Outstanding breakfast/lunch environment. I was passing through town and decided to try this place. The hostess and all of the servers were very attentive, the food was fantastic, and the music and atmosphere was very calm. Great place to go by yourself or with friends! I had the creamy crawfish omelette and some of their beignets, and I will definitely get them again. Victoria was my server today and she balanced being attentive without being overbearing extremely well. Thanks to Coffee:30 for a great visit!

The service and food were incredible! Our server, Brentley, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meal. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning when we’re in town again!

Finally visited for the first time and everything was amazing! Emma was very sweet and helpful with us choosing what to try. Beignets with crawfish sauce and crab cake Benedict was so good. But the chicken and waffles was absolutely my favorite!❤️

Went on a Tuesday morning and took advantage of their tuesday beignet special. Also got avocado toast and a flat white. Everything was excellent and cooked to order. The only two things I wasn't thrilled with was 1) we came at a time when it wasn't very busy and there was plenty of seats available. They put us in a corner near the bar behind a wall. We asked to be moved. And 2) we had to wait a good 10 minutes to get our check after we were done eating. It was only after we got up to go to the cashier that they came to give us our check and take payment. We will be back!

Coffee:30 is a great atmosphere! Our server, Vincent, was very helpful and attentive. The food was wonderful and fresh! We can’t wait to come back!!

This is a classic Southern diner with delicious fried food, wings, seafood, salads, and friendly servers. We were passing through on a trip from South Georgia to Houston, Texas and in a bit of a rush. The waitress served a delicious meal very quickly and we were on our way.

Wow, was wanting a nice homemade lunch before heading home after a doctor appointment. A nurse recommended and it was all-around great! Fast and friendly service and very clean. Daily specials available along with the full menu. It was just right. Home style southern entrees and sides. We ordered gumbo and chicken wings to start. The chicken and sausage gumbo was great. The roux is very flavorful. My husband’s chicken wings were cooked perfect…light, crispy and tasted fresh. He said for having no sauce they were awesome. I ordered the plate of Meatloaf with red gravy. The plate came with rice or mashed potatoes plus two sides, roll or cornbread and a dessert! Can’t beat it. The sides I ordered were smothered cabbage and black eyed peas. It was all delicious. We looked around at what other people ordered and and saw yummy chicken tenders and fresh fried seafood. There are also plenty of good, healthy and grilled options but we chose different today. And, they offer breakfast. Plus, they make homemade cakes too. Today was coconut and lemon. Yum! We will definitely go back. Bravo to the cooks! This is a must try spot when visiting Lake Charles.

Everything looked SOOOOO good! The pancake was great even without syrup. The rest of the food was completely unseasoned. I was quite disappointed that they cooked it without seasoning. I ate as much as I could so I wasn’t hungry anymore. But they def need seasoning when cooking omelette and grits. Adding Salt and pepper wasn’t enough.

Food was so amazing. Reminded me of a homemade meal I haven’t had in a while. Staff are amazing as well.

We had a great experience here. The chicken and sausage gumbo was so good (we are so picky when it comes to gumbo, we don't like all those onions in there. There wasn't many and it was delicious!) We also ordered a hamburger and shrimp poboy. We had to take it to go because we were full from the gumbo. Our waitress Kari was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and very sweet. I definitely want to come back for breakfast!

Awesome service! Awesome food! I've eaten at Southern Spice many times when in Lake Charles over the years. I've never been disappointed in the service. The food is always tasty and comforting. I will, in fact, be in Lake Charles today at lunchtime. I look forward to seeing everyone at Southern Spice!

One of the best places I've ever been to for brunch.The staff is friendly and fantastic. The atmosphere is great. The food is so delicious. Its worth the wait and every penny you spend there or to-go. I had to get some sweets to-go. They did not disappoint. Get a menu when you walk in and be ready to order when its your turning line. It makes the process run smoothly and fast. We just love this place. Its our new breakfast lunch or brunch restaurant.

Came here today for the first time just visiting the city and it was absolutely wonderful. I had the bacon quiche and it was amazing as well as the ham and cheese croissant. My coffee was also delicious! Unfortunately my phone DID NOT eat first when it came to that quiche and croissant but I have the proof that it was delicious… (my empty plate) My family also enjoyed their plates as well! They got avocado toast, the wake up call and the last dish I don’t remember the name of. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful. They were extremely busy so the food took a wee bit longer than expected but their employee was so kind enough to reassure us that it would be coming. She kept the customers all around us happy. She also combined tables to give my family a comfortable place to sit since there’s 5 of us and had someone over right away to wipe the table down.

What a beautiful restaurant in Lake Charles. Very large seating area and lots of options to pick from. They also have rotating and seasonal specials. The quality of the food was amazing. However, the service was lackluster, my Salmon toast came around 30 minutes after ordering. There wasn’t clear communication if utensils were supposed to be delivered to the table. Other than that, I would definitely come back for the food!

We came here for breakfast after googling best places in Lake Charles. We were not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere wonderful. The quiche was so creamy and delicious. The pastries were awesome. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Job well done!

Pujo's offers a very inviting atmosphere with an amazing ambience. Our visit was for a Saturday brunch and found it to be a very family oriented eating establishment. It provides a numerous amount of seating arrangements including an outdoor weather protected area with a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The indoor area has ample seating even for large groups. They even provide a private special event room. There was very little wait time. With a centrally located bar. Our waitress's name was Sydney. She was so charming, witty and engaging, while meeting our every need. I would highly recommend her as she would certainly be an excellent waitress request. The food is outstanding! I had the 3 egg omelet with onions,green bell peppers,mushrooms,tomatoes and cheese. My husband had the Pujo Banana French Toast and my Son had the Contraband Benedict with Amaratto raspberry cheesecake. Perfect coffee and Orange juice. You will not go away hungry.

Wanted this to be a staple restaurant for when we come out of town but… As I so wanted to give this place another shot with the rest of my family because of the feedback from my other post. Unfortunately missed the mark again but worse, my family’s food looked delicious, I decided on their “signature” burger and told the waitress very specifically I wanted very very well done because I can’t tolerate any red meat. I had to sit and dig out the pink and didn’t end up finishing it due to feeling sick to my stomach. My family wanted refills on coffee, water and sauces but it took so long they ended up finishing their food, before we were able to even ask again for it. I ended up having to get up and let the gentleman know we do not need those items because we were ready to check out and even getting our check took forever. I have no idea what happened to our waitress but we didn’t end up seeing her till the end of our check, no refills or asking if we needed anything after the coffee and sauces after that she was pretty much gone for 30min+. I’m sorry the atmosphere was great but the people in charge of the tables need some help. 8/2/25 @ 11:00am

The Brussels sprouts special was incredible, along with the gumbo and sticky ribs. Po boy was just okay, but will definitely return to try more delicious food. Very cool building, nice patio, local art for sale on the walls.

I have yet to have a bad meal there. The burgers are juicy and flavorful and crab cakes are the best that I’ve personally ever had. You definitely have to try the Maryland Benedict - it’s eggs Benedict but with crab cakes instead of English muffins. 20/10!

Right in the heart of downtown Lake Charles lies Pujo's. A nice café with plenty of dining options. Drinks and appetizers while watching the sun set. Perfect!

Steak was raw. I asked for medium rare, didn’t give me that and afterwards made me feel sick. They don’t season the steak, it was completely bland i had to try and salt it. The waiter was so sweet, but the chefs suck. Only thing that tasted good was the fries

If you see the restaurant from outside doesn't impress you, but when you see inside is very different, cozy, romantic, good for families. Good food and many different choices.

STELLAR BEANS coffee house & edibles - Lake Charles, LA Vibes: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - very much a local, artsy hangout. There are welcoming regulars of all shapes & sizes. Plenty of art displayed & for sale including paintings, cups, etc. Large menu with Star Wars themed drinks, as well as really delicious sandwiches. Open on Sundays which is not a norm for a locally owned shop. I always visit on my way to brunch. There was also local jazz music being played today. Drinks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - strong coffee flavor & the syrups don’t taste artificial at all. Lots of options. I love the snickerdoodle with cold foam 🥰 Accessibility: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - parking is a wheelchair users nightmare 😵‍💫 all of downtown lake Charles needs a little cement refresh. A few spots directly up front, parallel parking. There is also a one way alley close by with zero handicapped spots. There is also an extremely deep crevice in the alley that NEEDS to be fixed (not stellar beans fault). The front doors are double but one stays locked so it’s a tight squeeze. Once inside, it’s very roomy with low top tables & couches. Where the coffee is served is (estimated) 5ft from the ground so that is not accessible for a wheelchair user. Restroom is single with correctly placed grab bars.

Visited from Texas for a mini get away and fell in love with this spot! I got a Java the Hut latte and it took me by surprise. The cutie with the half white half black hair, mentioned that the owner’s favorite flavor was the one I ordered and I can see why! It was sooooo delicious I had to go back the next day for another one. I ordered one of the egg stacks which was awesome that they have keto/paleo options. It’s hard to come across places that offer a breakfast item that’s friendly to my dietary restrictions. I couldn’t help myself and also tried the BLT with brie and grapes, the next day and wow! I was happy to had use my cheat meal for that sandwich. They even spelled my name correctly which is uncommon. Very sweet owners and pleasant staff! Loved the trinket basket; leave one take one! Never seen that anywhere else either. Can’t forget to mention that it’s been over a month since I visited this place and the beautiful little spotted plant I bought has now grown 3 new leaves. It’s a spotted Begonia and pothos in one!

Spent the night in Lake Charles and was looking for a good coffee spot next morning. Mission accomplished. I absolutely loved this place, combining my favorite genre of space themed movies and TV shows (Trekkie and Star Wars fan), and good coffee, food and atmosphere. My cold brew was outstanding, smooth with notes of chocolate. I had Bacon, Eggs, Sausage and cheese minus the bread. It was awesome and filling. My GF had the Interstellar Cristo and she raved about how good it was. The staff were two young ladies and they were friendly and amazing. There was an awesome atmosphere with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverage and food orders. Come out and support local businesses and avoid chains. I highly recommend this place!

This place is as described. Great customer service, amazing does not begin to describe the food here. The combination of different tastes will keep your mind guessing and your mouth exploding. 🤯 Great atmosphere and makes sure you stop by if you are near.

I love this place! It's only open from 7am to 2pm. There is a local artist named Ernest Courville "Coach" and his pal Mitch Pickering (musician) who regulars every morning until 9am. The food is awesome! The breakfast sandwich and French Beignets (4 piece) Chia Tea and Carmel Macchiato. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is very quite and relaxing. Great vibes!

Was really looking forward to supporting this small business while in town. They start closing down well before their posted hours to include all seating options. 10 minutes prior to closing they only had 2 coffee options available, nothing else. For a 16oz iced coffee at $7 you’d think it would be at least a decent coffee. The suggested tip amount was $5. Would not recommend or come back anytime soon.

When we need our Stellar fix, it's a weekend excursion to Lake Charles. The sole purpose being breakfast @ Stellar's! 4 hour drive and a hotel stay to enjoy a yummy breakfast is not too much, it's about the four and the adventures around the way. So what makes you happy and Stellar Beans is a happy place for us.

KD’s Diner had excellent service and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. It is a small place, but it feels welcoming. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were larger than I expected. The only thing I was not happy with was the bathroom. It did not seem very clean and could have been better maintained.

I had the hamburger steak with gravy and onions. I don’t blame the cook. It might be something they washed the dishes with because everything had a strange aftertaste to it. Even my drink. I’ve had an upset stomach since I left. The portion size was really good but that taste it had killed it for me.

The food is delicious and the service is fast! We enjoyed eating here. I highly recommend to try it out.

This is my go to Diner. Their food is always spot on with flavor and presentation. I try different meals when we go, for the last 20 years and will continue for as long as it is open. I recommend everything on the menu. Breakfast, omg, old fashioned southern 🍳 way. Lunch or Dinner, you will never be disappointed as the menu has an item waiting just for your taste buds. Service has always been great and friendly. Since it is a small diner, the weekend rushes can leave you waiting for a table or booth so be prepared. Worth the wait if you have the time. DATDEB highly recommends this establishment!

We waited an hour to get our food, the omelets were ok but I will say salt and pepper go along way. I got the nachos and needless to say I sent it back. While sitting there we saw a HUGE roach. (I will say even sending my food back all I asked for was a biscuit and they still charged me for the biscuit.)

The food was great! Everything tasted fresh and everything was actually hot when it reached the table, not warm like most restaurants. And the service was great. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress but she was very friendly and on top of things. Love the small town feel of this place Definitely recommend KD's Diner!!

The bacon Mac & cheese was hot and cheesy. The Caesar salad was delicious and the dressing was flavorful. And the cookie and lavender lemonade were the perfect accompaniment

First off, the orange scones are absolutely amazing! They are more soft than I would have imagined. The flavor tastes authentic and bold. I had their avocado and egg sandwich. The bread it came on was like an oat style bread. It was great. The location is easy to access. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly! Update: I purchased the summer cup fruit. It was absolutely terrible! The fruit tasted bitter and then I was able to smell a foul odor. Maybe this was just a bad cup but it’s upsetting. I also requested for the girl at the front to add my rewards and she failed to do so. So I took a star off.

This was my first time eating at a Panera Bread in my life, and I am sooo disappointed. I ordered chicken noodle soup and the noodles were brown and there was an odd smell as well. The girl at the drive thru was really sweet though. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

My fiance came to visit and was starting to feel sick and hadn't eaten anything all morning. He said he wanted something light. Like soup or something to see if that would help settle his stomach. So what better place to get a delicious soup but Panera Bread located on Nelson Road lake Charles La near Lauberge Hotel and Casino and Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. I ordered a Chicken Noodle Soup bowl for him and for me myself I ordered the Turkey Panini and a cup of Vegetable Soup and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had visited Panera Bread a few times before purchasing pastries, and cookies for the holidays. I've always had a Great experience, and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. My only complaint sometimes is the drive thru service. It's always really slow at theo window, but in all fairness the wait is definitely worth it.

A good breakfast restaurant, but not an amazing breakfast restaurant. Waitress was a bright spot in the experience. I had the Philly Cheesesteak 3-egg omelette with hashbrowns and two pancakes. I topped it off with the grilled biscuits and gravy and a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Food was good. Restaurant was very clean.

This little gem is soooo good! Homemade feel to the food and also is like a little diner! The hashbrowns were sooo buttery and not too crispy, the eggs were seasoned just right! All of our food was big portions, perfect temp and cooked made to order! When visiting Lake Charles in the future we will definitely go back all the time!! Our waitress was delightful and very attentive as well!

After traveling through southwest MS to Lake Charles. I had a taste for a big juicy hamburger. So, based on the reviews, we decided to visit this establishment. My burger was very under seasoned, but the fries and onion rings were really good. My drink of choice is always an Arnold Palmer, but it was not good at all. Our waitress Brienna was very helpful when it came to what to order. Suggestions: Please season your food and change the brand of Tea and Lemonade. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was a really nice place to stop and eat before heading back home. The service was great!! Nice and clean is always a plus. The waitress brought us everything we asked for right away, and even recommended different options of food combinations. Everyone's plate was delicious! The pancakes were fluffy, the French toast was really good, and biscuits were nice and soft. We had a couple of mimosas to celebrate,I really recommend those too 😊

My family of 11 called ahead to make sure seating was available. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was down home good.

Place a order off the app. Where I know every thing is put in correct. They still can't get it right. Order a double and get a single. Order sweet and sour sauce and get bbq, for my daughters nuggets.

It's one of the better McDonald's in town. Nice building. On campus. The service is always lousy here and the atmosphere is very crowded usually. As a delivery driver it requires a lot of waiting for orders I'm not making enough for. So the slowness doesn't help. I've gotten into it with management at this McDonald's before. He was very rude to me. But I am glad I don't see him around anymore. Not the best in town but still stop here often. I always recommend Nelson..

I just received this picture sent to me by my wife. I was completely shocked. This was Happy meal given to my daughter.When my daughter opened the lid at home, she unexpectedly found that there was a dead fly in the orange juice in the cup.The thing is she had already taken a few sips of the orange juice before she opened the lid.I don't know how to express my current feelings.

My recent visit to McDonald's for breakfast left me deeply concerned and ultimately led to us leaving the establishment without ordering. Upon entering, we noticed an employee descending a ladder with a can of paint, which initially seemed innocuous. However, as we walked further into the lobby, I happened to look up and was shocked to see extensive black mold covering approximately 85% of the ceiling tiles. This discovery was particularly alarming given that my wife had just been discharged from the hospital for an upper respiratory infection. The presence of such significant mold in a food service environment poses a serious health risk, especially for individuals with respiratory vulnerabilities. Given these unsanitary conditions, we immediately decided to leave. We could not, in good conscience, consume food from an establishment with such a blatant disregard for cleanliness and public health. I have since attempted to reach out to McDonald's corporate to report this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of acknowledgment further compounds our disappointment. A food establishment, especially one as widely recognized as McDonald's, should adhere to the highest standards of hygiene. The conditions we witnessed were unacceptable and raise serious questions about the safety and cleanliness of this particular location. We hope this issue is addressed promptly and thoroughly to prevent potential health hazards for other customers.

The owner does not care about quality of service. I had to remind the employees that Mcdonald's serves hamburgers, then I asked for extra onions, extra ketchup and the Harvard graduates that work there Put no ketchup and no onions. Then I asked for a hot and spicy mcchicken extra mayo add ketchup, and they put no mayo and no catchup and no lettuce.

Seen 2 or 3 doordashers get turned around for people's food because supposedly people were picking up other people's food! We stood after placing our order for 2 meals for over 30 minutes asked the manager oh they forgot but they were constantly on their phones place is ridiculous!

Honestly one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Orders are constantly so wrong it’s obvious nobody cares, long lines and waits, inside is dirty with no one at front counter, ect and list goes on and on.

This Chick Fila just wasn't on par with the others I have visited. The lady at the counter didn't even say anything when you say "thank you" and acted like she didn't really want to be there. The food was good but that's about all. I'll be back when I'm in LC because this is one of my daughter's favorite places to eat. For the price you would expect friendliness but that's not what we were met with Friday when we visited.

Crowded and popular even during early lunch hours (11:30 am). Very decent fast food - I like how their chicken sandwich actually tastes like chicken and also isn’t slathered in unnecessary gross sauces. Waffle fries are also good if not the best. Most outstanding is their friendly service and the cool trash can that automatically opens. Bathroom is small (2 stalls) but clean. A little ways off I10, but a worthwhile stop.

Cashier didn't say "my pleasure" which literally has never happened to me before. The guy who brought us our food was super polite but they did get our order wrong. Also the indoor tables and under the tables could've used a good cleaning.

This was the nastiest, most disgusting Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The floor was sticky and covered in dropped food. The bathroom toilet was clogged the entire time we were there. Workers seemed to actively avoid helping in any way. We were traveling through so I’m not sure if this is just how Lake Charles is, but it was awful.

Outstanding service and consistently good food. Drive thru moves fast. It blows my mind to see bad reviews of this place. The people leaving bad reviews should go to Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, or Popeyes and see what bad service is actually like.

This is honestly the first Chick Fil-A to which I couldn't give five stars. The drive-thru ordering lines were chaotic. The team members taking orders were both bouncing between the two lines. We drove right up to the ordering menu and sat there unnoticed for several minutes until we just pulled forward and looped around into a line that had someone taking orders. We had ordered through the app, so it was extra frustrating that we had to sit even longer. I've never experienced anything like that at a franchise location. Food was great, order was correct, and everything was hot and as expected. Just a really odd arrival.

I walked in and there a two top table and seated next to me was a woman and a toddler. This was March 20 around 4 pm. The woman working was apparently the cook. She spent most of her time ogling the baby. She burned my sausage and my waffle was so over done the syrup didnt soak in. I had to ask for a fork and a refill. She spent more time with the baby and less time at her job. I will say if waffle house is a day care they do good work. Very poorly managed. Whoever runs this store has done an awful job with the staff.

When I first walked in I felt like they was prejudiced towards me bringing my little dog which is a service dog in with me he is well-mannered he sat there did not do nothing but just sit well the server she act like she didn't want to put or fart or spoon and knife on a napkin she put it at the edge of table and we had to reach and get it she was real prejudice charged us her name on her tag was Marty now the cook at first I told him that I wanted four eggs over medium with grits and toast the grits was sour so when I was almost done eating he'd give me a new bowl of fresh grits but I will not eat there anymore that's on interstate I-10 westbound side I will not eat there as long as them two are working together Marty and Scott

Sarah was HORRIBLE! Immediately told us that we were her last customers for the night and she treated us as such! Every item we asked for was OVERCOOKED or UNDERCOOKED! Our waffles were beyond hard and bacon 🥓, extra soft, was like a black (burnt) leather belt! To top it off, refused to remove items NOR discount them! Yelled at us to " Just pay your dang ticket and leave!" We paid in full, even though we didn't eat 80% of it, went to the other location and they knew Sarah ALL TOO WELL! Gave us everything perfect and FREE! Now that was beyond nice of them! (And second location was ACTUALLY CLEEEEAN)

We went there around 3 am. All the tables including the high top were dirty. We had to clean the high top ourselves. The manager stated that the dishwasher wasnt working and we can take it to go if we wanted. We opted to stay and just eat from to go trays. It took FOREVER for us to get our order. They had one cook with several orders and I was sooooo glad when the manager FINALLY decided to jump in amd help instead of standing around waiting! And service was horrible! The manager had an excuse for every concern that any customer brought to his attention! We will NEVER go back there again. Pictures are posted as well. It was a nice Dennys my family and I enjoyed our breakfast. The food was presented nicely and tasted great. Our server was what made the trip,! We travel the country from Oregon to Alabama and Dennys is one of our little stops we like. Our Server BB was fantastic! It is lost these days in a lot of ways for customer service and don't get me wrong I have been on both sides of the table and whoa I have seen how customers can be. But this sweet lady was great she smiled, she was very accommodating, she was great with my very couped up four year old and helped to calm his caged beast. It's a small version of the Oak Park Boulevard restaurant, yet the customer service is just as important. The service was great and the atmosphere is 1950ish. I loved the stools at the bar and the seating in the restaurant. It's quiet yet has a quant social atmosphere. The food was worth the 7 minute walk from downtown. The food is fat girl approved. I ordered the old fashioned cheese burger with onion rings and everything was made to order and still hot when I reached my lunch destination. I ordered to go. I sat in a booth while waiting for my order

Had heard so much about the place, so decided to stop by for a classic buger and string onion rings for breakfast! 😎 went by around 9am and there were only about 12 customers there. The place is small so limited seating (maybe about 10 tables and 10 bar stool facing the chef) the food was amazing and will be back to try other items on their list.

I had the Jam Good burger and my partner had the classic cheeseburger — we shared a large fry and got our food to go (there simply was not space for us inside at lunch peak). Burger patties are the right size and were perfectly cooked. Watching the grill in a place like this — which I’d liken to Montgomery, Alabama’s Hamburger King — is always fun! The fries were tasty and seemed like they had some sort of batter on them. I was pleased with the food for the price and look forward to trying some other dishes in the future.

I spent $95 on an order that was completely ruined. The restaurant jammed five hamburgers in the bottom of one bag, then piled two large onion rings, two fries, and an order of tots on top. By the time it arrived, all of the burgers were smashed, soggy, and inedible. When I called to report the issue, I was hung up on twice. The third time, they told me to “call DoorDash” and hung up again. Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant that charges this much. If you value your money and your food arriving in one piece, avoid this place. Terrible food handling and even worse customer service.

The drive threw needs a little help they were pretty slow. Again the chicken nuggets are thinner than what they use to be.

So first they took forever to give us our food and then we made it to the house and one of my hamburgers had cheese on it and barely any ketchup. I asked for extra pickles and they put no pickles and they didn’t give me my barbecue sauce.

This was the Best burger we have ever had. We had a philly cheese steak stuffed burger, Swiss and mushroom stuffed burger, and a beacon stuffed burger. All was cooked to perfection, super juicy. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This is a very special place. The breakfast was full of flavor. The owner took my order. He was genuinely concerned about my well-being. He cares deeply about his customers. He also cares about the food delivery guys that come in. This establishment reflects my Father's Love. If you want to sew into a kingdom business, then this is the place!

We were looking for a good burger…found it!!! Proportionally sized and fully dressed Bacon Cheeseburger (the add-ons list goes on!😋); deliciously have-crafted. The onion rings were spot on, not overly bettered but perfect taste and consistency. The service was above and beyond-we were treated like family and felt at . Thanks Madison!!! I've been on the hunt for a new favorite burger for a long time... After trying the stuffed brisket burger, I found a close contender... One thing would likely help move it up, a jalapeno bun... Everything else was amazing. The burger was great, the fried pickles and sweet potato fries might be the best I've had. The regular fries were amazing too. They even have the "good" ice... IYKYK.

I've never had issues here before, but this day seemed to be off. It was lunch and there were lined but I used the kiosk but had to pay at the counter. The clerk help the person in front on Mr then walked off. All the tables were dirty and we asked for a towel and someone did go the clean but started at an empty table so we moved to that one. The food was good but I guess this location cuts the cheese in half and charge fir the other half. 1st time seeing this. But overall was ok. I would takeout not fine in next time.

Came on July 19th at around 6pm ordered the 20 pc nuggets w the basket of fries. Girl in the first window acts as if she doesn’t like her job. Her energy on the microphone was horrible. You don’t respond to a customer with the phrase “that’s it?” That is plain rude. The young girl in the second window who handed me my food had “EXCELLENT” customer service along with a beautiful smile. With a positive attitude like that, she should be given a manager shirt. It’s sad how y’all want just anybody working y’all’s restaurant with nasty attitudes and it makes them look ugly. My last time coming here. Fries were hot but the nuggets were stale.

McDonald's on prien have horrible service. I paid for a sweet tea and got a unsweet tea. I went back through the line and this what they gave me 🤦🏽‍♀️ the same unsweetened tea with granulated sugar in it. sugar don't dissolve in a cold drink !!!! Bruhh I can't make this up 😂 I went backk and went inside this time and asked can I get a different drink no attitude no nothing mind you I did pay for this drink so yes imma do all that for my drink!😂 they were so rude to me for wanting the drink I paid for! The manager is very good at serving customers, very attentive and helpful, and manages the kitchen and orders.and her whole team is good and listens to her and that's why they work faster and more efficiently

Just picked up dinner for my daughter and myself. The drive-thru lines were around the building. It took less than 10 minutes from placing the order reviving it. They weren’t making anyone pull up or over to the 1-4 spots, so commonly used. They did their thing. I could feel how hot the fries were through the bag. I did check everything before leaving. I guess I still have PTSD, from all the times fast food hasn’t been correct, but they had everything. I’m always quick to complain, but also as quick to acknowledge greatness. Food was a 10/10. Service was all smiles 10/10. Time and correctness perfect 10/10. GREAT JOB!

There are so many things I love about eating at the Waffle House. The food always comes out hot and fast. Service is friendly and on point. But most of all … the people seem to like working there, they get along well (it’s fun to listen to them cut with each other) and I’m always amazed how the waitstaff just yells out orders to the cooks and then come out perfect !!

The Waffle House located in south Lake Charles, Louisiana is an above average Waffle House. The food was good. The service was fast and friendly. It wasn’t very clean. My menu was very sticky with some sort of syrup (I think). Our waitress gladly replaced it with another sticky menu. Our silver ware wasn’t the cleanest. Our table top wasn’t clean. The parking lot is too small and not enough parking for how busy this particular Waffle House is. The music was extremely too LOUD for any restaurant. It was extremely annoying. We won’t return to this particular location. We don’t recommend.

This was my first time at a Waffle House and it did not disappoint! Our server Gwen was awesome! Food was all delicious.

This is probably the best Burger King in town. It has plenty of parking. And they have always been nice to me here. Rather a customer or delivery driver. Always friendly. And food is usually served in a very well timed manner. Quick bite for sure. Still has a playground which is quite rare for any fast food restaurants. Food seems fresh and ready every time. Atmosphere is a tad out dated. But it is what it is. Still very nostalgic. I eat here all the time and one of my preferred Doordash and UberEats pick up spots!

First of all the cashier taking my order at the drive thru was rude. She never let me finish with my order because I was adding and making changes to my chicken sandwich. She was quick to rush me with my order. She handed me my bag took my payment and closed the window . I waited at the window for awhile no one came back to the window . When I was able to get someone , I asked for a copy of my receipt she told me they didn’t have any receipt paper to give me a copy of my receipt . Where they do that at ? All the money Burger King makes and they don’t have receipt paper? Almost 15 dollars for my meal. I was charged me for cheese and bacon and no cheese on my sandwich.! Lettuce don’t look good either. If you want Burger King find another location!

Sat in drive thru for 4 minutes before my order was my a very girl, ordered a double cheeseburger, no cheese. Got home had a cold double cheese, and a single meat. I asked at pickup if she heard me say no cheese, she said “ ahun”. If you can’t get a simple correct, you are sorry.

Getting food service at the drive thru is hit or miss. And the last 2 times I've gone there they've pulled me wrong to bring my order out the side door, and they've forgotten about me. I've had to go in our send my son in to remind them that we are still out there waiting.

Been several times and ordered bacon double cheeseburger no bacon on burger Went tonight ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburger meals no bacon on either burger. Tried to call several times 9 pm no answer. Well found out why their is no bacon on bacon double cheeseburger. The cashier is suppose to tell cook to add bacon. They messed up my order the first time which resulted in me having to return back to the location to have my food corrected or so i thought. McDonald's on broad st. It's not always a pleasant place. Our meals are often wrong or misplaced with someone else order. The one thing I do like is if you prove your order was wrong they will RESPECTFULLY REPLACE it With NO ARGUMENTS!!!!

Far too many homeless people coming to your table and asking if you are going to eat everything on your tray. My wife, mom, and sister were stopped at the entrance of the main door by several homeless people (one upset due to someone saying that they didn't have enough money to buy anything extra). DEFINITELY, the last time we ever stop here.

DRIVE AWAY! Ordered two burgers. It took 25 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Then, neither of the burgers were warm or even assembled in their boxes. If McDonalds served burger salds, I imagine this is what that would look like. The lady working the front counter was nice and apologetic for the wait. The rest of the staff were yelling at each other and loudly talking about personal drama. The restaurant itself was dirty with no clean tables, and the bathrooms were dirty as well. If Google would let me, this facility would get zero stars.

Using the Burger King app for ordering was efficient, and my order was accurate. However, the in-store customer service didn't meet expectations, lacking promptness and friendliness.

They have a dedicated pull out of the way lane for the drive thru. I waited in the heat so long waiting my food in the hot summer sun that my engine temperature was starting to climb. The food was good and the order correct.

Wouldn't really know. Watched a staff member talk to the car in front of me while in the drive thru. Then sat at the menu board for a few minutes saying "Hello?" before driving away without ever speaking to anyone or ordering. This is the second time at this location with the same experience both times.

I'm a Dasher and they are not putting drinks in the bags. They switched to using big sealed bags like McDonald's and tell you the drinks are inside, like McDonald's..but they aren't. This affects MY JOB and I sincerely hope this review affects yours.

Drove through for a Whopper Jr, asked for no ketchup. I got a dry cold whopper with tiny bits of lettuce, 2 slices of dried tomato, a slice of onion and one pickle slice. The bun and meat were both cold and stale. There was No One else in the drive through or the parking lot so there was no reason for giving me stale old food. Ridiculous!! I will never go back there again. Oh and I got one napkin and no receipt

Well, I tried them again and will never order from here again. They don't care about doordash orders and throw it in the bag and send it. $11 for 2 double cheeseburgers, didn't make them like I paid extra for, and look how small they are ?!? Plus, there is no marinara for my mozzarella fries. What's funny is the receipt is taped to the bag, check it. Bogo chicken sandwich is worse than processed nuggets... horrible, that's why they are giving one away... thin and tasteless.

Mybhusband, my daughter and I placed our order in the drive-thru. We drive from south Lake Charles to here to get Burger King(passing 2 other locations) because this location actually get our order right, it's not thrown together and they give you fresh fries and onion rings.

I’ve always had Whataburger back in Houston for many years. Moving to Louisiana I was skeptical if it’d taste the same due to Sulphur,La location disappointment. This Country Club location gets 5 out of 5 stars. From us driving into parking lot, parking, standing in line, ordering, waiting & then getting serviced we had an absolutely awesome experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the food tasted just like it always had back in Houston & just as it does coming home from a TX concert! Thanks LC for bringing me something I crave and can now drive near to!

Well first let's talk about manager Megan. She has no idea what she is doing, and lies all the time. Second fast food is supposed to be fast! Food was good but if you only get 30 min lunch don't come here.

The food was prepared DISGUSTING, just thrown in the bag. The burger was covered in onions and mustard, the meat on the burger was broken in pieces. I ordered onion rings instead of fries I didn’t get the onion rings. We ordered a double meat cheeseburger and had no cheese on the burger. Definitely will NOT GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Three of us stopped in for a Texas favorite. This was far from the Texas Whataburger standard. All our food was precooked and just above room temperature. What a disappointment! Then, the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. The drink station was filthy, sticky, and disorganized. The floors in front of the drink station were horrible. Overall, we were not impressed in the least. We recommend you go elsewhere, particularly after spending the better part of $50.

The food was good and hot, once we got it. They were not busy and it was off peak hours. It took way too long in my opinion and then we were missing an item. We were in drive-thru so I had to go inside and have them give me the missing item. I got extra fries as an apology so this was good I guess.

I've been shopping here daily for coffee almost since the place opened. The coffee is always fresh, never scorched or burnt. At times I've tried several different donuts and/or pastries they have to offer. That has come to a complete stop after witnessing one of the managers rearranging the assortment by hand, free of gloves or protection. No one should be handling a person's food after counting or handling money and change from the register like that. I've seen many come through here for those pastries and even bring their kids.

It's not a real Dunkin Donuts. They just carry their coffee and donuts. The donuts are in a stay fresh box. So do not expect to walk into a legit Dunkin Donuts facility. If I am not mistaking, the coffee isn't really DD brand, they just have the syrup containers (chocolate, caramel, vanilla flavorings) next to the coffee machine that are the DD brand...Was not what I was expecting it to be at all.

I was so excited about Dunkin Donuts coming to Lake Charles. I am not a person to complain but man this was horrible. Not only were the donuts awfully cold, I also found an eyelash on my donut. I will not be back that's for sure. I am very disappointed.

Went a little out of our way to get coffee only to find a gas station with a DD coffee bar in it. The dark roast container had enough to barely cover the bottom of my cup and we were told they didn't have any dark roast. I don't even want to imagine how long that tiny bit had been in that canister.

This is a gas station selling Dunkin’ Donuts, not the actual place. Pretty upsetting being I drove that far out of my way for them. They weren’t even very fresh obviously nor did they have the limited edition donuts. 🙄

How can this even legit be called a "Dunkin Donuts" when it is just a kiosk at a gas station. The sign and advertising kind of lead you to believe its simply a Dunkin Donuts built on to a gas station, but make no mistake, its basically just Dunkin Donut branded heat lamp donuts.

The best experience ever at a coffee shop!! So friendly and helpful. I was greeted before I got to the front of the line by the window server. He asked for my name and told me the first drink was ready but they were still working on my second drink. When my drink was ready, he called out my name. Before handing me my drinks, he noticed that I was handicapped. He asked if I'd like a drink holder. I didn't have to ask for it! He was so joyful while doing his job. Another worker that was putting the last touches on the drinks addressed me in a positive way also. She was very nice. I've never been treated so nicely at a coffee shop. I will be back.

Absolutely love this place! The workers are so nice, Jocelyn took our order and was so helpful and kind! So grateful to have Dutch Bros in Lake Charles!!!

So glad Dutch Bros is FINALLY here and that I'm now able to get my favorite coffee locally! 🖤

Angie from Washington state is awesome! She recognized our order from when she’d been working the bar. Highly recommended going when she is working! Also suggest we start a go fund me to buy her a house so she stays here!

I am so so happy to have a dutch bros down here!! If you like espresso, get the Double Torture and if you like sour, get the Rebel Iced Aftershock and a sour shot. I do miss cookie butter already. Staff is always nice and they are quick to get your order out.

My wife likes Louisiana again now that dutch is here! Always love the atmosphere and people are always super friendly and happy
