In our 4 day stay in Blokhus, we are here twice. We ordered the vegetarian burger, and the kunstburger . The portions were great, it was by far the best vegetarian patty that i have had and the second was great! Absolutely recommended!

I guess it's ok here, full all you can eat buffet on the night we went, so probably good value at 299k if you're hungry and not expecting anything spectacular. There was a huge variety but i found most of it was dry or a little bland. It's a little like a cheap hotel buffet, service was fairly poor and unattentive, although pleasant enough.

We had been really pleased with the Stjerneskud some years ago but today’s (which we had as take-away), was really disappointing - very dry and not fresh (and relatively pricey). We had to throw half of it away. This was our second disappointing experience in a row, so we will not go back.

The interiors are modern and stylish yet it has a welcoming atmosphere, Tables we’re set nicely with white table cloth, elegant tableware and comfortable seats. The menu had all the classic dishes on it and the selection available suited everyone’s taste, however if possible it would great if they could offer a wider range of dishes, yet we do understand the challenges making this feasible in such a small community. The wine selection was on the other hand quite alright and we also delighted to be treated with a good beer selection including some of Denmarks best from Mikkeller. The food was really nice, well above average for sure, but there is still room for improvement. We had crab claws 🦞 for starters and they were lovely and fresh. Mains were panfried Plaice and Tarteletter, also quite nice. The teens had burgers and they looked amazing and was voted 5 stars by the youngsters 👍🏻 Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating, hopefully some more experience will make them top notch with time. All in all Poseidon is very recommendable and we hope we can return next year again.

Very nice and kind of luxurious ambience. We got the briefly fried tuna and the artichoke soup with scallops as starters. The main courses were Boeuf Stroganoff, Wiener Schnitzel and Mushroom Risotto. All courses were well balanced and tasty. Wine card is a blast and if you like Gin try the Monkey47 Sloe Gin. The price for this hotel is amongst the steepest one can find, however once you've prepared to part with your money, prepare for a premium hotel experience above and beyond the usual. The hotel was finished in July 2017 which makes it 1 year old during our stay. The exterior and interior of the real estate is stunningly assembled with quality and an attention to detail throughout each square cm. The furniture inside the rooms and throughout the building appears to have been carefully selected and reflects the intetior design that has put Denmark on the world stage. There were ample parkings in close connection with the building, a small but very nice pool/spa/health area. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of delicious freshly baked bread and selected items. All in all this is one of the finest hotels I've visited and I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious experience in the area or just in general.
