Lumberyard Brewing Co is a microbrewery located in Flagstaff, Arizona, housed in a beautifully restored early 1900s lumber building. The brewery features a taproom, eatery, and patio with a fire pit for visitors to enjoy. Established by Winnie and Evan Hanseth, the brewery offers a variety of award-winning beers including 7 mainstay brews, seasonal selections, limited releases, and their latest creation - Hazy Angel IPA.
This place was full on a Sunday afternoon but for the 4 of us, (2 adults and 2 kids), there was only a 15 minute wait. The food was great and the server was attentive and friendly. The kids menu also has a lot of options! The parking situation includes paid street parking and it is $1 per hour.

Located in downtown Flagstaff, this restaurant offers a great dining experience, though parking can be a bit tricky. Just a heads up, the train passes by frequently, about every five minutes, so be prepared for some noise. The restaurant itself is spacious and very clean. There’s a lovely outdoor dining area and a separate space dedicated to the bar and brewery. The food was excellent! My husband enjoyed a hearty meat plate, my son had a flavorful pulled pork sandwich, and I ordered the mushroom burger, which was delicious. For appetizers, we shared a side of chili and some Brussels sprouts, both were fantastic. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
R M — Google review
We had lunch there the other day, after not being there for the longest time. Service was spot on and the food came out really quick. I had wings, which were perfectly cooked. I think they make them then flash fry them, so they come out perfectly cooked and not oily at all. My girlfriend has the mahi sandwich which she really enjoyed. We took garlic fries with it and they were piping hot. Fast service, great beer, great atmosphere. Highly recommended bar food.
Yaron Y — Google review
Great stop with wonderful service and delicious food. We came fairly close to opening and had no issue getting a table near the bar. Our server came over quickly to take drink orders and allow time to decide our food orders. We opted for some a side salad, hot wings, pretzels and my husband and I to share the campfire meal with chicken, pulled pork, green beans, Mac and cheese and a yummy jalapeño cornbread muffin. They had many beers on tap which included sour beer. Everything came out quickly. The chicken was a bit dry but better with the bbq sauce. Everything else was really good. I think our favorite honestly was the green beans and pork. Man n cheese stayed saucy which I loved. It did taste like velveeta which who cares as long as not dried out and flavorless. We liked it. The only negative for us was that their parking lot that you think would be free is a paid lot. Unless you’re lucky to find a free spot and walk it’s your only option. This is unfortunately a price you’ll pay for exploring downtown.

AMAZING! Just here for the weekend and I'm so glad we stopped at Lumberyard! Great food, fast & friendly service, and a good atmosphere. We thought we had to pay for parking (like most reviews stated) but since we arrived near 8pm, the host said it was free! We ordered the Mahi sandwich, Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Club Mac, and for dessert, the Banana Pudding (to go). Soooo good! Yes, the train runs consistently but I think it adds to the outdoorsy vibe. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in Flagstaff.
Kozy W — Google review
Loved our visit in Flagstaff for our daughter's 21st birthday today. Our server Emma was outstanding. Very welcoming and attentive. Even brought out a "birthday jar" of banana pudding to surprise our daughter. Food was hot and everything we got was delicious. No wait time for our party of 6 either. Staff is all very upbeat and helpful. You can tell this place is run by some cool people. Excellent service all around.

Wow. What an elegant experience. I came into this bar to enjoy a fine crisp ale along with watching some Sunday night football. Steelers vs packers tonight, Aaron Rodger’s is going to see what he can do against his former team. I’ve had a pretty long day of schoolwork, & I have a pretty busy schedule for the next few weeks so I needed to relax and turn the ol brain off. Walking into the bar of this restaurant completely took my breath away. The bartenders (Mitch, Ada, Jeffery) were extremely attentive and graced me with a beer that blew my hair back. I’m tell you, this beer was finer than frog hairs split four ways. The only thing that could be improved is the TV size, but I’m not taking off any stars because I’m not a man that goes onto the internet to complain. Give these bartenders a raise and trade Kyler Murray, we can finish the season with Brissett & figure out another QB, Kyler is not our guy. We’re lucky we’re on a bye week to give us a break from getting absolutely lit up.

Cocktails were overly sweet, not well balanced. Chicken sandwich was very dry. Mac and cheese was more paste-like instead of creamy-cheesy Boneless wings were great! Good service, really great patio. Cool spot to hang with friends, lower your food expectations.

Walnut Canyon National Monument, located less than 9 miles east of downtown Flagstaff, offers a glimpse into the ancient cliff dwellings of the Sinagua people who inhabited the area from 600 to 1400 AD. The main cliff dwellings feature structures carved and built from local stone and mortar, showcasing the resilience of these ancient inhabitants.
This was one of our favorite stops on this trip. The views from the visitors center are very good. We took the walk to the bottom of the canyon it was very cool but very strenuous. There were a lot of stairs. We made it fine but had to take our time. The staff in the visitors center were very friendly and informative. They gave Thomas an application to fill out on the tour. Then he was swore in as a Jr Ranger. He was very excited. I would recommend the hike if you are able. It was a beautiful place, and you get to see ruins up close. There is an easier trail along the rim with great views from a distance if you are unable or short on time for the canyon trail.
Chris W — Google review
The rangers and volunteers here are so kind and sweet. Loved this park so much. Love that its less crowded too. Ive been to a few with native dwellings. I plan to see all of them. This one is in the top 3. Beautiful views.
K V — Google review
The history here is incredible, what a great place to visit. You need to know that it is not a quick in and out if you want to hike the whole trail, and there are a billion, or maybe 10 billion stairs. 😄 But it really is a good hike, read up on it a bit before you go so you can see the significance of this awesome place. The visitors center has restrooms, information, and a small gift shop. There is the Rim trail also which is shorter and flat, in case the stairs are an issue. Plenty of parking too, I highly recommend.

Wulnut Canyon was a surprise for me and I would recommend to visit this place. Amazing walk and tour through the Canyon. There's a parking place on the front and you pay the National Park entrance fee what is valid for next 7 days if you visit again or other things in National Park. It's not valid for the Grand Canyon, you pay for that separately.

A Hidden Gem on the Road: Walnut Canyon National Monument During a road trip, we discovered Walnut Canyon National Monument by surprise, and it turned out to be a truly beautiful and unexpected place. It's a slice of nature that hides from the highway, revealing a spectacular landscape with ancient ruins. A Place to Explore and Enjoy: The park is very well-organized and maintained. The facilities are clean, including the restrooms, and the staff is very friendly. Although it was a quick visit for us, we realized it's a place where you can stay as long as you like. There's a picnic area with breathtaking views of the canyon, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The site has a visitor center, a souvenir shop, and, most notably, trails that lead down into the canyon. These paths allow visitors to get a closer look at the ruins, which are like "houses" built into the canyon walls by past civilizations. Although we didn't have time to do these hikes, they looked safe and well-marked. A Worthwhile Destination: In summary, Walnut Canyon National Monument is a tranquil and beautiful place that is definitely worth visiting. It's a perfect addition to a road trip and a gem we hope to explore with more time in the future.

Absolutely beautiful place! The scenery is breathtaking and the trails are very well maintained. A special thank you to Ranger Lucy — she was so kind, caring, and incredibly patient with us, even though we arrived about 20 minutes before closing time. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel so welcome. Her dedication truly made our visit extra special. Highly recommend visiting this gem!

Amazing views and opportunities to.go into the ruins. Easy trail along the rim and a more difficult assending/descending trail that goes around the Island. Picnic areas nice Restrooms and Visitor center. Use your National Parks Pass

Walnut Canyon National Monument is absolutely stunning. It does not require a long hike and you can take in so much of the canyon with just a short walk. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The views were stunning and very much worth stopping by.

Lowell Observatory, established in 1894 by Percival Lowell, is a renowned hilltop center dedicated to the study of astronomy and solar system evolution. The observatory offers tours, solar viewing, and stargazing opportunities for over 100,000 annual visitors. Home to several telescopes and the Navy Precision Optical Interferometer, it also conducts pure research in astronomical phenomena.
Great experience, for both adults and kids. Had telescopes pointed towards Andromeda Galaxy, Saturn, the moon, a nebula.. was wonderful. I paid a total $70 for both of us, got to see constellations too, mapped out for us.. it was beautiful. Highly recommend.
Elijah W — Google review
We stopped here on our recent trip to Flagstaff. We are very happy that we did, even though the sky did not cooperate during our visit. They have a few very nice telescopes that they let the public view through. The history of the facility is just as impressive. I had no idea this facility is where the dwarf planet Pluto was discovered. There are a lot of nice displays and exhibits to interact with. The staff were all great. The shows in the auditorium were fun and informative. We definitely recommend stopping in and checking the place out.
Amos J — Google review
What a wonderful place to visit for the whole family! Toddler play room, interactive room for all ages, demos and talks. Looks like these guys thought of it all. Very beautiful campus to walk around. Definitely go see different telescopes they have and take a look at the sun and the sun spots during the day. Make sure to come back at night because this place is happening! You will see a variety of celestial object in the sky through telescopes and with a naked eye. Make sure to ask questions. Everybody who works here is super friendly and will gladly engage in a conversation about all space matters ❤️
Olga K — Google review
I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely amazing. I live in Colorado and I have no problem making the 8 Hour Dr. back exclusively to visit this place. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are very nice and clean, it’s incredibly family, friendly, and well designed, and the night viewing is fantastic. One of my favoriteplaces I’ve ever gone to.
Michael R — Google review
My first visit was a fantastic experience! The live constellation show, while an additional cost, felt like a worthwhile investment for a complete nighttime experience. There are plenty of exhibits to explore, making it easy to spend a lot of time on the grounds. The auditorium show was a definite highlight, with the immersive elements truly enhancing the sense of scale. For those planning a visit, I'd highly recommend checking the moon phase beforehand, especially if you're interested in the rooftop observation. When the moon was nearly full, it made spotting constellations more challenging, as they were often positioned behind us, away from the observation area. It was also difficult to see the guide's laser pointer due to the bright light. Planning around the moon's cycle could help you get the most out of this particular part of the program."
David E — Google review
WOW. That's all ai have to say about the updates and new visitor center. I took my family today and had a wonderful experience. The exhibits are educational, but so much more! They are interactive with sensory based learning, and everyone left with new knowledge. I have always recommended Lowell and now I can be even more enthusiasts about it. Bravo.
Andrea C — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Lowell Observatory! The exhibits, engaging activities, and telescopes were absolutely fascinating. The staff was knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t have enough time to explore everything, but we’re definitely looking forward to returning on a dark night to get the full stargazing experience!
Kanak V — Google review
This place is amazing. Astronomy lovers and sci-fi fans will really love this place! The presentation and star gazing was awesome and I even saw a couple shooting stars. The exhibits are cool and the kids area was incredible. The staff were nice and very knowledgeable. I even looked at some distant planets with some massive telescopes!

Downtown Flagstaff is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a variety of experiences for visitors. From independent walking tours to dining at local eateries, exploring attractions, and enjoying the lively bar and brewery scene, there's something for everyone. The area boasts architecturally significant streets like Humphreys and Verde Streets, as well as Route 66 in the south. The historic charm of Downtown Flagstaff attracts those seeking an active social life amidst nostalgic architecture.
Downtown Flagstaff has a vibe that just sticks with you. I love how you can wander from a cozy coffee shop to a local bookstore, then stumble into a live band playing outside a brewery—all within a few blocks. The mix of old brick buildings and mountain air gives it a charm that feels both grounded and alive. I’ve had some of my favorite slow afternoons there, just people-watching or catching the sound of a train rolling through. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer.
Ozeas S — Google review
Enjoyable discovery. Downtown area has lots of cafes, coffee shops and stores to check out amongst a collection of historic buildings. I like how many of the building had plaques describing the history of the building along with historic murals and photographs (Auto shop murals were very neat!) we stopping at the Amtrak train station which is also the visitor center with staff to describe local details, plenty of brochures and a gift shop with nice Route 66 memorabilia for sale. Parking was easy and lots to check out!
Paul G — Google review
Beautiful city on Rt 66. Historic Old Town is loaded with good food, unique and adventurous fun, tons of shopping, great bars, and a rich history of Flagstaff. This is a great place to set up your base camp to travel to about a dozen adventures including The Grand Canyon.

Flagstaff is a great two hour escape from the heat and strip malls of Phoenix. Flagstaff has a vide that you don't often find in Arizona with a walkable downtown area filled with cute shops and amazing restaurants. Nice to see people out of their cars and walking around. Highly recommend this Arizona getaway.
David F — Google review
It is a cute little downtown in Flagstaff. The downtown is clean and walkable. There are also many shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. Small but lively. A nice place to hangout with friends.

What a cool town. We went on Labor Day weekend and there was an art festival and Farmers market that we really enjoyed. Parking is kind of a hassle and expensive but otherwise a really great getaway.

Great for every age and every walk of life. Hardest part is finding parking. So many shops/stores, restaurants, brewery/pubs, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops, plus tons of hotels from historic to modern.

Macy's European Coffeehouse & Bakery is a beloved spot in Flagstaff, offering a cozy atmosphere and a diverse menu. Whether you're craving espresso drinks or looking for vegan and gluten-free options, Macy's has something for everyone. The cafe is known for its delicious pastries like the apple pie croissant and French cinnamon rolls, as well as hearty dishes such as biscuits and gravy.
Fun café! The place was busy but the line moved fast. Wide menu of coffee drinks. My flat white was rich and flavorful. They have a separate line for coffee only which was nice. We had yogurt fruit and a waffle. All were very good. We ate outside and met folks from all over.

Good food. A little cramped space wise, they are fast with care of customers. Cappuccino was good. They didn’t have vanilla flavoring but had other choices to sweeten it. Biscuits and gravy were very filling! Love that they shaped it into a heart. It was delicious.
Christine M — Google review
Definitely yeah one of the more popular places. The Americano was absolutely perfect. The egg and cheese croissant was also excellent. Very simple and full of flavor. I can see why they're always so damn busy

This was a nice spot to enjoy a coffee. It’s homey and a locals favorite. It was packed on a Saturday. My oatmilk latte with tax and tip was $7.60.

This cute retro, comfy-cozy coffee shop has tons of great food options, plus a separate line up front just for coffee and cold drinks! I love the rustic vibe and how you can sit inside or outside for that perfect slow-morning feel

This is my favorite place in America. We first stopped here 7 years ago and now I make it a point to detour through Flagstaff every time I'm driving across the country so we can stop at Macy's! I love the vegetarian food, the perfect coffee, the amazing town, and the lovely service! Do yourself a favor and visit Macy's- you'll thank me later!
Kimberly M — Google review
Stopped by on a Tuesday morning for coffees. I got a large iced dirty chai and one of their blackberry chia seed bran muffins. I will say I was expecting the large iced size drink to be bigger. The chai was a little watery but overall it was a good drink. The bran muffin was yummy but I wish they’d offered to warm it up. Such a sweet little coffee shop, maybe a little cramped but it has so much character.

Specialty Museums
The Museum of Northern Arizona offers a comprehensive look at the history and culture of the Colorado Plateau, spanning from 15,000 B.C. to the present day through its exhibits and artifacts. Established nearly a century ago, the museum has deep roots in preserving Native American artifacts and culture with early employees being local Indigenous people. Collaborating with members of 42 Colorado Plateau tribes, the museum's exhibitions are carefully curated to provide historical and cultural context for objects and photographs.
Amazing and very interesting museum. Big enough to walk around and see plenty of stuff. Not too big to tire you out from walking and reading. Bathrooms are available in more than one part of the museum and the court yard is beautiful. Many artifacts, plenty of seating available. Lots of activity sections for children. The gift shop is expensive but if you have the money then the stuff is extremely nice to get. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Plenty to learn about the history of the natives, the land, and the symbolism in the art work. Highly recommend visiting for all locals and tourists. $18 a person. Discounts for students and native Americans. Children under 10 are free. Ticket is for all day. You can leave and come back the same day.
Analisa H — Google review
This museum contains plenty of artifacts from native Americans and nature. After visiting you’ve learned a lot from the history and environment of Northern Arizona. Outside there are a few nice walking trails.

Beautiful & respectful accounting of Indigenous history & interesting evolution of Earth Science! We were there for about 3 hours, and captivated the entire time. For parents with kids of all ages, (mine are 18), each room had interactive activities for them to learn interactively. A must-see in Flagstaff, AZ!

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem of a museum. You MUST stop by, as it is simply an awesome way to spend a few hours of pure enjoyment.

Very quiet place, great for kids to learn some history. It has some trails you can walk outside as well. Very interesting stuff but I wish it was more interactive. The gift shop prices were insanely highly. But overall a good experience.
Mari M — Google review
I spent a morning at this wonderful, beautiful museum and plan to return in the future. The staff are welcoming, helpful and responsive to questions. There is accessible parking and the outside setting is beautiful. I was most interested in the history and ways of life of the first people and was delighted by the artifacts and detailed explanations. One of the distinctive aspects of the museum is its focus on history, art and their intersections. It would be easy to spend an entire day, immersed in this well presented discovery/learning environment. In sum, it was time well spent, a lifetime memory.
Darrel W — Google review
Took my two young daughters to check it out and they loved it! Lots of things they are aloud to touch and tons of information to teach them about culture and history. They loved the dinosaurs the most but they definitely learned some things and were very happy with the trip.

Nestled in the heart of a bustling city, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park is a captivating glimpse into Arizona's history. The circa-1904 mansion, spanning 13,000 square feet and adorned with art nouveau elements, offers guided tours for visitors. Once home to the influential Riordan family, known for their contributions to various American industries, this architectural marvel showcases American Arts and Crafts-style design.
What a wonderful historical building! We enjoyed a tour of the house and loved learning the history of the town. There is also a self guided tour. The junior ranger program is so fun too!

For anyone that loves house tours & history- definitely put this on your list! Highlight of our trip for me. I did the guided tour, self-guided tour & Jr Ranger packet & learned different things from each one. Such cool history in a calm and beautiful place. Note to facilitators- please add better AC in the visitors center!

Very unique Arts & Crafts style mansion built with two separate living areas joined by common space. Our guide on 9/9/2025 (I forgot his name, sorry) was a wealth of knowledge regarding the mansion and family. A must see if you enjoy historical homes.
Renee H — Google review
What a complete and lovely surprise this destination was. We have been to the area several times to visit the Grand Canyon and were looking for a different attraction to visit with the kids, 11 & 17. Got to the mansion about noon were planning just doing the $5 walk visit, but found out we could not visit inside the house without doing the tour at 1pm. We decided pay $18 / $12 fee (adult /child) and were were happy we did. The outside walk around is beautiful, the guided information is interesting and pertinent. I definitely recommend taking the time to walk around, read the provided tour and look at the external grounds of the building. There are also plenty of benches and areas to eat, so don't hesitate to bring your lunch. But, the great part is the inside tour itself. Our tour guide was a history student from NAU and she provided a great amount of information, ancedotes about the Riordan family, and the history of the buildings and the grounds. The inside of the home was well maintained and a great look back on history of the time. This was a truly great experience and both of my kids walked away happy that we did this excursion. We were all really impressed with the quality and information that came from that tour. As a side note, while people might say the prices could be lower, as a state park entity, I see this investment going back to the community and the continued preservation of historic sites such as this. Not only did we have a very enjoyable and memorable afternoon, it would have cost us almost as much to go to a movie. However, the lasting effects of this outing go much farther then a singular movie ever would have.

A Fascinating Stop on Our Girls’ Weekend – Loved the History! We visited the Riordan Mansion during a girls’ weekend getaway to Flagstaff, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The home itself is beautiful and so well preserved, but what really made it special was the deep history connected to the Riordan family and Flagstaff itself. The tour was full of interesting stories – from the family’s role in the logging industry to how they helped bring electricity to Arizona. It was eye-opening to learn how many major parts of Flagstaff’s development are tied back to this one family. If you enjoy history, vintage architecture, or just want to learn more about Arizona’s roots, this is such a worthwhile stop. The mansion is beautifully maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Whether you're with friends, family, or exploring solo, I highly recommend visiting. It’s a quiet, enriching experience that gives you a new appreciation for Northern Arizona’s past.

We liked it! Tour guide was educational and we learned a lot about the Riordan family and their arts and crafts home. It was much cooler inside and the mansion had many rooms to walk through. I believe he said 95% of the things there were artifacts. Glad we visited during our short stay in Flagstaff!

My Son and I was just going to pay the entrance fee, but decided on the tour and it was well worth it. Our tour guide was full of information, describing details about the home and the Riordan family, including Flagstaff history and community. The people at the giftshop and visitor's center were friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend visiting this Mansion and taking the tour guide. We plan to come again with more family and friends.

We went to Riordan Mansion for the Spooky Stories Tour. It encouraged me to want to check it out in the daytime because even at night, this estate sparkles. The architecture, the old and new wallpaper, the custom furniture and the amount of space in this mansion was all gorgeous. As for the Halloween tours, the tour guide did such a good job of sharing scary stories she knows that will make you laugh at times and also make your skin crawl. Throughout the tour, spooky occurrences would occur, which was fun. This was the perfect way to spend an October night after dinner/walk it off and get educated on the history and entertained by the stories. Also, RIP, Maureen. *Kisses index & middle fingers together and points to the sky* #IYKYK Thank you to the Riordan Mansion Caretakers for such a wonderful experience.

Mother Road Brewing Company, established in 2011, draws its name from the moniker given to Route 66 by John Steinbeck. Founded by Michael Marquess and his wife Alissa, along with brewer Urs Riner, the brewery aims to create and distribute exceptional beers while honoring history, community, and the environment. Their taproom features art from local artists and occasionally hosts live music performances.
When we visit Flagstaff, Mother Road is a must stop. Always friendly staff, great beer (and cocktail!) selection. We tried the beer margarita slushy and ending up drinking 3 and staying for the live music. You can just tell it is a great place to work. I am surprised it took us so long to review. Oh, and we're from Colorado so we know good beer when we drink it!

As a first-timer I am so glad I stumbled upon Mother Road Brewing Co.! The downtown location is absolutely perfect, and it's an easy and enjoyable spot to find. The moment we arrived, I was impressed by the awesome pet-friendly patio. There was plenty of seating for everyone, and it was great to see so many people enjoying the beautiful Flagstaff weather with their furry friends. The food was a total surprise in the best way. I wasn't expecting such an eclectic and delicious menu from a brewery, but everything we ordered was fantastic. From the flavorful street tacos to the perfectly crispy tater tots, the food was high quality without being ridiculously expensive. And of course, the beer selection was top-notch. They offer a great variety of craft beers, from their core brews to some exciting limited releases. I enjoyed getting to sample a few before settling on my favorite. Before we left, I also had to check out the merch. They have a fantastic offering of gear, and I found the perfect t-shirt to remember my visit. Mother Road Brewing Co. is a definite must-visit in Flagstaff

Headed up to Flagstaff over the weekend and decided to try Mother's Road Brewing and was not disappointed. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining. We chose indor since it was a little too brisk for the littles. I really liked the industrial rustic look and the atmosphere was great. To be honest, at first, we were a bit confused on the menu, but our server explained that we picked the type of entree we wanted, followed by the type of meat/veggie option(topper). I selected the tacos, my husband, the tostada, and my daughter, the hot dog. I LOVED MY TACOS! they were super delicious. The remoulade sauce was my favorite. The butchers belly pork was soft, and the flavor was amazing. My husband said the tostada was a bit difficult to eat, but that's to be expected since the base is crunchy, and every time he took a bite, it would break apart. Otherwise, he said he really enjoyed the flavors. Not complaints from my daughter on the hot dog. Our server was great, except she kept forgetting to get us our refills or waters when asked. We had to remind her a couple of times. I'm not sure if she has to put it through the bar, but that was the only annoying part. Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely be going again.

A food truck inspired BBQ/ Cajun joint on Route 66. The unlikely union works against the backdrop of a brewery featuring AL'S favorite- Tower Station IPA. These guys aren't going national anytime soon, so grab a table on their pet friendly patio as soon as you can.

Pros: Good atmosphere Cons: Unaccommodating menu Sub par beer (tried numerous) Small portion sizes Overall- Only come for a drink, the food ain’t it. My wife is gluten free and asked for no bread and lettuce instead (easy request) they delivered us slop. Please see included photo. Brisket was humiliating. Not worth it with so many breweries in walking distance.

Shout out to the guy in the penguin costume & whoever was the waiter in the back room on Halloween night (I didn’t get either of their names). We didn’t try the food but the drinks were great! Tucked away in the vibrant heart of Flagstaff, Arizona, FLG Terroir: Wine Bar & Bistro is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine wine and delicious food. This inviting venue offers an eclectic mix of international small plates and sandwiches, all served in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to linger. With nearly 500 wine labels available by the bottle and over 30 options by the glass, it’s a paradise for wine lovers.
I was surprised to have such a good wine bar experience in Flagstaff. Julia is a fantastic conversationalist and made the experience very worthwhile for my stop on my trip. If I lived in the area, this would be a primary hangout for me. I recommend stopping by if you like wine and good conversation.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! It's easy to miss since it's upstairs downtown but you absolutely must try it. Amazing wine and beer selection and amazing food. An incredible selection of games, definitely the best at a bar. The ambiance cannot be beat. This is definitely a place to go on a date, hang out with friends, or even just chill and do homework. The staff is fantastic - super well educated on wine. Love this place!!!!

Such a great spot for delicious wines and an even better food menu items. We came in for a glass of wine while we walked the downtown streets of Flagstaff, but were pleasantly surprised with not only their vast wine selection, but also the great atmosphere and menu. We will definitely be back. There were so many things to choose from, we opted for the oysters, hummus and meatballs and loved it all. Oh! ... and don''t forget to try the sorbet at the end.
Raechel C — Google review
We loved the wine and service from the friendly staff, but here was the big surprise - the food was GREAT too. The mushroom Alfredo pasta was to die for and a bigger than I expected. The meatballs were huge (albeit a bit cold) and the risotto quite tasty. Priced reasonably. Back to the wine…lots of options so buy it by the glass or pick out a bottle to buy there and open for a $10 corkage fee. Very cozy and comfortable vibe. VictorB

Started off that it could be nice, but boy were we wrong. Called ahead to see if there was a wait. “Nope, we’re a bar, no wait at all.” Beautiful room, up some weird rickety carpeted stairs (not wheelchair accessible) in an old apartment building. Beautiful long room, very dimly lit, empty at first. We got a table for our party, got some plates and utensils. Took a little bit to review the menu and then placed our orders at the bar. The older gray/white haired man with glasses and a ponytail was running around like crazy, and seemed to be extremely distracted and wearing too many hats. Would walk away multiple times from us at the bar as we each placed our order, changing the vinyl record player, cleaning up dishes, etc. Was very rude and abrupt to some in our party. Half of our party ordered our food at 7:12pm (per our receipt) and we did not get it until 8:46pm. We were sitting by the kitchen, open view, and the two young men working in the kitchen definitely seemed extremely overworked and probably underpaid. They worked fast and well, and I guess our ticket got completely lost. Half of our party got their food shortly after ordering. The other half did not. The server in the beanie hat with a beard also seemed to be overworked and running around like crazy, nice and polite, but told us about 1 hour into our wait for our meal that one of the items we had ordered had run out and they could refund it or substitute it. One in our party kindly but sternly asked the staff to refund those in the party whose meal was an hour and a half late, which they did thankfully. But any other restaurant worth their salt would have already apologized and offered to comp the extremely late meal without us asking. Once we finally got our meal, the house potato fingerlings were horribly tough. They were worse than when you over cook a baked potato in the microwave. If we were not starving, they would have been inedible. Part of the meal that was an hour and a half late was a charcuterie board….that should have been out immediately!!! The music was way too loud and overpowering. As we waited for our meal, other tables came and went, were served and changed and refilled and emptied. The bathrooms were large and down a lonely deserted hall, so definitely take a buddy. The server in the beanie and the kitchen staff did their jobs well enough, we don’t fault them. But definitely ridiculous. Gray haired bar man, rude and abrupt. Never even apologized to us at all. They keep credit cards for your tab if you have one. Don’t return it until closing the tab. They had some gluten free menu items, but again, who knows if they are any good normally; our food was overdone, and extremely late.
L H — Google review
Listen, people are making this sound like a Mecca. It's very nice, worth the visit, but nothing extraordinary for sure. A decent selection of wines by the glass. About 10 or so for red and white and a few bubbly. Prices are anywhere from $10 on up which I suppose is normal these days. Good selection of wines but an emphasis on French and Italian for sure. I was surprised that the wines are not in a vacuum sealed casing considering they only sell them by the glass to keep them fresh. Wines were room temperature which made the red ones a tad warm. The food was good but honestly nothing out of this world. The scallops of which there were three, were served on a bed of street corn which was basically just corn sauteed in butter. $32. Little pricey should have been low twenties. Same thing with the meatballs. They were very good but there were three of them and the price point should have been a lot less. You order at the bar which was fine. Waited quite a while for the peach cobbler which was just okay. Atmosphere is very cozy. My biggest complaint is the music. I don't know why all bars feel the responsibility to play music loud enough to where you have to shout to be heard. It wasn't just that. It was the selection of music. It was like a modern version of the doors which some may love but it just felt weird in a tiny space like this. All in all it was good but I've been there once and I don't need to go back there again.
DRock — Google review
The food and dessert here are absolutely amazing. I came about a week and a half ago and had a fantastic experience, which is why I was excited to bring my family in today. Unfortunately, the service this time was downright disappointing. The lady working the bar on 9/16/25 started out fine, but when it came time to pay, I was sitting there with my card in hand when she loudly called out, “I need someone to pay the tab.” even though I was clearly waiting to do so. Again, I was still seated holding my card in my hand not going anywhere, even if my family got up to leave.. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when trying to give my family the same great experience I had before. The food is excellent and unique, but I hope the service can be more consistent so it matches the quality of the kitchen. Left a bad taste in my mouth for wanting to go back with friends, family or clients.

The Pioneer Museum, housed in the historic Coconino County Hospital for the Indigent built in 1908, offers a glimpse into northern Arizona's farming and transportation history. The museum features decade rooms spanning from the 1880s to the 1960s, showcasing Flagstaff's evolution over time. Notable exhibits include a 1929 locomotive and a Santa Fe caboose from the 1940s.
This was a wonderful stop on our trip! If you're a history buff or just like learning about Arizona History, I highly recommend coming here. Besides the main house, which used to be a hospital, there is a barn, the train, and several other buildings to check out.

SoSoBa is a unique ramen restaurant in Flagstaff that takes a modern approach to traditional noodles and cocktails. They prioritize using fresh, local ingredients from farmers markets and CSAs, resulting in innovative and vibrant dishes. The menu is intentionally small, focusing on what they do best, which has earned them accolades and awards. In addition to their inventive noodle creations, SoSoBa offers creative craft cocktails that complement the bold flavors of their dishes.
This place was good. We had the opportunity to dine here for dinner and it was lovely. The place is a bit cramped, but service was great. Since it was pretty late at night, the food did take a while to come out. The atmosphere was great and the servers were nice. Overall, we really enjoyed the ramen and the atmosphere here. Looking for a great Ramen place? This is it. Stopped in for a quick early dinner while in Flagstaff recently. The place was busy. We ordered and received our Ramen in a reasonable time. We ordered the Katsu and Gyoza Ramen. They have a large menu with appetizers and different options including cocktails, beer and wine. Would recommend.

First off, it’s open later than most food places in DT Flag. We did the 830 stargazing show at the observatory which didn’t get out until 9:10(ish). We hadn’t eaten dinner and were hungry, but by then most places were already closed. We are so glad we found this place. Both ramens were so good and the bao wasn’t bad either. Service was great especially considering how busy they were. Will definitely hit up this place again next time in Flag.

By the time we wrapped up our stargazing adventure at the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, the night had crept in and most restaurants had already turned off their lights and flipped their signs to Closed. Just as our hopes for a decent meal began to fade, we chanced upon Sosoba — a quirky, neon-lit noodle joint still buzzing with life. We demolished the Tantanmen ramen — delicious, with a unique twist that blends flavours reminiscent of pozole and ramen, making it both satisfying and comforting. It felt like the universe had aligned once more, guiding us from the stars straight to steaming bowls of late-night stomach pleasers.

The Annex Cocktail Lounge is a contemporary establishment with a speakeasy atmosphere, offering classic cocktails and a rustic courtyard. Originally created to handle overflow from the adjacent Tinderbox Kitchen, it has since become a destination in its own right for cocktails and small plates. The lounge offers inventive seasonal cocktails like the Tell-Tale Heart and Grapefruit Shandy, along with delicious appetizers, beer, and wine in a trendy setting.
This is a really nice craft-cocktail bar. The cocktail quality and variety could remind one of a speakeasy - but then again the decor nor layout really resembles a speakeasy. But it is a great place for cocktails. For sure. The food is really good and tasty too. The service is on the spot. We shared the garlic humus, the meat balls 😋 and the vegetarian dish. Maybe the only minus is that it was tomato’s from a can used in the veggie dish - not fresh tomatoes. Definitely a place to visit.

We experienced an entertaining evening with cocktails and a live musician in the uniquely decorated outdoor setting at The Annex Cocktail Lounge. Our entrées were delicious. My husband had a great fish and chips order. I ordered the chicken pot pie. It had large chunks of chicken, vegetables, and a delightful lemon flavor that I’ve never had before. It was very tasty and the crust was perfect-flaky and crisp. Unfortunately, the craft cocktails didn’t hit the mark and the greens and lime wedge were limp/old. This is a great beer bar in downtown Flagstaff. It shares a restroom/hall with the neighboring coffee shop and wine bar, so there is something for just about everyone. The missing star is mostly due to the restroom, which is either in the midst of a remodel, or in severe disarray.

The Orpheum Theater, situated in downtown Flagstaff, is a historic performing arts center that has been a prominent venue since its establishment in 1911. Following a comprehensive renovation in 2002, it now features modern amenities such as plush seating, an expansive balcony area, top-notch sound systems, a full bar, and a lounge.
We were a little skeptical at first due to general admission only option for our event. We had a group of 10 going to the concert. There were seating options for those who arrived early. We didn't... but the venue is well arranged and there wasn't a bad place to be in the house! The sound was good and bar service was on it! I'll be back for another show in the future for sure. Had an amazing time at this venue! My wife and I drove up from Phoenix to see a couple bands we really love (Bear Ghost and D*mn the Weather) and The Orpheum Theater was very accommodating. My wife is a partial-time wheelchair user, and the process of getting in was made hassle-free. There are wheelchair ramps to most places in the venue (except the smoking patio, unfortunately) and seating up by the bar area gave us a perfect view of the stage without being crowded by too many people.

I love The Orpheum! I’ve made many amazing memories here ♥️ The shape of the seating /general admission pit/ balcony -- all offers ideal visibility. You can sit at a bar-stool, or in a plush seat, or stand near the stage, or upstairs -- and everyone gets a pretty fair view. The building has that historic charm, and it's generally still in good condition. Sound quality is great! Security checks have reasonable requirements and don’t take too long.

Housed in a 1931-era building, this club features live country bands and offers a wooden dance floor for visitors to two-step the night away. While it may be tricky to find and seating can be limited, the reward of discovering this gem is worth it for travelers.

Stopped in for a drink as the place was in walking distance of our hotel. It was 6:45 on a Friday and the place had only a few patrons. Apparently it doesn't get busy until after 9pm. We went there for free swing dancing lessons. It was fun. It was not air conditioned when we were there but it was still comfortable. They had lots of fans running.

Amazing historic bar. It’s a must to stop by and enjoy the ambience and music! Staff are fantastic and responsive. While I’m not from here, it holds the charm of Flagstaff locals. I always come when in town to enjoy — and go see if I can catch a glimpse of Thorna and evidence of her humor! (PS Come in early before a show to snag a table and to check out the decorations!)

Cocktail bar
The Monte Vista Cocktail Lounge, located at the historic Hotel Monte Vista in Flagstaff, is a bi-level hotel lounge with an old-time vibe. It was the first speakeasy in Flagstaff and has a rich history, including a temporary shutdown due to a raid in 1931. The lounge offers live music nights, karaoke, and pool tables. The hotel and lounge are rumored to be haunted, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the experience.
super chill atmosphere, super chill staff, yummy & fun drinks... also down to make anything u request. Didnt eat anything, but only bc we were full from brunch still.... drinks were fantastic tho- i requested smokey old fashioneds & they understood the assignment

As a bar, it's nice. Honestly a little nicer than I care for personally, but I like a dive bar. This place definitely isn't a dive bar at all, but I could see myself going here on a quiet night for a good cocktail. Given the college-student clientele, I would assume that it gets *packed* on Fridays and Saturdays which also isn't my personal preference As a karaoke spot, it's a hard pass. First, there was no energy in the room for it at all - nobody cared there was karaoke going on. If I wanna sing to a dead room, I'll go sing in my closet. Second, I *hate* the ticket sign-up system anywhere I go; like I wanna talk to the host and make sure they have my song and see how long the line is. Third, the place is kinda too nice for karaoke. The karaoke vibe doesn't match the atmosphere at all. Feels weird singing there, I left after one drink So, as a bar I'd give it five stars. As a karaoke place, I give it one star. I think a 3 star average is fair

Out of all the bars in downtown Flagstaff this one is my favorite I believe. It's got a bit of everything including a hotel which is possibly haunted. On the weekends there's multiple bars and lounge areas that offer something for everyone. Not to much not to little.
Stephen D — Google review
Love this place, but the employees have too much they work in such a cool place. I asked the manager what room were haunted, she said she didn't know. I asked her for her name to address her property, she wouldn't tell me. Cool cultural downtown place, but employees are a mini mob. Get a new full new staff. If you don't like your job, get a new one. It's not fair yo all the tourists and visitors.

We have been coming to Flagstaff for the Pine Cone Drop, 6 years now. We usually stay at the newer hotels and drive to downtown for the entertainment. We love the lounge here and the Lotus Lounge is just next door. We called 6 months ago to get a room and table as they are always sold out and booked. So, plan ahead and have an amazing time. Staff and service are top shelf. Thank you, Rick

Any bar that has a band with trumpet and trombone players gets 5 stars from me.... stop in this joint and get metal detected. it's worth it. Oh... and has as big a selection of drinks as you'd ever need.

We stopped in at 5pm on a Friday and the lounge was packed. It took quite awhile to wrestle to the bar and get drinks orders but the cappuccino's were fantastic. Great ambiance in the old Monte VIsta lobby/hotel. Very welcoming and cozy to hang out for a few hours.

Went there with a long time friend on Thanksgiving, had not been to this place in 20 plus years, no cover to get in and they had a full table set up with Turkey, ham, stuffing, everything you want for a Thanksgiving meal including pumpkin pie. They even had kereokee. The only thing we paid for was the drinks from the bar. Loved it.

Cozy restaurant with booths and tables. Kitchen is open to the dining room so you can see what's happening with your food. The prosciutto and pear pizza was devine. Salmon Cobb salad was also delicious.

The soft pretzels were amazing! I liked the atmosphere here. The main course was just alright. I got the margarita chicken, it was good, but the chicken was a little dry. My partner got the burger. He said it was alright. The dessert though was really good. We had the chocolate bread pudding. It was fantastic.
Delise L — Google review
Recently stopped in to Beaver Street for the first time, and we really enjoyed it! The whole place doesn't give off the typical brewery vibe. The inside is nice but definitely feels more like a family restaurant. There is a bar area with seating as well as a covered outdoor patio in the back. The service was excellent our whole meal. I tried their flight of 6 different beers since it was my first time. Pretty good-sized pours, honestly. I enjoyed most of the options I chose! Food wise, we were very impressed! Not only did the food come out quickly, but it was all delicious! We tried the Chicken Club Sandwich and the Prosciutto Pear Pizza. Great portions. Would absolutely order these again! So good! The Truffle Fries are worth the up charge, trust me. Even the kids' meals were good sizes and prices too. Overall, it's a good option to check out in downtown Flag!

Sicilian Pizza & Cesar salad was amazing. Red Rock Raspberry on tap was really good. I gave four stars for the basic cheeseburger. It had no seasoning and no color to the meat. Fries were good. Service was great
Rikki L — Google review
Okay selection and quality brews here. Don't remember all what was on the flight, but both the Red and the Stout stood out. Dense, amazing pretzel sticks, or really, more like pretzel logs, here. Cheese dip consistency was super thick like wet concrete and was supposed to be jalapeño? Barely got a hint of spice. Service was fantastic and friendly.

On a road trip and this spot within walking distance of the hotel. Cosy place shared the spinach beet salad and tried the chicken pot pie that was spot on and the brewer's platter. All really tasty. The smoked bratwurst was a standout winner. Waitstaff checked on us often. Great spot.

Absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was homey. This is the perfect spot for a dinner. Friendly waitress. The pizza and appetizer was amazing. The Sicilian: I have not been this impressed by a pizza in years- I ate the entire thing. My buddy said the beer was great.

Everything we ordered was prepared well and at the correct temp. Nothing super 5 star as far as taste, but the service, cocktails, and atmosphere made up for this. A definite solid place to grab a bite while visiting Flagstaff.

The menu is renowned for its rich and flavorful traditional Indian cuisine, aiming to become a treasured part of culinary traditions in Flagstaff.
We all just love the food. Specially their butter chicken and garlic Nan. Both were delicious. Also their chicken biryani was tasty,Not so spicy. For starters we ordered chicken Tikka masala , it was spicy, but tasty also. Overall we had good dining experience. Highly recommend.

was able to accommodate a party of 15 at night, called for reservation and they seated us accordingly when we came. busy restaurant so call for reservations. food was great, not too spicy, tasted very authentic. tried the indian lager beer, very different! service was good, servers kept checking in on us. atmosphere is dim at night, not too dark, noise level not too bad with people chattering, they have a waiting area before you are seated.

Good ambiance, great food, excellent service. Soon as we entered we were greeted with smile and then on every one was always ready for whatever was needed. Though we didn't have to ask for anything, it was just there before you know it. We had ordered vegetarian dinner (thali). Everything tasted good with right amount of spices and especially salt. The tandoori roti was well done. Tea and desert were just perfect. A great shout out to all the servers and staff

We were so excited by the reviews on Google, but we got so disappointed by the food. Not even bad taste, they served us old/bad food covered in curry so that we wouldn’t notice. I feel so sorry to post this. The fresh food was naan, veg curry, rice. The main dish chicken tandoori, shik kabab etc were not fresh; tasted very bad. Only naan tasted good. I hope people get at least fresh food that they went in for at your restaurant.
Anup B — Google review
The best Indian restaurant in Flagstaff. I actually think the food is almost as good at Himalayan Grill (their naan is a little better but I prefer the curries at Dehli Palace), but the service here is easily the best in Flagstaff. It's one of the only restaurants here that doesn't feel constantly understaffed, and everyone in the front of house is always super friendly and helpful. I've never felt like I had to wait for anything, including drink refills or clearing finished dishes from the table. There's lots of places in town to get good food, but not many where you'll get a true service experience. Anyway, the food is also very good. Tender meats, nice thick curries, generous portions, and strong flavors. The only thing I've ordered that I didn't really care for were the pakora. Too much batter.

Just fell like covid time. lol 😂 Can’t taste anything . Horrible. My husband ordered lamb briyani. I never had this kind of horrible experience before. There were 9 tables full of foreigners and they seemed ok 👌 but we knew the taste of Briyani 😀 anyway please improve your cooking or hire a good chef. Thanks 😊

Had a wonderful dining experience at Delhi Palace in Flagstaff, Arizona. Complimentary papad with delicious coriander chutney was served towards the start. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, enhanced by classic Bollywood instrumental music playing in the background. The veg kofta was flavorful, and the tandoori rotis were perfectly soft and well-cooked. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the area!

MartAnnes Burrito Palace, a family-owned Mexican restaurant established in 1982, is renowned for its flavorful dishes and vibrant atmosphere. The menu features spicy green-chile pork posole, house-made spicy chorizo and scrambled eggs, and savory banana split French toast. The oversized burritos are particularly popular, with options like bean and cheese or la chimichanga. The restaurant also offers all-day breakfast with highlights such as the famous chilaquiles.
This is hands down the best Mexican food we’ve ever eaten and we eat Mexican food a lot at home. The waitress said all the sauces are homemade, it tastes like it. Me and my husband got the same meal, sour cream chicken enchiladas. I got it with the green sauce, he got his with the red sauce. Both were amazing!!! The best food in flagstaff that we’ve had. The waitress was wonderful, very kind and down to earth. Would definitely put this place on your list if you’re in or coming to Flagstaff!

My husband and I are visiting Arizona for our honeymoon (we're from Ohio) and this was one of the first places we decided to try out! And we're so glad we did, some of the best Mexican food we've ever had! Love the atmosphere and the music. Staff is very attentive and friendly, and the food is amazing! We also loved the beautiful art on the walls, definitely gives MartAnnes a unique kind of charm! We visited twice during our stay, can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend, if we're ever in Arizona we'll definitely come back! Much love from the Newbolds 💙

This place is 10/10. The food was amazing. I got JB's Volacano (an interesting and delicious take on classic chiliquiles) which was amazing. The meat and chili were incredible. My lady got the BLT which was also 10/10. Lastly, we got a happy hour mango margarita and it was sweet - with a punch! Service was fast and the hostess/waitress was very nice. Would definitely recommend, especially for travelers from out of town.

I originally chose this restaurant for brunch because I saw they did breakfast all day, but then I read a review that someone had breakfast tacos here which are my fav and I insisted we go 🌮 Our meals were SO delicious and they give HUGE portions. They are vegan and vegetarian friendly too! I ordered the chilaquiles and instead of meat I got grilled seitan- soooo delicious! My friend got the enchilada y huevo and said it was great. He also got a side of pancakes and they were so big he couldn’t finish them! I got an horchata latte and it was amazing 😋 we both enjoyed our hashbrowns and he said his coffee was just what he needed ☕️ beautiful art all over the restaurant and it’s for sale. The wait wasn’t long (busy on a late Thursday morning is a good sign to me!) and the seating in the waiting area is comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to my out of town guests- bring them here! Gavin our waiter was really cool, you’ll be well attended if you sit in his section 🍽️ We got lucky and parked right by the door but the lot isn’t super big and someone asked us for our parking spot when we came out. In a great location downtown, convenient to so much 🌇

Diablo Burger is a modern and casual burger joint that prides itself on using local ingredients and serving its burgers on English muffins instead of traditional buns. The restaurant is located in an oddly shaped circular building next to an Italian restaurant, offering limited seating but providing a rewarding experience for persistent travelers. The burgers are made from range-raised beef sourced from a local ranch, and all ingredients are obtained from nearby businesses whenever possible.
Saw the menu on Google maps and had to come in to taste these unique burgers. Order inside then sit outside on the communal tables to enjoy and fantastic burger. I got the cheech and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Spicy and oh so good. I did not catch our cashiers/servers name but he was friendly and smiley. Delivered our drinks and food and even cleared our empty baskets. Wonderful service. Will definitely visit again to try more of these delicious burgers. 10/10 highly recommend.

My burger with their signature chili that wasn't hot but juicy and delicious. Frys were a bit salty and greasy but crispy the way I like. Next time I'll ask for my fries to be served separately so that juices from the burger don't drip on them. I wash they have something other than bottled beverages.

Lunch at Diablo Burgers was delicious. Daddy Kane burger and the choose your own were great. The rosemary fries were also nice and crispy. We will be back! Loved the Baylor root beer. Loved that maybe even more than the burgers.

Diablo Burger offered a great experience, even with a 30-45 minute Saturday evening wait. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the relaxed, communal seating added to the vibe. My "Marilyn" burger was good, but the herb-topped fries were the true standout, especially when paired with their delicious DB Special Sauce.

We are from Wisconsin and have visited Flagstaff several times. This is our fourth visit here (which in itself says a lot). The burgers are made with prime, low fat beef. Very tasty with unique condiments. Buns are English muffins that are branded with a DN. French fries are freshly made and spiced well. Nice selection of wines, beers and soft drinks. We will visit Diablo Burger again!

My family and I stopped in here after a very exhausting hike up Mount Humphrey’s, but amazing! After the hike we were extremely hungry and everyone was craving a burger, so we found this quant little space, when we entered we were greeted with a smile and a very welcome vibe, they had some oldies playing on the overhead speakers and the establishment smelled delicious I ordered believe was called the db diablo, which had the fried egg on top super delicious, it was paired with some really good French fry’s and I washed it down with not one but two of their craft beers offered. Good value, definitely great service, will be back. Good job to the entire team.

Guests praise the superb food, including housemade bread, duck, steak, creme brulee, and raspberry sorbet. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it a popular choice for special occasions like small wedding receptions.
One of my all time fav spots in Flag… Brix. Always sit in the bar…Rebecca is a great bartender, and watch the line do their thing. Started with papas bravas and smoked elk tataki. Wife ordered the mushroom-guanciale pasta and I got the K4 ribeye with bone marrow and wild muahrooms. This place never disappoints. A must stop when you are up here 🤙

This is a fantastic place! Each time we have come, the service and food have been the same consistently high caliber. Yesterday, our server, Matt, orchestrated the perfect cadence of food and drink delivery coupled with checking in on any needs. Last night, with pre-dinner drinks, we had a cheese board of three cheeses to snack on while we enjoyed our drinks. Once ordered, our meal courses were delivered allowing enough time to enjoy, but not allowing too long of time between to wait. I had the seasonal soup, a Poblano pepper/turnip soup.My wife had the Spring vegetable salad as a meal. It was plenty (except she did hit my plate a few times). I do want to mention that salad was unbalanced with too much carrot, but still delicious. I had the whole Branzino. It was cooked perfectly. Charred nicely on the outside giving the skin a great crunch, a juicy, tender interior and it was filled with a wild rice that was the perfect compliment. After all that, We were too stuffed for dessert. I will continue to return every time I visit Flagstaff. The pictures included here are from last night and last year.
Scott S — Google review
I visited on a weekday and the front of the restaurant was empty so I had to wait for a host or staff person to greet me. I walked around near the outdoor area of the restaurant before a staff person noticed me. Once greeted I was promptly seated outside on the patio which is a nice garden space. Being outside there were quite a few flies and gnats that increased as I was being served food (a fly flew and got stuck in my glass of wine but it was promptly exchanged for another glass once I let the staff know). The menu is farm to table and you can definitely taste the freshness of the ingredients. I didn't enjoy the Caesar salad as the leaves were large and spilling off and out of the plate making it a little messy to eat. The bolognese was presented well and was very good. I did try the non alcoholic cocktail pomegranate lavender which was nearly flavorless but the red wine I chose was amazing. There is a parking lot at restaurant and street parking nearby
Christina C — Google review
There was a time when Brix was my number 1 restaurant I had dined at in the United States versus restaurants from San Francisco to New York City. I had dined with Brix several times because the food was phenomenal, artistic and incomparable to its surroundings. I am under the impression that there is a different Chef or the Chef has lost passion. We ordered the duck entree, which had been ordered in 2021. The comparison of the presentation reveals it's lackluster artistic presence. The plate was a disaster with dry seasoning scattered all over the plate. The recommendation was to offer the duck medium, which is was well done and extremely gamey. When I arrived, I noticed that on a Friday, it seemed very slow at 7pm. In past times, the restaurant had a wait. This prompted me to order the burger in addition to the duck, because I did not trust the price points. I ordered the burger medium rare. This also was well done and the beef had grill fragments cooked with it. The creme brulee had a great presentation, but the ginger recipe produced a strong after taste that was too bold and contradicts the sweet and creamy expectation. The service was great and prompt. Unfortunately, Brix is no longer going to be a destination restaurant for me, and it really saddens me to see this. The heart of the restaurant will always be your executive chef. With all the improvements in the expansion and the ambience, the quality and artistry of the food has declined abruptly.

my absolute favorite place to eat when i visit my family in flagstaff, and it never fails to impress me. i am always blown away by the creativity and flavor profiles of each dish. the service is always excellent, while the location and ambiance (especially on the outdoor patio in midsummer) is second to none. my family and i went to brix to celebrate my birthday, and i couldn't think of a better place to have a special dinner if i tried—and this is coming from someone who lives in the foodie town of portland, oregon. we started with smoked elk tataki, bison meatballs, smoked asparagus, gözleme, and a cheese plate, all of which were fabulous. the elk, asparagus, and gözleme were the standouts for me, but i genuinely enjoyed all of the starter dishes. my parents shared the steak salad, which was not only gorgeous to photograph but filling and tasty; the steak was cooked perfectly at a medium rare. i had the malloreddus, which is very possibly my favorite pasta dish i've had at brix; that is saying a lot because i pretty consistently order a pasta dish when i visit. the lamb neck ragu, green chickpeas, and mint alongside the pasta created such a complex but harmonious dish, and even though by that point in the dinner i was absolutely stuffed, i kept eating because of how much i enjoyed it. lastly, i forgot to take pictures because i got too excited, but we also had the date cake, lemon sorbet, and crème brûlée, and everything was fabulous. i am a sucker for crème brûlée and this one really satisfied me. 10/10 no notes. my family and i could not eat close to everything we ordered, so the waiter very kindly offered to box everything up for us to have the next day. to say i'm excited for round two is an understatement. in conclusion, after all these years, eating at brix remains such a unique and fun dining experience. i can't wait to return.

Brix is an amazing restaurant. My Hubby and I have been going there since they opened 18 years ago. The food is so good, service amazing and sitting at the bar is our favorite place to eat! If you love wine you won’t be disappointed. Plus there’s tons of parking! We did rent the upstairs for a private party and loved every minute of it. The staff at Brix set it up beautifully and we had a terrific time.

My husband and I had dinner at Brix to try the food and check out the venue for our small wedding reception. The food is superb and the servers are wonderful. We had the housemade bread, the duck, the steak, the creme brulee, and the raspberry sorbet. The chef there is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had never tried duck, but we can say with confidence that it is one of our favorite dishes here. We fell in love with the warm, charming atmosphere and we were so excited for our big day! The set up for our reception was seamless and so accommodating. We worked with Rebecca to figure out pricing and details about the menu and set up. She was so incredibly helpful and made the whole process more enjoyable than you would expect. We used the loft and it was so cozy beautiful. Our family and friends were so impressed with everything and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you again to everyone there for helping us create such wonderful memories!

My husband was so excited to find this place for my birthday weekend, and after seeing the reviews I was too, but it was ultimately a lackluster experience. We were the first table there that evening, the service was pleasant, she shared the specials and brought us our drinks but didn’t go the extra mile of asking what brought us in that evening or asking if we would like any recommendations. As soon as other diners started coming in, we watched multiple servers bounce around to check on them several times, while we were left unattended. After the entree’s were delivered, they never came back to check on us to ask if we needed another cocktail or see if the meat was cooked to our specifications. I ordered the steak frites, medium rare. For $50 the steak portion was small, and it was overcooked to a medium/medium-well. Half the plate was fries and the other half was greens. After seeing the presentation of the bravas and the duck, I was underwhelmed. My husband ordered the duck, it was cooked well, he said the eggplant was the shining star of the dish though as the duck itself fell a little bland with flavor. I didn’t think it was worth staying to see how the dessert would play out. Overall, it was an ok meal, but was expecting a much better experience given the price point.

Satchmo's is a casual cafe in Flagstaff that exudes a New Orleans atmosphere and serves up delectable slow-smoked BBQ and gumbo. It's a haven for lovers of Cajun, Creole, and barbecue cuisine. The restaurant offers an array of dishes including brisket, cast-iron-made cornbread, Andouille sausage poboy, po boys, catfish, jambalaya, ribs, and brisket.
Satchmo’s BBQ – Flagstaff, AZ If you’re in Flagstaff and looking for authentic Southern comfort food, Satchmo’s is a must. From the moment you walk in, the smell of smoked meats and spices lets you know you’re in for something special. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming—no frills, just great food and friendly service. I ordered the catfish and gumbo, and both were absolutely outstanding. The catfish was perfectly fried—crispy golden crust on the outside, moist and flaky on the inside. It wasn’t greasy at all, and the seasoning had just the right kick. Easily some of the best I’ve had outside the Deep South. The gumbo was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. Loaded with sausage, chicken, and just the right amount of spice, it had that homemade taste that’s hard to find. You can tell they put real care and soul into every bite. Sides were on point too—cornbread was moist with a slight sweetness, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. The portion sizes were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. Service was quick and friendly, even with a steady crowd. It’s clear that Satchmo’s is a local favorite, and now I see why. Whether you’re passing through or live nearby, this is a spot worth stopping for. Southern flavor done right in the heart of Arizona. Highly recommend the catfish and gumbo, but honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Ribs are very soft but the sauce are quite normal. Sweet bbq is better than the spicy one. The Jambalaya are quite good and has an interesting taste. Lemonade is quite good too. Burnt ends although are crispy but they are too dry, would not recommend.

Nice little place. We got 1/2 lb of pulled pork. It comes with 4 slider rolls. It was pretty good. They had spicy and sweet sauce, and while I like spicy things, the sweet was definitely better. We also got a side of their smoked baked beans. They were just ok.

Incredible service. The guys here were very attentive, and knew the food inside and out. Very easy recommendations and explanations for somone who has had many styles of ribs. Mac n cheese was quality, and the tot crunch perfectly complimented it. BBQ sauce was great too. Ribs were tender, but not mushy for "fall off the bone" ribs. It's a shame i don't live around here.

Service was friendly and fast, food was amazing! The lemonade had the right amount of sweet and tart, the jalapeno cornbread was moist, the mac n cheese was cheesy and the crust impeccable. Highly recommended 👌

Really enjoyed the food. My wife and I shared the ribs, brisket, red beans and rice, and tots. I had the King Gumbo to myself because my wife is allergic to seafood. Our favorite was definitely the ribs. Satchmo’s is a neat little hole-in-the-wall that serves up excellent Cajun and BBQ. Cool vibe and friendly staff. Go there, you won’t be disappointed and your stomach will thank you.

If you know you know. If you don't, then by all means come check this place out. The food is so good. Lots of flavor and worth the price. I honestly don't think you'll be disappointed at all. The menu is small and that is part of the appeal for me. What they do make, they make so good.

My family of five tried the gumbo and chicken strips with tots, which were amazing. But the brisket, bbq sauces, blackened shrimp po’ boy and mac n’ cheese were.to.die.for… I will crave this place and it will be a destination spot for my family anytime we visit the area.

Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, located at Fort Tuthill County Park, offers an exhilarating treetop suspended obstacle course experience for both kids and adults. With courses led by qualified instructors, participants can navigate through over 70 obstacles at heights ranging from 15 to 60 feet above the ground. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the largest zipline course in the Western United States.
Such a cool place and amazing staff that runs it. Very polite and accommodating when we were visiting. The course is spread out with so many different options. Gets pretty tough as you progress so take your time and enjoy. Plenty of parking even if u have a trailer.

11yr son and 53yr dad challenged. It was really challenging. My son gives up after half point. Still took over 2 hours. Very enjoyable place! There was no waiting line to buy tickets. But they make group to start. I think 1 group per hour. Because we need a guide for safety. That's why we wait 45 minutes to start.

To me this was a laid back, but fun adventure. It has some progressively difficult challenges as you proceed. The staff was great and I had a pleasant experience with everyone I interacted with.

Fun experience and would do it again! We did the adventure course which also included several zip lines.super friendly staff helped answer all our questions.

This place is a great time for all skill levels! Our group of three teens and two adults, had a blast running through the course, which takes you through increasing levels of difficulty. I had an equally enjoyable time spectating from the safety and comfort of the ground. You can follow your adventurer along the entire course. Also, your adventurer can go as far as they feel comfortable. If they need to tap out and be helped down, there is only encouragement and reassurance. No judgement, which was great to see. The Guides and staff are fantastic! Front desk check in was easy and we were met with smiles and banter. Adrian got us geared up and was uber-personable, a knowledgeable and high energy motivator. Abby had the most chill demeanor, when one of our girls was a little “over” the black level difficulty, she had exactly the right mix of supportive and measured! Great value! Awesome Adventure!

Such a fun experience in the woods! The course has different levels which get more challenging as you go but definitely worth your money. It is very secure if you follow the rules properly. Staff was lovely and helpful. We arrived 30mn late and they waited for us. We were just sad to leave!

Not for the faint of heart or those with a fear of heights. Don’t let how fun this looks trick you into thinking this isn’t a workout of body, mind, and emotions. Though I had didn’t make it all the way through my partner made it through 4/5 of the courses and the couple grouped with us did all 5. He and they had so much fun! Like an adult jungle gym. The staff was absolutely amazing and the equipment is well maintained. You are safe at all moments of the course. This truly is an adventure course. I suggest anyone to check it out. The value is great, the employees are great, and you can really take it at your pace and have as much or as little fun as you want. Highly recommend reserving your spot on your next trip to flagstaff!! They also have a zip line course which I can’t wait to come back and try out.

I was there 10 years ago on my 60th birthday. I got a shirt, and I got a 16 ounce glass that I still use. And I’ve got memories that will last as long as I do. I was able to complete the course except for the last two obstacles. I heard they changed them right after that. I just think it’s a wonderful wonderful place to go. I just wanted to say that b I’m 70 now and still think about doing it. If I get ever get back in that part of the country, I’m doing it!!! Thank you !!!

Karma Sushi Bar Grill is a cozy Japanese eatery located on the Route 66 strip in Flagstaff. It's known for its tantalizing selection of sushi, but also offers options for non-sushi lovers. Voted as the best sushi in Flagstaff in 2019, Karma Sushi Bar Grill is renowned for its fresh and exotic tasting sushi, including signature rolls like the Lucy.
Wonderful atmosphere, the ramen noodles in the ramen were absolutely delicious. There weren’t too many toppings which is oddly satisfying because you can really focus on the broth and noodles. A bit expensive but I think the atmosphere makes up for it. Probably would only go during happy hour though, just for the sake of prices :)

We stopped by Karma Sushi Bar Grill in Flagstaff and overall had a good experience. We ordered the Karma and Instant Karma sushi rolls, along with the lobster tempura bites from their specials menu. The lobster bites were tasty but were mostly breading, especially for the $18 price point. The ramen was good, but the noodles were a little different than what we expected. As for the sushi, the flavors were good but the rice was a bit mushy this time around. That said, the service was great. Thomas did an excellent job letting us know that the sushi bar was a bit backed up, so we really appreciated the communication. They brought out our ramen first, and about 15 minutes later our sushi and appetizer arrived. We’ve been to Karma before and have had great experiences, so it seems like they were just extra busy this time. We’ll definitely be back

We stopped by Karma Sushi Bar Grill and ordered the Volcano Roll the Vegas Roll and some edamame to start. Everything was fresh and flavorful but the highlight of the night was definitely the Vegas Roll. The combination of textures and flavors was perfectly balanced and it stood out as one of the best rolls I have had in a long time. The Volcano Roll was also tasty and had a nice kick but the Vegas Roll was truly unforgettable. Beyond the food the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was attentive without being overbearing and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It really added to the overall experience and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you enjoy sushi this place offers a good mix of creative rolls and classic favorites. For me it was the Vegas Roll that set the bar so high and it is the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave.

The service here was very good. The workers were nice, professional, and the food came quickly. The fish here is great, but the rice is not sticky or sushi rice so the rolls and nigiri were falling apart. They have changed their 12 pc nigiri combo, you no longer get 12 types of fish, but 6 types, which was disappointing. The fried rice had good flavor but the rice was overcooked and mushy. Could have been an off night with the rice, but the flavors were good and fish was fresh. The best thing I had was the Surf and Turf roll. That wagyu beef tartar is amazing.

We ordered for pickup after 4 days of hiking. Our local guide recommended Karma. I wasn’t sure about sushi in the desert but he assured me it was flown in daily. It was a delightful treat after our trek.

We had gone to karma a few years ago and had no complaints but just never went back. This week we walked into the “bar side” and had a fabulous choice of sushi, sashimi and rolls to choose from. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The bartender; Harry was not only knowledgeable in his bar choices, but also suggested some great items off the food menu and made the complete experience much more enjoyable.

Pizza restaurant
Italian restaurant
Pizzicletta is a cozy Italian-inspired pizzeria known for its exceptional wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas that cook in just 90 seconds. The restaurant has gained a reputation for drawing pizza enthusiasts from far and wide, with some traveling over two hours to savor the delectable offerings. The menu features a variety of pizzas, including vegan-friendly options and unique combinations like bacon and shallot.
Good stuff! We sat outside on the patio, which is the only way to go in summer in Flagstaff. The vibe was great, the service was wonderful and the pizza was extraordinary! We got a red sauce pizza and a white sauce pizza. Both were fantastic. They both had a twist to the classic that set them apart. Its thin crust pizza yet not crispy. Seating is a bit limited even though its a big place due to a really large table inside that takes up a lot of space.
David P — Google review
The dough is odd - it lacks the big bubbles of a proper Neapolitan-style pizza (I assume from underdeveloped gluten), but still has high moisture. The result isn't quite tender enough and mostly brings to mind undercooked sandwich bread. It helps to fold it over so you don't have to eat the crust alone. The margherita's mozzarella is spread too wide, which results in an overly homogenous flavor, mostly dominated by cheese with the occasional burst of basil. The tomato didn't come across much, but where it did, it tasted overly processed. The amore oi mari was pretty solid. I think American food tends to work better when there's more going on. I can't tell whether it's the supply chains, the chefs, or it being made for an American market - but that's why I call it "American food". Service, atmosphere: efficient, no frills, just how I like it.
Peter S — Google review
Pizzicletta is the go-to pizza spot in Flagstaff. My husband and I have literally driven up from Phoenix just for pizza, wine, and gelato then back home! We love to roadtrip, though. They probably have the best dough in Arizona.
Stephanie H — Google review
We started with the Rosemary Focaccia appetizer and shared the Diavola pizza. The chili oil on the pizza was the perfect finishing touch! Everything was amazing. We even had room left for a scoop of their homemade Salted Caramel gelato, which tasted just like a Werther’s candy! We’re definitely coming back to try more of their menu!
Tracy J — Google review
The pizza here is amazing. The Gelato was great too. You can tell the people take pride in what they do here. Totally recommend.
Will W — Google review
Great little pizza place in Flagstaff. If you like neapolitan style, they do a nice job. I had the Diavola but didn’t read the ingredients well and would have loved it without the honey. It wasn’t too spicy. The dough was chewy. Nice pepperoni. I picked up.
C. M — Google review
Giving this a 5 for FLAVOR let's talk about food shall we Pizza has almost been ruined for me because I've had the most delicious fired pie in Italy As a result a return to the states has left my pizza palate a little flat and then came along this place We ordered the DIAVOLA A bit bold for someone who is terrified of spice but the crisp chili, soothing sweetness of honey, and light crispy brick crust was a surprising delight I don't know what I was expecting nor did I ever think I'd find it in Flagstaff but this spot is so good I can't wait to take my friend who is from Italy there for the experience The venue is small so if you're a large party you may need to split up. I love that they have a community table. The pleasure of eating delicious pizza amongst smiling strangers was refreshing. They do offer some outside seating but again keep in mind this venue is small I did see a lot of people ordering their gelato flight and they all seemed pretty happy with their selections Highly recommend the DIAVALO even if you're afraid of spicy foods you won't be disappointed
T J — Google review
Best most friendly service and pizzas are always executed PERFECTLY. It seems the employees really care and seem happy. The crust is the best I’ve had from any pizza place, chewy, crispy, doesn’t go limp and soggy when you pick up a slice. Almost has a sourdough flavor, very good flavor. The sauce is the best, fresh and sweet not overseasoned. They don’t put excessive cheese (I may be one of the few people who do not like tons of cheese on the pizza, but let the crust, sauce, and toppings shine through. Can’t stand when the cheese is thicker than the actual crust!). The pepperonis are the little thick cups and they get it super crispy. The crust wasn’t burnt ( I hate burnt crust which happens often with wood fired pizza). I can’t believe I’m just discovering this place now. Our usual wood fired pizza place in Flagstaff has gone downhill in quality and they’re always so busy they sometimes don’t even take your order. Pizzicletta is much better anyways!

Restaurant
Tinderbox Kitchen is a modern eatery in Flagstaff that has played a significant role in revitalizing the city's food scene. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of American comfort food with innovative twists, alongside an array of cocktails. Known for its progressive yet unpretentious approach to cuisine, the establishment frequently updates its eclectic menu. Additionally, the success of Tinderbox Kitchen led to the creation of The Annex, an indoor-outdoor cocktail bar, and Tourist Home All Day Cafe.
Glad we made it back for dinner w friends as we love the cozy environ and enjoyed the very attentive and friendly service… nice upscale vibes without any uppity attitude. Menu is compact with lots of unique touches and quality ingredients. Enjoyed sharing appetizers to mix up the flavors, and found the mussels to be really unique w their flavor profiles, super savory w the right amount of heat. Pasta was fabulous too. Reservations recommended for sure, and u may have to hunt for a place to park, but definitely worth it. Only dish I wouldn’t order again was their take on cheese cake…it was tasty, but a little more like a butter cake and I personally prefer a creamier more traditional style.

The duck with the homemade mole sauce was absolutely incredible. And I also had the elk with arugula and fennel delicious. I had a nonalcoholic drink that was chamomile berries, splash of lemon and pineapple out of this world. And then I had an old-fashioned with cinnamon smoke strawberry purée and mint. I just had a half of one they were very accommodating. Everything I Head here was incredible.

Was staying in Flagstaff for a few days and I wanted to enjoy a fine dinning experience while I was in town and Tinderbox kitchen was on multiple lists of must eat restaurants for fine dinning or an intimate date night. The dinning area is small, so highly recommended to make reservations. We had a wonderful table up front and enjoyed some people watching while dinning. First thing I need to mention is the wine list! The selections fir a smaller establishment were phenomenal it was difficult to choose. The sommelier they had on location the night I was there was phenomenal! I would 100% trust any wine selection she would make for me. Wish I could remember her name to give a shout out but she did claim she was a level 1. Definitely knows her stuff!! On to the food! We had a charcuterie and some frog legs to get things started. The bread on the charcuterie board was amazing! A good selection of cheeses and a great spread with it all. The frog legs were interesting, Id only had them once before and do not remember enjoying them as much as I did these. My main dish was the duck breast with potatoes and Brussel sprouts the duck was cooked to perfection and the char grilled sprouts paired nicely with the Duck. My bottle of Pinot Noir was a great addition to every course. Cannot say enough about the selection of wine this restaurant has. Great atmosphere for a date night or a fine dinning experience in Flagstaff!

Reservation for 2, seated right away. Very friendly staff introduced the menu and took our cocktail orders. I had the Red Wedding, which was just alright for my liking. The amount of ice in the glass made me question how much liquor I was actually paying for—and at $18, I want to make sure I’m getting my money’s worth. The first dish was the Pork Belly & Fritter with aioli. The kitchen did a bang-up job with this one: sweet and salty pork belly, with the aioli and fritter offering a nice reprieve from the fattiness. I’d be happy if this were made into a full entrée on its own. Entrées: The Sea Bass was light, sweet, and had just a touch of heat. The Duck Mole was a great dish. The mole paired well with the almost ham-like duck. The Brussels salad (which I’m generally not a fan of) was good—the thin-shaved Brussels added a hint of bitterness to balance the intense citrus they dressed it with. The salad was substantial enough that the extra salsa verde wasn’t needed, in my opinion. The sopaipilla was a bit dense, but still delicious and perfect for mopping up the dressing and oils on the plate. Dessert was cheesecake with lemon curd and gastrique. This was also good, though on the smaller side. I’m a real critic when it comes to lemon curd, as I make it every year—this version had a very tart pop and was silky smooth. (Do y’all sous vide it? And how do you plate it in that shape—piping bags?) I would absolutely recommend anyone to come and enjoy their time here. It’s a small, cozy restaurant where the staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they’re doing, and the kitchen is putting out delicious dishes. Thanks!

Business promotes violence. Stopped in to get some food and drink but used the restroom first and saw two stickers promoting violence. The fact that middle sticker between these has been removed suggests the ones left are intentional. DO NOT support this business if you value non-violence and think politcal differences do not justify violence.

Great atmosphere on Sundays and the best patio in town, Food is decent. Waitstaff is great but management keeps the place understaffed and disorganized,so it makes it difficult for them to do their jobs well. The Female bartender has been very rude, dismissive and even insulting. This place could use a serious revamp. When there's a band playing, FBC is really a great spot. Otherwise there are much better choices elsewhere.

Cool little place in the heart of old town and shops. The beer was good, but the food was way better. I would definitely recommend the poutine, it was delicious and you get a huge portion. I could not finish it all. The BLAT was really good too. Our server was very nice and helpful.

Stopped in while in town on 10/4. Bless her poor heart, but the waitress was by herself ( with a host and bartender who seemed to not be able to help her). So, the wait was long. Lighting in the establishment is very poor and I would say for a brewery the beer selection was very limited.

Collins Irish Pub is a popular sports-oriented bar located in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona. It offers a tasty Irish and American comfort food menu, making it a top spot for brunch and an easygoing pub fare lunch. The pub features weekly goldfish races and has become one of the most popular sports bars in the area over its 20 years of service to the community.
This bar/restaurant was a great find. Irish travellers ourselves, we only had to cross the road/Route 66 from the Amtrak station across the way to find a welcoming and friendly pub. Great staff and more than decent ‘bangers and mash’ which made a welcome change from burgers, tacos, etc… Good beer too and enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Guys trip to Flagstaff for the weekend. We stopped in the pub for lunch on the way home to Phoenix. The place was recommended by a friend. Food was excellent. Service was great. Madison was our server (Sat June 8th, lunchtime). Quick service, attentive to our needs for refills, great personality, and she added to a positive experience. Food was prepared quickly, accurate and tasted great. We ordered 4 dishes between the 3 guys. Fish and chips, Prime Rib Sandwich with onion rings, Loaded Tater Tots, and an order of Irish Nachos. All food dishes tasted good and delivered to our table hot and in a timely manner. We stopped in for our visit on a Saturday at around lunchtime. The pub was about 3/4 full. Staff was doing a great job of meeting our needs. 10/10 experience.

Have been coming to Collins for 5 years, i drive from a decently far distance (3 hours) to come and enjoy Collins with my husband. This time around was not that great. Service sucked. We waited along time to even order. Drinks were made half a.. they had no bartender working on a Saturday, and instead had the services trying to be bartenders while tending to a fullhouse of tables. Floors were sticky as hell, and bathroom wasn't as clean as it normally is. Mind you its only been an hour after opening.. feels like prices are just going up and they're cutting the cost of quality so they can have quantity. Such a shame. It'll be awhile before we come again.

Pretty good place to eat. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and the service was friendly. Nothing extraordinary about this place, more like bar food but in a cool atmosphere. I'd go again, because why not.

We found Charly's because I was looking for a place that served French Onion soup - and it did not disappoint! The broth was rich and salty (which I prefer over sweet), loaded with onions, and perfectly done cheese. **chef's kiss** Others in my party enjoyed the Bartenders (chicken tenders), which were nicely battered and juicy, and the fried shrimp. Both came with generous portions of waffle fries. There were enough options for all tastes and ages. Our server, Zack, was also excellent! Heads up, since this is a restaurant at a historic hotel, they do add "historic preservation " fees to the bill. That was new for me... All in this was a great place to eat and would definitely recommend.

We were visiting from out of town. Landed here for dinner. Before entering the bar/restaurant area we were asked by a young man there if we were there for the blues band that was starting at 7:00pm (it was 5:44pm). We told him no, had no idea there was going to be a blues band (not even a fan really, but that is not the point here). He told us there was a $10 cover charge for the band. Again, nope, just wanted to get something to eat. He literally told us he would come through looking for us once the band started to collect the cover charge! It was ridiculous! We were out of there well before the music even started. I get the cover charge thing, but someone needs to show this young man how to address this in a more professional manner! Our server/bartender, on the other hand, was top-notch!! Food was good too, but we won’t be back.

Teresa and I shared the Fish and chips, French onion soup, and grilled corn. The French onion soup was one of the best I've had. The top bread was grilled crunchy before being added to the top of the soup and broiled either cheese. That gave it a crunchy chewy texture instead of mushy that comes with most French onion soups. Also loaded with onions. Delicious. The fish was flaky and meaty. The batter was slightly heavy but had a nice crunch to it. cole slaw was a bit over dressed but had a nice refreshing flavor that paired well with the fish. The grilled corn was sweet with a touch of spice. Sydney, our waitress was as sweet as could be and gave us the perfect amount of attention. Overall, a great dining experience. Charley's is found inside the Weatherford Hotel but has a nice outside dining area.

Great place for a meal on the ground floor. Be sure to head upstairs for a drink at the historic bar and sit outside on the balcony.

Party of 10 w/reservation at 7pm. Sat quickly, waitress did well considering our group size. Not impressed W/ANY of the food 🤮🤢 French onion soup was lukewarm at best and onions were crunchy (not cooked thru). Broken hearted chicken is a sad dish. Noodles are soggy and sauce is somewhat sour due to artichoke hearts maybe 🤷‍♀️ Steak was sub par. Pazoli came out lukewarm and had to be sent back to be "nuked. To top it off they were out of fries so we had to pay $1.50 ea for an upgrade to onion rings or sweet potatoes. Asked for the sauerkraut on the side for the Rueben but it was on the sandwich when served (we just ate it anyway as w/the onion soup). Will not be back unfortunately 😑 We were excited to try this place cuz a patron from the night before told us it was so good. Also not ONE time were any of us asked how our food was!!! Just sooo disappointed 😞 😔 😕 Then did not give any of us (5 checks) a pen to sign the bill/ticket duhhhhhh

Blue cheeseburger is a MUST!! We ended up going because of the reviews and it was amazing! Great customer service by Jake and the crew plus the food was delicious! We ended up going back a second time because the food was really tasty and loved the atmosphere. Sweet hangout to grab a beer with friends and play pool

Shoutout to Gio for being such a great host! We had the most delicious teriyaki chicken sandwich and their super tasty (very generous amount) nachos. A must if you are in town!

We were looking for a place to dine with a party of 9 after commencement. They sounded so excited to take the reservation. They held the table when commencement ran 20 min too long. They texted us and staff Troy and Hayden took care of everything for I make the celebration seamless. Drinks were strong! Service was quick and the food was delicious. I had the peach whiskey sour and it was the best cocktail I’d had in a long time! A great bartender! And reasonably priced! Service in the food industry has suffered in the last 4 years and eating at Altitudes was such a different experience! The live music added fun to the night. We enjoyed the Cajun chicken, the salmon, a burger and the fish and chips. The nacho platter was phenomenal! You should make a stop at this place. Parking was free and easy. Close walk to other things.

Place is just good for drinking beer & appetizers. Customer service was nice but the wait was ridiculous. Not enough workers here. Food took 45 mins to get including the appetizer. Husband asked for bacon and there was no bacon on his burger. Fries was delicious. Street tacos were not that good. Bread was hard to chew. Calamari was Delicious. Water was never refilled. I am giving this place a 3 star. I wont come back again. Hopefully they improve. Thank you.

American restaurant
Fine dining restaurant
Shift Kitchen & Bar is a bright and casual eatery located in Downtown Flagstaff, offering a seasonal menu of American small plates and craft cocktails. The restaurant, owned by a husband and wife culinary team, provides an intimate dining experience with only 34 seats, including an interactive chef's counter. In the morning, guests can enjoy decadent pastries and coffee, while the dinner menu features progressive dishes made with both familiar and exotic ingredients.
We had a great dinner on New Years Eve! It was a last minute reservation and the food was so delicious!! Our server Scarlett (brunette) was the best waitress ever!! The other waitress Jen (blonde) was also very sweet! They both had on the same dress, super cute for the Roaring 20's restaurant theme! I definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back if in the town again!

We went here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The tapas style dishes were nice for trying different foods and everything we tried was outstanding. Loved the savory sorbet. Each dish after was a new flavor bomb. Desserts were unique and top notch. And the service was excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making us feel special.

Shift kitchen was my favorite restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I was in flagstaff celebrating my 30th birthday with loved ones and going to Shift was perfect. We chose to do the tasting menu and each of us finished every plate that came our way. Highlights include the duck mole taquitos, the mezzo course of grapefruit sorbet with goat cheese and olive oil, and the incredible elote southwest salad to open the night. The drinks were boozy, tasty, and beautiful. Everything about the experience was excellent. I gush about it to everyone who asks what I’ve been up to. Thank you so much!

Goodness, where do I begin. It started off well. Meeting my childhood girlfriend for dinner. We like to try new places. I haven't been to the Shift Kitchen & Bar in a while.   I love the seasonal menus. I requested two tasting of red wine and chose the Pinot Noir. We started with the duck taquitos as a starter which were yummy. Here's where dinner took a turn. My bison short ribs arrived first. We sat for almost 10-minutes waiting on my friend's entree. I had to flag down our waitress and inquire about the delay. The waitress noted that some entrees take a little longer. I agree but timing should be a part of the process. I worked in the fine dining industry for a stint and this was not acceptable. I waited. I then had to flag the waitress again. I asked her to take my plate and warm it up and to bring our entrees at the same time. I noted it was rude and discourteous to bring my entree out 10-minutes before and I had to sit there while my food got cold. So now, we were being ignored. Not just ignored, discriminated. All the other tables filled with Caucasians and being waited on by our waitress were getting more attention whereas I had to flag our waitress down. Another woman stepped in, a brunette, who was very gracious. I said "Why didn't we get her as our waitress?" She took our dessert order. I wanted to try the butter cake. Very disappointing. My girlfriend had to ask for a knife to cut the cake because it was so hard. I was thinking we recieved a dessert that was old sitting in the back. It wasn't just me. My girlfriend felt it too. I am a generous tipper and left less than 15%. It was very disheartening that in 2025 racism is still so prevalent. I'm a business owner and a minority. I wish they could feel what we feel when this happens. Our entrees were delicious but the service left a bad taste in our mouth. Very disappointed with the Shift Kitchen & Bar. Also, why is the Ahi Tuna $58? I can buy a pack of four from Sam's Club for $20, throw some seasoning and sear at home. Ahi Tuna on any menu should be an appetizer and around $18. They are reaching on this menu item.

My wife and I recently dined (July 2025) at Shift Kitchen & Bar in Flagstaff, Arizona, and it was a memorable experience that blended unique flavors with a cozy, upscale vibe. Shift delivered a meal that was mostly impressive, though not without a minor hiccup. We started with the Duck Taquitos ($13.00), and while the presentation was inviting, this appetizer was our least favorite. They weren’t bad, but we wouldn’t order them again. For our main courses, I opted for the Wine Burger ($23.00) and the burger hit all the right spots for satisfying my burger craving. The real standout, though, was the pickled fries, which added a zing and crunch. I’d rate this dish a solid 4.5 out of 5. My wife chose the Pork Chop ($35.00)and it was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with the nice sauce that would been even better with a little more of it on the dish. She gave it a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5. The highlight of the evening was dessert: the Griddled Blue Corn Cake ($13.00) with roasted grapes, caramelized white chocolate, and pecorino gelato. This dish was a revelation—unique, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything we’ve had before. A definite 5-star dessert that we’d go back to get again and again. We also enjoyed Shift’s cocktails, which stood out for their creative ingredients and flawless execution. Our only gripe was the timing of the main courses. My burger arrived a good 5 to 10 minutes before my wife’s pork chop, which disrupted the flow of our meal. While not a dealbreaker, it was a noticeable misstep in an otherwise stellar experience. Overall, Shift Kitchen & Bar delivered a fantastic dining experience with bold, creative dishes and a warm atmosphere. We’d rate our meal a 4.5 out of 5 and will definitely return—especially for that blue corn cake. If you’re in Flagstaff and craving something inventive, Shift is a must-visit. Note: Prices and menu items reflect our visit in July 2025.

This one is definitely worth the hype!! And they better managed the line compared to yesterday's bakery spot...The first Saturday of the month is their bake sale, have to get there early before they sell out!! We got the croque madame burrito... all the flavors together were amazing!! They won't have a bake sale in November, but can't wait to come back!!

the food and service were fantastic. We sat at the Chefs counter and was able to chat with the kitchen staff about the dishes they were preparing. I've got to figure out how to make the sunflower seed risotto - that was amazing as was the smoked mussels and porkchop!

Three of us visited recently with mixed results. We didn't have a reservation so were led to the back room which is not all that comfortable. The young woman who waited on us did not seem to be fully capable. We asked for refills on our drinks and she brought them one at a time. Food was pretty good, but very limited selections. People rave about the pickled fries, but to me they appeared to be fries with pickle juice on them. Nothing special in my opinion. The scallops were terrific, the burger impressive, and the Dragon wine was quite good. Not sure we would go back again.

Great food, really good drinks, and friendly, attentive staff. Had the pork tacos and they were absolutely overflowing with pork!! Best I’ve had since the last time I was in AZ. But that’s not the best part… secretly I judge every bar on its old fashioned. I got the smoked orange old fashioned and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, no joke, and I make my own, too. This is my highest praise lol. The only thing I would change is that since I usually dine alone, I love when the bartender strikes up conversation if they’re not too busy. It was chill so I would’ve love that! Will absolutely be back anyway!!

The burgers here are delicious! The secret sauce was a delightful surprise, not the typical burger secret sauce. Surprising selection of crafted cocktails with unique ingredients. The restaurant part of this establishment that we've been going to for cocktails for years has really upped their game! My plate had (the brisket blue cheese burger) was awesome, I feel bad I ate the entire thing!! So good! And our server, who we've seen at the bar mostly was delightful and attentive as always! Wonderful!

When first looking at the menu, nothing seemed bad. As soon as we got our food, it was definitely NOT worth the price. My fish tacos were the size of a 5 year olds hand and I got 4 chips with a spoonful of guacamole. The type of fish wasn’t even listed on the menu and I couldn’t taste a teaspoon sauce on them for 16 dollars. We also got the loaded fries and that was just the first disappointment. Would recommend as a bar, not the food.

Thai restaurant
Vegan restaurant
Red Curry Vegan Kitchen is a cozy local cafe in Flagstaff, AZ, offering a vegan-friendly menu of authentic Thai dishes. The restaurant was created to provide the best of both worlds - genuine Thai flavors and an extensive vegan selection. Chef Suchhada Tirakul's passion for good food is evident in the inviting atmosphere and vibrant dishes that transport diners to the bustling street markets of Phuket.
Talk about mouth-watering-stuff-your-face-calm-down kind of food, WOW! Yes, everything is vegan. I had the appetizer sampler which had fried veggie rolls, curry samosas, and fried tofu with two different sauces and it took serious self control not to inhale it. The fried tofu is truly some of the best I’ve ever had, and so many places can’t get this right. Not here! The sauces were so good I was using a spoon 🙄 And definitely don’t skip the adorable mini cheesecake which is just as good as it looks! Truly pleased with the quality & tastiness of this food, and the service was really kind and attentive during the lunch hour. I will absolutely be returning here to eat my way through the whole menu.

Great food, lots of options and our server was great. The rating here is tough as the food and service was good although the venue is very simple. If looking for a good vegan menu this is the spot although not the place to go for ambience.

Such a treat to eat at a restaurant where vegetables are the stars, not an afterthought. I chose the eggplants a la carte with tofu, and it was excellent. You can choose the level of spice you like, 1-5. Or even zero if you don’t like it spicy. Tofu can be steamed or fried. Service was super fast. On street parking is free on weekday evenings.

This is a must eat at place in Flagstaff! If you are vegan, this is THE place to go. If you aren't vegan, this is still THE place to go! Devin, our server (and husband of the owner), is so nice and personable! The food is amazing and the service outstanding. I had the Pad Thai with tofu, my husband had Yen-To-Fo with tofu. We both had the Fresh Rolls with peanut sauce. Restaurants in Southern California charge twice as much for food that is half as good. Everything on the menu looks delicious and we can't wait to come back.

I had such high hopes for this place but was so thoroughly disappointed. The food was exceptionally bland and one tone. All the dishes lacked taste. I really wanted to like the food because vegan thai food can be so delicious. Unfortunately, this was not it. I hope they can improve the taste in the future.

Only in Flagstaff for one night, so we thought we'd try to find a vegan restaurant to support. Very busy, but we were grabbing takeout so that wasn't a problem. My wife liked her spicy noodles so much she's going to have a hard time not having them when we get home. My teriyaki tofu was really good, but the sauce was basically water so it didn't stick to anything. Spring rolls were flavorful and crispy.

Brewery
Beer garden
Brewery Dark Sky Brewing Co. offers unique pub fare and house-brewed beers in a hip, industrial setting in downtown Flagstaff. The Taproom is popular for pre or post-show drinks, and the beer names are interesting and taste great.
Stopped in at Dark Sky Brewing on a winter day while road-tripping from Canada on a mountain bike adventure. Woke up to 10 inches of snow, which meant no riding—but sometimes the second-best option turns out to be an absolute win. And this brewery? It delivered. First, let’s talk beer. I ordered a flight with a sour, a hefeweizen, and two IPAs. Every single one was solid, but I have to give a special shoutout to the hefeweizen—as someone who grew up in Germany, I know a good one when I taste it, and this one hit the mark. Cloudy, smooth, full of that classic banana-clove balance—just fantastic. The sour was also top-tier, tart and refreshing, exactly how I love them. And the IPAs? Both were great, but the hazy IPA stole the show for me—juicy, aromatic, and super well-balanced. And then—the food. Oh. My. Pizza. I ordered the Margherita, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best pizza I’ve had in years. Perfectly blistered crust, just the right amount of chew, fresh toppings, and that wood-fired magic that elevates everything. You know it’s a good pie when the simplest one on the menu still leaves you speechless. We also had a salad and a bowl of olives, which were a great complement to the meal—fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. The atmosphere here is exactly what you want in a brewery—cozy, welcoming, and buzzing with good energy. And the staff? Super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to chat about the beers. If you find yourself in Flagstaff—whether you're skiing, biking, hiking, or just passing through—Dark Sky Brewing is a must-visit. Great beer, phenomenal pizza, and the kind of place you immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend!

Stopped by and had a few beers with my wife while listening to some live music. Chad was our bartender and had a terrific personality and was quite professional. He made some terrific recommendations and we went with the beer choices which were similar in flavor to an IPA for me and a blonde for my wife. We had a few rounds and enjoyed our time at the Brewery. Highly recommended

It's probably more of a 4-star experience. Both the fries and tasters were fine. They get an extra star for being an outlier and taking the hard stance of 'No kids.'
Peter D — Google review
The is the second time I've been to Dark Sky in the last 10 years. I don't remember them having two different locations and that threw me off as they are right next to each other and i only remember the smaller, indoor only, location that had a really good Girl Stout cookie beer. This time we loved the out door seating and dog friendly garden but the layout was confusing and cramped to go in and order. Food was good but costly. Nachos outside with a breeze cooled the cheese so rapidly that it turned to a brick quicker than iI could finish them but the bites I did have were great. Schnitzel sandwhich was excellent. The beer on tap didn't really sway me for the flight that I chose but I that could just the the selection of the time.
David E — Google review
Nice little taproom with a fun atmosphere. Staff was friendly. I got a flight and I enjoyed all the beers I had. Good live music. They also share a space with Pizzacleta so you can get pizza or apps while enjoying your beer. The only thing negative about my experience was that on the day we visited they had 4-5 taps that were out, which was disappointing because a lot of them were beers that I was looking forward to trying. But overall I would absolutely recommend stopping by this brewery, and I look forward to visiting again the next time I’m in the area!
Anastasia — Google review
This was our first visit. Interesting place…it’s a little a confusing, with two businesses in the same space and getting two checks, one for the drinks, and the other for the food. The aesthetic of the space is great and it has a great vibe. No hostess to be found when we arrived and when she finally approached she wasn’t friendly at all. The Pizzicletta service was underwhelming and the server took a long time to come around and take our order, he came when we were almost done with our beers. The server for the brewery was amazing, friendly, and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend the Rye’d Open Spaces beer. It was a great recommendation from our server. The pizza itself was good but we ordered three and still didn’t get full. It’s paper thin pizza and on the small side. We ordered two of the Bee’s Knees, which were delicious. The bacon and shallot pizza was average and I wouldn’t order it again. We also ordered the gelato flight…pretty good, especially the sea salt chocolate gelato.

I really LOVED the simple salad and the margarita pizza! We drove from Phoenix, all the way to Sedona and stopped here for a quick bite before continuing to the Grand Canyon, simple but worth it!

Restaurant
Atria is a charming American fare restaurant located in Flagstaff, known for its light-filled dining room and pastel-hued decor. The renowned chef Rochelle Daniel, a James Beard nominee and Food Network 'Chopped: Grill Masters' finalist, leads the culinary team in creating seasonally inspired dishes using farm-fresh ingredients from Northern Arizona.
If you're looking for a restaurant in Flagstaff that combines sharp execution, clean design, and thoughtful hospitality—Atria is a standout. My wife and I came with two friends for a leisurely dinner and sampled a wide range of the menu. We started with Atria Bread and a pair of oysters (raw with caviar beurre blanc, and grilled with chorizo and blood orange gel). The flavors were balanced and beautifully presented. The citrus and melon salad stole the show. Unexpectedly vibrant and perfectly paired with burrata and grilled melon—probably my favorite bite of the night because of how balanced it was. Our mains included the 20oz Linz Ribeye (expertly rendered fat, no chewiness at all), Iberico Pork Pluma, Organic Smoked Chicken, and the Coal Roasted Squash. The care and technique were clear across all plates. No misses. Desserts were fun and elegant, especially the PB&J with peanut butter mousse and brown butter shortbread. Cocktails and zero-proof drinks were equally well-crafted. I especially liked ‘The Little Green Drink’ with tomatillo and grapefruit. Odd on paper with pea and tomatillo, but absolutely nailed in execution. Service was just as impressive. Our server knew the menu inside and out. Never rushed us, never hovered—just kept the flow of the evening going, and somehow always had our water glasses full. The design? Clean, warm, and airy. Using a light color palette, with floral and natural elements throughout. After getting our appetizers and drinks, my wife said “the chef has to be a woman.” And my friend said yes - she is! Rochelle Daniel. A James Beard semi-finalist for Emerging Chef. The overall plating, design, and space was feminine - with a touch of whimsy we all loved. It was nice to see an unapologetically feminine approach. This isn’t a place I’d visit weekly based on cost—but it’s perfect for a special occasion or if you want a truly memorable dining experience in Flagstaff. Food: 10/10 Design: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Overall: 9.65/10 Would 100% return.

Was walking around and saw this cute place. It’s a small place so reservations are recommended. However, the hostess was able to sit us down but told us ahead of time that there were reservations so we can only dine in for about 2 hrs., which was a plenty of time. Server was nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I specifically just wanted a Cacio e Pepe but it’s an only an appetizer so he recommended to just order 2 of it and he can put it in one plate. Food was really good. We enjoyed it a lot. I personally prefer my pasta Al dente and I got mine in the softer side but it’s all good. The flavor was still very good. I would come back here again if I visit Flagstaff in the future. ❤️

Incredible gem of a restaurant located right in the middle of downtown Flagstaff! Happy hour is from Tuesdays-Thursdays from 4:30pm-6:30pm at the bar — definitely go during this time cause the happy hour prices are such a steal for the quality of food! And on top of that, our bartender made the most amazing drinks!! She was so accommodating and her service was seamless even when things got busy at the bar. If you go during happy hour, you can snag a seat without needing a reservation but otherwise I would reserve as the restaurant fills up pretty quickly during peak dinner hours. We were able to find free street parking nearby. The food was phenomenal, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. The ceviche was fresh. The bone marrow was so tender and so flavorful, easily our favorite dish. One order comes with two bone marrows as well so it’s great for sharing. The steak and the duck were cooked to a perfect medium rare. I liked that they gave a pretty sizable portion for the duck, you definitely could share this dish as well. The apple cheesecake was a fantastic finishing touch to what was already a spectacular dinner — not overwhelmingly heavy or sweet. The compote was light and the apple filling was delicious. Overall wonderful meal and we left very contented. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone stopping by in Flagstaff! If you’re looking for a memorable place to eat, this is your spot.

I went on a solo trip and booked in advance a nice dinner to myself, i was so happy and excited that it was my first solo trip, as soon as i walked in the host looked me up and down, said wait a minute, went to go talk to another girl literally whispering in her ear both looking at me and she came over very snarky attitude said okay and rolled her eyes and said we have a table for you.. like duh i booked in advance. She was so rude and unwelcoming. The waiter was nice and helpful tho he was very attentive but the atmosphere here is terrible and uncomfortable, uninviting. The desert i give 10/10, the beet plate 9/10 and the scallop 6.5/10 only because was a bit too salty

This is a good place for a special event or a relaxing meal. The bread and oysters were delicious. Somewhat lmited options for vegan. They do their best to alter items for vegan customers. Their salmon was very good. The cake and Gelato was the best part. Highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated our 15-year wedding anniversary at Atria, and we're so happy we did. Everything was phenomenal! We started at the bar for a few drinks and appetizers before moving to the dining counter to finish out our meal. Chef Rochelle and her team are absolute masters at everything they do. We shared the beef tartare, three types of oysters, bread with cultured butter, crudo, smoked salmon dip, foie royale cone, roasted beet salad, cacio e pepe and pork pluma. Each and every dish was a masterpiece, from the presentation to the taste. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive, and they really went out of their way to ensure our anniversary dinner was perfect. Overall, a 10/10 experience in every way. What a gem in downtown Flagstaff!

Seafood platter: 3/5- the oysters had frozen caviar on them and the other ones had SO much crème fraiche it was the only flavor. The shrimp was very overcooked and chewy. Steamed Mussels: 0/5- Were inedible and had a rotten taste. These were sent back Smoked short rib: 4/5- best dish we received during the dining experience. It was a tiny portion for the cost though. Potato side was cold already when the plate came Pumpkin tiramisu: 3/5- “lady finger” portion of the dessert didn’t seem to be lady fingers, but cake. I would not describe this as tiramisu at all and it was fairly dry On the up side all the drinks we had were really good! I would not recommend this place or visit again.

Nestled in a business park away from the hustle and bustle, it boasts a relaxed atmosphere that's ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking or exploring.
Great beer selection here, esp if you like saisons. LOVE that they are dog friendly inside with treats and dog toys to boot!! 😊The server was a super friendly lady. Really enjoyed our time here, played some darts for fun… even got a bullseye! We’d definitely come back if in the area! God bless y’all ❤️

It's a small spot with just beer, restaurant provided and the open garage door was a nice touch allowing the cool air in. The sour was surprisingly good, decent hefeweizen too. The blonde was underwhelming and Wild Wind: Krush was not for my palate, had an unpleasant almost burnt flavor. They also had some unique flip-top growlers.

Great beer and the customer service was excellent. We went with family and we each brought some beer home to enjoy later. Found this location doing the Ale Trail, and it's one of our top 3 locations. Can't wait to go back.

Highly recommend this wonderful brewery 🍻🍺🍻 my favorite is the 928. Today we were lucky that the food truck LOBSTAR was there. Holy cow the lobster rolls were off the chart. Waffle fries were fantastic. Cannot believe I didn’t take pictures. Another reason to come back. LOBSTAR is here til 8/26🦞🦞

Fun spot. Everyone was really friendly and the live music was great. Happy to let you bring your own food and come chill

Super chill brewery just a couple minutes outside downtown Flagstaff. L.B. is a very personable beertender, and she can help answer any questions about beers available. This brewery specializes in more traditional beer styles like Farmhouse Saisons and Weizens, but they have a well balanced menu for any style including a hard kombucha and a couple seltzers. There are some non-alcoholic options (sodas and powerade) and $1 snacks (chips and cookies) available as well. Dog friendly so feel free to bring your pups! Cornhole boards (warmer weather) and dart boards for entertainment.

We came here last weekend. The place was really cool and a quite interesting location. We opted for the flight route and tried everything they had on tap. They have a good variety of beer for all the different likes in the beer world. I loved their Nitro Stout the Pan American Stout, it was amazing, and I'm normally an IPA kind of guy. Our server was named Taryn and she was awesome! She's fairly new working there but her knowledge and attention to her guests was top-notch! Can't wait to make the drive back up here and enjoy some great beer! Highly recommend.

We just finished our beer tour and this brewery was a great finish. I enjoyed the Flag 7 nitro beer and my wife had a flight of beer. The atmosphere is great at this local brewery, it is dog friendly and the service is great. Thank you for the awesome beverages.

Coconino Center for the Arts is an awesome place in the pines. I enjoyed so much playing my music there in the Auditorium during Flagstaff Folk Festival. Highly recommend this place for all their events!

This facility and organization is a small town treasure. They don't always have world class art on display, but they often have brilliant community events and surprisingly good local art discoveries. I'm grateful to the organization and the people at the heart of it for providing so much fun, interest and wonder for our community.

They had George Winston perform here! Among many other musical greats! Super great community arts and culture center. Wonderful gallery exhibit area. Digital Resource Center and much more to come from what I read on the website for Creative Flagstaff and Coconino Center For the Arts. I only went for a brief visit but I'm excited to come back. And although yes it probably needs more money and more development as many reviewers mentioned, I'd say for what it is it's awesome what CF and CCA is creating outta here. If you are in the area and can check out it I would add it to the list of Artful and Creative places to visit in Flagstaff. And just down the road from Museum of Northern Arizona and on the way to Snowbowl mountain activity area.

Went there to see The Foundry performances. Great place. When heading out of town towards this place, be sure and look for the tiny sign on the right. The driveway is easy to miss and actually comes up sooner than the directions alert you to. Maps took us to the next driveway anyway, and we had to turn around.

I came here to see a local artists' exhibit. I was just passing through and saw this on a list of festivals, etc. happening in Flagstaff. Loved it! There is some very cool and fun art here. It was a bit odd that I was the only visitor the whole hour or so I was there. I feel like this place doesn't get as much love as it deserves. It's very nice, the price of admission is whatever you can afford.

Fort Tuthill County Park is a vast 15-acre Airforce Recreation Area nestled in Coconino National Forest, surrounded by the world's largest Ponderosa Pine Forest. The park boasts archery and equestrian facilities, fairgrounds, and an exhilarating adventure course at Flagstaff Extreme Adventure. With its friendly staff and access to stunning mountain views, it's a haven for outdoor enthusiasts seeking nature escapades.
Always a great place to get fresh air on the trails. We have been enjoying the sights of many horses & their humans this time of the year, plus it's a beautiful thing to see kids on the bike course learning to maneuver their bikes! Our furry lil guy absolutely loves Tuthill, probably more than we do!

Nice family outing. Enjoyed taking my little girl out on some carnival rides. Love seeing a smile on her face. We enjoyed hanging out.

We had a really good stay. We were in a water and sewer hook up site. You have these two amenities, but you sacrifice the space. Thankfully there was no one on one side of us 3 of our 4 days. There are several dry sites with much better space and views. We book one of those for our next stay. There are port a potty's only here. They were pretty clean and had hand sanitizer. It was very quiet on Sunday and Monday nights. Friday and Saturday was much busier. There are generators running since there is no electricity at any sites. Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. So many trails. Great hiking and biking trails. The park is very well maintained. We are shocked we have never been before, but we will be booking for the future. Last weekend is Columbus Day weekend, then they open again in May. There was excellent Verizon coverage. No Wifi, unless you bring your own. FLG X Adventure Course and Zip lines are right next door. We love that place as well. Some sites are a bit hard to figure out, so the camp hosts have to help out. They were helpful and there if you needed them. Check out is 1100.

I thought I’d stop in since I hadn’t been here in many many years and I was really impressed. The Bike park is amazing. Everything from kindergarten through a full college education of crazy bumps and launch ramps for awesome stunts to be performed here. It’s really nice to to see what has been accomplished here. Rules were pretty simple and the way they should be. Be careful and use it your own risk.

Wheeler Park is a charming 2.5-acre green space located near the library in Flagstaff. It serves as a venue for various events such as music festivals, art festivals, and markets throughout the year. The park features mature trees, park benches, and a pleasant atmosphere for picnics and leisure activities. Adjacent to the park, visitors can explore the Flagstaff Flea Market and the Farmers Market during specific months.
Had a group of us visiting from Phoenix and we all let our inner child out to peel off our shoes and enjoy the beautiful, thick, lush gorgeous green grass under our feet and lay back to watch the clouds for a while.
Jen O — Google review
Visited this park during a recent Flea Market event in town. Seemed to be busy with plenty of dog owners and guests attending the market. Tons of shady trees and grassy lawn space to enjoy the cooler weather.
Crystal P — Google review
The grass is nice and green here as there's a huge sprawling lawn. Lots of homeless were enjoying this park while sprawled out sleeping and relaxing. They could use some picnic tables and more seating. There are no fenced dog areas. My Dogs did enjoy the well watered thick lawn but we didn't stay long. Their parking cop was out giving tickets to vehicles on the side street. Make sure you only park during the times they specify on their signs, with a permit when required and are close enough to the curb. Looks like their Parking Cop is a good money maker for the city.
Karin C — Google review
We stopped by on a weekday when visiting Prescott. Was dismayed that they required payment for parking but we just dropped by for our fur baby to use the grass and ate our lunch there as well. No issues and no homeless from what we observed. Was a very clean park and had nice grass.

This is a small park located in downtown Flagstaff. It has a small river/creek running thru it. Very comfortable and laid back. There are not many places to sit, so bring a lawn chair.
Anthony M — Google review
I was driving by and saw they were hosting the Hullabaloo! I had to stop by! It was really fun! There was live music, local vendors, facepainting, bouncy houses for the kids, all kinds of foods, drinks, and a few of the breweries had booths, they had some of the local kids singing, and it was very family friendly. I got some awesome stickers, pins, and a t-shirt out of it. 🥰😇😁 it is really awesome seeing a community come together like that.

Since 1993, this establishment has been known for its high-quality pool tables and diverse beer offerings. We didn't have the food but my wife and I have completely enjoyed our bar keep Taylor! This place has lots of pool tables, cold beer, and lots of conversation. We had a blast! Good people good vibes!

Went here for lunch, and I had a great time. I have to say I was very surprised at how good the food was (delicious) and our waitress was attentive and very nice. We went there for lunch, so it was pretty quiet with a few people playing billiards. I love small places like this that feel comfortable, like your own little hometown place. I would recommend this for a casual lunch or a place to play pool and hang out.
Verine W — Google review
I have to admit, I’m super disappointed. My fiancé picked up a patty melt with tots and ranch to go. He was ignored for ten minutes. The burger patty was small in proportion to the bread, the cheese was not melted and the onions were burnt. On top of that the ranch was water. The only good thing was the tots, and they needed salt. And this is the second time we’ve had this problem with the food quality being pretty poor. The only good thing about this place nowadays is the whiskey. If Bo was still here, this would not stand.
Miranda W — Google review
If you're looking for crispy tots or fish and chips, this is the place to go! The tots and fish had a thick batter that was crispy and tasty. Part pub, but mostly a large pool hall. Indoor and covered outdoor seating available. In downtown Flagstaff, so street parking or lots.

Been coming here since I moved to Flagstaff from ATL about 4 years ago…granted it’s a little bit more occasional these days due to my schedule. Nevertheless, the bar and kitchen staff have always been wonderful. They definitely treat you like family and have always been great people. No matter how long it’s been since I’ve been in, someone still somehow remembers I basically always get the house margarita, which is delicious, by the way. Great people, amazing whiskey selection (you can get your name up on the wall if you try them all in a year. RIP your liver but most are great), fun pool tables for a good price, and a good late night crowd if you’re into that. I fear I’m too old to be out past 8 anymore with my wife, and it’s here we had our first date. We’ll be seeing you again, if I’m ever off of work! -Margarita Matt (but I’m not Matt, and that’s okay)

Elden Pueblo Archaeological Site, built by the Sinagua tribe between 1070 and 1275 A.D., offers a unique opportunity for public engagement in archaeology. The site contains around 70 rooms and is believed to have been a significant trading center. Visitors can take self-guided tours using available brochures or participate in guided tours and excavations during Public Archaeology Days.

Sacred Hisat’sinom Pasiwvi right off the side of the road 🪶 sites are numbered and there is a printed trail guide in the sign in box by the path entrance. Easy walk around the site in a beautiful wooded setting. Picnic tables nearby just a short walk from the parking lot 🅿️

FREE and open to the public! Amazing preserved historical site. Highly recommend going to learn about native history and dendrochronology. (Study of tree aging) There is an audio tour you can get by downloading an app or for those who are hard of hearing or prefer to read, there are brochures that gone the same information as the audio. There are hidden beneath the sign in sheet. No bathrooms or trash bins so come prepared and be respectful of the land to keep it going for future visitors.
Analisa H — Google review
A very up close look at early native life in Northern Arizona. This is an active archeological site where discoveries are still being made today. It's a very easy walk. I would recommend visiting later in the evening because the site is less than 100 yards from a busy highway, and traffic noise takes away from the serenity of the site.
Brian R — Google review
It was alright. It was very small cuz to the other sites we have seen. You have to pull in the parking lot for the park. When you enter the park there is metal box there to sign in and there are maps there explaining the ruins.
Jon R — Google review
What an educational wonder site. It's nestled within the forest you are able to examine the Hopi engineering up close, which blew my mind. Kids loved it as well. They got to learn and see how Hopi children made their own toys. Stop and talk to Zack he is full of knowledge and passion.

Amazing, self guided archaeological site located at the side of the highway. There's a downloadable guide from the National Park Services. Highly recommend this off the beaten path site for the wonderful look back on the early inhabitants of the area. Would have left a good review, but was kicked out for no reason. While trying to get water out of the tap, I knocked over a glass. The bar tender told me it was time to leave. I had done nothing wrong to indicate being too intoxicated or anything like that. I simply knocked over a glass, which 2 other people had already done that night that I'd seen... I feel like this was very unfair... didn't leave a tip because of it.
