Love the location in Old Town Bowie. Seems like a nice local spot to hang out. However, I didn’t enjoy the food, and I also find the price of the food high for the quality. I had the cream of crab and rock fish tacos. On a separate note, the history of Bowie inside is definitely interesting to learn about.

Homey atmosphere, amazing staff and owners, and especially chefs and the huge variety of American eats that they offer!

Very good food, staff is very nice too. They also have live music. A pretty hip spot in the great city of Bowie..

The place sit in the corner and it is small but very inviting. There is a upstairs room where you can have large group for any kind of gathering. The meatloaf dinner was real good along with the mashed potatoes

I love this place. The owners are so down to earth and the food is quite tasty. Daily specials help when you're on a budget, and on the weekends they have live entertainment.

Went there for a meeting and really found it to be nice and charming and the drinks were good and the bartender upstairs was very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and make sure I check out the food next time.

I think their pasta is a good thing to get if your in the mood for pasta but it is overpriced. For the seafood pasta there was barely any seafood and the ones on it were small. The only pasta price wise that worth it is their shrimp and scallops pasta.

this was my first time at Jerrys, I had told my family I wanted a solid maryland crab cake for my birthday today and this is where we landed, while the food was good i wouldnt say it was particularly exciting or special outside the crab bomb. they start you off with a warm bread basket with butter, the entrees come with two sides I got the caesar salad and wedges. The Service here left much to be desired the managerial staff was very seemingly very selective as to what tables they chose to check on, and our waiter was absent often and while I can appreciate staggering between courses the wait times were still considerably lengthy especially given that they didn’t really get filled up until about 25 mins into my dining experience. one of my party members got the cream of crab soup which she found to be extremely bland and sent back, the oysters she had she did enjoy. they split with our other guest the crab and shrimp bomb with the house salad they both reported the salad lacked toppings and the blue cheese less than desirable. when our main courses finally arrived I can say the crab bomb was certainly the star. It was nicely filled with real lump crab meat and had a nice sauce within, and the shrimp x crab bomb combo i found to be very juicy! for my platter I found the haddock to be surprisingly well executed it was light flaky appropriately battered and flavorful I really enjoyed it , at $56 though seeing that tiny scallop on my plate next to those large shrimps was disappointing and the scallops were somewhere in between slightly overdone but also under?! weird ! the steamed shrimps were lightly seasoned, listed as devined but i did find one shrimp that definitely was not I get that no one really wants to do that to begin with but if you’re going to go through the trouble of listing that on the menu as a prime feature of a dish then please make sure that that is the case across your plates. the fried shrimps were seasoned nicely, as were the wedges! Overrall id rate the mariners plate 7 or if being nice 8 out of ten. It left more of / for something to be desired. the server when they finally got back to us did bring me a brownie for my birthday unprompted which was nice and appreciated. If i come back its definitely going to be to go! or right when they open

Food and service is always great at Jerry's. It was pretty full but no wait. Server came immediately to take our orders. I took my boyfriend here for the first time and he enjoyed it. He had the Calamari, Stuffed Shrimp, Baked Potato and Green Beans. I had the Firecracker Crab Bomb and fries. The sweet tea is a must as well.

Had an amazing business lunch at this spot. The mini crab bomb was delicious and offered up with a salad and a side of applesauce. The place was quiet when we walked in, but all the buzz upon exiting. The restrooms were clean as well. Highly recommended in you're in the Bowie area.

We stopped at Jerry’s on a Saturday around 2pm and were sat immediately but it seemed like good timing as the place filled up quickly. The service was awesome, and the food that followed was even better! The rolls they serve to start the meal are kinda unique, and fun to pull apart. The kids also enjoyed the butter balls. We tried the crab bomb firecracker style, the crab cake sandwich, kids fried shrimp with fries and apple sauce and the house salad with feta vinegar and house dressings. The crab bomb is their claim to fame- and it was basically a large crab cake, seasoned with pepper and dry mustard. It was very good, but could have used some extra garnishes, maybe pickled onions or something similar to enhance the experience and a side of butter and/ or lemon. The crab cake sandwich was a little plain, again, lacking lettuce tomato and mayo, something you would expect on a crab cake sandwich. The kids fried shrimp was large and lightly fried, delicious! The fries that went with the meal were wedge style fries and a tasty addition. The salads were romaine style, pretty typical house salad- but the dressings were a real standout. Highly recommend the feta vinegar and house dressings. The restaurant itself is very cool, large televisions, cool artwork, a nice bar area, and enough room to accommodate any size party. But I did rank it a four star because it was so cold! We had to run out and get our hoodies. All in all, I would definitely come back and try some more menu items- especially the crab soup and crab dip.

Took my mom here after several friends friends recommended. I was disappointed 😞. They receptionist typed the wrong number to text me when our table was supposed to be ready. My elderly mom requested hot water in a mug to drink (she was cold). A server delivered hot water in a glass. She could not hold it. The calamari was average. Marinara sauce was too sweet. My .om enjoyed the crab cake but felt there was additional fish in it. I didn't see it. I ordered the platter. Crab cake was delicious! Haddock was dry and inedible. Their rolls and baked potatoes were on point. It was an experience but not one worth repeating. I did see you can order and have Crab bomb/cake shipped!

I would eat here over and over. The Maryland style soup, the crabcakes, all of it was really good. My son had fish bites, they are made of fresh fish, he loves fresh fish bites so that was a win because he can be picky at times. They were very busy but the staff still treated us well and the wait time was not as long as we were told it would be. The parking lot is shared so it was tight but we found a space. We waited in the car and we were fine with that. This is one of the best seafood spots I have had the opportunity to visit.

Some do the best seafood I’ve had in a long time! The crab soup was the best ever I think! I really enjoyed the crab bomb. Worth the cost for sure!

My first time at Rip's today...Enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is nice. Super interesting decor. Staff are friendly... We were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant temperature was a bit too cold - pricing is very reasonable. Our food was good. My omelette was very tasty and tea was fantastic as well. The potatoes were very good! So tasty... bathrooms are in serious need for upgrading and could use some upcoming.

I had cream chipped beef for breakfast it came with a side of potatoes, but I am allergic to onions and since the potatoes are premade the onions couldn’t be excluded. I gave them to my husband who said they were delicious. The Mimosa was pretty good. The cream chip beef, lacked seasoning, and was bland. My husband enjoyed his eggs over medium Asada, scrapple and toast. They have some pretty interesting paintings and artifacts and the restaurant setting is pretty nice. The ladies restroom does need some updating. We were seated fast no waiting. The waitress was friendly.

Some of the best real cooking around!🤩 Perfectly cooked broiled salmon filet w fresh herbal seasoned cooked spinach over rice. 😋Several rooms. Highly recommend the private booth room if you wish to hear each other, lest your lunch ends up in open seating room where conversation was squashed by a gruff man giving a loud sales pitch with video playing to couple all seated next to us! Good real American fare!

Whenever in the area I recommend stopping by for a bite . The service is great , the vibe inside is clean and intimate . The blueberry pancakes had too many blueberries ( if that’s possible) , the turkey sausages were delicious ious and the omelet was amazing . The price for everything was definitely reasonable.

18June2024 My first time here and there was a few people in there. The place was decent and the service was good. The cream of crab had a lot of crab. So delicious. The Monte Cristo was a bit dry, the fruit with it was delicious, and the raspberry dip was super sweet and ok with the sandwich.

The place is decorated very nicely. The atmosphere is great! I ordered the meatloaf, which was not very good. The mash potatoes that came with it were instant, and the green beans tasted like they were from a can. We also ordered the fried pickle appetizers. The taste was good, but the portions were small. My son ordered the pork barbecue sandwich, and the meat was not very good.

1st time for myself at Rips, i had the fried green tomatoes and fried pickles, which were amazing. We had a party of 5 and our server stayed on point.

I loved this spot. It does have outside seating but only 4 separate tables and they're usually always taken. The bar is long and spacious. Lots of parking. Good location. The server was helpful and fast. Menu was full of choices. The desert menu only had 5 options which is typical for most restaurants. I have a good experience here and would love to come again.

A little hole in the wall. Ordered the day's special the Peppadew Pasta. It was some red pepper chicken cheese alfredo pasta. Very filling and tasty. It came with a side salad which I chose the caesar salad & was nice and fresh. The others ordered the Rachel with sweet potatoes fries and a soft drink. Chicken Cheese Melt with sweet potato fries and a soft drink. Total $45. Sat outside and the food was brought to us. Good customer service. Cause of the beautiful day, we sat for about an hour an a half.

I got the pulled pork sandwich that came with bay fries, which costs some change over $12. I have one “complaint”, was that the sandwich was really big. I had to save some of the sand which for the next day. (Lol) The pork was tender, juicy, and saucy and the fries were good. The employees were also pretty friendly. I will definitely come here again.

Casual restaurant. A couple TV's on mute with one on cartoons. You walk in to the counter and order. Cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The cream of crab was super creamy, crabby, and delicious! The Madrasala curry chicken wrap was good with a present but not overwhelming taste of curry. The Old Bay wings are my aunt's favorite, but I found them salty. You get super chunky bleu cheese dressing with it. I didn't taste the onion rings, but my Aunt said they were clearly fresh out the oil! Crispy and tasty! I definitely would get the cream of crab again and try something else. I would not order the wrap again or the wings. My aunt will definitely order the wings and onion rings again. Umami -- it's not a made-up word! It's one of the five staple tastes along with sweet, sour, bitter, and salty. Though it's hard to put into words, you'll understand when you take a bite of your sandwich.

Customer service was great. Didn't care for the rock fish but, the chicken and shrimp pasta was good. Will be back to try something different.

The soups were just what were needed on a cold rainy day. The size of the crab lumps were pretty decent in a mini, and very little filler used. Great quality food. Looking forward to going back to try more of the menu. COVID protocols were pretty decent. Proper spacing indoors, and some limited outdoor tables available. Spaces cleaned immediately after guests vacate, disposable wrapped utensils, and plenty of hand sanitizer available.

This Asian restaurant has been our go-to place since we moved here a few years ago. The staff are always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious—it's the top Asian restaurant in the area. I've heard a lot of negative rumors about this place, but the fact that we keep coming back proves those claims are false.

They only get a 4 stars because of the bathrooms being out of order and open - it was a little weird! Buuuuuuut the restaurant itself was wonderful. The food was good, the drinks were strong, the place was clean, the environment was friendly, and Chole gives amazing service and a strong drink lol. Now let's address the other reviews, my first impression of this place 2 years ago was not that great, but giving them another shot was worth it and I sat at the bar solo without my newborn and my former lmao. (We still love that person) And now I love this place lol - I will be returning. I ordered the Margarita (classic), Seafood Gyoza, Surf and Turf roll, Thai Drunken Noodle-Chicken.

My experience was not this best at all. There is always one bad apple. When I first sat down, this particular waitress tossed my napkin, spoon and knife on the table.😱 At that moment I should have removed myself but I said it was a small toss so I won’t make it a big deal. Let’s keep in mind this was my first time there. I ordered the soft carp sushi spices roll. Every sushi is not made the same. Sorry to say, it was too tough for me to swallow! When I attempted to explain, her only responses was, “Everyone likes this and we make everything fresh!” Never did I challenge her that they didn’t make their food fresh. I do know that most sushi rolls are made right there when you are in the restaurant. My apologies, it was not the best for me. She never asked if she could accommodate many any other way! Bad attitude and customer service!😳 I still remained polite and continue with my lunch with an ex-coworker. The waitress went and told all her co-workers that, “I did not like the food and she wasn’t going to give me a refund along with a few other things!😱 As I kept my eye on the other waitress of how attentive she was towards her customers, I said to myself, I should have sat over there. I made sure I gave her (the kind/polite) waitress’s a compliment for her style of professionalism and to keep up with the great service. As for the waitress that waited on us, no thank you! Oh, she didn’t bring water to start, and we had to ask for a bag for leftovers! My recommendation to her is, if you are unhappy at the restaurant find another job and make sure you sign up for Customers Service Class 101 @ 9:00am!

I really like this restaurant. Every time I visit Bowie, I come here. The owner is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is excellent! Looking forward to coming again next time.

My wife and I love sushi and decided to try this spot in our area. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but the food and service at this location were very disappointing. We ordered hibachi with chicken, the Raven Roll and Annapolis Roll. The rolls were ok, but the chicken and vegetables left much to be desired with a weird after taste. The service was poor; our server only came to our table to take our order and deliver our food. We had to flag him over just to ask for water and our check. It’s also worth noting that a 17% gratuity is automatically included, which in any other case we typically would have tipped more.

I always enjoy the food here. It's fresh, seasoned nicely, and plentiful. I have dined in and also gotten take out. Each experience has been good.

I had a great time here but my date not so much. We arrived late and there was only a few people at the restaurant as it was very close to closing time. I ordered the calamari and she ordered a tea. When she got the green tea it smelled like a rusty pot and it tasted metallic, nothing like classic green tea. My calamari was excellent. We then ordered our entree. She got a sushi bowl salad type thing with some sushi rolls and I got general tap chicken with Jasmine rice. Well again my meal, excellent but gets not so much. One bite into the bowl and she found a nice long thick juicy hair, very healthy, good texture and black. She was obviously disgusted. She asked for a remake but for whatever reason they couldn't make get another one (I'm guessing because it was closing time). So she ate her 4 shrimp rolls and I ordered her calamari appetizer since she had some of mines and enjoyed it, plus she was still hungry. She really did not enjoy the experience but my experience was decent. The atmosphere on the place was great. It was in a great location.

I visited on a Saturday night and the environment was just okay. There was a live band and they were pretty good. From the menu, my girlfriend ordered catfish nuggets which she did not like. She then ordered the chicken livers; they were served with rice and gravy and were tasty. However, they were quite salty Overall our experience was just okay.

The atmosphere is live & I really like the showcase! The dining area is a bit overcrowded due to the layout of the tables. Food & drinks could use improvement.

They have good food and parking, great drinks and best of all awesome music presented by Bela Dona all female band on each and every Thursday. I love it!

Yeah the Ciroc punch is the move and you only need 1 if you're a real drinker get another 1... but make sure you have an Uber on call or a designated driver.... you will be feeling good and yummy!

The atmosphere was great. The food was good. Our server must have been new. He brought me the wrong food and he was not always available. My husband had to go to bar himself at times to get his own drinks. The band was great. Overall every thing was good. I would definitely go back..

The entertainment is great....the crowd is good and age appropriate but still parties...the food SUCKS. Very disappointing because when I was there last the food was very good. Fresh and flavorful. I ordered the salmon with collard greens and mashed potatoes. The potatoes came out looking like grits. The salmon was cooked well but had no seasoning. The collards were tender and over seasoned.

Another Hometown restaurant. They always treat me like family. I've been coming here for years and love the new upgrades and the full blown Golden Pavilion Theme. Golden chopsticks and all. The owners are super friendly and so are the patrons

Neighborhood Chinese restaurant with bar. Food was tasty. Try the dumplings appetizer. Serving sizes about average. Our experience was tainted by very loud group in the bar (which is open to dining room).

I appreciate that the restaurant is nice, clean and customer friendly and the food is pretty good. I do have one issue and that is that when you order fried rice without shrimp, chicken or pork, you get just fried rice, no egg, no bean sprouts or onion. I did call them to ask if you have to ask for those things to be in the fried rice and was told to ask and they will accommodate. I will continue to patronize this establishment as the food is good.

We came here for. Sunday lunch. We haven’t been here for a couple of years now. We had previously had a good experience in this restaurant but this time wasn’t good. The udon chicken is so bland that we cannot eat it. We tried adding soy sauce and pepper in it but didn’t improve the taste. We told the female server but she just recommended to add what condiments we have on the table. We mentioned to her that we already did that and asked if there’s anyway they can provide any sauce or spices from their kitchen to improve the bland taste. She didn’t provide any remedy. The portion of the rice was quite small than we used to have but roast pork is still tasty. We won’t be back anytime soon. There are many Asian restaurants in the area with good customer service and better taste.

Golden Pavillion is very good mixture of food, including, vegetarian and seafood dishes. Always pleased with the service. The Golden Pavilion has dine in options, lunch specials, carry-out and a delivery via Uber Eats. We have been going there for years, consistently good Sushi and Cantonese food.

If you are from the south, and if you are older like me, you will find the ambiance of this location very nastalgent. It was like going back to my youth with the creaking floors, antique plates on the wall. You don't have to be old though to enjoy the food. It is very well prepared and the ice cream was hand made. This mother and daughter team make all the food and it is delicious. At the end I was looking for where to put my dishes like I was at a family members house. It sucks you in. So go.

I love Simple Pleasures! It's an old fashioned ice cream shop that has special meal events once a month or more. I really like the various ice cream flavors that are a bit different - stracciatella , apple dapple, chocolate thunder, and banana pudding to name a few.

I've had crabs from this location in the past ( a few years ago), and they were really good!!! However, this time 5/31/25, not so much. I ordered the jumbo. The meat was extremely mushy in all of them and they lacked adequate seasoning. After the first crab, I was hoping it was an isolated situation. But, the entire dozen was the same. In addition, the seasoning had a pungent vinegar smell. I was very disappointed, especially considering the price of $169.00 for a dozen. I'm not certain if I'll return.

The store is dirty. I asked for a fish sandwich one day and it came back. The fish sandwich was greasy like they didn’t change the grease. if you look in the refrigerators of the display, it’s dirty if you complain about your service instead of them, fixing it, they make excuses and they can sometimes be condescending in a rude.Go to Seaside Glen Burnie. we previously ordered three dozen of mail large when we got the order. It was three dozen of medium females. We called to let them know they gave us the wrong order. They were rude. A no-nonsense seafood shop that sells our favorite crabs in the area! Also, their shrimp and oysters are divine. Definitely a nostalgic hub that takes me back to Delmarva summer traditions: no frills, just quality product.

I've gotten crabs and crab legs from this location quite a few times over the past 3 years or so. They're usually good, but my beef is with the cream of crab soup. It literally tasted like someone took canned Campbell's potato soup and cream of celery soup and put backfin crab meat in it. I don't recall it tasting like this previously. I had so many potatoes in it I questioned if it was actually clam chowder lol but I was assured that was how it was made. Well, if it is then yall need to just take it off the menu at this point. However, let me tell you about those oatmeal cookies they sell in there...they are delicious!! Whoever makes those, they are 5 star! I will be back for more cookies lol. If you go in there and there isn't any that day, I probably bought them all.

Bought 2dz med male crabs and my husband was sick to his stomach all night and the next day, he felt like it was food poisoning. It was our 1st time here and I'm afraid to order again. However,they were well seasoned and mustard filled, but had a garden hose taste.

I stopped into this quaint restaurant on my way from BWI... it's very nice and cozy Mya my server was amazing and attentive. I ordered the seafood ravioli....which was amazing. The warm cornbread was just delicious!!! Stop in if you are in the neighborhood.

Update but not been for a ling while as they no longer serve lunches. We were not disappointed. Turned up without booking on a Friday night. Introduced to their Mushroom Ravioli, (not on their Menu or Specials that night), and their crab & lobster ravioli too. Mushroom was superb. Sea food variant really good, but spices were a little strong for our taste, but no reason to criticise. Profiteroles & Creme Broulee very good. Seated, served and looked after really well. 5 Stars all round. Highly Recommended.

Where shall I begin? We went here on a Friday night and waited several minutes for anyone to even greet us at the door or seat us at a table. Once we were finally seated, another group of four was seated behind us, and a few minutes later, another couple was seated in a booth in front of us. Our waiter kept coming around saying, “I’ll be right with you,” but then proceeded to take the food order for the group of four who had arrived after us. We asked the server who had seated us if we could place our order with her instead, but she said no because she wasn’t our server. Then our server came back around and took a drink order for the couple who had come significantly after us. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, we were never asked if we wanted drinks, food, or even appetizers. We eventually walked out without ever getting to try the food. We can understand and appreciate that it was a busy night and things can get hectic, but we cannot understand how two tables who arrived after us were served before we were…without anyone ever once checking in on us. Their menus were very sticky too. Save time and energy and go somewhere else unless you’re ready to wait two hours for service and maybe a plate of food.

I decided to give Allison's Restaurant a try. It was on Saturday when the restaurant opened and the Server was pleasant. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was nice and very clean. I was expecting more when the bread came out as it was four small slices of cornbread. When I looked at the reviews it had cornbread and garlic bread. I asked the server and she said they only give the cornbread. The pictures in the reviews must've been old. I asked for water and and a mixed drink. The margarita drink had too much mixer and ice. Had a side salad. The lettuce romaine had much brown and very little tomato. The main dishes were penne pasta with Shrimp and sausage. That meal was very tasty 😋. The other meal linguine and bacon with crabmeat. I asked the server was the crabmeat lump and she said yes. Well, I can tell you it was a whole lot of bacon and the crabmeat was not lump or fresh. I didn't want to complain because when you ate the pasta, it was so flavorful. Im not a bacon eater and the balls of crabmeat kept falling off my fork. I then pick up one to try it. It was not fresh. I think the restaurant is a good place for pasta. I will never try seafood or salad there again. The place got very crowded and we just paid the check and left. It was only a few servers.

The food and service here are great. I went here with my family and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had one of the chef's special, the braised beef ravioli in a Roma tomato sauce. It was delicious without filler. The limoncello cake was the best part of the meal. I recommend Allison's for family dinners or even a nice date.

This place has been business for over 20 years. it mus be doing something right. I thought this place was contemporary American restaurant. We ordered three dishes, hanger steaks, crab cake, and chicken with balsamic vinegar. Start with steak, the steak was cooked as I requested, brown mushroom sauce was just tasted salty, and too much of it. It not ruin the flavor of mushroom but the steak. For the chicken, I wish that the check and had skin and actually oven grilled with balsamic glaze. it was just one dimensional. For the crab cake, it is hard to say, it was only 25 dollars. It had remoulade ie mayo base sauce. I would be prefer cocktail sauce.

Hello we just left D&G Bar and Grill after a wonderful Friday evening of karaoke, great food and drinks! We loved siting at the bar and supporting this local business! We walked into families eating and left with a grown & sexy crowd enjoying a Wizards game and singing karaoke! The food is plentiful and served in a Togo box, so get your mind right and ask for a paper plate. No washing dishes here! Drinks prices were great and Grace the bartender was getting it done with a smile, I ordered the jerk pork, husband jerk chicken. Not spicy but flavorful and tender. I can wait to taste more entrees! Ask for extra peppers if you like it hot!!! I thought the prices were ok, a business has to survive! Lunch prices are cheaper. We will return it was a fun spot with good food, especially on Friday night! Save a seat at the bar for us!!!

Food was ok but portions were big but I think it was a still expensive. Mac was bland. Did not taste flavorful or with salt and not cheesy. Jerk chicken was not great. The sauce tasted very sweet like barbecue sauce with a hint of spice. Chicken was soft and a little bit dry. Have not wasted Jamaican jerk chicken in some years but the food did not bring familiarity to past Jamaican food I have eaten. May visit again to give benefit of the doubt or try another Jamaican spot to compare and contrast. The bright side was the guy in the register was nice and helpful. His service was great. I understand inflation is hitting so many business and they have to keep up with rising costs and have to make enough money to pay staffers salary

The best Jamaican food in Bowie! The portions are huge and delicious. It’s enough for two servings! Just look at the picture y’all! Curry goat and oxtail are my favorite dishes. After returning from my vacation in Jamaica; I stopped by D&G for authentic Jamaican. You can’t go wrong.

Simply the best Caribbean food in the area! When I have a taste for authentic Caribbean food, I think of this place first. Their oxtails and jerk salmon are especially good! But pretty much everything I’ve tried at D&G so far has been good. The nice part is that the service is also great! My first encounter was with an employee named Dillan who was so pleasant and accommodating it was refreshing. You just can’t beat great service and food!

Best Caribbean cuisine i’ve had in this area so far! I got Oxtail w/ rice and peas & fried plantains, Jerk wings, and a jerk chicken patty. The portions were way bigger than i expected — i’m so used to these places giving microscopic portions of oxtail that i ordered the jerk wings to fill me only to be overwhelmed by the large portion. Totally worth its price. and the flavor!! So delicious and the oxtail is tender and flavorful. The rice and peas were tasty and the plantains were so sweet and perfectly cooked. The jerk is well spiced and wonderfully seasoned. The patty is so good it can be eaten cold. I was sleeping on this restaurant and I will be back again and again! The inside of the restaurant is cozy and has a very nice and well stocked bar. Service was fast and they were very nice. Come here and enjoy food that’s actually worth the price !!

The presentation was so beautiful I wanted to take a picture, but it was so good I couldn’t stop myself from digging in! The natural juices were another highlight—the sorrel and soursop were fresh, rich, and incredibly satisfying. Not watered down, just pure island vibes in a glass. I highly recommend this place. The food was fantastic. We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. We have had chicken curry,brown stew, meat patties, and jerk chicken just to name so of the items. Most recently, we had fried fish from their monthly fish fry. The fish was great 👍. Will be back again for next month fish fry. The portions were of good size, great value for you money.

Long story short. Took my car for oil change. Left for 4 hours no call. Came back to to pick up car. Mechanic says they can't change the oil because of a part used to close the oil pan. He says whoever you took to get your last oil change, put the wrong part in and they can’t take it out. I told him the only place I take it to get a oil change, is this location. He looks in the system and notices that the last place I took it was this location. He lifts the car up to show me the part in question he says he can’t take the part out without damaging the oil pan and I will need to purchase a new oil pan. The total will come out to about $400. I went from a $70 oil change to a $400 charge for something that wasn’t my fault. Please don’t go to this gas station they will mess up your car, act like they didn’t do it, then make you pay for it.

This is not an honest business! Read the reviews! I wish I had before coming to get a Md Stare inspection. ($120) My car had 30 day tags with a recent Va state inspection. After I waited for 2 hours (they told me 45 min), I’m told that the car can’t pass because of 2 light bulbs (license plate and left side marker). The labor charged for replacement of these bulbs were $60 each which took them all of 10 minutes. The bulbs were $3 by the way. My total at the end was $252. If I wasn’t in a rush to get to the MVA, I would’ve just taken my car. I live and work near this business. I will let every family member, friend and person know about this rip off.

I have been taking my car to this place for oil change (and other services) for many years now. Aside from a one-hour delay one time, my experiences have consistently been positive.

Not professional or trust worthy, take your car to a professional shop for repairs not a gas station. Was left stranded without a vehicle after hours when I was told my truck was "ready" and "test drove" clearly neither was true and had to pay for more work and parts because Carl didn't look at the techs notes which frankly is a pathetic excuse. That seems to be what he is best at actually providing at this establishment.

Complete rip off. Charged me $99 for a failed inspection and then tried to tell me that the car needs thousands of dollars of repair in order to pass inspection. Some of which aren't even damaged or in any need of repair/replacement. Do not, and I mean DO NOT go there. Only positive is that the service was fast.

Haven't been here in years. Yuk. All of the food was Horrible. First burnt crab cakes, broccoli with all this debris, potatoes taste watered down, lamb chops were chopped....Shrimp scampi came out in a milky like sauce. Caesar dressing tasted like mayo with seasoning Nothing was good except Morgan the waitress. Morgan needs to work at a better restaurant who care about the quality of their food as much as she cared about her customer service. The manager came to the table and she thought my comments were worthy of an apology with a smile but this is a hot mess.. And my husband Birthday dinner is ruined. And I'm beyond disgusted.

Absolutely loved my experience at Carrabba’s! The food was delicious, very fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I tried the Fettuccine Weedie and I must say the shrimp was cooked to perfection! My server Anaiya was just as impressive. Absolutely friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She checked in often without being overbearing, had great menu suggestions, and handled everything with a warm smile and professionalism. It's rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do, and Anaiya made our evening extra special. Thank you for the great service. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, Miss Tracy. She did an exceptional job ensuring that the everything was exactly to my liking and that I was treated with utmost respect. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it an ideal spot for a casual dinner or a special night out. I’m definitely coming back soon!

I attended a wine dinner this past Wednesday. I enjoyed the hostess who spoke to autism awareness. I enjoyed three of the four courses served. Until the fourth course. I didn’t receive the fourth course until I asked. I asked for it to go and the female waitress brought it to dine in. I shared with her when she finally walked by again that I would like it to go and when she returned she dropped a to go container and continued to walk away even after I tried to get her attention. She did this twice during my evening of dining. I had to stand up for someone to address me paying my check after I asked two separate waitress for the check. After a long wait of standing a male waitress came to me. I had received my check and was attempting to pay. That took forever. A manager asked if he could assist me after he observed me standing. I shared with him my experience to which he apologized. For me with this being my first dining experience at Carrabba’s, I was pleased until I wasn’t. I was disappointed I expect excellent customer service. The service was poor with the exception of the on duty manager who tried to appease me. But I must say I was disappointed for this being my first time.

Extremely disappointing!! The burrata looked like it had been sitting out and seemed to have been opened and split among several orders. Even worse, my Caesar salad arrived with mold on the lettuce, which is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant. I submitted a survey and a manager initially responded, but after I provided the pictures, I was ghosted. That lack of accountability is just as concerning as the food quality. Between the unsafe food and the poor follow-up from management, I cannot recommend this location and will not be ordering again.

Okay, let's start with the greetings. Young lady was on the phone helping a guest. She had to elbow the other staff to assist us. The booth seat had water on it, Wasn't dry from being wiped down. The actual server was very sweet. She even told us she gets confused at times. We just had to smile. The tater skins were tasty, the sides for the meals were tasty. The steak was suppose to be medium well, it was definitely rare. 😔. My catfish was flavorful by the batter but the fish itself was still wet, not flaky as it could have been. Would I visit again, yes to try other options before striking them out. The bread was a hit with that butter. 😊

The food was very good. Me my sister my mom and my daughter had a great time. The waitress can’t remember her name didn’t really check on us often which is why I gave the service 3 stars. She was a very nice waitress but not as attentive. I could say it was busy as well so that could have been the reason. I love how they do the happy birthday song it was very enjoyable and made me want to join in as well. The honey butter was very delicious my daughter loved it. Overall it was a great experience with great food as well. I definitely would be returning again. 10/10 🔥

Stopped by Texas Roadhouse in Bowie last night because my friend wanted some steak 🥩. We got there like an hour before they closed so sometimes the service can be spotty when you arrive at that time. Overall we had a Good Experience. Our Server was Very Friendly and Attentive the only issue I had was the drinks 🍹 took a while to come, and we asked for mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and onions 🧅 for our 🥩 and they came after the entrees. The Food was Delicious from the appetizers to the entrees so once again We Enjoyed ourselves. Next time I will come a little earlier to get the 5 ⭐️ Experience

Service was great! Our food took a very long time to come out, but the manager gave us a discount on our bill for the inconvenience. The atmosphere is nice and engaging, but not very clean as there was a lot of dust everywhere. Food tasted good, but a bummer it came out super late.

It's a long wait to be seated, but the delicious food and great service make it worth it. My friend and I have visited several times, and we're sure to go again. This time we tried the Frittata Rustica and the Morning Market Veg. Yummy all around.

Even though I reserved a space on line prior to my arrival I still had to wait. They also said I was next but seated two people before me. I was not happy because I had my six year old and my own glucose level was low. The breakfast was mediocre at best. They did not put their “foot in it.” The coffee and specialty drink was really good, however. I won’t be rushing back here anytime soon.

This has quickly become our go-to breakfast spot because they’re consistent with both food and service. I usually get the Trifecta (scrambled soft eggs, Belgian waffle, and bacon cooked well-done but not burnt) and it always comes out just the way I like it. My hubby tried the maple bacon croissant sandwich with jalapeños, scrambled eggs, cheese, million-dollar bacon, sausage, and a side of potatoes. It came out a little burnt, but Sharday (GM) and our server David went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service is why we keep coming back. The coffee? Smooth, balanced, and worth savoring. Even with a 30-minute wait, the text-when-ready system made it effortless—we browsed nearby shops and our table was ready before we knew it. No restaurant is perfect, but First Watch Bowie consistently shows they care about both the food and the experience, which is why they’re worth 5 stars in my book.

M experience today was subpar. Our server Amaya should attend a customer service class. I asked that the potatoes be well cooked(brown). They came out pale and undercooked. The server took them back along with the rest of my food. The manager brought them back out and the potatoes were still undercooked and pale and extremely greasy. I asked if they cook new ones but again well done (brown). At that point I would’ve accepted them burnt. The next batch came out well done and I was pleased. The only issue is the potatoes were hot and my food was cold, because no one thought to bring all new gravy and biscuits. I guess the fact that I wasn’t eating them and the manager noticed and asked if everything was okay. I said the gravy is cold. He did bring out hot gravy on the side. Overall, this is not a location that o would come back to. I’d much rather go back to the Tech road location in Silver Spring where the service is held to a much higher standard and never disappoints.

Here for my daughter's bday, and they surprised her w/hotcakes. "I had an incredible dining experience at today at the First Watch in Bowie. The service from our waiter, David, was exceptional—he is very knowledgeable about the menu and offered perfect recommendations. The "Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts" are awesome. The ambiance is wonderful for a special occasion. A down home feeling. We will definitely be back!".

The pulled pork was juicy and delicious, served on a well toasted bun. The crispy and well seasoned fries were a treat. The beans were yummy but the serving so small they could have at least filled that tiny serving dish closer to the top. The brisket grilled cheese was ooey gooey tender and filling. The coleslaw wasn't particularly to our taste bur after a little doctoring up, a bit more like home...personal preference. Our server was kind, smiling and and around just enough. We were made to feel very welcome.

Date night with my wife. Food was delicious and it was a lively atmosphere. My wife ordered the 3 favorites and got her shrimp late. We did not get checked on for a solid 30 minutes… and just asked for the bill. Maybe they were understaffed and busy. Would I go back, absolutely! I recommend you to try this place out if you haven’t. Travis, our server was apologetic and pretty awesome.

I enjoyed the Server Geo. He was very helpful and full of humor. Kevin the manager also came over to warmly greet us. The service was excellent! This was my first time dining with this restaurant. I visited post lunchtime, and was immediately seated in a booth near the bar area. The restaurant was very quiet at this time of day but there were several tables occupied with diners. It was a good 10+ minutes before anyone came and asked if I wanted something to drink. My friend soon arrived and it was also quite a wait for our order to be taken. At this point, still did not get my tea. Next was a long wait for food, easily 20+ minutes. We ordered Endless Soup, Salad, & Bread sticks, which should have been fast fare. When the food finally arrived, there were no bread sticks. Had to ask the busperson halfway through the meal (only person who was nearby). Soup and bread were both lukewarm. Other than the slowness of getting our food and the mediocre food quality, I would like to commend the wait staff for the friendly attitude and desire to please. Overall, I don't know where the hold up was, but it definitely impacted any future desire on my part to return.

went here this afternoon 1:30-til 5:30pm to celebrate my aunts surprise birthday. Everybody showed up she was so surprised and a lot of happy tears every few minutes since everyone's been busy and she's in a nursing facility. Our waitresses were great Hannah & Cassie they executed the entire party well , on down to the packing up and To-Gos! Request. The Team sung happy birthday , a random lady even got up from her table to say happy birthday and join in on the song dedication lol. I got the New Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo which was very good ! , the steak was very tender, apparently my other two aunt's and cousin followed suit and got the same!. My cousin crushed his and now texting me he's hooked and was it seasonal or nah lol. Everyone else got the regular Alfredo's, My 5 yr old niece passed out her cupcakes it was just a great time and happy joyous celebration!!... Thank You sooo super much for Everything and taking great care of our table Hannah & Cassie your customer service was very kind genuine and accommodating.

My son and I decided to have an early dinner of course the choice was mine. He was very surprise when I chose, Olive Garden in Bowie Town Center. It has been a while since I was last there. After we arrived I realized why I enjoy this location. The atmosphere is quiet, warm and friendly. The food is always delicious. Customers have a tendency to engage with other as though we’ve been knowing each other for years. When you walk in the door, staff greet you in a way that you can’t help but feel like a valued customer. To put the icing on the cake, Kelsey S. was our host, and what an amazingly, caring, compassionate and pleasant young lady she was. She made us feel like family who had been invited to dinner. As a author and poet, I was able to share one of my poems with her, share my existing book and the one I plan to publish in the next month or two. She was excited and share her admiration for finding her true God-given gift. Kelsey, we enjoyed talking with you, having you as our host and having the best tasty meal. You made our dining experience a great one. We look forward to seeing you on the next visit.

Excellent. We visit this Olive Garden regularly. Ann always looks after seating her customers well. Many great servers. The food is really good, well cooked, fresh and very consistent. Update 9/4/25 Delightful visit again tried steak pieces with Gorgonzola and it was lovely. Other dish was Rigatoni Neapolitana.This branch keeps its standards high!

I enjoyed the Peruvian flavors of Lima’s today. Happen to find it while passing through. Very similar to Richmond’s Chicken Fiesta. Chicken seasoning was great, steamed vegetables great, the yucca was a little over fried but still good. Would definitely come back if passing through agai .

First: This restaurant is no longer Lima's Chicken. This is supposed to be Pollo Saltado. If you know, then you know what's wrong. When I called to let them know they forgot the sauce, the guy working on 6 January around 6:30 PM, hung up on me. Note: I had this same dish this past weekend and it was done the right way and so delicious. So I'm not sure what happened. Oh the cook was coughing in the back with mask down and didn't cover the cough either. 🤮

Food was excellent the beef stew was a 9 out of 10 the fried catfish was a 10 and the cream spinach a 9..

We went around 4 pm on a Sunday. Semi busy. I had a little incident, and no one helped me at first, but the manager eventually came by after the server was notified her. Anyway, the food was excellent. This is not my first time eating here, but the good was very flavorful. We had the Blackened Salmon with Shrimp and Ribeye plate. The Ribeye was tender and juicy. Easy to cut. The salmon was great. Flaky, moist and seasoned just right. The side came perfectly. Meaning we had very hot and steamy potatoes🙂. They must have a new chef in the kitchen. Great job! As for service. It was a little lacking. Staff are all friendly. It's just a little slow, and that may be due to staffing.

Same great Longhorn experience we’re used to service wise, but my steak was certainly overcooked. Waiter was very friendly, had great recommendations for the area and made out time there enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the long waits and inconsistent service here dampen my experience greatly. Getting my cocktail and appetizer (salad) so late that the main dish showed up shortly is unacceptable Especially with no communication. We sat in our booths, feet away from the hostess, for about 20min with no service. Service and Management slipped up major.

I enjoyed my 12oz.New York Strip steak. I requested medium and it was closer to a medium rare. Fortunately the quality of the steak made this a non-issue. There was some reluctance to seat a single diner outside of the bar area but I was willing to wait. Overall a good eating experience. Certainly higher priced but also good quality.

We stepped in on Saturday afternoon. We waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted but were sat right away. Our server was very nonchalant but we noticed how she engaged with the booth next to us. I work in the industry and our servers act like they want their job. But my biggest issue was the nasty windows upon entry. Unacceptable. I mentioned it to the manager before but it appears nothing has been done. Clean your windows.

Service was a little slow . Food was good and the atmosphere was okay nothing spectacular to wow you. The menu were a little sticky when the host gave them to us. Out food didn’t come out at the same time. Otherwise we had a good dinner.

My family was already seated once I arrived. Our sodas took a very long time to arrive at our table, and we finally got them almost at the same time as the entrée. The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned that I didn't need any steak sauce! Will return again.

Visited this location for lunch despite the low review rating. They have daily specials, and today’s was a large deep dish pizza for half price. It was pretty good even though I didn’t get the extra cheese I requested on it. We also got the cheeseburger. I can’t remember the exact name of it but it had avocado on it. It looks messy in the photo but It was very tasty. If you sign up for rewards you will receive a free pizookie. The salted caramel one is yummy 😋. Meagan was our waitress. She was very pleasant, attentive and offered suggestions.

The food was phenomenal or at lest the smash cheeseburger I order, it was juicy, flavorful, real good. We also got the sample platter with spinach dip and it was to die for. We came around 3:30pm and the service was quick. Shoutout to Carla, she was our server and did an amazing job.

The food was edible but not the best steak. The caesar salad was okay but you can’t really go wrong with a salad. The service could Definitely be better for sure. Very nice atmosphere though.

Honestly, one of the best I’ve had in a while. My wife ordered the chicken salad and she couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and tasty it was. We ended up sharing bites back and forth because neither of us wanted to miss out on what the other had. The vibe in the restaurant was relaxed and fun, and our server was super friendly and on point the whole time. It’s one of those places where you feel comfortable just hanging out, enjoying your meal, and not feeling rushed. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’re going to try next time. If you’re looking for great food, good portions, and an easy-going atmosphere, BJ’s is definitely worth the stop. We’ll be back for sure!

The staff was amazing!! We had the most attentive waiter, the manager Timothy was very welcoming and friendly, we even saw a waitress playing with some kids from their table , not to mention the bartender… we were buzzed from one drink! I will 100% be coming back here!

This was the worst food I have ever had. It took them 45 minutes to bring out the food and there were only two other people in the restaurant. The food was old cold and hard. Do Not Come Here!!! The service was horrible. This is a warning. If you go there and get awful food and bad service don't be surprised.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. I ordered the Big Wrangler. The biscuits were fine, but the gravy was cold and tasted really off. The eggs came out scrambled instead of over medium. The bacon was great, but the hashbrowns tasted like cooked vegetable oil. Literally couldn't taste anything else, and one bite coated my whole mouth. Also, our server didn't know what white milk was. Offered us vanilla. The staff were arguing and a couple of times even yelled at each other. despite the restaurant being almost empty, service was slow. We were not offered anything for our troubles. We ate very little, paid, and left. I would not recommend.

Overall, the experience at Bob Evans was good. Truly, it is nothing special, but the food is pretty good. Personally, I think Bob Evans needs a makeover and an upgrade. However, the food was pretty good, and our server was okay.

Bought the strawberry pancakes in a country fried steak and eggs to share with my best friend and everything was delicious, it came hot and no issues at all. Will definitely come back again.

The food was tasty! And the portions were generous. The waitress was super attentive and on top of everything. It had that classic Bob Evans vibe, with comfy booths and dim lighting... perfect for casual conversations while sharing a meal.

Not blaming the wait staff, but how is it that we have come in here at 11:20 and we just getting served at 12:37 and order comes out without pancakes, plus the food is cold and they’re way to resolve it is by placing it in the microwave kitchen staff needs to update and not even that great will not be returning

I really do want to like it here because Bob Evans food is usually decent. But this location consistently gets our food order wrong, missing items, wrong items etc. I do not remember the last time our order was done correctly. Took a break for a few months hoping it would improve. But once again, tonight’s order was missing several items and had to drive back to the store to get them. I called ahead to tell them so those items would be ready when I arrived. Even then, I had to wait almost 10mins to get an order of mashed potatoes. And the place wasn’t busy at all. Very disappointed in this location. So sad. Hoping it improves but not sure we’ll be trying them again anytime soon.

The location was pretty chill the day we went. It was a Saturday, pouring raining which is probably why. The staff were very attentive and polite. They helped us out by singing to the birthday guy and let us know we were their first large party that they hosted under their new standards. They did well on the customer service tips. Drinks were good, especially the second picture. It was similar to the dragonfruit Hennessy or something.

I went here this evening and look at what this restaurant had the audacity to serve a customer! As you can see my potato skins were NOT fresh nor even hot temperature wise. The cheese was slapped on it and was too thick and not melted. Worse swimming in grease. I couldn’t use the sour cream because as you also see it was NOT fresh! There were lumps in it and it was mostly watery. I purchased my food to-go. When I called and asked to speak with a manager a male who identified his name quickly (started with a S) ..and as if too busy and agitated to talk when I explained what had happened he rudely brushed me off and said yea yea ok sorry next time you come I have your name you can get a free meal. He asked me to return so he could re-cook it but I was unavailable and too far gone. The moral to this incident is not about free food it’s about oversight and proper management from the beginning! I will never patronize this location again and if you look at the pictures you should see for yourself their not worth going! Very unprofessional and sloppy and possibly risking getting someone sick.

Ordered to go & won't order those food items again as a to go order (Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp & Fried Chicken Sandwich w/ Fries). The food I received looked no where near close to pictures of menu items posted on-line. Nothing "sizzled", the cheese wasn't melted as there were 2 slices of cheese placed underneath the chicken. I had to discard the avocado, lettuce & tomato on my sandwich once I got home. I wish I wasn't so tired, hungry & in a rush to get home because I would've cancelled this order or asked for it to be redone. It's probably best to dine in. However, I won't order to go again & probably will not dine in anytime soon.

I was feeling the vibe until the usual happened.... The waitress was nice but very inattentive as I had to wait for her to come back to the bar to notify her I had no utensils and then we had to wait for her to come back to tell her my friends food was not made properly so despite her being nice It was a little frustrating having to wait for her to leave her friends (other waiters in a booth) to get what we needed. The spinach dip is apparently pre-made so it DIDN'T look anything like the photo on the menu and they may want to go back to the old bowl because when people get food and it looks like they're getting less people will complain! It seemed like the bowl was bigger than the serving... All in all the food was good and their worker-made playlist was low and tolerable. Because I didn't experience the rudeness the others have wrote about I wouldn't mind going back with hope of better service. while I understand chilling before you sit down you should verify your tables are happy and the food tastes properly before you go and chat or be on your phone

I visited TGI Fridays and was not really sure if it was what I expected. The server was very nice. The location had lots of parking. The bathroom had a very strong smell like a sewer. The place was not crowded at the time we went. I ordered ribs and chicken and fries. The food took quite a while to come. When my food came my fries and wings were close to cold. So I waited for our server to come back and she did take the wings and fries back. The fries were warm up and they gave me new fries. The wings were tough after they were warmed but I didn't want to complain so I just didn't eat them. The ribs were ok. I paid the check and left. I don't plan to go back soon, but if you are into sports bars give them a try, you might have a better experience.

I ordered 2 sirloin steak medium done, they gave me a well done hard steak It was hard to bite into and the knife they gave us cant even cut through the steak. The broccoli was already going bad. This was an expensive meal and I was Hungry and hoping for a good food. I do not recommend this restaurant. It is a waste of money they do not put efforts on making their food well. Plus it wasn't even busy hours. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst TGIF EVER...I try over and over to give them more chances but it doesn't change...GREAT manager JADA though , she did her best to rectify the issue...but no acknowledgement when you enter...I waited an hour pass my pick up time for my order and it still wasn't right...🤬...food was ok boneless whiskey glaze chicken ...mashed potatoes are good !!

Despite the food being below sub par the waitress was great! She was very attentive and personable during our stay. Food wasn’t hot and there were barely any fries on any of our plates. Only the Onion Ring tower was hot and worth eating. It was a Wednesday night and barely busy. Super disappointed in my experience with this Red Robin location.

I had such a great experience at this Red Robin! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home in their restaurant. Even though they were short-staffed, they handled everything like professionals and ensured that everyone received excellent service. I can’t recommend their burgers enough—they’re fantastic! If I get the chance to visit again, I’d love to try one of their signature drinks, too. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I really enjoyed my experience here last night! We were greeted and had the door held open for us. The front desk staff and hostesses were so nice and friendly. Our waiter Brian was new and in training, but he was in good hands with Lexi. They were both so professional, courteous and attentive. The restaurant was clean and we received our food fast. The Manager came over to the table to introduce us and ask us how our experience was. Which was so refreshing. The experience was very pleasant throughout the entire evening. I will definitely be back.

We recently visited Red Robin to celebrate our children's birthday and we were left with mixed feelings about our experience. As parents, we appreciate the effort that goes into making a restaurant family-friendly and welcoming, and Red Robin definitely delivered on that front with the balloons at the entrance. The kids loved them and it instantly set a celebratory mood. However, as soon as we were seated, we noticed that our table was sticky. To make matters worse, the table was too small to accommodate our group, and we had to put two tables together ourselves as no staff member offered assistance. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the occasion. On a positive note, we were seated rather quickly upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for a server to come to our table to take our drink orders. Service seemed to improve slightly after that, as our food arrived in a timely manner. Our meal consisted of a variety of dishes, including kids' corn dogs, kids' pizza, a blue cheese burger, fish and chips, a southwestern chicken burger, and a chicken tender salad. The food wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't particularly good either. My medium burger was served well-done, which was disappointing. The other dishes were average at best, leaving us with an underwhelming dining experience. In conclusion, Red Robin provided a mixed experience for our kids' birthday meal. The welcoming atmosphere and balloons at the entrance were a nice touch, but the sticky table, lack of assistance, and inconsistent service detracted from our overall enjoyment. The food, while not terrible, left something to be desired. As a family-friendly restaurant, there's definitely room for improvement. We give Red Robin a 3-star rating and hope our next visit will be a better experience.

I just didn't care for it. The deserts were great... but bottomless specialty drinks sat un-refilled, and I honestly hate flagging down waiters for simple things like that. Also... we ordered a milkshake for my 12yo and they brought us a kid's size. I mean she pays full price at the movies... so she can drink a normal milkshake! The burger was good, the wings were tough, and the shrimp was over breaded. Dissatisfied overall... but it was a rather nice bathroom at least.

Bella was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding. She anticipated all our needs and made sure that my meal and shake was gluten free. I would definitely come to this location again to receive her service.

This location is hit or miss and lately, it’s been all miss. This is the second time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience. Our waiter didn’t check on us once and instead spent most of the time chatting with a friend at another table. The place was nearly empty (around 2 PM on a Thursday), so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. To top it off, I paid $5 for a drink with no refill offered. When our server finally approached us at the end of the meal, they just stared at us, no check-in, no questions, nothing. Just incredibly poor service. Unfortunately, this was my last straw. During my previous visit, we waited at our table for over an hour without a single staff member acknowledging us, so we ended up walking out. Safe to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Food was excellent. 3 stages came out timely. The atmosphere was a little loud but manageable. Wasn't overwhelming but just noticeable. Would definitely go again. Leftovers will be thoroughly enjoyed.

Very great experience with my family. Food served family style and everything tastes fabulous. Highly recommend the crispy beef. We will return to check out hibachi side.

I had reserved expectations of this establishment. I figured it would be just another restaurant with the same old thing. We chose not to have the food prepared in front of us. I didn’t think by making this selection that I would still be allowed to order the hibachi. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Salmon which was succulent! It came with fried rice, veggies, soup, and salad. Our waitress was kind and very responsive. She and the hostess laugh with us throughout our meal which made our experience so memorable.

I would return for the sushi. It was the best volcano roll I've ever had! The cheddar cheese topping overpowered the crabmeat rangoon. I couldn't quite taste the interior of the rangoon. The walnut shrimp was overpriced & underwhelming 😮‍💨.

This place is okay, not as good as it was a few years ago. It's good the price definitely went up. If you haven't gone in a while or if you're about to go, just know it's getting pricey. I got my usual lamb and fried rice. We tried different appetizers' wings. And we tried a couple of desserts, the red velvets cake is heavy. I would not recommend that. Overall, this was okay.

Food is good but hibachi comes with white rice unless you pay extra for fried rice which is ridiculous. Scallops are small and chopped up pieces but should be whole especially for the price. $71 for a land and sea and a spicy scallop roll

My friend and I were so badly embarrassed the waitress who apparently have not seen two black professional females who work hard and spend their hard earned money. We got into Gracie's restaurant and were seated about 3PM. We placed our orders which was served to us about 30minutes later. About 4:15PM, while we were still eating, their waitress started picking up our plates without our permission. We asked her why she was in a hurry to pick up our plates, she it is because she is changing shift. We told her that it looks as if she was indirectly asking us to leave then she acted like she does not understand English. Then after that, every 5 minutes different waiters and waitress started trooping to our table like they were coming to monitor us. My friend and I felt so embarrassed by their actions that we asked to speak to their manager. There manager was not even better. By 4:29PM we asked them for our bill which was about $179.00 and we paid them and left. We will never go there again or encourage anyone who does not look like them to go there because they will embarrass you by monitoring you like a hawk.

The only reason I didn’t give a one star review is because I’ve been here before and the food was good but this visit, the food was almost inedible. It was extremely bland and oily and the noodles were overcooked. Not sure if they were just having a bad day or if this restaurant has gone down hill since the last time I dined here.

Do yourself a favor, order from Anthony’s. I had a really bad couple of days. The doctors at the hospital messed up my friend’s surgery so I’m taking care of him at the hospital and the next week. All I wanted was a properly seasoned ny pizza, wings with spice, and most important a hot Italian sub. The baked Italian sub and wings are not on the menu so I asked in the comments. They did it. The food is good and is what you are wanting. The service is even better. Order from Anthony’s.

Has a nicely decorated dining area. I've been here several times and the food is generally reliable. Today the lasagna was light on meat and the bread was dry and crunchy, but still rating 4 stars for the unexpected lovely presentation with an orchid on top.

We were in the mood for pizza and pasta after a long day in DC so we stopped here. The place was not crowded and we were able to find a large table for our big party right away which was nice. We ordered cheese sticks as appetizers and they were fantastic. They brought out warm bread with olive oil dipping sauce and it was great too. The server we had hates her job. I understand good help is hard to find but she was awful. Rolled her eyes at us and not attentive at all. The food was great. We got quite a variety and I recommend the fettuccine. The cream sauce was so good. The salad was big and full of lots of veggies and the pizza had a great crust. If you find yourself in Bowie and hungry I suggest you stop by.

Nia our server was very helpful and accommodating. My family of 5 all enjoyed our meal. The calamari was a crowd pleaser even the kids loved it and we ended up taking the sauce home. I would definitely recommend this spot

I love me a good NY Slice of pizza. I was having a stressful week. The devil was busy so I looked up my comfort go to food NY pizza 🍕😁. When I saw Anthony's had whine I knew I had to go. There is plenty of parking. They have 2 entrance just like NY!! I love it ❣️ I was seated and served by Giselle I think that was her name dang I'm usually good at that. Anywho the special I ordered the seafood caba I believe that's what it was called it was gorgeous and the right texture but it had no taste no seasoning I asked for old bay and seasoned that bad boy up with that and some salt and black pepper 🌶️🫑 we was good. I drank a whole bottle of wine. After that day I visited 3 more times and the service was professional, warm and great. The food is good. The pizza 5 ⭐ the wings 5star the dip, the shrimp one appetizer menu Amazing 🤩. The tables are intimate feels elegant but like you're at home at the same time!! Hurry go check them out!!

Had dinner at Anthony’s Pizza! The food was delicious! I had the veggie pizza, and it was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress (Leah, I believe) didn’t take everyone’s orders, rarely responded when we asked for things, and even rolled her eyes at times. It took away from an otherwise great meal.

This place has a very very very poor customer service unfortunately I can’t remember the young waiters name. We placed an order for drinks and food which took forever to arrive not even the water nor the drinks. Several mins after the food arrived my partner who started eating say 15 minutes ahead of me was done and yet no Silverware to eat my own food. By the time I mentioned it to the waiter I don’t have a silverware for the food I think she was irritated and I still never got it instead she went away saying something like she don’t even care about the job and all that and she never came back to make sure. So I asked the food be returned and taken out of my bill So I can pay for what we had on the bill which is the drinks and my partners meal the chicken tacos(I should have taken a picture of that too) bill. This took another what 25- 30 mins which I had to request to see the manager before we could leave. Imagine that non chalant attitude? I don’t think anyone in the food business who understands people actually come in hungry to eat or to actually satisfy their hunger wouldn’t treat clients like that even if they don’t care about their job, they should at least care about satisfy the reasons why anyone ever walked into their restaurant.

Came here for dinner and ordered their Mozarella Sticks for appetizers, chicken alfredo and riblets with brocolli for main and have mango dollarita and lime dollarita, Mozzarella sticks taste good, also the chicken alfredo and the riblets, My only concern is the dollarita that they served me, they served it in a glass that has chip on it, I wonder when did the chip gets on that, is it like when they are doing my drink or when they are serving my drink or it has been there long before. Both has risk on it because the glass chip might be in there when it chips on the way to be served to me or there are grimes that are in there if the chip was there long time! Ended up not making complaint on the drink because if I do they might just pour the drink in another glass, and not drinking it but that has definitely need to be in this review!

Arrived to place an order for ribs and mashed potatoes, with some bread . Bread never arrived/ manager did not have good follow up. The plating for the food sucked as you can see.

I am reviewing this for April 5, 2024. This is absolutely not a good place to enjoy a meal. More of a bar hangout like someone said. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated. No people there.. About 6:30 pm. The server came and took our order. Brought a Ceasars salad we didn't order. She never came back about 17 minutes later our food came. My quesadilla had no cheese in them. The server kept running around and barely stopped to check to see if our food was ok. I finally caught her and asked her what happened to my food. She said oh it should have cheese in there. She never addressed the problem. 20 minutes later I got up to find a manager and she walked by me. I asked if they were gonna remake or remove the meal. She said oh I'll tell my manager. She said my manager will remove it. Then I visited the ladies restroom. Pictures below. This place will not see me the quality has gone down since 6 years ago. I don't recommend.

It was a great time! Went on a Friday around 2p. Fastly seated and served. Got the quesadilla burger and it was exactly what I needed this day. DELICIOUS. Also pictured it the irresistible bowl and the frend dip sandwich. Would definitely order again.

Food was so good we went during $1 margarita. I was hesitant at first. However the food, the atmosphere, drinks , and compony was great. I enjoyed myself. Would get my burger again was amazing. Moist cooked perfectly.

Server was very slow, saw her hanging about multiple times not doing her job. Admitted to forgetting the refills for the table behind us. Didn’t give us napkins. Asked for extra sugar for my tea, never got it. Tea was awful, asked for a Pepsi instead. Queso was ice cold, tacos were ice cold, kids mac and cheese looked like it sat in the fridge for 3 days and then it was microwaved (dry as hell). Terrible all around.

If it wasn’t for our server being so sweet, I would’ve been pretty upset. I saved up to take my 3 kids out on a special date because they’ve been requesting this restaurant for the dinner and show. However, the chef that we got didn’t speak to us at all. He just cooked the food and left. $150 and no interaction from the chef at all which is the main event of the restaurant? Myself and my kids were a bit disappointed. Won’t be back unfortunately.

There was a FLY in my food. ( A whole bug)….While eating. I’m glad I stopped when I did. This is so disturbing. This is my first and LAST TIME ordering from this establishment!!!!

Great atmosphere. Two of us stopped in around 3p on a weekend. We were seated quickly with another couple. The environment was clean and the waitress Hazel was nice. We were really hungry so happy the onion soup and salad came out quickly. Ordered the shrimp and chicken Teriyaki with chicken livers. The other plate shown was scallops and vegetables. Total had 18% tip included. Pleased with our experience.

Not what it used to be. The service was OK. Food was OK. It used to be exciting The Chef we had didn't do all the tricks with his cooking style. Didn't smile. He didn't seem happy to be there. It was just meh 😐. I think it was fun back in the day. Now the quality and the service just isn't the same like it used to be.

Had another great meal here last week— great hibachi and sushi options! Easy parking and ideal for groups….will be back :)

UPDATE 28 October 2022 I’ve updated this review to say, the owner responded initially to me via email and stated how he would like to talk via phone vice email, which I felt was more personal and I appreciated that from him. He said he would call the next day and he did! He stood by his word. We talked, he listened and was extremely apologetic and offered ways he would like to rectify the issue. We both came to a mutual agreement and the outcome was very pleasant for us both. I will say, if you ever encounter any issues (hopefully not), Mr. Steve is willing to listen and do what he can within reason to make things right or at the very least offer his apology, which is what most customers want in the end…. to be heard and an apology! Thank you Steve, much appreciated! 10/23/22 (1star) Be mindful of the 18% gratuity they add to ALL checks of 1-9 people(per Antonio, a server, you can opt out) if you make a fuss as I did. My daughter and 3 friends patronize this location for her birthday. When I asked why is there an 18% gratuity when it’s usually a party of 6-8, I was told by Ayliah who said she was the manager that is now the policy. Then asked for someone who could further assist in this matter and she gave me the name Steve. She refused to give last names and directed me to look for it on their website. I have located Steve information (not on any of the websites) on LinkedIn and will be reaching out directly. Thank asked for a corporate number and she again stated it was on the website (NOT). And why the additional female worker standing behind the counter with Ayliah felt the need to address me when she was not the waitress nor management. She proceeded to interject in a hostile manner to which I felt was unnecessary. She was very aggressive and confrontational which is poor customer service. I will be reaching out to Steve directly to see if he is aware of how his restaurant is operating. Adding: after checking the website, no information is online for management thus, more piss poor customer service. I will be for certain to reach out Monday morning!

This Sakura location use to be one of my absolute favorites in the area. My family dines here often and we absolutely love the chefs. However, not only has the quality of food gone down (pictures attached) but the new weird rules they are implementing are ridiculous (photos also attached). 1)You now HAVE to get their vegetables the way they come, no modifications. For someone with a severe mushroom allergy, I absolutely cannot have them, and cannot simply dig around them. I understand that some people come in and ask for their veggies without this or that just because they do not like them (these people SHOULD just go around whatever vegetable they don’t like) and that causes an inconvenience for the restaurant, but completely disregarding that some people actually have food allergies is ridiculous. Those of us with food allergies must pay an upcharge, or die. 🥲 (or not come here anymore 🤨) 2) Mandatory 15% gratuity on TAKEOUT ORDERS?! LOL, What is the joke. Go to another location. Annapolis is great!

The food was ok, we got boneless wings ayce. Nothing spectacular, just your average boneless wings. What brought this review down however was the wait time. We waited about an hour before our first set of wings. Our server was kind, but with the wait time it may be best to spend the extra 20 minutes and go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings location.

A coworker and I just left there after sitting at the only occupied table in the bar area for over 20 minutes at least three waitresses walking past us several times at 7pm on a Tuesday. Finally, someone approached us. It was a teenager trying to sell us seeds and asking for a donation. That was it for me. I feel like I know the reason we didn’t get waited on, but this review would certainly get flagged. Don’t go here.

When I got there no one was at host stand to sit me. I just set myself at the high tops. I guess coming after 9 what service are you expecting to receive. However the food was bussin. I didn’t have a taste for chicken so I got a burger. When I say that burger was too good I loved it. Next time I’ll ask that it is cooked medium that’s my only critique a little well done for me but I was hungry. Like this is a wings place but it was too good. It was a Wednesday night so it was very empty.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this BWW but this recent experience pushed me over the edge. I placed a pickup order for boneless wings and fries about 30 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived there was no one hosting and I didn’t talk to anyone until about 10 minutes later. In that time 7 more people populated the are for pick up. The reason for the delay was the place being understaffed. That’s fair I understand that but then all of us proceeded to wait 50+ minutes and only one person got their order. I don’t care if you’re understaffed at this point I’m more concerned for efficiency, bar food isn’t supposed to take long to cook. The bar wasn’t full and it’s even March madness this is a franchise issue as a whole. I finally got my food and it wasn’t all there but instead of waiting longer I just left out of frustration. The food was perfectly average so save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Perfect place to watch any sports game. Love their appetizer, lot of vegetarian option. Service was great and clean tables. Fried Pickle- 4.2/5 Everything Pretzel - 3.7/5 Cocktail - 5/5 Our server was great she catered our allergen request.

I came during happy hour and it was pretty quiet and calm which was awesome. I just planned to stop and grab a quick bite. My drink was very good... whatever the pink drink on the happy hour menu was.. they said they ran out of mix and we're only able to make the one I had and no more which would've been a bummer if I wanted more but nonetheless, it was very good. I was very pleased with our waiter. He was very helpful and patient. He made accommodations for a item that wasn't on the menu which was the burger that used to be on the menu with avocados as pictured. Overall good job bdubs!

I'm here in Maryland visiting my family having a beautiful/wonderful time. My son is on his head to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, so we did & the food is good!👍🏽 Please check out the pictures to see what we ate. The next time you see a Buffalo Wild Wings check it out you'll be glad you did. 😉

Where to start? I included photos as they definitely speak volumes on the cleanliness of this place. Food: The pizza was bland. No flavor to the sauce and seems like it was just right out of the jar. The crust had a good cook to the bottom and had a nice crunch. What failed it was the overload of the cheese! Too much where the dough under the cheese was gummy. And jar mushrooms?? Atmosphere: The place was dirty and cluttered with pizza boxes. Look at the photos and see the black grime at the bottom of the counters. The refrigerated display case for the desserts had a problem with condensation and was draining water all over the floor. The soda machine counter, the doors look dirty, wet and disgusting. That black moldy looking grime was all over the place! Service: Nothing grand here. The lady who took my order seemed lethargic at best. Served my pizza and that was it. Overall: 4/15 stars is a 26%. This place was a flop, big time. Find a different pizza joint, even if you’re in a rush like I was.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Quality has tanked and prices have skyrocketed. I have patronized this location for over five years. They always had the best pizza in Bowie, until now. Personally, I have never actually had such a bad pizza. Not only did they forget the sauce and increase the prices, but they can't even make the pizza circular anymore, but instead an oblong shape. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a picture of it until my partner and I took a few slices. Regarding the sauce, it looks like they dipped the ladel into their sauce bucket, emptied the ladel, and scraped the leftover onto the pizza. I am so, so disappointed in the lack of quality that I chose this place over all others, and now regret not getting Pizza Hut instead. Just so sad. You know a pizza is bad when you have to eat it with Ragu sauce to make it bearable. The only good thing they did was give me a ton of mushrooms.

My daughter and I ate here this evening for the 1st time not knowing how the food was. Everything was very fresh!!! Tasted good too! The waiters were professional and friendly. We sat in the dining room and it’s pretty large. There weren’t many people in it besides us. It was maintained but could be wiped down (chairs, tables and window seals) a little better. The carry out customers are very consistent placing orders to go which means the food must be decent. I’ll definitely patronize again.

I ordered today because I was unable to cook due to a health problem. I'm 84 I seldom order from anywhere. But trusted this company. The first problem I recognized was the cheesecake was absent I called the lady took it off my tab She said if I reordered she'd add an extra piece. I paid $7 00 as they charged me $2.00 for a small order No extra piece. I ordered extra meatball, So I got the extra one's but not the ones that came with the dish. This is not the company that I used to know. I'm very disappointed.

Food is good. I only ever get Pizza and fries and in the past, the wings but I stopped ordering those. Its just what you'd expect for the area food wise and a calm lunch if you want to be away from crowds and enjoy a small meal

Why do you think it’s appropriate to charge for a paper bag that you always provided even before the law went into effect? That was BS. I suppose I wouldn’t have given a bad review if this wasn’t coupled with the pizza with too much cheese and too little sauce and when it was clear I didn’t like it, the server didn’t even notice. AND the chicken Parmesan sub did not have a comparable amount of chicken as a nearby competitor. Sorry guys but customer service and subtle messages matter, especially when you have so much competition. You lost this customer. I hope you heed this and keep the rest of them. Truly! Good luck.

Been going to 3 Brother's in Bowie for over 20 yr's. Got sandwich about 2 weeks ago. It was Terrible. They just threw it together i went to talk to the Mgr and he was talking to me like I was 1 of his young employees. Not Disrespectful but like I didn't understand what he was saying I left him the receipt when I bought it and showed him a pic! I'm Done! I run a business as well .Never ask what he could do to make it right !

Sunday at 18:00 we were seated. The only other people in the place left about ten minutes later. Service was sporadic. This place was way over priced. $6 for two biscuits served as appetizers. $15 for the shrimp gumbo soup that had two whole shrimp, a hint of onion and rice with a broth. The Cajun Pasta with shrimp and crab had no crab $30 then the little bowl of $11 Mac and cheese…… all the food was good. Portion to price ratio was way off. >$250 total.I would recommend staying away from this place. Not worth the money. For the owner, tell your staff all Food should come out together, do not mop the floor while guest are seated in that area, mop boy should wash hands prior to carring food out, stay shouldn’t hang out in back of us chit chatting, while glasses are empty. Place was empty and service was poor.

This was my first time at THIS location, I wasn't sure what to expect and hoped that the food tasted as good as the location in College. When I say AMAZING! Everything was AMAZING. There wasn't a wait time to be seated ( on a SATURDAY) at that. Our Server Sam was AMAZING. We asked him what he would recommend, his favorite items on the menu, etc. The other workers made sure to remove any dishes that were empty. We then asked to speak to HIS manager, just to let her know how great the service was, her name is Domonique and she was great. We then thanked whomever sprinkled our food with seasoning ans a little bit of heave because everything tasted AMAZING! 20 out of 10, I would definitely recommend and we're definitely going back. Our server Erica was absolutely amazing and helpful. It was my first time here and guided us through the menu making suggestions and was very knowledgeable about what would work best for everyones taste and did it all with a smile and patience. Food was very delicious and portions of this size are not easy to find these days. The atmosphere is nice with an outside eating area and bar seating also has tons of natural light coming in and notable drink menu. Will be returning.

I came for the first time with my family and from the moment we walked in Lou greeted us and was very welcoming and friendly. Jamal took very good care of us and Erica gave us the best service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, kind and checked on us multiple times. The food don’t get me started on the food, it was tasty, came out quickly and flavorful. 10/10 would recommend I will be back.

I went with my friend for dinner for her birthday. It was good but it wasn't complete meal. When it says fish and grits. I got catfish, 2 large pieces and a small amount of grits but nothing else on the plate. For $25 I expect a compete meal. Biscuits were good and the peach perseveres were delicious. The lemonade was delicious.

I had the honey glazed biscuits starter and the Caribbean jerk lamb chops with asparagus and crispy potatoes plus a side of Mac and cheese. The biscuits were delicious, super fluffy inside and the seasonal spreads of cinnamon and pumpkin icing were great toppings. However they were $6 for two biscuits which I find ridiculous. The lamb chops were perfectly tender and cooked to my order of medium. And had some delicious crispiness on the outside. The asparagus that came with was fine however a large chunk of the white stalk was left uncut. The potatoes I was actually surprised a few of them were actually crispy, I'm usually not a fan of whole potatoes but these were alright. The side of Mac and cheese was perhaps the most disappointing. The noodles were overcooked and near-mush, and the cheese had no flavor. Most boxed Mac and cheese I make tastes better. Everyone else in my group shared the opinion that all the entree's were super flavorful. Service was fine but we had empty glasses for a while and had to specifically ask for refills. They were also mopping around our table like they were getting ready to close despite it being six o'clock, two hours before their posted closing time. The smell made it like we were eating in a public swimming pool for a bit. Also they have two different styles of chairs checkerboarded at each table which I thought was a little weird but not too big of a deal.

The deviled eggs drew us in, but the grits definitely made us stay! The food is fantastic, service was quick, and our waiter Jamari was a pleasure to meet. I plan to have many more date nights here!

We got the Crab Dip w/ sliced baguettes and Crispy Chicken Wings for appetizers. For entrees, we got the Scottish Salmon and General Tso's. For dessert, we we got the Oreo Mousse Cake and Salted Caramel White Cake. It was all yummy- maybe would've liked little more seasoning on the Salmon. The waitress was very attentive and kind. I do wish there was bit more light. We had to use our phone times to see the menu.

The food at Blue Sunday was an absolute hit! I stopped by for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and portion sizes. I had the sushi California roll, a Caesar salad, and wings—and everything exceeded my expectations. The Caesar salad was fresh and came in a large portion, especially for a happy hour menu item. The wings were the real standout—crispy, piping hot, and cooked to perfection. Generous in size and full of flavor. The ambiance was great—relaxed but lively—and the staff was amazingly friendly. They kept checking on me throughout my visit, making sure everything was just right. Blue Sunday has officially earned its spot as my go-to happy hour spot after work. Great food, great service, and great vibes!

1st time visiting and our service and server (Marilyn) were top notch 👌🏽 We were seated shortly after arriving. The food was delicious & the wings were cooked to perfection and flavored well. We really enjoyed the chill vibe of the atmosphere. Definitely will be back to try other menu items and hope to have Marilyn as our server again 🥰

Impromptu date we search for a restaurant with good drinks. They do provide a happy hour and drinks were on point. Our server Gigi was excellent. Food was so good. I can’t wait to come back for dinner.

A really nice place to come and get some express breakfast. You can take it to go or grab a seat and enjoy. The restaurant is spacious and they have booths and table seating. The artwork is absolutely beautiful and the music is a vibe. Now to the food…… the bacon was nice a crispy, the eggs were fluffy and seasoned and the chicken was delicious. They have fountain drinks and good iced teas and lemonades. Conveniently located minutes from Bowie Town Center. Stop by and enjoy!

I was pleasantly surprised. Normally any type of soul food is overhyped and overpriced, however this was different. Went for lunch on Friday afternoon to a 50 % capacity dine in. Ordering was very easy with server repeating back what you ordered for correct placement. I knew it was going to be tasty being that there were zero condiments on tables or around the restaurant. Food came within 15 minutes hot and flavorful. It needed no seasoning at all. Food was amazing for the cost with large portions. Only negative was it came in a plastic plate covered which added water vapor that added some sogginess to my crispy fish. I get the reason why served in take home dishes, so you can have it available with out asking. Either way, a must stop.

Kind of fast food, but homemade GOOD food! Order at the counter and they call your name. I got the three-piece fried chicken meal, which came with two sides and a bread. I chose roasted veggies, Mac n cheese, and cornbread. Everything was hot and delicious! No joke, the Mac was creamy and cheesy, the vegetables tasted great, the chicken was crispy, cooked perfectly, and hot, and the cornbread was sweet with a hint of vanilla or something. Everything tasty, and I think the price was just $18. Employees were very nice, on their game, and fast. Great job, all!

I had no idea this place even existed so it was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon the goodness that is Ruby’s Southern Comfort Kitchen!!! If you grew up with a Southern grandmother like I did who is no longer here, then go quickly to RSK for a taste of nostalgia. We tried the greens, mac and cheese (fire!!!), potato salad ( fire) and smothered Turkey wings along with the yummy cornbread. The plate was perfection and I left with a happy tummy and big smile on my face. Oh, and a nice portion remained for leftovers.

Great tasting home cooked food; cafeteria style service; plenty of seating; wonderful and accommodating employees/service; tables, floor and Male/female restrooms kept clean. Plenty of parking and Wheelchair accessible I can imagine on a Sunday customers will have a wait for a table... but they have order and takeout services. I was very impressed with the attitude and professionalism of the young staff.😃 Downside: plastic dinnerwares, but understandable.

Wow... a hidden Ruby in Bowie! This place is top tier. I was greeted very warmly by the staff. The food was sooo good.. I wish I had ordered more. I had the greens, Mac n cheese and the Salmon. 👏🏾 10 out of 10

This is my first time eating at this IHOP, but it was a good experience. Everything was good. From the Waitress getting my order right, the food came out in a timely manner and was Hot? Best service I’ve had from any restaurant and way better than the Original Pancake house.

Every single time I come here the service is horrible! You wait at least 15mins before your order is taken. Waiters are more focused on pickup orders and seem lost when you come in. The change of management shows.

Ordered through UberEats and hands down, best delivered food I’ve ever experienced. Order was finished sooner than expected so everything arrived still very warm. Presentation was great, food was good and all condiments, napkins and utensils were included (a bigger deal than one may think).

The server was the worst ever. Loud, yelling and inpatient. The worst service l had in a long time. Another customer had a complaint about the food they received and she was acting like it was the customers fault and blamed her for not liking the food... Then proceeded to yell at me"what do you need"across the room in a loud unprofessional manner. SMH. I'm a regular here and I have never been so disappointed at the service.

IHOP overall is not my first choice to eat, but my recent experience there was HUGE improvement from before. Didn't smell bad like before, and service was great. IHOP food though? I'll pass. The three stars is for their improvement.

I ordered off of uber eats and my order is correct on the receipt, however my omelette was entirely wrong. I’m deathly allergic to mushrooms & tomatoes and they are both involved with the omelette. I asked for simple omelette with cheese and bacon with spinach, nothing else. I tried to call and their phone service transferred me to a farther ihop and they gave me the correct number but when I called their entire system failed.

I called the store in Bowie Exelsior Dr. to let them know the vinaigrette dressing was old because the container that the young lady put in my bag was bulging it also look used. Also, they need to change your gloves when doing burritos or quesadilla the same gloves that picked up the container holder refrigerator door pick things up. It’s the same gloves that they used to make the burrito and quesadilla.

Food and service were good.I don't think they have enough workers to keep the place clean. We had to wipe the cleanest table we could find. Also, the Muzak was too loud. Don't think we'll patronize this location again.

The employees don’t have a clue with what they are doing. I had a coupon that wasn’t working and the cashier recommended I try using another coupon to see if it would work. I wasn’t aware that once you use a coupon, it cannot be taken off and at that time that wasn’t the coupon I wanted to use. They didn’t offer me any support and said “oh well it already scanned”. I would’ve preferred to pay for it full price rather than using my coupon. Please do better with explaining things to consumers.

Eat at your own risk! It’s always so dirty. We refuse to eat inside. No one knows what the items on the toppings bar are so you have to describe it in great detail and then say no 50 times before they get it right. They will short you on ALL the items and toppings unless you call them out then they act irritated. They will charge you for free items so pay attention to your total. Everyone either seems pissed or stoned there’s no in between. I don’t care if they’re stoned weeds legal here but like you still have to be able to do your job. Just avoid this location it doesn’t matter if you order in person or on the app it’s just a crapfest.

Good food, it's just that they just nickel-and-dime for extras. Why does the honey chipotle chicken cost extra? Every time I come here, it seems like the bowls get more and more expensive. The restroom was locked, so as a paying customer, I was not able to use it. Overall, this location is ok.

There is a reason why most of Bowie’s dollars are spent in Crofton and the surrounding areas. I ordered two kids meals including fruit and drinks and got two trays full of rice. At least two cups of rice each. No other sides. No fruit, no drinks. The quesadilla wasn’t even cooked. Whoever the franchisee is operating at this location ought to be ashamed! They’ll never get another dollar out of me. It’s a shame the way businesses are ran in predominantly black areas.

There was no customer in the restaurant so I was able to get service right away. However, the basil leaf was disgusting and bean sprouts were withered and old. I asked for new basil leaf, which was a little better but still not fresh. I got shrimp pho, and it tasted just okay, not great.

This place is awful. When you enter the establishment the employees are lounging around with no real sense of urgency to take customers order. Furthermore, the chicken pho soup was lacking in flavor, the chicken was extremely skimp and dry. I couldn’t even finish the soup. Will not be returning. Pho5Up in Crofton is a better option.

Call me crazy, but why was I given a raw chunk of unsliced meat to go? 1. Why would they tell me to thinly slice my own beef? 2. There was no indication on the menu that I was ordering something raw - as someone new to pho. I just found it very confusing 3. It seems like a very small portion for $18 4. I don't know, I'm just displeased

The food was pretty good. We had the pho and it was quite tasty. The Asian poppers were okay, wouldn't order them again. Service was only okay, but the speed at which the food came out made up for it. That and the price is good!

Food was ok. I got the fresh shrimp summer rolls, Asian poppers, shrimp vermicelli bowl and the chai iced tea. The shrimp summer rolls were good with the peanut sauce. The Asian poppers were ok. I could have gone without those. The chai tea was good and the shrimp noodle bowl was ok. I wish the noodles had a taste. Otherwise service was fine and the establishment is clean. Next time I would try the pho.

I tried this place because I got a Groupon $15 lunch for $9. A perfect time to try this place. I've only tried Vietnamese/Thai food from a local family-owned restaurant so I'm comparing from that place. We've ordered 4 things. One appetizer, 3 main course. Asian Popper. I'd give it 3/5. The presentation is so sad. The plate is too big for the food. The balls are uneven in size. The lettuce and ball ratio was off. The taste was eh to be honest. My mom got Pho D'lite. 5/5 it was good. I honestly liked this Pho soup compared to all the Pho I've tasted. Perfect balance of taste from the couple of taste I had. My sister got the pork bowl. 5/5!! I'm gonna get this next time I go there. Pork with rice and pickled vegetable. The vinegar where you dip the pork is just mmmmm, I've been wanting to replicate that taste at home too. I got Shrimp Pad Thai. 4/5. It's still good but the pad Thai that I used to eat is better. The noodle is the same noodle they use for the Pho. The shrimp in there has no taste. That was disappointing.

The family and I had been feeling a bit under the weather so we decided to visit PHO D LITE, because it's close by our home and I didn't want to drive to far. For $18 a bowl , I would had expected the portions to be a bit bigger , their menu states they cook their broth for 36 hours , but it taste very tasteless . I've visited many pho places in the DMV which serve greater portions, with very delicious broth for just $12.

Not to be missed! Great food. Amazing service! Tammy is the best! Prices are super reasonable.

Hamburgers great. Oddly enough, I wanted more lettuce for my burger. If that's the only complaint I have, they are pretty darn good. Sweet potato fries fresh and not greasy. Score should be 4.5 (-.5 for scant lettuce).

Went in 15 minutes after dining room opened only to be told the chef had not arrived but was expected shortly. Disappointed. We left because we had an engagement elsewhere and felt we couldn't count on the chef to arrive "shortly."

Traveled there for work from Tennessee and had My first Maryland blue crab cakes Baltimore style. So good. Craveable. Came highly recommended from the curator of the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum.

You have to triple check your order before leaving the store. You order a club sandwich and each time without fail they do not include the bacon. Bacon is an essential piece of a club sandwich. The attitude of all of the ever revolving employees warrants attention of the franchise owner. The food prep area also looking extremely unkempt and unsanitary.

I knew I should’ve went to the laurel location, the sandwich from there was amazing… but anyway I paid $20 for a big bland sandwich here... And the man making my sandwich low key got on my nerves. I guess he was confused about what a “club sub” was… the menu clearly says “CLUB SUB”!

I really wasn’t going to write this, but I feel I need to because this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service at this location. On Sunday, September 14, around 3:30 I called in my order like I usually do. I specifically said I wanted a chicken cheesesteak with only provolone cheese, extra mayo, and lettuce. I did not order a #16. Normally when I order, they ask if I want peppers or onions, but this time the young lady on the phone didn’t. She also had no phone etiquette — she didn’t read the order back or confirm anything, just said, “It’ll be ready.” When I picked up my food, it had onions and peppers on it. I called back to let them know it was wrong, and she told me, “Well, you ordered a #16, that’s what comes on it.” Then she put me on hold for about five minutes before coming back to say, “Well, what do you want?” Excuse me — I want the sandwich the way I ordered it. She finally agreed to remake it and told me I could come back. When I went to pick up the remake, the person at the grill (possibly the manager) said to me, “I’ll remake it this time, but next time you need to mention it.” That comment was unnecessary and rude — it came across like he was doing me a favor instead of correcting a mistake. Obviously, I now know to be extra clear, but how would I know that if I never order by number and always just say what I want? I told him he didn’t need to speak to me that way because I’m a paying customer just asking for what I ordered. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing name tags, so I couldn’t even note who I spoke with. Overall, the service was unprofessional and could be handled much better. There’s a respectful way to talk to customers and fix issues when they come up. Unfortunately, because of experiences like this, I probably won’t be ordering from this location again even though I work nearby.

The ingredients were old when I went on a weekday evening, around 7pm. I ordered a sub in a tub and the lettuce was brown, tomatoes sweating and soggy, and even the bacon was soft. There was a chunk of cold cut sitting on top of the packaged meats in the display case. Very grimy overall. Maybe its better earlier in the day.

We ordered a Veggie and Club sub. Everything for the Veggie was mixed with the Club Sub and the same with the Club Sub. When someone orders a Veggie they normally do not eat bacon with it! This was a nightmare and Ubur Eats with pictures would not refund us. My advice to the staff reading is fundamental!

First tried Jersey Mikes in New Jersey and when I spotted another one I just had to stop by. The San which was good just like before. I got the chipotle cheesesteak for around $9.50 tax included. Pretty tasty stuff.

I had an amazing experience the drinks was top tier, the seafood was fresh and delicious I love that you can mix all the flavors in one seafood boil. Unlike most crab houses they actually give you 1/2 pound of sausages I could barely finish it all. This will be my new go to spot!!

Customer service is always the first thing we notice when we go into a restaurant right? Normally the hostess is not laying down when you walk in. Hopefully they feel better soon. Our server, (Maia) made was phenomenal. Even though she was the only one I saw working all the tables at this time she managed to give us a smile, she was extremely attentive, we never had to wonder where she was or ask for anything twice. Maia gets 100 Stars! The food here on the other hand could be much better. I think the reviews had my expectations too high. The popcorn as an appetizer was a nice touch. Having a lid on the cup was a very nice touch too. The lids were cheaply made though. The straw would not go in. I made a huge mess and ended up just not using the lid. The scallops were freezer burned and the Cajun sauce did not cover it up at all. The calamari lacked in flavor. I got the all the flavors mixed together everything outside of the corn in the cob was disgusting. All in all. Not worth the price.

Cons: The number of items per bag isn't consistent per person. My fried shrimp weren't fried long enough (the batter basically fell off). They sat the little number of people that were there too close together. I realize there is no need to use the entire place for small numbers of business but at the least can we get a table in between the parties so we don't have to hear each other's convos or feel like we need to speak in hushed tones? Pros: My experience was good for a first time visit. There was no table wait, it wasn't overly crowded (i got there around 4:20pm on a Monday) , the server I had was attentive and friendly as was the staff, the drinks were good and strong, and the food came in a reasonable time frame and hot. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting other locations in the near future. Confused by: I don't understand the height limit for kids. I've heard of an age cut off but not a height cut off.

The atmosphere was awesome! We were so surprised to be greeted with popcorn, that was the first and very different. The “rockin bomb” sauce was delicious, just wished it soaked thru all elements of the food. The portions were fair; however, 1 baby potato was disappointing. The corn was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if it was the type of corn or how the corn was prepared, but my tastebuds were not fond of it. The crab was slightly overcooked but succulent. The sweet tea was good, the service was good, and the food came out promptly. All-in-all I would recommend.

Yooo this place was everything!!! It was a whole vibe! I loved the food, my server was attentive and very down to earth. She gave a tour of the menu because it was mine and my friends first time and was very helpful. All the food was fresh and tasted amazing!!! If you’re ever looking for fresh seafood just ask for RAH and she won’t steer you wrong.

This place is soooo soooooo yummy man the food here is on point. 100% Ive was our server and she was absolutely fantastic so polite and helpful didn't have to ask for anything she was right there. The food was so well flavored that I'm still tasting the flavor as I write this and its been over 30 minutes lol. The place is very nice warm feeling yo it all the staff were very good the menu was not super bug but what they have is done and done right! Crabs were well seasoned, hush puppies real good I got the big pot and boy they hook it up there. Get on down to this new spot you won't be disappointed. My husband and I order quite frequently at this place (for the past 4 years) but the food quality has been going down hill. Each visit has been making it harder for us to return to this place. This instance, I ordered beef chow mein expecting a dish with noodles. Apparently at this restaurant, you don’t get noodles for a dish that literally has the word “noodle” (mein) in the name. It only consisted of some beef slices with veges (onion, bean sprout, celery, and maybe Napa cabbage) in a sauce. Attached a photo. VERY disappointed. Also ordered some fried meat dumpling, just to try it this time. The dumpling is actually “pan-fried” but only on one side and it tasted very doughy. Another instance we ordered some beef fried rice but it had a very strong taste of shrimp. It’s just a very disappointing experience every time now. Sad.

I was in the mood for fried fish and fries. I figured going to Hunan Delight would be a quicker and more cost effective alternative. I was wrong. The fries were hard, seemed old, and were reheated. The fish was by no means the fresh fish catch I expected. Instead, it was seasonless and overcooked filets reminiscent of high school lunch fish patties. Previous meals have been enjoyable and I expected the same. Not so much this time around. Not sure what happened, but I will begin to limit what I order.

Delicious and adequate portion. The Egg Foo Yung I ordered with shrimp had at least three JUMBO SHRIMP in Each of the large egg patties with very delicious sauce over each (served with rice). I will gladly re-order. The other orders here were also very delicious, Seafood Delight and Sesame Chicken. Great local place.

The dishes I've had (listed below) are very satisfying. And for what you're paying, it's honestly a fantastic deal. One order actually satisfies my hunger and I can eat a ton of food. Chef's special chicken is very respectable. Actual thick meaty chunks of perfectly cooked chicken. The shrimp and bean curd items are also done well. General Tso's, orange, and sesame sauces are all good. The black bean sauce I felt was underwhelming. The dumplings are homemade but I find the flavor to be underwhelming and the dough seems slightly undercooked when I get them. Bottom line - tasty, plentiful, incredibly priced.

I ordered fried wings and fried rice. A classic Chinese meal. It tasted like cardboard. I’m very disappointed. How is this okay? The food quality was 0/10. I will never buy food their again.

I use to come here’s I thought the food tasted good. Then one day I ordered take out and found a roach inside my bag with my food. The put your food in a brown paper bag and close it with a stole gin. I don’t know how they missed that big roach. I went back to the restaurant, returned the food and got my money back. I never returned.

I am highly disappointed in the quality of the fried rice. I have ordered from this restaurant many times and this is by far the worst fried rice I’ve ever had! The white is bot crab, it’s chicken. Flavorless chicken. The brown meat may be pork??? I’m re-cooking and adding spices. Never again

Who is checking the employees for customer service? How do you get a hold or send a message to any management? Odenton location has been a go to for 15+ years now and I keep coming back bc it's local and not horrible food, however so inconsistent. Regardless of food quality, for a few years now I am always so hesitatent to chose this place bc of how the employees treat you. You are an inconvenience to say the least. The older guy that's been there for some time does not care if you take your money elsewhere. Simple things like asking for a total or asking for them to repeat the order back to you are just so above and beyond his patience and ability. I'm sure business would be much better for this location if they just had someone overseeing the employees and their day to day interactions with customers. At the very least provide a way to give feedback within the company instead of lowering your ratings on Google and yelp. From a business standpoint, this makes no sense. Supervise your employees and provide a way to recieve feedback.

Ordered crab cakes, fish sub and fries. The customer service is very good and the seafood displayed in the case looks very fresh. The seafood that they cook for you is delicious. I think the fries are a bit to greasy and that makes them look dark (not a fan of the fries). But, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting fresh seafood.

The softshell crab platter is amazing. Its big and juicy and their tartar sauce is great too! Recommend getting their hush puppies too. I would order in advance since cook time is long.

There's no place to sit and eat, so you have to grab n' go, but there's a reason it's packed with people waiting even though they're quick - this is one of the prime places to get your seafood fixin's. Most of it is prepared, from crab cakes (and other seafood cakes) to salad mixes to sandwiches, and pre-cooked seafood. They also have fresh offerings. You can get enough for one small meal or enough for a big party. It's best to call ahead if you know what you want, but it's OK to come in and browse what they have.

$73 and 45 minutes WASTED! Our lunch bunch is always looking for new options and decided to give this place a try. The young man taking orders wasn’t the most customer friendly. We placed our orders which were basic items : fried fish sub, grilled salmon sub,salmon cake sub, first Molly mate trio and hush puppies. After 45 , we finally got our food and returned to work. The subs were literally the seafood item and bread and half ass wrapped and there were no hush puppies. We were not told or offered any sauces during and after ordering. NO ONE in our group enjoyed their food and I threw half my salmon cake sub away as it had no flavor. We should have walked away at the announcement of a 45 minute wait and went to the Pit Beef location across the street.

While visiting for my cousins birthday I went to another restaurant and had a bad experience so I was hungry. I wanted some seafood and went to Google. I found this place and decided to give it a try. The oyster basket is amazing and fresh. The chicken tender dinner was breast and were huge. A little too much breading for me tho. The fried shrimp dinner....my daughter loved it. The seasoned fries was a little greasy but had great flavor. The crab balls were AMAZING....all real crab meat. I got the crab dip because another customer told me it was excellent. Havent tried it yet....going to try when we return back home. Last but not least was my absolute favorite.....Shrimp Salad!!!!!! A little pricey, but totally worth every cent! Huge shrimp, red onion, celery, sauce and seasonings!! Anytime we visit, we will definitely be back!!

It's one of the best seafood places in the area. The prices have increased since I started getting my seafood here in 2008, but that has never stopped me. They steam the crab legs to perfection, and they give you a nice size cup of butter. I can't say enough about this place. If your ever on telegraph rd, I would recommend stopping by.

I would prefer to drive an additional 10-15 minutes to another location before ordering from here. The staff isn’t pleasant and with an open kitchen this place is always messy which says a lot about this establishment. After now reading some recent reviews I definitely will not be coming back.

Always has great customer service and pretty solid food. However I felt the need to do a review which I typically don’t do because of the vinaigrette. Whoever is packing the vinaigrette at this location is using way too much oil and not even mixing the seasoning. Wasting the store’s resources of it and lowering customer satisfaction simultaneously, management needs to sort that out.

Best Chipotle in the chain! Convenient, plenty of parking, bright wide open inside, limited covered seating outside. The food is consistent, the chips are always on point and they are heavy handed with the portions. Excellent service. The line moves quickly especially during the lunch rush and they are quick to clean a table.

Gross here. I try to give them a shot time and time again for my family of 5 because they like chipotles elsewhere and every single time this location fails. Adults can’t eat the food, kids barely do and say it’s gross. Sorry I ordered again. Chicken undercooked, tortillas hard and stale, (low portions of meat I guess for the best in this case here at this location). Truly disappointed.

Employee was insanely rude to me today. Don’t know his name but overweight Hispanic man with glasses working at the pickup order had an attitude the entire time. I came two Minutes early to pick my order, which if they didn’t have the order ready, Its understandable. They didn’t know I made an order which is crazy but I wasn’t mad at all. The man had and attitude with everything I asked for( which is crazy because why have an attitude?, if you don’t want to work there, don’t.)Then, my order wasn’t correct and I told him there were two chips instead of one. He told me that wasn’t correct and I only ordered one. I was about to pull out my phone and show him the order but before I could he rudely threw my chips on the side and said “here” like I wasn’t being truthful. I spend two much money for attitude about something that wasn’t even that big in the first place. Informed chipotle about the incident, they didn’t care. Hopefully you guys can avoid that man and his attitude so your afternoon doesn’t have to be ruined.

This food was so good ! We did pick up and everything was fresh and made correctly. We are from out of town so we aren’t used to the service being this good ! 10/10

This was the second time, in a row, that Chipotle decided to skimp on crafting their burritos.... the burrito was not only smaller than usual, but Chipotle staff decided to put in even less protein than usual as well. Let's not forget that they've been hiking prices as well, more than once per year -- pathetic. Think I've had it with Chipotle at this point, just dissappointed.

This was by far one of my worst fast food experiences service wise, wait wise, and I left without my food or a refund. I ordered food at their kiosk, and I understand things taking longer than planned, however once the 20 minute mark hit I politely asked for a refund. I was told that they’re making my food now if I still want it, I said no thank you I’d just like a refund as I needed to get back to work. I was told that because I ordered from the kiosk that they can’t give me a refund, I asked for the managers card or contact information since they can’t help and I was told they didn’t have one. There were then rude jokes and comments made about me in the background and ultimately I left without receiving my food or a refund. The only time I will be returning to this establishment will be to speak to a manager when they’re available to receive my money back which is unfortunate as I generally ordered from them about 6 times a week.

Enjoy the food and drink, but don't take your free Whopper burger promo offer here to cash in. A ball of confusion 😕 and miscommunication. While the burger with cheese was good, according to my family member, they said they wouldn't go back again because of the incompetent counter service waiter in processing his order. I believe the young man was just new and didn't have experience in processing the promotional offer.

Super long drive through wait times - seriously just waited (can't escape drive through line due to concrete barriers) approx. 15 minutes for a simple, 1 meal order. If the pacific ocean runs out, the fries come with enough salt to replenish 3 times over. So much salt that I believe the state of Maryland may just order a large fry to salt every road in the state for generations to come. I know it garbage fast good, but damn.

This place was even hotter than it was outside! The air conditioner's busted, and there's a note on the door. Shantell was super nice and helpful, even though it was crazy hot. They haven't had AC for two weeks. The bathroom's freezing, but the dining area is like an oven. They should've just closed the store these past few days when it was a hundred degrees. Burger King, you gotta do better for your customers and your workers!.

This was a quick visit to grab something to eat. The last time I was at Burger King was probably in years. The food was fine and accomplished its intended need. There was nothing special, just a grab and go. I likely won't be back. It's nothing against Burger King they're just outdated, and there's too many legit options to compete with.

Went to pick up my mobile order on the way to work. The order wasn't ready when I arrived. One of the lafies appeared to be having an off day, not knowing where things are or not being able to hear drive thru orders correctly. The manager had to step in to complete my order.

Rude drive thru employee! The guy taking my order stopped to talk to other staff. Came back to take my order and had to start over with a rude demeanor. He acted like I wasn't the customer waiting on him to stop talking. When I left the drive thru without placing the order, the other staff were in the store laughing. The store was empty which is probably indicative of how they treat customers.

Good food !! Good atmosphere !! We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and Shrimp Scampi. Service is good, and no waiting line .

This review is for the location in Bowie, MD. Since I was in the area and there isn't one located where I live, I stopped in. First, what I ordered inside came up as "unavailable" at this location within the app. Second, what I ordered, was "EXTRA" Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the photo...that is not extra. I did check my receipt and it looks as if the cashier did not charge me for it after she confirmed it TWICE! Third, the photo of that vegetable on the plastic top, appears to be Zucchini...I guess??? Whatever it is...I DON'T EAT IT! I asked what was in this dish because Stroganoff is no longer on the menu. Outside of having the mushrooms substituted with Broccoli, tge cashier said spinach was the only other vegetable included. Last but certainly not least is the sauce...or lack there of!! Where is it?! Why is the extra so minimal if they already know they barely add any in the first place?! Listen, I'm not saying not to visit this location but please don't do what I did...forget that folks are still functioning in "COVID" mode and are either minimizing or forgetting...check your food before leaving 😏😉

I didn't even take a picture of my food but everything was perfect. From the bag being sealed to the food still being hot upon arrival. The pasta was perfectly al dente & they included everything I asked for on the side. Many businesses fail delivery orders but I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and care put into my order, I just wanted to leave a positive review to highlight my experience. Sn: I haven't had noodles & company in about 6 years so l'm so glad it came prepared well. (Usual order: Penne Rosa w/ Parm chicken. They don't have that anymore so I got Rigatoni Rosa-taste exactly the same, just different noodles)

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. They gave me the wrong order. When I went back to get it corrected, the cashier had an attitude with me as if it was my fault. She was so disrespectful that I decided to get a refund after already dealing with the issue for over an hour. I will not be going back to this location again.

Went for the first time. We ordered the Japanese noodles with steak and the spicy beef. Portions were small, didn't even go past half the bowl for the regular size. It was more of a snack size portion at $21, it was a bit too pricey. Will not return as there are other places where I know I will get my money's worth. Not worth the drive. Staff was friendly.

I hate leaving bad reviews!!!! However, the cashier at this Wingstop was so rude and lacked customer service. You can see her name on my receipt. I urge management/corporate to give her a fast course on how to greet and communicate with customers. Other than that store was clean and the wings were good!

Update: the general manager Dawn is amazing. Not only did she provide great customer service, she remade my order personally and it was probably the BEST wings and fries I’ve had, ever. Tasted the way I remember and loved at wing stop. Unfortunately when she isn’t there, service won’t be there either. This location is terrible. Orders are NEVER ready when they say they will be. They lie and say “5 more minutes” knowing you’ll be standing there for at least another 20. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WINGSTOP. Service is terrible & they certainly can careless about the quality of the food.

Walked into Wingstop and Bowie today. Osmon is very helpful as a young man today. I appreciate that. Very respectful service was amazing. Even offering me other options off of the menu as I was a bit confused which is rare now when you walk into fast food chains. I appreciate the service and I have been to Wingstop a lot

I ordered 40 wings through uber eats. When the driver came in it only arrived with 10 wings. I had to drive there to get the remaining 30. The staff explained that they had 50 orders and they were backed up. While I understand that the staff is not at fault for the back orders. Management should definitely look into that issue. Because if they have so many orders they should give a heads up online or create a better way to handle the amount of orders. I won’t complain about the staff because they do what they can but i will never buy from wingstop again.

My daughter loves this place. Wings and fries are good. Service is very SLOW. They are often understaffed and folks working are not at all efficient. I wouldn't get food here that often but my daughter loves the food so I frequent them a couple times a month.

Service was horrible! Tall guy with a man bun and tattoos was rude and rushing us to order. I'll never go back again. If he treats customers like that, then I'm sorry for the people working with him. My receipt said his name is Kristopher. Hope management fixes his customer service skills.

I am currently rating the store from the store itself. I’ve been standing here for the past 25 minutes and couldn’t get anybody to help me as I’m talking to you. They are all standing around and yet even the lady that I asked to help me ignored me and turned around and act like she never saw me. You can watch the camera. I’m talking this on February. 17th 2025 at exactly 9:39 PM turn on your camera and watch and see how I am being ignored right now. Check how long I’ve been standing here since I walked in and check if anybody ever came to ask me a question and a few of them that I asked never even acknowledged at all. This is not the first time this is happening and this is a daily occurrence, but I’m just writing this. Even the so-called manager that is there never asked me what I’m here for.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 3/10 The service was abysmal and slow. Even if I order something 10 minutes ahead of time, I would end up having to wait up to 20 minutes for my order. There were people in the kitchen, standing around and doing nothing. This McDonald's is infamous for only prioritizing drive-ins and deliveries, if you are walk-in customer, you could be expected to wait up to 25 minutes to order. The floors were littered with fries and the chairs had dust on them. My fries came out mushy and tasteless. When I asked the lady to replace them, it took 20 minutes to get them back, and they were still mushy and tasteless. I asked them to replace it again, and the manager refused to replace them. And when I spilled my shamrock shake, the manager refused to replace it. I only like it cause my cousin works here. Hi David

I ordered three sauces and it’s on the receipt and they still wouldn’t give me the honey. Mustard sauce, sauces.. don’t come to this McDonald’s at all costs. Also the lady was rude.

I usually love these guys, but I got an iced coffee this morning with unknown residue and bugs in it. I realized about halfway through drinking it, and really hope I don’t end up sick.

I came in from out of town for a few days and stopped here for coffee every morning. Nice location that appears to be poorly managed. I was greeted each morning at the drive through order area and told to drive to the first window to place an order? Not sure why they wouldn’t just take my order then, but I went along. At the first window it appeared that the same person who was working the second window would run to the first window, in between customers, and take an order, then run back to the second window to serve? Very bizarre behavior. Anyway, I was only ordering a medium coffee with 3 creams and 4 sugars. They were only able to get my order right one out of four mornings. In other words, they got my very simple order wrong 75% of the time!!! Pretty sad.

Not gonna lie I usually have a problem with how the fries are a bit soggy and have no salt but not in this latest visit at all. Outside of that there is no complaint I have for this location. Everyone there is always hard at work and when I ask for any adjustments that it will not let me put in through the kiosk they make sure to get it just right! Keep up the great work!

This location is consistent with missing food items in drive through. If management would enforce a no cell phone policy, maybe that would help the young employees focus on reading the list of food items to put in a the bag (the one employee was watching videos on his phone). Nothing more frustrating or inconvenient than having to inspect/unwrap everything to make sure it’s the right food/all of the food. I had to drive back to get the other “big breakfast” I had ordered that wasn’t put in the bag the first time. When they handed me the missed “big breakfast”, I then had to wave at the young girl to tell her she forgot the hash brown. I’m a paying customer…why do I have to manage your employees? Management needs to set some boundaries with their employees, and expect better.

The service was laughable at best, unprofessional doesn’t begin to explain the service here. Our server couldn’t focus for five minutes. Tables were dirty and the food was cold. You want a refill? Yeah good luck. Server disappeared for more than 10 minutes leaving everyone puzzled. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalebeño on 1 half. Look at the picture. Why?? If i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Amazing!!! Ms. Kitty and Tanya are fantastic!!! The pizza was soooooooo delicious fresh and cooked to perfection!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!! The lemon pepper fries were fresh hot a delicious as well!!!!!

After paying 80 cents for an additional honey mustard (I love to dip my fries in Honey Mustard) i open my fries to these burnt crusty babies. In addition my pizza was cut very oddly with many micro slices, and macro slices. Nice and friendly staff though.

I started calling this ledos location at 8:00pm on a Thursday night and received no answer so I decided to drive up there and the doors were locked. The sign clearly states that they close at 9:00pm however they closed the store early because they felt like it. I knocked on the window and asked this little girl why they were closed and told her that the sign says that they close at 9:00pm and it’s only 8:30pm. She got smart with me, walked away then came back and said “we are closed, we stopped taking orders at 8:30pm. I told her that I was going to call cooperate and she gave me the middle finger and then walked away. They stopped answering the phones at 8:00pm. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! They are lazy and don’t want to work. Spend your money somewhere else.

I recently ordered a chicken pizza from this Ledo Pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The chicken on the pizza was uncooked, emitting a bad smell, and the entire pizza seemed to be dripping with excessive oil. The taste was disgustingly off-putting. If I had to choose between going hungry or seeking food from a trash can, I'd opt for the latter over ordering from this place again. It's no surprise that neighboring food businesses are thriving while this store remains empty. If you value your hard-earned money and prioritize nutrition, it's advisable to steer clear of this establishment.

My husband and I went to go pick up our pizza yesterday evening and the customer service we received from Wonder was amazing. It got a bit busy so there was a long wait but the cashier was so sweet, I had to leave a review. I was talking to other customers in the lobby about how great she was with reassuring us and taking our orders. It got super hectic but she remained calm and respectful the entire time. Would come back again!

Wife ordered 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings on Friday evening for a gathering on Saturday at 6pm. She placed the order with a manager named “Gabby” over the phone. Fast forward to Saturday at 5:30pm…. Wife goes to pick up the wings and they are not ready. She was told by staff that her order was not in the system at all. She asked to speak to “Gabby” but was told she was in the back. She would not come out to speak to my wife and had one of the staff relaying messages. Wife was also told that they could not prepare 50 1/2 and 1/2. Sadly when my wife went into the store, one of the staff recognized her because we are regulars with takeout orders at least once or twice a week. Contacted another Ledos nearby and they were able to fill our order of 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings in 15 minutes. Picked them up and the owner threw in a bowl of ranch for free. Unacceptable and we will not be back. The one nearby that filled our order on Saturday, filled our order tonight of large pizza, calzone, 12 bone wings and 1/2 pound of boneless.
