To have French Dinner in Sweden, but better than France. After about 30 years in France, the founder started this French Oasis in Helsingborg, it is fantabulous, highly recommend it. Wine list is really good, not too many options, some 5 pages, but the right ones. More than great ingredients, and generous portions, great staff. We’re coming back. Merci bien!

Wow!!! That an gastronomic experience 🤩 I'm glad I chose this restaurant for dinner in Helsingborg. Every course was mouth watering. The oysters with parmesan was the best oysters I've tasted. The setting is great. If you get a table upstairs mind your head!!! The ceiling is low.

Overall a nice place for lunch and/or dinner. Friendly service and pretty good food. Note that they didn’t seem to have any daily specials when we visited. I got a lasagna, which the place is apparently known for. It was very cheesy, even for lasagna, but still pretty good. The seating area was nice and the seats outdoors give you a good sense of the city pulse. Nice. The biggest drawback is the somewhat limited menu. A few pasta dishes, some pizzas and some salad options. That’s pretty much it. But they’ve picked good options.

Really nice service, good wine, good food, good prices, good music, casual atmosphere, very central. We had the mushroom truffle pasta and vodka sauce prawns. Will definitely be coming back.

I visited Madame Moustache with my partner for brunch recently, marking our second visit after a year. We were hoping for some changes since our last time here. The food, as always, is undeniably delicious—especially the desserts. I couldn’t stop myself from grabbing another slice of their amazing cake! That said, there are some drawbacks. The brunch is quite expensive, and as a vegetarian, I found the options disappointingly limited. With so few meat-free dishes, it feels overpriced for someone like me. The menu leans heavily into meat-heavy offerings, which are extensive, but there are no real alternatives for vegetarians. It’s a shame they haven’t kept up with the growing number of vegetarians these days—I’d love to see more variety in the future. The drink options could use a boost too. Right now, it’s just tea, coffee, or water. Adding juice or something more exciting would be a nice touch. On the bright side, the staff are fantastic—super friendly and incredibly efficient. Every time I left my table for more food, they swooped in to clear my plate. Really impressive service! For me, as a vegetarian, I’d give the brunch 3 stars. If I were a meat-eater, it’d easily be a 4—the food I could eat was delicious. I still highly recommend Madame Moustache for the quality and the staff, but I hope they’ll consider expanding their vegetarian offering moving forward.

*The Swedish Experience*: classic high cuisine dishes, warm 'hygge' environment, and super staff. Cute bar down and vast restaurant upstairs... Worth the trip from Copenhagen or visiting Helsinborg (close to the ferry stop). Be sure to try the seafood items as well as beef. (Ask for some ArkaVit booze to finish your meal;)

My wife, brother in law and I were rushing to find a place that still served food at 8:45 PM. We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant and were greeted by Simon who was very professional and extremely personable. Simon assured us that we were welcome to eat and even took the time to run through the drink menu with us and suggest some drinks. The food was very good, lighting was soft and felt intimate, and again - I cannot say enough about how well Simon treated us and made us feel at home. Come here if you want great food, service and atmosphere.

This restaurant feels like having a meal at the house of someone you deeply like in your family: every dish feels like it was made with the heart. In our visit, Annette was so sweet to us and our small dog. It’s only rare to find someone so sweet and kind ❤️. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Helsingborg and we’ll most likely go there back again. The ambiance is just perfect and feels like a traditional house. That adds to the experience.

An fabulous french-type restaurant in the heart of Helsingborg! Their service and vibe of the place was impeccable from the first moment we entered. We were dearly wellcomed by the waitor and brought our food at a great pace. We tried some appetizers (Madame Skagen), the gnocchi and fiskgratäng mains, which were ALL DELICIOUS! Great restaurant for casual/formal dinners where you need to have some quality dining and a finer experience! I will certainly visit again sometime soon!

was visiting Helsingborg, and was supposed to see the city with my wife, decided to find some food, and did not eat breakfast. We looked around a bit to find a place. the clock was 2 pm. so we don't expect to place with breakfast/brunch. came down one of the small streets. then divorced, and think that from the outside we could easily have gone, but see there are Swedish buy balls. when we enter we see it at first as an old inn. but discover when we get up to the first floor. we see a lovely first floor, as if we had come back 100 years, with fine furniture, light and cosiness. the food turned into brunch, and there was everything, everything was well made, it was always full. if you were to try it all, you should probably come 2-3 times. the service was great, and the price was too low, because when you come from Denmark, you easily end up with DKK 200 just for food. here it was far below and coffee and tea were included in the price. it may be that you can find someone who has been there before to write the place. and no didn't know the place before! will 100% come there again. greetings Ivan and Joys from Faxe

Being part of the Bishops Arms chain, they do make an unexpected exceptional effort. A tap selection matching some of town’s better craft beer places. At the the time of visit Pressure Drop, DEYA, Espiga and Arpus on the hoppy side. Track and Overtone in the fridge. Staff with Matilda at the helm is knowledgeable and super friendly. The burger for sure nothing to be ashamed of. Well worth the visit when in Helsingborg. Update : June 2024 At some point they really pushed the Bishops Arms offering. Sad to say they still struggle to bounce back. Empty fridges and a tap line geared towards the “Stor Stark” lager mediocrity. Then again they surprise by having some really good imperial stouts from Nøgne Ø, Espiga and Cycle Brewing. Let’s see if they can redeem themselves during Brewskival like they did last

A great bar to hangout, with ambient lightings and different snacks. Although its not a good place for snacks on sunday nights, as almost everything is finished by then.

The Bishops Arms turned out to be a pleasant surprise! They have several good veggie options — I tried the halloumi burger, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly grilled with a smoky flavor. The fries were crisp, and the salad was fresh and tangy. The cozy pub atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. A great place to relax with good food and good vibes! 🌿🍔

It is a lovely cafe, cozy, with plenty of sweet and savory tastes. Seating is available indoors, outdoors and there is a backyard as well. I have visited it twice while in Helsingborg. Coffee was a taste of chocolate and almond, which makes it not bitter enough for my taste, but the quality is excellent! Service is always friendly.

We enjoyed the best cinnamon at this place. The coffee was excellent as well. I would suggest to also add sweetener instead of only sugar and soy milk to your shop, but that’s just my personal suggestion. The staff was very friendly as well.

A really nice coffee shop that isn’t a chain. Feels really good, even if the offerings are very similar. Still, they do some stuff differently, such is nice. The drinks and cakes are really good, service is quick and friendly. Prices are high, but no higher than any other coffee shop. The seating area feels good and you can choose several different styles. No matter if it’s a big group or you want to sit alone. You’ll find a place.

Nice décor, in general lovely staff, and very good dishes. However, on occasions the new dishes (they change the menu every few weeks or months) can be appallingly bad or insubstantial, and one or two of the waitresses are rude enough to warrant avoiding the place altogether.

We had lunch it was total disappointment. No body asked how we want our beef. Small potatoes had very thick skin. Too little amount of sauce. Raw egg yolk on top of fried onion??!!

Prime location in town. The best Korean inspired pizza I’ve ever tried. Really, I mean really the best. That Brekeriet/Benchwarmer kimchi really elevated it to pizza hall of fame. Fantastic place all year round, but summertime is going to be exceptional as a top spot for kicking back with some delicious craft beer in the glass.

Came in Sunday evening for a late dinner and a few drinks. Pizza is creative and tasty (ovens could probably be a bit hotter), and the beer is very good (tried the pilsner), among the best I've had in the region. Had a bit of a rocky stomach at the time of my visit and wasn't in the mood for any of their more acidic offerings, but the IPAs and sours looked great. Would have returned to sample some more beers but unfortunately won't have the chance before leaving as they are closed Monday and Tuesday. Highly recommended overall.

The best place for ramen in Helsingborg! The noodles have a perfect texture (a bit al dente but not too hard), the shoyu and tantan broths are really creamy and filling. Make sure to order extra ajitsuke tamago egg as it’s the perfect finishing detail! If you’re into beer, they have a huge selection of beer that they brew themselves. Always very kind and attentive staff and a calm atmosphere. The potesala and salty edamame beans are also very good as appetizers 🥰 This place serves such good ramen that I NEED to order it once a week! 😍🙌🏻

We enjoyed it so much we went there twice on a 4 day trip to Helsingborg. Now just hoping they'll start selling cans of Strawberry Fluff Forever somewhere...

You gotta try this place if haven’t already. Their ramen is so heavenly tasty (loved the fried chicken flavour!), and the variety of craft beers is just wonderful. 🤩 So apparently Brewski is the name of the brewery, from Sweden. And Barski is like a show room / restaurant in central Helsingborg. Cool interior design, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. This is the best ever. A must-go for those whose who love ramen, or craft beer, or travel to southern Sweden / Denmark. 😍

Craft beer heaven, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Food is now done in collaboration with Holy Smoke which I think is a positive but some find the absence of Ramen unfortunate. Outside seats on warmer days is a plus!

A good brewery in the centre of Helsingborg. The tap list was generous. We ordered a paddle of 4 of their house brews, and all of the beers were unique, true to their style, and tasty. The flight of 4 will cost approx 199 sek. I also tried the Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout and it was delicious! At 14.3% abv, it's a delicious dark beer, easy to sip on while enjoying the ambience. I would highly recommend it if you're a stout/porter fan. The brewery has an easy going vibe, with various board games to pass the time. A great local spot. We will definitely return!

I was really disappointed about everything. The floor, the tables etc were dirty...a lot of flies everywhere. I ordered fish and sweet fries (paid extra for sweet fries) but got ordinary potatoes, and two pieces of fish were fried black, not tasty. The waiter spoke a lot his own foreign language with family members, instead of cleaning dirty seats etc...really not worth eating there.

Nice reasonably priced place for a quick fries based meal or burger. Friendly staff. The chair vs table height was a bit odd, though. Cool retro rock / pop selection of music playing.

The churros is delicious. I chose menu no 3, churros in chocolate sauce and the chocolate is ABUNDANT! The staff are very friendly and polite, and the service are good. In my opinion, the price is affordable considering the portion that quite much. I have to share it with my friend to finish it. The fries at Freakin Fires are the best I've eaten in Helsingborg, i definitely recomend you to try them. Their Trefoil mayo was just amazing, we had to request it for like 2 times

Freakin' Fries sells freshly made Dutch-style fries, traditionally served in a 'puntzak'(cone). Being Dutch myself, I can say that even in the Netherlands it's hard to find fries this good. Flavour, texture as well as crunchiness are on point. The ambience is really nice too, and the milkshakes are absolutely delicious! A very good place for a quick lunch or afternoon snack: just Freakin' Awesome!

Frozen fish sticks. A smattering of fries. The best part of the experience was the bickering employees. Other than that, even at half the price I wouldn't recommend these freakin' fries.

The burger was incredibly delicious, but unfortunately, the fries were quite bad. The price was reasonable, around 10€.

A bit random to get a parking space nearby here Helsingborg Söder {South Center) is mainly design for buses and pedestrians going to enjoy the harbour town culture and shopping, there are 2 parking lots and a parking garage nearby if your GPS comply with all the oneway streets and buss road signs ;-) Max på Söder i Helsinborg, MAX on Stora Södergatan in Helsingborg is small and cosy with nice 'historic' wall art, they have a micro that i guess is designated for heating baby formula for infants, cause I never manage to resist eating the Vegan BBQ burger before it gets cold <3 Some days, sometimes they give you a free Vegan 'tattoo' when you order a Vegan meal <3 Vegan milkshake will be available on this MAX resturant to in the fall 2018

i ordered a burger without some ingredients and that burger had the ingredients i asked to remove in it. i just think they gave me the wrong burger, but i didn't complain. chicken and fried potatoes are crunchy. service is kinda slow even when the local is literally empty.

I love the fresh flavors and the wide variety of items on the menu. There are a lot och different sides and dips as well. If you want something different from your day to day McDonald's or Burger King, this is a great and delicious alternative.

Amazing authentic Swedish food! Me and my friends busted Helsingborg for the day and wanted to try some traditional food and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. My friends had the schnitzel and I had the Swedish meatballs, both tasted amazing. Super friendly service, the staff happily accommodated us. It was -10 degrees outside and this cosy diner was what we needed to warm us up. We got the number 7 bus from the sea front and you buy the tickets inside the station, it only took us 15mins to get there.

The best diner in Sweden. A perfect combination of American diner and Swedish classics like meatballs, mash and lingonberries. The service is friendly, and the decor is old school American diner vibe. Been here twice in one week.

The restaurant is distinguished by its meat. You must try its meat, which is cooked to perfection. The plates are very large and contain salad and potatoes or bulgur. The desserts are very good although it is not a place for desserts. Coffee and tea are paid although they are of a very ordinary type. The staff is smiling. The place is very clean. The place has doors suitable for wheelchairs. The decor is modern and beautiful. No reservation required. The prices are very good.

Short visit. They were out of bread and bread pretty much is part of all their meals so I left for McDonalds down the street. Was looking forward to a Whopper for a change. Very dissapointed.

Fix your ordering machines, we ordered at them and after the transaction was made we did not get any receipt or number on the screen for our order and got no food. This is not the first time this has happened where the machines are faulty where it gives no receipt, resets the order or simply does not work. We were told to contact the bank even after showing proof of the transaction, yet we still got no food and the money was taken.

Really bad. Didn’t expect Burger King to be this was. I even saw the lady eat fries from someone’s order before giving the order. I tried the Tokyo Garlic and it was a big disappointment. Max Burger makes way better food. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I like BK a lot but the chairs have a crazy design with a big gap between seat and back rest. My 3 year old fell through the gap, no injuries but a big question mark on family knowledge from their interior designer.

They’re not the fastest but at least they don’t mix the orders or forget to put some items inside. Food is good quality and the tables are kept clean.

I ordered two of pizzas( which I order all the time from dominos- the same type of pizzas) and it was terrible. The taste was bad and it was just crust and lot of white sauce hardly any meat . Usually the pizzas we order has good ratio of meat to crust but today it was bad to say the least. Also the pizza was cut terribly.

I have been living in US for 20+years. And I must say that the American crust is not thick enough and not enough cheese or toppings for the price. The staff needs to be taught how to make a Domino's pizza properly or they will lose a lot's of costumes, and that would be Domino's in Helsingborg

I bought a large size hawaiian pizza. Since this was my first domino's I was so excited to take a bite Unfortunately, we can taste the baking powder from the crust itself. The pizza was bitter.. Too bad, we have been comparing its taste to the best tasting local pizzas in Stockholm, which was of course made by Italians. Unfortunately this Dominos chain is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.. I will be looking elsewhere for better tasting pizza here.

Tasty kebab and pizza, but both were a bit small for a full meal. The name "big bun of kebab" was exaggerated. OK for the price though. Friendly people, speak English. Furniture is simple but practical. Good for a quick meal, served fast.

Best pita kebab in Sweden, hands down. Been eating here for 20+ years and they haven't changed the recipe. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Yummiest Burgers in Helsingborg 😋😋 Cool place for Hot Burgers. I would recommend the Helsingburger special hamburgare. Chicken lovers must try their spicy chicken burger, its awesome. Kids food is also nice.

Awesome burgers and tasty fries in an unassuming place, in the middle of an industrial zone. There are seats outside, but it’s mainly a takeaway joint. Lunch price is on the high side and expect to wait for 10 minutes or more during the busy hours.

A little hidden gem! Location was placed close to our hotel between all the known options. But this place had THE burgers! Amazing taste and texture! More people should know about this, it was by pure accident we found it and boy did we get a pleasant surprise! Very nice handcrafted burgers and fries with amazing taste. Definitely recommend

Great lunchtime deals. Burger or you choice with fries and a drink. Excellent burgers and fries. There is usually a long line so make sure you have time to order and wait for your food. I would recommend ordering in advance through the app they have it on their Google map site. Those of us that didn't order before hand waited much longer as they (pre-orders) were priority. Enjoy their great tasting menu. Their lunch menu cost 109 kr. They need to update the menu photo on Google.

We made a stop here during a long journey. It was definitely worth it. Burgers and fries were delicious and looked like on the images. And all at a very reasonable price. You should prefer this instead of McD or BK.

Amazing pizza!! The owner, Haidar is for sure THE pizza king. He is always very friendly and he will make you laugh. Pretty fast service and a varied menu, there is also a lot of things to order apart from pizza. It's also possible to sit outside which is nice during summer! My favorite pizza is Haidar special, which is a kebab pizza with garlic sauce, topped with french fries. Order this pizza and you will for sure walk out of there with a smile on your face.

Nice shawarma, the meat was the real deal, however, there should of been a bit more taste to it and the garlic sauce was a bit to sour for my taste. Otherwise, definetly worth to eat!

Restaurant owner is very good guy , he care for his customer .. when you have some issue from their employes/staff or food than contact direct to their owner WhatsApp number you find on their Facebook page and he will happy to help and compensate you .

Easily one of my favorite, if not my favorite restaurant in Helsingborg. I use to go almost everyday for lunch with my lunch card from school. The lady behind the registry was always super friendly and even joked around. She always remembered my order and recognized me everyone I entered. 5/5 stars love it.

Literally my favorite restaurant in Helsingborg. Fried rice and noodles are my favorite. It's freshly made，delicious and just like the street food I had at home...Seriously how can they still keep the same peice since 2016🥹🥹 over the years I visited it every time I am back to Helsingborg. Love it.

An inexpensive chinese cuisine restaurant. Service is quick and it allows take away. The inexpensive wok is not so good as it doesnt have veggies in it. Its better to order the one above the cheapest in the menu.

Very nice and tasty thai and chinese food in nominal price. I opted for their dish of the day- chicken and fried vegetables with rice. The food arrived within 5 mintes. The lady at the counter was very patient while I was translating the menu to my friend. The restaurant is small but clean with comfortable seating arrangements. While I was eating, a lot of people came to eat in the restaurant and many ordered food for home. The restaurant is located just opposite to the Helsingborg ferry terminal and train station. Recommended!

Good bang for buck. Not intended as a Michelin experience vis a vis eat in decor but good quality fresh ingredients. The food is tasty and cooked quickly if there is not too much of a queue. Gluten free upon request (mine was, no reaction). My first time but recommended by other transiting travellers who keep coming back when in town. MUCH better than what is available across the road!!! A neighborhood restaurant and pub. If you live nearby they probably know your name… Also your favorite drink. It’s spacious, clean and the staff is friendly. Food is good - better than you expect. Then again, the outside doesn’t look too fancy.

Lovely and family friendly place, it was immediately apparent to us that the staff is one big family. Ate an amazing white pizza (goat cheese, walnuts and honey) and had an interesting chat in English (and a bit of Dutch) with the owner on the way out. We came in with an empty stomach and went out with our bellies full and with some additional knowledge regarding football and Swedish alcohol regulations. Well recommended!

Nice, cosy & friendly place. The owner is very social and welcoming. Had a pizza which was very good, great, fresh ingredients but could have had some more seasoning in the tomato sauce/on the veggies to lift it one level. And perhaps a bit more variety of beer :)

Great vegan pizza (vegan cheese!) and halloumi burger. Clean tables. Place seemed empty at 9PM, but deserves a visit nonetheless!

Pizzas aren't interesting, they're made of exactly the same wholesale stuff all the other places make theirs from. I recommend stay FAR away from the vegan pizza, that thing was absolutely awful. Points for nice atmosphere

I had ordered a Pizzasallad and a Pizza Formaggio for takeout through UberEats, which I expected to be topped with a variety of cheeses (pizzaost, mozzarellaost, gorgonzola, and fetaost, or Pizza cheese, Mozzarella cheese, gorgonzola, and feta cheese). However, the Pizza Formaggio I received was topped with bacon, salami, eggs, bell pepper, and onion (pizzaost, mozzarellaost, gorgonzola, fetaost). On the positive side, the order arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and the food was still warm, which was great. I even tipped the UberEats driver for delivering for prompt delivery. Although the pizza itself was delicious and had a crispy crust (krispig botten or knäckig skorpa) as I requested, it didn't quite match my expectations. It seems like there was a mix-up, and I ended up receiving someone else's order.

My card was stolen and then was charged at this place for 10 .000 sek, sketchy place would not trust them.
