We have stayed a few times at del Lago for overnight excursions on our special occasions and del Lago does not disappoint! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and are quiet! The staff is exceptional and are accommodating in every way. Breakfast was fabulous and the portions are huge! I win more at this casino than any other local casino, so that's a plus! Whether you are looking for that overnight excursion for a special occasion or just looking to play on the game floor or see a show, del Lago hits all of the buttons! You won't be sorry!

My friends and I recently took a trip to the Del Lago Casino, and while parts of the experience were wonderful, the restaurant experience unfortunately turned our weekend sour. We’re from Buffalo, so it was nearly a 2-hour drive — and the sole reason we chose Del Lago was because the restaurant was advertising a tomahawk steak. The first night at the casino was great we had an amazing time, the atmosphere was fun, the dj was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful. Everything about check-in was smooth and professional, and the staff throughout the casino and hotel were friendly, helpful, and professional. I’d easily give the hotel and casino itself a 10 out of 10, clean rooms, friendly staff, great security, and a gorgeous property overall. I want to specifically mention that the check in staff was amazing. I travel a lot but I have to say that this process one of the most seamless, efficient and courteous experience I've ever had. However, our dinner at Portico was extremely disappointing. We were really looking forward to the tomahawk steak that is being advertised. We noted on our reservations that we were there specifically for the steak. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any. It was frustrating because that was the whole reason we made the trip. We specifically made reservations for the first available table so we can get the steak. A heads-up would have been appreciated — because would’ve happily made other plans. Then things got worse. The waitress accidentally spilled my friend’s espresso martini in her lap. The staff offered us an appetizer to make up for it, and we chose the garlic bread (which was delicious, to be fair). Unfortunately, when the waitress brought the bread out, she dropped it too — a few pieces hit the floor, and instead of replacing them, she just served what was left. They offered us a free dessert to make up for the issues that we experienced. (Literally A dessert, one tiny cup of pumpkin cheesecake for the whole table) the dessert definitely did not make up for the poor experience that we had. At that point, we were just disappointed and ready to wrap up the evening. So we left the restaurant extremely disappointed and continued to spend the night in the casino. Overall, Del Lago is a beautiful property and we had an amazing time at the casino itself, even the security staff we're friendly. But Portico really let us down. It’s a shame that such a great weekend was overshadowed by poor communication and service at the restaurant. Edit: I have to say that I read a couple of negative reviews from other guests have written about the hotel and casino. I greatly disagree with these negative reviews. I highly recommend both the casino and hotel just don't go to the restaurant.

I can't rate the rooms because Ive never stayed in one. I can tell you its a very nice Casino. I love the beverage centers located throughout the casino floor. Nice little eateries there to grab a quick bite. I also love how they have an actual poker room. Sometimes the odds of winning are better when competing against other players rather than the Casino itself. The Machines seem tight and have never win any money there playing my favorite game keno. I have only been there on 3 or 4 separate occasions but have never won anything on the keno machine. Im not really into feeding a slot machine. I am a keno junky. The points earned seem better than any Seneca Casino and they always have given me 10 free bucks everytime I have visited along with other nice chances to win something.

Flew in today and stayed the night at del Lago Resort & Casino and I can honestly say this has been a great stay ! The front counter ladies are wonderful. The rooms very clean and the bed well your going to get the best sleep, soooo comfortable I had a great time also playing in casino slots and card tables. I saw some guy win $ 1,500 I didn't seek a pool or gym. They do have a large conference room and a café for breakfast and lunch. It has been a wonderful stay.

One of the mattress had coffee (looked like it anyway, reason for the 4 star) spilled on it but other than that everything was amazing. The burgers at the casino restaurant next to the Vine was amazing as well, I could eat it again tonight! Loved the roulette table!

Very disappointed with experience playing slot machines on October 29. I received my new card at the desk to play with It was a Wednesday but I was not receiving my bonuses of $5.00 while playing…. My friends were. I checked with the desk and was told I needed 21 bonus points before receiving the money. Checked back after I had 24 extra points… Agent than made an adjustment finally on my account and awarded me $10.00 after I had played for over an hour. Very disappointed in staff and that they really didn’t care about me???

The rooms are high quality! Bathrooms are super spacious and clean. The employees there were stellar! My wife and I went on our anniversary there for the past several years and every year it's worth it! There is a $75 incidental fee/day but you can use it on room service if you aren't going to destroy the room!

Loved the food and they do a great job serving fast and taking care of everyone. We liked it so much went back for breakfast. Got so much food had enough for next day. Great food and good prices. Wish we had found it earlier so could have went more.

Old school diner with everything that you would want from a retro feel diner. Portions are huge and the specialty shakes are absolutely insane! Wait staff is friendly and fun, and the atmosphere is perfect for that burger and shakes old school diner.

Stopped on a whim, hungry. Very busy on a Friday afternoon about 5pm but we found a seat at the counter. Immediately waited on & food came quickly. Hot, fresh, abundant & a excellent fish fry supper at a great price. Cool place, lots to look at, quite popular. Cash only with atm in entry way. No alcohol, ice cream fountain available.

Visited Connie’s Diner for the first time and was not let down! Small place, seems like it gets pretty busy, but I didn’t have to wait long before getting a table. Service and food were great! Had to get a loaded milkshake, even though it was 9 am! They serve the whole menu all day too. They are cash only, but I read that they have an ATM on site. Will definitely visit again!

A beautiful American diner located in Upstate NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. I had the most delicious club sandwich I’ve had in years, along with a small fudge sundae. The beautiful décor and amazing service deserve 5 stars. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in the area — well worth the 5-hour drive from Manhattan

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday 🎂 🥳. There was maybe a 5-10 minute wait, not bad at all. Food was amazing, same with the service and atmosphere. There were 3 other birthdays and they came out to sing for each one. Can't wait to go back!!

Arrived at 930am on a Wednesday morning. Full parking lot was a good sign and as we expected food, service and atmosphere were exceptional. Just the breakfast we needed before our day of hiking.

Stopped on our way home from Niagara Falls to Boston. Left Canada early 6am) to beat the lines at Customs so after a couple of hours into the ride home we were ready for breakfast. I had done a little research the night before and found Magee Country Diner might just fit the bill. Reviews were very good and it was easy on, easy off Rt. I90, so we decided to give it a try. We were glad we did. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. She took our drink orders first and the took breakfast orders from 4 gentleman seated near us. After putting their orders in she returned to us and the took our orders. No sooner had she put ours in did she return with the breakfast plates for the table next to us. We were pleased to see this as we were on the road and knew it meant we would not have to spend more time than we wanted to. Breakfast as expected came out quick and hot. In our group we had pancakes, a waffle, a bagel, poached eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage and a honey glazed cornbread. Breakfast did not disappoint. Everything was excellent. The cornbread was amazing, the best I’ve ever had. Bacon was very flavorful, although I would have like a little more. Home fries were good and eggs were poached exactly way I like them, soft not hard. Those with waffles, pancakes & bagels were very pleased with their selections. Magee’s has a really nice vibe. Very welcoming and homey. It has a country old time decor with some fun and interesting items to look at. I highly recommend Magee’s, especially if you are traveling through the area on the highway and wound like a great meal at a great price. My only regret about Magee’s is that I don’t live near it.

Our meal was just okay. This is a very charming diner with friendly employees. Food could have been better though. We both got the hot turkey sandwich and it was lunch meat turkey that was pretty bland. The mashed potatoes weren't creamy and had the consistency of a mashed baked potato. My husbands fries were great though. Price point is a bit high for such bland food. If we were to go again we would try the breakfast options as those looked pretty good!

Went here for Sunday brunch last week. They had a large crowd and the restaurant was packed. We only had to wait around 5 minutes to get a table. They have a nice simple country themed decor on the interior. Lots of good choices on the menu. Everything sounded really tasty and the restaurant smelled amazing aswell. I ended up ordering the homemade Mac and cheese and added bacon too it. I really enjoyed it. You could tell it was homemade. Some of the best Mac and cheese available in the area, in my opinion. My friends ordered a turkey melt. They said it was really good. Someone else also ordered a strawberry waffle with ice cream & whip cream. It looked delicious. They really enjoyed it.The server was nice aswell. Someone at our table accidentally dumped a full drink glass. They all were so nice and friendly to us and quickly cleaned up the mess.The food came out pretty fast for being as busy as they were. Will definitely be back again.

Have never had a bad meal here, great comfort food, with some unique offerings on the menu. A very cozy and friendly place, popular with the locals. As I said in my original post, this place is very popular. Twice we tried to go there for lunch, but decided the line was too long to wait (we were hungry!). Third time was the charm sort of. I have to take back about not having a bad meal. My better half ordered the Gary Salad - mixed greens with grilled chicken. The greens were old and wilted, and the chicken pretty sparse. After picking through a quarter of the salad looking for some good lettuce, our waitress came over and we explained the problem. She took back the salad and didn't charge us for it. My wife ordered a hamburger, which was good, but not what she wanted. My scrambled eggs were good but they were out of home fries.

In love with this place, great food. We were a group of 6 and ordered this feast :) Huge portions, friendly staff and decent prices...will go back again and again...

First let me say our server was pretty awesome. The food was decent. When I order steak I usually get no sauces because I am a purist. The ribeye was cooked perfect but needed salt. There was none on the table. I had a lobster tail with it. Opposite end of the spectrum it was over seasoned and too salty. Atmosphere was nice and server great. Don’t think I would go out of my way to come back. We had 2 sides as well they were decent.

I was invited to A wine tasting six course dinner at Porto prepared by Marcus the chef at Portocol when I got there I was a little disappointed because I am allergic to seafood, but somehow Marcus, even though he had about 60 people to take care of plus the rest of the restaurant he turned it all around And made it the most enjoyable dinner that I’ve had at Porto in forever I want to personally thank Del Lago Casino for inviting my husband and myself to this wonderful event and thank you, Marcus for making it so special. Everything was delicious you went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my dinner. I didn’t give it a second thought about my allergies to seafood You just made up for it in all ways. You then came out and greeted your guest and was so pleasant with your family and the rest of the staff at Portico can’t wait until our next visit thank you again Selma and DAVE

Edit. We went again today for Mother’s Day and everything was delicious again. The deserts especially good. The hazelnut sundae was great!!! I’m going back again just for coffee and dessert! The music was awesome too! **Hubby and I had a lovely date night. The food was all delicious and beautiful.

This was our first time trying this place, and we were not disappointed! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were amazing! Everything on the menu sounded so good it made it hard to choose! I had the filet with herb butter and my boyfriend had the ribeye. They were both so tender and cooked perfectly. They don't skimp on their portions of meat which we truly appreciate. The heirloom carrots and creamy mashed potatoes were excellent. Cocktails were fun and fresh! The waygu meatball was delicious and perfect for sharing. Our server even surprised him with a complementary dessert for his birthday which was so thoughtful and sweet! The service we received from our server and food runners was truly impressive. I will say the bar is fairly small, and if it is full, you cannot go up to order a drink whilst you're waiting for your table which was a little bit of a turnoff for me personally. It was pretty busy as it was a Friday night. I would definitely recommend reservations!!! We were seated promptly at our reservation time. We can't wait to go back and try more menu items!

We absolutely love Portico, usually….. we were there last sat evening and my meal was horrible. My finance’s was average. I had the twin lobster tails and they were really hard , as if they were cooked a while before ordering. I ate most of one and took the other home. It ended up in the trash. Even the calamari was different this time. Very overloaded with grease . Most expensive dinner that I did not get to enjoy. Our waitress (Amber) was wonderful though and the cocktails were too.

One of the worst experiences Ive had in the Finger Lakes. By FAR! Made a reservation days before, which was easy and was seated right away. Ordered quickly....waitress was good. However, the wait for the food was over an hour. Others who came in 20-30 minutes after us, ordered, got their food, and actually finished before we even got our food. When it did arrive, I could not eat it. Sea Bass was overcooked and the twice baked potato was HARD AS A BRICK!!!! Was this restaurants food worth waiting over and hour for???? HELL NO!!!! The manager was very nice and comped the dinner, but I did not eat it or take it home. It was inedible....

Amazing food and service. I recommend the wagyu meatball as a gear starter to share. The staff has always been amazing and the food never disappoints. If you are looking for a place to relax after your big win, or looking to celebrate a romantic evening this is the place to eat.

I have been ordering from Ciccinos for years and have usually always had great service and food. I will not be ordering from them ever again after what happened today. I ordered an extra large pizza online. I usually order online because it is easier than trying to place a phone order because the lines are always busy and they put you on hold for a while. I understand it’s busy and order online to avoid that. The pizza came he opened the box and the entire pizza was slid to one side more than half of the pizza is ruined and folded up. It looked like half of a pizza. I called asked to please speak to a manager. Sal answered and I explained what happened. He said ok you can either keep the pizza or throw it out and I will send you another one. I took a picture of the pizza so no one would think I was lying as proof of the $42 messed up pizza. Again I was not angry just let them know and he offered to make it right no big deal. The delivery driver comes back after about an hour with a new pizza. I said hi you can just leave it on the table (I didn’t want my dog getting out) he says no I need the other pizza back. I said he told me to keep or throw away the other pizza and he was sending me a new one. The delivery driver acted mad and was not nice to me acted like I was lying or something. I have no reason to lie and I was going off of what I was told on the phone by the owner. I told him to forget about it and take it back. I’m not arguing about a mistake that was not mine. I’m not arguing about food that was paid for and not delivered properly maybe by this same driver who knows maybe the driver was angry at me for having called I’m not sure nor do I care at this point I’ve had it with the whole nightmare. What I do know is I won’t ever be ordering from Ciccinos again after this nightmare. Edit to add I did call back the owner now states he did not tell me to keep or throw away the pizza be he would send me a new one. Ok man so nice now accuse me of lying basically sure. Who would think ordering a pizza would be this much a problem 🙄 I straight up said listen what do you think I’m lying I took a picture of the pizza in the condition we received it in I have no reason to lie about it nor would I lie about it. And not once did he even attempt to apologize until I finally said it does not matter I won’t ever come there again I will not be ever ordering from Ciccinos again so don’t worry about it. Then says to me do you want me to credit your account. Again NO I will NOT ever order from or come there again. We usually order from there one or two times a week. And most orders we make are about $75 each.

Never ordering from here again. This was their second chance from me and I was craving a certain sandwich from there that was actually good last time I ordered it and they messed it up completely. Philly cheesesteak (in picture, $15.99). Hardly any meat, dry, few veggies, and a tiny streak of cheese. Can't even eat it. Occasionally, pizzas have been undercooked as well and items are sometimes forgotten. They have major consistency issues.

i went on a friday night, it was the last resort option as a lot of other restaurants in the area were busy. there was a short line here. two families before us and yet it still took them 30 minutes to seat us. we finally got a seat and were handed menus right away. the server that took our drink order was nice and quick and asked us if we needed anything else. then they took our food order and were nice. we waited an hour for our food, there were only three of us, and the couple next to us were visited frequently and got their food 20 minutes before we did and were asked about their food. we finally got our food, i got chicken alfredo and my noodles were hard. my boyfriend got the seafood platter for $32 and barely got anything (picture shown below) and the haddock was so watery. we were never checked on to ask if the food was okay. we waited another 30 minutes for the check and boxes. there was no one around for us to tell them that we were missing a top to iur box. for 3 people we spent $105.

Great food in downtown Waterloo. The veal parmigiana was excellent, and I had the choice of four different pasta types to accompany the veal. Good tomato sauce, very rich. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and clean, with high ceilings. I will definitely visit again.

Visiting from out of town. It's custom to visit a local pizza joint when we are away. Margherita Pizza was fantastic. One of the best getaway pizzas we've had. Family friendly atmosphere. Employees seemed to enjoy working together.

Pizza was delicious. Perfect crunchy crust that held up well under the very generous toppings of sausage, onion, mushrooms and roasted red peppers. The best part for me was the warm dipping sauce served with hot bread made of olive oil, marinara,red pepper flakes and other herbs. Our server Danielle was very attentive.

2-8-25 update went here again today. Food was ok. Service was horrible. Had to acquire our own box and bill. Then go to register to pay. Our waitress said I will get you a box. Then never showed back up.Took off a star because of service......They have ample parking on the side of the building. This place smelled so good when we walked in. It's very nice on the inside aswell. So many things on the menu sounded good. I saw several pizza they made and they looked delicious. We ordered several different slices of pizza and some garlic knots. Everything looked and tasted really good when it came out. Will definitely be here again. I wanna try the seafood Alfredo. I recommend giving this place a try. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They Also have a small bar you can sit at...Went here again today for Fathers day. We got the ciccinos past belly, pasta ciccinos,chicken tenders& seafood Alfredo& buffalo chicken panini.The pastas are amazing. The Alfredo is some of the best I've had around. The ciccinos pasta belly was pretty tasty. The pasta ciccinos is so delicious. Highly recommend all of the pasta dishes we tried. Especially the Alfredo. The chicken wing panini was not impressive, they also forgot the cheese. I don't recommend the chicken wing panini. No big deal everything else was spot on. 6-26 stopped in for pizza and ordered calamari. The calamari was cooked good.....Went here again today. Ordered the pasta ciccinos again and a sausage and pepper pasta. Both were delicious. They seem to have consistently good food here.

On our adventure we stumbled upon this cute little diner and liked the food. The fries are fresh cut and tasted great.

First time eating there today and enjoyed all of it. Prices are good, fresh cut fries (not frozen). Burgers had flavor and did not taste like they were from a frozen box. Food cooked to order. Frosted mug root-beer was full of flavor. Shakes were thick. Will be back again! Also, CASH ONLY!!!

Food is always good here... The wait staff are typically young kids, they hire and train some great kids, very friendly and good workers.... They have counter seats, tables, also available car hops on the back of the building, also a grassy area where the wait staff will come out take your order and delivery it as well.... It is a step back to 1961, their first year in business...

This place hit it out of the park! Great atmosphere and food! Watching my waiter get behind the grill was great! Will definitely return!

Mac's is a great ol' 50s-style drive-in! The food is great, the service is even better (We did curbside dining in the car) The onion rings were perfect! And their signature root beer really hit the spot. My only complaint is that they aren't open year round...

Love this place! Highly recommend the chili dog and French fries. Great Summer eats. Get the root beer too. It’s amazing.

If you want to step back into the 1960's, then this is definitely the place to do it. The food is all freshly made to order. The fries are peeled and cut right there. You just can't beat the Richardson's root beer served in a frozen glass mug! Why not make it a float while you're at it. There honestly aren't enough good things to say about this restaurant! Must be why they keep being voted the best burgers around year after year!

At first glance, La Fiesta Brava might not look like much — the inside is a little dusty and could definitely use a refresh. But don’t let that fool you. The food here is absolutely great. Everything came out super fast and was fresh and delicious. The service was just okay; the server didn’t speak much English, which made communication a little tricky, but he was polite and got the job done. Overall, the quality of the food easily made up for any minor issues. I would definitely go back!

Great service, great food, it was even better than I remembered!! Used to come here a lot during grad school, now that we live in Syracuse we visit 1x a year and it’s always sooo good and fresh! The best!

Food was excellent. Service was ok, not welcoming or friendly, no smiles from anyone working the establishment. Margaritas were terrible with way too much sweet and sour mix.

The food is good and they have a very disciplined and hard working wait staff. They lack any audio experience which would greatly enhance a visit. I played Juan Luis Guierra on my phone the several times I've visited.

Tasty food at this Mexican restaurant! All of our food came out hot and fast! The service was very friendly and they were attentive to our drinks. Sometimes chips fall flat or are stale but their chips and salsa tasted fresh! The burrito was sizeable and filled with allot of meat!

By first the best Mexican food. It was authentic and the servers were very welcoming. They spiced up the food as per our request. Loved the fact that it was not too crowded and my 10 month old toddler felt comfortable and he too enjoyed the rice and the beans. A million times would return here and recommend the place to my friends.

My go-to place to get authentic Mexican food! Their service is fast and the staff are accommodating. Prices are affordable as well.

I stopped into this restaurant to have breakfast. I ordered something simple. A classic grilled cheese on sourdough bread with french fries. It was very good. It was a little pricey, but in today’s economy, what isn’t!!!

Very large restaurant, no wait to be seated. Plenty of options on the menu ranging from home style breakfasts to lunch and dinner menu. Serves the full menu from open to close. Pictured - club sandwich with fries. Would eat here again! :)

Made a pit stop here to eat this past Saturday on the way to Syracuse. Easy access right off the thruway. I ordered one of their smash burger concoctions off of the specials menu. I don't recall the name of it but It was a bacon cheeseburger in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. It came with a side and I chose the mashed potatoes with gravy and an extra side of onion rings. The sandwich was really filling. The hamburger patty and bacon are quality meats and were cooked to perfection! In my opinion the only thing that could make this sandwich better is to remove the two inside pieces of bread so you get more of a cheese taste with the patty and less bread. The mashed potatoes were made with real potatoes and no instant box crap. The onion rings were simply cooked to perfection! The restaurant was very clean inside and our waitress was fantastic!

Food was basic dinner food with no other superior taste of anything. Was good til discovered hair in burger. Didn't complain or make scene just paid and won't return

Food was good. Service was solid. Atmosphere fine. Would give five stars if priced a little lower. Just didn't see any value options that made price sense. Prices weren't outrageous and if you don't really look at prices on a menu you probably wouldn't think much of it, but it's high for dinner food

We had a great meal at the iron skillet. The smash burger was delicious and their signature curly fries were outstanding, seasoned nicely and fried to a crisp perfection. Easy to find parking, service was great, and the restaurant had a pleasing atmosphere.

I have never seen a restaurant attached to the other side of a gas station, so I was a bit hesitant going in. However, the server was really nice and friendly. She was great and really funny. My mom got the chicken fried steak, which she felt was kind of small, but too bad. I got the chicken club salad, and it was HUGE !! I think I'm going to get 2 more meals out of this one. And, it was pretty darned good.

We went for the Friday night fish fry. They now offer a "three way" fish fry comprised of three pieces - one battered, one breaded and one crispy. It's the perfect way to experience the different ways the diner prepares their fish fry. Along with the fish, you get 2 side dishes, one of which is their limitless soup and salad bar. Their soups are homemade daily. New England clan chowder is featured on Fridays and is delicious. The salad bar items are fresh and varied ... unlike the unimpressive salad bar at Bella's Steakhouse. The price is more than reasonable - $13.99. Best price around. Best fish fry around. Everything was delicious. We both liked the breaded fish the best but all three were delicious. Lastly, our server Olivia was outstanding! 5+ stars for service. I highly recommend this diner's fish fry!

The food was decent but the service was mediocre at best. The waitress spilled a very hot cup of coffee all over our table and it almost burned my friend....she was behaving very nervously...smh.

Kinda small diner but if you want a quick bite to eat and a reasonable price this is the spot! In and out within 7 mins and spending right around 10 for a drink fries soup and a hot dog with grilled onions and meat sauce on the side for just 10 bucks is well worth it to me! I tipped since the waitress there was the only one working and every table was filled yet she still took my order the second I was ready and again was able to get my order in and packaged and ring me out all within 7 mins is insane and she did it with a smile and seemed to enjoy her job which is not something you see often in customer service! Even though she was tired and beyond busy she was still patient and didn't rush me out! I will be back every Saturday for lunch!

Plenty of parking. At first glance this place looks like a hole in the wall. The sign is missing a letter in the name. It's next to some kinda abandoned looking motel. The diner has 8 booths and 4 tables. Not a really big place. While we were here. They had a steady crowd coming and going the whole time. You can't beat the prices on the menu. They have a small make your own salad bar available as a side. I ordered the 8oz prime rib sandwich. My friend had the paty melt. The prime rib sandwich was ok. It didn't have a lot of seasoning. Which I didn't mind I had asked for a side of mayo which I utilized with it. My friends Patty melt came with a thousand island dressing on it. They said it was actually a good combo on the melt and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food came out quickly. Overall I was surprised by this place. Will be back again sometime. Going to try the breakfast next time. Which is available to order all day. It's not much to look at in the inside. It's a bit worn and older/outdated. However you Definitely can't beat the prices this place has to offer.

Super place for lunch but be sure you're hungry. The portions are large but so tasty you end up eating everything. The seafood combo could be split for lunch and both people would have plenty. Their rueben was great. Very good value.

Popular small diner outside Waterloo. The staff is usually friendly, and service is fast. Their menu is pretty large with daily breakfast lunch/dinner specials. I have not had a bad meal

Casual dining experience. Took a break from the slots by grabbing a quick app and drinks. My husband is obsessed with pot stickers and dumplings, so if either are on the menu, we have to try. They arrived and looked amazing. I liked them, but my husband prefers them steamed and not fried. We were 50/50 on these. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely impeccable service. The servers were so attentive and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and honestly blew me away for the price. This was such an enjoyable morning meal and I recommend anyone visiting the resort or casino to visit the Cafe. Definitely get the challah French toast ♡

We came to see the band BONFIRE. We had such a blast. I love the way the tables and chairs are set up with bar stools here and there and a nice warm open stage. The food was wonderful. The staff was courteous. It was a wonderful night. I can't tell you how many times we've been here to listen to music in the last 3 months. This is the place to go if you want to hear live music!

Sat at the bar in the relaxed but classy atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The waitress didn’t like the look of my shrimp and sent them back before even showing them to me, which was super considerate! Fried shrimp were perfectly crispy tempura, not heavy breading. The pork pot stickers were very flavorful.

It's really excellent here! The food is way better than you'd expect for take a "diner" like atmosphere. Some of the best breakfast / lunch you can get in the area. Highly recommend.

The fried dumplings are recommended, and dipping sauce was a good compliment. Hot oil had a very good kick!

My favorite Chinese for a decade now and I drive from Seneca Falls it's that good. But today the old oil ruined the fried rice. It's all I could taste. The spare ribs were tasty but tough and not as fresh tasting as usual. Ive noticed all new faces working so I'm thinking this is the reason. I will of course try it again in the near future.

It would have been nice if the menu had more photos of the food but we were still pleased with the food we got, despite not knowing exactly what it would be. The chips-and-salsa vibes were fun and the soup was SCORCHING, so much so that it was still hot after eating our actual food. The dumplings were delicious as was the pork fried rice. The chicken chow mein was a bit different taste wise than other places.

Best Chinese food we've had in a Long time! The crab rangoons were Amazing, crisp shells filled with an abundance of cream cheese and crab. The shrimp lo mein was tasty and there was a generous portion of shrimp. The pork fried rice and egg drop soup were both wonderful as well. The only thing we weren't wowed by was the eggroll, the shell of which seemed a bit thick and chewy. We stopped in to order take out and had our hot, delicious meal ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Very impressive. The cashier was very pleasant also. Our new favorite take out restaurant! EDIT - Ate in the second time and Weren't impressed with the reception or service. Felt more like we were intruding than being welcomed guests. Disappointing, because we had invited my sister and brother in law to eat there with us, knowing they would love the food as much as we did. If that had been Our first impression of the restaurant, I doubt we'd have gone back.

Hands down some of the best food I have had !!!! The egg rolls were delish!!! They have this sauce that was served along with the meal (a little salty) that was so flavorful!!! They even serve wonton strips while you wait!!!! Their fried dumplings! We're so good!!!

Pretty good experience! Stopped in on a rainy Sunday and we were the only ones sitting down to eat (plenty of people grabbing to go). The service was prompt and polite! I ordered the bean curd and mixed vegetables and it was truly delicious, the sauce was awesome. Would recommend if you're looking for an american chinese food joint!

Ate here for the first time today and loved it! I ordered the Chicken Soulvaki Pita and fries. The portions were large. The Pita wrap here is one of the largest I have ever seen. The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Soulvaki Pita if you haven't already.

The Mrs and I were hungry and needed to get away from the campground for a bit. Good reviews on Google Maps and close... SO we have then a try. We got the falafel app 🧆 and two gyro 🥙 platters and were pleased with our app and meals.

Update 5-24-24 went here again today. Ordered the Gyro platter dinner. It is was good . They also have outdoor seating available .........Ordered Chicken soulvlaki pitas,Greek gyro platter and falafels. Overall it was all pretty good.

Good Greek food, a lot of options to choose from. The atmosphere is a little dry. They only had one bathroom 🚻 operable and there was no hand soap. Even though we told staff a few times and other customers said something it still wasn't refilled. Several tables were dirty from past customers.

Beef was out on a Saturday around lunchtime, so that was a bummer. We passed plenty of other places but had a taste for beef gyros. The root beer was also out, and the atmosphere was dingy. We liked our food but won't return.

The food was pretty good - especially the BBQ ribs and cornbread. It has a nice smokey and sweet taste. The service was excellent - the staff are very sweet and recommended dishes and wines paired with our meals. I would check this place out if you’re in the area!

Some of the nicest, most attentive service we've had! Food was very good, too. Clearly a fav spot with the locals as well, as our waiter greeted many diners with their first name and a hug! We were expecting mediocre at best by dining in a restaurant located in a basic hotel, but we were totally surprised by the quality of the food and the service. Will definitely go again.

Attended a group dinner. Woody is always so accommodating. He and the staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious. We held our meeting first, then dinner was served promptly. Ordered from the menu for approximately 30 people. I had the chicken florentine which was very well prepared, tender with ample pasta. Highly recommend!

We decided to order from Woody’s for the Super Bowl. We ordered Marshall’s wings (always fabulous) and the charcuterie box. All I can say is wow! There was a great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, plus crackers, mini pretzels, pickles, and a variety of dips. Plus they threw in two football cookies for dessert! It was all delicious, a nice alternative to our usual carb overload, and VERY reasonably priced. There are enough leftovers to have a re-run tomorrow. We will definitely order this again. It’s a winner.

Bought a chicken sandwich & fries. The so called “Chicken “ was some sort of gray colored ground up mixture of something that looked like turkey stuffing and didn’t really have a distinguishing flavor, French fried were terribly greasy. Wasted $17.00

Does NOT accept SmashBurger GIFT CARDS or COUPONS!!! It took about 5 minutes for them to figure out that they couldn't accept official Smashburger coupons or email offers (they were going to call someone to see if they could make it work). It took another employee to step in to say they couldn't accept Smashburger gift cards either, so that was another 2 minutes. I left without ordering, but Smashburger usually served good food!

We had Bogota coupons buy one burger and get one free it cost us 25 outrageous i could have gone to sociale and got a better meal for that price we tried using coupons mailed to me they said we couldn't I tore them up then they said about logo coupons I said we were told before we couldn't use them by a manager they said smash burgers put they can use them as a joke what I guess I don't understand if you dont eat there you aren't missing anything except a belly ache from grease

My wife and I are in town for a concert and we decided give you a try. We were extremely disappointed on two fronts: SERVICE and FOOD QUALITY. The server was overwhelmed because of staffing shortage. But worse yet, both my wife and I had RAW food. Her Chicken French had raw chicken and my steak was still mooing from being raw. The waiter didn't even check up on our meals. We left hungry. And no manager on duty!

We decided to give Bella's a try, after hearing mixed reviews from others who have dined there. We were seated promptly, the server came over to take our drink order. My $10 glass of local wine was a generous pour. The server took our dinner order and walked away without telling us we could start with the salad bar. We headed there anyway. The first plate my husband picked up was dirty. The salad bar was very nice, fresh lettuce and lots of toppings to go with it. The rolls were very good. Dinner came - my husband had the fried Fisherman's Platter, it did not have tarter or cocktail sauce accompanying it as the menu had stated. A server should know when she picks up a plate from the kitchen when such items are obviously missing from a fried seafood platter. My husband requested these, server said she would bring some. I had the scallops scampi. The 4 scallops were cooked properly, but the scampi sauce was very bland. Salt helped a little. A pasta spoon would have also helped. The server asked if I would like some parmesan cheese with it, I said I would love some. She immediately came back with the 2 sauces but never returned with the cheese. My husband was very disappointed with his seafood. He said he expected the clam strips and calamari to be frozen, but said all the seafood seemed to have come from the freezer. There were 2 small, unappealing looking pieces of fish that my husband said were dry and he did not care for. The calamari was overcooked and chewy. The shrimp were good, the clam strips were fine. He said the creamed spinach side was the best part of his meal. The server never came back to check on how our meals were tasting, she did not come back to the table again till we were done eating and I had stacked my empty plates. I have been a server for many years, and it is so important to check back within a couple minutes of serving a meal. There was a large party in the back room, but the rest of the restaurant was mostly empty. We were seated next to the hostess stand, she could have asked how we were enjoying our meals as well. A good restaurant should be a group effort. We will not be going back - food and service were less than average at best. The three stars are mostly for the salad and the wine. To be fair, it is called Bella's Steakhouse, maybe we should not have ordered seafood.

Came here for my grandmother’s birthday dinner, seven of us. We had called prior to visiting for a reservation and when we got there we were told the reservations were never made. However it was dead so we were immediately seated anyways by a kind waiter. He sat us down, gave us menus, and didn’t come back for 15-20 minutes. He didn’t even order our drinks. Ordering was fine, but it was another 45 mins to an hour to get our food and drinks together. I understand the shortage of staff so I’m not gonna be mean about it. The salad bar was wonderful and the dinner rolls were slightly raw in the middle. When food arrived one order was incorrect but my cousin took the food anyways. My food was delicious, but other members of my party complained of sourness and basic food, etc. When my grandma told the waiter about it he apologized profusely and told us he has two chefs in the kitchen and three waiters including him, plus the air conditioner was broken so it was very hot. He himself said he wished they had closed to fix things. My grandma got her meal under 35 for free and he also took off the steak he ordered wrong. Overall I give three stars because I feel like we caught them on a bad day and I sorta feel bad.

I am a frequent customer at Bella’s Steakhouse. Their staff are over the top friendly and always working hard. I’m in the service industry myself and to watch a staff work together efficiently to provide excellent service and be able to laugh with each other makes my visits well worth it. Not just the service but their salad bar options and the complexity of the menu just shows how much passion this place has for its food and service! My favorite things on the menu are the tenderloin medallions and the broiled scallops. This place is worth trying out! I’m a huge foodie and I’ve never had one bad experience for the 3 years I’ve been dining at Bella’s Steakhouse. I will emphasize the passion they have for their community as well. You don’t see that with restaurants anymore. They showcase local wines, beers and even delirious desserts that restaurants in this area don’t offer.

Hubby and I ate here last week. The food is great. We had a very nice server. There was another young man waiter who kept walking past me very quickly and brushing up against me. He brushed against the side of my face with his elbow and didn’t even notice. My husband stopped him and told him that he was doing this and he apologized. Then he continued to do it. I ended up moving to the other side of the table and sitting next to my husband. The same waiter still brushed up against our table now every time he walked by. It made me super uncomfortable and I had a hard time enjoying myself and my food because of it. We asked our waiter to please move us and he obliged. The rest of our experience was great. All the food delicious. I love the clams casino supper delicious!

So it's not the prettiest decor but it feels comfortable. Myself and two friends came out for dinner on a Tuesday night. I was so glad to see tables fill up. One friend had the grilled prime rib and she gave it high marks. My other friend and I got the half rack of ribs. They were very tender and fell off the bone. The salad bar is great and has a good variety with both iceberg lettuce and a spring mix. There were also so many add ons and quite a variety of dressings. Our server, Autumn, was great. I have a dairy allergy and she made sure to note it. She was so pleasant and helpful. It was my second time but my friends first and they both enjoyed it as much as I did and plan to come back. Bella's in Geneva was a favorite of ours so my hope please is that some of those recipes are made at the new place. Hint, hint Linguine with clam sauce..

Not the best steakhouse I’ve ever dined at. I did not like that the salad bar was self-serve. It took away from the experience of dining at a “nicer” restaurant and also allows too many opportunities for cross contamination. It was messy and there were different foods in other trays (ex: carrots in the lettuce, cheese in the corn). I am vegetarian so I needed to order my pasta without meat, and found it was an extremely small portion for $30. Definitely not worth the price.

Food is good, but you better go down the road to McDonald’s and get some fries to eat while you wait for your order here at Wendy’s. It. Takes. Forever.

Always ask for a receipt, it's very likely they will get your order wrong as they have mine on several occasions now, but I never am asked for a receipt or given one. And my lunch break is always half over by the time I'm pulling away and realizing my order is wrong. They have charged me for a bacon baconator combo three times but only gave me a Jr burger one time and a double cheeseburger the other two times, and twice they've missed the "without mayo"

Steering my car through the drive-thru at this Arby's was a breeze – quick, easy, and exactly what you want when a craving hits! And, as any true Arby's connoisseur (or even a casual fan) knows, those curly fries are a masterpiece. They're consistently delicious, and frankly, they never disappoint. For me, stopping at Arby's is always a special treat. I opted for the BBQ Bacon Burger, and it was absolutely fantastic – a perfect blend of smoky, savory, and satisfying. Being from Korea, where this glorious establishment doesn't exist (sadly, a fact I lament often!), every visit feels like a pilgrimage. So, yes, you could say I was beyond satisfied. It's more than just a meal; it's a taste of something wonderfully elusive! If you're in the Geneva area and appreciate a fantastic burger like the BBQ Bacon, along with those iconic curly fries, definitely swing by. You won't regret it!

Staff are polite and helpful. The roast beef is the lowest quality and the cheese on it was just liquid American cheese from a can. Roll was unpleasantly sweet. Curly fries are great tho.

How do u seriously let an Uber driver steal my order 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑 now I'm robbed of $22 and Uber is saying they can't do anything or refund me. I don't even understand how they got my food... It was alright food is good but I'm not a huge fan of the roast beef. Seen the menu had much more variety than when a managed an Arby's in MN but it's been 20 years since I moved away from the fast food Industry businesses.

I went and ordered 2 for 7 ham and cheese melts and 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. The regular roast beef had a fifth of what was supposed to be in it. Ham melts have 2 oz of ham and they were fine, probably because they're pretty portioned. The regular roast beef is supposed to have 3 oz of beef and we were lucky if they had an ounce in any of the 4 sandwiches we ordered. Just because you have to pull a car forward doesn't mean you rip off the next customer to save a few seconds of time. 20 bucks spent on rolls with a smidgen of beef at this location. Never have this issue in Auburn and Camillus Fairmount.

Food was cold, waited in drive-thru for a long time with only one car in front of us, asked for sauce and was told it was already in the bag, there was no sauce what-so-ever in bag including marinara for mozz sticks, one of mozz sticks had no cheese in it. Worse Arby’s we’ve ever had!

It is always a pleasure going to this Arby's Everytime I visit Geneva. They always get my food right no matter what I order. The employees are always all nice and friendly and make sure my food is right Everytime. It is always clean inside the building every visit as well.

Went to Tucci's for dinner last night. We'd never been before, but we're so glad we did! The food was perfect. First it came out really fast! I had a chicken breast sandwich. It was cooked all the way through and still juicy - that's not an easy feat! The tots were the perfect balance of light & crispy. My hubs had the clam & shrimp dinner with fries and applesauce. The clams and shrimp were done exactly as they should be. It's so easy to overcook seafood, but they did it perfectly. The fries were spot on as well. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and kind. She was there when we needed her and she checked back to refill drinks and see if we needed anything else in a very timely manner. The prices were very fair. We perused the menu and all their pricing seems very fair. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We will definitely be back!

My husband, dad and I stopped in for a “brunch” time breakfast and we were so pleased to see the FULL parking lot had a few spots when we went in. I had the country Benny and it was DELICIOUS! the ingredients tasted fresh and homemade — no greasy gravy and the sausage was packed. Corned beef has wasn’t overly salty and the biscuits were either homemade or well sourced! Hubby had the biscuits and gravy and he said they’re on par with his all-time favorites. My dad had his classic - a western omelet. He commented how big it was and how fluffy the eggs were. Wins all around! Paige provided awesome service, too. We’ll be back soon - especially to try the fish fry!

A surprise experience in Waterloo/Geneva area. It was my first time at Tucci’s, and my family and I truly enjoyed it. We ordered the Friday Haddock Fish-Fry with Mac Salad, the Extreme Grilled Cheese, a Breakfast Sandwich, Tomato Soup, and the kids Grilled Cheese. We all devoured our meals, but had to bring a little home with us. The staff was friendly and attentive and went the extra mile to make sure our meal was exactly what we wanted-even if we were a little early for it 🤦‍♀️. We also enjoyed how bright the restaurant was. A lot of restaurants are dimly lit or decorated with dark colors. Tucci’s is full of sunlight (without being overbearing) and the interior colors accentuate the summery atmosphere. It was overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be visiting again.

A local, homey, family-run, friendly, small place with good food! An ideal breakfast spot (and other meals)! Inconspicuous, roadside diner, aka a hidden little gem full of locals. Enjoy!!

I love this diner. It has an awesome Friday night fish fry. In fact, I'd say it's better than the fish fry they serve at Wegmans. The diner itself has a very nice 1970s vibe and all the staff are very friendly. They have a gender-neutral restroom as well as a Pepsi-Cola clock and counter seating. I got the fish fry to-go and I enjoyed it, especially the tartar sauce. The exterior signage is not clear enough though. I think they should have a large neon sign out front.

Ok, so I have worked in diners. Never have I encountered a more friendly, upbeat, attentive staff! I have quit diners for their unfriendliness! On top of that, our lunch was incredible! The diner was packed when we arrived but we got the last available table. As busy as they were, we were waited on within moments and our meals came out quickly. Will definitely visit again.

Stopped because of the ice cream. Had a soft twist with sprinkles. No complaints. Very attentive hard working staff. There was a long line, but it moved quickly. Two young ladies working hard turning out orders the night I was there. Recommended.

Great ice cream, fast and friendly service. Unfortunately this place, and it's big sister in Border City, only accept cash... no cards. That's an automatic 2-star reduction in my book. It's so easy nowadays to accept credit with nifty affordable little devices like Square, there's no (good) reason anymore to only accept cash. Start taking credit, and this will be a 5-star review.

It's cash-only. And every Monday it's closed. And it's housed in a roadside ice cream stand -type building that has been there since at least 1983, that I know of, probably longer, under different owners and with varying names. The people who own it now appear to be the people who own the Peppy's ice cream stand on 5 and 20 in border city, Waterloo, NY, between Waterloo and Geneva, NY. There's metal mesh patio furniture and picnic tables to sit on out in front of the stand. There's also picnic tables under a small pavillion -type roof, about 25 steps away. I remember back in the late 80s, early 90s there was a coin-op video game mini-arcade in the small outbuilding out back. But that went away, as almost all of them did. One other little detail that needs to be mentioned, that's not their fault, is that the location is occasionally downwind of the Seneca Meadows "Mount Trashmore" dump. The dump, which is the tallest structure in the county, sometimes sends its obnoxious "aroma" towards even this nice ice cream stand. And as the majority of people will necessarily be sitting outdoors, they're right in the path of it. There's also apparently a small indoor dining room, but I haven't been inside it. The whole point of an ice cream stand is to get ice cream that you couldn't get in a supermarket. Otherwise you'd just buy your ice cream and some cones at the supermarket and eat them at home. So this necessarily means soft-serve. It's fairly expensive, for what you get, but there's not too many decent soft-serve ice cream places that have things like flavor burst, like this place does, in the area. So if it's not too often, the high cost can be bearable. The one thing that they don't do right is base their schedule around the weather. They're open every day of the week except Monday. And I've seen some boiling hot summer days that were Mondays, and the stand was closed. They would have sold 50 gallons of ice cream, etc, on those Mondays. Instead, they were closed. They should base their schedule from noon to 3 hrs after the sun sets, every day that the temperature is above 75°F/23°C. Instead their sign says they're open until 8 or 9 pm, and the other sign says closed on Monday

My husband and I went here with our kids for lunch. The wait time was long, prices were ridiculous AND I was never told why it was so expensive. What really bothered me the most was that the people making the food weren't wearing gloves and handling food without. Just nasty. I don't think we will be back, unfortunately. What's a real bummer is their ice cream is great but food is mediocre at best.

We pulled 8n for fries and were delighted to find out they had vegan icecream. Only one flavor and I wasn't a fan but the young women working the counter were super nice

Terrible subway. I stood in line while I watched paresh, sorry if I spelled his name wrong, make a steak sub for what I assumed is a family member... I was excited because it was loaded with meat! When it came for mine to be made. Complete disappointment! Look how I got skimped on! Hardly anything on this sub. IDK why I got so little to this sub for paying 12$ for it. Whoever is the district manager of this subway In Waterloo needs to seriously step in. What a rip-off!!!

This subway location seems understaffed and the quality of employees and customer service has declined in the past few months. Pictured is the new tuna melt that was sloppily constructed then forced into a bag to be toasted, the sandwich fell apart and was disgusting.

The subs are good but could use more meat n cheese. Big rolls but not enough meat n veggies to fill it.

Haven't seen this place cleaned in years, floors are disgusting. Never seen a nighttime breakdown of any fixtures like fountain drink tips. Cold table with food is always left open for flies to hover over when it should be closed while no customers are around. Have never seen the cold table broken down since previous management years ago was involved. Language barrier for many people is a huge problem when ordering food, seen clear favoritism towards family members vs other customers on numerous occasions. Location needs several health inspection visits.

Atmosphere is crap with rude troublemakers loitering in Subway all the time and they allow it. Tables are always not cleaned.

When driving up the building looks abandoned. When walking in, you will immediately notice a huge crack in the already sloping floor, as if the back of the building is falling away from the rest of the building, you literally walk downhill to the register. The benches are worn very badly and lots of them have been repaired very poorly. The carpet is dirty, torn and ripped, some places have large tears. The 1 staff on hnd was very friendly, and the food was good. But after seeing the condition of this building, I don't see how they can stay open. Very bad experience.

We showed up when it opened, it looked abandoned if it weren't for the lit Open sign. There was one person working, and she did greet us promptly and get us our drinks. We placed our orders, and then waited forever. The employee was back in the kitchen and ignored phone calls for a long time. Turns out the oven was broken. She let us leave and our drinks were free. Maintenance seems to be a major downfall. I would not be surprised if it closes soon, I can't imagine this being a popular place.

Pre-ordered a delivery for 6pm on a sunday. It's almost 7:30 and still no pizza. I have called several times, still no answer. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Have heard bad things about sanitation here but never had a problem with the food myself. Always hot and tasty

I have been to many taco bells and taked to area managers on their portion sizes and I asked for extra lettuce and extra cheese like I do all of the time. The lettuce was good, however the extra cheese was not. I will not be coming here again. The reason I gave three stars was for the gentleman who took my order. Nothing else.

We went here around 10 pm and the store is about to close at 11. Inside dining is not allowed only drive through order was accepting. Also when we try to order through mobile it was not showing this store location. So only option is to go through drive through and order the food. The same set of food costs in app around $45 but $60 in-person.? . I would not complain on staff working tireless during an holiday weekend, food was well prepared but the quality does not seems to be matching by the amount paid.

Went at 9pm, had to go through the drive through and the guy gives me half my order, says pull up we want to make sure your nuggets are fresh...I wait an additional 10mins for a fresh 5pc nugget as the rest of my food gets soggy and cold. It's pretty stupid....at least keep the food under the heatlamp if it's going to take 10mins for 5 nuggets. I was literally the only customer...idk why I even had to pull up.

The girl with glasses, red hair and fake eyelashes behind the counter was insanely rude to us. Had an attitude and was generally not friendly. I know working at Taco bell isn’t the most happy place in the world but definitely not a reason to be rude to customers.

After waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes, I get the wrong food. I ordered KFC combo 5, and was given tacobell combo 5. Went inside to have it corrected, waited at the counter for 20 minutes. Not one single person came out to ask me what I needed. Ended up getting mad and left. Will never go here again. Would give 0 stars if I could. Tacobell food I received was disgusting

I was forced to rate this place one star on all levels since giving negative stars isn't an option. If giving negative stars was an option i'd rate it a -1,000. Honestly there's so much wrong here it's hard to figure out where to begin but I'll go with service to begin with. If your looking for this as a "fast" food option you'd have better luck flying to Mexico and getting the real deal it would take less time. I don't think I've ever waited less than a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru. If your going inside it's game over you're waiting an eternity 😭. I wish I could say this is a one off situation but it's literally every time and it doesn't matter what time of day or what day it is. it's always been like this as long as I could remember. At least the attitude of the person serving you is 50/50 sometimes they're at least apologetic about the wait/order made incorrectly/missing items other times they just don't give a single 🤬. You MUST! ensure you have a receipt and every single item you asked for in the bag before pulling away when using the drive thru. They will not answer the phone at all you will have to go back in person to speak to some one about it. Corporate Taco Bell will not do anything about it they deflect it to KFC who also does nothing. But enough about service let's move on to the food. It's literally slapped together I get minimum wage you hate your job blah blah blah it shows. The tacos are Lettuce glitter bombs with a mini slim Jim sized portion of meat. And the fried chicken is crazy soggy even the extra crispy. And even after waiting so long for food you would think it would be somewhat fresher because that's what had to be taking so long right? NO! its cold and tastes like it's sat around all day. The fries are always stale and cold. The food is just chucked in the bag with no regard on if it falls out and gets all over the inside of the bag (Cinnamon twists are the worst for this always everywhere in the bag). And lastly the "Atmosphere" I'm going to include the cleanliness in with this since the Atmosphere here mostly consists of the crappy attitude of the employees and the compiling annoyance of the customers waiting for their food. DIRTY and MOLDY! There's always visible food all over the floors and tables, spills on almost all the surfaces. The floor and wall tiles are broken and dirty. Ceiling tiles have visible water spots that look to have molded. All around the soda fountain there is mold I can only imagine what's inside of it. The bathrooms are filthy the floors look like they haven't seen a mop in years. The toilets are in disrepair wobble and are disgusting. I have 100% Swore off this business I will go literally anywhere else but here! I will let ever one I know not to go here. I will suggest any and everywhere else before I will suggest here. I would suggest dining at the dump before I suggest this place.

Both husband and I love the mushroom pizza, but today was the third time that they. had none. I got served by a very grumpy girl. Probably won't go there any more

The first thing that struck me was the rudeness of the girl who served us. She was very direct and didn't even greet us. I then realised that she could be racist. I'm not caucasian and it's apparent that she was treating white people politely compared to non-caucasian ones. Now, to the food, it was average at best. Mac n cheese and pasta were okay and 3.50 each.

I suppose it's possible I came at a bad time? But if you like toast with ketchup and cheese, youl love it here.

Went out with some out of town family last night, order ALOT of food. Everything was great. we had 3 burgers, a salad, small cheese pizza and a Stromboli. everything was great. the Stromboli is big enough for two or half for dinner and half for lunch tomorrow. We must not be the only ones who like their food, we watched a pizza order come out of the kitchen in what seemed like every 5 minutes. Great atmosphere and service.

It's a dive bar. As long as you understand that, it will not disappoint. I had a very good time there and got great value for a fair amount of booze, and some pretty good food.

Alisha was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great tavern food, the wings were some of the best and salad was delicious and large.

Only drinks were ordered. Quick service and plenty of bar seating. They had a team trivia happening tonight, which was great.

Food always great, the pizza is always on point

Food was horrible cold and chewy . Noodles were hard and and had hair in them . And I told the lady the food was cold and she touched the food on my plate and said they would bring hot food out but never did. And the whole place smelled like seafood . We didnt even leave and stomach started hurting. We will not be coming back here. $19.20 a person is way to much for such nasty food.

We have gone a handful of times and the food has gone down hill since its opening. This past time has made me decide I will not go back. Food was not good, and I barely ate, no one ate alot and definitely not worth the 16 dollars per a person. When I got my bill I was surprised I was being charged over 18 per person. When I went to cashier I asked why it was so high and he said he could go ask. I said I dont know why you need to ask it's just math. 16 plus 16 is 32 not 36.54, so he made the adjustment but I got the distinct impression that they might have been adding a dollar or two to the bill in hopes I wouldn't notice. It's pretty hard to make such a weird mathematical error when all day every day you should be writing down the same price over and over again without fail. So if you go check your bill.

The best that they had was their drinks and ice cream. I had never eaten at a Asian buffet before that was so disappointing as this place was. My best eater wouldn't even touch their food. Went home with a tummy ache. Never eating here again.

Absolutely horrible. The salmon on my sushi tasted like it was mixed with liquid smoke, the sweet and sour chicken was extremely greasy, and I found a hair in my general tso's chicken. My taste buds are offended.

Nice selection of food. The fried rice and noodles are made the way they should be done. Only complaint is they should not use so much batter on the real lobster, it doesn’t need it . Its just mush all over the shell & it’s very salty .

The worse McDonalds I’ve experienced… repeatedly. Constantly wrong or incomplete orders, today they took literally 40 minutes to make two McGriddles and a big breakfast, all while an alarm beeped incessantly in their kitchen, (it was busy, but 40 minutes is still insane for a fast food place when there’s only 5 orders in front of you and maybe another 5 in the drive through). Finally get my food, check to make sure it’s there (seems like it is) and go home. When I unwrap the sandwiches the meat wasn’t there… so I guess not just check they gave you the items but unwrap/unbox them to make sure they made them correctly. I’ve had burnt biscuits, missing fries, wrong sized fries (bigger and smaller) and it is every time I or my family go there. Tried calling, they picked up the phone and hung up instantly, any further attempts to call went unanswered. Listen I know it’s a fast food joint and I can’t expect great things but even either that into account they don’t meet the lowest bar. Only go if desperate and out of options.

I understand it's a mcdonald's, but nonetheless - believe the poor reviews. Showed up to pick up a mobile app - they didn't even have it on their system. Waited at the first window for 5 minutes, with cars piling up behind me - nobody knew what to do. Parked my car, got out, and into the store - stood there for a full 10 more minutes, with two workers walking back and forth making eye contact with me - but doing nothing. Finally had to ask about my order yet again - shows up. Never been to a McDonald's with this many problems.

Waited like 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food, only to be given the wrong food so I had to go inside and felt something slick on the ground with no wet floor sign. Staff were subtley racist towards African americans. I'm white but if you're non-white I suggest a friendlier location.

Went there around 2:30 and ordered 2 regualr meals and 3 kids meals I waited almost 45 minutes to get my food. There were two other people that was there for only iced lattes and they waited the same amount of time as I did. They seemed to have bee. Staffed because there was a ton of people in the back just extemely disorganized no communication from anyone in the back and definetly no communication to the patreons out front waiting. Also the bathroom was so disgusting it looked and smelled like noone cleaned them in days.

Went through drive thru for today. Ordered 2 different kids meals, 1 actually was close to right, the other royaly messed up. Also ordered 3 different medium meals. 2 were all accurate, mine was all sorts of messed up. I ordered the snack wrap meal with 1 of each wrap. Got home and neither 1 had anything but chicken and lettuce, NO sauce. When I called the lady that answered didn't give a name, so I asked how do you expect people to give good feed back when you don't make the food the right way. She accused me of being rude and condescending and then said I'm hanging up. YES I said a few choice words as she didn't even ask what the problem was. This is beyond ridiculous if the order taker can't listen to the orders properly then retrain them. If people making the food can't read or follow directions, retrain them. Get better management and MAYBE, just maybe employees would do there jobs.

I used the drive -thru to place my order. I ordered a QP meal (no pickles, light ketchup) and a Dr. Pepper. I pay for my meal + rounding up for charity and I proceed to the second window to pick up my food. The crew member hands me my drink first and then the bag. The bag was super light so I looked inside and it was just the sandwich. I asked her about the fries because I ordered the meal and she says that " fries weren't on my order". I tell her I ordered a meal, she was still so rude, so I asked if she could just add the fries. She says, "it's peak hour and you'll have to drive back around". At this point I'm livid, in my opinion that's poor customer service and I will not visit this location again!

Regularly will make food wrong/ completely forget items ordered!! And then this location took the ‘fast’ out of fast food. 35 minute wait to get breakfast, 15 minute wait to place drive thru order (3 whole cars in the drive thru atp).

We had the garbage plates here. The fries are great. You will know when you order them. The Mac salad was kind of bland but not bad. They do put mustard on the plates. However it is spicy mustard that is not specified when you order. So be sure you ask for the kind you like. The owner came out to ask how things were to get feedback on what she can improve on. Seemed really nice. We were the only ones in there at the time so I'm sure it made it easier for her to do that.

Great to have this new Deli right in downtown Waterloo! Everything Tammy makes is excellent. I had Norm's Chili, loved it! Congratulations on opening and wish you all lots of success!

Came in with my annual Frosty tag today. Which allows me to get a free Junior frosty. I was told that this location does not honor the tags unless you purchase something? Travel across the country and I've never had that problem before I asked Bailey the counter person are you sure. And she said yep. As I was posting my review in Subway just outside the Wendy's building. I have to give the manager credit she did come and find me and say she would honor my annual tag. I had already decided I didn't want anything from this Wendy's because of my experience. I do use Wendy's across the country. However, Wendy's seems to be inconsistent with a lot of customer service programs lately. Get it together Wendy's

I’ll give them a few stars for cleanliness. However, the customer experience was lacking. We ordered breakfast on our way from Buffalo to Cooperstown on our trip from the West Coast. First, two of the three coffees were wrong. I could tell they didn’t have cream. I asked about it. It was supposed to be a medium chocolate cold brew with cream and a large chocolate cold foam. They brought both medium chocolate cold brews (no cream.) While waiting, I heard the employees discussing how they didn’t know how to make the cold foam. So I guess they just didn’t. Because they brought me two chocolate cold brews. When I told them that they were wrong, they said “are you sure?” Pretty sure I know what I ordered. That’s when I asked for a receipt. The cashier had to get a manager to figure out how to print a receipt even though the kiosk said it would be in the bag. They gave me a little cup of cream. I wasn’t going to fuss about the cold foam, since there were other people waiting in the lobby and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. I creamed up our coffees and we got on the road. Heading down the road, we noticed our burritos were smaller than normal. Bit into them, and there was no egg. How can one wrap a breakfast burrito with only bacon, potatoes and sauce and not notice there’s no egg?!? And they didn’t put the cholula sauce in the bag either. I don’t live in the area, so it’s doubtful I’ll ever go back there. But if I do come back, I’ll remember to not stop there!

The lobby and drink fountain station was clean. There was a wait on getting my order taken when I was the only one in line. The big thing though is the lack of bacon on an asiago chicken club sandwich. Photo for why the low food star.

1 star is way too much! Stopped to get 1 order if fries, 2 frosties. Was told may be delay. Waited 10 minutes to place my order. Waited over 15 minutes and then people that ordered after me got their orders. Asked for a refund and one worker had a bad attitude! Called next day and god a great song and dance from someone who was supposedly the manager. Filled out complaint on line and they said some one will call, but that has not happened. If you are in a hurry for fast food, go somewhere else!!!

I stopped in for breakfast and had to go inside because I was driving a truck that was too tall for the drive up window. On entering I noted another customer waiting to place his order. We both watched the employee serve people in the drive through while we waited. After about 5 minutes of her making eye contact with us but NOT offering to take our orders we left. I noted the drive through fid NOT have a long line. There was 1 car placing an order and 1 at the window. If the dining room was not open the signage should indicate that.

The cashier was not very pleasant. My kids asked politely if they could have their cups and she made them wait and then took care of other customers. She tried ripping us off a cup and to top it off I ordered a Baconator and they didn't put the bacon on it.

My favorite Wendy's in the area from Syracuse to Rochester. It's the quickest when it comes to service. The quality of the order is always great with food taste, appearance, temperature, and accuracy. The price is right, too.

Worst sportsbook in NY for wagering. Low betting limits and horrible cashout option. They can't even come close to competing with the other NY sportsbooks. If you are winning your wager they won't let you cashout, hoping you lose your bet!! Stay away, go to another casino! Del lago really went downhill when they brought in this owner and sportsbook!!

It's ok. Food is nothing to fancy or special. I think they need more wait staff because our waitress was so busy. She was nice but she was sometimes no where is sight (or any waitress) and didn't check on us.

First night we tried to order, they were SUPPOSED to be open until 2 AM.. they closed by 12 - on a SATURDAY. The second night, a Sunday, we finally had the chance to order only to find out THEY DON’T HAVE THE DOUGH FOR A 20 inch - at $28. So what’s the solution..? ORDER 2 - 12 inch at $18 each!! So we paid $48 for 4 inches!! What. The. Actual. This place will RIP YOU OFF!!! Btw, you won’t ACTUALLY got a receipt either.

Tuesday nights awesome service. Rest of the week terrible. Sunday my parents got there food 15 minutes before I did. Wednesday night just by myself I waited 15 to 20 minutes and no one came to wait on me. Very unorganized wait staff. One 1 waitress we get excellent service from on Tuesday nights. She needs a big raise.

Nicole was our server. I have been in the food service for 12+ years. She was one of the worst servers ever. Dropped our appetizer with no plates, so we asked, never got them. Never received our napkins, never even a second drink order, not even a 2 bite or 2 min rule. She passed by many times just avoiding us. Went to the bar to try and get a drink just to eat with. That took forever I mean 20-30 mins. There was no rythym or rhyme to how they worked..... Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't return.
