Hotel Belles Rives is a luxurious art deco property located in Antibes, offering a piano bar and a private beach along with two restaurants featuring seaside terraces. The hotel provides easy access to Juan-les-Pins Beach and other nearby attractions. Guests can indulge in spa treatments, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, and take advantage of concierge services.
A Slice of Mediterranean Heaven! We had the absolute best time at Hôtel Belles Rives! From the second we walked in, it felt like stepping into a postcard—elegant, relaxed, and full of classic French Riviera charm. Our room had a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, and we were obsessed. We spent way too much time just staring out at the sea, and we don’t regret a second of it. Sunrise, sunset, or just a lazy midday—it was stunning at every hour. The vibe of the hotel is effortlessly chic, with just the right mix of old-school glam and modern comfort. The staff were amazing—so kind, helpful, and always made us feel right at home. In particular, Ricardo saw to our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. La Passagère was an absolute treat. From start to finish, the whole dinner was next-level—beautifully plated dishes, incredible flavors, and the seaside setting took it over the top. Every bite felt special, and you could tell a lot of care went into the menu. The atmosphere was elegant but still totally relaxed, and the service was spot-on—friendly, attentive. Add in that stunning view of the Mediterranean, and it felt like a scene from a movie. Easily one of the best meals of our trip. If you're staying at Belles Rives make sure you book a table. It’s so worth it. Between the view, the beautiful interiors, the people and the overall feeling of being somewhere truly special, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of coming back!

Beautiful atmosphere. Accommodating staff. Hospitality at its finest. Picturesque backdrop. What more could you ask for? Also, Luca is fantastic. We had a minor issue with our room not being fully ready upon arrival, and without us even asking he upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the water. Amazing. And don't forget to spend some R and R time by the pier. So relaxing.

Staying at Hôtel Belles Rives felt like stepping into a film I never wanted to end. As a movie lover—and someone who’s always been a little obsessed with the glamour of the 1920s—this place was pure magic. Knowing that F. Scott Fitzgerald once lived and wrote here gave the whole experience this dreamy, almost surreal atmosphere. I could honestly picture Zelda dancing barefoot on the terrace, champagne in hand. The Art Deco details, the sea views, the vintage charm—it all feels untouched in the best way, like time has slowed down just for you. I spent hours on the balcony just watching the light shift over the water, imagining scenes from old movies or pages from Tender is the Night. The service was elegant and old-school in a way that’s so rare now—quietly attentive, never overbearing. Dinner by the water felt like something from a classic film, and every corner of the hotel holds so much history and emotion. Belles Rives isn’t just a hotel—it’s a story. And I felt incredibly lucky to be a small part of it, even just for a few nights

Ricardo at the Belles Rives Hotel is truly the warmest and most welcoming person. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel at home right away. His constant positive attitude and friendly smile made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Ricardo 🙏🏼💘

We spent an afternoon at their private beach club! Lovely location and pristine views! Staff were also friendly and welcoming and good service overall! However food options are a bit limited and perhaps a bit overpriced , but it’s a place I would visit again!

rooms are small and almost all of the amenities are inconvenient to use. while the reception is warm and helpful but the vallet pakring costs a lot, 50 euros per night. and even the breakfast is poor and the services are awful. the taste of coffees is trash, so I asked to get espresso but the server didnt bring it until I leave the table. After they noticed that I was leaving, then started to show they are brining it. it seems that they did such like that on purpose. worst hotel service ever I have.

What a special place to visit. Everything was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable. The service and attention was excellent. Breakfast on the deck was fabulous. Dinner food was top notch. All the best of Antibes.

My family, friends, and I have been visiting Belles Rives for many years. In fact, my grandparents fell in love with Antibes through this very place, which led to our family acquiring property in the area. That’s why I say this with genuine disappointment, that the standard at Belles Rives has declined severely. Over the past year alone, I’ve visited at least seven times, and each visit has been worse than the last.. from unprofessional service and inattentive staff to poorly made drinks and subpar food. I, myself, have never stayed at the hotel, but I’ve often come for a drink or meal, drawn by the view and nostalgia. Sadly, those are no longer enough. On my most recent visit, on the 24th of June, I came with a friend for a casual drink and something to share. We ordered the burrata with tomatoes, repeatedly confirming with our server that the dish contained no nuts, as my friend has a serious allergy. We were reassured multiple times, and nothing on the menu indicated otherwise, so we proceeded. First, it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Then, the burrata arrived, smothered in pesto. We immediately raised the concern, and after another long wait, a replacement arrived. Another waiter kindly offered bread, which never came. Our desserts followed. I ordered the crème brûlée, which turned out to be a cold, jelly-like, oddly flavoured reinterpretation that bore little resemblance to the classic dish. The final disappointment came with the bill, which took 25 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant being nearly empty. A staff member approached with the bizarre and condescending question: “Are you the allergy people?” She then insisted the original pesto was “nut-free,” despite listing pine nuts as an ingredient immediately afterward (a baffling contradiction). Her explanation was confusing and dismissive, and frankly, quite troubling given the seriousness of the issue. We later learned it was our servers first day, and frankly, we felt bad for her. She was clearly unsupported. It’s deeply frustrating to watch a once-loved establishment lose its sense of hospitality and quality. While the view remains beautiful, it no longer justifies the experience; the service, food, and attitude have all fallen well below the standard that Belles Rives once represented. Regrettably, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

Good moment! Had a very relaxing business weekend at this center. Loved the warm, friendly and professional staff of the morning restaurant. Room has a view of the sea front on Nice. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the pool. Next time! Such a shame to leave... Thanks for everything

We had a pretty bad experience overall with our room and communication with the hotel reception staff. When we first arrived, we discovered that there was a small ant infestation in our room, which led to us being offered a different residence apartment for a few nights, while they sorted out the ant problem. This was a good experience. We had a talk with hotel reception staff who told us that they could not say when the problem would be solved, but that they would call us when it was resolved. The day after we had another talk with the hotel reception staff who apologized for the ant problem, and said that they unfortunately couldn't offer any alternative accommodation in the residences, as all the apartments would be fully booked the day after. That day we were offered a "hotel upgrade" by the hotel reception staff, which we said that we would have to think about, as we were planning on cooking our own food, and the hotel room did not have any facilities to allow this. The morning after we talked to hotel reception staff again, and let them know that we would like the hotel room upgrade, if we could not get another apartment. The staff then retracted the offer, saying that they were very sorry, but that they were fully booked on the hotel as well now (This is in spite of rooms being available on their website). They instead offered us a single free breakfast for the inconvenience... That day we were relocated back to our previous accommodation that previously had ants in it. The room was now clear of ants, although the room in general wasn't particularly well-maintained. The light on the extractor fan of the kitchen was broken, and so were all the sliding wardrobe doors. A lot of the cutlery was very dirty, and there was no bread knife in this apartment like there had been in the apartment we were temporarily located in. In general it seemed like there were substantial differences in the number and quality of things like cutlery, plates and glasses between different rooms. The residences are cheap, but also pretty run-down and in need of maintenance. We will not be coming back again unfortunately

The hotel is really clean and is not too crowded. Staff is friendly and the spa is perfect.

This is an amazing hotel really nice clean and very spacious rooms. Very accommodating. The staff were amazing some were better than others. The food was out of this world. Things I've not tried before and have come home with the intention of recreating some dishes. The over all cleanliness of the hotel was actually really good. The pool areas were exceptional salt water pools that were really weird as I felt like I had to learn to swimm again. Our overall view was a 10 out of 10 in all aspects. For the people that want a shop its a 25 ish min walk to your closest shop and an extra 10 mins to get to the Funland antibes that can be seen from the town view and pool view at night. We took a walk down 1 evening and wow!! The best funfair i think I've ever seen. Plenty of security and great rides. So anyway back to the hotel book it up and enjoy half board it was brilliant.

I stayed at Résidence Thalazur Antibes for 8 nights in June. The room was essentially a studio, equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, eating area and a nice balcony. Housekeeping and a change of towels were provided twice during my stay. While the room is basic, I found it to be spacious, functional and I appreciated that the air conditioning provided very effective cooling. The indoor and outdoor pools were the highlights of my stay. Neither were ever crowded and both spaces were relaxing and pleasant. Breakfast was not included in my package, but I did purchase it most mornings for 21 euros. The breakfast buffet was fairly good value for money and the views from the restaurant's terrace were fantastic. I also reserved a table for dinner in the restaurant on my last night -- both the service and food were very good. As a heads-up, it is a bit of a hike from the hotel to the nearest train station (a 20-minute walk) and to the nearest supermarket as well, which is 15-minutes by foot. On the way back, you'll be climbing the hill for much of the walk. There is a shuttle bus that goes to Antibes' historic town centre a few times per day, but I made my way there on my own, including on foot (approximately 50 minutes) and by Uber/taxi. Overall, the hotel's excellent facilities made it worth the stay.

Ants crawling on us at 4:30 am. Infestation in the room—disgusting. Sleep gone, belongings to clean, and reception’s big “solution”? Hand us another room like nothing happened. Tried three times to see the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back after breakfast tomorrow. Oh, sorry—didn’t realize guest problems need an appointment. And that “luxury” saltwater pool? More like a science experiment. Black stuff growing on the bottom—dirty, gross, and nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. Unacceptable.
Agata J — Google review
Where do i begin? I dont give negative rewiews lightly, but this one blew my mind. On the first night my wife woke up at4:09AM and she was complaining of itching, by 5:00 AM we realized that it was ants all over us. On the floor on the head rest and on the bed. The night was over. By 5:30 AM we gad another room but good luck teying to fall asleep after that. What made things worse, that i tried to reach the hotel manager 2 times the next dau, and the manager was wither too busy or not available. This is why i gave 3 Stars. The poolside view is very nice, we did bot use the spa, and the breakfast was good as well. The lack of customer service is disturbing to say the least. Picrures of ants and video are attached. And btw, the pool is salt water, but there are blatchea of black sruff on the bottom, not sure what it is, but now apeaaling. Nit sure if mold or what. To sum up, no, i would bot choose to stay here again.

This stylish hotel features elegantly designed rooms and suites adorned with luxurious fabrics by Christian Lacroix, each inspired by exotic destinations like the Indies and South Seas. The top-floor accommodations boast breathtaking panoramic views from their balconies, making them a perfect spot to unwind.
This hotel is a total WOW! The service in particular was amazing…the staff was exceptionally friendly & always helpful. The location was very convenient.. a gorgeous couple of minutes walk to the heart of the beautiful Old Town. The breakfast was perhaps the best ever with a huge number of choices that were all delicious. Lastly, we had a lovely room on the top floor with a view of Antibes’ stunning setting! It was small but still comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I would suggest upgrading to the 5th floor room with the vaults and sea view. Definitely get the breakfast as it had a very large selection of eggs, breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses and sliced meat, with a nice coffee machine to make various types of coffee so a very impressive breakfast. There is a nice patio area to eat outside. The hotel is an easy, short walk to downtown and the ocean. There are a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks if you want to grab wine or snacks. The hotel has a nice, casual lobby area with a small bar if you want to have a glass of wine or beer. The bed is very comfortable as is the bedding. The room layout is efficient and the bathroom is very nice. The air conditioning and room itself were quiet. The pool is small and it would be nice if there was a small gym to lift weights. Overall, an A+ place to stay. The staff is friendly and

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff could be a little more friendly, but other than that, the rooms were perfect. The location is unbeatable and the breakfast was delicious. Be aware though that the triple room is actually just a double room with a small armchair bed in the corner.

**“We stayed at Villa Port Antibes from 1–6 September 2025, booking two rooms for five nights at €400 per night per room (€4,000 total). While the rooms were functional and clean, they were quite small for the price. Breakfast was disappointing: a limited buffet with overcooked scrambled eggs, bacon that frequently ran out, and average pastries. I was expecting something more local and personalised (like the Indigo brand’s cooked-to-order options), but here that costs extra. You can boil your own eggs, but strangely there were no tongs to handle them. The pool area was another let-down — very few mattresses (just 3 or 4), limited sunshine after 4 pm due to the high walls, and unfortunately some unpleasant guest interactions. Noise was also an issue, as you could hear traffic and late-night singing/shouting from nearby pubs. Service was acceptable but nothing memorable, and when we asked for mosquito repellent (as my son was badly bitten), we were only given one small plug-in device for both rooms, which wasn’t very effective. Overall, the hotel is more design-focused and ‘glam’ than truly comfortable. At €400 a night it felt very overpriced, especially given that the same rooms are now listed at €180 per night. Sadly, we left feeling a bit ripped off.”**

***EDIT - I'm not sure why the hotel replied stated I said my stay was "Amazing" - my exact statement upon checkout was that it was a nice hotel, but my stay was not without it's issues, which I had already informed them of. How incredibly passive aggressive of this hotel not only to gaslight their customers and openly lie about my experience, but also to put the onus on me to come back to THEM when I had already asked to speak to the manager, as noted below. The Manager didn't come to speak to me at any point; not when I asked on the evening, nor when I checked out which is a pretty basic request. The receptionist comp'd the 12 Euro cheese croque monsieur as compensation! If I was annoyed before, now I am genuinely furious. What a shame a small minority of staff openly lied on a public forum to spare their embarrassment. I say this back to you: If your manager wants to talk to ME and apologise, you have both my email and my phone number. I won't be chasing you down, and I won't be holding my breath. Do better. ***Original review A poorly maintained lock saw me locked in the bathroom for ten minutes unable to get out. Finally managed to get myself out and asked for maintenance to come. The receptionist came to look but had no idea about how to fix it so I asked them to get a maintenance person. Waited another 15 minutes before going downstairs to ask what was going on to be told "We have phoned someone." with no explanation, or informing me of this so I was standing in the door waiting. I told the other member of staff that if that was the case they need to keep their customer informed not just sat there waiting with their door open! Disgusting response with the receptionist smirking at me and I asked to speak to a Manager. No Manager on shift to speak to until tomorrow morning which is bizarre as it's a Saturday night. Disappointing upkeep and even more disappointing service.

This is a charming hotel conveniently located just outside of old town, waterfront and many other attractions. The rooms were modern, clean and had balconies. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Susan P — Google review
Tres chic, not at all shabby! Whomever decorated this boutique hotel is an amaaaazing interior designer. In person impressions exceeding the online pictures, which is rare indeed. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the breakfast staff, and cleaners, everyone was HAPPY, kind, and most helpful. Things that stood out about this hotel were decor, cleanliness, comfortable mattress and bedding. The location was unbeatable right by the super yachts in the harbour and old town. The little beach we frequented was a 5 minute walk away. Our vacation in Antibes was wonderful. Be sure and do Le Sentier du Littoral, Cap d’Antibes; wear runners and bring water. Go to Ze 31 and ask them to heat up a couple of pieces of their delicious lasagna, grab a bottle of wine, and go watch the sunset at Plage des Ondes (catch a ride with Bolt). Stay at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed. We loved every minute! Happy hour at the bar was great as well. ❤️

Absolutely amazing hotel! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, modern and soundproof. We were helpfully transferred from the GW Astoria in Juan Les Pins as the beachfront there was under construction and inaccessible. We were warmly welcomed by Sandra who made us feel immediately at home. Generally impressed by the standard of English too. Especially when we hadn't bothered learning more than a few French words. Great hotel with plenty of space and facilities. Tea / coffee facilities in the room makes a huge difference. We will be back! Thanks.

Very pleased with this hotel. Highly recommend in every aspect possible. price was very reasonable rooms spotlessly clean, shout out to the Russian lady that kept our rooms clean the entire time we were there. Jacuzzi was amazing, spent the entire time sunbathing on the terrace and in the Jacuzzi. Staff very kind and warming, especially the old Lebanese guy that is responsible for the night shifts. One minute away from the beach and all the best restaurants. Will definitely be coming back next year, thank you to all the team. best regards~ Dr.Hussein

THE GOOD: The hotel is located in an excellent area - a short walking distance from the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes, the sea, and the rest of the attractions that Cannes has to offer. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel staff is very kind. THE BAD: They call their hotel "Wellness Jacuzzi" but this is misleading, because for using the spa facilities they demand an additional payment, and even require a reservation in advance. A very big disappointment. The breakfast is very bad. Save your money and book a room without breakfast. In the nearby street - rue d'Antibes - you will find plenty to eat, and much cheaper too. Parking is not cheap - 18 euros per day.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to France. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Although it is further away from the beach than other hotels, it's in a quieter part of Cannes. The rooftop hot tub is also a nice treat, although they could raise the temperature a bit more :) Lastly, the staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had! Excellent location, the hotel is literally around the corner to Rue d’Antibes. The room is very clean and quiet with good AC. Breakfast is of high quality and very tasty. Fantastic service of the team, the staff were very helpful and service minded. The lobby and hallway smells really good, it is the attention to details make this hotell stands out. ☺️ Strongly recommended!

Hôtel Martinez - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is an elegant hotel located on La Croisette in Cannes, offering stunning sea views and a private beach. The hotel features 411 rooms and suites designed with an Art Deco aesthetic, including a penthouse that ranks as one of the largest hotel suites in Europe. Renovated in 2018 by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the property boasts fine dining options and a chic cocktail bar.
My boyfriend and I had the most beautiful vacation staying at Hotel Martinez during the week of Bastille Day 2025. The room, location, and food were amazing, but what really stood out the most was the service. From the concierge staff, waitresses, maids, everyone was incredible. This was my first time in France (from USA), and my boyfriend explained that Hotel Martinez and the Carlton, were the top two in Cannes, with Carlton being #1. I can firmly say, our next trip to Cannes must be at Hotel Martinez, and we would not have had the top-notch experience if we were anywhere else, thanks to the staff. Delphine (if I'm spelling that correctly), made our trip especially magical. After over-hearing us denied from the restaurant because they were closing, she didn't skip a beat and directly guided us to this beautiful bar in the back. She had us seated where we pleased, and the bar was absolutely beautiful. Speakeasy feel, incredible mood lighting and curated art-deco furnishings. Delphine had us served quickly, and when that bar closed, made arrangements for an additional glass of wine - her wine recommendations were stellar. She introduced herself as the new manager of the bar, we thanked her for her exceptional service, and she beautifully described her love for hospitality, and her "why". In LA and Miami, especially at 5 star establishments, the staff often treat guests like they are a burden to even check in or ask for reservations. Not only did we receive exceptional service, but I felt the staff truly enjoyed their work, and made us feel like we were appreciated and wanted as guests. Delphine made our last night of the trip so incredible we both left Hotel Martinez the next morning firmly resolving to return as soon as we could. There aren't enough words to explain how magical this trip was for us - many thanks to the staff for creating this beautiful memory for us.

The hotel offers exceptional service. The rooms are very up to date and clean, and as a Hyatt Globalist, I was treated very well. The breakfast buffet (and staff) were fantastic. The location in Cannes was great, and their beach club service was top notch. The concierge, the front desk staff, house keeping, all contributed to an amazing stay. Will return!

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Martinez in Cannes and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk made me feel welcome. They went out of their way to show me different room options so I could choose what I liked best. The room I chose was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, with a nice balance of elegance and coziness. The whole hotel has a beautiful Art Deco style that gives it so much character, and you can feel the history of the place while still enjoying all the modern comforts. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a good time. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional – it was warm and personal. Overall, everything about my stay felt smooth and effortless, from check-in to check-out. It was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I left already looking forward to my next visit.

Had the most amazing stay at the iconic Hotel Martinez! The views of the French Riviera are absolutely unbeatable. Waking up to that view felt like something out of a movie. The whole place has this old-school Hollywood glam vibe that makes you feel instantly special, yet everything is so comfortable and welcoming. Everyone greeted us by name and made us feel completely at home. The breakfast spread was absolutely wonderful. My husband nearly cried over the incredible bread selection, and I couldn’t get enough of the eclairs and the bread pudding. The staff made the experience even more memorable: Carla was a joy at check-in, Lionel and Arthur were fantastic at breakfast, and Tung was so kind to serve us a late-night dinner right before closing after our travel delays. It was such a relaxing, luxurious stay. I honestly felt like a celebrity!

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional — every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. My room had a breathtaking view of La Croisette, and watching the fireworks from my balcony was simply magical. The whole experience felt like a dream. Highly recommended 🥹🫶🏼💙

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Martinez, Victor made our experience unforgettable. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the tone for a perfect stay. He welcomed us with genuine hospitality, made the check-in process seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Victor’s knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area in Cannes was incredibly helpful — he gave us fantastic recommendations and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about what they do, and it truly elevated our visit. Thank you, Victor, for your exceptional service and kindness. You’re a true gem at Hotel Martinez! We look forward to returning soon.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Hotel Martinez and it was unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the beautifully appointed room with stunning sea views, everything was perfect. Lunch at the beach club was exceptional — fresh line-caught seabass and outstanding service. A thoughtful gesture from the manager made the occasion even more special. Memories for life — highly recommended!

Everything very beautiful and clean. Besides, this hotel has a fantastic tv system that informs everything about the menu and further procedures. I wish the sauna would be open later than 7 p.m. My only complaint was about parking my car in front of the reception when checking in, it was stressful because of the mess and also the concierge hasn’t informed the high price per day (€ 65). In spite of everything, our stay has been amazing! Thank you!

Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes is a luxurious landmark hotel located right on La Croisette, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and the red carpet during the Cannes Film Festival. With 349 rooms, including 92 suites, it can host around 700 guests at peak occupancy. The hotel's prime location allows easy access to the town's shops and the beach.
My stay at the Majestic Hotel in Cannes was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The beach club is simply amazing—stylish, relaxing, and the perfect place to soak up the Riviera sun. And the breakfast buffet? Without a doubt, the best in Cannes. The variety, quality, and attention to detail were unmatched. As a pet owner, I was so impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is—my furry companion was welcomed with open arms and felt just as pampered as I did. A special mention to the front desk team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and professional. Lorenzo, in particular, went above and beyond—truly the best front desk agent I’ve encountered. His kindness and efficiency made all the difference. And the concierge team was equally outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Have stayed at the hotel quite a few times! While no trip is without a few snags, they really will work with you to get to the best solution. Staff is helpful and kind. Location is amazing. Book a sea view room - really is worth it, especially for sunsets. Breakfast has a large selection. Recommend 10/10.

Had the pleasure of spending a few beach days here with my family. While we didn’t stay at the hotel, the staff at the beach was exceptional. They were attentive to all of our needs, and went as far as providing baskets of beach toys for our son. After looking for a beach to enjoy and being disappointed by the options available (all the other hotels had really outdated beach beds) we discovered the Barrière majestic. By far the most comfortable beds where you can just enjoy the day, everything is newly renovated and so clean. Another plus side is that it’s not surrounded by other hotels and is so much more private. Overall a wonderful experience, I recommend definitely going.

Disappointing Health & Hygiene Failure — Management Refused to Address Medical Costs! We chose the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes for its reputation for impeccable luxury and service during our multi-week, exclusively five-star European trip (09/22/25–10/10/25). Unfortunately, our stay was severely marred by a serious health and hygiene issue, which was then compounded by a deeply unsatisfactory response from management. On morning of Oct 4th 2025 my wife, Kelly , suffered multiple insect bites of unknown origin while sleeping in the bedding of our room number 724. The bites were serious enough to cause significant distress, lost sleep, and required immediate medical attention. The hotel arranged for a physician to visit, who confirmed the presence of insect bites and prescribed a course of strong medication, including Ivermectin (an antiparasitic drug), along with topical Cortisone. This required us to pay for the medical consultation and prescription out-of-pocket, expenses we would not have incurred otherwise. While the Guest Relations team did facilitate a room change, the General Manager, Mr. Charles Richez, later formally refused all requests for compensation, including reimbursement for the required medical expenses. The GM cited a lack of "conclusive evidence" (despite the documented physician's report and strong prescriptions) and offered a vague, future-use complimentary upgrade instead of resolving the current financial and physical harm. For a hotel that prides itself on luxury, this failure is unacceptable. The issue is not just the presence of a biting insect that caused physical distress, but the complete failure of the General Manager to take accountability and resolve the tangible out-of-pocket costs resulting from a health hazard on their property. I invite all future guests before choosing to stay at this hotel, to take a look at the pics taken on 10/04 and 10/07/2025 to decide themself what it looks like! Do you really want to take this risk for yourself and your family? Prospective guests should be aware that if a serious issue arises, management prioritizes denying financial liability over supporting their high-value clientele. Eduart Tare

Well Im extremely disappointed with this hotel, I understand I need to put my money in the safe but I cannot accept house keeping stealing money from my bag and hotel cant do nothing about it. 2500 euros stolen from my PRADA bag buf they cant do nothing about it. This is France in general everyone steals. Horrible never seen like that in other countries why would you even book a hotel room if its dangerous. Thats the whole point of booking a room in a hotel… For safety but doesn’t look like it applies.

We had an amazing couple of days here, exceeded our expectations and on the whole totally blown away. The staff were all very attentive and helped with any requests and recommendations. Will certainly be our regular hotel when in Cannes!

I went to the Fouquet restaurant. I drank and ate there but when I finished eating I sat in the lobby for 3mins cuz I wanted to seat and there’s a guy approaching me and said WHY ARE YOU HERE? I said I was here because I just ate at the Fouquet and he said you need to own a room here or have bought smth and he said that it’s not acceptable that your here because I saw you earlier at 8 in the main entrance, (Why I was there at 8 I WAS WAITING FOR THE RESTAURANT because service starts at 10 and it’s for breakfast at 7-9Am) he said you were taking pictures and i said OFC I was taking pictures of myself and he kicked me out I don’t see the reason of kicking out for no reason?

Don’t eat in the restaurant. I ordered a ribeye and they sent out a lukewarm warm piece of rump that was clearly cooked an hour before and left under a hot lamp. I sent it back and 5 mins later another piece of dried out lukewarm warm rump came out. I called them out and they took it away with no apology and no recognition of an awfully cooked €50 steak. Avoid!!

Very nice, welcoming and efficient staff. Désirée at the front desk was particularly helpful dealing with a complicated billing situation. Thank you all and highly recommended.

A very pleasant option within the city of Cannes. We had a great experience staying at Eden Hotel & Spa. The lady at the reception who checked us in was friendly, helpful and efficient, genuinely made us feel very welcome. Rooms are spacious and not noisy despite being next to decently chaotic traffic, and within 5 minutes of walking you're already at the boulevard of Cannes. The spa section was great as well and offers plenty of relaxation. The only piece of feedback I'd like to leave was that housekeeping sometimes already entered our rooms for cleaning around 9.30AM when we had just woken up. We were genuinely sad to leave after 4 nights. Highly recommended!

Booked two nights but only stayed one… The hotel isn’t a 4 star hotel let’s make this very clear, the staff is extremely nice but not trained enough. I had booked the economy room but didn’t expect to climb stairs to go to my room as we were “only in economy” the lady at the front desk made sure we were aware of that. One good thing … they kept our stuff upon arrival even when the room wasn’t ready until past 3:40 despite check-in being at 3:00. PS: the gentleman at the front desk didn’t seem surprised to see us leave a day before expected check out …

I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Milana Bekmurzaev, and I can confidently say she is one of the finest receptionists I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were immediately apparent. She made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and truly world-class. Milana handles every interaction with grace and efficiency—always friendly, always composed, and always going above and beyond to help. It's rare to meet someone who combines such a high level of service with genuine kindness. She’s a true asset to any organization!

The hotel location is very nice although the hotel absolutely is not worth a 4Star and it MUST have a renovation. The photos on the internet do not match the offer. I Stayed 5 days with my daughter and we felt like we were not guests because we booked an economy room. A Couple of these rooms are seperated and during the night the washing maschine made loud noises. The Balcony door could not close.Sorry I wouldnt recommemd anyone this hotel. The pictures are different from reality and the hygiene is poor!

Do not stay here. My girlfriend and I had made a reservation months in advance. We arrived just for them to tell us our reservation had been cancelled. Since I had made the reservation online, I had a confirmation code and could confirm that I did not receive any communication from them. When I asked for proof that I had cancelled it via email or otherwise, they could not produce it. Turns out they had just decided to cancel it while we were mid-trip in Europe. Upon exploring the facilities as I was forced to scramble to find another place to stay last minute, I can say with absolute confidence that this hotel is nowhere near a four stars; perhaps closer to two. Learn from our mistake in booking this place and heed the other bad reviews like we should’ve.
Calvin N — Google review
I must say the location of this hotel is fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was simply amazing. The view from the room I booked was not too bad, and it was reasonably quiet. The AC worked properly, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I was slightly disappointed by the limited availability of towels and soaps, which could be improved. Additionally, there were no outlets near the bed to charge my electronics, forcing me to place my phone across the room. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was just right. One aspect that I haven't encountered before and didn't particularly like was having to pay a deposit of 100 euros, which could only be done by card. While I understand the need for a deposit, it would have been more convenient if there were alternative payment options available. Nonetheless, I managed to proceed with the card payment, but it's something that could be improved to accommodate guests who prefer different payment methods. In conclusion, the hotel's location and facilities are excellent, and I had a pleasant stay despite a few areas for improvement.

The jacuzzi was the best. So clean! For my birthday I got an upgrade to a bigger room. I was there with my 1 year old daughter and husband. Its very child-friendly. The cleaning ladies are also topnotch. 100% Recommended.

We stayed 2 nights. Very good location close to the center. Good size room and ok prices. The massages where absolutely great !!!! The reception staff was very friendly. The raison of the 3 and not 4 are the facts that the hotel urgently needs some maintenance…. With it 10 minutes in the room we had 3 handles falling off (see pic). The door of the roof top spa did not open anymore (to go out/down) and the pool chaires are wobbly … just to name few …

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The biggest downflaw is that they take a deposit from you for the value of 1 nights stay. If your on holiday, this will eat into your spending money and you will wait over 2 weeks to get it back.

Such a lovely hotel! Our room was clean and spacious, the kitchenette was useful and the shower so nice to use. Both pools and the jacuzzi were great - can recommend going in the rooftop pool at 10pm for a great night time view of the city. An excellent hotel at a great rate — we will be coming again!
Joseph C — Google review
My room was nice - a good size and the bath had both a shower and tub. The wardrobe area was nice and expansive. However, we are in the south of France people! You need to step up your wine game. And the hot tub/Jacuzzi was a big disappointment. I was so looking forward to viewing the beautiful surroundings from the rooftop Jacuzzi, but it doesn’t work properly and gets only as warm as a lukewarm bathtub at best - -and without jets! Keep up your equipment if you are going to promote these amenities. And the indoor lounge area - who on earth did the decor? All furnishings are from a box shop, cheap and uninviting … what a missed opportunity to provide a cozy spot indicative of this beautiful region of France.

I love this hotel, I appreciated a lot the size of the hotel and spa,not big and crowded, but calm and quiet place to rest and recharge batteries. Outside pool and hot tub on the top floor are amazing, the Spa is cute and the massages are good quality. If you can get a room service breakfast option, it's just such a bliss. Rooms are excellent, basically you get what you pay for and a little plus. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Perfect location across the street from the beach. The hotel is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff from the doorman to reception to room service were fantastic. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The art around the hotel is fantastic. It was very nice to learn some historical facts about the property from the original owner to when it was updated by the rep that escorted us to our room.

Spend a good amount of money here believing it was a nice classy resort. Don’t get me wrong. The interior looks appealing. The staff are absolutely inconsiderate. Rude. Don’t even dare try to get your laundry cleaned. You’ll not get in time. They ruined my complete stay here they refuse to speak English. It’s not worth the stay at all.
Leilani B — Google review
All of the staff are too junior. It’s fine to have a couple but there was not one member of stuff that suggested any experience. Room was very poor. I paid for partial sea view which was visible if you crane your head over the balcony. The carpets are all dirty and we’re not hoovered properly over the whole time we were there. I asked for a charger adapter and this was not possible and no one followed up after looking into it. Hotel seems generally grubby. The pictures do it a lot of justice, it’s the whole instagram vs real life. Very underwhelming. This is not a 4 star. 3 star at best.
Ryan D — Google review
We had booked a room with view on the sea. The room was large, somewhat dated and on the balcony a small corner with sea view (rest being apartment buildings). The breakfast was good but not set for vegans although plenty of fruit and nuts available. Service was a bit slow. The hotel is well situated on the small peninsula and you can easily walk out and get to the beach as well as the different restaurants and the central square. The hotel itself has a rooftop setting for its restaurant but it's kitchen closed early and also no vegan options.

We spent two weeks traveling through France for our honeymoon and were especially excited for our final stop in Antibes. We chose this hotel for its four-star rating and beautiful location. Since we’d had several hotel stays already, we booked a Comfort Room to stay within budget. Our arrival was promising. Staff were warm and professional, especially a young gentleman who kindly helped us with our bags—he truly stood out for his exceptional hospitality, and we regret not getting his name. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was polite and kind, from housekeeping to the breakfast team. Their warmth was genuinely appreciated and left a positive impression. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t live up to the hotel’s rating. While we expected a smaller space based on the room category, it was poorly maintained. After a long travel day, I took a shower and the water didn’t drain—making the experience quite uncomfortable. Wanting to resolve the issue without complaint, we went to the front desk to inquire about a paid upgrade. The same helpful young man confirmed availability and offered to bring his manager to assist. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager felt dismissive. Although we’d clearly stated we wanted to pay for the upgrade, she emphasized that we’d “definitely have to pay,” which felt unnecessarily pointed. She said we could only upgrade for two nights and that it was “very unlikely” we could return to our original room after. She added we’d likely get a worse room later and that if it were her, she’d “just stay” where we were. It came across less as problem-solving and more as discouragement—and I got the sense she didn’t want to deal with the logistics. At that point, I didn’t even mention the drainage issue. We just let it go and tried to enjoy our trip. A 12-euro bottle of prosecco was sent to our room later as a gesture, which we appreciated, though it didn’t quite change the overall impression. To be clear, we didn’t expect luxury at the entry-level room—but we did expect clean, working facilities and consistent professionalism. Sadly, this stay didn’t meet that standard. That said, I want to commend the young man who helped us at check-in. If management can identify him, I hope they acknowledge his excellent service. And once again, kudos to the rest of the staff, who were all gracious and welcoming. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel. It wasn’t terrible, but for a four-star property, it fell short in ways that matter.
Tiwa A — Google review
This hotel has a lovely rooftop and pool and the staff are quite friendly however our room(s) smelled so bad of sewage that we could barely enter them. We had the windows open for three straight days and it still smelled strong enough that we dreaded going back to the room (312). Our clothes also smelled after leaving. We informed the staff night one and they sent someone up immediately but had no remedy and no extra rooms. The staff then never followed up with us so we went down every day to ask but in the end we just had to suffer through it. (We did get a few breakfasts for free but honestly if we didn’t have our whole family there we would have moved hotels). They also lost hot water while we were there but that was probably just bad luck. The breakfast is just okay. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it. The staff is very nice although not very helpful. We inquired about a beach club and the response was they are probably all full so you will just have to walk the beach and ask. We then inquired about restaurant reservations and were told they were likely all full with no offer to make a few calls on either request. They don’t offer to help with bags (we didn’t want any) but just fyi. The hotel is also located in Juan Les pins which is a cute beach town but very few good restaurants. The public transportation to the old town where the restaurants are (and more character) is lacking. I wish the hotel had a shuttle or good suggestions on restaurants but it’s more of a make your own reservation and uber or walk to the old town kind of place (which is fine but just know this ahead of time). In summary, I wouldn’t stay here again even for free due to the smell but if that was corrected then it’s not a bad hotel but just overpriced for what it is.

I recently stayed at the MGallery Hotel in Antibes, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel perfectly combines French Riviera charm with the refined elegance that MGallery is known for. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a touch of Mediterranean style. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding area. The little details—like the curated amenities and thoughtful design touches—made it feel special and personal. Breakfast was another highlight: a generous spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local specialties, enjoyed in a bright and inviting setting. The hotel’s location is also excellent—just a short walk to the old town of Antibes, the marina, and the stunning beaches, making it easy to explore both the cultural and leisure sides of the Riviera. What truly stood out was the staff. They were not only professional but also genuinely caring, always ready with helpful recommendations and ensuring every request was met with a smile. Overall, MGallery Antibes offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and authentic hospitality. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Côte d’Azur—whether for a romantic getaway, a cultural trip, or simply to unwind by the sea. Rooms are amazing and modern, however the best room you can book for 2500 euro your in a garden room with no view. Service was great in restaurant and beach. However this hotel is way too expensive for what it is. If you want to be somewhere to take photos for influencing it would be suited to you but you should be mindful that for the price you’re not getting a 5 star location making the most of Antibes. Unfortunately we wouldn’t book there again.

We were a little hesitant to book at first after reading some of the negative reviews, but we are so glad we chose this hotel—it completely exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, and it was absolutely perfect for our family (including our baby). The staff made all the difference: from the front desk to the concierge to the pool attendants, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We felt so well taken care of the entire stay. The on-site restaurant Baba was another highlight—we ended up eating there multiple times for both lunch and dinner because the food was consistently delicious. It has chill beach club vibes but no obnoxious music. We stayed 4 nights - honestly could have done a full week. Highly recommend!

We loved this 5-Star hotel in Antibes. It is perfectly located and its sandy beach with the warm Mediterranean beckoning, makes for a perfect stay on the French Riviera. Special mention to Diego and Sarah at the front desk for their superb service each and every day.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our plans had changed and we had one night to stay on the coast of France, and we found the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel. It did not disappoint! Upon our early arrival, we were greeted by Diego who helped us our entire stay. He and Caroline (the concierge) planned our dinner and activities, and it was so helpful! Our room was chic, complete with pink marbled bathrooms, and the beach lounge was relaxing, not to mention the waters being gorgeous and refreshing to swim in. Kine at the restaurant was also so sweet and attentive to our every wish at breakfast. Grateful to have found this spot!

Amazing hotel with amazing people the staff are truly the best and make the experience even better. The reception staff are so helpful Diego was very helpful and kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. The Beach Boys Leo Emanuel and Mathew and of course Ludo made our beach day that much better. And the baba restaurant staff where so lovely and gave us excellent service. Overall we had the best stay could not recommend this place more.

Amazing staff, hotel and location. Right on a private beach and close walk, bike ride or car ride to top spots around Antibes. Food and drink was top shelf too. Lovely beach bar as well. Highly recommend!

Nestled along the stunning bayfront, Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, is a luxurious retreat that has recently undergone an impressive transformation. This iconic establishment boasts upscale rooms and suites equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, alongside exclusive amenities like a private beach and an indulgent spa. After years of restoration work, guests can now enjoy seven new opulent studios and a penthouse within its expansive grounds.
We had a fantastic time at the Carlton. The facilities and service were exceptional. A particular highlight for us was our dinner and drinks at Camelia. Our server, David, was a fantastic host with exceptional knowledge and perfect recommendations. He helped make a truly memorable evening for us and is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Thank you!

Our stay at the iconic Carlton Cannes was absolutely amazing. Cannes was lively, but the Carlton was a calm, elegant escape. We arrived before check in and were warmly welcomed with glasses of Moët and snacks. Perfect after our long drive. Our suite was upgraded and beautifully prepared, with a thoughtful amenity waiting for us. The room was luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail throughout the hotel is on point, from the floral arrangements to the smiles greeting you from every corner. The pool was warm and relaxing, and both dinner and breakfast at Riviera Restaurant were exceptional. The beach club was pure joy! Sun, sea, and perfect cocktails. The hospitality and genuine care from everyone made this stay perfection! We stay at IHG hotels often, but the Carlton Cannes truly stands above. Merci for everything!

The hotel was beautiful and the location could not have been better. It was very easy to walk around the entire city and including old town and the harbors. Everyone on the entire staff that you’re keeping in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. There were three people in the lounge area that really went above and beyond (Sebastian, Vincent, and David). Thank you everyone for making my wife’s birthday amazing.

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights in a premium sea view room. I certainly recommend paying for the upgraded room size no matter the view you choose, as rooms are not large. Housekeeping service was fine but a bit sloppy compared to similar resorts in the south of France, certainly nothing to write home about. In regards to restaurants we had a great experience. Gilles was our server at the tea room in the lobby- he was most excellent the two evenings we dined there, very kind and provided good service. We enjoyed great food and drinks in a lovely setting here both times. We loved our buffet breakfast at Riviera and all our servers as well as the host staff was fantastic when we dined at Riviera. Bar 58 also was a fun experience with great cocktails. Did not try the other restaurant but menu looked good. The Carlton Beach club is iconic and beautiful with lovely food menu and service. However, was surprised to find it not “closed” but limited to only 20 chairs for 2 of the days of our trip which did impact our ability to go there. We had to seek out neighboring beach clubs which was less than ideal when we chose this resort in part for its beach access. The valet staff was great and efficient, always kind and welcoming. The concierge was okay, did not seem to understand what sorts of recommendations we wished for. Did not make particular efforts to solve the beach club issues and we had to specifically find beach clubs on our own. The fitness center and spa are most excellent facilities and were not crowded during our stay. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with great restaurants, though areas of service could be improved as well as room housekeeping and general concierge as well as communication about availability of services. It certainly has potential to be great given its history and location!

We came here today to remember my mother. The Carlton was one of her favourite places and she last visited a few weeks before her death in August. We can understand why she enjoyed it here so much. Thank you Davide, for looking after us in such a sensitive way, and, santé Maman - bon voyage. X

A Grand Icon of the Riviera, elevated by world-class service The Carlton Cannes isn’t just a hotel, it’s an institution. From the moment you walk through its famous doors, you’re reminded what true, old-world luxury feels like: elegant, effortless, and timeless. The service is exceptional. Every staff member greets you with genuine warmth, somehow, each more gracious than the last. The suites are stunning, with balconies offering some of the most memorable sunsets I’ve ever experienced (the only place that has rivaled them for me is Santorini). The décor strikes that perfect balance between modern comfort and historic charm. We did, however, encounter a few early hiccups, the air conditioning in our initial room wasn’t working properly, and the shower had some drainage issues. Initially, we were disappointed after speaking to the agent at reception, especially with my wife being pregnant at the time. But as fate would have it, this small mishap turned into the highlight of our stay because it introduced us to Aida, from the hotel’s guest relations team From the very first moment, Aida handled our concerns with an extraordinary level of care and professionalism. She took the time to listen, empathize, and fully understand our needs, and then executed everything flawlessly. Every detail was addressed quickly and with genuine thoughtfulness. As a business owner myself, I rarely encounter someone who not only resolves a problem but manages to transform the entire guest experience into something unforgettable. Before meeting Aida, we were considering switching hotels. After meeting her, we not only stayed, we decided that the Carlton Cannes will be our home base in the south of France for years to come. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a story of exceptional hospitality. Aida didn’t just fix our stay; she elevated it. She made us feel truly seen and valued. We left the hotel not only as loyal guests but as genuine admirers of her professionalism and kindness. Thank you Aida, from the bottom of our hearts. DINING Riviera, Ruya or the Beach Club. Take your pick. All were excellent. Individual reviews to follow ROOMS & FACILITIES The rooms, recently renovated, feel elegant, warm, and modern while keeping their heritage charm. Beds are plush, bathrooms well appointed, and the second room’s air conditioning worked perfectly (the first room’s didn’t, but that was swiftly resolved). Housekeeping went above and beyond, especially after learning about our pregnancy, a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. Valet service was fast and reliable. That said, if you don’t need a car, you can save the €90/day parking fee. Cannes is very walkable, and Uber works great for trips to Antibes or a train to Monaco if needed. The spa was decent and our couples massage was enjoyable though not particularly memorable. As we didn’t use the gym facilities, we can’t comment there. The hotel’s exterior, of course, speaks for itself. It’s a landmark, so iconic that tourists regularly stop to take photos in front of it. FINAL THOUGHTS Despite a few minor issues at the start, the Carlton Cannes delivered an unforgettable experience, thanks entirely to the impeccable care of Aida (and the rest of the staff). She turned a small inconvenience into a defining moment of hospitality excellence. We travel often and have stayed at many world-class properties, but this experience truly stood out. Because of her, we can confidently say: we’ve found our home in Cannes. A grand hotel made even grander by the people who run it.

The location of this place is very good five minutes to the beach then staff are friendly. Their breakfast are very good for us which we don’t eat the meat so it was perfect compared to other French people we attend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. this hotel is really recently remodeled everything looks new so far everything is good

Room 3/5: The room was nothing spectacular and it was kept clean, the first few days the air conditioning made the room quite humid so I was forced to turn it off. Service 4/5: Service was good even if not everyone in the structure was polite, although there was a young girl bar tending some nights, Chirine I think, that showed an amazing work ethic and that stayed late at the job even when her shift was done, just to help out. Location 5/5: The hotel is an 8 min walk form the city center.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel in Cannes! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room itself was really nice and clean, with a modern bathroom. The gym was a bit small, but we loved that it was open 24/7. They also had a beautiful spa, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff were helpful, especially when they mixed up our reservation and didn't have our parking spot ready. They found a solution right away, which we appreciated. There were a couple of downsides. The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what we were looking for, so we just grabbed coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop instead.

Upon arrival, I was told my room wasn’t ready, which I understood since check-in is officially at 3 PM. I was then informed that the room would be ready by 2 PM, which seemed fine. We had booked three rooms in total, and I was the first to arrive. I asked if none of the rooms were ready yet, and the answer was no, all three were still unavailable. However, when my travel companions arrived later, before the official check-in time, they were immediately given their rooms. Meanwhile, I had been waiting for almost 3 hours already, without any courtesy or effort to make me feel welcome. The staff showed no understanding and were not friendly at all. Overall, very poor service and a lack of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Nehô Suites Cannes Croisette is a relaxed 4-star hotel offering casual rooms with kitchenettes, recently renovated for a comfortable stay. The hotel boasts an outdoor pool and spa services, including a eucalyptus-scented hammam and sauna. Its prime location near iconic landmarks like Palais Miramar and Hotel Martinez makes it an attractive option for those looking to explore Cannes.
I recently stayed at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Cannes, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. The spa is an absolute highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and offering top-notch treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The pool area is equally impressive, a serene oasis perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The rooms are spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, this hotel offers an amazing experience, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cannes!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. The only drawback was the noise from the street at night — traffic could be clearly heard from our room, which affected our sleep. Upgrading the windows to better soundproof glazing might significantly improve the comfort for future guests.

Excellent location close to Plage de la Croisette. Rooms are a good size if a little dated but kept very clean by excellent housekeeping staff - comfort rooms come equipped with a dishwasher what more do you need? Breakfast choice was excellent as were the kitchen/hospitality staff on duty each morning who always had a smile. A hiccup with room upgrade was rectified efficiently by wonderful reception staff. Thank you Dillon, Isabelle and Fanny for your professionalism. A very pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

words cannot describe how much i hate this hotel. from the moment i entered i was hit with such unrelenting incompetence, i question if that first receptionist has full mental faculties. I’m not being mean: they could not find our reservation, in spite of me having multiple receipts, email chains, etc. in spite of the fact that it was clearly a system error, they maintained a rude and superior attitude throughout our interaction. some examples of the craziest customer service I’ve ever received: “please come to this side sir” making me walk over to her computer at reception. two mins later “sir, this is the checkout line, you’re checking in, please move back to that side” — as if she wasn’t aware what she had said 2 mins before. on top of this: the rooms are dated — and that’s putting it nicely. they’re badly designed. the hotel was built before hotel design science was widely known. the price makes no sense when you compare to airbnbs near by. the breakfast is bad and the pool is a joke when considering you are 5min walk from top 10 most beautiful beach in the world. trust me. avoid like the plague. this is a dying property
Z J — Google review
The hotel’s location is good, but none of the reception staff are friendly at all. They are all very aggressive. There is no bellboy at the hotel. When we checked out, nobody helped us — we carried all the luggage ourselves. We booked four rooms because we are a large family. We stayed for 13 nights, but we would never consider coming back. All the staff are very aggressive and not a single one is friendly. Despite our long stay, housekeeping only changed the bed sheets once in 13 nights. Even when we showed them the dirty sheets, unfortunately, the cleaning service was still poor. We got tired of constantly going down to the lobby to complain. The elevator is very slow and very old, stopping at every floor. If you stay on a higher floor, it takes a very long time to get down. Plus, the elevator doesn’t have a sensor — if you have small children, it’s dangerous as they could easily get caught.

Very close to the beach and also to the cannes film festival area. Very good food options around the hotel, Indian Thai , Lebanese n French . Swimming pool is good too with a kids pool n adults.nd they have small kitchenette too, for small kitchen needs or if you have kids and need a quick snack.

My biggest disappointment, we paid 5 days through booking non refundable. first the hotel doesn’t look as neat as in pictures, it’s very old and the rooms are nothing like the pictures, but that wasn’t the problem, the first night we slept in the bed we felt it was not comfortable and we kept itching, it was terrible and we complained the staff was very offensive and said the problem was from our side and we might be sick!!!!!! and if they will bring someone to check they will make us pay 400 euro. they offered to change the room and we kept waiting for hours and nothing happened so we decided to forget the money we paid and change the hotel, and even after we left and all the money they took and after changing the hotel we were shocked that they withdraw 400 euros with no authorization from us!!! No services rude old i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone
Roula A — Google review
I stayed at Nehô Suites Cannes Croisette recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a member of the hotel staff that I feel compelled to share. As a nanny traveling with a family, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect as any other guest. However, I experienced clear discrimination based on my role. One particular staff member made repeated comments and displayed behavior that made it clear they viewed my position as less worthy of respect. I was spoken to in a dismissive tone, questioned unnecessarily, and made to feel unwelcome—despite the fact that I was a paying guest, just like everyone else. Discrimination of any kind—whether based on profession, race, or background—is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where all guests deserve equal treatment. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this issue with proper training to ensure no one else has to go through a similar experience. The hotel itself has potential, with a convenient location and comfortable amenities, but respect and professionalism from the staff are just as important as facilities. I will not be returning unless I see a commitment to treating all guests with dignity.

Nice hotel, good location for me as I needed to be close to the sea. Shame that it's missing a DND sign on the rooms (had housekeeping waking me up). I loved the apartment: nice kitchen, 2 burner (electric), under the counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave; large bathroom with bathtub, balcony, great blackout curtains. Iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner. Comfy large beg, with good pillows (both soft and hard, to please anyone). Digital Safe box in the room but dead batteries that leaked inside... biggest downside: breakfast is quite blunt and boring. A lot of sweet things, like in France, of course. But nearly no vegetables (few tomatoes every now and then)... some cheese, ham, sausages and bacon with a runny scrambled egg. Gets boring after a few days, but it's ok. I've had worse. This is definitely not quite a 4 star hotel breakfast if you ask me...
Radu C — Google review
The rooms do not get cleaned or towels washed overnight. We were charged €100 for staying past 11am even though we asked in the morning and they said this wouldn't be an issue. Very rude staff at the reception desk. The extractor fan in the shower room didn't work and it smelt like someone had been smoking in there.
Jared M — Google review
By no metric is this a 4 star hotel. The blonde girl at the front desk in particular does not speak or respond or look at you when you speak, really baffling to see that. She was so incredibly unhelpful, she only speaks when you annoy her. The other people at the front desk were much more helpful (like the one who actually called to check if our room was ready before 3pm, which it was). Whoever manages this place also does a very bad job. Toilet paper left in the lobby for more than 6 hours (see photo), cleaning cart blocking the emergency exit for more than 12 hours (see photo). The carpets are also unbelievably stained (see photo, carpet was completely covered in brown stains just like that all the way). Cleaning people also extremely rude beyond belief. You also need to take out your own trash, despite them keeping the kitchen area of the room locked, which to me makes no sense, never seen that in any hotel. Laundry room also disgusting. Pool was super cold, after we tried using it we also kept seeing someone with equipment testing the water, it looked like he was getting samples of the water quality, which also did not seem like a good sign. Coffee machine downstairs would have been nice, but in 5 days we were there it never got restocked so could not use. It's hard to find anything that was positive about our stay here. Especially the rudeness of the blond girl and cleaning ladies. A two star hotel is much closer to this than a five star one is by every metric.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Walking distance from the train station and city. There is also a bus stop nearby. Definitly recommend this place for a long stay. The dishwasher was not working well but that didn't make our stay less nice.

Worst hotel ever! I have never review a hotel on google but i have to. The staff (reception) is horrible, mean, ignorant. We were charged 150€ extra that we did not know about. When we asked them why, they just laughed and talked to each other and it was really unprofessionell. We also didn’t get our 150€ back till this day and i called many times. You habe to clean your own room and when you chek out you have to bring out your own trash??? They say tvey have an outdoor pool, when we asked where it is they said they don’t have one. Wifi is extra 10€ and if you want towels you also have to pay extra. They do not clean the rooms!

So happy that I found this wonderful hotel at the last minute during my stay in Cannes. The location was 5min from the beach and shops. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony and absolutely loved the space and layout of the room. Everyone at the reception desk was professional and informative. Would not hesitate to stay again next time I am in Cannes

We enjoyed very much, one thing which was disturbing were men talking and laughing loudly outside our windows at 7:00 o'clock in the morning on Sunday- they were even employees of the hotel or the next building which seems to be the Scientology church.

The staff were professional . And helpful. I assume the name was Tatiana she was pleasant and even other staff were good . The location is excellent . The rooms were clean . Only one issue that I have faced is that during the booking there was no option to add parking booking so I have sent a separate email for that . Yet upon my arrival the space availability wasn’t there for the first day . Only for the rest of my stay . The staff claim They never got my request but they did . I will take that as miss communication. As there was a service recovery . And this is why I believe the issue was handled very professionally without escalating anything . I thank you for this initiative team . I’ll see you an other time . Mouna

Absolutely stunning hotel, location and staff. I had the best stay in the south of France in this beautiful hotel. I was treated like family by all staff members and they really are just so professional, kind and helpful. The energy in this hotel is spectacular and I kept extending my stay as I just enjoyed my vacation and the way I was treated by the hotel staff. They go over and beyond to make sure every customers is comfortable and happy. I would Personally like to thank the hotel manager Evelyn who just bring so much joy to her work and really takes care of her employees. She gets involved and really makes sure everything is running smoothly. She really made sure as I was alone that I was okay and enjoyed my stay. A really really wonderful woman and deserve a very senior role in the business as she’s fabulous. I also would like to say thank you to Charlotte, Sonia and Mathilde who are the reception team. They are just so welcoming, warm and always make time for each guests. They create an excellent atmosphere and provide the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced in the cannes. Thank you all and I can’t wait to see you again soon as this is now my favourite hotel. I highly recommend anyone visiting Cannes to please stay here and experience the love and kindness that I did. Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with our recent stay at your establishment. Despite its four-star rating, our experience was far from satisfactory, particularly regarding the Junior suite we booked. Firstly, the suite was in a deplorable condition. The walls were visibly dirty, and to our dismay, we found hairs on the bed, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The furniture in the room was not only outdated but also in bad condition, adding to the overall discomfort of our stay. Our departure was equally frustrating. The elevator, which was supposed to take us to the garage where we parked our car, was broken. Consequently, we had to walk along the road to reach the garage, lugging our baggage without any assistance from the hotel staff. Given these issues, we cannot recommend Hotel Crystal to anyone planning a visit to Cannes. The lack of cleanliness, poor room condition, and unhelpful service are unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Sincerely.

Terrible Experience at Cristal Hotel & Spa - Ruined Our Vacation We were excited to stay at Cristal Hotel & Spa in Nice, but unfortunately, the spa experience ruined our entire vacation. From the moment we arrived, the service was subpar, and it only got worse (the rest of the hotel experience was "ok", the spa area needs renovation though, the rooms are old-fashioned - who does not mind could consider staying here. For sure, Cannes will have better hotels). Here’s a breakdown of why we’re so disappointed: - Poor Communication & Customer Service: We booked a 90-minute massage in advance and paid upfront at check-in, but when we arrived for our appointment, we were kept waiting for over 15 minutes with no apology or prior notice about the delay. This lack of communication showed a complete disregard for customer care. - Unprofessional Staff: When the staff finally arrived, they were unprepared. They didn’t even know what treatment we had booked, and upon mentioning the 90-minute massage, the response was, “we can’t do a 90-minute massage.” This left us confused and frustrated—why wasn’t this communicated at the time of booking? If there are limitations to the treatments, clients should be told upfront. - Subpar Treatment: The so-called “massage” we received was nothing more than gentle caressing. Neither of us received anything close to a real massage, despite requesting deep pressure. It was incredibly disappointing and, frankly, not what we expected from a spa in this caliber. We strongly suspect the staff weren’t even trained masseuses, especially since one of them was seen working at the hotel reception the following day. - Cut Short: To top it off, the treatment was finished early, with no effort to make up for the delay at the start. This lack of respect for time and the service we paid for made the experience feel even worse. - No Accountability: When we raised our concerns, we were met with indifference, and no one seemed to take responsibility. The hotel charged us upfront for the spa treatment, but when we asked for a refund, no one with authority was available to help, and we received an email from someone who didn’t even have the decency to sign their name. This lack of professionalism only added to our frustration. We paid 280 euros for a massage that wasn’t even a massage. Complaints and refund to managemet resulted in - yes, no availability, and complete ignorance after we had to leave. We truly regret having booked this hotel, and we would not recommend Cristal Hotel & Spa to anyone based on how we were treated. There are plenty of other options in Nice that for sure offer much better service and respect for their customers.

The only thing good about this hotel is their location where you can walk to everything. Rooms are small even if you pay for there bigger rooms can barely fits anything, there balcony (advertised for more ) is a joke you can’t even stand on it, AC broke they had no maintenance I had to beg for another room, staff blame each other but don’t come up with solutions. It’s definitely not a 4 stars it’s more like 2 stars. Definitely never coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Antibes, Hapimag Resort Antibes is a delightful beach getaway that places you just a short drive from stunning local attractions like Juan-les-Pins Beach and the iconic Promenade de la Croisette. This resort offers an array of amenities designed for relaxation and recreation, including a rejuvenating spa with massages and body treatments, as well as a sauna and seasonal outdoor pool to unwind after a day of exploration.
Very nice Hapimag Resort with a variety of good activities, close to a sandy beach, a shady place to play petanque, a lovely Pool, and a good ordering system for morning breads and Thursday pizza. The reception is manned with capable, competent and friendly assistants! Bravo!
Carol K — Google review
This is a great resort 5 minutes from the beach with a lovely pool. The only disadvantage is no air conditioning which can make the stay quite uncomfortable in the heat as you have to keep a fan running the whole time to make it bearable. Service excellent and apartments comfortable with a balcony and great kitchen facilities.
Anna H — Google review
We chose this resort to be able to visit all the places around it, like Monaco and Nice. Excellent location, walking distance from the beach. If you into jogging this is a dream with the view whilst exercising - with a little swim to cool down in the end. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The only disadvantage is the lack of air-conditioning (or at least mosquito meshes on the windows) - though I know it'll change with its renovation later this year. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful - like in every Hapimag. We loved it, thank you for having us 😊

Editing my review : Since last visit in 2022, still no AC and still too hot at night in rooms . My review in 2022: Good location , you can access both Antibes and Juan les Pins but a bit of uphill to walk. You must have room with see view otherwise it loses a lot of value for money. I would give one more star if there was AC but without it’s just too hot inside the rooms at night, you must sleep with open window and then have many mosquitos and noise from the birds.

I highly recommend this hotel, it has a very nice atmosphere with friendly staff and good location. The personell in the reception area was highly professional and dedicated, they offered a warm welcome and were very helpful overall. The hotel has cozy rooms, nice pool area and it is pet friendly.

Nestled in the serene heart of Cap d'Antibes, Villa Fabulite is a luxurious retreat that embodies the essence of Provence. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this charming hotel features 12 elegantly designed rooms arranged around a stunning Mediterranean garden filled with fragrant lemon, orange, and olive trees. Guests can unwind by the inviting swimming pool or savor delectable dishes at the on-site restaurant, which highlights fresh local ingredients paired with exquisite wines.
Villa Fabulite is truly a hidden gem! I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period, and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and warm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, well decorated and very spacious. One of the highlights of my stay was the bed - it felt like sinking into a cloud at the end of each day. Equally relaxing were the pool and the hammam, both perfect spots to rewind and recharge. The location was also amazing. The beach is just a minute's walk from the hotel, so we've spent many hours swimming in the sea and soaking in the sun, truly making the most of the serene surroundings. All in all, Villa Fabulite is a peaceful oasis and an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend it enough!

An absolutely marvelous spot….A hidden oasis nestled between the bustle of the beach and the luxe neighborhood of the surrounding hills. The owners are very friendly, accommodating, and personable. The rooms are aesthetically beautiful, curated to perfection, and everything—from shoe polish to a coffee machine and mini bar—is provided. It has a balance of feeling like you’re at a luxury hotel, while still enjoying the community and shared space of a cozy bed and breakfast. There’s a gymnasium, sauna, the rooms all have personal patios amongst a well-kept garden, and the pool is a beautiful alternative for a proper lounge and swim if you’re not feeling up to the (3 minute!) walk to the beach. I felt like I was in a Wes Anderson film and loved every minute there.

Be very careful when booking this accommodation. I booked well in advance of a work trip and they cancelled the reservation, only to repost the room at significantly higher price.

A brilliant, small and peaceful hotel, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff are incredibly nice- Sabrina, Martine and the whole team made us feel extremely welcome and provided some great suggestions. I would strongly recommend the hotel!

It is one of the prettiest, best places I have ever stayed at. It’s better than so many 5stars out there. New, immaculately clean, pretty and with so many perfectly curated details. They even have a selection of coffees and teas in the room - something I never even find in the most expensive hotels. They just thought of every possible guest’s need beforehand. Rates are an incredible bargain, too. 10/10!

The hotel provides panoramic views of the Old Port, Old Town, and Cannes Bay. It is conveniently located near the Croisette beach, Casino, and Palais des Festivals et des Congres. Guests can enjoy a new lounge bar with a terrace overlooking the port and Palais des Festivals.
Incredibly friendly and hospitable ladies at the reception who warmly welcomed us at the hotel and made our stay so remarkable. Another point to mention, the breakfast was really delicious. We were super lucky with the weather so did enjoy our breakfast at the outside terrace that overlooks a nice square. And of course a wonderful sea view from our room. Thank you and we look forward to stay at your hotel the next time we’re in Cannes.

Staff is amazing! Shout out to Juliana, she's an all star and super helpful, resourceful and friendly. Literally a highlight of my stay there and she made my stay so comfortable! Location, is great bc it's walking distance from everything, not so great because there's a VERY LOUD club across the street in the casino (Bissou Bissou) that plays loud bass music every night (wow no sleep) starting at 12am-5am. I literally couldn't sleep well most of my stay. My view was amazing, the bay and the wheel, but the club right outside ruined it. There's also the New York New York restaurant that plays music before 11pm and will stay open if ppl are there. Generally not a peaceful hotel at night. I was on the 5th floor (highest). Rooms are great and comfy. Nice bathroom and space+ light. The wifi isn't the best at times but could be because I was on the 5th floor. Breakfast is worth it. Diversified and good enough to start your day :).

The worst hotel ever. Dirt and unbearable smell everywhere. With two children and a grandmother, they put us in the attic, accessible only by stairs outside the hotel area, with no elevator. Nobody informed us about this in advance, and it was not mentioned in the conditions. The dirt and stench were unbearable, and the hallway is so narrow you can’t even get a suitcase through.

Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Cannes is an upscale hotel offering sleek rooms and suites, located just a street away from its sister property, Le Majestic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion Cannes was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and seamless check-in. The location is ideal making it the perfect base to explore Cannes. The room was clean with a stunning view of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Wonderful accommodations for our weekend getaway in Cannes! Carla and the rest of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel is centrally located, with quick access to the beach, shops, food, public transport, and boat transfers to the islands. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend and certainly comeback on a return trip to the area. Excellent!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and the service is good. However, there are several downsides: there is no swimming pool, no spa or massage facilities, and the gym is very small and limited. For just overnight stays, the hotel is also quite expensive. The hotel does have a private beach, but they charge €53 per person for the back sunbeds, which is ridiculously expensive for hotel guests. It would be better if access were free for guests. Food and drinks are also very overpriced. I hope the hotel management will address these issues.

Carla and other staff are very helpful on our stay. Housekeeping daily check and clean rooms 2-3 times a day. Which is great. Rooms are very clean. At breakfast waitress Amina very helpful. Situated in a residential area, the hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. I love this hotel! We were put here after our plane was cancelled, so to be honest I had absolutely no expectations. But it is a beautiful liminal space and fulfils my basic needs in a perfectly fine way. I like that the bathroom was very big, things were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location too. Nothing fancy but fine enough and I felt looked after.

Oh God. Please do not stay here. The carpet was so dirty and stained with multiple black dots. The A.C unit did not work, there was mold around the air conditioner unit on the walls. The walls were very dirty, the lights didnt work when we arrived so the whole room was dark for hours even after we called for help. The bed sheets were so rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The room was so small for 326 euros we paid for the night. it was a twin bed and the beds kept moving apart that i almost fell in-between both beds due to it constantly moving away from each other. It was a total nightmare and disaster. The left the sliding door leading to the balcony open all night and we saw a lot of flying insects and mosquitoes that night. We asked for a refund, we were refused one and still couldn't even spend the night there. We had to leave to another hotel and pay twice in one night due to how ran down and uncared for this hotel is. It should be shut down permanently. I will attach a receipt of payment and a screenshot bank statement to this review.
Mkpouto U — Google review
Oh boy…. This hotel must have been amazing in its day, but, now it’s very ran down and not cared for. Meaning, it looked liked it had been closed for a couple years during Covid, and then reopened before we arrived without preparing for guests again. Very dirty interior and exterior with dirt and debris in the hallways and stale air. The pool had water in it but was dirty. The bar was completely cleared out, dark and closed. The rooms had cold AC but the floors looked like they had standing water at one point and mold on the walls and around AC vents. The beds were two separate narrow twin beds put together. One was very tired, the other more comfortable. Would have made a difference if it were simply cared for. NOT what was advertised on Google and disappointing.
Shawn R — Google review
Her group only stayed there for one night, but it was a clean room and I enjoyed the balcony. Some of my traveling companions complained that their room was too warm, but I kept the balcony cracked and stayed nice and cool all night with a fresh breeze. The location can be difficult if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Stephen — Google review
I'm so dissapointed. The hotel is in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Taking a late night stroll was not a problem. There are many parks in the neighborhood. The curb appeal is nice as you approach the hotel. But, the property needs a serious interior renovation. Power wash the building and get new furniture and carpet. The hotel needs a revamp! I believe it would change the energy of the entire staff.
Madame R — Google review
Hello, This hotel is not worth its 4 stars at all. Let's start with the rooms, the first impression is not bad, the room is ok for its size and also has a TV and a safe. I was here with my mother for three days and the service also "cleans" every day, there are no towels in the toilet, only handkerchiefs with which you should clean your hands or your poem. As thin as these handkerchiefs are, it's no use. The toilet is small and the toilet paper holder is broken. The shower had hair on the bathtub when we arrived. When you shower, all the water ends up on the floor, where you go to the toilet. The towels for showering are changed every day, but there are some stains on them. The halls are dirty and it doesn't look particularly attractive. Breakfast in the morning has different things but far too little for so many people. Above all, nothing is replaced if it is already gone. I would not recommend the hotel there are many other points.
Elif M — Google review
A hotel that is in desperate need of maintenance. Everything looks under maintained. Our first room had a water leak and our second room had mold across the wall and ceiling. Breakfast options are limited and pigeons are everywhere trying to snag a free breakfast. Not impressed at all considering the money we have spent
Alexander I — Google review
This hotel looks nothing like the photos. The outside of hotel is not white. It’s dirt covered. The bathroom was not the cleanest and drains were extremely rusty. The one outlet in the room didn’t work and was unable to charge phone. Walking around the lobby it smelled musty and unclean. The ceiling on the walk to the gym area was paint pealing. It doesn’t seem like the place is being taken care of properly. The best thing about this place was the breakfast. Great options of food and beverage.

My room was clean, modern and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. As a family of four, the rooms were moderate and fairly clean for the price. What we enjoyed the most was the accessibility to the private beach and restaurant across the street. It was so convenient and we spent a lovely day swimming in the Mediterranean. I also would recommend a massage at the spa. The massage there was the best I have had in a long time. I failed to get the masseuse’s name but she was a lovely young lady with the best techniques for tired limbs and sore muscles. I would return just for the spa treatment. Merci Beaucoup

Ok, I read all the reviews and was a bit unsure about the place before arriving so to help others; don’t worry about them; this place is fantastic in so many ways!! It is the perfect hybrid of a clean four star hotel with all the comfort and practical solutions that one would find in a private residence. Location is 10/10 (I know there is a “Karen comment” that it is a road between the hotel and the beach but listen this is the case in any place in south of France….) Antibes is a lovely city. It is still very quiet hotel - we travel with kids age 3&4 and they could even do a nap in the daytime with no distractions at all! You can walk 10 minutes and find everything you like within the radius. The kitchen is perfect with a huge fridge so we could keep groceries cold and have light lunches at home when the kids did their nap. Everything is thoroughly thoughtful and one could tell that the staff here really do everything they can to make your stay amazing and I would say it is worth every penny!! The room is clean and cleaning is above my picky expectations. Seriously the only room for improvement is one of the kitchen-pots is not the same size as the stove plate. That is the only thing I could improve.

❤️❤️❤️For me, this place — the town of Antibes and the Royal Antibes Hotel — holds a very special meaning, as it carries so many family memories. Every time we return, we feel the same joy and happiness as before! We first came here when our children were just 5 and 8 years old, and now they are already 17 and 20. Thank you so much for giving us these wonderful emotions again and again! ❤️❤️❤️

Do not stay here. The fact that this is a 4 star hotel is confusing. The room was extremely small and basic and would have been fine for just the overnight stay we were there for - until we were accused of breaking and being charged for the tv in the room that we never even touched. It was in tact when we arrived and when we left. We went to pick up our luggage after a day on the beach and were accused of shattering it. It was clear housekeeping was trying to blame their mistake on the customer. Furthermore, the way the general manager handled the situation was horrendous and very much not what I’d expect the customer service experience to be coming from a 4 star hotel. Extremely rude and accusatory. There was no tact or care whatsoever and we ultimately left with a very negative experience. Would absolutely not go back, there are plenty of other places to stay in such a beautiful place.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, a wine lounge, a grand library, and a rooftop terrace. For nature lovers, there's also a charming garden to explore.
I highly recommend it. The hotel is simply wonderful, close to the beach, near a shop, with nice views from the windows and the possibility of purchasing underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious; in this place, we felt more at home than in a hotel. We thank the entire team at Hôtel La Villa Cannes very much; our stay in Cannes was wonderful also thanks to you! We will definitely return here every time we visit this beautiful city!

Had a good stay here - everything that is important for me was there. The vibe is cosy and modern. Although it is not s modern building, the toilet is modern with standing shower facilities, looks like it was newly renovated. Room was also very clean and bright and smelled fresh. Their kitchen is 24 hours which is really not a thing in most hotels in Cannes. My stay came with breakfast which had a good spread. The room is quite small though but i no issues with it. The aircon is generally not cold so the room gets warm sometimes.

Paid upfront in full. Arrived a day late due to a delayed flight to find they had already on-sold my room which left me trying to find a replacement late at night which proved expensive, tiring and frustrating. No refund. No cares. Wow.

We stayed at this hotel twice this summer and absolutely loved it! The position is perfect, short walk to the Croisette and to the shopping in route d’Antibes. The hotel is beautifully refurbished, elegant and modern. It is very quiet. Beautiful garden with tables where you can have drinks, light lunch or quiet dinner from a small in house menu. The pool is very nice and pleasant to swim in. The staff is very attentive , helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. We will be returning again next summer bringing friends from Australia with us.

This hotel has its good and bad We stayed 2 nights. At first it’s secluded and gated which at first seemed nice but that is because it’s in the opposite side of town where everything is not. The Elevator is the size of The Wonka-vator(very small). The room had everything we needed minus the smart tv. FYI you need to use your keycard for the lights in the room to work. Remember the secluded part…there is a train track located just south of the hotel (100-200 ft away). Lastly, the noise from the room above and outside were very noticeable. Conversations from the hallway I could hear from the bed. The last night we stayed the WiFi was out the whole night. They have breakfast but you have to pay for which would be fine the WiFi was decent. They do have breakfast available in the mornings you can bill the $21 meal per person to your room. However, you have to make your own crepes which there is no discount off your meal for that.

I came here and you only have 30 rooms so you get a lot of private attention but I never expected the service I got. Actually I sprained my ankle whitch wasn’t a good thing, but the people were amazing., how much of individual attention I got and how gorgeous and secluded the place is. Even with my sprained ankle it’s a dream Ask for the terasse room and you will love it. Flor, the manager was the best!! 5 stars!!!

Wonderful hotel and great value for money. Okay so it's not the Intercontinental Carlton, but it doesn't pretend to be. We had a lovely greating in reception upon arrival and the staff were all lovely, we found free on road parking nearby. And the location was great for us, as we like to walk, we found we were not far from beaches and the main boulevard. Breakfast was great too, with enough selection to satisfy most breakfast requirements. You could eat in or by the pool. I feel we did get lucky with room availability (#14) as we had views out across the bay towards the mountainous landscape in the background. The room was well proportioned and decorated to a high standard, and we loved the large shower in the bathroom. Sitting back slightly from the bustle of the main street meant it was quiet and relaxed in the evenings. A great hotel without the extortionate cost of most 4-star hotels in Cannes, we were pleasantly surprised.

After a nightmare trying to do AirBnB that had no AC during a heat wave this hotel was the savior of my trip. The staff was super nice, the rooms were icey cool to beat the heat, and they gave me free waters to cool down :) Perfect location close to everything but still quiet.

!!Horrible hotel!!! Horrible experience. Very rude people specially at the reception. Be aware of this hotel in particular, they will take your payment and leave you out on the streets if possible. First time i’ve experienced this situation with an abusive and aggressive management towards clients., no wonder why the hotel is falling apart. With so many options around, there’s no reason to stay on this crappy —wanna be hotel!! You have been warned!! Stay away or be robbed.

Lovely and clean hotel in perfect location.4 minutes walk to promenade and beach. Room is clean. Definitely value for money. The only negative point - they had issue with WiFi and I could not connect to internet on the night I stayed. Apart from it it’s good

The people in hotel (staff) were lovely with us, nothing was too much for them. The room was cosy and cute. Parking was a problem for us as we can't walk far, also was expensive but apart from that was nice little hotel.

Apparts Hotel Villa Garbo Cannes is a luxurious 19th-century boutique hotel offering high-end suites and apartments with a spa and complimentary breakfast. The spacious, family-friendly apartments are equipped with fully-equipped kitchens, espresso machines, granite bathrooms, BOSE home cinema systems, and Pierre Bourdon toiletries.
I am extremely impressed with how kind the owners and management of Villa Garbo are. The one-bedroom apartment is beautiful and decorated with the prettiest pieces. They have a new Nespresso coffee machine, diffusers, and a TV. Plus, the view is incredible: you can see the palm trees of Cannes, enjoy the sunset, and the blue hour. The colors in the apartment are quite dark, but it is undeniably beautiful. They are extremely generous. We booked the apartment for three days and the studio for the rest of our stay, but they upgraded us and gave us the apartment for our entire stay, which is about ten days. This is my first day, and because they have been so generous and kind, we decided to give them five stars and post a review immediately. Honestly, highly recommended. Additionally, it's just 5 minutes away from Martinez and the shops are so close, within walking distance. We chose room 120, which was near the roundabout, but we were pleased with being able to see the city vibes. Thank you for everything 💘

Our whole family has been regular clients of Villa Garbo since 2018. Every time we visited, it was a pleasure: the owners were amazing, the service exceptional, and the cleaning impeccable. We had breakfast included, our bed sheets were changed every day, and water was provided daily. There were also open bar hours with free snacks and champagne. The owner even gave us towels for the beach every morning. However, in January 2024, we received very sad news from the owners that they had sold the villa to other people. This was devastating, as we visited Cannes every year and always chose Villa Garbo. This year, we decided to return to Cannes and stay at Villa Garbo, though we expected it might be a different experience. However, we did not anticipate being so disappointed. First, the hotel manager was rude during our email correspondence, and only after we mentioned that we were regular clients did she change her attitude. When we arrived, the staff was very cold, unfriendly, and passive. When we asked for beach towels, they said they didn't have any but could provide extra room towels. Upon returning from the beach, the manager suggested we reuse the towels, even though they had sunscreen and oil on them. It took constant reminders for the room to be cleaned. Our coffee capsules, shower gel, dishwashing soap weren’t renewed, as well as kitchen towels. Our terrace wasn’t cleaned during the whole 2 weeks! The hotel corridors were dirty and the garden too. It wasn’t even pleasant to sit on the outdoor sofas, as they were dirty. One of the managers didn’t even look at us when we wanted to greet her. BUT THE WORST PART OF OUR STAY WAS THAT MY SISTER'S LINGERIE WAS STOLEN! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IN ALL OUR YEARS AT THIS HOTEL. WE ARE NOT THE TYPE TO LIE, AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER CAN VOUCH FOR US. OUR ITEMS WERE STOLEN, AND THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOTHING! THEY WEREN'T EVEN SURPRISED. THE LINGERIE COST 500 EUROS AND WAS IN OUR ROOM WHEN IT DISAPPEARED. DO WE NEED TO HIDE OUR LINGERIE IN A SAFE OR WHAT? AND CAN YOU IMAGINE THE ANSWER OF THE MANAGER? SHE SAID: «WELL, IT’S NOT A RING». CAN YOU IMAGINE??? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The location is excellent and the property has a huge potential to be a really top location in Cannes. The problem is that almost all rooms have really old carpets. The staff are helpful and friendly but definitely need more staff. No one is there to help with luggage and most of the time there's only one person visible. Value for money is lower than expected. No parking available and for unloading luggage it is a very difficult matter...
Salim N — Google review
The apartments are really old and need some renovation. Many things not working like the iron, the window is broken too. The hotel is near a roundabout and it’s so noisy. The management is good somehow but I’d rather find a more comfortable and relaxing accommodation .

Lovely hotel, very personal welcoming from staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Flight was not till the evening and we were able to use the lobby and facilities throughout the day. Beach only a 5 minute walk. Good location from shops and beach. No private beach but able to hire sunbeds along the beach front. Nice touch with the place where they would offer free drink 6-8pm to get everyone together. Would stay again.

If you want to be in the center of Cannes, but in a very quiet and secluded place, Villa Garbo is for you. Super soundproofing in the rooms. Stunningly beautiful building. Terrace with sun loungers. Fireplace in cool weather. Safe, private, cozy, luxurious! hide from prying eyes and be in the center of Cannes! Perfect! An individual approach, this is only possible with people who love what they do and respect every guest. Thank you !!!

Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is a luxurious landmark hotel that has been attracting international guests for 150 years. Nestled in a beautiful botanical garden with stunning views of the Mediterranean, this elegant hotel offers posh spa facilities, chic dining options, and an inviting outdoor pool. Originally opened as a writers retreat in 1870, the hotel was later restored and expanded into its current form.
We loved our stay here. The service, room and food were great. The views are beautiful and the sea is perfect. We loved doing the cabana rental, it felt very calming and relaxing. Looking forward to future visits.

Incredible experience, my wife and I were lucky enough to celebrate our anniversary for one night there, having previously been once before for lunch. Staff were impeccable and service was great. Expect to break the bank while you’re there but we only live once and it’s well worth it!

Exquisite experience from start to finish. Had dinner at the Grill with a table overlooking the water: stunning views, incredible service and even better food. We even made another dinner reservation for next week since it was too good not to come back.

I’m writing a review based on my experience eating at The Grille which is the poolside restaurant at Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. Do not eat here. The waiter left us alone for around an hour at a time. We watched our waiter KICK a pigeon across the walkway infront of guests and people eating lunch. He was a tall blonde man with sunglasses on. Hardly spoke a word to us when processing our bill. When we got up to leave the restaurant, he CHASED US DOWN to valet and claimed he forgot to add an extra 100 euros to our bill. We found this strange and asked to see the bill, he did not show us. And then 5 minutes later while we were waiting for our car, he came back and said he needed to process an extra 50 euros. Incredibly unprofessional and terrible service. We bonded with the table next to us at lunch who had a similar experience.

Our second stay at Hotel du Cap was even better than the first. The views and timeless elegance are unmatched, but what sets it apart is the flawless service and atmosphere - every detail feels effortless, every guest in sync, and the level of class is truly one-of-a-kind. Simply the finest destination on the French Riviera. Can’t wait to be back!
Anna G — Google review
I came here to experience the Dior spa and eat at the restaurant. Both were a major disappointment. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is very rude and not friendly at all. The spa itself is nothing compared to the one in Paris. The blonde lady at the counter was also so rude. There no private shower, the rock affusion therapy feels like you are being waterboarded and it’s really messy, the massage in the patio is very noisy and cold so it’s not even pleasant. I would not come back here because of the service.
Neha L — Google review
We visited the Grille and the service was horrible, servers were nonexistent and left finished plates and empty glasses on our table for a very long time. Definitely not what you expect when visiting a special place as this with above 5 star pricing. So many more amazing places to eat in Antibes.
Charlie F — Google review
We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with dinner at the Grill, and it was absolutely perfect. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and outstanding food, every part of the experience was exceptional. We were warmly greeted as if we were part of the family and felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. A night to remember and exactly what we wanted to celebrate! We promised our daughters that we would return in 25 years (or sooner) to celebrate our 50th! Highly recommended!

The Five Seas Hotel Cannes is a luxurious boutique hotel that offers top-notch amenities such as gourmet dining, a rooftop pool, and a high-end spa. The hotel's restaurant, Le Sea Sens By Arnaud Tabarec, showcases the best products from Provence to meet the demands of discerning consumers. Additionally, the Cinq Mondes and Carita Spa provides a serene setting for guests to indulge in a variety of treatments inspired by global traditions.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Five Seas! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team was incredibly attentive, always helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Even at a time when reservations were nearly impossible to get, they still managed to organize some lovely last-minute bookings for us — we were so impressed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Five Seas team, we would love to come back anytime!

We booked the Secret Suite and had a fantastic stay. The room was great, clean, spacious and comfy and its own terrace was lovely to relax and watch the sunset. The restaurant was fantastic for both evening meal, lunch and breakfast. We had a treatment each at the spa which was amazing. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend!

Our stay at Five Seas was one of the highlights of our French Rivera trip. The hotel has a boutique feel. Staff, from reception, to valet/luggage handlers, to rooftop staff were amazing and welcoming. The rooftop pool is phenomenal, great for a cool off dip, with views of the ocean & Notre Dame (we also loved the DJ in the evening for some good vibes…). Location is ideal, between the main beach & bustling restaurants, bars and shops.
Alex N — Google review
We had an excellent four-night stay at this hotel at the end of September. We had originally booked elsewhere and considered several other options, some of which charged guests to use the pool — we’re so glad we chose the Five Seas instead. I booked the stay as a birthday weekend for my husband, with our daughter joining us, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The rooms were spacious and included a complimentary mini bar stocked with non-alcoholic treats. The staff were incredibly thoughtful with our daughter, leaving a small cuddly toy in the room, along with a child-sized bathrobe and slippers. We also enjoyed complimentary access to the private sauna for 30 minutes each day. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, including freshly prepared eggs cooked to your liking, and the restaurant never felt crowded or rushed like at larger, canteen-style hotels. The rooftop heated pool was a highlight — we always had it to ourselves, and there were always sunbeds available, which made it feel peaceful and exclusive. Happy hour each afternoon was a great addition, and we loved relaxing at the rooftop bar after a day of exploring. The team also surprised my husband with thoughtful birthday gestures, including a couple of glasses of champagne. Any minor issues we encountered were handled promptly and with genuine care. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend the Five Seas Hotel.

Our stay at the Five Seas Hotel in Cannes was absolutely exceptional. The concierge went above and beyond - securing a wonderful babysitter for my son (and even allowing the charge to be added to our room) as well as a nearly impossible reservation at La Guérite. Every morning, we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast on the outdoor patio, and the thoughtful touches for my son, like little slippers and a stuffed toy, made it feel so special. As a Marriott Ambassador member, I’ve never left a public review before, but this experience truly deserves recognition. The staff and concierge team made our girls’ trip unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return next summer.
Savannah — Google review
Good location: Average level of service. While it is listed on Marriott’s website, it is not a Marriott Hotel: Most Marriott benefits such as early check-in or late check-out are not provided. Wham asked about such options, staff is providing impolite answers. Rooftop bar is mediocre. Service levels are disappointing.
Uri Y — Google review
We were looking forward to our first stay in Cannes and chose this hotel for its high reputation. Due to a professional commitment, we requested to shift our booking by one day – this was refused, even though the hotel was not fully booked and staff confirmed on-site that an extension would have been possible. For a property of this category, the strict reference to cancellation policies feels inflexible and not guest-oriented. Our stay ended up being much shorter and did not meet our expectations. PS: The refusal to shift the booking, of course, also meant we had to fully pay for the unused night.
Andreas S — Google review
Avoid this place at all costs! They entered my room when I had a Do Not Disturb sign even after I spent the entire week explicitly telling every member of their staff ad nauseam that I have germaphobia OCD and that no one should ever enter my room - yet they did it anyway, with no explanation, apology, or resolution. Further, except for the smallest handful of people including the night manager, the housekeeper on floor 4, and the exceptionally kind bellman Nicolas, I was horrified by how openly rude, dismissive and unprofessional the staff here is. I want to especially point out the receptionist Leanne, who, with her unearned arrogance, was consistently difficult and rude for no reason, seeming to relish in telling guests ‘no’ for her own ego and power trip. She should be fired. Also, special mentions to the bellman who, when I was leaving in a taxi to the airport, left my expensive luggages and belongings on the street unattended without even attempting to put them in the car, and went back into the hotel - thank god they weren't stolen and that the taxi driver was nice and helped with my bags, and the male breakfast waiter who, when seeing me in the street as he was presumably going to the hotel to start his shift, looked at me and scoffed. So glad I spent $10k for a week of being disrespected by the rudest staff I've ever encountered.

Really nice time staying here. Pool was nice, staff were really helpful. Only critique is that the bedroom is very small (literally a bed in a room with a foot or two of space around it). Aside from that no complaints! The cat in the lobby was also lovely

I had a 2nd floor apartment overlooking the garden and pool (closed in February) which was a pleasant outlook from the private balcony. This faced north so didn't get any sun unfortunately. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The sofa beds were not that comfortable as sofas. I didn't cook or use the dishwasher but the aircon worked. The Nespresso machine with 3 capsules was a bonus. You can buy more at reception for 1€ each. The location is ideal for the old town and marina. There was construction work across the road but not too noisy.
Herm D — Google review
At first , we were expecting for something premium as mentioned into the location name and finally the room and the building were nice yes but a bit old for my taste. It needs to be refreshed. Not sure to come back this first reason. Secondly, when we booked the apartment the price was for mention without any taxes more so for me all included. I checked several time before to book it. This is only into a email received few days later that they asked us to pay some more taxes which was not mentioned any where (that was almost 10% more of the price). So their practice are not fair at all and for this reason we will never be again client of pierre vacance. But the personal was nice except it and the location good into the city.
Rick D — Google review
Favourite place to stay. Excellent location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Beautiful garden and pools.
Glenda S — Google review
Beware: Extremely unfriendly staff, smelly and noisy rooms. I barely ever leave reviews (especially not bad ones) but in this specific case, I was extremely shocked about how the staff treats their customers in a so called 4 star accommodation and I want to inform other potential guests prior to booking. The only good thing about the place is its location, the rest is far away from what you should expect from a 4 star location. Old furniture and partially broken equipment in the room, super bad smell in the bathroom with the toilet (old pipes I guess), insects in the shower, and the noise the pool makes at night was deafening. If you want to sleep, you better keep your windows shut, otherwise it is impossible. Now, I have experienced hotels before that are not as nice as you expect them to be but barely ever staff THIS rude. This is how the story unfolded: Unfortunately my boyfriend and I made a mistake as for the checkout time which should not happen but it did. There was a prior miscommunication between me and my agency who had booked the accommodation in the first place. Now: it is never about who was at fault but how professional staff deals with issues like this. A blonde lady knocked at 11:10 to tell us she was trying to call but we had hung up on her - which is not true as we have never received a call. She came to tell us that the Checkout was at 11. I apologized to her, told her that it was our mistake and that we finish up as soon as we can. At 11:35 she had sent up the cleaning lady - basically to kick us out - but luckily we were finished right then, otherwise the poor lady would have had to wait.So instead of 11 we were ready by around 11:40. We walked down to the reception to return the keys. The same blonde lady was waiting at the desk and if looks could kill, I would have dropped dead in that specific moment. I am not sure if she disliked me because of my darker complexion, because we were a little late or because she was having a bad day (or maybe everything together) but as a customer I expect to be treated in a decent and respectful way because we are basically paying your wages. To top it all off she pressured me into paying tourist tax (which I do not have a problem with at all) although I had told her before that my agency was to cover for me as they had booked the room. She still insisted and my words just seemed to worsen her demeanor which is why I paid in the end, leaving me with a very uneasy feeling. We are spending quite a bit of time in the South of France and if you are too, I strongly advise you to look for a better place than this - especially if you expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was definitely our first and last time at Pierre et Vacances.

Excellent holiday apartment complex with friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. The location is excellent a couple of minutes walk from Antibes old town. The swimming pools and gardens/grounds are lovely, really making our holiday. The apartments are small but well equipped with great aircon; essential in July. We traveled with 5 families who stayed in different places in Antibes. They were all envious of ours with the pools. Highly recommended!

Great apartment with a partial view of the harbour. Nice pool area but in late April it's a bit too cold to enjoy. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff but no owen. Separate bath and toilet. Separate bedroom for two persons and the two sofas in the open kitchen/living room convert into beds as well. Large sunny balcony with friendly but curious doves. Lots of cabinet space.

The family-owned hotel has been offering warm hospitality since 1945 and is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with a refreshing outdoor pool. The bright and spacious rooms, each named after a flower, overlook the beautiful garden and offer Provencal touches for a comfortable stay.
One of the prettiest and more peaceful hotel I have stayed in. The pool area was gorgeous and I never had an issue getting a sunbed. My room was huge! I’m not sure if I got upgraded as a booked the cheapest room. Bed comfy. Only complaint is the AC could have been colder - there was only one AC unit for the whole suite so it took a while to cool. Right by town and the beach with loads of good shops. Highly recommend.

We made a mistake and booked 2 rooms instead of 1. The woman who checked us in realized right away it was a mistake and was very kind, however the man who worked there was VERY RUDE and kept ARGUING with us, He said he would talk to the manager and get back with us. HE NEVER DID, He kept saying our reservation kept him from selling a room, however when I went on the internet and showed him he has rooms still available and our reservation did not cause him to loose money, he immediately went and CHARGED the credit card for a 5 night stay!!! Over $1400! So we paid TWICE! They basically STOLE from us! The man was so RUDE and ANGRY towards us, as 2 women in our 60's we were actually AFRAID !!! The women who worked there were all very kind. We may be older but we are not done with them yet!!! We have a friend who is French and a lawyer! Our experience with the French people was not very good, they are not a friendly or welcoming culture!!!!

What a difference Corporate Ownership makes ! This hotel was previously owned by a wonderful (3 generational ) family , and it was a dream ! I wrote a glowing review after staying here with family in 2023, saying I couldn’t wait tho return (from Australia! ) THEN it was the most wonderful charming hotel , the epitome of genuine warm hospitality. HOWEVER, very SADLY it has been sold to a hotel chain and how things change ! Staff seem entirely focused on profit with no idea of hospitality. We arrived on a hot day , and instead of a refreshing WELCOME fruit drink which was offered in the past , I had to ask for water, and was brought one glass for me but not for the rest of family ! Was told a bottle would cost €2 ! Water quite ok out of tap but it seems they couldn’t be bothered bringing a glass for everyone. Breakfast nothing like it used to be . Staff off -hand , unsmiling.,disinterested and food mediocre . Birds eating bread etc . I feel this hotel will soon lose its reputation and clientele if it continues with this approach. What an absolute shame !

Nestled in the heart of Cannes, OKKO HOTELS Cannes Center is a chic and trendy retreat that beautifully blends urban design with comfort. Housed in a former train station, this stylish hotel caters to couples and solo travelers seeking a relaxing getaway just two minutes from the train station. Guests can indulge in complimentary breakfast, snacks, and drinks at the 24-hour guest lounge or unwind on the rooftop terrace while enjoying stunning views.
This hotel is simple in design but wonderfully comfortable. I was here for work and didn’t spend much time in the room, but its unbeatable location made everything so convenient. Being just a 2-minute walk from the train station made catching trains to/from the Nice Airport and other destinations, including the highspeed train to Paris, a breeze. While the bathroom design wasn’t my favorite, the room itself was cozy, and the daily breakfast was a perfect way to start each day—nourishing and convenient. What truly stood out was the staff. Elyse and Sonia were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile, even accommodating my request to adjust checkout time. The breakfast attendants were equally warm and welcoming, making mornings feel homey. If you’re looking for a great base to explore Cannes and the surrounding towns in the South of France, this hotel is lovely. I would recommend!

I stayed in this hotel in Nice many times but this time i stayed in Cannes. I enjoyed it so much. Very well soundproof room, nice, comfortable. What is very important for me - very soft pillows in both hotels. Very comfortable! The only thing its more suitable for one person because the bathroom doesnt have much privacy. But i knew that before, its hotel's specifics. As i stayed alone it wasnt problem at all. Need to mention that staff is very friendly and very welcoming. In each floor you can find water machine, you can drink tea or coffee any time and they have an aperitiff, which is a small thing but makes your stay more welcoming. The location is perfect. In general i like this hotel and its definetely not a last time there!
Margo M — Google review
Lovely hotel. Rooms are a little compact. There is no real space for your cases. The bathroom is an open view, so not to everyone's taste. Mixed messages about the terrace above we were told on check-in it was a home from home we were allowed to being our own food to eat up there and drink. The first night, we did and had no problems. Second night, we were told no, we couldn't drink our own alcohol and the third, they said no soft drinks either. So we didn't bother going again. Awful attitude from the lady in the restaurant who was constantly mumbling at us and making funny comments. We found her quite rude, so that was another reason we didn't go on the terrace again. In total contrast to her, Oliver, on reception, is the most charming and helpful guy. He is just so lovely. It's a great location for the train and the city. Its a shame about the druggies and drunks outside most of the day and night shouting and selling drugs openly, but suppose that's the crowd outside a train station. Police didn't seem to care about them being there either. I found it quite a pleasant place just put off by the woman's negative towards us.

Not keen on the bedding used as they get you too hot during the night. The gym is pretty disappointing as there are missing weights and it gets far too hot in there-they need to invest in some fans as it gets really uncomfortable when using it. Find the side our room was on was really loud during the night as the road outside was busy and people as very keen to use the car horns late at night. Despite all of that, the staff are friendly, the 'club' is pleasant and the location is good as its close to the seafront and all the shops. Close to where they have the film festival.

Nestled in a tranquil area just 500 meters from the iconic Croisette and its stunning beaches, the Best Western Plus Cannes Riviera is an inviting retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and convenience. This charming hotel features modern rooms equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to two guests. Guests can unwind at the rooftop pool while soaking in panoramic views of Cannes or enjoy some leisure time at the lending library.
Great place and our bigger concern that it is going to be noisy because of the train station happily didn't come true. We'd definately consider it for Cannes Film Festival 2026!

The gentleman on reception was very polite and gave us a warm greeting. The room was clean and bright. Great location. Only downside is no room service
Amber U — Google review
Will not come back and will discourage all of my contacts. What you have to do is to put your accessible rooms, the ones on 1st floor, with windows overlooking the Breakfast patio, into a separate category. Clearly specifying these details. I booked a higher level room category only to get a Zero privacy room, with guest coming out at night to smoke right in front of my open window and hotel personal creating noises at 6am rearranging the chairs and tables in preparation of the breakfast. The bathroom in turn, for the fact that it is accessible for disabled people, lacks any kind of shower curtains or water drop protection, thus making each shower use a hussle, floor is getting wet, slippery and dangerous.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I went there, and it is a great location, but when I checked out I left some items in the hotel. Housekeeping when I went back in 30 mins after checkout (clearly flustered) was insistent they didn't have them, but they absolutely took some money and other items. Awful conduct.
Henry I — Google review
We were happy with our stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from the road. The staff were welcoming and the rooftop / pool were very nice although I can imagine that during peak season the pool may feel quite small if there are a few people using it. The hotel is only a very short walk to the town centre and about 10 mins from the beach, the only downside is that it's on the wrong side of the train station so you have to take one of the underpasses, which while they felt safe, didn't really feel that pleasant. Parking is at the public car park 2 mins walk away, it felt secure enough.
Martin W — Google review
We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel - totally unproblematic and barely noticable hotel for us, which to me is the key to good holiday experience. Some highlights: - decent, air conditioned rooms, frequently cleaned etc. Funnily, we got tea in the room but no kettle - staff gave us their kettle when we asked - GREAT rooftop + pool, we frequently had some late chill and dinners there when we were tired - modest, yet sufficient breakfast at a price that is comparable with breakfast out in the town - nice selection + super elegant and clean breakfast area. Very comfortable option Area for improvement: - CRAZY lifts - there are two tiny lifts that you often have to wait several minutes for. Staff often occupies them during cleaning hours so you need to "hunt" the lift. Quite unususal - not enough hangers in the rooms eg for wet swimsuit or towels - difficult parking layout - it was difficult to park but I managed to squeeze my rather big car in there. Just to keep in mind if you drive a tank and are not a good parker Generally I liked everything and would like to come back in the future

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in August 2025 and the location, for us was perfect as it was not smack in the centre but easy walking distance. We flew in to Nice and then took the train to Cannes which meant that we need to walk from the station to the hotel. Took a little while to work out how to get there given there is a main road inbetween them and the access from the station was on the wrong side of the road. After about 20 mins we realised there was an footpath underpass which once you know where it is, was quite easy. Hotel is next to the main road and we had a room on the road side of the hotel however were not disturbed at all by any traffic noise as the double glaxing seemed to work well. On the evening we arrived I just wanted to sit in the bar and have a drink in their little bar area but they did not have any beer of any description which I found surprising. Am sure that has been rectified now. All in all would use again and was pleased with the overall experience.

We stayed for 2 nights. We had booked 3 rooms, and all 3 of them were accessible rooms, although we never requested this. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, as the water covered the entire shower area.

Hôtel La Villa Cap d'Antibes is a luxurious hotel located just two kilometers outside of Antibes in Juan-les-Pins. The hotel offers a serene setting within walking distance of beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens with palm trees and olive trees. The rooms are simple and restful, some featuring terraces or balconies with sea views.
Truly wonderful experience. Staff were efficient and welcoming. The room was gorgeous. Bathroom even more so. So many shelves and cupboard space in the spacious room with a pretty balcony overlooking the sea. Bar snacks were beautifully presented. Everything was done with style. Thank you.

We’ve just returned (well-rested) from our second visit to this gem of a hotel. It is a wonderful boutique hotel not far from the beach of Antibes. It is beautifully decorated and you feel a sense of calm as soon as you walk in. See my photos below. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and they are all very welcoming. Too many people to thank for our amazing stay but a special shout-out to Laubna. Intissar, Marion and Alina and all the others. Also to the lady who cleaned our rooms Naomi. We have booked to return next year.

Ok hotel in Juan Les Pins, Antibes. The room are actually well renovated, but the air conditioning/heating is quite noisy and if you turn it out in winter can be cold in the room. The noisy insulation is not the best. There is free parking place for the car, but can be very crowded with the result that it might be difficult to move the car or getting in and out. The morning coffee is not the best. Location is ok, but is a bit far on the top of an hill: in summer, having a pool, should not be a big problem, but if you want to walk to the beach or to the city, can be far. Overall ok.

What an unfortunate event (BA flight cancelled) turned to be in a great finding! We had our flight cancelled and as a result we had to spend one night more in our regular trip to the Côte d'Azur. We found this great hotel and had a wonderful stay. Staff is friendly and nice, they were always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, facilities super clean and maintained. The area is also super convenient to the beach and to the centre! A great stay, merci

My favorite hotel of our 2 week trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the decor in the hotel was so cool. The pool was very nice and 6 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive into town. Parking was accessible on property and I’d recommend renting a car! Great stay, cozy rooms.
Mallory P — Google review
Everything was superb including the breakfast! My only complaint is that they turned off all heat to entire hotel in 'summer,' however, it was a colder early May when we stayed. They did offer us a room heater. The other complaint was that the 'heated pool' wasn't heated! It was cold!!

(June 2025, intended to stay in August 2025) PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL's cancellation policies, as they are adverstised as "Free cancellation" but then they try to have their cake and eat it too by then going to say that every booking cancellation will incur a non-refundable deposit. When I complained, their manager, Alina Z., wrote me this epxlanation "We would like to clarify that the information presented on our website, including under the “Tarif Flexible” option, is accurate and transparent. The phrase “free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival” does appear under the Flexible Tarif; however, the use of the phrase “up to” indicates this is the most favorable scenario and that other conditions may apply depending on the specifics of the reservation." As you can see from the screenshots of their booking page, it only states "Our Flexible rate allows you to modify your plans without stress. Benefit from free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. Because life is full of surprises!”, no talk of any specifics. If there is no free cancellation for this specific booking, then it should not be shown prominently in larger font above the small-print indication that the cancellation is actually not free because the deposit is non-refundable. It is either free or not free, it cannot be both. Very dishonest and misleading IMO. I will report this hotel and its practices to the authorities as it clearly is misleading and will be difficult to justify legally. I would stay away from hotels with such dishonest practices as it is represnetative of managment and how hotels like this chose to approach situations like this.

We stayed here at the start of May and cannot fault anything! The staff were completely brilliant! Professional, attentive and helpful at every moment. I absolutely love my stay at this hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everything is perfect! It truly feels like home; away from home. The service and hospitality is professional, 5 star quality of service. The kindness and care given is exemplary. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are cozy and very comfortable; with crisp fresh clean sheets. The bathrooms have beautiful waterfall showers. The vanities have perfect lighting; which illuminate the fixtures of the glass sink and wood vanity. The rooms smell fresh with the a/c just right. As I wake up to the sunshine that enters my room; I love looking out at the sea out of the large beautiful windows. The airy curtains that line the windows catch the sea breeze. I always look forward to my breakfast; which has very a fresh and delicious cuisine. I’m always greeted with kindness, warm smiles with quick and excellent service and hospitality. Léa and all the staff are truly wonderful. It has been my favorite hotel to stay at in all the traveling I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and it is truly the very best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Very loud right by a busy road, rooms need renovation (big stains on carpet and black grouting in bathroom), breakfast very basic, dead palm tree on terraced, over priced drinks (7€ on small bottle) and food as well as arrogant staff

Hôtel Juana, located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, has been a luxurious retreat since the 1930s, attracting A-list clientele and artists alike. The art-deco hotel offers spacious and comfortable guest rooms, a refined bistro with a terrace serving Mediterranean cuisine by a Michelin-starred chef, and an outdoor pool.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff and the service were incredible and the location was amazing. Everyone was really helpful whenever we needed. Super friendly and warm staff as well. We brought a baby and they were super accomodating with all of our needs. The pool wasn't anything to write home about and the elevator was so tiny, it was sort of funny. The rooms were alright, but nothing so special. We got access to the beach club across the street which was awesome.. I recommend seeing if you can get that as part of your package!
Yona S — Google review
We (3 adults and our dog) stayed at Hotel Juana one week in August and had a fantastic time. The service from front desk, valet, concierge, bar, restaurant, housekeeping etc. was superb. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The kind of service you want in a boutique first class family run hotel in a top holiday spot. They always had an eye for our dog too. The hotel even offers dog dinners and massages. Location nice and just a step away from the beach club. Lounge, restaurant, bar and terrace very beautiful decorated. Food very good. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, bathroom design a bit old fashioned but purely personal. Fitness and spa need a serious upgrade in design and equipment. However this might not an issue for many as you are at the Côte d’Azur with so many other things to do than fitness/spa. Highly recommend Hotel Juana and we will be back.

A classic hotel 🏨 in a great location plus bonus access to their sister property the “Belle Rives” a short walk away right on the water. Shout out to Romain who made our stay easy and memorable — definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Antibes or if you want to avoid the crowds in Cannes

A Stylish Gem with an Incredible Concierge – Hotel Juana, Antibes We had an amazing stay at Hotel Juana – a beautifully eclectic boutique hotel that blends historic charm with a fresh, curated style. The building itself is full of character, with an old elevator that runs up the centre like a time capsule in the best way. Everything feels well thought out – from the design details to the relaxed yet refined vibe. The pool area is a real highlight – a great space to unwind, and it’s fully serviced with food and drinks which makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon there. The restaurant at the front of the hotel also deserves a mention – great energy, good food, and a buzzing atmosphere that draws both guests and locals. But the real standout from our stay was Roland, the concierge. He didn’t just make our stay better – he made our whole trip. We’d been trying for weeks to get bookings in Eze and Paris with no luck, and Roland worked his magic to lock them in for us effortlessly. He’s knowledgeable, warm, and goes above and beyond – a true pro who understands what luxury service is all about.

Hotel so ready for an update The common areas are lovely but the lifts, hallways and room aren't great. Staff are mixed. Some lovely some no so much. Great location
MollyManc — Google review
I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Their presentation is entirely misleading. The picture they show is edited to erase surrounding buildings (see street view screenshot attached). They mention a « secret garden » that is nowhere to be found. They pretend to be « in the middle of the pinède », which is nothing more than a shabby public garden across the road. The swimming pool is in a prison yard next to the road. Service is average and rooms feel like they go back to the 80s. The Juan beach is a giant construction site. To top it all, not their responsibility, but you get families with babies crying to complement the traffic noise from the road that’s right outside the terrace. Net net, you get none of the good of the south (sea and outdoor experience) and all of the bad (attitude, dirt, cramped spaces)

Stayed here during the Cannes Yachting festival week. Paid close to 900 euros per night (admittedly the rate was probably very high due to the boat show). Although the hotel is very nice, I was disappointed given the 900 euro nightly rate I paid, definitely not up to the standard of other comprables. The breakfast was especially poor.

Me and my wife had a fantastic stay for three nights last week. The hotel is clean and the pool area is very nice. Stayed in a junior suite and the room was nice and spacious. Very close to the beach and shopping/night life. I give them my best recommendations, and an extra shout out to Stephanie for her excellent service.

It is all about expectations. Solid option for a visit to Cannes. Wont be the best hotel you stayed at, wont be the worst. Service was great. No major complaints. The pool is a major plus when you just want to kick it and relax….or when you arrive super early and check in is at 3 PM. Yes, you will wait until 3PM. Breakfast has some pastries and coffee is good. Dont worry about it if not included. Plenty of options in the area. Not too far from train station and beach. Again, solid.

Very nice hotel in a central location. Relatively small to other places I've stayed before which meant a personal touch from staff. Well maintained and good size swimming pool especially with small children. Modern with spacious rooms. Ticks most boxes. The hotel features quirky themed rooms and suites, a tea room, and a beautiful garden where guests can enjoy breakfast.
Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful, the rooms and decor is gorgeous and creative. So well kept and looked after. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the hotel location is central and perfect for our young family! I would stay here again any time and totally recommend it!

I'll start with- id stay here again! I do recommend a junior suite though rather than a standard room just for the extra space. Funky decor, very clean, very comfortable, everything worked as it should, coffee machine in the room (but no milk!), shower worked well but rain head needed a descale ( I'm a bathroom installer so I notice these things!). Quiet air con which was great. Nice little outside area for chilling with a plunge pool, drinks available and very respectable prices. There was a tabled area in the front of the hotel which i feel would be better suited to a relaxing sofa area. We enjoyed our stay and recommend. Lots of places to eat in the area.
DAVE S — Google review
This hotel is on an incredibly busy street with music and activities all night. The rooms have very poor noise isolation so you hear everything. Avoid if you want a quiet sleep. The hotel is not in the best condition. Paint and wallpaper peeling, etc. The rooms, especially the bathroom, need some love.
Brad W — Google review
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Always there to greet, smile, and help. The rooms were pretty nice, I loved the art vibe in the rooms. The location was actually really good if you were there with friends but I was solo therefore a bit too much in a social area. The courtyard/outdoor area was so damn cute!!! I really enjoyed my stay.

This is my favorite spot in Antibes! The hotel is right in the middle of all of the restaurants, bars, parks and the sea is five minutes at the most to walk to! Also, the family that runs the hotel I feel like are my friends for a long time. They are so very kind with the sweetest kids, dog and cats too! They made me feel like I was family, truly and I will be forever grateful for how available and helpful the lady of the house was to me. I will be back soon to this hidden gem of an experience!!! Bravo!

Nice little hotel with little pool in a small backyard, we booked it not really paying attention where exactly it was. This is the busiest street in Antibes I think. Lots of restaurants and DJ live mysic. They had earplugs in the bathroom and I realized it was there for a reason. But the music doesn’t bother us. It’s nice to see all these happy people and happy faces:) it’s 00:04 am music still there. I read another review saying the music is until 3 am. Maybe there are other rooms not overlooking the street and is more quet. Check it when booking
Tinatin M — Google review
Stayed at Mademoiselle while on a work trip. It was super easy walk to the convention center so having the room close was nice and handy in case I forgot something. Lots of restaurant options on the same street and just within a few minutes of walking around the nearby area. The beach was awesome. Took a swim in the sea on warm day was perfect way to cool off. Only a short walk to downtown old district covered market which is neat to see. Recommend this place to stay again. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We needed early checkout and he was willing to check us out a day ahead so we could catch our flight first thing in the morning before hotel staff was there.
Mike W — Google review
This hotel has some serious issues with maintenance and cleaning. We cancelled a 3 day stay after one sleepless night and switched to another hotel. The hotel is on a busy street and the rooms have air vents that make any noise reduction impossible. The room was only somewhat quiet between 5am and 7am. We had booked a non refundable stay and the host basically said ”tough luck, don’t you know this hotel is in Juan-Les-Pins? - we can’t do anything”. Then he proceeded to misgender me ”madame”. I was completely in chock. The whole thing is very upsetting. I would like a refund for the 2 days we didn’t stay.
