Best Mexican food in Chico! We love Amigos de and always stop by when we are in town. They catered our wedding back in 2015 and people still say it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding! Above that, we were just there the other day and the server went above and beyond to make sure our kids were content. Love the food, love the people. 10/10 all the time!

Their Al Pastor Supreme is my favorite burrito in town and the habanero salsa is the perfect complement. The employees are always friendly and cheerful. I'm already missing them, and I'm not done moving away yet.

Turns out Amigos de Acapulco were not very friendly at all when it came to ingredients in their fairly expensive Nachos Combinados, $12.99 +. When one reads the ingredients list is easy to be sold, three kinds of meat, bean, cheese, tomatoes, etc etc. I fully understand that this particular dish is kind of Americanize over the years, had them where they truly shine and mostly in their more mediocre appearance. Impressed by the many glowing reviews attesting to this place excellence, but also aware of the risk of getting shorted in the end, threw the dices and played the odds. What arrived to the table was visibly cut short from their advertised page. Only one meat mostly, not too bad Carnitas, but hey?! where are the other 2? Away in vacation in Acapulco! No jalapeños which basically is mandatory, and the overly friendly host never reappeared to ask for some. Plate relatively small, ingredients way below par, with the exception of the very thin sour cream. Carnitas get old fast, and they controlled the protein army to ghastly results. The point is that one a restaurant is given almost 5 stars, they have to act and dispense food like it, and sadly the oily several tortillas and the accompaniment failed dismally. 2.5 Stars. Companion opted for Carne Asada Sope, $4.99+? Female comensal, possibly due to the munchies, lavished praises to what appeared to me an average sope. 4 Stars. Total $20, for what I definitely disagree deserves such high accolades. Service initially very effusive, place basically empty except for a table that for a brief spell remain occupied. Water nice, bathroom clean. At most 3 Stars.

This is the popeye burrito, choice of meat, sautted spinach, grilled onions, black beans, rice, cilantro, and cheese on a spinach tortilla topped with avacado. I had it with chicken in green sauce. I have tried the chicken and pork in green sauce and it is always exactly what I want from my mexican food. Very friendly service. Recommend

Amazing food! Stopped by on a whim while driving through downtown. I cant believe I have never been here before. I ate there and bought more food to take home to Paradise. Shrimp tacos were great. Awesome customer service.

Decent food, very friendly staff. They have a few seats outside, plenty of seating inside. You order at the counter and they will bring it to you. On the front of their menu it indicates that the prices are different than the prices in the menu if you use a credit card, but it doesn't indicate how much the difference is and/or what the credit card fees are.

The beef dip was without a doubt the best I have ever eaten. The place was absolutely adorable, fair prices bathroom was clean and spacious . Parking in front I would definitely recommend this sweet hidden little gem.

The place is really nice and they are very kind. The pulled pork wrap is awesome. ↑ this is from my 9 year old food snob son. 🤣 I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and my other son got a cowboy burger. We shared fries and French toast. Everything was excellent. The staff/owner are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Price is very generous and surprisingly affordable. The portion is big. Food quality is very high. They put love in their food. I really appreciate that. I used to own successful restaurants and Cafes in a bigger city. I've eaten in many restaurants all over the world. That being said I give CJs two thumbs up. Now this is my favorite restaurant in the nor cal. I don't know why I didn't find this place earlier.

Love local places like this. The diner is decorated nicely, kinda cowboy country house sort of feel. Got to talk to one of the owners about the menu and how the pulled pork was prepared, great stuff! My two teenage boys had cowboy burgers. They loved em, ate em all up. They looked to me to have a good amount of char, thick pieces of bacon (cut nice to fit on the burger and not dangle out) and of course some melted cheese :) I love pulled pork, so I went with the wrap. The smoky flavor was balanced nice with their Cole slaw. The pork did not have an overwhelming amount of smoked flavor. Their home made BBQ sauce went on it and paired wonderfully well. Their slaw is not runny which I prefer as well. We all shared a larger order of onion rings and tried all three sauces. Soooo good. Event got some fries in there. They are not real thick, so a good amount of crunch which is what I like! Full on soda fountain and I saw a couple sipping on bottled beer. I had complimentry water. Definately a good place and worth the small drive out of the crowded city, take your kids. Gonna check out Ike's smokehouse in town later for the full smoked meat menu. I heard the ribs were awesome. Go get your grub on!

Our first time here was fantastic! My son and I both loved the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Very cool place to eat, and we will definitely be back!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning and had no trouble getting a booth immediately. The server was quick and friendly. The owner also came over and checked on us and introduced himself. Overall, it was a classic old-fashioned diner experience with good food and good portions.

Tina was our waitress and host, a nice no nonsense server, whom for some reason I took a liking for from the gate go. Staff in general nice people, and even Jesus “Chewy” talented food preparer/Cook/Chef for all I care, was nice to us, which is rare but it happened in Jack’s Family Restaurant. We went there because we done several breakfast places in Chico, and frankly a new spot sounded interesting. Arrived around 11:30 AM, place was 30-40% full? Food: Seniors menu 2 eggs over medium, one bacon, one sausage, hash browns, sourdough toast/butter, one medium size freshly squeezed orange juice, clean water, $13+? Overall my lady companion enjoyed the eggs-cooked to perfection, really. Hash Browns a touch above the majority, which definitely it is attributed to the skill in making it. Bacon, Sausage went to me, as she steers clear of this food, but I don’t, the more the merrier. Bacon thick, dark, a little strong to the bite, but likable. Sausage bulky as compared to most, found it salty but that could be me. Sourdough nice cut in four. Pancakes, frankly, only average, no magic here. Orange 🍊 juice fresh. 4 Stars. Lumberjack, $16? 3 eggs over medium, 3 sausages, 3 bacon slices, hash brown, english muffin, six small pancakes. Plus additions sausage and bacon. Too salty sausages for me, will not repeat, and everything else as it should be. 4 Stars. Bathrooms only with password, relatively clean on both. I must admit that price wise no better nor worst. Total $31+? plus without counting gratuity which, even if I say it myself, was above average. 4 Stars. 8-4-2023 The staff is really nice, each one, so I will be returning. Today 7-4-2023 around 1 PM. Food: Special on Fri, Sat, Sun Extra large Chicken Fried Steak, $14? Covered with white gravy, it’s own plate. Gravy average. Steak average. I’m spoiled silly in this department, having been in Texas, South and North Carolina. Great Chicken Fried Steak! Second plate of same order was 2 eggs over medium, perfect. Hash Browns, the ones to beat so far! English Muffin, almost burnt. Failed. Corn 🌽 Bread, the best I’ve tried in quite a while, it actually tasted like corn, not overly sweet, what was not too like? Could have eaten a Trio with butter. Also had a cup of their Friday Clam Chowder, $3.49? Thick, clams had gone swimming because I could not locate them, average at best. Garlic Bread, nice. My Lady sidekick enjoyed her 2 over medium, hash browns, and a small cup with steamed veggies. Small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. We both had plenty of fresh water with a slice of lemon. Service superb at the lovely hands of Isis, Happy Birthday 🎁 next day. Everyone as I said cool 😎. Total before gratuity, $34+. 4 Stars.

Skip the crepes & hollandaise sauce. Great $9.99 breakfast deal! Biscuits & gravy- need more bacon or sausage fat for stronger flavor. EXCELLENT service, lots of coffee served, FRESH SQUEEZED Orange juice, DELICIOUS!

Not too busy on a Saturday morning. Was promptly greeted and seated by manager. Great service from all employees, food was fantastic, and overall price was great. Skillets and omelets are the go to. Steak and carnival hit the spot.

The food here was amazing, as for any In-N-Out Burger. There is ample seating and the location is perfect for those long drive-thru lines. This location in particular doesn’t leave chillies out unless you ask which I found interesting. Overall, I would visit again. I would recommend the double double with chopped chilies and grilled onions. With a side of fries with grilled onions and spread. Basically animal style fries without the cheese.

I love In and Out! Probably my most favorite restaurant since moving to California. I have Celiac Disease and they do a wonderful job keeping my food safe and with cross contamination they do superb. I’ve never gotten sick yet from eating at In and Out! I get the Protein Style burger with fries and it’s always the same and delicious. I also appreciate how friendly and nice the staff always are. Thanks for making a great place for us to enjoy!

Jovahny is a top-tier employee—10/10! His customer service is outstanding, and he’s an all-around great individual. I had a bug on my car, and before I even noticed it, he had already taken care of it. It’s rare to find such genuine and thoughtful people these days. In-N-Out should definitely hire more awesome team members like him!

Whataburger has nothing on In-N-Out, always the best burger, and consistent service and quality at every location.

I love how efficient the staff are. They are always cheerful, courteous, and quick, even when it's super busy. My kids like food, even my pickiest eater, and I appreciate how accommodating they are to requests like protein style burgers, extra crispy fries, and extra sauce packets. My 7yo LOVES the free hot cocoa for kids on rainy days. My favorite thing about this location is the employee, Kirk. He is like the In-N-Out grandpa and he keeps the place clean during rushes and busy times. I appreciate his work and his smile!

One star for the milkshakes, one for the fries. the burgers were both undercooked and RAW even though we specified well done. We did buy three shakes, and the flavors were there for rhe most part (peppermint was a little underwhelming but delicious none the less). The shakes are definitely the best part. The staff were very friendly as well and gave us a refund for the one raw burger (the other was simply not done enough by opinion). Sorry i did not get a picture of the raw burger because we gave it back to the worker.

I went to visit my son, and he suggested that we eat here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. They're family and pet friendly. They have indoor and patio dining. As for the food, it's a burger joint, and that's not a bad thing. The food was good, and so was the service/ self-service. It was a bit pricey for a burger, but I will be back again on the next visit.

I came in to get a burger for lunch on 2/27/25. It was pretty busy and there were a fair few people in line, the staff were all running around doing stuff but there was a blond older looking manager lady in a collared shirt behind the counter who didn’t seems to be doing much yet rather than taking any of our orders just said that “someone else would be with us” the people ahead of me inline just left and walked out. I have always had good experiences with the staff at Burger hut but the managers need improvement very dissatisfied. The burgers are delicious! I love when they taste like salt.

I used to come here all the time as a kid with my family and friends and have only come in maybe twice in the last 10 years. The burgers are nowhere near as big as I remember they used to be – the patties are quite thin so get a double if you want something very filling or to have leftovers besides just fries, although the burger toppings bar is interesting enough that you could easily make yourself a little salad without even touching the salad bar itself. The fries are decent and come out quite hot and nicely crispy. The ranch is gross – thin, yellow Heinz ranch in a push pump dispenser. I'd probably come here more often if they made their own in-house. The customer service was friendly though a little forgetful but nothing was forgotten altogether, just a couple details that they asked me to remind them about, so no biggie at all. Their shakes are good, with a pretty broad array of options, and they still do malts which is kinda rare these days. The place was fairly clean, but maybe not deeply so – the women's bathroom TP dispenser for example really needs a detailing cuz it has some kind of residue in the cracks that sorta makes me think it's dried pee. Given that this is a very family-friendly restaurant I wouldn't be surprised if it is, but it looks quite gross. Maybe it's glue? I dunno. Also I got a summer burger deal with the fries and the malt but wanted a different cheese and wasn't told that the cheese substitution would cost extra. It wasn't much, but I'd prefer to find out verbally rather than from the register screen. Even with the deal though, I'm not quite sure how the total ended up being over $22 based on the prices on the summer deals sign even with tax, so that was a little weird. Lastly, they're still stuck on binary bathrooms. I doubt they'll change that anytime soon, but how hard would it be to make both bathrooms gender-neutral? They're single toilet rooms anyway, so what's the big deal?

Used to be delicious but for me it has gone down hill. Everytime I've ordered a burger lately it has been under cooked and the flavor is just not there. What happened to the love?

The cook what out of his way to make sure my burger was well done and not burnt and Heat hit it right on the DOT the shakes and Fries are so good I rather eat here then in and out any day!!!😛

Always great i always go in the morning and the cook knows my order lol. And the waut staff is always great aka Maria and Kathrin. They always try to keep it clean and are respectful to homeless even when they are running a muck. 10/10 will go again.

I'd not been to a Dennys for quite awhile and was pleasantly surprised to eat at the one in Chico during business travel. The dining room was very clean and staff seemed happy to see me (oddly). I tried the new bourbon steak and potatoes and it was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly and flavor was excellent. The jukebox was a nice touch too. Kudos to the waitress Chloe, as she was very friendly and took care of me.

Some people seem to turn their nose up at Dennys but honestly I think it’s a great restaurant. They have lots of parking, I’ve never have had to wait for a seat, the service is always on point, I’ve never have had a bad meal here, the prices are reasonable and they are open 24 hours!! There are a couple of sketchy motels nearby so keep your car doors locked.

Food was decent, but our server Chloe was so pleasant! She was attentive, helpful, and kind. Whatever we needed she would grab with a smile. Highly recommend, especially for the friendly service.

Today is the last time I order anything from Dennys. Fish extremely over fried Rice hard and crunchy Mac n cheese just slopped on the dish like with the other sides

The food was decent, parts of my food were over done or under done. The waitress was giving the bare minimum(this was around 5pm/6pm on a Thursday) she seemed to be having an off day. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing quick meal. Not only was it me feeling this way but there were customers also shouting at the server to get her attention. The workers all look like they would rather be anywhere else. The food was something i could’ve grab at a gas station

Very clean. The service was great and the stuffed french toast with fresh strawberries was excellent. We also enjoyed the maple pancake bites. They come with frosting. However, they contained a maple syrup center that was perfect without the extra sweetness.

Most disappointing and flavorless 11 dollar veggie burrito. A small amount of rice and lettuce, dry, 2 beans throughout the whole thing. Shrimp burrito is the same thing but with 4 shrimp. I guess they have a good breakfast burrito my partner always gets.

Will probably not go back. There is no pricing on there menu. Big red flag for me. I ordered two tacos. One fish and the other was shrimp. With rice and beans. The bill was $20 with tip. The tacos that came out, I had to laugh, were tiny street tacos. There was plenty of rice. But it was flavorless. The bean was real good. I liked the beans. The taco were tasty but tor $20 bucks make it a normal size tortilla. I looked on line at There menu and the same things I got was under 10 bucks. When I confronted the cashier about it. She said those prices are not right. The only other complaint is it was 105° that day and the have no A/C. They have good food just ask the prices first.

I've heard rumors of this eatery for years..."The food's excellant," "It's the best in Chico," "The service can't be beat"...etc. So it became time to check out this hidden gem. MEH!! I've had better food from Taco trucks, and better service as well. I tried the Carne Asada fries and the Fajita platter, with chips and salsa. While the meat on the fries was quite tasty, the rest of the meal was thrown together and haphazard at best. The Fajitas were just cooked meat and veggies in a sauce, and wasn't quite worth eating. The rice was void of any flavor, and the salsa tasted like 40 other restaurants in town. The plate of beans and fresh cheese was pleasant, but the chips were small and greasy. I'm assuming it's because this restaurant is away from other, better establishments that it gets better reviews... but I can travel, and will continue to do so to better food. I mean, who wouldn't!?

This is a nice spot I got recommended for Mexican food in Chico. The artwork & the atmosphere is very cool. The menu has some fun choices. The chips could be a little thinner, saltier, & I wish they came with a salsa verde. But, the food was good overall! My fiancee & I got the usual stuff we get when we try a new Mexican place—chicken burrito & some tacos. We definitely want to come back next time we're in Chico to try the So Cal burrito with tater tots in it!

I ordered a carne asada burrito, and it was 75% rice. No exaggeration. If I wanted rice, I would've ordered rice. Very little meat in that burrito. This place used to have great burritos, don't what happened but they kinda suck now.

It is like a taco truck, but with a Mexican Jail ambience (cinder block walls, barred windows, etc). There are only 2 off-street parking spots (both taken by staff, I suspect). Food was OK, but the service was non-existent. It is basically take-out with a couple of tables and a cashier who sighs with exasperation whenever job duties tear her away from Tinder. For a real good time, ask for a glass of ice water! I really hate places that ask for a tip before getting your food (or service). What exactly am I tipping for? I'm filling my own drink, picking up my own food from the window, and bussing my own Styrofoam dishes... Be sure to visit the latrine for the authentic Tijuana experience.

Hey Big Al's, you can't ride on people's nostalgic memories forever. While the vintage vibe is cute, your kitchen and dining area are grimey and beyond repair, a full remodel is necessary for cleanliness. Came by and ordered a burger, where various upcharges were made without warning, and after paying $40 for 3 basic burger, 2 shakes, and 1 basket of fries, we found a bread bag clip in our burger ( including pic). The staff was somewhat rude from the start making us wonder if the mess-up was on purpose. The staff really seems to be lacking customer service training.

It’s unfortunate I have to leave a 3-star review (being from Chico, I’ve always enjoyed Big Al’s). But lately, it feels like Big Al’s is starting to slip. For months now, the chocolate side of the soft-serve machine—including the swirl—has been down. That’s a big disappointment since the swirl is what many of us go to Big Al’s for. Last time I asked about it, I was told it was “being fixed.” Fast forward a couple months, and I get the same excuse—only this time the employee rolled their eyes and admitted they weren’t even sure it would ever be fixed. To make things worse, when I asked if it cost extra to dip vanilla in chocolate, I was told yes. I suggested it should be free (at least until the chocolate side is working again), but I got no response. That stung a bit—because offering a small gesture like that would show customers you value their experience while things are being worked on. Big Al’s has always been a Chico classic, and I’d love to keep supporting it. But please—can we get an honest update on whether the chocolate soft-serve/swirl is coming back? And in the meantime, maybe consider offering the chocolate dip at no extra charge to make up for it. Little things like that go a long way in keeping locals like me coming back.

Food was good. The peanut butter milkshake and Oreo shake is good. We also tried the mocha chip shake. Personally we did not like the mocha chip. Fast service.

I went with my girlfriend because she has been wanting to try it out we both got burgers and a shake. They messed up my burger and there was plastic chunks in both of our shakes. Which sucks because the shakes were good. But still I don't wanna have to watch out and make sure I don't drink plastic chunks when I'm trying to enjoy a milkshake. The whole place was pretty dirty too, the counter was sticky and overall didn't feel like a trustworthy place to eat. Definitely will not be coming back.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was incredibly dry—tasted like it was cooked straight from a frozen patty with no seasoning or care. On top of that, I was surprised to find out there were no free refills for soda—I had to pay full price just to get another drink. The cleanliness was also a big issue. We had to ask someone to clean our table even though the place was nearly empty, and the floor was sticky and dirty with flies buzzing around. It really didn’t feel like a place that takes pride in its food or its space. Definitely won’t be coming back. There are better spots that actually care about quality and customer experience.

My grandmother used to take us here fifty years ago, and it looks almost exactly like it did then, on the outside. Inside is updated and cool.

Great food with quick and friendly service. Burgers are comparable, but better, than in-n-out burgers with good ingredients and crispy fries. Chocolate malt was one of the best I've had. The only complaint is the dining area was saturated with flies. The minute we got our food they swarmed us. Made the eating experience very uncomfortable. I probably won't eat in again, but I'll definitely be going back and getting take out.

The store is really dirty. The walls next to the fountain drinks are filthy, makes me worried for inside of the machine! I appreciate the amount of cheese the put on my salad, because they've never given me anything but onions I'm the past. The pizza was really black on the bottom and left the paper plate black. And my mouth. The person who took my order was nice though.

I hate giving bad reviews, But I also wouldn't feel good if I didn't say something. I read reviews and they help me make a decisions. I am a Celestinos fan.I worked at the first one when they opened downtown decades ago. This one on East Avenue seems to be going downhill more and more.I will never order slices from there again. The crust tastes different, quality is poor. I ordered 6 slices to go in a rush.Didn't really look at them till I got home. They were all dried out like they'd been sitting all day. Warmed a few up and we're way too old and chewy. I spit out the Hawaiian because I could not chew the ham. For the owner if you care this is the date I went Sept 25, 624pm. I am making a big guess its not affiliated with the downtown location.

First time coming to this location and not only was the pizza every bit as good as downtown, but the service was above and beyond friendly and courteous to every single guest who came in while I was dining. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but the staff working today deserved it.

Not the friendliest place or the best pizza in town but they do sell pizza by the slice. Definitely not a good place to take your family because it is a very small restaurant so it’s best to take your order home with you.

The good... A pizza slice when in a rush. There menu offers more than the other Celestino’s in town. I enjoyed my food. The bad... The place is tiny and run by young adults.

I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and instead of thin slices of deli meat, I got huge chunks of grilled turkey breast. All of my coworkers were also very satisfied with what they ordered. We will definitely be coming back here again.

The sandwiches themselves were fast and great, but it was $13 along with a drink+fries/side combo for $7.5 and extra ranch for $1 which seems excessive for a casual sit down no-wait diner. The fries/sides were also underwhelming, the menu needed updating (half of it was written in sharpie over the original), there was a pen written sign on the counter that said “will not help if on your phone :)”, the soda machine was on it’s last leg along with slushee ice plus flat soda, and our cashier also seemed bothered. I was excited to try this place but maybe I’ll order to go next time 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

In town visiting family and it was our 1st time eating here and loved it! :) I got the Miss Vicki's special add jalapeños it was unique and delicious - so amazing! They don't accept orders over the phone only through their website but it was still quick and easy to order and nice to see photos of the food. Highly reccomend if you're craving a sammy, anytime of day. Big thanks to the staff and chef!

It's about time I give Fast Eddie's its due. Closed for a majority of the Pandemic, it finally reopened and I once again picked up where I left off. This is truly a hidden gem in Chico. Let it be known that every sandwich has increased in price ($1-$2) so it's no longer a weekly place for me to visit. Today's sandwich was the #65... The Hungry Viking, consisting of: Pastrami, brisket, hot link, coleslaw, fries, BBQ sauce, mayo, and Muenster cheese. Huge...enough for 2, and an order of onion rings. Piled ridiculously high, it, along with MOST, are gut busters! Prepared and served within 10 minutes, they can crank out your meal for a fast turnaround for even the shortest lunch break. Call ahead if you don't like lines. I can NOT rate this higher than 5, so that is what they get. Please...don't believe me, try this establishment, as there are WAY too many great choices to choose from. Burgers, chicken, vegetarian, salads, and sides...Fast Eddie's has something for anybody.

I rarely throw out food but it was really bad, and 2 of our reasonable requests were denied. They wouldn't even cut my sandwich in half. You know when you leave bread in the toaster or oven too long and it comes out hard as ceramic glass? That's how the buns were on this sandwich. Pinching it would hardly break it before it turned to dust. I tried to eat the inside because I had spent 20 bucks on it but something in there was the most salty thing I've tried in a few years. I'm not sure what they put in there but after 2 bites, my girlfriend and I were done. I took the loss, didn't even argue with them but I was pissed honestly. I never throw out food but this was trash. And them being rude, denying simple customer service requests, was icing on the cake. Now I realize why Fast Eddys had police at their door for pulling a gun on their customers. Not a friendly place.

DO NOT EAT HERE! There is nothing fast about Fast Eddies! I went here on my lunch and waited 30 min for a sandwich which cost $16 just for the sandwhich not for the chips or drinks which was another $5. Only to return to my office to eat and it was completely unedible. The sandwhich and paper it was wrapped in was covered in grease! Like a pool of grease. When I called to see if I could be refunded I was told that this is how the sandwhich is because it has fried food and sauce. I ordered a sandwhich with fried green tomatoes and bacon. The tomatoes were thin and burnt and the bacon was either charred or raw on the same piece. I understand it has fried items and sauce but grease should not be dripping and pooling in the paper. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was speaking with her. When I asked for a name I was told they don’t give out names. What kind of service is this? You can’t even know who you are speaking with! I won’t be returning. This place is disgusting and not worth the money or the bad service. There are better places in town.

Such a wide variety of phenomenal sandwiches to choose from! There is literally something here for everyone. Each sandwich adventure is always sooo delicious and totally worth the affordable price. The owner is so kind and compassionate. He truly cares for his customers. I definitely recommend Fast Eddies!

I literally hate to write bad reviews, but I don’t want another person to have to go through wasting money. This is the second time I’ve ordered In both times, everything is burnt. Not Worth it.

We were randomly driving through Chico and wanted to find the taco shop. This place was a delightful find! The chicken was cooked in marinated very well, the hot sauce was fresh and delicious, The service was quick and nice and the ambience was cute and colorful! I definitely recommend it!

I honestly don't understand what all the fuss is about this place. I felt like I was walking into a children's playhouse. The place was so confusing. There were hot sauces scattered all over the place, so and I had no idea how to order a soft drink. The menu is very limited, and when I placed my order, the server started making my burrito and didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, which I did. But after processing my order, I'm glad he didn't. $20 for a lousy burrito and bottle of Gatorade. I have never spent so much money on so little food. The burrito was maybe only one grade above what I can get at Taco Bell. Really. I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone could love this place. I was expecting an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant, instead I basically got a lousy Tex-Mex version of a Subway. The hot sauce was literally the only thing worth getting. The only cool thing about this place was the music and the cacti. The prices certainly aren't worth the quality of the food. You're better off going to any old Tex-Mex fast food place.

Clean place, good food, many tables, and access to the restroom and sauces. Yhe prices have gone up recently, so that's not cool but it's still affordable compared to many resturants.

This is a nice place to stop in for lunch in downtown Chico. Service and food are both great. Heard a lot about a mango sauce that was to die for! Sad to say they no longer have this sauce. I will be back

Make your own pita with grilled chicken, mushroom, peppers, mushrooms-add all the veggies you want and top with your choice of sauce - YUMMM! A healthy choice for eating lunch out! People need to visit and keep this place going.

Food had so much flavor, even their cheapest item (quesadilla) comes packed with veggies, meat, and cheese for a cheap price. Franky helped me out big time and the environment is really calm and friendly. Would recommend!

Pita Pit is a gem! I’ve been many times, and the experience is always incredible, and Delicious! The owner is very kind and welcoming, always a good day when Big Dawg Thomas is there! Today I was served by the manager, a young man who is not only hard working and serviceable, but VERY good looking and charming. I ordered the athens chicken greek grilled cheese, and boy did he SERVE!! Ladies, if you’re looking for a delicious and nutritious meal and some eye candy, look no further! Pita Pit is the spot x

Ordered for pickup late in the evening. Place was completely empty. Cook was standing behind the counter on his phone. Stood there waiting for a minute before i was asked to be helped. Then was informed that my order had not even been started. Placed an order to avoid wait times...

The cashier was a cute blond amazing very friendly found out it was my boyfriends birthday and gave one of our dozen donuts for free! What a sweetheart will definitely go back to this location just for the customer service!

Bought some doughnuts for my students. Got to class to find out they were a day old. You can tell because the glaze absorbed into the doughnuts and didn’t have the hard glaze shell of a fresh doughnut. 😩

The staff at this location are dedicated and very friendly people!!! Stopping by and interacting with them, even though it was only through the drive through, was the brightest highlight of my entire day! I left feeling much happier and in better spirits overall than when I arrived so I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that their customer service and customer relations skills are absolutely impeccable!!! It was my first time visiting and ordering from a Krispy Kreme myself, and I most definitely will be a returning customer again and again in the future!(:

Wow. The donuts are great. Almost all the staff is super helpful and friendly. But oh my god. There's one older lady there that should be drug tested! I think she's on speed. She said they're super busy and hurry up! And kept saying rude things. When I was done she slammed the window shut. Maybe she needs to go home today? Otherwise, I really like the staff ❤️. Donuts are sure to cure your sweet tooth🍩

Good drive through, easy to access. Food is fresh however I do not recommend their latte drinks. If you are used to one of the main chains for coffee, their brand will taste a bit off. I had a pumpkin spiced latte and could not finish the drink.

The staff was very friendly and very kind, especially to my grandson. In addition to our order they gave us fresh hot donuts! Anytime I go to Chico now, I will make it a point to treat my grandkids there. Also the many flavored milks were a huge hit!

We normal go to local owned donut shops. But we where very close to Krispy Kreme so we went. They have a drive though which is nice when you have kids and get the same donut every time. First it was very hard to hear the person talking taken the order. The machine is breaking, it's not of the fault of the worker. Second once we got home with our donuts they cost the same as the local places but very small compared to other places in town and not as fluff and soft. if you got to grocery shops get thier donuts it's about the same as taste but still much bigger then Krispy Kremes. This was my first experience with them. Next time I am going to go inside to see if they have a different sections. And a different time to see if the donuts are more fresh!

The gentleman in the drive thru was focused, polite, and fast. An alternative bread was given on a Honey Buddy Chicken Sandwich. But I think we are on to something there. I loved it. Thank you staff at Wendy's for making my first breakfast experience at your location a wonderful one.

NEVER go during the night shift, unless you want workers who forget your items and give less than a sliver of a care whether your food spilled all over inside the bag. Male worker didnt say anything at all, just said nothing and handed the bag over and it was a mess inside. So rude.

Food is alright order was taken quick better than other fast food options if you’re not in the mood to drive to the other side of town for In-N-Out

Customer service was 5 stars just saying, the people were awesome. The food was nasty as heck though. My salad was half wilted, they added parts of the tomatoes you arnt supposed to serve and the chili was the nastiest thing ever. I thought the chili was gonna save my meal man, boy was I wrong. It instantly made me want the throw up.

The soda didn’t taste good at all. Mostly just carbonated crap. The fries were old, over salted and cold. That’s disgusting! And the service was lack luster. Idk why so many people think Wendy’s is better than carls junior and Burger King they must not have taste buds.

The staff are youngsters who don't know anything and can't Multi task to save a life. The food is always burnt because they are behind orders and never put the right sauce in the bag. Wouldn't recommend going to this wendys. And also overpriced 15 bucks for chicken nugget meal and an extra fry.

Went here with my daughter and ordered a meal for her and a couple of baked potatos for myself. I had to repeat myself when it came time to order my baked potato and when I ordered a second one as well. I didn't think I had to and I mentioned it to the cashier, and I mentioned to her that yes, we just went over that. My next experience was better with the manager.

I love coming here because you can customize your pizza with however many toppings you want and it's the same price. It would cost double to customize my pizza like this anywhere else. It's basically the Chipotle of pizza places--you go down the line and tell them what you want on it as they assemble it. Good atmosphere too, open floor plan and it never gets too crowded. I like coming here after a movie at Cinemark.

I actually like Mod Pizza and consider it to be a great place to go and it’s very fast. But the fact that I went there as part of a neighborhood and citywide community service project handing out some booklets and then all we heard when my friend and I walked out, was derogatory terms being yelled about us by either a staff member or manager regarding their assumption of our nonprofit organization. This is completely unacceptable and truly shows why more people aren’t going around helping the community. Mod staff/manager could’ve declined / or if that upset about whatever they’d heard, asked us some questions and we would’ve answered, but instead looked at the booklets strange and huffed and puffed. We weren’t expecting anything other than polite conversation, we didn’t bother looking back to find out who that was specifically.

Nice clean location with friendly staff. Very busy and the wait after ordering was about 20 minutes. The pizza tasted good. Nice indie and outdoor seating options with large umbrellas over the patio. The men's room wasn't stocked.

Mod Pizza can be, literally, Hit or Miss... depending on whom is working the production line. I, and my Wife, took in Mod on a Sunday afternoon and only waited about 2 minutes in line. Mod is great for the simple fact you can buy a pizza, whether it be a special or of your own design, and "Customize" and add as many toppings as you like... all for the same price! Once it's prepared, you wait roughly 5-6 minutes while it cooks in their specialized pizza oven. Once out... it's just the eating. The pizza's always hot, fresh, and made YOUR way. On our recent visit, however, the production assist forgot my pizza sauce, AND what went on my pizza (I had to remind Her 4X what I had ordered). Other than that, it was a normal experience at Mod. The HIGHLIGHT of any visit there, for me, is the Loganberry Lemonade (pictured). We will continue to patronize this establishment, as they are better than most in town, in both service, taste, and quickness.

Awesome pizza place. Personal pizzas made fresh that can be custom built or course from a menu. We had the pesto base with chicken. Delish, please try it. We also ordered the Tristan and garlic slices. Tristain is wonderful, the garlic strips are ok. I will return. The service is awesome and fast. Bathrooms and establishment is always clean.

Pizza is great but don't order online/ahead. I waited a total of 45 minutes before my pizza was ready. For 1 pizza! They make all pizzas for the people first then they see the online orders so it sucks. Update: pickup time is same. The app said it would be ready at 1:07pm and it was ready till 1:35pm. Don't order online, just go inside (even though the wait time is still around 20 mins)

I love MOD!! This is one of my favorite restaurants. With the reasonable price and delicious food, it's almost impossible to not like it. MOD Pizza is in a strip mall, and they do have parking, with disabled parking, but the parking close by tends to be full. I would park closer to the movie theater, because unless you get lucky, especially during dinner time, the parking lot will be full. I went on a Friday night where there was a couple football games at the local high school (PV), which was a mistake, because it was so busy. Luckily, I had thought to order right before I left my house, so we did not have to wait in line to order. The web page where you order is very user-friendly. Even with ordering ahead, though, it still took a long time to get our food. I submitted the order at around 5:50 pm, and we got our order at around 6:15. Again, they were slammed, so I'm not blaming them at all. Just warning future people who may be in a rush during this time. The service was good as well. After I got there, because I didn't know where we were in the line. The staff was friendly, and made sure to check each time if our pizzas were done. I actually felt bad about bothering them, because they were so busy, but I didn't want my order to accidentally get forgotten about, for the same reason. This was only my second time going, the first being in July, and I was still not too sure about the service. You can customize your own pizza, and you can make it however you'd like. We ordered 3 11-inch pizzas, and we all loved ours! There are many veggies and crust options to cater to many dietary needs, and there are so many cheese, meat, and sauce options as well. Each pizza was less than $11, so it was also a very reasonable price, especially considering what you get. My favorite part, however, was the crust. I'm not a fan of thick crust, but here, all their pizza have thin crust, which still hold all the toppings; they don't get soggy or fall from the weight. Lastly, the drinks. I loved my marion lemonade. It was purple (my favorite color 💜), and sweet. It had a distinct flavor as well. Another member in my party got the carmel pear iced tea, but he personally wasn't a huge fan of it. He did drink it all, though. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go eat!

My husband and I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and imperial roll and bought a vegetarian plate for a family friend. All was very delicious, and the chicken was tender and flavorful.

Came in here 1st time since reviews were great. Came in arond 7:30 pm, no other customer. Got curry and combo #1, thai iced tea and thai iced coffee. Curry was the worst curry Ive ever had. It looked very unappetizing, and tasted just as bad. Rice was so bad as well. Way too much water when cooking rice. Mushy mushy. #1, chicken was dried out but edible. Beef was super dried out, went to the trash. Rice was same as curry. Both iced tea and coffee was super sweet, even knowing its thai version. Cashier was friendly and nice. Thats about the only positive I have of this place. Might be different during day time with different cooks. But I dont think Ill try again.

Really happy they switched to cardboard to-go containers, I feel way more comfortable eating out of those compared to Styrofoam.

The girl there last night messed up my 17$ meal by giving me a chicken sandwich instead. After driving 10 min home and driving 10min back late at night. She refused to give me any sort of compensation for the mess up and even threw away the chicken sandwich. Said it was "policy". Policy to have bad customer service I guess. I've now sworn off Carl's Jr because of this rude woman who worked 930 on Sunday... I didn't expect much.. maybe a " sorry for that" or "you want this chicken sando?" Or something... They should not be paying these people twenty bucks an hour if they do not have any care for the customers.

Very nice service, and very helpful. I was struggling while navigating the app and they were super nice about it and helped me every step of the way. Honesty much better tasting food and service then the east 20th location.

It was late about 2am when I went to get food because I couldn’t sleep. I’ve almost always had an issue getting food at this carls. I’ve gone when they are supposed to be open but closed for a system update at 3am. I’ve absolutely reached my limit on being dissatisfied by mistakes. I ordered a double western combo without BBQ sauce because I absolutely hate it. I get home and normally I can smell the BBQ sauce but I find they put the sauce on the burger and then tried to wipe it off. I called the manager to explain how this wasn’t okay for her to tell me she didn’t hear me ask for no BBQ sauce. I really hope you aren’t paying these people more than minimum wage. It shouldn’t be this hard. The part that kills me is they tried to wipe it off. So I get home with $40 worth of food to find out what I got for me I couldn’t eat. Melisa the manager wasn’t very helpful on the phone. Told me she didn’t hear me say that. Did not offer any solution. Mistakes are understandable but these are decisions. I would have been fine waiting for them to remake it there. Now I’m never going back to this place.

This use to be the only fast food place I would go to in town but not anymore. The sandwhich they gave me had rotten lettuce. So disgusting. Never again will I go back there.

Used the drive-through to place my order. I ordered a Big Carl burger, and a Chicken Club sandwich. The big Carl isn’t as big as it used to be. Over priced for what you end up with. But I was impressed with the chicken club, very tasty and juicy with all the delicious condiments. I have been here before and will come back again because I know they have diet Dr Pepper, which not all fast food restaurants do.

I asked for crispy cantina Chick taco, chalupa, iced tea..ALL CHICKEN NO BEEF.. @ the window I'm given the chlupa & Baja Blast??.. ask for Catina Taco, he didn't ring that up but if I want it I now need to go thru drive thru again & order it??.. a lady in the back ground came to window & said hold on..she made it right I paid for that & left..Unfortunately in the Chalupa bag the ENTIRE contents of the Chalupa was laying in bottom of the bag..should've given me a fork..@ 67 yrs old it's the worse TB Serv since I was in high school.. Most fast food places can do a split payment from card to card the other Taco Bell across town can do it. Why can’t this Taco Bell? There service is terrible nobody was at the cash register I stood there for 5 minutes no one looked up at all finally someone came but I couldn’t pay for my food cause I guess there machines can’t do a simple task? I am sorry but this day and age that shouldn’t be a problem with the technology we have now. I won’t be going to this location again

Drive threw... Went through the drive threw and couldn't barely hear the dude on the speaker. We get to the window and asked him if he could turn his volume up but he said he couldn't. I patiently waited til we got our food and all i kindly told him was he needs to speak up. I told him the lady on the speaker when we pulled up we could hear but we can barely hear him. The next thing I know we were rudely addressed by idk if it was a manager or not that told us not to treat his employees that way. Well tell me what way I treated your employee rudely, when all I was kindly asking him is to speak up in the speaker.....

While ordering in the drive thru I told the man I couldnt hear him multiple times. When i got to the window to pay I asked if there was a way he could turn up the volume because it was hard to hear him. After waiting for the food my cousin sitting in the passenger seat kindly told him that we could hear the woman who greeted us on the speaker and kindly suggested that he speak a little louder. A very rude employee came from behind, not knowing what was being said and rudely said were not doing this to my employee and slammed the drive thru door closed. I felt like they were very rude at this taco bell. Also, i asked for nothing spicy to be put on my burrito and they loaded it with the sauce that is spicy.

Public radio playing extremely partisan political talk shows. not at all appropriate to be listening to discussion of child mutilation with customers trying to enjoy their meals. very disappointed in management for allowing this.

After ordering my food and finding a table, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told that in order to use the bathroom, someone would have to walk me to the bathroom to unlock it for me. This was a yellow key. It was awkward, but I really had to go. Immediately after coming out, I saw a women enter the bathroom with a pink key in her hand that she had been given. I was told pink means it's an employee key, but this person was not wearing employee clothing and did not appear to be an employee. This clearly felt like prejudice to me.

Good place to grab food during a lunch break as I frequent it every Friday. Portion sizes have dropped a little, but a burrito bowl still cold me up and sometimes I eat the other half later. It's crowded inside for dining and outside is right next to the road. I usually just take it to go. It gets busy around noon, but generally they deal with the lines quickly and service is great.

I had a disappointing experience here on August 16th around 5:47 PM. When I asked the older gentleman at the register if he could check whether I had any rewards, his response was, “I don’t know, you tell me,” which came across as unhelpful. On top of that, I paid $15 for a bowl and received a very small portion that definitely did not feel worth the price. The service was poor, the value wasn’t there, and overall I left feeling unsatisfied. I would recommend not going to this location.

I’m just tired of getting skimped on portions. The workers are also just rude. Lady with Native American descent acted like it’s her job to act like she hates her job, while all I’m tryna do is get a burrito. It’s the end of the night, and the lady gives me the most small not even half scoop of meat known to man. I told her I need a full scoop or I’m not paying for this. She rolled her eyes and gave me slightly more, fine whatever. And I’m not a big guy, and I don’t usually care if I get slightly less meat than normal, but this scoop was insultingly tiny. Like, even someone with social anxiety would say something it was so small. Then I ask for guac and she gives me maybe 2 small bites worth of guac. I didn’t argue with her and just accepted it. But like jesus if you hate your job so much work somewhere else.

I've been to a lot of different Chipotles. this one on 20th customer service was rude. today is February 1st at 3:00 p.m. 2025. won't be back to this one and may just find a whole another place to go. pita pit sounds a lot better about right now.. not quite sure how they got a four rating. the service great that is zero atmosphere of 0 because they made me feel so uncomfortable being in there. worst experience ever I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent my money at this place. I will not be returning as a matter of fact I won't be going to any Chipotles there's plenty of the restaurants to get my food. First off the girl making the food was complimenting a guy in front of me she was making his bowl like it should be made she gave him plenty of everything. so then it's my turn she gave me half of the ingredients then what she gave him. so then I thought well maybe he asked for extra everything or something I don't know. but then I get to the cashier and I asked if I can have salsa she said there's two sauces I said okay and she said I'll be right back she walked away and never came back. I was like wow really you're just going to turn your back on me. so then as I'm standing there waiting the girl that was making the food continue to help the other customers then the cashier comes back up you know that customers paid for their order and I'm still standing there like where's My salsa and then after they served everybody else then she goes she also wants salsa. so I actually stood there just to get some salsa when all they had to do was just put some in a little cup that's it I could have been on my way. that just made no sense. it's the way that it happened that made it extremely rude. but it's fine there's other places to eat at. I just would like people to be aware of how they may be treated if they go to that establishment on 20th I don't know about the other ones but the one on 20th no good.

you know when you go to a place and place an order, and then they begin to tell you what they are out of as you walk thru the door, that was my experience at the local Chipotle. Food is always good, but no mild salsa, no corn, no guacamole, no b.s. this was pretty disappointing especially at 8pm when they don't close until 11pm. I dont eat here often and probably less frequently after this evenings experience.

Says they close at 10, went in at 9:30 and they were VERY rude, gave me 4 SCOOPS OF BEANS probably to try to get rid of the food and fill the bowl, 4 shreds of cheese said they were all OUT OF FORKS and then asked if I wanted chips I said yes and he said they were out of chips. They were playing very loud and very explicit music.

Good people. Good service. Generous portions. Yeah it's pricey, like every other Chipotle - once-a-month prices, not once-a-week 😅 Paying for unadulterated, freshly prepared ingredients + the convenience factor.

Teriyaki house is delicious. Great lil’ stir fry spot that has affordable lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the steak bowl! Parking is a bit limited, but the inside has a few tables to eat at. All around a great establishment.

Had a great experience at Teriyaki House! The restaurant is clean, well lit, and a perfect place to stop for a quick lunch. Pricing was very reasonable and staff was friendly. Limited seating available. Combo #2 (teriyaki chicken, sweet & sour pork, rice/veggies/spring roll) was delicious, flavorful, and a large portion for the price.

I had the chicken bowl, the chicken was really dry and they charge extra for teriyaki sauce, they put a limited amount of sauce, it was really hot inside i did not feel comfortable, i do not recommend this place.

Friendly staff, great prices. It’s a small building so not a lot of tables. 3 of the four person tables and 5 two person tables. Chicken teriyaki is really good and large portions. Meat is flavorful and tender. Also very quick!

Obviously has been renovated since the last time I went inside. Beautifully done. Very clean environment. The couple that came in after us were treated rather rudely because they needed to use the restroom first before ordering. They ended up having to give the cashier $20 deposit in order to get the restroom code. They really need to step back just a little bit on that end. The cashier didn't even really apologize, just made the excuse the Manager is watching!!!! We were going to eat there, but decided to just take our food home with us.

Worse ever and I go out of my way for Arby's. . Cold end pieces of the curly fries anf 3 curly in the container. Greek gryo meet like rubber and barely any sauce. Basic roast beef sandwich was like I was eating frozen sandwich meat

I've eaten at Arby's for years, trying about every sandwich known to the menu. Today, I tried the Meat Mountain. Every meat possible on a single sandwich, plus cheddar and Swiss cheese. While it didn't look like the sandwich I've seen in reviews, the pictures do it justice. It is thick, heavy, and meaty... at sometimes its difficult to differentiate the different meats, but at a whole the sandwich WORKS. It's more than enough of a meal, and difficult to conquer if you aren't hungry. I was, and DID. Granted, I used multiple sauces and a 1/2 hour, but it was well worth the $13. Thank you Arby's for making this "Secret Menu" item available to all. What, though, could make this better!? More BACON...everything can use more bacon.

The lady who served me was very respectful and helpful. Patient with my deafness and made sure she was looking at me when she spoke. Roldena

This is a very good Arbys all around and they always have nice employees!

Wasn't crowded. Service was fast. Cashiers were nice and courteous. Clean as good as gold. Parking, plenty.

When the new chicken nuggets first came out they were really good with juicy white meat inside. The last couple of times I purchased them they were so bad I threw half of them away because it was all chicken fat inside. Not sure why such a drastic change but I hope they fix the problem.

Call in and ordered just a classic pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. This has to be the best pie I've ever ordered from little Caesars now don't get me wrong I'm not saying this is the best pizza I've ever had. I'm saying out of all the little Caesars I've ate this was the best pizza I've had ordered from them. Very pleased with dinner tonight.

Still one of my favorite quick stops . However they need to quit advertising “Hot and ready “ they never have any ready always waiting like a regular pizza place. No qualms other than that.

I like the taste of their pizza sauce and the pickup option in the store is very convenient. I definitely would order my pizza here again. I was pleasantly surprised!

The best cheap pizza you can get that is made fresh!! Better than frozen pizza!! I would never eat Little Caesars pizza, but my grandkids enjoy it!!

The West East Ave has no idea what they're doing if they let Hot 'n Ready menu items run out all the time.

Good pizza at this location. I have bought pizza here for years and no raw pizza or messed orders. Fanceroni and extra bestest cheese are made well. Staff are nice and gets orders done promptl. Pizza portal for online orders is convenient and they accept national promo codes for extra savings.

I used to love the $5 and $6 pepperoni pizza's... but they are much smaller than they used to be. The last couple I bought were over cooked too. Like they made the pizza smaller but kept the cook time the same. Doesn't feel like it's a great value anymore.

Bad service and didn’t add salt and pepper or oil and vinegar. I had to correct the sandwich maker like 5 times. Salt and pepper and oil and vinegar were sitting on the cash register?

This subway location does not take newspaper coupons! That is the only reason we even came to Subway but you find out you can't use your coupon, after your food has been made 🤦

Buyer beware of the bait and switch. They are unable to accept coupons due to a “technical issue,” yet do not honor the price or even attempt to offer a concession. Weak attempt to notify customer with a poorly hand written, inconspicuous note taped to the side counter, and not even where I was standing. Not sure if this is local or national, but I can understand why the brand would be struggling with practices like this.

For a foot long roast beef with bacon 🥓. They only put a half strip of bacon on one half of my sandwich and charged me $3.25 for the bacon. Of course I didn't realized it until I was eating. One would ask how can you sleep at night but you have to remember that there's no honor amongst theives.

I told my husband to pick me up a sandwich and to say the very least, not enough vegetables were on it and it was completely soaked by the time I got it. We don't live far from there and this was our 1st time because we just moved. Really sad and not very happy.

Kinda a weird experience. The person behind the counter greeted us with a notepad and took our order like a waiter. Then made our sandwiches from her notes. It was strange and uncommon. It is nice to see the sandwich fixings as it’s being made. Not a fan of this new process.

Most of the workers are nice but some people there have an attitude, and the older lady who always works at night keeps closing this location early! You should be honoring your hours for your location or update them. Further there is no bathroom at all. This is not appropriate for a restaurant. The only reason I give this location 2 stars is because some of the staff member are excellent

After for more than 15 minutes. The rep telling me that they don't accept coupons even though I was playing with the whole page of coupons with me the entire time. Just tell me some nonsense about how Corporate made a mistake and it wouldn't accept coupon. You wouldn't even try it

Out of all the workers there there are only 2 that have great customer service I ordered online tonight to grab dinner before I left from working in Walmart and the woman who was on was very disrespectful she told me I couldn’t watch my sandwich being made didn’t follow my online order instructions when I mentioned I paid for extra things on my sandwich she refused to put them on my sandwich and got mad when I told her that I paid for extra peppers and tomatoes she was highly unprofessional and acted like taking my order was a big inconvenience my order was taken on 4/5/2025 at 8:00 pm

Saw fill an elderly man's soda for him and take his tray with trash for him after he was finished dining, every time I am here she seems to go out of her way to ensure great customer service. Very good working team of people, clean, and well maintained.

Worst experience at a subway I’ve ever had. At 6:05pm today the two employees were incredibly rude, one wore their mask like a necklace, and the other blank staring at me like he wanted to fight. I understand it’s hard to find employees at this time but hiring these two is unacceptable. On Monday I’ll tell my co workers about this experience and to avoid it like it has COVID. I will never return to this subway and I recommend you don’t either. Drive less than two minutes to the one on Notredame. I’ve never posted a review but this was so bad I am posting my first review ever.

Unprofessional! Never been more mistreated in my entire life working for fast food this one takes the cake . Taking advantage of the workers and no respect . Don’t bother coming to these subways if ur trying to leave with in minutes 0/5 unless ur trying to get groped and disrespected by spencer .. by all means come here

I just placed an order via Grub Hub see attachment that came nothing like I ordered. I ordered extra meat and cheese and bacon on one sandwich that never arrived. Neither sandwiches were toasted. I ordered spinach and received lettuce. Neither sandwiches were supposed to have tomatoes like they did. It was if I received two random sandwiches that I did not order. Plus I paid for the extra meat, cheese, and bacon on never got any of it. The two cookies I ordered were the wrong kind.

If you plan to order several sandwiches. This is not the place to go. Understaffed and extremely inefficient. I came 15 minutes ahead of 4 customers and yet they all got their sandwich sooner than me.

I am a Grubhub employee. I went to this store to pick up for customer. They confirmed on app only to say they didnt receive order when I got there. Grubhub called twice only to have the "manager" say they dont have time to answer. 3 employees 2 standing customers. Way to go "manager". Good customer service. Then I was asked to go back in and read the order. Manager comes out mouth full of food and starts telling me how to do my job. She made another lady with kids so uncomfortable while they were ordering the lady said she will never be back. Bad service. Im telling everyone

if i could do zero stars i would, i went here about a year ago and i was so unimpressed by everything going on here i wrote jarred (the terriaki guy) who made the footlongs 11 inches... again and he didn't even reply. they didn't honor coupons, it had me question why i even like american franchises in the first place..

Well, the store is supposed to open at 0800 but it seems that the staff can’t tell time using an analog clock. Such a Pity. I was hoping to buy a breakfast sandwich and another for lunch today but apparently the g Corporation doesn’t need the additional business. I suppose I will make a phone call today and find out if the area or regional management can tell Time

workers tried to skip by us two different times within 5 minutes and didn’t have good cohesion between the three of them. Just a generally rude appearance the entire time, will not be coming back
