and outside. Staff were all really nice. If you're looking for some good and tasty food, check this place out!

So so good. I can’t pick a favorite item- I took pictures of all we got! The beef gyro, kids’ meals, cheeseburger, jalapeño poppers, and mozzarella sticks were all amazing! Great service and ambiance too. It has its own parking lot

The food portions were generous, everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The burgers, gyros, and fries were all cooked perfectly. Service was fast and the staff were really friendly. Great value for the quality and portion size — definitely worth the stop if you’re looking for a quick, tasty meal at a reasonable price!

Great hole in the wall restaurant where you can get delicious food at great prices! I got the regular gyro and small fries with a side of ranch. Ranch is delish! My bf got the elk burger with chili fries (no cheese) and our friends got burgers and chili fries. Everything was delicious and staff was sweet! We agreed that will be our spot after our RMNP hikes!

Discovered this place 3 months ago. Will be returning every time I’m in Estes. Classic gyro with hot peppers and fried zucchini is my go-to. Also tried the reuben and fried pickles which were excellent too.
Cara D — Google review
The bison burgers are good! The seasoned fries are delishakes. Veggie burger was meh, good enough. The shakes are not ice cream, imo tastes like icemilk. Got the Oreo shake. Chicken gyro was a 5/10 the meat was shaved! It's not fast food it's better. After a long trip in RMNP - this was close and convenient. Booth and outdoor seating. Single stall bathrooms :)

The Wapiti Colorado Pub is a charming and enduring establishment with spacious, rustic dining areas and outdoor deck seating. Owned by Tory Nelson and his wife Berenice for the past six years, this pub offers a unique experience with fun touches like Oreo cookies as take-home treats. Known for its quintessential Colorado cuisine, the pub is famous for serving Rocky Mountain oysters alongside a wide selection of Colorado beers. It's also a great spot to catch sports games while enjoying the cozy atmosphere.
The food was wonderful here! We shared wings, nachos and each got a meal. The waiter was so kind and attentive. The atmosphere outside was beautiful with the brook running through nearby. The waiter put on a heater for us to stay warm. The view is the mountain from our table was wonderful. We would definitely give the outside seating area a 5 star if we didn’t have bees (?)flying around our food. Perhaps they were yellow jackets? They did not look like honey bees . The waiter knew there was a nest nearby so not sure why it was not removed. , and he did check in with us to be sure we were okay… but everything else was top notch! Someone who works at The Stanley Hotel recommended we eat here when we asked. We are so happy we visited!

What a quaint, beautiful little place. The food was amazing, I had the salmon linguini and my husband had the chicken avocado sandwich. So flavorful and the portions huge. We sat in the lounge for dinner and it was cozy with a good view of the river. Drinks were delicious!

Beautiful location, beautiful building. River runs underneath the patio. Service was excellent and we were well taken care of. Good food. BBQ brisket all-beef hotdog was huge. Nice, large selection of drinks. Some of the best food we had in Estes Park. It was quiet when we were there, but I can see how it might be different at peak hours.

Absolutely gorgeous location, right by the flowing water the Fall River. Perfect day to sit outside, enjoy a beer in the breeze. Can't go wrong with the kLobster Roll and the PTO fries. Heaven.

This restaurant was recommended by Streamside on Fall River since it was right next door. Great lodge-like decor with open rooms and seating outside along the river. They have a huge bar and a varied menu. The food was good and the service was fast and friendly. It’s a great choice if you want to get away from the downtown Estes Park crowds.

Great place to grab dinner with the family. I had the “Big Daddy Fire Burger.” Very tasty, also try the onion rings! There’s a wonderful selection of wines and cocktails here as well. Beautiful views of the stream and you can eat outside on the patio, overlooking the stream as well. We come back every year and it’s always great!!

Me and my husband recently visited Wapiti Colorado Pub, we came here to celebrate our anniversary and wow what an experience! This is a one stop shop you can stay at Nickys resort and have INCREDIBLE FOOD....The food is absolutely amazing, and the drinks are just as incredible. This place truly feels like a hidden gem just outside of down town. We ate here two days in a row. My husband had the salmon and I had the prime rib. It was cooked to perfection tender, flavorful, and hands-down one of the best we’ve ever had. They have a creamy horseradish sauce that is to die for!!! I will be coming back to experiencethat again. The Salmon was cooked to PERFECTION!!! In fact so good my husband chose the Salmon both times we ate here. I also tried the hand battered fish it was also delicious! The Service was top notch from start to finish, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, timely, and attentive. A special shout-out to West, our bartender, who was absolutely fantastic! He made incredible drinks, was extremely personable, and went above and beyond to cater to every need. His camaraderie and attention to detail really made our visit extra special. We will definitely be coming back and telling all our friends about this amazing spot! YOU DONT NEED TO BE IN DOWN TOWN ESTES TO EXPERIENCE AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO HANDS DOWN!!!

(Updated for 2nd visit) Stopped solo on 5-1-25 on my way back to the cabin just down the road. Every time I drove by- this place was busy. Figured it must be that good so I decided to stop. Tory (?) the bartender carried a good conversation while helping others. I enjoyed an old fashion while waiting on my wings to go. I had an appetizer at another location so I wasn’t hungry. Just wanted some wings that would warm up fine for after some late night cocktails and hot tub session back at my cabin. I would check this place out again when I’m back. Stopped one more time 8-5-25 solo @ noon on way out of town back to airport. Wanted to grab something quick but not near the main down town. This time, ordered the gluten free grilled cheese with brisket. The bartender (says Metodi on receipt) was receptive to small talk. He was polite and carried good conversation while doing his job. He mentioned the owner was gluten free. Although I don’t “have” to have all gluten free items, I do select when I can. The sandwich could have used more meat per bread ratio (attached photos). I had a side salad with sandwich.

Wowwww amazing Brewery-Restaurant in the town. I tried great food and beers. My favorite beer it’s IPA and Stinger. The guys of the bar they’re great persons and our server Natalia she is amazing and beautiful lady. The food come to super very fast our table. This brewery it’s in my top 3 beautiful and great brewery’s. Cheers for the beautiful life

Stopped here for lunch on a sunday right at opening. An impressive 2 floor brewery/restaurant. Our server was named Jesus and he was without a doubt the best server I've EVER had at a brewery and or restaurant. The beer was good (i tried 6) however my wife didnt like her first beer she ordered and Jesus replaced it right away no questions asked. No pics of the food but we had the elk burger, crab melts, and the caprase panini, all delicious. Jesus was on the ball the entire hour and was just as impressive as the food and atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time im anywhere close to Estes Park!

Ridiculous food and ridiculous prices. Who gives like 10 fries and 10 beans for $8 each😭. The fries were definitely good though. We got several bunch of items and everything sucked. Even for American standards, the food was bland. No offense but I could cook better and I don’t even know how to turn on the stove. The pizza was atrocious and Italy would perhaps cease all diplomatic relations with the US if they knew how pizza is being made here.
Sai M — Google review
Very sad this brewery has gone downhill. From the moment we walked in it was very clear the customer did not matter. The person pouring our drinks was very unhelpful and gruff when we asked for recommendations. The beer was average as well. The saving grace was the newer manager comping our drinks because of problems with the payment system.
Caleb H — Google review
We got in super quick, our waiter Pranit gave us excellent service, and the food was amazing! I got the Altitude Burger and my wife got the Caprese Panini with chicken! We would definitely get them again! I also got a flight of beers including the blueberry, the Pilsner, porter, and stout. The blueberry is definitely drinkable & delicious. And the porter is one of the best I’ve tried in a while! To top it all off, we got the Mascarpone cake which is big enough for two people!

Not sure why this brewery only has a 3.5. Who cares because we can have it all to ourselves! 5***** all the way!!! The beer was incredible. From the minute you are welcomed with free tastings and a game of pool to the minute you sit down, they hospitality was generous and lovely. The beers are so delicious. I did a flight which is easily the best way to go because all of them are so good, especially the gold and malt and red ale. Eating at the Hive was outstanding. I had their special bison short rib. Mouthwatering. They were also great with the kids. Would 100% be back. Topped other brewpubs during our stay in Colorado.

Had dinner here twice while on vacation in August. Food was great, service was fast and friendly, and it was very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We had the Bison Bolognese, and liked it so much we came back a second time before leaving. Food was all great, I'm not a beer drinker but my husband had a flight and liked what he was drinking. Would recommend and look forward to stopping in again the next time we make it back to Estes Park. Thanks!
Victoria M — Google review
Estes Park Brewery is a fine little brewery. It's a 2 story brewery with free tastings of their standard beers and their gift shop on the bottom floor. Upstairs is the restaurant and bar that serves their seasonal beers. On my stop, they had: porter, stout, red, rasberry wheat, blueberry wheat, lager, gold, an ale, and some others. I think the beers were all okay and better than your major brands. The food looked okay but like what I expect at a ski lodge. The service was fine but it did not feel like this was a place to sit and talk about their beers and what they are doing next. Totally worth going here and better than eating/drinking at a chain.

Delicious! It was my first time trying this kind of cuisine and I will say it was a 10/10 for me! I had the chicken Tikka masala and my husband had the chili pork. We shared Naan with our children and they split the pork noodle plate. Everything was amazing! Small Family run businesses are the best and I could see the love they put into their business from the food to the service. If I'm ever back in town I will be sure to stop by again!

Solid 4.0 stars. Friendly team of employees and especially the owners who worked the tables like pros while genuinely wanting to make sure all the customers were happy. We stopped in and had a late lunch, early dinner. From the Chicken Momos to the Chicken Saag Curry to Nepal’s Naan, we found the dishes to be good. Pricing is reasonable. Service is good. Worth stopping in when you’re digging curry in Estes Park.

Incredible place! Got chicken momo and mango lassi, which were both amazing! When I asked for the lassi, I heard a blender turn on and a minute later, I got some delicious lassi! The momo was also incredible--it came with two achars which were both very good and not too spicy, and the momo itself was very juicy, with very good flavor. The restaurant also is decorated in a very nice way, with a lot of traditional Nepali tapestries and prayer flags. The owners themselves are from Nepal, and have been running this place for 20 years, so everything here has been perfected and is just like home. TLDR: Great food, wonderful atmosphere, great service, so get over here if you're in Denver!

We were so excited to find a Nepali restaurant in the Rocky Mountain area during our visit from Texas. Being far from home, we were really looking forward to enjoying some authentic Nepali food. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First of all, the wait time was extremely long — we waited far too long for both a table and our food, even though the restaurant didn’t seem overly busy. The customer service was poor — no warm welcome, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining anything What made it worse was the lack of hygiene. The plates weren’t properly cleaned and the table was sticky and dirty when we sat down. That really ruined the appetite. We really wanted to support a Nepali business, especially being so far from home, but this experience was a letdown. We hope the owners take the feedback seriously — please improve the cleanliness, service quality, and food standards. Tourists and Nepalis traveling from other states expect better.

Got the Chicken Korma and Garlic Naan. While both were good the Korma is more mild with a little less flavor so if you prefer spicy maybe get something else (they don't ask what spice level you want). Service was good and my water glass was always full :)

When u crave for some pakora and u get the best pakoras 🤤 what’s more satisfying than that . Yes Nepal’s cafe serves the best hot vegetable pakoras . All the employees are very warm & welcoming . I felt home 🥰. The chicken chowmin is must order in here . It tastes like chowmin from a local hotel in Nepal .

Nepal’s is a must in Estes Park. The service right when you walk in the door is kind and welcoming, inviting you to sit wherever you’d like. We were greeted with waters to start and given some time to review the menu. Our samosas were so crisp and soft on the inside, you need to order these. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was so incredible and tasted very homemade. My boyfriend got the spicy chicken curry and it turned out great as well. It was the kind of spicy that you come back for more. The garlic naan is a must as well. If you’re looking for a Nepalese/Indian cuisine in EP, this is your place. I will absolutely come back.

Straightforward deli with lots of specialties, and the ability to make any sandwich you want from the things they have. Service is fast, portions are generous, the staff is personable and know what they're up to, and the pecan rolls are fabulously decadent. Updated on 4/27/2025 The sandwiches are absolutely enormous. The pastrami sandwich filled both my husband and myself. I've added a picture of the sandwich. They've also added Liquid Death products to their drink cabinet.

Amazing artisan sandwiches where the meat is sliced fresh. Lots of unique options! I recommend the Italian. Sandwiches are toasted and warm. Fresh ingredients can be added. Very delicious!
Daniel M — Google review
We stopped by Scratch Deli and Bakery on a busy Memorial Day Saturday and were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly they handled the rush. Despite the crowd, our to-go order was ready in about 25 minutes - very reasonable for how packed they were. The sandwiches truly shined: The Italian was a standout - perfectly balanced with quality meats, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of dressing on excellent bread. Even my husband, who doesn't usually go for Italian subs, really enjoyed it. The French Dip was also delicious, with tender meat and soft bread that held up well. Fresh chocolate chip cookies came out of the oven while I was waiting for our food. They were as large as my hand. Had the line not been so long I would have gotten back in it to buy many, many cookies. What we loved: ✓ Really well-made sandwiches with fresh ingredients ✓ Efficient service even during peak hours ✓ Clearly takes pride in their food ✓ Nice bakery selection A great local deli that we'll definitely return to when we're in the area. The Italian sandwich alone is worth coming back for!

Hubby had a site walk for work and I decided to join him for the day trip. Neither of us have ever eaten in Estes, and of all the restaurants pinned on Google maps, I am SO glad we chose to go to Scratch!! I have NOTHING bad to say about this place! The meats are prepared in-house, the breads are baked fresh, and the deserts are all made from scratch as well. Prices were good and there was plenty of parking in the back. From the moment we exited our vehicle, the smell won us over! The staff was very friendly despite us showing up (30) minutes before close. The ONLY thing that would make this place better is having one in Lone Tree where we live! Skip the places that treat you like a tourist that will never return to the area and just come to Scratch Deli & Bakery - you won't regret it!

The Dunraven at The Estes Park Resort is an Italian restaurant located next to a scenic lake, offering a unique dining experience. It is popular among locals and visitors, catering to various dietary needs. The restaurant serves seasonal, locally sourced food, specialty cocktails, and local micro-brews. With a deck overlooking Lake Estes and views of Longs Peak, it provides a picturesque setting for diners.
What an amazing time! Everything about our dinner was awesome. The hostess was friendly and nice, our waitess, Mindy, was awesome and the food delicious. We were celebrating my parent's wedding anniversary and every effort was made to make them feel special, thank you!!
Marlene U — Google review
Great food, slow service, and a confusing identity. We stayed at the resort and ate here a couple times a day, for four days. The Dunraven has a few great dishes. The dinner menu carrying most of the best options. Notably the breakfast burrito, lasagna, and appetizers. Drinks were all amazing too! The service is mediocre. Again, dinner being the best. Getting food, drinks or even silverware seem to be a challenge during less than busy times. The first day we came in, Friday, we waited over an hour at our table before we got our food during lunch. On three occasions I had dirty silverware and had to ask for a new set. The half American cuisine and European styling is very weird. Seems like they don’t really know who they want to be. Overall not a bad place to dine while staying at the resort, but no where near the quality you would expect at a resort.
Jeremy E — Google review
We really enjoyed the meal, view and overall visit to the Dunraven. Our server (Maddie or Mattie?) was excellent. She was very quick, responsive and knew the menu well. She gave great recommendations. My wife had Chicken Parmesan and I had the Cioppino. The Chicken Parmesan was huge. I enjoyed the Cioppino, all but the shrimp was cooked perfectly. (the shrimp was way over, but this is not an easy dish). While it was good, I expect a Cioppino t taste like the sea, this was more of a good tomato based fish stew. Still really liked it. They have a really solid wine list.
Scott S — Google review
I'll start by saying the atmosphere and views are amazing. However the service was slow and subpar. It took almost 45 mins to get our food and the people next to us got there's first and we arrived before them. We were disappointed with the brussel sprouts as they were just deep fried leaves no actual brussel sprouts. The lasagna was pretty decent but by time we received our food it was kind of room temperature. Overall my wife and I expected a better experience.
Travis B — Google review
I was a bit worried from the recent reviews stating food was bad as well as service. This was not the case for us. Service and food were excellent! Lasagna, Cioppino, and various desserts were exquisite. The prices are a bit high for the quality, but the view is an added bonus and the location warrants it. I would definitely return just for the lasagna.

My husband and I had breakfast here while on vacation in Estes CO. They have really good coffee and huge breakfast servings. My breakfast burrito was so big that I couldn't finished it and had the rest of it for dinner that evening. The view of Estes Lake is amazing,!! We will be visiting next time on our trip to Estes CO. Highly recommend!

We have eaten at the Dunraven twice. We had a small wedding in Estes Park with 11 guests and reserved the private room at Dunraven for our reception dinner. Bianca was great to work with planning the menu for our special day. Our server was amazing and went above and beyond for our special day. We went back to Estes to celebrate our first anniversary and ate at the Dunraven again. We ordered the crab cakes appetizer. I had chicken parmesan and my husband had lobster ziti. Food was great and portions were large. My husband and I both saved half our meals for lunch the next day. Our server was great, once again. The atmosphere is nice with beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Estes. It is on the pricier end, with our bill just over $100 before the tip for an appetizer, two entrees, and two fountain drinks but it is worth the money, in my opinion! Dunraven will be a tradition for us!

Notchtop is fantastic. From the intoxicating aroma of fresh pastries to the fun and flavorful fall menu, it hosts a variety of food, sweet and savory alike. We wanted a classic brunch place, and this was a mesmerizing option. We ended up getting the protein bowl with falafel. It was super tasty with quinoa and fresh vegetables. We also ordered Lindsay’s Favorite Poppy Chicken Wrap, which has actually turned into one of our favorite chicken wraps. It had fresh vegetables, savory chicken, cranberries and a delicious poppyseed dressing. We had the pumpkin muffin for a little sweet treat (50 out of 10, best of the season so far). We also sat at the bar, which had cute decorations all over. The wood interior was impeccable. The back wall toward the restroom had actual individual pieces of log, with planks of wood lining the other portions of the wall. They also had such cute cocktails, both fall themed and not. Perfect for any boozy brunch options. Overall, I just really enjoyed the atmosphere, the decor, and the food. We will come again!

Came here first morning we were in Estes Park. Not many breakfast places were around so didn't expect much and this place didn't look too charming from the outside. But as soon as we entered we realized we made the right choice, the staff was extremely pleasant and polite, the menu was varied but still manageable. They gladly catered to my wife's dietary restrictions. We had a lovely meal. The pumpkin pecan French toast was the best I've ever had. One thing to note, we arrived very early right after opening. On the next day we arrived around 9:30 and there was a big line. Had to go somewhere else.

Good breakfast spot! We got there right before 8 and seated quickly, but shortly after there was a wait to be seated. The French toast combo was great! We also had the eggs Benedict and the eggs were slightly overcooked, but was still good. They offer a packed sandwhich which is great for taking into Rocky Mountain National Park, and it tasted amazing halfway through hiking.

It was nice to go to a "locals" eatery instead of the more touristy venues. The Smoked Salmon Benedict was off the charts. The place was full at noon which is always a good sign. Our server was awesome. Five Stars, no doubt!

Mexican restaurant
Casa Grande Mexican Restaurant is a family-run establishment located on the edge of downtown Estes Park, offering a vibrant and warm setting with outdoor seating. The restaurant serves an array of traditional Mexican dishes, including street tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. While some may find it pricey, the prompt and attentive service along with the colorful decor make it a top choice for those seeking fantastic Mexican cuisine in Estes Park.
Very few places that get to have this type of view and this amount of food. Go in with a good attitude and you can't go wrong. The portions of the food are pretty substantial to say the least. I've come back more than once this summer so far 😎. Can't beat the price if you think about it compared to other spots. And the times I've come thru they've had drink/food specials of the day/week. I frequent other cities and $13 for a top shelf marg is not bad in this crazy economy. Highly recommend. I'll def be back soon.

Great tasting food in a very spacious relaxing atmosphere in this by The River Walk restaurant. Although there is outdoor seating I chose to sit inside facing the wall of double height windows with views of the trees as well as the river. There’s also a full service bar lounge with plenty of choices. My Chicken Fajitas came piping hot to which I added some salsa for a nice meal. Highly recommend.
Sanjay ( — Google review
This has been one of my favorite restaurants in Estes Park for years. The setting along the river is absolutely beautiful — perfect for outdoor dining in the summer and stunning during fall foliage season. I tried the spicy mango margarita this time, and it was an incredible twist on my usual lime margarita — just the right balance of sweetness and a touch of spice for a nice kick! We also ordered a few appetizers, and both the food and service were excellent. We visited on a weekday afternoon when it was peaceful and quiet, but it can get busy and lively during peak hours. Highly recommend this spot if you enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine in a scenic setting.
Susan B — Google review
Completely hit the spot. Service was fantastic and helpful. We sat outside which offered some nice views of the area around us. Food tasted great, yet didn't come out very hot. Though we would definitely return.
Nate W — Google review
One star only because of the location. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Everything lacked flavor — the beans, rice, meat, shrimp… nothing was seasoned well. The guacamole looked old and had turned black, and the pico de gallo also tasted spoiled. The frozen margarita had Tapatío sauce in it, which was unexpected and didn’t taste good at all. The ceviche was a joke — just pre-cooked shrimp mixed with ketchup. No onion, barely any (old) tomato, no cilantro, no lime. It was inedible. Being a Mexican restaurant, we expected complimentary chips and salsa, but they only bring them if you ask — and they charge you for them. One of the dishes came with raw meat, and no one even asked how we wanted it cooked. The other was properly cooked but still bland. Everything was overpriced for the quality we received. We will not be coming back.
Rocio N — Google review
I’ve never been treated this terribly at a restaurant. The rice was cold, so i wanted to get it taken off the bill which it was. Then another member in my party received stale and cold nachos. She then asked for it to be taken off aswell, we then were told we’d have to speak to the manager. The manager came over EXTREMELY disrespectfully, and implied that we were trying to get our whole meal comped. Which we were not, and we made this apparent he then proceeded to tell us that he “knows his restaurant, and nothing is stale.” but it in fact was. He then was yelling at us and told us that our meal was good and that we should expect too much out of nachos because it’s cheese and chips? He was very rude and disrespectful to my party but the best part is after the disrespectful behavior and yelling, he still took off the nachos.

the burrito Al Pastor was huge and tasted good. We also had a seafood enchilada that was amazing. all around a good meal and service was very polite and attentive

Literally the greatest experience! Francisco was the best (and is a solid kitchen opera singer but hides it). Recommended the Fajitas and Carnitas tacos. Got the tequila flight. Everything from food, service and atmosphere could not have been better! 100/10

Beautiful, well appointed restaurant in Estes Park that serves game meat. Elk steaks was divine so was the wild meat sampler. What make this visit special is Elena, our waitress, is so kind, warm and attentive. Five stars all around!

Gorgeous little restaurant with great food and great service. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and my boyfriend had the Alfredo pasta with chicken. Delicious food, perfect for our date night. 10/10 recommend and we will be coming here again.

Absolutely amazing! They allowed our sweet dachshund to come inside and sit in her stroller at the table. They brought her a bowl of water and cooked her a hamburger patty. Una was so sweet and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this restaurant and the bison burger.

Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing experience! We will be back

I thought the happy hour deals here were solid. They offer a selection of starters, entrees, and drinks all at reduced prices, daily(?) from 3-5pm. I enjoyed the french onion soup and french dip sandwich (the fries were fun). Some friends ordered the chicken sandwich and chicken schnitzel and enjoyed those as well. Nothing stood out as super special but prices were decent, especially in the area. Not a huge drink selection but I thought the marg and the pinot grigio were good. The one aspect I didn't like was that the waitress kept making suggestions to our orders without acknowledging the upcharge... Not a fan of that.
Peter D — Google review
I picked this restaurant because they had Chicken Alfredo. It was my son's birthday and he loves Chicken Alfredo. Picture #1 they gave him an amazing cheese cake with raspberry drizzle, #2 Elk medallions, #3 German Jagerschnitzel w/ au gratin potatoes and asparagus, #4 Trout dip, #5 Rainbow Trout w/ au gratin potatoes and brussel sprouts. The birthday boy got the grilled chicken Alfredo and his brother got the chicken Alfredo with breaded chicken. I didn't take pictures of their food. The food was amazing. I gave a 4 for the food because we needed to add salt to our food. But we tend to like our food saltier.

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise on our latest trip to Estes Park. It's just off the main strip, but even on a cloudy and rainy day, was hopping inside. Our server was very good and the food was delicious with generous portions. It was a nice change to the normal offerings up there. Worth stopping in for a delicious meal and a local beer!

Visited during the busy long weekend for dinner. Very popular, very crowded. Wait time of around 30-40mins. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Ordered chicken jhhol momos (went for the spiciest version and loved it. Chicken momos were okay but the jhhol specifically was super flavorful), veg steamed momo (just decent), chicken biryani (average in flavor, felt more like pulao), dal fry (liked the taste, simple but tasty), palak paneer (mild in flavor, palatable but not stellar). They have an interesting cocktail menu, tried their mimosa (very sweet, low alc. content). We also ordered their noodles from daily specialty menu but that was quite disappointing in flavor. For the quality and quantity of food, slightly expensive. Convenient location on downtown near a public parking lot, interiors are busy but have a good vibe to it.
Anushka B — Google review
The service was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the food was just okay. Some of the dishes could use more depth and flavor. As someone familiar with Nepali cuisine, I found that it generally offers more robust and vibrant taste profiles than what was served here.
Shabira K — Google review
Must try this when you get tired of eating the usual …burgers, pizza and the meat and potatoes. Good choices on the menu for a different food experience. The ambience and service is excellent especially with part outdoor seating. Highly recommend this to add to your adventures in Estes Park.

Hands down one of the best curry I have had since moving here to Colorado. Their chai was also amazing! Highly highly recommend. The curry was fresh and aromatic and the chicken is fresh. You can tell! The curry spice was the perfect amount. Will be coming back for sure! :)

Great place! Tasty salsa with spice that is just right. Clean place, good and quick service. Excellent meal: burrito and my husband had enchiladas. One of the few places in Estes park with complimentary chips and salsa.
Michelle M — Google review
Good Mexican food for fair prices. I especially liked the salsa - it has a nice heat without the usual overwhelming tomato taste. Service is often confused; they have lots of people that seem quite active but struggle to get anything done, several times we still waited for the menu while others that came after us had already ordered. If you’re not in a hurry, a great place.
Will P — Google review
We enjoy Mexican food so we can be critical but they exceeded our expectations. Took great care of us, everything tasted delicious and the original margarita proved to be a great value. Highly recommend!
Alison M — Google review
We stopped in for nachos & a drink. The nachos were over cooked & the margarita was colored water. The service was quick & friendly. We have eaten here before & found the meals to be good, just not a snack & drink place. It is easy to get into, no wait as it is off the main drag.
Debbi M — Google review
The service was amazing! Super courteous wait staff, really warm and friendly! The food was less than. I can't identify the flavors but they were just "off" somehow.
J S — Google review
We ordered the enchiladas, were good, and served with rice and beans. Flavor was different as well as the seasoned beef, looked and tasted like a chili. I'd recommend getting the cheese enchiladas over beef. Carne asada taco was great tasting. Service was great and friendly, but the atmosphere of a "Mexican restaurant" is not themed as you would expect.
Gabriel S — Google review
Service was pretty quick. Salsa and chips were served right when we were seated. The veggie enchiladas were quite tasty, but the avocado slices served with the meal were very hard. The texture was close to a raw carrot and I would've rather not been served the avocado at all. Only one of the servers knew a decent amount of English, so keep that in mind when discussing your order.

With its prime location near popular attractions like the Aerial Tramway and Adventure Park, this eatery serves up an array of classic Chinese specialties alongside some enticing Thai curry and noodle options. The inviting ambiance makes it a perfect spot to enjoy homemade dishes crafted with care by owner Li Lin.
Absolutely phenomenal! China Garden is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the country. Yes that is right. Not just in Estes. Not just in CO. The best in the USA. Every dish is crafted to perfection, and you can taste the passion in every bite. Lee is a true genius in the kitchen…her culinary skills are unmatched, and her warmth makes every visit feel special. I recently had the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of heat. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every meal here is a masterpiece. I’ve been a loyal patron for years, and each visit only deepens my appreciation for this gem. If you haven’t been to China Garden yet, you’re missing out on something truly special. I can’t wait to go back!

Best Asian food in town. The curry is incredible. Seriously ignore the bad reviews. Estes gets lots of uppity tourists who are just in a bad mood because they didn’t get up early enough to get a parking spot at bear lake. FYI: takeout only for now. It’s hard to get good help in the mountain towns.
Brandon B — Google review
Let's start with the primary reason for coming here. It's dang good Chinese food. We eat here every time we visit Estes. We do the the orange chicken a lot, but also love the Pad Thai. The appetizers are fun to try different things. The humans wife team work the place themselves and do a great job! The restaurant is well kept and clean. It is "carry out" only no dine in options, but with Rock Cut brewery next door even when dining in was an option we alway took the food next door to enjoy a great beer. When Covid hit they switched to "carry out" and remain this way. When asked why they kept the "carry out" model she said it's nice to support each other. The neighboring brewery send business to her and she send business to them. Long story short you can dine in at Rock Cut brewing. This is a great place to grab some amazing Chinese from good people while in Estes Park.
Ovfdfireman — Google review
I hate that I walked a mile to come eat here only to find out that they do to go orders only. I won't be back & none of my coworkers will either, since we are here seasonally, without transportation & don't want to walk back with our food getting cold. Their website should make sure this stipulation is boldly & clearly stated to avoid further aggravation to people living in Estes Park that may want to dine in.
Allenton W — Google review
Food was overpriced , sever made no time for us , never asked if we wanted another drink , meat was over cooked and for $ 450. 00 dollars I feel we got ripped off . Also no car service for such a large hotel .. Hotel also needs some tender love and care . We were also sat in bar with reservation and it was my brothers 65 brother . Will will never come back .

Chicken with vegetables and chicken broccoli are both excellent, and egg rolls done just right! Li is super friendly and always takes care of you. Highly recommend

We only ordered takeout and it was decent food, but almost $50 for 3 entrees doesn’t sit well with me for a carry out only, less than classy location. I’ve eaten places like this before and decent food is usually affordable food. Not so here. They know it’s a tourist location so they charge double what they should. Still, food was good. Just not THAT good.

Estes Thai Restaurant is a popular dining spot in Estes Park, offering a variety of flavorful Thai dishes. The restaurant provides quick service and convenient parking. Customers have enjoyed menu items such as red curry, chicken fried rice, and spicy egg fried rice with tofu. Additionally, the appetizer combo for 3 includes tasty dumplings and shrimp along with friendly staff and a clean environment.
Excellent Thai food (shockingly so in a gateway town). Drunken noodles were a spicy delight. I ordered medium spice and it was perfect- made my nose run and lips tingle. If you are unsure of spice level order a notch down from what you are used to. Excellent food and service, highly recommend!

Arrived exactly on the dot when they opened and was immediately greeted by this cheerful young guy. Menu is decent with with soups section, salad section, stir fried section, appetizers section, and drinks. Each section has at least 5 options and prices are alright but for the portion compared to other places it’s a bit expensive but it is quite a touristy area. We got Spicy Basil, Sweet & Sour and a Thai Ice Coffee, with 2 plates of rice. Restaurant isn’t super huge so after a couple groups it’ll seem tight and packed. Overall, food was good, waiters were super friendly. There’s also a bathroom all the way to the back (to the left of the entrance).

I enjoyed the pad thai with shrimp. However, after ordering, I realized that I hadn't been offered a level of spiciness. It was ok, but I would've preferred some heat along with it. The cucumber salad was also enjoyable. As a traveling chef, I'm always looking for the best local spots & this one so far has all the other Asian restaurants in the area beat.

Restaurant
This bistro specializes in Korean classics like fried rice and bulgogi. The portions are large, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. It's a great option if you're looking for something to eat after hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Wonderful little bistro. After packing up and leaving our campsite at Timbercreek campground, my spouse and I headed to Estes for some shopping and grab some lunch. It was a busy Friday in Estes and we were parked in a lot (near the post office) behind the main drag with all the shops. So, I used Google maps to show what restaurants were around and Oppa Asian Bistro was the closest. It had great reviews and we jumped out of the car and headed inside. Nothing fancy but not dumpy by any means. Very comfortable inside. From ordering food to the interactions with associates was above and beyond. We had a great seat by the window and was very pleased with the quantity, price, presentation and most importantly the FLAVOR. The flavor was so wonderful and even the smell was fragrant. You can tell this place takes their time to cook their food. The nice lady who brought us our food said the spicy pork was her husbands favorite. And I can see why! So yummy! If you're looking for a wonderful place to escape the busy streets and people, go here around 3 in the afternoon. And it's a nice change from the same ol' eateries on the main strip. I will be going back for sure on my next trip back to the Rockies!
Alexis C — Google review
Very simple menu with Korean options. Serving sizes were huge for what you pay, and the food itself is great. Pretty much half of our party went for the Bulgogi Bomb and was not disappointed. I enjoyed my very large bowl of bibimbap and probably ate enough for two people if I’m being honest. If you’re looking for an easy, relatively healthy meal with an Asian twist, this is it. Don’t get Chinese takeout if you can eat Korean food!

This place is awesome! We are thrilled to finally have affordable, delicious food in Estes. This place is 5 stars across the board for food, service, and cleanliness. The spicy chicken could have used a slightly stronger kick (but I personally like things to be crazy spicy) but we were able to bump it up a notch with some sirarcha. The kid working the counter was so friendly and helpful with our to go order. Major props to him! I hope this place is around for years to come. We're already looking forward to returning.
Kirstie B — Google review
The food looked a lot better than it tasted. The pork was flavorless and chewy along with the meat in the bibimbap. The bibimbap was mysteriously watery and flavorless as a whole. The prices were disappointingly high for the quality of food received. Guess that’s how these tourist towns work, though - you’re too far out to have many other options!
