Great Place !!! We stopped in here for a pint and a bite to eat after hiking nearby trails, so glad we did. The places looked awesome and had great vibes. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. They had a decent selection of beers on tap. All the food we ordered came out quickly and was all delicious. They deserve 5 starts for sure. Well worth checking out if in the area.

I really enjoyed dining here! The ambiance was nice and well suited with the Mexican cuisine. The food was delicious, flavourful and filling- and it came out quickly, but at a perfect time without feeling rushed. The cheese-jalapeño dip was really good and tasted super natural. A couple friends I came with got margaritas and said they were fantastic, particularly the mango one. The steak chimichanga was exceptional and had all the flavors in it. This place did not disappoint and I look forward to trying other menu items.

For dinner tonight, my family and I decided to try out Bella Jack's in downtown St. Thomas! It was a great choice!! If you're a fan of Mexican food, you are in for a treat. I had the Taco Salad with a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri for my main meal which both were very tasty and a caramel deep-fried ice cream which was delightful considering it was my first time trying deep-fried ice cream!!! The waitress was very kind and the service was excelente!!!! I'll hopefully be back at this amazing restaurant very soon!! Gracias to the team at Bella Jacks!!!!! ❤️🇲🇽

Easy going. Went on a Thursday at 5pm and was seated immediately. Food was out quickly. Ate til we were both full. I added an extra taco to my plate and I was more than full. 2 would have been fine.

Ambiance, ambiance, ambiance! The service is amazing too. Very attentive. Tempted to add on an extra taco? You won't need it, but do it anyway. The food is so good and the servings are generous so you'll be excited to be able to take some home for later. The setting is adorable and the music is quaint. It was also the best Margarita I've had all year!

Really good Tortilla Flutes, Chimichanga, and Quesadilla!! I got the steak quesadilla and the steak was nice and tender! Absolutely would get again! However thier “spicy” is not really spicy. My dad got the outrageous Chimichanga and we got “spicy” salsa with the nachos and tortilla flutes, and both were very good but not very spicy. (So just a heads up if you want very spicy) even though it was milder it was still really really good! Absolutely recommended this place if you’re in st Thomas!

1st time there and it was awesome. Friendly greeting and a very warm atmosphere welcomed my wife and I when we stopped in for lunch yesterday. We wanted to try a whole bunch of things to get the whole experience. Plus having leftovers for dinner is never a bad thing. I told the owner I wanted to be kicked in the face with flavour and asked for recommendations. He did not disappoint! My wife and I cook alot of international foods so we are very familiar with most of the items and how they are made, and everything was better than we could have hoped. The nachos with two types of salsa, guac and the different sauces were a great way to get the appetite going on overdrive. We had the Floutes for an appetizer, then a Chimichanga, Enchiladas, and finished with the Stuffed Pablano. All amazing! We finished with deep fried ice cream and the rolled cheesecake. Ridiculously good! They do it well, authentic and with quality ingredients. A great place. Highly recommended.

Legends wing night is the best. 11/10 for our host Sarah and for our server. Sarah greeted us with a smile, ensured our table was to our satisfaction and even checked in during our meal! Our server was attentive to us and our needs. Exceptional experience due to the staff, delicious food and ice cold drinks! Always highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back!

We are from out of town stayed at local hotel. Decided to try this place based on the reviews and online menu. Parking is behind restaurant. Across the street from the lot ...there is a homeless shelter. Which is fine!.. but there were about over a dozen people there. Some unfortunately were on drugs and acting out..A bunch laying and sitting in alley way etc. Which was all fine until they started cat calling at us as we walked away from our vehicle. Didn't feel safe. Anyways not the restaurants fault but felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle there. We go inside got seated at a table.. was uncomfortable and some lightning was out. Can't read menu..getting old.. Anyways I asked waitress if we can move next to us to a booth. They had 3 empty 1 occupied. The place wasn't busy. Maybe 20% full more people outside on patio listening to live music I guess. We preferred indoors for peace. Waitress asks manager if we can move. Manager says no. I ask why? She had an attitude and wasn't pleasant and says NO! I asked well why not? She began to come up with some strange excuses about this girls turn and whatever. I'm guessing since its slow its someone else's turn to make a tip?. Anyways then proceeds to offer a booth by a window in a dark corner area further away and isolated. We accepted but i didn't understand as a paying customer why i couldn't just move 2 feet over next to us.. Nicely lite spacious booth etc. Not my problem about how you work out tips and customers.. The place was dead! there were 4 booths and 3 empty were we wanted to sit. Anyways we moved to the further booth. About 5 mins later a bigger older man was sat in 1 of the 3 the booths we would of liked.!? The waitress took our drink orders. When she came back the booth next to us complained because the lights went out completely..well it was obvious to us someone hit a light switch. Our waitress told them its a burnt light bulb.. we all sat in dark.. then they said as well as I ..that it can't be a burnt bulb as the whole row of lights went out like the flip of a switch. About 30secs later the lights switched back on. I think staff in kitchen were goofing off I could hear them singing loudly and acting up.. like horseplaying.. anyways our waitress dropped off drinks and never came back. I kitchen staffer dropped off out food. Which was great. He was acting konda goofy too..didn't understand the humor. must be bored back there. Our food was good. We ate our food. Then we sat around waiting for over 20mins fo a bill. I finally see our waitress go outside to patio.never checked in.. seems like we were forgotten. Finally I made eye contact with a different waitress and told her.. Could you tell our waitress to get our bill? She didn't even stop but acknowledged us and went into kitchen.. but before then she abruptly talked for a sec to what appeared to be a manager. Manager looks over so I asked can we get the bill? She kinda ignores us and resumed doing napkins and untensils.. I told the wife forget iur leftovers.. now I was getting annoyed.. I walked up to podium with debit machine and waited with my wife and daughter. Finally oir waitress appears with our bill and I went to pay. I noticed only 3 options the tip was automatically set to either 18% and i believe 22% and 25%.. I'm usually a good tipper i even top 30%+ if warranted. But I manually inputted 15% .. didn't even deserve that. Its like staff and manager didn't care.. at all probably get tipped anyways. Waitress didn't really serve us? just our drinks.. tip should of went to guy that came out of kitchen.. Anyways Service sucked.. 0/10 Food 8.5/10 Atmosphere 7/10. Won't be going back.

1st time here and we'll worth it!!! Our Server Emma was great with Recommendations And knowledgeable of things to see and do while in the area. A little on the pressure side for some stuff like the sides of French fries for 10.99 but overall was a good experience. A legendary burger was really really And cook just right, Without even asking medium. Full of flavor Hand form Patty's the pack of punch in every bite. The house gravy With the French fries was really really good also. My Brother enjoyed the fish and chips, The batter was a little thick but there was a lot of meat in there so it was really good he nodded. My father enjoyed the chicken parm and the portion size was just perfect. If you still have room and you want dessert, the rock slide brownie!!!! Our waitress, Kim was lovely! This review does not reflect her at all as she was the only enjoyable part of our dinner. We waited just under an hour for our food-which we didn’t mind as it was a Friday of a long weekend so we expected to have a longer wait.. When the food came out we both ordered chicken sandwiches in which were extremely dry. The bacon on the sandwich was very overcooked and they only put one little dab of sauce. Considering the staff were all very kind we would go back but just for apps and a drink not a meal.

Got the smallest chicken burger of my life (for twenty bucks). Which is a shame I had heard such good things about this place.... But literally it had more batter than chicken. See the photo it's no exaggeration. I've never seen any restaurant get THAT cheap on its customers. Service was disjointed and reception was cold. Waitress occasionally brought the wrong items.

Yo, this place was the bomb — for real! I loved the atmosphere. Even though it’s a small spot, it had a lot of traditional Thai decor that gave it a warm and welcoming vibe. My wife and I ordered the coconut rice with green curry and a side of spicy papaya salad. Then, to our surprise, they brought us a plate on the house — Pad Thai with crispy fried pork — and oh my god, everything was absolutely delicious. The papaya salad was really spicy, just like I asked for, and it was amazing — fiery yet refreshing at the same time. The Pad Thai had so many layers of flavor — sweet, sour, and savory. The coconut rice was fluffy with just the right hint of fresh coconut aroma. But that green curry definitely stole the show. It had tender chunks of beef, American peppers, and a creamy sauce that helped cool down the heat from the papaya salad. It was so good. I also got a Thai tea with light ice, and wow — what a refreshing drink. I came here looking for authenticity, and they definitely delivered. Five stars all day from me. Never before have I experienced cuisine with such a harmonious blend of flavors. The ambiance is both warm and inviting, with decor that is a feast for the eyes. The food is absolutely extraordinary, showcasing meticulous attention to detail in both preparation and presentation. My respect to the chefs is immense; it is abundantly clear that they are masters of their craft. I am utterly astounded and fervently recommend this restaurant to any aficionado of Thai cuisine. This is not your run-of-the-mill eatery; this is luxury gourmet dining at Kentucky Fried Chicken prices. The staff was exceedingly gracious, and even the ice cream seemed to be divinely inspired. I am compelled to write my first review after dining with Le Cafe Siam. Food was delicious and authentic, ambiance was tasteful and represents the rich culture, people who run this place are a lovely family who treat their customers with great warmth and hospitality. As Asians we struggle to find a good Thai place and this is the best spring roll and pad Thai we’ve ever had in our 5 years in Canada. James the co-owner & co-chef is super knowledgeable about Thai food and it’s history. He and his brother cook with love and hold a high standard of the food quality and authenticity without compromise. We ordered 4 dishes and another to take home. Will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Le Cafe Siam. The atmosphere was just right - the restaurant was perfectly lit, relaxing music playing overhead and just a hint of conversation from other patrons. We were seated promptly, and had a few moments to peruse the menu over drinks. From appetizers to our main course, the food was exquisite. Amazing care was put into every dish, and the tastes and flavors were so enjoyable. Due to traveling, my wife and I have dined out a lot over the past couple of weeks, but this by far was the best dining experience we have had. If you're in the London / St. Thomas area, do yourself a favor, and try them.

Great food that is fresh and made in house. Always a great place to have authentic Thai food. There are only a few tables so I would reserve ahead if there are more than just two in your party. I recommend any of the curry dishes with coconut rice. Will be back in the future as dishes are so reasonably priced too!

Country Charm Cafe in St. Thomas is everything you want in a breakfast spot! The place is spotless, the service is warm and welcoming, and the coffee keeps flowing. My family and I had the chance to have breakfast at Country Charm Cafe on Wellington Street in St Thomas, it was amazing. The place was immaculate and the service was the fastest human kind can receive. We ordered three big breakfasts and the dishes were at our table in fifteen minutes. Kathy our hostess was at our table every five minutes to make sure we had everything we needed. KUDOS KATHY! YOUR AWSUM! 👏😀 Country Charm Cafe is like having a Sunday breakfast at Mas. When the whole brood gathers to share the warm loving bonds of family that can only be had over a fine morning breakfast at Mas. Even the nicnacs are ol' timely and definitely country. I feel a John Denver song coming on. I had a prime rib steak and two poached eggs with two rye toast, jam and home fries. Golden brown and hot. My Cookie girl had grill cheese and home fries. My Beautiful wife had two over easy eggs and a batch of Great Canadian Bacon. WOW!😃(See photos)The rare steak I had was a melt in your mouth primerib. If you want something to remember and want a real down to earth home cooked meal with big portion at an affordable, competitive price. By your self or the whole family. Lovely service and the food was really good. Way too much for us Brits but we ate what we could. Highly recommend- not far from Port Stanley. Charm special is big and tea good.

I ordered the Charm special. It was delicious, too much for me to actually finish. 2 eggs, 4 strips of bacon, 2 huge sausages and a thick slice of peameal. Also comes with 2 pieces of toast and the most savoury shredded hash.

The best all day breakfast restaurant in town. Best hash browns hands down. You could really feel the love and care put into each dish. The pricing was fair and the atmosphere was homey.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and on a Tuesday morning, the service was very fast too. Everything was as requested, well plated and fresh. I look forward to returning and trying other meals. I was very pleased to learn they have a no-sugar syrup choice. Cash only but there's an ATM on site. Masks required.

Everytime I go it’s a good time great staff. Great food. Great daily specials. Lots of room. Never wait long. Local owners so always look forward to going. I come from london and I always visit of its open. More than just bar food. Definitely quality and taste to the food. I would definitely visit if you live close by. Parking at the back not an issue. Forgot to take pictures but next time I will take some of the inside. As you can see, I love wings but there’s so much more selection.

It's a classic St. Thomas establishment, much like other roadhouses in Southwest Ontario (It reminded me of a spot in Chatham, but I can't recall the name). The inside is huge, and there are screens for sports games. I had fajitas which were pretty solid. The beer selection seemed a little slim.

I was really impressed by this restaurant! -Fast and very friendly service, it gave me some southern hospitality vibes -Food was really fresh and flavorful -Highly recommend the wings! Very crispy and a large sauce selection Atmosphere needs some updating but still provides a warm and welcoming feel Will come here again for sure!

Pretty disappointed to say the least. Paid over $45 for two meals and this is what I get for my sweet potato fries which is also an up-charge. This isn’t a portion at all for fries.

Went to the Roadhouse the other night and was pleasantly surprised. The wait time was 30 minutes so we ate at the bar. The bartenders were very fun, but the food took a while to get to us. The bloody caesars were great as was the food. The atmosphere was fun and not too loud for a sports bar.

I’m giving this place three stars because the atmosphere felt dark and uninviting, and the sushi was mediocre at best. My Japanese wife and I tried the all-you-can-eat option, and while most of the sushi was passable, the mackerel and snapper were outright bad—definitely avoid these if you want to spare your stomach. We eat sushi regularly and even make it at home, so this was quite disappointing. That said, the appetizers were a highlight. The chicken and tempura vegetables were excellent and worth ordering. One major downside is their outdated ordering system, which still relies on pencil and paper. There are no images to give you an idea of what you're ordering, which makes the experience less user-friendly. Updating to a digital system, like an iPad menu seen in larger sushi restaurants such as Oishi Sushi, would be a huge improvement. Overall, it's an okay spot if you're sticking to appetizers, but the sushi quality and ambiance leave much to be desired. Plate display was very nice though.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. The service was slow and the food was not good. We only ordered a few items but waited for what felt like an hour. People who came after us were served before us. My boyfriend’s mom’s food came, then my salmon, then my boyfriend waited and waited. They didn’t bring my kani salad (I think she forgot to put it in) My appetizer was small but “ok” (teriyaki salmon) but the Kani salad was absolutely not a kani salad. I have had a kani salad at multiple restaurants and not once did I send it back. This one tasted like the sauce was water and vinegar and it had barely any visible crab. It is supposed to have mayo and crab on it. When i tried to send it back I asked a younge blonde girl for my server. She advised me that there are no servers? I told her the issue and she argued that the salad was correct. Our actual server came and told me she took it off the bill which I appreciated. Over all the experience was lacking and I have no intention of returning.

Beckie was an attentive server, funny, warm and personable and made our family night out very comfortable. We enjoyed the all you can eat fresh sushi made to order from the menu. We loved the sesame balls and the deep fried bananas were delish. Pro-tip is to mix them with your ice cream!

Been coming here 3 years now while it used to be amazing, now it’s terrible… the service is terrible from moment we walked in waitress gave us a eye roll when she had to seat us, and we have been waiting over an hour for our food to even come had to ask waitress 2 times just for spicy mayo. Two order sheets in still have not gotten all of our first order, or they always never give you your full order of what you requested on your order sheet, it has been an hour and 15 now. Oh and wasabi is discoloured and old looking… nice Valentine’s Day meal…..

I've been wanting to go here for far to long, good things come with time they say... I had high hopes for this place, however it was basically a let down. We were seated at our table fairly fast and then waited for quite some time before our drink order came after placing it. I was the one that had to wait the longest and it seemed like an overly long wait when everybody else in that restaurant were being served before me. (It wasn't even busy). It should be noted we didn't do the buffet here, we had a la carte. I ordered a crispy spicy salmon roll and one piece of BBQ eel sushi. The quantity of food I expected to see was less then what I've experienced in other places for basically the same price. I couldn't believe how small the roll was, did it taste good? Sure, it wasn't bad. Then my Mom got soup with her meal, some sort of dumpling soup. The soup had two small dumplings in it. $6 for two dumplings in broth. She also ordered chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. The main dish she had was actually the best thing on the table. Next up, my girlfriend ordered teriyaki salmon and a Kani salad. I tried the salmon she had and it was good. She had to ask for the salad a second time because the waitress forgot. Again good things don't come with time... The Kani salad was mainly all cucumber in some sort of vinegar/mayo combo, normally there's a bunch of crab on the salad. Not the case here, that salad had about three slivers of crab in it. Just enough to say it was there I guess. Needless to say it was sent back, and they tried to justify it by telling us thats how they make it there. Nobody else makes that salad the way they do. To me it seemed like there were a lot of corners being cut here. Sadly the whole experience didn't line up with my expectations.

Very nice experience here with my husband. They followed covid protocols well and the restaurant was kept clean. The servers here were great - they were attentive, nice, made sure the table was cleared and drinks were refilled. Food came at a good pace and we didn't have a dish we didn't like. Nice dinner menu items for the most part, would be nice if they had a few salad options. Their rolls and sashimi were good(the tuna cuts were excellent) the food from the kitchen came out on the cold side, and they forgot a couple dishes, which wasn't a problem as we let her know and she brought them out for us.

Today was my first experience at Asuka. My servers name was Vivian and she was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed she was delightful. Now the food here was the best I've had in a long time. Never knew Miso soup could have that much flavor. The salad came with a homemade dressing that I wish I had at home for many meals, whoever made it deserves a raise. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and absolutely delicious. Thank you guys very much you have a new regular customer in me. Best sushi in St.Thomas by far ❤️

Everything about this hometown fish and chips restraunt is EXCELLENT. I've been dining here since high school and now I'm a senior citizen. The fish and chips are totally the best there is. The staff are exceptional people and should be commended for running a family business for as long and as well as they have. It is my favorite eating out and take out restaurant!!

Went on good Friday. Called my order in at 3:30 for a 5:30 pick up. Showed up waited a few minutes no big deal place was packed! I gave them my name for pick up paid and then told to wait about 25 minutes. 30 minutes I came back in cause I can't deal in crowded places I waited in car. Was not ready it was going to be another 20-25 minutes. It was! So as for the food it was just ok not great. It was oily and fries tasted like just oil. Maybe it was because it's their busiest day of year but I won't be back. I will rather go to Halibut house was less grease.

Your fish and chips has been a family staple for as long as I can remember. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is always clean which is not something you see often. Just make sure to bring cash!

Love seafood, my cousins owned a fish and chip shop on the Isle of . Mann. I prefer crumbed but my husband loves batter and we both are happy you are open.

Spent over $60 via Uber Eats and my pizza was delivered with raw dough! Had to put everything in the oven afterwards, but even then the pizza was only partially salvageable. Wasn’t a fan of the chunky sauce and thin pizza dough, will probably not return.

Update: 9inch ordered. Perfect and just like the first 3. Consistently awesome za! Edit BEHOLD BEHOLD: 12" same toppings only bigger..no ricotta (my bad) & well done. I gotta budget this za into monthly requirements, I suppose. Special mention to the dill dip, fresh, a little crunch here and there. Anchovies: the hint of salt fish, with that bacon...& the dills, oh, and the not so sweet pineapple 🍍 😋 I am addicted. Behold: 9 " Creamy dill pizza with mozzarella and ricotta, bacon and pineapple with "easy on the anchovies. " and drizzled with honey. Look at this work of art: 💋👌 $32 all in, delivered but excellent za. Anchovies are 🥰 perfect.

Tried Old Skool Pizza for the first time and was really impressed! The pizza was delicious — perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors. The crust was just right, and all the toppings were fresh and well-prepared. Everything was hot and tasted homemade. Definitely coming back again!

After sometime had wooden fire pizza , nice creamy one , really enjoyed the taste and the vintage look of the pizza joint !!! A go place for everyone visiting Port Stanley !!

Old School Pizza is definitely worth the visit. Very polite staff, clean restaurant and the pizza is amazing! I’m a simple guy and like a good pepperoni pizza and they make one of the best I’ve had.

I am big fan of wings and wood fired pizza The oven baked wings gives so perfect and smoky flavours And if I talked talked about pizza it’s was cooked well I told them to do well done and they did perfect Must visit if you nearby to st Thomas 🍕

I like spicy pizzas so I tried their spicy option. What I received was a vinegar pizza, not a pepper or spicy pizza. I smelled of vinegar before the box was opened and the taste of vinegar was even more overpowering. The only thing that keeps this from 1-star was the crust and samosas which were the only good part. But the sauce that comes with the samosas by default is more Thai/BBQ than Indian. Update: The restaurant gave me a credit to try them again, and we ordered their deluxe, and it was much better. It did take 80 minutes to arrive, so it wasn't the hottest. Still I'd say an average pizza in all fairness, so I'm revising my lower review to a 3 star review.

This place is honestly one of the cutest and best coffee shops I have been too. They always have different drinks to try and they are always amazing . If you are in st.thomas you need to check this cute little shop out. You will not be disappointed

A wonderful family owned business. The story behind it is fascinating. I will let you read it in one of my photos. Maria basically brings coffee from her hometown in Nicaragua. Roast it in St-Thomas. Opened a cafe just across the street from the roastery. The third business well, I will let you ask Mae and Kescia about it. They love their work and are very friendly. They will greet you upon arrival and make sure you choose the right coffee. I loved my coffee this morning. It was tasty and the roasting was perfectly smooth and slightly strong. A drop of acidity at the end that I can’t describe. First time to experience this contrast. If you are interested, I posted the coffee in the pictures. Super friendly staff! They were really patient and walked us first timers through the menu. My mom isn’t a huge coffee person. They asked a few questions and picked something out of her and she loved it. Their scones are amazing too.

They deserve my 5-star rating. A local business has created a great coffee and cafe experience. They understand the vibe of St Thomas and have something unique to offer compared to the chain coffee shops. Call up a friend, meet at Streamliners Espresso Bar, and enjoy this coffee experience.

I went into Streamliners after visiting the market to get one of their delicious lattes and a scone. As usual, the food did not disappoint. The service on the other hand was less than ideal. My visit started well, with my order being taken. I was invited to take a seat and my order would be brought out. I did so and my latte was delivered to my table quickly. I waited for my scone, but the two people working sat down at a nearby table with a group of their friends or family and were absorbed in an unappealing conversation about nail fungus. I waited a while, then got up and went to the counter. The young man who was working noticed me and got up and got me the scone once I reminded him that I was still waiting for it. Once the scone was delivered, he went back to sitting with the group again. At no point did either employee apologize for this.

The cafe has a very homely and friendly atmosphere. As soon as we entered we were hit by the smell of brewing coffee. It was very welcoming. The owner of the shop, a very sweet lady guided us with our coffee order after asking us about our preferences and making suggestions. The sitting at the front has a great light and vibe, but if you want to have a cozy, quiet area, the sitting at the back is wonderful. The cafe is wheelchair accessible as it is at the ground level. Would definitely visit again when I visit the town again.

My first foray into St Thomas sushi and all I can say is WOW!! St Thomas Plaza pretend to boast a humble experience but they blew our time there out of the water!!! Hands down, one of the most incredible sushi places I've been to! The atmosphere is incredible, classy and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organized and knowledgeable. The food was amazing!! Brought over by the chef was a custom made sushi board for 2 that 3 or 4 people couldn't finish. Amazing sushi choices and an incredible variety, incredible!!! The restaurant was amazing, the food incredible and the people wonderful! The experience was one of the greatest that I've had. People!!! I know St Thomas is a little out of the way but believe me, it's absolutely worth it!!! Come please!!!

We’ve been this restaurant on June 1 evening, the server was very kind and sweet (sorry we forgot her name 🥹) It was the best service among the restaurants I‘ve been to recently💗 obviously their food was also delicious! Thank you for your best services FYI, their tea cups were so cute!

20 years ago when my family lived in Toronto we were spoiled by the availability of sushi. I love sushi! Outside of the GTA the quality and freshness seems to degrade, but not here! One beautifully laid out chirashi don box later, I already know that I will come back! Outstanding!

We had the Osaka set and it was amazing. The size was sufficient to feed 2 sushi lovers like us or 3 ordinary eaters. All the fish was fresh and delicious. The service was not very quick but it’s something you would expect as they prepare your order from scratch. Definitely worth the wait. Serving staff was friendly. Highly recommended.

Visited Plaza Sushi for the first time last weekend . As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated quickly. The restaurant is aesthetically very nice , clean and had a great atmosphere. Our server , Chloe was fantastic. A member of our party had dietary restrictions and our server was knowledgeable of the menu and able to recommend the perfect meal . She was attentive, efficient and genuinely sweet. The food was delicious. Even my “not so sure about sushi “ friend loved it !! We will be back and can’t recommend Plaza Sushi enough . Keep up the great work

First time! Food was great, service was excellent and quick! I had liver and onions and my wife had the smoked turkey melt. Our server was the amazing Grace!

I asked if they were fresh cut fries from a potato. I was told yes, the second they were set down I could tell they were a frozen fry. I said to the server I thought you said they were fresh cut, she said fresh cut frozen, why do restaurants do this and why lie it's a frozen fry. The oil also tasted like it needed to be changed even looking at them you could tell. Because of that the mac and cheese bites had an off taste. The mashed potatoes were very thick and no seasoning, my veggies didn't feel like they had been cooked at all. I like my veggies with a bit of a bite not for them to bite back. The hamburger I got with the hot hamburger was tasty but the rest of the plate was let down. The meat loaf was good but looked like they had taken offs and end pieces and put on the plate again the mash and veggies let the plate down. The chicken rice soup was ok but tasted like they put to much sage in it or something else.

In my life, I've had just 3 meals I could qualify as being perfect. That 3rd perfect meal was New Sarum Diner's Famous Chicken, served Family-Style – with your choice of all-you-can-eat sides (stuffing, fries, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies). Every piece of this epic feast is cooked, and flavoured, to perfection. The white meat, stuffing, and gravy, in particular, stand out as examples of culinary excellence. Every single bite succeeded in exceeding my expectations; every single morsel an example of what a traditional chicken dinner *should* be. The meal's magnificence was easily matched by our server, Tara's, effervescent presence and profoundly-professional service. This was the first quest to New Sarum diner of now many to come!

New Sarum Diner is a family favorite. Whether we eat in the diner or the restaurant, the service and food are excellent. The food tastes like homemade. This time we had the lasagna and fish & chips. The staff are the best.

We haven't been back to this particular location in a couple years. I had been and hearing good things lately and made a point to try them again. We were pleasantly surprised. Our chicken was plump, juicy and delicious. Our fries were nice and crispy and our rolls were soft and warm. The dessert we ordered looked better than it did in the photo. So happy this restaurant has turned itself around.

We went here on a very snowy day and it was basically empty. Service was fast and friendly. They give you a lot of food, but my wrap was a little dry. It costs a little much for the quality of the food, but I would happily go again.

Upon being seated, we had to sit in the barveys side as I guess all the 5 booths that were empty by the hostess both were not able to be sat in as they said the are moving dishes etc and needed the space. They ran out of lemons, wraps for the wraps and soup... What a huge disappointment. At one point we were happy with the new management, just seems to be going back to the old way..

I will never go back here. The service was pathetic/incompetent at best. I ordered take out and they tried to screw me out of the bottle of pop I ordered with my meal. When I got home I realized they screwed me out of over half my meal.(My fault for not checking when I picked it up) Instead of giving me the Ceasar salad I ordered, they gave me a tiny cup of flavorless coleslaw and failed to give me the dinner role. This pathetic excuse of a meal also was not the full amount of wings that were ordered. I got a third of my meal for full price. Don't waste your time with this place.

A welcome change!! My daughter and I decided to try Swiss Chalet in St Thomas today. To set the story, I promised myself I'd never come back. I had been here twice before over the years and both times the food was horrible and the service matched the food. I heard that they were under new management so we thought we'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. Well they certainly did. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by a very lovely and polite hostess. She took us to our table, opened the menus for us, and explained the specials. Off to a great start. The server came right away and took our orders. We got the 2 quarter chicken deal for $19.99 and my daughter got pierogis too. The server was quick, super friendly and attentive. She came back in less than 5 minutes with our chicken dinners and another minute or so, the pierogies arrived. The food was super hot, flavourful and everything you would expect from Swiss Chalet. The fries are homemade and delicious. I have to say, this was one of the best Swiss Chalet experiences I've had. Glad I gave them another shot and will definitely be back. Giant kudos to the new staff and management.

Before diving into the review I should preface that our experience in of itself wasn’t bad, but rather disappointing. My wife and I have had Eleven Sixty on our radar to try for quite a while and we finally had the opportunity to stop in for a lunch. Out the gate, the atmosphere is pleasant, if not confused. It seems to be wanting to portray high end dining, but also a grill house but the execution ends up with a somewhat cold and uninviting, characterless ambiance. Minor quibble that doesn’t fully impact the experience, but it was something that stood out to us. For lunch, we started with their shareable fried onion mountain. If there is one positive take from dining here it would be portion sizes. This shareable by comparison to other restaurants truly is shareable in size. Perhaps too much for a party of two, but definitely a generous portion. In terms of flavour…there really wasn’t any? It was simply breaded/crusted fried onions with a generic chipotle ranch. Surprisingly bland. I ended up with the onion burger but swapped the patty for their in house bean burger. Once again, portions are very generous. But that’s about the only praise to be had. The burger itself was bland and the patty was dry as hell. If there was a sauce on the sandwhich it was very sparsely applied. I had to ask for a side of the chipotle ranch. I also had to remove the onion has there were too many. My wife had the Rueben. Once more, great serving portion. She was less than impressed with the sandwhich. She was also provided side sauces that looked like nothing more than generic ketchup and yellow mustard. This is when it really began to click this restaurant seems to have an identity crisis between nice dining or grill house. The portions sizes, food quality, and generic sauces are all items you come to expect from roadside grills, not a nicer dining establishment. Our server was pleasant enough, if not slightly socially nervous, but missed a lot of the typical service beats. She never came back to ask if we’d like drink refills, to check in on how the meal was going and essentially avoided our table the whole time we had food. We had to politely wave her down to request the chipotle ranch as she hadn’t came by at all. To be fair to the restaurant they do have a much more expanded dinner menu that seemed to have a better array than their lunch menu. However, after this meal we likely won’t bother coming back to see if there are any differences in the food and service. For the price you pay (which is still a reasonable price) there are much better places to dine in London.

We visited yesterday for lunch (as per my boss' recommendation) when we were in town dropping off a friend and this place exceeded our expectations. We were greeted/seated by the manager - who was a lovely gentleman - and our server was also an absolute gem. I ordered the salmon with rice + veg and it was cooked PERFECTLY, my boyfriend ordered the ribs with baked potatoes and my best friend had the apple + brie chicken sandwich. We also ordered 2 meals to-go for our other friends and they enjoyed just as much as we did. If you go, you MUST try the 'Onion Summit' with house-made chipotle ranch and absolutely finish with their cheesecake (not pictured because it was literally devoured). Highly recommend this spot!

This was a nice restaurant for what I paid for one of the specials it was pretty good. Would like to go back and try more on the menu. Overall it was a great experience. Located in London.

My girlfriend and I were seated instantly on Saturday night, the waiter was amazing and always friendly, we got our food really quick. THE FOOD was absolutely amazing with a pairing of the $5 pint of their house lager. Could not recommend enough if on a trip to London or if you live nearby and haven't stopped in yet.

We were very lucky to enjoy this place. First of all, our server Leah was very attentive and nice. A highlight of our evening was Andrew the magician, who we enjoyed a great conversation with. What an excellent addition to the Restaraunt. Don’t lose this very interesting feature! We could hear applause and children’s laughter in the other half of the Restaraunt when he was there. Food was excellent and we had a great evening. Having 0 alcohol beer was a great plus, when you are driving. Well done!

I’m not one to leave reviews but we just got a Sunday deal with the beef ribs and one of the ribs was smelling really bad. I could only describe it as a “dead cow” smell. When we pulled the rib apart the meat looked weird. The other ribs looked and smelled ok, got a funky taste to them but maybe we were just paranoid about the other bad one. Anyway, maybe this was a “one in a million” unfortunate situation but I felt like I should say something and maybe the restaurant can do a more extensive quality control. Praying we don’t get food poisoning. 🤞🏼

My business partner and I came for lunch in order to discuss a potential new project and it turned out to be a fabulous decision ironically because there was no one there. During the three hours that we spent between noon and 3 PM there may have been customers at one other table, which allowed us to speak openly and not in hushed voices, which was greatly appreciated. But ironically, probably not great for business for this establishment. The food was very good. The service was also excellent. And most importantly, the bathrooms were clean.

Stopped in based on a recommendation. Ordered the Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodles... very good! Tasty, generous portions. The staff was friendly but overworked, being alone today. The ambiance is very pleasant, would go back.

I have never received a meal so quickly after ordering! Food was delicious, ample portion size. We enjoyed a quiet dinner with family here; the only diners that evening since the restaurant does most of its business as takeout. Service was non-intrusive but timely.

We didn’t feel like cooking dinner tonight and wanted to try this restaurant as we live right around the corner. I just wanted to say the food was amazing and we also had great service! We had their Fresh rolls, All Day Special (Golden Curry) & Pad Thai. Servings are also pretty large and can easily be taken home for leftovers the next day. The service was quick and was a very welcoming. They also have a “Take Out” side that includes some of their house made sauces, candies and other snacks for sale! We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for the great experience!

This was a great experience and a really tasty meal. One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten at in Canada. Really great but simple and clear selection of food at very reasonable prices. The staff here were also incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is delicious.the spring rolls are meat from scratch as is all the food. They also have some delicious snacks for sale in the room to the right of the entrance. Definitely worth a visit.

I wish I could give more stars. Not only is the staff very friendly and meticulous the food is amazing. I can't eat gluten or dairy and when I had the Pho I could have cried from the pure joy of eating soup again mixed with the unbelievable flavors. The gluten free Pad Thai is just as amazing if not more. The portion sizes are phenomenal and more than enough for one person maybe even 2.

My wife loves Thai food, and when we first moved to St. Thomas we were looking for a good spot. When we discovered Lotus Thai, we were thrilled. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The spring rolls are absolutely outstanding, and the golden curry never disappoints. A wonderful place to enjoy a great meal in St. Thomas. 10/10!

Took my girls here for lunch, our first time. They shared the platter of appetizers and pad Thai with a side order of cold rolls. Everything was delicious, portions are huge, and price was very reasonable. The little dining area was super cute too, in an old estate building built over 100 years ago intact with chandelier and fireplace. After I paid the bill the owner gifted me two addition orders of cold rolls since my girls loved them so much. Such a kind gesture, a family-run local business at its finest.

The place and setting was terrific with lots of parking. The service was not good and the food taste like it came from a can. The salmon tastes and looks like m&m’s meats product. To be fair they were under staffed and a help wanted add in front. So I will try again on one of my next visits.

thinking of trying a new place to eat and maybe braxtons is the right place? Save your money and time and just choose legends!!! Steak was bland, gravy was horrendous and the beans were like leather and the burger tastes reheated and old. Owner made my pregnant wife and I pay 50$ to leave hungry. But the spinach dip was good so if you want to snack somewhere this is your place. Never going back. Should have went to legends like we are right now. They never disappoint so if you want real service and real food, come here. Ps. The delicious food photo is at legends

It wasn't a great dining experience. From the under cooked appetizer bread to an over cooked dry hamburger. The chicken parm was at best a frozen M&M entire. The Fettuccine Alfredo was absolutely tasteless. More like milk gravy. Wings tasteless and so were the onion rings. When I was asked if I'd like a free birthday dessert I politely declined. Couldn't see it being any better then the rest. The service however was adequate. I don't recommend this restaurant at all. 😒

The manager who assisted me with my order over the phone was not only friendly but also very helpful and accommodating. She exhibited remarkable patience as I deliberated over the menu choices. While the food was generally satisfying, I did find the fries to be a bit dry and lacking in flavor. Nevertheless, the service and the rest of my meal met my expectations. Additionally, I was excited to discover that they are offering pasta at a discounted rate throughout January, which is a fantastic bonus.

At first I was a little weary about this place because it smelled really bad and the prices are astronomical. But I must admit the food is really good and the service is great. But The price is just too much for food you could get at a bar, For basically half the price. I would give five stars but I won't be going back just because of the price. I just ordered a small pizza and french fries and the bill was $43 they charge $5 just for a soda water.

Boston pizza is not a place I have very high expectations for. Chains are usually known to serve white mediocre food. but WOW! I was impressed. Went with a group of 6, our server Jack was great, very accommodating and checked in with us just enough - not too little and not too often. He was nice and easy to talk to. As for the food? Delicious. I ordered The Hungry Carnivore pasta, it was tough to finish (because the portion sizes are so great), but amazing nonetheless. Everyone else also enjoyed their food, no complaints. Great job BP.

We were so surprised to hear it was really her first day on her own. She’s definitely an asset to the BP team and we look forward to coming back to see her!

Good location. Decent space where we were seated. Darling server, Chantal/Chantal. Lovely approach - attentive and pleasant. Wee social chatting with her was wonderful. Superb positive attitude. Our food was great. Served hot. All fresh and delicious. Fresh grated parmesan cheese was flavourful - good quality. Beverages and fresh lime wedges were spot on. We will be repeat patrons. Went with my family for lunch and it was amazing as always! Erica was our server and she was absolutely rocking it. We loved her genuine vibe, and her lovely personality.

The restaurant looked clean and had a great vibe. The greeter and our server were friendly and welcoming. My friend had a tea & I had water. No refills were offered. My friend had the Philly steak sandwich and salad and enjoyed it. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, mushrooms, and tomato. I did not enjoy it. It did come with lots of noodles and a slice of garlic toast. There were a few bits of tomato that were diced into about a 1/4" tiny pieces, the mushrooms were thinly sliced, and the chicken was cut into small pieces as well. The sauce was runny compared to similar dishes I have had at other restaurants.

Original famous burger was far smaller than advertised, and tasted like rubber. Service was mediocre, got an order wrong and forgot a few of our orders, and we had to remind them to actually bill us. Cool atmosphere though. Great place to drain your wallet for mediocre food for fake nostalgia.

This was an amazing find. The diner is very old style but the food was fantastic. Great portion size for the price and absolutely delicious. Staff was soooo friendly and kept checking up to see if anything was needed. A perfect find and would definitely come back when in the area.

Absolutely atrocious. I took the family for dinner and it was terrible. The service was slow and the first meal was served almost 5 minutes before the second waiting almost 5 minutes for the next 2 meals to be served. The hamburgers were way over cooked and dry. The waitress was extremely inattentive and we waited long enough at the end I had to find her and request the bill. We were also going to order dessert but figured it wasn't worth it.

I don't really review things often but the service I experienced here was pretty poor. Without going into too much detail, due to a time crunch, I placed a takeout order so it could be ready, but I planned to eat at the restaurant with my family. Even though we were literally the only customers in the place, I got weird looks and shrugged off when I asked for an extra plate (they did give me one). And they even yelled at my 6 year old daughter who was grabbing the prewrapped fork and knife roll, which was right beside our table in a bin (not like it was back in the employee only area or anything). The food was quite good and a decent value overall but the service really turned me off. Don't think I'll be returning. EDIT in response to the restaurant reply: When you say "as per your restaurant policies" about not letting online orders dine in, that is not made clear anywhere. I also asked when we came to pickup the order if we could dine in. I would have been more satisfied if you just said no (which nobody did, it was just mentioned that the order was packaged), instead of saying yes and then proceeding to provide the poor service and attitude. I would suggest if you don't want customers to grab cutlery, maybe place it in a location where it is not right beside tables in an open bin. Also if customers do mistakenly go to grab one, a polite notice would work because the server did indeed yell at my daughter and in a rude tone. It wasn't an all out scream obviously, but I would still consider it yelling, especially at such a young kid who did not know better. Overall I just had higher expectations of service. Like I said, I don't place many reviews and I'm generally very easy going and positive, but this experience was not a good one. I wish this restaurant the best, but I won't be going back.

Just dropping by for some classic comfort food and realized that we got food that was even better than decent, it was delicious. We got the chicken souvlaki dinner and the chicken Parmesan and they were absolutely delicious! The staff were lovely! We also happened to run into the owner who was so personable and checked on how we were doing and was so pleasant to chat with. I would definitely give this place a try if you are in the area!

We were here for a local tournament and despite making a reservation for a large group with several days notice, we left quite disappointed. It took a long time for most of us to get our food. Some members of our team waited for over two hours and had to cancel their order and leave without their meal! Staff were not prioritizing orders as they came in, as other patrons that arrived after us were served before us. Unfortunately quite disappointing.

The staff are very lovely and friendly! We went for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. I wish it was a bit more selective but I’d go back again and check out their menu.

Food and service were great. We search hard for homey and authentic local spots when we travel, and Sunset Cafe hit the mark. We shared a dish from the menu, but the breakfast buffet also looked delicious, and at a reasonable price. Servers were busy as the cafe was full, yet still attentive and kind and helpful. Dorothy in particular was very sweet. I hope our travels take us there again.

We visited for a Sunday brunch. There is no clear signage when patrons enter. Having a sign telling people to wait to be seated would help patrons know the proper procedure. The servers were all very friendly but appeared rushed and frantic, it was stressful just watching them. It seemed to lack efficiency and this translated into the food taking some time to arrive and also some minor mix-ups. All mistakes were quickly addressed and resolved. The food was basic and straight forward but good and the prices seemed reasonable for the offerings. I think implementing some efficiency measures could really make this place shine and run much smoother.

I had recently a meal from the subject restaurant, where we found a metallic wire in the Mac & Cheese , when we were preparing to eat at home. My son was about to have it in his plate which could be with catastrophic consequences if ended in his mouth! I contacted Popeyes team who put me into empty loops and they didn’t address the issue: The complaints team response via emails that the restaurant informed them that they spoke to me and solved the issue, while this is a FALSE CLAIM, AS NO ONE SPOKE TO ME, which shows a serious integrity issues with the related management in addition to the unsafe incident, which I believe a great threat to the public health! Good customer service, friendly staff, always seems to be a good spot for fried chicken. Chicken is always cooked well and not so oily as some other stores. Daily deals are attractive and reasonable price. I love the sandwich’s, always made well with big chicken. Store looks clean and healthy. Lots of parking space and in good location. Overall good place for fried chicken. I will definitely visit again.

I've been coming to this place for 4 years and eating here, but today when I placed my order, the person who took it acted as if I was forcing him to take it. After I finished and waited for more than 20 minutes, I received my order. Then I ordered one coleslaw and one large cola. When I ordered them, I waited more than 5 minutes for him to hand them to me. When he finally handed them to me, he threw them in my face as if I had taken them against his will. This time I felt very disappointed.

Best pizza in St. Thomas, been ordering from here for years and very happy as it has changed owners the the pizza never changes :) In fact I'm about to order one for dinner today :) Yummy. Large Deluxe with green olives and sausage :)

I got my food delivered, it was on time, amazing food, I'm very very happy with what I got. Incredible, I love their different sauce options because tomato sauce always gives me heartburn. I will be buying from here again. I personally believe that the quality is better than the chain restaurants in town. Amazing food.

We went around 9pm they advertise they are open until 1am. When we went in they said they couldn't make pizza because the chef went home. Very disappointed. If you can't make food while you are open maybe you should close earlier.

Used to be best pizza in town , now I think maybe new management ? Pizza was undercooked and way to much cheese which I know seems silly but it was spilling all over the box. Went In to pick it up and the restaurant was filthy and the employees were not even paying attention to the door . Hate to see it happen but don’t think I’ll be back.

Place used to be good. I used to order the Shanghai curry noodles and I never remember them being overly spicy. Ordered some tonight and they were extremely spicy and dry. The lemon chicken was absolutely horrible. Huge chunks, sauce had barely any flavour. Only thing redeeming was the shrimp rolls. Sad to say I won’t be re-ordering

Was reluctant to try given the bad reviews, but after coming in at 5 pm to a whole line of buffet food made within the half hour, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour and quality. The service was good as well. The only two things that I didn't like were the fried rice as it was cold and the lack of wipes at the end of the meal, though that's on me as well for not asking. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 star rating for sure. I will be coming back next time I crave Chinese food.

NEEDS TO UPDATE MENU PRICES!!!! I went online, checked out prices on menu. Phoned, ordered food from menu that was online. Knowing the prices, under $50. Came to door under 30 minutes, but the prices jumped to $92.46. Omg 😅, I showed delivery driver prices online. He said "that's too old, this is new price." I had to laugh & refused to pay that much 🤣

Not what it use to be, kinda strange. Nothing had sauce on it and all sauce was on the side basically just a bunch of chicken balls and the beef stir-fry was watery and tasteless. Only plus was vegetables were fresh but cut very large. Still good size portions but disappointed. Seems they maybe changed owners as well noticed it says Alliston On on the bank. And prices are from $11-13 up to $16 for all combos

Very accommodating and kind hearted. It felt like we were visiting our grandma, so welcoming and comfortable. As a vegan it’s difficult eating at buffets, but they offered to make me some tofu and whatever else I wanted, as well as the veg options from the buffet (just for the buffet price). I much rather this than ordering off the menu. Thank you for the delicious food, and at an excellent price too. Will be back!

So, I'm kinda new to town and when asking around, 'the best Chinese food in town'... EVERYone says it's the little place in the mall. I've had it a handful of times and, it's mediocre mall food at best. No idea what everyone is on about. So, tonight I decided to try Lucky. I feel pretty unlucky about that decision. At first, I was excited because the lady told me that orders over $30 you get free Lemon chicken! Awesome! I'd have food for three days! Not just leftovers tomorrow. Perfect! Then I started eating it. Now, I'm sad that I have this to eat for three days. I decided to try it cos they have Chicken Soo Gai on the menu. For me, the Soo Gai is what I judge a Chinese restaurant on. (some places these days just call it 'almond chicken'.) Like Thai places, you try the Pad Thai. Diners, the Club Sandwich. Indian, the butter chicken. Chinese restaurants... I try the Soo Gai. It was... hard. Soo Gai should be a thin layer of kinda flaky breading. The breading was super thick and hard. The chicken fried rice didn't seem 'fried' at all and was very light on flavour. The FREE lemon chicken was... chewy. Like... jerky softened with some sauce. And in the breading... there was a sort of 'cake' flavour. Like Betty Crocker was back in the kitchen. The Mixed Vegetables were really fantastic. But... they're going to run out and I will still have all this other weird and difficult stuff to eat. The lady who took my call and served me when I went in to get it was very nice. Nice enough for me to almost feel bad about leaving this review. Almost.

WORST experience. Half of our food was missing- literally a slice missing out of our pizza! Called the restaurant for 45 minutes before someone picked up the phone. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had repeated issues at this location that I feel need to be addressed. Yesterday, I received an incomplete order for delivery without any prior notice. This isn’t the first time—on a previous visit, I was given the wrong order and had to come back to the store to pick up the correct one. Even then, I waited 15 minutes for the order to be remade and didn’t complain. However, this time when I pointed out the mistake, the lady at the front counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a delivery driver, I’m not allowed to open and check the order before delivering it, so I rely on the staff to ensure everything is correct. Consistent order mistakes and poor customer service make things frustrating for both customers and delivery drivers. I hope the management looks into this and improves the accuracy and professionalism at this location.

I have visited this location a few times and starting in the summer, I started to receive pizzas with dipping sauce jammed into the pizza itself. This is the only location that's done this, that I have experienced. I've complained twice, pizza was remade and then it continues to happen. The last time this happened was Nov 18th 2023. I was unable to return to the location to get a new one made, so I had to throw out pizza pieces. Also, want to make it clear, the heat from the pizza melts the date on the bottom of sauce cup into the food you're going to eat (your pizza). This practice needs to be fixed. Sauces belong on the outside of the box. This is 1 specific employee doing this, who has been told to stop and still does this.

Went in to get a small pizza. Was told I had to buy a medium cause they were out of small. This is supposed to be fresh. How can they not make a small. Is it pre made and frozen?????

I Brought a chicken lover pizza. Unfortunately i had only 3 or 4 small pieces of chicken to love. Also it looks like they are using expensive organic vegetables in the store because it's hard to find any toppings. OR the inflation affected the management so badly.. 😔😔😔😔 Whatever it is, it was not a chicken lover's pizza for me. I wanted to named it a toppings hater's pizza.. The cheese pizza with that one was good though, that's why the 2 stars.

Whenever I go in anymore, they don't have bowls for salads or they don't have some ingredient that you want for your submarine. Last time I was in, they didn't have any kaiser buns for the sandwiches told me too bad.Buy a six inch, so I left It's not what it used to be.

There's one younger male employee who is really great, the other ones are ok. But my biggest complaint is quality control...found a long hair BAKED into my bread. When I called to complain I was told "one minute, I'll get the manager" but got hung up on instead, and haven't heard anything back from corporate. Drove 30 minutes to get food - wasted time, fuel, and $12 on a sub that I had to throw out. Absolutely disgusting, do NOT recommend this location unless you want to eat someone's hair.

Ordered 2 subs and get 1 sub offer and waited for more than 1hr for 30 mnts that’s ridiculous, management should take care of this. Not blaming the employees working over there, she was very nice and trying her best to serve within the time, however I feel, management should schedule 2 persons at night for better service.

This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I’ve had with a fast food chain. I used the Subway app and selected the deal that said “6 inch free with a footlong.” The app clearly showed my total as $15 at checkout. But the moment the payment went through, I was charged $23. No warning, no correction, just full price charged after showing a discounted total. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. It happened once before and I let it slide, thinking it was a glitch or one-time issue. But this is the second time now, and that makes it clear this is a pattern. I’m sure it’s happening to other customers too, and they probably don’t even realize they’re being overcharged. This is blatant bait and switch. They lure you in with a discount, show the lower price at checkout, and then charge full price after you pay. That’s deceptive and completely unacceptable. I went to the store expecting help, but the employee didn’t care at all and just told me to contact support. I did. I called, submitted tickets, and got nothing. No help, no refund, no accountability. And to make it worse, the sandwiches weren’t even fresh. The bread was stale, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Paying full price for that is bad enough getting scammed into it is even worse. Subway, fix your app and your customer service. If you’re going to advertise deals, they need to work. Don’t show one price at checkout and charge another once payment goes through. That’s fraud, plain and simple. I want a refund for the 6-inch I was promised for free, and you need to stop scamming your customers before more people catch on. Purchase Date and amount visible on receipt, apparently after a google search this is happening to a lot of people, subways not honours app discounts!

Ordered buy 2 get 3rd free. Was due to be ready at 5:00pm on app. Arrived at 5:00pm and the person had not started it. Went to car to wait for them. Back in at 5:10pm - not done. Says he’s starting now. Back in at 5:20pm - done. Check the subs and they are made incorrectly, 7 people in line waiting with 1 person working. Decided to just take it as a loss and not use this subway anymore. Franchise owner and corporate should take the reviews over the past several years seriously. This location is struggling and it is damaging the subway brand.

I went to grab a sub tonight around 10:30pm and there was only one person working—Malavika. She was handling a bunch of orders and customers, and she was working super hard and fast to make sure everyone was happy. Even with all that going on, she stayed calm, friendly, and made me an awesome sandwich. Huge respect to her! I just wanted to let the management know that it’s really not fair to leave someone alone during such busy times. But Malavika absolutely nailed it—this is what real customer service looks like!

I ordered a sub and asked for a bit of mayo for my sauce. The employee squirted a lump in one spot then continued the squeeze making a pile and went across the sandwich 2 times as they typically do. I asked for less then average received twice the amount I normally would be given. I was clearly dissatisfied with the huge lump of mayo on the first half of my sandwich and she asked me with attitude in her voice “did you want more? “. I’ve always had great experiences with the other employees previously. satisfied order nor the friendly atmosphere I normally do. Very unhappy with service tonight that employee needs to learn how to talk to customers

Beware. $30 dollars for 2 lbs and a medium pizza. Then for the final delivery and tax $46. Then you only get 6 wings in each order. The pizza was still hot but wings were ice cold Very sad.. To be honest, both were very tasty

We always look forward to ordering pizza on Fridays for lunch, but it seems to be getting to hard to reach anyone. Your website says you open at 11:00 on Fridays but more and more it's 1130 before anyone answers the phone. We have started ordering else where now due to this. Would be more then happy to return to you but being at work we have a tight window for lunch, if you can start answering the phones at 1100 we would be more then happy to start ordering again

Wings phenomenal! The problem was my group paid about $3 per wing. I placed an online order for some guys at work for the Midnight shift. We ordered 2lbs of wings each. Picked it up, and put it in the fridge. When we went to eat our wings we noticed our 2lb orders were just over a pound each. The kitchen staff weighed our wings on their scale. They were closing so I emailed them just to let them aware. It's been 2 days, no response. It was probably a mistake of what my online order said and what they packed. Moral of the story...Double check your orders when you get it

Their pizza used to be so good, now it’s just ok. I ordered a medium deluxe and an order of fries with gravy on the side. I specifically asked if their fries were “seasoned” ? I was informed they were NOT seasoned, I asked her twice. Surprise! Their fries were seasoned, I don’t like seasoned fries so that was a waste of money.

Ordered 2 lbs of wings, received 10 wings, weighed it at work on there food scale, came out to just a pound. $3 a wing it worked out too, what a joke, wings are good but not that good. Never going back for wings here again, remember pizza tonight, there is a wing place on every corner your not the only ones any more

Very disappointed with pizza tonight customer service over charged and didn't listen while trying to find the best deals. Girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about when quoting their deals off the website and off the downloaded pdf they have on their website.. tried to order a deal that is clearly stated on the menu and sent my husband to get it. The total was 15.00 more than price on menu and they just refused to do anything to help rectify the situation. This was one of my favorite pizza places prior to this but now I believe it's a scam and you should not trust swiping your debit here . Send cash or don't go .

Bought pizza yesterday..start time 6:05 and the guy told me takes 25mins. Ok. I will in the car waiting. So after half hour 6:38 went back in to pick up my order. Then. Thers a problem, the guy in the front desk didnt forward my order. So i have tonwait another 20 mins and he came back again and told me 10mins . so I wait. And got pizza and went home and eat and found out the dought is not cooked enough. So i have to bring this the next day to show them how this pizza dough not cooked enough. What a waste of gas and no satisfaction... After a week... I call them back to get my credit..I am happy and the customer service excellent. The problem resolve without any issues....they replace my order. I've been regular customer since 2009 and I knew Smay same year, we went the same ESL school and she told me that she worked at pizza and thats the end of the story and be friends till now. And order pizza in this store. Thank you so much.

Was in town for a work trip and decided to pick something up after the gym. I got the Wednesday steak special with fries and a Caesar salad. Comes with a bun also. Food was great. It was karaoke night as well which was awesome to walk into. Thank you !

Breakfast review — I know right, but it has to be said this is probably one of the better breakfasts I've had in St Thomas. Unexpected and impressive. Panzarote is great too.

We ordered chicken wings and breakfast. The fries were greasy, the chicken wings were over-fried, and nothing didn't taste great. However, the service was amazing. .

I came in tonight to unwind after work, enjoy the karaoke, eat a nice meal and have a nice smoke outside. I had 2 Pepsis with the garlic bread and overall things went well. However, things took a turn when I went to have a smoke outside. Since my party had cannabis we went to my car at the far side of the parking lot, as to be respectful to the other patrons. My server followed us out and accused us of sneaking in a liquor bottle, drinking it in the car and said I was cut off. when I tried to explain and show her my smoking pipe, she started getting aggressive and told me to leave. That is why I felt the need to leave this review, this would be the first time I have been accused of lying by restaurant staff. That young woman ruined my night because she was loud and impatient, even after I ate and left her a 60% tip, she seemed unhappy from our first interaction. I wasn’t going to be rude to get her attention. So I had to leave and text my party what had happened. So embarrassing 😔

St. Thomas’ hidden gem! Incredible Indian food… We ordered the lunch set for 2, which came with delicious samosas and vegetable pakoras. The chickpea curry and chicken korai were full of amazing flavor, served with rice and naan bread. One small suggestion for improvement: the chicken breast was a bit dry. Using darker meat in a curry sauce might enhance the texture, as Indian cuisine is typically cooked low and slow.

We had the pleasure of doing some unrelated work for the Owner on the building. I've never been a fan of South Asian food but he offered to change my mind when the work was finished. I have to say, I'm impressed. I have no idea what I had but it was delicious, spicy and very filling. The portions were good and it was ready pretty quickly. I'll definitely be popping back in to try something else!

Fantastic dining experience! Our first time visiting The Clay Oven and it will not be our last. The food was delicious. The service was first class. The owners are so friendly. We had the Set meal for Two, which included Vegetable Samosa, Vegetable Pakora, Chicken Korai, Chana Masala, Pulao Rice & Plain Naan. Lots of food and great value for the price. I highly recommend The Clay Oven as St. Thomas is growing in culinary diversity.

So soo good! Went with my bestie today, as a last minute, ‘Hey wanna try this place?’ kind of thing.. & soo glad she suggested it! She had the Chicken Madras, as she was looking for spicy.. and she got it! And LOVED it! (As we’ll for SURE be back, lol, she already know she wants to try the Vindaloo next!) I had the Lentil soup & WOW was that good!! & you HAVE to try their homemade naan bread! Even the smell will make your mouth water. This place KNOWS their flavors & combinations! Service was just as great.. from the server as soon as we got there & during; to the chef that even came out to see how everything was! (Always a bonus when that happens, in my opinion. :)) The only only thing ‘I’ personally wish? :) Is that some of the dishes could possibly be made with coconut CREAM instead of regular cream, for anyone with dairy or other nut alternative intolerances. :) I did ask, but that option wasn’t available.. but maybe one day!! :) And honestly, it’s ok.. because that soup? Was DIVINE! & I would go back just for that. :) 5 stars for sure :). (Would be 6/5 if they had coconut cream dishes! Haha) Great job Clay Oven! Thank you for a tasty lunch & such kind service! :)

We finally tried The Clay Oven after moving to St Thomas and we are so glad we did! It’s definitely a new go to spot for not only Indian food, but anytime we are craving something super flavourful and filling The food tastes homemade, the portions are generous and again very filling. The owner was so kind and welcoming :) We look forward to going back!

We recently ordered the Dinner for Two from The Clay Oven, along with a few extras—and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, and each dish was perfectly cooked. From start to finish, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you're craving quality Indian cuisine and great hospitality!

My family and I are here for our son’s baseball tournament & according to the locals this is the place to be. We made reservations for our team, which was 42 and we certainly filled the space. I rather support a local business than a big corporate franchise. Unfortunately we were very disappointed, as I just think our group was far too large for what their staff could handle. Pretty sure the kitchen staff took a lunch break after they served 1/2 the group, the consistency of getting meals out was far from a timely manner. My kids had the good old chicken fingers and fries, my husband and I both ordered the fish tacos. They must have cooked and reheated our fried 4 times before they were served to us. Our fish tacos were made incorrectly, without slaw. Slaw makes the fish tacos, plain and simple iceberg lettuce just doesn’t do it. So I politely asked the waitress who was unfamiliar with the menu explain Slaw is only on Fridays. Thought that was writer but okay I went on my way with to go containers. Moments later, the waitress came back with apologies they just ran out. They were discounting my meal. Just my meal, not my husband’s. Even thought my husband also received the same. I’d suggest steering clear if you’re hoping for a good local pub.

We ordered food for takeout. Absolutely horrendous, order was wrong( which they rectified) I called before we ate anything when we did try to eat dinner it was really bad, not what we were expecting. The other times we ate here, the food was great. Not sure what went wrong this time. Unfortunately we will probably give it a second thought before trying it again.

We placed a take out order . Honestly, we dined in before the food was great. This time it was horrible. We order the 5 piece Chicken finger got 3. The chicken fingers were over cooked. Fries were horrible. My grandson wouldn't even eat them. My husband and some got the burger and there was more bun then burger. They did deliver the 2 chicken fingers. And some jalapeño poppers and mushroom as when we opened there was like 6 Jalapeño and 8 mushrooms. I definitely will rethink before going back for a take out order.

Breakfast was priced reasonably. Service was fast and with a smile. Still have 3 choices of toast and 18% cream for coffee. It's the details that make the difference. Will surely return.

I used to come there every weekend for karaoke, to drink and even eat until a few weeks ago when I got banned from there for no reason and I have been upset and stressed to the max about the whole ordeal. The owner had told me it was because I have said innaporiate things to regulars and didn't want people in the place to feel uncomfortable. The thing is, though, is that I don't even remember what i even said to regulars because no one has even came forward or even told me that I have said anything but the owner herself that has made anyone uncomfortable nor do I remember speaking to anyone in an innaporiate way. The owner had pulled me aside one Saturday night and told me that I was kicked out, I was no longer welcome back there, that I can say goodbye to my one friend there but after that I was no longer allowed back there and also that even if anyone were to invite me to go there, I still wasn't allowed to go. So I was unfairly banned. I was hurt and told by one of my other friends to let it go but I am not letting this go anytime soon. So good luck with trying to make me.

My lovely wife and I were out celebrating our Twentieth wedding anniversary today. We decided Sunset Grill on Talbot St in St Thomas was where we were going to eat our brunch. We had the pleasure of Courtney serving our table and she was professional, down to earth and just what we needed. Her great sense of humour set a nice tone. Courtney was able to rustle us up a steak and cheese sandwich with home fries and a strawberry, whip cream french toast deal that was to die for(see photos). The steak, home fries and slaw is a huge meal. If you're really hungry boys and girls, this will fill you nicely. Likely won't be dessert after this cornucopia of steak and cheese wonderfulness. With peppers, OH MY GOODNESS PEPPERS! The French toast tasted a lot like a cross between funnel cake and elephant ears. A mouthful of brunch goodness. A cheque your body can easily cash. If you haven’t eaten at Sunset Grill, you’re seriously missing out. The atmosphere, lighting, staff and food all contribute to a perfect way to start your day. The Avocado Toast Meal might be one of the best breakfast meals I have ever eaten anywhere. It’s a must try if you love avocado and Mediterranean/greek cuisine.

My husband and I came in just on a whim, hungry and wanting to stop somewhere for brunch before heading to a market. We were served by Linda, who was just lovely. The service was timely and friendly, with a great menu and decent prices. We loved it! will be coming back.

Honestly this is one of the worst little Caesar’s I’ve been to. I only go here when I am in a pinch and need that hot and ready pizza but when I saw my pizza when I got home I was reminded again why we try not to go here. I should have checked at the store because I would have demanded another one. Lesson learned! So many burnt air bubbles making this less pizza.

Disgusting pizza whoever made it . I placed an order last night .. two pizza one large and one medium for guest . Wastage of money .

Poor service not willing to accommodate allergy or food preferences, even after calling and offering to pay whatever to get those preferences. The lady on the phone was sarcastic and not helpful. I cancelled my order. I don't want a sarcastic person making my food even if they would accommodate. Looking at the reviews, the management doesn't seem to care what people write. First and last time with the St. Thomas Little Caesars.

I ordered two pizzas and was really let down. Both were extremely greasy,the base and crust were soaked to the point that grease was dripping off as I tried to pick up a slice. It made the whole experience pretty unpleasant. The flavor was also very basic and lacked any real depth or uniqueness. Unfortunately, this was even worse than my experiences with Domino’s. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Food is decent. You get what you pay for, but it's a good budget friendly pizza night option. They have a well designed online order and contactless pick up system where you pick your pizzas up in little heated lockers.

I’ve been going to this place for almost 20 years, and to be honest it’s probably the best little Caesars. You go to London and it’s just not the same cause there’s like 20 little Caesars there. This little Caesars might be the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had (cause I ask for garlic butter) but it is some of the best pizza I’ve had.

Disappointing. Pizza had the biggest crust I’ve ever seen due to lack of cheese and sauce but for some reason there was enough dried out dehydrated sausage for two pizzas. The chicken wings I think we’re likely raw. To be safe I put them in the oven. The skin looked uncooked. I wasn’t going to risk it. Too bad, the family was really looking forward to pizza tonight and this sucked. Rarely this disappointed with a meal.

The photos pretty much say it all. Paid close to $50 for delivery for 2 items and a can of Pepsi. Was really looking forward to the steak bites but they looked very disappointing and careless. The fish was broken in half for some reason. This was a special meal for the long weekend and I feel ripped off. This was my first and last time eating from here and I do not recommend it. Hopefully someone at this place reads these reviews and makes some changes.

Went here for dinner with my grandma and sister. They have certainly cleaned the building up for the most part (from the previous business), so it’s a much more welcoming space to eat in. We went earlier in the night, so it wasn’t too busy which allowed for a comfortable experience as far as actually being able to have conversations (I have been to a number of restaurants where it was far too loud, be it too many people, loud music, etc). Our server was friendly, and very familiar with the menu. To no fault of hers, she unfortunately had to start off by telling us everything they DIDN’T have available. At the time, they had only been open for a couple of weeks, so that’s understandable in my opinion. Food: Garlic bread with cheese - 9/10 - very tasty, good portion Burger w/ fries - 8/10 (sister’s meal) - was very tasty, well cooked, no complaints, but nothing beats homemade burgers - fries were well done (possibly too much) Steak w/ fries - 9/10 (grandma’s meal) - ordered well done, cooked properly - veggies were good - fries perfect I’m going to be hyper-critical of my meal because I want to see 1881 steakhouse succeed long term: Steak w/ twice baked potato (6/10) (my meal) - twice baked potato was bland, it really made me think they just mashed up the potato and put in back into the skin. Hardly any bacon or cheese noticeable - veggies were also bland and not well seasoned. - the steak was cooked properly and seasoned well. However, the steak was thin. When I go to a steakhouse, I expect to get a thick cut of meat. I don’t think you can cook a really good medium rare with a thin cut of steak. Cookie Skillet - 7/10 - hits the spot for a warm sugar rush - would benefit from handmade cookies (seemed prepackaged) Skor Cheesecake - 10/10 - fantastic! Overall, it was a good first experience. I look forward to going back and trying some other items on the menu. I’m happy to see a steakhouse in St. Thomas, and I hope they can last long-term.

The food was great! We went when it first opened and it was slow to get food. Today was a completely different experience. I think they’ve got it dialled in a bit better now. Steaks came out cooked properly, service was great and the menu was very reasonable. Definitely a good spot to try if you’re looking for something a little higher end.

Ordered for delivery. The 1881 burger and a "fresh onion soup". Soup broth was decent but somehow the bread, which was one solid cake rather than bread pieces or croutons, was dry and dense despite being soaked in broth. It was topped with unmelted mozzarella and a slice of unmelted swiss that I had to peal off because it was tough even to rip by hand. Burger was an uneven party thickness, extremely dry and tastes of a dirty grill (not the nice charcoal flavour you'd expect) and the brisket it came topped with was so chewy I couldn't bite through it. Minimal sauce topped as well. 2 items with no drink came to about $40 before tipping the delivery driver. I enjoyed them as a steak house but this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a burger. Really disappointed and I hope it's just the burger and soup that's bad and not the restaurant as a whole declining as I really have enjoyed their steak in the past.

Mediocrity is being kind. Our server was nice but could have done better. I don't know how they'll last. The desert was the 2nd best experience. 2nd to the company we were with. The salad was pretty lame. The steak was okay. Same decor as the previous diner. I’m not interested in going again. Better value can be had just down the road.

Honestly this place deserves to be a bit more busy then it seemed. Sit down dining is a rare occurrence for me so it's nice to not have a full blown sensory overload in this place. Our server was lovely and attentive, I probably would have scored the food higher but I wasn't particularly hungry so it's kind of "on a curve" I'll try again next time I'm like raging for a steak dinner. Check it out tho! The garlic mashed potatoes were definitely hitting regardless of my lack of hunger (see pic).

1881 has a great vibe and atmosphere. Amazing and friendly service. Incredibly huge and beautiful patio. Very large, long bar inside that is separated from the dining room with multiple big screen TV's showing sports. The food was SO DELICIOUS and the desserts are to die for! A must visit for sure!

Excellent burger and milk shake. Much much better than Harvey's, Wendy's or Macdonalds. Herm's cost a bit more but the quality is way better. Minor drawback is where the sitting area is facing. But it doesn't deter my son and I going there.

Top notch service and food! I ordered online so I can go pick it up during my lunch break. The online ordering is very easy and straight forward! My order was ready when I got there and it was made fresh. I the fried pickles were fresh and the burger was out of the world delicious. Will definitely be going back with the family to try more stuff off the menu.

My updated review. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This location has taken special care for its gluten allergy customers. It has independent fryers and take special care around prep surfaces to prevent cross contamination. We visited and had a burger and fries (like normal people) but aside from a high quality Gluten free bun, it was the same eating experience that every other customer had. We always wait 24 hours to see if there was any flairups from contamination. We are happy to say that this place gets full stars for no side effects. My review from 2022: I had their back yard burger with everything and it was great. If you're in the area stop in for lunch or dinner and taste some great barbecue

Best fry wagon in town, the only negative is that everyone else knows it, so it gets busy. Customer service has always been friendly and the food is great. The Gluten Free options allow for the entire family to enjoy without fear.

I was n a business trip to St. Thomas today ... I asked my customers what the best burgers in the area were ... and they pointed me here. Was expecting a standard chip wagon fare, but I was pleasantly surprised. My order was placed quickly, even with my customizations. After a short, and "well worth the while" wait my food arrived. The burger was amazing! Single patty, double bacon and all the fixings ... deelish! The rings were crispy and well seasoned, and the fries were also perfectly seasoned, I would have liked them a tiny bit more crispier. The food was so good, that I can't wait for my next drive to beautiful St. Thomas, just so that I can come back here.

Herms is amazing! It’s not just a hamburger, hotdog and fry place. They have a really good menu and everything I’ve tried has been great. They sell Shaw’s ice cream too. They have a nice deck with tables and some picnic tables in the shade. Great spot to eat outside when the weather is nice. I’m always sad to see them close for the winter.

Great burgers, great prices, delicious fries. Small little joint off the side of the road but really amazing fresh food. You order your food outside the shop in one window and wait for them to give to you fresh in the next.

This is not a fancy-shmancy place, but if you want fantastic ribs, go here!!! 😋 There is no indoor seating, but there are picnic tables with umbrellas. I enjoyed the aroma of the meat smoker as we were waiting. I was practically drooling for my order when they brought it out. You don't need to pick the bones, because the meat just drops right off. I also think the price is very reasonable. If you are in the area, don't pass this place by. By far, the best ribs I have had in my life.

Smokin caboose did the catering for my wedding this past Saturday and they were phenomenal. I had nothing but compliments all night about how tasty the food was. They were beyond professional, answering my every question and concern. The servers were kind, friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I cannot be more thrilled with our decision to have you apart of our special day. Thank you to all the staff at smokin caboose.

Amazing! 10 outta 10! We love this place. We try to order from here at least once a month. The staff is friendly, and welcoming! The food is amazing! The portions are perfect, sometimes bigger than you would expect! We always try the special if we can. My favorites - pulled pork, brisket bites, chicken fetish, poutine and the Texas twinkies. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Stop in for my first time today, got the Meatball sub meal, was very tasty, mac and cheese what's delicious and so is the coleslaw, the meatball sub was very delicious also nice bun good meatballs and so is the marinara sauce top with melted cheese Will be back soon. We had the Smokin' Caboose cater our daughters graduation party of 60+ guests. They were already booked for the date we needed to provide full catering so we decided to get just the meat catered and pick it up on the date we needed it (we decided on pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket). Fiona was so helpful and accommodating in deciding which combination of meats we would have and how much we would need for the size of the party. Every detail from start to finish was seamless and stress free. We picked up our meat exactly as ordered hot and ready to service on time for our dinner party. On top of the great communication and exceptional customer service we received the food was AMAZING and tasted DELICIOUS. We recommend them to anyone needing full catering service or even meat only as we did. We will use them again for sure. Lovely people to deal with. Absolutely zero issues along the way. Stopped by over the weekend to pick up some food for dinner. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. Staff was amazing and the venue seemed relaxed. Pros - Staff was kind and friendly - Who I think was the owner was friendly with the patrons, seemed to know regulars quite well - Cool little venue Cos - Fries could have used a bit longer in the fryer and had 0 salt/seasoning on them whatso ever. - Coleslaw was bland - Brisket and Chicken sandwiches were fine - Brisket burnt ends were tough and seemed like they had been sitting for a while causing them to be over cooked. Overall the food was very meh. Nothing really stood out other than the lack of use of salt. *We live nearby so it wasn't the time in the car that affected the quality issues*

We used the catering service for our Anniversary party. The portions per person was more than enough. The selection was great for all guests. The taste of everything was top notch. I would recommend The Smokin Caboose for any party function again. 5☆☆☆☆☆

We picked up our order yesterday. I said hopefully these are made right. The ladies said of course. I got home and of course no pickles on my sub. This isn't the first time this has happened. The bread wasn't fresh either . I'm going to switch to subway

I ordered and received my meatball sub but it had no sauce. I thought your meatballs were in sauce? I believe last time I came in the meatballs are in sauce? I didn't add sauce thinking I was getting a meatball sub. I ate it and it was dry and not very tasty. Overall I am disappointed.

We have eaten here for years. Decades. But something is different. Last night we both got food poisoning from an assorted sub. We are confident it was Mr Sub for the simple reason that we had not eaten earlier in the day. Stomach cramps were awful. We are very unhappy with this experience.

This place makes the best subs and the staff are amazing!!

My wife went to Mr. subs last night to get us each a sub for supper. We both had the same sub, which was a assorted with lettuce, tomatoes, and a few cucumbers after we eat the subs within two hours we were both sick to our stomach‘s and stomach cramps which told us they were probably food poisoning Was not a good experience. I’ve been eating here for years and years and years and never had this result before will never go back pretty sure the meat sits out on the counter all day long.or was just out of date It was about 6 o’clock at night when we picked up the subs super bad choice for dinner last night .

Tried again recently and few times and it's been good except when the owner is there. I always feel like he's rushing me through and he puts very little toppings on the subs. I always feel like he is skimping on the toppings. It's my favorite sub but not at this location.

First off, I love Mr Sub. So that’s why they automatically get a good review, however this mr sub location is more pricey than all the ones in London that offer better promotions. The staff is friendly enough but they are very slow to make a sub which I can do at double their speed. Active listening skills could be better as I normally have to repeat my order a few times, toppings, etc as employees are busy chatting and forget what I've said.

Tucked in the far corner of a tiny food court in a small-town mall is a pleasant surprise for your palate - one of the tastiest burgers in Southern Ontario. I waived the mustard and ketchup to better evaluate the burger patty, and I didn't regret it. The meat is local ground chuck; it's beefy in the old sense of the word - meaty, richly flavoured, full of the savoury umami taste you never expect to find outside of your own backyard grill. You can customize the rest of the burger - I chose purple onions, a scatter of chopped lettuce, and a scoop of fresh bruschetta (amazing) - to your liking. Whichever burger set you choose comes with your option of fries or rings. I had the kid's House Burger and went with the rings, which were real onion with a good batter. I do prefer them a little crispier, but that's a personal texture thing...you won't find anything to complain of as far as the flavor goes! My quick photo doesn't do the meal justice, because I wanted to start eating before anything got cold :) The customer ahead of me ordered the Taters N Cream, and upon hearing the description I was convinced to add it to my order. I regretted it only because I could have made a meal out of that alone! Fresh fries loaded with sour cream, grated cheese, real bacon bits, and chopped green onions easily rival NYF. Scrumptious and generous. Atmosphere gets 3/5 stars because, let's face it, it's a mall food court. This business deserves a more prominent location with comfortable chairs and real plates. As for the woman behind the counter, she gets 5 stars from me: outgoing, clear, friendly, knowledgeable about her food, and on a first-name basis with the locals also ordering. If you're over forty and food doesn't taste as good as it used to, try a Backyard Burger and refresh your memories. If you're a young adult who grew up on fast-food, go make your tastebuds happy. Skip the yellow arches and enjoy a real burger!

The burgers were delicious and juicy with lots of flavour. Hotdog was delicious as well. My toddler at it all. I enjoyed the fries, and I am very picky when it comes to fries. The staff was very kind and checked in on us. Will come back again!

I'm shocked! The quality of these burgers is on par with high end sports bars and pubs. The topings are similar to Harveys, but some better mixes. The onion rings were also pretty good! Will be back.

What a great find in an aging mall food court. Homemade cooked to perfection fresh made not frozen burgers. Wonderful owners definitely worth a try. And who makes Homemade gravy for their poutine? Backyard Burgers does. Worth stopping in, I will be back!

Out of town again today decided to look for somewhere neat to try. Wasn't sure at first as this showed being in a mall food court but decided to give it a try. Woman running the front was super polite and friendly. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. It tasted fantastic. Great seasoning on both the burger and the fries. And the fries were the perfect crispness. Thanks so much!

Lol you have got to be kidding me just ordered the Thursday special two panzarottis on confederation from this place my husband went there to pick it up came home with a small pepperoni pizza because they had given our panzarottis to somebody else so my husband had called they said they would make some fresh ones in 45 minutes LOL I'm starving to death by this point so my husband had no choice but to agree and have to wait for it and then they had the nerve to call back and ask can you please bring back the small pepperoni pizza like is this really how you run this business I would like to know what exactly were you going to do with that small pepperoni pizza that is already been in somebody else's house? Unbelievable but I can assure you it will be the last for me used to really like this place.

While the food was amazing, the service was not. We went into the store and ordered 2 wraps and 2 cans of pop. Now it was a Friday night which I know is busy, and had the delay of almost a half hour been due to that I would have said fine. But we literally watched the person start the wraps and walk away 3 times because she thought she had to be in everyone else's work space. I don't know if she is the supervisor or manager but she needs to learn how to focus on one task at a time or delegate jobs better.

Order a pizza for delivery it never showed up. It’s was well over an hour and a half, I called them back. The guy on the other line told me oh it’s been sitting here. He first thought I called the wrong store??? I told him, No I called you. For delivery, Then I said I didn’t want that pizza that’s been sitting there for an hour and a half. Are you gonna make a new ones? He said no, I told him to cancel the order. I’m calling Domino’s. FYI Please don’t do edibles while you’re working.

Very consistent pizza when ordering ahead , excellent service , paid 28dollars for a large pizza with alot of toppings and double cheese it was worth it. Update* small pepperoni extra cheese delicious, customer service is excellent 👌. That double stuffed cheesy bread 🍞 is delicious 😋

Great pizza, usually have to wait longer than expected for pick up, but worth thr wait majority of the time! I had to update my review to a one star from 5 as we recently had a pizza made in error and were promised a free pizza on our next visit. Next time we ordered the free pizza wasn't honored. They claimed the information was lost. I haven't returned

I visited Golden Dragon on Elm Street for dinner recently and found it worth five stars. It’s in a typical strip mall and the place was very clean. The menu covers standard Chinese food options. What we ordered came out hot, with good portion sizes that left us with leftovers. The flavours were solid, and everything seemed fresh. The meal for four people cost around $60, which felt reasonable for the amount of food. The staff was polite and kept things moving. Our order was timely, and they checked on us a couple of times. No issues with the service. They offer takeout and delivery, which seems convenient for most customers. Compared to other places in St. Thomas, this one stands out for being consistent and reliable. If you’re looking for a decent spot for Chinese food, it’s a good option to try.

Never been disappointed ordering their great food. I drive in from London just to get their food! Will always come here! I find the customer service good. They are a busy restaurant but they are always polite.

We were so excited after tasting the food that we completely forgot to take a picture. Based on the restaurant rating, you’d assume the food was terrible but that is not in any way the case. It was fresh, hot, spicy and very tasty!

Food is average. If you want great chinese food this is not the place. They are not the friendliest and are poor at answering the phone. They definitely need to step up their game!

Ordered through door dash and very sadly and disgustingly there was a hair on top of the box upon opening our sealed bag and hair in the food. This used to be one of my favourite places but that is disgusting and I will not be going back.

Welcomed by smiling faces and left with delicious food. A gentleman even offered my son a juice box free of charge while our food was being prepared. This was our first time here and we will definitely be returning. Great food and great service!

A few weeks ago I had a very Friendly gentleman that offered me some Homemade hot sauce, it was absolutely delicious, I made the mistake of putting on too much being brave . He was such a kind man, gave me a free drink on my way out . I’ll definitely be back because of him. You don’t see the costumer service he gave very often anymore . Thank you ! Joe

My daughter has been telling me to try this spot for a while now. She loves the food and the portions. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I ordered a veggie bowl lastnight with a side of chips and queso for pick up, total was $22. There was barely anything in it. I saw a few shreds of lettuce and maybe 10 tomatoes with some beans and rice. No green pepper, no pickled onions which I ordered. The taste of the queso was not good at all and tasted like it had been left out too long. I also did not order hot sauce but they put hot sauce on it. Not sure if I'll try this place again. After all the hype from my daughter, I was thoroughly disappointed.

We were seated quickly. I expected a little more seating though. We were served quickly. The server was friendly. The food came quickly and was very good. I especially like the birria taco. 3 tacos is definitely enough for one person. The sauces on the table are a little on the spicy side but not too much. Overall a good experience.

Really awesome concept here. Menu is small which keeps everything fresh. The food comes quick and the service is quick. Get your food eat your food and leave. Not a place to sit and hang around as people are constantly coming and going. The restaurant manager is a really nice guy. Food is also good and well priced. Would recommend.

I’ve got to be real with this one. I had the pork tacos, and while the meat was well-seasoned, it was also dry—I had to drench it in sauce just to get it down. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and we arrived right when the place opened. The music playing was good, but the place was so packed you could barely hear it. Lots of families with kids running wild—fun for some, maybe, but not for everyone. The menu was pretty weak if you’re looking for more than just tacos. Not much variety for a Mexican spot. At $7 a taco, the portions were tiny—if you're a big guy like me, your wallet's going to feel it. On the bright side, the location is solid with lots of parking. The place was clean and had a ping pong table to kill time while waiting. Chips and pickled carrots were on the house, which was nice, and the sauces were decent. As someone Spanish myself, I had high hopes—but I wouldn’t recommend it. This review stings because I really wanted to like the place. The hype just didn’t match the experience. Ps: The menu on Google is not the same as the menu in restaurant.

We've been to both Taco Loco locations. The food here is very good, however it wasn't as good as the other location. The wait was very long. We sat on folding chairs. It was very understaffed for the number of tables but the wait staff did the best they could. The margaritas weren't the best but at 8 dollars I won't complain. It was bothersome they arrived at the table in disposable plastic cups and were not rimmed with salt or anything else. The amount of plastic waste from here must be huge. Recommendations for the owners: Dial in your margaritas. Offer more tequilas. Purchase glass cups. Make sure you rim the drinks if your menu advertises them as rimmed. With how much business you are doing you can get some proper tables and chairs. Otherwise it's a good place to get tacos! We may stick to the other Taco Loco location though.

The first time I had El pastor tacos was in Saltillo. The tacos from Taco Loco are as close as it gets. 100% recommend

Great option for tacos in the St. Thomas area. Friendly staff and good portions! Definitely add the cheese to your order. I got the chicken and birria as a combo and both were delicious.

Sunny winter day at Tim Hortons in St. Thomas, Canada. Sipping Ice Cappuccino, feeling cozy as sunlight streams in. Perfect moment of contentment.

Not usually one to write a review but I work in food service and was not happy with what I seen. Went inside for a bagel and an iced Capp which took almost 10 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. None of the staff were wearing hairnets and only some were wearing visors, a few had nothing on their head at all. One guy had longer hair and it wasn’t even put up. Only 2 staff had their hair covered properly, gross.

Your hours of operation say from 5am-10pm for store and Drive throu AND was updated 6weeks ago by the business yet the front door is locked and only the drive throu is open. This is False advertisement of business hours. I live beside the store it cost me the price of a coffee to walk there from beside your location but I’m forced to wast gas for the drive through because you can’t put the proper hours

A racist customer came into this location and knew some of the workers there because they greeted him by his name. This customer makes several racist jokes, while some of the staff is laughing along. This customer then proceeds to say it's ok for him to make jokes like that because he has a mixed grandchild. I am a visible minority and was sitting somewhere they could not have seen me, but what if I was in plain view? The behaviour from some of the staff was extremely unacceptable. Do better. This happened on Saturday, July 5, 2025 and I was in there between 4:45pm and 6:00pm.

8:30pm at night they say "Sorry we have no more Bacon in the store". The same lie I was told by the Elm street Timmies 15 mins earlier. Why lie? Why not just say that they don't want to put more bacon on to fulfill an order? Lying to customers is just disrespectful.

I asked for vanilla iced latte but she made me an iced coffee, no worries stuff happens so I asked for latte she gave me vanilla iced coffee. A barista who doesn’t know latte has espresso shot is no barista. It took them exactly 7 minutes to get me aAn everything bagel

Bad costumer service, even though some of them were not doing anything at the back and just talking to each other. They made me wait at the front at least 7 minutes just to order. They don’t care.

This was the worse breakfast ever, and I’ve eaten at Denny’s late night while living in BC and it was excellent. This is over priced, coffee is not included and it was greasy. I have tried this place twice thinking the first time was a one off, well it wasn’t. Plus they have a robot that delivers food, and personally being a chef I find it spooky and insulting that they have a robot roaming around the diner. That is mistake on the robot, some may think it’s cool, I think it’s not and would not go back for this reason alone, plus the terrible food.

I have gone to Denny's, a few times. Today was an experience to write a review about. Tracy, our Waitress was OUTSTANDING, EXCEPTIONAL and deserves best Hostess and Waitress award! Kudos, to Denny's for having this wonderful woman on their Team. The service was exceptional, not to mention I noticed how she treated all her customers amazing at all her tables. Thank you, Tracey for making our morning! As well as this cool robot that brings your food, so the server doesn't have to run back and fourth...

Never been to Denny's, but I wasn't disappointed. Servers were polite and I love the fact the Establishment got AI servers to carry the food to save the backs of the Human employees. I know AI can be a bad thing but used to help the human employees I can get behind it. And Bella is just too cute!

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Denny's yesterday! My first time having Denny's in St. Thomas!! Really impressed by the food and great service by the waitress!!! I'll definitely be coming back to this place soon when I am settled in St. Thomas this Summer.

Went for breakfast… kids had the pancakes and bacon, hubby and I had the omelette. Cheese was American but I prefer true cheddar. Hash browns were done perfectly as crispy but not too crispy. server was attentive but took a while to get our bill as they were down a manager due to a trip to London for product. Can recommend as a breakfast place.

Thought we would stop in at Denny's today in St. Thomas as we have enjoyed the location in London. What a HUGE mistake. The food was absolutely disgusting. The automated server that they have to help staff carry food out was covered in spills of old food. At one point our server came by our table and motioned to something on the table and said to my husband, "Gimme that". She was swapping out the salt shaker. She asked us how the food was and I told her it was awful. She said, "Well, at least you're honest". No recommendations from us. Do Better!

Waited a long time for drinks - only to have the server spill one and react by slamming her tray with the rest of the drinks on the ground in anger. It was 4 minutes shy of an hour before we got our food. During that time, no one came to the table to apologize, check in, nothing. The place was moderately busy, but there were a lot of empty tables - hardly slammed or overwhelmed. Server gets one star for offering a discount at the end. We all know places can get busy and kitchens can get backed up, It happens. But it's nice when the staff choose to react as professionals and try to manage customers - not just ignore them.

Small and quaint little place with a wonderful atmosphere inside. One wood top table has a live edge. I ordered the hamburger which might be the best burger I’ve ever had. With a little zip and peppery finish, the concentration of grass fed organic beef, caramelized onions and bacon was done to perfection. Chuck, our server, bartender and receptionist was very knowledgeable and attentive. Beef is their specialty and they offer steak and roast beef sandwiches as well. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This was our first visit to Grassroots, for an anniversary dinner, and they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely divine, whisky sour and summer sangria were absolute perfection. Hubby says the steak was the best he’s ever had. Our server was very attentive, atmosphere was cozy-chique. Our visit was mid week, and it wasn’t very busy. 10/10 and amazing special restaurant, we will definitely be back.

If you want a real European restaurant experience with a local twist, this is the place to go. The food is excellent, beautifully presented and the service was great. I'm not a big steak fan in general, but even I was impressed. The wine demi was something special. The creme brulee was so good I didn't have time to take a photo of it😁Highly recommended!

We found this place on a whim while visiting St. Thomas, our server (Chuck) was wonderful and the food was amazing! We started with the cornbread (soooo good), and had the dry-aged burger as well as a featured 8 oz Ontario striploin, finishing off with the banana panna cotta. I found the panna cotta slightly too dense and the peanut brittle too bitter but all in all it was a great meal! Would highly recommend!

First time. Fantastic services and marvellous food. Not sure what else to say except it's authentically real food with real ingredients done by a chef who has his hand in everything. One thing I would say if it's your first time is perhaps call ahead or look on their Facebook page on what the cuts of meat are that they're serving that night. I'm used to most steakhouses that have four or five different cuts and this I'd more what's ready to come out of aging.

Honestly probably the best restaurant I've ever been to in my life, service was amazing. Atmosphere is great and the food is even better. No need to drive to Toronto for a five-star meal. It's right here. Keep up the great work!

A lovely intimate, contemporary upscale place that serves thoughtfully presented and excellent quality food. They don't serve coffee, but they do I make the most amazing Espresso Martini!

Generous portions, but sadly very poor Chinese food. St Thomas really needs a proper Chinese restaurant.

Was at the mall and noticed Wok Express. Went up to take a look and the food was super fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ordered 3 meals and we all really enjoyed the food. Sesame chicken and the beef broccoli was delicious. Orange chicken also very good. Fried rice and noodles were really good. Definitely suggest this spot in St.Thomas.

Pizza is my go to food. So I know what good pizza is. I've had Mikey's pizza years ago when they first started up in st Thomas. I remember enjoying it. So when it was time to get our weekly pizza. It was time to re try Mikeys. The lady on the phone was amazing and the delivery was fast. Now for the pizza. There was NO FLAVOR. I was like how is this possible? Now that's out in the open. The pizza does have potential. Maybe more flavorful sauce and maybe some new meat suppliers to give. Even the meat more of a flavor would help out this potential of a delicious pizza. We were going to try the deluxe and the cheeseburger pizza but unfortunately they didn't have the ingredients for the cheeseburger pizza which is fully understand on a busy Saturday night so we got a Hawaiian pizza instead. I was sadly disappointed in the pizza 🍕 I will give them another chance but not any time soon

Well first off the pizza looks like capri pizza from my childhood. The sad part is I paid $65 for 2 large pizza deliverer to my door. The other sad part is the deluxe pizza I got has no flavour. Like even down to the tomato sauce nothing. Very boring and sad pizza it’s like they just sucked the fun out of the pizza.

The pizza was fine, but underwhelming. Unfortunately, Mickey’s Pizzaria has joined the unfortunate trend of tipflation in Ontario by asking for a 10-20% tip upon simply walking in and picking up a carry-out order. Please reconsider what you ask your customers for. Tips are for table service-not for walking in and out with a carry-out item. You have no dining room so this shouldn’t even be an option at your establishment. Also, the front room is dingy and dark.

This pizza was utterly flavorless. Unseasoned sauce, unseasoned crust, even pepperoni that, against all odds, tasted like nothing. This pizzeria must be so ashamed of their boring, bland creations that they don't even have a label on their take away boxes. There is nary a design in sight! They also do not offer first-party delivery, opting instead to deliver through Doordash. This is not history's greatest tragedy but as someone who does not particularly enjoy paying the exorbitant fees charged by Doordash and also likes to get drunk and order a pizza it was a tinge frustrating to find out that Mikey's only offers pickup from their website. In conclusion, this was undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever had in my life and I will recommend everybody try this joint just once to see what I mean.

This was the most horrible pizza experience of my life. Last night me and my wife ordered a pizza with pepperoni, bacon and pineapple on half but in to order we removed the pineapple all together and made it pepperoni, bacon, and ham. When the pizza arrived we paid delivery and tipped $2 but when opening the pizza I was shocked to discover it was a all pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple. We then called and asked about our order and if we could get a replacement as I cannot eat pineapple, then lady on the phone then started to get very rude and argued with my wife saying we didn't change the order and that we were wrong and she was right, we asked for a refund but refused and only offered us store credit or a new pizza. After 10 min of arguing we got then to make a replacement pizza, upon the driver coming back we were charged ANOTHER $4 delivery fee or would couldn't have our pizza. They didn't tell us this and so didn't have a debit machine and we needed to run around the house for $4. Disgusted with how this has all happened we finally paid the $4 and got our pizza. Unfortunately upon opening the new pizza we were absolutely disgusted with how it looked, nothing was done with care and it looked like like they just slapped everything on and to top it all off the pizza was barely cut at all we had to do it ourselves or it would have all come apparent as tried to take even 1 slice. My wife will swear it looks like a pizza the makers may have spit in just because we wanted out correct order. In the end after all this I was so angry and disgusted with how poor this place runs and treats customers and the quality of the pizza that we couldn't bring ourselves to to even eat it and we ordered from a proper pizza establishment, cost us another $22 because this place so in my advice avoid at all costs, spend you money on a place that actually know what they are doing and how to treat their customers. I gave Mikey's a couple of tries. I find the cheese tough, sauce bitter, dough fantastic. Unfortunately, 1 out of 3 isn't enough for me. More for everyone else!

A huge shout-out goes out to Abhiraj (Delivery driver) for Excellence! He explained to me that google maps was showing my address incorrectly and that's why there was also an issue with a previous order that was later rectified. He said the owner had sent him to deliver this order to find out what was happening. I am glad that he explained the issue to me and that it wasn't fault of the store. Hopefully my experience can help prevent this from happening to future customers 🙏.

I pre-ordered my heart shape pizzas for 5pm delivery. They delivered my food right on time. My pizzas were hot. My delivery driver went above and beyond to meet my needs! The pizza was delicious and made very well. Only regret, I wish I got the delivery guy’s name because he was so very kind. I will be a return customer!

Hardick was wonderful to work with. I was planning a party for my husband’s 50th, and ordered 10 pizzas & 10 orders of wings. He made sure I got the best possible price, and even delivered to Port Stanley with a very minimal fee. Arrived on time, and excellent communication through out the planning. Every pizza box had happy birthday written on it! Very sweet touch. All of the guests commented how great the pizza and wings were. Thank you for everything.

This was probably the most underwhelming pizza I've had in St. Thomas. The service was great, but it was like biting into cardboard, with almost no sauce.

This is the only Chinese close to us so we reached there. We were the only customer which gave us a feeling about the food quality (natural human thought). We ordered brocolli with garlic sauces , mushroom fried rice, Szechuan noodles and spring roll all are vegetarian dishes. Brocolli was better. Rice was with no typical flavour but nothing to complaint. Noodles was different never had Szechuan like this,Because of red chilli paste flavour was too much and bit oily. Portion and pricing was $. I was amazed to see lots of vegetarian varities in Chinese restaurant. If you like spicy food , no other option, or spend less ,you can eat here. May be only once. We had planned a special family dinner through Door Dash from the Lucky Garden Restaurant. Based on the reviews thought it would be a great idea and always striving to support our local restaurants. Placed the order last Sunday at 4:15 with a pickup time thru an email alert that it would be ready at 4:30 pm. When the driver arrived they couldn't the order so they started prepping a new order. Now 5:10 pm the dinner arrives only to be undercooked and over spiced. Disgusting when the chicken was half cooked with the juices running. The other dishes had so many chili flakes it was intolerable. Only rice and spring rolls were good. I don't enjoy writing a review like this but it was warranted.

I went here and ate in. They were not busy at all and very good with the service. It felt like I was eating at a friend's house almost. I imagine the majority of the business they do is take out. They serve up your typical Canadian Chinese food, but I found the tastes a little bit more tasty then some of the cut and paste shops around the city that deliver at home. Things had a little bit more spice to it and that's a good thing. I would definitely eat there again.

Not impressed. While ordering the male owner gave me a very hard time. It says on the menu if you order more than $45 you get free rice or another dish. My bill was $50 and no free dish. The wonton soup was over salted, the hot & sour was too sweet & too hot. The rest of the food was bland. My son was in the washroom 3x throughout the night. Don't waste your money or time. I'll never go there again. Really let down.

its certainly not the best but it's not the worst either. My girlfriend and I ordered(from "just-eat") black bean chicken, chicken fried rice and dumplings at 12 midnight. The delivery was about 30 minutes long which is decent. The food were alright. Some tasted a bit plain, like no flavour at all, but some are not bad. I suggest that leave this restaurant as your LAST OPTION when you are hungry at midnight

I'm really glad I took a gamble on this place! I saw that some others had bad experiences but I really liked the menu and the prices! And boy was the food amazing! I ordered it for new years eve and despite being busy as all hell everything was perfect and ready on time on the dot! I ordered close to a dozen dishes and everything was perfect! I especially loved the pork dishes! And everyone there was so dedicated and friendly and professional!!!

Total waste of money. Eat if you have a death wish or would like to get sick. Just had the food delivered and pretty much going to throw it out in the same containers and this coming from a person who hasn't eaten today and detests people that waste food. The vegetables are old the noodles are soaked in a foul smelling brown soup. The spring rolls were so greasy there was juice dripping out. It looked bad, it smelled old and it tasted even worse. A bite of the chicken almost had me throw up. DO NOT ORDER!! You have been warned. PS- If you're craving noodles in the area try the Cantonese at Chinese food gallery. Their rice is pathetic but the noodles are decent.

One of the best places to get *real* pizza. The best ingredients, the best oven = the best pizza. I sat on the patio for dinner a few times last summer and the vibes are absolutely stellar. Worth every penny!! Oh, and they have non-alcoholic beer on the menu so it's actually 6/5 stars 🌟

I wasn't going to take a photo, but when I tasted the pizza, I needed to. Hands down some of the best pizza in St. Thomas and beyond. The sauce is homemade, the ingredients are fresh and well paired with delicious sauces. Nice patio, pizza, and cold beer.I can't wait to go back. You have to try this place if you like wood fired pizza.

A delicious evening on the patio. The most diverse craft beer selection in town and the pizza is perfection if you like a thin crust with some chew and fresh local ingredients combined in new and changing seasonal options.

We had the pleasure of trying Elgin Harvest Wood Fire Pizzeria, and let us just say — it was incredible. The pizza was truly something special, with fresh, flavorful toppings that really stood out. It came very close to the authentic Italian wood-fired experience, and that’s saying something. The sourdough crust was a highlight — wonderfully chewy and full of character. If we had one tiny wish, it would be for the bottom to have just a touch more crispiness to avoid a bit of floppiness, but we totally understand that sourdough behaves differently than traditional pizza dough. Still, the flavor and texture more than made up for it. We ordered the Bee Sting, as well as the Cousin Vinnie, both were delicious! I would highly recommend the Crispy-Chili-Oil dipping sauce! To finish off the meal, we treated ourselves to one of their brownies for dessert — the perfect sweet ending that really sealed the deal. Seriously, the best pizza around! There’s nothing in St. Thomas, London, or the surrounding area that even comes close - I mean it! I’m honestly surprised more people don’t know about this place. I think the random location and lack of marketing might be why. Pizza is the only thing on the menu, but that’s probably why they’ve perfected it. I gave the ambiance a 2 because the dining room had a bit of a church basement vibe. It was somewhat cozy but still didn’t quite pass the vibe check for me. They do have a cute little patio, which is a nice option when the weather is good. Regardless, I’ll be back again and again. In fact, I’ve already been back since my first visit, twice in one week!

Don’t know why I haven’t rated Elgin Harvest yet, as I go at least once a month. Why? Because it’s the best version of a Neapolitan pie in the area. If you want Domino’s style take out pizza, don’t come here. However, if you crave a real wood fired crust, with carefully curated toppings, paired with a fine regional brew, this is the place for you.
