ZooAmerica is an 11-acre walk-through zoo located next to Hersheypark. It features over 200 animals native to North America, including mountain lions, owls, and reindeer. The zoo offers educational programs and is open year-round except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Visitors can also enjoy the nearby Hersheypark water park with attractions like the Shore wave pool and the Intercoastal Waterway lazy river.
I visited the zoo for the first time with my husband and my children. My children that we brought are age 10, 2, and 9 months. We got there just as the zoo opened. The parking lot is small, but it doesn't seem to be an issue because people come and go rather quickly. There was an attendant there to help people park when we were leaving. The zoo is handicapped accessible and the staff was all very friendly. My kids enjoyed watching the monorail go through the zoo. The zoo itself is small, but has a lot of animals. Some of the bird exhibits were empty because of the avian flu. As I said, we got there just as the zoo opened and a camp was coming through, which meant that a lot of staff were present and answering questions, which was very nice. It was also feeding time for many of the animals, which meant we got to see all of them. It was a great time and we will definitely be back!

So many cool animals to see, a nice very walkable smaller zoo with alot to see. We got to feed the otters which was so fun. Iris and Link were great little critters. We had to get the giant otter stuffy after that experience. Make sure to book ahead of time if you want to do a feeding. The zookeepers were so nice.
Jessica F — Google review
The family loves to go there at least twice a year. Last ti.e, it was muggy and sprinkling on and off l, but the animals were very lively, noth indoors and outdoors, totally made the kids' day. I would suggest going about 2 hours before they close; not crowded at all, easier to get to exhibits and overall faster exploration nifty the whole zoo.
Brantley C — Google review
We were excited that this Zoo is now included in Hershey Park tickets. It was hot on the day we went and this area was shaded and cool. It was a great break from the heat and there was enough to see with about and hour or 2 of time.
Lindsey — Google review
This is not a zoo. More of an animal rescue. Great idea needs more development and animals. However, seeing animals caged is sad to me. You have to cross the highway and get your hand stamp to come back into the main park. Admission to Hershey Park gets you all attractions
MomAger W — Google review
My day is 3-1/2 yrs old & she absolutely loved the Zoo! Neat little place to hit while at the park. Very educational as well!
Scott T — Google review
Good small zoo suitable for little kids. It is doable in 60-90 min depending on how interested the kids are. Just a heads up the parking lot is small. Best time to see animals active is when the zoo opens or early evening.
Dave L — Google review
Why did most of animals look sad and lonely? It was great to see the different kinds of animals but some of the enclosures were too small and they didn't mimic their natural habitats. Why were they made of plastic? The Roseate Spoonbills were trying to look for food on a plastic floor! 😡 The enclosure was pathetic. The animals looked well fed. Not saying they're abused. I was just a little disappointed for the animals.

Hersheypark is a chocolate-themed amusement park located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Spanning 110 acres, the park offers over 65 rides and attractions including water rides, 11 roller coasters, and more than 20 kiddie rides. Visitors can also enjoy live shows and dining options within the park. The Boardwalk area provides a nostalgic experience reminiscent of old-fashioned seaside towns with popular water attractions like the Shore wave pool and the Intercoastal Waterway lazy river.
Very nice amusement park . Overall pretty clean, employees were all friendly. The lines can get pretty long for rides as well so do some research before going. Best rides there imo are wild cats revenge, candymonium and sky rush. The Halloween haunt here was really well done overall and there were overall plenty of scare actors.
J — Google review
Fun place!! Free Hershey ride through the hersey manufacturing process(totally staged and animated but interesting) so much candy!! A dessert area, fill your own Reeses Cup! Build your own candy bar and follow the whole process. There are plenty of food vendors there too all themed fir Hershey, chocolate and some savory selections too. You could easily spend hours there!

I have been to Hershey Park last Saturday and I loved it. The park was neat and clean, beautifully decorated for Halloween including a „scare zone“ at night time. Coasters were great! Especially enjoyed Wildcat‘s Revenge, Skyrush and Storm Runner. Will definitely come back!
Daniel W — Google review
It's a good park. I've been to many parks in the US and also in European countries. I can say that the price is a little high given the quality of the park. Overall, you can visit a couple of times. I can tell you that it’s better to buy express tickets if you go on weekends, because the waiting time is on average at least 35 minutes.
Elyas K — Google review
A fun experience! If you like roller coasters, you will love the park! The factory simulation was cute and informative. The stores have anything you can possibly wish for in Hershey swag and candy specific treats and merchandise.

This was my first trip to Hershey Park. Honestly had little expectations. However I was very impressed with several things: 1. Lots of shade trees around the common walking paths 2. Many ways to get from one place to another. 3. The amount of lifeguards am was a plus 4. The amount of restaurants was amazing 5. Ride selection for both young, teen and adults was perfect. 6. Rides look like they are in perfect order. Actually surpassing Disney in some ways. 7. New rides being added all the time. 8. Making great use of their entire space. My only complaints: 1. Monorail was down 2. Some areas had signs to get from place to place other intersections had none. (Made getting around difficult for first timers) 3. Exit out of main parking lot was confusing. We only saw one main exit sign and stumbled on it after driving around. Will come again. We live 10 hours away. Buy tickets online for deals.
Ben P — Google review
We really had an excellent experience.. my grandson was able to get on a number of kids rides right away with no waiting. I highly suggest the one day meal plan. We were able to get burgers, fries and a large Coke each. Save chocolate world for the end when you're leaving so you can hit the air conditioning before you go and there are plenty of good deals in the checkout laying on the way out. Special shout outs to the attendant on the swing thing who was so engaging in sweet to the young kids really went out of his way to make that right. A great experience
Kim C — Google review
Hershey Stadium is a fantastic venue with great sightlines and an awesome atmosphere for concerts and events. The sound quality is excellent, and the staff overall is friendly and helpful, which makes for a memorable experience. My only drawback was the flow in and out of the courtyard area—it tends to get congested when you’re grabbing food or drinks and then trying to make your way back to your seats. On top of that, the constant verifying and re-verifying of tickets to re-enter the seating area felt a little excessive and slowed things down. That said, once you’re settled in your seat, the experience is top-notch, and I’d definitely come back for another show.

Garden
Hershey Gardens, a 23-acre botanical garden and arboretum, was established by Milton S. Hershey in 1937 as a gift to the community and a tribute to his wife. The gardens boast rare trees, themed gardens, and seasonal flower displays that offer visitors unique floral experiences. Highlights include the Historic Hershey Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, and Herb Garden. It's a serene sanctuary for nature enthusiasts and reflects the founder's commitment to cultivating natural wonders.
Beautiful gardens! We stopped by for an hour or so and just loved walking around. The butterfly atrium was also wonderful. The children's garden had a lot of fun areas for the kids to explore - flowers, statues, musical elements, play areas. We loved exploring. The flowers everywhere are gorgeous and just smell amazing. Would highly recommend visiting.
Alison — Google review
We had a wonderful time at Hershey Gardens! The roses were stunning and still in full bloom, even in late summer. The Japanese Garden was a highlight—especially the meditation spaces, which provided such a peaceful atmosphere. While we didn’t have any young children with us, we still really enjoyed exploring the Children’s Garden—it’s creative and fun for all ages. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing experience. We’re looking forward to coming back with our grandchildren in the future.
Robert A — Google review
What a marvelous afternoon! I definitely will plan a longer visit, so much to see and experience. Lots of easy parking leading up to the Gardens. Butterfly exhibition, year-round! Great gift shop with local products and souvenirs. Thousands of blooming rose bushes when I came, mid-September. Unbelievably gorgeous. I didn’t get to the Children’s Garden or anything beyond the rose bushes, I was always over-stimulated and hot (bring water & snacks!), but so happy I came here. Plan ahead and enjoy!!
Verena A — Google review
What a wonderful experience. This was the first time at Hershey gardens. The gardens were beautiful, even in October, the roses were still in bloom, and there were plenty of activities for kids to do. The gardens are large and there is a lot to see here. The main attraction is definitely a butterfly garden, it was wonderful! I'd come just to see that again!
Alan S — Google review
The gardens are really gorgeous, the roses were incredible. Fun spots throughout for kids to stop and have fun. We visited pumpkin Palooza and it was perfect for a fall fun day. The butterfly room has so many different butterflies, definitely check it out. They do have a family bathroom with a changing table for little ones.
Brittany — Google review
The gardens are beautiful. There is an educational walk offered daily that is free for all guests. This is a great experience. The butterfly garden is my favorite! Love seeing the variety of butterflies. Staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. The children's garden is fun for kids of all ages. Whether you're a local or just visiting Hershey for a day, the gardens is always a great idea!
Valerie H — Google review
A peaceful botanical garden with a space to meet and greet butterflies at the start. This garden is right next to the hotel Hershey. A beautifully curated garden with lots of nooks to sit and read a book or walk and talk through. It may seem small but the winding paths take longer than you think. This is a great way to decompress after Hershey park or go for a walk after your spa experience.

October 2025, we spent a few hours walking around the very beautiful grounds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great experience for the entire family. I absolutely recommend going here.

Best park ever! We've spent 3 days from opening time to closing time. It was amazing. Staff is friendly, corteous and efficient. Park is very clean, safe and well maintained. Lots of options for eating, buying souvenir s, etc. We had a wonderful time there.

We had a good time. We had my 2yr old and 5 yr old with is and didn't want to do the whole Hershey Park thing with them that young. This proved to be a good substitute. We purchased the Unwrapped and Build Your Own Candy Bar experiences. It was a fun experience to build your candy bag, choose ingredients, design your wrapper, and watch it go down the belt and be built in front of your eyes. My girls loved it. I only give it 4 stars because while it was a good experience, it wasn't amazing. No core memories being developed here. But still good fun.
Ryan J — Google review
Fun experience, definitely good for little kids. We got here early and we didn't have to wait for anything. Lots of parking and adequate handicap parking. Buildings are very wheelchair and walker friendly. The staff were wonderful in accommodating our party that had one person in a wheelchair. Everyone was very friendly. Seemed to be enjoying their jobs and plenty of staff to handle the crowds and registers. LOTS of different candy. Some things I didn't know existed. Much better prices than you can get in a retail store. We enjoy the activities though some are definitely for kids. The male your own candy bar was enjoyed by all The parking fee was $60 but because we had bought a bundle package of things to do they waved the parking fee.
Nancy S — Google review
Had a fantastic time at Hershey’s Chocolate World! It’s such a fun spot for families, couples, or anyone with a sweet tooth. The free chocolate tour ride is a must — it’s surprisingly well done with music, moving cows, and the smell of cocoa filling the air. You even get a sample at the end, which is always a win. The gift shop is massive, packed with every kind of Hershey treat you can imagine, from giant chocolate bars to themed souvenirs. Definitely plan to check out the make-your-own candy bar experience if you have time — it’s a little pricey but worth it for the fun and customization. The 4D movie and tasting experience are great options too if you want to make a full afternoon out of it. Parking is easy, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere just feels happy and nostalgic. Perfect stop whether you’re visiting Hersheypark or just in town for the day.
Wayne_Neighbor — Google review
Traveling back from northern New Hampshire to Georgia, and my wife said she wanted to check out Hershey, PA. Spent a few hours at Hershey Chocolate World. What a really cool place. We even booked the trolley tour around town. The history of Milton Hershey and all he did for the town and community is incredible. We highly recommend you making this a place to visit.
Brent M — Google review
This was once in a lifetime experience for all the chocolate lovers, as this place was terrific and tremendous to watch out. There is a small seater train, wherein which we will taken and shown how the chocolate is made and wrapped as well. Apart from chocolate, there milkshake and ice-cream are very famous and they also clothing and gift accessories too.
Shanthi P — Google review
A very unique place! I hadn't been here in probably 20 years. My granddaughters love it. There is a ride that takes you through the process of making the candy. There are character appearances, lots of awesome treats to pick from and a huge gift shop with specialty items for each of the major candies. It can be a little expensive but I feel it is well worth it because of where you are and that it is so unique.
Kathy C — Google review
It's a great place to visit, especially for the kids and the chocolate lovers. The huge chocolate store and dining area. You can take a tour to see the process for making Hershey's Chocolates. You can make your own chocolate, but you must buy a $35 ticket.

The Hershey Story Museum is an engaging and interactive museum that delves into the life of Milton S. Hershey, the man behind one of the world's most famous chocolate brands. Located in the heart of Hershey, Pennsylvania, this family-friendly museum offers a variety of exhibits and collections that showcase Hershey's history, lifestyle, and legacy.
A fabulous place to learn about Milton Hershey, the Hershey Chocolate Company, and the surrounding community of Hershey, PA (not officially a town). The staff were friendly and the exhibits were a balanced combination of period artifacts in themed cases and interactive screens to better understand the story. There is a token given to activate the interactive screens, and you can personalize them! Overall, it was an informal and entertaining venue, and I would recommend the museum to anybody that wants to know more about my third cousin.
Cole M — Google review
This was a great place to learn about Hershey - not just the Hershey company but the town too. There is a scavenger hunt to keep younger kids entertained. Quite a few interactive exhibits. Add on experiences include the Chocolate Lab (make your own chocolate bar and learn about chocolate) and tastings. The chocolate bar experience at the lab is different than make your own Candy Bar at Hershey's Chocolate World. There is also a café where you can get something to eat or drink (great food and coffee options).
Laura I — Google review
A great stop if you’re short on time! The museum offers a nice mix of the history behind the Hershey business and Milton Hershey’s lasting impact on the town. Well organized, informative, and easy to explore without feeling rushed. Perfect for anyone who enjoys learning the story behind the famous chocolate brand and the community it built. Chocolate tasting was a fun addition.

Fun way to learn more about Hershey. Some really interesting interactive aspects to the museum which is great for kids. Spent about an hour walking around. We enjoyed learning more about the town. The gift shop was ok - it would be nice if some collectors tins or historic packing was sold to reflect more of the Hershey history or one of a kind chocolates, just available there. We paid extra for the chocolate tasting at the end for adults and kids. Very tasty. I do wish that kids could keep their tasting mug, especially considering the price of the tastings, as our little one really wanted it and it would have been a nice keepsake. A chocolate sample to take home would have also been really appreciated. We offered to even pay for the kids mug but were told no. All things considered it was a nice visit for an hour or 2.

The Chocolate Avenue Grill is a popular neighborhood eatery in downtown Hershey, offering a diverse menu that includes wraps, pastas, seafood, and even chocolate martinis. The restaurant features an airy bistro space with a patio for outdoor dining during warmer months. With its recent renovation and locally owned operation, the grill provides a charming atmosphere to enjoy various cuisines such as Thai, Italian, and Mexican.
Blown away by our first visit. The menu presents too many good options. The lobster roll was on point. The street corn chicken risotto outstanding. The short rib pasta was deep and rich. Service was quick and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

This place has a pretty good selection on their menu. The hot honey goat cheese appetizer was great. Portion size on the actual entrees could be bigger especially for the prize. This place is pricey but as I stated, the menu will probably be a bit different than most places you go to. The drinks seemed to be hit or miss. One was great. The other didn’t have much flavor and I think they skipped the alcohol for one. It’s worth a stop.
James B — Google review
We decided to try this restaurant while celebrating our anniversary in Hershey. We did make reservations for a Saturday night. When we arrived, there was a wait for a table if you did not have a reservation. We had the Limoncello Spritz and the Italian Gin and Tonic. Both of the drinks were refreshing. We ordered the Mexican Street Corn Risotto with grilled chicken and Spanish Chorizo and Shrimp. The meals did not come with a salad but you can add it for an extra cost. For dessert, we opted for another drink. We choose the Peanut Butter Milkshake martini (which is served in an iced tea glass not a martini glass) and another Italian Gin and Tonic. Everything was delicious.
Edye B — Google review
We decided to eat here for our anniversary and what an amazing decision. The food was so delicious and Breanne (sp?) was phenomenal. She was super nice, answered all our questions, and offered suggestions on what to eat. My husband got the pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and I had the butternut squash gnocchetti. We will definitely be back!

After a day at Hersheypark, we usually stop at Tröegs Brewery for dinner, but this time we decided to mix it up and try something different. This was our first time visiting Chocolate Avenue Grill, and we were extremely happy with the choice. The duck wing appetizer was incredibly delicious, and the hot honey glazed scallops were next-level amazing. I had a bite of my son's hot chicken sandwich and my wife's Mediterranean wrap, and both were also so good. To say this meal was enjoyable would be a complete understatement. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had food that tasted this good. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the area, and this will definitely become a regular stop for us. I cannot speak highly enough about how blown away we were by the flavor and overall quality of the food.

Fantastic restaurant! Friendly service and great food at Reasonable prices! And they have a dog friendly patio!! I had the blackened chicken tacos and got the sliders to share with my dog. My wife got the French dip and our friend got the smokehouse burger. Have to say- amazing!! We will definitely be back!

Quentin was an amazing server ! He was on it with refills and taking the dishes ! What a nice server and what a nice restaurant. Good portions could be a bit bigger but other than that it was amazing

A friend and I went to lunch at Houlihan's, and while it wasn’t my first time there, it was still a solid experience. The place was pretty crowded, so the service was quick, which I appreciated. I had the ribs, and while they were good, I think my expectations were a little high since I hadn't had ribs in a while. They were decent, but if I go back, I’d probably try something else. As for my friend, I can't remember exactly what he got, but there wasn’t a drop of food left on his plate, so I’d say he enjoyed it! Overall, good spot, but I might go for a different dish next time.
Donovin L — Google review
It’s been years since I’ve been here, as I have since moved away. Since I was visiting the area again, I wanted to eat here, as the food has always been top-notch, but I was hesitant because the service has been really slow in the past. I am disappointed to say that even after 8+ years, I still had a similar experience with the service being extremely slow. My husband and I ate here in the middle of the day. The restaurant was nowhere near full, and other tables were in-and out before we even got our food. It seems to really depend on which staff member is serving your table that determines the timeliness of service. Even after we were finished, and the waitress brought the check to the table, it took 20 minutes for her to come back to retrieve the card to pay. As always, the food was great, but I don’t think it’s enough to justify the poor service.

Unfortunately for hooligans, they had a bad cook in-house the night I was there. Best friend's bday get together had taken place here and it was all the guys so we expected a good time. I had a steak that was, at best room temp dark red after I ordered it medium rare. The waiter was super friendly so there was no problem there and he was happy to get me a new steak. After waiting 15-20 MINUTES for a MEDIUM RARE STEAK, I was given a cardboard box colored, all the way through, well done steak. Needless to say, the waiter understood immediately the issue and offered for it to be fixed. By then, after eating my sides and two alcoholic beverages, I no longer had an appetite. The manager came and offered free desserts and to have it removed from my bill (obviously). The staff besides the bitter cook was super nice. The venue was also very good, tables for larger parties should be more available there (8 grown men at a average sized round table barely cut it). Outside of my situation the other food seemed good but I dont like driving an hour away and spend good money just to toss a coin for a decent cook. I'd say if its already on your route, you're already in the area or close enough by it, then its worth the stop by, hopefully that cook isn't on his or her period though.

Decent place. The goat cheese and artichoke poppers were amazing. The overall atmosphere of the place can be a bit too noisy at times. Depending when you go. You may have to speak louder than you do at most places to hold a conversation. The drinks were made well. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was okay.

Excellent restaurant! Love the food; service Sarah was super professional and great recommendation on food! We had pork belly and calamari for appetizer… pictures of plates shows how well prepared the plates come to your table. It was delicious; rich in flavor! We’re all the way from Virginia and first time in Hershey totally worth it. Thank you.

We wanted to try this place based on reviews and the happy hour menu that we found online. We asked to be seated outside on the patio and after ordering drinks we found out that happy hour prices were only when you sit at the bar. That’s really my only complaint. We only ordered the queso, which was good, and cocktails. The watermelon martini is delicious. The atmosphere is great. We would come back.

The ambiance of the Mill is legendary. The appetizers and desserts were great, the entree which I got the Ribeye was cooked to perfection, but not seasoned. Lastly Service was good, but their only item to improve upon is timing at the table for checking in and ordering. Our waitress was polite and courteous.

We went for happy hour over the weekend and had a decent experience! We shared a hummus app and got burgers for dinner. We also enjoyed the strawberry mule and cucumber cooler. Overall a bit pricey for dinner but would go again for happy hour!

We stopped here for happy hour on a Friday evening. We got seated and I asked about a happy hour menu, only to be told that happy hour was only observed at the bar tables. Huh?? We would’ve stuck around for a second round but took off to another happy hour nearby. The drinks were good and the queso was great. No complaints except for the conditional happy hour pricing. Probably wouldn’t be back.

Meal and atmosphere were so good! Highly recommend getting the Mezze platter! That was our favorite part of the meal! The desserts were insane! Share 1-2. Awesome spot and prices weren’t too bad!

I came to the mill for the first time with a group of colleagues and I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and aesthetic of the atmosphere. The menu had great selections and I got the filet mignon. It was amazing!!! It was cooked perfectly and the asparagus and the potatoes were the perfect pairing. I also want to shout out our waitress who did a fantastic job with such a large group. She was calm, helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my experience here!

The AACA Museum, Inc. is a must-visit for car enthusiasts of all ages. This world-class automotive museum showcases a remarkable collection of vintage vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and buses from the 1890s through the 1980s. As an Affiliate Museum of the Smithsonian Institution, it has earned recognition for its dedication to preserving and celebrating the rich history of automobiles.
Stopped in here today and the collection is amazing and very well laid out with a lot of history attached and explained. The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I was told They rotate the cause so every couple months there's new stuff there so it's definitely worth visiting again which I will do in the future. It's a nice side piece when you get tired of Hershey Park in general

July 2025 Quite a unique collection of cars, trucks, buses, and motorcycles on display. It’s a great way to spend a couple hours if you love our automobile history and appreciate the craftsmanship and dedication that forged the bygone era when these machines were powerful and made to last. Some vehicles here are more than a hundred years old and they even have the Forrest Gump bus that Jenny boarded to head to California.

This is one of the best museums in the area. I like to visit a couple of times a year even though it's a 2.5 hour ride to get there. They have great exhibits which change every couple of months. Currently they are featuring station wagons along with their other great vehicles, cars, trucks, motorcycles and buses. There are many interactive displays and a room with huge interactive train sets. There is a deducted Tucker display with tons of information on the cars, several on display and a recreation of a Tucker dealership. The docents are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are interested in automotive history this museum is a must see.

This place is truly amazing! It has three stories all filled with old cars, buses, and station wagons. I am an old car and truck enthusiast so this was my dream come true! I was on vacation for Hershey Park and saw it on my way to the park and I knew I had to stop and check it out and when I did I was not disappointed. Their tickets are reasonably priced and you do not need to buy tickets ahead of time, you can buy them there. Truly a hidden gem in Hershey, PA.

Car Museum Great Harvest Host stop for us RV’ers! The museum was thoughtfully laid out with great backdrops that really showcased the cars. There was an impressive variety—classic cars, buses, motorcycles, and even a large, interactive model train display that was a hit. Easy parking and a fun stop for anyone who enjoys a mix of history, art, and mechanics. Highly recommend!

Great experience at this museum. Loved the displays on the first floor with full size sets of the eras. Staff was very helpful and informative. Great selection of cars that get swapped out every 6 months. A lot of fun interactive things as well. Be sure to go downstairs and interact with the diner. Learned a lot.

Theaters
The Hershey Theatre, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is a historic and opulent performing arts center that showcases a variety of entertainment. The theater's interior exudes early twentieth-century grandeur with its elegant lobby featuring Italian lava rock floors, marble walls, and a ceiling mural depicting various scenes. This Spanish Renaissance-style venue hosts touring musicals, plays, live music concerts, classic films, Broadway shows, dance recitals, and community events.
The Hershey Theatre is absolutely stunning! 🎭✨ From the moment you step inside, the historic architecture and attention to detail make it feel so special — truly a gem in the heart of Hershey. The acoustics are fantastic, the seating is comfortable, and there isn’t a bad view in the house. They bring in such a great mix of shows — from Broadway productions and concerts to comedians and community events — so there’s always something to look forward to. The staff is friendly and organized, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, catching a show here is a must. It’s one of Hershey’s treasures!

Update 11/02/24 This was a much better experience, less hectic and rushed due to the fact that we arrived earlier! Ain’t Too Proud, the Broadway musical about the lives of The Temptations is a must see! New: Hershey Theatre will CLOSE for major upgrades and renovations on January 25, 2025 and reopen in early 2026! I hope the beauty of the interior is preserved! This was an experience on a Saturday, 2:00 pm Matinee for Beetlejuice, The Musical, on tour at Hershey. Suggestion # 1: Give yourselves plenty of time to arrive well before the performance because while there was enough parking ( free) there were not enough people directing the flow of traffic and it took long to park. Suggestion #2: Follow the rule of SMALL purse! Also if you happen to have a pepper spray attached to your key chain, leave it in the car! I had to throw mine in the trash! Suggestion #3: Use the bathroom before the show. At Intermission the lines are very long. On the positive side, the theatre’s architecture is beautiful, the staff friendly and security tight. Beetlejuice, a great performance!

Beautiful historic theater. Plan to walk up to 2 blocks for parking. They also conduct metal detections and inspection personal belongings. Do not bring a handbag bigger than a hand clutch due to size restrictions. Once in the theater, the atmosphere is WONDERFUL and the ushers are helpful and professional.
Christin D — Google review
Great theater to see a show! Parking isn't bad and there is some street parking (better option) until it's time to go. Can take about 20+ minutes to get out of the lot. (But that should be expected) My only negative is the the purse fitting into the box thing. Had I known this, I'd have left it home; however, I took out my wallet and cell, put it in my pocket and returned it to the purse once inside. In all fairness, there may have been some kind of disclosure on the website when purchasing. Overall, the show was great, the seats were great, and the staff was great. Kudos Hershey Theater!

What a beautiful and historic theater! We attended a Lindsey Sterling performance here last night and the acoustics were phenomenal! The entire place is so elegant and pretty! I love the view from the balcony, and all the details that went into everything. They did have a vendor selling snack and drinks, including wine and beer. Overall a fantastic venue.

Such a great experience at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant!! Me and my girlfriend went tonight before the rain hit and it was delicious! Such great food and the service was extremely quick without sacrificing food temperature or quality. Would say we were sat and had food/drinks within 30 minutes of our reservation time (I highly recommend, this place gets busy quick) To start we had the fire queso and it was super hot (temperature wise, although there was a kick due to jalapeños.) but super duper delicious! One of the best dips we’ve ever had! I had the bbq burger with fries and my girlfriend had the salmon with mashed potatoes. My bbq burger was huge!! I had to cut it in half to fit it in my mouth haha. My girlfriend’s salmon was delicious with the mashed potatoes on top!! We traveled from Long Island. We will definitely be back for more our next time out! 10/10 score!

Great place to visit. Great atmosphere, very clean. We got 2 coffee, coke , red velvet pancakes and Philly egg and cheese rolls - $42.76 . Wouldn’t bring small kids there , but family with teenagers fits right in . Definitely recommend to stop by.

Josh was our server. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere was very cool with the brewery visible through glass. Several seasonal and on draft in house brewed beers and even their own root beer which was delicious. My husband had the light lager and enjoyed it. We ordered the truffle fries and Bavarian pretzel for appetizers. Both delicious. Portions were large. Two of our kids ordered the chicken sandwich, our youngest got the grilled chicken caesar salad. My husband and I shared a pizza called Garcia. It had gouda, mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust was thin and crispy. So good! 12" 6 slice pizza we couldn't finish...had to get a box. Everything was hot, freshly made and delicious. Would highly recommend for the atmosphere alone, the food was the icing on the cake. Management was great also, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Great top notch experience! Would definitely go back.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, easy parking. Fun drinks - Salmon salad was fantastic! Small error that I ordered the highlighted Smash potatoes but got the mashed potatoes. The server volunteered to check if the mashed potatoes were made with dairy (cream), but she forgot and never came back. The bar waiter noticed and removed them from the bill.

This was my 1st time trying this restaurant. I picked it out because it was open later. I was in a party of 4. We all liked our food. I loved that my sandwich had a really light bread, and it was full of flavor and not at all dry. The kids' meals here are great with many entree and side dish options.

Iron Hill Brewery is one of the rare places I have found that you can tell they truly understand food. Wonderful flavor balance in everything we had, and a menu that truly feels inspired. Every beer and bite was nothing short of delicious. It saddened me to think they are nowhere near where I live. I'll be dreaming of that burger and bread pudding for a while. At least I get to leave with a couple growlers of the POG to share with my friends back home!

Fenicci's of Hershey is a beloved Italian eatery and bar that has been a part of the Hershey tradition since 1935. The restaurant offers a casual dining experience with a menu featuring pizzas, pastas, and family-style dishes. Owner Phil Guarno takes pride in using quality ingredients, some sourced from his own garden, to create both cherished original recipes and new, innovative additions.
I absolutely LOVED eating here. I was on a group trip and they brought out our food, 20 people’s food so fast. I ordered the tortellini blush, hoping it would be similar to another dish I absolutely love, and it was everything I had hoped and more. I usually can’t eat an entire meal at a restaurant in one sitting. I have to take it to go and eat the rest later on. I finished that tortellini blush in maybe 5-10 minutes it was so good. Maybe I was starving from being on the road and running around all day with a huge group of people, but either way, it was absolutely delicious and the servers were super knowledgeable about the town!

Staffing was great the waiter was polite and very talkative. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable, got some giggles out of us with his witty comments. Food was great! Drink was a-little strong to my liking, but that’s just my preference. Do not over estimate on the Stromboli size! It’s huge!!! Definitely brought it home for lunch the next day. Atmosphere was great, a-little to dark my older family members couldn’t read the menu cause the lighting was too low. They had to put the flashlight on their phone to read the menu. But the food was awesome!! Definitely will be back and recommend.

This was my first time here, I took my girlfriend on a date. We both ENJOYED IT! The service was fast, polite and gave us our space. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, we sat on the lounge booth side that has the bar next to it. Great art on the walls. We tried the famous meatballs and they were everything you could imagine from an Italian restaurant! Only thing I would say is the meatballs should come with just 1 piece of bread maybe to share as we got 4 of the meatballs. But other than that 1 suggestion 10/10!!!! Would recommend, will recommend, and have recommended to friends already. Great Job Fenicci’s 👏🏾

I ate here like ten years ago and remember it being a pleasant experience. This time, it was quite the opposite. A lot of the recent reviews are similar to what we encountered. However, some of the reviews were really good, so we figured we'd chance it. Big mistake. We had a reservation for five people at 9:45, and the kitchen is supposedly open until 11:30, so it's not like we came in right before close. None of the wait staff looked like they wanted to be there. Our waiter essentially just asked us "What do you want?" and then left. When the food came, it was just dropped off at our table by a different server. My order wasn't even correct and had to be remade. We were barely checked on and there was very little actual serving going on from our server. As for the food, the bread was very dry. The salad dressing was good. The sausage was alright, as was the Alfredo. However, everything did need a decent amount of salt added to it. The food wasn't exactly bad, but I've had a lot better and it was just very mediocre. We could have gone to Olive Garden for much cheaper, had excellent service, and with the same amount of love put into the food. We weren't offered dessert or anything, so we just paid and left as soon as possible. We shouldn't have even left the $10 tip we did leave. As a server myself, I would be ashamed to treat my customers like that.

Went here on my first night at Hershey, PA. It was the only restaurant/bar that was open till midnight. Had a couple of old fashions and a delicious seafood fettuccini alfredo with a side salad. Will come back on my next visit.
Anibal A — Google review
Literally terrible experience. Placed an order on the phone and everything was verbally confirmed. $65 later and we are back at our hotel and there is no dressing on the salad, about 10 pieces of calamari with no lemons on the side like we asked and about 5 bites of crab tortellini for $28! And then when I called back, I was told “I will take care of it” by the woman on the phone and then she hung up. I have no idea if that means I will be refunded or what. Never go here. Not to mention a salad was supposed to come with the tortellini and no cutlery.
Daniella C — Google review
The food was decent. I got the lasagna and enjoyed it, my wife got the fettuccine and it was okay but not great. We got the spinach artichoke dip which was great, the salads that came with the entries were decent, about what you'd expect. Everything went smoothly until the end when we asked for a desert menu. We waited about 10-15 minutes for the menu and they were out of what my wife wanted. Other than that, the service was fast.

Such a cute spot to check out. The coffee menu is different and yummy. The portion sizes were big and filling. My family loved their meals. Their Eggs Benedict looked delicious. Slightly disappointed that my blueberry pancakes were underdone and had to get them made again. The staff was very accommodating and redid it for me. Next time I'm in PA I'll give it a try again.

This is one of the top breakfast experiences I've ever had with my family. Highly recommend getting there early as there is a long wait especially for going on the weekend and waiting longer for the outdoor seating is probably going to be experienced you'll never forget. Parking is probably the hardest thing to do when visiting this place but it doesn't help that the employees of the hotel next door are parking where only the Hershey pantry people are allowed to park. Highly recommend doing the oatmeal flight it was the most delicious thing I've ever tried and also their breakfast drinks are absolutely out of this world delicious. My waitress was Alyssa she's absolutely amazing and she gave it her all.

We visited Hershey for a few days and walked over to this cute little cafe and had some of the BEST food and drinks I’ve had in a while! The baked oatmeal flight was incredible, the chai latte was perfect, loved the chorizo breakfast tacos, and adored our server, Cate! 100/10!! Update: we went a second time and it was just as good! Loved their breakfast sausage and eggs Benedict, and those pumpkin cinnamon rolls were incredible! Plus, the hashbrowns always come out the perfect texture.

Excellent spot for breakfast and brunch. The food was good. The place felt homey. If you like homemade desserts, make sure you save room. I saw some homemade being devoured by other guests. They looked delicious. I would also like to add that the prices were very reasonable.

My husband and I have been visiting this place for the last 4 years occasionally but the more we visit, the less we want to go. Their menu, although gets creative every season, some of their portions are getting smaller (specifically the seasonal ones), and their prices are going up. The last time we visited recently, we ordered one of their seasonal items on the menu (Banana Nutella French toast). It was $17 for a small plate and it didn’t come with anything on the side. My poor husband left that place hungry and disappointed. I ordered a BLT sandwich which supposedly came with a mix salad and it was mainly mixed greens (not an actual salad). My sandwich portion was bigger than my husband’s small French toast plate. Their drinks are expensive as well and they charge you extra for any small changes you add to your drink. On another note, this place is mostly popular because they are close to Hershey Park which is a touristic area. Always be ready to wait a while before you get seated. Based on our last experience here, we won’t be visiting for a long time.
Glenda L — Google review
Breakfast or brunch at Hershey Pantry is amazing (I can’t bring myself to order anything but breakfast food, so I’m not sure how it is for lunch—probably good)! It can get very busy, especially during peak park season. But the breakfast, specialty coffee, and mimosas are great. My most recent meal was a baked oatmeal flight (apple, pumpkin, and s’mores) and a mimosa flight—-both were amazing! The staff is always friendly and efficient, so they do really keep it moving. The only negative thing about this place is the parking. It’s a ridiculously small lot for the size of the restaurant, and it can be terrible to find a spot during what is considered a normal breakfast time. There is a hotel next door, but they’re understandably not fans of you parking there. I’ve already circled around for up to 10+ minutes trying to even find a spot at the hotel. I think it does cause a lot of people to just give up, even when the wait isn’t that long.

My husband I came here for the first time for breakfast. We were seated at the bar and served by a very nice gentleman named Raheem. He was polite, kind and on top of everything. Service was great! I had the Oreo cookie cheesecake croissant French toast special and the PB Mocha Lover drink. My husband had the sausage gravy and biscuits with gravy and home fries. The portions were amazingly big and the taste was fantastic! I would highly recommend eating here! 10 out of 10

Piazza Sorrento is a family-owned Italian restaurant located in Hershey, offering an extensive gluten-free menu that includes pasta, pizza, subs, and lasagna. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, except on Sundays when it's closed. It also houses Mr. Sorrento's pizza and sub shop. Piazza Sorrento prides itself on its authentic Italian dishes made with recipes and traditional styles from Italy.
Okay, seriously, I can't say enough good things about Piazza Sorrento! We had them cater our wedding and they were AMAZING. We had a bunch of guests with gluten allergies (myself included), and they made everything 100% gluten-free. Honestly, you'd never even know! The food was incredible, and even our friends and family who can eat gluten were raving about it. Pete, the owner, and the whole staff were so nice and helpful. They totally put our minds at ease and helped make our wedding day perfect. If you're anywhere near Hershey, you HAVE to check this place out. Perfect for a casual dinner or a big event!

This was the most delicious gluten free meal I have ever had! We had salads, bread, pizza, and the Chicken & Penne. The server was attentive to our GF needs and assured us that everything was prepared safely. We even had Strawberry Shortcake for dessert, which we devoured!! It’s so nice to have a place that can accommodate celiac in a meaningful way, without having to just order a salad! The hostess asked us when we arrived if we needed GF and they have a separate menu as well! Definitely will return here on our next trip to Hershey.

Super tasty Italian restaurant! It’s bit confusing because there is the restaurant and a separate (faster) pizza shop in the same building, but we figured out pretty quickly that the pasta and four cheese pizza we wanted was in the actual restaurant section. It was busy, so we were seated at a very tiny table, but didn’t really mind too much. After hearing that the pasta is made in house, we made sure to try the ravioli, which tasted fresh and delicious. I’m not usually into pasta, but I throughly enjoyed it. We also got a four cheese pizza which was full of flavor and cheesiness. We were unfortunately too full dessert but it looked incredible. I’ll stop again next time I’m in town!

Amazing experience. As someone who is allergic to gluten I was appreciative of being asked by the hostess is a gluten free menu was needed and received gluten free bread. This is not the norm elsewhere and I was very appreciative! The rest of my party did not have dietary restrictions and agreed that the food was delicious. Server and hostess were friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been looking for local pizza since we moved here with no success! A friend recommended and did not disappoint! Not only was the pizza amazing but so we're the people working! All younger kids but everyone with a genuine smile and a willingness to help!!! Will absolutely be back!

Another great place to dine. This restaurant should be on your list to visit. Nice decor and a large bar greet you as you enter. Pleasant staffing seat you and take your order. Drinks come quickly, as do appetizers . Salads are plentiful and the entree's are of sufficient portions. It didn't seem too noisy like some restaurants. So for starters we had the fried calamari. My lady had a bowl of Italian wedding soup and our friends had salad. The meals pictured here were the lobster ravioli, the chicken marsala, the woodsman pizza, and the grilled gnocchi. All dishes were well prepared and plated nicely. Timely assistance from the waitress was much appreciated. Definitely recommend. Another visit with similar results, hence the new photos.

Brewery
Restaurant
Tröegs Independent Brewing, established in 1997, offers a variety of year-round and seasonal beers distributed nationwide. Visitors can take a self-guided tour through the brewery, starting in the Tasting Room and following the beer-making process from fermentation to bottling. The brewery also provides informative signage along the way for an educational experience. In addition to self-guided tours, guests can opt for a guided tour with beer samples included.
Warm, friendly atmosphere. The beer was excellent, and the food was as well. We had trouble deciding on what to get because everything looked delicious. There's a self-guided tour if you're interested in the beer process. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The whole place has a great vibe.

Stopped into Tröegs for the first time and was blown away by how huge the brewery is. Plenty of seating for small and big parties. Servers walking around clearing tables and placing drink orders. Also can go up to the bar to grab drinks. Have 3 pre picked flights and an option to create your own. Lots of beers options on the menu for everyone to try and also exclusive beers just sold at the brewery. Food was absolutely delicious. Wife had one of the salads, we split the pretzel and beer cheese which was very good and I had the grilled cheese which also was very good. Overall great experience and can't wait to go back!

Went here after doing some shopping at the Hershey outlets. The atmosphere was nice the bartenders were cool too. I ended up getting the duck leg for something to eat and that was amazing. It was my first time trying duck and it was what I hoped for! Ended up taking a self tour around the brewery and ended up in the gift shop where they had plenty of gear and more beer for purchase. Would love to come back next time im in town.

This is a top-tier brewery experience. Accurately rated one of the best brewery tours in America. From the tour through to the brew hall this place has got it all! All of the beers are delicious and crafted on site, plus the staff is very knowledgeable and will help make the perfect recommendation for even the most novice of a beer drinkers. The food is more of a quick service, cafeteria, food, but the food options are specifically curated and highly fresh. Actually, the chicken sandwich was one of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The pretzel bun paired with the hot spicy chicken was delicious! This is a must see thing to do in Hershey rate for everybody, including the family.

This is the best brewery tour we have ever had. Zack was an amazing guide and he is what took this tour to the next level. He obviously loves his job and is very knowledgeable about the brewery and its history. We loved the tour and the beer. I’m not usually a fan of dark beer but the Troegenator was very good. I love IPAs and Graffiti Highway was excellent. Lollihop was a very good double IPA, not too sweet and not too bitter. Very well done. We had to buy a six pack of Lollihop and Graffiti Highway to take home. We will be stopping at this brewery every time we come through this area.

WE took the brewery tour. Our tour guide, Art, was excellent. The tour was more detailed than I thought it would be, and that was great for us. We got to see the brewing process from start to finish. We received a sample prior to the tour and a sample at the end of the tour. This is a must visit for any beer lover.

What a great place! After having an overwhelming visit at the Hershey Chocolate factory, it was so nice to sit on the patio and enjoy a great Octoberfest beer and share a brisket sandwich with my husband. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location so relaxing with lots of space inside and out. Great merchandise store too.. hard to resist. I would highly recommend this business and would love it was closer to home.

We came around 8ish . We sat outside since we had our little puppy. However, we were quite confused because the “ outdoor “sitting that they directed us is next to the parking lot . Despite there was plenty of seat closer to the restaurant. With that, we got very little attention from the staff. It is like self serve. The food was good. If we ever come back definitely just for the food.

What If catered our September 2024 wedding. The food was INCREDIBLE!! It was soo great to work with Joanna and her team to set up an amazing menu. People are still talking about the food! The staff were all so friendly and fun! They even accommodated a private dinner for me and my husband during cocktail hour so we could enjoy our delicious meal in private. The bartenders tended to me all night making sure I didn’t need anything. It was more than we could have ever asked for. We absolutely love going to the restaurant for dinner so it was really special to have one of our favorite places be part of our wedding day. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites many times, but this was the first time I realized the Howard Johnson's had a restaurant in the basement. I had to take stairs to get to it. I don't know if there is an elevator, so if you can't do stairs, call and ask first. I only wanted to place an order to go, soI could continue working in my hotel. I had the best hostess take my order. Her name was Victoria or Vicki (but definitely not Emily). She brought my iced tea out right away and served it to me with a platter of lemons and sweetener options in the seating area outside the restaurant doors while I waited. When she bought my food, she refilled the tea and made sure I took my sweetener choice to go too. The food was hot, even after my short walk back. I wasn't expecting bread and oil with seasonings. That was a nice touch. I will definitely order from here again. The atmosphere inside was lively and full of laughter from the bar and a family singing happy birthday in the corner booth. It was obvious everyone was enjoying the place.

You wouldn't know it by the outside, but there is an amazing restaurant underneath the Howard Johnson! We came here for a special occasion and was blown away by this place. The food is incredible and so are the drinks! Our waiter was such a sweetheart and took food allergies very seriously. All of our food was cooked perfectly! The dessert was very good, but I recommend sharing it with more than 2 people. I would love to come back here again!

Hidden Gem! I was concerned as we walked in that it would be a dive bar or something low-end, but wow was I pleasantly surprised! The food was fantastic! Appetizers: Lollipop Lamb chops - great! Wanted more! Seared Ahi Tuna - would order again although I love Yuzu and don’t think that was the sauce Baked Brie was wonderful Sea Scallops - loved them but I would argue the raspberry sauce was not a raspberry port wine reduction as much as a jam. Dinner Chiopino (Seafood Medley) - Shrimp Scallops, Clams, Mussels, Lobster on a pasta bed with garlic white wine sauce. 5- star and would order again! Other guests had the red sauce version (Fra Diavolo) which was spicy and they liked it less than the White wine version. Great spot for a date!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “What If” Restaurant in Hershey, PA is an absolute gem! Emily, our bartender, was fantastic! She is a true mixologist who crafted delicious cocktails, made sure our glasses were never empty & really made for a fun night filled with great conversation. So attentive and friendly with all patrons, really elevating the experience. The food was superb! Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. And they easily accommodated special requests. Their new Fall menu is full of cozy and seasonal dishes and really fun drinks! It may have been our first time here, but it definitely won’t be our last. We are from Delaware & looking forward to our next visit there! The whole place has a warm, Cheers-like atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. We cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I returned to What if because of a the delicious food and wonderful service from Brooke. Unfortunately we had an unexpected emergency and had to leave early. Hersheypark Stadium, located within the vibrant Hersheypark entertainment complex in Pennsylvania, is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking thrilling live experiences. With a capacity of over 30,000 seats, this expansive outdoor venue has been captivating audiences since its inception in 1939. It serves as a dynamic backdrop for an array of events ranging from exhilarating sporting matches to electrifying concerts featuring big-name artists. The stadium's picturesque setting enhances the excitement of community gatherings and family shows alike.
Saw the hozier concert it was AMAZING, The opener Gigi Parez was as equally amazing had the best time with my beautiful daughter ❤️ the only thing I would say could use a little attention, would be the fact that you have to park a mile or 2 from the stadium and walk. It's hard to dress up for awesome concert and then have to walk that far. So I would recommend to other concert Goers, if you're going to the Hershey park stadium for a concert, wear sneakers.

I attended Summer Worship Nights which was a sold-out show. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went, considering there were 30,000 people in attendance. Parking was across the street, which I wasn't aware of until we arrived. So, be prepared and allow time for a little bit of a walk. My seats were in Section A Row 7 and they were great!
F S — Google review
Great concert venue. Most seats have good visibility. Be careful if it rains as seats will be wet. Getting in and out is easy, but it's preferable to leave early from a concert to leave easily. Concessions are ridiculously expensive... Parking could be better.
Johnny G — Google review
Awesome venue. Great for Summer concerts. Not crazy about the bench seating but the floor was awesome. It sounds amazing & it's so cool seeing the park & coasters in the background. Staff, secutity were cool, friendly. But, the parking although free, is a disaster. It's a gravel walk to the stadium & leaving took 1.5 hrs in traffic to exit It's why ill never see a show here again. It was hell trying to leave. No direction at all. (We had amazing seats but we were early & walked right to the front of ga so we just stayed there to dance & have fun w/friends)
Christa D — Google review
Pretty decent venue. It’s absolutely huge and seeing the theme park in the background is pretty cool. Easy access in and out. Just really crowded. The seats on the sides of the stage are benches and they don’t give you much room at all between numbers/people. Pretty crammed. Still a good time. Concert itself was 10/10, loved worshipping alongside 30,000 people!!
Ashley H — Google review
Was dreading coming here for Slayer last night because of the whole traffic situation I've been reading about. I was suprised how quickly I was able to park even though I arrived right at show time. I got parking at one of the grass lots across the main road from the stadium which was a hike. Probably a 25 minute walk but I was able to get in and out easily instead of fighting traffic in the field lots. Venue itself is dated but the sound was good. Chairs on the floor were tight and barely labeled so anytime you left for a drink or the bathroom someone was always in our seats when we returned. Overall it was a good show and exceeded my expectations because I expected a complete disaster due to reviews.
Beers8049 — Google review
Used to come here every year for Show of the Summer, but haven’t been to a concert here since the last one until now for Twenty one pilots Breach/Clancy tour (September 2025), the staff is lovely and try their best to help direct you to where things are but until someone rlly in charge tells you then it usually isn’t correct. We had asked 4 staff members where to go to line up for our section and got all different responses to different locations. We ended up waiting for the end of the check in line to get in since it was such chaos of nobody knowing. Otherwise it was a great show, great venue.
Madison B — Google review
I've only been there once. It was for Slayer, suicidal tendencies, cavaliera conspiracy, Power Trip, and the Mickey mouse of hardcore, knocked loose. It was a decent show, the sound person kind of blue chunks from where we were standing. We were in the non-vip GA for that show, where there was a closed off section for closer GA experience. Make sure that you check your emails for updates because they did a terrible job at telling what bags or necklaces and items can be worn for attendees. We were stuck at security as a friend of mine had issues getting in.

Nestled close to the iconic Hersheypark, the Giant Center is a remarkable 10,500-seat arena that serves as a vibrant hub for entertainment in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This multipurpose venue is not only the home of the Hershey Bears Hockey Club but also hosts an array of events ranging from thrilling ice-skating shows to electrifying concerts featuring renowned artists like Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Miranda Lambert.
Wow. Was shocked at how massive the arena is. Only issue is when ur up in the Ada area it's hard to see performers on the stage. Wished they would have had screens to see the band members! The bands rocked it out of the park! Left happy with a great performance but hershey needs to improve the visual so attendees can see the performers.
Missy A — Google review
The venue was nice and in wonderful condition. However, the parking price was incredibly excessive and unnecessary. $35 for a two hour event is way too much. If they want to charge that much for parking, there needs to be more amenities. Tram service, covered walkways, trash receptacles amongst the parking spots just to name a few. Again the giant center is in great condition and well maintained. The event was superb and highly entertaining. However, the parking price was excessively too much. It offends me that they are taking advantage of so many families by charging so much for parking. I would consider taking my family to more events if parking wasn’t an additional excessive amount.
Jeffrey E — Google review
As a concert venue the is sound is great the concessions are great, the views are great, everything is great except one thing parking. Leaving Giant Center is like trying navigate merge lanes from 10 different angles. They will gladly guide you in to the event but leaving it, forget about it. This could be run so much smoother instead of 45minute+ traffic jam.

Very nice arena, but parking was very expensive. My wife bought a a clear plastic purse specifically for going into arenas and it missed fitting in their "Purse size checking" box by maybe an inch. I am not sure why this rule exists and nobody could explain it to me.

Nestled behind businesses along Chocolate Avenue, Au Bon Lieu French Creperie is a charming French cafe that offers an extensive selection of 50 sweet and savory crepes, alongside salads, coffee, and tea drinks. The thin and delectable crepes attract a diverse crowd of patrons, from teenagers to families and college kids to grandparents.
My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today. There was one person handling everything- seating, taking orders, cooking, and taking payment. He handled everything wonderfully and quickly. The food was absolutely delicious! We shared numbers 17 (Turkey Breast With Mozzarella, Fresh Spinach And Cranberry Sauce), 44 (Mozzarella With Fresh Spinach. Sautéed Mushrooms, tomato, And Artichokes), SP5 (Cookie Butter With Banana And Homemade Caramel), and 203 (Belgian Dark Chocolate With Fresh Strawberries) with the addition of the homemade caramel sauce on it. Wow! The savory ones were a great start but the sweet ones stole the show! The caramel sauce and the chocolate were amazing!! Definitely wished we lived closer so we could come here more often!

What an unexpected and delightful place! We were fortunate to find this place by a Google search for breakfast near Hershey Park and then be seated by the table best positioned to view the crepes being made. The food was wonderfully delicious and presented with little designs in the powdered sugar atop the sweet crepes. The dark Belgian chocolate was rich and creamy, but the best part was the caramel sauce. I didn’t realize before what superior difference there is between well homemade caramel sauce over what you buy in stores. The savory crepes were somehow even better than the sweet crepes and even my kids who don’t usually go for some of the savory crepes enjoyed these. We had the turkey and cranberry. The gentleman making the crepes couldn’t have been nicer and it was obvious he was dedicated to his craft. The whole place was clean, with a welcoming ambience including music. The whole place has a charming feel to it. The prices were extremely reasonable given what we ordered and don’t reflect the higher prices they would easily garner elsewhere.

The food and the service at Au Bon Lieu are absolutely fantastic. The couple that owns this great little crepe bistro are so warm and friendly and the crepes are amazing. The maestro of crepes is right there cooking up all the goodness and providing great tips with a side of humor, which he is quite funny. His wife is very warm and charming and welcomed us to have a seat and took our drink order. The coffee is pour over and absolutely delicious. I’ve found my new favorite coffee in Hershey. Starting off with the savory breakfast crepes I had the Salmon, Mozzarella, avocado crepe with egg. And others at my table had the mushroom spinach and the mozzarella, spinach, tomato and they were all excellent. Then, moving on to the sweet crepes, good Lord are they amazing. We had the hazelnut strawberry, the chocolate, Caramel and toasted pine nuts, the chocolate banana, and the lemon crepe. They were all amazing and so tasty as well. This place is definitely worth stopping at, I know we will definitely be back on this visit and many to come in the future. Truly a gem of a restaurant.

Just stumbled upon what might be the best-kept secret in town—and it’s wrapped in a crepe. Sweet, savory, vegetarian, gluten-free… this little spot has it all. An unexpected visit in my quest to find a place to eat that had parking! Glad I stopped in and experienced the delicious crepes, made with love and finesse by Farid. This is an informal cafe where you mark up your own order form with the number crepe you want, and they only use disposable plates, cups and utensils, but don’t let that fool you. The food is excellent. Farid demonstrated how he makes the popular No. 203, the Belgian chocolate crepe with a huge solid “bar” of chocolate, warmed up by the hearing surface, directly on to the crepe! Fun to watch and truly delicious, with thinly sliced strawberries and dusted with confectioners sugar. Two thumbs up! My first crepe was the No. 12… It was a savory with chicken, mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions… Very satisfying. Bonus round was Fahid’s other most popular request, the No. 701 lemon crepe. Deceptively simple to prepare but wow, so tantalizing! I’ve put this cafe on my map of places to return to when I’m back in Hershey!

I love coming to this place at all times of the day when it's open. I have brought family, friends and colleagues here due to the close proximity to the Hershey office (walking distance). The best part is watching the owner making the crepes and most of all when he uses the giant chocolate bar for the chocolate crepes. The owner is the nicest person and I love going here. My last visit was on a particularly quiet week night with friends. We were the only people there and it was awesome. The crepes itself are delicious, whether you like sweet or savory they got you covered.

The best crêpes we’ve ever had! Even the coffee is unbelievably fresh. You can tell he takes his time with each order, making every crêpe absolutely perfect. We tried the breakfast ham and turkey with cheese and spinach, plus a dessert crêpe with caramel and chocolate. Everything was outstanding, the eggs were cooked to perfection, the cheese was rich and melty, and the crêpe itself was both crispy and tender at the same time. The shop has such a warm and friendly vibe, kids can draw on the table while waiting for our order. Super clean, welcoming, and the perfect spot to relax, hang out, and enjoy the best crêpes you’ll ever taste. Out of this world!

The warm and inviting atmosphere is complemented by hospitable staff who ensure a pleasant dining experience. Guests can enjoy the fabulously spiced lunch buffet or choose from the a la carte menu.
Delicious food. I ordered the lamb biryani, medium spiciness, and the serving was large enough that I got 2 meals at home out of the leftovers! Friendly servers, and very beautiful and quiet interior. It feels very fancy inside, and I felt a bit underdressed, haha. Also vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Too much color in food. Just 5 pieces of shrimp in shrimp chilli and the best part was we couldn’t find difference between chicken fried rice and chicken biriyani. It was not a good experience.

Stopped in today for their all you can eat lunch buffet. I haven't had Indian food in a very, very long time. This was actually I think the best I've ever had in my whole life. It was not salty, grimy, greasy or spicy at all. I actually could only eat one and a half plates it was so good. My favorite thing was definitely the grilled chicken! The rice was awesome especially with the yogurt sauce they give you. The staff was very kind, tentative, polite and it was a very clean atmosphere. They are very quick to respond to customers, the food was always fresh coming out of the kitchen. Also, that whole container there is considered a side for only $3.99! I'll definitely be going back here.

True quality Indian food. On aug 7 2025 I got chicken tikka masala Indian spicy with their garlic bread and everything is cooked to perfection. The rice is the right firmness, the sauce is sweet and creamy while having that flavorful heat, the chicken is super soft and the pieces are good sized, I cut mine up with a spoon. Everyone that helped me were super nice, I order out so I didnt experience sitting in.

Absolutely love this place. Local joint with fair prices and good food. Its a no frills kind of place, but the burgers are fantastic. Small local bar in Hershey that was a great stop while in town. All kinds of local beers and sletzers and a full bar. Food menu was huge and by the pictures we tried a lot of different things. The burgers were absolutely huge and had all kinds of things on it. The seafood was delicious the oysters and shrimp. Lots of open tables on a Sunday night. Street parking was available seems like a busy place on most nights.

We visited for a Saturday lunch to watch football. We’d searched Google for a place to watch sports and this place popped up advertising 23 TVs. This is a small corner restaurant with multiple TVs but they are small and harder to see depending on where you sit. The service was fair but the bartender was having to serve all the tables too so it took some time. The wing flavor selection was good and the came out looking amazing. That was the extent of it though. Once you bit into the wings they all tasted the same so the flavoring was minimal. We kept with our theme of eating local but I’m not sure we’d rush back based on the flavor of our meal.

This place is a diamond in the rough. WOW. The outside is a bit run down, attached to some houses and looks like a "bar". But inside, the people are so nice and attentive and the food, the food is awesome. Burgers cooked to perfection, phenomenal appetizers and fabulous sauces. I had the Mac & Porker sanwich with onion rings. Yum O! Love the onion rings, they are out of this world. My compliments to the chef. It's a great place to watch a game and even though it may not look it from the outside, it is family friendly. They have a kids menu that my son loved. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Hershey. What a great find.

**UPDATED 4/10/21** Back again...this place is AMAZING!! Today had the Jumbo Crab Roll & Crab Cake Sandwich...their food is so good!! The pieces of crab in my roll were HUGE & everything is so fresh! Great service & excellent prices. Oh, and the beers are ice cold!! HIGHLY recommend you try this restaurant. 😋 Excellent!!! Cute, clean restaurant & bar. Went for lunch on a Friday and they were fairly busy...and I swear every local person coming in knew Bernard, our server/bartender. Super cool guy! Our food was delicious... Greek salad with blackened shrimp and a crab cake sandwich on ciabatta bread w/ fresh cut fries. Highly recommend that you check this place out!!

The Pennsylvania State Police Historical, Educational, & Memorial Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania is a captivating destination dedicated to preserving the rich history of the Pennsylvania State Police. The museum showcases a wide array of artifacts, exhibits, and memorials chronicling the legacy of this esteemed law enforcement agency. Visitors can explore interactive displays featuring rare artifacts and documents from the State Highway Patrol, as well as restored police cruisers and motorcycles used by the PSP over the years.
I loved the PA State Police Museum. It went k we the history of the State Police and had a section for 9/11. They showed the dorms they stay in during their training onsite. The gift shop has a bunch to buy. The drive up to the museum can be confusing.

A simple and fun road side stop. Enjoyed learning the history and there was fun little areas for photos in the museum. Souvenirs were very reasonably priced as well.
Alex S — Google review
Absolutely worth it and highly recommend it. Despite the State Police Academy construction, if you use the museum address, it will take you to the back entrance, which also has signs posted.
Joren ( — Google review
I loved this museum. Very informative! They had the bicycle from the guy that shot a few people then kidnapped a girl for a week. It seemed small, but had so much information. They have discounts for prior PSP officers, which we were not, so we paid I think $8 (well worth it).
Martha B — Google review
Great little museum. You can see the horse mounted riders at times and shooting range.
Wayne L — Google review
As a local I was so surprised at how cool this museum was! Gorgeous panoramic view of Hershey from parking lot. Full gift shop. Museum packed with neat things...even original scales and mug shots from the PA Lottery's infamous 666 scandal. Good for both kids and adults.
Joan M — Google review
This is a great little museum, packed full of great information and displays, with an incredible view of Hershey. The staff was super nice and informative. The gift shop has a nice variety of PSP items. I definitely would like to visit again and take the tour of the academy, which require reservations two weeks prior.

I visited here on my way up to State College, after hearing about this place by accident while surfing YouTube. It really gave me the appreciation that the efforts the men and women of the Pennsylvania State Police have done since they were founded back in the 1900s protecting and serving the residents of the Commonwealth. You'll learn a lot about their history, see how their equipment changed year after year, hear about some of the most infamous crimes like the Camp Hill prison riots, and the 666 fix, etc. You'll also see how they train future men and women to become state troopers as they have an exhibit detailing some of what goes on at the nearby State Police Academy. To the PA State Police: thank you for all you do in protecting and serving the Commonwealth.

Water park
The Boardwalk at Hersheypark is a water park section of the chocolate-themed amusement park, offering pools, a lazy river, and rental cabanas. It's included with all summer admission tickets and features over 16 water attractions, including the thrilling Breakers Edge Water Coaster and Whitecap Racer. Visitors can also access nearby ZooAmerica with a Hersheypark pass.
Hershey’s Water Park is absolutely amazing! The lazy river is perfect for relaxing, and the wave pool is so much fun… just the right amount of thrill and splash! Every water ride was a blast, from the high-speed slides to the more chill ones for the whole family. The place is super clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Whether you’re going with kids or just looking to beat the heat, this park has something for everyone. We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back again!
Dinesh D — Google review
This water park is ok. Try your best to not have to buy from their shops. This is a relatively small water park but still has plenty to do to have fun on a hot summer day. I do like that it's in the park. So it's nice you don't have to leave the main park to go to the water park. The water rides get pretty busy right away so your best bet is to go there right away and get right on some rides. The lazy river has gotten new tubes since the last time I was here two years ago. They're nice sitting tubes. The lazy river is very cold at the beginning of the year though, the wave pool is also very cold. I unfortunately broke my sandal while here and had to buy new ones but they sell any non flip flop sandals in either shop in my size which is a very common women's size shoe. All the sandals were size 10-11 in women's sizes which is nuts because that's much larger than the average women's size so I had to buy water shoes. The shop also doesn't let you try anything on and everything is non refundable, so I bought my son a $50 bathing suit that ended up being way too large. It'd be nice if they at least let you exchange it if you just bought it for another size. The food in the water park is pretty decent with the beer battered fish from The Shoreline Grill or the burgers from East Coast Burger Works are both good options but be ready to wait for those.
Mary C — Google review
Rented a Cabana this week. This is a very nice experience and a fun way to enjoy the water park. You have direct access to the lazy river and you can order food which they deliver to you. You get a nice beach bag at check-in. It included towels, sun screen and also comes with a locker. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. There were 8 of us and the Cabana only had 6 chairs. So two people had to stand while we ate. Other than that we all had a great time. This is the way to experience The Boardwalk.
J T — Google review
If I can give them negative stars, l would. This is the worst amusement park experience I have had in all our trips. But I can’t even call it an experience since they close all the attractions due to weather!? (It is 89F and hot as the sun) It took more half an hour to walk from the entrance to the water park part. There is no signs until we were very close by, nothing, we kept having to ask and guess. And in the excruciating heat and to our biggest disappointment, everything was closed and fenced off. It’s a total waste of time and money. Never again will I come here. They could not pay me to come back here. Urgently asking people to stay away from this place. Also, look at the water and make the judgement for yourself. It’s filled either filth and disgusting 🤮 Do yourself a favor and go to Six Flags or Dorney Park.
Liz T — Google review
I had a great time at the waterpark today. I arrived at opening time and was able to get situated in the locker area then get on all the single tube slides within an hour. Unfortunately, I was only there by myself, so I didn't get to experience the water coaster or two other tube slides. However, they all looked like a lot of fun. I also went in the lazy river, which has a selection of regular tubes or seated tubes. I preferred the seated tubes, as they were more comfortable and allowed me to relax and enjoy the ride. The river also had a good amount of water coming down in places to get you wet, which was refreshing on a hot day. Lastly, I went into the wave pool. It wasn't too crowded at all, so I was able to swim around and enjoy the waves without feeling jostled or pushed around. The waves were great and the pool was a good size for swimming laps or just relaxing. I also ate at the waterpark restaurant and had some chicken tenders and fries. They were okay, but nothing to write home about. The park started getting really busy around 2 or 3 pm, so the earlier the better if you want to avoid the crowds. I would also recommend the Tidal Force locker area, as it is spacious and has plenty of lockers available. Overall, I had a great time at the waterpark. It is a clean, well-maintained facility with a variety of slides and attractions to keep everyone entertained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and refreshing day!
George T — Google review
Not a great or well-thought out water park. My biggest complaint would be the lazy river. It has limited rafts and access. You may only enter with a raft. The staff snatched and kept a large amount of rafts for the cabbanna renters (which were not even getting in). !!!There was around a 90 minute wait for us in line to get into the Lazy River. In that time, 3 people passed out (from 3 different parties), 2 of them being children . The response and time it took for lifeguards emergency medical to assist these individuals was concerning. Go visit Kansas City's Ocean's of Fun (and World's of Fun). They'll show you how fun is done.
Jessica P — Google review
This is easily the worst park I’ve ever been too, overpriced and underwhelming to say the least. We arrived at opening and stayed until 9pm and were able to go on 4 rides the whole day, The highlight of the day was leaving and knowing I will never have to do that again.

Nestled in the vibrant Hersheys Chocolatetown area of Hersheypark, The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio offers a delightful dining experience for all visitors, whether they have a Park ticket or not. This charming eatery boasts stunning views of the park and its attractions from both indoor seating and an inviting second-story patio. Guests can indulge in a menu filled with classic family favorites that are playfully infused with chocolate elements, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining.
The Chocolatier was a wonderful family restaurant. The restaurant is super neat! You felt like you were taken away to a fun dream of a place! When you walk into the restaurant, you immediately see the carousel lights and the carousel horses at the bar and then you turn to see the main dining area which is spacious and just as unique of furniture as the carousel. My family and I really enjoyed the food here. We started by having the ferris wheel sampler, we all highly recommend it! They have fun non-alcoholic beverages fun for the whole family to enjoy! All the food we had was delicious! We enjoyed it so much we went back before we flew home. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back when we visit Hershey again!
Nicole R — Google review
To celebrate my wife's birthday, we chose The Chocolatier in Hershey, PA, and what an absolutely delightful decision it was! From the moment we stepped inside, the elegant design captivated us, especially the clever theme park ride-inspired seating areas that truly elevate the dining experience. Our server, Barron, was a standout; his pleasant demeanor and attentive service made our celebration even more special. Now, let's talk about the food. The milkshake isn't just a drink; it's a masterpiece! Its visually stunning presentation is only surpassed by its incredible taste. And those cheesecake lollipop attachments? Pure bliss – seriously mouth-watering. We practically inhaled the nachos; they were so irresistible, I barely had time to think about photos! For our main courses, the Heath salmon was flawlessly cooked and presented charmingly in a Hershey's Kiss-shaped skillet. But the real showstopper for me was the Chocolatetown burger. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was so good, it nearly brought a tear to my eye. The combination of thick bacon, crispy chips, and a surprising drizzle of chocolate on top created a sweet and savory harmony that I'll be dreaming about. To top it all off, they even sweeten the bill with complimentary Hershey's Kisses. The Chocolatier is more than just a restaurant; it's a fantastic addition to Hershey Park, offering a truly memorable culinary adventure. We consider it a must-visit and will certainly be back!
Dan P — Google review
It is good for what it is - a restaurant attached to an amusement park. Food items reasonably priced. Milkshakes and cocktails are a bit pricey. We were a group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Had a reservation to make sure we got a table because it always looks so busy when we go into Chocolate Town shop to which it is attached. It surely was busy, but the server was attentive and got us all our drinks as quickly as he could (milkshakes took the longest). We ordered chocolate martinis and milkshakes, as well as the app sampler, some kids tenders, and several mains all to share. It was all good; nothing to swoon over but quality was good. The kids enjoyed all the food, and especially the milkshakes. We would go again. If you’re eating here during your park visit, make sure you get your hand stamped before you go into the building so you can re-enter the park.
CDMVMP — Google review
Reservations recommended and you have to exit the park to get to the restaurant upstairs inside the chocolate world store. We went to say we tried it but most likely we would not go back. Apps were good, drinks good but costly, chicken sandwich looks like a store bought frozen patty with no taste, burger was meh, loaded Mac was ok but the cacao nibs was unnecessary. Same with the beef short ribs, tasted good but the cacao nibs gave the dish an awkward crunch. Service and ambiance were great though.
Yierou M — Google review
Our server Octavio (hopefully I got his name right) was amazing. He was attentive and provided great food and drink recommendations. The short ribs were tender and delicious. The margherita pizza was okay. We had the martini flight and it was great, the old fashion not that much. But still, we had a great experience, nice atmosphere and excellent service!
BM — Google review
Really decent food. Very pricey. But if you manage to get multiple entrées and share the experience with everyone at the table as a family style, it makes up for the price. The seasonal cider is delicious. Prepared to stay there for two or more hours for the long waits and arrival of food time. Make reservations ahead.
Nia — Google review
My husband and I had a wonder dinner at the Chocolatier! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service was perfect. We took the advice of several reviewers to share the “Ferris Wheel” as our meal, which was a great suggestion. We still brought food home. We had made a reservation, but it looked as if the wait would have been short, had we not done that. All of the food coming from the kitchen look like pictures from a magazine.
Traveling L — Google review
We went to spirits rooftop bar. Overall terrible experience. The place was full as soon as they opened at 4:30pm. It was clear they were not prepared for this. Took a while to get service and drinks, which is understandable when the place fills all at once. The food is the real issue. As you can see from the picture below the nachos are literally chips, canned cheese and meat. Not worth the money. I would suggest to just eat from the food trucks inside the park or leave the park all together for dinner.

Experience the thrill of Hershey Bears Hockey at Giant Center, the home of Hershey's AHL team. From October to April, catch a game and enjoy the electric atmosphere in this huge indoor arena located near Hersheypark. The Bears have won numerous league championships and are affiliated with the Washington Capitals NHL team.
We saw Trans Siberian Orchestra last nite and at first, we were a little concerned about the seats being on the side of the stage. Turned out they were great. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Small venue, which makes it even better. Entering and exiting the parking lot is a breeze. It is one of the easiest and quickest stadium lots to exit.
Scott M — Google review
Great environment, more leg room than many arenas, fantastic video board. Only drawback is if sitting in 200s level the PA system is just noise, can't discern anything being said.
Ken J — Google review
We had a great time there with our son and new bride at the Bears home game on December 9th, 2023.
Lorrie G — Google review
Hockey tickets are cheap, relatively speaking. But they get you at concession stands. Triple and quadruple prices. Stadium is good and bigger than the old barn standing a few hundred meters away, but I can't picture the business model was the same back then. Something has changed along the way. Oh yeah. Kutznezov didn't even play one game here since sent to bears before traded to the canes. I knew to be the case but still bot the Tix in case. Worth the try? Probably not
Jerome M — Google review
We went for the Rv show. It definitely did disappoint. They had every thing there you could want. If you are looking definitely the best place to make deals.

Intense game Friday evening, which kept us on our seats till the end! Excellent seats, good stadium food, even was able to get a picture with Coco! Good all around evening for everyone!

A Bears game lined up with a visit to the park so we seized the opportunity to see some professional hockey on our trip. We were not disappointed. The arena has a real big league feel to it. Despite the Bears losing the game it was fun and the level of hockey they played at was some of the best we’ve seen in a non-NHL level game.

Discover the captivating history of Hershey with a guided tour from Hershey Trolley Works. The company offers various themed tours, including the year-round 75-minute Historical Trolley Tour and the summer-exclusive 45-minute Original Trolley Show. Visitors can also enjoy festive Halloween and Christmas trolley tours. The knowledgeable guides provide insightful commentary, offering a deeper understanding of Milton Hershey's life and his chocolate empire.
We did the “historical tour” that takes roughly an hour and change. Very informative and entertaining for all ages. You get to see - Hershey Mansion, Farmhouse, schools, factories and more. All while in a climate controlled trolley bus.
Tony R — Google review
Kevin was fantastic! We took the historic trolley tour, which lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. He was energetic, engaging, and shared lots of fascinating facts about Hershey and the town’s history. Along the way, we were treated to four mini candies and a full-size Hershey bar, which was a fun bonus. The only downside was that the seats could have been a bit more comfortable—some added cushioning would go a long way for a longer tour like this. Reservations are definitely recommended to ensure you get the time slot you want. There was an accident on our way, so we called to reschedule, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they were able to move our tour to a later time without any hassle.

We came and did the Christmas light trolly tour as a family last Christmas year and it was so much fun! We got the back seat of the trolly like the cool kids! The driver was very friendly and safe as well. The only downside is the lack of emergency exits on the trolley. One window per side is an emergency exit and there is one roof hatch. No back or side door emergency exits. Dude I was GUTTED ! Usually buses have a bunch of emergency exits not this trolly . We would definitely come again and do the ride . We wanna go for a summer trip and see different sights as well.

We had the best time on our Historic Trolley Tour. Steve and Paul were engaging, comical, and so informative. Steve was knowledgeable in all things Hershey and answered all questions with ease. Best of all, he seemed not only to truly enjoy his job, but showed an awe and appreciation for Milton Hershey and his legacy. All of the chocolate treats were an unexpected bonus. Even my kids were rapt and enjoyed learning about the history of the town and the lasting impact of Hershey's philanthropy. Ok, the youngest was in it for the candy, but she was so well behaved on the 75 minute tour. Highly recommend for anyone interested!
Kelly T — Google review
This was a HUGE waste of money and time due to the conductor. If you get on the trolley and Chuck is your conductor, you can expect to not be able to understand a single word he says, and it had nothing to do with the sound system. After the tour, I spoke with some of the other passengers, and they were not happy either. When he spoke it was rushed and garbled, and his eyes were always closed. We would pull up in front of a building, and when we left we had know idea what the building was because we couldn't understand a word he was saying. It was just basically an expensive trolley ride that might as well have had no narration. I went up to the trolley registration desk and mentioned his name and stated that I couldn't understand a word he was saying, and she said they get a lot of complaints about him. If that’s the case, then why are they still accepting money for tours that they know people are unhappy with? My advice to anyone that pays to take this trolley tour, if Chuck gets on it, you get off of it and request a different trolley. On the positive side, the trolley covers a wide area of Hershey and many different topics (as far as we could tell), and included a few chocolate samples. The trolley was nice and cool even on a very hot day. If only we could have understood the narration, it would have probably been really enjoyable.
Debra — Google review
❌ Not recommended. A total waste of 75 minutes — not interesting at all, the trolley was hot and stuffy. The guide spoke in some personal dialect, and we could barely understand him. Managers, please take this into account — because of the traffic we almost missed our next tour. Create a separate lane for your trolleys so people don’t have to sit in traffic. We didn’t pay for that.
Big B — Google review
My friend and I visited Chocolate World yesterday. It was amazing and we enjoyed making purchases in the gift shop. Afterwards, we made a wise decision to take the Trolley. Our driver, Paul and guide, Norm made a great team as they shared knowledge, humor and a variety of candy. We learned so much about Hershey and Milton and Kitty Hershey and their unbelievable Legacy. Id been to Hershey two other times but didn't take the Trolley...wish I had. It is a great experience...well worth the money!

One of the many things that Hershey Chocolate World offers. For $20 you get to go on a tour of Hershey, PA and get to hear the amazing story of Milton Hershey. It's the first brewery and distillery in Middletown, providing an inspired selection of craft cocktails that perfectly complement their top-notch food. The establishment hosts themed events and ensures that spirits are well-paired with the meals being served.
A fantastic place to visit, especially for their themed events. The food is always top notch and they work hard to pair up the spirits with the meals being served. A great night for you and your other half, and if for some reason you didn't have tons of laughs and a full belly... you might have just ended up in the wrong place. Look forward to many more events here when things open back up fully.

Went for a quick drink and appetizer. The margaritas flights were good but the chips and guacamole were disgusting. Both employees were unprofessional. The tattered flag in middle town is amazing and this location should be ashamed of their poor standards.

Nice staff and good food! If you're looking for spirits, this is your place. If you want Tattered Flag beer, be aware that they can't sell you any beer to-go. Don't travel here expecting to take home a couple of four-packs! Otherwise, it will exceed your expectations

Their business is not worth staying open for their patronage. For a place who advertises they are open until 10pm, 8:30pm was their real close time. The guy smoking outside said he didn't have enough business to stay open. Always an excuse not to work.
