National park
Nature & Parks
The National Park De Hoge Veluwe is a stunning natural reserve that spans an impressive 13,300 acres of diverse landscapes, including forests, heathlands, and sand dunes. Once the private estate of the Kroller-Muller family, this park now serves as a sanctuary for wildlife such as red deer and wild boar. Visitors can explore over 42 kilometers of designated cycling and walking trails that wind through picturesque pine forests and open sandy areas.
This national park is great for all kinds of visits, from family visits to solo visits and even vacation. There are plenty of free facilities for you to fill your day with excitement. You can bring your own bike or rent a free bike at the location. It is very accessible by car and there are plenty of bike in each park entrance for you to be using. You can park in a parking lot in every entrance and only paying €4.75 for a whole day! You may encounter different scenarios of wild animals, I encountered a wild boar. If you have a children, you can go to one of the playground near the large hub in the middle. You don’t need to worry about peeing there, as there is a lot of free to use bathrooms for you to enjoy in the park, as most toilet needs to pay to enter in Europe. I strongly recommend that you should bring your picnic accessories with you to picnic, as there is plenty of green grass and good view for you to picnic on.
Avery Y — Google review
Spent the whole afternoon here, biked the whole national park loop, took us about 3hrs including stops for pics and deer viewing. Scenery is super nice from lush forests to dunes and dry grasses (Safari feels!). White bikes are free! One size only for adults, good enough for me (5ft), all bikes only with footbrake :D
Gin T — Google review
The park is very beautiful, with several types of landscape, forest, veld (heather fields), dunes, lake. We did not see any wildlife, but we were not there very early, so probably not the best hours. The free white bikes helped us travel through the park - the bikes are quite basic, but well maintained and it is very welcome that the park made it part of the experience. All in all, we spent a great day at Hoge Veluwe!
Thomas V — Google review
Beautiful park with a variety of ecosystems. Very well maintained with a network of hiking and cycling paths. The restaurant at the main entrance had delicious meals. Basic bicycles wit child seats are free to use and need no booking. They also had tandum bicycles, bicycles with a wheelchair in front and electric bikes to rent.
Marika B — Google review
I was really surprised by this place which became one of my favorite at all. I didn’t expect such a beauty. The nature was so various! The dense forest, lakes, so many different trees and plants, or sand dunes… Views on all of this was truly stunning. One day is definitely not enough to thoroughly explore this place, it is so huge! You can find, after relaxing in and enjoying the wild forest, many branches where to stop and admiring the surrounding or just rest. Toilets are available as well (of course that not on many places). When i returned, I felt so replenished, so well… thank to this beautiful place!
Klara D — Google review
It is one of the best national parks with great cycling routes and museums inside the park. The greenery is utterly stunning and quite beautiful. The cafes inside offer quite good food options as well. You can get a bike inside the national park which makes the exploration quite easy and fun. Also, if lucky, one can spot deers too. Worth every penny!
Sai S — Google review
We visited the park on a sunny day, and it was nice. The free white bikes (with pedal brakes) are available at the main entrances and the museum, and cycling around was a fun way to explore. It’s easy to cover quite a bit of ground, and the landscapes change as you go, so it doesn’t feel quite boring. We didn’t see many animals, just a deer or two and some birds, but there are spots where you can sit and wait. We weren’t actively looking for wildlife, though. One thing to note is that you have to pay for the park entrance if you just want to visit the Kröller-Müller Museum, which some might find annoying. The museum itself was nice, and the sculpture garden is worth checking out. If you can, bring your own food or picnic as there are places to sit and eat. If you’re leaving through the Hoenderloo entrance, grab an ice cream from IJs van Co. It’s a sweet way to end the day.
Anjali G — Google review
Huge nature area with 40 km of cycle tracks plus loads of walking trails. Bikes are included in the entry fee. Quite expensive to take the car in but it is 3km from the entrance to the central visitor centre . Not crowded at all and open until 10pm in June and July with the restaurant serving until 9.30pm. Well worth a visit.

The Kröller-Müller Museum, established in 1938, is a renowned art museum housing an exceptional private collection of late-19th-century and early-20th-century paintings. It is considered the third most important art museum in the Netherlands, featuring a notable Vincent Van Gogh collection with around 90 paintings and 180 drawings on display.
We arrived a bit late, but still managed to have a quick look at the precious collection. Although the exhibition space may not be as refined and diverse in design as the Van Gogh Museum, the collection itself is highly impressive and well worth seeing. The layout is clear and easy to follow. Outside, the vast sculpture park offers a perfect harmony between art and nature.
CY Z — Google review
The museum has the second largest Van Gogh collection in the world. There are many paintings of him. There is both closed and open air areas where you can spend a whole afternoon. Also nice cafe and restaurants. Recommended.
Murat Ö — Google review
As my friend highly recommended this museum, I decided to visit it from Amsterdam. It wasn’t too difficult to get there. When you arrive at the train station in the city where the museum is located, you can take a connecting bus directly from the station. After getting off at the final stop, just cross the street and wait at the bus stop on the other side. The bus driver mentioned that buses run twice an hour, but from my experience, you might end up waiting for as long as an hour. :) The museum itself was very nice and not too crowded. You can take your time and enjoy Vincent van Gogh’s paintings in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was quite good — I had a hamburger, and it was tasty. Most other visitors seemed to be ordering soup, just for your information. The outdoor garden is also well known. There’s nothing particularly special about it, but it’s a pleasant place for a walk.
Lunar K — Google review
Great experience overall but entry fees to national park is separate to get to the museum which then comes out to be a bit above 26 euros combined. Free bikes to go around the national park. The Kröller Müller museum is nice as well with a vast collection of Van Gogh. Other noticable works for Paul Signac, Monet etc. Although the museum could be a bit more immersive. Overall a great daytrip in Netherlands
Dimple J — Google review
I had the chance to visit the most impressive and fascinating museum I’ve ever seen in the Netherlands — the Kröller-Müller Museum. There are incredible artworks of Vincent van Gogh, Picasso and many other painters and amazing sculptures. Sincere thanks to the museum’s management, and to Helene and Anton Kröller-Müller, whose vision and passion made this remarkable place possible. Please make your plan for whole day, not only for museum but also cafe inside and outdoor in the forest.
M. Z — Google review
So much more than a museum. Obviously the main draw to this remote location is its important collection of paintings and sculptures. But the setting is what makes it such an outstanding visit. Deep inside a huge park, you can and you should choose to reach the museum from the entrance by the white bicycles freely available to all. If the weather is nice this short (about 20 minutes) ride gets you in a jolly mood. Power up with the small but tasty menu of desserts and small plates in the restaurant. It took me 5 hours to enjoy the place.
Nikos P — Google review
Nice museum but it's a pity that you have to pay to enter the forest reserve/Park whatsoever. I understand if you had to pay a couple of euros for the care of the place and for the free bikes. But 13,40 is definitely an overkill. Pityy

Visitor center
Museonder is a nature museum located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park, offering visitors a variety of experiences. The park's visitor center houses an information desk, nature videos, and space for art and photo exhibitions. The Jachthuispad, also known as the 'Hunting Lodge Trail,' leads from Museonder to the hunting lodge Sint Hubertus through a beautiful winding path in the forest.
Interesting display of the nature evolution in the park: plants, inserts, animals... Some impressive objects including the huge horn of giant deer (Irish elks), giant beetle (Stag Beetle), a ~20 meter tree trunk that came from where they built this museum, and interesting rout display on the sky. There is also a place mimicking earthquake, which scared me when I walked passing it without realizing the floor would move.
Chen L — Google review
Very nice museum with lots of engaging, interactive displays
Luis A — Google review
Although small it is an interesting place to visit. Lots of information about what's underground and what has been found in the area from the past
Dennis L — Google review
Nice museum to walk around while having a break from cycling around the forest. It’s free to enter if you have paid to go into the whole park. There is a lot to learn about the area. There is lots of interactive elements to hear things and see things and lots of taxidermized animals which gives a good visual of the real animals. Some of the photos/images/videos seem to be quite outdated though.
Amber A — Google review
Smaller than expected but completely free of charge when you bought a ticket into the park. Definitely worth a visit as it's probably the last place you'll see animals in the park as the rest are eaten by the wolves, hehe. Great exhibit of skulls and extinct animals.
Jan E — Google review
It’s an interesting museum with real animal skeletons and specimens. Also, it introduces some geography knowledge about the rain fall and the geology. I’ve seen parents and children coming here for a knowledgeable visit.

Country Residence Museum Jachthuis Sint Hubertus is an early 1900s hunting lodge and garden designed by architect Hendrik Berlage. The park offers well-maintained biking trails with depots for bikes at all entrances. Guided tours of the historical building are available, showcasing its unique blend of English country house style and Berlage's architectural influence. Visitors can explore five rooms during a 45-minute tour led by enthusiastic volunteers, with the option to book online in advance.
Really worth visiting this museum. But I can recommend that you book a tour for inside the palace. Such interesting facts shared by very good guides. Interesting Chinese art inside too. It was very interesting to hear to what trouble they went to build a special palace with specially colouring the bricks, Interesting colours used. The drive through the park was beautiful. Pity we did not see any animals.
Ganora G — Google review
Stunning art deco building, gorgeous interior, the house tour was very informative and engaging, it took around 45 minutes. We only visited the lower floor rooms. A must do!
Jorge — Google review
Must buy tickets in Advance! The building is stunning, the setting is amazing, the story is compelling. But...you only get to see 5 rooms, all on the main floor. It's a comprehensive ~1 hour tour (in Dutch) for what you see, but it's disappointing that more of the building isn't accessible, especially given it's only shown by guided tour anyway. For non-dutch speakers, we were given an audio tour device (included with your price). Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Be aware you will not access the tower, bedrooms, anything upstairs, basement, kitchens, etc. You can explore the grounds before or after (free all year) and there is a small cafe on-site. Parking is a 5 minute walk down the road. The tour would be accessible, I'm not sure if they allow wheelchairs.
T B — Google review
Enjoyed the guided tour of the house. Very interesting history and great to hear not only about the house, but also some background on the Kroller-Muller couple and the interactions with Berlage, who not only designed the house but also most of the interior, furniture etc. My first time enjoying 'gesamtkunst'.
Henrique B — Google review
I joined the guided tour here on June 12 at 1:30 PM, and I must say the guide was amazing. They gave a detailed introduction in English about the history and stories behind the building, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you!

National park
Ingang Otterlo at National Park De Hoge Veluwe serves as a fantastic gateway to explore the vast beauty of this remarkable park. A short 18-minute walk from the entrance leads you to the renowned Kröller-Müller Museum, home to an impressive collection of Van Gogh's masterpieces. Upon purchasing your tickets, you'll also receive complimentary bike rentals, making it easy and enjoyable to navigate the well-maintained paths.
It is a very big park. Together with the entrance tickets we also got the bikes. Bikes were quite okay, and the roads were great. I recommend going there in an early hour, we arrived around 9 am and it was very enjoyable, we were able to cycle next to each other but in the afternoon it got really crowded so it was a bit more problematic. You can also book the entrance for the museum in advance, and the museum card is accepted. Don’t forget to bring water with you, we barely saw any taps etc to fill our bottles. We enjoyed it very much, will visit again for sure!
Cansu S — Google review
Not to far from Arnhem, this is a beautiful area for nature lovers, you can walk or ride a free bicycle, the entrance fee is 13 euros 🌿
Jony B — Google review
Lovely nature area. Bring your own bicycle or grab a free one to get around. Plenty available.
Cynthia L — Google review
I loved this National park, 13 euro is the entrance fee, bikes are free to cycle in the park. There are 2 museums inside the park, one is 2.5 the other one is 3.5km away. Easy to go with bike. Cycling path is full of trees, loved it.
Sumru A — Google review
The area os stunning, the directions an instructions useless. Avoid on a weekend: cyclists in The Netherlands are just as bad on their bikes as in their cars. It's too busy and people are more about conversations than enjoying the beauty around in relative quiet. I was a captive audience to waaaay too many conversations that had nothing to do with nature!
Melané F — Google review
Gotta be honest here. Very expensive to enter/park your car. Only to realise the price of admission to the museum is a separate cost. By the time we got to the museum, taking the scenic walking route, we wanted a drink before we walked into the museum. Discovering that this would cost us extra, we kindly passed on the undoubtably nice visit, but had to travel on to actually have a drink. Enjoying one on site was impossible (because: no entrance tickets). I understand that this is a private park and requires upkeep, but charging around €45 for parking, entrance and museum visit is pushing the boundaries of acceptable. We found some discarded bikes along our hike which people had given up on, discovering you could not bike through sand that easily. We dragged those two bikes along the remaining 7km before finding a station to leave them at. Had I known what I know now, I probably would’ve left them. Aside from this issue: a nice park, well kept walking paths, cool biking opportunities. Would I recommend it? No.not under these circumstances.
Stefan B — Google review
Friendly and comfortable Can spend all day there

13,5 entry so that I can walk to the museum through a part that SURELY should paid by taxes?? I pay 20€ to get here, 70€ for a museumcaard AND THEN YOU WANT 13.50 for entry ???? Park is a scam, if you just want to go to the museum And even if you want to see the park, not worth it, cars inside etc

Located in the heart of the National Park De Hoge Veluwe, Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe offers a delightful dining experience at the Park Pavilion. The restaurant provides a pleasant setting for lunch and a cozy spot to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea with some treats. It caters to families with amenities for young children. Visitors can relish reasonably priced food and drinks in a wonderful ambiance, while kids have fun at the playground.
Reasonably priced food and drink in a great atmosphere. Bring your kids here for a lovely afternoon, they can play in the playground while you enjoy a fresh beer. The food is okay for the price, the chips are incredible. The service is allright, but not if you are one of the bigger tables. I highly recommend visiting this place, when touring the park

An excellent restaurant – we were pleasantly surprised! The service was lightning-fast – everything we ordered arrived almost instantly. Great drinks and food. The burgers were fantastic, but the vegetable salad was even better – and it’s only €4.50! Our daughter loved the pasta with tomato sauce. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful, it's a great family park with plenty of chalets, camper and caravan spots and a huge lot for tents. Although some of the chalets need some maintenance work, everything you need is present. Great camp store and restaurant.

I have stayed here a couple of times, the first was ten years ago and also just in Sep 24. It’s a good location for the Airborne anniversary weekends although the accommodation and site now seems tired and pretty un-maintained which is a shame. Price was cheap, gras looked like it hadn’t been cut for months, shops not open when they should have been and bare, dirty and damp caravans etc. Would likely stay again due to location but go for the higher grade accommodation.
James E — Google review
Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. This place is a complete disgrace and should be shut down. We booked for 6 people and even paid extra for 6 sets of sheets and duvets. What did we get? Absolutely nothing. No clean linens, no duvets — instead, the filthy, disgusting bedding from the previous guests was still there waiting for us. The house had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. Walking into this place felt like walking into an abandoned, neglected property. Spider webs in every room, dirt everywhere — the level of negligence is shocking. For a house that is advertised for 6 people, they couldn’t even provide enough utensils for everyone. Only 3 sets of cutlery in a so-called “6-person” rental? What a joke. We complained at the reception for two days straight, and both times they promised someone would come to clean and remove the dirty bedding. Guess what? Nobody ever came. Zero accountability, zero service. They simply take your money and disappear. And the pool… beyond disgusting. The water was full of hair, floating debris, and dirt on the bottom. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in ages. The so-called “facilities” around the pool were even worse. The toilets were absolutely revolting — smeared feces on the walls, filth everywhere. It was sickening and a serious health hazard. Staying here actually felt dangerous for our health. This place is not just dirty — it is a scam, a health risk, and an insult to anyone who books it. They charge you for services they never deliver, lie to your face, and leave you in filth. Shameful, disgusting, and utterly unacceptable. We will be reporting this property to the health authorities and tourism regulators because it is a serious danger to public health. Do yourself a favor: stay as far away from this place as possible. It is by far the worst property we have ever encountered, and it should be avoided at all costs.

Its unfortunate seeing this place go down like this. Looking at the google photos (which I am sure are old) and just the sheer size, and remembrance of of the park, you can know that it has seen better days. We had a good stay. We were scared after reading all the negative reviews about the place. Despite the fact that you can see that no one maintains the amenities (playgrounds, roads etc.) anymore, we had a decent stay. Our rooms and toilets were clean. We had all the necessary cutleries in the Kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. So all in all, no complaints.

-We were provided with a single roll of toilet paper for two people over a three-day period. This meager provision is inadequate, especially considering potential medical or personal needs. Having to request additional toilet paper from the reception was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. -The website misleadingly claims that WiFi is included. In reality, WiFi is only available in public spaces, and this crucial detail is buried at the bottom of the webpage. Such misleading presentation is frustrating and feels deceptive. Important information like this should be prominently displayed. -While bed sheets were supplied, there were no towels provided. This crucial detail was not disclosed on the website. When we inquired at the reception, we were curtly informed that towels are not provided. This is unacceptable, as towels are a basic necessity that guests should not have to request. -The absence of hand soap in the bathroom was another glaring issue. We had to ask for hand soap, and were resentfully given a single bottle, which we then had to use for hand washing, showering, and dishwashing due to the lack of dish soap. But we were provided a dish sponge without soap, absolutely nonsensical. -Only option to purchase necessities is camping supermarket that closes at 1 PM and is closed on Wednesdays. This is highly inconvenient for guests without car, considering the long walk to the bus stop (15min), infrequent bus service, and distant location of the nearest supermarket (20min bus). The website should clearly state that having a car is essential. -The coffee machine was dirty and lacked coffee filters. Expecting guests to purchase an entire package of coffee filters for a short stay is unreasonable. -We also rented two bicycles, which were exorbitantly priced at €11 per day. One bike had a broken light, posing a safety problem, and the other bike’s saddle could not be adjusted, rendering it unusable for anyone of average height. -Oh, the way from the bus stop is 15min through a ONLY CAR street. Good luck with that, especially when it gets dark. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!

Last year I visit this «amazing place» and I would like to say about hospitality. Some of the stuff why’s work there was rude to me. Stuff at the reception speak very poor English. Room what they gave to me was dirty and not prepared on time. «You spending money at local business and this no hospitality service» .I left this resort 1 or 2 days earlier and ask at the reception for refund. There was no even response at all. And many other issues…..

I must say, positivelly surprised by the surroundings. Great spacious pitches and you feel right at home in the forest camping. Sanitaire is ok and clean. Bit dated and toilet flushes not so great. Shower works fine with clock so you don't have to push each 30 sec. No coins needed. All and all fine camping despite all the gossip.

First of all: The staff members are very friendly and really willing to help!! I can't say any negative about it! But the mobile homes are outdated, I got dirty dishes in the cupboard and the bedsheets were dirty even tho they were washed and sealed. The boiler broke down several times so I got another house after four days. The supermarket is only open four days a week for several hours. So I recommend driving to Arnehm for grocery shopping. Restaurant is open on Wednesday and weekends and only in the evening. The beds are uncomfortable. Very thin mattresses. The nature here is beautiful. The parc has several playgrounds for children and even Minigolf. Washing is very expensive so bring enough clothing with you. 7,50 EUR for one wash cycle. I'm sorry but I won't book here again. There are plenty of Vakantieparcs that are mich better.

Ginkel Heath, located in the municipality of Ede, is a picturesque and historically significant area that was once a parachute drop zone for troops during the 1944 Battle of Arnhem. Adjacent to The Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Planken Wambuis nature reserve, this diverse landscape features expansive forests, undulating heathlands, and striking sandy plains. Throughout the year, visitors can revel in its natural beauty and encounter rare flora and fauna.
It’s a beautiful place, emotional too with its history during WWII, when the 4th Parachute Brigade landed there. May their names liveth for evermore! Never to be forgotten!! Lest we forget!!! 🙏

We went to Ginkel for the 80th Anniversary Op Market Garden as my father was a Para and parachuted in at Ginkel. The display was awesome and the work that went into it must have been astounding. Thank you to all the Dutch people for remembering and your hospitality during our visit

Landgoed Oud Beekdal is a hidden gem that invites you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush forests, and sparkling streams, this estate offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The charming accommodations are well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for families or groups. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.
What an amazing holiday home, with everything you need for a relaxing break in the Dutch countryside. We loved the interior of the house, the personal hot tub and Sauna, and the shared pool. So much to do in the area, we hired bikes from the other site and spent a couple of days exploring.

(Translated by Google) Tops: Beautiful, spacious rooms, kitchen and living room, sufficient sanitary facilities for a large group (we were 18 people). Swimming pool and wellness were very neat and tidy. Location and finishing level of the farm. Tips: with such a luxurious stay we just missed the finishing touches: linen package included but you have to make the beds yourself... towel package pp should be included at these prices and this level. In any case 1 toilet roll per toilet on arrival and hand soap was also missing. Finally 3 dishwasher tablets for a long weekend with 18p and two dishwashers was also very meager. We enjoyed it and would love to come back again!

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately I will have to give a negative review of my favorite park in the Netherlands. We left another park because of horseflies and wasps that were present in abundance and continuously attacked us (including our 2-year-old child). Called to see if there was a lot of trouble here too. There was nothing wrong. .... unfortunately I should have known that the reception has no visibility and just talks nonsense. Once we arrived, it was immediately a hit. The park manager (Jeroen, a great guy and deserves a pat on the back for what he does) honestly stated that a nest had been removed. But removing it did not solve the problem for us. Once at the pool and on our terrace, it happened again every few minutes. Which resulted in us staying indoors for 2 days. The stay at the pool and terrace is simply not possible. In short, this was the last straw for us and we packed our things and left. I have now emailed Berkenrhode twice to resolve this properly and have had no response. I spoke to the park manager's wife (unfortunately I forgot her name) when checking out and she said she would take this up with the front office. I would have preferred to have received an honest answer on the phone earlier so that we would have come in a different season, because Oud Beekdal feels like our favorite spot, but because of the handling I now have doubts whether we should go back, because we do want to, but not this period. Additional: The first night I probably had to beat up around 50 moths in the evening and night. Because of this I flushed all the pipes thoroughly (with boiling water). Jeroen was really super attentive and flushed again, but this is all after the fact and you don't buy anything after such a bad afternoon. What I am most surprised about is the customer service of the front desk. Jeroen's wife is supposed to consult with the front desk, but after day 2 we still haven't heard anything (despite having sent an email twice). The front office seems downright terrible to me. After my reports on the first day I got the following back (I quote what I got via WhatsApp): Unfortunately we can't do anything about flying insects at the pool, we can't pick those insects out of the air. The nest was there last week and it was removed by a professional company. So there is no nest anymore. That's why my colleague said this and that's not a lie :) Again, we can't do anything about flying insects My question wasn't about the nest either, because I didn't even know that until I was at the park and heard this. My question was whether the park was also full of wasps now. The simple answer should have been: Yes, it is. Then we would have come back a different season. By removing one nest you can't say from your desk that everything is gone (!). As a solution, we went to the Berkenrhode park ourselves and of course. There are wasps there too, but much less despite a wooded area. Of course they came to us too, but there were fewer of them, so we didn't have any trouble with it. We are used to it, but a few coming at you every minute is just too much. I got the following about the moths: However, if you open a window without mosquito nets or the back door to the hot tub, insects can always fly in. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, it is just the time of year for flies/mosquitoes/bees. This is of course sad and I would like to point out the fact that I just googled how fly moths get in when everything is closed. I spent hours trying to get them out of the house and flushing the pipes. What surprises me is that I did not get any understanding or empathy from the park (front office). Absolutely NOTHING! This is not how you treat your guests who come more often, is it? In short, I feel compelled to report this as a review. Het frontoffice lijkt me ronduit verschrikkelijk.

(Translated by Google) Still disappointed. We had selected this house specifically for the hot tub and its location and have been looking forward to spending the evening in the hot tub for two evenings, but unfortunately we have now come home from a rude awakening (hot tub) for two evenings and the hot tub is now even defective. Someone has already come by twice. The first time was on Saturday morning because we could not get the hot tub up to temperature on Friday evening and the display did not work after turning on the switch, but when we wanted to use it again on Saturday evening the display kept showing an error and the hot tub no longer heated. We then called the emergency number, but unfortunately the hot tub cannot be repaired for now. They offered us to use the neighbors hot tub until our stay. This is of course very nice and well-intentioned, but before it has warmed up we have been 2 hours further (it is now 7:30 PM) and it is now the 2nd out of 3 evening that we have not been able to use the hot tub. I really think this is a shame and will definitely file a complaint about this, because this is a waste of money and a shame if you have specifically booked for this ADDITION: Neatly resolved by berkenrhode and received a partial refund for the 2 evenings that we were unable to use the hot tub (Original) Toch teleurgesteld.

However, upon arrival there were problems with the keyless access system, the reception was not manned, although opening hours were stated from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and a call to a number given at the reception was unsuccessful. There was no call back. Thanks to helpful neighbors we were still able to enter the apartment. The ongoing construction work wasn't particularly disruptive. A power outage in the entire facility was quickly resolved. All in all a great vacation. (Original) Toller sehr ruhig gelegener Komplex, sehr saubere Wohnung und gesamte Anlage inkl. Pool.
