Ski & Snowboard Areas
Snow Arena Druskininkai is a winter sports complex located near the Druskininkai Aqua Park. It offers indoor and outdoor ski tracks, equipment rentals, and dining options. Visitors can take a cable car ride over forested hills and the Nemunas River to reach the arena, providing stunning views year-round. The facility is suitable for both beginners and skilled skiers, with opportunities for training, learning tricks in the snow park, and enjoying the snowy slopes.
A fantastic place for lovers of alpine skiing and snowboarding. A unique opportunity to ski on a great slope in the summer! It is not surprising that professional ski teams come here to train in the summer from Italy, Austria and other countries (their part of the track is separated). During the break for rest and food, the skiing time stops and resumes again with the exit to the slope. Good ski equipment for rent, including ski clothing. Professional, responsive staff.
Armich 2 — Google review
Cool concept, but the terrible service ruins the experience. I really wanted to love this place. The facility itself is great—it's amazing to be able to snowboard indoors any time of the year. The 500m slope is decent for casual runs, the snow is fine, and the rentals are reasonably priced. However, the experience was ruined by the extremely bad customer service at reception desk by a woman. She makes you feel unwelcome, acting even hostile. She have a "customer is always wrong" attitude that is completely unacceptable at the reception/welcome desk. It's very frustrating to be treated poorly when you're just trying to have a good day. The fact that the security team also doesn't speak English just adds to the difficulty. The facility is a 4/5, but the service is a 0/5. I cannot recommend it until the management trains their staff to be respectful and helpful.
Kristjan R — Google review
Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist (a blonde woman) was quite unpleasant. She was noticeably unhelpful, unfriendly, and seemed irritated by even the simplest questions. Rather than offering a warm welcome or basic assistance, her attitude gave the impression that guests were more of a nuisance than anything else. This left a bad first impression and negatively affected my overall stay, which is a shame because the rest of the staff and the environment were quite nice. I expected a higher level of professionalism from someone working at the front desk.
Dodo S — Google review
Second time here and thankful for the blessing of having the venue just 320km away from home. We had ski race team weekend camp here ahead of Baltic Cup, so we used only the competitive ice slope, which is very demanding, challenging and fun at he same time. Thanks for the good job. I wish you a million of happy customers. ❤️
Eric L — Google review
rarely write long reviews, but I feel this one is well-deserved. Our recent visit to Snow Arena in Druskininkai was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional and unpleasant behavior of one particular staff member — a blonde woman working at the reception desk. Her attitude alone was enough to make sure we’ll never return, and it’s important others are aware of what to expect. From the very beginning, her demeanor was cold, dismissive, and, frankly, rude. We approached the reception desk with perfectly normal questions about entry, rentals, and how the process works for first-time visitors. She barely looked up, didn’t greet us, and answered everything with either a sigh, a sarcastic tone, or no words at all — just a finger pointing vaguely in some direction. We weren’t being difficult. We weren’t demanding. We were simply asking for information in a polite and friendly way. But her facial expression made it clear: she wasn’t interested in helping us. She acted like we were wasting her time, and even seemed annoyed that we didn’t magically know how everything worked. Her entire body language screamed arrogance and disinterest — arms crossed, eyes half-rolled, impatient tapping on the desk, and an expression like we were interrupting something more important. What made it worse was that while we were still standing there waiting for help, she casually turned to chat with her colleague as if we didn’t exist. It’s one thing to have a bad day. Everyone has them. But this wasn’t just bad energy — it was straight-up hostile service. I’ve worked in customer service before, and I can say with confidence: she should not be working at the front desk of any public attraction. First impressions matter, and she created a cold, unwelcome atmosphere from the moment we walked in. To be honest, the Snow Arena itself is not bad. The slopes are okay, the idea is good, and the space is clean. But none of that matters when the very first person you meet makes you feel like a burden. Other visitors around us seemed just as confused and frustrated. I noticed one couple quietly whispering to each other, clearly uncomfortable after interacting with her. Another guest asked her a question in English and was met with an eye-roll and a muttered reply that barely qualified as an answer. This wasn’t just our experience — it seemed to be a pattern. I honestly don’t understand how management allows someone with such a poor attitude to be the face of their operation. If you’re running a ski arena — especially one that attracts international visitors — the least you can do is train your receptionists to be friendly, helpful, and professional. This blonde receptionist had none of those qualities. It was almost like she went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. We ended up cutting our visit short. The negative energy at the entrance completely ruined the excitement we had coming in. It didn’t feel like a place where guests were valued. It felt like a place where we were simply tolerated — or worse, ignored. In conclusion, I would not recommend Snow Arena to anyone unless they completely change their approach to customer service. That blonde receptionist should be retrained, reassigned, or replaced. A facility with this much potential shouldn’t be dragged down by one person’s bad attitude — but in our case, that’s exactly what happened. I truly hope the management reads this and takes action, because until that happens, I’ll be telling others to avoid this place. There are better, friendlier alternatives elsewhere — where customers are actually treated with respect.

An unusual scenic place, a beautifully meandering Nemunas. An additional attraction is getting here by cable car over the pine trees and the river. A certain challenge for those who are afraid of heights is to reach the terrace on the openwork terrace :)
Marcin S — Google review
Place for indoor skiing with professional instructors for small and big alike. There is indoor playground for kids, but control for kids is too lax, especially when there are big groups of kids there. Nice views from Aerogallery restaurant- worth visiting.
Darius S — Google review
Guys, everything was nice, just be careful with the small kids when you'll climb up to the snow tower, on the top area of it! DO NOT LET kids go alone to the RIGHT side when you'll get to the balcony through the last one door! Because there's an area in the fence where are huge gaps where kids can easily go through and then... Fall all the way down :( Hopefully that will be fixed after this review , but when I was there, there's was no one around, no restriction signs and no problem to get to that place . Turn left and you'll see stunning views in absolutely safe mode, you'll feel like you're on top of Amazon rainforest, I was stunned by that even if that's my own country :) I wasn't inside the snow area as I never trust the ski sport... Saw too many broken bones after that :/

Water park
Water & Amusement Parks
The Druskininkai Aquapark is a large water park that offers visitors an exciting experience with its numerous thrilling slides and waves, as well as more relaxing bathhouses and saunas. It is the ideal location for both relaxation and fun. Those without children can enjoy the quieter bath area, which features a pool, saunas, hamam, and allows drinks inside. However, it is disappointing that there are currently no bathhouse programs available.
Visiting this water park was a dream come true — first because of its unique Soviet-era architecture, and second because it turned out to be a really fun water park as well! Our favorite part was the jumping ball in one of the pools. Definitely worth a visit!
Laura ( — Google review
Although quite old, it's clean and almost everything is in working condition. A good option is quieter and less crowded saunas area.
MM — Google review
We return for the past 3 years to enjoy the most amazing pools, slides, saunas, steam rooms and the best coffee in the morning. It’s not just the facilities but the quality of water in all facilities is magical and the skin feels baby soft after swimming. My daughter had a very rough feeling skin and after just spending 3 days swimming it’s back to feeling so smooth and soft. We usually go for basic 2 rooms next to each other since we are family of 6 and they are fine with comfortable beds and great everyday cleaning service to keep all tidy. Even though we are returning not the first time we never get bored and always looking forward to enjoy and explore magnificent Druskininkai town and the surroundings.
Julia G — Google review
Sauna area it is really attractive. A fantastic thing is that entry there is from the age of 18. In addition, in the sauna area you can, for an extra fee, book a private sauna for two. You should also check out the special programs held every hour in some of the saunas. Unfortunately, you will never find all the saunas operating at once – one or several are always closed. The rest of the water park is completely basic and ordinary, just like other water parks.
Artūras B — Google review
Really nice place — lots of fun and everything looks great inside. The only downside was that it felt a bit too cold and there were quite a lot of people for a Monday. Still a cool experience overall and worth visiting!
Kristers J — Google review
A day well spent! It's one of the best thing you can do while in Druskininkai. We took 4hrs tickets including Sauna and it's worth it. Water slides were good and exciting! Total 6 different levels, and 140 meter length was the longest and craziest. Other side pool bar, jacuzzi and Sauna! All perfect. Drinking beer while enjoying the temperature controlled pool was great and relaxing. And Sauna. Overall had a great experience.
Subhra K — Google review
We had an amazing time at this place. The best part is adults areas early morning around 10 am and evening after 8 pm.
David P — Google review
Great experience. Kids loved it. We had a lot more kids than adults so it was a bit different to visit everything as adults must accompany children everywhere. We booked two hours but it was not enough. Three would have been perfect. We booked adult saunas but it was a bit of waste of money as we had no time to go, kids wanted to go everywhere. Otherwise great facilities, clean and nice.

Located in Lithuania, the Musical Fountain is a captivating attraction that offers a delightful experience for visitors. Situated near the Europa Royale Hotel, this fountain showcases mesmerizing dance performances set to popular music and accompanied by an enchanting light show. Visitors have the opportunity to select songs from a playlist and even enjoy a romantic dance with their loved ones. The fountain is particularly popular during summer, when it hosts vibrant shows featuring music chosen by tourists.
We liked this place. Music and fountain in the evening is great idea. The garden well decorated and clean. There is a toilet, a lot of street souvenir stores and hotels of course. The park is beautifull. A good place for families with children.
Konstantin K — Google review
The night show is incredible. Unfortunately, the option to choose the music didn’t work, but it’s still a beautiful experience. The park is very clean, and a bike ride along the river is fantastic.
Samoud M — Google review
Wonderful! The kids loved the big stone ball that rolled in the water base. Lovely place to sit and relax, although on Saturday evening there was quite a lot of people there so some had to stand.
Mirje T — Google review
Acidentally walked by to enjoy the show, then we discovered you can buy songs form 3€. Very nice and quiet place at night to enjoy music and light show.
Joonas S — Google review
This fountain is gods gift to the world. You can select some songs to be played on it for €3 and watch vibes emerge. Among the songs are - Shum - I will always love you - Irish national anthem Free to just hang out, and calm fountain otherwise, with some tunes playing. There’s also a huge ball that spins freely that you can push Will come again
Aron H — Google review
Cool place and day and night. You can order music to the rhythm of which the hayrides will work. Plus a pretty cool ball that is able to keep the kids occupied for a while. At night, an additional role is played by lighting in which the mist produced by the fountain looks superb.
Paweł P — Google review
The center of Druskininkai. The most popular place in town, where playing music and there are many benches. People like to come here in the evenings and have rest, relaxing near water in the summer. Besides, in winter, it's decorated with illumination. That's beautiful too.
Юлия А — Google review
The location is beautiful and attractive for families, young people of all age. The beauty comes alive at night when the you can see the full synchronisation of the music, lighting and fountain serenade the audience. Wow 👌

Amusement park ride
UNO Park Druskininkai, situated in the picturesque town of Druskininkai, Lithuania, is a must-visit destination for adventure enthusiasts and nature admirers. The park offers an array of thrilling activities and stunning vistas, ensuring an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages. Its main attraction is the exhilarating high ropes course featuring six different routes for adults, ranging from the introductory Green Trail to the challenging Black Trail.
An amazing place in the middle of a pine forest. Tracks of varying difficulty, designed for both small children and well-trained adults, who will face difficult obstacles under the very crowns of tall pine trees. Passing them causes a lot of positive emotions! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Two of us bought a flight over the river and got a free green track. It was an unforgettable experience!
Armich 2 — Google review
Very nice rope park. Quite expensive and with confusing rules, but the routes are good and the guides are helpful. Small kids ticket is 20€. The 4 routes are low (about 1m above the ground) and use a start-to-end connector. Big kids ticket is 23€ or 30€ with an over-the-river zip line. Grown up ticket is 25€ or 35€ with the zip line. Those include 4 routes plus a 5th black route which is 16+. The board says that big-kids is from height 145cm which is unreasonable, nor do they enforce it. Passing the 4 big-kids routes plus the zip line took about 3.5 hours. Downsides: * Site in Lithuanian only.
Andrey K — Google review
Great active leisure spot. If you're here and like doing something active - this is a must visit place. Couple of things I have to say about the courses: take the black one if you're in a good physical shape and have strong muscles. Anyway your hands will get destroyed :) The "elephant jump" bungee jump - is the best part of this park. Don't hesitate - just go!
Edward K — Google review
While we are not connoisseurs of tree rope parks, we have tried quite a few in different places around the world. This one is definitely one of the best: great courses, challenging and fun, reasonably lengthy, and great friendly staff. Kids friendly. Definitely recommend.
James — Google review
Great fun! A perfect place for small and big kids. Riding over the Nemunas river was a great and scary experience at the same time. All guys at the place were really nice and helpful. I need to go there one more time!
Jakub G — Google review
Great fun for our kids. Very friendly staff. Well looked after place, clean.
Monika P — Google review
Great fun and reasonably priced. I actually came here in September with 7 other friends and we all had a blast. There's a few different circuits with varying difficulties so there's a course for everyone. For the more thrill inclined I would highly recommend trying the "Elephant Jump". The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Me and my friends all being English tourists, it was an extra bonus that they spoke excellent English. I would recommend this to everyone.

Nestled in the heart of Druskininkai, Lithuania, the Druskininkai City Museum stands as a captivating gateway to the town's rich history and culture. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Druskininkai Museum: A Captivating Journey through History 🏛️🔍 I had the pleasure of visiting the Druskininkai Museum recently, and I'm delighted to share my experience. This historical gem is tucked away in a lovely spot in Druskininkai, easily accessible and surrounded by picturesque scenery 📍🌳. A perfect destination for a leisurely afternoon of exploration. Upon entering the museum, I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member who provided a warm welcome and offered insights into the various exhibits 🙋‍♂️. The museum itself was well-organized and displayed a range of artifacts, from archaeological finds to historical photographs and documents, offering an intriguing look into Druskininkai's rich past 📜🏺. The exhibits were engaging and interactive, featuring multimedia presentations and thought-provoking descriptions 📽️📚. I particularly enjoyed learning about the town's origins and development as a famous spa resort, which highlighted the importance of its natural resources in shaping its history 🛀💧. In addition to its historical offerings, the museum also featured a delightful art gallery 🎨. This space showcased local talent and provided a fascinating glimpse into the region's artistic heritage. It is a small museum, but with a very knowledgeable guide, at least when were there. It has a lot of photos and art from when Druskininkai was part of Poland. It would probably not be nearly as interesting without the friendly fellow at the front desk to show us around.

I’m staying at this hotel for the 4th time. Great place with plenty of things to do. If you have the chance, it’s worth paying extra for a room in the Floors.
Aleksandrs B — Google review
The place is nice. Our hotel room was clean. I really enjoyed the adult area with all the saunas. But this us where it all ends. I expected a relaxing couple of days in this place. However, if you want peace and quiet, it's definitely not the place to go. Unfortunately, it was overcrowded and very noisy during the day. During the night there was a goup of friends partying in the room next to ours which lead to a sleepless night. So if you are looking more for a relaxing spa experience, you should go somewhere else. My bad I had totally different expectations for this place.
Dovilė B — Google review
A nice hotel to spend a weekend with children. In addition to the Water Park, there is a cable car to the year-round ski lift.
Mef F — Google review
Nice clean rooms with ac but some of them lack the view. Room service and staff is helpful and discreet. The greatest drawback are sweaty bedsheets that make the night an awful experience and it was impossible for me to sleep. I struggled to survive till the morning no matter the ac. If you take a room for 4 you only get 2 robes and you have to pay extra to get robes for all ppl in the room - the room costs about 260 euro so this seems ridiculous. On weekends you can hear the disco banging downstairs which may turn out to be a problem for those with sensitive ears. Food variety and its quality is quite good - still, it cannot outweigh my terrible bedtime experience. Well deserved three stars.

During Corona when everybody should be wearing masks and even gloves while using Aqua hotel buffet breakfast service, employees of the restaurant did not pay attention to quite many people NOT using such precautions while taking food from buffet. Approaching people directly did not work, so the reception was informed. Manager of the restaurant came to the buffet area but did not say anything at all neither to employees, nor to those who were putting food without masks and gloves (5 people without masks when she came). Restaurant has to make sure that those who are refusing to act by the rules, should be escorted out and refused to be provided any service at all. Huge dislike!

City Coffee is a popular spot known for its delicious coffee and modern, slightly hipster-like ambiance. It's a favorite among locals and young people, offering a great place to enjoy coffee and cake with friendly staff and good music. The cafe also offers a variety of cakes daily, with the Belgian chocolate cake being highly recommended. Customers can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, but many prefer the better atmosphere outside.
Love it. Service and tastes are different than in other coffees.

Atmosphere and food is okay, but the service is super bad, we waited, waited and waited, the workers didn’t event pay attention to us, when i asked ,, can we order,, they looked at us didn’t reply and just moved on with their job. Service is unacceptable you need to hire better staff.

If you are after strong coffee, you should pay City Coffee a visit. I ordered a flat white with a slice of honey cake. Coffee was great, the cake was just okay. Service was good and the place has a nice vibe. There are tables outside in case you want some fresh air. I would definitely recommend it for coffee lovers and I will be back. Cheers!

Wooden Sculpture park Cesnuliu sodyba, A. Cesnulio imone is a large open-air gallery filled with intriguing stone and wooden sculptures. The park offers a unique and magical experience as visitors can walk through the beautifully kept grounds and witness the artist at work in his workshop. The wooden sculptures depict images of mythological heroes, saints, everyday life, and scenes from Lithuanian literature, providing a deep dive into the world of Lithuanian psyche.
Absolutely beautiful park in the middle of the woods. Amazing sculptures and we even got to meet the artist. Strongly recommend to go there with Lithuanian, family, friend or guide who can tell you the stories and history on which many of these sculptures are based. This was a fantastic education in rich Lithuanian history, culture, and folklore.

Wonderful place to visit, must do if you are in the area. Lots of love put into making this place special. Met sculptor and his wife, who run this place, lots of items in exhibition, mainly wood work, but also metal work. Toilets available, only small car park on suite, not sure what to do when it's full. Ticket was 6 euros
Jovita L — Google review
A great place to visit near Druskininkai! I was really impressed by the scale and craftsmanship of the wooden sculptures — each one tells a story and reflects the region’s history and traditions. It’s just a short car or bus ride from Druskininkai, the ticket prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone interested in culture and local art!
Michael B — Google review
Very interesting and unique place to visit. So many great sculptures and ideas and the territory is very nice. I was a bit hesitant at first to go there as I am not a fan of Jesus Christ sculptures carved from wood, but this place is so much more than that!
Vitalija K — Google review
The nice lady that will sell you tickets at the entrance is portrayed in some of the statues (see here - the Florist picture), as she’s the sculptor’s wife :) The place is beautifully kept and looked after, but more than anything it’s a magical universe, reflecting the artist’s soul. The fact that you just get to walk through it is pretty amazing. If you get an invitation to peak at the sculptor working - he lives right there! And also works in his workshop - don’t skip it!!

Boulangerie Druskininkai, a French bakery and cafe located in Druskininkai, is an average establishment with some room for improvement. The staff could be more polite, and the absence of napkins is inconvenient as only paper rubbish is provided. Additionally, the use of one plate for all cakes and the lack of trays diminishes the overall experience.
Excellent bakery right in the heart of Druskininkai. We tried croissant with ham and cheese, a mushroom croissant and New York pistachio croissant. All the pastries were perfect. Great coffee and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

A very good place for breakfast! They offer a wide variety of delicious croissants and pain au chocolat—perfect for starting the day on a tasty note
Samoud M — Google review
Boulangerie in Druskininkai is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic French pastries. The croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery, the pastries are both beautiful and delicious, and the coffee is smooth and well-prepared. The attention to detail is clear in every bite, from the classic croissant to the creative options like the pastry with egg or the stunning red croissant. Sitting outside with fresh juice and cappuccino made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for breakfast or a relaxed coffee break – highly recommended for both locals and visitors.

A lake with a beach is an extra place for both lazy and active recreation. Around the lake, there is an asphalt path that you can walk or ride a wide range of vehicles that you can rent (various types of electric vehicles, scooters, bicycles). The whole area is well prepared: benches, toilets, garbage cans. Sand beach, super for children and adults. In the middle of summer, the water in the lake quite warm and reasonably clean. At the beach there are changing rooms and showers. A small restaurant where you can find something to eat or drink. Walking around, you can meet a variety of locals ;) - see in the photos (birds). 100m from the beach, something for the little ones - a playground where SpongeBob reigns supreme, as well as a volleyball and basketball court. (Translated by Google) The water of this spring is not intended for drinking! It is written that you can wash your face and hands with this water. It also works well as an effective anti-inflammatory agent - e.g. you can gargle. It is the saltiest and deepest mineral water well in Druskininkai, with a depth of over 327 meters. The interesting thing is that the springs of Druskininkai naturally rush to the surface. It turns out that if a fountain were installed here, the water of the Beauty Spring would shoot up 12 meters. Dineikos Parko Svečių Namai is a hidden gem nestled in a tranquil area, perfect for those seeking relaxation and adventure. The property boasts tidy accommodations equipped with modern amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher, ensuring comfort during your stay. Guests rave about the attentive hosts who go above and beyond to introduce visitors to local attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Stayed there in late July 2018, rented entire house for a family reunion. Owners live on premises, in the basement/garage. weather was great, we didn't spend that much time inside, were allowed to use BBQ grill, kids had fund playing with owner's grandchildren. As other reviewers say, there is a great park nearby, also a 20 min or so walk to the nearest swimmable lake, supermarkets are practically around the corner. Nothing really to complain about except for (1) insane amount of mosquitoes but that's understandable given that there is a stream right next to the house and (2) window curtains are transparent making rooms too bright for sleeping during the day. If you're there with a small child who needs to take naps during the day you'll understand the challenge.

As you stroll around the serene, frozen lake, you'll come across a poignant site known as the II pasaulinio karo karių kapinės, or Soviet Soldiers Cemetery. Grūto Parkas, also known as Stalin World, is a unique sculpture garden located 8km east of Druskininkai. The park features a collection of salvaged Soviet-era statues and propaganda monuments set amidst leafy parkland. Visitors can stroll along tree-lined paths to encounter statues of Lenin and other socialist realist art, while watchtowers play marching songs in the background. The park also includes an information center with newspapers and USSR maps for educational purposes.
We stopped at the park not expecting much. It was actually pretty good with a forested area full of soviet sculptures. Plus some more recent art. There is a restaurant. It was €15 euros to get in and €1.50 for the toilet if you didn't use the cafe. At the back is a small zoo with bears, birds, guinea pigs, etc and a large playground. Interesting
Julia — Google review
An eerie place where you can almost feel the soviet spirit conserved in a confined space. In a way, the animals trapped in the zoo symbolize the experience of Homo Sovieticus: you are in the middle of nowhere, kind of safe, but neither very healthy nor warm or happy. P.S. Be aware: Lenin is everywhere!
Povilas G — Google review
The park and statures were great. Heaps to check out in the exhibitions; an excellent way to remind people of their past. Saw a lot of numbers clearly marking items of interest; would have appreciated a map or audio guide to enhance the experience. Why only 3 stars? Please please please get that bear to a sanctuary. Or does t have enough space, nothing to climb, no enrichment (that we could see) and was pacing the entire time I was watching it. It absolutely broke my heart.
Joslyn E — Google review
This is one of the places that really stood out and left a great impression. I thought it would just be a park with Soviet-era statues — and yes, it had those too. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover it’s also a zoo with so many different animals and activities. It exceeded my expectations, and I already want to visit the park again!
Laura ( — Google review
Many reports label this as a “Communist theme park”, giving a totally misleading impression. This is a beautifully-maintained collection of sculptures that were often seen in public squares during the Soviet era. Understandably, it’s tucked away in a remote location as it contains memories that most locals would rather not be reminded of. That’s because the statues aren’t just of Lenin and Stalin, but also of traitors that collaborated and benefitted by working for the occupying regime. This is well worth a detour, though; especially if you’re interested in this dark period of modern history.
NickyC67 — Google review
Huge area for adults and kids - beautiful surroundings and a small zoo with bears, goats, ostriches, kangaroos, lamas, rabbits, hundreds of birds including few albino individuals. It is a bit abstract, that all the soviet monuments ended up around here! Despite the weird theme combination - we enjoyed it a lot!
Joanna O — Google review
Not only important part of history but also absolutely stunningly maintained and designed experience taking you back. All of the animals are really well looked after and healthy - seems quite a few rescues which is a positive

The Hoist Cableway in Druskininkai is a must-try attraction that seamlessly links two of the resort's highlights: the vibrant Aquapark and the year-round Snow Arena. Spanning 45 meters, this scenic ride takes approximately 7.5 minutes, offering stunning views of the city’s skyline, lush forests, and the picturesque Nemunas River. Whether you visit in summer or winter, this cableway provides an unforgettable experience with breathtaking panoramas at every turn.
Fun attraction! We use cablecar at least 4-5 times per year, and each time (and season of the year) it is amazing! Best way to do it: go from Druskininkai to Snow arena (one way), climb to the Snow Arena observation deck, take some pictures there, go down, have some coffee at the Snow Arena coffee shop, and go back to Druskininkai on foot - there is a quality walking path through the forest to the city centre (2.s5 kilometers).
Janis M — Google review
Nice ride over the forest and river, doesn't go much in hight, only 20 meter different between bottom and top stations. Can see whole town at the start, but once at the top, it's best to just go back down straight away as there's nothing to see, because trees are covering all the view and not high enough to look down, no observation platform. This is what my friend told me. Cost was 7 euros.
Jovita L — Google review
Great journey to other side of the river. The snow park was temporary closed, but we wanted to walk in the forest. It was wonderfull time and weather.
Konstantin K — Google review
Doesn't take too long nor go too high. Unfortunately the observation tower was closed at the top. We got a 1 way ticket and walked back on a tarmacadam path all the way down thru the woods, was excellent. Managed to find some wild mushrooms on the way

Nice way to reach snow arena, but a little bit boring. No elevation so going just over the trees. Only one thing nice is a river.

Beautiful views of the nature, forest, river. Panoramic views are really great. It connects town center with "Snow arena" so you also win as no need for a round travel and you reach destination in less than 10 minutes. It could go a bit slower so you could enjoy the ride longer. Very happy that I tried this.
