Kołobrzeg, a charming Polish city located on the Baltic Sea, is celebrated for its rejuvenating spas and rich historical landmarks. The Gothic St. Mary’s Basilica showcases a remarkable 14th-century bronze baptistery and an impressive 16th-century chandelier. Visitors can explore the castlelike town hall which hosts a contemporary art gallery, a concert hall, and a cozy cafe.

What sets Kolobrzeg apart from other coastal areas on the Baltic Sea is its unique combination of being near both the beach and the historic Old Town. Although much of the city had to be rebuilt following World War II, there are still several remarkable historical landmarks that have remained unchanged for centuries. These include the gothic Basilica of St.
Good located camping. Plenty of place, good sanitary, everything you need. Bikerental, shop, beach, restaurant on the camping, table tennis, playground, washing machines, walking distance to the city
Valentin S — Google review
Good camp. Quite boring-looking, but there is everything one needs. Clean toilets and showers, lot of space, bistro, and somewhat close to the sea. The only downside was a considerably slow wifi, but as a last resort, it is enough.
KEX C — Google review
reception personal very unfriendly ( 1 out of `10) pitch very small and high grass ( better pitches were available but not offered) restaurant: ( again very unfriendly staff) , most meals on the menu not available ( only a couple of main dishes plus pizza) , no pasta , no fish. side gate closed at before 20:00 (instead 23:00 as advertised) summary: less than acceptable service
Thomas Z — Google review
This camping has clean wc/showers. They have activities such as playground, basket, renting biscycles and more. Even so, it feels.. not great. We were placed very close to other campers, close to the train and basket court. This resulted in poor sleep. The showers lasts 10 sec, you need personal permit to open electricity. We also got a paper pass which is VERY IMPORTANT if you want to leave the camping premises at the end of your stay.
Odrun M — Google review
Okay camping but atmosphere isn't great. Camper spots on concrete tiles. 2 campers fit very closely together between the hedges. Toilets very clean though, and close to the beach. Still wouldn't recommend though.
Faruk D — Google review
Very nice camping with kind service and all services you need to stay.
Petr P — Google review
Very bad experience I had with this place. First of all unqualified staff, impolite. Seems to be tired of working there, sometimes even rude. Wanted to have my family visit me and rejected due to some unclear COVID regulation. Same time they added that if I pay to accommodate my visitors, they can enter. Second thing is the railway track just across the road..this particular spot is where trains are honking, all day, all night. Not very relaxing. 2 stars goes for facilities on site, good access to toilet, shop, etc. overall - huge campsite, focused on mass tourism. First and last time there. Not recommended!
T G — Google review
Great place, nice staff, clean facilities plus kitchen and washing machine, shower inclusive. Respectful, relaxed atmosphere, little, well stuffed shop on premises. Only downside it’s close to a railway line that makes quite a lot of noise, but fortunately stops during the night. Also, there’s concert location closeby where a rock concert was going on until late including a firework at the end - all clearly audible from the campsite. Fortunately I was so tired that this didn’t bother me 😂

The Amber Museum in Kolobrzeg is a fascinating and educational destination for tourists. The museum boasts an extensive collection of amber, showcasing the "sunny stones" in various ages, sizes, and shades. Visitors can delve into the formation of amber, its properties, qualities, as well as its uses in cosmetics and therapy. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to engage in interactive experiences such as searching for small ambers in special sandboxes and witnessing jewelers at work.
Very interesting private museum with possibility to learn a lot about amber. The most interesting for child was possibility to find and take home small ambers by searching in the special sand boxes. For adults very nice was possibility to see working place of jewelers including select, buy raw amber and receive a prepared on your eyes final amber necklace.
Marek J — Google review
It's okay. Lots of amber in all its forms, plus a history lesson. There's as much amber in the gift shop as there is on display, which is a good thing. We went because it was raining. Not my thing, but good for what it wants to be.
Matthew H — Google review
I was there with my girlfriend three years ago. We had a great tour and manufactured our own amber-jewelry. I am happy to remember this great experience and I am proud of our selfmade pretty jewelry.
Paul K — Google review
Nice to see but a bit disappointing. I've seen amber exhibitions before and there wasn't much new in it for me. Might be great though, if you've never seen it before.
Zuzana S — Google review
A lot of interesting info about Amber. Even they offer you to make your jewelry
Marziyeh A — Google review
This museum really is just a store full of amber jewellery. The museum consists of 2 rooms (not more than 100m2 in total) with some random amber stones and some stuff like pipes made from amber. You can check out everything in 15 minutes. All the English text in the museum fits on 1 a4. We paid 22 euro for a family of 5, definitely not worth the money. They even charge you 1 euro to go to the toilet. Total rip off. Don't go!
Faruk D — Google review
Very interesting exhibits, especially the insects trapped in amber. Good selection of amber jewelry and gifts for purchase.

Bleach is good, clean and long, so everybody will have a space. Just few things will be great to and: changing cabins, foot shower and sunbeds rental
Polli K — Google review
The beach is without a doubt Kolobrzeg's main attraction. The sand is fine and comfy, the beach is wide and long, the water is clear and inviting, the wooden breakwaters offer a place to roosting sea birds and make for charming pictures. A bit eastward one finds classic 30s/40s beach chairs for rent, charming. It's also quiter there ;)
Rutger L — Google review
I've been to about 10 Polish seaside cities and I consider Kolobrzeg as the best place to spend holidays by the Baltic sea. Beaches are clean, people are helpful and cheerful, there's also a vacation atmosphere all year long. It's worth visiting even during fall/winter.

Beach Box is a stunning gem along the Polish Baltic Sea, boasting one of the largest sandy beaches in the region. With its expansive shoreline, it offers perfect conditions for sunbathing, swimming, and engaging in various water sports. The beach is thoughtfully divided into three designated bathing areas—West, Center, and East—all equipped with lifeguard towers and essential amenities like showers and changing rooms. What truly sets Beach Box apart is its inviting beach bar right on the sand.
Such a great place! Excellent stuff, while you chilling your kid or kids can play on the sand at the same place, plastic equipment for play included!
Marzena P — Google review
Went there couple of times. Nice place for a drink but last time visited beer went up again. 20pln for Zywiec in plastic cup is too much. Day before was 18pln. All drinks goes in plastic. PLEASE INVEST IN GLASS!!! Ordered special of the day which was soup and fish with mash potatoes and salad. 39pln. Very tasty and good price. There is always toilet queue beside food tables as they have only one for men and women. Bit weird
EM W — Google review
So out of all the places in the vicinity of our hotel, it was the best one for food and drinks. Everything is cooked fresh, portionsize is more than enough and don't be fooled by "club sandwich" as an appetizer it's a delicious meal for it self. The staff is young, extremely friendly and they speak English and German. I'm just sorry we didn't go there from the day one. Excellent place !!
Haruka T — Google review
Wow! A beach bar that is actually right on the sand, nice atmosphere, modern design. Staff was really friendly and spoke English, and the food was amazing! The best we've had in Poland so far, amd we really try to eat tasty food. Special shout out to the sweet potato fries and the mango shrimp. They take card payments. And as a bonus, a dog menu?! Genius, very welcome, and our picky pup was extremely satisfied. Only minus is the paid toilet.
Petra C — Google review
It's THE PLACE to spend a day at the beach and have a drink. However is too pricey for what they offer. A prosecco in a plastic cup 36zl~€8.50
Maru L — Google review
Great spot to watch the sunset. Very relaxed atmosphere. The drinks are great. The food is average though.

Beach
Plaża Grzybowo is a hidden gem that offers an enchanting beach experience for families and nature lovers alike. During my two-week stay, I was captivated by the stunning soft yellow sand, which feels almost like flour underfoot. Although the beach's width varies between 20 to 60 meters, its cleanliness and lack of seaweed make it a delightful spot to relax. The area is well-equipped with facilities such as toilets and changing rooms, ensuring comfort during your visit.
Excellent Baltic beach without seaweeds and medusa. Sand is perfect with consistency like a flour and light yellow color. The beach isn't very wide, I'd say that is narrow (approximately 40 meters wide). When you're going further and further left form Grzybowo, there are less tourists.
Miłosz S — Google review
Nice Beach , and it’s enough Space for everyone.
Konstantin M — Google review
We loved the beach when we stayed in town few years back and had to come back. It is a fabulous beach, clean site, facilities available such as toilet and change screens. There is lifeguard in day hours and snack is being sold from mobile units. The sea is clean but not the warmest.
Montko — Google review
I spent almost 2 weeks in Grzybowo with my wife and son. The beach is really nice, maybe a bit to narrow to my taste (20-60m on average). The sand though, is superb, yellow, thin-grained almost like flour. There are very few seaweeds and the water is truly clean, yet coldish.
Łukasz B — Google review
There is a loooooot of sand there. But great access to the beach, wheelchair accessible, shower facilities, beach volley nets and all. Good spot.

Zamknięta plaża - teren wojskowy is a hidden gem in Kolobrzeg, once a restricted military zone that has now opened its doors to nature lovers. This pristine beach, stretching towards the port entrance, boasts untouched dunes and vibrant wildlife due to minimal human interference. It's an ideal spot for peaceful strolls, especially with pets allowed to roam freely without disturbing others. However, while the scenery is breathtaking, swimming isn't recommended due to rocky debris beneath the surface.

Especially in the middle of the week 😃. By bike or on foot... Each form of exercise is appropriate. Although personally I would prefer the walking option. After rain, forest paths and paths are very muddy. Impassable for bicycles. Especially the trail leading to the Bolesław oak tree that was felled by the storm. (Original) Las Kołobrzeski to świetna alternatywa dla tych, którzy chcą odpocząć od zatłoczonych, miejskich plaż. Spotkanie tutaj człowieka to prawie cud.

(Translated by Google) The Kołobrzeg Forest is a good place for walks or bicycle trips with friends or family. Going out to pick mushrooms in the fall, and relaxing in the forest in the summer when it's hot. The disadvantages include lack of markings on new and existing walking or cycling routes. Additionally, there are no tourist shelters, which is a priority in tourism.

(Translated by Google) A beautiful forest. The vegetation is very diverse. If you stay quiet, you will see and hear the animals. A forest for people who are orientated in... area because it has no trails. The old one - blue - is out of date. I do not recommend it because it leads through a very marshy area.

(Translated by Google) A very nice forest, you can 'take a breath', sometimes it's worth getting back to nature and trees while being by the sea ;) (Original) Bardzo fajny las, można 'odetchnac' warto czasem wrócić do natury i drzew, będąc nad morzem ;)

(Translated by Google) A nice place for a bike trip. The route is very pleasant, mostly paved. Pleasant forest. (Original) Fajne miejsce na wycieczkę rowerową. Trasa bardzo przyjemna w większości utwatdzona. Las przyjemny.
