Amusement center
Rogue Air Trampoline Park is an indoor complex featuring wall-to-wall trampolines and various activities like dodgeball and basketball. It's a popular choice for birthday parties, offering fun for kids of all ages. While some visitors find the private party room to be a bit small, others appreciate the friendly staff and overall value. Although it may not have as many features as other similar parks, kids still have a great time at Rogue Air Trampoline Park due to its unique offerings.
Kids enjoy the place even though it is limited compared to other ones I have seen. They never change or upgrade anything because they have no competition.
Zackariha C — Google review
Lots of fun and plenty of room for the kids. My biggest complaint is how dirty it is. There's no reason for the pads, carpet and bathrooms to be as filthy as they are, especially for how easy it is to implement a cleaning schedule.
Stephanie Q — Google review
This place has potential to be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, we didn't get to have a lot of fun here today. I took my niece for our very first visit and after paying about $26 to jump for an hour, everywhere we went in the facility we were told we would have to wait till someone was done because they were full. I saw that some older boys finished playing dodge ball in one area so since it opened up I took my niece over to play and jump and literally as soon as we got in there we were told that they were closing that section. I looked around and asked the employee where I should take her to jump since we paid for an hour of jumping not an hour I'd sitting in chairs watching others jump and have a good time. He of course apologized but he didn't have a solution and explained that they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed, I just would have appreciated being told that when I paid. Had I known that we weren't going to get what we paid for I gladly would have waited to visit till a better day. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. My niece got to jump for about 20 minutes total. Based on what I saw ages the customer service provided I'm unsure if we will give this another try.
E R — Google review
Because Medford is so small with little to no activities for kids to enjoy during the winter months, we go here frequently, at least 4-5 times a week. Most of the time, they are SO SLOW! There hardly is anyone in there during the weeknights. They always have way to many people staffed and they are standing around talking and doing nothing while the trampolines are filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting and I will not allow my child to use them, and they don’t replenish the balls and such that go missing. All the staff does is stand around and talk in groups. A good percentage of the time, there is a note on the door that they closed early due to it being slow...at 6pm! Most times they will put a time they are closing and they close earlier than that. The owner and staff are extremely rude and uninviting. It’s way over priced and once your time is up, they care kicking you out quick! The staff willl argue with kids, mine being 3 almost 4, about their time being up. Kids are devastated and really what’s the point? He’s the only one jumping, we come here pretty much daily and you kick him out right at time. Unbelievable! I honestly wonder how this place stays open. I wish there was more options in the valley for kids besides wasting money on this dump!
Jacque K — Google review
A very fun, engaging place where kids can play actively for hours. My only complaints are with how filthy it is was. It wasn't very crowded when we were there, but the bathrooms were pretty bad, there were stains all over the floors in the main seating area where parents hang out, several things were in disrepair, etc.
Kerry F — Google review
Kids had fun, however, spending hundreds of dollars to rent space for a birthday party and being told that only kids get papers plates and forks, and not having enough chairs for 6 kids and 8 adults was a little surprising, not too mention the people that used to trampolines were only allowed 1 hour of time in the park was discouraging as well. Next time we will definitely be going elsewhere for the birthday party.
James M — Google review
Went for a birthday party with 12 year olds. Kids had a blast. Even my 2 year old had fun. But don't waist your money on the private party room cause it was barely big enough for the 10 kids not to mention the parents
Cooljs78 — Google review
Awesome all ages add-on for my sons 12th birthday party day. Friendly and professional staff, decent value, lacking atmosphere and some upkeep. Music would be a game changer. Overall good experience.

Rogue Creamery, located in Central Point, has been producing artisan cheeses since 1933. The founder, Tom Vella, brought mold, cultures, and recipes from Roquefort, France to the creamery. Visitors can explore the specialty cheese shop and inquire about artisan cheeses, recipes, and pairings. Additionally, they offer an educational DVD tour of the creamery and a glimpse into the factory.
Rogue Creamery produces so many delicious cheeses, especially their famous blue cheese. I've been a member of their cheese club for a few years now and it was an excellent purchase. I always look forward to their carefully curated boxes every few months with a variety of different cheeses and other delicious treats. Visiting their tasting room in Central Point is a must stop for cheese lovers. The customer service is always prompt and friendly as well.

SAY CHEEEEESE!…. Rogue Creamery definitely brings on the smiles. Their blue cheese was the smoothest I’ve ever tried! And their grilled cheese sandwiches were amazing! Staff is friendly and delightful to be around. Lots of jams and other yummy foodstuff…the hot honey and dried pears fabulously complimented the cheese we bought.
N N — Google review
I am so glad we made a stop on our way to Crater Lake! Staff were all so kind and the the sandwich was so crunchy and melty. We ordered the mustard pickle and the classic with tomato soups (so refreshing and superior taste and texture!). Fueled our jet-lagged stomaches and spirit for the day. Thank you so much for the quality and care! Didn't have time to try their cheeses this time but we were definitely curious and will keep an eye out for them! It was fun to browse around the shop while waiting. They even offered our pup a little treat! Highly recommend!!
Maggie W — Google review
Anya was a wonderful guide in sampling RC’s amazing blue cheeses. The grill cheese sandwich (#1 on the board) is outstanding, especially with tomato soup. Well worth the short detour off Interstate 5.
Larry E — Google review
The Rogue Creamery is definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area. The shop is clean and neatly organized with a selection of beer, merchandise and a broad selection of cheeses. We enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwiches with a beer and I must say if you love the cheese oozing out of the bread this is for you The cheeses are very creamy and delicious and they have a cheese case quick grab and go.

Super friendly staff. Great Bleu Cheese and Cheddar grilled sandwich.

Worth a stop off the 5 to try the internationally renowned rogue river blue cheese
Ben B — Google review
Rogue Creamery has the best blue cheese, which is made in house! The price per pound is worth every penny spent. They also sell local wines and beers as well as a local hot sauce. They also sell soups/sandwiches, local wines/beers, and several hot sauces with one local (Ashland). Highly recommended for those living in the Medford area.

Medford Railroad Park is a 49-acre outdoor train museum that celebrates the region's rich railroad history. The park features full-size cars, open-air model railroad tracks, and mini train rides, making it a perfect family-friendly attraction. Visitors can explore exhibits and displays related to trains and railroads on the 3.5-acre site, with a main draw being its collection of historic locomotives and rail cars.
Excellent place for family. You can ride a train around the park.
Marcus H — Google review
Super cute and amazing little park. Has a couple different sized trains to ride. Plenty to walk around and see. We brought our 2 year old she loved it. We got there early so parking was easy. They have a small concessions stand and snow cones. All volunteers working were so nice and friendly. Def recommend for little kids and family!
Alexis C — Google review
Absolutely incredible place! Our whole family had a great time — from the 4-year-old to the 38-year-old. It was super fun and interesting for everyone. Very clean, with a wide variety of food options. There's plenty of space to walk around, explore tons of little details, and even take a ride on the train. The volunteers are extremely friendly and kind. You can easily spend 3 to 4 hours here. A perfect outing for the whole family. It's best to arrive right when it opens so you can get parking close to the museum.
Nana Y — Google review
Very interesting place with a lot of fun and informative areas. It's run by volunteers and entry is free but donations are encouraged. There is food and drinks available to purchase and areas to sit down. There are several trains available to ride of various sizes for different ages. It's quite busy due to the limited amount of time its open to be prepared to have to park elsewhere and walk.
Chris T — Google review
Great place to go with the family. Make sure to arrive half an hour before it opens, if you want a good parking space. They have a miniature train that gives a fun ride around the park. They also sell snow cones, burgers, hot dogs and snacks very cheap.
Dave B — Google review
This place was incredible my son had a fantastic time! We rented a spot here for his third birthday and it was simply perfect. Kind staff. Wonderful accomodations. Excellent trains. Highly recommend
Audriauna M — Google review
Our kids always love the train park. Don't forget to see the small building before entering and donate to them too.

What a magical place! Currently only open twice a month and we lucked out that we were in town at the right time. Free and run by volunteers. We loved it.

Crater rock museum review Great and friendly helpful staff! Loved digging in the quarry for rocks with my three year old. Inside the museum the amazing part was finding actual dinosaur bones and coprolite here as a surprise bonus which my child is super excited about. I loved most the UV room showing how different rocks fluoresce. Even if you don’t go into the museum the gift shop alone is worth stopping for. I’m looking forward to taking a lapidary workshop next!
Nick B — Google review
This is a very small part of what they display. There is geology and artifacts of every kind here. I was able to donate the calcite stalagmite in the pictures and can't wait to see it displayed. There's are also gifts to purchase. Check it out. You won't be dissapointed.
Larry C — Google review
This place was amazing. I had no idea the extensive amount of precious stones and minerals from all around the world. It's been around for 71 years (I believe) and it is amazing. I went in with my kids for a school field trip and I want to go back on my own so I can really read and enjoy the exhibits. What an awesome diamond, right here in Central Point. Thanks again!
Jessica G — Google review
A hidden "gem" in Central Point. I have been coming here for over 45 years. It is amazing. Fossils, gems, minerals and more! One of my favorite places
Jake J — Google review
Randomly driving by this , we decided to stop. It was a fantastic museum that we spent about an hour in. It is 8000 sq ft totally packed with rocks, gems, fossils, dinosaur bones, Indian pottery, arrows -found on the Oregon trail, ancient tools, scrimshaw on ivory and bones and it even has real hair from a mammoth! I loved this stop
Kristal M — Google review
The museum was nice, $7 per person. Basically like a giant rock collection. We also chose to do some sleucing but that was very awkward, we basically handed the guy the bag and he dumped it in for me and then stood there telling me how to do it even after I said I've done it before at other places... Super awkward. I would have preferred to dump my own bag in and just stood and enjoyed the experience. Otherwise it was only $8 for sleucing so I can't complain. Good selection of gemstones but a bit overpriced because it's a tourist location.
Brooke H — Google review
The Crater Rock Museum is really cool, they have lots of amazing and interesting exhibits. Mother nature is amazing and this place has so many different kinds of rocks and formations along with hand made item from various stones & rocks. You enter through the gift shop (lot of neat things to see in there too) then you pay to enter the museum. They give you a map so you can take your time walking around all the rooms. Cost $14 for 2 people. WELL WORTH IT! We spent over an hour here. Parking if free, they have a small parking lot. But we did see a Class a RV parked there.

Library
The Jackson County Library Services - Medford, also known as the Medford Branch, is part of a larger library system serving over 200,000 residents and visitors. The library offers a wide range of literary materials including books, magazines, multimedia, and newspapers. It features study rooms and community meeting spaces and hosts educational programs for all ages such as book talks, symposiums, art exhibits, classes, book groups, and storytelling.
Really big library. Really nice space. Clean inside. Lots of tables for reading. Lots of outlets for charging your phone. There's a garden in the back. And separate reading spaces for Teens and Kids, away from the adults. Large selection of Children's books. We would have liked more kid's graphic novels, but you can order from other libraries. Only warning for parents is that there was a sketchy young lady doing questionable things in the bathroom stall, dropped a lighter when we walked in and then hurried out. I wouldn't let my kid go to the bathroom alone here. But I understand how difficult it is to monitor everyone that goes in a public bathroom in a public space, so I don't blame the library or the staff. It looks like they really try to keep it clean and safe.
Chastity W — Google review
When in there to work and use the computer, and was harassed by two homeless guys who had nothing else better to do. The library staff is so desensitized to these people, they just sit there and do nothing. Do not even think about bringing family and kids there, and if you do, you better stay on the first floor. I will be going to the White City library from now on.
Gregory G — Google review
What a great library! It is always quiet even when there are a lot of people, a huge selection of reading material to view and the Wi-Fi speeds are always top notch
John K — Google review
Went in laat mimute to print an important document. Lisa at the reception desk in the second floor went above and beyond to help me. You rock!!!
Ana C — Google review
Love love love our library, the children’s library especially. The programs we’ve attended like storytime, art hours, LEGO sessions, etc. have all been fun. The librarians are all so kind, even when my kids are having a hard time.
Corrie B — Google review
Librarians are very friendly when entering in and will greet you kindly! Most all of the security guards are friendly, hard-working and thorough. One female security guard has a major attitude problem, and no matter how nice you are to her she doesn't change. Overall, experience is good.
Trina — Google review
I love the fact that u can go in there and rent up to 60 movies and or books, they have an outstanding selection of movies from comedy's to Horror movies. It's great for people that can't afford them or live in a place that dont have wifi to watch anything. Thank you Jackson county library for everything you guys do for us.
Tiff S — Google review
Huge library with thousands of books to choose from! There's cozy areas to sit and read in comfy chairs right by the big windows upstairs. There also desks to work at. There's a bunch of computers available to use. There's an elevator for people that can't use the stairs. And there is a lot of staff members if you need any help.

Rogue Valley Family Fun Center LLC is a sprawling indoor and outdoor entertainment complex that offers a wide array of activities for visitors of all ages. The 12-acre amusement park features attractions such as arcade games, go-karts, mini-golf, bumper boats, and batting cages. Inside the facility, there are various games suitable for both single and multi-players, along with a play structure designed for younger children.
We went to play mini golf this evening. It was really fun and I loved the new dinosaurs! We all had a delightful time!
Savanah Y — Google review
We had a lot of fun. It was a very warm day. It would be nice if they had a water feature where you could just get cooled down a little bit. The bumper boats are good but you don't stay wet very long. They just need a water like at Don Memorial park. I gave four stars because it is so expensive to do the three outside activities. We didn't do the indoor video games.
Kim M — Google review
Had a pleasant time here with my six year old son. He really loved the go karts and bumper boats which he did multiple times. The employees here were all nice and accommodating. Very family friendly. The junior fun pack is a good deal for little kids but you have to buy some add-ons such as driver tickets. Better to buy the 5 pack driver package to save money.
Robert R — Google review
We had a lot of fun playing miniature golf. The facility is well-kept and clean, with an old western town motif. There is definitely pride of ownership here! There are two 18-hole courses to choose from. The water features are especially lovely. Definitely recommend.
Joanne S — Google review
Me and my grandsons had a fun day together playing miniature golf. Then the boys did the go carts and water boats. It was fun for them so much they wanted to go back the next day. FYI we drove down from Roseburg it was so worth the fun
Wanda M — Google review
Very spendy! But the boys had a great time, especially with the bumper boats since it was so hot.
Zee M — Google review
My seven year old son who happens to be a level three nonverbal autistic got to experience the Go-Carts for the first time. The gentleman working was very kind. Understanding my son was autistic, he buckled him in snug next to my boyfriend. My son loved it so much. He giggled so hard there and on the bumper boats. We went inside knowing there was 15 minutes until they closed at 10pm to play games. My son's love for the arcades is huge. They closed the games down 15 minutes early. My son was not happy about not being able to play them so he left pretty upset as did many other families on a Saturday evening. Multiple children upset and crying wasn't what I had planned at the end of the night but the employee said "they close them down early so people have time to cash in their tickets." Some children are not there for the tickets or prizes. Other than that it was a very successful experience for my son. To see him smile and giggle is everything to this mama. If you say "open until 10pm" then you should honor that with everything being accessible until that time. The company/owner makes more money for goodness sakes with as many people that were there to ride some more and play arcades.
Kristina P — Google review
Super fun for the whole family I highly recommend this place from Indy cars to the arcade to mini golf bumper boats in the batting cages. can’t go wrong. Bring the kids here.

The Children's Museum of Southern Oregon is a nonprofit organization that provides an array of classes, events, and exhibits tailored for children aged 8 and under. Visitors rave about the incredible experience it offers, with numerous engaging activities for both kids and parents to enjoy. The museum features various interactive stations where children can role-play as dentists, doctors, chefs, farmers, construction workers, radio hosts, and more.
This is an amazing children's museum! It was huge and the areas and activities seemed well thought out. I even had a lot of fun building things with my child. Everything felt very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place. Recently rook my grandson here while he was visiting. He's 2 years old and really enjoyed the train table, the light room, and playing outside in the sand. Can't wait to go back!

Best Kids Attraction in all of Southern Oregon!! The Children’s Museum of Southern Oregon ranks at the very top of my list of things for kids to do in all of Southern Oregon. You can purchase admission for the day or buy one of their membership options. For our family, it breaks down to around $10 monthly for a full price family membership. They also offer scholarships for memberships to those who qualify which make it extremely affordable. They have special programs throughout the week that are included with the membership. They’re open every day but Monday. The outdoor area is open year round except in extreme weather/ smoke / heat. As of Fall 2024, there are currently 3 sections to the museum: inside exhibits, outdoor adventure area, and the annex across the street. I’ll briefly highlight what each section offers. Inside exhibits include: farm to table, kitchen, doctor and dentist office, ambulance, nursery, climbing wall, animal hospital, construction zone, water table, light exhibit, sound exhibit, makery art studio, dance / theatre exhibit, and a separate enclosed play area for kids under 3. Each exhibit offers many open ended play opportunities and has books on each subject. Outdoor adventure area: this exhibit opened in fall 2023. It includes: a large sandy beach play area, a working stream meant for children to play in, a race track with bikes and trikes, a camping area, a musical instrument garden, a large climbing hill with built in Amphitheatre seating, lots of climbing areas, and a large acorn shaped play structure. The annex across the street has a kids culinary studio and a kids pottery studio. You can purchase bisque ware to glaze for an additional fee. There’s so much to do that often we only explore one of the 3 areas for our visit. You can easily spend the entire day there. If you’re moving to southern Oregon, I highly recommend getting a membership and going often. And if you’re visiting the area with your kids, be sure to budget at least a few hours to visit.
The M — Google review
Such a magical place for children of all abilities to come, learn, and be in a safe environment. My kids especially love the dragon with teeth, so at the "dentist office" they can practice brushing its teeth. Just a great place to spend a few hours. PS. Please invite the symphony back. 🙏
L G — Google review
The Children's Museum of Southern Oregon is fantastic! There's fun for all ages starting from crawling babies and up. Each station and activity are thoughtfully designed to teach children about the world, sensory play, arts, STEM and more! There is way more to explore and play with than can be covered in one visit, especially since everything is oriented around open-ended play.
S R — Google review
I absolutely love this Children’s museum indoor and outdoor early childhood environment. Each area set up to engage young children to learn through play . Clean well kept bathrooms . This is fun place to Stay for the day or just go for a few hours. Bring your own lunch & water .

So excited about the new location. It is beautiful 😍 We visited today. My kids are 10, 8, 5 &3. The staff was friendly as always, facility was clean and activities were FUN!!!! We packed a lunch and ate out on the front lawn under the big trees. It was wonderful. My only negative was parking. There is no designated parking lot and all street parking is only 1 or 2 hours.
Jessica C — Google review
This place is INCREDIBLE! Really a must see! There are so many fun things for your child to do, even as a parent we had so much fun! There is a multitude of activities and play for hours of fun. The staff was very attentive and always on the go resetting the areas And cleaning. This was a great experience and we all had so much fun. From playing a dentist to a doctor, EMT with all the works, to a chef or farmer, construction worker, radio host and noise maker to an awesome making place for crafts. There's so much more too. They really took no short cuts with this place!

Pizza restaurant
Kaleidoscope Pizzeria & Pub is a vibrant and spacious restaurant and bar in Medford, known for its Grateful Dead-themed art and lively atmosphere. The locally-owned establishment offers a warm and welcoming setting to enjoy handcrafted, wood-fired pizzas, local craft beers, and casual wines.
Parking lot was packed but there were still tables available and without a wait. The inside has unique decorations and light features. Lots of options on the menu including soups and salads, although they do not offer mini pizzas. We shared a Tablerock pizza and a Wedge salad. Both were delicious. Would come back to try more options.

Superior hospitality. Counted 6 employees who said hello and / or made eye contact and smiled. Friendly bar tender was my server tonight. Had a salad, roasted garlic and the Peter Griffin Pizza. Very tasty and filling. Would definitely dine here with my family or colleagues. Ranch had too much dill for my tastes but good nonetheless. Large restaurant with an even larger parking lot.

All I can say is wow! How come it took us so long to try Kaleidoscope. Absolutely amazing food, the service was the best. The outdoor seating was perfect. We got the Ashland pizza cut in big slices. Oh my!! I got a side of their pesto for my pizza. Really the best pesto ever. Also got this beautiful salad and you can't go wrong with a little dessert. Yum yum yum!! We are going to be back for sure. We got the pulled pork nachos and a calzon for a to go. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic place. The crust tastes like a fresh, soft, saltine! We added green onions to our half and half enchilada and Thai chicken pizza. Totally delicious. And our awesome server, Alicia was right about everything. Our Bloody Mary's, the hummus, the jalapeno poppers, all excellent.

Definitely a Southern Oregon gem! I've been going here for what seems like over 20 years. I don't dine out in the restaurant much anymore ever since they opened the to-go portion, but the last few times the service has been pretty mediocre (to be clear, the to-go service is always great). The restaurant service now seems curt and less than attentive. It's like they are annoyed you've decided to dine in or something. I'm pretty sure I recognize at least one of them from years earlier so it's apparent the owners do not care how their staff interact with people (maybe they are family?). The people who greet you, those at the bar, and the staff that do the take-out if you order before 4pm within the main restaurant have always been great, it's only some of the people waiting tables. Food has always been amazing and 100% consistent. Their salads are legendary and those mozzarella breadsticks are to die for. I wish they could do something about the sound level and add some more dampening. If you go during normal eating hours you will have to yell at the person across the table to carry on a conversation. It has always been this way though ever since they opened.

In town on a work trip and stopped by on a friend's recommendation. Oh my, that pizza is tasty! Pepperoni and mushroom. 10inch perfect size. The sauce is great, high quality ingredients. This visit was worth it. Next time I am in town for a hockey tourney we will be stopping by.

We’ve absolutely love Kaleidoscope Pizzeria since it opened in 2004 and have been loyal customers ever since. The food and staff have always been exceptional — until our visit last night. Our server, Kendall S., was unfortunately the most unfriendly server we’ve ever had there. From the start, she made us feel like an inconvenience. We were seated for about 15 minutes before she even stopped by our table. She barely spoke to us, never asked how our food was, if we needed anything else, or if we’d like another drink. She didn’t smile once, and each time we requested something, it felt as though we were bothering her. We would say thank you and she would say nothing and just walk away. It wasn’t just our table either — we noticed the same behavior with other guests around us. This review is a one-star solely because of the poor service she provided to us and others.

This is my first time coming to this restaurant and they left a great impression on me. My group of people, made reservations and when we arrive reservation time they had everything already, and our hostess was also our server. She was amazing. She took all of her orders, and they get all her drinks over food to us in a timely manner. I ordered the American beauty pizza extra large. The pizza was delicious. It had Italian sausage with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was not super greasy, the pizza was on the thin side of crust, so it was a little hard to eat with your hands but that’s what made the pizza unique. The smell and taste of the crust remind me of different different restaurants mix into one which was good memories If you are ever in town and want to have some pizza, this place is a good place to go to

Jaspers Café, established in 1976, is a charming eatery located in the historic downtown area. This beloved spot offers an extensive menu featuring over 40 gourmet burgers, including options made with exotic meats like bison, elk, and kangaroo.
We love eating here! The food is absolutely amazing for a great price and we have never had a bad experience! The best tater tots I have had in my Life! The waitresses are extremely friendly in a genuine way. I highly recommend the patty melt, the burger they have that topped with an onion, ring, volcano, and elk macaroni and cheese. Highly recommend!!!

My first time and I was so impressed! They had a great variety of burgers, salads, and sandwiches as well as amazing staff! Outdoor seating offers the most seating, and it is kept cool with lots of shade coverings and trees. I will be back!!

Hey guys, I from North Carolina and I have to tell you this was the best burger I have ever had. I ordered the Blue Grit which consisted of bison meat sauteed mushrooms in steak sauce, melted blue cheese and crispy onions . The staff was very friendly and Jaspers' is very clean. So if you are ever in Central Point Oregon you must stop by for a burger!!!! It will not disappoint.

This place definitely lives up to all the accolades it has received. Service was good. The food is outstanding. I had a hotel California with a black bean burger that was full of flavor! We also had a smoky and the bandit which I was told is one of the best tasting burgers! And the fries were just another star of the show. They were freshly made crispy on the outside, hot and wonderful.

Great burgers! They even offer multiple meat options, including kangaroo!! I was a little disappointed in the chili fritos. The chili was cold and layered with cheese that was not melted. Other than that very good! Im looking forward to trying more burgers!

I’ve been to Jasper a few times and usually it’s amazing. I raved about it to my kid so he had to try it when he came here. And it was disappointing to say the least. I paid $75 to have to wait an additional 45 minutes after my order should have been ready listened to the waitress complain about another customer who was not happy with his service only to get home and realize that an item that I had ordered was not in the bag And our greasy burgers Had miniature toppings. My son got the doc holiday Only to get home and the onion ring on top was about the size of a 50 Cent piece. We had to share the one large french fry because they didn’t include the other in my order that I paid for. When getting at Jasper’s after placing the order online. The waitress tried to convince me that I couldn’t order online and didn’t know where my order was. That was after I was ignored for about 10 minutes while she finished up her conversation on the phone and then Continued to complain about said customer in front of other patrons. Very unprofessional and I should’ve known then that I wasn’t going to get good service or that the food was not going to be up to par after waiting around. She finally addressed me again when I showed her the confirmation and receipt on my phone for the order that I placed. Somehow, my order didn’t get printed or prepared and got put behind another order as what she said. She asked me to wait another 15 minutes did not offer me a drink. She did not offer me a discount. I’ve now waited 45 minutes for my food at least. It’s after Closing and she’s trying to close the restaurant around me. My food becomes available and sits on the counter for about five minutes. I am heated at this point when I get home I realize The other nine dollar french fry was not included. I don’t know what is going on there, but it seems like it’s going downhill. Maybe you need some new wait staff. Because the girl with the nose piercing is not customer service oriented, and is very unprofessional. I would never complain about a customer in front of other customers. And their mistake made me have to wait even longer for my food. She could’ve at least offered me something while I waited or because of the inconvenience that they caused me… Very disappointed for the first time I introduced my kid to Jasper’s. That is his impression of this restaurant now and it’s not great….
Kristin H — Google review
The staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Truly the best customer service and the best food I have had in a long time. Rachel went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place. We brought our dog and sat outside. We were able to get him a couple hot dogs to enjoy as well. Come and get yourself a nice meal! You won’t regret it!

If you are in town, definitely give this place a shot. I ate here for breakfast 2 days in a row when I was visiting Medford. They have a wide selection of breakfast items including in-house bakery. Their ingredients are sourced locally and were all super fresh. They are known for their biscuits and they did not disappoint. Coffee was amazing as well. Next time I visit, I will certainly return.

This was a quite a gem of a bakery! The service was wonderful, the decor is charming, it’s much larger inside than it seems from outside, the coffee was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. We were treated to breakfast here by family, but my husband and I will absolutely be back. The espresso pie is heavenly.

Buttercloud Café never disappoints! I tried their Eggs Benedict this time — perfectly poached eggs and fresh greens, topped with creamy hollandaise sauce. The flavors were spot on — rich, buttery, and balanced. The side of fresh orange slices was a nice refreshing touch. We also ordered an omelet with a side biscuit and jam, and it was just as amazing. The omelet was fluffy and flavorful, with melted cheese and diced tomatoes adding a perfect texture. The biscuit was golden, soft, and flaky — easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere!

Overall, pretty good. They don’t employ enough servers to have great service but the ones who were there were hardworking and friendly. I had the Denver omelette which was okay, a little oily and not much ham. The jam and the coffee were excellent.
Sharlene I — Google review
Probably one of the better breakfasts you can get in Medford. The biscuits are really great too. Only downer is the hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict. No lemon, and they used flour so it was more like yellow gravy. The Biscuits and gravy was pretty good. The salmon scramble was probably the best.
Hannah L — Google review
Oh goodness, where to start....this place has good stars from what it used to be and definitely not what it has become. The atmosphere is like a rave, you can't hear anything in this warehouse setup, it's cold and awkward. The brunette with the glasses at the front kept repeating the same sentence over and over to us which was it will be 30 minutes for a seat, do yiu want a seat? I was on a lunch break, just wanted two breakfast biscuits to go so she walks off to come back not once more but 3 more times to say the exact same thing. Started to feel like an episode from the twilight zone. (It's not busy BTW, I managed Kaleidoscope and that place gets actually busy). She finally let's us go order and we pay 24.50 for our two biscuits and I pay cash and tip 3 bucks, we're told 15 minutes. 32 minutes later while sitting right next to the same host we, she asks us that same question 2 times more and another woman walks up stating they are just starting our food and that I need to pick a different item because they're out of an ingredient so I do and it was a dollar less than my previous pick. That's fine in all honesty that they didn't offer the monetary difference in price back in all honesty but as 16 more minutes pass. I'm late to work, I give my job a quick call to apologize and let them know I'm on my way and go to the front again to ask for my cash refund, and they can keep the tip. The inept cashier walks back and 4 people come out, stand in view and huddle talking amongst themselves and nobody comes over again except for...you guessed it, the host with the memory situation to repeat her one sentence to us again....as if she hadn't seen us sitting there the last hour or spoken to us the last 5 times. It was odd. So we just left without any food, without an apology and without our refund. With so many awesome places around I would just skip the weirdness of this one. They just are not ready to open and maybe they should've stayed closed. That's not how community members treat each other. However. Why take the chance on losing the one thing you can't get back which is time and giving your money to people who don't value it or who think it's ok to keep your money without a product or service in exchange. Thieves just don't go far in the valley, we treat each other a little better than that. ❤️
Cherri F — Google review
I have only tried a latte, a chocolate chip cookies and a pecan sticky bun so can't fully review the place yet. What I got was ok. I would never suggest it to someone else really. The sit down breakfast menu looks promising so I can't wait to try that. Overall this place is probably pretty good. I will update later when I try more

We had a delightful experience! Our family want for an early dinner and were seated immediately. Started off with a pretzel with a tasty cheese sauce. Pizza was delicious (crust was more of a baking soda risen vs yeasty), burger was on point (maybe could have been improved if the bun was toasted), chicken on the Caesar salad was super juicy and salads were fresh. The brownie dessert was classic and well done. I had a strawberry basil sour, which was very lemon forward. The beers were great too. I really appreciated the converted space in the historic building. Would recommend and would go again!

Great beer. Good food. Good service. Our first time there and did not realize it is one of them places you gotta scan a code on the table to order food. You can also order at a counter though. Our small group had beer, cocktails, pretzel, sweet potato fries (surprisingly crispy), pizza and sandwich. All pretty good and out pretty fast.

Pretty cool place that is fully sprinkled. We had the cheese curds and pretzel to start. They were both delicious. The cheese curds were crispy but didn't seem over fried. I had the Modern Cowboy with Buffalo. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a good taste. The fries had the perfect crispy outside and soft inside. My wife had the nachos. They were good, but there are better options.

I don’t understand ppl complaining about kids running around…kids are allowed. I go elsewhere when I want just adults but expect it here. Also, if you don’t like QR Codes, go elsewhere instead of complaining. Love the beer, food is great and their seasonal offerings along with hat giveaways are fantastic! Glad they are here and hopeful they stay!

We had the cheese curd appetizer which was yummy. Pizza with basaltic glaze, pears, and award winning Rogue River blue cheese was excellent. Burgers and sweet potato fries were great as well as the dipping sauces. The chicken tacos were really good as well. Food was above and beyond what a typical brewery would offer. Great beer selection too. * edit after my 2nd time i came back 2 years later and I still failed to get a cheese curd pic because they are too good. Everything is good. Pear pizza is amazing and so was the Mac n cheese grilled cheese and sweet potato fries with the aioli. They have local soda pops on tap too!!!

Stopped here on the way down to California! Really cool place and with yummy food. It is typical bar food like pizza, burgers, etc. but it was exactly what we were looking for and it hit the spot! I recommend the Cobb Salad - it was refreshing and filling and came with plenty protein and veggies. It was super hot out but we got to still enjoy the weather under a shaded tent. They have a cool shipping container where they serve beer from. We ordered through a QR code so it was simple and honestly the thing was a breeze. Would come again.

Block burger is excellent. Salmon salad had great salmon. Could have used a little more cheese and kalamata olives. Love the porter. If I ever return I won't tip though. Using QR ordering means they want you to tip upfront before you know if the experience will warrant a generous tip. The food was great the food delivery was fine. However, when food was delivered they never removed a single empty dish or glass. No one ever stopped to check on us. Is this normal for QR service?

Cute little chocolate shop. You can see their facility where they prepare some of their items. Bought a few different kinds, they were tasty! The service was genuine. Located next to a wine tasting spot. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Not a place to bring young children.

After reading the reviews and being told by the employee at The Medford visitor center that this place was amazing with the BEST CHOCOLATE EVER. We had to stop by. I am sad to say this chocolate is good but not the best ever. We spent about $50 and picked out different kinds to try. The chocolate cluster was supposed to be a mix of salty and sweet but it was way salty and bitter instead of sweet. The Most Awesome Chocolate Bar Ever (that's the name) tasted no better then a three musketeers with extra chocolate on the outside. This was the same for the other they were just ok. The chocolate covered pear is something I wish I had not tried. I wanted so badly to love it the way the other reviews did but it is not worth it for the cost in my opinion. I was sad with the amount of money I spent here after tasting the items. The women employee was so nice and sweet but the old man with the beard kept watching me like I was going to take something. He gave off a weird vibe. Not worth the cost. Spent $50 Free parking, they have a good size parking lot.
K M — Google review
When we came in we weren't looking for anything special, the employee was nice and helped us with samples and questions. The dark chocolate is really good and isn't bitter like most. The cocktail truffles are, interesting, and are an aquired taste. We also got the chocolate covered pear and the fruit truffles, she was nice enough to make our own box due to an allergy. We have yet to try those and will update when we do. I'm mostly rating on the experience rather than the chocolates because what I didn't like my husband did and what I did like my husband didn't, so it is all in what you like and don't like.

This place has the best example of top quality chocolate. It would fit into a Parisian street just fine. It's worth visiting Southern Oregon just to drive to this store. Don't skip this one folks, make your wife happy and let your taste buds dance with the tastes of pure love and pleasure.

First you hit the creamery than you get your chocolate on! Lillie Belle is unassuming but the chocolates are outstanding. This is a shop that takes it's craft seriously but life less so. A friendly staff, with a great gift for hospitality. They are willing to talk shop and humbly share their craft. I spent 10+ minutes talking to the chocalateer himself and wouldnt have known. So proud of what they do without being pompous or rude. They are a gem, absolutely worth a stop. Must stop if I say so myself.

Nature all around and the pine cones here are huge....had to bring a few back with me. I was amazed to see what the playground for the children looked like. I wish I got to enjoy this as a child. Definitely a must see location in southern oregon!! Paved road up to the parking lots. Nice parking lots with porta potties. Handicap parking with handicap porta potty as well, including an ADA accessible paved trail and ADA picnic bench that accommodates wheelchairs. Each trail has its own set of views, different types of trails marked well with difficulty ratings. Good trail maps with lots of trash receptacles along the service roads. Many benches with viewpoints, and picnic areas with picnic tables as well. Sights of deer, birds, squirrels, lizards and butterflies when we visited during May. Snakes are present so be cautious in the hotter months! Always bring your own water for a hike, and enjoy!

Rogues games are awesome! They put on a great show and involve the kids soooo much and make them feel special. A great family atmosphere for a crazy deal. Very clean, great drinks and food! Go Rogues!

The Medford Rogues put on a great show. The games are very fun and entertaining and you get a beautiful sunset most nights. Free parking and $10 tickets, free GA seating on Sundays. You can't beat free. Happy hour beers for $5 and the food options are reasonably priced too.

Very friendly people on the staff. Plenty of parking. Easy to get around. Very clean and well lit. Bleachers are metal, clean, and reasonably comfortable. Good views of the field from all seats. The stadium is small enough that no seats are very far away from the field.

Park
Fichtner-Mainwaring Park is a 31-acre site offering various recreational activities. It features pathways, playgrounds, and courts for tennis, volleyball, and basketball. The park also includes a seasonal splash pad for visitors to enjoy. With well-lit tennis and volleyball courts, it's an ideal spot for evening activities. Additionally, the park provides picnic areas and restroom facilities. Visitors can also make use of the soccer fields and shaded areas within the park.
Great park with lots to do. Basketball hoops, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and slack line area. There's a playground that includes an all abilities play structure and two great running/walking path that is .75 and .83 miles with benches all along the way.. They also have several covered picnic areas for small and large parties. A beautiful park that we are so happy to have in Medford.
What O — Google review
I absolutely love this park. There are so many options and spaces that are for different activities with disability accessible facilities, wide pathways, large picnic areas, and playgrounds, which i think is super fantastic. The playground features a special soft but firm sponge like flooring in the specially designed wheelchair accessible portion of the playground. They have really made an effort to make this park accessible to all children. Children who are not necessarily mobility challenged but who may fall on spectrum seem to really enjoy the spinning apple and texture of the playmat flooring. (I've met several Spectrum parents sharing with their children the space as i am sharing with mine. The journeys and adventures they go on at this park are truly special. Main playground features several slides and various vertical bars/monkey bar style sections with platforms. There is a Free Book donation stand but it rarely has books. I try and bring some books to share when I can. The picnic seating area is well sized and I've frequently seen large events celebrated here. There are also parl specific community events like Easter egg hunts that are wonderful to participate in.

Great park to take your kids or grandchildren to. The annual Father's Day car shows have some great hot rods. Volleyball courts (sand), playground areas for the little ones, and a few soccer fields
Gilbert R — Google review
We love the path everyone's we come. My kids and my sister's kids loved the splash pad and okay ground. It's like a blast to the past for us as the park was named after our great great grandpa, it just makes for a very cool family history lesson for the kids and ourselves. The park was clean and very family friendly. There were a few homeless guys but they never bothered us or anyone. I would recommend you go to this park if your looking for good family friendly things to do.
Alex F — Google review
We were there for a soccer tournament, so we didn't get to enjoy the park area, but it looked like all the kids that were there were enjoying themselves. The fields were nice for soccer. The only problem was the parking. I'm sure on a normal day there is plenty of parking though
M L — Google review
Nice place to have a picnic or throw a birthday party for the kiddos. They even have a small water park, 3 volleyball courts, 5 tennis courts and it's a very Shady place to be, but in a great way..... 👍🏻 lolhaha. Ohh 1 more thing the tennis and volleyball court's are well lit up at night I'll try to get a few pics and show you what that looks like they do have restrooms it says they close at 10:00 p.m. I've seen them close as early as 8:00 p.m.
Joey S — Google review
It is a beautiful park with a splash pad for the hot summer days. There's a play area for big kids and the little ones too. My toddler had a blast and we can't wait to come back. Seems like a safe, family friendly park for everyone. Plenty of parking and bathrooms near by.

Very nice park. We did find a syringe. However, good venue for a car show or for the little ones to enjoy the splash pad.

Love this place! Note to Self: go early before it gets hot & there’s no place to park. LOL Met so many amazing people & learned lots of new things. Two hours isn’t nearly enough time. Is there a vendor map? 🗺 We just left, but I already can’t wait to go back. 🫶🏻

Wonderful place to get fresh vegetables, fish, and mushrooms!! I love going with my partner and getting some food to eat in the park. The last few times, I haven't seen my favorite pastry vendor. I hope he comes back! You should definitely check it out.

Great growers market we have here in Medford. I spent my lunch browsing around. Nice selection of different homemade goods & fresh veggies. I did find a great lunch while waking around as well. The Allium wood fired pizza was incredible!

"Word On The Street" Food Truck, with its owner and chef, are nothing less than an eclectically-magical experience. His tacos are made with style, grit and heart. From the spices in his culinary delights, to his beautifully-tastful arrangements on a recycle friendly plate - I felt like I was eating at 4 star pop-up restaurant. Bring cash when you enter his mermaid muraled mobile kitchen, as he will hold you accountable in your lack of education on owner costs for using a credit/debit card. Don't worry - I personally found his authenticity and teachings highly effective, professional and useful. Best, ~LaVizsia

Great variety of vendors! They have several food trucks, vegetable/cut flower/plant farm stands, local bakeries, artisans, live music, locally roasted (amazing coffee), and a really wholesome community. Several vendors donate to local charities, and they work hard to support each other when they can. Check out their website to see a full list of the days and locations they are open each week and bring cash so you can support our local businesses.

The RRRink is a popular destination in Oregon, known for its rapidly growing youth hockey program and as the headquarters of the Southern Oregon Figure Skating Club. Visitors have enjoyed hosting birthday parties at the facility, which offers ample seating near the rink and cozy indoor spaces for snacks. The staff are described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a great atmosphere for cosmic skating or other activities.
My girls love skating. Hockey and figure skating. It is a great spot to beat the heat and have some family fun. You can watch a game or the skaters from the side or get out on the ice during an open skate. My daughter's love the Cosmic skates they doo there too.
Dan B — Google review
Not much for close parking on game nights but not too far a walk either. The place is kind of small but for an ice rink had all the concessions necessary. The staff was nice and the game was great. Could have done with some more seating but the general admission area was fairly uncrowded. The patrons were friendly and the place was clean. For one of the smaller rinks I've been to it was an overall pleasant experience. 9/10
Chadd F — Google review
Friendly staff, nice rink. These folks bend over backwards to make classes fun, and lend equipment so the kids can learn.
Georgie B — Google review
Drove all the way from where Wilderville Oregon is, with my kids and there 92 yr old great grandma, got there and a girl said open skate started a half hour from then. We went to subway which was in the same parking lot And got a quick bite to eat. Went back in there paid for the kids to skate then went over and traded their shoes for skates not them all laced up and ready to go. This was our first time there. We went to get on the ice and grabbed a push cart thing, and this little girl says those are ours. A man said you can rent them right over there so we walked back to where we got the skates. They had a stack of them but informed us they are sold out. They said they only have 17 available and that those ones stacked up were for ticket holders.?? I explained my kids have never been there and would have to have one. They didn’t bother to apologize they just started at me. I asked for refund and they did ablige. The looks on my kids faces, I felt so sad and mad all at once. This was a terrible experience and the “kids” they have working there had no compassion or empathy what so ever. Not even an apology. They must be on a really tight budget to only have 17 push carts which clearly isn’t enough. Not only did it break my kids hearts but what a waste of time and gas.
Michelle C — Google review
Food offered during games is standard hotdogs and burgers that are pretty good, the prices are excellent. Also have hot chocolate and coffee if you're cold, be sure to bring layers. (For hockey games) Inside the rink in the seating area it can get pretty packed, more so lately - the only downside is that it doesn't seem like there is much cleanup between games as the seating area had some leftover trash from a previous game.
Dashton P — Google review
This a pretty cool place to go skate. It's a little crowded but, most ice rinks are. The prices are definitely worth going at least once in a while. The only complaint is that I wish they would bring the zamboni out more often to freshen up the ice.
Beans A — Google review
The building itself seems like it could use some maintenance but the staff is incredible, the prices are fair, the classes are amazing, and I love what they offer the community. Great place to get some exercise on a smokey day and we recently had a kids birthday party here on cosmic night and everyone had a blast.
K A — Google review
I haven't been ice skating in YEARS!! While the rink is a little old, it's still a ton of fun!! Not too crowded, so you had plenty of space to get a feel first, and the staff was super friendly!!

Park
Oregon Hills Park is an environmentally conscious and sustainable park situated in a peaceful residential area. It prioritizes sustainability by incorporating solar power and native plants, which effectively control stormwater runoff. This community park offers a range of amenities for visitors to enjoy, such as a sandy area, water spouts, a climbing rock, and a covered picnic spot. The park's water features are particularly impressive with a creek-like design that leads into the sand-filled play area.
Great little park. There’s a splash area for kids that is available from late Spring (around Memorial Day weekend) to late summer. You need to push a button on the outside of the restroom wall to activate the water. This park does not have a traditional playground (swings, slide) but offers a large sand pit, climbing rock, cute tunnel and a big grassy area. The plants and landscaping are nice; there’s a park sign touting that it’s been planted for a monarch way-station. Visitors will find a small cement trail that can be followed from the play area up a small hill to a unique, shady gazebo with benches. At the base of the park is a court for basketball or tennis, as well as a covered area with picnic tables. The park is dog friendly. No tobacco or smoke allowed.
Deanna — Google review
A creative beach themed park with a skinny man made moat that water flows down that the kids can play in. Watch your little little ones because there's a steep drop on one side. Super tall two shower head water falls. The button is on the restroom wall. Such a fun place to play with your gremlins. 😜
Pepper K — Google review
So I really liked this park. The water features, sandbox and creek type running into the sand was amazing. Also a really cool rock wall that's really a rock block to climb. Its only four stars because that's all it has for kids. There is no playground. So as a summer time park I highly recommend. But the rest of the year it looks like a great dog park with a really cool walking trail.
Matt A — Google review
Fun place for toddlers. Wish the water would stay on longer. Stinky dirty bathrooms, but what can you expect at a kids water and sand park...
Juliana L — Google review
Overall nice park. No big play structures but the sand and water kept my kiddos entertained for hours. We saw deer and other animals which was also fun. Bathrooms close earlier than sundown something to keep in mind if you are there during the summer.

This place was absolutely incredible. Best smoothies ever and I’ve spent all week trying to recreate the pumpkin smoothie bowl. I think the magic ingredient is carrot juice?? Anyways absolutely fantastic and I’d literally drive through Medford again just to go here.
Heidi M — Google review
You know I had a positive review on here before but the last three times that I've come in the girls are very snooty, they act like they are way too important to help you and they act like they're better than you. I come in every single day that you are open to get my juice shot, well not anymore and sometimes I'll get a bowl. I told myself I would not change my original review unless it continued and it has so you lost business from at least two dozen people who I recommended to come there who have experienced the same thing. Not counting who sees this review.

The most amazing smoothie bowls that I've ever had, especially their seasonal offerings. The smoothies are full of fruit with a creamy consistency instead of watered down. Hungry? Order their yummy avocado toast with Truffle salt. So good!

If you're looking for a delightful evening out, the Medford Rogues Baseball Club at Harry & David Field is the perfect destination. This collegiate summer league team showcases talented NCAA players from across the nation during their season from May to August. The atmosphere is vibrant and family-friendly, featuring exciting theme nights that include giveaways, concerts, and even fireworks! Fans can enjoy various entertaining events between innings—think kids racing against Rowdy the mascot or lively beer chugging contests.
Had a great time here. Took the kids for cowboy night. They had a concert after the game. Great entertainment between innings for the kids. Staff EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
Cayson T — Google review
The staff were all very friendly and polite. There were little events between each inning, and the Rogues played well. The first base side can get a bit bright with the sun setting. The bleacher on the 3rd base side will be where I plan to sit next time. Food and alcohol prices can add up pretty fast.
Chris T — Google review
Your fireworks are lame. Built a new house in east Medford. Lived here for all my life. Your fireworks scare the crap out of our rescue dogs. The 4 of July ok but every Friday prior to the fourth of July is not appreciated. Give us a break. We pay a lot of taxes to live here. Scaring rescue animals so you guys can draw more people to make more money is very selfish.

The peak provides unparalleled views of the Rogue Valley and is considered a crown jewel of the area. With various hiking routes catering to different preferences and time constraints, visitors can enjoy breathtaking vistas of the city. While some trails may pose challenges such as inclines or muddy terrain, the overall experience is worth it for nature enthusiasts.
Very beautiful hike, well kept trails
Elizabeth W — Google review
Great views and many trails to hike. Bring a day pack with water, snacks and a fully charged cell phone. I wish people would stop littering and carving their names into the nice madrone trees. I had a nice view of Mt. McLoughlin facing northeast.
K — Google review
Offers breathtaking views of the city! There are many different hiking routes and places to begin, depending on how much time you have and hiking preferences. Some of the routes are more challenging than others. The main route that most people do is fairly short and not too strenuous. There is an incline near the top. Definitely worth it! The gates close at 1700 so if you go there to do a sunset hike, make sure that you take the time into consideration. Very busy during mornings and evenings.
Alexis B — Google review
Great overlook points to see the valley, plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and more.

“Greenhorn Trail and Roxy Ann Peak East Loop Trail.” 5 mile loop with 1,100 feet of gain. The ascend was great; no mud! The descent sucked; lots of mud. Lots and lots of mud.

Amazing views of north & south Medford. But the best of all are the views to the west of Rogue Valley and the east side of the mtn, the valley toward Klamath Falls. Mt. McLoughlin looks up close and personal from the east. All this as you hike around the mountain. A little non natural surprise at the top are multiple cell towers. Take a lunch and ignore them. The hike is wonderful.
