Hearthstone Restaurant is a luxurious dining spot located in a historic house with elegant decor and stunning mountain views. It offers elevated American cuisine, including popular dishes like Colorado rack of lamb crusted with rosemary and parmesan. The restaurant is known for its popularity among both couples celebrating special occasions and groups of friends starting their mountain getaway.
Beautiful mountain views and excellent location. The food was good quality with very fair portion sizes. The service was impeccable - all the servers were incredibly attentive and gracious. We went for our anniversary and received complimentary champagne, which we thought was a thoughtful touch. It’s the kind of restaurant that has become increasingly rare nowadays. It's a place where you can truly be present and enjoy a meal with the company you’re with. It’s not just about sitting down, eating, and leaving. You can savor both the food and the experience. We would gladly return and recommend it to anyone! Photos (Salmon, Cod, Spring Salad, Lobster Raviolo, View from outside restaurant on their deck, Carrot cake)

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The ambiance was stunning—perfect for savoring gourmet dishes, crafted cocktails, breathtaking views, and great company. The staff was warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every plate was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A true gem for anyone who appreciates elevated cuisine and impeccable service

Absolutely Stunning Dinner! Every moment of our experience here was just incredible! Our server Anna was so friendly and accommodating! The atmosphere was impeccable with no concerns whatsoever! This was a 5 Star Meal all around and the best meal we had in Brek! The seasoning is absolutely outstanding in all the dishes, with just the right amount of salt (love the Maui salt). We shall return! What a gem Hearthstone is! Make a reservation here…..and get the Sticky Toffee Pudding for desert. Scrumptious!!!
Amy C — Google review
We enjoyed the best meal of our week-long stay in Breckenridge at Hearthstone. The staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable with great views. The food was sublime on all levels-presentation, preparation, taste, and textures. Go ahead and make the reservation now-you’ll be super happy that you did!
Grish240 — Google review
Really enjoyed the custom cuts of rack of lamb. I'm a chef. It is nice to go to a restaurant to have something uniquely prepared. The duck had a fresh plum sauce. The skin was crispy. The English Toffee dessert was exquisite. Oh. The cheese plate was fun to eat with honeycomb, figs and cranberries.
Nancy W — Google review
Incredible food with amazing vibes. We had such a wonderful time and we're so impressed with everything. Even the salt they use for their bread and butter is a smoked Hawaiian sea salt. 🤤 The decorations, lighting, etc., all just add to the already cozy yet refined vibes of this beautiful restaurant. Evenings in the fall here are for sure the move. But, I could see winter or spring being amazing here too. (with the pretty snow and the lights, or just beautiful mountain flowers) Highly recommend for a date night
Akzorz — Google review
Wow. This place was absolutely incredible. How more people aren't talking about this place is beyond me. We had reservations at 8pm and had such a good time. All the staff were both incredible kind and professional. The food came out pretty fast and was super delicious. I like that they have weekly food options that aren't on the menu so you can always get something new. The prices are reasonable for the experience your getting. To be able to eat food in an old Victorian house that feels like a fine dining experience is so great. I highly recommend coming for a date or with your girlfriends.
Tara H — Google review
We wanted a great meal in a unique setting with excellent service. This hit all points. Starting at the entry into a house where you are greeted quickly and shown to your table. There is seating upstairs and downstairs. We went upstairs (which I would argue have the best views) and there is the small bar (seating for 6) upstairs so you can watch your drinks being made. The food was fantastic! The cod was some of the best we have had, the bison short ribs were great, and the duck was excellent. For dessert the English Sticky Toffee Pudding and Carrot cake were incredible. Definitely a do again!

Aurum Food & Wine in Breckenridge offers a stylish and rustic-chic atmosphere, serving up inspired New American dishes, playful cocktails, and craft beers. The restaurant is overseen by renowned restaurateur Phillips Armstrong and features excellent dinner options like osso bucco lamb shanks, pacifico striped bass, honey-spiced duck breast, and Colorado chicken roulade curry.
Great food and friendly, helpful staff. All of the starters and entrees we ordered were well executed and very flavorful. Good wine list with a lot of variety. We will definitely be back!

Fine dining in Breckenridge. Overall a great experience but, for my palette at least, the chef was trying too hard on each dish, unnecessarily over complicating with flavors that fought rather than complemented each other or over amplified when subtly would have been better. Still, by far the best kitchen in Breckenridge and not too pricey as tasting menus go.
Andrew W — Google review
What a great happy hour! Amazing food and top notch service. We ordered a lot and enjoyed everything. Crispy curried cauliflower, Korean fried chicken, bib, wedge salad, and the amazing French onion burger! We thought everything was reasonably priced. It’s calling us to come back soon!
Channing V — Google review
Meeka was an amazing server. He was very personable and we had some great conversations with him. He suggested the lions mane which I would not have ordered Without his recommendation, but it was fabulous! We completely enjoyed our “date night” and he made it extra special

We went to Aurum for an early dinner which happened to fall within the Happy Hour time range with THREE kids (ages 1,6, and 9). As this was our first time in Breck, we figured this would be the most appropriate time to come to a fine dinning restaurant with kids. From the moment we arrived till we left, we were given phenomenal service and attention. Our server, Jason, helped us make some great selections for the entire family, and helped me to narrow down something spicy (I was just recovering from a sinus infection so I wanted something I could really taste). The ONLY item we thought was a bit over flavored was the Japanese U5 scallops. The dish was very complex and the plating was ornate and beautiful; however, the dish was just a little too much relative to how my wife enjoys her scallops. This just comes down to preference and not that this was a bad dish. The Korean style pork ribs were phenomenal and exactly what I was needing in my life. Both our kids ordered the kids portion trout and it was a really nice amount relative to the price. Hopeful to come back on our next trip!
Guy M — Google review
Lovely dining experience! Scarlet was a gem and definitely added to the delicious evening here. We shared the cauliflower (huge portion) and delicious wedge salad; they definitely don’t skip on the bacon and blue cheese. And for dinner we enjoyed the duck and the trout! Delicious flavor combos, inviting atmosphere and great hospitality.

10 stars! Amazing service from Madison this evening, next level food, drinks & space with lovely outdoor area. Highest possible recommendation!
Loren G — Google review
I recently dined at this fancy restaurant that truly impressed me from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, with beautifully set tables and soft lighting that created a perfect ambiance. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. From the appetizers to the main course, every bite was a delight. The chef’s attention to detail was evident, and the seasonal ingredients really shone through. The service was equally outstanding. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They provided excellent recommendations and ensured our dining experience was seamless. Overall, this restaurant is a gem. Whether for a special occasion or just a night out, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious food and impeccable service.

Rootstalk Breckenridge is a renowned dining spot located on Main Street in an 1889 Victorian building. It's the brainchild of local chef Matt Vawter and offers elevated comfort food such as pot pie with braised rabbit and celery root veloute. The restaurant also features a seven-course tasting menu that showcases carefully sourced ingredients prepared using French cooking techniques. Rootstalk aims to elevate familiar dishes to create the best versions possible, providing an exceptional dining experience for visitors.
Came here to celebrate our friend's bachelor party. We all did the tasting menu and some of us did the wine pairing or at least ordered glasses. From the moment we arrived to the end of the meal, the service was incredible. Each of the staff were so knowledgeable and really made the experience that much better. The food was delicious, we spent most of dessert fighting over which dishes deserved the number 1 spot. There was nothing that we didn't like and the flavor pairings were so creative. Would highly highly recommend.
Jake C — Google review
The food way absolutely fantastic. We opted for the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings. Pictures speak for themselves in this aspect, I hope. The wine was fine, a couple standouts but we were not blown away with the pairing choices. If we did it again, we would not do the pairings. The service was great but not the type of service to accompany the overall special memory. We had many people drop off our plates but some seemed disinterested, some too busy and the wonderful person who was there the most never told us her name which I found odd. It was good service but I left a bit confused if that was the normal experience or if something was off. It also took quite a long time to get our check after the last course. For the price being what it was, I expected a bit more. However, if the opportunity presents itself we will be back.

We celebrated our friend's birthday and we couldn't have had a better experience! The food was outstanding! The service, especially Angie, was attentive, knowledgeable and super helpful with dietary restrictions. An awesome evening with delicious food, wonderful friends, and fun atmosphere!

Visited during the week, chefs table tasting menu incouding wine pairing. Service was excellent, everything was well spoken about including the wine, they answered lots of questions. Food being a tasting menu was of course small, but it was many courses and plenty by the end of the meal. Food was fantastic, tasted great, a few dishes not quite perfect but still tasted great. They spoke about the wine so passionately and it was interesting, wines from small producers and families we'd never heard of before. It was fairly quiet, since we visited during the week, but being at the chefs table downstairs this didn’t impact us as the servers and chefs speak to you regularly. The staff were great, very attentive, interested, and cared about the service. Visited during our anniversary and the team made it very special. This is worth a splurge or experience, worth the value for a rare fine dining meal rather than every day.
James L — Google review
We had some amazing meals in Breck and this one was simply outstanding from the flavorful dishes to the knowledgeable and friendly staff. We opted for the tasting menu which was perfectly paced out and left feeling comfortably full. My husband did the wine pairing and I just had a couple of glasses. The sommelier Meghan was a gem and was so knowledgeable and passionate when describing the wines, locations, etc. and she answered my many questions both about the food and drink. She even recommended and showed us a book to grow our wine knowledge. Wish we had a spot like this down in FL. Until next time!
Alex F — Google review
The happy hour menu is very small, but had some great options if you want a bite to eat for less! I got their seasonal salad for half the price it normally was and the flavors were incredible - fresh peas and the plating was BEAUTIFUL! I ordered the Alaskan halibut for my main dish and was one of the best fish entrees I’ve ever had in my life. I had a refreshing mocktail made with English pea, lemon and mint, and it was so good. The service was fast, welcoming and I’m so glad I finally had the opportunity to dine here. Will definitely be back. I dined in the cellar downstairs and it had such a cute ambiance, but very different than the upstairs. Be sure to make a reservation!
Stephanie K — Google review
Excellent dinner tonight. We sat in the basement which I think is nicer and a bit quieter than the upper level. Food was great. I particularly liked the halibut main course and my wife and I really enjoyed the peach cobbler dessert. Service was great. One of the best meals I have had in Breck.
Steve H — Google review
The 7-course tasting menu was absolutely delicious. I loathe beets, and their beet dish was out of this world. The birthday card signed by staff was a fun surprise.

It's a perfect spot for a romantic celebration, offering rustic American classics and artisanal cocktails. The menu features popular dishes like Bangs Island Mussels with coconut-lime infused broth and grilled baguette, as well as Scottish Salmon served with caprese risotto and lemon-butter sauce.
This is five stars all around. The food is great. The servers are at a higher caliber. The atmosphere is lovely. We have been more than once and I have enjoyed what we have gotten each time. I highly recommend the chocolate for dessert, it’s divine.

We came for the espresso martinis and stayed to have the best American Wagyu we’ve ever tasted. It's hands down one of the best restaurants for appetizers, drinks, and dinner. The owner came out and asked how everything was, and we had a great conversation with him. Our waitress, Becca, gave exceptional service.
Steven J — Google review
We had such a fun time at Blue River Bistro for happy hour! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—perfect for a big group of friends to gather and relax. Their cocktail menu is outstanding, both creative and beautifully presented. We tried a variety—from the bright, citrusy cocktails with a swirl of berry purée to the rich espresso martinis—and every single one was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing without ever making us feel rushed. Sitting together with great company, sipping fantastic drinks, and enjoying the mountain town vibe made this the highlight of our evening in Breckenridge. If you’re looking for a spot with excellent cocktails, a great happy hour, and a warm, upbeat setting, Blue River Bistro is the place to go!
Kim B — Google review
If you’re in Breckenridge and want an unforgettable dining experience that captures the heart of the mountains with the warmth of genuine hospitality — Blue River Bistro is it. I came here on a whim and ended up having one of the best nights (and mornings) of my entire trip. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere had that perfect balance — elegant yet relaxed, modern yet cozy. But what truly made the experience stand out were Nicole and Kayla. These two absolutely made my night. Nicole had this natural, effortless charm — the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. She was attentive without hovering, knew the menu inside and out, and had that genuine enthusiasm that shows she actually loves what she does. Kayla was just as incredible — upbeat, kind, and on top of every detail. Together, they created such a positive vibe that I literally came back the next morning for brunch just to see them again. That’s how good they are. Dinner was exceptional. I started with a cocktail that was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too strong — and followed it up with the steak and eggs skillet, which completely blew me away. The steak was cooked flawlessly, tender and flavorful, paired with perfectly seasoned potatoes and eggs done just right. It’s the kind of dish that sticks with you long after you leave. Then came brunch the next morning, and let me tell you — the mimosas hit the spot. Crisp, refreshing, and bottomless in spirit (if not technically). I went for the red chilaquiles, and they were phenomenal — layered with flavor, a perfect mix of spice and comfort, topped with fresh ingredients that brought it all together. Every bite was bold, rich, and satisfying — the perfect mountain-town brunch plate. Between the food, the service, and the energy of the place, it’s clear why Blue River Bistro has such a great reputation. You can tell the staff care about every guest who walks through the door. There’s a real sense of connection here — something rare these days. Whether you’re winding down after a day on the slopes or starting your morning with something special, this place is a must-visit. Huge shoutout to Nicole and Kayla for turning what could’ve been a regular dinner into something truly memorable. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in Breckenridge — and if you go, do yourself a favor and ask for them. Blue River Bistro — 10/10. Incredible food, amazing team, and an experience that feels like home.

A very classy feeling restaurant that's not overly fancy. We came in with no reservation but you can make one. We sat in a table by the bar but there is a whole other area of just tables. Our waiter was so kind and my boyfriend and I only ordered one plate to share. When the food was brought out the kitchen has cut our serving in half on two separate plates for us to enjoy and there was still enough food to feel full. We had such a good time. The staff was nice and professional. Always making sure our drinks were filled and our food was good. This restaurant also offers a military discount which is thoughtful.

Absolutely loved this place we got there just in time for their happy hour. That was the best happy hour I have ever had, appetizers 2 for 1 along with drink. Everything was great about this place.

South Ridge Seafood Grill is a popular restaurant in Breckenridge, offering a stylish and nautical setting where seafood enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of fresh dishes. While the menu includes meat options, the focus is on high-quality seafood. The traditional yet unpretentious decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a bustling bar area.
We ate on the rooftop and it was lovely. The service was great and the food delicious. What more could you ask for? They had live music playing but it wasn’t so loud where we couldn’t have a conversation. We will definitely be back again.

We loved our dinner at the Southridge Seafood Grill! The oysters, scallops, trout, and cherry pie were amazing. The service was top notch. We were very well cared for. The ambiance was perfect for a luxury vacation dinner. We will definitely return!

Cozy restaurant with delicious food and attentive service. Recommend reservations. Our server Sarah (sp?) was excellent and provided recommendations that were spot on. All staff were attentive- they seemed to work well supporting each other. Wine list, while somewhat limited, was sufficient. The New England clam chowder was quite good, and the smoked trout dip fresh and flavorful. Only complaint with this was the accompanying pitas, which were underwhelming. My Ahi tuna entree was as superb, as were the scallops my spouse ordered. For dessert we split a flourless chocolate cake- definitely a treat for chocolate lovers. Overall an excellent choice!

We have enjoyed the food every single time we have been here. Great to find a nice seafood place up in the mountains. We love the salmon with a Thai twist and the Ahi special as well. Also great kids meals and drink specials.

We enjoyed our meal. I got the in-house Manhattan which was shaken. I've never had one shaken before. I prefer it stirred but still good. Next we had the shrimp wraps and Thai mussels. I especially liked the shrimp wraps as it was crisp and the flavor was on point. Next we got the wagyu burger cooked medium rare. They nailed it. Last for dessert we had the spiced apple cake. We really appreciated the professional service and clean atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

Clam chowder was lacking the key ingredient - clams! baguettes were awesome. Ruby Trout was good, though only received 7 snow peas. Drinks are not weak!

Kaitlin was kind enough to take or beverage and appetizer order so we ordered oysters on the 1/2 shell and Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and it was all over the top. Next we ordered dinner Red Trout and the Maine Lobster Tail. Kaitlin provided very personal and friendly service. The vibe inside is very welcoming and super friendly. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Dinner was phenomenal the tastes were so well balanced every bite was a well deserved treat. Next was desert. Chocolate Fudge Cake. It was 100% Chocolate and good. Kaitlin made everything perfect and gave us some of the best service I have ever received. Be sure to ask for her when you Coe for dinner.

Crepes A La Cart is a popular destination in Breckenridge, known for its sweet and savory crepes. The restaurant has two locations on Main Street, with the option of a sit-down location across the street for shorter wait times. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from the Breck Ribeye to Smores, as well as build-your-own crepes with an extensive list of ingredients such as fresh fruits, nuts, meats, veggies, cheeses, and specialty sauces.
Theses crepes were delicious! A friend ordered one with butter and cinnamon and loved it. Mine was a bananas foster crepe. We had a bit of a wait but it was worth it!
Rhonda F — Google review
I have many fond memories of this place from years ago. I would consider it an iconic part of the Breckenridge experience. These days you still have crepes served from the "cart" up front but now you have a deck built around it with separate register and seating. Crepes are now $15. However, the pricing model is inflammatory. You get charged a "to go" fee. You get charged a mandatory 18% gratuity even before any service has been rendered. Also this is counter service. There's another 3% credit card fee. They prompt you for even more tip. Jesus, just make the crepes $22 and call it a day.
Brian T — Google review
The crepes, both savory and sweet, are really good. The ordering process has gone digital which seems like it should speed up the line, but I’m not sure it does. There is minimal seating so I’d get my order prepared so it’s wrapped to go. Overall, I highly recommend if you’re willing to wait for your order to be prepared and served up.
Grish240 — Google review
Our group of five had both savory and sweet crepes and sat on the patio. Everyone enjoyed their crepes and then we got a couple extra sweet ones for the drive home! Definitely recommend stopping in!!

We used to really enjoy this place. However, we will never go back. $46 for 2 very small crepes is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, they were made incorrectly. I didn't order an egg on my Monte Cristo plus the egg was missing on the breakfast crepe. Honestly, we were very understanding. No compensation was offered. Plus, they add a "service charge" It's a legal way to add gratuities and still asked for an additional gratuities. We were a party of 2 not 8. Overall, we had a very disappointing visit. Not worth it!
Cindy H — Google review
We just picked up some crepes, apparently I was ordering through the menu super fast because I felt like the gratuity screen was very refreshing only asking for 7%. It wasn’t until I paid $53 for two crepes where I was like huh, that’s really freaking expensive. I went on here to check reviews and sure enough. Crazy fees and condescending remarks. That’s sad, such a great town with generally great hospitality. This just is taking advantage of is customers which is such an odd strategy. One of our crepes was delicious though.
Allie V — Google review
WARNING, the prices on the menu are not the real price. I don't know if this is illegal but it definitely should be. They add a service charge and a credit card fee to every order. Rather than being honest and transparent by raising their prices to the real price, they choose to advertise artificially low prices on their menu and charge fees when you pay and hope you don't notice or don't care. Don't support scummy businesses like this. Spend your money elsewhere.
Ash K — Google review
Crepes were good and service was friendly but really not much service other than calling your name when your order is ready as you order through a kiosk which makes the mandatory 18% gratuity more questionable ,,,, there is also a 2% "resort fee" and a 3% credit card fee with no option to pay cash so you are looking at 23% in mandatory fees so be aware of that. Average was over $25 per Crepe both times we went.

Nestled in a rustic-chic setting, Briar Rose Chophouse & Saloon is an upscale dining spot known for its steaks and small plates. Originally a boarding house for miners, it now offers a diverse menu featuring slow-roasted prime rib, savory steaks, wild game, fresh seafood, poultry, pasta, and vegetarian options. The restaurant also presents unique chef specials each evening.
Got a delicious double cut filet with asparagus. Yummy. Both were perfectly cooked. I sat at the bar since I was alone so the bartender was my waitress and she provided excellent service. I’ll mention also the bar and bar back were made by Brunswick in the 1800s. Not original to Briar Rose but still really cool.

Best meal and service we’ve had in a long time. Michael Z was an excellent server- friendly, informative and helpful. Ribeye was very good. Escargot was sublime with soft and crusty bread. Sides of broccolini and thin cut Parmesan fries were good and plentiful. Skirt steak was good but could do with a little less salt and seasonings. Meats were so good they didn’t need the sauces and toppings. Chocolate cake was a rare blend of good looking AND tasty. Will be back again.

The people were nice but we felt a bit uncomfortable and that's all I'll have to say about our visit as far as the service and atmosphere. The food was good no complaints other than my fish was cooked a little too dry but it had a overall decent taste. I recommend this place definitely not giving it a negative review but I would not probably ever visit it again only based on the feelings that I felt in the restaurant. When in town I do recommend you give it a try your experience maybe totally different than ours

One of the best steaks I’ve had in Colorado! We all got the ribeye which was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms were delicious. I will be going back!

Me and my fiancé always struggle to find good above and beyond steakhouses in Breckenridge! I must say this place absolutely hit the mark for food quality, service, and the welcoming atmosphere. The steaks were tender and the sauces were amazing… The Oscar style is a must try. This was for my fiancés 28th birthday and she was very happy. I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family!

Overall, it is not worth the price of food. We had their bass and ribeye. Ribeye was good but bass, not so much. Service and atmosphere were lacking. For the price, I was disappointed that all sides were separately priced and not included with dish. It was our 28th anniversary and just didnt feel special. Just my 2 cents.

I only eat at the bar side. Restaurant side is more fancy. I like the cozy casual chic bar vibes. Love the steak and potatoes! I recently celebrated my birthday here and had a fantastic time. Sides are family style. Great portion sizes for about 4 people give or take depending on how much people eat

We love Briar Rose Steakhouse! We eat here every year during our annual Breckenridge trip. The service and atmosphere are always 15/10 and the food even tops that! Jack and Steve always provide top notch wine recommendations and are very knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks are delicious and we have never had a bad experience.

Nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, The Gold Pan Saloon is a charming establishment that has been serving up good times since 1879. With its rich history and rustic ambiance, this iconic saloon boasts the longest liquor license west of the Mississippi. Step inside to enjoy hearty breakfasts, delicious bar food, and a wide selection of brews while soaking in the nostalgic atmosphere.
Brittny was the best server!!! She was so attentive to our table and very friendly. The bar itself had great vibes and was just an overall fun time! Would definitely recommend and would come back soon.

I had a great time at the Gold Pan Saloon in Breckenridge! The atmosphere was lively, and the food was incredible. Brittany, our server, was fantastic—super friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended the Lamb Dip with garlic fries and a special sauce, and it did *not* disappoint. The flavors were amazing, and the fries were perfectly crispy! I paired it with a local Colorado beer on draft, which was a perfect match. To top it off, we finished the meal with their Crème Brûlée, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect sweet ending. The only downside was the live music—it was a bit too loud for comfort. It was hard to have a conversation without raising our voices, which I think detracted from the overall experience. If they could turn the volume down just a little, it would make the atmosphere perfect. Despite that, I’ll definitely be back for the great food and the wonderful service from Brittany!

Hannah was an incredible server, the best I think I’ve ever had. Wonderful atmosphere- enough noise to keep it lively but allows comfortable conversation. Picture perfect quality food with taste to match! We’ve routinely had the same food stops during our visits in town for the last 10 years and this place changes everything. Definitely go to Gold Pan Saloon!

We loved the Gold Pan Saloon. Our waitress was amazing and our food order came quick. We tried a couple of their red house wines from tap. It was a perfect semi- sweet wine. They had a happy hour and we ordered a pork slider and a chicken slider. They were very good and nicely presented. For dinner, I ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken and my wife had the Burrata and a bowl of French onion soup. When our dishes arrived, I had to double check to make sure I wasn't at a 5 star restaurant. The dishes were presented as such. The flavors of our food were just as top notch. Check out my pictures. I would totally recommend this bar restaurant for an amazing meal. The decor isn't 5 star but reminds you of being in a saloon from the 1800's. This is actually why we went here. We love history. For us, this was the perfect mix of history and amazing food.

This was such a cool bar! The food looked delicious but we just went to the bar for a drink. The bartender Nick was awesome! Very friendly and you could tell he was an expert at his craft. He made me a delicious mimosa with an extra kick of orange vodka that really stepped it up a notch. I saw him prepare some delicious looking chocolate martinis as well. The bar itself is solid carved wood and the whole vibe of the place is great. Highly recommend!
Kim W — Google review
We liked the great old time atmosphere, excellent service, food cooked exactly how we asked, and bartender with a quick sense of humor. The Cuban sandwich, gold pan burger and chicken Caesar wrap were outstanding. The craft beers were good, too. We will return.

We had a wonderful Halloween night at gold pan! So much fun! The DJ was on it all night playing to the crowd. Sammy and Aaron were very attentive even with the busy bar. They both remembered our party’s order every time we returned for a drink. Very friendly and welcoming!

The service killed the experience. We showed up and were the only table besides a few people at the bar. The bartender/ server was drunk at 330 pm serving us. He was super nice but kept forgetting stuff and bringing us the wrong drinks. Then we got handed off to another bartender mid service and no one ever came to check on us after we got our food and I had to walk up to the bar to get our drink refills. The bartenders were just chatting away with each other so that was a bit frustrating. Definitely understand if it was busy and they were short staff but there were easily 3-4 bartenders working. Food was good and decently priced!

Nestled at the base of Peak 8, Robbie's Tavern is a delightful spot to unwind after an exhilarating day on the slopes. This charming tavern offers stunning views of the ski runs and serves up a delicious array of American comfort food alongside an impressive selection of Colorado craft beers and cocktails.
My favourite bar that I visited on my six day visit to the area . Absolutely loved the experience of sitting outside on the terrace being warmed up by the long fire table and enjoying the views of the skiers reaching the bottom of the slopes. Service was impeccable and considering the location the draft beer prices were very reasonable. Originally we only stopped in for a quick drink but ended up staying a lot longer. Can’t wait to return.

Katie and Ryan took good care of us tonight at the boot We were greeted and promptly seated. Katie told us a few of her favorites on the menu they loaded fries with green chili was flavorful and delicious, The gluten-free pizza had nice mushrooms and pepperoni and with a crisp crust. You salad that they brought us with the balsamic vinaigrette on the side was also delicious cucumbers tomatoes sliced fresh Parmesan hit the spot. The Philly cheese steak was delicious as well and came with abundant french fries. Had the grannies upside down apple pie it was delicious. We ordered too much food for two people. We also got two pizzas to go which were very reasonably priced pepperoni and jalapeno. The atmosphere is nice can watch sports and the trees are all around looking out the window. Nice surprise for an onsite restaurant. Not sure why all of the less than five star reviews but this place was great good food and reasonably priced. Super grateful to have good food ask for Katie she's super sweet. 🙏

No wait for lunch, staff were friendly, and our server was awesome. Food is okay. My kid loved Tom's Baby burger with nice crispy fries. Not a fan of the Cheesesteak sandwich, especially the cheese that they use.

Really good bar food with a good variety of drinks! I highly recommend the red chilli fries, they are so delicious 😋 the staff was really nice and welcoming. The cheese steak sandwich was good but I wouldn't consider it a Philly cheese steak if you know what I mean. The salads are really good though, very fresh and dressed appropriately.

Overall really enjoyed Robbie's Tavern! The prices are not bad for the typical bar food. I got the cheesesteak and my friends got the pulled pork and the flatbread. We sat out on the patio and the weather was great! The food was good , especially my cheesesteak! I do wish the flatbread had a little more toppings because it felt like eating mostly bread. The fries were great but I didn't try the pulled pork. And our server was tremendous as well, making sure we were well taken care of. I'd definitely go back!
Jackson B — Google review
Great selection of beer and cocktails. Breck local spirits are always a hit. It was hot and sunny while we were here. Minimal shade and needed it with bright hot sun. The white queso is super yum and the pretzels are to die for! I will definitely be adding Robbie’s to the list of good scenic restaurants to go to while here. The need for an outdoor umbrella on the patio would have been great, but understood. The locals enjoy the sun and heat. We will be back!

The coolest spot to warm up with a hot drink and watch the ski hills, or to cool down in the summer! They've got fires going in the winter and you've got the best view of the ski hill. The service is incredible too!
Kimberly C — Google review
We stopped by Robbie's Tavern during our summer vacation at Peak 8, hoping for a good meal with the mountain views. The location at the top of the mountain is convenient, and the greeter welcomed us with a friendly smile when we arrived. Unfortunately, the service experience went downhill from there. Our server took about five minutes to approach our table after we were seated, and seemed to have an attitude right from the start. She didn't explain any menu items when we had questions, and after we said we were ready to order, she walked away to get water and disappeared for another five minutes. When she finally returned to take our order, she was impatient that she had to tell us twice about choosing sides for our dishes. After that, we never saw her again - other staff members delivered our food and brought the check. The food itself was okay for mountain dining. We tried the Bill's Homemade Red Chili, Curried Chicken Wrap, and Blackened Salmon. Nothing was particularly impressive, but it was acceptable given the location. The payment process was also uncomfortable - they hand you a device and stand there watching while you select a tip percentage, which felt awkward. The restaurant has potential with its prime location, but the service training needs serious improvement. A smile and basic customer service would go a long way toward making this a better dining experience for skiers looking to refuel on the mountain.

It's the 3rd oldest brewery in Colorado and has been crafting delicious handcrafted beers since 1990. The inviting space offers a large outdoor patio with stunning mountain views, perfect for savoring their famous Avalanche Amber Ale and Vanilla Porter al fresco.
Very much enjoyed our time here! Had happy hour beers, Sexy Motor Oil and Palisade Peach Wheat, both so good! Happy to see vegetarian options. Enjoyed the portobello mushroom tacos, just the right portion sizes with the delicious rice and beans. Hubby said his fish and chips were excellent. Like the laid-back atmosphere.

This is an all around great place. They have a great happy hour with some excellent foods. I ordered the fish and chips for dinner and the fish was cooked perfectly, and the fries are greatly spiced. Both times we went here we had superb conversations with other customers. The bartenders were also just the best.

Breck Brew feels like the quintessential Breckenridge gastro pub. A wide variety of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Dog accommodating. The staff is friendly and convey the sense that they will do their part so you can enjoy your experience. The beer batter on the fish and chips was excellent. The crunchy goodness contrasted nicely with the tenderness of the cod. Add a few drops of malt vinegar to elevate the flavor profile. The other menu items we ate like the wings were also good. There are a lot of brew pubs to choose from in the area. Put Breck Brew on your short list.

We stopped in to Breckenridge Brewery because they're one of the classic breweries not just in Colorado, but across the country. We wanted to grab some lunch and I would have a few brews. We were astounded to find out that many of their beers go through a gluten-reduction process (similar to Omission Brewing) that makes them safe for gluten sensitive / celiac people. My gluten free wife loved their Dragon Fruit and Lime Gose. Aaron S, our waiter was an absolute great host. He was attentive, really knew the menu and beer, was great for conversation, and was able to guide my wife through the gluten free options available. Beer was great, food was good for the price/atmosphere. We would definitely return next time we're in the area.

What an enjoyable meal!. We were lucky enough to snag an upstairs patio seat with beautiful views. I started with their Vanilla Porter which I have had many times when I couldn't find another porter or stout. (I actually wanted to try a stout but they didn't have one. At least the porter was on tap!) I had a vegetarian sandwich which was so delicious. (Sorry, can't recall the name but it was really yummy.) My hubby had the fish and chips. We enjoyed the food, the beer and the view. The weather was perfect. We will definitely return if we are in Breckenridge again. Highly recommend you give them a try as well!

Me and my wife had food about 4pm. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and my wife had fish tacos. I love a good burger and this did not disappoint. We also had onion rings with skin fries with garlic mayo and bbq sauce. The burger was unbelievably nice. Brioche bun with lovely meat with dill pickle and mayo. I thought because of the size of it I wouldn’t finish it but I did. Beautiful piece of work. Onion rings were light coated and this fish tacos were very tasty but not overpowering. We thoroughly enjoyed this food and Heinz tomato sauce on the table was ace. Thankyou Empire Burger and your great staff.

Great burger joint at the end of town. Jenn was a fantastic server/bartender that constantly checked on us to make sure we were happy. She “fixed” my OF that was a little bitter for my taste and was generally friendly and kind. My son loved his chicken and fries. I had the hotdog with chili and cheese plus tots. Fantastic deal! Get the spicy ketchup with tomatillo sauce! I will be recreating that at home with my whataburger spicy ketchup! We also came for burgers a few days earlier which were the best I’ve had in town!

Very good burgers but messy to eat. I had a regular burger but did remove the top half of the bun, which I found to be too much. The burger was excellent and was topped with lettuce tomato, grilled onions (you need to ask), pickles, and mayo. My hubby ordered the Jalapeño Burger and enjoyed it. We shared a large order of fries but should have had the small size instead. So much food. I would recommend with reservation because of the roll.

The prix-fixe menu is highly recommended, featuring a choice of 2 or 3-course dinners that showcase the restaurant's culinary prowess.
Ember was so AMAZING I had to come back another night. This restaurant is a true dining experience, the service provided by Chase was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable on all the menu items and able to help with my questions. The food is extremely flavorful and each dish is a true work of art. My favorite appetizer was the scallops, perfectly prepared. Although the soup is magnificent also. Moving on to the main course, I enjoyed 3 different entrees and if I had to choose a favorite I would go with the boar chop. The cod and beef dishes were also creative and delicious. We finished with the chocolate pudding dessert and key lime dessert, both super, but would probably get the chocolate pudding again if I went. We dined outside and at the bar. It has such a fun atmosphere. I absolutely love the dinning area, it is fancy, unique and eclectic. I can't wait to visit again. I promise you will enjoy your dinning experience here!

Ok. I thought really hard and long about this rating and I decided on a 4 BUT only because it’s a truly unique experience and the food it fabulous but I left hungry. 😬 Let’s dig deep: The snapper was cooked perfectly. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The salad I had was lovely but the “sides”felt more as an art piece. My cocktail Sexy lady was out of this world. Decided not to have dessert.

What an incredible experience. A small house with limited seating but an incredible atmosphere. Sammie, who was the bartender and helped serve, was so warm and welcoming, it just set the stage for a great night. Drinks were excellent, from Sam's Old Fashioned to the Pear-tini to the Smokey Paloma were great. For apps we tried the Duck Breast, the Tuna, and the Elk Filet. They were all incredible! For the mains we had the Boar Tomahawk, the Halibut, the chicken, and the Prime Beef Flatiron. Wow. The plates were cleaned! Nothing left to take home. Add on Choco Rootbeer Sticky Pudding and you are as full as you can get! Fantastic service, atmosphere and quality of food. We will be going back!

I had very interesting experience at this restaurant Ember. I will start with pros. Food on the plate looked like art work! Exquisite , elegant, and very appealing to an eye. Atmosphere was cozy, plus our table had a beautiful outside view. Servers were polite and did their job great. Now CONS: what made me put 3 stars and not more is how food tasted. We tried six different dishes, and all of them were hit or miss. We didn’t like any of our appatizers , they were arugula salad, buffalo empanadas , pheasant , and hamachi. Some appetizers didn’t have flavor at all, some sauces tasted weird, and some elements were just ok. For our entrees we had wagyu steak and red snapper. We asked for medium rare steak and got medium. The flavor though was pretty good but besides steak itself sides and sauces were not good at all. My snapper , tasted good . Sides for me again were a fail. On my dish there were lots of different sauces and different elements but from everything only snapper and piece of cauliflower what tasted good. I have very mixed feelings about this place. Had an exciting experience for sure, of trying new dishes which looked amazing , but on the other hand they tasted not so good. Also we had to wait for food for sooooo long. Which was upsetting. Personally, I wouldn’t go there again, but for the new exciting experience maybe you can try this place.

This restaurant offered only a set menu 2 items for $65 and 3 for $75 per person. Its a high priced meal with several game meat options. Excellent service and good food though I wasn’t wowed with all of the food, especially with the price. My favorite part was the dessert: blueberry pie actually Dessert: the blueberry pie has a crispy filo dough shell filled with blueberries. The pie alone was delicious but when paired with the sauce and possibly lemon curd… was amazing. Appetizer: the duck had some interesting sauces and sides. Good, not incredible. Entree: 1) quail 2) venison loin. Creative presentation. The meats were good, sides not incredible.

We loved it! The food was phenomenal. The flavor combinations were inspired and interesting. We loved the way the chef was so creative to pull so many different flavors on a dish and have them compliment each other so well. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind. He anticipated our wants and needs and also gave us something a little extra. My boyfriend and I made a last min decision to go to Ember after the Wine Festival last week and we had a wonderful time at Ember. Worth a wonderful evening out!

The Canteen Tap House and Tavern is a cozy lodge-style restaurant located in Breckenridge. The original log building, dating back to the area's mining days, is still visible within the bar area. This spot offers a mix of American comfort food and an array of local beers on tap.
An absolute phenomenal time here at the Canteen! It’s very cute inside and cozy. Workers are tremendously friendly and our waiter especially was very kind hearted and helpful. Bison bolognese was good but could’ve come out hotter. The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was easily some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Their fries are delicious and addicting. For dessert you must get the brownie as it tastes so good and the texture is to die for. Such a good meal!

We came here for dinner the other night. Here’s what I thought. Atmosphere: We were seated in side room. I could see crumbs all over the floor and the stand where they hold cleaning supplies looked dirty and unorganized, not exactly what I want to see while eating. The whole room we were in just seemed like it wasn’t the cleanest. Service: All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Restrooms: Honestly, I didn’t want to try to use the bathroom based off the appearance of the dining room we were in. Food: The food was ok, nothing extraordinary. I got their Mac and Cheese with bacon and it was good, nothing out of this world. The portions are HUGE!!! You can easily split a large plate entree between two people. The prices are typical for Breckenridge. Overall, if you’re looking for bar food come here. You can get better and healthier meal options someplace else.

The Canteen Tap House was a mixed bag for me. Colby, our waitperson, was awesome. He had a personable and friendly vibe and took great care of us. But then we had to serve ourselves water in paper cups out of a large, dingy Igloo cooler. The food was very good, and the cocktails were large. The patio felt cramped and the inside even more so. Overall, I recommend it.

Food was delicious & the hostess and waitress were great, once our waitress came to our table. It took a loooong time for her to greet us because they were so busy. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue, but it was really hot upstairs & we all needed water badly. Once we got some water and other drinks the night was great. Again, the food was delicious!!

We ordered an array of food, for the table. Buffalo/Elk chilli was really good. Buffalo burger was as good as any burger I've ever had. Gumbo was okay. The serving size of chips and fries was crazy big. We had so much left over. Colby was our server. He was excellent. We sit in the upstairs room. They also have an outdoor seating area, with a fire pit. I could eat here every day!

Twist is a charming restaurant located in a historic 1880s Breckenridge home, offering an eclectic menu of American comfort food with innovative twists. The cozy eatery boasts mountain views and a patio for outdoor dining. The menu features classic dishes with modern interpretations, such as the Ruby Trout, prepared with Meyer lemon butter and served with fingerling potatoes and oven-roasted tomato pesto. Vegan options like the Bulgogi Tempeh on bamboo rice are also available.
What a great little find in what looks like a historical home turned into a restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating, tables and a bar. The food was incredible and the chef brought us our dinners. We ordered the pork wings burrata with peaches as appetizers - each dish was an explosion of unexpected and surprisingly well-paired flavors. These are not menu items I've seen or tasted before. The buffalo tenderloin was delicious, served with asparagus and perfectly whipped potatoes. My partner ordered the almond-crusted trout (not pictured) and shared a bite. It was so flavorful, especially with the pesto. We don't get to Breckenridge often, but we will definitely eat here again when we do.

Fantastic food and friendly service. We went here for a birthday dinner and will be returning. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The NY strip was perfect with the blackberry Demi. The truffle Mac was to die for. Reservation recommended

Relatively small, we really enjoyed our meal at Twist. My wife chose the trout as a main course and got two large trout fillets encrusted with almonds - tasted really nice. I had the chicken on polenta, also very nice. The only thing we found slightly disconcerting - a little drafty - we asked them to close a window, which they did, non the less others were open and apparently didn’t affect the other diners.

This was our first time visiting Twist and we’re so happy to have found it! The service that Sara provided was wonderful, and we so appreciated her recommendations. We had the Mussels and the Palisades Peach Caprese salad appetizers, the Prime Ribeye and Mahi Mahi Koi Soi entrées, and the Cheesecake for dessert, and would definitely recommend each one! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Breckenridge!

Came here the other night with a party of 6. The service was incredibly slow, and while the server was friendly, he must have been very lacking in experience. Having the expectations for an upscale experience, that part was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, the atmosphere is great and food is decent.

Absolutely loved our first time eating at Twist. The service and food were amazing. We went for my brother’s 25th anniversary dinner and they treated us so well. I would make the drive up from Denver just to go to Twist again. The jalapeño grapefruit margarita was delicious, I would definitely recommend it. The lemon gelato was outstanding. The Mac and cheese was unlike any I have ever had, so good. All of the steaks and lamb chops we ordered were cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the trip and we look forward to returning.

I surprised my wife with Twist to celebrate on anniversary. The reviews are right, the place is great! We loved our little table upstairs with a window view to the mountains. What a treat we could watch the weather roll in, juxtaposed against the golden leaves. Will was a fantastic and attentive waiter. Super patient, knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. Thanks for the complimentary anniversary champagne toast too! We thought the food was very good, and while we both preferred the bison steak over the mahi entree, they both were excellent. Seems we both just like red meat! One suggestion would be that there are some more vegetable side-dish options. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake and we both agreed it was some of the best we've ever eaten. While the food is pricey, we figured this would be a great place to splurge to celebrate us, and we're glad we came.

Excellent dining experience last evening in the upper floor of this quaint home/restaurant. The ruby red trout and buffalo tenderloin were beyond expectations, savory, unique preparations. The wine list had a lot of our favorites and more! Octopus appetizer and the dinner rolls/honey butter were perfection. We will be back!

Food & Drink
Nestled in the high-altitude town of Breckenridge, the Breckenridge Distillery is a multi-faceted destination that offers an immersive experience in artisanal spirits. This award-winning establishment combines traditional and innovative distilling techniques at 9,600 feet above sea level. In addition to its renowned spirits such as Breckenridge Bourbon and flavored vodkas, it also features a stylish New American dining room helmed by a 'Top Chef' alum.
Matt and David were extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and actually got me to do the distillery tour after visiting the tasting room. Started out as a way to kill time waiting on traffic and turned into an awesome experience that got me to buy multiple bottles. Great bourbon and great service at both tasting room and distillery tour. Will be back.

We had a great time on the distillery tour at Breckenridge. It has been one of my favorite bourbons for a long time and this visit surpassed my expectations. Sam gave a great tour and knew his stuff. Great customer service. Incredible experience. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this distillery and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the views were absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon. The highlight, aside from the scenery, was definitely the food. The appetizers were not only delicious but creatively crafted, showcasing local ingredients. Each dish paired wonderfully with the drinks, enhancing the overall experience. Speaking of drinks, their happy hour was fantastic. A great selection of cocktails at a reasonable price made it an excellent value. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations that truly elevated our visit. Overall, this distillery is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy breathtaking views, tasty bites, and quality drinks.

My inlaws made a 615pm reservation here for 6 of us on Friday night during Labor Day weekend. We were promptly seated and greeted when we arrived. All staff was friendly and professional. Cocktails and NA options were great! I had the Watermelon Creek Refresher, it was nice for sipping - as the ice would melt the drink became less tart (which I'm sure is the idea). We started with the Pan con Tomatillo, Flame Grilled Baguette, and (3) Romaine and Gem Salads. All were delicious and just the right amount of food to share/start with. For dinner we all shared (2) 18oz Colorado Strip steaks with Cowboy Butter (and Chimichurri and Au Poivre on side), Braised Button Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Sticky Charred Broccoli, and Green Chile Cornbread. Again, all delicious and the perfect amount of food. My husband and I scanned the menu and reviews while stuck in traffic on the way to Breckenridge. I was skeptical about the food (new menu) and service based on some recent reviews, especially since it was a holiday weekend, but everything was great from start to finish. It got pretty loud as the dining room filled up but that's to be expected given the distillery environment. I'd go back!
Stephanie V — Google review
We recently did a tour of Breck Distillery with tour guide Ricardo. He was admittedly newer to the distillery and to being a tour guide, but did a fantastic job! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the space, the process and the behind the scenes. We have done many distillery tours, from micro-distilleries to large scale distilleries and this tour did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the extra add-on tasting afterwards where he really helped us find what suited our palates best and gave us ideas of how to mix certain spirits (or not when they were best neat/on the rocks). We stayed for happy hour drinks and apps, but wished we had made plans to have dinner there--next time! We would definitely recommend this tour to others and will likely be back if we are in the area again in the future. It is family friendly, but is probably best suited for adults in my opinion (kiddos will likely get bored).

We were super excited for this meal. Our daughter had been there a few days before and just raved and told us we had to come. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. My husband ordered a strip rare plus and when it arrived it was gray with just a hint of pink and cooked medium to medium well. We alerted our server and she noted it. I ordered the green curry mussels which were over cooked and rubbery. Neither of us finished our meals. When the waitress came to take our plates we’re told her how disappointed we were with our food quality. They ended up taking off the one drink we had and discounting our meal 20%. In the end we paid over $100 for a meal that wasn’t as good as an Outback steak which we could have gotten for half the price. We ended up picking up a pizza on our way home because we were still hungry. So disappointed.
Brenda M — Google review
You can't go wrong here...period! The service is attentive and not overbearing, the cocktail list is endless and everything on it tastes fabulous! The food is also really good and makes you want to try more and more. Did the 420 Tots...seasoned beef, cheddar. Pico, cream, all over crispy tots. Was the perfect snack! Wanted to try the sticky ribs and spicy Asian chicken which both looked amazing, but had no room. The selection of spirits is large and there is somthing for everyone!
Art H — Google review
Decided to make a quick stop. Had samples at arrival. Decided to get a snack after skiing all day. Customer next to me suggested the ribs. They were TO DIE FOR! So tender, fell off the bone, great flavor, and presentation was nice. I had a pear cocktail that was yummy. My server Bryan was so polite and fun as a server. I didn't have time to do the tour but maybe next time. All the staff from the time I walked in was great! The host rocked this homemade sweater that I just had to get a pic. She was polite and allowed me to take a pic. Maybe I should of gotten a pic of all of her. She was so sweet.

Very interesting to go under ground and see a whole restaurant. The staff was great. It’s not their fault I don’t remember their names. My wife and I were trying to watch the Razorback’s last game against the Texas longhorns basketball team. The host said they didn’t get that channel and gave us options of others places to go. After calling around and finding no one had sec+, we decided to stay. Had a great potato soup, margarita, wings and french fries.

The food was ok I enjoyed the red chili, the burgers were dry, the cheese on my chili cheese fries were burnt, the beer was amazing. And the kids had fun in the arcade.

Have you ever wanted to absolutely anhilate someone elses children at arcade basketball..... well, look no further! In addition to incredible wings(the Thai peanut and o.g's are the best) all the apps are great, got the Ruben today, just next level, husband got pulled pork grilled cheese, didn't gef a photo because he inhaled it. They have about 50-leven beers on tap and full bar of creative drinks and when you are do watching the rockies lose on one of the 46 tvs, go into the arcade and work up a sweat by outscoring your likely tiny opponents 6-1.... nothing more satisfying. Also, take an aspirin before bed, you haven't used those muscles since jv basketball 24 years ago.

Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant and Cantina is a popular spot known for its après-ski scene and delicious Mexican cuisine. Established in 1981, it has become a local favorite with an extensive selection of Mexican cervezas and over 100 types of tequila. The restaurant offers great deals during happy hour, including specialty margaritas made with freshly squeezed lime juice and various tequilas. Guests can also enjoy free chips and salsa during this time.
This place was delicious. We sat at the bar for lunch and came based off of a recommendation from a friend. We loved the sweet salsa, and the queso and guacamole was awesome!! A definite must. The chicken fajitas were great and the bartender was very personable and attentive! The only thing I didn’t care for was my margarita. It just wasn’t what I was expecting, but everyone else seemed to like it. So take that that as you will. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are in town and need a quick bite to eat!!

This place is beautiful. It is a little hidden but Google got us there! Service, food and views were great! I had the red chili enchiladas and they were fabulous. My husband had the elk fajitas and they were good but he said a little on the tough side. The tres leches cake was so good!

I tried the Elk tacos highly recommend. The Elk just taste like steak to me. Well worth the try! The Birra tacos was delicious and better than the steak tacos in my husband's opinion. The rice and both bean varieties were less than desirable in our opinion. The drinks were delicious. Atmosphere was gorgeous! Waitress was helpful and sweet.

Has been my go to Mexican spot in Breckenridge for a decade. Whenever I’m in town I can count on some dank Mexican food with decent service and a great atmosphere to enjoy some tacos. During peak times of ski season they can usually get me seated quickly.
Austin M — Google review
We researched Mexican restaurants in Breck before deciding on Mi Casa and we are SO glad we did! My 12 year old son (a self proclaimed queso connoisseur) said “the queso is phenomenal!”. I had the elk taco and Baja shrimp taco and they were the best tacos I’ve ever had (which says a lot being from Texas)! The rest of the family loved their quesadillas and fajitas. We rounded out our meal with tees leches and sopapillas and they were also amazing. LJ was our server and did an excellent job taking care of us.

We came for the elk tacos and they were divine! I was impressed by the variety of culinary tacos, between my husband and I we tried 4 of the tacos and all were delicious! I highly recommend the elk and steak tacos as those were our favorites! The sweet salsa was also fantastic! Beware the spicy salsa unless you are a spice connoisseur and ready for a kick. Definitely put this this on your list of restaurants to try while visiting!

They have plenty of sweet treats and offer savory snacks such as bagels. We really appreciated their vegan selection, especially the carrot cake muffin was heavenly. Coffee was fine. This is a great go-to place for a flavorful, reasonably priced meal, and the menu has many options. We came here twice during our vacation because it was in walking distance from our rental and on the way to all of the downtown shops. The salads are amazing - colorful, flavorful, and huge portions. Add a protein. The salmon is delicious! I ordered the greek carnitas tacos for lunch during our second visit, and it was just enough for a light meal. Generous portions of meat, complemented with avocado, parsley, and pickled red onions. When we come back, BoLD will definitely be a place we revisit.

Absolutely delicious! We came here for dinner and got the meatball appetizer and the veggie stew. Both were so good especially after days of eating mostly sandwiches and fries. Highly recommend this spot!
Talia K — Google review
Just wanted to say that this restaurant is in desperate need of renovation. The service was great. The Greek lemon soup was absolutely gross. The portions are very small and of course the prices are very high being in a mountain town. For the amount of money that we spent in the hassle to try to find parking I just wouldn’t recommend this place. $187 for three people with no cocktails that’s kind of absurd.
Kevin S — Google review
We enjoyed dinner here on a quiet summer night in Breck. Place was rather empty so we were not anticipating a stellar meal. We were wrong. The mussels were outstanding, seasoned and prepared to perfection. The burrata was luscious and creamy and the Moroccan chicken skewers were tasty with harissa. The lamb chops were the best we’ve ever had. Seriously. The best in Breck and the best anywhere we’ve been. If you like lamb, go here now. Great vibe inside, bookcases with cool old books, some locals at the bar swapping stories over a cold one. Booths could use a refresh of seats, cushions. Thanks to Tom, our server. Exceptional stellar meal.
Jennifer D — Google review
We visited this restaurant twice in 3 days on our visit. You can sit outside or inside. The inside has nice bookcases with book. We enjoyed the lamb meatballs which are a lighter meal or could be an appetizer. The lamb meatballs with a moose creme were very good. The gluten-free free waffles were so very good. Also had gluten-free french toast also good. Eggs were cooked to order. The service first visit was slow but we weren't in hurry and enjoyed sitting outside. The second visit they had less staff but being they weren't as busy service was good and accommodating to special needs and requests. The prices were in line with other restaurants in town. It was great to have a variety of breakfast and/brunch, lunch and dinner options depending what time you visited. The mediterranean food mix was a reason we tried them and were glad we did.

A great grab and go breakfast! Fresh food in a mountain town. It was awesome to stop in for a bite before hitting the slopes. The line was crazy long but the staff did a great job moving it along and getting orders out. Worth the wait. A lot of options to choose from but I went with a staple - a cool river burrito with bacon and a side of salads. Full of flavor and will be back.
Nora B — Google review
Service was extremely mid, if not below average. I ordered an iced latte and when the guy with brown curly hair (didn’t catch his name) handed me a hot latte I politely told him that I had asked for iced and he immediately gave me attitude, even though I apologized and was trying to be as nice as possible. He handed me my iced latte with a bothered look and didn’t say one word. Cool. I understand it was busy, but I’ve worked in service and there’s no reason to act that way. On top of that, we ordered two breakfast burritos that took over 30 minutes to come out and was carelessly thrown together. Mind you we ordered spicy burritos and they were extremely bland and loosely wrapped. I expected much better for $50 for two coffees and two burritos. Really disappointing. Sad to say I won’t be finishing my almost $20 burrito. As a local, this was my second time coming here. I didn’t enjoy my experience the first time but decided to give it one more shot. I will never come back here and I’ll make sure to warn my friends to stay away. If you’re looking for good coffee AND food, go to The Crown. It’s a much better experience and definitely worth the wait. Do better cool river.

I had lavender matcha tea, nicely done, too. Although the space was small and line was long. We entered the shop around 1 pm and there were 10 people waiting. However, it was worth of waiting for the food.

Decided to grab breakfast from Cool River Coffee House while visiting for the day. We took our time ordering since we didn't know what to get and the workers were slightly helpful in assisting us. We went with a Pumpkin Pie Latte, Tropical Bowl and Quinoa Bowl. Latte was very good and so was the Quinoa Bowl. The Tropical Bowl was alright but it was very different than what I expected. Overall, it was a good experience and there are plenty of food and drink choices.

Cool River Coffee House is one of those places that doesn’t do anything bad, but they don’t do anything exceptionally well either. The coffee is average. The food is good, nothing unique. The service is utilitarian. They do their job well, but aren’t engaging in a relational way. This isn’t a bad thing. It’s just the way it is.

Nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, Cuppa Joe Cafe is a charming spot serving locally roasted coffee from Breckenridge Coffee Roasters. Whether you're craving a classic cappuccino, an inventive snickerdoodle latte, or just need to refuel with a hearty burrito or baked goods like scones and bagels, this sunny venue has you covered.
The homemade syrups really bring the latte flavors to the next level! Our sandwiches and burritos were as good as the other reviews raved about. I got jalapeno cheese, egg, avacado breakfast sandwich and my friend got a breakfast burrito and we were pleased! Small interior so don't count on a seat. Extra thanks to the kind staff who walked me through options. Best little stop we had in Breck.

The dudes were super friendly. Oatmeal latte was almost $8. I gave a $3 tip. I thought there is service. But it’s self service. I hate places who ask for tips and there is no sense of tipping because you serve yourself. The drink was ok. Not as I expected. It’s tasty but flavor could be elevated. The place is so hippie. Sort of authentic to the mountains. Bathrooms are the most confusing to get to. But functional. Overall, when in the mountains next time, I’d probably not come back.

Great coffee shop nested in the mountain base of Breckenridge. Although the latte art was a bit abstract, the cortado still tasted delicious! Would definitely come back in my next trip and hope the owner will pour a real heart or tulip;)

This place is amazing! Definitely get the cashew latte. Great coffee. Also, we got the sweet potatoe burrito and it was so delicious. Natural ingredients all made fresh in house. The owner is super nice. We will be back to visit this gem.

Update. I have tried a dozen of Gesha coffees (including one that I roasted myself 🤦‍♂️) of different origins, different drying processes, roasts, and sometimes at substantially higher price. All they were from reputable US roasteries and were exceptionally good. But this one is, hands down, the best I have ever had! Although I am not a big fan of fermented coffees and would prefer it to be roasted a little bit lighter with more acidic fruity notes, I absolutely love it and fully appreciate the top notch quality of the beans and the roast. P.S.: I hope it wasn't just a randomly successful batch and that my taste buds don't behave differently in low oxygen environment. This is something I yet have to check once I will finish my bag (bottle) and will come to get a couple of new ones 🙂 And of course Слава Україні!

Best coffee in Breck by a long mile. They actually know how to make coffee, service is super nice, and the food was very fast. Pumpkin chocolate chip bread was moist and delicious! Bagel Sammy was also great, but wish they had a variety of cheeses to choose from.

We had a fantastic experience here. The person working there was so kind and welcoming, the coffee is great, and the views are beautiful! I got a 16oz cafe au lait (almond milk) with the Santa Ana blend coffee, and it was exactly what I wanted. The frothy milk and rich coffee was the perfect combination. I appreciate that they roast their coffee beans right at the store, so we picked some up for home. Also shout out for supporting Planned Parenthood! Thank you for doing that!

This place was great. I don’t know what was better, the food or the coffee. Try the breakfast Sammy on an everything bagel with avocado! It was awesome.

The rustic yet chic mountain aesthetic is complemented by captivating local art adorning the walls. Visitors can savor the popular Royal Tiger breakfast sandwich paired with a hot chocolate while relaxing on comfortable couches near the fireplace.
Great location to stop in on a cold winter day for some hot chocolate and coffee! Their everything latte with white and dark chocolate was delicious - both iced and hot drinks! Comfy seats and tables available. It was very busy when we walked in on a weekend but the baristas were so sweet!

We got here at 9:30 on a weekday and the line was out the door, but by 10am it was nonexistent. The food is fine. I had the avocado toast and my husband had a basic breakfast burrito. The space is very nice to sit and enjoy a coffee!

I was looking for a place with breakfast burritos that wasn’t mushy or purred! I had the tiger burrito and crown mocha, both delicious. The music was a bit loud even with my AirPods so it’s not a place for quiet study and work. It’s very active and bustling so if you’re looking for tranquil it may be better to work next to the river behind the building. I noticed there tons of mosquitoes that gather near the lights. Overall great food, friendly staff and great way to meet new people locally!

Went in at the tail end of lunch and they were still pretty busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food (toasted cheese, BLT, and cinnamon roll) was good. My Americano was good, wife’s hot cocoa wasn’t real hot but tasted good.

The vibes in here are immaculate. We stopped in around noon while wandering around town and actually ended up with some midday warm alcoholic drinks 🤭 the bartenders/baristas were very kind, and the atmosphere is fabulous. We didn’t have food but everything that came from the kitchen looked fabulous. All of our drinks were wonderful, as well. They have a surprisingly large selection of hot and cold alcoholic drinks, as well as just normal cafe drinks. The place was packed when we were there and it was nice to hang out and chat. Amazing Grace is a popular restaurant located in Breckenridge, Colorado, known for its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The cafe offers a health-focused menu with breakfast and lunch options made from natural ingredients. It's housed in a charming historic yellow building near Main Street Breckenridge and has gained a reputation for serving the healthiest and most delicious breakfast burrito in town.
Such a unique coffee shop / breakfast stop. In a historical building there is setting indoors and a very nice patio outside. There was only one person doing it all so service although fast wasn’t friendly. But the person behind the counter was all things to all people lol! I had a burrito and sub out the egg for tofu #allergygirl. Fresh baked goods. The blueberry scone is a must try. Wow!!

If you like spinach in your eggs, granola, and whole wheat tortillas, this is your place. For sure, the quality is good, I guess the ingredients aren't really my jam. Service was very friendly, but there is/was just 1 cook, so the food wasn't coming out super quickly. Usually, I get a breakfast burrito, but spinach, black beans, and the whole wheat tort are 3 strikes, so I got the tacos instead. They were good, but the eggs were slightly burnt. The strawberry lemon poppyseed scone was out of this world on flavor, maybe a little dry. Like a lot of places in town, it's a small, old house, and it's very tiny so it's quaint but also doesn't seat a ton of people if you are visiting at a peak time.
Brandon M — Google review
Scones are out of this world and chai was perfectly spiced. Got the breakfast tacos and tofu salad. Perfect spot for breakfast/lunch if you’re craving healthy food!

The employee who helped us order food was great: friendly, polite and prompt. The restaurant was also very clean and cozy. However, as much as I hate to say it, the food was really not great. For $50 we got a cookie, sandwich and a burrito. You read that right: $50.00. The sandwich was incredibly plain and bland, the burrito was the same. We also generally expect burritos to be warmed but it was served cold and the tortilla was cold and hard as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. Not so much a burrito but more like a wrap. The cookie was also incredibly dry and crumbly. We'll definitely not be coming back here.

Every year when we visit Breckenridge we stop by Amazing Grace for a meal. We like to support local businesses and this restaurant is lovely. All home-made food. Delicious and quickly served. Cozy atmosphere and a nice outdoor patio as well. Edgar was our server and he is delightful and very kind. We recommend this restaurant with the highest regard.

One of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge. The breakfast burrito is awesome, good combination of healthy and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy, I sat next to the wood burning stove on a 12 degree morning, it felt great. The building itself is quaint and is a historical place dating back to the late 1800’s. Parking is a lot easier than on Main Street, especially when the mountain is in full swing.

While the shop is tiny don't let that stear you away! The pasteries are some of the best I've ever had and the atmosphere was cozy. I highly recommend giving this little shop a try and getting one of the scones before you doing your exploring for the day!

The Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant offers a hip dining experience with a rustic-chic interior, serving New American small plates and craft cocktails. The restaurant is known for its relaxing mountain ambiance and seasonal menu that features the best local brews and ingredients. Guests can enjoy small plates paired with a variety of beers or opt for full entrees like the Breckenridge Distillery Double Smashburger or Duck Fat Reds.
Breckenridge Distillery is reliably good. Every time we’ve visited we’ve felt like we made the perfect choice. Today we had the ribeye, the hangar steak, a few sides and cocktails. The salad was epic. Martin served us with a fun and informative personality. Everything tasted wonderful. We will always be back!

A fan from the first purchase of a bottle for a friend. I purchased at a Costco in Chicago. He likes only beer so I kept it. Now been to this distillery 3 times and tasted almost everything at the Keystone Bacon and Bourbon Festival. This is a great design and decor inside with amazing displays of all things Bourbon and an incredible restaurant. Fun and professional staff. Now more selection than ever. Gin, Vodka in various flavors. Scotch, whiskey and Bourbon

Sometimes it pays to get off the downtown shuttle route and the Distillery is a great example. Sure, you can stop by the little tasting room on main street but for the full experience take the short drive to the mothership. Here you can take a tour, do a tasting, get a delightful meal (Colorado lamb was delicious), and even try mixed drinks using their new non-alcoholic line, or made with their traditional spirits. Very knowledgeable staff and bright & casual atmosphere. Prices vary from "resort reasonable" for standard items to "Rocky Mountain steep" for their most exclusive liqueur. Happy hour will save you some money. A great bonus if you plan to imbibe... they have their own shuttle! So you can call ahead to arrange to be picked up anywhere in Breckenridge, and they will take you back whenever you are ready.

A Top-Notch Experience at Breckenridge Distillery! We had an absolute blast at Breckenridge Distillery! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a fantastic selection of craft cocktails that exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our experience stand out were the exceptional bartenders, Kaitlynn and Eric. Kaitlynn and Eric expertise and enthusiasm were evident in every drink they crafted, and their attentive service made us feel like VIPs. We were celebrating a special occasion (anniversary!), and Kaitlynn and Eric went above and beyond by overhearing us and wished us a happy anniversary. It was such a thoughtful touch! If you're looking for a fantastic spot to enjoy some of the best craft spirits in Breckenridge, look no further than Breckenridge Distillery. The drinks are top-notch, the atmosphere is lively, and the service is exceptional. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I had a great time visiting the restaurant for the first time. The staff was excellent and the food was superb! The locally sourced steak was one of the most perfect steaks I have ever had, well worth the price, which isn’t even that bad considering the quality. I learned that they change out their menu seasonally, so don’t get too attached to what you see in the reviews. There is a tasting room where you can sample and purchase their liquors attached to the restaurant. Highly recommend going here!

Radicato Breckenridge is a must-visit dining destination in the heart of the Italian mountains. Created by the chef behind Rootstalk, this upscale restaurant offers authentic mountain Italian cuisine with stunning views of the Riverwalk and downtown Breckenridge. The menu showcases a dedication to craft and passion for culinary artistry, featuring homemade pasta dishes, Bangs Island Mussels, and Zucca Di Delicata as standout options.
Izzy was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful so pleasant, kind, and thorough in explaining the menu. She made thoughtful recommendations and delivered truly great service. What really stood out to me was the teamwork among the staff everyone was helping each other, which created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Beyond amazing! Overall, it was an excellent experience

One of the best meals I’ve had! We had their focaccia and peaches with prosciutto for appetizers. For dinner, we shared two pastas - sausage based and corn truffle. Very light, summery, and delicious. Service was amazing and proper for a restaurant this great. They even comped our cocktails because they came out after our appetizers. We didn't realize it took longer to get our cocktails so it was a great surprise! Will be coming back everyone I visit Breckenridge.

What a wonderful evening! Staff were so attentive and made us feel like family. The food was absolutely fantastic. The carpaccio was divine and so thinly sliced. All of the pastas are handmade and you can taste the difference. Will be back and definitely recommend.

Lovely dining experience all around. From the atmosphere, service, food quality, and drinks- all was perfect. Could not have asked for a better way to end a girls weekend in Breck. Tom was our server and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all of menu. Our favorites were the pear and Gorgonzola salad, the scallops, and the espresso pasta??? YUM. I’ve never seen or had espresso pasta anywhere and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Breck!

Radicato has quite a reputation, with a James Beard nomination and an award-winning sister restaurant, so we chose it for a birthday dinner. We didn’t have a reservation but were seated right away. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The dining room was incredibly loud—multiple large, rowdy groups (including bachelorette parties), which made it almost impossible to hear each other across the table. On top of that, we were seated next to the server station and could overhear staff venting. Understandably, they seemed overwhelmed, but the energy in the room was chaotic and stressful. We came for the pasta—we were excited to try it and asked our server which one was a must. They confidently recommended the rigatoni, so we went with that. When it arrived, the sauce was thin and watery, and the flavor just didn’t land. It was underwhelming, especially considering it was the dish they highlighted. We kept our meal light—just a salad, a side, and the pasta to share and another side—along with two glasses of red wine. The pacing of the meal was awkward, with a long gap between the courses. By the time the main arrived, the wine was long gone, and the moment had passed. The food overall was fine but forgettable. Service was polite but clearly under pressure, and the vibe was disjointed. For a place calling itself “Mountain Italian,” the atmosphere lacked identity—odd background music, mismatched art, and no real connection to the local setting. It wasn’t a bad meal, but it definitely wasn’t the thoughtful, memorable experience we’d hoped
K P — Google review
Magnificently delicious, would definitely come back. Everything was amazing and they made a birthday dinner special. The ribs were a surprise favorite for everyone. Only downside was that it is very loud (music and guests) but worth it for the food.

Last night we celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Radicato! The meal was absolute perfection from being sat on the balcony with gorgeous flower boxes and presented with complimentary bubbles, being met with a card from the staff all celebrating our marriage, and Robert our server took the absolute best care of us. Now let's get to the food... we opted for the summer 5 course tasting menu and added the lobster saffron soprasine pasta dish. This tasting menu was full of balance and bright flavors. I happy sighed with every first bite of the 6 courses. The tasting menu was literally a symphony of tastes and flavors. The beets in the burrata salad were everything. The Hamachi crudo was the best crudo bite I have ever had, the melon added the perfect balance. The fresh truffle gnocchi was light and rich at the same time. The diver scallops ( freshly flown in from Japan every 3 days) were butter in my mouth, the sweet corn and the polenta created the perfect balance to star the scallops. I told our server Robert the problem with this quality of scallops is that scallops are ruined to me everywhere else. The lavender panda cotta was the perfect 3 bite dessert- the fresh lavender balanced with lemon was the perfect ending. We also very appreciated the complimentary anniversary dessert of biscoff ice cream. I highly recommend a visit to Radicato and do yourself a favor and do the tasting menu. My husband said this was a top 3 meal of his life. Thanks for the beautiful evening.

We had a wonderful evening dining here. We were celebrating our engagement, and the staff was so kind and attentive. Upon seating us, we were immediately handed a card signed by the staff and gifted two glasses of champagne! The food was absolutely incredible- we had the foccacia, the bucatini, and the steak. Our server was very helpful with figuring out our dinner choices, and was very passionate about the food (which we feel like is rare to see at restaurants these days). They also surprised us with complimentary dessert, and even were able to take in to account our favorite ice cream flavor. We have been to Breckenridge MANY times, but this our first time at Radicato. We have made it a mission to come back, as it was truly one of the best meals we have ever had.

Giampietro Pasta & Pizzeria is a cozy Italian restaurant that has been drawing crowds since 1963. It serves New York-style pizza, Sicilian deep dish pizza, and calzones. The pizzeria is known for its high-quality pizza and Italian dishes, which have earned it accolades such as 'Best Pizza in Summit County' for ten consecutive years.
New Yorker here.... The Pizza was delicious... Super close to new York style. The Fettuccine Alfredo with added chicken was very good I definitely had to add a little salt to bring some more flavor but the sauce thickness was on point and cheesy. I would recommend offering different options of noddles like linguine or angel hair would be great and complimentary bread to go with pasta orders. All in all definitely enjoy the food and I will be back for sure‼️
RoB_G_813 — Google review
Well the restaurant must be kind of local, the prices are pretty high for the low quality of the food. The lasagna was very salty and was not cooked properly The pasta (you will see the videos on the posted ) either full of oils or very very salty (the one with red sauce ) the kids meal was the only decent part (was spaghetti with butter ) the dessert wasn’t not even good enough to consider standard quality. But what really is bad about this restaurant it’s the staff, our server (his name describe on the ticket) was absolutely terrible server, you can tell customer service it’s not his forte! People in this restaurant do not have a restaurant presentation (according to the area or prices ) forget about be fine dinning a taqueria will be have the staff better maintain; we know tourists destination has a huge problems with the staff and must hire what ever they can kind for half time ! But this server was not mean to be a server in any way ! At the very beginning he was rushing us so much, then he never show up them we need to call his attention for everything! But we noticed either the manager or owner must be friends / relatives because they has the same mindset (nothing wrong with it ) and let me tell you this place has decent amount customer so for sure they are not doing bad on sells (prices kind of high) maybe because of the locations or maybe because was not that many places open around this season! But base on the locations many people will fall for it or even the amount of the reviews they will choose it but in this opportunity was a bad one! Even though as a usual I leave 25% on tips because don’t want make thinks because a bad experience I don’t tips ( I do my part) well I filor sure never going to going back or recommend it

Great Italian food. I usually have the linguine in white clam sauce. They don’t take reservations but my birthday wait was 15 minutes during peak hours. The calzones are to die for and the pizza is great! Can be a little loud. They work hard to get you served quickly.
Timothy P — Google review
THIS is an honest review! The food was ok. The price of the food, and the taste of the food were not on the same level. We ordered the artichoke appetizer, baked ziti (with meatballs) and fettuccine (with chicken). The price came to a dollar short of $70. The artichoke was by far the most impressive thing and I would give it a 7/10, the baked ziti about a 6/10 and the fettuccine 3/10 !! For the rest of the night we went on about how the fettuccine should've been considered a kids meal. I think I can stop there 😌
Victoria T — Google review
Food was excellent, some of the best cheese ravioli we’ve ever had. Fettuccine bolognese was fantastic. Kids loved the pizza and penne with butter. Service was good, not outstanding, but overall a very good experience.
Ryan W — Google review
We went to this place after seeing so many reviews. And we ordered a Sicilian deep dish cheese pizza. Our server was great. However we had hard time enjoying our food. It was not good. It was way too doughy. Sauce and cheese ratio was way off. There was soo much cheese and barely any sauce and again too bready. We had to get it packed and were really looking for someone to give it away cuz we didn’t wanna waste it.
Sukhi W — Google review
I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. My wife and I have been to this restaurant many times on our own, but this was our first time going with a large group. We came in with no reservation after our reservation at Quandary Grille was not honored, and even though they didn’t have space for us, both the host and Logan went above and beyond to make it work. They rearranged things to fit us in and even pulled Logan off to-go orders to be our server. He handled it all flawlessly and with such a great attitude, which made the night so much more enjoyable for everyone. I didn’t catch the hostess’ name but she was also incredible and was the person who really orchestrated everything to get us in. The food was also outstanding. I had the arrabiata with pancetta, and everyone who tried it agreed it was the best dish on the table (though every meal was fantastic). It’s rare to find a place where the staff care this much and the food is this good. We left so thankful for the team’s kindness and effort to turn what could have been a stressful situation into a night we’ll always remember. Thank you to the entire staff that turned our night into something special!

Pizza restaurant
Restaurant
Fatty's Pizzeria, located just behind Main Street on Ridge Road in Breckenridge, is a former 19th-century boardinghouse-turned-eatery that offers a variety of pizza options and other casual Italian fare. It is known as one of the longest-running pizzerias in the area, with a history of serving delicious pizzas and Italian dishes. The restaurant also features an extensive menu that includes the popular Chicken Parmesan entree.
Walked in as a group of 10 people on a Sunday afternoon around lunch time. While the restaurant wasn't that busy, the service and food was delicious! I was surprised the place wasn't as crowded! There pizzas were thinned crusted and baked to perfection! We ordered a meat lover's, white chicken, and Italian pizzas which were great!

We wanted to love it, but the food was just Ok. Super friendly hostess & server, nice little patio, but the thin pizza crust was not crisp. Food was ok, but underwhelming overall. Friendly staff helped a lot.

Worst pizza I've had in a long time. I struggled to get through a single slice. Tasted bland, crust was a disappointment. I've had gas station pizza that's more authentic. Do yourself a favor, if you have access to an oven, get a frozen pizza from King Sooopers.

Had my wedding reception here upstairs. I live in Indiana and never had their pizza and it was phenomenal. Service was great. Jess, Athena, and some guy with a mustache I didn’t get his name..all were amazing.

This place felt like a movie scene. Filled with people interacting with one another watching football. Just a cool scene. We came for pizza, and the service was fast and accurate. Pizza was good. Not the best ever pizza, but solidly good and lots of creative options. Servers and staff were working quickly and hard and that really helped make this a place you can count on being well card for as you visit.

Wow maggie the bartender was so friendly! Our server Buffy was outstanding! Food was incredible! Dave Portnoy even gave them an 8.5!

It’s been over 20 years since my last visit and I’m not sure anything has changed (and that is a good thing). Ordered a bunch of pies for pickup and everything was ready right on time. Pizza was great. I’ll be back and hopefully not 20 years again.

Nice environment inside. Friendly service. But, I ordered the Hot Italian Grinder and was disappointed. The flavor was "acceptable". However, the four meats listed on the description are barely represented. There was one slice of each meat. The grinder was mostly spicy garlic flavored bread. I guess lettuce, tomato, and onion are expected to be requested when placing the order, as well. Typical over-described and over-priced food, that seems to be the norm at most bar/restaurants.

Nestled on the south end of Main Street, Blue Moose Restaurant has been a beloved fixture since 1987, offering what many consider to be the best breakfast in town. This family-run eatery exudes a casual charm and serves up generous portions of classic American breakfast and brunch fare. Guests can choose from traditional favorites like fluffy pancakes, hearty omelets, and hot cinnamon buns, as well as Mexican-inspired dishes.
I came to Blue Moose with my girlfriend with the expectations of a regular diner experience, and was absolutely satisfied with all of the menu choices. I order the smoked salmon Benedict which tasted so fresh and the hollandaise was the best I’ve ever had. The serving of home fries were huge and perfectly seasoned. My girlfriend ordered the blueberry pancakes which came out so fluffy and delicious. The breakfast sausages here are a must have for any stop. We will making this a regular stop for all of our breck trips. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. 10/10 best breakfast in Breck

OVERPRICED FOOD AT THE Blue Moose. This is based on my experience with my food. The woman that was being trained today and was really fun and so was her trainer. Great personality and very attentive .But I can’t believe that I paid $24 for two pieces of cold French toast with cold syrup one egg that was cooked perfect and pressed ham. My husband‘s ranchero was delicious but still two breakfast two juice was over $50 before tip. Yes they finally take credit cards but is it really worth the cost for a plate? I say no. Overall, the place was clean. Service was great, but the food was very mediocre and the corn beef hash is straight out of the can! We could’ve gone to a really nice place for lunch and it would’ve been so much better. I just can’t!

Absolutely NOTHING you won't love about this place. Food, service, atmosphere --just amazing. Walked in thinking bagels and loxs. But I couldn't resist the avocado, spinach, salmon... Benedict! Unbelievable. I wish I could add my pictures.

Dined in as party of 5 for Saturday breakfast during Labor Day weekend. Was skeptical based on some recent reviews, but service and food were great! Staff was friendly and professional, food came out quick and hot. Husband said his breakfast potpie and pancake were great, my California Benedict was also great. Would return!

A cute little food spot with breakfast and lunch near downtown Breckenridge CO. My friend and I stopped in after a visit to Isak Heartstone the troll. OMG. I do believe this is one of the best breakfast foods/meals I've ever had. I chose the breakfast enchiladas and my friend got the moose scramble. The coffee is strong and hearty and I did have to add a bit more cream and sugar than usual but the flavors were good. The food came out fast and hot. The enchiladas had a bit of kick and had eggs cheese and I added sausage with a side of black beans. It was delicious. I plan to hop back in with my husband when we come to see Isak again. The dining area is eclectic with local art on the wall for sale and a little area of souvenirs.

We ordered the Mike’s Benedict and bacon Benedict via DoorDash and they were both wonderful! Our eggs were perfectly poached, the bacon was delicious and the avocado was the correct ripeness. Everything was so fresh. Highly recommend the Mike’s Benedict !

The service was quick and efficient. Our waitress super nice and the food was good. My husband had the pot pie breakfast and I had the 2 egg breakfast, bacon, and a biscuit. Yes, the prices are on the high end $20ish for breakfast but these are typically Breckenridge prices.

This was a quick lunch stop for our group on the way out of Breckenridge. My BLT was good (although messy!), but I feel neutral about my overall experience. Pros: parking lot, seated quickly, quick service Cons: the pickle was a bit lacking (see picture); bagged chips (vs. housemade)

This place was awesome! The burger and fries were amazing and they had many gluten-free options! They even have a dedicated fryer. We sat outside so I'm not sure of the indoor atmosphere, but the patio was nice and we enjoyed the views as we eat. Overall a great experience!

Visiting Breckenridge, coming from Fruita CO. Walked the main street for shopping and stopped in to the Flip Side for some food. We were greated quickly and sat within 10 minutes. Fun environment and unique place. The menu had some great choices. Something for everyone in our party of 5 (3 kids, 12,13 and 17). I really enjoyed the Bison burger! Clean place and good service. This place is definitely worth checking out!

Loved the Bison Chili and the Bison burger (my friend had the burger and loved it)! Our server was very attentive and the restaurant had a nice, calm vibe. Our server was so nice and informative when we asked her about gluten free items, since my friend has Celiac. A very accommodating restaurant if you have dietary restrictions.

Cute place for burgers or sandwiches. Friendly staff and great food. Located on main street of Breckenridge. Also have great milkshakes and craft beers. Love the vibe of this place. Great place to enjoy food/beer to watch game or hang out with friends. Bonus they have a huge superman at the entrance- loved that!

My bf and I are on a family vacation, and we chose this place for a date night. SO HAPPY we chose it. The building was awesome: three floors, decorations were fitting, and it was poppin'. We were sat in a corner, which is cool bc we enjoy people watching. Got our burgers ordered, and they were INCREDIBLE. I got the Local Legend Smashburger and he got the Royale with cheese. Highly recommend this spot to anyone that loves a good gourmet burger. Editing to add: We loved this place so much that we got it another time while we were in Breck! However, this time we had takeaway, and it was just as good as getting it in person. They actually put our toppings on the side so we could add them ourselves, which made the burgers PERFECT. The fries were also still warm and crispy, which I wouldn't expect from takeaway. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Colorado again. It was absolutely delicious BOTH times.

Here’s a 5-star review for Flat Side in Breckenridge, CO, written in the gonzo style of Hunter S. Thompson: Fear and Loathing at Flat Side: A Savage Feast in Breckenridge My dear reader, let me drag you kicking and screaming into the wild, grease-soaked heart of Flat Side, a culinary Valhalla nestled in the snowy crucible of Breckenridge, Colorado. This is no mere eatery; it’s a goddamn cathedral of flavor, a place where the soul is battered, fried, and served with a side of existential revelation. Five stars? Hell, I’d give it the whole Milky Way if I could. It was a cold, cruel night in the Rockies, the kind that makes your bones ache and your spirit crave something primal. I stumbled into Flat Side, half-mad from the altitude and the whiskey, expecting nothing but another tourist trap peddling overpriced slop. But then—sweet Jesus—Garth appeared. Garth, the maestro of this meat-fueled symphony, a man with the grin of a benevolent coyote and the wisdom of a mountain shaman. He didn’t just take my order; he initiated me into a ritual. “Trust the burger,” he said, eyes glinting like a man who’d seen the face of God in a sizzling patty. And trust I did. The burger—oh, the burger! A towering monument of beef, charred to perfection, dripping with juices that could make a vegan weep. It wasn’t food; it was a religious experience, a communion of flesh and bun that hit my soul like a .44 Magnum. Each bite was a journey through the American Dream—greasy, excessive, and unapologetically glorious. I saw visions of Kerouac and Cassady tearing down Route 66, fueled by nothing but burgers like these. And then, the onion rings. Christ almighty, these weren’t rings; they were golden halos of crispy, battered nirvana. Each one crunched like the sound of a thousand angels stomping on the devil’s face. They were obscene in their perfection, piled high like some pagan offering to the gods of gluttony. I devoured them with a ferocity that would’ve made Hemingway proud, washing them down with a cold beer that tasted like freedom itself. But the true revelation, the coup de grâce, was the crispy chicken sandwich. This was no mere sandwich—it was a weapon, a battering ram of flavor that obliterated every fast-food pretender in its path. The chicken, crisp as a winter morning, tender as a lover’s whisper, sat enthroned on a bun with accoutrements that sang in perfect harmony. One bite, and I was transported to a place where time stopped, where the world made sense, where the madness of existence was tamed by the simple perfection of fried poultry. Flat Side isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a portal to a better America, one where the food is honest, the service is soulful, and the vibe is pure, unfiltered joy. Garth and his crew are the high priests of this greasy gospel, and I, for one, am a convert. Five stars? Hell, I’d carve their name into the mountainside if I could. Go there. Eat everything. And tell Garth that Hunter sent you. —H.S.T., aka art October 2025

Steak house
Barbecue area
Salt Creek Steakhouse offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere with a log-cabin feel, making it quintessentially Coloradan. The restaurant features big wood beams and mountain decor, creating a cozy ambiance. While the menu isn't particularly innovative, the steaks are well-prepared and the diverse menu caters to various tastes. It's an ideal spot for larger group dinners and provides an approachable dining experience.
Fantastic restaurant with a quality staff. We initially visited Salt Creek for after dinner drinks while on a ski trip. We had too much fun and inadvertently left a bag at the restaurant. Luckily, I live in Colorado. I called the manager, and he set it aside for me. Thank you to Violet who found the bag at her bar and turned it in. A few days later, I drove up to retrieve my bag and the staff was totally on it. Thank you!! I opted to stay and have dinner and asked to sit in Violet's section. I ordered the special which was the crab-stuffed filet, with poached lobster. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. Service provided by Violet was excellent, and I enjoyed chatting with her about international travel plans, and places we both want to visit. She's a nice person, and a great server. I found that everyone I interacted with was friendly, and knowledgeable. I certainly go back, and recommend that if you're looking to get away from the crowds on Main St. then walk one block and visit this wonderful establishment.

Dinner was incredible!! Huge compliments to the chef! The steaks were cooked perfectly and the food came out hot and fresh! The atmosphere is normally amazing but there was a pretty big party in there that was incredibly loud and obnoxious. When you are spending that much money, you would like to be able to enjoy your food. Service was good but a little slow. It was a new person so understandable.

Honestly, I had a very mixed feelings about this restaurant. So , this restaurant is pretty pricey, I expected delicious steak since it is a steakhouse and it was not cheap. What we got was bland ribeye steak that was served with raw baked potato. We ordered our kids medium plus prime steak. They served medium rare steak with bulk of fat on top that wasn’t even melted. My two kids barely ate it, they were disgust to eat it. The server was so busy, that she didn’t wait to ask and see if we were satisfied with our steak. We had to call her to ask for the bill and complain about that steak. She did gave us some discount for that steak though. I’ll tell you this, this steakhouse was not better than chain outback steak house . Also we ordered burratina salad. I’m fan of salads and was excited to try something new, this salad was super unseasoned , only slices of bread with pesto on it was good from that salad. The whole experience of this place was very disappointing for me. I’ve tried better steaks in cheaper places. I’m still confused why this place was packed with people . Sorry, that I posted half eaten food, forgot to take pictures on time.
Anastasiya B — Google review
The food was okay, we would have expected better quality steak for a place that advertises a 21 day aged old steak. The steaks lacked consistency, some were good and some lacked flavor. The loaded potatos were not great for the cost. Our main issues were with our waiter. We paid our total for the table with cash and when we handed over the bill envelope the waiter didn't offer to come back with change even though the tip was already included. We waited for a while for him to come back but he walked past our table multiple times without addressing us. When he walked by we asked for our change and he said he would be back with it. He came back and handed the envelope to us with the incorrect amount of change ($14 in ones) when we were owed $24. We walked over to him to let him know we were still missing $10 dollars and he said he forgot we paid in cash, which didn't make much sense since he had just given us $14 in change from our cash payment. When he came back with the $10 dollars he said "they had to struggle to find cash." Overall it just felt like the waiter was originally trying to take an extra tip and when we asked for our change he still tried to take extra and was hoping we wouldn't count the bills. This felt unnecessary because we had already tipped $75, when going to a restaurant with prices like this you'd expect better service and shouldn't have to hunt down the waiter for your change.

We arrived here around six o'clock in the evening on a Monday and jumped on the waitlist right before arrival with only one party ahead of us. When we arrived, there was no wait and we were seated immediately;however, it seems like if you have a larger party, say 5 or more, you should absolutely make a reservation. The staff here were cordial and attentive if a little slow but that may have been due to staffing issues because of the heavy snow falling. I had the Chef's cut for that evening which was a 6oz filet mignon stuffed with blue crab cake and topped with lobster pieces and I upgraded to a side of skillet mac and cheese, my son had the 8oz filet mignon with mashed potatoes and some vegetables. Both steaks came out perfectly medium rare which was the temp we ordered and they tasted delicious. My crab cake stuffing was spot on although I think they could have spared a couple more lobster pieces in the steak topper. The skillet mac and cheese was very good. For desert, we split the brownie w/ ice cream because the waiter said it was good for two...it's not. I could have eaten that thing twice over by myself, lol...so just FYI. There is a bar on-site and I think if there is a wait then heading to the bar upstairs is probably the better option as the wait area is miniscule. The ambience is good here but it is a bit of a loud atmosphere, which we prefer, so not knocking it, just so ya know. There is a public parking lot nearby but it's an easy walk being located right on the main drag. We definitely recommend this place since the food was very fresh and we had no negatives while dining here.

Deep Disappointment at Salt Creek Steakhouse 👎 Date of Visit: 11/02/25 Occasion: Dinner for Two My recent visit to Salt Creek Steakhouse with my partner was a deeply disappointing experience that did not justify the high cost (around $200 USD). We were looking for a nutritious and delicious dinner, and we got the opposite. Food Quality: Poor The overall quality of the main dishes was unacceptable: • Mashed Potatoes: The side dish was noticeably old and reheated, lacking the expected freshness. • Steak: The quality of the meat was not up to the standard of a premium steakhouse. • Salad: The salad offered was basic, with a generic ranch dressing. • Inappropriate Service and Poor Dessert Although the waitress wasn't inherently rude, her handling of the service was a major issue: she removed the salad plate before my partner had finished eating it. This haste is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially when the overall quality of the food is already so low. The final straw was the included dessert: a tiny piece of brownie, whose presentation and quality were abysmal, reflecting the overall standard of the establishment. Conclusion We expected higher quality commensurate with the high prices. The combination of low-quality food and rushed/discourteous service made this visit a waste of both money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment if you value your investment and your evening.

Stopped in around 9am on a Saturday with a friend and were able to get our order in quickly. We sat down and enjoyed a donut before the bigger breakfast order came out. We absolutely loved the food. The vibe here is wonderful, but forewarning when its busy it feels packed because its such a narrow spot and seating is limited. It's all well worth the down-home breakfast food though.

Kind of great, carb-heavy breakfasts. They give you tons of great wheat toast and hash browns with the breakfast, which is supposed to help with altitude adjustment. Country fried steak and corn beef hash were good enough for us to come back and have again. I might skip the Belgian waffle entirely, and even the pancakes unless you are absolutely craving pancakes specifically. For something sweet, just get a donut or pastry which are way better. Unlimited coffee is solid. Parking in the back is free. Service is very quick. Staff seem a bit tired sometimes, but who isn’t, these days?

Daylight Donuts in Breckenridge truly lives up to its name! The donuts are absolutely awesome—fresh, fluffy, and perfectly sweet with a variety of flavors that hit the spot every time. Whether you go for a classic glazed or a fun, creative topping, you can’t go wrong. But the real surprise star here is the biscuits and gravy—phenomenal doesn’t even begin to describe it. The biscuits are soft and buttery, and the gravy is rich, savory, and packed with flavor. It’s true comfort food at its best. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like a cozy mountain breakfast at a friend’s place. Whether you're starting a ski day or just strolling through Breckenridge, Daylight Donuts is a must-stop for anyone who loves great food made with heart. Come for the donuts, stay for the biscuits and gravy—you’ll be glad you did!

my wife and I were in Breckenridge for a couple of days and stopped in for a mid-morning coffee and donut, wow did I like this place, I'm from New England and luv these homey quaint little shops that make home made donuts where the owners work the counter. I got the coffee roll and my wife a glazed donut, enjoyed them immensely, fresh not overly sweet and went perfectly with the home brew coffee, I did notice they put out quite a few breakfast sandwiches while I was there and quite a few locals rolling through so you know this is not just a tourist haunt, anyway if you're in town looking for a quick bite with a warm homey feel stop in you won't be disappointed

We really enjoyed this place, enough to go here for both dinner and brunch. The vibe was great, relaxing and contemporary. Food was great, farm to table and tastes as such. We had soup and salad for dinner w sourdough which was plenty. Only points knocked off was that our buddy ordered crab cakes as an appetizer, which were not served until his entree came. It was too much food so he had to box up his crab cakes and take them home. A good restaurant; and we would go again.

My husband and I went for brunch. I ordered a coffee & Bailey’s and it appeared that the baileys had curdled. You could see the hot coffee had been poured over and the consistency made it undrinkable. I let the bartender know but was met with a rude attitude so I dropped it and just paid the $10 even though I couldn’t drink it.

I don't know what it's like during ski season, but during the height of fall colors this is the place to come if you want no wait for good food at decent prices. Spacious with classy decor and a good range of brunch choices. We had no wait to be seated on a busy Saturday morning, and our food came out quickly. The chicken and waffles were solid and the coffee very good.

This food was DELICIOUS 🤤 Brioche french toast had delicious berries and whipped cream, and the breakfast burrito was stuffed with tater tots YUM!! Great friendly service, we were seated immediately and food came out decently fast. The coffee from downstairs was not very good though, the chai we got was very very floral and the latte tasted burnt. The food was delicious and our server was also nice enough to bring our drinks to us from the downstairs shop. Would come back for breakfast for sure.

First, yes it’s worth a visit! The decor and overall feel of this place is great. The drinks we had were quite good - worth the price in my opinion. Foods were unique and good.. but not great.. cooked well and executed well but a little weak on flavor for the price. BUT a little salt goes a long way to bring the flavors up. The only reason this place got 4 and not 5 stars is because of the flavor to price ratio. Again, drinks are great And the food is GOOD.. just not great to match those prices. Still worth a visit, still had a great time and service and again, salt helps a lot and makes it more enjoyable! Check the pics to see how good everything looked!

Lacking flavor. Appetizers were very good. Entrees lack flavor. Service was fabulous. Friendly staff. Ambiance is okay, overhead lighting was ridiculously bright. Bothered my eyes terribly and had to place a napkin on the table in front of me to stop the bouncing light of the high gloss wood table. Never had this happen in a restaurant before. Back to flavor. Lacking in every entree. I had the short rib parpadelle pasta at $44. I am not one send things back, but not worth the price and no flavor. Husband had half chicken which was spicy and then again, lacked flavor. Son had the grass fed burger, he gave it a 3 out of 5. Daughter is a vegetarian and ordered butternut squash steak, which was fabulous. Appetizers were all fabulous which includes fried zucchini, mushroom toast and shishito peppers. Maybe they will get better with time.

Michael's Italian Restaurant is a cozy and casual eatery that offers stunning mountain views and serves up a variety of traditional Italian dishes, including mouthwatering pizzas. The restaurant exudes classic Italian charm with its red plaid tablecloths, creating a scene reminiscent of the movie 'Lady and The Tramp.' Despite not having a happy hour, Michael's offers affordable prices and generous portions.

Beware - parking could be challenging! I parked on top of the hill at the market / liquor store. We grabbed a pizza to go- it was delicious! They open at 5pm and they do not take reservations. I recommend it!

After a wonderful few days in Breckenridge we wanted to finish our trip with a nice Italian dinner. We selected Michael's after reading a few reviews and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! Dinner on the deck was wonderful. We had a nice salad to start. The wine was perfect and our dinners, Ravioli and Spaghetti were simply excellent. Our server was so friendly and helpful too and made our night even better. For us Michael's was the perfect dinner selection.

An absolute gem in Breck! The stuffed shells and meatballs were out of this world — total comfort food, done right. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like we were dining with family, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that sticks with you. A must-visit if you’re in town — we’re already planning to go back!

Michael’s Italian Restaurant in Breckenridge is such a gem! From the moment we sat down, the warm bread basket set the tone—fresh, soft, and perfectly seasoned with garlic and herbs. The crisp Caesar salad was a great starter, with just the right amount of dressing and a sprinkle of parmesan on top. For the main course, I had the stuffed shells, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly baked, hearty, and packed with flavor in every bite, with plenty of melty cheese and rich marinara. It felt like true comfort food done right. The cozy red-checkered table setting adds to the authentic Italian vibe, and the service was warm and welcoming throughout the evening. If you’re in Breckenridge and craving classic Italian comfort food in a relaxed, family-style atmosphere, Michael’s is a must!

This place is amazing! One of my favorite dinners out I’ve had in awhile. Everything from the service to food was great. Nicely priced, as well. You must try the white lasagna (with crab, shrimp, and scallops) and tiramisu. The white lasagna is so unique and delicious. The tiramisu is just a nice classic creamy tiramisu. Our server was attentive and friendly; I don’t know his name, but he’s tall and had a ponytail. We will for sure be back next time we’re in town.

We went one time early in the week with our dogs on the patio. Service was pretty bad, waiter admitted to forgetting about us. Food was so-so. We went back later in the week with our dogs to the patio and waiter asked us to leave bc we had dogs, and dogs weren't allowed. He said the current manager on duty doesn't like dogs. This place is NOT DOG FRIENDLY, and honestly not that good of food or service.

This restaurant was packed when we came in- but the staff was quick, friendly and attentive! The food was delicious. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our meals.

My wife and I were in Breckenridge for her birthday weekend, and decided to stop in at Michael's for dinner on a Saturday night. They were very busy, but Jessi was attentive and took excellent care of us. We decided to hang out at our table for a couple of drinks while Jessi packed up our order to go, so we could spend more time in the hot tub. Note - Their Lemoncello is made in house, and absolutely fantastic. We made our way back to the condo placing bets on whether we would have parm and red pepper packets in the bag. We arrived home to find not only the peppers and cheese, but that Jessi had packed everything we ordered, with complimentary garlic bread. We got a 5 star experience, at a not only tasty, but surprisingly affordable restaurant in Breckenridge.

Walked in sat down no wait . Not sure why there is not a wait with the great service, and food. Buffalo Bourbon Tacos and a Hot Mess brew. Wife’s fish and chips was better than home on the gulf coast. She also got a Bloody Mary, and she is a bloody mary snob she rated as “TOP TWO she has ever had! All while watching March Madness. Manager / Bartender was awesome and didn’t mind talking it up😎 Great individual and good for the Texas owned business. Left a patch would be cool to see it hanging next visit. Thanks for adding awesomeness to our 25 Anniversary trip. Carl Nunn

We didn't eat any of the food, but instead enjoyed the bar vibe. The patio was bopping, but we chose to hang out with Kevin at the bar and that was without a doubt the correct move. My man is exactly the kind of guy I'd hire at my bar in Texas. He can mix drinks just fine, but that's not what constitutes a good bartender. You gotta be likeable, a good conversationalist, have a good sense of humor, and overall be genuine. Kevin is the man and I'm grateful we got to hang out with him. He made great recommendations on the flight and there are TONS of beers on tap. He mixed an old fashioned like a pro. Had he had access to a torch, he might have even paralelled my own, but alas he's gonna have to come to The Chief Cigar Lounge in Decatur when he's headed to Austin to see my secret. 😜 Make sure you come hang out and support these guys.

We have come here in years past and always had an excellent experience all around. This year however was a huge disappointment, primarily with the food. We ordered sausages as a starter that were overcooked to the point of inedible on one of them. The tacos were somewhat okay, they use to be amazing. They were all very greasy, but somehow dry. The wahoo was inedible- dry and tasted of fry oil. Each taco left a pool of grease in the holder they were on. The cocktails and beer were excellent. Service was slow but we had no issues with the staff. We would come back only for drinks.

Great place to grab some really good tacos. Huge beer selection on tap - you will find whatever you desire.

Staff was friendly and the vibe was relaxed, even as the staff moved quickly to serve several tables. Beers were cold and good; nice selection. Blackened wahoo tacos came with a good Mexican corn side dish; our other dish was beer battered shrimp tacos-excellent as well. Reasonable prices, particularly for being located on the main strip of a tourist town.

Really nice ambiance with low lighting and great service. Not too busy on the evening that we stopped in but still well worth the visit . Only one of our party ordered food but gave it a 10/10 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice mix of beers to choose from and I went with a stout that was delicious.

Nestled in the heart of Main Street Breckenridge, Mountain Top Cookie Shop is a beloved family-owned bakery that has been delighting locals and visitors for over 11 years. The aroma of freshly baked cookies lures passersby through its open doors, offering an array of cookie styles including gluten-free options. Indulge in their signature two-fisted cookie dough delight sandwich or savor generously sized cookies and cookie sandwiches with a variety of delectable toppings and fillings.
Fresh, delicious, huge cookies! If you like cookies be sure to stop here. Made in house fresh daily with a variety to choose from. Staff is friendly and cheerful. Day old cookies bagged and for sale as well. After that they are donated locally. I love cookies and I tried several. My favorite was the blueberry lemon! It was unique, moist, and flavorful.
Jill D — Google review
Cookies were good, but I couldn’t tell the flavors or what kind they were. I took advantage of the buy 6 get two deal and they put all my cookies in one bag. Unfortunately, my bag was greasy, and the cookies stuck together and crumbled to form a mess. It would be better if they packaged cookies in boxes, especially if they sell different types. This made my experience poor. I paid $36 for cookies that were smushed together and greasy in a paper bag. The management should consider investing in boxes for their cookies like every other specialty cookie shop especially since they sell them for $6 each. 1-3 cookies is maybe okay for a paper bag but 8 cookies in a paper bag is deff a no!
Kadishia C — Google review
Good cookies, but overrated for the price! We ordered Carmel Apple pie, coconut crunch, Rocky dough and salted Carmel. The salted Carmel cookie was the best one we got and doesn’t have frosting in the middle! I don’t care for the frosting in the middle of the cookies. It’s a very small shop and a little overwhelming. There were so many flavors.
Courtney R — Google review
Not a fan of these cookies. It smelled so good, they had a great assortment of flavors but where is the flavor? For the regular cookies to be about 4 bucks a pop, you would only hope they tasted as good as it smelled. The snickerdoodle was a bit undercooked and literally tasted like only flour, like put some vanilla extract and cinnamon sugar please. The pumpkin chocolate chip was okay once I heated it up a smidgen. We used a coupon from the coupon book and bought 4 got the 5th free. But yeah idk if I can finish them. THEY ARE SOOOO OILY! Won't go back, highly disappointed. Gave an extra star because the workers were nice and the line moved fast.
Lia K — Google review
Probably one of the best cookies that I know of. The most selection, always fresh and the day old are discounted.

Every year when we visit Breckenridge we stop by Mountain Top cookies. They have an amazing, yummy selection and the "day old" cookies are a great deal. Gabby waited on me and she is quite delightful and very sweet. If your sweet tooth is calling, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

Great place for gargantuan cookies. I bought one cookie sandwich, and I feel like it will last me two days. The two guys working there today were great. Super friendly and very patient (customer in front of us constantly changed her mind, and the gentleman had a lot more patience than I would have). All and all, great little unpretentious shop with a huge variety of cookies. This will be my definite go to when I come to Breck.
Josh M — Google review
Cute shop, on a cold night was a little bit packed. Cookies looked pretty and decadent, but the cookie I bought, chocolate something with a cream center (a cookie sandwich basically) was too sweet for my taste. If you like cookies though this is a decent place to stop.

Drawing inspiration from the flavors of the Southwest, this tequila bistro combines culinary expertise with an extensive selection of tequila.
We enjoyed lunch here and it was fantastic! The view is of course wonderful, our server Brodie was very helpful and prompt and the food and libations were on point. Best margarita I've had in Breck so far. Apparently its a new menu, so hopefully the pics will be helpful. Featured is the green chili, turkey club, spicy poke and smash burger. We will be back for sure. Very impressive tequila selection, has to do with their back story used to be a high end tequila restaurant concept. OH! And the southwest egg rolls are SO good! Clearly made fresh in house, so much better then chili's lol.

Upscale take on traditional grill food with several unique and fancier dishes included. My wife got the bison cheese steak sandwich with a side of chicken mushroom soup, and I got grilled salmon in a savory sauce with potato gnocchi and kale. Beautifully served and quite delicious! Brody was an excellent server and knew a fair bit about the area, giving us several great suggestions of other places to visit in Breckenridge.

Our meal at Quandary was the best meal we’ve enjoyed during our stay in Breckenridge. Our server, Matheo, was attentive but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meal. The Rocky Mountain Trout was so yummy, every bite had juices coming out when cut with the fork, it was delicious! And the Philly cheesesteak was so good. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Yup, broke my diet! It was worth it!!! Chef recommended his BBQ pulled pork special and OMG it was perfect! This chef is one of a kind! The passion he has for his food (and for the cleanliness of his restaurant) is something I’ve never seen until I ate at Quandry Grille. He told me I might hate him if ordered dessert, you, right again, I’m going to go back and get it again- worth every calorie! Thank chef Eric! PS photo of dessert (whipped cream is covering the bites I took immediately!)

We were out site seeing today and decided to stop in at Quandary Tequila Bistro in Breckenridge. I wasn’t that hungry so I ordered the 1/4 Wedge Salad. It was a whole lot bigger than I expected. Plenty of fresh lettuce. It had six mini tomatoes which were juicy and delicious. The blue cheese crumbles had a nice bite to them. The Ranch Dressing had a nice smooth taste to it. Top it all off with perfectly cooked and a ton of bacon on it. It doesn’t get any better. Our waiter was Chris and he was all over it as far as checking on us for refills for drinks and anything else we needed. Definitely check this place out on a Saturday they are part of a street fair/market. Plenty of room for customers in and out

We made a reservation here a month and a half ago for a rehearsal dinner, and we were very clear about what the reservation was for and that it was for a group of 15. The person we spoke with acknowledged and confirmed everything was set and that they looked forward to seeing us. We even received a confirmation text the night before, which we replied to and confirmed. When we showed up last night, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and there wasn’t a single person inside. We called while standing outside, and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. There was no cancellation call, no message, no explanation. Instead of celebrating, our group of 15 was left standing outside, stressed and scrambling to find somewhere, anywhere, to go at the last minute. Thankfully, Giampetro went above and beyond to accommodate us on zero notice and truly saved the night. If you value reliability or are planning an important event, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Taking reservations for an event like this, sending a confirmation text, and then completely disappearing is absolutely unacceptable, and frankly, unbelievable.

I’d give it more than five stars if I could. The staff was very sweet and provided us with an extra table and chairs without us even having to ask. The soup was unbelievable. All three soups we bought were bursting with flavor. Approved by the whole family, we might come all the way from Las Vegas just for more soup.

Walked over to here from downtown and happened to meet one of the owners, Stacy, as she was leaving. She heartily welcomed us in and told us all about the fresh bread, sandwich’s, soups, and salads they make fresh daily. My wife and I ordered soup, sandwich, chips, salad, and drinks, which was enough food for us to make two meals out of. Plenty of food. The food itself was a delight to the palate, and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend. Keep in mind they only have a few tables outside so I suspect most people order to pick up, as there was a steady stream of folks coming and going. Enjoy.

Great place to pick up a quick to-go soup. We tried four soups and loved them all. The salads and bread were great too.

Just eh! After a hike on a gloomy and rainy day soup sounded amazing. Ordered from the trailhead and it was ready when I pulled up. Great speedy service! The food was unfortunately mediocre. The caesar salad was drenched in dressing and the potato soup was hearty but it lacked flavor. The focaccia was very dense and I imagine good when you cut it in half for a sandwich but for just dipping it in soup it was a little too much for me. Although it satisfied my soup craving I can’t say I was impressed overall.

The serving sizes are massive and are well worth the cost. The place is nice and clean, with several seating options. The food was also some of the better Thai food me and my boyfriend have had. The only critique I have is the waiting time. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food but I also think they might have been understaffed. That being said they still always had our drinks filled and the staff was beyond kind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible – A Must-Visit in Breckenridge! Bangkok Happy Bowl gave us one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Breckenridge! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service — shoutout to Aiden and Andrew, who made the night extra special with their friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind service. We kicked things off with a round of cocktails: the Lemon Drop Martini, Blood Orange Martini, Mai Thai, and Ginger Pear Mule — each one was crafted perfectly, refreshing, and full of flavor. For dinner, we ordered a spread of Thai classics: the Tom Kha Chicken (creamy, flavorful, and comforting), Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, and of course the Pad Thai. Every bite was absolutely delicious — rich, authentic, and deeply satisfying. You can tell the kitchen puts real heart into each dish. We had an incredible evening — from the cocktails to the cuisine, and especially the service from Aiden and Andrew. Bangkok Happy Bowl is a gem in Breckenridge, and we can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend the poke bowl! Was very delicious. Service was quick and attentive. Would come again.

The Chicken Satay appetizer was great, the cucumber sauce that accompanies it was delicious in its own right. I wasn't too fond of the egg rolls as the filling inside was like mush, I prefer when the inside is more firm so a bit of a turn off there. (This seems to be a consistent issue at many places so maybe I have the wrong impression of what the filling in an egg roll should be like). I'm not a fan of orange chicken in general but my companion was, and he enjoyed the orange chicken bowl. The carrots and broccoli in the bowl were minimal and were my favorite part, I love me some veggies and would have ordered a bowl of those separately. I wish the bowl contained more veggies. The rice was as to be expected, yummy. Service was prompt, to include getting our order promptly after ordering. Would recommend. But don't know if I would return. Worth the try. We sat on the back patio, where the restaurant next door had a live singer, that was a nice touch to our meal.

I always try to review only after visiting a place twice. While the food is good the service is slow. Yesterday I came with only two other tables filled and it took 15 minutes to get miso soup and another 10 to get my potstickers which were warm, not hot. Today I am the only customer and it took another 20 minutes to receive my shy mi order. Now lets look at cost, see the photo below with water to drink was 19.28! These are the size of a quarter at the base and there are 5.

First here. I was so surprised how good the food is!! We had lunch and ordered beef pad see ew, chicken fried rice, egg rolls, and had mango sticky rice for dessert. The chicken fried rice was exceptionally tasty!! Loved the flavors and texture of the egg rolls. Pad see ew was a little salty to me, but still good. I really enjoyed the mango sticky rice. I would totally come back and eat here again!! Really satisfied my Asian food cravings 🥰

Piante Pizzeria is a renowned spot in Breckenridge, offering a cozy and rustic-chic setting where visitors can enjoy entirely vegan and vegetarian wood-fired pizzas. The menu features a variety of plant-based pizzas made with fresh, organic, non-GMO, local, and seasonal ingredients. Embracing a vintage farm vibe, the pizzeria provides an inviting atmosphere for locals and food enthusiasts to savor comforting meals crafted with healthy and sustainable options.
Decadent & delicious vegan dishes (mostly pizza)! My family & I LOVE this place. We've been to it a few times over the years and it does not disappoint, it's been incredibly consistent in terms of quality & taste. The garlic knots, stuffed mushrooms (a MUST), luscious pizza choices, and cocktails are all mouth-watering. Vegan or not (my family isn't), it's a huge hit and an experience you've gotta have while in Breck!
Maria P — Google review
The food was so good I’m literally writing a review from the restaurant!!! The vegan pizza was delicious, but it was all the small details they absolutely nailed that made this my favorite vegan pizzeria yet! Great sprinkled parmesan, amazing mozzarella sticks, stellar white pie, the music, the service, vibes, and the best vegan ranch we’ve had. The drinks and dessert were also great! Cannot recommend it enough for vegans (& non-vegans) visiting Breckenridge!
Becca A — Google review
Ok, love this place. I’m plant based (sometimes called vegan) so I have a bias to any vegan restaurant. In addition to that, the food item I miss most is pizza. I rated this 5 star, but if the system had greater fidelity, it would be 4.5. What I loved…the food and the atmosphere. What was good…the service. Good service but I didn’t sense the passion of this Restruant was their life’s ambition. In terms of the pizza, I ordered the 2 Sisters and really enjoyed it. Another person ordered the Di Mushroom Truffle and she felt it was too oily/creamy. She is not plant based. We also ordered the sweet knots…very good. I’ll be back!

we've been here a few times while driving through the mountains and each time it's been a great treat. the kids love it as well. it's expensive but well worth the price for amazing vegan food. i wish they had candles for birthdays but other than that i can complain!

Would really recommend this vegan food! So good we came back twice:) ordered the kale salad (small was plenty for 2) and DMT pizza. We put the leftover salad on the pizza too! So tasty. Garlic knots were great and the pesto bread was a hit. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!!

Update... After multiple visits over several years I'm happy to say Piante never disappoints!Today we had the DMT again and it was great as always. This time we added the shiitake bacon to the kale Caesar salad. It was a delicious addition! Service great as always! Please support this local plant based restaurant. It's one of the best pizzas anywhere!!!! Amazing pizza! Very creative and tasty combinations. As a picky ex New Yorker I must say it was one of the best pizzas I have had in my 25 years living in Colorado. The wood fired crust was awesome. ...it was the perfect combination of chewy and light with a nice char . Being plant based was a nice bonus... Goes to show you don’t need dairy or meat to have a delicious and healthy meal! I’m betting my non vegan friends would love it too. The kale Caesar salad was super good! Nice fresh tender kale , creamy dressing and tasty Parmesan cheese. All dairy free! We ordered take out , but inside looked cozy and inviting with a small bar area that had nice cocktails, wines, and beer. If you are in Breckenridge and want quality healthy food, don’t miss Piante!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly grateful to Piante Pizzeria for crafting pizza that is both delicious and easy on the belly. It's truly remarkable how they use natural ingredients without compromising the well-being of cows, pigs, and chickens. This restaurant sets a fantastic example that pizza can be both flavorful and better for you. The waitstaff was exceptionally kind, and the garlic knots were absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of the Mr. White pizza—it was simply fantastic. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking view of the mountain outside, making it an absolute delight to sit outside and savor the experience. I'm still in awe that this mouthwatering pizza is entirely plant-based! A big A+ to the creators of this magical restaurant. I highly recommend Piante Pizzeria to anyone seeking a delightful and guilt-free pizza experience. You won't be disappointed!

Legends Steaks & Seafood is a sophisticated restaurant in Breckenridge, dating back to 1960 and embodying the classy steakhouse ambiance of the Prohibition Era. The establishment features a private speakeasy room and offers a popular Thanksgiving dinner with traditional menu options. The dining room is adorned with black and white photographs of legendary figures from Colorado's history.
Wonderful experience at Legends last night. We had a reservation for a group of 7 and when the table wasn’t ready when we arrived we were quickly accommodated/upgraded to a private room, speakeasy style. Steve took phenomenal care of our group. He was engaging, knowledgeable about food and wine. Even brought me mints when I joked about needing them after garlic cream soup. We all left with full stomachs and hearts. Definitely recommend for a special occasion or date night.

Great staff, Eli was very nice and so was the host at the front who sat us. Good food, not worth the price in my opinion. I got a new york strip cooked medium well; it was a little undercooked and the portion size of mashed potatoes was very small and disappointing. The seafood scampi was a little overcooked as well, the shrimp was chewy. Good flavor though! The mussel appetizers were delicious, definitely the best part. Drinks were good, we got a sangria cocktail and a prickly pear cocktail, and two glasses of happy hour red. Overall very happy, would come again and get a different cut of steak and ask for a little more pink. Great date night!

It’s a lively joint at the bar with a classic steakhouse feel behind it. Hubby and I went for an early evening 4:45pm dinner (only rez we could get) on a Saturday during our ski trip to Brec and it was already packed. We ordered the Bone Marrow & Tartare for appetizer to share. On main course we got the 12oz Bison Strip Special and the 16oz Ribeye. The steaks were perfectly cooked and flavorful and the Garlic Broccolini side dish was really tasty. Overall food was good and service was great. The only downside was the cut of the steak wasn’t very good for the money they charged. There was a big connective tough tissue along the side of the ribeye which was so rough that we couldn’t chew on and left it untouched.

THIS place...is PHENOMENAL!! Gaw!! The food is to die for!! Every single thing we ordered, all of it, the food, the drink, the dessert, was absolutely incredible! I literally can't say enough about this place. The vibe, the food, the service... It's the total package!

We decided to try Legends Steaks & Seafood to celebrate our 30th Anniversary while in Breckenridge and it was an excellent dining experience. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff, especially our server Eli, treated us like family. We both had the filets which were cooked to perfection and the Baked Mac and Cheese did not disappoint. The ambiance was the perfect setting and I can not recommend Legends Steaks & Seafood enough! We will absolutely return the next time we are in Breckenridge!

Only knock I can give the restaurant is price. The service was 5 out of 5 our server was amazing. Steak was roughly $50 but you are given little choice of sides without paying an extra $10-15 there are no substitutions which is fine! It keeps the kitchen moving swiftly and able to get orders out faster and I have no issue on that end. I did however ask for my steak medium rare and it definitely came on the rarer end of cooked. It was still a top tier steak i cannot knock it even rare I loved every bite but for $50 and they already have sides pre done, I do hold the sear of the steak to be more on point. There was two of us with tip included at roughly 22% it was $165.00. It would be 5 across the board but the price really dragged it down for the options available to add to your meal and the steak being undercooked. Very good quality of food but just wasn't quite to order on what we wanted. This would be 5 out of 5 if it had been a $100 meal rather than $165.

Steak and drinks were AMAZING. Sides were okay. Service was wonderful, attentive, and friendly! Pretty lighting as well. A little confused by the atmosphere though, the menu and prices are very fine dining.. but half of the establishment is a loud bar. Which is lovely if that’s what you’re looking for.

The place is not just for adults; it's also great for kids to expand their palates with options like quesadillas and Taco Al Pastor. Fantastic happy hour in Breckenridge! $7 house margaritas and $6 Queso/chips/salsa. Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor, great people watching, really great service. The drink menu is creative and the food menu is fun and delicious. Great stop! Will be back.

Started with drinks. Delicious. Along with chips and salsa. Decent. Then tried the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail -tasted a lot like a bloody mary mix. We ordered several tacos. My personal favorite was the beef fajita tacos. My husband loved the pork belly tacos.
Jen K — Google review
Cute and fun place! We ordered the Pork Belly taco, beef fajita taco, shrimp taco, and the kids quesadilla with rice and one with beans. The rice is not your typical Spanish rice so my daughter didn’t like it. Everything was good, would definitely eat here again. Our waiter was super attentive and nice!

The tacos and burrito both had a unique taste nothing like I've had before worth trying. Our waiter Luke was phenomenal. Helped us with our food Choice asked multiple times if we needed anything and even took the time to talk a little bit about the area. It was a little pricier then we expected but we're on vacation it OK. But not for every week. Parking lot on JEFFERSON

Food: We had queso and chips to start which I enjoyed! The queso had good flavor, and had some peppers too adding color and texture. The salsa was not good it just tasted like tomatoes, like no spice or flavor really. I had the pork belly tacos and steak carnitas which were both delicious!! The pork belly was moist and the sauce on it I liked. The carnitas meat was also good, and the pico de gallo added a nice refreshing hit. Service: Food came out really quick and all the employees were very nice! Atmosphere: I liked the mountain small town vibe, with the outdoor seating and smaller interior. The one thing was that the bathrooms upstairs I couldn’t find and it just led to like another sort of kitchen looking area. Overall: It was a good lunch spot for our breck day trip.

Pork Carnitas Nachos are really good! The cashew salsa is interesting for a change of pace. The house salsa is a little sweet. Only two beers on draft, Pacifico and a local rotator. We will definitely come back.

Nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, The Blue Fish Breckenridge is a modern Japanese restaurant that offers an impressive array of signature rolls, sushi, and cocktails in a vibrant setting. Despite its location in the Rocky Mountains, this establishment surprises visitors with its exceptional seafood and Japanese cuisine. Executive Chef Tian Lin has curated an extraordinary menu featuring crab potstickers, chicken wings, and an extensive selection of sushi.
Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the portion size was spot on. Our waitress was AMAZING!! I am picky about raw tuna & was not disappointed, it melts in your mouth.

POKE!!!!! 9/10 for the poke bowls, I took one point away because the spicy cubed tuna was pretty spicy to the point where I had to stop but it was oh so delicious! Plum wine is light and scrumptious. I tried the lobster roll too and that was great. We will be back!

Thank you for taking great care of us and the food was wonderful
Ju J — Google review
I don’t usually write reviews unless I’ve had an experience that really stands out, either wonderfully or… not so much. My first visit to The Blue Fish was genuinely great! I left happy, impressed, and already looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, my second visit didn’t quite live up to that first impression. We came in for an early dinner hoping for a smooth, relaxed experience, and with the restaurant mostly empty, things looked promising. However, we were seated near the upstairs bathroom, and the odor in that area was really unpleasant, definitely not ideal for enjoying a meal. We politely asked to be moved, and while we appreciated being accommodated, the new table was just one over, still within nose-shot. They briefly opened the patio door, which helped a bit, but the smell lingered. Then came the food, and I was really hoping it would turn things around. Sadly, the sushi that wowed me before was off this time. We ordered four rolls, and they all had the same issue: the rice was dry, almost like it hadn’t been cooked quite right. The spicy salmon roll in particular (picture included) was a disappointment. What I loved before, a generous portion of salmon, a bit of cucumber, and that delicious pop of sesame oil, was now mostly cucumber with barely a trace of salmon, and no sesame flavor at all. It felt like a completely different roll. The saving grace was the Yellowtail Heaven, it was still fantastic, just like last time. And our server was kind and courteous, though I didn’t get a refill on my tea, which was a small letdown. This place isn’t exactly budget-friendly, so I do hope they can tighten up on consistency with both food and service, and maybe freshen up the dining 🚽area too. I really want to love this place, especially as a local who enjoys supporting great spots. Unfortunately, I'm not sure they'll be a third visit.

Delicious, fresh rolls. The lobster roll is at least 2 meals. We had an infant in a high chair and a 4yo, both happy and entertained. Atmosphere quiet-ish western, no Asian flavor, but nice. Quiet tonight, noisy other times we've been there. Only one beer amongst the 4 adults, no other drinks.

Stopped in for a quick bite of sushi as we had eaten a late lunch and wish we’d have come a little less full! Environment was great with live music, friendly staff and great food. We each had miso soup to start and then shared a rainbow roll, a Miami Vice roll and some salmon sushi. It was all delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for sushi.

The open kitchen allows visitors to watch as European baked goods are prepared on-site, including delectable treats like baked berry oatmeal, flaky strudels, and decadent German chocolate cake.
Very cute cozy breakfast place. It had big variety of pastries, sweet and savory. I have ordered breck burrito, it was very tasty and filling. We also ordered berry danish and chocolate turnover, my husband and kids liked it. The only thing I was dissatisfied with, is barely warm matcha and latte. Both were barely warm. Other than that there are many pros here. I loved the atmosphere here. This place has so many windows , so you can relax enjoy your food and watch snowflakes fall from the sky. Definitely would come back for the same experience.
Anastasiya B — Google review
During my recent visit to Mom’s Baking Company in Breckenridge, I encountered several disappointments. The drip coffee was notably weak and watery, lacking the robust flavor one would expect. The avocado toast was underwhelming, with a sparse amount of avocado spread thinly over the bread. Additionally, the display cabinet, which I had anticipated to be filled with enticing baked goods, was surprisingly empty, limiting the selection of treats. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere within the café. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to relax despite the shortcomings in the food and beverage offerings. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were enjoyable, the food and coffee did not meet expectations. Hopefully, with some improvements, it could become a go-to spot in Breckenridge.

Lovely little coffee shop - a wonderful find in Breckenridge. The staff are amazing - the food is good and their coffee is great. Yum!!! They let you sample any flavor you wanted if you weren’t sure which one you wanted which was good. I knew I wanted the pistachio gelato though, and it was great, super creamy and smooth, and had like a real pistachio flavor, not artificial flavor. The two people that served us were really kind and made the experience even more joyful!

Been coming here for a few years, gelato is good but the arcade as of 10/22/25 needs maintenance and cleaning. A lot of machines are broken and they all need cleaning (black from visible grime for example). A lot of the crane machines are very empty and need to be refilled too. Other machines are not visibly broken but don't actually load the tickets to your card that you win which is frustrating. Gelato is good, but don't go to the arcade!

We enjoyed the food and service! Everything we had was tasty and quickly prepared. The server was helpful and guided us through the menu. The only negative we found was that they serve Pepsi products rather than Coke.
Estela L — Google review
tl;dr: Lots of TVs for the game, but major issues with drinks, service, dogs inside, and overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, there were so many issues with our visit. We came in for a Sunday football game—the only real positive was that they had plenty of TVs with sound on. We ordered drinks, and overlooked the fact that kids under 10 were seating guests, serving food, and even cleaning tables. My husband’s first cocktail was terrible. When we mentioned it, the owner said it was because he ordered off an old menu and they didn’t know the recipe. He was kind enough to remake it (and ultimately took them off our tab) but unfortunately, the new one was just as bad. The biggest issue: three non-service dogs inside the small space. One barked consistently and two others were sitting on their owners’ laps at a high-top table. We didn’t want to be the “dog haters,” but it felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. We had appetizers. They were okay, but we received tartar sauce instead of blue cheese and a few items were forgotten. To wrap up, when the owner’s wife came by with the check, she asked for feedback. We shared our concerns respectfully, and her response to the dogs was, “what are you allergic or something?” When we explained it was about discomfort and hygiene, she said, “don’t worry, our kitchen is great.” But given everything else… kids bussing tables, the careless vibe, and multiple issues, it was hard to take her word for it.
Betsy P — Google review
Update, visiting on year later. Place is under new ownership and still an amazing place to visit. Pet friendly, fun patio area with fire pit. Delicious food and tasty drinks. Last time we visited was over 15 years and it’s nice to see that some good things stay the same.
Cynthia S — Google review
The fish and chips came with chips... Like actual chips. Not fries... Chips (see photo). The bangers and mash tasted like someone googled photos of it, guessed what should go in the recipe and what it should taste like. They couldn't even be bothered to ask anyone if it was even close to being authentic. The worst part about it was it was just bad flavors, I didn't know it was possible to make sausage and mashed potatoes taste bad. But these guys figured it out. Also, we were there for over an hour and our waiter brought us one drink. I was happy to drink 3 or 4 more Guinness but she just never came back. You're probably assuming it was busy, half the tables were empty and she was constantly going behind the bar and chatting. 🤷🤷🤷

Really great atmosphere and amazing food. The bread bowl and Erin are amazing. Definitely recommend. The drink pricing is around 10 for mix and 5-7 for beers. Food is around 13 for apps and 18-25 for dinner. All good pricing except the fried pickles. You don’t get a lot for the money. Staff is very friendly. Drinks are good too. Hot toddy I recommend.

Great coffee/breakfast spot off Main Street in Breckenridge. No tables and chairs here, just an order and pickup at the window type of vibe and move on with the rest of your day. Whether you're walking around checking out the shops or in town getting some runs in on the mountain, this place is wonderful to stop at for a quick bite and a coffee. Will definitely remember this cafe next time I'm in Breck! I got a Mocha Latte and it was delicious, warmed me up when it was 10° out earlier today.
Paul C — Google review
Semplice has a nice concept, but the execution felt lacking. Staff came across as impatient, and basic details were overlooked—no napkins set out, tiny paper cups for water that dont stand up, limited seating, and hot cups used for iced drinks. It seems the staff can’t quite handle the level of business they have and could use more support. We ordered a burrito, and it was served falling apart and we had to eat the sloppy pile of it with one of the sad water cups as a utensil. The coffee was fine, but not worth the wait for food that was just okay. With better cafes in the area, I’d likely go elsewhere next time, like Unravel.

Stopped by for lunch today and were super impressed with the food! We got the native burrito and the Kim K panini and both were delicious. The native burrito was a unique breakfast burrito and was probably one of our favorite breakfast burritos we’ve ever eaten! It’s pretty saucy and the maple sriracha sauce was really good. The patio is quite small (i think only 4 tables) but it wasn’t crowded at 1pm and there are plenty of other places to sit and eat along Main Street anyways. Staff was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly.

This is the best coffee we have had in Colorado (and we tried a ton)! All of the syrups are homemade. They have some fun flavor combos. The parking is a little difficult. And they only have 12 ounce coffees. We were very surprised to get several hot lattes that were not full...we are not used to that. But the flavor is on point and the staff were super friendly. Recommend the mint mocha, turtle mocha and honey latte!

I wish I could leave zero stars. Please understand this is related only to the service which was so horrible that my girlfriend ended up only ordering a single chocolate bar before we left. We were in town for her family reunion and she'd visited this shop the day before and loved the look so much so we returned. When she started to asked the older man behind the counter for some help choosing a few things to share w her family this jerk cut her off 2 words in and said "can we move this along, I'm very busy". We were shocked. He then just pointed around and asked if she wanted anything specific. That was it. Total jerk. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. My girlfriend is a very friendly, patient person that loves interacting with shop workers and tips very well. There was no cause for this blatant disrespect.

They have an intimate seating area upstairs and a well curated, approachable wine list. Sara helped us pick glasses that suited our taste, and was cheery, patient and friendly! The cheese board was generous, so you can easily spend an evening tasting half pours and snacking, all away from the crowds. We even bought a few bottles to take home. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Nestled in a charming street corner, we stumbled upon a delightful little café-style establishment. Choosing to sit outside, we were warmly greeted by a gentleman who sported a welcoming smile. As casual wine enthusiasts, we were admittedly clueless about wine and cheese pairings, so we sought his expertise, and he provided us with some excellent recommendations. We opted for two half-glasses of distinct Chardonnays and a single glass of red. These wines proved to be exceptional, boasting low acidity and a sumptuously creamy texture. To complement our selection, a plate of cheeses arrived, accompanied by olives, crackers, and a divine local jalapeno blueberry jam that left us practically swooning. For the grand finale, we took our server's advice and ordered a dark chocolate caramel-filled truffle with a hint of sea salt. It was an extraordinary confection, unlike anything we had ever experienced.

Was going hiking but Rider the Golden Retriever was too friendly and wanted some prosciutto but I didn't cave. Wonderful food and portions and excellent service from Anne. Yalumba Museum muscat rocked me to the core. Such a lovely little business that deserves your support.
