Very nice town to visit, and a good range of different shops.

Good shops about but my favourite shop unfortunately has closedown which puts me off chapel & friary walk.

A Great mixture of brand and independent shops, exceptional staff, very clean, no crime all while surrounded by a city deep in history with the Most outstanding architecture. Not many places still have a house of fraser but worcester dose. Close to Great restaurants,canal,gergioan and tudor buildings and the cathedral an idyllic setting for a day's retail therapy.

Fantastic shopping centre and loving Worcester city centre.... Thanks Worcester for such a great place and walking down the river Severn front from Diglis Basin all the way past the cathedral and pretty promenade houses was very special! So much history within Worcester and such an historical city and full of cultural heritage and landmarks too... Even did the Ferry to the other side of the river and back again...the ferryman is a star and legend too...(reminds me of the song: "Don't Pay the Ferryman" by Chris de Burgh)

Great dessert stands that everyone seems to be missing. Look our for Mousse Delice near the shopping centre.

Definitely worth a visit, great customer service with an issue I had. Dealt with promptly and courteously which is very rare these days, 5 stars from me.

Not large, but nice and located quite perfectly in the center. You can find clothing, food, a place to sit, books and generally anything you might need when going shopping, which is what you want from a shopping centre. They are also updating it decently often, so it doesn't look old and run down. Clean. It's also nearby the canal, which is a nice place to sit and consume some food after shipping.

Good sized Primark, but due to the nature of the city, it is a little difficult to get to. Parking is available within Worcester but not very close to the store. I was taking my pregnant daughter who struggled with the distance. Once inside there was a large selection of items available. Her main interest was in newborn clothing. She was disappointed in the clothes for baby boys, saying that they were drab and boring. I'm not sure if larger Primark stores have a better range, but we did find what she wanted elsewhere within Worcester.

BRING BACK THE HUMANS! Terrible experience with the self checkouts, and no option to go to a human cashier. This is not the future - and I work in technology for a living! Spacing is also horrendous, no room to get a pushchair around. So I stood aimlessly in the main aisles will my wife browsed the rest of the store alone. Won’t be returning, not that they’ll care. H&M down the road was a much nicer experience.

Probably the most humiliating shopping experience of my life, was made to feel embarrassed infront of other customers. Paid for almost £100 worth of clothes via the self check out, popped my hangers in the recycling area for them and I think I dropped my recipt in the box. I couldn't find it. The lady told me I wasn't allowed to leave the shop until I scanned my recipt it, because the gate wouldn't open without it. I looked through all of my bags, to the point my bag was ripping and she kept saying I couldn't leave until I'd scanned it. She'd just watch me pay, it was obvious I hasn't stolen anything. Whilst you might have a policy in place, surely staff can some common sense that you can let a customer leave after you've seen them pay. Then when I tried to walk out the other side, she said I wasn't allowed and I had to go through, and that she wanted to look through my bag to find it. Absolutely humiliating, felt like I was being accused of being a thief when ive never stolen anything in my life. Then when I said that's ridiculous why can't I just walk around, she rolled her eyes as though I was asking for a kidney. Just ridiculous!!

unsure why there is never any sizing past an L in this primark, i legitimately have more luck finding clothes in the charity shop?

Was rather busy but it was Saturday lunchtime, it's a lot bigger than my local Primark so took a while to find things .lots of staff the help also.

What a lovely place to visit. The food on offer in the cafe is affordable and great quality. The art on display and for sale is varied and well curated. It was a lovely way to spend a few hours.

We are very local to the Bevere Art Café, but as our dog is getting on in age, we decided to stop and grab a choca Mocha and cake and give our dog a rest. Have to say, the carrot cake was delicious and really moist. I'd definitely recommend you try it. The drinks were excellent too. They also have a jar of little doggy biscuits, which is a really nice touch. We sat just outside on some benches, as our dog is scared of other dogs, so the seated areas were out of bounds for us, but it looked like a pleasant place to park yourself. Looking at Google Maps, it appears there is picnic bench seating further round the back, but we weren't aware at the time. There is parking also round the back or there is an overflow car park just off the lane near the entrance. All in all, an excellent place to visit.

I can't remember how long I have been meaning to see what this gallery was about? I'd imagined twee watercolours of the Malverns and Elizabethan timber-framed cottages, so I was genuinely surprised to firstly be invited by artists into their tiny studios and chat for a while. There was mastered skill in the wood and lino block printing. The main commercial gallery appeared, again a surprise, to be a small curated exhibition of contemporary ceramic vases; many exquisite. I'm not sure if ceramics are the gallery's specialism or there's other art forms shown? I read on a sign that there's a tea room or something and saw someone in full chef's whites crossing the path, but I didn't see it or try it. Personally I prefer braver artistic expression, but my curiosity has been quelled. The approach road is single track!

Love this gallery , have purchased several items in the past, also love the laid back atmosphere great location and the quality goodies served in the cafe. Highly recommend a visit

Always such a wonderful visit to the gallery. Lots of interesting and inspiring works. The resident artists are so friendly and will chat to you about their work and style. The cafe is such a great addition. Lots of choice for drinks and food, all homemade. Great for gluten free options, a delight to be able to have gf scones and toasties. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Some brilliant art here done by local artists. You can also talk to a few of them, which is good. There is a good café here, with cakes and paninis. There is a small road in.

They were very pleasant and very helpful especially the lady in the framing part looking forward to collecting my beautiful framed pastle picture

The square offers plenty of places for socialising, we ate in Miller and carter but food was at poor standard over £90 for 2 persons and the food was no better than witherspoons ,disappointed, I expected better

Stayed in Travelodge attached to centre. Loved the Botanist pub / restaurant, wife found it very relaxing

The best thing about it is its proximity to the cathedral which I like to visit. There are a few places to eat, all of which seem very popular - I usually opt for ASK as I know what I'm getting, but I could be more adventurous! The square also features a very imposing and fine statue of the composer Edward Elgar.

We love visiting this place. In fact Worcester has just about everything you need or would want and all in a short walking distance!

A great space opposite the cathedral .I went to view the knife angel ,well worth the trip.

Second-hand bookshops in Worcester appear to be the exclusive province of the Charity sector. Of these, Snowdrops is easily the best, both in stock and presentation; prices are acceptably reasonable. The café makes a good place to review your finds and persuade yourself to buy a couple more that you were feeling too mean to buy outright... [The bookspine counter is worth a visit all by itself.]

Love the ethos and the impressive selection of secondhand books at this bookshop, always find something thought-provoking and fun. Even better, it all goes to a charity providing palliative care. 👏

Always tidy and good quality items. Upstairs book department so good like a library with sections helping you choose. Coffee shop excellent. Homemade scones, quiches, jacket pot, toastie. Lovely coffee. Prefer to have drink/ snack here to benefit the charity rather than expensive high street establishments.

Brilliant staff. The young girl was particularly helpful approachable sharp and professional. Some great quality products available and all serving a great cause too. This is a charity shop that deserves your attendance and time. Will revisit next time in Worcester for sure.

There are less and less actual charity shops now, just boutique shops aiming for a totally different market. ‘Every little helps’ for a cause is no longer good enough. The quality must be beyond pristine so the price can be as high as possible. Sadly this store is an example of that. It is indeed pristine, the layout is fantastic, the book selection, impressive, and there is even a café on the top floor. There’s no heart though. I worked for several years as a Manager of several charity shops in Worcestershire and Birmingham when the boutique shops were starting to become the ‘in thing’ so I’ve seen this from both sides of the coin. When working in the ‘boutique-y’ shops I remember how we alienated some of our regular customers, baffled by such high prices for second hand goods. I remember sending lesser quality goods to other shops who had not yet succumbed to the ‘boutique’ label so we used as much as possible for the cause and ragged whatever could not be sold, picking up a few extra pounds along the way. This it seems no longer necessarily happens. I donated to this store on St. Swithin’s Street once before, which were gratefully accepted. They were brand new, shiny books that I had never got around to reading. This time myself and my partner walked with several heavy bags from our home up to the store, got to the desk and I said “we have brought you some donations”. There was an awkward silence from the lady at the desk as if to say “why have you brought us donations”. We’re both in our early 30s and turned up in tidy but casual clothing, I think there was an instant judgment that guys like us couldn’t possibly be bringing to the cause the sort of quality donations required to dazzle and sparkle. What was disappointing is we didn’t even get a “hello”, just a very swift run down of what the store “could not take”. The lady then begrudgingly came over as we stood there aimlessly and asked if she could have a “quick check” of what we had, which consisted of her peering gingerly into one of five bags, as if there were termites in there or something and confirming what we’d already worked out, that they wouldn’t be taking any of our donations. I stress that she didn’t even really look. She had made up her mind the moment she saw us. I tried in vain to explain that there were good quality clothes in there (which there were) amongst items they could rag (and get money for) and other items to potentially pass on to other Hospice stores, but it was futile. The whole experience was frustrating and demeaning and whilst an apology was offered and a direction to take the items to another shop nearby, it’s disappointing that this is the attitude given when donating to many charitable causes now. I don’t blame the volunteers. They give up their time and work extremely hard for wonderful causes (including St. Richard’s Hospice) and have strict instructions of what to accept and what not to accept, although this lady could of handled the situation with a lot more tact. Perhaps I should of known better, considering the ‘high brow’ facade of this particular store but I have been very discouraged from bothering to donate ever again to stores like these and that can’t be a good message to leave to individuals trying to help your cause. We will certainly not be returning here. We are clearly beneath it and not worthy enough to support it.

Fantastic shop. I purchased two gorgeous gardening books published by the Royal Horticulturalist society at St Richard's for an excellent price! one at 1.95 and the other at 2.50, and both practically new! I plan on returning. Thanks!

Home Base has finally been taken over by B&Q which as usual is laid out nicely, but I'm not here to talk about B&Q no, I'm here to boost the morale of the cafe staff in DUNELM. Now I have read the reviews and most are pretty awful but My wife and I popped up for a cup of tea and toasted tea cakes, £9, great value for money seeing we got 2 cups of tea from a small pot and 2 large square nicely toasted tea cakes which were filling. If you went with a couple of friends you could have All had a cup of tea and a slice of tea cake for £9. If that's not Good value, I don't know what is.! Enjoy!

Great shop run by a fantastic team. Always selling pokemon at rrp rather than inflating the prices like so many other places and they limit the amount you can purchase to ensure as many people as possible can get the popular stock. They are the only reason I've managed to keep up with the releases over the last year and really appreciate it, can't recommend enough!

I go here for all my Pokemon cards as well as Flesh and Blood. All staff are very friendly and prices are fair. Great local game store with a variety of other toys & games like. They also care for the local community as they have helped organise a play space for all card games at The Deck. 10/10 ❤️

After visiting Worcester Cathedral we had time to browse around the town centre and we came across this lovely toy shop. This place is a must see when coming to Worcester as it’s so rare these days to see a shop with so many nice toys, games and entertainment products. My son who’s 8 years old had the best time exploring all the shelf’s and seeing all the different things that he didn’t even know existed and he came away spending his saved up pocket money on his new Match Attacks football album and additional player cards. The owners are so helpful, have years and years worth of experience and are so passionate about their business and this really does reflect in how they look after you as a customer. This level of service is often hard to find in the bigger multinational provider of children’s toys. Great place, lovely shop and keep up the great work.

i come here for pokémon cards and airfix and they’re absolutely the best retailer for them. reasonable prices, most things in stock, and they protect against scalpers by limiting purchases to max 4/8 packs (depending on the pack). def recommend

Got my loyalty card filled but they didn't have any of the sylvanian twins but they offered to send them to me once they've been ordered in! Love this shop and the workers, will definitely be coming back everytime I come to worcester

Went in today with my boy and ended up buying a couple of mezcos dolls, tim let me have them with a small discount. After arriving home and looking at my purchase, they are bloody perfect! Everything works and is in mint condition. Window boxes are immaculate. If this store had a quarter of the size of toytown over the road, the potential is staggering. Thank you toys and games.

I don’t even know where to start! I am absolutely appalled by the ‘customer experience’ I had in your store today. Most of the staff were chatting /on their phones!!!!!! and not interested in helping me or my friend in anyway. Didn’t imagine it could get any worse, until I went to the till and I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a high Street shop. Didn’t even say hello, no manners. So disappointed and have emailed head office with more specific detail.

Just want to thank Charlie for his services on Saturday - I wouldn't usually bother reviews but what a top top lad went above and beyond, made sure my Mrs picked the right trainers, didn't rush us, gave us loads of advice and made us feel like he was our personal assistant even though he was dealing with multiple people at once. Massive credit to him 👌

Twice now I've had thw same experience. Where staff are all.stood together chatting, while I've been looking to buy trainers (first time for my son) and then for myself. First time I wanted to know if they had my sons size but no one seemed the least bit interested in coming to see if I needed help. I needed buying from elsewhere. Today the same thing happened , I was trying on one trainer, sat by the trainers and not one of the tree staff stood around chatting came over. Obviously I could have approached them but I had one boot off and why should I? So I left after 10 mins waiting. And bought the trainers I wanted online. I assume this is why the shops are all closing and online shopping is taking over. No one gives customer service anymore 😕

5 members of staff in an otherwise empty shop, us 2 walked in and we're completely ignored for almost 10 minutes. Eventually asked for a size 8 in a trainer, 1 member broke off from his idle chatter to say, in a completely disinterested tone, "that's the last pair mate, so if it's the right size...." then carried on nattering to his mate without any offer to help . I had to walk to the others grouped around the till to get any attention only to get another completely disinterested oaf who sloped off to get the other shoe as they happened to be the right size. Gruff, rude, completely indifferent and slobbish. Congratulations guys, my first and last time with JD Sports.

Customer service is non-existent at best, took a pair of trainers in store to exchange for a bigger size and they’ve insisted the trainers would be delivered to me by hermes, more than one month later I found my self without trainers or refund on them and customer service does not reply anymore tho I have provided more than enough evidence that said parcel was not delivered. Would NOT recommend and 1 star only for store staff(they deserve more but....)

Ordered flowers from Hopmarket twice now and both times been over the moon!! Both occasions were for my mum, one a Christmas bouquet, I asked if they could put baubles in there which they did and they were beautiful. I ordered my mum flowers today for Mother’s Day and specified what she liked and they delivered. My mum said they were the most beautiful bouquet of flowers she’s ever seen. I will continue ordering with hopmarket in the future.

Fantastic arrangement of flowers (Red Roses) delivered as planned. The presentation and quality is always a very high standard. I always use this florist after using others before and there is no comparison these flowers are the best. They last longer and are expertly put together. I moved away from Worcester years ago but have all of my family still in the local area. I was always disappointed by the online florists but the arrangements and service from Hopmarket Flowers is truly incredible. I can’t thank them enough, wish I’d found them years ago!

Excellent service! My chosen delivery date was a Sunday, normally a day off, but Julie offered to do it anyway. The flowers were exceptional, a Spring bouquet with extra freesia (see photo). And long-lasting. The freesia and lilies are still opening new heads every day. Wonderful colours and shapes!

Picking out clothes and the staff were just giving weird stares without a word. Still 20 minutes to closing time, arm full of clothes to try on, got to the blocked off changing room and was told by staff they close the changing rooms 30 minutes before closing time to "sort through items". That's ridiculous.

Recently went to the worcester store, after waiting for one girl to be done with a customer, she was finishing up. Made eye contact with me and walked off before I could ask for help, to go joke around with a co worker, so I continue to wait for the other girl. Ask my question. And she asks to serve the person behind me. Before helping me further. Then when another customer joins behind me, finally asks a coworker to assist, he did his best but we couldn't find what we wanted..

Inexistent customer service. Been looking for a dress that was in stock in store in multiple sizes - after asking 3 different members of staff, I left without a dress as none of them knew where the stock is. I was absolutely appealed when I was told by one of the staff that "There is stock, but I can't help, sorry". There's people out there that would love this job and your employees just don't care, perhaps a performance review would help ?

In terms of Menswear, H&M is one of just a few good High Street brands that Worcester has to offer. A fairly big store, with plenty of variety with styles and fits. All clothing is very affordable, and usually well stocked. Only negative being, the Mens fitting rooms are only ever open on a Saturday (not sure why?). Therefore, the rest of the time you have to head upstairs and use the Women's fitting rooms. Frustratingly, there always tends to be a sizeable queue waiting.

One of the workers here was really very rude and patronising, inferring I had worn an item I was returning that had threads coming off it (not sure how wearing it would cause that anyway)…perhaps the threads were due more probably to the low price of the item…definitely not an asset to the store, more training needed.

i love h&m . i have bought many things from there and usually have no problems. the only thing was the customer service from one of the worker which made me so uncomfortable. i was trying on a couple of items and tried on this dress which i liked. i took some photos of it to show my friend whilst in the changing room. the worker then came up to the curtain and told me to hurry up with changing and stop taking photos. there is no way she could have known i was taking photos without looking in through the small gap in the curtain. she also could not of heard it either as i had airpods in. she said this very loudly and it embarrassed me. also making me very uncomfortable for i did not know if she was able to see me change. i get that it was a busy day but you should never rush customers and especially don’t watch them change 👍

Although clean and airy the lift with the pram was tight and also dark. Once downstairs maneuvering the standard sized pushchair was a nightmare as the displays are so close together. No one was manning the downstairs pay and the queue upstairs was relatively long with two girls working hard so we left our shopping there as it was not worth the wait sorry.

I was served by Tippi with my nan earlier on today and she was fantastic! I’ve had positive experiences with her before, but nan had never been in and has dementia so forgets/can’t get her words out. Tippi was brilliant in terms of giving her options and time to actually think and get her words out. Some shop workers are rude/fed up with this, but Tippi was fantastic 💛

Mixed feelings. I am a gold member of Pandora Club and when I was buying a ring, lady have said I have 10% discount. I should have checked myself my discounts as I actually have 20%. Could save more but was missinformed. Happy with my purchase but I would like my membership be used correctly.

Went into the shop with my sister on Saturday and we were served by Tippi. She was extremely helpful, so lovely and friendly. Very nice staff, really feelings like a more friendly service than it used to to be honest going into Pandora a few years ago used to feel like you’d be honoured if the staff grace you with their presence but I’ve had a completely different experience in both Worcester and Hereford over the last few weeks and spent a lot of money and we spend more on this lovely stuff also please continue to do dark themed not all lovely fluffy girly stuff the Disney Jac lantern and Tim burton stuff.

Brought a birthstone ring for myself. I was served by Chloe. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed or put under any pressure to buy something I didn't want/need, and she explained how to best take care of the ring in future. The ring in itself is pretty and reasonably priced, and I'm happy with it.

got served by Tippi and she was amazing! my mum went in to get a plain bangle but wasn’t sure which one would be best, Tippi took the time to show my mum the different range of bangles they had and try on various ones. she didn’t rush us and gave us her opinions on which would be suited better for what we wanted it for. thank you for a pleasant, helpful and friendly visit!

A fantastic shop, much bigger than it looks from the outside! So many beautiful gift ideas from some well known brands and also small businesses. Something for everybody! Felt like I wanted to stay in there for hours!

Wow! I ordered two Cath Kidston Stanley mugs online on Friday evening. Today is Monday 2pm, and the mugs have already arrived! And I live in London SW (far from Worcester). 😱 🥳 The mugs were better packed than when I ordered from Cath Kidston itself! They put an extra layer of pretty wrapping paper, which smelled nice. 🥰 The mugs arrived in perfect condition. 🙏 I'm so pleasantly shocked because I've been having bad luck with small shops recently. Items were coming used or broken, and their customer services' email addresses had their inboxes full. For this reason, I wasn't very keen in buying from them, but after seeing so many good reviews on Google, I decided to give it a try. Thank you very, very much! ❤️

Steve and Caroline are excellent hosts, helping to select what suits you best. There is something there for everyone!! Highly recommend!!

Nice little place with lots of cool, vintage garden pieces and some other smalls. Friendly owner and prices aren't sky high. Only downside is location/parking. Being in the owners back garden there is little parking and access is via a steep driveway off a dual carriageway.

The most vintage items I've seen in one place, Definitely recommend a visit you will find an array of garden table and chairs, garden pots, then some really unique bits and bobs.

Fantastic little find, im into the vintage look for furniture and bits n' bobs (problem is i need a bigger house) always new stuff coming in and so many different things caroline sells, highly recommend this place.

The selection & price of the stock is fantastic, now always my first choice to visit when looking for something particular or unusual!

Quirky book shop come coffee shop. With seating outside overlooking the high street and Cathedral square. With lovely views of Worcestershire cathedral. They have a selection of cakes and coffee. All of a good quality and at prices you would normally expect. The staff are polite and helpful. And bring your cakes and coffee to your table.

On walking around Wochester, we found this nice little book store that also sels tea and a coffee we sat out side as it was sunny and had a drink one tea and one coffee,there’s a couple of tables in side staff are very good worth a visit if your going to the cathedral it’s near Elgar statue

We stumbled across this splendid place after finding the cathedral café closed - a happy accident! It's a gem of an indie bookshop, sited just at the base of the Elgar statue. As well as a fine array of books, there is tea and delicious cake, all served on beautiful crockery. We had a lovely chat with the owner, who is an impressively energetic and imaginative promoter of all things literary. We would definitely recommend you drop by if you're in the city!

I have bought from many book shops, this is hands down the worst one for customer service, rude, disrespectful in how they approach customers. Simply over asking to cancel a pre-order book that hasn’t even been released yet. Horrible place. The other review by Andy with a 1 star I can believe it was the owner. My response your reply. When I requested to cancel my order, I was asked to justify my decision—as if your approval was needed. Cancelling should be a straightforward yes-or-no response. No justification should be required. The tone of communication hasn’t felt either professional or personal. Instead, it came across as dismissive, which isn’t great customer service. While I understand that you're a sole trader and may choose to respond at unconventional times (such as late Sunday night), it’s unreasonable to then imply that my expectations for a timely reply on Monday are somehow inappropriate. If you choose to run a business with public-facing hours (which Google suggests are daily), then it’s fair for customers to expect timely communication—or at least clarity about delays. This is a pre-order—I haven’t even received the book—yet you’ve already referenced a 12-day return policy. How can I return something that hasn’t even been delivered? Overall, the tone and customer interaction have lacked basic courtesy. A little politeness and understanding go a long way in building trust—especially for small businesses that rely on community support. In today’s market, customers are very aware that big retailers like Blackwell’s and Waterstones offer competitive pricing and free postage. The reason many of us choose to shop with independent stores is for a better, more human experience. Sadly, this experience has been quite the opposite. What a lovely place to find! I came here yesterday with my daughter and was impressed by the whole shop and experience! Staff were friendly and helpful. They have an amazing range of books and many I had never seen before, particularly lots on folklore and druidry. They also have lots of lovely art for sale. They serve hot and cold drinks, and very nice cakes. As well as this, the atmosphere is lovely, with relaxing music and lovely incense too. Thanks to the staff for a great experience!

If I'm passing I sometimes call in here. They are good with the practical things , for instance unlike the other local convenience stores one can buy items singularly intead of having to multi buy. Which drives me nuts whe I want things like a baking potato for a salad . that must surely be a + for students

Next online returns are a complete joke. Next support sent me a return label for Evri. I returned the item but didn’t receive a refund. After I followed up with Next online I was subjected to several useless advisors that kept asking for an Evri tracking number. It was a different advisor each time, not bothering to read the previous correspondence. I eventually realised they were asking for the number on the return label that Next had sent me in the first place! Clown town. Still waiting for my refund.

Popped in with my toddler to buy some gloves from the children's section, lots of great children's clothes but only one set of gloves. Asked a member of staff if they had other stock elsewhere in the shop. The lady in question looked me up and down like I was something she had trodden in. I was just answered "no" and as I politely asked her about future availability this lovely happy in her job member of staff just walked off! Experience has put me off spending my money with Next, poor show.

Popped in today to buy some last minute children's shoes. It was 3pm, well before the 6 pm closing time. It was my first visit so I wasn't sure about the layout of the shop. The shoes section was blocked off by some racking. There was no written signage, nothing. I presumed that the entrance to the section is from different side so sneaked in between the clothes. I was trying to get the shoes but some nasty lady attacked me before I managed to say a word. This section is closed! This section is closed! pushing towards me. That was beyond rude, shouldn't the shop keepers be obliged to be nice? It doesn't cost a thing. I am fuming and will not be returning

Bought an item from the store this evening to be served by the singularly most unpleasant store assistant I have ever encountered. I admittedly changed my mind on whether or not to have a gift receipt which I appreciate may cause slight irritation. It's Christmas time, I'm a little stressed and these things happen. Having previously worked in retail for a decade it should be quite an easy thing to rectify. I was greeted with a severe frown and then about 2 minutes worth of sulking as she tried to correct the till. Her colleague asked her if she was alright at which point she continued her tantrum, flicked the item at me and shoved the receipts on the counter. I waited for a thank you, which was given with attitude. It wasn't even busy in there so her behaviour was so unnecessary and disproportionate it really took me back. As a result of this I will not be returning to this Next store and I sincerely hope the member of staff in question is given appropriate training in patience and till operation.

Great selection of Linen dresses at reasonable prices. Out of stock on one but ordered and will be here tomorrow. Great service.

Popped in to grab a drink and was pleasantly surprised how large this store is. Formerly Wilko, the store has a large range of products. The store staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and confirmed they are looking forward to expanding the range of goods with a refit which will take place soon. Worcester really needed Poundland back and I'm sure it will be very popular with everyone. I'm looking forward to discovering more products from here soon.

Probably the most impressive charity shop I've visited in a long time, good quality items at a very reasonable price. Such an array of premium brands Addidas tshirts for £3.50. For example. Boxed Corgi style cars for £2.50. Spent well over £30 pounds for a bundle of approx. 10 items. Fantastic store, will visit again in the future.

Typical charity shop to be honest, not much in the way of new stock but when they have new stock you always find something! The staff are nice and are always willing to haggle on prices and understand what good customer service is! If you’re ever up the Tything just pop in and take a look!

This is a really lovely charity shop, the stock is in great condition with absolute bargain prices! Also the staff always greet me with a big smile and gladly receive be donations.

Went in to drop three bags of toys, the two ladies that were there stayed at the back of the shop talking and totally ignored me I had to approach them after feeling very uncomfortable. One was the manager apparently. Not very friendly or grateful I won't be donating anything to them again.

I recently visited this shop and saw a handbag and necklace that my partner liked. Wanting to purchase them as a surprise, I emailed the shop after leaving, and Steve Watmore confirmed both items were in stock. However, when we spoke on the phone called to arrange for the items to be posted (at my expense), Steve was abrupt, condescending, and quite rudely refused, stating he didn’t want to wait in long queues at the post office to post the goods due to the time of year. I found this attitude shocking—turning down a sale, even when postage costs would be covered, shows a complete lack of basic customer service. It’s disappointing that a shop would prioritise convenience over accommodating a genuine customer.

Just been into the shop today as a bracelet I bought for my wife a couple of weeks ago unfortunately broke - asked for a replacement- the girl behind the counter refused- she knew exactly what price we paid for it but would not help in any way - appalling customer service - and I would advise anyone not to buy any goods from this shop - because if anything is faulty or breaks they don’t want to either provide a replacement or give you your money back - these types of shops should not be allowed to trade as have no respect for the shops and goods act . DEFINITELY AVOID!!!

Due to Covid 19 the shop in Reindeer Court was closed. Ordered online and the beautiful necklace arrived the next day. Brilliant service. Looking forward to the shop reopening.

My husband took 4 items in to the upstairs changing room The young lady who checks out how much you take in was the rudest, most unapproachable, none verbal person I have ever come across No eye contact or a smile when I ask a question When I told her I left 2 items in the back and took 2 items with me, absolutely no response, not even a grunt. There’s a good range of clothing and at very good prices. You pretty much know where you stand with primark, it’s cheap clothes and “ok” quality. This store however, has fallen into the same trap as its other branches and similar retailers on the high street; making it too narrow to shop because there are too many stands on the floor. It’s annoying, all too common and makes me reluctant to go there. I want to go shopping without the pain of negotiating with other customers on the ‘right of way’ through the stands. I also want to shop without little Timmy or his mum bumping into me or elbowing me numerous times.

We popped in here for a basic item and while the building is massive and well stocked, the shop seemed fairly untidy. It seemed a little strange that no one had bothered to have a little whip round the different departments, especially as on the high street there is a brisk trade.

Worse store I've been in asked for a shirt that was on a maniqun and as it was my size and all other shirts were x large and they wouldn't allow me to buy that one the manager Nathan was absolutely awful and unprofessional also I'm disabled and lift were out of order and escalators were down! Awful store.

Well.....I popped to pittvile park in chelt today with grandkids 😁 had picnic and lots of playtime 😁then headed to Primark after a comment from my grandaughter saying nanny I fancy a new top ,well I didn't need to be asked twice so off we headed🤦😂,yes there was a queue but hey I'm not complaining I'm glad because that means Primark are keeping us as safe as they can with a few in and a few out,the guy at door welcomed us and my family and I all looked at each other 😂 omg it almost felt normal ,we filled our baskets and laughed and grabbed bargains as we used too,we were shattered as we eventually made our way to the lovely girl cashier ,who told me she was so shattered yesterday on the first day off opening that she nodded off in her 15 minute break ,aww bless her ,we thanked her for just being there to serve us we were greatful ,it was a joy to be in Primark in Cheltenham today ,lovely staff and fab a clean and we had a almost normal time 😂😂thankyou Primark we will be back soon xx❤️❤️👍 Ps..look at my picture my new favourite thing ,door mat £4 lush isn't it🤦😂

Excellent service from Lance as per usual! Major service and fret dress to a guitar bought online that came badly set up. Highly recommended to make any guitar much more enjoyable to play.

I have nothing but praise for the service that Lance has provide. Always ready to offer help and advice. Have purchased a takamine P5 which is outstanding and an Acus amp which is outstanding in its sound quality and effects. Am now getting other repairs and set ups done. It is a pleasure to have Lance's service and expertise.

Ten years or so ago, Lance looked after my Gibson 135 but I moved away from the area. My guitar needed some work and rather than take a chance, I brought it back. After Lance’s work it plays better than ever. He is a complete expert and listens to what you want to realise with your instrument - a rare skill given the individuality of guitar players.

After being politely declined by some places due to the guitar style, Lance took pity upon my ramblings and I can only thank him for the superb set up on my 7 string (Well ok, I payed him too). I thought it played well beforehand, but it's like he unlocked a cheat code and it feels even better. He is very respectful and only offered sound advice. It has a Floyd Rose and Evertune, in case anyone else is looking for the same outcome as I experienced. I am as they say, a very happy customer and will happily recommend him to other guitarists.

Had my Jake e Lee inspired guitar recently serviced by Lance , he did a great job as usual, and took great care of it as it's special to me having been signed by the man himself , won't take my guitar anywhere else , as well as being a super nice guy he knows his stuff and is resonably priced.

Lance is a genius! Just started playing guitar again after a long break. Lance did a full service on two of my guitars, including fretwork. I cannot fault him or his work! Some lovely guitars in stock to have an look at too!

Lance's work is always of the highest quality!!! I wont take my guitars anywhere else!! His done work on most of my guitars over the years and has absolutley transformed all of them for the better.

What a lovely shop, such a variety of gifts and artwork. There are very few shops like this around now, especially in Worcester. Thankfully they are providing a Click and Collect Service.

Lovely shop with some beautiful prints, glass and assortment of gifts. My friend took a shine to the Sam Toft print in the window which unfortunately was sold. As was his other print of the same 😔 But as we were just passing thru Worcester for the day, the gentleman kindly sold me the print as had 2 more coming in. My friend was speechless when I put the print in their car to take home and they realised what it was. ( I had said I had bought something for myself) . Thankyou so much, it made my friends day 😁
