I have never been told “we don’t do that here” I’ve worked with the owner since it’s opened I don’t know if it’s switched owners, however the “manager” tried telling me 2 times they don’t do things they’ve been doing for me since open. I couldn’t get more than two types of meat, they couldn’t grill it which I was only offering because the girl rolling the burrito was struggling a little and I was trying to be nice. “Manager” had a poor attitude and couldn’t handle communication. I wasn’t gonna leave this review until she cut me off while explaining. The store only had my family in it not even a single other person at the time. She could have been patient enough to have a conversation. Just very rude. I’ve attached the pictures of my record holding order that I was told they don’t do anymore! No reason to be rude seeing I pay $30+ everytime I order.

Back in parking on the street in downtown Auburn. You can eat in or dine out. They have burritos, quesadillas and burrito bowls,salads, and some other things. You tell them what you want and they put it in your burrito or whatever it is you are ordering.They have a kids menu available. I ordered a burrito bowl and a kids quesadilla. We had a large side of queso with chips. Overall it was ok. Everything appeared fresh , the queso was really good it was a bit spicy which I liked.They also source local.

I would say the food is on par with Moe’s. Nothing spectacular about it. The burrito I had granted it was gigantic fell apart, wet and about three bites because none of the meat is drained just pour taste. Overall service inside was OK I guess.

Most underwhelming bowl of chicken and rice I’ve ever had. Insanely dry, no seasoning or flavor pop to it. The ground up chicken looked like cat food. Service still a million times better than chipotle but the food isn’t anything spectacular

I love this place. It's like a local version of Chipotle, but with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always great. And if you like margaritas, they have a good one.

So not only does this place have amazing food and a ton of gluten free/vegetarian options but there service is incredible! That's all you really need to know but if you want a real story, buckle up... Last month I had planned a twenty person suprise birthday party for my brother. We were not able to have a 30th party for him due to covid, so we planned to make his 31st extra special. The venue (that we all love and still do!) called me 3 hours before the party was supposed to start to tell me they had a Covid outbreak ...and needed to cancel to keep us all safe and healthy. We of course wouldn't be charged for the party being canceled but how were we going to host 20 people with less than 3 hours notice AND keep the change of plans a suprise? Alhough I appreciate the restaurants actions it did leave me in an insane time crunch. Mesa Grande was my immediate thought for delicious, allergy friendly food, that everyone loves and they cater! Miraculously the team member who took my panicked phone call walked me through what to order and then contacted her manager to confirm the details. They made it happen! I ordered hard and soft shell tacos, chips with queso, guacamole, salad, and black beans. The Mesa Grande staff were able to get all the food made and loaded into my car in just 2.5 hours! This gave me enough time to grab party supplies, booze, dessert, and get to my moms house to set up before guests and the birthday boy arrived. The party was a huge success 🙌 My brother was shocked! The guests were well fed and happy. Mesa Grande saved the day. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. In a time of social disconnection, difficulty, and hardship, Mesa Grande was instrumental in safetly bringing my family together.

The BEST pizza in all of Auburn and probably UNY! Only has one bad experience with delivery after that it’s been outstanding. I get a small cheese three times a week. Everything is amazing about the pizza but the sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted and I eat pizza throughout the world. Great job guys!!

Angelos has great pizza! They are pretty inconsistent (Meaning you're not going to get the same type of pizza every time). However, it's still never a bad pie. One thing they are terrible at is staying open. They make up their own hours as they go. There was no reason I should have not been able to order a pizza at 7:28. Sad.

Great local place! We are from out of town and was told to visit this place, and the pizza didn't disappoint. Tip, this place is primarily a take out. They have seating but it is very limited. Our family of 8 fit but if there were more people there it would have been tight. Also they do sell beer and wine! If this tells you anything, during the hour that we were there eating, about 20 people came in to pick up pizza! It was crazy busy!!

I ordered a sicilian pizza I'm not sure they know what that is. This pizza is literally maybe an eighth of an inch thicker than their pizza they serve regularly. Would love to post a picture but doesn't have an option. Last I knew Sicilian was supposed to be a thick airy doughy slice of pizza just because it's a square slice does not make it Sicilian Angelo's.

Angelos Pizza has great flavored pizza. I ordered a large cheese with pepperoni, sausage, and chicken for my family. My pizza was hot all the was home and it was enough for some leftovers for my family of four (3 adults & 1 child). There prices seem to be fair considering the amount of flavor and toppings that they have on this pizza. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone who is interested in pizza located in the Auburn area.

They have parking on the side of the building. The restaurant doesn't have alot of room inside too eat. I've had Angelo's pizza twice now. It has been good both times. The garlic knots are AMAZING. They always have so much garlic butter and are semi crunchy on the bottom. The best garlic knots I've had in years.The pizza is really good too. Today we ordered a small pickle pizza. It has pickles, bacon and pickle ranch dressing. It was delicious. We definitely will be getting it again sometime . This place seemed to have a pretty steady flow of people dinning in and ordering takeout.I recommend giving this place a try you won't regret it............. Update This place was so good had too reorder from them again. Tried the garlic pizza and had a topping of ricotta added to it. Pretty good I would rate the garlic pizza four stars. Ordered four garlic knots aswell. Was a bit disappointed with the garlic knots this time. They were wrapped in foil and not in a box. Therefore they didn't have very much garlic sauce and were more doughy. Not as impressed with them this time. I'm thinking it was just a fluke though,because this is the third time I've ordered them and the only time they were like that.... Also I read another review about being charged more than the listed price in the restaurant. I did notice that the huge chalkboardish wall sign above where the employees are behind the counter is wrong. I ordered several garlic knots. The sign said you get a deal if you order so many of them like five or six. The girl behind the register stated no they are a $1a piece. So the sign above the employees listing prices of the food they sell IS INCORRECT. Just a disclaimer. I personally didn't care because I asked the employee & was aware I was being charged more before I ordered.

Ordered wings for New Years thinking this was the go to place based off of some reviews. Highly disappointed. The boneless wings were burnt and hard, the bone in mild wings had literally no sauce and it all tasted like really old fryer oil. Touched based with the “Owner” about it, and he said to come in and he would make it right! We have stopped in like he had asked and called at least 7 times and everytime we get the same run around, “he will be here in the morning”. It’s now been two weeks and he still hasn’t made it right! We were hesitant on posting a bad review, but enough is enough. Sad to say he will never get our business again.!

They have ample parking. Everything was fresh. I ordered a six inch tuna sub it was good. The whole store was clean. I ate inside the store. Was surprised at how many people there were and how busy it got.This location seems to get a lot of business from the hotel located across the street.

I called and there was a girl (i don't know her name since she never said it) who came off as rude from the beginning. I wanted to cancel an order because door dash was currently unavailable and i never realized until later. When I tried talking, she kept on cutting me off and said "I can't do this right now." and hung up on me.

This Subway on Grant Ave is usually good, we stopped in a few nights ago and it was terrible. The sub roll was not cooked all the way. We watched the server put the subs in the toaster and they were not toasted very well. I called back and she told me she could not talk to me right now she had a line of customers. I called the North St Subway and she told me to bring it in and she would replace it, thank you so much North St for allowing me to do that. I didn't take them up on the offer but thank you anyways..

Very clean. Friendly service and they make subs better than most of the Subway chains that I’ve been to.

They dont have classic subs on the menu just weird promotional stuff that nobody wants.

They consistently forget my drink and cookies when I order through DoorDash.

Open again for indoor dining!!! Good old fashioned local diner in the center of town. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. The decor is a little worn but the hospitality is top shelf.

The vegetable omelet is awesome. Great service.felt like being in 1990s.

Friendly service every time I come here. It's a diner so expect the usual diner menu items. I recommend the Ruben or grilled ham and cheese with a side of poutine.

Went here for the first time ever for lunch and i must say wow staff very friendly food is amazing and for 13.00 you get alot of food highly recommend the poutine and house burger

Man. I’ve always loved diner food. Some places should stay closed, I suppose. The soda tasted like cleaner, the food was questionable quality at best, and the restaurant was absolutely filthy on a Wednesday morning. My silverware looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned, and pieces of the wall were falling off in our booth. Hopefully this was just a freak thing considering most of the reviews here are good. But I’m kinda thinking it’s just nostalgia that people like to go for.

So glad we went to the Auburn Diner. Everything you want for in this type of eatery. Good menu, excellent food, fantastic service. We enjoyed omletes as our choice of meal. My wife said the hash browns were the best she's ever had. The chocolate milkshake was a hit as well. Chocolate milkshake with breakfast? Yeah, why not live a little! Thanks Auburn Diner for a great start to our day!

Good food decent prices....went here again today it's been two years since I've been here. They have ample parking. I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap. My friends ordered the Rodeo burger and two eggs over medium with bacon, home fries and toast. Everything was pretty good. However the order with eggs came out later than the rest of the order. The eggs were cold & over easy and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Other than that everything was ok. The prices are very reasonable here as well. We told the waitress about the eggs and bacon. She offered to bring new ones however we declined. Overall I recommend checking them out. They usually are really busy and you have a wait time.

This is a very busy Diner and rightly so as the food is very good. Being such, it is reasonable that during peak times you may have to wait to get a table and service may be slower than you would like. But it's worth it as the wait staff are super nice, almost like family, knowing the regular's and joking with them. Great place!

Not a rail road diner car. Not one of those all stainless diners. This made us feel like a true diner experience that is truly loved by the locals. We arrived right before 2 pm on a Thursday. There were many regulars, the couples took booths and the single folk sat at the bar. They all seemed to know each other, almost like a family gathering. The waitresses were fantastic. We wish we found this diner before and we will go back.

The food here is excellent, well cooked, and served quickly with marked courtesy. The decor is tasteful, classic, and a memorable example of Americana done right. The bathrooms are clean, the lighting is excellent. One may have to wait for a table; it is worth a short wait and the food is so good that one can understand waiting due to a restaurant's popularity. Every dish I remember eating here over the past years has been consistently well cooked and tasty. I do not remember one negative experience with the waitresses. Bravo! :-)

The outside and inside were very clean and welcoming. The landscaping was very well done too! I had some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had and ordered a second helping because they were that good. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. The service was also fast and we never felt rushed. The prices were great as well.

I've had breakfast in many different restaurants over the years, but nothing compares to the breakfast I had here. This is the diner to stop at! Pavlos had a busy team working hard to get the breakfast rush completed, our coffees were never empty and we left full and happy! Food was great

It's smaller than it looks on the inside of the restaurant. They always seem to have a crowd here whenever I drive by. I got the house special frettta . It was really good. The server was attentive and kept the coffee coming. Also for being so busy. Our food came out rather quickly. I wanna try this place again . Next time I'm going to try the sausage gravy and biscuits.

First time at Pavlos' for me and for my fellow diners, a long time favorite. It was great! Everyone loved their omelette, Pavlos' favorite, the western and an egg white veggie. Cooked to perfection with a light airiness of the eggs and densely packed with your fixings. The bread was generously buttered and the home fries were delicious and crisp. It's a small place, CASH only, currently adding on an outdoor patio. You may need to wait during breakfast and lunch rush hours, but service was fast and smooth and they were cycling people as fast as they could. I definitely recommend Pavlos' to anyone who likes food!

Love this place. It's local and great place to eat at. Friendly staff and fast service. Food was hot and great tasting. This place accepts cash only not credit cards. The staff and the owner of the restaurant made you felt welcome. I would recommend this place to anybody. I love the omelets to. In my opinion it's the best omelet in town. I had steak and cheese omelet. It was good. No complaints from me at all.

Always love Ninos. Everything we get is amazing. Think the staff is getting used to us calling. Prices like everywhere are crazy, but like 70$ for a large 3 topping and 24 wings. Guess we skip the wings.

Nice thin crispy crust greasy authentic NY style pizza with all the usual fried accessories, the garlic pizza could use a little garlic powder but still pretty good.

Best pizza place I've been to. Go there at least once a month to get a bunch of stuff for the family. Many options for toppings and sauces. Salads are awesome.

We couldn’t decide what sounded best so we got a little of everything. The baked ziti was flipping amazing. I loved the locals and the pizza was on point. We will definitely be back when we are in upstate New York.

Great menu and good food, but is it worth waiting 50 minutes? No. The owner had 1 employee working, broken heater so the place was freezing, and had this single employee taking orders for the line and DoorDash. I was third in line and my order of two sandwiches took over 50 minutes. I’ve never had a worse experience in food, and yeah it’s even worse than Auburn McDonald’s. I love supporting local business, but this doesn’t deserve to stay open. I feel bad for the employees here.

Went at 4pm on a Wednesday. Loved the service! The ladies were great to us and loved my daughter. We got tenders, grilled cheese and a philly cheese sandwich. Everything was delicious! And the ladies gave my little girl cookies ☺️ I also live the stories they had of the owner about his dogs. Sad that I missed him and his pup! We came from Rochester and stopped in here on a whim! Definitely coming back! Loved it here!

Average and overpriced! $15 for a turkey and cheese sandwich is insane. Nothing else, just turkey and cheese and sub oil. Im a plain eater so not a lot of flavor is fine with me but the "sub oil" is just oil. Meat is tasteless. The bread tastes old. And I LOVE dogs but not inside at a small restaurant. There is so much potential but I have been here at least 4 to 5 times and its always the same. No more for me.

Downtown Deli in Auburn for the lunch win today!!! Greek chicken salad was huuuuuuuuuuuge, fresh, delicious. The best soup I have ever had, taco soup…amazing. Super friendly and fast service. One of the best lunches i have had in a long time!!!

Downtown deli is Amazing, they helped us out with our rehearsal dinner, we needed a place to gather and the owner was kind enough to close the shop and let us all get together there. His aunt made some amazing sweets. And the sauce he cooked the sausage & meatballs in was delicious. Any catering needs make sure you reach out to downtown deli.

I absolutely love this deli! I always order the Garcia sandwich, which typically comes with turkey, but I’m not a fan of turkey. The staff is always happy to swap it out for ham, and they do it with a smile every time. The sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. This place is the perfect spot for a quick, delicious bite with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Avoid if you can! This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever eaten. Poor service - took 25 minutes for three meals to arrive and then my son who asked for his plain had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. It wasn’t very clean, looked dated and had a strange smell. My burger wasn’t cooked all the way through so was pink in the middle and grease squirted out from it which made it inedible. I felt sorry for the staff working there as they multitasked cleaning and trying to help make food. If I could give a zero score I would’ve as it was really, really poor.

So like i go to this place happy about the happy meal cuz everyone was liking it! and this is what i get. i am APPALLED on what got. not to mention we are having a conversation in the car and the lady taking our order and who cashed us out made a rude remark saying that she “can hear everything through the headset” like i don’t care what was the point on making that statement?? please fix your wigs cuz it’s stiffer than 15 plaques.

How is it that an order of a large fry and a 4 piece nugget involved us having to pull off to the side and wait for 20 minutes? It is absolutely ridiculous that they take so long to serve such a small amount of food. I wish I didn’t feel the need to have to go to the West end, but this place sucks.

We brought our kids to this restaurant for lunch. When we got inside there were no more than 10 people who stated they have been waiting 50 minutes for their food. We waited a total of 35 minutes for ours. The workers stated they were serving orders off and “remembering them”. There was no activity in the grill for 10 minutes because they were waiting for the 1 guy that knew what he was doing to come back inside. Hire better people, or take the time to train them PROPERLY.

Absolutely the worst experience every time I come here. Why am I waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes??? ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY from staff members from what i can tell. And why bother using the mobile app if i have to pull forward and wait for a chicken sandwich??????? RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD!! I waited for a mcchicken because they said they had to cook it, guess what! It was an OLD PATTY. Not even hot!! Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Unacceptable Wait and Chaotic Service Waited 27 minutes for a simple order — a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a chicken sandwich. While waiting, the staff in the back were audibly arguing over drive-thru orders instead of focusing on serving customers. When we finally received our food and drove off, we discovered no French fries in the bag. We had to turn around and return just to get the fries we already paid for. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to basic order accuracy is unacceptable. The service here is chaotic and in dire need of major improvements.

Manager was rude and not very helpful to employees. In very bad mood. Put out that she had to override transactions. Never acknowledged customers. I never saw such bad attitude and service. She should not be a boss. Waited 30 minutes to give order. Another 20 to get food.

It's ok. We chose from a lackluster array of Perry's ice cream and were allowed to put on toppings. They also have pizza and wings and other treats. The pizza looked like it might be tasty, but also looked suspiciously fake. The staff person was super nice, actually, and made the visit pleasant. We were the only customers there, on a Friday night. Not a great sign.

Phenomenal service! I called and place an order for delivery and they told me it would take about 35 minutes before they were here and they were here just shy of 25 minutes the gentleman that delivered my order was very kind very respectful. I was beyond satisfied with my first time experience. Their prices are great, their services are excellent! I will definitely be reordering and referring family and friends. Thank you!

Very dissappointed . Love to give business to small businesses and downtown . Called for pick up was told 30 minutes - went there in 30 minutes waited for another 25 minutes on a Friday night when there was only one other table there and another customer for pick up. Got home pizza had barely any topping like I ordered. Sorry but we won't be back.

Ordered pepperoni, sausage & mushroom pizza w/ garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was out of this world & we haven't had wings like this in a very long time. We are very impressed & this will definitely be our new pizza place.

I have been here a few times and I WILL BE BACK. It's a simple small business, the man at the counter (owner, possibly?)was very polite, helpful, and curtious. I had a special needs person with me, and he was very patient and helpful. Possibly busy at peak times, so plan on a few extra minutes since they have limited staff. So worth it, though! Prices; very good Taste of food; very good Selections variations; good (small businesses tend to have a little less selection than large chain restraunts, but the service and prices more than made up for that) Service; excellent

Went to a private party here. Great enviroment and best Pizza around. The wings, salad and were excellent as well. Cant wait to come back and get some yogurt.

Did the drive through. Ordered a five piece tenders big box meal. Substituted the coleslaw for Mac and cheese. They said they were out of honey mustard and BBQ sauce. The tenders were ok. Very hot and fresh. Fries were over salted , Mac and cheese had some burnt spots. They only gave me one napkin. Me and my son split this meal. We needed way more than one napkin. Overall it was just ok. Typical chain KFC food . Plenty of parking.

Paid too much money for too little, not right, and over cooked! Supposed to be a 7pc and literally every piece was the smallest ever, must be they only kill baby chickens because these were tiny as he!!. And the sides, dont get me started!!

If I could leave no stars I would. The people that work there are unprofessional and not even kind. The only person there that is remotely decent is an older gentleman. Everyone else is gross with the language and hygiene. I don’t think I ever posted that I would never go back anywhere but I suppose there is a first time for everything. They aren’t even “allowed to do refunds after they charge you for something they don’t even have”. Unbelievably ridiculous. Save your time and frustration and eat anywhere else!

The service here is consistently terrible. They can’t seem to get orders right — time after time. I was given the wrong chicken piece and the condiments I specifically requested were completely missing. This is not an isolated incident; it keeps happening. The staff show a lack of attention to detail and basic customer service skills. Management needs to address this ongoing incompetence before more customers lose trust in this location.

Horrible. Went there for lunch today for dining in ordered a 3pc Tender Combo. Waste of money and time. Let's just say the tenders were like children size two bites for adults, the fries were the barrel of the bottom ( you the know the ones left behind that are hard and crunchy and don't want to make a new batch to fill it up ). Womans bathroom dirty, toilet was bloody, no seat covers, the other one had poop stains. The tables for dining dirty along with the chairs. The only thing today that was going for me, was the older gentleman Richard who took my order with a smile and I didn't have to ask for condiments! I love the receipt Thanks*Don't be a Stranger! After this experience I won't be ordering or coming back!!

After waiting 5 minutes, a young man said he would be right with me. After waiting another 5 minutes, I left, which is just as well after seeing the ridiculous prices.

First will start off with the quality. I have never seen a drum stick bigger than a thigh peice. And our 16 peice bucket had 6 thighs smaller than drum sticks. 2 medium sized thigh about size of clenched fist. 2 normal size drum sticks and 6 1 inch drum sticks . We also got 4 sides which was just enough per side for 1 serving for a child for each side. 3 mashed taters and 1 Mac and cheese. The only thing that was worth the money was the biscuits. The chicken was unbelievable dry needed to take a drink per bite. The biscuits had more moisture in them. Picture is of supposed thigh peice and a 50 cent peice next to it. I say got robbed especially at almost $80

If you’re looking for authentic Sicilian pizza, look no further. The ingredients—dough and sauce included—are all freshly made. The sauce is zesty and rich, just as it should be, and the crust was cooked to perfection. Pricing is very reasonable: two slices and a bottle of Pepsi (though I wish they carried Coke products) came to just $7.75. Definitely worth trying. 3.5 stars ⭐️

Came in for some slices, they had pepperoni and cheese Sicilian slices. Not in a heated rotating box just sitting there. They slapped the two slices on a plate and sent me off. No offer of warm up, pieces most certainly not fresh. They were fine but damn don't come in hungry wanting some hot slices. Everything smelled good, very small place, had to wait 5 mins to be waited on. Just wanted some warmed up za not some cold cheese.

Update 3-28-24 went here again today. Ordered hot wings with Louisiana sauce and a meatball sub. The sauce on the wings was good. It had a underlying vinegary taste with a kick. Only down fall was the wings were not crispy . Next time I will ask for them crispy. My boyfriend liked the meat ball sub. The roll was homemade. The bread absorbed most of the sauce on the sub. Next time we will ask go a side of sauce with the sub. Everything tasted yummy. Will definitely be back ........The restaurant itself definitely has a lack of atmosphere.It's a takeout place. They don't have anywhere to eat inside. They did have a picknick table outside though. They also sell pizza by the slice.The pepperoni pizza we ordered was pretty good. We ordered the Sicilian.I don't normally care for pizza crust. I liked this pizza crust though. The crust was light and crispy not doughy . I didn't get any, but the cookies they had looked delicious. The wings we ordered were pretty good aswell

Every time I order here something is wrong. This time my boneless wings are drier than the Sahara desert…. I mean come on… $15 for boneless wings and u can’t even put some sauce on them? Pitiful

Tonight I ordered a Philly steak and cheese no veggies and the Louisiana wings. I am new to the area and didn't know what to expect. When I entered Mr pizza it was obvious they where busy kicking out food. One of the guys working helped me right away. He was really nice. I got my food, headed to my hotel and I have to say, it's really good. I would recommend this to anyone. I have not tried the pizza but I will when I get a chance.

The food is always good, along with their service. Had the food delivered so couldn't rate the atmosphere. Great job Mr. Pizza!

Walked in the front door and the place is so dirty and cramped, I wanted to just leave. It's tiny and awkward so I felt obligated to order something. Got a few slices of pizza to go. Took 1 bite and threw it out. Probably been sitting in their little warming oven for hours. Everything about the place looks and feels filthy, including the fully visible kitchen. I can't figure out how this place has 4+ stars, in NY, in a town with at least 5 MUCH better pizza places. I felt gross just walking in the front door.

This location needs better employees like Amanda. I walked in at 6:15pm and she was happy to serve me. Friendly, honest and efficient, Amanda is the employee who deserves a raise. I have been to this Dunkin Donuts location several times and have been met with a lazy employee. One time, the doors were already locked at 6:47pm before closing, which was 7pm. Another time, I walked in at 6:15pm and was told the ovens were shut down and would take "too much time to start up again." This post- Covid workforce is so lazy. Covid most definitely destroyed the work ethic and potential of millions. If I were the owner of this place, I would get new employees like Amanda. I guarantee your business will be more successful.

This is probably one of the worst Duncan Donuts locations I've ever been to. Brown sugar Oatmilk tasted only of very very bitter coffee with no brown sugar flavor, Oatmilk, or sweetness. The last time I was there, I ordered the loaded hash brown rounds things. For over $6, they gave me 4 small pieces of hash browns, hardly any cheese, and it wasn't even cooked all the way. Again, this Duncan is horrible. The employees are rude as hell and their products are absolutely disgusting. I would give them a 0 stars if I could. 🤢🤮

Been here with my daughter three times now. Always seem to have the same problem with this location. BURNT coffee it's disgusting. I said something to the employees about it the first time I went here months ago. Asking for a replacement (it was that BURNT 🤢 I'm not one to complain)Was given a attitude about it by the older women that were working. Thought Maybe it was a fluke and would give it another try. Same thing again. Nasty BURNT coffee. I didn't say anything though didn't want to have to deal with the poor customer service from the staff that was on..It has been awhile and my daughter really wanted Dunkin today . Stopped in and had some drinks made . Same nasty BURNT coffee again. I will not be back to this place. It seems to be a habitual problem with this particular location.Also I don't like wasting my money. The coffee is so BURNT tasting it's literally undrinkable. I dump them out.I know of two other Dunkin donuts locations here in Auburn. I will go to one of them instead. Better coffee and customer service.

Went in today after placing my normal order with my drink and a bagel. After leaving, i went to eat the bagel and realized it had nothing on it and just had a package of cream cheese in the bag. After going back to Dunkin, the heavyset blonde told me, they do not spread cream cheese on bagels anymore and they did not have any vegetable cream cheese left, so I get what I got. Refused to spread it and had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Dunkin is suppose to be on the go, how can I spread something while driving to work? This place is crazy hit or miss, depending on who is working and how lazy they are for the day.

I have never left a negative review for an establishment...until now. I completely understand that the woman working was the only person on...BUT, as I am waiting in line(I was the first person) this woman was making drinks for people who had walked in after I had. When she finally acknowledged me, she told me she couldn't make a sandwich for me for 20 minutes, because..."She had all these people to wait on", meaning everyone in line behind me!. Please educate this employee on basic customer service. Absurd!

Always friendly staff. Parking is great. Price point is great. Hot fresh coffee all the time!

Idk who you are but I can promise you the manager hates you as soon as you step foot in here. We ordered sandwiches and wraps, we got popsicles. Food cold as Dante’s ninth circle. We’ve given the place several chances as we’ve grown up with DD but it’s just not worth it. Service is abrasive, order usually incorrect , certain food items are never available. I’d recommend the new DD on Grant Ave but they take orders incorrect there too. The whole franchise is a disaster in auburn. Perfect depression meal or Lenten sacrifice ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Taco Bell if I wanted a salad I’d ask for one!!…. Now I typically don’t be coming up in here unless a place has messed my food up SEVERAL times. Every time I go to one of your stores weather it’s the one in fairmount or auburn yall stay messing up our food, couple months ago called and told a worker we just drove 20 minutes home to realize they messed up our entire order, they asked for a name an address and that we’d be receiving a gift card for the mistake… we never received it… we don’t order here very often but I’m a landscaper and work long hours and my boyfriend works all day as well, and sometimes we’re just tired and want something quick. Today I was disappointed to see that my burrito had nacho cheese and my chalupa was filled with basically nothing except lettuce!!! We don’t work all day to spend the money we just worked for for food that’s not right. Photos show before and after I removed the majority of the lettuce ( I don’t have a photo of the burrito I let my boyfriend eat it)

If I could give 0 stars definitely would Bought 2 party packs 1/2 of them mainly salad and cheese and the others look like someone took a teaspoon of meat and put it on there I don't live in auburn or trust me you would've gotten them all back !

1:50am Friday night, 10/10. Wish I had a receipt to call out the cashier specifically; although, the person the person who handed us our food was equally as great!

Me and my wife stopped in for lunch. Very nice location parking a little bumpy but the food was very enjoyable

Tomatoes all over the handle when they gave us the container. Paid $30 for 12 supreme soft tacos. They had plenty of tomatoes and lettuce. Barely any taco meat though. Overall it's what I've come to expect from any taco bell experience. Food is just eh.

Ordered a sheet pizza from here with pepperoni and banana peppers. It was hot when we picked it up.The crust seemed just slightly thicker than most places I've tried. I don't think it reheated well the next day. Better fresh the day of. Pieces of the pizza are missing in the photo. My family couldn't wait to dig in.

We ordered a Italian sub and got a turkey sub. When we got home we discovered it was turkey then when we called they insisted we got an Italian sub. Well someone else got it because this is turkey! They were very rude and hung up on us. Shame on that place! They said take a picture !! So here it is so show the rude sub maker who insisted it was Italian!! Not even an “I’m sorry we will credit you” must be business is bad! We won’t be back!! Buyers beware!!

Pizza was awesome! Try the ranch dressing to dip in and the buffalo sauce both are fantastic! I had chicken bacon ranch and loved it!

My favorite pizza spot in town! I love the honey mustard bbq chicken pizza and their bacon ranch pizza. Their wings are also a good choice!

NEVER AGAIN!! $37.17 plus a $10 tip for delivery driver. Order didn't show up on agreed time. Matter of fact, order never showed. No answer when called to find out where order was. Reached out via FB. Someone acknowledge my message. No follow from that line of communication. Called for refund. Refund is pending. NO -SORRY. NO -HOW CAN WE MAKE THIS RIGHT. BOTTOM LINE THIS GIUSEPPES DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU

Got the honey mustard bbq chicken wing pizza and it was great

We were visiting from out of state and found this pizzeria for a great pie.

Typical fast food place. I get the big fish and a order of fries here. The fish always seems freshly made. The fries are so much better than it's competitors fries. Haven't received cold fries from here yet. They have ample parking. Usually a big line for the drive thru around lunch .

17 minute wait time drive thru, was told to pull around to double doors due to food not being done. Waited for another 7 minutes, then I went inside to wait for food, was given cold food. Woman at door was immediately rude. Very few workers inside work place were doing something, others standing around and or talking

Fast, Friendly service and the place was pretty clean!

Although the restaurant is clean the atmosphere is typical of any fast food restaurant hurry in hurry out... Even though the people that work there are friendly you have to deal with other customers and sometimes people are very rude and sometimes the kids are obnoxious. Not the fault of the staff. I only mention it because it's happened on multiple occasions

Clean, quick and modern BK with all-around parking and a very nice drive-through. Across from the WalMart and Valero convenience store.

A good, reliable BK. Quick service in the drive thru, usu 5-10 min wait when busy. Mobile app ordering for pick up at the counter is quick too, almost always around 5 minutes after you place your order on the app. Staff are courteous, order accuracy is good here. They've been having trouble for a while now finding people under age 25 that aren't rude to customers.
