If you are from the south, and if you are older like me, you will find the ambiance of this location very nastalgent. It was like going back to my youth with the creaking floors, antique plates on the wall. You don't have to be old though to enjoy the food. It is very well prepared and the ice cream was hand made. This mother and daughter team make all the food and it is delicious. At the end I was looking for where to put my dishes like I was at a family members house. It sucks you in. So go.

I love Simple Pleasures! It's an old fashioned ice cream shop that has special meal events once a month or more. I really like the various ice cream flavors that are a bit different - stracciatella , apple dapple, chocolate thunder, and banana pudding to name a few.

LOVE LOVE LOVE SIMPLE PLEASURES! The family is so kind and the ice cream is amazing! (Have not attended a food event yet because I live so far away; however, I certainly will do so soon!)

Loved the eclectic decor. The owners were awesome and the ice cream and baked cherry pie was delicious. We'll be back. Great Saturday night hidden treasure.

I have been back 3 times in one week. The food is outstanding, as is the hospitality. We will continue to come back and bring our friends.

This used to be my favorite location. Now they overcook the nuggets every time and made chick Fil a unenjoyable to eat. Good thing the Crofton location still cooks them perfectly and have juices with every bite, not this dry mess.

Ordered delivery to my home. Overall it was okay. The milk for my son had no seal and was leaking. My chicken sandwich was probably one of the saddest sandwiches I ever got from a chic fil a. Feeling very let down tonight.

While In the drive thru line and as I pulled up to order an employee named Jermey, his behavior and attitude was uncalled for while I proceeded to order. Once I got to the window to pick up my food my order was also wrong. I recommend the Chick-Fil-A in Woodmore or Lanham location for better service.

Staff was rude. Experienced being treated differently and was refused service based on my appearance of "looking gay" to their male employees who served every customer except me. I was the only one who was served by a female employee after she made me wait last to get my order then they laughed about it. Nothing I did wrong, nothing I said, simply how I look. Shameful. Their rude behavior is how altercations start. This restaurant Will NEVER get another dime from me.

I’ve been coming to the Chick-fil-A for a long time, but Ethan made this experience, a great one. He was handing out samples, and I ended up buying their new seasonal drink; because of his great customer service. He was knowledgeable about all the products And was kind, friendly and welcoming!

Today I went to chick-fil-A greeted by Yesly! She was so kind and funny excellent customer service! I was seen immediately and ordered my food tasty and fresh! it was all laughs and smiles I loved my experience here at the local chick-fil-a and I can’t wait to come back!!

I just stopped at the Chic Fila location in Bowie (Ball Park...), and ordered two salads. I never had a reason not to trust Chic Fila with checking my order before leaving, but wished I had this time. When I arrived home and check my salads they both were wrong. I couldn't take them back because the location is far from my home.

Where to start? I included photos as they definitely speak volumes on the cleanliness of this place. Food: The pizza was bland. No flavor to the sauce and seems like it was just right out of the jar. The crust had a good cook to the bottom and had a nice crunch. What failed it was the overload of the cheese! Too much where the dough under the cheese was gummy. And jar mushrooms?? Atmosphere: The place was dirty and cluttered with pizza boxes. Look at the photos and see the black grime at the bottom of the counters. The refrigerated display case for the desserts had a problem with condensation and was draining water all over the floor. The soda machine counter, the doors look dirty, wet and disgusting. That black moldy looking grime was all over the place! Service: Nothing grand here. The lady who took my order seemed lethargic at best. Served my pizza and that was it. Overall: 4/15 stars is a 26%. This place was a flop, big time. Find a different pizza joint, even if you’re in a rush like I was.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Quality has tanked and prices have skyrocketed. I have patronized this location for over five years. They always had the best pizza in Bowie, until now. Personally, I have never actually had such a bad pizza. Not only did they forget the sauce and increase the prices, but they can't even make the pizza circular anymore, but instead an oblong shape. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a picture of it until my partner and I took a few slices. Regarding the sauce, it looks like they dipped the ladel into their sauce bucket, emptied the ladel, and scraped the leftover onto the pizza. I am so, so disappointed in the lack of quality that I chose this place over all others, and now regret not getting Pizza Hut instead. Just so sad. You know a pizza is bad when you have to eat it with Ragu sauce to make it bearable. The only good thing they did was give me a ton of mushrooms.

My daughter and I ate here this evening for the 1st time not knowing how the food was. Everything was very fresh!!! Tasted good too! The waiters were professional and friendly. We sat in the dining room and it’s pretty large. There weren’t many people in it besides us. It was maintained but could be wiped down (chairs, tables and window seals) a little better. The carry out customers are very consistent placing orders to go which means the food must be decent. I’ll definitely patronize again.

I ordered today because I was unable to cook due to a health problem. I'm 84 I seldom order from anywhere. But trusted this company. The first problem I recognized was the cheesecake was absent I called the lady took it off my tab She said if I reordered she'd add an extra piece. I paid $7 00 as they charged me $2.00 for a small order No extra piece. I ordered extra meatball, So I got the extra one's but not the ones that came with the dish. This is not the company that I used to know. I'm very disappointed.

Food is good. I only ever get Pizza and fries and in the past, the wings but I stopped ordering those. Its just what you'd expect for the area food wise and a calm lunch if you want to be away from crowds and enjoy a small meal

Why do you think it’s appropriate to charge for a paper bag that you always provided even before the law went into effect? That was BS. I suppose I wouldn’t have given a bad review if this wasn’t coupled with the pizza with too much cheese and too little sauce and when it was clear I didn’t like it, the server didn’t even notice. AND the chicken Parmesan sub did not have a comparable amount of chicken as a nearby competitor. Sorry guys but customer service and subtle messages matter, especially when you have so much competition. You lost this customer. I hope you heed this and keep the rest of them. Truly! Good luck.

Been going to 3 Brother's in Bowie for over 20 yr's. Got sandwich about 2 weeks ago. It was Terrible. They just threw it together i went to talk to the Mgr and he was talking to me like I was 1 of his young employees. Not Disrespectful but like I didn't understand what he was saying I left him the receipt when I bought it and showed him a pic! I'm Done! I run a business as well .Never ask what he could do to make it right !

UPDATE: July 28th 2023 Decided to give them a 2nd shot! Worth it, I downloaded there app called "Cal Tort" I ended up w / a free chips and cheese 10/10 I was immediately greeted by a lady of the name Kenya, I told her about my hatred for onions, laugh it off and said she'll take care of me by giving me diced tomatoes instead of there pico de Gallo I went w/ the " Cali sunset bowl" 10/10 Highly recommend, food was fresh, avocados tasted good! Will be back! First time at California tortilla I walked in and the employee greeted me After telling them it was my first time there they kinda didn't care and did not treat the situation different, which in my eyes it should have been an open opportunity for the best type of service they can provide.

The atmosphere was yreat, and the customer service was fantastic! One of the workers (Cindy) was particularly kind and made my first California Tortilla experience very memorable, she was friendly and very helpful as I figured out what to try, I will definitely come back!

Fast fresh food, never understood why Chipotle got greater foothold in America than Cal Tort! Haven’t been here in a couple years, it’s definitely tucked up and out of the way for us. The new design is very streamlined and modernized and the menu has been pared down. Not really digging the new decor - seems kind of sterile and could be any fast-casual venue. Also while the smaller menu makes ordering faster with less options, I miss the old menu with greater variety - most of the items didn’t appeal so I choose tacos. However the food is still fresh, good tasting and relatively good for you! We had a burrito ( pretty ginormous) and the 3 taco meal. Mixed up the taco threesome - steak, carnitas and the shrimp special. The shrimp was the best, with some sweet-chili sauce. The steak was good and savory, nice small cubes pieces of meat. The carnitas was just so-so - nothing special. The burrito was packed and definitely a fork dish.

Great experience down here a cal tor. Looking for a meal after a long day at work and came here for the blackened fish. I waited 3 minutes for fish to cook, but it was very fresh and yummy. The two young ladies working were very kind to me and fast serving. Food was so yummy it felt like I was south of the border the minute I took the first bite! 5/5

One or two negatives can sometimes be forgiven if the overall experience is pleasant. That's not the case here. When we entered the restaurant, there were about 5-6 patrons present, all of which had already been waited on. Half of which were still waiting on their food. We ordered 6 chicken tacos, a bacon, chicken ranch burrito, and chips & salsa. We went to get our drinks and find a table. We walked to 4 tables, all of them were dirty. We chose the least filthy one and I grabbed some napkins, wet them and wiped down the table. After having to clean the table, I then noticed how dirty the restaurant was in general. The glass doors were filthy with finger and hand prints and smudges, the trash bins were full and overflowing, their were straw wrappers strewn across the floor, the pepper sauce bottles on each table were caked down the sides with dried sauce and fingerprints. The booths had dried lettuce and rice stuck to them, the drink fountain was a mess, etc. It is a very dirty restaurant After ordering and waiting 12 minutes, I inquired about the progress of my order and was told that it would "be right up". 10 minutes later, our order was called. I picked up our order and started to pass out the food. I opened what was supposed to be my burrito, and it was a very sloppy taco(?)... I took it back up to the counter and asked what it was and verified that it in fact was not a burrito. The preparer said he would make the right item so I went and sat down while the rest of my party ate their food. 10 minutes later, I went back to the counter to ask about my burrito. It hadn't been made. They finally made it 5 minutes later they called me up for a very sloppy burrito. Then there was presence of what appeared to be bean paste(?) on the wrapper of a soft taco that didn't have any beans on it. This place is a mess. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This California Tortilla is the best in the area! They’ve been here for years and have always been clean, served quality food, and have had great service. The recent renovation looks great too!

Omg if I could rate the Atmospherer a 10 I would! They had Pancho the Bum!

I called the store in Bowie Exelsior Dr. to let them know the vinaigrette dressing was old because the container that the young lady put in my bag was bulging it also look used. Also, they need to change your gloves when doing burritos or quesadilla the same gloves that picked up the container holder refrigerator door pick things up. It’s the same gloves that they used to make the burrito and quesadilla.

Food and service were good.I don't think they have enough workers to keep the place clean. We had to wipe the cleanest table we could find. Also, the Muzak was too loud. Don't think we'll patronize this location again.

The employees don’t have a clue with what they are doing. I had a coupon that wasn’t working and the cashier recommended I try using another coupon to see if it would work. I wasn’t aware that once you use a coupon, it cannot be taken off and at that time that wasn’t the coupon I wanted to use. They didn’t offer me any support and said “oh well it already scanned”. I would’ve preferred to pay for it full price rather than using my coupon. Please do better with explaining things to consumers.

Eat at your own risk! It’s always so dirty. We refuse to eat inside. No one knows what the items on the toppings bar are so you have to describe it in great detail and then say no 50 times before they get it right. They will short you on ALL the items and toppings unless you call them out then they act irritated. They will charge you for free items so pay attention to your total. Everyone either seems pissed or stoned there’s no in between. I don’t care if they’re stoned weeds legal here but like you still have to be able to do your job. Just avoid this location it doesn’t matter if you order in person or on the app it’s just a crapfest.

Good food, it's just that they just nickel-and-dime for extras. Why does the honey chipotle chicken cost extra? Every time I come here, it seems like the bowls get more and more expensive. The restroom was locked, so as a paying customer, I was not able to use it. Overall, this location is ok.

There is a reason why most of Bowie’s dollars are spent in Crofton and the surrounding areas. I ordered two kids meals including fruit and drinks and got two trays full of rice. At least two cups of rice each. No other sides. No fruit, no drinks. The quesadilla wasn’t even cooked. Whoever the franchisee is operating at this location ought to be ashamed! They’ll never get another dollar out of me. It’s a shame the way businesses are ran in predominantly black areas.

Neither soda machine was working but that was not disclosed to customers who were ordering drinks (even after they were told both were broken). I was given a soda bottle as replacement when I asked but other customers were not. They kept selling drinks they could not fill. My order was given to another customer as they were not verifying order numbers, just giving the food to whoever grabbed it. They did eventually remake my order but offered no apology. Employees looked really unhappy to be working there.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years. They are consistent with their high quality food, customer service, no mess up on orders, and cleanliness. Highly recommend.

Very specific issue, but this location consistently has an extremely slick floor. Please consider swapping out mop heads between the back and front of house, because the grease transfer creates a safety hazard.

Summer is a great cashier. Friendly, fun, and gentle! Bathrooms were spotless, employees talkative, lobby? Spotless. A great feeling.

Imagine working from home and wanted lunch worse ideas was to order my regular smh hot dog under cooked burger was sloppy and falling apart with the bites I taken cheese wasn’t melted fries were uncooked no crunchy still hard in the middle on some smh ……. I’ve have Five Guys in hundreds of locations over the years. And I have to say that this one location in Bowie is the best. I don’t know what they do here but the burgers taste way better. Well made and super fat. Almost taste like a completely different burger place. Keep up the good work it’s noticeable! 👍

I purchased a salad from Chick-fil-A at Vista Gardens Marketplace in Bowie and the salad was horrible. For the last couple of years, the quality of the food at this location has not been too good. The salad I purchased had so many cut lettuce stalks, wet limp lettuce and strings of chicken thrown in it. In addition, the chicken had that nasty brown stuff piled on it that accumulates while cooking the chicken that should’ve been scraped off. You could tell it was unprofessionally and carelessly made. This is my second time having an issue with this particular store, but I figured I’d give it another chance. I believe they may have to hire another staff, since the ones who are currently working there don’t care. I wasted my money and WILL NOT be returning to that Chick-fil-a.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal on the app, i go in to get it they whisper my name then put my meal towards the register when it is supposed to be in the meal pick up area, i start eating my sandwich and they must have thought i selected cheese only, the american cheese slice was thicker than the “chicken” on the sandwich. will not go here again this is unacceptable

The staff is wonderful and the managers really go the extra mile to make sure we're always satisfied. The atmosphere is much more personal here than other restaurants! Wonderfully run restaurant.

There is a girl there who swings her dreadlocks (auburn brownish color hair) with her hands/gloves while packing food. Very disgusting. And typically none of the staff wears gloves while packing French fries.. then their hand is touching the fries. Nasty.

The service has really fell off the last couple of years. This is probably the slowest in the area. Sadly, it's not because they're understaffed but because people stand around and not work.

I was craving something quick and ended up grabbing a meal here—classic burger, fries, and a Frosty. The burger hit the spot, hot and juicy, but the fries were a little limp, like they'd been sitting too long. Service was fine, not overly friendly but got the job done. The place was clean but kinda dull, not really a spot you'd hang around in. All in all, decent for a fast-food fix, just don’t expect anything fancy

Terrible. I made the mistake of walking in the restaurant. The staff are rude and not helpful. I was barked at to go to another register and when I walked there the lady walked away and barked at someone else to help me. I ordered an apple pecan salad and after I paid they told me they were out of the dressing. The fries were bitter, oil needs to be changed. I took my order to go and when I got home the salad was wilted and chicken smelled off and looked slimey. Lastly, the women's bathroom smelled horrible and one stall had a bag over the toilet. The bathroom was dirty and in poor condition.

I went to the Wendy's at Harbour Place in Bowie Md and the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was dry and hard..it tasted old.. how do u mess up cookies? Well they did and they were burned and hard as rocks!🤮 I ended up throwing away the food...i was sick with an upset stomach after eating there..called customer service and it's a 30 min wait!😳 Never did get anyone on the phone...Beware!

I have never seen a Wendy’s this filthy in my life. On a road trip with family of 6 and extremely disappointed. Mens bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Women’s bathroom smelled awful and filthy. Seating area had garbage everywhere not a single table was wiped down or cleaned and every garbage can was over flowing.

Stopped by for a quick bite with family from family vacation and the attitudes that was displayed by hostess Nayely was disappointed. She was so rude and snappy. Overall my order was incorrect twice but, It wasn’t snappy. The manager kept telling her to get a piece of paper and write the order down.

They were very busy, took about 15 min to get a burger. The burger was average, and cheese wasn't melted. Besides that they were ok. This location is very popular on a Saturday which was kind of surprising. They did manage to make sure order was correct and they did a great job taking care of their customers in lieu of how many they were.

One of the worst Wendy’s ever. The staff has attitude issues and always rude. Management is very difficult when you complain. And they’re always out of salads especially the Cobb. Fries are usually cold and the presentation of the food is not good most of the time.

You have to triple check your order before leaving the store. You order a club sandwich and each time without fail they do not include the bacon. Bacon is an essential piece of a club sandwich. The attitude of all of the ever revolving employees warrants attention of the franchise owner. The food prep area also looking extremely unkempt and unsanitary.

I knew I should’ve went to the laurel location, the sandwich from there was amazing… but anyway I paid $20 for a big bland sandwich here... And the man making my sandwich low key got on my nerves. I guess he was confused about what a “club sub” was… the menu clearly says “CLUB SUB”!

I really wasn’t going to write this, but I feel I need to because this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service at this location. On Sunday, September 14, around 3:30 I called in my order like I usually do. I specifically said I wanted a chicken cheesesteak with only provolone cheese, extra mayo, and lettuce. I did not order a #16. Normally when I order, they ask if I want peppers or onions, but this time the young lady on the phone didn’t. She also had no phone etiquette — she didn’t read the order back or confirm anything, just said, “It’ll be ready.” When I picked up my food, it had onions and peppers on it. I called back to let them know it was wrong, and she told me, “Well, you ordered a #16, that’s what comes on it.” Then she put me on hold for about five minutes before coming back to say, “Well, what do you want?” Excuse me — I want the sandwich the way I ordered it. She finally agreed to remake it and told me I could come back. When I went to pick up the remake, the person at the grill (possibly the manager) said to me, “I’ll remake it this time, but next time you need to mention it.” That comment was unnecessary and rude — it came across like he was doing me a favor instead of correcting a mistake. Obviously, I now know to be extra clear, but how would I know that if I never order by number and always just say what I want? I told him he didn’t need to speak to me that way because I’m a paying customer just asking for what I ordered. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing name tags, so I couldn’t even note who I spoke with. Overall, the service was unprofessional and could be handled much better. There’s a respectful way to talk to customers and fix issues when they come up. Unfortunately, because of experiences like this, I probably won’t be ordering from this location again even though I work nearby.

The ingredients were old when I went on a weekday evening, around 7pm. I ordered a sub in a tub and the lettuce was brown, tomatoes sweating and soggy, and even the bacon was soft. There was a chunk of cold cut sitting on top of the packaged meats in the display case. Very grimy overall. Maybe its better earlier in the day.

We ordered a Veggie and Club sub. Everything for the Veggie was mixed with the Club Sub and the same with the Club Sub. When someone orders a Veggie they normally do not eat bacon with it! This was a nightmare and Ubur Eats with pictures would not refund us. My advice to the staff reading is fundamental!

First tried Jersey Mikes in New Jersey and when I spotted another one I just had to stop by. The San which was good just like before. I got the chipotle cheesesteak for around $9.50 tax included. Pretty tasty stuff.

Only giving 3 stars because of the size of the "Family Size" Mega Cesar Salad. I doin't know what family that they think that it serves, but it was no more than what one would get for an entree salad for one - no way that it could be shared as a side salad for a family - much less 2 people. There were more croutons than lettuce in the salad. If that was family-size, I'd hate to see how small the side salad is!

First time at this location. Love that they had a kids meal option now. The person making my pizza didn't know how to make the advertised mod pizza. But the pizza was delicious still. Personally I like pizza crust rather than flat crust so I personally probably wouldn't get pizza here again but my kid loved it so we will probably be back. The no name cake is good and I like that they have a reward program. Their juices and lemonade is tasty.

Pretty good quick pizza. Not my favorite, but sometimes its good to customize what you want and do some different toppings. I had an issue once where the pizza didnt come out great but the folks behind the counter remade it for me. So good people working there which is always nice.

Ordered with a delivery app. Pizza came DRENCHED in cheese. I didn't ask for extra cheese. Even if I did, this is crazy. I was so hungry I ended up managing to eat 2/3. Couldn't get the last section.

Plenty of parking and easy to get to, and was not particularly busy during Friday lunch time. My pizza and salad assembly specialist was polite, cheerful and helpful, as well as quick and efficient. This is my first time at this particular MOD, and it did not disappoint as I got the quality of food I expected, turned around as quickly as I've come to expect. Good job!

Missing parts of my order. Food is cold. Not blaming that on delivery driver since we live a minute away from the store. No reason the cheese should be hardened to the crust. Pizzas look like crap. Barely any toppings. Very unhappy for the money I spent. Won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

I came inside to order around 9:40pm, the store closed at 10pm. 1st time visiting MOD pizza, and Danny was sweet enough to explain what they offer and how it works. Danny was so sweet and had great customer service! I'll be visiting always because of him. Everything was clean and organized even 20 minutes before closing. I've found my new pizza spot!

I would prefer to drive an additional 10-15 minutes to another location before ordering from here. The staff isn’t pleasant and with an open kitchen this place is always messy which says a lot about this establishment. After now reading some recent reviews I definitely will not be coming back.

Always has great customer service and pretty solid food. However I felt the need to do a review which I typically don’t do because of the vinaigrette. Whoever is packing the vinaigrette at this location is using way too much oil and not even mixing the seasoning. Wasting the store’s resources of it and lowering customer satisfaction simultaneously, management needs to sort that out.

Best Chipotle in the chain! Convenient, plenty of parking, bright wide open inside, limited covered seating outside. The food is consistent, the chips are always on point and they are heavy handed with the portions. Excellent service. The line moves quickly especially during the lunch rush and they are quick to clean a table.

Gross here. I try to give them a shot time and time again for my family of 5 because they like chipotles elsewhere and every single time this location fails. Adults can’t eat the food, kids barely do and say it’s gross. Sorry I ordered again. Chicken undercooked, tortillas hard and stale, (low portions of meat I guess for the best in this case here at this location). Truly disappointed.

Employee was insanely rude to me today. Don’t know his name but overweight Hispanic man with glasses working at the pickup order had an attitude the entire time. I came two Minutes early to pick my order, which if they didn’t have the order ready, Its understandable. They didn’t know I made an order which is crazy but I wasn’t mad at all. The man had and attitude with everything I asked for( which is crazy because why have an attitude?, if you don’t want to work there, don’t.)Then, my order wasn’t correct and I told him there were two chips instead of one. He told me that wasn’t correct and I only ordered one. I was about to pull out my phone and show him the order but before I could he rudely threw my chips on the side and said “here” like I wasn’t being truthful. I spend two much money for attitude about something that wasn’t even that big in the first place. Informed chipotle about the incident, they didn’t care. Hopefully you guys can avoid that man and his attitude so your afternoon doesn’t have to be ruined.

This food was so good ! We did pick up and everything was fresh and made correctly. We are from out of town so we aren’t used to the service being this good ! 10/10

This was the second time, in a row, that Chipotle decided to skimp on crafting their burritos.... the burrito was not only smaller than usual, but Chipotle staff decided to put in even less protein than usual as well. Let's not forget that they've been hiking prices as well, more than once per year -- pathetic. Think I've had it with Chipotle at this point, just dissappointed.

This was by far one of my worst fast food experiences service wise, wait wise, and I left without my food or a refund. I ordered food at their kiosk, and I understand things taking longer than planned, however once the 20 minute mark hit I politely asked for a refund. I was told that they’re making my food now if I still want it, I said no thank you I’d just like a refund as I needed to get back to work. I was told that because I ordered from the kiosk that they can’t give me a refund, I asked for the managers card or contact information since they can’t help and I was told they didn’t have one. There were then rude jokes and comments made about me in the background and ultimately I left without receiving my food or a refund. The only time I will be returning to this establishment will be to speak to a manager when they’re available to receive my money back which is unfortunate as I generally ordered from them about 6 times a week.

While the burger with cheese was good, according to my family member, they said they wouldn't go back again because of the incompetent counter service waiter in processing his order. I believe the young man was just new and didn't have experience in processing the promotional offer.

Super long drive through wait times - seriously just waited (can't escape drive through line due to concrete barriers) approx. 15 minutes for a simple, 1 meal order. If the pacific ocean runs out, the fries come with enough salt to replenish 3 times over. So much salt that I believe the state of Maryland may just order a large fry to salt every road in the state for generations to come. I know it garbage fast good, but damn.

This place was even hotter than it was outside! The air conditioner's busted, and there's a note on the door. Shantell was super nice and helpful, even though it was crazy hot. They haven't had AC for two weeks. The bathroom's freezing, but the dining area is like an oven. They should've just closed the store these past few days when it was a hundred degrees. Burger King, you gotta do better for your customers and your workers!.

This was a quick visit to grab something to eat. The last time I was at Burger King was probably in years. The food was fine and accomplished its intended need. There was nothing special, just a grab and go. I likely won't be back. It's nothing against Burger King they're just outdated, and there's too many legit options to compete with.

Went to pick up my mobile order on the way to work. The order wasn't ready when I arrived. One of the lafies appeared to be having an off day, not knowing where things are or not being able to hear drive thru orders correctly. The manager had to step in to complete my order.

Rude drive thru employee! The guy taking my order stopped to talk to other staff. Came back to take my order and had to start over with a rude demeanor. He acted like I wasn't the customer waiting on him to stop talking. When I left the drive thru without placing the order, the other staff were in the store laughing. The store was empty which is probably indicative of how they treat customers.

Good food !! Good atmosphere !! We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and Shrimp Scampi. Service is good, and no waiting line .

I forgot how good Noodles & Co is! Cashier was very sweet and the guy who brought my food was very helpful. This location beats another md one I had gone too. Its not too busy in here so not any commotion

This review is for the location in Bowie, MD. Since I was in the area and there isn't one located where I live, I stopped in. First, what I ordered inside came up as "unavailable" at this location within the app. Second, what I ordered, was "EXTRA" Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the photo...that is not extra. I did check my receipt and it looks as if the cashier did not charge me for it after she confirmed it TWICE! Third, the photo of that vegetable on the plastic top, appears to be Zucchini...I guess??? Whatever it is...I DON'T EAT IT! I asked what was in this dish because Stroganoff is no longer on the menu. Outside of having the mushrooms substituted with Broccoli, tge cashier said spinach was the only other vegetable included. Last but certainly not least is the sauce...or lack there of!! Where is it?! Why is the extra so minimal if they already know they barely add any in the first place?! Listen, I'm not saying not to visit this location but please don't do what I did...forget that folks are still functioning in "COVID" mode and are either minimizing or forgetting...check your food before leaving 😏😉

I didn't even take a picture of my food but everything was perfect. From the bag being sealed to the food still being hot upon arrival. The pasta was perfectly al dente & they included everything I asked for on the side. Many businesses fail delivery orders but I'm extremely pleased with the customer service and care put into my order, I just wanted to leave a positive review to highlight my experience. Sn: I haven't had noodles & company in about 6 years so l'm so glad it came prepared well. (Usual order: Penne Rosa w/ Parm chicken. They don't have that anymore so I got Rigatoni Rosa-taste exactly the same, just different noodles)

Food is always Yummy. Missed it when we moved away for a few years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store can be a bit of a mess when it's busy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. They gave me the wrong order. When I went back to get it corrected, the cashier had an attitude with me as if it was my fault. She was so disrespectful that I decided to get a refund after already dealing with the issue for over an hour. I will not be going back to this location again.

Went for the first time. We ordered the Japanese noodles with steak and the spicy beef. Portions were small, didn't even go past half the bowl for the regular size. It was more of a snack size portion at $21, it was a bit too pricey. Will not return as there are other places where I know I will get my money's worth. Not worth the drive. Staff was friendly.

The service was laughable at best, unprofessional doesn’t begin to explain the service here. Our server couldn’t focus for five minutes. Tables were dirty and the food was cold. You want a refill? Yeah good luck. Server disappeared for more than 10 minutes leaving everyone puzzled. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalebeño on 1 half. Look at the picture. Why?? If i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Amazing!!! Ms. Kitty and Tanya are fantastic!!! The pizza was soooooooo delicious fresh and cooked to perfection!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!! The lemon pepper fries were fresh hot a delicious as well!!!!!

After paying 80 cents for an additional honey mustard (I love to dip my fries in Honey Mustard) i open my fries to these burnt crusty babies. In addition my pizza was cut very oddly with many micro slices, and macro slices. Nice and friendly staff though.

I started calling this ledos location at 8:00pm on a Thursday night and received no answer so I decided to drive up there and the doors were locked. The sign clearly states that they close at 9:00pm however they closed the store early because they felt like it. I knocked on the window and asked this little girl why they were closed and told her that the sign says that they close at 9:00pm and it’s only 8:30pm. She got smart with me, walked away then came back and said “we are closed, we stopped taking orders at 8:30pm. I told her that I was going to call cooperate and she gave me the middle finger and then walked away. They stopped answering the phones at 8:00pm. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! They are lazy and don’t want to work. Spend your money somewhere else.

I recently ordered a chicken pizza from this Ledo Pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The chicken on the pizza was uncooked, emitting a bad smell, and the entire pizza seemed to be dripping with excessive oil. The taste was disgustingly off-putting. If I had to choose between going hungry or seeking food from a trash can, I'd opt for the latter over ordering from this place again. It's no surprise that neighboring food businesses are thriving while this store remains empty. If you value your hard-earned money and prioritize nutrition, it's advisable to steer clear of this establishment.

My husband and I went to go pick up our pizza yesterday evening and the customer service we received from Wonder was amazing. It got a bit busy so there was a long wait but the cashier was so sweet, I had to leave a review. I was talking to other customers in the lobby about how great she was with reassuring us and taking our orders. It got super hectic but she remained calm and respectful the entire time. Would come back again!

Wife ordered 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings on Friday evening for a gathering on Saturday at 6pm. She placed the order with a manager named “Gabby” over the phone. Fast forward to Saturday at 5:30pm…. Wife goes to pick up the wings and they are not ready. She was told by staff that her order was not in the system at all. She asked to speak to “Gabby” but was told she was in the back. She would not come out to speak to my wife and had one of the staff relaying messages. Wife was also told that they could not prepare 50 1/2 and 1/2. Sadly when my wife went into the store, one of the staff recognized her because we are regulars with takeout orders at least once or twice a week. Contacted another Ledos nearby and they were able to fill our order of 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings in 15 minutes. Picked them up and the owner threw in a bowl of ranch for free. Unacceptable and we will not be back. The one nearby that filled our order on Saturday, filled our order tonight of large pizza, calzone, 12 bone wings and 1/2 pound of boneless.

Normally my experiences are great here however today my food was sub-par. Half of my chicken breast was all fat. Considering I spent over $12 could've gotten better food for less across the street at Chipotle

This was a fantastic event. I enjoyed the people I met and the painter was engaged with everyone . I would definitely do it his again. Great Job Chick-fil-A!

I am specifically writing to commend Ms. Gina for her toddlers and preschool events. We have been about three times and each time has been well organized and lots of fun hands on activities geared to this demographic. The play area is utilized after the event and it’s always cleaned well before we arrived. We highly recommend it to other families.

It would be bias for me to comment. Basically because I'm an employee of that Chick-fil-A. However, it has to be the most unbelievable friendliest place to be. For me, it's been a delightful cultural experience. Even the owner is frequently there interacting with ALL of the customers. The management staff is very respectful 🙏 and courteous. I believe that I've said enough, enjoy Chick-fil-A Bowie Marketplace.

We attended the Action Hero Night & it was a fun time! My kids enjoyed the activities & meeting the Super hero cow. Lol I spoke with Gina the Marketing Director & she is very welcoming. I hope CFA continues to have family events!

We attended the children’s paint night and had a blast! The staff was friendly, food delicious and the event was sooo much fun. My children enjoyed painting, the cookies and cow hat at the end. Such a great experience. We can’t wait until the next one!!

This Chick-fil-A is consistent with their service. Whenever I've gone, they get my order correct a majority of the time, their relatively timely, and the food is typically fresh. Whenever I've had issues, they handle it without any reservations. My kids like it and I really enjoy their fries and milk shakes.

Horrible service Didn’t get the order right and when we tried to order fries, we were ignored The tacos are so thin they literally dissolve and you have to pick the fillings up. The food is not fresh.

I had been driving over 7 hours and finally reached our destination and wanted to get some food to bring back to our hotel for my family of 8. I ordered 15 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and they gave me all 15 with rice in them only. I didn't notice until we got back to our hotel, and they were already closed.

About what youd expect from taco bell. Not great quality food but edible. Order sometimes doesnt come correct. But its taco bell thats how it is. Probably 4 stars but coprate is making taco bell really expensive. Spent like $20 the other day on two meals, like when did that happen? Also they got rid of a lot of my favorite items which lean vegetarian. They also need to bring back the beefy crunch burrito

My boyfriend just bought me tacos tonight. The request was for no cheese. The two hard tacos were apparently premade with cheese on them. They took the time to push most of the cheese off the taco and served that... Didnt attempt to make them without cheese per the request. First thing I noticed was a few pieces of cheese poking put the sides of both tacos. I opened them to see what sneaky thing they did with my food. I requested no cheese for a reason. It would be one thing to accidentally prepare it with cheese due to human error. I can deal with that as a lapse of judgement. Its a whole different ball game to know it had cheese on it, push it off to try to hide the fact and to serve it anyway. That's intentional. Playing games with peoples food is sick. They have no idea why a person would request certain items to not be served. If the request was too difficult then say you can't fullfil the order. Period. Disgusting behavior. Check the pictures. If you glance at the taco you can't really see cheese. Look a little harder and bam they left plenty of evidence.

9/28 ordered a 10 pack and other items for a total of $30. Got home and my tacos had more shell than meat, cheese and lettuce. Just because it says fast food doesn’t mean you have to rush and skimp on the items we pay for🤬

I've been to this taco bell twice, both times I have asked for extra chicken which is like 1.50 or more upcharge, and I can count on one hand how many peices of chicken I have in my bowl. Would rate as a 0 if I could.

I am highly disappointed in this location. This is the closest dunkin donuts to me but after being let down so many times i’m just going to start making a drive to another one. They just add the bacon like nothing when the times I’ve gone to other locations they chop it up and spread it evenly. Everytime I order avocado toast here it’s awful.

Just was rude toward me for no reason at all. Very unpleasant, I won't be returning to any Dunkin Donuts at all in this area. They use to be great, nice service but today rubbed me the wrong way. I notice just an observation that most of the reviewers that had issues here were black as I am also, take that as you will.

DO NOT COME! I REPEAT! DO NOT COME! I just placed an order for a doughnut and a hot coffee. The drive-through was so long. Obviously, I know other people order other things, but I should never wait in the line for 10 minutes. Finally, once I got to the window, I was never acknowledge by the worker. The photo is attached so you can see the worker. I then proceeded to tap my phone, He tried to take my phone and tap it for me. Immediately after he taught my phone, he then started scratching his nose with absolutely no gloves on. I felt disgusted. Once I paid for it and he gave me my coffee I’m waiting for the donut that he has in his hand, He walks around with it like a dog on a leash. A donut? Just hand me the doughnut. He then proceeded to play on his phone. I should’ve snatched it out of his hand, Don’t come to this location. I’m not sure if it’s the culture, Or whatever it is, but go to another one. Also, I was drinking my iced coffee the other day, and ran into an iceberg of sugar.

Everyone was patient as we selected various taste testers until I found the one. MMMM! Delicious. We had 3 specialty orders and they were all made perfectly.

Aside from this location messing up my cake order on my sons 6th birthday few years back, they handled the situation quickly and was very apologetic and communicative. I’m appreciative of that. This is my go to location, their donuts are fresh, prices are good and they ALWAYS have the ice cream we like. Also one of the few locations that have sugar donuts. The staff is friendly. This area often causes an interruption in cellular service so get your life together before you get there.

I paid with cash. My change was .35. The employee asked me if I wanted my change. I replied yes. When I emptied my pocket I realized he'd given me .34. I guess this was punishment for not leaving the change as a tip.

Depending in the time of day, the service is great. You are less likely to get a correct, and warm order when they aren't busy and not an hour before closing. Also, this location will close early and not make additional food closer to the hour before closing. I've recently gotta a completely burnt meal because they were busy and I wasn't able to go back due to more pressing engagements.

Absolutely disgusting location with unsanitary and extremely unpleasant employees. While at drive thru window, male employee was actively chewing his fingernails behind counter and handling orders; will not be coming here again and would advise others to avoid this location as well.

This location on Sundays has to be the worse location. Where are the adults because they aren’t paying attention to orders handing out cold food and drinks that they paid zero attention to the customers request. Please don’t ask for a napkin or a straw because the attitude you get in return is so unnecessary. I used my mobile app to avoid these mixups but yup they still happen.

Usually everything about here is 5 stars however this morning not so much and maybe it’s because I personally came too early. Ordering was a breeze it, I always get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel minus the egg and a large Sweet Tea. As I anxiously wait for my food I was offered my tea first. At the very first sip it tasted like it had been there all night just sitting. Out of all of the Dunkin’s I have been to until today this location always made it perfect. One sip was enough to know I couldn’t continue to drink it, I informed the young lady when she handed me my food that it didn’t taste right. She proceeds to tell the other young lady behind the counter, she dumps it out then proceeds to make a new one however when she hands me this one she asks me to taste it in which I do. Instantly the tea taste like a combination of both tea and coffee. I don’t need a third remake to know that I just won’t be coming back for drinks in the future which is disappointing because I loved this location.

Does not adhere to store hours. Showed up at 8:20pm and the doors were locked. Store employees pretended not to see my party as we stood at the door. Definitely would not recommend this establishment. Save your money and time!

They serve freshly baked pastries, coffee ,their signature donuts, sandwiches and more. Its a small space but I think it’s still okay for a mid-afternoon coffee/tea and if you just want to quickly get some work done on your laptop.First time here and the service was okay.
