the food here was spectacular! i ordered the buttermilk chicken and it was amazing. it was very nicely presented and the sides were great as well! the service was prompt and very attentive. i also appreciated the complementary bread with two different dipping options. overall, i would recommend visiting this restaurant if craving a higher end atmosphere with delicious food.

Was testing out Moro's Table for a possible rehearsal dinner venue. We made reservations in advance, and it was our first time visiting Auburn. The exterior of the restaurant didn't give any impressions of what it would be like inside the venue. The restaurant opened its doors around 4:30, and we were the first diners inside. Jazz music and darker times created an atmosphere suitable for a nice date night, and the space that can be reserved for events could comfortably accommodate 20-25 guests. Food was great, but I think the table service was even better. Will be going back to try more menu options and see if service and atmosphere are just as good during their busiest hours!

We had an incredible evening at Moro’s Table! We started with the charcuterie and the pork stickers—both were outstanding and set the night off perfectly. For entrées, we had the boneless beef ribs and the red snapper, and each dish was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was spot on. A true gem in Auburn—highly recommend!

We had another perfect meal at Moro’s Table last evening. The entire experience from reservations to saying goodnight was wonderful. I had the Chai Spiced Pork Loin and my husband the Buttermilk Fried Chicken. We shared the Classic Caesar Salad from the specials menu. The food was all outstanding and beautifully presented. (That salad - what kind of magic makes a salad taste that good? I would love to see that as a regular on the menu with a nice protein choice added for a lighter meal option in the summer months) Our server, Lauren, was kind, informative, and helpful, making our meal all the more enjoyable. It was a cool night and we were seated next to a fireplace making it cozy. We’re lucky to live close to such a great place. We’re already talking about our next visit.

Some years ago, chef Ed Moro put the Mirbeau Spa restaurant on the map before opening his own establishment, Moro's Table, in Auburn NY, about a 40-minute drive from downtown Syracuse. On a good night, the restaurant ranks among the best in the area and is well worth the drive. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that consistency in the preparation of menu items can be a problem, so my rating was adjusted downward by 1 star. As a starter, I recommend their house salad with miso ginger dressing. As an entree, try the strip steak or whatever steak they have as a special. The wine list is not strong, but the cocktails are good. Service is always excellent, and the ambience is conducive to an enjoyable evening meal with friends. UPDATE-1: We returned to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our guest enjoyed an appetizer of fried green tomatoes, while my wife and I enjoyed an order of mussels and a garden salad with miso ginger dressing. Our guest and my wife were not so fortunate in their choice of a main course. They ordered the pan seared scallops which were a variation from the regular menu item in that the five scallops were set over corn risotto. This dish paled in comparison to my grilled beef tenderloin. I gave them each a quarter of my steak and they thought it was spectacular, as did I. It came with delicious carrots and al dente brussel sprouts, and I requested french fries in place of the mashed potatoes. UPDATE-2: We have enjoyed this restaurant for years but something was wrong in the kitchen on this visit. We started with complimentary hot tomato oil and bread and muscles with mushrooms and bacon. Both were excellent. However from there everything went downhill. It was a very long delay between the time we finished our appetizer and the time when our mains were delivered. The side salad had almost no dressing on it so by the time the top layer was finished I was eating wet lettuce. I ordered fried chicken. It arrived burnt with almost no flavor. My wife ordered a burger with a side of vegetables. The burger bun was seriously burnt, and although she requested no added salt on the vegetables, they were delivered very salty. It seemed all the customers in the restaurant were impatient with a slow service, and we left thinking that one or more kitchen staff must have called in sick.

Had a very nice dinner on 5/24. One thing I like is that you can get a smaller portion on the mains, which leave a bit more room for an appetizer. I had the house salad (7), fried shrimp app (14) and smaller portion of fried scallops over risotto (28). My wife had the same sans salad. Nice crusty bread, great service from Ann. $131 plus tip. Every dish was delicious, pace was perfect and service was great.

My wife and I made reservations for the bar. Dominic was our server and he did an outstanding job. He was always pleasant and timely with beverages. I had the Beef Tenderloin full plate and my wife had the Red Snapper. We were sharing our two dishes as we both wanted to try the other's selection. I was thoroughly happy with my Beef Tenderloin dish as it came out Medium as I ordered it. It was tender and seasoned well. When my wife tried it she wanted to steal my selection because it was much better than her Red Snapper. I didn't like the Red Snapper either. It had no flavor, was tough (I have never had Red Snapper that was as dried out and tough as this one was) My perspective is that it was totally over cooked. So, if I were to split our Food review, the Beef Tenderloin was a 5, but the Red Snapper was barely a 2. I'm sure we'll give them another try as we had a pleasant time, with nice company and service at the bar.

We have been here several times and normally everything is on point. This time the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. I needed a steak knife to cut through it. The sauce for my dish was watery. The veggies for the side tasted microwaved and not fresh. The dessert cake was supposed to come with a raspberry coulis but did not and against the lemon cake would have really made it pop so that was disappointing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was nice except they should probably switch out their light bulb some had bright blue daylight bulbs and aone warm yellow bulbs so its just a bit off putting. Having all warm lighting would be best. The arancini was great. Crunchy outside with nice oohy gooey inside.

First time eating here for lunch- loved everything about the place. Off the special board took a chicken noodle soup and fresh spinach salad, and a Romano Calzone from the menu. Fresh coffee. Quiet atmosphere and very good service, food was excellent, we have found a new favorite Italian place!

10/10. The staff is so great, I felt like family. I got the lasagna tonight which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is so welcoming and nice- there was live music which was so lovely and not overly loud. Plus the price for the quality and quantity of food is great. We've also had lunch there with outdoor seating which wa also delicious. Definitely a favorite spot!

Every time I am near Auburn I have to stop. I have eaten here many times and not once have I been disappointed. Everything I have tried has exceeded my expectations. The food is just amazing. I strongly recommend you stop in and give it a try. The best Italian dishes and wood fired pizza in Northern Finger Lakes.

The food is always amazing, the staff are perfectly attentive and kind. We love this restaurant. And a lovely bonus is that it's not loud, you can have a conversation at the table and hear each other without needing to yell.

So we were visiting the lake from out of town and booked a reservation here based on the cute patio area alone… but this was seriously the worst service I’ve ever had and some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. It seemed to be somewhat busy the only explanation for this I think would be that auburn locals do not know what Italian food is supposed to be like. Seriously the white garlic sauce for the mussels and linguine di mare was just water with sliced garlic. The waiter never introduced himself and clearly was profiling us based on our young age. Truly do not eat here it is not worthwhile.

Please eat here! You will not regret it. Best Italian food we have ever eaten. We started with the rice balls, then had veal parmesan, and lobster ravioli. Delicious doe not even come close to how fabulous the food was. We sat at the bar and the very best bartender in town. We will for sure visit again! Place was full, I highly recommend reservations, luckily the manager made a place for us at the bar! Great place!

First time here for our fifth year anniversary, very busy so everything took a while, the bread and tomato oil were delicious, calamari was slightly undercooked but good. Ordered the steak and scallops special, steak had an overpowering smoke smell on it that was hard to get past, and a thick slab of rubbery inedible bacon wrapped around it. I was charged a 10 fee to make the baked potato loaded which was just a thick dry slab of cheeses few crumbles of bacon. The “sautéed” mushrooms were wet and cold no cook on them

Lasca's Restaurant really hit the nail on the head. We went to dinner to celebrate and occasion. I highly recommend getting a reservation several hours to a day ahead of time as they are typically very busy. We ordered the USDA prime Queen cut prime rib with lobster tail and the special cajin mahi mahi over linguine with Alfredo and shrimp. Both entrees were superb with plenty of leftovers to come home. The lobster was also perfectly cooked and was a large portion. I highly recommend Lasca's for a nice Italian steakhouse menu and feel.

There’s a lot of Italian options in Central New York, and they all have a unique style and taste. While the flavor of everything we ate at Lasca’s was delicious, it was a bit too rich and salty for my tastes. Staff was great and it’s certainly a popular place. I know many others rave about it. If you like your Italian on the lighter side, this may not be exactly to your liking, but for all others - dig in and enjoy!

I stopped in at 5:15PM on a Wednesday and the parking lot was almost full. Always a good sign. I was eating alone so I was guided to the bar to have a seat. The bar was full with people getting drinks before they were seated. The special was a prime rib that smelled and looked amazing but I needed something lighter so I had Lobster Ravioli with Grilled Shrimp with some bread on the side. The bread is from the oven, nice warm and prefect for dipping in their specialty sauce. The service was extremely quick for the number of people in the restaurant. The meal was excellent. The aroma led to the great flavors of the ravioli and the shrimp. The shrimp had an amazing smoky flavor to them. The sauce was good for more bread dipping. I am quite certain this was my best meal in Auburn during my 16 weeks working in the city. The picture is from their website.

Before you read- I strongly suggest calling hours before for a reservation, even if it’s for 2 people. This was my first time at Lasca’s and I can’t wait to go back! We started off with calamari, which is finally an appetizer that could easily feed 4 people. (Trust me, we usually order 3 appetizers to satisfy everyone). We both got the queen cut prime rib (one with lobster and the other with Alaskan king crab) It was delicious! It was worth every penny. I was blown away with the size of the lobster and the amount of crab legs. The queen cut could have pulled off being king cut, it was massive! Ask for Tracey P, she was such an amazing staff member, super friendly and bubbly. 10 star service!

The whole experience from calling for reservations to paying the bill was amazing. When I called two days before we wanted to eat there for a specific time the person on the phone was very helpful and fit us in for the time we wanted instead of the 8pm time she originally quoted. We only waited 5 minutes. Service was friendly and on top of everything. Made suggestions since it was our 1st time. Our water glasses were never empty and never had to ask for a refill on ice tea. The food is Awsome, huge portions and tasted fresh. Had a lot of leftovers, next time definitely will share. The waitress boxed up our leftovers, which is a nice touch, since we always make a mess lol. Will be back many times and bring out of town guests next time!

This was our first time here. We made reservations for 6 pm. We waited less than five minutes and were seated. They had a restaurant week special going so we ordered that. We started with crab stuffed mushrooms. They were yummy. We ordered the 14 oz ribeye with peppercorn sauce. One was cooked medium the other medium well. Was definitely a bit surprised to see them come out completely black and charred. Didn't mind though it was cooked internally how we wanted. The steaks themselves were SO salty , and I mean salty. I love salt however it was too over powering . The cheese cake was nice. They had a lot of people waiting most of the time we were there. Our food was brought out in a timely matter. Which was appreciated. It took us awhile to be able to get the bill and pay though. Overall I'm on the fence about this place. Not sure if I recommend it or not. The pastas I saw coming out to other dinners looked amazing. Thinking I may have to stop in some other time and give one of the pastas a try and update my review after.

Did not disappoint! I had french onion soup, rib eye with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans and took a lemon raspberry cheesecake to go. Soup was delicious and the entree was one of the best I have had in quite a while. My steak was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Dessert was the perfect ending. It was like taking a step back in time walking in the doors. All staff we encountered were kind, Jenna and Connor were top notch. If I ever make my way back to Auburn, Balloons will definitely be on my list!

We ordered their awesome takeout only meal today & it was amazing! Couldn't believe the spread presented to us & the super quality of food. The steaks were perfect. Delicious.

Had not been here in 20 years but last Friday our besties suggested it. We had a great meal. Server was great and so was the food. Atmosphere is meaningless, a little dark and noisy but that didn't interfere with a great meal. My filet was a bit undercooked but I did not care because it was huge and delicious. The stuffed fried green tomatoes app was very good. We all ordered a different dessert and shared them. The chocolate sundae cake was a big hit and so was the cheesecake. We'll be back for sure

We got the Drunken Ribeyes. Last time I had it, it was great!! This time all 3 were real grizzly. It was a Thursday night. Maybe they were saving the better cuts for the weekend .

Great food, had a terrific steak. John was a great waiter, knowledgeable and funny.

We went here for Mother’s Day for the first time. I’m a wheelchair user & online it stated “wheelchair accessible entrance & parking.” It was not wheelchair accessible at all. Parking was across the street. The table we were sat at was so long that you literally had to stretch your arm as far as possible to pass the bread basket. We ordered fried calamari appetizer & it was so bland & extremely fishy tasting. My pasta dish tasted like pasta straight out of the water it was boiled in. It had no flavor or seasoning at all, even with the sauce on it. My fiancé ordered stuffed shells that you could tell were frozen & they were awful. The side salads were lettuce, shaved carrots & 1 cherry tomato. I told our waitress about it & she sent another waitress over who was great. She said she was going to have the cook come out. No one came to the table to address the issues. The waitress came back & said,”I have to charge for the calamari & the soda.”

Was very disappointed as I have eaten here through the years and it was always good. Wait staff was polite, professional and very good other than being a bit rushed. We had stopped in due to the fact that we had called and they supposedly had gluten free options. My husband is celiac. Upon arrival we were told they were out of gluten free pasta. They didn't have any potatoes other than french fries with shared gluten items. My husband had the tenderloins and they were absolutely delicious, but that was all he could eat as they were out of all their gluten free options - even though we called beforehand. My husband got no sides, just meat and a side salad that was entirely lettuce greens with dressing - no tomato - nothing. So he had a very pricey meal with meat only. Would not go back. Have been warning people how bad it's gotten as it used to be really nice. All that money for three small pieces of meat. SMH

The atmosphere is good except for restrooms and booth seating. Both need an overhaul. Shrimp scampi and pasta bolognese were great. So was our waitress Jenna.

First time there, and it was incredible! The veal was amazing, and the tiramisu was just like my mom made👍Make sure you make reservations for it is small cozy restaurant.

This place should be shut down. I ordered my mom an Italian sub with lettuce, tomato’s and pickles. Not only did she get a dry, skin thin piece of chicken with cucumbers and hot peppers.. but they were over 2 hours late and came up with an excuse and said they would make her a new sandwich and kept saying “we didn’t charge your card yet” whatever that meant, because they did. She ate about 1/4 and couldn’t finish. She went hungry the rest of the day at work and has been in bed sick to her stomach and has food poison. I am disgusted that they’re still in operation after their lack of customer service and inedible food.

Bambino’s Pizza cooks delicious pizzas and calzone (the crust is perfectly cooked and crispy). The employees are welcoming, courteous and smiling. Really good price too. And it’s a clean restaurant compared many others. Bravo !

Excellent pizza and calzone. Excellent food. I dined in this restaurant is excellent. You can speak to the howner an Italian born a real good cook. The pizza crust is so good. This restaurant is clean the rest rooms also. The place is vey well maintained. Service is very fast and efficient. They have pizza suites ready all the time. There are bunch of spicies to put on your pizza. Your choice! Great place and congratulations to all team members.

The garlic knots are amazing! Pizza 🍕 is amazing! Great sauce, and the toppings looked fresh and tasted phenomenal!

Very disappointed. Ordered two pizzas...a chicken marsala that was completely devoid of any marsala sauce on it just chicken and chicken.. The veggie ricotta pizza had fried eggplant and basil on it, nothing else. For 55 dollars this was not a place I would trust again sadly.

So glad we went to the Auburn Diner. Everything you want for in this type of eatery. Good menu, excellent food, fantastic service. We enjoyed omletes as our choice of meal. My wife said the hash browns were the best she's ever had. The chocolate milkshake was a hit as well. Chocolate milkshake with breakfast? Yeah, why not live a little! Thanks Auburn Diner for a great start to our day!

Good food decent prices....went here again today it's been two years since I've been here. They have ample parking. I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap. My friends ordered the Rodeo burger and two eggs over medium with bacon, home fries and toast. Everything was pretty good. However the order with eggs came out later than the rest of the order. The eggs were cold & over easy and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Other than that everything was ok. The prices are very reasonable here as well. We told the waitress about the eggs and bacon. She offered to bring new ones however we declined. Overall I recommend checking them out. They usually are really busy and you have a wait time.

This is a very busy Diner and rightly so as the food is very good. Being such, it is reasonable that during peak times you may have to wait to get a table and service may be slower than you would like. But it's worth it as the wait staff are super nice, almost like family, knowing the regular's and joking with them. Great place!

Not a rail road diner car. Not one of those all stainless diners. This made us feel like a true diner experience that is truly loved by the locals. We arrived right before 2 pm on a Thursday. There were many regulars, the couples took booths and the single folk sat at the bar. They all seemed to know each other, almost like a family gathering. The waitresses were fantastic. We wish we found this diner before and we will go back.

The food here is excellent, well cooked, and served quickly with marked courtesy. The decor is tasteful, classic, and a memorable example of Americana done right. The bathrooms are clean, the lighting is excellent. One may have to wait for a table; it is worth a short wait and the food is so good that one can understand waiting due to a restaurant's popularity. Every dish I remember eating here over the past years has been consistently well cooked and tasty. I do not remember one negative experience with the waitresses. Bravo! :-)

The outside and inside were very clean and welcoming. The landscaping was very well done too! I had some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had and ordered a second helping because they were that good. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. The service was also fast and we never felt rushed. The prices were great as well.

I've had breakfast in many different restaurants over the years, but nothing compares to the breakfast I had here. I love crispy edges on my pancake and no other restaurant could get it right...I had to come all the way back to my home town to get it! Even better! ❤️🙏🏼🌻 Only inconvenience, its cash only.

This is the diner to stop at! Pavlos had a busy team working hard to get the breakfast rush completed, our coffees were never empty and we left full and happy! Food was great

It's smaller than it looks on the inside of the restaurant. They always seem to have a crowd here whenever I drive by. I got the house special frettta . It was really good. The server was attentive and kept the coffee coming. Also for being so busy. Our food came out rather quickly. I wanna try this place again . Next time I'm going to try the sausage gravy and biscuits.

First time at Pavlos' for me and for my fellow diners, a long time favorite. It was great! Everyone loved their omelette, Pavlos' favorite, the western and an egg white veggie. Cooked to perfection with a light airiness of the eggs and densely packed with your fixings. The bread was generously buttered and the home fries were delicious and crisp. It's a small place, CASH only, currently adding on an outdoor patio. You may need to wait during breakfast and lunch rush hours, but service was fast and smooth and they were cycling people as fast as they could. I definitely recommend Pavlos' to anyone who likes food!

Love this place. It's local and great place to eat at. Friendly staff and fast service. Food was hot and great tasting. This place accepts cash only not credit cards. The staff and the owner of the restaurant made you felt welcome. I would recommend this place to anybody. I love the omelets to. In my opinion it's the best omelet in town. I had steak and cheese omelet. It was good. No complaints from me at all.

I have never been told “we don’t do that here” I’ve worked with the owner since it’s opened I don’t know if it’s switched owners, however the “manager” tried telling me 2 times they don’t do things they’ve been doing for me since open. I couldn’t get more than two types of meat, they couldn’t grill it which I was only offering because the girl rolling the burrito was struggling a little and I was trying to be nice. “Manager” had a poor attitude and couldn’t handle communication. I wasn’t gonna leave this review until she cut me off while explaining. The store only had my family in it not even a single other person at the time. She could have been patient enough to have a conversation. Just very rude. I’ve attached the pictures of my record holding order that I was told they don’t do anymore! No reason to be rude seeing I pay $30+ everytime I order.

Back in parking on the street in downtown Auburn. You can eat in or dine out. They have burritos, quesadillas and burrito bowls,salads, and some other things. You tell them what you want and they put it in your burrito or whatever it is you are ordering.They have a kids menu available. I ordered a burrito bowl and a kids quesadilla. We had a large side of queso with chips. Overall it was ok. Everything appeared fresh , the queso was really good it was a bit spicy which I liked.They also source local.

I would say the food is on par with Moe’s. Nothing spectacular about it. The burrito I had granted it was gigantic fell apart, wet and about three bites because none of the meat is drained just pour taste. Overall service inside was OK I guess.

Most underwhelming bowl of chicken and rice I’ve ever had. Insanely dry, no seasoning or flavor pop to it. The ground up chicken looked like cat food. Service still a million times better than chipotle but the food isn’t anything spectacular

I love this place. It's like a local version of Chipotle, but with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always great. And if you like margaritas, they have a good one.

Excellent food. This place is very similar to a Chipotle or QDoba, but they source ingredients locally and make everything fresh in-house.

So not only does this place have amazing food and a ton of gluten free/vegetarian options but there service is incredible! That's all you really need to know but if you want a real story, buckle up... Last month I had planned a twenty person suprise birthday party for my brother. We were not able to have a 30th party for him due to covid, so we planned to make his 31st extra special. The venue (that we all love and still do!) called me 3 hours before the party was supposed to start to tell me they had a Covid outbreak ...and needed to cancel to keep us all safe and healthy. We of course wouldn't be charged for the party being canceled but how were we going to host 20 people with less than 3 hours notice AND keep the change of plans a suprise? Alhough I appreciate the restaurants actions it did leave me in an insane time crunch. Mesa Grande was my immediate thought for delicious, allergy friendly food, that everyone loves and they cater! Miraculously the team member who took my panicked phone call walked me through what to order and then contacted her manager to confirm the details. They made it happen! I ordered hard and soft shell tacos, chips with queso, guacamole, salad, and black beans. The Mesa Grande staff were able to get all the food made and loaded into my car in just 2.5 hours! This gave me enough time to grab party supplies, booze, dessert, and get to my moms house to set up before guests and the birthday boy arrived. The party was a huge success 🙌 My brother was shocked! The guests were well fed and happy. Mesa Grande saved the day. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. In a time of social disconnection, difficulty, and hardship, Mesa Grande was instrumental in safetly bringing my family together.

Very unique and eclectic decor. We had a great time dive bar hopping in Auburn, then decided to have dinner at Swaby's. The service and atmosphere were A+. The mozzarella sticks were incredible. If you're out in Auburn, check out Swaby's. You won't be disappointed.

Wow. I went here as a kind of step-back-in-time since I had been here decades ago with an Auburn-ite. It is not as good as it once was. The decorations are still interesting, but I don’t understand why they would seat Marilyn Monroe in the electric chair. It totally detracts from the display and the thought of actually sitting in the chair yourself. Our waitress knew almost nothing about the offerings. I had to get up from our booth and go to the other side of the place to see the beer selections because she didn’t “know about beers”. Huh? She’s a waitress in a bar! The beer selection was terrible and seemed like it had been forced on them by their distributor. No variety of types. We were going to have wings and then entrees. After having the wings we decided to stop there - they were very bad. Dry and flavorless. We ordered Honey Garlic but there was no coating on the wings. They were just dry flavorless wings. It wasn’t until we got to the bottom of the basket that we found some honey. Just a thin layer of honey on the paper basket liner. No garlic or hint of garlic flavor. Failure. I actually said to my companion, “Why would I trust them to prepare any more food for us?” We got out of there after paying. Probably tipped too much for ignorance.

Heard this place has lots of cool stuff on the walls. Wow does it. A life size king tut, giant gorilla, Funhouse mirrors, and to top it off it even has a used electric chair. Grab a drink and walk around so much to see. The bartender was great. Similar to the Spirit Room in Rochester but different.

I can only describe the decor as eclectic chaos. Walking through the door transports you to a cozy pub mashed with the Explorer's Club. The menu has more than you'd expect from your typical bar. Tasty food and fresh ingredients. The service is incredible - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Decent local beer options. Generous happy hour deals 4-7pm. Perfect for an intimate date night or large group. Our group of 20+ people had a great time in the upstairs back room. Regardless of your plans, it's well worth stopping for a drink and a look around at the menagerie and museum pieces on the walls and ceilings.

We know why they serve popcorn. When it takes 25 to 30 minutes to serve a grilled hot dog and a bowl of soup on a quiet Thursday, at least the popcorn kept us quiet. After that unresolvable wait the hot dog wasnt hot. The chips were good. The Mexican chicken soup was good -not too hot either. Our server Alissa did the right thing and had the bill taken care of, and she said the wait was way too long. It wasn't busy and a stop by the manager would have been nice but at least the server stepped up.

The BEST pizza in all of Auburn and probably UNY! Only has one bad experience with delivery after that it’s been outstanding. I get a small cheese three times a week. Everything is amazing about the pizza but the sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted and I eat pizza throughout the world. Great job guys!!

Angelos has great pizza! They are pretty inconsistent (Meaning you're not going to get the same type of pizza every time). However, it's still never a bad pie. One thing they are terrible at is staying open. They make up their own hours as they go. There was no reason I should have not been able to order a pizza at 7:28. Sad.

Great local place! We are from out of town and was told to visit this place, and the pizza didn't disappoint. Tip, this place is primarily a take out. They have seating but it is very limited. Our family of 8 fit but if there were more people there it would have been tight. Also they do sell beer and wine! If this tells you anything, during the hour that we were there eating, about 20 people came in to pick up pizza! It was crazy busy!!

I ordered a sicilian pizza I'm not sure they know what that is. This pizza is literally maybe an eighth of an inch thicker than their pizza they serve regularly. Would love to post a picture but doesn't have an option. Last I knew Sicilian was supposed to be a thick airy doughy slice of pizza just because it's a square slice does not make it Sicilian Angelo's.

Angelos Pizza has great flavored pizza. I ordered a large cheese with pepperoni, sausage, and chicken for my family. My pizza was hot all the was home and it was enough for some leftovers for my family of four (3 adults & 1 child). There prices seem to be fair considering the amount of flavor and toppings that they have on this pizza. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone who is interested in pizza located in the Auburn area.

They have parking on the side of the building. The restaurant doesn't have alot of room inside too eat. I've had Angelo's pizza twice now. It has been good both times. The garlic knots are AMAZING. They always have so much garlic butter and are semi crunchy on the bottom. The best garlic knots I've had in years.The pizza is really good too. Today we ordered a small pickle pizza. It has pickles, bacon and pickle ranch dressing. It was delicious. We definitely will be getting it again sometime . This place seemed to have a pretty steady flow of people dinning in and ordering takeout.I recommend giving this place a try you won't regret it............. Update This place was so good had too reorder from them again. Tried the garlic pizza and had a topping of ricotta added to it. Pretty good I would rate the garlic pizza four stars. Ordered four garlic knots aswell. Was a bit disappointed with the garlic knots this time. They were wrapped in foil and not in a box. Therefore they didn't have very much garlic sauce and were more doughy. Not as impressed with them this time. I'm thinking it was just a fluke though,because this is the third time I've ordered them and the only time they were like that.... Also I read another review about being charged more than the listed price in the restaurant. I did notice that the huge chalkboardish wall sign above where the employees are behind the counter is wrong. I ordered several garlic knots. The sign said you get a deal if you order so many of them like five or six. The girl behind the register stated no they are a $1a piece. So the sign above the employees listing prices of the food they sell IS INCORRECT. Just a disclaimer. I personally didn't care because I asked the employee & was aware I was being charged more before I ordered.

Ordered wings for New Years thinking this was the go to place based off of some reviews. Highly disappointed. The boneless wings were burnt and hard, the bone in mild wings had literally no sauce and it all tasted like really old fryer oil. Touched based with the “Owner” about it, and he said to come in and he would make it right! We have stopped in like he had asked and called at least 7 times and everytime we get the same run around, “he will be here in the morning”. It’s now been two weeks and he still hasn’t made it right! We were hesitant on posting a bad review, but enough is enough. Sad to say he will never get our business again.!

We couldn’t decide what sounded best so we got a little of everything. The baked ziti was flipping amazing. I loved the locals and the pizza was on point. We will definitely be back when we are in upstate New York.

Went in here one evening for dinner.Had been meaning to check this place out for awhile. Pretty unique and interesting place. They have bottles of alcohol lining alot of the walls. The lighting was very dim. They have a smaller menu to choose from.Which was nice.I always have a hard time with a large menu with so much to choose from. All the food on it sounded really good. We ended up going with the taco pizza. It was very tasty. The server was attentive and friendly. Overall I would recommend this place. We will be back again to try out something else another time.

I regularly come to Auburn for work, quite a little city very charming. On this trip I put a little effort trying to find a spot have a drink maybe smoke a cigar. I found it, A.T Walley & Co perfect little place cool crowd, beautiful environment amazing selection of bourbons & scotches and most importantly (Jeff ) a real gentleman old school made me feel at home and had a phenomenal night. They had a great selection of rocky Patel cigars. Thank you Jeff 🙏 I will be back. Cheers

Hidden gem. Worth the drive from Syracuse! Great atmosphere, great (and cheap!) drinks, killer bands. I love the whole vibe. Very social, people are super friendly. I plan on becoming a "regular".

One of the best bars in Auburn for music, they often gave their own in-house sound guy which makes a big difference in terms of show quality. Food and drinks are good too!

Had a great band, friendly staff and the atmosphere was friendly. A bit of an older crowd but that's probably why it was such an enjoyable atmosphere.

They have ample parking. Everything was fresh. I ordered a six inch tuna sub it was good. The whole store was clean. I ate inside the store. Was surprised at how many people there were and how busy it got.This location seems to get a lot of business from the hotel located across the street.

I called and there was a girl (i don't know her name since she never said it) who came off as rude from the beginning. I wanted to cancel an order because door dash was currently unavailable and i never realized until later. When I tried talking, she kept on cutting me off and said "I can't do this right now." and hung up on me.

This Subway on Grant Ave is usually good, we stopped in a few nights ago and it was terrible. The sub roll was not cooked all the way. We watched the server put the subs in the toaster and they were not toasted very well. I called back and she told me she could not talk to me right now she had a line of customers. I called the North St Subway and she told me to bring it in and she would replace it, thank you so much North St for allowing me to do that. I didn't take them up on the offer but thank you anyways..

Very clean. Friendly service and they make subs better than most of the Subway chains that I’ve been to.

Dominique at the Auburn NY location on Dill street proceeded to yell and scream at me and then eventually hung up the phone on me because I accidentally ordered the wrong wings and asked if I could get boneless wings instead. She was rude, inconsiderate and when I asked if I could finish my sentence without being interrupted she literally hung up the phone on me. I've never written a review on a restaurant in my life, but this customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even stated I wasn't trying to be rude, I didn't want to argue, I would just like a rough estimate for time of delivery. I will absolutely report this to her corporate office and recommend that she is removed from her job. Unbelievably appalling service for a paying customer.

I am a truck driver and was in the area picking up a load, so this was my first time ordering here at this branch. Everything seemed fine when I ordered on the app. I even left instructions for the driver (Brittany) on where to drop off the food. It took fifty minutes for my order to get here; just to find the box was squished, my garlic twists didn’t come with the marinara sauce, and it was dropped off in the wrong place. When I called back, the lady gladly remade my order and sent it out again.

Decided to order for the first time in years. And when the driver got to my house she was rude (Brittany) She acted like she didn't even want to be at work. She slammed her car door and my friend didn't have a full grip on the pizza when she let go of it so he nearly dropped it. when we opened the boxes the pizza was stuck to the top of the box and the pizza was cut wrong.

I ordered pizza for pick up at Domino’s in Auburn, New York. The pizza was consistent with Domino’s quality. The crew had my pizza ready to go in about 15 minutes of the time I ordered so I was very happy with that service.

The Auburn Wegmans is professional but extremely busy due to its main downtown location in Auburn. The quality at Wegmans is always high. However, prices can also range from the affordable to the very pricey. However, if you require pharmacy services, their pharmacy is excellent.

Super unimpressed with the constant reorganization of the store . The lack of produce scales is ridiculous between being out of paper or unplugged. This store is too much of a maze and we will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Really disappointed about the bakery products, especially the doughnuts. They are fresh but lack fillings, yes they have stuff in them, but not not you get at a real bakery.

The usual Wegman's. All Wegman's are very good. We went again little outside of our way when in Skaneateles to stop in. When I lived in Rochester, I always shopped at the Wegmans there . It seemed that the one there had a few more things. But being a long time ago, I am not sure. I do wish there was a wegmans in Albany, Schenectady, Troy area.

Ordered two chicken bacon ranch wraps and a bowl of soup. The wraps and sandwiches do not come with a side. The food tasted fresh and came out in a timely matter. The wraps could have used slightly more ranch. The soup was very hot. The soup was house made.All proceeds go to the Auburn theater. Which is nice. I also ordered a vanilla chai. It came out luke warm ,tasted good though .They have a kids table set up with coloring.

Downtown Auburn, NY has this tasty restaurants that I somehow missed in the three months that I've been staying here. The food was great. I got a breakfast sandwich that had real eggs on stretch bread onions, and cheese topped with a little bit of hot sauce and a chocolate peanut butter protein milkshake to wash it all down. The menu has a variety of options from food to lattes, milkshakes, cooler drinks and some quick grab N go snacks. I ordered my food and milkshake at the counter. The host was helpful in helping me pick some of the best and most popular choices. She recommended some options and her options were great. I love them both. Plus they sell stretch bread from a local bakery. The inside of the dining area was clean well spaced out had window options for great natural light to come into the dining room. They had outside patio seating. The restrooms were clean. I'm happy I finally got to check out Cafe 108 before I leave town . I'm bummed that I did not discover the Cafe until later in my stay. I was on my way home from a weekend in Auburn and decided to stop for some soup - I'd heard that this place has some great chicken soup. There were actually a lot of things listed on the menu and someone on staff who happened to be standing at the door, went over it with me. (I think she was the owner...?) I also learned that 100% of profits go to the Auburn Theater. I was happy to hear that, as supporting local neighboring businesses is so important - especially now. I'd just seen a great show there, so it made me smile.

I can’t say how much more exquisite this place is! My chicken bacon ranch wrap was pressed perfectly and had big chunks of chicken inside. I’d also have to give the chocolate chip cookie a 10/10. Very comfortable seating to do my work.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by friendly service and good food. Only issue was .. some people hate onions, so putting them on omelets for looks isn't a great idea, wiping them off doesn't take away their awful taste. If it was stated on the menu, we can ask for no onions, but it's a surprise?

Cool little spot with unique choices. I combined the chickpea waffles w/ bacon/eggs. Different and tasty. Latte was also very good….can tell from the nice little faema espresso machine they have.

Bagel was okay. I liked that the egg was cooked to my request. The wall menus are in a writing that is hard to read and a little confusing as to what I could order (specifically the sandwich and wrap section) Girl was nice checking me out, but as I was waiting there was 2 girls just standing at the front gossiping. It just created a weird vibe. They kept taking been though my food was done and people walked in.

I love this place! The pizza is top Notch. It's the only pizza that is Anything close to real NYC style pizza in Auburn. I visit often when I'm in town. Owner is always friendly and staff does a great job. Great quality and size for the prices!

We love this place! We’re new to the area and the owner and his staff have treated us like family since day 1. We’ve tried pretty much everything to this point and it’s amazing! Follow them on FB to see daily deals and special pizza they are making! Honestly best pizza in the area, hands down. Did I mention the great prices and dessert? Head down there and tell them the girl from TX sent you!

Never disappointed, for one the price is so reasonable. We ordered one medium with sausage & mushrooms , large cheese with a dozen garlic parm wings $52. Another place wanted to charge 88. And the wings have the perfect balance of crunch n juiciness. And of course the slices don't drop when you fold it and bring it to your mouth.

We have had their pizza before (excellent) but this time ordered calzones. Omg they are huge and so delicious. Definitely will order them again.

The best pizza in Auburn!!! Especially if you come in for a slice and they put it back in the oven to warm it ... something magic happens to the crust and it comes out perfectly crispy!😍 their strombolis are good too. I like that they actually give you a decent amount of marinara instead of some dinky little side cup. But by far the best thing about all of their food is the CHEESE! The best stretchy-ist mozzarella cheese I have found in Auburn!

Ran in and grabbed a few hot and ready items. Got the new crazy puffs,a pepperoni pizza & some garlic parmesan wings. The crazy puffs and pizza were good. The wings were ok. Very small though. Looked like wings were so small they looked like they all came from baby chickens. Overall everything was good. About what you would expect from a little Cesars.

Nice little spot. Lovely young man took my order and laughed with me about questionable topping choices. Cost effective and fast, the pizza came out visually appealing and tasted great. The pretzel crust was 10/10 and do try the cheese sauce instead of red.

Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had in my life! Ive had 99 cent microwave pizzas that were better. Not only was this pizza cold and hard but it wasnt even cut right hahaha. I never usually come here, but when I do, I don’t regret it….. Until now. Last night I got off of work and I went straight there to get hot and sour soup. Never tried it -was curious- went home took a sip, immediately turned off. It’s definitely an acquired taste, the food was cooked right- just a no for me. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to swap for another soup. I talked to the manager. She was cool at first, but said they can’t swap my soup out if I don’t have the other soup with me. Ever since Covid, I didn’t think any other place would be taking anything back from any customer. I told her I threw it in the toilet, which I did, I don’t care, I wasn’t eating it that’s for sure. She said there was nothing that she could do and hung up. You guys lost a customer and I’ll definitely let people know how y’all roll.

Do not order online they transfer you to a so called manager that goes to vm and if ya wanna change the order forget it also they charged me double for same order good food or not never again will I order

stopped down to Auburn to try It out, it may have just opened I am not sure, we ordered 2 bagels with scallion cc and a bakers dozen to go w/ 2 sides of cc and a small coffee, was almost $50..seemed a bit pricey. The bagels were a bit too crunchy for us. I am always in the lookout for a NY style bagel but this was not for me. But overall nice clean place..

We were there at a busy time and they handled the rush with calmness and professionalism. The bagels are A-mazingly delicious! I had the roast beef w/caramelized onions and cheese. 🤤 So good no notes!!

Auburn bagel Company is the best bagels in Auburn, New York! This place is a must have when visiting Auburn, New York. The inside is very clean they have tables and a dining room area to sit and enjoy your food, and they recently opened up their outdoor patio to enjoy some fresh air while enjoying your food. The bathrooms are clean in the kitchen area is clean. The service was excellent . I’ve been here three times since visiting Auburn, New York and every time the service has been amazing. The staff was quick to take our orders. They were quick with preparing the food, and they all worked as a team communicating, and helping each other. I saved the best for last let’s talk about the food! I got an everything bagel, toasted with scallion, cream cheese, red raw, onions, and fresh tomatoes. I also purchased a cinnamon scone for the road. All their pastries are made fresh as well as the bagels. They have a regular menu of the most popular bagels and then they always do a bagel of the week. This week was a chocolate bagel. They also have gluten-free bagels. You can do breakfast sandwiches, they have specialty sandwiches. They have a large variety of flavorful cream cheese spreads. In addition to serving pastries and bagels, soups, salads they also serve a variety of beverages. In conclusion , Auburn bagel Company as they say “A Schmear above the rest!” if you’re visiting in the finger lakes area then you must try Auburn bagel Company, I promise you will not be disappointed! I enjoyed the bagels here. I was in town for a friends wedding and we wanted to check out what all the hub-bub surrounding NY bagels is all about. This place was excellent but didn’t remind me of the bagels I ate growing up in Jersey. The seasoning on my everything bagel was incredible and the bacon egg and cheese was extremely high quality. It was fun to watch them make the bagels as well. The workers were extremely friendly and the service as excellent. I would recommend stopping here if you are in town !

It was decent however the thirty minute wait time for a egg was a little ridiculous for a bagel shop and the lack of bagels ready to serve was also a letdown. The mystery cream cheese was also very sus with its potato salad appearance. The bagels were good once you got them however the lack of basic bagel etiquette had left me yearning for what could have been. Would not set your expectations high coming here unless you just want a bagel with cream cheese.

I purchased a dozen of everything bagels which were overly salted. They were not freshly baked and had a consistency of day old that had been frozen and defrosted. They were not soft and did not have the Gluten stretch that most NYC bagels. I will not buy them again. Was very disappointed.

This little spot is so cute. We loved the half bar half coffee shop aesthetic. We were only here in the morning for their coffee service, but we were thoroughly impressed. I tried their pistachio shaken espresso and loved it !! My girlfriend had a vanilla latte and also enjoyed it. The atmosphere was modern, sleek, and cozy. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick and easy. We also tried the avocado toast which was fantastic !! I would recommend coming here.

Polite and accommodating—I asked for something that wasn’t really on the menu and they happily made it, and it was great. The shop is adorable and has a nice ambiance and aesthetic to it. The service was very quick too; I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The espresso was delicious. Highly recommend.

Simply the best new cocktail bar in Auburn! Absolutely loved my experience here including the drinks, food, and the environment. The bartenders are all awesome in their own ways and make the tastiest drinks. I tried the “Little Tramp” and quickly ordered seconds, can’t wait to try the rest of their menu one day.

The ambience was nice and fairly quiet. Baristas are kind. I ordered this caramel and coconut flavored coffee and was very good. I wish there was more comfortable seating, especially for studying. Came across a few not so sturdy tables and chairs so I ended up sitting at the bar.

Birthday outing- lemon lavender cocktail was good all cocktails listed with pictures of the glass its served in was nice. All drinks are $12 which I consider pricey but to each their own. Servers were nice and willing to make anything you want but when our group went out front to take a picture our drinks were removed as if we were done. All of our belongings were left at our table and our drinks were not gone!!! Half glasses of a $12 drink were taken. Soft music turned up would help with the noise of everyone inside when it gets busy, sounds like a noisy restaurant. I expect that at a diner in the morning but not out for drinks with friends. The decor is pretty drinks are different im good on a one and done visit.

Really cool, niche cafe! Perfect for sitting down and getting some work done for a little while when in from out of town, with lots of cool local spots nearby, too! And it’s close to Skan! I loved meeting everyone here, and talking with other people in the cafe. They have a yummy bagel shop right next door, too! Mmm. Vintage, unique, and an experience builder that you can look back happily on! :)

I ordered a vanilla cold brew with cold foam. It was the best cold brew I’ve ever had. It was a smooth, delicious drink, not too sweet. 10/10 We sat outside on the patio area to enjoy our drinks. It was lovely.

Our first time visiting this restaurant and we are very impressed with the menu and quality of food. Yes, truly farm fresh to table to serve a tasty food. We have a Thai pizza and the shrimp appetizers with a flavored dressing that makes a big difference when you put a kale salad together.

It is difficult for me to find anything on their regular menu that I want to order, and to my taste, the food here can be bland. (However, see UPDATE-2 below.) But, the special prix fixe turkey dinner they serve around the Thanksgiving holiday is pretty good. Their flourless chocolate tart is excellent, as is the service. POST PANDEMIC UPDATE-1: It's been four years since we last visited this restaurant. The special turkey dinner has lost a bit in quality. Instead of turkey carved from the breast, it's sliced from a boneless turkey roll. However, the flourless chocolate tart, mushroom soup, ambience and service are very good. UPDATE-2: Their menu appears much improved. I enjoyed the shrimp in cajun tomato cream sauce over penne pasta. I requested the dish extra spicy with extra sauce and the chef kindly complied. As a starter, the tomato basil soup was delicious and had a nice subtle kick of heat. My wife enjoyed the curry chicken soup and the mushroom risotto with vegetables. The blueberry lemon cake was a nice way to end the meal. UPDATE-3: Returned for the turkey dinner special that is offered in December. This time the turkey was carved from the bone and not from a roll. Excellent meal. I tried the creme brulee for dessert. It was good, but could have used more flavor in the custard.

Our whole experience was 5 star. Our server Murad was very attentive. The whole team took great care of us. We sat indoors with a beautiful view of the wildflowers outside. But most importantly- the food!!! We started with the soup and homemade bread. WOW! The squash soup tasted like the it was Picked from the garden that morning. And it so light & so flavorful. My husband had the mushroom soup which was equally amazing. Our entrees were the crab stuffed haddock with mashed potatoes and green beans - which were straight from the garden. Perfection!!! And don’t sleep on the dessert. It is rare to find perfection in all Courses including the wine selection. There is clear attention to detail on every level. Well done Elderberry Pond! We live 2 hours away and will definitely be back!

Everything here is delicious, from the drinks to the bread to the appetizers to the main course to the dessert. Local, fresh ingredients with an interesting menu that changes seasonally. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. One of the best meals you can get in the Finger Lakes.

Five of us walked in for lunch & a table was available! This place was very busy & loud. Service was a tad slow, needs another server, but we were happy to have the time to talk as we were in no hurry. I ordered cobb salad, quite generous with toppings. The rest of the table was happy with their orders, no complaints. It was decent there.

Service was awesome. Loud acoustics and very chilly temp the night we came so bring a sweater if you get cold. Wings were very good. Rest of the food was okay. One and done for us.

Hands down one of the best experiences ever. The staff was incredible, the food was remarkable, the patrons were clearly all enjoying themselves as much as I was, and it really created an amazing atmosphere. I'm over an hour away and I will happily make the trip again!

Parker’s has a fresh look. The place looked amazing, clean, even the women's bathroom was spotless. The food was amazing. I went with a few family members for lunch. I had a Buffalo Chicken wrap. It was fresh, crisp, and delicious. 2 other ladies had a Beef Wick sandwich, which both enjoyed. Lastly an order of Chicken Wings, delicious. Great job to the new owners. Parker’s is one of my top choices to go to in Auburn.

4-22-23 update Asian salad with Tuna steak. Bowl of taco soup both delicious.......1-20-24 update been here quite a bit. Went here the other day .They had a blackened shrimp Cesar salad as a special and also a duck bacon wonton. So that's what I ordered. The duck bacon wontons were good. The blackened shrimp tasted very fishy tasting. It was very off putting....7-3-23 it was a Monday. I ordered the taco soup and salad combo. The Taco soup was so good. I wish I would have ordered a bowl of it instead of a cup. My company ordered the Greek chicken pita,bacon cheese burger and the rajun Cajun burger. The chicken pita was good so was the bacon cheese burger. The burger size was pretty big aswell. The rajun Cajun was good. It definitely had some kick to it with the fresh jalapenos on it. I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. It's the second time I've been to this location. They seem too have pretty consistent food quality. They also seem to get pretty busy. I've not had too wait yet too be seated. Also are food came out pretty quickly. We happened too beat the crowd and nobody was there when we showed up. Within a half a hour it got really busy though..

They have a parking lot across the street from the restaurant for customers. The entrance is a bit narrow into the building. I ordered the broccoli with fettuccine noodles my friend ordered the lasagna with sausage added on. We also ordered the escargot appetizer. The escargot came in mushrooms. It was pretty good. My broccoli on fettuccine was ok. It didn't seem to have any type of sauce on it. It was steamed broccoli, mushrooms,pimentos and onion over fettuccine with a dusting of shredded Parm. The broccoli was cooked just the way I liked it. My friends lasagna was really good. I had the salad as my side with crumbley blue and Italian dressing. My friend had the beef barley soup as his side. Both were good. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Also if you get a soda they do charge you for refills. I recommend calling the day before and making a reservation. We called the night of and luckily they were able to find us a spot.

I mean how can you not love this place? Excellent service, food is out of this world, and vino is always good! The quality of service and food is always 5 stars, we love having date night at the Hollywood.

Excellent dinner as always. Unfortunately they are closing june 28th. Excellent food, we drive a long distance for their veil Parm. employees are very friendly and accommodating. one of our party had chicken parmeter, it was served on a plater, the chicken hung over the plater. Top of our list of places to go for dinner! Their dinner salad could not be better. The lettuce and vegetables are very fresh and crisp.

This was my first visit to the Hollywood Restaurant. The hostess was really nice and personable. Our server was quick to take our orders. What was nice and doesn't happen that often is once we were done with the appetizers, salad or drinks, we were brought the next serving. The sampler appetizer was tasty, my spaghetti and meatballs were excellent and very filling, and the service was great! Glad we stopped!

Mother's Day Lunch. We had lost a reservation at another local establishment due to them over booking their dining room and I was notified a week before Mother's Day so you can imagine the panic. We had resigned ourselves that we would need to order takeout catering so I called without much hope but I spoke with a very friendly and patient gentleman who was willing to work with me! As we were speaking he asked how many were in our party and I advised 11. He said if we were willing to come at the beginning of service he could accommodate us in house! We showed up a bit early and were immediately seated in a lovely dining area with plenty of space for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The Hostess was very friendly and our waitress Karen was absolutely outstanding! Our appetizers and soups/salads were quick to arrive and delicious! The children's menu portions were generous as were the sizes of the adult mains. The veal was excellent as was the prime rib and steaks that were ordered and they were cooked perfectly! I do have to call out the chicken parmesan because it was HUGE! Tender and juicy it filled the entire plate and I highly recommend it! Overall we had a lovely Mother's Day meal and I would recommend The Hollywood to anyone in the Auburn area who has not dined here!

Open again for indoor dining!!! Good old fashioned local diner in the center of town. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. The decor is a little worn but the hospitality is top shelf.

The vegetable omelet is awesome. Great service.felt like being in 1990s.

Friendly service every time I come here. It's a diner so expect the usual diner menu items. I recommend the Ruben or grilled ham and cheese with a side of poutine.

Man. I’ve always loved diner food. Some places should stay closed, I suppose. The soda tasted like cleaner, the food was questionable quality at best, and the restaurant was absolutely filthy on a Wednesday morning. My silverware looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned, and pieces of the wall were falling off in our booth. Hopefully this was just a freak thing considering most of the reviews here are good. But I’m kinda thinking it’s just nostalgia that people like to go for.

First time here. Waitresses were super nice food was delicious. Was thanked by the waitress when we left,but pretty much ignored when I was paying. Woman was focused on a conversation with another employee. Didn't say hi,how was my food nothing. Only asked if I wanted a receipt. No thank you or anything. That was a little off putting. I'll be back and maybe next time if this happens call out the fact I'm obviously interrupting a conversation while I'm trying to be acknowledged. Everything else made up for that especially the waitresses. All super nice and inviting.

Very small diner, limited seating but the food is worth the wait! Large portions for the cost. Love the little shop as well. Only suggestion - pave your parking lot. So many pot holes and everyone parks wherever so there is no official parking lines.

Famous for pancakes but all breakfast basics available and done excellently. Also many great coffee/ hot beverage options and as a bonus a nice little gift shop.

This was my first time visiting since moving to Auburn. The staff was friendly, and informative. The food was wonderfully prepared, my only wish is that we got checked on while eating one more time. They came by once, but half way through the maple sriracha salad and I needed water. I ordered an earl grey tea, and the warm drink did nothing to soothe the small fire in my mouth.

Went for breakfast with my family and the food was decent in compared to the price,ordered a chicken burger which came with fries also had a beef burger which could have been more juicy but wasn’t that bad and few other stuff too but all of them tasted good enough… Pro tip:try the maple syrup even if u r not ordering pancakes(it will be surely worth a try)

Wonderful breakfast in a quaint, rustic setting. Had the country breakfast and burrito. Both were very good and a good value. Many coffee flavors to choose from as well as creative pancake flavors as they are well known for this! Bonus is the cute general store to peruse and stock up on pancake mixes, baking supplies and kitchen gadgets. They even have gluten free mixes available! A “must stop” on your way through Auburn!!

Just wanted to share my experience at Seb's on Mother's Day with my daughter. I was thrilled to be treated to a free sundae and the portions are HUGE! We definitely got our money's worth. The owner was so friendly and nice, making our visit even more special. Green Shutters has officially become a favorite spot for ice cream for my whole family.

What a wonderful place! Welcoming and the food was great. Super fun and clean atmosphere. My son is Celiac and they are so careful - it is the safest I’ve ever felt going out to eat with him. It was delicious and I only wish they would open a second location in Idaho (where we live). :-) Thank you for the thoughtfulness and care you put into service. Very impressed!

Perhaps best for ice cream? Lunch was disappointing. Droopy fries, 1 order altogether wrong, coating on the fried mozzarella had an odd sandy texture — and all delivered w so much plastic. With a small + straightforward menu, it would be great if everything was top-notch. The staff were friendly and the dining room was newly/attractively renovated.

Amazing service from everyone. Friendly, happy and helpful. Simple menu. Hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and tenders, salads and 3 sides. Fries, onion rings and fried mozzarella. My burger was fresh and finished with lettuce, tomato and pickles. All the ice cream treats were amazing. Floats, shakes and sundaes. The owner was very present making sure everything was good.

This cozy, family-owned restaurant is a true gem in our small city! As someone thst has a family member with celiac disease, dining out can be a real challenge, but this place makes it a stress-free. It's incredibly reassuring to know that everything on the menu is available gluten-free, opening up a world of delicious possibilies to those that are always limited when going out to eat. The owners and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience. This being said, you have to TELL them you have celiacs as they do have gluten options available. This prevents cross contamination.

This is my second time here, and as usual, I'm making delightful family memories. The atmosphere is fun and casual whether rain or shine. The food is fantastic! We loved the Buffalo and regular chicken tenders and customer service literally out of this world. So, if you're sick of the customer service that has become norm then visit Seb's. We were greeted, the Teens working were friendly and attentive to our needs, and we were even visited by the owner and chef. Love love love!

I went for the first time in Aug 2023 and their gluten free & nut free offerings were incredible. Almost everything on the menu could be served gluten free. The staff were friendly and kind, and when our food took a bit to come out, they gave us a free side. I hope to make it back before they close for the season!

Ordered a grilled cheese with “soup”. Naturally expected tomato soup, but no, instead we got beef soup that tasted like it came out of a can. Had a Caesar salad that had a vinaigrette instead of normal dressing, eggs on the side which is in fact an objective abomination. And the chicken was really dry, with a leathery texture. Lady that served us was friendly and sweet.

Homemade food, excellent soups -- they warn you "this is not a fast food restaurant " but when my daughter & I were there service was exceptionally slow. The atmosphere is nice, nothing fancy -- very homey. Do not order the gyro-- not real veal-- the same mystery meat served in the Arby's gyros. My daughters meal was excellent & very plentiful.

Our food was off very good quality, in house preparation. Our house salads were excellent. The portions were beyond generous. We took exactly half of our dinner home filling a larger sized to go container for each of us. The negative... I was put off to find out out bill was not as expected. There were UNSOLICITED petty upcharges for the offered salad and another for "white" dressings. (Also the "standardized" 3% credit card fee is assessed). I feel this dishonest and is a bad look as it is a cost of doing business. I believe that this should all be built into the menu pricing.

I have never had a bad meal here. Everything from salad to dinner to dessert is delicious. Always large portions. The staff always greets you. The friendliest employees. This restaurant is clean, very clean. Never have I seen dirty dishes left on a table. Never. Love going to Kostas.

Nice sized place in Auburn, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a bar on one side of the building and the dining is on the other. Every wall has multiple TVs going with different sporting events.The menu is large and varied, plus they had a separate page of lunch specials. The Goulash Bread Bowl was very good, as was their version of a garbage plate. Our server was very friendly and accommodating.

At first glance I would say the place was clean and staff were good. The prices seemed extremely high. Then the food was brought out. Ok, not high priced, just a HUGE HUGE amount of food. The staff were all good, the food came out fast. The fish was a bit dry, but there was so much of it, an entire piece of fish went in the garbage. If you live local and want leftovers, ok. Travelers, this may not be the place for you. My best suggestion would be reduce portion sizes and reduce the price a bit. If you want to eat moose sized helpings, this is the place for you.

Update 2-4-24 got brunch here. Ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. My friend ordered the Greek gyro . Both were ok........Went here today for lunch. The variety on the menu was huge. They seemed pretty busy as well. Ultimately ended up ordering the seafood and broccoli alfredo pizza and medium wings. It was a tough choice they had scalloped potatoes &ham and chicken & gravy over biscuits as some of the lunch specials. The specials where not listed on the regular menu. They where around $10 a piece.Was happy with my decision once our food was brought to the table . The pizza was delicious( needed a bit of salt). The wings where so good. I've found my new favorite place for wings. The sauce was unique in a good way. Will definitely be back again in the future....I read a previous review noting how many flies they had. They did have a large number of flies today. I had to keep scaring them away. Having seafood pizza kinda drew them to our table. Didn't bother us though. The food was still delicious..... updating my review. We have been here several times now. I am not impressed. Every time we go here something is in our drink today we had a hair and stuff stuck to the inside of the glass. I ordered the baked seafood special. The waitress said it had crab. She didn't specify it was imitation crab. The scallops were not done all the way and tasted off. Some of the shrimp seemed under done aswell. They topped the whole thing with way to many cracker crumbs or something. The only thing I will be ordering from here from now on is the wings and pizza. Have been here in another occasion previously and ordered the scallop and shrimp Alfredo. The Alfredo was so bland...went here again ordered the French onion soup it is delicious. A bit salty but delicious

They have ample parking. The server was attentive and friendly. I went here for lunch on a Monday so it wasn't really busy. The restaurant itself seemed pretty clean.This is your typical chain restaurant. With typical chain restaurant food. Nothing really stands out on the menu.I ordered the classic burger with bacon added. It was surprisingly good..The burger was decent sized. It was good and wasn't dried out. The fries were seasoned . They seemed fresh and crispy.The food also came out pretty quickly....7-15-23 went her again for lunch today. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with Broccoli and a side salad. My friend ordered the bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Everything was good. The steak was juicy,the chicken sandwich wasn't dried out and was juicy.

4 is only for portions sizes, it's not as it used to be, but still is good. I just miss leftovers, because I truly can finish my plate here, and possibly still be wanting more. 😅 Portion sizes everywhere has changed, so 4.5 is my overall rating. This location is a good place to visit

Grabbed some food to go during rush hour so waited a while for it but the to go woman was very nice, polite and kept me updated on my order and brought out refreshments for my wait. Food was delicious and hot worth the wait

Boyfriend and I went there for dinner tonight. Our waitress was lovely. She was fantastic. he ordered pasta. I ordered a burger. There was a hair in his pasta and kitchen Staff tried to blame the hair on him, saying that it was his. My burger came out and was so greasy that it filled an entire napkin with grease luckily manager came over and comped my boyfriend’s food.

The host was not very welcoming. She didn't even look at us just grabbed menus and took us to a seat. The waitress was also the bartender and was very sweet. The food was decent. I substituted my broccoli for green beans and they were the saddest, limpest beans ever. But we ordered the pub style loaded waffle fries and they were delicious. So there were good and not so good parts of the visit. Overall it was decent and I would return.

I STOOD AT the door 🚪 for almost 10-15 minutes before anyone even asked me what I needed. The chubby one with black hair behind bar too busy using profanities and filthy language right in front of bar- and in back you can hear him through the place! Most disrespectful place I have ever been too! Wait staff walks right by you, zero 0️⃣ acknowledgement of any kind! I walked out, and didn’t bother getting food! It’s not worth it! Disgusting 100% atmosphere!

First off, neither me or my better half like spicy food, but we decided to give them a try. The results were mixed. My Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl was pretty good. The wife's Quesadilla Explosion Crisper Salad was ok, but dressing was too spicy for her. The corn chips that came with my nmeal were very satisfying,

Awfully rude waitress from beginning to end. Completely blindsided by how bad of an experience it was. The boiled chicken tasted awful and I was told there would be no compensation for it tasting bad. The shrimp tempura and my partners dish were on par but the attitude and treatment of customers was unacceptable. I tipped poorly and they were surprised...

Been here a few times and finally getting around to leave a review. The food is always good, generous portions and delicious. The hibachi chefs are entertaining but we usually just sit at booth and order which is just as good to me. We ordered the Super Spider Roll this time which was AMAZING. Highly recommend going here for sushi, hibachi, or anything on the menu really. Also good selection of soda and alcohol drinks.

We had amazing service there, they were all polite and friendly. We had the soup and salad and sushi. the soup tasted okay not alot in it at all though. Salad was soupy with some weird sweet stuff on top. It was not for me. Sushi was good besides the one was weirdly warm. And wish the spicy shrimp was a little hotter in flavor . I had to use the bathroom while there and it was kind of creepy. Very dark and poorly lite.

We booked a table at the hibachi for 8. They were more than happy to accommodate a couple extra people that had been added to our party as a we walked in! The service was great, the food was excellent and the drinks were delicious!

After having a bad experience at the Liverpool location for our Anniversary we decided to give it another shot in Auburn and couldn't be happier we did. The service was amazing! The food and Hibachi show was awesome! The environment was on point and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. What more can you ask for?

Was craving sushi real bad after going to a restaurant in Jim Thorpe PA with my friend a few weeks ago. I don't live far from here yet I've never gone until now. I'll definitely be back again for some delicious sushi! If there's one thing I'd change it's that there doesn't seem to be any sushi with spicy mayo on it so I was a little disappointed since my favorite one o tried previously had spicy mayo. Just a very small gripe tho!

Please think twice. When I chose this I was looking at some older pictures of the menu and restaurant. The star is for the waitress/bar tender who was, serving a rather busy bar, taking the orders, bringing the food and cashing out customers. The soup was nice. The salad was generous but really doused in blue cheese dressing. Then things got bad. My husband ordered steak very well done. It came out bloody rare- sent it back- second time was about the same but more blackened on the outside. I ordered mine medium and it was much more cooked. The steak was THIN and VERY fatty. The two pictures are before and after I ate. I couldn't eat it. It was also topped with canned type fried onions and a ton of garlic butter. It was dripping. It was presented in top of the "smashed" potatoes that was mashed that really didn't taste fresh at all. They comped my husbands steak and a drink, we still spent about $70. I'm writing this review from Parker's a locally owned and excellent eatery. Please choose this- or one of the other local and delicious eateries that Auburn has to offer. Shame on you Hilton. This is not how you should represent your brand.

Very cozy small dining room with attached bar room and additional outdoor seating. Its located in the Garden Inn Hilton hotel. It was a bit confusing knowing how to get seated in the restaurant as you enter it through the bar and there is nothing to indicate that the doorway to your right is the restaurant entrance. We actually saw a server come out of it and thought it was the kitchen. Standing confused for a short time, someone noted and pointed us in the right direction. The food is standard American fare, but very delicious. I had a very savory tomato bisque soup with a wedge salad loaded with sugared pecans, cherry tomatoes, and slices of cut-up bacon (not the hard crumbled bacon). Great, friendly service and quiet, intimate surroundings.

Staying at the HGI, I was able to enjoy the Refinery for several meals. I enjoyed the fish specials the most of my meals. The ribeye was good but the strip steak was not as good. The ladies at the bar will take care of you if you like libation at the end of the day. The picture is from their website.

Good place to have a healthy and extremely tasty meal. The restaurant is good for groups, family( kids friendly) or even business. If you are in Auburn region and you want to have a meal or just a drink at a bar this restaurant is worth the drive, the portions are are worth the price both for drinks and food.

Atmosphere was cozy and eloquent. I got a lemonade and my fiancè got a caramel snickerdoodle martini. Both drinks were phenomenal. Then for an appetizer we ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese. Oh. My. Goodness... The balance of the pork, pasta, cheese sauce, and barbeque sauce was divine. I was surprised at how good it was. This had that wow factor that seems to be so hard to come by these days. For entrees we both went with something light; i got a pork belly sandwich, fiancè got a roasted chicken sandwich. Both tasted amazing. My sandwich came with truffle fries that had a garlic parmesan topping. It also tasted well. Although it tasted great, the pork belly sandwich had an awkward consistency due to pork belly being fatty and chewy (which is normal) and the bread was very hard. Due to how well the rest of the meal was, I only knocked it down to a 4.75. Overall a great and fulfilling (literally I'm stuffed) experience.

Food was good and it is a very pretty place but…have been there twice in last few weeks and was “pestered” by fruit flies! Both times informed our waitress and were told “yeah we’ve been having that problem”. So do something about it! Very unappetizing and spoils what is otherwise a good experience. Get some Zevo plug ins!

There was plenty of space to walk through the buffet and back to your table, even though they seemed to be having the lunch rush. The food was really delicious. My family and I loved the peanut butter chicken, good crunchy texture and plenty of sauce. Sooo good! I did my best to try a bit of everything, and I was pleasantly surprised that the sushi was not disgusting. I think it helped that they seemed to make it on demand and not just have it sit out for hours. I’d love to go back again. The reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I felt the price for taking food to go was steep. It’s $7 a lb. It’s $13/one person w/water, and $15/one person w/soda. And the dinner price was $17/one person, I imagine it’s closer to $20 if you ask for soda. Overall, it was good food and worth trying, but it’s pretty expensive.

My boyfriend and I went to the buffet at 1pm, for the lunch buffet. Almost all of the hot food was cold, not warm or cool. COLD. The sushi was warm, not hot but NOT FRESH. After we got home, my boyfriend was in the bathroom all night with food poisoning.. this morning he still feels awful 😡

Not worth it at all. Truly not sure how the reviews are so high. Yes there is variety, but most of the food is either hard, cold, or just off tasting. The majority of the meat is tough and difficult to eat. The desserts are stale and dry. Food is frequently cold or underseasoned or vastly overcooked from sitting so long. Other than the man at the counter (who generally seems displeased with everyone/everything), the staff is not overtly rude by any means, but mostly leave you to yourself which I have no issue with as it’s a buffet. You pay at the counter and are seated. Waitresses are friendly and get your drinks then leave you be unless picking up plates or asking if you need a refill. About $20 per person depending on the time, but nothing there is worth $20 at the buffet. Bathrooms are uncomfortable and dirty, dimly lit, and generally not well kept. I have never had any issue with the staff but the food is borderline inedible and I’ve felt sick after eating it on an unfortunate amount of visits. Auburn has plenty of Chinese spots, all of them significantly better and fresher for about the same prices. It depends on who works there—I believe it was formerly run by another family and the quality was leagues better, but right now it is absolutely not worth going. Save your money and your stomach and go to any other Chinese restaurant.

Save your money, food was meh, nothing really tasted right, silverware had old food stuck on it and had to pick through three different plates before finding a clean one. Staff is not very pleasant, and you are made to pay as soon as you walk through the door... I can see why 🤮 oh and we were charged the dinner rate during lunch time hours.

Family time for the first time here. Everything was very good the service was great our lady that kept coming over to clear the plates and get our drinks she was amazing. I even tried sushi for the first time with my brother it was ok but not the best lol. I recommend this place even if you just want to try it. I even tried a crawfish for the first time and I didn't hate it

Everything is hot, fresh and plentiful! The crab rangoons are the best around town! I would put them up against all of CNY. For an all you can eat buffet, this fits the bill perfectly!

As far as chinese (/ Japanese) buffets go, this is one of the best ones around. There doesn't seem to be drastic differences between the few we have in the fingerlakes area, but I will say Sakura has a little more food to choose from than some of the others around. Prompt service, clean, quality food that was being catered to constantly. I look forward to coming through here again.

Great menu and good food, but is it worth waiting 50 minutes? No. The owner had 1 employee working, broken heater so the place was freezing, and had this single employee taking orders for the line and DoorDash. I was third in line and my order of two sandwiches took over 50 minutes. I’ve never had a worse experience in food, and yeah it’s even worse than Auburn McDonald’s. I love supporting local business, but this doesn’t deserve to stay open. I feel bad for the employees here.

Went at 4pm on a Wednesday. Loved the service! The ladies were great to us and loved my daughter. We got tenders, grilled cheese and a philly cheese sandwich. Everything was delicious! And the ladies gave my little girl cookies ☺️ I also live the stories they had of the owner about his dogs. Sad that I missed him and his pup! We came from Rochester and stopped in here on a whim! Definitely coming back! Loved it here!

Average and overpriced! $15 for a turkey and cheese sandwich is insane. Nothing else, just turkey and cheese and sub oil. Im a plain eater so not a lot of flavor is fine with me but the "sub oil" is just oil. Meat is tasteless. The bread tastes old. And I LOVE dogs but not inside at a small restaurant. There is so much potential but I have been here at least 4 to 5 times and its always the same. No more for me.

Passed by this place a million times. I was hungry when I passed by this time. Stopped in, friendly service, good atmosphere and the Cry Baby wrap banging. Good little spot here for sure. Great food.

Downtown Deli in Auburn for the lunch win today!!! Greek chicken salad was huuuuuuuuuuuge, fresh, delicious. The best soup I have ever had, taco soup…amazing. Super friendly and fast service. One of the best lunches i have had in a long time!!!

Downtown deli is Amazing, they helped us out with our rehearsal dinner, we needed a place to gather and the owner was kind enough to close the shop and let us all get together there. His aunt made some amazing sweets. And the sauce he cooked the sausage & meatballs in was delicious. Any catering needs make sure you reach out to downtown deli.

I absolutely love this deli! I always order the Garcia sandwich, which typically comes with turkey, but I’m not a fan of turkey. The staff is always happy to swap it out for ham, and they do it with a smile every time. The sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. This place is the perfect spot for a quick, delicious bite with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches to go tonight. 1 of them with fries. 1 of them with onion rings. Both pieces of fish weren't quite crispy..... Possibly not cooked long enough..... Not horrible. But not really good either.... semi-soggy..... And I wish I had looked in the box before I left. My wife had the order with French fries..... There was a big heaping pile of them. I had the order with onion rings. It came with 3. Yes 3 onion rings. That was it. You can find better elsewhere.

First problem, I went there had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes. Where the lady walked by and paid me no mine. Second problem, when I got home, the fish wasn't even cooked. I had to put it in the air fryer. Third problem had my bank card. Couldn't use my cad had to spend an extra $3 at the A. TM wasn't worth a $100. Never go there again should have went to seafood express

Avoid if you can! This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever eaten. Poor service - took 25 minutes for three meals to arrive and then my son who asked for his plain had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. It wasn’t very clean, looked dated and had a strange smell. My burger wasn’t cooked all the way through so was pink in the middle and grease squirted out from it which made it inedible. I felt sorry for the staff working there as they multitasked cleaning and trying to help make food. If I could give a zero score I would’ve as it was really, really poor.

So like i go to this place happy about the happy meal cuz everyone was liking it! and this is what i get. i am APPALLED on what got. not to mention we are having a conversation in the car and the lady taking our order and who cashed us out made a rude remark saying that she “can hear everything through the headset” like i don’t care what was the point on making that statement?? please fix your wigs cuz it’s stiffer than 15 plaques.

How is it that an order of a large fry and a 4 piece nugget involved us having to pull off to the side and wait for 20 minutes? It is absolutely ridiculous that they take so long to serve such a small amount of food. I wish I didn’t feel the need to have to go to the West end, but this place sucks.

We brought our kids to this restaurant for lunch. When we got inside there were no more than 10 people who stated they have been waiting 50 minutes for their food. We waited a total of 35 minutes for ours. The workers stated they were serving orders off and “remembering them”. There was no activity in the grill for 10 minutes because they were waiting for the 1 guy that knew what he was doing to come back inside. Hire better people, or take the time to train them PROPERLY.

Absolutely the worst experience every time I come here. Why am I waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes??? ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY from staff members from what i can tell. And why bother using the mobile app if i have to pull forward and wait for a chicken sandwich??????? RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD!! I waited for a mcchicken because they said they had to cook it, guess what! It was an OLD PATTY. Not even hot!! Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Unacceptable Wait and Chaotic Service Waited 27 minutes for a simple order — a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a chicken sandwich. While waiting, the staff in the back were audibly arguing over drive-thru orders instead of focusing on serving customers. When we finally received our food and drove off, we discovered no French fries in the bag. We had to turn around and return just to get the fries we already paid for. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to basic order accuracy is unacceptable. The service here is chaotic and in dire need of major improvements.

Manager was rude and not very helpful to employees. In very bad mood. Put out that she had to override transactions. Never acknowledged customers. I never saw such bad attitude and service. She should not be a boss. Waited 30 minutes to give order. Another 20 to get food.

we just stopped by yesterday. The food was totally wonderful. There are plenty of options like Thai, Chinese, sushi, hibachi,apps. I ordered pad Thai , salt pepper chicken and salt pepper shrimp with my family shared. All food is delicious and fresh. And we got friendly service and appreciate the cleanliness and free sweet potato. I’m looking forward come back in next time with my family

The waitress who service me is always nice. and she’s very friendly to introduce us what kind of food is popular. The food is really yummy and large size. So many kind of food to choice . And special the lunch special it’s more cheaper price what I got for sushi only 13.99 for 3 roll that is my good recommendation. Very great deal Highly recommended.

This restaurant has become a staple in our top restaurants to eat at. The family and I have eaten here multiple times and I'll tell you what not one of us has ever had a bad experience. The food is always perfectly cooked and the staff are some of the kindest people I have met in the restaurant business. Thank you for the great food and excellent service

Nice little restaurant that serves Asian cuisine. I got the Incredible Roll, along with Sesame Chicken entree. The portions are generous (I ended up taking most of the Sesame chicken home). I went on a Monday evening and it was empty inside. The service was good and the food came out pretty fast. The restaurant has a nice but casual atmosphere, and was very clean.

The store is clean and quiet. It’s great for talking . I love the curry chicken . It’s yummy and large portions and price . Special lunch special. I would be come back try other food

Had to visit Auburn for some medical stuff the Google reviews looked good. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt and friendly. The food was competent but nothing special. Just under $40 for water, hot green tea, tempura shrimp appetizer, deluxe ramen plus taxes and tip for ONE patron feels steep.

Did the drive through. Ordered a five piece tenders big box meal. Substituted the coleslaw for Mac and cheese. They said they were out of honey mustard and BBQ sauce. The tenders were ok. Very hot and fresh. Fries were over salted , Mac and cheese had some burnt spots. They only gave me one napkin. Me and my son split this meal. We needed way more than one napkin. Overall it was just ok. Typical chain KFC food . Plenty of parking.

Paid too much money for too little, not right, and over cooked! Supposed to be a 7pc and literally every piece was the smallest ever, must be they only kill baby chickens because these were tiny as he!!. And the sides, dont get me started!!

If I could leave no stars I would. The people that work there are unprofessional and not even kind. The only person there that is remotely decent is an older gentleman. Everyone else is gross with the language and hygiene. I don’t think I ever posted that I would never go back anywhere but I suppose there is a first time for everything. They aren’t even “allowed to do refunds after they charge you for something they don’t even have”. Unbelievably ridiculous. Save your time and frustration and eat anywhere else!

The service here is consistently terrible. They can’t seem to get orders right — time after time. I was given the wrong chicken piece and the condiments I specifically requested were completely missing. This is not an isolated incident; it keeps happening. The staff show a lack of attention to detail and basic customer service skills. Management needs to address this ongoing incompetence before more customers lose trust in this location.

Horrible. Went there for lunch today for dining in ordered a 3pc Tender Combo. Waste of money and time. Let's just say the tenders were like children size two bites for adults, the fries were the barrel of the bottom ( you the know the ones left behind that are hard and crunchy and don't want to make a new batch to fill it up ). Womans bathroom dirty, toilet was bloody, no seat covers, the other one had poop stains. The tables for dining dirty along with the chairs. The only thing today that was going for me, was the older gentleman Richard who took my order with a smile and I didn't have to ask for condiments! I love the receipt Thanks*Don't be a Stranger! After this experience I won't be ordering or coming back!!

After waiting 5 minutes, a young man said he would be right with me. After waiting another 5 minutes, I left, which is just as well after seeing the ridiculous prices.

First will start off with the quality. I have never seen a drum stick bigger than a thigh peice. And our 16 peice bucket had 6 thighs smaller than drum sticks. 2 medium sized thigh about size of clenched fist. 2 normal size drum sticks and 6 1 inch drum sticks . We also got 4 sides which was just enough per side for 1 serving for a child for each side. 3 mashed taters and 1 Mac and cheese. The only thing that was worth the money was the biscuits. The chicken was unbelievable dry needed to take a drink per bite. The biscuits had more moisture in them. Picture is of supposed thigh peice and a 50 cent peice next to it. I say got robbed especially at almost $80

Larger diner than it looks from the outside, in an old plaza that really needs it's parking lot repaved. The serving staff all seemed very friendly and professional, very quick with a drink refill. Our server was very attentive, repeatedly checking if we needed anything even though the place was pretty crowded. Pretty large menu, with a full page of daily specials. Our soup was very good and made inhouse I think. My hot pastrami sandwich was delicious, the better half's turkey sandwich was ok. One neat thing is the grill is in the dining room, it was interesting watching the cooking. Worth noting, they only serve breakfast on weekends, and are cash only. There is an atm machine there.

Diner Located in a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking. Ordered two eggs with toast and bacon. They didn't have any breakfast egg combos besides omelette available with home fries. So I added a small side of home fries. Also added a small side of sausage gravy. My company ordered birthday cake pancake stack .They added a side of sausage links . Also had some hot tea. Overall everything was ok. Typical diner food. Everything came out in a timely manner.

This is how my toast came out, it was so cold when they buttered it that it didn't even melt, not to mention the fact that they put enough butter on it to make at least 3 orders of toast. This place has gone down hill since the original owners. It's very disappointing because this restaurant used to be amazing.

We have been eating at Spring Garden for more than 10 years. They are so nice and know us. The food is great and ready so fast. Their hot and sour soup makes me feel so much better if I have a cold. We love this Auburn gem.

Our food was really good fresh, good flavor and it was still really hot when we got home! If you prefer to eat in they keep it really clean. We will definitely be back !

After having a number of friend tell me this their place to go so I thought I would try it. Everything I have tried is excellent. Service is very good and the food is wonderful. I have had a wise variety of items and everything is so good plus you can always find a parking space, better tgan downtown.

Terrible meal. Hot sour soup white more like chicken soup, chic broccoli no sauce or flavor, vegetable fried rice mushy. I called restaurant to discuss refund or credit and got no response. Apparently they just don’t care if food is terrible. Open your wallet

Great food. A little pricey. Good service. Excellent boneless ribs, however, sesame chicken was breaded too much, could barely taste the chicken. Egg rolls were a little too crunchy.

The burgers are excellent! The service is great, friendly and attentive. The Nacho fries are very tasty indeed! We went here on Veterans day, because Veterans and Active Military personnel get a free meal, I'm glad we did. We had been wanting to check this place out, just couldn't find the right time. So glad we ate here, we'll be coming back soon.

I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection. The only down side was my other 1/2’s order was slipped up a bit by adding onions to her chicken sandwich. I also wish they had mentioned the delicious sweet potato fries were peppered generously with spices. They would be perfect with absolutely nothing on them at all. Another side note…we happened to be the only patrons there at the time. I also wish their booth seating didn’t make me feel like I was the kid at the kiddies table at Thanksgiving. I’m a 6ft adult male and the seat height in the booth was WAY too low for my comfort.

Went there for the first time today. Threw me off a little that it was attached to a hotel. You have to walk into the lobby to get to the restaurant, but don’t let that intimidate you. Burgers were amazing and so were the fries! Highly recommend you give this place a try. Fun atmosphere as well. Tvs at every booth. Really wish it was in my hometown.

This new restaurant, within Auburn's Holiday Inn, looks modern and classy but serves up nothing-special food. I ordered my burger well done, and it was well done. But so were the other two burgers at the table, which were ordered medium and medium rare. The fries were clearly the kind that comes frozen, and the burgers were mostly mediocre, with cheap soft buns. Mine, the Farm Fresh (without the grilled peppers) was the best of the bunch, and it was pretty good, though the burger patty was thin and had broken in half. Our server clearly hadn't been trained and seemed a bit spacy. But after a couple of initial missteps, like failing to mention the specials, he was quite attentive. We ate from 1 to 2, and the place was empty except for our small group and one solo diner. At the beginning, for some reason the lights kept going out for a few seconds at a time. I think the staff was trying to figure out the light switches, from what little I could hear. The booth seating is unusually low and the tables are slightly high, so I wouldn't recommend it to shorter people. Also, the booth seats aren't secured to the floor, and ours kept sliding around as my husband moved.

We went there on a whim to try some place new. The food was good, came out quickly, and was exactly as we had ordered. I loved the chicken wings because they come out crispy with a large dipping sauce. The burgers we're great. Would definitely recommend going here if you haven't been yet.

Best conversion of an older building to a restaurant I’ve ever seen. Our server, Shauna ( hope I spelled that right ) was attentive and personable, answered all our questions and was quick to respond to everything we asked for. Flight of mimosas was incredible. Largest selection I’ve ever seen: stand outs were the guava and dragonfruit, watermelon was fresh and fun with a swirl of glitter. We also had a flight of coffees, again great selection and delicious, enough for two of us to share. We came for the poutine and it was the stuff dreams are made of: piping hot crispy fries with a delicious gravy and curds two ways- melted under the gravy and lightly breaded and fried as the crowning touch. My burger was perfect, delicious bacon jam and IPA sauce and flavorful beef patty as well. Wish I could go back every week but alas, long way from home

Heard about this place on where Syracuse eats and decided to try it on Sunday. So glad I did. My husband and I really enjoyed the food and the service. Elley our waitress was personable, attentive, and provided great service. We didn’t need to ask for anything she was just on top of everything. This place was very clean as well. We cannot wait to return.

Can we please normalize Mimosa flights? I love the fact that I could choose 4 different drinks that were super creative and delicious. My favorite was the Cherry mimosa. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and I walked away pleasantly stuffed. For my entree, I ordered the Fried Green Tomato BLT. The dipping sauce of gravy was an added bonus that brought the dish to another level. I definitely would come back to this restaurant if I lived in the area.

I'd been meaning to stop out here for a while, I'm so glad I finally did.. everything was amazing. The food was outstanding! I could definitely tell that the sauces and all ingredients were in house, not ordered frozen or from a mix and cooked perfectly. My favorites were the hollandaise sauce - what a pain that is to make! and the bacon jam, but everything was delicious! I'm looking forward to coming back!

Cannot say enough for At Long Last Café! What a great find for us on our visit to Auburn NY. The food was amazing and super delicious. Fresh, innovative, and just downright beautiful. Service was impeccable as our server Khristy H was so pleasant and attentive. I had the chicken and waffles. My wife had the special which was a barbecue pork Benedict on cornbread. We did splitsies And we both agreed that we could not decide which we like the best. Absolutely do not miss this place… Already thinking about people we could bring here.

Worth finding your way there! This was a breakfast experience, quality well above good breakfast restaurants. I had the best eggs Benedict I’ve had in 13 years. And their mimosa flights are unique and delicious. My wife had a breakfast sandwich she described as an omelette on a bagel. This is now the first thing we do on any trip to the Finger Lakes.

I am beyond grateful we discovered this restaurant. What a beautiful restaurant, Ellen our waitress was so attentive and kind to us and our 2 year old daughter. An array of choices. I went with the chocolate chip cookie dough waffles and my husband went with the breakfast burger with sausage gravy and corned beef hash. He took one bite, looked at me, and said this is amazing! Real sausage gravy. We will be back and we cannot wait to bring others to enjoy this place and try every item on the menu. Highly recommend!
