Golden Corral Buffet & Grill is a beloved family-friendly buffet chain that offers an extensive all-you-can-eat selection of classic American dishes, complemented by inviting salad and dessert bars. Many patrons return year after year, especially during holidays like Thanksgiving, where they are often pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. While some may find the initial wait daunting, it typically moves swiftly, and once seated, guests can enjoy a well-organized dining experience.
My friends apparently come here for Thanksgiving every year, and I hadn't been since I was a wee lad, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The line to get in the door was off-putting, but it moved quickly and the seating was well designed. The Thanksgiving food was excellent, and even the steaks were very well cooked. I will have to stop judging this place just because it's a buffett. Despite not liking the standing in line part, the rest of the experience was great. Just remember to bring cash for a tip since you pay the bill up front and the wait staff is very nice.

We have been to many Golden Corral restaurants in our travels and this location is by far the best! If every Golden Corral was like this one, we would spend more time choosing to eat there. Dominique was attentive, friendly, and very welcoming. He kept a smile on his face and interacted with every customer around him; that is perfect service in my opinion. The food was at the perfect temperature during every course and the key lime pie was a perfect finish. The bars stayed full and there were multiple locations for the most sought after choices. Great job all around!
Patrick B — Google review
The food was really good and the restaurant was clean only reason I gave it a 4 is because my server literally did nothing but collect our plates. My daughter had to get her attention for a refill. She refilled all of her other tables but for some reason not ours. The whole time I was trying to see how to get cash to leave her a nice tip but after that service I just gave her whatever cash I had on hand. She introduced herself in the beginning which was nice but how do you not refill someone drink the whole meal. I can’t read her handwriting but she wrote her name on the receipt
Kat M — Google review
Golden Corral is always the same. I like this location off Cobb Pkwy. It was clean and busy. The server was on point with cleaning the dining areas and checking on guests. The food was decent. My highlight usually is the steak. The fried foods and veggies were standard, nothing impressive. It’s just a base model buffet…If you want premium great food, get to a high end buffet or go to Vegas!

Our server was Amanda, and she had a pleasant smile on her face throughout our dinning experience. Thank you, Amanda.
Chi-Chi E — Google review
My kids love going here! I think it's because they can eat ice cream for dinner. The food is good and the variety is a big plus. I always leave a little too full. The atmosphere is ok, and the servers were really attentive and friendly. Great deal for people who can't choose one kind of food.
Carl M — Google review
Golden Corral was a huge disappointment today. The service was below mid — we had a waitress, but she was pretty much nonexistent the entire time. Not rude, just completely absent. The food? Honestly terrible. Everything tasted old, recycled, and way too salty. It was like they just reheated yesterday’s leftovers and threw them out on the line. Tried to get an omelette, and the omelette lady had a serious attitude about being closed. No courtesy, no explanation — just rude. We spent $40 for this mess, and it absolutely was not worth it. Save yourself the trouble (and a potential bathroom trip) and go to a different buffet — or better yet, cook at home. Definitely not coming back.
Jake S — Google review
This Golden Corral location is hands down the best. We come here all the time. It is always clean and the food is amazing. From the time we first walk in, we ALWAYS feel welcomed. The general manager Abdullah is always approachable and you can see he cares about the customers and staff. Sherlonda served us today and was amazing, always on point with great service. I highly recommend this location as you will have a great experience.

IHOP is a beloved chain known for its extensive menu featuring an array of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes. During a recent brunch visit, my friends and I indulged in various breakfast specials that left us thoroughly satisfied. The egg and Swiss omelette paired with pancakes was a delightful surprise, especially with the unique sauce on top—possibly salsa! Another friend enjoyed the French toast special, which also came with pancakes and meat options.
Parking: Free Service: The waitress was new because she kept asking what we ordered again and again. I hope she gets better at it. Food: I ordered the banana foster crepes. It was okay. I had better. Atmosphere: A place for family and friends.
Tonya W — Google review
Three of us went to this IHOP for brunch and we each got one of the breakfast specials. Robert and I each had an egg & swiss omelette special that came with a couple pancakes and choice of meat. I can't recall what the sauce was on top but i want to say salsa. Regardless, it was a very unique but tasty addition! Candi had the french french toast special which also came with pancakes and choice of meat. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of hers. Everything was so delicious and enough to satisfy our appetites. I personally can say that i was even borderline stuffed! The waiter was excellent. With our dietary restrictions he was accommodating, and throughout our meal he was attentive but not the least bit annoying. I really appreciated that he waited until all of us were done eating before offering to bring the checks. That earns a 6th star IMO! I wish I could remember his name because he earned recognition ...and a raise! Overall, i believe this was the best dining experiences I've ever had at an IHOP. About 15 or so years ago, i had 2 separate bad experiences back-to-back which left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak (but not at this location). Since then, i think I've only tried the food one other time, but it wasn't at all impressive like today's visit. I would highly recommend this location and I'll try to find out the waiter's name so you can request him personally if you want to guarantee excellent service as well.
Freedom S — Google review
They are very friendly and attentive. They took care of me and my son and kept checking on us, making sure we were doing alright and refilling our drinks. I recommend this IHOP restaurant.

Got a 2-2-2 2: 2 pancakes, 2eggs and 2 bacons with extra bacon but I switched my pancakes for Gluten Free pancakes. Randy the Mgr was soo nice and Derrick who took my order was quick, friendly and answered my questions about options. While I was waiting on my order I saw Randy help a customer find a pickup order that was in the wrong spot and difuse that upset customer calmly and with a smile. Great job!

HOLY CRAP, this place was amazing between quick service, amazing customer service and such a wonderful atmosphere. The waitress was a sweetheart and I am 100% coming back here.
Jacqueline G — Google review
I dined in earlier today, the food was hot and good, no issues there. My service was good as well, the lady who served me was very kind, though she looked sick. I could see into the kitchen area, the cooks, or whoever was back there, were being very rude to her. I’m not sure what happened but she didn’t look well. I’m concerned for the well being of the servers. It is clear that she did not seem well but no one offered to help her, or so it seemed. Very disappointing and sad to see that. They need to do better to take care of their servers
Lainey — Google review
I always have a good experience at this location with my to-go orders. Today, I called to place an order and I accidentally hung up. While I was trying to call back, the employee Brandon was calling me to see if I still wanted to place an order. To me that was above and beyond. And although they were busy when I came to pickup my order, Brandon and the managers still had positive attitudes and took care of me and the other customers. In these times when customer service is at a low, I appreciate kindness, attentiveness, quality and quantity.
Crystal S — Google review
I came here with a friend for dinner. It did take about 5 minutes for someone to sit us down. After that, service was fairly decent. Food came out in a relatively good time. Food was hot. The food tasted pretty good as well. Good place to eat, but maybe not so much at a late time when service staff is smaller.

If you're in the Atlanta area, Martin's Restaurant on Austell Floyd Road is a must-visit for anyone craving classic fast-food fare with a Southern twist. Known for their mouthwatering biscuits, particularly the egg, bacon, and cheese variety that practically melts in your mouth, this local chain offers a delightful experience for breakfast lovers. While some patrons have enjoyed quick service through the drive-thru and praised the friendly staff, others have noted that cleanliness could be improved at this location.
This is the best, wait a minute... THE BEST Egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit I have ever had from a restaurant. This biscuit just MELTS in your mouth.😋 If you are in Atlanta visiting or haven't been to Martin's, you BETTER get it there. I went through the drive-thru, so I'm not sure what the inside atmosphere is like.

Please dont eat here !!!!! I found a cup top in my tea that they fixed. When I showed it to the manager after I had drinked it acted like it was not a big deal no im sorry that happened. We will make sure that we pay a little more attention to this make sure it dose not happen agian. Very unprofessional. He start off defensive said they is no difference if it on the cup or in the cup. We have to do better.

The food is alright I'm my opinion. But my wife, and father-in-law love this place. I find them to be a few steps above McDonald's. But it's a decent place to grab a quick bite of your hungry and on the go.
Kevin B — Google review
Be aware that prices DID increased earlier this year! A large bacon egg and cheese biscuit used to be $3.51 +.48 for cheese total was $3.99 is now $4.51 + .63 for cheese total $4.51 ! Cashier or who seems to look like manager did not know this! I definitely felt gaslighted and his tone made it seem it was an issue when I asked if the prices increased. He essentially made a whole scene in his own restaurant. Yet he definitely doesn’t know his store because I have been going to that martins for 10 years. A simple “yes they did increased” would have been sufficient. I understand you can’t control prices but it felt like I was overcharged when at the drive through and it wasn’t until I investigated at home, that’s when I noticed I was right. Prices INCREASED.
Jenny — Google review
I enjoy the bacon and egg biscuit but I've become turned off by this location because of the drive thru widow. The widow itself is absolutely disgusting and makes me think where else is. I've seriously drove out the way to yeti other locations because of this.
Kii S — Google review
I ordered a Sausage Breakfast Plate with Sausage Gravy on the biscuit and a medium Diet Coke. The Breakfast plate was listed as $6.90 on the menu board. The final cost was about $14 - which I don’t understand. I’ll just suggest that if you are budget minded, DO NOT DEVIATE from what the plate comes with. Gravy alone cost me about $3. Ridiculous.
David W — Google review
I have ordered the same thing for the past two years; this morning they gave me the wrong order - did not repeat the order or tell me the amount at the window & put an allergen of mine in the meal. Now I'm out more money than normal & I can't eat my breakfast.. not very happy about this. I cannot turn around for a fix due to being at work now - the whole point of a drive thru.
Dani ( — Google review
The food has really gotten disgusting in here. I ordered large steak and gravy biscuit dry steak and gravy biscuit I have ever had barely had maybe 2 to 3 teaspoons of gravy on it only had half of the biscuit and the grits taste like hairspray with no butter in them

Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain renowned for its delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and a variety of salads and sides. While the food is typically served hot and made to order, some locations may experience delays with mobile orders due to heavy traffic congestion. Navigating the pick-up lane can be challenging, as it often wraps around the building. However, despite any hiccups in order accuracy, Chick-fil-A's exceptional service shines through.
Thanks to Chic Fil A for funding our volleyball banquet dinner! They are the sweetest and we really enjoyed everything. Completely fresh, and delicious food. ❤️

I don't go to C-f-A often but when I do I expect to get the company brand of service. Last night I placed an order for drive thru pick up, scanned and pulled up. My shake came out quickly. Then I waited. Mind you, I was the only car at that time of night. I watched 5-6 young folks, including a manager standing inside talking while I waited for my order. I had asked for extra barbecue sauce from the girl that brought the shake & she said she'd give me some. 1. I was given the same amount of honey roasted BBQ packets that were allowed on the order app. 2. The bun was literally falling apart and I did not get the mayo I requested. 3. The fries were stale. 4. The macaroni and cheese cup was not full.
Stephanie R — Google review
Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had I've gone here three times thinking it was a fluke but nope.. The ladies specifically taking the drive-through orders flat-out acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. My chicken tenders came out soggy, cold, and honestly felt undercooked. Fries? Barely warm and I literally counted only eight in my “medium” order. My lemonade was somehow manageable even when its too tart, because the packed to the brim with ice (as always) will somehow water it down. But in that mean time you barely get any actual drink. And for the third time in a row, they “forgot” my sauce. If this is the standard now, god help us all. I really tried.. I make it a goal not to come to this one anymore but with the one off Thornton being closed at 8:30pm this is my only choice since it's near my job when I get off. I should of taken photos because this was disgusting. I wish I had a better word. Like imagine eating soggy cold undercooked feeling tenders and fries with absolutely NO sauce to mask the texture and smell. currently regretting this $10 meal. I will not being eating at this location, drive through confusing, long wait times, blindspots when driving, not student drive friendly.
JoJo B — Google review
Really Chick-fil-A??? I paid 4 dollars and some change for half a container of yogurt and a few pieces of fruit?!?! 3-stars because the chicken biscuits were good, but the granola parfait is a huge rip off.
Obii365 — Google review
i HATE this location. it’s always bad. the nuggets are never coated well enough. always dry, never juicy. then it’s like they fry too many at once so they never get crispy. even the tea is nasty. the fries are always cold. i had something hard in my soup. like it’s always something. this is closest to me
IamtheePINKster — Google review
The food was hot and made to order but this location took a while to make my mobile order. It is also a terrible location, very congested traffic. I had a hard time getting into the pick up lane and getting out of the pick up lane once my order was ready. I definitely wouldn't want to park and try to walk into the store as the 2 to-go lanes wrap around the entire building.
Deborah C — Google review
Used the mobile order app, arrived approximately 15 minutes later, got told to pull off to the side to wait 5 more minutes for “fresh” food. What’s the point of using an app if it isn’t faster? And the fries were a bit skimpy on volume. Regardless, Don’t push a mobile order app if it isn’t going to be faster. And then tell the customer “we’re getting you fresh food”. From what I observed, ordering at the window and sitting in line would have been faster.

Panera Bread is a delightful counter-serve bakery and café chain that specializes in serving an array of sandwiches, salads, and more. Renowned for its freshly baked bread, this cozy spot also offers free WiFi, making it perfect for both casual dining and quick business meetings. One standout feature is the kiosk ordering system, which allows guests to easily customize their favorite meals.
Karina is an amazing associate and the reason why I will enjoy going back to this place. Her patience was above and beyond and the best I’ve experienced from this location period. Corporate please understand the person you guys have . Customer service is a lost cause but with Karina at your location she’s shown me something different that all of us customers coming to pay for a meal deserve. Promote her!!!
J K — Google review
I pulled up to this location super hungry, hoping to enjoy the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I had from another Panera in Georgia last week, which I truly enjoyed. Unfortunately, todays experience was terrible. First, there was an extremely long wait time in the drive-through—at least 10 minutes (7 to order, then 3-4 more at the pick-up window) with no one ahead of me. When I finally received my sandwich, it looked like it had been put together by a 3-year-old—it was torn apart and messy, almost like someone had taken a bite out of it. I decided to go inside to ask for a refund. The manager, Jacob, insisted that the sandwich “comes like that” (looking torn apart), and when I asked for a refund, and handed him the bag he pointed to the trash can behind me and said “oh we can’t take that back”. He then grabbed the bag with an attitude and tossed it into the trash behind him. To make matters worse, the inside of the restaurant looked disgusting. I’ve never seen a Panera this run-down and unappealing. Honestly, I thank God this experience happened because I would not have eaten there, given how unsanitary it appeared. I wouldn’t eat at this location even if someone paid me. It was gross. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, go check it out for yourself. 🤢
C.E F — Google review
Absolutely pitiful. Not only did the workers have attitudes, but THIS was what $13 got me?? No bacon on my sandwich as requested and this disgusting puny egg.
Aleigha S — Google review
I went to this location for the first time in years. Ordered through the app and picked up the food. Got home and the Greek salad had wilted lettuce and cucumbers! I had to throw all of the cucumbers away! I called and spoke with a manager and she said that the veggies should not have been wilted. I said ma’am, I have no reason to call the restaurant after reaching home about the quality of this food! Instead of offering to replace the salad and offer an apology, she said to bring the salad back for them to see it and they will replace it. Who in the hell is going to go back to this low star restaurant to bring a salad back for it to be investigated?! That’s okay Panera, I haven’t been to your restaurant but a few times years ago and I will continue that same process to never to return in the future! I didn’t get the manager’s name, however, she was there around 7PM on August 28, 2025.
Platinum P — Google review
Customer service was horrible!! They were rude and didn’t care how long I waited. Upon entering the store, no one ever greeted me or anything. After using the kiosk and no interaction with a person. Placed my order went to the pick up area where again no one greeted me they just through my order on the counter. I had two orders and was picking up for another order. Had to ask for bags with handle since my order was large. Girl did not know how to tell which bag was which when I gave her the order number I had to show her which one was which with the order number. Just in general, horrible customer service
Cherish G — Google review
DO NOT ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU! I Love Panera but their drive thru and mobile app needs help. Ordering through the drive thru is ALWAYS a long wait! You will be waiting at least 20 minutes. I have ordered multiple times at the drive thru and at different hours and it’s always a very long wait. Over 45 minutes for a bowl of soup is ridiculous! Their drive thru system needs help. Very disappointing. Ordering through the app is the same. I place orders online and receive alerts that my order is ready to pick up and when I do my order is almost never ready! And this is becoming very frustrating. This is my favorite place to have a bite and enjoy a calm, relaxing environment but there are many flaws with their customer service. They have many delicious vegetarian options. Their baked goods are always so warm and fresh. Panera is my favorite healthy fast food place, but I don’t come here as often anymore due to long wait times.
Nickolle D — Google review
Ordering at the kiosk is a great way for me to customize my favorites. We enjoy the variety of healthy and vegetarian options. We sometimes have quick business meetings over a meal.
Hermano A — Google review
Food is always pretty decent Normal Panera food. However, this location in particular has really loud music compared to the other Paneras in the area And it’s very difficult to focus. I asked them to turn it down one time as respectfully as possible. I think the music got even louder lol. I’ll go to the other locations to work.

Martin's Restaurant - Austell Veterans Memorial is a beloved local fast-food spot that serves up classic dishes with a Southern twist, including their famous biscuits. Recently under new management, the restaurant has seen positive changes that enhance the dining experience. Guests rave about the fresh food, like the hearty breakfast plates featuring eggs, bacon, and perfectly made biscuits paired with just-right gravy.
Very, very, very much a historical land mark for sure. Possibly the best one to go to. You park your car under the drive in, relax, eat, people watch from the safety inside your car. Funny recommend on hot days if you ain't got no air.

The drive through was quick even though they were packed. I ordered 2 tenderloin biscuits with side order of sausage gravy. The biscuits were a little undercooked and neither it or the sausage gravy were seasoned so they tasted like wet cardboard. The tenderloin however was tender and delicious. The side order of sausage gravy was small yet pricey. They did not provide napkins or plastic wear and I had to go back through the line to get some. Overall I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Sheila B — Google review
First time I’ve been to Martin’s that the biscuit tasted like it was old. Also, it look like they didn’t put but one egg on my sandwich which was a large. I usually go to Martin’s and enjoy my breakfast very disappointed today.

I know I didn’t just pay 3$ for a small scoop of cheese grits. Nothing is hot and I just left, I stay less than 4mins away from the location. Last time I had an issue and I went back to store, I got yelled at for wanting fresh food and my order correct. Mind you I was pregnant then, and today this is just unacceptable, last time going here

Pay 15 dollars and only get half of what you order after waiting for 20 Mins. If your gonna take time to play around in there take time to make sure the customers that pay for their food get what they ordered. This is a every visit thing
Alexis M — Google review
This location is a local landmark... and historically been good, BUT it needs to be renovated, old, unsightly and just not sustainable. Quality of the food is suffering. NOTICE the 80 score on the health department inspection. PEOPLE this is a very, very poor score eating here could be putting your health at risk. (notice color differences of the ham) SEE the score and read the details. This is store specific. Other Martins locations are in much better condition with better health dept scores.

On busy Saturday mornings, this quaint diner can fill up quickly; arriving early ensures you beat the rush and enjoy your meal without feeling cramped.
My boyfriend and I went here for a random brunch on Saturday and it was nice. Food wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was a chill but upbeat kind of vibe. It was a little smaller inside then we expected but good thing we went on a day and time it wasn’t busy. It looks like when they get busy it can be crowded. They were playing 90/2000s music and my boyfriend loves that so it was cool. The staff was very friendly and we received great customer service .

First time visiting here; I tried the Tuna Melt Sandwich. The fries were great the sandwich wasn’t to my liking. It was a bit mushy. It also lacked seasoning, the sandwich comes with provolone and banana peppers. The peppers kinda took over it.

FINALLY another GREAT Breakfast Restaurant in West Cobb. THUMBS UP Breakfast was delicious!!!. The food was great.. Waitress was Great.. The food was inviting and is tempting enough go return the next day for the same dish. My wife ordered the catfish, in which I snacked on while I ate chicken and waffles. All I can say is that it was Good eating....

Cute little diner spot, can get really busy on a Saturday morning. We got there around 9am which seems to be just before the rush hour. I enjoyed my meal (portions were great) and true to their word, prices are very reasonable/affordable. Staff were friendly, and food came out within a reasonable time. I was pleasantly surprised by the biscuits as I was not sure about the whole wheat component but it was light went well with their homemade blueberry jam. Lots of options to chose from, and I appreciated that they had a variety of meat options. I would eat here again.

My recent visit to Thumbs Up Diner left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. This diner’s commitment to delivering a top-notch breakfast experience is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. The cozy yet vibrant atmosphere immediately caught my attention, creating the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal. The menu offers a diverse range of breakfast options, and I couldn’t resist trying the classic buttermilk pancakes. They were nothing short of perfection – fluffy, flavorful, and generously portioned. The service at Thumbs Up Diner deserves special mention. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Whether it was recommending dishes or refilling my coffee, their hospitality was exceptional. Thumbs Up Diner truly understands the art of a great breakfast, making it an ideal spot for locals and visitors alike. The combination of delicious food, inviting ambiance, and outstanding service earns Thumbs Up Diner a well-deserved five stars. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their tempting menu.

A well-established and enduring fast-food franchise renowned for its hamburgers and French fries has recently undergone noticeable refurbishments, revitalizing its appearance. The establishment had been displaying signs of wear and tear beforehand. Its updated look is rather impressive! A persistent issue seems to be the frequent turnover of employees, which occurs too often. It would be advantageous if they could modify their menu board each time there are changes in pricing. This particular fast food eatery is frequented multiple times per week.
Shout to the manager, Kevin! He was great. Efficient and very consistent with my order, as well as giving myself and friends a military discount. 10/10 remind this store! #GladIFoughtForMyCountry

I visit this location today after lunch time and the young lady that gives the food in drive-thru had the worst attitude in the world. My drink was leaking, I asked for sweet and sour sauce multiple times and was never provided with it. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup multiple times and were priced with two. She was an extremely rude person. Please remove her from the drive thru window, she is truly misrepresenting the brand. Extremely disappointed today.

I used the self-service kiosk, so my order was accurate. I don't understand why I waited almost 10 minutes for a fairly standard order, especially since neither the lobby nor the drive-thru were very busy.

Everyone isn't homeless!!! I came to this location after visiting a friend who is currently in Wellstar hospital. The manager treated me like I was a homeless person. The manager!!! I purchased a chicken meal that came up to $9.32! However, before I left the building I had to use the restroom. This man (the manager!) came banging on the door! How rude!! I will NEVER buy anything from here again!!! By the way, I am currently a Store manager and I would never treat my customers like he treated me!

I'm just gonna hold back on any words that I have to say because I'm really irritated right now. Just know after all the waiting they still ended up not bringing any of the sauces even though multiple of my orders had chicken nuggets...... yes I may sound like a fat guy, but I'm not we all know the pain of ordering chicken nuggets and not getting sauce! And I get home and 1 order of nuggets is missing !

Came here to eat breakfast we decided to dine in. First walking in we were greeted by another customer we stood in line and the guy told us we have to order from the machine. Second we waited 30 minutes for our food (separate orders) when my order was called I walked up and to my surprise the elderly gentleman that ordered when I did was still standing there waiting to pay when I mentioned it to the lady she stated well he has to wait because we are short staffed! My friend ordered an ice Coffee just like I did but when her order came up she was told the machine was broken and they weren’t serving ice coffee I will post pics as proof. Had I not wiped the seats we would’ve sat in dirt with small kids. Poor management poor customer service! If you want better pay you have to do better what I experienced today was not worth $13/hr more like $2.50/hr.

Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobody ever answered or responded. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees ignore you on top of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be ignored and get sick from undercooked food.

What a cute little spot. My mom kept telling me that she saw a new breakfast spot, and we finally decided to try it. I'm so glad we did because it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so jolly and welcoming. The decor is quite cute and the music is good. The server brewed us fresh coffee, and the food was beyond yummy. We tried plenty of things and wanted to try more, so we'll most definitely be returning. I'm so glad this place opened. It's a little gem.

I've driven by this place a lot and there's always people inside. I'm often busy during their open hours so I made a point to come and check it out. I wish the pancakes were fluffier but I was happy that the chocolate chips I asked for were in the pancakes and not just tossed on top. The biscuits and gravy we got were good, but my husband says there was just enough gravy for one biscuit, but he didn't ask for more. I asked for maple syrup and they actually had some instead of the maple flavored syrup. They have house blend, dark roast and decaf on the menu for coffee, and we asked for dark roast and they brewed some fresh for us both when we arrived and when we were given the option to take some to go. The staff were super friendly and on top of things, we never had to flag down our server. Overall the good was good and I want to return to try other things on the menu. Oh! I forgot to say that the cronuts were super fluffy and hot.

We came here for breakfast and there was a good size crowd. We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered Crab a cado, steak and eggs and a kids meal. All items arrived hot and was exactly how we ordered them. My steak was cooked just the way I ordered it in between medium and medium well. We also wanted to try the blueberry muffin and the donuts which were both amazing! The blueberry muffin was sliced in half and placed on the griddle which was an interesting take but gave it a nice crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The donuts were ordered with caramel and powdered sugar. There were no left overs of either. Oh the hot cocoa was so creamy. All in all our waitress was amazing and got everything right! We will be returning very soon.

I’ve visited this place twice—once to sit-down and once for takeout. There’s always a lot of people in here so my family and I figured this was a good place. During our first sit-down visit, we were seated fast, but the food took way too long, and the food was mediocre. Our takeout trip, turned out to be a huge mistake. We were given a 40-minute wait, which turned into 60 minutes. To make matters worse, both orders of buttermilk pancakes were sour. It’s almost impossible that someone else didn’t complain about their spoiled buttermilk pancakes. I immediately called the restaurant and was told the manager would call me back, which she never did. I gave it a day and called again, only to be informed that the manager couldn’t refund me because I had taken the food out of the restaurant. Seriously? It was takeout! I even had the food in my refrigerator, ready to return it and show them that we hadn’t eaten the pancakes because they were inedible. The girl who answered the phone once again told me that the manager would call me back, and again they never did. I will NEVER WASTE my money on this place again. It’s one of the few breakfast spots in the area, but I’ll gladly take the drive to find a better place with better food and better value for my money. The least the manager could have done is call me back. It’s clear that the manager doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of the food at Eggs Up in Austell!!

Placed my order online said would be ready at 1:03 walked in at 1:05 there was no welcome when I walked in, finally got help she asked my name went to check on my order comes back and says it's not ready but I can see my food sitting the moment I walked in. I finally asked another staff member she a walked up checked the screen noticed my order had not been bumped so it had been sitting the whole time I was there getting cold and soggy and the avocado started browning. Finally walked out at 1:17 and I asked for cheese in my eggs and there was none even after the waitress asked the cook if it was cheese in the eggs. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied by this being my first experience I took pictures of my food and will be leaving several reviews about my experience

Wife and I came at 10:40AM. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes we were seated. We placed our order with Anna at 11:10AM. she was an excellent server. The cooks were very busy and we did not receive our order until 11:45AM. Our omelets were a little undercooked and sent one of them back and the manager came back to argue with me about how underdone. She claimed that white gelatinous egg that I pointed out was actually melted yellow cheddar cheese. Coffee was okay and we finally ended our meal at 12:10 which spending an hour and a half for 2 omelets and cup fruit seemed over kill.

Misleading and not worth it. My kid and mother wanted the Red, White and Blue Waffle as pictured on the special menu we were given (see 2nd pic). The first picture is what they received. I counted and each waffle had 4 blueberries and one strawberry sliced into thin slices. There were 4 thin slices of banana and a dollop of whipped cream. Not as pictured and not worth $10. This was our first and last time here.

If you're on the lookout for a health-conscious spot that serves up delicious and nutritious blended drinks, look no further than Smoothie King. This vibrant chain offers an impressive variety of smoothies packed with fruits and veggies, making them perfect for anyone seeking a filling meal replacement or post-workout boost. One standout option is the High Protein Almond Mocha, which not only tastes amazing but also keeps you energized without the dreaded sugar crash typical of many coffee beverages.
I’ve been into other Smoothie Kings in the area and nothing beats the customer service I receive than when I go to the one on East West Connector. I went in today and got a smoothie bowl and Crystal was nice, smiled and made sure to acknowledge me by my name. She displayed a very positive attitude. It’s little things like that that always make it a great experience.

Starbucks, a coffeehouse chain based in Seattle, is renowned for its unique roasts, light snacks, and availability of WiFi. It serves as an ideal spot for individuals seeking a quick treat while waiting for takeout from another restaurant. Offering an array of beverages, such as iced Chai Tea Latte and White Chocolate Mocha, Starbucks ensures a delightful experience with its flavorful drinks.
A very welcoming experience at this location in Cobb County in Georgia. The atmosphere and the employees were accommodating along with being extremely friendly which added a certain level of good tidings as you are sharing your dollars for their menu items. So if you don't need the hustle of the Perimeter area then stop by this location.

I love Starbucks but I will never come back to this location.. I waited more then 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my online order I ended up going inside after 30 minutes of waiting to find my coffee just made horribly. On top of getting a terrible remodel (literally only 5 tables to sit at, all squished almost the wall where the line must form in front of the register), I went in to order an afternoon beverage & could not sit. They had all the seating shut down & its 3pm? Just when I thought this Starbucks couldn’t get any worse…. They continue to disappoint me at this location. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Slow service. Slow drive through. Bad remodel. No seating. 20/30 minute wait for one drink??? Starbucks please do better.
Savanna — Google review
Recently remodeled, looks great. Less chairs and tables to sit down at. My highest recommendation is to do mobile ordering, the line is sometimes down to east west connector. Sometimes I will park, mobile ordering, and wait 5mins before walking into the store.. I still beat the people waiting in drive thru. I also like that whenever I get my tires /wheels worked on I can just walk right over. It’s very convenient.

Stopped by here to do some work while my daughter had morning summer camp, and these folks could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They set me up with real glass for a "here" set up, and checked in with me, making sure I knew I got free refills for having coffee there instead of to go. They even asked me if I wanted a free to go coffee as my last refill. I have never had such good service at a Starbucks!
MinuitD E — Google review
So I'll start this off by saying I'm a very patient person. I used to come here all the time and I've always expected to wait 20 to 30 minutes to receive whatever I ordered. It's so close to my house that I deal with it and I don't really mind waiting in the drive thru lane. I just put the order in the app and head there. The other day as I was in line for check out for Walmart I started ordering. By the time I ordered, checked out, walked to my car, and sent a few texts about 6 to 8 minutes passed before I got to the drive thru. It was a totally empty line! That never happens! In fact there were no cars around, it was actually dead inside too. I was so stoked to get my two drinks and head home. Then, of course, something bad had to happen. I tell them my name at the speaker and drive around. As soon as I stop a young angry looking woman opens the window and proceeds to lecture me about ordering on the app. According to her "You aren't allowed to come pick up mobile orders for 15 minutes after you order". Which I know is just false. On top of that she proceeds to tell me how inconsiderate and rude it is that I'm there early and messing things up for them. After that spiel I thought I'd have to wait on my drink only for someone else to immediately give them to me. That's right. They were already ready. My drinks were the two drinks that were next to her as she dogged me out for.... existing? I didn't drink the drinks because I was kind of afraid to after that and got an app refund. My biggest regret is that I just froze and took the abuse. No one should have to be treated like trash for being a normal customer. All in all I'll probably avoid this place for the next six months until it cycles through employees since I usually don't see the same person for very long. That's saying something because I stopped here 3x a week for the past two years. Just wanted to warn some folks out there. Maybe one of y'all can be brave and bold enough to clap back.

To the person, hopefully not manager with the red protective hair style. Thank you soooooooo very much for returning my money since you guys took so long preparing two Spicy Chiks, onion rings, and apple pie. I hopped back in drive thru to confirm readiness, and was concerned about if it was cold or not at that point because I was the only one in line at the time. I was told on speaker that it was about to be brought out but it was several people in line at this point. So yes I tried to do you guys a favor by driving around the building a second time. But now getting out my car coming to the window to assist you guys. I tapped once nobody budged. But when I tapped harders of course I got the cook attention.. Again drive thru operator is still attempting to gather my order. But Here You Go, On A Power Trip Returning The Company's revenue showing more incompetence when you could have had a retention conversation. Ex. Um Mam Excuse Us For The Timing Of Our Service, I understand you are anxious for your food, or in a rush. But try not to knock on the window like that. Give Us A Sec. . That's what being a manager looks like. It's not your house homey, It's Business. But I'm so ecstatic that you gave me the opportunity to get better food, and speedier service with that same $13 bucks.

Dunkin' is a beloved chain that has been serving up delicious breakfast items and an impressive array of coffee drinks for years. Known for its all-day breakfast, Dunkin' offers a fantastic selection that allows you to customize your meals just the way you like them. Whether you're craving a hearty breakfast wrap or their delightful strawberry cream cheese bagel, each bite promises freshness and flavor. The drive-thru service is notably efficient, making it easy to grab your favorite treats on the go.
Breakfast was Fantastic. I got a hot nutritious meal....The drive thru was efficient and very quick. I was able to customize my order, with a breakfast wrap, no bacon, no chipotle, and a tall glass of water with extra ice. I come here at least once a week....sometimes twice a week. I like that they serve Breakfast all day!! It is a game changer. Their $6.00 meal is quite a Bargain. I love their Ice Coffee with it. After 3 PM they have discounted Coffee prices. It is just the "umph" I need in the Midafternoon, when I have a full schedule. Especially on Tuesdays when I have guitar class at 1 PM and NCCF Bible Study at 7:30 PM. Hallelujah!!
Karen B — Google review
This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this Dunkin because I don’t live in the area. Both times the young lady has an attitude. Just like a lot of the reviews say. The first time I contacted corporate about it and they offered me a free dozen donuts. 2nd time was great because I went to go redeem the donuts. 3rd time today same girl same attitude who’s on the speaker. When I pull up “go ahead with your order” I ask about flavors for the daydream she says it so fast and with an attitude. I tell her which one I want and she says “thats it” I said yes and she says “pull around”. I ask her if she is having a bad day she shakes her head slightly no, and rolls her eyes. The whole interaction was lack luster! Then I go a little ways up the street to Zaxby’s to get a very warm pleasant greeting and a thank you! I thought after the first visit there after I complained things would be different but same disgusting attitude. I will probably try once more when I’m in the area again and if no change I will personally write the CEO of Dunkin regarding my experiences with evidence and additionally add all of the similar complaints I’ve seen here! She is definitely in the wrong industry!!
Cynthia W — Google review
"Gen Z Stare" sums this place up perfectly. It's more like a glare. No greeting. No "Can I help you?" No "What the hell do you even want?" Nothing but a hateful, angry stare. Staff are very animated, loud, and having a great time with each other and their friends. Then suddenly angry, put-out, and sullen when someone approaches the counter. "Cannot be bothered" is the general demeanor. Reported to corporate/manager. Absolutely no change. If anything, even worse. I honestly don't expect friendliness or even polite behavior anymore. Honestly, I don't. I'm sure these youngsters hate their job, don't get paid enough and are, basically, miserable and angry at having to work in the service industry. I get that. But I draw the line at ugliness and flat-out disrespect when I hand someone my money for a damn cup of coffee. Coffee's not great. Pastries aren't either and are usually mislabeled. Ladies' room was out of order for at least two weeks. Nobody cares here. Atmosphere is flat, loud, and unfriendly. There are other coffee shops in the area. Don't bother with this one.

Absolutely terrible service from the drive-thru. They acted like they didn’t care about your order, and like you’re doing them a favor. Furthermore, they didn’t tell you what window to go to or how to pay. Instead, they close the drive-through window and pointed to a machine outside and then advise you to go to the second window. They all had an attitude, and I tried to call and speak to a manager, but no one ever answered the phone. I will be reaching out to the franchise to let them know how horrible their service is.

Just left at 7:20pm on 4/17 very unprofessional customer service from the person who may have been the manager the way she was talking. I ordered a strawberry/mango refresher (mix) because since I started going to DD about 3 months ago, it's the only drink I usually get that way, at this location. The young lady on the intercom was professional and stated "oh we cannot mix the refreshers", when I asked for better understanding as I had just got one yesterday 4/16/23 per my receipt, the owner or manager (as she referenced talking to her staff) took over the intercom stating in a very aggressive and rude manner "No, No" and then proceeded to tell me "we don't mix concentrates" and proceeded to ask me questions and inform me I had the wrong location. The entire time I remained with a neutral voice and explained No this is the only location I utilize since it is 2 miles from me. Then she continued with who was it. "I closed last night". "I closed Saturday." I'm like okay, I had it both days and I know one was afternoon, one was evening. But to insinuate I was being untruthful. I really could've went off...but I know how to be professional and deal with people like this manager. Seeing as I come monthly to pick up a 1/2 dozen to a dozen doughnuts regularly for my staff. I will no longer utilize this location. If this is the type of leadership overseeing staff, she needs to be reprimanded and re-trained on PIP. This is not the leadership or modeling that dunkins brand should want for its employees. The staff was more professional than the manager. Oh and I have receipts attached to show I received a strawberry/mango dragon mix below. It would've been more professional to say "I'm sorry, we cannot do that per our store policy, unfortunately there was an error when you have received this previously". And to add - we apologize for this error, is there anything else you would like. Now to her credit, after an uncomfortable pause she did ask via intercom, in a more appropriate tone, if I wanted anything else but the impression was left and damage done. I will also be following up with corporate.

I don’t know who they put on the sandwich station at 11:20 in the morning but all i know is they deserve a lil something special because my strawberry cream cheese bagel was fresh and toasty and my lil sausage egg and cheese croissant was the perfect crunch and everything just melted together. My strawberry frosted donut was fresh and the icing just melted in my mouth! One of the best experiences i’ve had at this specific dunkin location! No one does it like them
