It's the first time when we eat here. There are 2 kind of restaurant inside: one is irish pub, where it's the same like in Ireland and the second which seems like a normal romanian restaurant.

I had a very good experience with staff. Everything was above expectations. Very clean environment and very nice people. I will totally return in the near future. LE : came back after a while and took ribs and chicken wings. I recommend ribs, better flavor and i liked it more than chicken (just personal impression)

We come here every time we arrive in Constanta. It has been our tradition for many years, now. Delicious food, large portions and nice atmosphere. Good service, as well. If you want only fresh produce you need to read the menu or ask the staff, as some is frozen.

Attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food. We ordered seafood risotto for our daughter, sea bass fillet with corn puree sauce, lamb chops with potatoes and dried tomatoes. Delicious draft Guinness. The waiter helped us choose a white wine to go with the fish (by glass). Everything was delicious. The main courses were brought within 20 minutes.

What a surprise for me to dine at the Irish Pub. Here I was thinking of a pub pub similar to what you would find in Ireland but no, it is a very up market restaurant with highly trained staff. My waiter was Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. my meal was chicken with mushroom sauce and it was just delicious.

I stopped by here to order a soft drink and rest on one of the outside tables. But I decided to order food when I entered the restaurant to use the restroom. The interior was extremely charming and the staff friendly. This was not an annoying tourist place where the owners want you to spend lots of money and keep pressing you to order additional items. There was not any push to order food, but I had been wanting to eat in a traditional Romanian restaurant. Even though this restaurant is in the heart of the old town centre, the prices were reasonable. There is some history provided in the menu, and at the back there are images of labels from the food ingredients used in the cooking. The menu has detailed descriptions in both Romanian and English, along with photos. I ordered sarmarle. It arrived after a time which indicated it had been freshly prepared to order. The food was substantial and delicious. I felt quite satisfactory full. The price was reasonable and the entire experience sitting at the outside seating watching the passers by and not being fussed over or bothered by the quiet and polite staff. I would definitely revisit again if time provides me with the opportunity and I would most definitely recommend to others.

What a gem! The food was absolutely amazing, huge portions, super tasty and well cooked. You can really feel the love in the kitchen. The staff were incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better. Everything felt authentic and local, not touristy at all. And for that quality and quantity, the price is more than fair. Absolute ripoff. The food is not the worst. Without telling they charge a 30 lei (6 euro’s) fee for a few minutes of live music which is fine. But the restaurant charged me a whopping 66 lei (13,20 euros) per glass for a very average housewine (which I had specifically requested - a cheap house wine) without telling me in advance. When I objected after receiving the bill, the waitress told me this is their regular price. Tourist trap of the worst kind, to be avoided. There are many better and honest places in Constanta

The food was very nice. There is a large selection and in every page of the menu it says that you might have to wait between 45 and 60 mins for your order, depending on how busy the restaurant is. The prices are ok, the staff is friendly and speaks english. The mici were the bomb...

Good tradicional Romanian food. The vibe is a bit strange with a lot of decorations that are from different styles. Prices are a bit high, but the portions are big, so it pays off. For example Papanasi can be easily shared between two people. -1 star for air fresheners - the restaurant should smell with food not with artificial scents.

In mid of old town, people walking by. Best Romanian Red wine, and local Polenta. People here are very nice and prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommended.

Good traditional Romanian restaurant. The food is good, the prices are decent. The place looks nice and the outside seating is wonderful, especially on a hot day. The staff and service is sometimes slow, even if the place is not crowded. They speak English (which is always a plus, especially in a tourist area) and they are helpful and quick with a recommendation. Overall, if they would solve their staff issue this would be a really nice place, especially since you can have a lot of great traditional dishes here.

We went in a group of 10 people. The seafood and fish was fresh and tasty. We had mussels in wine sauce, mussels in Provence sauce, fried carp, pasta carbonara and risotto. We drank wine, beer and some cocktails. The service was extremely good, fast and attentive even though the restaurant was full and some clients were giving a hard time to the staff. We had an issue with one of the dishes and it was promtly solved by the staff. I recommend eating seafood here when you visit Constanta.

Unfortunately we didn't get one of the tables with sea view, we got one of the tables with kitchen view and smell... The waiter - probably overworked - came quite hard. He forgot to bring a drink and sent another waiter "with less experience" (probably it was his first day because he didn't know how to use the beer opener and after we tried to explain to him how it works he was also arrogant, of course that he spilled beer on the table...). But the food... Delicious... 👌

When an appetite-opening view meets an appetite-satisfying food! It was fantastic. The food was world-class! Flavourful and fresh fish! Their Ginger lemonade did not only come at decent size for you to drinking throughout instead of finishing it quickly, but also refreshing and perfect. Their staff and service were always on the move, quick but slick, fast but efficient and guess what? They do all of it with a smile! Big up Stefan & Alex! He recommended good food, was prompt and super friendly! The only thing is that expect to wait 25-35 minutes for your food but can you blame them? I mean the volume of customers is off the charts, rightfully so.. (AMazing food). Also everything tasted freshly prepared so yea, if I have to wait and eat fresh food, by all means, why rush 😂🎉😙! A restaurant-café with a unique design that is worth trying at least because of its extraordinary location: at the beginning of the cliff towards the Constanta Casino building, also overlooking the sea port. The services are of high quality, the dishes served were tasty, the prices are relatively high, but in my opinion the quality-price ratio is ok. It deserves a try.

Great location. Going there during the day or when it’s a rush hour? Go to the upper level and you’ll always find a seat with an awesome view and with some privacy. The inside is decorated with good taste and is very modern. You can ask the waiter to lower the music volume if too loud.

Highly enjoyable culinary delight. Really amazing from start to finish, attentive service and wonderful views completed the overall experience. Regarding the view, the best one is from the rooftop terrace, where you must get a reservation. There is a lovely view of the Constanta casino (too bad it is still in ruin), an amazing view to the sea and the waterfront promenade, the harbor. The view was complimented by amazingly fantastic food – tasty and with a beautiful plating. The plating was meant to enhance and complement the flavors of the creations, not distract from them. The staff was friendly, polite and attentive. The prices were very reasonable - medium compared to other places considering that the food is really flavorful and you get The View. Food was delivered fast at the table. We had the perch (biban), butterfish, seafood platter for one, burger and raspberry mojitos and lemonade. The flavors worked together beautifully. All the food was packed with aroma, dishes had a great consistency with very little to no oil, except for the seafood platter. Overall there was a nice, quiet atmosphere. They spaced tables out nicely. I'd imagine it's quite busier during high season or on weekends, but either way, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! We are already planning our next visit.

The restaurant has a great view and it's nice decorated inside. However, I was disappointed by the food - the paella I ordered had a bitter taste and also the bathrooms were really dirty. This is not you would expect from a high rated place.

A great place to dine while having a great view of the Black Sea and the Constanta navy port. The serving was good and the food as well. We've had a good time. There is a big public parking lot nearby and the aquariums and the casino are very near as well.

We served lunch at The View Sunday 15.06. We had reservations at the Delphinarium at 15:00, we arrived at The View at 13:30 being concerned that we wouldn't make it on time for the dolphin performance, The View being rather crowded. We were served by Dan at the second table on the right from the front entry, he assured us that we will be served promptly and that's exactly what happened. By 13:47 - 13:50 we already had our order on the table. I've had a provensal soup with fish and sea food, the kids had pasta and pizza and my wife a Captain and Cola. All great especially the soup! I sent through Dan my regards and congrats to the chef for the soup and we've made a promise that we'll return precisely for that particular soup. So: great food, great service (nice to meet Dan), great View! 👍

That was a miracle finding this place. It made our day. So kind waiter left me get in and see if I'd like to stay because as vegetarian ones I need see if there are options firstly before seat to have it properly.

Very nice place and location, you can see the sea from their restaurant. The hummus is simple amazing, I recommend it to everyone. Even though it is a bit overpriced the place has a very nice calm vibe so it kinda makes it out.

I never bother to review places i visit because they're either mediocre or bad, and id rather not say anything bad unless they give me diarrhea or something. But this place was so lovely... I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The restaurant is so pretty and clean and warm and homey. The person who assisted us was so nice and friendly and chill. Food was so tasty. Everything was great. If i visit Constanta again id absolutely come here again. ❤️

If you do not like crowded places to be sure you would like here. Here are quiet and beautiful interior. I was four times here it was almost nobody. Portions was huge. One time I ordered breakfast, and the omelet with homemade sausages was too specific for me to taste. Otherwise chicken and falafel are tasty.

The Falafel as well as the bread and Baba Ganoush was fantastic. The service was great and, altough not labelled, there are many vegan and vegetarian options. The price is fine and even inside you have a great sea view! Our waiter was kind, fast and knew a lot about the food.

Good service and well-maintained facilities. The restaurant is divided into two sections: an indoor area and an outdoor space, primarily for smokers. The food is generally very good—we visited mainly for the aged beef, and it did not disappoint. However, it's important to note that the prices are listed per 100g, which some guests might overlook. Unfortunately, one of the dishes we ordered, the Burrata salad, had an unpleasant plastic-like taste, which was disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. The presentation of their dishes is quite elaborated and some of them such as the pasta or the meat cuts are cooked in front of the table.

What a great experience Marco Polo was! The food, the atmosphere, their smoothies and cocktails were amazing. The service was also fast and always done with a smile. We went there multiple times during our stay in Constanca, and never ended up disappointed. There's a also private parking available with a guard.

Food is very good. The cremsnit dessert is quite large (they say for 2 people but could even be enough for 3). The restaurant’s design feels more traditional (at least in the non-smoking area). Staff is very well trained. Prices are reasonable and the portions are generous (at first I thought it might be a bit pricey).

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, we especially enjoyed the grilling by the table, the truffle potatoes were delicious, and the steak was prepared with great care. The only thing I didn’t like was the entrance to the restaurant, which was from the side.

Comes highly recommended, but based on my experience it's highly overrated. We didn't want pizza, which given the name was a mistake. This is a pizzeria that does other food, rather than a restaurant that does pizza. Food quality was ok for a bistro / gastro pub. Prices, however, were closer to fine-dine, sadly, none of the dishes earned their cost. Atmosphere was really bad, looking one direction there's a towering unfinished building that's an eyesore. The other a restaurant changing facade billboards and doing some heavy drilling. Opposite it's the Archeological Museum, that's now derelict. Wouldn't go again, wouldn't recommend. If forced to go again I'd get pizza and not venture in the rest of the menu.

The food is delicious and Pizzico serves a variety of dishes that you can’t find in other places. I really like the atmosphere, the service is excellent. The place is very swish and although they have tv’s showing tennis or football or other sport events, they blend well.

The service here is unbelievably bad, food is lovely though and so is the location. It’s just a shame about the staff, totally inadequate, you have to chase them for everything and have to wait and then ask again, and then when you pay they asked me how much tip you want to give someone asked before I even have a chance to offer is unacceptable. They are better restaurants in this area. Wholly advise you go to them.

I have had dinner her 7 times with my wife. Each time we have ordered something different . Never left this place unhappy.Great food. For place years back started asa pizzeria and expanded. To answer some review that I read that are negative. If you pay by card they will ask the tip amount to input în machine. You opt for 0% to what ever your heart pleases… that the way there machine and others work. Service during the day little very thin staff is very low. Compared to evening. I’ve always been in the evenings. Also when in Eastern Europe smiling is not there forte don’t take offensive

The food was good but a bit pricey. The entrees were nice but my tuna with sesame crust wasn’t particularly good, it was overcooked a bit. However my gf’s dish was amazing and I loved the sardines and the fish eggs!

We waited for more than 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. It really felt like we were being deliberately ignored. The only time someone approached us was to ask if we still needed the menus. At the beginning, a waiter came by to offer us a wine tasting — we politely declined, and he rolled his eyes. The attitude and lack of basic service were incredibly disappointing. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Blue Acqua – Faleza Mamaia. We ordered Paella Valenciana, seafood spaghetti, and a seafood platter with octopus, calamari, and shrimp – everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous and beautifully presented, offering great value for money. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. Delicious and fresh food! Went here for dinner and the food was absolutely fantastic! The salad was fresh and tasty, the gyros spot on! It’s kid friendly, they will half a big portion for 2 kids, which is great doar parents and you do not waste any food. Highly recommend!

3 nights in a row. Food is awesome. Service is fast. Would come back any time. If you don't have money to go to Greece for their food, this is the next best thing. Free desert and covers on the tables, would make this a truly Greek experience.

This Greek restaurant offers incredibly flavorful and authentic dishes — everything from the souvlaki to the moussaka tastes homemade and full of heart. The portions are generous, the ingredients fresh, and the service warm and welcoming. It’s not fancy, but if you’re here for real Greek food, you won’t be disappointed.

Be cautious — they tried to scam us. We placed an order totaling just over 200 lei, but when it came time to pay, they asked for more than 500 lei. The receipt only showed a final total, with no breakdown of what we ordered. When we asked for a detailed list with prices, they brought out another receipt along with a crumpled piece of paper that looked like it had been thrown away. To top it off, the waiter had the audacity to ask for a tip afterward.

Nikos Greek Taverna is the perfect place if you would like to eat a good lunch. It is a Greek restaurant with a big terrace and beautiful Greek style furniture and design in the middle of mamaia. It is a pleasant place and the prices are low, with a big food quantity and good sauces. The staff is nice and fast. They has a big assortment of food. Everything has a big portion and is tasty and is served like in the photos on the menu.

Close to our hotel, GES, Good Good , Great service. Food Could be warmer, but that’s my preference. Fast service too. One suggestion: the gyro for kids doesn’t come with tomatoes- would be great if you can add it. I see no good reason to serve without it 🙂

We discovered Andreea Terrace on the first evening of our stay in Mamaia. Pleasant atmosphere, a decent, discreet playlist, very good food, with dishes for all tastes. Excellent service! Reasonable prices. We give them 5 stars!

We were checking the menu outside the restaurant and they got everything we needed - from seafood to pancakes (we went there with kids). Waiter was super friendly and recommended focaccia to ordered mussels (it was a great mix with mussels sauce). Food was great and pieces were fair. It's really worth trying!

Atmosphere was good, service was also good, the food however was a little wierd. The quality was great but the menu was strange. I had to look quite a while to settle on something i found easy enough to eat. At the end however it was good. The people i was with also said the food was tasty so overall a really interesting place to stay and enjoy your time.

We had a delightful experience at Terasa Andreea in Mamaia. We lunched there with a group of 60 people. We had three courses. Everything was arranged perfectly. Certainly recommended if your looking for a restaurant with friendly staff and good food for honest prices.

Amazing Turkish restaurant in Constanta. Very authentic and a lot of food diversity. My favorite was the Adana Kebab and the deserts. They have AC and all the seats are very comfortable in the in er courtyard. There is a small Turkish shop next to the restaurant if you want to take home some tea or spices.

First time at Konak and was impressed with the food quality and the staff. This is a Turkish restaurant with very good and diverse food. The staff was extremely attentive. The food is reasonable priced. If you visit Constanta or enjoy the Black Sea in Mamaia, this restaurant is a must visit.

Best food in Constanța, best quality and service. We discovered Konak by chance while visiting, and it seems that compared with other restaurants, this one stands out. The best " ciorbă de burtă" and văcuță, highly recommend.

No beer. No ice. Thin expensive lamb chops. I asked for rare they came well done. Asked for taziki sauce they gave me an orange colored sauce. Probably a good place for soup and bread. Comfortable chairs

Fantastic food as always, ordered for delivery today and must say the packaging was not up to your normal standards. The lid on the chicken borsch had come and fallen into the soup, the durability of the container seemed off as well. The presentation on the appetisers left room for improvement, as seen in the photo the various items became commingled. Again, great food but a disappointment in packaging.

Delicious food, great serving, nice atmosphere with ambient music. We really liked the fact that they don't turn up the volume and you can actualy talk and hear the person you're with. It's great that they have a parking space just outside the restaurant. Staff is very polite and careful with the needs of their clients. The food came quick and it tastes nice - very good for the price you pay. I really really really like the fact that as soon as you sit down the waiter comes with a bottle of water on the house.

We went there twice. Had lunch and breakfast both. The ambience and the food taste was awesome. We tried the Shakshuka, Pancakes, Chicken Salad, Prawn Salad, Pasta, Pinoochio pasta from Kids menu, juices were fresh and the Mediterranean salad. Huge shout out to Cristina, the star waitress who served us. She was extremely brilliant and thorough in recommending the dishes. The decor is aesthetic with a kids play area at the top. Holy smokes! This place is good! Started with the broccoli souffle served with Greek yogurt. An unexpected combination with a delightful result. Then the main course was the risotto daskino. They just brought risotto to a whole new level. The dish is served with crispy bacon and mushrooms. When mixed with the softness of the risotto, you get these layered textures that add depth of the savory flavors. The service was attentive, prompt and courteous. Bonus: The restaurant seats are super comfy.

Amazing place , delicious food, great staff Simply breathtaking ! Should be on anyone's bucketlist that visit Constanta. The location is amazing, designed for families with or without children . They have special zones just for teenagers , a gaming room that will make any game enthusiast want to stay for couple of minutes/hours (from age 5 to 80 :D). Interior Design: made with a movie-theme and has some great accessories, four huge murals that will make you admire them for way more minutes than your usual look at a wall painting. The longer you check them out the more details you will find. Food and menu: you will find a variety of dishes that will satisfy (from my opinion ) almost any food lover or enthusiast. I have tasted in couple of days most of the dishes and there is absolutely nothing I could complain. The staff: Super friendly and there for you at any minute. The services are vast and the waiters really know how to give you a recommendation if you are undecided on what would you eat or drink. One of my favorite places

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food

After the restaurant was reopened after renovation the food is no good anymore. The stake was dry, not medium at all. Was disappointing. Anyway, after a month we decided to give it another try. After we were seated, given the menu, chose the food, the waiter came to take the order and notified us that the terminal was nit working. Only cash. No sorry, not even polite. We asked - why couldn’t you tell us at the very start? The answer was “well, I am telling you now”. What on earth is this attitude? We left, and never coming back again. Before we were loyal customers. But this attitude and “terminal not working” is unacceptable.

Ribs were good, chicken fajitas not so bad but far away from the original recipe, not even fajitas. Ordered a mojito, was super sweet and not so good… overall it was ok. Beef kinda of expensive also and not so amazing for 40 euro. Go for the ribs only.

Had dinner here 3 times, ribs are good but the fried potatoes were not good at all. The staff are not very pleasant. Check the bill, two times there were some extra drinks.

This place has a very good atmosphere. The presentation is very well, it's clean and have a large variety of dishes. I ordered the double cheeseburger, which had a good price. The main thing that bothered me was that they didn't ask me how do I like my burger, as to my understanding a grill place that respecte itself, especially ones who have aged meat, would definitely ask me what is the level of cooked I like my burger. They brought it well done, thus, I couldn't appreciate the quality of the meat. This is a major issue for a meat place that respect himself.

I had high expectations for this steak restaurant, but unfortunately it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The food was far from acceptable: the steak was served cold and badly overcooked i. For a place that specializes in meat, this is simply inexcusable, and the quality did not even match the price. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the owner. He was extremely unfriendly not only towards customers but also towards his own staff. The staff looked tense and unmotivated. All in all, this is not a place I would ever return to or recommend to anyone. In a city with so many better dining options, this is an address best avoided.

First of all, we waited for more than 20 min to be acknowledged and get a menu (the restaurant was almost empty). They lacked several items listed in the menu. One dish was ok, the other one was pretty dried and the meat tasted strange. We were never asked if we need anything else and we had to chase the server to ask for the check.

The location is very pretty and central situated. The food was very tasty, especially the tzatziki sauce. Overall I had a good expereince here, excepting the service - the staff is very young and distracted. I would definetly come back for the food!:)

The staff constantly had us waiting for extended periods of times over small ask, like 10 - 15 minutes for a dressing or to go boxes. Lastly, instead of taking care of us right then and there, many employees would actually blow us off and hand us off to their colleagues, ending up in a long wait for small service. Overall decent food with really poor service.

Such a cozy and beautiful place! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. But the highlight for me was definitely the pizza – absolutely delicious, I was impressed! The desserts were not really my taste, but the pizza is simply amazing.

I ate at this restaurant many times before. I used to appreciate the cute italian vibe they try to create. The pizza they cook is nice - I only had pizza here in the past. The waiters were just walking around like headless chickens - i had to go in the restaurant to ask for the menue and then I had to go in the restaurant again to order the food because nobody cared to serve us. We ordered 2 pasta with mushrooms - it was one of the worst pasta I ever had - no salt, no sauce, so much oil that you could play in it at the bottom of the plate, the mushrooms were just put in a plate for a bit just so they could say they cooked them and you could hardly see or taste the cheese. We paid 70 lei for something we barely touched - outrageous It's a real shame - it really used to be a nice place to eat good food and I hope it will come back to being that.

We had some mozzarella sticks - also cold - which is pretty bad for some intended melting cheesy goodies... We also had some fries with caramelized onion. You can see in the photo that they forgot about the onion... My main course was a Schnitzel with Nuts that was stale. The prices are pretty high. Waiting 50 mins for a regular dish its not normal for a Bistro and i findit reqllly disturbing. The 2 waillers and the owner are really nice, but that doesnt supply the lack of kitchen personal. The interior is amazingly decorated for such a place, luke a genuine British Pub. Food was decent, comfortable, but nothing special. Foccacia was a bit weird, like an old reheated bread hiding under tons of parsley, although presented as oregano. No craft beers, juat regular industrial stuff. Overpriced wines, supermarket quality. Decent booze.

Best food I've tasted in Constanta (and not only). I liked it so much I came back everyday on my holiday to try different things on the menu, and was welcomed by the amazing staff - they have one asian waiter who was very nice and friendly and served us all the time. I definitely recommend the sous-vide chicken/beef/pork as they taste amazing! Also their homemade Caesar salad, their homemade vanilla ice cream, parmesan truffle mashed potatoes and the black rice are to die for!
