I have been a customer of this fine company for many years. Their products are top rate. For me beans are a way of life and I'm not sure what I'd do without Lompoc Valley See & Milling. I live in Canada and have the orders sent to me at my postal address in Montana for pick up. The staff are excellent and efficient. Orders arrive in good shape.

Great service and shipping was sent via two day priority mail to my town in Alabama, on the Gulf of Mexico. Best beans ever. I will be ordering more in the near future. Best Wishes!

They have nice outfits, but it's hard to sort simple things out because they've mixed them together instead of organizing them separately. For example, they mix casual pants with corporate pants and mix knit sweaters with ladies' tops, etc. That delays the shopping time and extends the hours for me.

For as busy as this store gets the employees do a fantastic job of keeping this place clean and organized. We really enjoyed this Marshall establishment.

This is a store that is convenient and close, so we have shopped here frequently for a long time. We shop in-person and we have used the Drive Up and Go service several times a month for years. So we have a good picture of this store. Most of the store employees are the nicest most helpful people. I don't hold them responsible for what I feel is corporate policy running the store on a skeleton staff. Here are some reasons I will not be shopping here any more except in emergencies: Drive Up and Go is understaffed and swamped. 80% of the time my Drive Up and Go order is missing items. Sometimes I also have a bag of someone else's items. This is frequent. I have to check EVERYTHING. Drive Up and Go orders used to be punctual and convenient. The last several months I have used the service, the order has been hours late and/or missing most of the items. So I end up having to go into the store to complete the order myself. The produce is sometimes very bad quality, many times all the items available of a certain kind are very scarred and banged up. I won't buy those if I am choosing it myself because it goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. But you can't control what you get on Drive Up and Go. The store only keeps one checkout lane open (the most I have ever seen is two but 99% of the time it's one). They force all other customers through the 4 self-checkout kiosks (which are often out of order). The newest store employees seem poorly trained on food safety and basic customer service. These are always the same ones who are also rude and unfriendly and there is a lot of turnover. Shopping here has become inconvenient and frustrating and I will be shopping elsewhere except in emergencies when I need a specific item or nothing else is open.

I mean, it's an average grocery store. But why are the aisles so narrow? And there's messy end caps, nevermind the piles of things for sale in front of the dairy coolers just stacked there seemingly haphazardly. They're always stocking in the middle of the day, and there's never enough room to get your cart through the store easily. The entire floor plan needs revamped.

Other Albertsons locations are great for pick up orders, but Lompoc, no. It never fails, every order is missing something. One time I was given my pre made deli sandwiches in a bag that looked like it had raw meat blood all over it. Another time, I was given a bag of someone else's order. Today, I was missing a whole item, but it said in the app I received everything. I keep trying, but I'm now done. Walmart never messes up my orders, never. Bye Albertsons.

Don't ever order delivery! For the 5th time I didn't get my full order. Either they aren't including them or doordash is stealing. Albertsons denied my refund request this time. Worst service ever!!! I work at a hospital all day, they are supposed to be helping me. I shouldn't have to go home just to have to go back out to the store. Dear Albertsons, I am so upset with you guys. Never again. And you owe me $55.

Don’t even bother with grocery pickup. Thought we would try it out for the first time to make things easier during our busy week. But there were ten items missing from our pickup, even after the shopper had confirmed alternatives. Super disappointing.

The tall manager with glasses is HORRIBLE. If you do online pick up youre stuck waiting there longer than it would take to shop for your own items. Stood at the pickup for 5-10 minutes without not one person showing up to ask if we need assistance. So i went up to to speak to a “manager” ( i put that in quotes because he doesnt need to be in the position cuz he clearly doesnt know how to keep his composure when confronted with criticism) after asking for help he begins to unload on me that hes had four call outs and he had to send someone on break. Which i get but then he continued to argue which is very unprofessional coming from a manager. He then proceeded to ask for my name for the pickups and i let him know that the pickups werent for me but for doordash orders and he proceeded to tell me that he does need my name so he can have me escorted off the premises and to which i let him know ill call corporate and talk to them about the issue with their online pickup department since the “manager” clearly doesnt have conflict resolution other than arguing with a customer infront of a busy store and as im walking away he YELLS infront of a busy checkout that hes going to call corporate on me. Will definitely not be shopping here anymore simply because of him. I work in retail so i can understand the frustration on his end, but i do know that no matter how “difficult” of a customer you deal with you still handle the situation with simple respect.

I must say I'm a pet lover, through and through to the marrow. Sadly my sweet parakeet passed away from a genetic issue. She was my joy and sunshine, as I hand trained her from a baby. Her sassy personality was adorable.....she was the flower, I was her tree. We whistled, chirped and sang together, foraged favorite foods, entertained friends with lots of laughter. She would also free flight in the house as she wished and respond to all requests accordingly. Birds are so intelligent and make unique pets. While offering insight and respect for our avian friends, it teaches you patience, discipline and courage to open your heart to newfound joy! I highly recommend. Petco had a beautiful selection of fancy young parakeets, sadly the manager is simply rude and unwelcoming to his customers. I was yelled at for sipping a cup of iced tea immediately upon entry, and again as I sipped once more in dismay, it was a hot day. I was ordered to take it outside and leave it or don't come back in. Grant it I'm an adult responsible for my tea, I believe the manger must have overlooked my youthful appearance and believed I was a teenager who needed reprimanding. I did not purchase a new friend that day but will probably return when the manager is not there.

Every time I go to the store there is a person with a bald head who is annoying about everything and never has any intention of selling, making comments and with an attitude almost to the point that I think he is racist. Simply the worst Petco branch I have attended. In other Petcos, they do not treat you like that and they are very kind.

Alwys have an attitude, I buy crickets wait at the counter for them and then they bring them to the entrance of the store , as well as asking me if I need something after waiting to receive my purchased item . I can’t stand going into this store I’ve never experience such poor attitude before .

If I could give a ZERO review, I would. I called to ask if Petco carried a particular food my cat needed for a post-surgical diet. I called to AVOID DRIVING ALL THE WAY OVER THERE if they did not have it in stock. I was placed on hold by the manager so he could go check...where I proceeded to wait for 25 MINUTES!!! I finally hung up, drove to the store and fortunately they did have it..but I mentioned to the checkout clerk that I had waited for so long and she did not react at all. Just confirmed that it was indeed the manager. No apology, nothing. She wasn't even very friendly as a cashier. I hate having to shop Petco and only do so when no other store has what I need. Hate this store!

Very big store packed with things for your pets. I only saw the person at the register but they were able to direct me right to the row, side and part of the row for everything I was looking for.

Bri in the grooming salon does amazing ! My dog got a nail trim and hair trim and she came home looking amazing ! Also angel f helped me find the correct filters and food for my fish and also helped me understand ph levels ! Will definitely come back anytime I need anything pet related

Very expensive dog toys....I bought 2 extra small rubber balls and one extra small treat dispenser and the treats to put inside of it for my friend's little chihuahua..... All for 27 bucks.....the dog isn't playing with them at all and didn't like the taste of the treats..... Can't take back darn it.....won't buy those type things from there anymore....but the staff is so sweet and helpful.... will go back for other things possibly.

I went into my local Michael's store looking for a certain item. I was walking down a main isle looking down the other isle and a manager asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to the item. Such great customer service. Thank You Michael's for such great customer service!!!!

Michaels is the only place in Lompoc that has craft supplies for just about any type of craft. I personally shop for beads and jewelry making supplies. They are a bit pricey unless you buy things on sale. They do have an app that you can download. The app offers various discount coupons.

I was lucky when I went this time. They actually had the product in store! And the employee was very helpful!

It's a small town craft store. It's not as big as the one in Santa Maria, but I wouldn't expect it to be. It has plenty of arts and crafts that are small town needs so we don't have to travel out of town for everything. They're always having sales. The staff are friendly and have no problem helping you find what you need.

As an autistic man with unique abilities, special talents, and hobbies that mean a lot to me, I frequently use 24-inch and 36-inch latex balloons for my science experiments. My recent experience at Michael’s in Lompoc has suddenly been nothing short of tragic. Less than a week ago, David, the very stubborn and aggressive manager who is so heartless, had all of a sudden, manipulated me and confronted me out of nowhere. He made it very clear that bringing my own latex balloons from home, of ANY SIZE, was now permanently banned. Initially, he allowed it with a fee of $10 per balloon but recently increased it to $20 per balloon since all of it had suddenly started from nearly a week ago. Yesterday, the situation worsened even further, which it had literally caused me further discomfort between him and I. David claimed to have received an email from corporate headquarters and harshly informed me that bringing in my own latex balloons of any size (small or large) was now permanently banned. I believe he was lying and trying to manipulate and discriminate against me because of my autism and my disability. David seems to hold deliberate animosity against me, while no one else had an issue with my balloons. As a result of David's manipulative and discriminatory behavior, I now have to drive about an hour each way to a party supply store in Santa Barbara or Party City in San Luis Obispo to get my large balloons filled with helium, instead of doing it LOCALLY, which was MUCH more convenient and efficient for me. This has caused me considerable inconvenience, discomfort, severe social anxiety and immense frustration. David remained adamant about his story policies, he treated me horribly and showed no remorse and regret after I left the store from today before it closed at 8PM. And quite frankly, his behavior towards me was so unacceptable. My science experiments and high-altitude balloon experiments are lifelong passions of mine, which do mean a lot to me so much. But David simply did not even care at all. Period. On the other hand, some of the other store owners and managers, including Carol, Kimberly, and Haley, were very understanding and compassionate. Also, the employees treated me well (Alexandra, Kelly, Maile, etc.). Another store manager named Addie was particularly nice because she knew me well, as we were neighbors about 15 years ago. But David was the worst, and I have nothing to do with him. I don’t know if I’ll ever forgive him for his harsh and discriminatory behavior. But at this point, I do not owe him anything, let alone the chance to apologize. The corporate management from Michael’s, as well as David, the store owner at Michael’s in Lompoc, were incredibly rude, uncompassionate, and pathetic in their treatment of me. If anyone, whether they are on the spectrum or not, ever intends to bring their own latex balloons of any size from home and fill them with helium at Michael’s in Lompoc, I would reconsider and go somewhere else, even if the balloons are less than 17 inches. Party City in San Luis Obispo is a much better option. As I mentioned, if anyone has any intention of ever bringing their own latex balloons of any size from home to fill them with helium, Michael’s in San Luis Obispo is okay, thanks to Mary, one of the store managers who was pretty understanding and compassionate with me. However, I highly advise you to take it seriously and completely stay away from that pathetic Michael’s location in Lompoc, along with the other locations in Santa Maria and Goleta. David, the corporate management, and their poor helium service at the Michael’s location in Lompoc were SO pathetic all of a sudden. I should even consider rating it “ZERO” out of FIVE STARS, instead of “ONE”!!! But most importantly, I’ve made it very clear that I am never, ever going to shop at that location in Lompoc, ever again. I mean it. No more!!! I have already made up my mind and my decision IS “FINAL”! Period.

Best arts and craft store in the area.

So let’s get it out first, the rooms are on the cheaper side so I was definitely not expecting much but this place really surprised me. The room was clean and what more could I ask for. There were two issues I had. 1. The heater seems to be dirty on the vent part. Like a nice vacuuming to it would clear it. Also, the curtains are long that they cover the vent and so no air circulates. I got around it by using water bottles to hold the curtains up. 2. Two of my days the water was cold. One day took a while before it got hot and the second day I called from desk and it immediately started pouring hot water. So why didn’t I put lower stars? price. I didn’t have issues on the day since I was out hiking. But the rooms definitely are on the thin wall side so heads up.

We stayed here primarily cause of value. On booking.com we got very nice apartment style room with all the amenities for under $80 per night. We enjoyed our stay here. It was quite and comfy. Everything in room worked fine. Thank you for a great stay.

The rooms are OK. However, some of the guests played extremely loud music right outside my room. When I called the front desk, they said they don't monitor that. I put up with it for 2 days. I had reserved 4 additional days the following week, which I canceled. The lady at the front desk seemed unphased when I asked her to cancel my reservation.

This was a pretty good place. It's very centric in Lompoc, and the room that was provided was pretty clean. Check-in and check-out processes were super easy as well. Good value for its price.

THE BEST motel of our road trip! 1. Rooms are brand new 2. The bed is much more confortable than the 5 other motels we rented 3. Last but not least, the manager is a lovely woman We really recommend this place!

Quick weekend stay with friends while visiting the area. The room was clean and came with everything we needed. Only needed a place for the night and it did the trick. It is a nice price and good experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel had so many cockroaches and they would come out more at night. The room was not clean at all and the smoke alarm was ripped out of the wall. This place is unsafe, nasty, and not worth it. I tried telling the about their roach problem but they just told me they can’t refund me since there is a no refund policy. I hope they get. The roaches situation fixed because that is just unsanitary. Save yourself the money and go to motel 6 it’s better than this hotel for sure.

My daughter started off with ukulele lessons and has now moved into guitar lessons. She has been loving the experience and the instructor has been so great with her. The environment is very friendly. I would recommend Certain Sparks for anyone wanting to learn an instrument.

My kids (ages 10&12) have been with Certain Sparks for 2yrs now. Randall and his staff have truly inspired a love of music for my kids. Staff patience and kindness has helped build their confidence during a challenging military move. THANK YOU Certain Sparks - from winery recitals to youth open mic nights and AMAZING school assemblies. One of our favorite spots in Lompoc.❤️

My girls and I love Certain Sparks! The teachers have always connected with them making the music learning experience a fun, empowering and inspiring activity. We just attended the recital which was a very entertaining and exciting night in a beautiful setting at the Lompoc Wine Factory. All the staff is always very friendly and helpful and Randall, the owner, is bringing a great and safe place of expression in town for the young and older ones. Thank you for being there for us!

Both my kids love getting music lessons at Certain Sparks! There teachers are amazing, encouraging and patient with them. They just participated in their first recital and had a blast. What a fun environment to learn to love playing music!

Certain Sparks Music and its staff hold a place of importance and relationship in our family. Our granddaughter has been taking lessons there since she was small, and it's been a joy to see her grow in skill and confidence as a musician over time. We've been to many recitals, including the most recent, over the years, and it is always wonderful to see how the staff and audiences are so student-centered and nurturing of the performers. There is a clear mutual bond and appreciation between staff and students.

Thank you Randall and staff of Certain Sparks Music for so many years of teaching our children the art of music! You've uncovered so many musical talents in our local youth by your care and mentorship that might otherwise have been hidden! Your attention to each student's needs in developing the confidence to play music is unmatched! The one star is for the amazing employees who are so kind and respectful while carrying out an unreasonable policy. I bought a pair of UGG boots to replace my 12 yr old ones, took them home and the comparison between the new and old ones were remarkable. The new ones were so cheaply made in comparison I decided to return them. I looked at my receipt, saw no return policy, hadn't noticed anything at the store either, so expected to get a refund to my credit card. Was promptly informed a store credit was what I would get, per store policy. The boots never came out of the box and were purchased 2 days ago. These were the ONLY reason I came to this store, I do not normally shop here, I don't need or want a store credit. It's really to bad some flexibility couldn't be applied in this sitiuation.

I have been buying my boards here since I was a kid. I went back after YEARS and was nervous how kids these days would build a board. This kid was super educated and super chill. Well done surf connection! I can’t remember his name but he says he wears size 13 shoes so that should narrow it down. Love shopping local and this is why.

This quaint shop has a myriad of eclectic skate and surf related items. While the prices on many things made my jaw hit the floor, the charming staff and loyalty punch card system help assuage the dent in my wallet. It is also the only place I've found that carries Sauvecito, a hair pomade favored by my fiance.

Super nice people... The cashier was so sweet too...I don't drink beer but wanted to put together beer gift baskets of different varieties..... She was great.. Also....the owner/manger also helped and gave me a free beer to add as a thank you for coming in..... will definitely go back for future gifts........ I have been going here for decades. Six years ago a new owner came in and gave it a new look. The people working there and the owner is great! For special occasions I go there for their selection of fine spirits.

Owner and their staff are always pleasant, quick, and very personable. Place is usually well stocked and offers a wide variety of spirits and snacks you could want at awesome prices.

Since they are used books, the percent of popular books here are higher than the library. Plenty of classics, local authors, and owner I knowledgeable about "people are reading this vs that".

Great book selection including from local Central Coast authors. An unexpected bonus to Chapter 2 Bookstore, is their fantastic display of locally made art, jewelry, and souvenirs. I've been able to purchase several amazing prints of local Lompoc views from artists like Angie Hamlin, and earrings from local artisan Plum & Honey.

The best bookstore in town. Formerly named Bookstore, it has an eclectic selection. Every time I go in I find an awesome book I want to read. I enjoy good conversations with the staff (and sometimes with other customers). The staff knows the layout and knows a whole lot about books. I always look forward to coming back!

Lovely book store with books in excellent condition. I really appreciated how nice they were to my kids. Each kid in effect got 1 free book based of their report card. Kids really enjoyed the experience.

This used book store is well organized and has many categories of books on offer. This is Lompoc's best option for books of any kind! It could be larger, but what this store lacks in size, it makes up for in quality. Free coffee while you browse!

**Buyer Beware** Annette Hernandez (Owner) will NOT work with you if you change dates. They will take your ENTIRE deposit and not return it. Did we have a signed contract...yes. Did we move our dates due to Covid...yes (who didn't). We were told many many times "I understand, we are here for you both when you are ready to move forward". Not only did we trust Annette when she told us these things we also paid her close to $1,000 for our deposit. When I told Annette the new date in 2022 she was magically "booked" and then refused to return ANY of our deposit even though she had other weddings the same day!! After many calls and emails asking to refund something (ANYTHING) all she could reference is the contract even though she emailed us saying she will extend our contract no problem many times. DO NOT book this company. We booked this as a day of coordinator, not even a full wedding planner and we booked all our other vendors ourselves. They literally just had to show up for the event for a few hrs and they want to keep our whole deposit....this is not a company to do business with (and I work in the event industry)! STAY AWAY and book someone that actually cares about you and your wedding or event and not just for the deposit. These actions from Annette and Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations & Events are the type of planners that give the good ones a bad name.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a wedding May 2020 which was canceled due to Covid and she is refusing to give us ANY of our money back and refusing to provide another wedding coordinator to take her spot. The owner has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and after being a nurse fighting Covid for the last 2+ years I’d expect a tiny bit of decency with at least a partial refund!!!! 1000$ down the drain 😢. Don’t waste your money or risk ruining your important events with this company!!

First experience with Annette seemed like things would be great, but boy were we wrong. After making our final payment to her, we got no where. Months after and we had to finally call it quits and eat the cost since she was wasting our time and dragging us along without putting in any effort. I highly recommend staying away from this "planner" and get someone who will actually work for you.

I had to do a review of this place just because we enjoyed looking around so much we went back the next day. Lots of garden items, vintage treasures and well crafted boutique items. Lots of different vendors, lots to see, amazing store. Highly recommend! Looks small from the outside but it is vast inside. At least 6 different rooms to explore.

Love to see a new craft/antique store pop in Lompoc! Staff is sweet and knowledge, and the booths have a wide array of vintage, handcrafted, clothing, furniture, etc. All with very good prices!

I very much enjoyed this shop but as of today I will not be returning! The owners should really screen and interview the crafters that tent space in there shop! Space should not be given to just anyone! Especially crafters who are more worried about making sales and not customers! I had a crafter or employee be extremely rude to me and my son!! My son did not break anything but ran into a metal rack. It’s ok for crafters to speak to people however they want? I asked for them to not be so rude and tried to stick up for me and my child and they start yelling, would not let me get word in edge wise, and called me stupid. I walked out in tears. The behavior that was displayed was cruel. They should be held accountable for their behavior. As someone who is a mother and loves crafting myself, crafts don’t come before people !

Please update your store hours, it’s saying you close at 5:00, went in and you closed at 4:00! So I didn’t buy anything.

Great experience at this Ross in Lompoc, CA! Went shoe shopping with my brothers while visiting in town. I was able to find two great pairs of shoes both Brooks and Under Armor for under hundred. Two of my brothers were able to find the same pair of Brooks in their own sizes too. Ross also had some interesting shows with tassels and beads. Whenever back in town and needing new shoes I will definitely stop at this Ross!

Usually I don’t like complaining. I walked in twenty minutes till closing, came to buy car cleaning supplies. Since, Ross has good deals. Wile making my way there. A female Ross person. It's a good place to go, especially on Tuesday, that's senior day.

Really nice store! Have a new job and needed an entire new wardrobe, from shoes to pants to tops, even got myself a new purse and lunch bag. Had to make 4 trips to the fitting rooms because I had so much stuff. Was pleasantly surprised at the selection of everything. I had to use one of the carts. There’s nice clean bathrooms in the back by the main fitting rooms.

Love this store. You can always find some really fantastic deals here. Just saw some Dr. Martens for 70 bucks. Plus my Easter dress it's too stinking cute. It is definitely my go-to spot when I need a cute outfit for a great price.

Lompoc store very clean and organized

Staff customer service can be very friendly for the most part. I had a few issues in the past regarding a gift card but eventually it was fixed with phone customer assistance. I t can be very busy with A long line at times and they have a lot of selections to choose from. It is a very clean store. Also great that they contribute to our commutity boys and girl club for kids.

I had an uncomfortable experience recently, trying to return items. Whoever was processing it made it seem as though I was stealing/ scamming and being very rude and telling staff to watch the section I had been in. I was not stealing and i had all my receipts in hand so it was very insulting and a gross feeling. This was not a very welcoming seamless experience so I don't think I will be shopping here in the future. Otherwise the gentleman who helped me out was nice.

I shop in this place often. You guys are under staff❌unprofessional❌ store unorganized. It look like a Walmart accept Walmart is better.. buying clothes last week.. I asked the cashier do Not throw my clothes in the bag, you see she was too lazy to take the time to fold them.. I told her to give them to me and I will fold them myself rather than see her throw them in the bag... She act as if I insulted her intelligence,for wanting my clothes folded.. she said that when she buy clothes she washes them.... and so do I !!!!!!!...but I still want you to fold my clothes.. that's ridiculous.. the store is ridiculous.. I'm sure you'll be going out of business pretty soon.. you guys make Marshalls look like it's a 99 cent store.. at least when you had a different story manager,things were much more organized and more professional people working for your store.

After they donated so heavily to the Trump campaign, these businesses which are all affiliated with Marshalls will no longer get a penny from me. No more HomeGoods, no more marshals, no more TJ Maxx and no more HomeSense. I will not support a business that cares more about pocketbook than its customers.

Font really go shopping much have everything I need or want however today was great day no shoplifters in sight doesn't mean people still didn't leave the remains of the items they stole just not as blatantly as you see on social media so that was lovely store wasn't to busy however not much room to walk to much stuff and no where to put it workers were diligently working to find a place for it all. found a few items I needed at a good price, nice to stay in town and shop.
