Cute little place. When u enter - it doesn’t look like much, but it goes in and on and leads to a cute little garden, where u can sit outside. They also have swings as seats available. The menu is small but versatile, with vegetarian options as well. Food is decent 4.5 with some options better than others. Zucchini fritters were really good. Excellent staff, really friendly, Food is outstanding, wife had eggy crumpets with avocado and bacon on top, absolutely “bostin” (look it up) she said. I had a bacon and sausage bap, both were excellent quality, the brioche bun didn’t work for me, breaks up to easy but by no means bad just my preference. Excellent back yard

LOVE this place. Always pop in after getting off the train as the station is only a few doors down. The staff are lovely and always welcome you with a smile. After frequenting for the past 3 years I only discovered they had a little back garden this summer😯it's a little hidden gem and you'd never guess you were in the middle of the city as it's so tranquil barring the odd siren going past! I've only ever sampled the coffee which is top notch(I also work in a coffee shop so appreciate good beans!🙂)I haven't sampled the food yet but always looks good when it passes by so it's on the agenda. Definatly worth a visit.

The perfect Sunday morning brunch. Wow, it was delicious 😋 we sat in the garden and prepared for a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and professional and the food is just amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and making our visit to Worcester so wonderful

Outstanding coffee and the loveliest staff. The hot food is really good and there is always a great spread of cakes (the matcha white choc cookies are incredible). Good place for study or meeting a friend.

Disappointed by the Decline – Not What It Used to Be I first visited Cafe Afloat back in 2018 when it was owned by Dave, and I still remember what a lovely experience it was — friendly service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, my visit today with my family was a far cry from what I remembered. To begin with, several items on the menu were unavailable. After settling on an alternative, we were surprised to be handed our sandwiches loosely wrapped in tin foil — no plates, no labels, nothing to indicate which was which. It felt more like a rushed takeaway than a café trying to offer a sit-down meal. It’s unclear how customers are expected to enjoy their food directly from foil without even basic presentation. The cappuccino was disappointing as well — milky and weak, lacking any real coffee flavour. The bread used in the sandwiches was of noticeably low quality. To make matters worse, the tables and chairs were dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. It’s a real shame to see how far this place has declined. What was once a charming spot on the water has lost its touch. Sadly, I won’t be in a hurry to return.

Nice setting but just been charged £8.10 for the blandest cheese and onion sandwich on the most bog standard white bread and a canned drink. The cheese was grated and had absolutely no flavour. Really poor food quality.

I live very near and I haven't had a sandwich for about 12 months. I ordered a bacon and mushroom yesterday after the dogs and I had a long walk so I was quite hungry. Well, I was so disappointed 😞 it was nothing like it used to be! The bread was thin, barely any bacon and the mushrooms which cost an extra £1 was almost non existant. I should of complained there and then! Hence why I'm leaving this review...something I've never done in life. £6.30 was not cheap and feel I was literally ripped off. The one star is for the very nice gentleman working at the till!

A lovely cafe in a beautiful location. The staff are fun and friendly and the service was very good. There are hot drinks, cake and simple snack food available which smelled great. The location is great for a walk along the river or canal and there were plenty of dog walkers around. The cafe gave us a key to access the toilets next to the dock so there are facilities available. The dock car park is similar cost to any in Worcester but there is free parking in the local streets (if you can find a space) for a maximum of 2 hours. Definitely worth a visit if you are local or visiting and fancy a walk with a coffee/cake stop. We'll be going back. 👍

A great experience for little ones. There's room on board and under cover for three tables each seating 3 to 4 people. Which is honestly just right, on sunny days most people take advantage of the ample outside seating, so if you have a toddler in the cabin area is safe and something different for them. They'll enjoy peeping out the windows at the boats during their meal. Very child friendly, there are toys in the cabin eating area for tiny toddlers. Its a family business and its very friendly. The sausages are not bland cheap super market also rans, they're lovely seasoned proper sausages. We're going back there again for sure.

Friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. Puts on a number of themes and entertainment from BBQ/ Pizza Oven & live entertainment. Great added value as prices have to go up across the board for businesses!

31/7/21 + 01/8/21: Finally managed to bring the other half out to play and we've had your absolutely delicious Bacon+Sausage on brown with BBQ sauce and Bacon+Mushrooms on white sandwiches, wow best bacon sandwiches ever!!! Oh, the chips were spectacularly delicious too. The rumours that you did such delicious breakfast, sandwiches, coffee, cakes, icecream and all the rest of your food selection was absolutely true 👍👏👏. Big Thanks Dave to you and your very friendly and welcoming staff for such a great café and being on a canal boat at Diglis Basin is something else and very special. Glad to see you busy with people who really appreciate something special such as your Café Afloat... Special thanks to Conor and Lewis for your friendly service and cheerful demeanor, you are both stars 👍👊. Hopefully see you again soon on our way past Diglis Basin to Stourport. I've heard it on the grapevine that their Bacon butties are delicious and the best around the Diglis Basin area...! Bothy partner and I had eggs bobbles and they were nice. Deducted one star for the drinks we ordered which were chocolate milkshake and iced Americano which was quite diluted. If you’re looking for a nice friendly place for breakfast, this might be good but not like it’s a must.

Lovely café, friendly service, worth the price, good size portion and quality ingredients. Only fault was the coffee water temperature was teeny too high which burnt the coffee slightly, only slightly.

I had breakfast and my poached eggs were over done. They weren't runny and sourdough was very dry but it is a very welcoming place. Service was good. Polite staff.

A 5 star special hidden gem worth your time with amazing service. We visited on the way to Wales and loved this place. It is little hidden which adds to its charm and a beautiful decor. The greenery is calming with a contrasting decor of planes (hence hangar). The menu is diverse with a Turkish colouring (great as some items halal) and the desserts /cakes look amazing. Service was rapid with water available on tap. The staff were so friendly and helpful with the chef also coming out to explain the menu (it was quiet). We had the sucuk plate the kofte kebab, the hangar panini and a kids jacket potato meal. The sucuk plate was massive with over 20 pieces and 2 pita. The vegetable dip was delectable and gazing. We couldn't finish it. The kofte kebab was equally well portioned and tasty. The chef mentioned he made it spicier (hence freshly made!) and it was, but still yummy. The hangar panini was sucuk sausage with lots of cheese.. It was a smaller looking portion but very filling and tasty. The kids meal was so worth it. My daughter had jacket potato and cheese and beans. Pom bear pack and a fruit shoot. Finished off with a fresh warm pain au chocolate (chocolate brioche). She loved it (so did my son lol). Toielts were clean and will equipped both for disabled, parents and very clean. The staff also gave our kids a lovely gift of model planes to make. A nice generous touch. Parking at the nearby corkport parking area at £1.70 roughly and hour. I really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it. We are definitely coming back on our return journey and you should make it part of your itinerary.

What a wonderfully friendly experience with fantastic food. Beautiful inside and outside atmosphere! We found this family owned hidden gem during our a short stop over in Worcester while we were looking for a good coffee . The quality of the coffee and the excellent hospitality of the owners made us to return back in a few hours and try their impressive Persian dishes. Everything was superb! Will definitely come back here the next time we pass through Worcester!

Nice independent café with a nice range of different food on offer. Friendly staff who worked well. All we had was very good.

I have to say I do enjoy coming into this café. I do find that the food is really good and I really like the cake. They also do quite a large chocolate milkshake which is good. It’s one of those hidden places in Worcester that I think more people should know about. I hope it’s here for years to come. !!!! It’s the best place in town for value for money !!!!

Love coming to Worcester for the day and can never find a nice place to eat. Found this cafe today and absolutely love it 100% recommend. I had lamb kofta kebab wraps with side salad, my partner had a tuna and sweetcorn sandwich and enjoyed it. We both also shared a plate of chips which had tiny bits of cheese on top was absolutely lovely. I had a lovely freshly made milkshake which I really enjoyed. My partner had a cup of tea and said was the best he had ever tasted staff are so kind. Definitely come back again.

Food was nice and staff is friendly. The admosphere was a little awkward when ordering as some of the staff was standing around and staring but that's okay. Would go here again. We had the mozarella and cheddar tosties and a chai latte and a orange hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was spilled a bit when arriving so the glass was very sticky but things happen.

I love this place. This is authentic SA food. Coffee is delicious. Atmosphere fun, relaxing and casual. Owner operated so you’re not getting a corporate style environment here it’s the real deal.

The last time I was in this building it was a pub! Now a quirky cafe with excellent coffee and a rather tasty build it yourself wrap. Nice feel to the place and certainly worth a return visit.

A lovely and interesting place with Colombian food and coffee (although not being a coffee-lover I had English breakfast tea, though others are available.

Absolutely stunning interior! The decorations are so nice and the toilets were funky! The food came quick and was very nice, we had the Veggie Plantain and Veggie Arepas. The coffee was extremely nice I would recommend the “strong not bitter”. Staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

This place is odd but in a good way. If you are looking for great coffee but fed up with the chains and your normal independent coffee shops, this will provide some different. The coffee is great but there are columbian oddities like Colombian Farmer. The cakes are tasty home baked (I suspect), warmed and so much better than the standard fayre. If you like cinnamon, plenty of great options. They also serve a range of Columbian snacks/small meals we didn't try these this time. Come with an open mind you see if it suits your style, on taste it's a clear winner. We are intending to return to discover more.

This place was awesome! We wanted somewhere to eat before we headed to the cricket. Lovely warm welcome. Had a coffee which was incredibly good and pastries which I can't put into words how good they were. I will be dreaming about that almond croissant for days to come

A truly excellent tea shop which serves delicious cream teas, cakes, sandwiches and teapot gins! Staff are delightful and the proprietor has really put her heart and creativity into it with lovely porcelain and decor. A first class place to recover after visiting the Cathedral.

When my sister said she wanted a baby shower for a few friends at a cute venue with good food, I knew the best place to go in Worcester would be G&Tea! Laura was so helpful from my initial enquiry through booking and confirmation and on the day itself Emma was a star. We were able to put up a few decorations and put our own spin on things, which was so kind of them and helped make everything feel really special for my sister. We all ordered different food (sandwiches/afternoon tea) however everything was freshly made and completely delicious (we were given doggy bags to take leftovers home with!). Thank you G&Tea for such a great experience!

Fabulous afternoon tea. The scones were lovely and hot and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. On leaving they let my daughter chance her luck on a lucky dip prize draw - and she won a cup! Highly recommend and will definitely go again

This is a little gem of a place. My friend and I went here for lunch and the food it just amazing. I had a scone and it was big and warm and so tasty! It's one of the best scones I've had. My friend had the afternoon tea, it had cute little sandwiches of different fillings and fresh home made cake and of course a scone! She also had a gin cocktail that came in a chilled teapot with a tea cup and saucer. We sat upstairs and it's like going back in time to your grandparents house. It's full of old style furnature and cute little nick nacks. The staff are super friendly and chatty and they really have made the most of the space they have. When I was there they said they allow dogs in the downstairs seating area which is always a bonus for me. I really would recommend trying this place if you haven't done so already. I am really looking forward to going back again.

Brie and Chill Jam Toasty was 10/10 😍 I had a really *HOT* creamy hot chocolate, just the way I like it ☕️ 🥪 The 2 women serving were really lovely, kind, and super efficient with our order. When we went, there were 6 others in the Viaduct, so we sat outside in the sun facing the river ☀️ It would be a perfect stop for anyone walking around the river or stopping off at the race course or boat house. I'll 💯% be going again now I know it's there 😁

Visited here many times over the last year or two. Meet my son here to collect his dog,travelling from Hereford/Nottingham. Staff extremely happy and helpful. Excellent snacks and coffee. Was passing by here at lunch time & thought we’d pop in for gyros. Have dined here many times however Food was ruined by eggshell pieces! I understand mistakes can happen but it’s how you sort out the issue. Had this been corrected on the day, I wouldn’t be posting this but I believe I should have been offered a refund for this dish by staff.

Easy to book a table, v busy staff but they worked v hard and were v attentive despite being so busy. We sat upstairs next to the smallest commercial kitchen I've seen outside of Greece (I'm a chef and former catering manager) : food was excellent

The food here is beautiful I cannot complain although I got 2 gyros 2 smoothies and a ham and cheese sandwich which cost just under £50 which I do think is a bit steep especially for lunch. The staff were all lovely and friendly.

We visited for breakfast with a large group of friends, without a booking, and were very impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. Despite the short notice, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable; the staff kindly cleared a space upstairs for us to make sure we were all sat together. The food was delicious, with a good amount of vegetarian options. The coffee was also excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxed experience.

My blood sugar was low so I ordered coffee and walnut cake. The menu indicated it would be served with ice cream, a rare treat for yours truly. Alas, the cake was on its lonesome when delivered. I questioned the lack of frozen yuminess but did not receive an acceptable answer. The coffee was okay, came with a standard type swirly, nothing to write home about. The owner was a decent sort of geezer, he meant well but failed to reach the high standards that other similar establishments offer. Not my cup of tea, or coffee, as the case may be but you don't have to take my word for it. Gi'it a go and draw your own conclusions.

It is a good place to have breakfast with a variety of dishes, good service and plates with just the right amount of food according to the price you pay. It was nice to be seated near the window. Situated in the town centre with lots of ambient. Recommended this little restaurant that make you feel at home.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Inside this cafe is very cosy and the interior is nice with all the pictures on the walls. We enjoyed our breakfast for sure, only our lattes tasted more like an ordinary coffee, we expected them to be more milky and smooth.

Popped in for something to eat whilst waiting for a train. Service was pleasant, the inside was laid out appropriately to accommodate a good number of customers. Price point was fair for what I had and matched the menu options. I had a burger and chips with a coffee. Lots of competition locally, haven't many others but this place invited me in when passing. Worth a visit.

We hosted our wedding reception at Fred's and quite honestly the whole team could not have done enough for us. That's a phrase that gets overused, but in this case it really was true. Fred's were incredibly flexible in making sure the space was just how we wanted it (and gave us some great suggestions and ideas), allowing us to decorate how we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed in terms of music, speakers, lights, etc. The food they provided was beautifully prepared, delicious and presented wonderfully. They catered for some of our guests with requirements ranging from vegan to Coeliac disease without a moment's hesitation. We had around 50 people celebrating with us and it was just perfect from start to finish. I can honestly say that "Fred's" became an integral part of our planning and the wedding as a whole. We stayed upstairs in the hotel rooms (Upstairs at 33) and these were also a wonderful experience and a great place to get ready (and collapse afterwards!!) As well as being the perfect venue for any celebration, they're also a top-notch cafe as well (with probably one of the nicest espresso in Worcester!)

Popped in for a coffee with my partner and two young children. Whilst there my eyes were captured by a Samosa whilst my partner had a sandwich and child had a cake. The coffee was very pleasant and the food was of good quality. The staff were friendly and approachable and the premises was clean and tidy and was a nice chilled out atmosphere with the addition of aircon.

Absolutely shocking service. Was part of a private party here, and they cleared a full bottle of ale but didn’t own up to it. Gone are the days of customers come first. There is no professionalism at all. I was having my meal outside and the bar staff came to me, grabbed my napkin from the table to pick up something from the floor. So weird. Next morning we waited ages for our drinks to arrive, and service was just rank. We stayed the night here, the rooms were good. But I wouldn’t stay again just because of the bad service. Don’t bother wasting your money here

Had a really nice brownie and an OK coffee here. I've been buying their coffee beans for years, and they have some really superb coffee. So I expected to get a good cappuccino, but was a bit disappointed. A bit of a background burnt/bitter taste (not the natural coffee bitterness) took the edge off my enjoyment. I will go back another time to try their very tempting sounding toasties, and give them another chance with a coffee. (I will continue to buy their excellent beans!)

Great place to grab a coffee. This coffee shop is situated under the arches not far from the hive. Service is great with friendly staff with no waiting time. They serve water with there coffee with is great. Nice outdoor seating which is great. This is a dog friendly cafe. Nice selection of cakes and pasties eat in or take away. This is a great coffee shop. Dog friendly to boot. Excellent coffee, great food on offer as well, small setting, but that just adds to the atmosphere of being in the bridge arch with the roastery at the back. There is seating outside which I imagine in the warmer months is delightful. We drove over an hour to visit and it was worth it. Parking is difficult nearby but if you're lucky there spots on the road.

Have been in once and ordered their beans for home use a few times now. Great independent and nice to support local. Lovely vibe in the shop too and chance to try the latest blends. Will try to visit more often.

The coffee is without question fantastic here. The service however (although not terrible), is not great. Every time I go in (which is a lot) the staff come across very miserable, which in my opinion takes away from what would otherwise be a great atmosphere. Also, go to a place with miserable staff enough times… and it kind of makes you not want to go back.

Some of the best espresso I've ever had, and the only place I had Pasteis de Nata as good as back home in Portugal. Truly recommend! Only wish it would ship coffee for outside the UK...

What a fabulous new addition to Worcester! I've visited twice so far and I love it! The decor is beautiful and the food delicious with a great menu for breakfast and lunch, even a yummy selection of cake, pastries, salads and sandwiches. Dog friendly too which is a huge bonus. 100% recommend.

This was very close to our holiday let so we decided to give it a try for breakfast. The first day we arrived in time for their £10 offer which is fantastic value for money. I had the Bacon French Toast and it was everything I would have expected. Plus probably some of the best coffee I have had for a while. The rest of my family also enjoyed their food. Staff were friendly and the service was good. Second day I went back a little later and ordered mushrooms on toast, more great coffee and thoroughly enjoyed both. Great pity I am not in Worcester for longer otherwise this would become a regular haunt I think.

I went in this morning for a quick breakfast on my travels to work and the atmosphere was so lovely! Very spacious and the food was amazing! I had fried eggs on toast (knowing that eggs can be tricky, they were perfect). Staff were so welcoming and friendly! Definitely will be going back again!!

Beautiful Spot, Amazing Design and Decor ! I got a breakfast bap and an Iced Coffe. My partner got a Brie and Ham focaccia. Absolutely delicious and highly recommend it. The service doesn't go unnoticed, it was exceptional. you can see how much love and care has been put into this JNCTN. We will be visiting more often for sure ! A+ 10/10 , highly recommended.

Great little coffee shop with good quality and tasty coffee at a very reasonable price. I love the eclectic mix of décor. There are very few places with a mix of Lego, trolls and artwork that can be purchased. It was quiet during the day and was served super quick! If you're looking for something a bit different to the big brands in city centre definitely worth a visit!

Best and quirkiest coffee shop in the country. Particularly like the little brown Gail Platt sellotaped to the wall. Much better than the shelf where she used to live. Great job all at Coffee 45. Also the selection available isn't overly riddled with unnecessary options like most places.

Such a nice relaxing atmosphere here, service is second to none and the prices are excellent. I'm so sick of paying through the nose for a decent cuppa and slice of cake. At Coffee 45 I can have a freshly made baguette or pannini and a slice of cake for what I pay elsewhere. 10/10 Coffee 45 I love being able to have my cake and eat it. 😻

Coffee 45 is a small family run coffee shop located down the Tything in Worcester. We went in because it looked interesting and warm one day and the amazingly friendly staff along with the very fairly priced drinks and scrummy food has had us coming back week after week! It's a little bit out of the town centre but in my opinion it's well worth the extra walk just to get that better quality! Go say hi to George too ;)

Absolutely love this place. The staff are genuinely friendly and lovely. Always feel welcomed here, from pregnancy to turning up with the little man. :) The food is great too, love a good grilled cheese. So many to chose from.

Always a lovely experience when visiting the Worcester Boston Tea Party. On this occasion I was served by the lovely Katy who made me feel welcome and at ease from the start. I ordered online and the food came quickly and Katy didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed anything extra. I love that there is always a good selection of Vegan fayre and the portion sizes are spot on. First time at Boston tea party in In Worcester. We had the Biscoff milkshake, which was beautiful tasted lovely. The pancakes with blackberry compote and syrup And the breakfast the home-made hashbrowns were absolutely lovely.

First time visiting today and we will definitely be back! Lots of homemade options on the menu which I always love to see. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the start and the service was very fast. We sat on one of the tables outside and I had the homemade lemonade and my partner a juice. Both great. For food I had the eggs Benedict with avocado which was absolutely delicious, the meat was really good quality and the eggs were cooked perfectly. One of the best I've ever had (and I've tried a lot)! My partner had the large full English with the homemade hash browns. Everything was perfect and they had even buttered the toast for him! I'm just sad we've lived in Worcester for this long and never been... We will definitely be back soon. Thank you 😍

Coffee is always excellent even during peak hours but the food is a let down. Twice I have been served a normal sausage when I wanted a veggie one. I didn’t complain today as I know it was extremely busy but I won’t be returning again which is a shame as I use to come weekly.

Excellent food. Staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to chat with customers. Manageress offered free drink to all tables to an unexpected incident, but this was handled brilliantly. Would highly recommend a visit.

Pricey but worth it. Very elegant menu/ building/ decor/ staff. Of the order £6-11 for breakfast. Coffee quality very good, advertises a number of high end ingredients or items such as a series of single region hot chocolates. Staff extremely polite and well to do. Expect a higher bill, but epect to enjoy!

Wonderful array of cakes and a huge selection of tea. The specialist hot chocolate is gorgeous too. Customer service is friendly and personal. Always made to feel welcome and at home. Good free WiFi too, staff were happy for me to work in here and even offered to top my pot of tea up for free.

At first I thought the place had affordable meals but my eyes opened when I saw the menu. The food are a little bit pricey though it's really delicious. This is a rare find, totally different from the typical cafes.

My lunch today cost over £14 for a Stilton, walnut and red onion marmalade tart with salad and a ginger beer. There was no red onion marmalade in the tart. As ever it was tasty and fresh..... but I feel overpriced!

Good food, had Eggs royale two days in a row and eggs were cooked perfectly with no slime. 10/10 Hot chocolates with a wide range.

We had amazing food here, the soup of the day was lovely, the chicken dumplings were very flavourful and the salmon salad was gorgeous. The servings were good for the price and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed with good music. Love the interior decorations and the service was amazing, the guy working at the bar was kind and polite. Would recommend!

Highly suggest this restaurant: I've been here a few times now and the food on every occasion has been really tasty. I'll definitely be returning in the future. I could not fault the staff or the quickness of service. Even being as busy as it was, we almost assumed they wouldn’t have any remaining seating when we arrived (as we didn’t book), don’t let this put you off. They have an entire floor of seating downstairs too!

Large group of us for brunch and they were happy to reserve a table for us. Food was excellent and large choice for all diets. Full English was as described and certainly made me full! Stopped here on a day trip to Worcester - brilliant service and food. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend for brunch/lunch if passing through. Also do a 10/10 espresso martini!

We just stopped in here for a quick drink and bite to eat. Staff seemed nice and pleasant. Dogs allowed inside - seating areas in and out. Looks like it could get busy in the summer when the kids are off school, it was busy enough when we were there mid afternoon. Nice menu if a little limited, some gluten free options available.

The worst cheese and ham toastie I've ever had the displeasure to let pass my lips. Absolutely rock hard due to it's 5 minute visit to the microwave beforehand. Avoid like the plaque. Service wasnt any better they actually managed to get our order wrong aswell, along with most other orders. Note to self next time to the Worcester woods country park, bring a picnic 😳

Lovely food with a good selection for vegetarians. Dog friendly both inside and outside the cafe. Hubby said his burger was great quality meat and very tasty. My teriyaki salmon bowl was delicious. Large selection of drinks and a few treats for dogs too. Service was fast and efficient.

Staff were polite and food arrived in reasonable time. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were so dry and the wedges undercooked. Iced coffee was nice but wishing we’d picked up a meal deal from Tesco as not only would it have been much cheaper, it would be substantially better quality.

We visited and ate outside ordering from the hatch. To say the service was kurt would be putting it nicely. I don’t know whether our server was just having a bad day but the way she took down our order was not welcoming at all. She did the bare minimum and was very snippy with her replies. The food we ordered was good, I recommend the carrot cake as that was excellent. We also had the jacket potatoes but the coleslaw ordered was sparing. They also forgot to put the syrup in one of our coffees. The location is lovely, but the service let the place down.

We went here about 5 years ago, and loved it. We went again today and it had gotten even better. Amazing to stop for breakfast whilst travelling. Welcoming staff and charming decor. Very near to a large carpark with free parking. I highly recommend it if you are near to, or passing through Worcester.

Such a lovely cafe! Free parking, kids play area, lovely woodland walk. Dogs are allowed into the cafe which is beautifully decorated. We will definitely be visiting again, food was delicious! There is an all day breakfast menu, as well as pizzas, burgers and lots for children on the menu highly recommend the mushrooms on sour dough! Also very reasonably priced! Dog sausages and treats are also available!

Disappointing. I had booked the afternoon tea to celebrate with my sister and mum. Since its a chocolate cafe, I expected they would do a really nice selection of treats. It couldn't have been more basic. We were only given 3 small chocolates. Nothing else was chocolate based. My mum lamented that there could've been some strawberries dipped in chocolate, at least. The sandwiches were cute but basic as well. There was only one fruit scone and two plain scones. I would have much preferred all of us to be able to have a fruit scone. They were selling lovely cakes in the cafe but no hint of those in the tea. Instead, we got some cupcakes, shortbread, 3 small chocolates and macarons. This was plenty of food, but just not to the standard I was hoping for.

Really lovely little shop. Staff were pleasant and it was a very cosy and personal experience. Felt like I could have sat there for hours as it's not one of those places that feel like they want you to have a drink and move on. Really helpful when inquiring about things like their menu/ helping decide what to have. Just a very nice experience! Will happily return.

My husband and I went there today for the first time for a long time. As soon as we entered we were so glad we were back. My husband had Egg Mayo sandwiches, done fresh to order, and I had Bacon Panninni, lovely. Staff were so friendly as well. Will be returning very soon 10/10

Highly recommend this little gem. Lovely staff and very friendly. All cakes are made on site fresh every day. The chocolate counter is exceptional, these are also made on site. The afternoon teas are amazing.

St. Peter's Garden Centre is a great place to visit. There is a lovely café, an important one, with gluten-free cakes, a small selection of plants, and various other items available. I really enjoy visiting here. They also have a few pigs, a charming barn, and a variety of plants and garden features.

Popped in for a walk around and was amazed at what was there. A few farm animals and nature walk for the kids, outdoor cafe with huge bacon sandwiches and ice creams for the adults! A wide range of well priced items from the usual plants through to clothing, food and children's toys. They literally have it all... Well almost!

A bit on the pricey side, BUT a lovely little walk around the garden for little ones and the staff in the cafe were absolutely fantastic! They were so welcoming and made me feel at ease to enjoy my coffee and cake with my friend, whilst my little ones were entertained by the colouring sheets/crayons available and playing with their babies in the high chairs, which the staff kindly offered to them. They really were very attentive and quick to clean our table before I did, as we started to pack up and leave. Brilliant customer experience! Thank you! :)

Loads of choice. Very well looked after and healthy plants. Picked up 2 beautiful Japanese Maples and then window shopped the quality garden furniture. Looking forward to our next visit.

On arrival we were directed into a cold marquee, told to order via an app that we had to download....tried but failed. On the end we ordered at the counter 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches on granary which arrived on what appeared to be a pasty, unidentifiable type of bread that clearly wasn't granary. In fairness, the waitress said we could change the bread but we though we wouldn't cause a fuss and said leave it as it is. What a mistake. It was like yesterday's loaf with a tough crust and doughy texture with lashings of cheap margarine that over powered the taste of the sandwich, and greasy, tasteless fatty bacon....needless to say, we won't be returning.

Just popped in for a wee and a coffee. An excellent establishment. It was a shame that Dr Poo arrived in his Turdis, and started pumping out the septic tank but hey ho, you can't win them all. The cheese scones looked excellent but due to olfactory overload, I couldn't actually taste it.

Good place for a breakfast albeit everything but the beans were very spicy. Will set you back ££. Teas and smoothies are good. Difficult to enjoy a hit drink when it's served in a glass (with no handle!) Dogs allowed.

The brunch was delicious, the staff really friendly, good service. Prices are slightly higher than other brunch places but the food is absolutely worth it & there is a good choice for every taste. Will definitely be returning.

I'm a regular at the run club (Sundays 9am) and usually stop off after for a coffee/sweet treat. The staff here are lovely and the service is quick even when the place is full - went for post run brunch and it was delicious!

The good people who run this cafe are worth a visit on their own. I stayed overnight nearby and had my bike stolen and they could not of been more helpful or understanding - even offering a free coffee while I sorted it all out. A lovely spot by the canal.

I love Commandery because it's so little & local business with kind staff that will chat with you and better your mood! They offer many homemade desserts that are vegan/gluten or dairy free! Coffees, hot chocs & a wide tea range are also on a menu... Overall the café is a great place to grab snacks & drinks when you're on a walk for example, because it is right on the canals in a such a nice spot! They also offer swan food for only £2 which is a great deal & you can connect with a wildlife!💛

My 94year old mom who is wheelchair bound was a little disappointed with the disabled parking doesn't really leave enough space to put a wheelchair down side of the car and have the door wide enough to extricate so had to park in parent child as it allows space chevroned for the pram maybe think it's easier to carry a child to back of car to pram than a full adult who can't walk. On upside lovely stroll around the plants that are well labelled for patio, baskets, alpines, etc. great selection of David Austin Roses as well as other available roses massive selection of bulbs. Stopped at cafe for large coffee and food beware the times as ploughman's not available after 3 but you can have a Jacket potato so presume it's a reheat spud. Lovely young member of staff on till older staff member could maybe take a class in manners. Apart from small things a nice day spent with mom in a calm relaxing atmosphere with bonus of great healthy looking plants to buy

Beautiful garden Centre in Worcester first the person who I made the order she wasn’t very friendly I had an amazing full English breakfast good value £12.95 with big portions a gluten free scone with a Earl Grey tea apart from the bacon & sausages that I didn’t like it all the rest was perfectly cooked I can recommend ok Mr. Wig. It’s lovely having a garden centre so close to my house. The plants are beautiful, and they have a great selection. The place itself feels quite cosy. The only disappointing part is the restaurant—the lady at the till has been rude to me twice. She raised her voice when I didn’t have a table number and was very unwelcoming, even though I was with my daughter. Thankfully she’s still little and didn’t understand, but I won’t stop standing up for myself when someone is rude.

Rude staff in the cafe force you to buy more items to be able to use the softplay despite just spending a large amount of money on plants. Ridiculous attitude towards paying customers. Won’t be coming back

Far calmer than Webbs ... mostly. Get there on opening g times if you need a parent and child space as for somewhere with a Soft Play, there are precious little of those. The outdoor plant selection is beautifully laid out, calm, and a pleasure to be in. John Jo and Georgia are the experts here, ask them anything about gardening and they can help you for sure. So why not 5 Stars? Scarcity of Parent and Child car park spaces aside, it's the indoor retail section that is such a stark contrast to the peace outside. 🛑 you'll be greeted and then have to run the gauntlet of a dozen different screens, all babbling at you simultaneously about how the product beneath the screens is the best thing ever. Its an awful cacophony of sound that's torture to your ears and mind. This and the narrow constrictive paths between them just make you want to run, RUN! ... until you are away from them! Edit Thank you to the owners for your reply. I'd honestly guage how much those advertisers are paying you Vs the unknown amount of sales you are losing as people vacate the areas where there can be several over lapping audios at once. If you could distribute them so you you can only hear one at a time, that would be better. But honestly 3 or 4 of these can be simultaneously yapping at you at one time and its horrible. 🙂👍

Stepped off the beaten track and found this absolute gem serving up Focaccia sandwiches and they taste as good as they sound ! Also a great selection cakes and cookies.

Such a lovely team of people working together to offer a real personalised experience. The Caprese and Tre Carni Focaccia sandwiches were the best sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. Iced coffee / milkshakes were excellent. The homemade cakes are being taken home to enjoy, but something tells me they will hit the right spot too ❤️💚

Fantastic coffee and sandwich shop. Excellent value and service. After I ordered, they let me know they were out of one of the ingredients and were so apologetic and even offered to replace it with extra of something else or even a fried egg. When It arrived It was massive, especially for the price. All freshly made with are and tasty ingredients. It felt like a proper independent shop in the best way and I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone else to try.

Probably the best brunch I have ever had, chose avocado and poached egg on toast with a chilli jam with a side of chips and a spiced pumpkin latte, daughter chose a special waffle. Perfect and without doubt would travel out of my way to return. If that wasn’t good enough I could of chosen at least four other things from the selection as all sounded amazing. Young folk serving, all with a great attitude.

I am not a coffee lover, but at the weekend we were walking past in the pouring rain, so ducked in for a dry and a drink. Made very welcome and the decor is lovely. We chose our coffee, bought over to us piping hot. My husband said its the best coffee he had had in a long time. I must agree it tasted great, and it was so good we returned the next day to see if it was just as good. Bingo we will be returning again and again.

I’m a huge coffee/chai latte fan. And I swear, this is the best chai latte I have ever had so far. Staff were friendly, coffee shop has a chill vibe going, and the menu got interesting coffees in it. Highly recommended when you’re in the area!

This place is fab! We popped in on New Years Day with our dog, and these guys were so welcoming. Our coffees were brilliant and we had a lovely long chat with the owners about all things coffee 😀 They even brought our dog a lovely puppuccino, so it's his fave new place too. 100% recommend a visit, we'll definitely be back very soon!

A whole latte love for the coffee nook! We popped into this new spot and we were so impressed with the team and the service. Delicious coffee and a great selection of cakes and sweet treats. Really cosy atmosphere and the staff were super friendly and knowledgable about the selection they had on offer. Safe to say we will be back to try some of the other things on the menu!

Atmosphere was friendly enough, the cafe seemed busy and welcoming. The food, however, was absolutely DIABOLICAL. The worst of the 'not so goods'. We ordered the main breakfast x 2 - the food was the cheapest edible items you can buy from the supermarket (or similar), you can live on it, I guess... But the reason I wouldn't eat mine was that it was almost dangerously UNDERCOOKED - fried eggs were runny and clear in the centre, sausages were floppy, luke warm and a strange colour, the grilled tomato was raw in the centre and cold. They also forgot items from the breakfast itself (the baked beans) so they had to be bought to us separately, and in the case of another customer next to us, he had to wait for them to be cooked up for him. I was asked if I'd like milk with my £3.50 mug of lemon and ginger tea, and they seemed to be a little unclear about table numbers. We have left with dodgy bellies, a distinct odour of grease all about our clothes and hair, and £22 lighter.

Elgar breakfast had an overall soggy feel to it as bacon could have done with being crspier and muffin was warm but lacked crispness of toasting. Scrambled egg was dry and not soggy. Not particularly attractively presented but service was quick. Coffee comes by default with cafe maid cartons rather than fresh milk which I would have preferred. Although not expensive ambience still remains on drab side and not inclined to come again. Pleasant greeting on arrival.

We were just walking past this place when the guy behind the counter gave us a big smile and a friendly wave. We felt it was too friendly to refuse, so we sat down and ordered their special breakfast. The granary toast was nice and thick and had plenty of easily spreadable butter. The bacon was so tasty, and everything seemed just right. Would happily eat here again.

First time in many years I've had a breakfast cooked that was refreshingly hot to eat. Family run very professionally and pleasant. Tasted absolutely fantastic. Master chef producers could learn how food should be served and not rushed. These little jem food cafes much better than main commercial fast food companies.

We did enjoy it in here and loved the selection of cakes available. The food menu looks good so will have to come back for a breakfast or lunch one day. Staff were all really friendly and I loved that they had run out of dog treats so they went out to buy some more. The venue itself was nice and comfortable with interesting decor and was kept nice and clean. The only thing that let it down for me was that the milk for the hot chocolates was too hot and had been scalded which did affect the taste. I noticed they didn’t have a milk thermometer when steaming it so it was all being done by guesswork.

Nice coffee and the food we had was ok. Other people's orders also looked very good. Waitress rushed of her feet and very absent minded but pleasant with it. We felt she cleared up too soon while one of our party was still drinking, and we felt we were not subtly being asked to leave in effect. Music too loud for us to converse comfortably.

I had came many times for coffee here that it's OK.... But don't ruin your money on pina colada... The worst I had ever. You cannot feel the flavor of pineapple or coconut at all ...feel like you drik a cheap apple juice mixed with water. Can't blame today's workers, they was OK (not the best) today... Usually they are rude.

The drinks and cakes were lovely but the toilets were disgusting. The only customer toilet had no toilet roll and tampon wrappers chucked on the floor, dirty toilet and area. We ended up using the staff toilet as it was slightly cleaner and had toilet roll, the air vent was always disgusting (see picture) needs a good clean.

This place is going down the hill. Used to be my favorite coffee place but recently finding staff very rude and service really poor. Went there to have a coffee and small snack after hard day. Staff with terror on their faces said straight away that there is only two of them and coffee can be served only in takeaway cups (not many people in, no queue). It was 16:40pm and I asked what time they are closing as I thought I came too late to sit down but they said it is closing 6pm. So 1h20 min and most of the food was already packed, coffee was served in paper cup despite having clean ceramiv ones. In my opinion, time managment is not their strength and laziness is taking its toll on the place. If you don't like the place you work for, go and find something else as you are ruining peoples visits. To the managment! Get more people to work on weekends! Not that hard to understand why. If ever again on my visit I will feel I am not welcome I will inform Coffee 1# directors that this shop is not to their standart anymore.

I don’t visit Worcester very often but i always stop for coffee here, it’s my absolute favourite place. The cafe has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Today we had cappuccino and mocha (divine) with cranberry and orange cheesecake and Biscoff cheesecake. Both were delicious, trough it was very hard to choose from the very tasty looking selection of treats available. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and the service is quick and accurate. We will be back again, soon I hope.

If you go down to Coffee #1 today, you’re sure of a big surprise… can you spot the Coffee #1 bear hidden in the floorboards? We love visiting this cafe; the staff are friendly, the coffee is smooth and the atmosphere is really pleasant. We love the soundtrack that plays and visit here regularly on a Saturday morning when it is quiet and peaceful. It can get busy midday and sometimes tables can be left with coffee cups on them but if you go early then this is never an issue.

Completely ignored after the customer in front of me paid. Off they went make their coffee. No, hello I'll be with you in a minute, greeting!!! Who runs this business? Clearly need to up their service game.. I guess some people don't care, but I'll go elsewhere.. It doesn't take much to keep a customer, but it takes a lot more to get new ones.

Just wanted a cup of tea and a bit of cake. It was lovely. The service was great, the dessert was lovely and it was just a very good cup of tea. I normally have a full meal here. I haven't had anything bad yet on the menu. The staff genuinely care and want you to have a great meal and experience.

Simple but traditional meals and breakfasts. Really recommended. The price has gone up over the years but that's the case with everywhere. We thought the Favourite Five breakfast and pancakes were excellent but maybe share the pancake as two was a bit much for one person I'd say! I especially liked the art on the walls in this one. Mocha was brilliant.

Good location on the pedestrianised high street. Plenty of seating in a building much larger than it looks from the outside. It has an interesting view of the original building upstairs and views out across the street. The usual range of drinks and cakes.

Using for the first time. This coffee shop is larger than it appears from the out. With comfortable seating and friendly staff. People can sit and enjoy hot and cold drinks with the option of adding sandwiches and cakes. Located on the main high street and easy access to shops.

It was really filthy inside the seating area, the corridors to the toilets and the toilets. The seats were all stained and dirty. The walls looked like they needed a good scrub and there was a bucket opposite the counter to collect water from a ceiling leak. The staff were all friendly and professional but it's such a shame for it to look so run down in what could be a beautiful setting.

Ignore the bad reviews, this place is amazing! Staff were brilliant, friendly and even added bells and whistles to my milkshake on request. Thanks for the amazing pudding and service. Best dessert place in Worcester and definitely worth a visit!!

Brilliant place. Really good coffee, tea, and cake, a fantastic clubshop for all your Worcestershire County Cricket and Worcester Rapids gear. A beautiful view across the cricket pitch of one of the premier English sporting grounds. The staff go above and beyond every time to help and are a credit to the cricket club. Dog friendly and Club Members get a 10% discount off your order. Worth a visit every single time. Can't recommend it enough.

Lovely cafe inside the cricket ground. I had to queue for a bit to order our breakfasts, but they had just opened so were really busy. It had a pleasant atmosphere and it was nice to look over the cricket pitch whilst tucking into our brekkies. Highly recommended!

I photographed a wedding here in May 2024, and I've never felt so well looked after by a wedding team at a venue. Honestly, you were all SO lovely and understood our (suppliers) needs as well to ensure we were on form for what's usually a 10-12 hour day for us, not including the hour and a half travelling either side of the wedding 😴 Making sure we had a drink and catered for us as well. I hope one day someone will book me for your venue again xx Thank you and well done for having such a positive team! X

We recently got married here, they aren’t enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful experience it was. Charlotte and her team were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble and she is so calm it kept everything relaxed and easy. Fantastic food (than you Steph for the brilliant pizzas) and the venue and atmosphere was just perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough as a wedding venue. If you are thinking about it book now before it’s too late you won’t regret it. There is something very special about it, maybe because it was built for love in the first place you can feel it. It will definitely always have a special place in our hearts. I’m already thinking about booking our 10th wedding anniversary there just so we can do it again!

Absolutely wonderful place to pop in for a lunchtime visit. Lovely coffee and has several tea options. When we arrived, although the indoor seating was busy, we still were able to find a table; they also have extra indoor seating upstairs. There's a lovely selection of food on the menu, including: all day breakfasts (until 2:30pm); sandwiches; paninis; baps; jacket potatoes; milkshakes; and so much more. Lovely atmosphere with a rustic feel, alongside the radio playing softly in the background. The staff were very friendly and have an excellent sense of food hygiene and cleanliness. It's lovely to see a farm diversifying, using their own milk and beef; as well as using eggs and pork products from neighbouring farms. It's a good feeling to support not only one farm, but three! They sell their own milk and ice cream, so be sure to stock up! You'd be a fool not to pop in!

We went to a christening party here, was amazing. We also came back for breakfast after staying at the yurts. Beautiful grounds. Coffee fav. Kids loved the pancakes and waffles

We visit Willow barn every week without fail, either for a pre or post Yoga lunch with our friends. There is always around 6/8 of us with our babies and the service and food is always great! Staff are so friendly and supportive of us when we visit and it’s truly been the base of our maternity leave exploits this year. Thank you so much for everything!

I didn't know this place existed until I was invited to a wedding! We were pleasantly surprised. There is a good cafe and the surroundings are tranquil. We didn't have food, but what we saw on offer in the cafe looked nice.

Bennetts Willow Farm was an amazing venue for our wedding day. Lucy and Laura were amazing and could not have been more helpful. Laura helped answer all our questions and very much supported us with our suppliers. Lucy was beyond amazing in the day, she helped myself (groom) and all my groomsmen set up for the big day. We have no eye for decorating and relied heavily on her artists eye to make the venue look amazing. The venue was everything we wanted- relaxed, fun and quirky. We could also have our dog with us for our special day. Bennetts Willow Farm will have a special place in our hearts.

Rather disappointed with our toastie lunch today (29/09/22). Hot food served on stone cold plates, so food didn’t stay as hot as it would have on a hotter/warmed plate. Plus, we were given a coffee and not the camomile tea, that we had ordered. The one saving grace was the excellent service (in spite of wrong drink and cold food), which could not be faulted. The ladies were cheerful, helpful and dealt with the error swiftly. Well done!

I only review when I find a truly excellent place, and this is one. Where have you ever had home-made haggis on the menu in October? There is also fish pie and other proper fare including vegetarian! But the haggis is outstanding, as is normal as the cook is from Scotland. I hesitate to recommend as this is a TINY restaurant. Do go when in Worcester.

The most gorgeous cafe. Absolutely beautiful setting, the food was all so fresh and tasty and the coffees were perfect. It was so good we went back the following day. Rose (the owner) was so lovely and really made sure everything was right. If you are in the area, or just passing through it is definitely worth a visit. Dog friendly too!!

So pleased we visited this hidden gem. Found through a map search for local places to get breakfast, whilst we’re staying in the area. Beautifully decorated and very quirky. So much character and warmth. We sat outside with our doggy. The owners were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Wonderful Sunday morning spent here, had breakfast panini with a georgious hot chocolate with all the trimmings. They have wonderful homemade cakes. Highly recommend to anyone.

Visit to see Steve, Rose and Mia frequently with our 2 dogs. Very dog friendly ( they get a fee sausage each!🐶). Great value for money and Steve dies a great bespoke crousssnt, avocado and scrambled egg brunch. Delicious 😋. Would highly recommend 😊

I needed to do some focused work, so made a special journey to Worcester Library, The Hive, after an hour I had to leaving feeling angry and frustrated. I know libraries and no longer silent, but when a member of staff walks over to hold a conversation about trivia with another member of staff, not helping out, just come to watch them work, his words not mine, it was time to leave. I mentioned this to a lady sitting at a desk only to be told I should move to find somewhere quieter. This made me quite angry. So I went to the cafe for a cup of tea, at which point both of the cafe staff left the counter to go and play with a customers dog, one feeding it by hand, I do hope she washed her hands! So I gave up and again reported my experiences to yet another lady at another desk, who said she would report my experience. My conclusion, over staffed with time on their hands, staff with no customer focus and self absorbed. I wouldn't mind but my rates fund then. Dreadful place, best avoided and if the government need to save money close it.

The Hive has been brilliant in providing me a clean quiet environment to work the past few weeks and I am very grateful for it. Being open all the way through to the evening is an amazing feature that other libraries just can’t compete with, the layout of the library is clear, the cafe is great with amazing food, drinks and staff, the views out the window great and it has been a very positive experience for me!

Very nice place. I love coming in here whenever I visit Worcester. This place has lots of great facilities including a wide variety of rentable books, loads of Windows computers, rentable meeting rooms, communal areas, a council service centre (Worcester Hub) study areas and a business centre. The building is a very sleek and modern building, it has a nice tall atrium, wooden rails and generally nice interior and exterior. Everything here is well lit, very clean, in good condition and well maintained. The lifts here are very reliable, quick and efficient so you won’t have to wait long for a lift and you will get to your floor very quickly. As I said, there is loads of comfy seating about which is great if you want to find a place to relax on a tiring day. The only issue i have to say is the public WiFi doesn’t really work at all and doesn’t provide internet access when connected so you may have to bring a mobile hotspot or an Ethernet cable with you.I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to study, host a meeting, looking to rent a book, need access to a computer or are just looking for a nice relaxing place to sit and unwind!

Lovely friendly staff. We were asked to bring our bikes in to save them being stolen, 1st class breakfast at a very reasonable price. Big mug of tea was perfect. Will will definitely be returning to this Lovely old building

Me and my family stopped here for lunch today. We had a lovely breakfast with lots of gluten free options for us. It’s was one of our nicest meals out while away and definitely will try and return. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Tried Charlie's as my wife is gluten free. Both had the traditional breakfasts (1 gluten free if course) both excellent . My wife finds it very difficult finding a decent breakfast for a reasonable price and Charlie's provided this. Will definitely visit again when in Worcester

Nice cafe, with a decent range of food. Nice place to sit and eat. Service can be not as friendly as you’d like from time to time, but yesterday (Sunday 13th August) there was a young lad with glasses who was absolutely excellent. Just put in that extra mile for us.

Something has happened to the Pump House since i last visited..particularly the state of both the outside and inside. Whilst the service and food were OK, the outside grass is unkempt, making an uncomfortable place to sit. We moved inside as it dropped a bit chilly, for our food to be delivered to our table. One of the cakes was very dry and the portion was quite small. I can cope with that, after all i could have sent it back if it had bothered me more. My main gripe however, is the state of the decor high up in the roof. The cobwebs are thick with dust and dead insects. They dangle and sway with each gust of air as the door closes. The worst affected area is above the food prep area...not a pleasant thought as you tuck into your food. Most people may not notice, however spiders defecate like all animals. Guys, please have a good look around and close for a few days to make this destination eatery more attractive again. After all, you're still good at what you do ..!

Absolutely loved my experience here, the staff who served me were lovely. Harry is brilliant and went above and beyond! He had plenty of time for us despite being swept off his feet, great lad.

Rude staff and not child friendly which is odd for a cafe in a park. Staff member refused to make childs sandwich, which I was told they do by halving an adult portion. Staff member said to waiter without even looking me 'we are not doing a childs egg sandwich if they want one they can buy a whole and someone else can eat half'! Hardly customer/child friendly. Shame are the park is lovely and an evironmental centre such a good idea.

Good for young children with the play area. Nice cakes and decent coffee but beware the £4.50 hot drink and cake deal. Ginger lemon and walnut cake plus a regular Americano today should have been top cheaper.....but proceeds go to a decent cause I guess.

Had my first date here at the coffee shop that existed before the current one but I have visited since. 1. Old coffee menu was better. They offered sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Coffee was better too. The coffee served is bitter, tastes a bit like Wayland's coffee - the pastries are incredible though! 2. I feel like the interior could be more cozy. My opinion. 3. Love the fact that I can come here to refill my shampoo and dishwashing liquid! Really good repurposing of the building.

£6.25 for a takeaway cheese and tom panini!! latte was really poor. Not one vegan option of savory food. This place used to be pretty good it's just a bit empty and not much choice these days .

One of the only accessible places to go for a nice coffee within a sensible distance of where I live. Very casual and chilled vibe in here: staff are so helpful and lovely the ramp inside up to the back seating area is quite steep but when they noticed that my chair struggled they went and opened a back door and directed me in there. Toilets aren't accessible in my opinion but the sainsbury's 2 minutes away has a crackin disabled loo (needs a radar key)

Aside from the store being of local convenience and offering some decent products, I have been consistently disappointed and disgusted by the store’s cleanliness and customer service. Most of the staff are rude and ignorant, recently I was waiting over 15 minutes for a disgruntled and rude staff member to get me a parcel I had ordered to collect. The cleanliness of the store is another issue in itself, with the cafe having ripped, old chairs and an overall unhygienic demeanour. The car park is always in disarray, the stairwells are filled with rubbish and the stench in there is indescribably awful. At the very least the store needs to do better with its cleanliness and not treating customers like burdens, as the store could be a lot more welcoming and pleasant to shop in.

Store was fine, really helpful lady on shop floor and toilets spotlessly clean. Let down massively by a really rude Scottish man in the cafe, clearly doesn't want to work there and lets the store down, get him a customer service course or his P45 ! Throwing food on tables for people, zero professionalism and smile ?!!! Noooo.... way too much to ask !!

Good selection and well stocked. Watch out for the price labels as sometimes offers expire and they don’t take the label down so you’ll be overcharged. Staff are mostly friendly. Never seems to be any small trollies available. Every week there seems to be sales people by the exit which puts me off coming here

This is a very pleasant Asda! There is ample mome car parking. It is accessible from the City Centre. Disabled parking facilities and access are good. The store is well stocked with s good range of groceries, clothing, items for the home and a Chemist. The staff were superb. When I asked for help finding an item they took me straight to the product. They were polite and courteous.

I’m shocked by the amount of racist employees here. The employee made me wait for a parking ticket to go help another customer and then whilst helping that customer another white woman approached her and employee gave her a parking ticket whilst I still waited for one. Another instance is when the employee has a smile when talking to others but when it looks at us and we can literally see the disgust in employee’s face and the rude attitude. ANOTHER example, is that I have a medical condition on my shoulder so I can’t lift heavy weights so I asked for help to scan the object. The employee said if I can’t scan it myself then I should put it away. So basically she didn’t help. These people are honestly disgusting. I don’t get how you can treat people with a different skin tone so badly.

Myself and my nearly eight year old Daughter Millie-may popped in to your Starbucks for the first time last Saturday around 5pm just for a Cake Pop for my Daughter to have whilst she was walking around to several of the shops before they closed. She has heard about these Cake Pops and had one or two before of which they are one of her favourite things at the moment. We were served by one of your really friendly and welcoming female staff of which I apologise for not catching her name. My Daughter really enjoyed her Cake Pop as we went looking around Cathedral Square with the statue of Edward Elgar and then on our walk around the wonderful City of Worcester. After we did what we needed to, I fancied a hot drink so I thought as it was so nice in your Starbucks when we briefly visited you earlier, it would be the perfect place to have a break and enjoy a coffee. This next visit was around 5:45pm and again we were served by another of your really friendly and welcoming female staff. Millie-may wanted another Cake Pop and I was tempted by one of your delicious Croissants of which I had warmed up. I had a lovely Cappuccino to accompany it with of which a Starbucks one never disappoints and is always a pleasure to drink. We found a nice comfortable seat to enjoy what we had of which I really enjoyed the Croissant as it was better than I thought because I didn't read the label properly so I thought I had just got a plain and simple one. To my surprise I have found a new favourite treat in what turned out to be a Mozzarella and Tomato Croissant which was so nice and delicious to have. All in all, we both really enjoyed our time in your Cathedral Square Starbucks and we will definitely visit you again when we are in your part of the City in the future. Called in for a drink and a break from the heat of the day and was greeted by Keeley a lovely young lady who seemed so happy to serve me. She made the whole visit a delight.

A very nice place with a good ambience. The customer service is also great and the place is very spacious. I had a strawberry frappuccino and it was tasty. There were lots of seats when I visited the place.

Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even bringing the drinks over personally and greeting our dog. Its personal touches like that that make a visit to somewhere feel special and we definitely appreciate it. The drinks were fantastic too! Thank you!

My place of choice always. Great service and Andy is probably the best host ever. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Definitely the place to eat, drink or relax.

Go here every week but service is soooo slow, my back was breaking before I actually got served today only 3 people in front of me. Love the food and drink but dread the waiting to pay.

Review: Café Piano Lunch Dining in Worcestershire Town Centre Stopped by Café Piano on New Street for a midday bite and overall, it was a great experience for lunch dining in Worcestershire town centre. We both ordered the steak ciabatta, which came with crispy chips and a fresh side salad. The food was nicely presented and served hot. My son really enjoyed his said it was absolutely delicious. For me, the steak had a strong aftertaste, possibly from the rosemary garlic butter. Not unpleasant, just a bit much for my personal taste, so more of a palate preference. For drinks, I had a chocolate milkshake, which looked great and tasted just as good. I also tried the passion fruit smoothie, made with mango, pineapple and passion fruit really refreshing and naturally sweet. The atmosphere at Café Piano is relaxed but smart, perfect for a quiet lunch or catch-up. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, and service was quick. If you’re looking for a casual lunch in Worcester town centre, Café Piano on New Street is a good shout. Tasty food, decent portions, and a nice spot to sit for a bit.

Had the sharing platter and it was amazing! The toffee frappe was also delicious. Really lovely atmosphere and polite, attentive staff. Went with my little boy and the high chairs were clean and lots of room around the table to fit a pram and the high chair, will definitely be back ☺️

Lovely place with huge menu with delicious food (loads of vegetarian options too, which is great for us). We loved the atmosphere, the charming decor and the staff is incredibly friendly. Our new favourite cafè in Worcester :)

What a find in Worcester Town Centre, a lovely Cafe / restaurant serving fantastic food with excellent service. We had a lovely family lunch of burger, carbonara, ciabatta and steak, all were very nice. Highly recommend and a visit and we will be back

Stumbled upon this place on a one night visit to Worcester. We were looking for somewhere to eat breakfast that wasn’t the usual multinational chain restaurant or coffee shop. I had excellent eggs florentine - poached eggs and spinach perfectly done and nicely seasoned. My partner had a very good big veggie breakfast. Very nice space, varied menu and friendly efficient service. If we were staying a second night we’d probably go there a second day in a row for breakfast again!

Lovely! Dog friendly cafe with good coffee and tasty cakes. Staff very friendly and accommodating! Also decor is fresh and nice atmosphere 🎉❤️
