Super cute small park with lots of going on. It has a small boating pond, train tracks and train that’s operating on weekends for kids, a playground, and bandstand. There are wooden sculptures of Alice in Wonderland, Red Queen, and a few other characters. Well behaved dogs are allowed to explore off a leash. It also has a cafe with a good selection of food and beverages. I would highly recommend this park if you’re visiting the area.
Sasha S — Google review
Nice little park, and gardens, a short walk from the centre of town and next to Butlins, with a boating lake and miniature railway. Nice café with plenty of seats outside, and there's picnic tables around the gardens.
David S — Google review
This is a wonderful park with something for everyone—both my girls and our dogs love it! There are shady spots that make it perfect for summer visits. We usually grab an ice cream and wave hello to the people on the train.
Tin J — Google review
A beautiful park, they really look after it. Train rides, brilliant cafe, excellent food. Massive 18-hole crazy golf course. Wildlife everywhere.boating lake. Some wild life trails visit every year when at butlins. They should have in every town. The place is buzzing with people, which is a great place to socialise.cafe food is excellent, high in price, but your paying for quality.
Hug D — Google review
Wonderful space and scenery for picnics , live music in the bandstand occasionally, lots of birds and wild animals. Cafe and toilets in the park. 2 large car parks. Within walking distance from the town centre approx 10 minutes

Picturedrome Cinema Bognor Regis is a historic venue that has been converted from assembly rooms to showcase blockbuster movies and live screenings of opera, theatre, and ballet. With four screens offering the latest films at affordable prices, it's a popular choice for moviegoers. The ongoing renovation work adds to its charm despite some areas looking a bit scruffy. Visitors appreciate the warm and comfortable atmosphere inside, with original lighting adding to the cinema's character.
Quirky and quaint old style cinema. Real character. Prices are VERY competitive and some small screens. We were in number 4 and there was 32 seats (i think) but picture was large and good as was the sound. You wouldn't have known you were in such a small cinema
Ian R — Google review
Why wouldn't you support the local independent cinema - we are so lucky to have them and pricing very good. Screen 2 very comfortable, as usual. Tiering great so you always have a good view. Sound good - not deafening as some cinemas like to do. Staff very friendly. Obviously in the process of refurbishment but can't wait for this to be completed. We loved the lanterns at the old entrance lobby and my improvised wine bucket!!
Jennifer S — Google review
Great local independant cinema, with low general price as well as lower priced option on Tues morning. Are still in process of upgrading the building and screens, but what they've done so far is good quality and should look fantastic once competed. Very comfortable seats, easy to book online or in person. Friendly and helpful staff.
Mike S — Google review
Went to see Fantastic 4 and had a wonderful experience at this cinema. Even with the building undergoing some renovation work it was amazing to see such and old building still in use and I cannot wait to see it again once the works are finished. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cinema itself was very clean. Very comfortable seats with good leg room. All in all a truly amazing experience. We also loved seeing some of the history of the building on display and I would 100% recommend going to see a film here.
H G — Google review
We went today & it was well worth it. Popcorn £4,ice-cream £3 & tickets only £5. Very friendly staff & the chairs were so comfortable. I would recommend to sit 2 or 3 rows in front of the screen.
Deborah S — Google review
It’s a sweet little cinema, quaint! And I do like it but I feel the sound could be a higher volume and they need to turn the lights off properly! I was in screen 1 recently and it felt to bright and too quiet, especially for a Marvel film. Nice people though and reasonably priced.
Jane H — Google review
What a wonderful cinema, the staff were all so friendly and caring. And the cinema is probably the cleanest i’ve seen a cinema despite it having construction work fairly often. The charm and whimsy of the building made my trip so exciting and the prices were unbelievably low. I give it my highest review to date. 4 out of 4 Stars
Azmo A — Google review
Fab little traditional old cinema with some nice up to date features. Still a lot of work going on but really comfy seats and a lovely ambiance.

It's an ideal spot to unwind after a busy day or to kick off your visit to Bognor Regis. The adjacent West Park is perfect for families with kids. The park's beachfront location makes it one of the most charming green spaces on the Sussex coast.
Park here free on Sunday and walked into town along promenade. Cafe in arcade is reasonable value and inviting. A nice place to sit on public covered benches with 20p pay toilets a few minutes walk away on other park.
Paul W — Google review
Beautiful little gardens. A small pitch and putt. A sun trap that's well kept.
Julie G — Google review
This is a beautifully peaceful place. It is well maintained, with no litter, and plenty of seating so that you can just sit and enjoy the tranquility. There is a toilet block near by and the promenade for strolls along the beach front. A great place for a day out.
Ruellyn M — Google review
Really nice space in a classic seaside town. there is an 18 hole putting green, plenty of seating and water fountain at the western end of the gardens. During the summer months, the flower beds are full of colour and design. All in all, a great place to relax and take in nature.

Lovely for a stroll during a sunny day, directly adjacent to the beach. There's a traditional putting green and ice cream hut at the West park end. There's some beautiful flowers.

Absolutely amazing pool space, our four year old loved it as did we. So much to do and even at busy times it didn't feel overly cramped. The rapids and water slides are amazing as are the areas for kids. Lots of changing room spaces - it's a gem of a place.
SJL 2 — Google review
The Butlin's Bognor Regis Splash Water Park is a great place to be in. Whether you're going to the stick of rock or the family ride, it's a water sensation. Sometimes, there are long queues but you can skip with a yellow wristband. Busiest days are on Tuesdays and Saturdays, however we had a great time at Splash in Bognor Regis! 😺

Took my 4 year old and 1 year old. There was a nice little pool , slide, and water jets for my one year old to enjoy, and the water was kept slightly warmer for this section. My four year old loved it using the flumes wave pool and jumping in and out of the pool.
Steff H — Google review
THE HIGHLIGHT OF BUTLINS. Absolutely amazing, fun and spacious. When your arrive the wue is big however there is plenty of space inside and you will love it. They also run waves during your play. Upon entering you can see all the buggies: strollers parked up and then you go into the changing room which you have to put a £1 coin inside but you get it back. The pool is warm and there are floats given, a long foam one and a frog and bear shaped one. There are also some water tables for the younger kids. Lots of fountains, umbrella tree waterfalls, jacuzzi bubble area, deeper pool area, wave section, multiple slides etc. it’s endless fun and my toddler learn to float and enjoy water, we were there for a long time and unable to leave until she felt hungry. I highly recommend using the pool facility’s during your stay as much as you can. Also pack sliders/flip flops to save your time when changing in and out. There was an employee carrying a waterproof camera and offering your little one to have a photo. Plenty of life guards at each pool watching and ready with the whistle. Heads up 9:00am is the quiet toddlers time but 10am with many people is still fun and safe. The water is low and toddler safe but if you have any floats it’s a good idea. Adults were having just as much fun as the kids. An announcement is made every time the waves are about to start to everyone comes over. They do offer hair dryers here but you have to air up. The moment we left the pool my toddler had a banana and fell asleep, she knocked out and was snoring. Make sure to bring your cream as after the swim your skin will feel very dry as well as your little one.
S T — Google review
The hot tub was great, water was luke warm, but was lovely to sit in and relax. Lifeguards were all around. The pool was clean.
Sophie — Google review
starting on a good note, all of the staff were lovely. but, we waited almost an hour to go on the family raft ride but we got to the top just for it to say 3 people maximum?! we had 4 people and it couldve said that at the bottom. The rapids were so much fun and we all enjoyed it first time round then it came to the second time and oh my gosh! we were in queue waiting and there was a dead fish on the stairs. WHAT ON EARTH. also the changing rooms were vile. pooey nappys everywhere and i wouldnt recommend wearing white as you will touch the floor and turn your clothes go brown. yeah no.
Sidney X — Google review
The staff ⚕️ who worked there were friendly to talk to including this woman who helped me get off 📴 the water 🌊 foat when I was having problems doing that. 😆✅🤓 The only down part 〽️ was that there was a staff member who was a man in the waterpark and he was being rude to me after a water slide was closed and he was aggressive to me and I was not impressed with how he was that day so could one of you speak to that man please? But apart from that it was a nice stay in butlins with my friends. 😉

Fast food restaurant
The Diner at Butlin's Bognor Regis offers a taste of classic American diner culture, making it a popular choice among visitors. Located just a short stroll from the resort, this eatery features an extensive menu that includes burgers and breakfast options. While some guests have enjoyed their meals, others have noted inconsistencies in quality and service speed. For instance, certain items may not be included in the Dinearound plan, leading to unexpected extra charges for favorites like milkshakes.
Ate lunch and dinner during a day visit to Butlins. Big portions, mostly tasty food, quick service. Kids meal portions were good. Burgers were a bit disappointing though, with the beef tasting dry and lacking flavour. It was our daughter's birthday and we had carried a cake and candle. The staff brought it out, singing Happy Birthday as they did so, which was a lovely surprise for her.
Suprasan K — Google review
Had lunch, 2 kids and 2 adults. Food was quite nice and with kids meals for a quid you can't go too wrong. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. But the service. Yikes. Its slooooooow. We finished the mains, stacked plates by the side of table in full view and waited over 20 minutes for our desserts. After realising nobody was going to clear the table or bring desserts, we got someone's attention. They came over and said they would get our desserts but left all the plates 🤣. Another 15 minutes until the desserts arrived and then they took the plates, but left all the empty glasses. Looking around there were other tables in same situation. They had enough staff, they just seemed to be pretty laid back about it. In short, food is good, but your holiday might be over by time you finish it.
James C — Google review
came here 23/09/2025 5pm firstly, whilst we were eating a staff member left a spray bottle of cleaning solution unattended at a table for a long time, whilst children were sat nearby and running around the restaurant. as a previous waitress myself, i know that’s completely against health and safety, all it could have taken was one child to spray that in their own or someone else’s face and it would have been a hospital visit or worse. completely dangerous and irresponsible. anyway, my partner and i have the all inclusive drinks and dine around package. unfortunately there is no more table service here and you have to order at the bar, as the Bserve app doesn’t recognise dinaround plans. the staff were untrained on what drinks are included in the plans or not, and not a wide selection is included, which made ordering a hassle. no milkshakes, not even an option to upgrade. very few staff considering the time, and the manager wasn’t very talkative, felt very unatmospheric and quite ignored. once our drinks arrived we had to change the pint of strongbow as the glass had a red sticky substance around the rim and bottom of glass. starters came, we had the loaded fries and nachos and honestly these were great, lots of sauce and bacon, plenty of fries and very filling. we hoped the mains would be just as good, however… my partner ordered the meltdown burger and i ordered the £19 sirloin steak and fries. it took a while for mains to come out as the bar was full of people trying to order their food (which wouldn’t have been an issue with table service). the menu stated the steak would be cooked in garlic butter , however it clearly had never touched any as it was absolutely dry as a bone and not a taste of garlic nor butter. i ordered the steak medium, and as you can see from the photo below i would call it well done. not a great steak in itself as very thin and not much fat or rind, which is expected of a sirloin. the burger wasn’t awful, neither of us could finish it as it was very large so good value for money, however the patty’s were quite dry but that’s about the only issue with the burger on both mains fries were near cold as had clearly been sitting on the side for a while before being served. there were also missing ingredients, on mine there was no mini ceaser salad, but was replaced with a corn on the cob for some reason. and obviously the missing garlic butter. also rather noisy and lots of children crying but i suppose that’s to be expected on a family resort. i think the problem is a mix of staff not caring, having bad communication and chefs not being able to cook. very disappointed as this used to be my favourite place to eat but doubt i will be back.
Fifi O — Google review
27th May 2024 1800. 3 of my party ordered steak none of the cooked correctly, managed to get 2 sorted but the 3rd came out wrong twice so gave up on it. Food missing ingredients. Big family meal of 11 (3kids) the Floor sticky, waiters run away and hide behind the counter never showing we had to keep going up to the counter, no atmosphere or anything. We had a very poor experience. Not all the food was bad. burger was pretty good just can't cook steaks. Maybe having a bad day but would be nice for the waiters to check on us. We had to go up and remind them about the children deserts. Again due to them not ever leaving behind the counter. Don't think we will ever be back but hope this was a one off bad experience. Hope yours goes better if you do decide to try and hope they clean the floors it's like walking on velcro. Steak in picture was meant to be rare was more like medium, well done. Camera on phone makes it look better then it was.
Packer V — Google review
This meal cost £16.99, which was the two mains and two sides option. Medium rare steak and chicken fillet with chips and coleslaw. Needless to say, this wasn't value for money 🤷‍♀️
Cerone — Google review
Came for dinner on Monday, didn't have booked table beforehand. I had to have from kids/junior menu as adult was very restricted for fussy and vegetarian adult eaters...Haha... Tomato pasta with 2 sides, sweetcorn, and garlic bread was for me, plain pasta, cucumber sticks and garlic for our little one, which was lovely as usually what she has that everywhere. Out meat eaters had burgers- mega mountain and sloppy joe- both very happy with. Tried their apple pie and chocolate Brownie- both with vanilla ice cream, both good. We were served by very friendly lady. It definitely wasn't 5 star service, but was good overall.
Diana M — Google review
Food was good but service was shocking. The young lady on the counter did her best but the assistant manager amongst other just walked past and did nothing to help with the people waiting to be served. Had to ask three times for a kids ice cream. When it finally arrived it was handed to me to walk to our table. Shocking service!
Simon — Google review
All i can say is, how do people enjoy the food here. I had a double burger and chicken breast. It was so procesed it was a joke.chicken looked terrible, dry and reheated for sure. The burger i could only handle half of 1. It was super terrible. I think from when my partner had paid it was less than 5 minutes and it was on our table which straight away i thought thats not possible if cooked fresh. Even the grill lines on food didnt look real :/ asked other resturants on site and they said all food is sourced the same. So we decided to not eat out on our break.

During my recent stay at The Beachcomber Inn, I had a mixed experience with the dining options. While I opted not to try dinner this time due to previous uninspiring meals, breakfast proved to be a delightful surprise. The Beachcomber now offers a buffet-style breakfast that allows guests to serve themselves from an array of choices, including cereals, cooked dishes, pancakes, and even chocolate sauce!
Lovely food and all reasonably priced considering its an on site pub.

We came in the late evening and was told we had 10minutes or order. This place reminded me of an upscale spoons with a relaxed atmosphere. It was spacious, lean, good lightening and very family friendly. The food was good and the price was not bad, we did x3 mains for £16 and x1 main for two adults and a child. We were so full we didn’t even have space for dessert which looked amazing. This restaurant is in the outside near the playground park. I would come back here and I would recommend it. Note: even thought the kitchen was closing the bar was still open.
S T — Google review
Really disappointed in the sundae we ordered today! Looked nothing like the photo - one bit of brownie in there yet the photo shows at least 5.
Michelle G — Google review
Had 2 meals here, only had the 2nd as very few options at Butlins. The roast was grey, so opted for a katsu banquet. Don’t mistake colour for flavour it was BLAND. Bhaji wasn’t cooked in the middle & it was just so tasteless. The staff do not want to be here. It is an 80’s weekender so i accept the job must not be much fun, but that should not be pushed onto us trying to have a good time or a decent meal
Rachel W — Google review
Visited for lunch and regret going for buffet options on the day. Very very limited on vegetarian options, my daughter ended up eating only potatoes. All was cold ish. Was told meat was super dry and if not for the gravy would not be able to swallow- not a great sign. Yorkshire pudding was chewy. Meat was served by person behind the counter and limited portion. If we went for orders from the menu the outcome may have been different. Had to queue at the bar to pay for buffet or oder and serve the drinks myself. Most likely would not return.
Diana M — Google review
Service is not applicable. We had to find our own seat, order on our phones on our own. Ordering took 10 minuted trying to figure out. Food and drinks came pretty quick but the garlic bread was burnt. It was also incredibly small for nearly 6 pound. The food turned out to be pretty good but the inconvenience of ordering ruined it for us.
Yvonne W — Google review
This place look promising from the outside. However the service was poor and food did not meet expectations. And we were waiting more then half an hour for a brownie while over people were getting served that came in later before us. Atmosphere was not nice and hazards in the way which my friend tripped over. And when finally got the brownie it was not a small portion which shouldn't have take more than half an hour. Over all do not recommend.

Mostly they are because they have booked a *premium* dining package and got this restaurant for buffet.. while the food itself is not premium, it is very good quality, there is enough/quite a lot of food for everyone ranging from mains, starters, live cooking and desserts.. what's more is everyday you get to try different cuisine from Chinese to Indian to Korean etc . . The quality of the food is very good. What's best about this restaurant is the level of hardworking staff who work tirelessly to serve countless customers.. from the lady at the live pasta station to the lady working on mains to the general waiting staff .. all of them are wonderful .. this level of customer service experience you won't normally get on a buffet restaurant.. you can really see the staff going over and beyond to serve their customers. Even if I didn't have this In the package, I think it's worthwhile coming to dine in here.

Great for breakfast but average for dinners. We are vegetarian and whilst there are certainly options plus the cooking station we didn’t see any tofu or broccoli all week. One of my dinner choices was stone cold but I basically went with it. Breakfast was really good. Lots of options and rates 5 stars. In my opinion we would not go for the premium dining package again but good for breakfast.

I genuinely believe that I have a high threshold to endure bad food, but this takes the cake. Then defrosts the cake, and leaves the cake behind the radiator for a fortnight, then serves the cake for dessert at The Deck. I can't really complain about the service. They're doing their jobs correctly, but the food is just unredeemable. We paid for the premium dining package, and they've clearly taken the word "premium" out the back and beaten it, then taken its money, much like what they've done to me. The food is far from premium. It's all bought cheaply and from frozen, and then overcooked. I get that they need to cater to a large group of people and stay at an affordable price, but I've been to many establishments working under the same restrictions, and this is the single worst one of the lot. I do really regret getting the premium dining package, and would recommend getting the "dine around" package instead, where you can pick where to eat and not have to endure The Deck for a week.
David C — Google review
Lots of choices buffet style. There are mains section, kids section, dessert section. There's also a grille and cooking stations where you can get freshly made food. Food alternates from day to day all food is top quality but can sometimes be left out for too long.
Jamie S — Google review
Total waste of money they call it premium dining but nothing premium about it. All the veg used is straight out of a tin, waiting around for most items no plates . Wouldn't bother and judging by the state of the toilets neither do they.
Harminder S — Google review
We paid for the premium dining package. The food was awful. We decided after 2 nights we would pay to eat else whereas it was really bad. I would describe it as a school canteen style. I had the Cajun pita from the live grill and the pita tasted stale the chicken was not nice either. I would definitely not recommend booking the premium dining package food was very poor quality!
Debbie — Google review
Why they call it premium dining I just don't know. It's cheap and nasty food and not worth the price you pay for it at all. Customer service is rubbish especially the older woman with the whitish hair and fringe (she was all over the place and didn't even bother to get us a highchair for my 1 year old child just walked off no service at all) on one of the nights they had pink chicken and when we mentioned it apparently the chef told the server "it's cooked it's just not white?" How does that even make sense. Substandard food for an inflated price but nobody cares about service in there. Even the cutlery and tables are still dirty ag every sitting! And the glasses. I would never go with a dining plan there again. Even my 1 year old shook his head when we asked him if he liked the food
Nat C — Google review
This is one of Butlins 'PREMIUM' restaurants, but all I can say is don't waste your money. Dinner is appalling, children's options are extremely limited with only 2-3 options every evening. Puddings are never stocked up leaving fridges empty. Food getting packed up at 6/6.30pm most evenings which means if you come just before 7 your getting left overs. Very unhappy with the dinner options, I thought the menu provided on the butlins website would be every evening and you have the choice of anything but infact it's certain meals on certain evenings, meaning if your a fussy eater or have fussy children I would definitely not recommend this. You have to que to even get inside the restaurant, this is for both breakfast and dinner. Extremely slow service being seated, leaving us to stand outside for a while. We spoke to a female manager who was very unhelpful, gave us an excuse that there was a supply issue. If this was the case then all customers dining here should recieve some sort of refund. She also started to walk away before we had even finished talking and was no resolution to our complaint. Very disappointed Butlins!

Bognor Regis Beach is a charming seaside resort with an array of attractions and a beautiful coastline. Hotham Park, located in the heart of town, features a miniature railway and boating lake, making it an ideal stop during your visit. The beach itself offers a promenade lined with dining options and a sandpit for kids to enjoy when the tide is in. The expansive beach has a rocky coastline and is perfect for leisurely walks.
Amazing beach. Visited there as a child then visited there last year and am planning on visiting this year too. Parking is within walking distance
Taha K — Google review
Place was clean enough but a little deserted. Food offerings along the promenade are limited but there was a nice no nonsense coffee stop. Parking along the beach front was reasonable but I imagine a bit limited during busy periods.
Steve ( — Google review
Old fashioned seaside town, with a long promenade and miles of good clean beach. It's shingle and doesn't get crowded. The pier is a bit run down, but that's true of most resorts these days. Take plenty of coins as the parking machines along the esplanade are cash only, although the car parks in the town centre accept card payments.
David S — Google review
Nice place to be there. You can use free parking in front of beach house side. You can walk and cycle on the beach side. It has nice track
Waseem A — Google review
Nice beach, with great access, clean and plenty of parking and a playground. Parking is via the app or contactless, and is a nice walk along the seaside. Pebbles though so bare feet not recommended
Sammy — Google review
The beach is large and expansive, with a rocky coastline. We visited in early April, and while it was a bit windy, the waves were beautiful. There's a charming park for children along the coastline. However, please note that you can't pay for parking with a card, so don't forget to bring coins. Overall, it was a lovely experience

A great place to relax, spend time with family or friends. You can go for a walk along the long promenade, or at low tide along the sandy beach. Perfect place for a picnic overlooking the sea. Close to the city center as well as restaurants. Small town with no traffic jams and you can easily find parking spaces.

Entertainment
The Victorian pier in Bognor Regis, constructed in 1865, remains a popular visitor attraction despite the effects of time and weather. It offers various forms of entertainment such as amusements, a fish and chip shop, as well as an upstairs bar and night club. The pier is known for its thriving atmosphere. Additionally, taking a stroll along the promenade provides an enjoyable experience, even if the weather conditions are not ideal.
Expected the usual hustle and bustle for a seaside town but was pleasantly surprised to find it quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed my whole experience of being at this resort.
Peter ( — Google review
Bognor Pier is a charming slice of classic seaside nostalgia. Although smaller than some piers, it’s got a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with great views along the coast. It’s a nice spot for a stroll with the sound of the sea and fresh salty air. The amusements nearby add a bit of fun, and it’s close to plenty of cafes and ice cream shops. It could benefit from a bit more upkeep and investment, but it’s still a lovely place to visit when you’re in Bognor Regis.
Shamnas T — Google review
Had to pay £2 to walk along it. The rides on the pier are old and unexciting the price of the rides are very expensive. The arcades are mediocre. Half the attractions were not open. But the ice cream as you just walk on are very nice and at a good price.
Jeff U — Google review
Not a great pier. Very short and with not much to see or do. Has a decent amusements inside of the building at least.
Luke B — Google review
Bognor Pier itself is pretty basic and feels quite run-down. The section that extends further out into the sea is barricaded off with metal fencing and marked with “Danger – Do Not Cross” signs, so essentially half the pier is blocked off. There were a few people fishing off the accessible part, and the view of the stone beaches was still quite nice. The real highlight was the arcade. It was busy but fun, and the 2p machines kept my nephew entertained for quite a while—we ended up spending nearly two hours in there. Some machines had minor issues, but staff were quick to sort them out, which was great. A few machines weren’t stocked with tickets, which was a bit of a letdown for my 12-year-old, who was excited to collect rewards from the games he played. There were lots of tickets to be won, and the prize counter had a decent selection. The girl working there was friendly and helpful. It was also convenient that you didn’t need to bring cash—there are machines that let you tap your bank card and get pound coins for the games. All in all, it’s not the most impressive pier, but the arcade made up for it. It was a fun way to kill a few hours, and most importantly, my nephew had a great time (and I enjoyed a few games too!).
Alexandra H — Google review
One of our favourite family amusements along the south coast, It has recently been updated, There are new games machines and the change and prize shop moved, We love the new fishing game🤣 The staff are also kind and helpful. We visit monthly with the kids and grandchildren, on a budget of £20/30 pounds. That went out the window on this visit! But we all had so much fun and have won thousands of tickets, we also have saved many tickets visits from previous visits, so we can always leave with prizes.

Convenience store
The Supermarket at Butlins is a convenient stop for guests who may have forgotten essentials during their stay. While prices are on the higher side, reflecting the convenience of being in a resort setting, it offers a wide range of products including food, drinks, toiletries, and even toys for kids. The friendly staff are always ready to assist you with any inquiries. You can also find a selection of hot and cold sandwiches along with various beverages from their Costa coffee machine.
Great shop in the middle of Butlins. If you have forgotten something this is the place to go. They sell everything you may need from food drinks and toiletries. The staff are really good and friendly if you need any help.
Suzanne A — Google review
This place has all of the items you may need to keep yourself going throughout the holiday. Similar to a Tesco express in terms of items you can but with hot bakery items and a coffee machine. You do however pay a premium for it being on site. There are supermarkets just off-site if you drive to save money.
Jamie S — Google review
It's a convenient shop, so I'd expect to pay a little bit more, but most items were just ridiculous pricing like 4 quid for a 2 litre bottle of Pepsi.
Mathew R — Google review
Nice shop, lots of hot and cold sandwiches. Costa coffee machine with big choice if hot and cold drinks. Some toys for kids. Very nice service. Prices were high but you can't expect anything else in such place.
Ewa S — Google review
It's like a vision of the future. Meaning if you want to know what normal food prices will be in 15 years time, just visit the Butlins supermarket today. You will walk around in a kind of daze just going... WHAT?????, HOW MUCH?????. Seriously, if you are self catering or even just want a few snacks, a 10 minute walk towards the town centre will bring you to a big Morrisons, much to the relief of your purse or wallet.
Jay K — Google review
The prices are absolutely criminal! £3.89 for a tin of 6 Ye Olde Oak hot dogs, £4.29 for a spaghetti bolognese ready meal that is equal to Asda Smart Price size and quality. Over £4 for a pack of poor quality ham and almost £3 for a loaf of bread. Butlins need to hang their heads in shame over this. It's always the case that convenience stores on holiday parks cost a little more, but this goes way beyond that! Very poor selection of products too. No fresh fruit or veg, and very little fresh meat.
Kaz B — Google review
Yes, this is (realistically) expensive. However, it's a 'captive audience' situation and you have to pay the price of convenience. There is all the basics and a reasonable alcohol section there. The staff are polite and chatty. There are several supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Morrisons and Lidl) within a short drive (or taxi) journey, so I would load up in a shop from those tbh.

Went for a drive to Bognor. Searched for Gelato. This and another place came up. Tried the other place first and had awful service, didn't buy anything there. So came here. Staff were friendly. My friend was so excited about his cute Gelato sample he got with his cappuccino, that he then ordered a panini lol. Don't know how that works. Burger King is a popular fast-food destination known for its delicious grilled burgers, crispy fries, and creamy shakes. Located conveniently near various attractions, it offers a quick and satisfying lunch option for those on the go. The drive-thru experience is often smooth and efficient, with hot food served promptly. Haven Church Farm Holiday Village is a delightful destination for families seeking a memorable getaway. During our recent stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional entertainment crew, who truly made our two-year-old's holiday unforgettable. Special mentions go to Sadie and Chloe, whose warmth and dedication shone through in every interaction with our daughter. The park itself is well-kept and easy to navigate, making it a breeze for families to explore.
Another lovely week spent at a Haven park! 🌊 The entertainment crew were by far the best we’ve come across and honestly made our 2-year-old’s holiday. She absolutely loved the characters, and the team went above and beyond to make everything so special for her. A special shout-out to Sadie and Chloe from the entertainment team – they were incredible! They showed so much time, care, and kindness towards our daughter. She especially took a real shine to Sadie, who was an absolute star from start to finish. We honestly can’t thank her and the team enough for creating such lovely memories. We’re already looking forward to our next Haven holiday! 💙

Came here with young children. Is a nice site, but not a lot to do in the surrounding area. On site, there's an arcade that the kids loved, and the evening show was good. There's not a great deal of food choices on site, but the food was nice. The caravan (silver) was nice. We were missing some glasses upon arrival, but they were quickly brought round once Reception were notified. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend this place
Brad P — Google review
Not in the greatest location if you want to go one any day trips out, over an hour to get anywhere decent, a few nice areas to go for walks though. The park is laid out badly, you have to go through the arcade to get to the restaurant, show bar, play park and mini golf meaning there's no way to avoid it which is dangerous when you're there with children who want to spend a fortune. A few nights the restaurant ran out of quite a lot on the menu which was annoying. Usually I love a haven, but on this occasion the caravan wasn't very clean, the bathroom blind was broken and the shower was very mouldy, I would definitely not return to this site again.

Really nice caravans. Never been to this haven before so it was nice to experience a new one. I liked that it was flat as well. Wish the kids disco and the bingo timings could be swapped though as the disco was around dinner time for my toddler so either had to miss bingo or do an early dinner. Outdoor pool was great too and so nice in the sunshine. I can imagine it gets busy in peak. Staff were nice and helpful and there were plenty of stools in the arcade for toddlers that wanted to help on the 2p machines 😅. Overall great experience here and would come back.

Love this Haven park. Its clean and tidy. Easy to get around. Staff were friendly. Gold caravan was definitely worth the money. Was going to pay to upgrade to a modern caravan but ended up not doing it, and I'm glad I didn't as the caravan was already quite modern. Located next to a beach and Lagoon..so managed to go for a nice walk. Activities easy to book and pool was maintained well, staff kept on top of cleaning indoor pool changing rooms, constantly cleaning floor which was good to see. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely family holiday here. Everyone enjoyed their time away. We had beautiful weather so we spent a lot of time in the outdoor pool. There was something different to do every day and all the employees were friendly and professional. The lifeguards worked very hard and did an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and maintaining a high cleanliness of the swimming pools and changing rooms. We had one unfortunate incident. My son wasn't allowed to do the aqua jet activity that had been booked. My son can swim but he stops half way when doing a length. Unfortunately because of this he couldn't do the activity. He is autistic so he found it hard to understand why he couldn't do it as I prepped him for months to explain all the activities he will be doing. Maybe it would be better to advertise the fact they ha e to swim a length rather that be 8+ We were able to choose another activity the following day which was great but by this time he was still pretty sore that he couldn't do the aqua jets so he only participated in half the activity. This was not going to spoil our lovely holiday as everyone had a great time and we will be returning next year. Thanks to everyone for a really enjoyable holiday!
Kelly M — Google review
Slightly lower rating on the caravan due to the massive problem with mosquitoes ( can’t be helped- but party member allergic to them) love the site. Matt , the activity manager is amazing! We’ve come back to this site knowing he is full of fun, especially as we are a large group of older teenagers! Knows how to make the more quiet teens have fun! We all love him! Love you Matt, the bonkers Banks Family xx

Loved it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful. The children loves the activities although I did find them abit on the expensive side.I found church farm to be one of the quieter holiday parks I’ve visited but that suited me fine this time round. Food and drink is standard fare what you would expect, once again a bit on the pricey side. We had a lodge beside the lagoon and it was beautiful although it hammered down with rain the whole time we was here. I would come back here again by myself without the kids just to sit out by the lagoon in peace that’s how much I enjoyed it.

B&Q Bognor Regis is a warehouse-style store offering a wide range of DIY, decorating, and gardening supplies, as well as lighting and home furnishings. The store received high praise for its exceptional customer service, with specific mention of Rachel, the TradePoint + Building Team leader. Additionally, the location in West Sussex offers picturesque views across the Ouse Valley from Balcombe Place, a Grade II listed building dating back to 1856.
We'd had a issue with a Keter that had been delivered to my parents in July. We were visiting from Shropshire to put the thing together for them, but when we opened it the 'hardware' bits were missing. A telephone call had initially arranged a replacement, but this wasn't going to be delivered until Wednesday, we would be back at home and there was no way they would be able to put it together as it needed building in situ in a confined space. So we rang the store again and were able to confirm that they had one in store and we could take the 'faulty' one back for a replacement. Once there we were helped initially by Ollie who sought out Rachel, one of the managers. With the wonders of modern technology she could tell us she had 18 in store and off she toddled. Within 5 minutes she returned with a replacement having checked that the missing hardware was in the package! Not only that but she sorted out cancelling the collection/delivery. Fantastic customer service from Andrew (kitchen department?) and Rachel from the TradePoint area at B&Q Bognor. It’s always a pleasure to see them—polite, thoughtful, and kind. They go above and beyond to help, and their friendliness makes a real difference. A true credit to the store!
Amanda M — Google review
Went along to pick up a few colour cards to take home for colour matching against other items at home e.g. tiles. While there are clearly a multitude of colours (see photos), the problem is I could only find one card to one colour. What happened to the cards with ten different shades on the same card? I don't want to have to take home hundreds of little one-of cards. Entry into the store was fairly quick, just a short queue. While in the store, I generally found that people ignored the directional arrows on the floor, which was slightly frustrating. Getting out of the store could have been tricky as there was a very long queue of people waiting to pay. Fortunately the trade exit was quiet so I could exit through there.
Mr B — Google review
The store itself is a pretty standard B&Q. All the usual stuff. All the staff were above average and helpful. Especially Russ, who went above and beyond in assisting us. Also have to mention Ned, who also was extremely good.

Spent some time looking for some bits I needed. Jake on the shop floor was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to much trouble for him, answering all my questions throughly and explaining it to me in layman’s terms.

Swimming pool
Nestled on Upper Bognor Road, the Butlins Swimming Pool Centre is a vibrant hub of family entertainment that promises an unforgettable day out for visitors of all ages. With its impressive array of attractions, including thrilling slides, a wave pool, and playful jets, this aquatic paradise caters to everyone from toddlers to grandparents. While it may not offer extensive facilities for serious swimmers looking to exercise, families can easily spend hours enjoying the various water features and fun-filled activities.
Great fun slides are great fun. Wave pool and kids pool are amazing had lot of fun.
Hemant J — Google review
FILTHY!!!!! Plasters, plastic, hair everywhere, the changing rooms floor was hell on earth! (Some members of staff joking how bad it is with nappies under the benches standing around just talking). The stairs to the slides were grim, mildew and grime in the cracks on each step for the rapids and raft ride! Spoke to a member of staff and they said there aren't enough housekeeping staff members assigned and they can't keep on top of it. Needs to be sorted, because it's grim and that's the second time we have used the pool during our stay. Both kids pools were closed and because of this the wave pool and general use pool were full to the brim of people. The rapids need another foot of water in it and you can see the water line so for some reason on both days we went swimming it was lacking water, every adult I saw on it got stuck and had to crawl or shuffle between drops. Also the helter-skelter was out of action both days. A row of showers were out of action on both visits, also the ones working had a queue and were cold and I know this a bit is pernickety, but both days some of the turnstiles were out of action coursing a bottle neck of people trying to leave and arrive and some of the locker key bands need replacing as they are extremely well used. But all that aside the kids did have a great time, would come again and use the pool facilities.... 🙏 things improve.
Alex M — Google review
Such a good swimming pool that saved our recent stay at Butlins. Kids wanted to go back every day, especially for the garden rapids ride which was unique. Plenty of changing rooms which were well maintained and the only long wait was for the family raft ride.
Mathew R — Google review
Really good pool complex but does get busy. Plus the downside is that busy equals dirty later in day. That aside there a lots of fun things for families with slides and a small wave pool. The rapids is a family favourite but wish it was a bit deeper with a bit more flow. The queues for the a couple of the flumes are ridiculously long and just not worth waiting for. Also they should do SEND sessions for an hour in the morning so it doesn’t feel like queue jumping for people using special writ bands. We saw that these were being abused after the life guard checked some which resulted in some teenagers being escorted out. Overall though a great family swimming complex.
Alistair P — Google review
Great layout, poorly maintained. The showers are regularly out of action, and if they do work, they run hot, then freezing cold, then back to hot, etc. a most unpleasant end to a swim. The flume ride system for returning the rubber rings to the top is broken, so you have to carry them up multiple flights of stairs, making it virtually impossible to use if you have little ones which almost everyone at Butlin's does. Not impressed.
Mark N — Google review
Good swimming pool only thing is that one year a lifeguard told me to stop holding the thingy I don't know what it's called but it's one of the things that's near the stairs In the deep pool, there were men, grown men doing the save thing just chilling there in the deep pool
Chris T — Google review
Great pool but closes ridiculously early and some slides aren't mand so they were closed. All the ridiculous opening and closing times has put us off from coming back. Also, the showers were absolutely freezing, every single one! I was told they may need to heat up but it's busy so they are in constant use... the don't need heating up!
Laura S — Google review
The swimming pool centre is great, they have lots of different slides to go on. They have a few rubber ring rides and fast slides to go on. one of which is a rubber ring family ride (3 people only) but it's so fun and the children love it. Does go to fast for young ones either so it's perfect. They have lots to do in there for all ages. The have a deep swimming pool and Bubble jacuzzis things but we're not warm. For young ones there the splash part is great with lots of water shooting everywhere, buckets tipping down, pirate ships. They have about 6 slides for really young children to go on with adults or on their own which I can not think of anywhere else that does this. The children's splash pool was warm and area was warm too which is never usually the case so I and my children were very happy. The staff are amazing and very friendly!!! My Children spent the most time there and on the rainbow slides which is are four big slides, my 4 year old had to go by himself and he loved it!! They also had a red tunnel slide there which he went on and loved too. They have lots of to do and you can easily spend hours there. so much fun I think it's the best part of Butlins!!!

Some of the attractions in Bognor Regis include Hotham Park, a mini golf course, the pier, the beach, and an Esplanade play area. The mini golf course is well maintained and a fantastic addition to any trip to the seaside. It offers fun for all ages with smaller clubs available for young players. This 18-hole course is enjoyable and reasonably priced with friendly staff. It is in excellent condition and provides great value for money.
Great course, good for beginners with some more tricky holes too. Course was in a good condition. Had lots of fun. Potential for a hole in one on a few holes. Would go back if in the area

Mr P’s Classic Amusements and Reel Fruits is a nostalgic haven for both seasoned gamers and newcomers alike. Stepping inside instantly evokes cherished memories, especially with its impressive collection of classic JPM machines that transport you back in time. The atmosphere is vibrant, making it an ideal spot for families and adults to enjoy various jackpots ranging from modest to substantial amounts. With a delightful mix of retro slots alongside modern games, there's something for everyone.
Just spent a few hours down Mr P's, had never been before and just walking in brought back so many great memories. Absolutely fantastic set up, I went down there specifically to play the old JPM machines. I didn't get the name of the two guys working in there but thank you both so much for the amazing hospitality. I will certainly be returning and definitely recommend giving any or the Mr P's amusements a visit. Keep up the awesome work.

A quite small arcade with quite limited options of games. Staff are lovely and the prizes are okay for how small the arcade is. In a good location but would not go back myself.
Killerb71 — Google review
Brilliant arcade for adults and children alike, various jackpots from £10 to £500 in both adult sections of the arcade and £5 jackpots in the family area, vast assortment of pusher machines and children's ride on toys which are very reasonably priced. Great welcoming staff, free hot or cold drinks too. Not an awful ticket machine in sight either

Transport yourself back to 80s 90s 00s with this amazing place. Bringing back the good old days of machines and family fun Amusements. The fruit machines will keep you entertained for hours on end without burning holes in your pockets. Get yourselfs down there, you won't be disappointed.

Have been meaning to visit Bognor for a couple years now but with being 600 miles away by road and with one thing or another I haven’t actually managed to go yet. But I have had conversations with Dave the owner via messenger and he seems like the nicest bloke you could ever meet. And going by all the Youtube videos over the years - it is the place to be with the best hosts! One day maybe I’ll get there!

Came to Bognor especially for the classics here and I was not disappointed, great atmosphere, clean and tidy. Offered a drink within five minutes from the really welcoming attendant. Great place, been again and again ever since and the whole demeaner of the place is great, cannot wait for next time.

Love this arcade, superb selection of Retro slots. Just like the good old days. They have modern slots too, but the focus is retro. The staff are very attentive without being overbearing as you sometimes get with say Admiral arcades. The slots are kept in top notch condition, you are welcome to film in here too.

The venue is huge! Lots of space if you’re still worried about social distancing but great space to watch shows in! The acoustics are great and no restricted viewing spots. If you want a table get there about 40mins before show start time and should be fine otherwise it’s theatre style at the back. The table service app is great- makes life so much easier and don’t have to wait long. The toilets were very spacious, in good condition and clean!

Can order your drinks and snacks to your table through the B serve app, which is fast and efficient. Live entertainment was wicked, ABBA Rival and John Greg's Game Show! Visitors can enjoy clean and well-equipped chalets if they choose to stay on site. The resort is known for its family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of dining options and entertainment.
The man in the kiosk was helpful with my wife. The security man engaged with my son in the morning and in the afternoon as we left. He was the best part of Butlins.

I had a terrible experience at the pool with one of the lifeguard Dom, he came at me very rought to escort me outside because my baby 6 months baby was only in water nappy and didn’t had a swimming costume. I was escorted out like I was the biggest criminal in the world and forced to buy a 15 pound bathing suit to get back in. Anyway, my mood was totally destroyed after the humiliations I went through. We were planning to take accommodation there for the whole family next year, but after the disappointing experience we went through, I will never go back there. The location is beautiful, it's a pity that the employees don't care about the customers.
Petro S — Google review
Massive con, hardly anything included in the price, all activities on site are extra cost, not even any on-site parking have to pay for off-site parking and walk on, it's expensive entry and will cost at least an extra £100 when you are in!
E T — Google review
Definitely worth for kids however the weather let us down wish they had some cover outside so we didn't miss out on all the rides
Elayna S — Google review
Very nice day visit despite the weather. But honestly £11 for parking is madness.
Kamil S — Google review
This review is for the entrance (or rather, the exit) only, not for the resort. The gates are locked for exit at some time in the evening, no idea when. There is no mention of this when you arrive and collect your wristband in the morning. So after a long, tiring, fun-filled and thoroughly enjoyable day visit you try to get to the day visitors car park and find this exit locked and unstaffed, with a sign saying to use the Wave entrance. The Butlins app shows a quick walking route to the Wave entrance but following that route leads to a locked gate as well. So you have to take another, longer route to actually get out. Overall make you waste half an hour which a simple warning at arrival would've saved.
Suprasan K — Google review
Always an amazing experience. Shame the beach was one of those polluted by the water company. Hence why not many families in the water. Local food tasting and music events. Amazing pubs, games and so much fun. Worth taking the whole family out there to have a blast.

So to start with we originally booked the comfort accommodation which was actually filthy, but after speaking to the duty manager and showing pictures, it was dealt with swiftly, and we were moved and upgraded. We have actually stayed here a few years back and stayed in one of the hotels which was lovely, but this time, we decided to try the apartments. I would recommend if you are staying in the apartments to choose the more expensive ones. Anyway, the rest of the holiday was amazing and could not fault it. We got the premium dining package, which was great value for money and a good selection of quality food. The beach is beautiful and there's always activities, shows or something to do here. Funfair rides are all included in the price as well as swimming and soft play. We went during term time and it was very busy so I can only imagine what the school holidays are like. Improvements could be made with booking session times for the swimming pool and soft play as these get busy really quickly. Also evening entertainment gets so busy there are often no seats/tables. Again, this could be better managed with a booking system. Overall, it was a nice British holiday and the kids loved it. Will be back again at some point.

I always begin with giving three stars and then adding to or taking a way depending on experience. Accommodation, a three bedroomed apartment was very adequate except for the filthy settee which was covered in stains. We decided to eat out on the first evening and went to the Beachcomber. The food was below average, there was no waitress or waiter service so we had to order from the bar. Food itself quickly enough but it was a very poor quality. Steak undercooked. Sausages must have been some of the worst I have tasted in a restaurant. And my son’s cheeseburger was average. As always, there is plenty to do. I would recommend buying activity tokens before you go. The new activity centre is absolutely brilliant, but if anybody wants to do some decent swimming then don’t go for the splash pool because it’s basically a functional children’s paddling area, completely underwhelming. Overall, the staff for brilliant most communal areas were clean and there is always plenty to do. Obviously, we went in the third week of September so we were not expecting the entertainment to be top notch but we did expect different entertainment every night on the main stage which did not happen. The same act on Monday and Thursday and nothing on Tuesday, really disappointed with that. The parking is very tight so expect your car to get a few scratches and the luggage trolleys are just a nightmare and you have to walk quite a distance to get to your apartment from the car park. But even with all my complaints , we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it with a few recommendations of pre-booking accommodation with a car parking space of if you can, take your own food and pre-book your holiday.

Really fun place. I stayed in a family room with bunk beds that were in a different room to the main area. But that room didn't have the air con the main room has so I was pretty warm in there. The facilities are fine. Lots of places to eat and drink and the various bars and clubs playing different genres are music mean you get a nice variety throughout your stay

On a 70's adult weekender. Food was good. Little disappointed that the plates aren't warm and cups run out quickly. Some of the Acts should retire, others were really good. Darts and BCR headliner was David Essex were brilliant. Room in waves was perfect, clean and great views and not far to walk to the entertainment and restaurant. The security guards had great banter and kept everyone under control without being rude. Not a lot else to do during the day which was a Shame. Music bingo or a, music quizz would have been good.

Perfect Resort for a perfect holiday. The live shows, fairground, activities and accommodation all perfect. Stayed in The Wave Hotel which was absolutely clean and lovely. The food was amazing as well. Everything was absolutely amazing and fun. If you are thinking of visiting, don’t think twice. You won’t regret it.

We had comfort plus apartment other than the carpets everything else was clean we did lay down towels to walk on as carpet was quite stained and old. Resort was brilliant lots on offer for kids, the app made things alot easier. When we did eat out the food was terrible, burnt and overpriced. We bought our own food shopping so luckily was ok. Very hard to get seating in stage area but didn't bother us that much as most of its more suited to toddlers

We went on a Monday-Friday break with 2 adults and 2 under 1s. A 3 bedroom comfort plus apartment was perfect for us. A little awkward to get the prams in, but manageable. Unfortunately, baby facilities seem to be lacking. High chairs in skyline, are non existent near all the food. Baby changing tables are at the entrance of the toilets, so baby is fully on show when having nappies changed. Only 1 “parent room” where I could take the pram into the toilet with me. 1 feeding room, at splash water world. Premium dining in the deck was great, apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Shows were great. Redcoat Freya is absolutely amazing. Need more parks/swings for babies
