Cute quirky little cafe with a good selection of food and drink. Tried their filter coffee, cheese break and corn bread, all very delicious. Quick service and warm welcome. The decorations are nice!

I love this place. This is authentic SA food. Coffee is delicious. Atmosphere fun, relaxing and casual. Owner operated so you’re not getting a corporate style environment here it’s the real deal.

The last time I was in this building it was a pub! Now a quirky cafe with excellent coffee and a rather tasty build it yourself wrap. Nice feel to the place and certainly worth a return visit.

A lovely and interesting place with Colombian food and coffee (although not being a coffee-lover I had English breakfast tea, though others are available.

Absolutely stunning interior! The decorations are so nice and the toilets were funky! The food came quick and was very nice, we had the Veggie Plantain and Veggie Arepas. The coffee was extremely nice I would recommend the “strong not bitter”. Staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

This place is odd but in a good way. If you are looking for great coffee but fed up with the chains and your normal independent coffee shops, this will provide some different. The coffee is great but there are columbian oddities like Colombian Farmer. The cakes are tasty home baked (I suspect), warmed and so much better than the standard fayre. If you like cinnamon, plenty of great options. They also serve a range of Columbian snacks/small meals we didn't try these this time. Come with an open mind you see if it suits your style, on taste it's a clear winner. We are intending to return to discover more.

This place was awesome! We wanted somewhere to eat before we headed to the cricket. Lovely warm welcome. Had a coffee which was incredibly good and pastries which I can't put into words how good they were. I will be dreaming about that almond croissant for days to come

Bothy partner and I had eggs bobbles and they were nice. Deducted one star for the drinks we ordered which were chocolate milkshake and iced Americano which was quite diluted. If you’re looking for a nice friendly place for breakfast, this might be good but not like it’s a must.

Lovely café, friendly service, worth the price, good size portion and quality ingredients. Only fault was the coffee water temperature was teeny too high which burnt the coffee slightly, only slightly.

Great to sit outside, it's an enclosed area and dog friendly. Nice little sun trap, even on the colder, crisp mornings.

I had breakfast and my poached eggs were over done. They weren't runny and sourdough was very dry but it is a very welcoming place. Service was good. Polite staff.

We had amazing food here, the soup of the day was lovely, the chicken dumplings were very flavourful and the salmon salad was gorgeous. The servings were good for the price and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed with good music. Love the interior decorations and the service was amazing, the guy working at the bar was kind and polite. Would recommend!

Highly suggest this restaurant: I've been here a few times now and the food on every occasion has been really tasty. I'll definitely be returning in the future. I could not fault the staff or the quickness of service. Even being as busy as it was, we almost assumed they wouldn’t have any remaining seating when we arrived (as we didn’t book), don’t let this put you off. They have an entire floor of seating downstairs too!

Large group of us for brunch and they were happy to reserve a table for us. Food was excellent and large choice for all diets. Full English was as described and certainly made me full! Stopped here on a day trip to Worcester - brilliant service and food. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend for brunch/lunch if passing through. Also do a 10/10 espresso martini!

Central location, dog friendly and welcome, interesting menu with a good selection of yummy food, nice coffee too! Their long black is massive! Can be busy and popular, but worth the wait.

Cute little place. When u enter - it doesn’t look like much, but it goes in and on and leads to a cute little garden, where u can sit outside. They also have swings as seats available. The menu is small but versatile, with vegetarian options as well. Food is decent 4.5 with some options better than others. Zucchini fritters were really good. Excellent staff, really friendly, Food is outstanding, wife had eggy crumpets with avocado and bacon on top, absolutely “bostin” (look it up) she said. I had a bacon and sausage bap, both were excellent quality, the brioche bun didn’t work for me, breaks up to easy but by no means bad just my preference. Excellent back yard

LOVE this place. Always pop in after getting off the train as the station is only a few doors down. The staff are lovely and always welcome you with a smile. After frequenting for the past 3 years I only discovered they had a little back garden this summer😯it's a little hidden gem and you'd never guess you were in the middle of the city as it's so tranquil barring the odd siren going past! I've only ever sampled the coffee which is top notch(I also work in a coffee shop so appreciate good beans!🙂)I haven't sampled the food yet but always looks good when it passes by so it's on the agenda. Definatly worth a visit.

The perfect Sunday morning brunch. Wow, it was delicious 😋 we sat in the garden and prepared for a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and professional and the food is just amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and making our visit to Worcester so wonderful

Outstanding coffee and the loveliest staff. The hot food is really good and there is always a great spread of cakes (the matcha white choc cookies are incredible). Good place for study or meeting a friend.

Delicious lunch with good quality local produce , excellent hot drinks too , good variety , more than shown on line and very reasonable. Lady serving pleasant and the surroundings are lovely, some fabulous art on display and history of Worcester including its brave people who served their country. On 1st Tue each month they open the Old Chemist Shop, itself fascinating with a helpful interesting guide.

An absolutely lovely friendly atmosphere with great staff always on hand to help out. The food was fresh as usual and you could taste the difference. Great to see through to the kitchen and see things being hand made brings back memories of my early years and Mum always making and baking the food which also adds to the ambiance with the home made baking odours wafting through every now and again. Well worth a visit on any outing to Worcester.

This lovely, tranquil cafe has never disappointed. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and although the proprietor is only now approaching completion of his first year at the Balcony Café, he deserves much credit for the innovative menu, made from fresh ingredients, in great combinations. Balcony Café has a relaxed atmosphere, great coffee freshly made, and really good meals and sandwiches (also freshly made to order ). A must for refreshments when you're at the Museum, or just visiting Worcester, and very deserving of local support.

Straightforward wee cafe in upstairs of delightful museum. Lovely home cooked food eg quiches and cakes, v friendly family run cafe - perfect for a rest stop when visiting - much more interesting than many of the chain places in town. Great for mums with little ones - a must try place of you haven’t been!

Quite simply, I ordered a halloumi wrap, and it tasted ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. How can a halloumi wrap look and taste this good?! There's an artist at work in the kitchen here. Charles and I agreed that here was one of the most delicious (without exaggeration) freshly made lunches we've individually come across.

Order to have one burger and fries and one meal, they delivered one burger and the fries and the water for the meal but not the second burger, when called the branch been told is nothing they can do but they took the money for it, absolutely disgusting I'll never order from McDonald's again, is that's great customer service I doubt know what to say. Removed the mobile application and NEVER GO AGAIN to those people, Disgusting and no respect for their customers 😡😡😡😡😡

Well great food as my children say, I'm not a personal fan of the fast food ingredients ect. However I can say great friendly staff at all times and I can also recommend for hangovers and constipation. So a thumbs up 👍 from me and Family 🙌

McDonald's is just getting worse and worse by the day, staff only seem interested in serving uber or just eat drivers. Seems the business model in drive throughs and take aways. Staff and management couldn't give two hoots about people who walk in. Food was super slow and then when it came out was cold! Great!

Customer services is shambles spent ages trying to get through to the point my food is now cold. Missed my straw for my drink and a philly stack burger from my meal. Not the first time they have messed up a order. Genuinely rubbish absolutely disgusted by it.

Drive through was a very long queue, so ordered inside. So busy especially with delivery drivers. Food ordered took 20mins to come.

This food was so cold. I ordered and took over 40 minutes to deliver. I had to throw it away. Came with no sauce like I asked, the burger was like a brick and no straw for drinks. Uber said they can’t refund as it was McDonald’s who had left the order on the side whilst the uber driver was driving to collect it.

Horrible place, not for humans anyway. Understaffed, all bins full, all tables greasy and dirty, pieces of food on the floor and under the tables. I've asked a member of staff to give me a wet rag to wipe the table I wanted to seat with my family, but he came and did it, just a wet rag, no antibac or any cleaning spray. It's absolutely gross for a restaurant in the 21st century from a country that helps other countries to develop. The big chains of restaurants need to get more staff. I could only see 3 staff members in a Sunday afternoon, shocking.

Worst burger ever … rubbery chicken… gave me a strip in my burger and told me it was a fillet … why lie .. never eating here again.. Munchies is way better !! Chick fila also walks all over this 24£ and we leave hungry… shite value for money

The service was fast and efficient and that cannot be faulted. However, the food itself was horrible; I ordered a bucket for one and the hot wings were smaller than my pinky finger with very little chicken on them, the boneless fillets were alright but very watery and lastly the original recipe chicken was also very water and the skin was nowhere near to the bone. I felt sick after eating the original recipe chicken. I’ve never had an issue with KFC before and tend to enjoy their chicken a lot but on this occasion I feel compelled to write a review because the chicken was simply that bad. Cannot see myself returning anytime soon.

Went in for food with someone, when we sat down I was pestered and harassed by someone called Mandy to leave a review. I explained I did one a few weeks before but she was so insistent, literally pressing the buttons on my phone and telling me what to write. Sick of this as it's every time I go in and she is there. She stood that close to me I could smell her stinking breath. Completely off-putting and extremely rude. I or any member of my family will never go here again.

Not happy with the menu changes, especially with the banquets. Less for more... and charging for barbeque sauce when a customer is already spending nearly £30 is criminal. When asked why ... a sever replied they're trying to rake in more money! Sums it up really.

went to kfc and got told it was closed but the side door was open so we could use the toilet went through the side door, asked to quickly use the toilet, a staff member said yes. next thing you know a woman comes around the corner and screams at us in a vile tone telling us they are shut. would have understood if it was said in a nice tone but it was aggressive and very very rude. i think the woman may have been a manager too.

I went to the KFC in Blackpole, Worcester. I was blatantly ignored, the food bag was threw at me and the food inside was terrible. Never again and don't recommend.

80% of our order was missing. Burritos arrived with no sauce or toppings, just dry rice, few pieces of chicken and beans!! Tasted vile! Also didn’t receive chocolate sauce for churros and loaded fries arrived just as a regular portion of fries with no toppings! Ruined our night, and you can tell that people working there could not care less! Would not recommend to anyone.

Waste of money, we ordered two tacos which you would expect to be a hard shell but it was just burrito wraps, and as you can see in the photos very tiny like a child's meal. Not worth the amount they charge, won't be ordering from here again

Ordered ‘large’ fries with cheese and received this tiny bag, and my side of nachos came with no salsa (which I selected on the order) and the tiniest amount of cheese, never really had problems with this company before but this was pitiful, when working it out with Uber Eats the response was terrible, which I know isn’t the fault of the restaurant but still, will not be ordering from here again, what a waste of money

26/10/2023 Ordered to take away, ended up leaving accidentally without our nachos. One of the two female employees ran after us and caught up with us two streets away to tell us this so that we could go back and get them. Both members of staff really went above and beyond and provided an excellent service and were very friendly. The food was great too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Mexican food in Worcester.

First time ordering from Donnellys and I can't praise the food and service we have expirenced. We came in specifically for gluten free fish and chips (our eyes were definitely bigger than our bellies have been!) We hadn't realised it would be cash only but they helpfully pointed out where we could get cash back from! Our minds were put at ease when we asked about the gluten free options, everything is prepared separately from gluten, they are highly knowledgeable about coeliac and what to do. For anyone who is coeliac this is another level of reassurance that is often found lacking. Thank you for doing gluten free, we will be back to try the other gluten free options!

Been meaning to review since we visited on Monday a few weeks ago. They serve a gluten free menu Monday through Thursday. The chap at the counter (Ant I think it was) was incredibly knowledgeable, could talk me through the processes and how they kept everything safe. They have items I haven't seen for miles around in gluten free (fritters!!) and they have gluten free vinegar. So straight off the bat the service has really reassuring. And then the food turned out to be delicious too! Proper chip shop chips, fluffy batter, and the fish has plenty of flavour. Better than some non gluten free chippies I have locally pre diagnosis. Absolute winner. And then the final acid test? No reaction from our resident coeliac.

Searched everywhere in Worcester for gluten free Fish & Chips and could only find this place. So pleased we did, as GF food was faultless! Also, staff were extremely helpful/friendly and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a tasty GF fish & chips.

Recently moved to the area and went here for first time, we are normally very picky about takeaways but honestly there wasn't one bad thing tho say about the food or the lad and lady working tonight They were very welcoming and very helpful when we found out was cash only🙂 will 100% be returning Amy and Ben xx

My grandparents love Donnelly’s - whenever the topic of the best places to get food comes up, they are quick to mention it. They’ve been on a number of occasions and have enjoyed it every time. Me and my granny ordered some fish and chips today to take back to their house with us and the man that took our order was very friendly and conversational as he prepared our order. The fish and chips were excellent too - it was as if the fish were caught fresh out of the sea, and my grandad is particularly fond of the Irish curry sauce. This is definitely the best fish and chips shop in Worcester

Beautiful food really tasty and very good value for money, not to mention very good friendly service from Ant who was really polite and told us about a better deal to get more value for our money. Top fish and chips place locally 100% recommend and would go again.

Just needed a light lunch so had the 6 Mini-Fish and they were absolutely delicious. I literally watched as they were battered and fried then and there and was walking out with my lunch shortly after. Friendly, prompt service and very reasonable price. Took the opportunity to look at the board while waiting; lots of options available with plenty of combinations to make your meal work just right for you.

Got myself an early dinner… shop opens at 4:30, I ordered my food at 5pm…. I was thinking, these will be lovely fresh chips as they have only just opened. When I got home, opened my food to find horrible, dry, overcooked chips… presumably these are left over chips from lunch time opening? Couldn’t eat them… unfortunately wasted food and money in the bin. :( Please cook fresh food for paying customers

Used to be my favourite chippy, but recently the decline in quality is very noticeable. (Compared to end of 2024.) ‘Large’ cod was awfully small and skinny. To make matters worse, most of it was batter! The chips also tasted badly of old oil. I specifically said yes to salt & vinegar, but sadly they seemed to have forgotten to put this on. (Which did their chips no favours.) Sadly I now have to find another go-to. :(

First time order as I moved to upton snodsbury and this was my closest chippy. Stood outside for 10 mins (no problem). Got to front of que and they were shouting for collection rather than serve me (no problem). I ordered doner meat and chips. Drove 15mins home then started eating with my boy and realised they gave me chicken meat aswell. Would't have minded but we both dont like the chicken flavour so just eat the chips. Been going to golden gourmet for 20+ years and never had this happen. Sure it's an honest mistake but as I even said it was my first time there they might have made an effort. On a positive note the chips were nice

Absolutely the worst Maccies I have ever been in. Toilets had no soap and dirty. However sent back a cold filet large. Replaced it with an unsteamed cold bun with medium chips. No apology. Avoid!!!

Always serving up old dried out versions of the McDonalds menu instead of the freshly cooked stuff you pay for and expect. Easily solved however, just take it back to the counter and the lovely front counter staff sort it every time. It’s the kitchen staff who can’t be bothered. Happens a lot.

Really crowded and noisy. There was quite a long queue to wait for food...one good thing..there was a full time floor/table cleaner trying her best to keep up with messy customers!

Tried to call -Don't answer the phone. Called following order issued, no answer. Ordered 9 selects and got 20 nuggets. I wouldn't be annoyed but I know it's much more expensive for selects than nuggets and they are in a selects box. I would like a refund. Will contact again tomorrow.

Genuinley the worst Maccies I have been to, orders are almost always wrong in some way. Service is slow and food often comes burnt or cold.

Ordered through uber eats and all the food was missing, delivery driver took the drinks back but said he was returning but hasnt saying he would get the next order i put in so i put in the order for the food thinking he would bring that with the drinks, no luck and now im sat here waiting on the rest of it while my food is getting cold its actually a joke

Don't bother! My husband visited recently, phoned ahead so he could have a walk, they said 30mins to collect which worked great. When he arrived 20-30mins later, they couldnt find his order. Without going into detail, he waited a further 30minutes. No care, apology or consideration that they had messed up. By the time he got his food, he was still charged full price, still with no apology and a heavy rain and thunder storm had set in, so of course he was not pleased to walk back in (which could have been avoided). They still do not seem to have fixed the extract system either. The face is always full of smoke and makes your eyes water. Shame. Used to be ok but totally gone down hill and we will not be returning, rather spend our money elsewhere where they care about their customers!

I have been a caterer for 30 years. It was a delight to not only get great customer service but cracking food as well. 3 of us came in for a treat that did not disappoint. We will be back. We use this place once maybe twice a week without fail. There have been a few small issues leading up to this but without complaint. However, we pay 12.80 for 2 portions of halloumi and it turns up inedible due to salt. No hint of customer service or refund for that part of the order. Even though we are repeat customers spending over £100 a week at your establishment. So, unfortunately you've lost a customer.

Order a takeaway for the first time in a few years. Went big on sides for both a signature wrap and butterfly chickens. I ordered hot on the wrap and garlic chicken on the plain chicken. Both were completely wrong, had garlic chicken on the wrap and jerk spicy on the butterfly chicken. To add to the problem, I ordered large salad box and got nothing. Photo to add as proof. The mix marinated olives is terrible for £8.50. One cut up pitta and small dips, along with olives from a packet is massively disgusting. It's not a cheap place, but to get things wrong especially during lunch time is terrible. Avoid.

Had lunch in and Ordered the gourmet burger with 2 sides Peri Fried and Spicy rice. 1. Gourmet Burger - was really nice and priced ok. The meat was delicious imo. 2. The Peri Fries - the peri salt just tasted more like curry and fries was a bit too soft for my liking. 3. Spicy Rice - way too much on the curry powder or whatever they used to get that flavour. It tasted more like rice that had just some curry-powder added to it and not stirred in well. For a small place, seating are was adequate and staff were ok.

A good find. The menu was confusing, there was an option on the wall that isn't on the main menu which is odd. Then an choice on the menu gives you the option for one side or two. But the price for two sides cost more than ordering the side option separately. So we did that. There are no drink options listed anywhere, photos on Google include milkshakes, but there was no option for this. The service was very slow but the food was good.

Amazing place! Ordered 10 mins before closing and they still cooked my food fresh, with a smile and did everything they could to ensure I left happy! Food was fresh, hot and very tasty! Very good portions sizes - even allowed me enough to save some for tomorrow! Will 100000% be going there again!

Me and my family been ordering from this place more then 4 years.. we never had a problem with food. Always was delicious but the last 2 or 3 ordering it just gotten worse.. today was very bad.. it was like soap after taste.. we couldn’t finish our meals, salad had very bitter taste and like I said meat and fries had very strange taste like soap.

Take it from someone that has a Kebab from this place for over 40 year. Read previous reviews that are coming from people that are coming out of near by nightclubs that have drowned thier taste buds in alcohol all night. This has now got to be possibly the worst tasting and worst presented kebab I have ever had delivered. Take a leaf out of Shimla Kebab and they are not as good as they used to be but still better than what I got served by Worcester Kebab house. If you’re hammered I’m sure you will welcome it but if you have ordered in there are better places to order from.

I cannot recommend this place enough the staff are another level polite respectful and helpful not there to rip you off. I had quite a few drinks and was pretty drunk they treated me with so much respect and believe me there were people in there a lot worse than me😂😂😂 and once again the staff were great with everyone and all treated well the food was amazing and portions absolutely huge and excellent prices so just a massive thank you to all at the Worcester kebab house thanks boys

Staff are nice and the actual restaurant seems clean. Food was hot and very good. BUT please clean the toilets they terrible. Sticky floor and the toilet seat is the worst I’ve ever seen or smelt, not good when toilets are close to the restaurant and the cooking area. They will say they check them regularly, this cannot be true. When I emailed KFC I gave them my receipt number name and membership number and then they asked for a picture of the receipt which I guess had been binned. I’m not after anything just want them to clean the toilets. Well the toilets still the same , not at all hygienic and a little worrying when the staff are using the toilets. Today I tried to order from the counter the young lady said the manager says we can’t except orders at the counter. Use the self service. Being an OAP I really prefer human contact to place my Order. Spoke with the manager he said have to use self service machine. When I said I don’t like them he said we can get someone to help. How belittling is that !!!! They were quiet with 4 staff standing around. I left the restaurant without food

Ordered via uber eats and clicked the wrong family box. Rang to see if they would change over as it was same price as only a boneless box to recipe chicken. Didn’t see it being a problem but obviously this is too much for the staff here as they weren’t happy to help and was just told to cancel order. Safe to say last time we use this KFC

I ordered two boneless banquets for my daughter and friend ,at a cost of over £30 ,to celebrate exam results. When the food arrived via delivery we found the chips were missing. We phoned the store who informed us they couldn’t get these to us but gave us a code we could use for the chips in store. This is a waste of time as we couldn’t get to the store anyway, hence why we got a delivery. Thank you KFC for ruining what should have been a celebration. We won’t be using you again.

Forgot a fair chunk of our order, bun lid, missing from one burger, tried calling Number from receipt and website, no reply, phone unanswered. How are you going to rectify a mistake if you don't answer the damp phone or put a number for the store? RIDICULOUS!! Poor service getting order wrong, ages to answer phone then only choice offered was to drive 25 mins back to store to replace only the missing items or email and wait for vouchers (maybe) to replace the meal at some stage in the future. Does not help hungry wife and kids when an issue takes so long to get resolved. ANSWER YOUR PHONES so you can sort out your mistakes

Hit and miss with hard coated chicken or dirty tables. I won't be going back as sat watching a member of staff emptying outside bins then went back to kitchen area straight back to serving food without washing hands 🤢. Very disappointed.

Shrub Hill is awful! Ordered twice via JustEat and both times had issues! First time they got the order wrong with missing items/salad and the sandwiches looked unappetising and arrived freezing cold (despite being toasted), sent pictures and sorted a partial refund via JustEat which took over 24hrs. Second time we had multiple missing sides and drinks, decided to call up the branch to try and rectify without having to contact and wait on JustEat and the man on the phone wasn't interested! Basically called us liars and claimed that the order was checked by his team and it was all in there. The bag was sealed with THEIR sticker so no one had tampered with it until we had opened it. Rude staff, incompetent team and will not be using this particular store again! Avoid!

Don't eat here don't buy from here or just eat they rob your food and refuse to refund you the store just hang up on you and be rude and just eat refused to refund us because complained of a order last month from McDonald's missing fries which they didn't refund either. What a scam £30 taken with nothing in return. The food was for me my partner and son that had been in hospital for 2 weeks. Absolutely shocking. Just eat drivers excuse was I left it by a gate. Went into this store around 4pm on 31st July. I went to buy food while my wife used the baby changing room to change our son. Once she was done with changing our son, she came out and handed the key back to one of the employees, who made a snide remark of "I thought you were a customer". Firstly, she is a customer, I'd just bought us food. Secondly, even if she wasn't a customer, she was changing our son. The polite thing to do would've been to ignore the usual "customers only" rule, as babies don't tend to wait when they need the toilet. I'd hate to see how this guy treats a pregnant woman. No apology was offered when he must have realised my wife was in fact a customer. Food was good, but I'll never come to this location again after this experience.

Usually excellent but there was something wrong with the Beef with mushrooms & water chestnuts (#80) tonight. A strong ammonia taste and smell to the beef. Couldn't bring myself to finish my portion. First bad experience in 15 years. Lady on the phone was apologetic, I did not ask for a refund for that item but asked them to check the ingredients.

Absolutely terrible tonight. Spent over £50 for four of us. I rang and asked if they had changed owners/chef. Guy on phone didn’t care less when I said it was thrown in bin. Rice was dry, hardly any meat no taste, ribs were not fresh whatsoever, none of it tasted fresh like it was all leftovers re-heated. Very disappointed. Totally different to previous takeaway’s we’ve had the last few times. Wasn’t offered any compensation in any way so won’t be going again 👎🏼

If you advertise opening at 1pm on a Saturday it’s normally a good idea to actually be open then? Maybe sell the business to someone whose heart is still in it ?

I have just been to this chip shop and asked for a cone of chips and 2 savoloys…. My first use of this company is a good experience: well-sized portions, tasty and all was fresh. Delivery time below estimated which is also nice. Sadly, they forgot to put "all salad" into my kebab, hence 4 stars not 5. However, I will definitely come back here for a good taste.

Was always the best kebab in Worcestershire, in the whole time they been open I've never had a bad takeaway from here. Friendly staff, delivery is normally earlier than expected And now they've started doing next level curries and a whole range of northern Indian Pakistani food as well 👌

Kebabs were okay, don't bother with fried chicken, clearly just frozen I remember they used to do fresh, they can't get a good deepfry and they end up burnt and bland, I also think I was given deep fried paper?

I went in to order in person for the first time, and while waiting in the reception area by the till, I noticed a staff member sitting with their shoes up on the food preparation area and fridge”shoes basically on the fridge handle where people touch and prepare food”. That’s the same place where food is prepared and served to customers. Putting shoes there is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene. What else there is to say …

Pizza was inedible, disappointed pizza Milano used to be good however order the meat feast and it tasted like cleaning products the meat tasted fine but either the sauce or the dough what ever it was it was gross!! and they added way to much cheese and they don’t have an option to add less cheese. The chips were alright an average takeaway chips.

Searched on google for a decent Kebab in Worcester and these guys ranked high but for the life of me I cannot understand why. Kebab tasted like rubbish! The meat was dry and cut extremely thin! The sauces were not very good quality and lacked taste. The best part about kebab was the pitter! I will not be going back to this place anytime soon!

Popped in on the way home, got ignored by two members of staff. One walked straight past me taking a box out to the delivery drivers. Like most places now customer service sucks and they just want to do deliveries. Even though they would make more money on collections. Another customer they have lost.

Love the food. Never had any problem with what was ordered. However, when the telephone receptionist changed, she was very abrupt, repeated things too quickly so it was hard to actually understand. Sat 28/1 had a Chinese with my daughter. The duck was mushy, odd taste, no crispy bits but a lot of fat and skin. No lettuce or spring onions which ruined the meal. Chips were good, just as well really.

This place illegally charge a "service charge" of 50p if you pay by card. I called them out on this and they said "so you don't want the food then" . I had the pizza because I was starving and paid the illegal fee. I wish that I hadn't bothered, the pizza was as bad as their attitude. Avoid !!

Horrible food all round pizzas were taste less and cold. Kebabs were cold and the salad was off the lettuce was yellow and brown not green and fresh. The chips were burnt and tasted off old fat. I would never order from this place again and I suggest other don't. I might as well threw £30 in the bin tonight.

Pan Pizza used to deliver in 10-15 minutes. The food was fresh a piping hot. Delivery times have now plummeted, with average time being over an hour. Last night, when our food took two hours to arrive, we sent it back. Traffic cannot be blamed, be when we phoned the staff were rude, abusive, and took no responsibility whatsoever, saying it was all because of roadworks.

just moved to Barbourne and delighted to have a proper chippy in close proximity... I had the mini fish and chips special with mushy peas... served straight away and good value under £7. plenty of options including roe and halloumi which I'll try out another time...long may this place continue!

MOLDY FOOD! Do not eat here!! If i could give 0 stars I would!! We received our food late and when it came the burger had MOLD on it! Pizzas were uncooked and doughy, couldn't eat any of the food after finding the mold, no trust in their food hygiene. I rang them to explain the mold they put the phone down on me, when they eventually answered my call again after using another mobile they were hostile, after agreeing to refund me after explaining we could not eat the food, they still have not given me my refund!!

Ordered through just eat where they advertise a £3.50 delivery fee. We recieved a call asking originally for an extra £3.50 which soon turned into £6.50 as their delivery fee was actually £10.00 and that just eat hadn't changed it. We stated that we weren't prepared to pay this as it was false advertisement, that they should get it changed and asked for our order to be cancelled as we were not prepared to pay that price, which they wouldn't do. We ended the call so we could cancel it our end only to recieve another call asking for the money again. Once again we asked for the order to be cancelled to which they refused and so we cancelled it our end in hopes to save my grandmother from loosing money. We cancelled it only to recieve a text from just eat stating that we wouldn't recieve a refund as we continued to speak on the phone to them and asked them to check that it had been cancelled and confirm it would be refunded they told us they didn't know and couldn't help us but would get their boss who told them the same thing. From what we can understand there has and won't be a refund. Our order was £41.50 without their "added charge". I will never return to this place as they false advertise their prices through just eat who are extremely clear with all their other establishments. I've ordered from Shimla before (a wonderful place to eat from) and even they don't charge that amount and they are clear on their pricing. I will never ever order from ALTAFS grill and recommend others don't either as you could be subject to this too. If I could give a 0 I would.

I orded at 7.10 and arrived at 8.20 and the customer service was really bad and the man talked rudly and they overcooked the pizza furthermore there was so much sauce on the pizza it tasted like it was made last week because the toppings they were really hard and burned and at 8.00 we called back and he angrily said that it will arrive in 10 minutes but arrived in 20 minutes

Absolutely disgraceful, the order was wrong and items wrre missing noone answered the phone and my husband went down in the end and asked where his meal was and they then replaced the wrong order however he now came back after apparently rectifying the issue to come back and his order is still missing, tried to call 14 times kept going to message saying you can't leave a message try again.... very disappointing

Clint’s Pizzas are the best in town!! So much to choose from I can never just have one slice 🤤 also his homemade Kombucha is the bees knees!! One of Worcesters gems tucked away in the city centre, highly recommend for family’s!

I'm a big pizza fan but it's hard to come by these days. So much take away trash out there it's all you can find mostly. So I like to travel around and find the good stuff. I've been lots places all over the Midlands and those good quality pizza spots are out there. Leaven pizza in Hereford being my favourite.. So far. However today I visited Pizza Freaks in Worcester. Wow! My new favourite pizza. I've never been to NYC but this, in my minds eye/tastes buds, is everything I imaged an NYC slice shop would be. The crust on the pizza is crisp, light, airy and crisp.. Did I say crisp? It has flavour to and stands out well from other pizza's that claim to be sourdough or long fermentation doughs. Best pizza sauce I've had. Quality of ingredients is top notch. The cans of tomato are not just for display it's what they actually use. Will defo be visiting for slices! If you like good quality pizza then try this place you won't be disappointed.

Really really well made pizzas! Cool venue and nice ambience. It's cool that you can see the chef hand stretching the dough in the open kitchen. There's a wicked taproom downstairs serving wicked beer to wash your pizza down with afterwards. All round top experience and highly recommend 👌

Visited for my birthday on a Saturday afternoon. Pizza was absolutely delicious and one was more than enough for the four of us. Staff were very helpful putting the sauce on the side in case it was too spicy for the kids. We’ll be back!

So so good, absolute gem of a place above an awesome bottle shop. Great selection of beers as a result & a unique range of soft drinks. Pizzas were incredible, pre cooked slices warmed through once ordered, yet still tasted so fresh. Definitely stopping in as often as I can find an excuse.

Came here tonight and ordered food. I didn't receive all my food but paid for it. When I questioned the man who was working there, he said I didn't order anything else apart from a kebab. Even though he charged me for kebab and chips. Absolutely disgusting kebab was stone cold. I will never go there again.

We paid for two XL pizzas at £16.90 each but after a few minutes were told they had no XL pizza bases left, so we agreed two medium and two small pizzas instead for the same price, then ordered a taxi. Just before the taxi arrived, they gave us the mediums but no small pizzas and when questioned they then offered to cook the small ones with no explanation (or we could have ‘a few chips’ instead). Entire thing seemed rehearsed and was timed so we would have to wait another 20 minutes while paying taxi charges. All the hallmarks of a classic scam!

We have ordered from Luigi's many times and it has been absolutely delicious, hot and freshly cooked food. However, tonight the fish was cold, the batter was not cooked and the chips were a small portion when I ordered large. We will most likely order elsewhere next time
