Stopped here for dinner on 7.17.2025 and came back the following day for breakfast. Fantastic service from Kameryn and Stacy, and HUGE portions. Definitely will eat here when I visit Great Falls again. Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

I just had a fantastic meal here. I got The breakfast burger with a fried egg. I swapped the hash browns for fries. They were very accommodating and cooked everything the way I asked. Jackie was my server and took great care of me and was super nice! I'll be back when I'm in the area for sure!

Tracy’s is a downtown Great Falls staple. Breakfast is served anytime, and is always delicious. Their chicken and waffles is dynamite good, and their pancakes are always crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Omelets are perfectly cooked, never runny and their coffee isn’t the worst. Mimosas. No description needed. Cheese curds are a must if you’re there for lunch or dinner.

Awesome little diner in downtown Great Falls. Delicious food and fun atmosphere not to mention a staff that actually enjoys their job. A must visit if you love breakfast

Had breakfast here for the second time, they are consistent. One of the best steak and eggs i’ve had in a while. The steak was perfectly cooked. The service was too notch. Will definitely revisit when i’m back in Great Falls

We had a delicious breakfast here. The portions were massive, the food was delicious, and the service was on point. The eggs Benedict tasted very fresh, but the chicken was amazing. The pieces were humongous, juicy, and crispy. Honestly some of the best fried chicken I've had.

Good food, good coffee, good people! Great space for working or having a meeting. Very inviting. Wish I could come and try all the different pastries.

The combination of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked bakery items is the perfect way to wake up your senses after a long, tiring night. While the bakery items felt a little overpriced, their mouthwatering taste makes the cost entirely justifiable. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a very convenient downtown location, it's a great spot to relax.

We stopped here on our way through and I’m SO glad we did. Nothing ruins a great day like a crappy iced latte you paid $6 for. But this was one of the best lattes I’ve had in a long time. Homemade syrups, perfect espresso ratio. Stunning. Beautiful. *chefs kiss*. If I’m ever in Great Falls again, I will be stopping here again.

this coffee shop has been one of my comfort spots for 5+ years. My husband and I went on our first date at this coffee shop. We are moving out of state and won’t be there to visit as much, but I love the staff so much. They remember small details about your life and are always so friendly… The food is yummy. The coffee is the best in town and the people are wonderful ❤️

Warm and cozy coffee place offering gluten and dairy free options for those with allergies. The gluten and dairy free cupcake was amazing and had great texture and flavor. I ordered my Americano and could not have been more delighted. Firm, bold flavor with light floral notes characterize this roast. I'm usually skeptical toward darker roasts but this was a full flavored bean. Very satisfying. The large serving did not give me the jitters either which I usually get from gas station coffee.

A nice place to get a coffee and a treat. I got an iced latte and a ham and Swiss croissant. It was very flaky and tasted delicious. There is a lot of seating, as there is an upper floor as well. The prices are a little high.

Lived for a few months in Great Falls, and felt like a fish out of water coming from a completely different culture and state. When I found this Al Banco, it felt almost like coming home. The coffee flavor was incredible, easily one of the best I've ever had in the entire Northwest, and the cookies and snacks were great too--especially the walnut cookies. It was my go-to trip for the week--when I wasn't snowed in :-) They really take their time--do not go if you only have a few minutes to grab a coffee--their focus is on quality and personal service, not speed or instant brew. At the time, they were roasting their coffees in-house, and one of the owners--the guy who roasts the coffee whose name I've unfortunately forgotten but think it was Jesse--spent at least an hour, maybe two, letting me watch him roast and explaining to me all the steps and the logic behind it. Was an amazing experience, and Al Banco was one of the positive highlights of my brief sojourn in Montana. If I"m ever there again, will be one of the first places I go to

Mind blown. The sandwiches (we got both) didn't look like much, pressed and wrapped in foil, so I put up a picture of the description. Truly exquisite. The barista (actually a host) described everything like a fine restaurant. Lattes were perfect. What a gem of a spot.

Great little coffee shop, they even have a few different snacks and some sandwiches to choose from. The owner is very caring and wanting to make sure everybody has a nice experience. This type of coffee is quite special, as it seems to be easier for those that have acid reflux, give it a shot! I figured I'd add some photos because some of the older photos of the shop were based in its old location, so with these new photos you can see what the seating environment is like 🙂. This is a shared place, so during the morning and day, it's the coffee shop, in the evening it turns into a little bar area.

A gem in Great Falls! Every bite or sip we had was 10/10. The owner took our order and could not have been nicer!! Sat out on the patio. We had the Avocado toast of the week and the maple waffles. So good!!!

One of the most unique and best cups of coffee of my life. Double anaerobic thermal shock - Colombia Dragonfruit Spritz. Jesse pulled this perfectly and didn’t burn the milk at all. Truly artesian, not a normal cup of joe.

We love Al Banco! The avocado toast is fantastic! The ingredients are fresh! And, everything I have eaten here is well prepared and delicious. This is s local family owned coffee spot and eatery. They are serious about quality, and taking care of those who choose to be patrons. You are always made to feel welcome, and valued. The seating is varied, so you can dine at a table, or relax with friends on the chairs and couches. The music is good, and they are open to suggestions. It is a clean, comfy, tidy place to kick back, relax, and enjoy your time. And, again, the avocado toast is exceptional! Also, the barista is passionate about all things coffee, or coffee bean! He is intent on being knowledgeable about coffee beans, the process of creating awesome coffee flavor, and the variety of ways to get there. He is serious, and will talk with you about what flavors you are looking for, as well as showing you the techniques for creating coffee that you might want to explore. I honestly had no clue. And, I have enjoyed learning, and trying, new ways to create great flavors, and tastes, of coffee.

Unique spot downtown. Long line, breakfast only available during breakfast hours (please post a sign for future customers ) Coffee special was a bargain. Great price & yummy. It was some sort of brown sugar mocha the day we visited. Food pricing on the high side.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff and decent prices for both food and coffee. Wait time is very short for both and the atmosphere is pleasant to start your day! Perfect spot in downtown Great Falls.

A 10/10 coffee shop. Nice vegetarian options like a veggie breakfast burrito. The coffee was really tasty - and I'm a snob. Also....where do these pastries come from? They were very impressive. The kouign amon and pistachio bar were hits for our whole group.

Delicious food - I had the classic club and my friend had the deluxe breakfast sandwich. Their cappuccinos are tasty. It’s got a very nice ambience and great character inside, with brick walls and interesting artwork. There’s a free book exchange. Great place to come read or get some work done.

The breakfast sandwich for $8. The sourdough was great! Unfortunately the eggs were super dry. The menu said that this was supposed to have cheese and sausage on it as well.

Shoutout to whoever does the baking! Every item I’ve tried has been absolutely perfect. The london fog cupcakes were probably the best cupcakes i’ve ever had. the frosting really complimented the batter. the missouri river cheesecake was also super delicious. I’m looking forward to trying more! You have inspired me to want to get back into baking.

Great coffee shop in the historic great falls downtown. Enjoy a latte or chai, with good Wi-Fi if you need to work a little. Devine pastries, and a bathroom with a chandelier. What more does one need?

Chicken Salad Croissant. I couldn’t decide between Creamy Chicken Noodle soup or fries. Got both. Patty Melt with homemade Slaw in the background. Food was incredible. Prices below average in my opinion. I overate; but have no regrets. Service by Colleen was excellent. We will be back!

This is one of those hole in the wall places that you would not know was there. A friend was raving about it so the next time we were in town for appointments and shopping we went for lunch. She had a patty melt & fries. I had the chicken salad sandwich and coleslaw and my daughter had grilled cheese and fries. The restaurant is small but thankfully there was an open table, albeit next time I don't want the one right by the door cause it was a tad chilly every time it opened. Our server was sweet. Our food came out in a reasonable time. Let me tell you it was so so good! Home made fries yummm. We all shared a bit of each other's lunch. I didn't get any of the baked goods but my friend took some home to her kiddo for an after school snack that was met with rave reviews. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent staff and food! My husband and I had breakfast here and really enjoyed it. The sweet cream pancake was especially good — I’m usually not impressed with restaurant pancakes, so I was a happy camper!

This delightful family run eatery just served me one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Pancakes were fluffy, quality butter, and a fresh boysenberry syrup. I'm a big maple guy and even combined both, just delicious. Had a large omelette, the veggies had great flavor and I love that they didn't use too much cheese. Ask for the pickled jalapenos for a zesty kick! Lastly the thick bacon was served to crispy perfection.

Not what it seems from the outside… Me and my friends pulled up during a road trip after searching for a spot for breakfast, and it didn’t look like much from the outside, but oh boy looks can be deceiving. It was SO GOOD! All 6 of us enjoyed our meals, and our waitress was awesome. It was packed right when it opened by 7:15. 10/10 recommend for anyone stopping through. Worth driving a little extra into town to stop here. Had the Chicken-Fried Pork (which I didn’t know was a thing but so good) and drip coffee which did the job.

This is a hidden gem for sure. It is easy to miss from the outside but very cute on the inside. It is a smaller dining experience but the service was very friendly and fast, the menu had great options and the food was delicious. The cinnamon rolls are huge and very tasty!

Went here for the first time with my mom a few weeks ago and meant to write a review then but food was amazing! I loved the way the bacon was done, not too crispy or too soft, just firm enough. The service was super friendly and felt very welcoming. Definitely will be back!

A solid choice for breakfast on a family road trip. Affordable and hearty portions. We stopped in for an early morning breakfast. Service and food were was good. This is attached to the truck stop which makes it convenient for fueling the car and preparing for the next leg of the journey.

A huge thank you to Manager and cashier on Christmas - I had a mishap with a vital ingredient for my lasagna and on a whim I headed to JBs this item not carried at a has station n that's all that's open - by the happy faces of the people leaving as I arrived I was encouraged to head in and throw out my crazy request for help, my hunch was correct - they were just closing up but took the time to hear me out check inventory and sell me at a beyond fair price what I needed to complete my dinner! JBs has been a part of GF as long as I can remember and this just reinforced the comfort in familiar places and sence of community. I loved this place! The French toast was absolutely amazing—literally the best I’ve ever tasted. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make the experience great. They were incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive, which made the visit even better. The atmosphere was really nice too, with a cozy and warm vibe that made it feel inviting and comfortable. Overall, this place is a fantastic spot, and I would highly recommend it!

We’ve been here a few times now, all experiences have been great. The food is very much old diner style food. You’re not getting 5 star meal but Ellen the server was absolutely amazing. I as a mom of a toddler am nervous about tantrums in a restaurant but she made sure my son before all people were happy! That not only says something about how awesome of a person she is but how good she is at her job! She cared and it showed. Thank you Ellen. We will be coming back just to see you!

Extremely Plesent visit. Have been there few times lately due to doc Apts. There very safe an easy for handicapped to access. Including the rest room, without feeling uncomfortable. The waitresses on lunch an dinner shifts were the best. On the ball never had to ask for anything but weren't over buggy. Very acomidateing for our group as we had handicapped adults with us. Very Friendly, food was Phanominal Highly recommended the tomato soup, and taco salad. It's a family's of all types ages perfect meal spot

It's been there forever and really hasn't changed in a long time. The food is pretty decent, everyone knows that the best thing on the menu is their tomato soup. It is absolutely perfect. Tomato soup and a sandwich from this place hits like nothing else but don't expect anything More than your typical '80s diner. I have been coming here since I was a kid.

Ellen was the best server we have ever had-friendly, great stories, warm smile- it’s worth going just to meet her. The best tomato soup in an old fashioned family friendly restaurant.

I ordered a salted pecan crunch cold brew in the app and a turkey sage danish. My drink was clearly not what I ordered (see photo) and the danish was limp and soggy. Also, upon writing this, I noticed my order was duplicated. I didn’t have time to turn around and correct the issues.

I avoid going to the 16th St and 10th Ave South location at all costs. Most of the baristas are extremely rude. Several times they have gotten my order wrong. When I have gone inside to ask them to remake it, I was treated with complete disrespect and attitude. Managers should definitely address this, as they have an overall Google rating of three stars. Baristas at the 10th Ave South and 32nd St are amazing. Their Google review average is almost 5 stars.

The address and where it shows on the map is completely wrong. Called the place and they told me they’re located on the corner of 10th and 17th, right by the subway. That’s a 12 min walk away from where it’s portrayed on google maps. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

This is no longer a Starbucks. Unless you want to drink Verizon wireless or buy from the Verizon store that replaced it don't go here. There is no Starbucks, just a Verizon store.

First time of going to new location. Ordered White Chocolate Mocha Latte and it was the most flavorless drink I have ever received. Got home and poured in a glass it was just a little cloudier than water. I believe I got hot water with whip cream sprayed on top. Lot more training needed!

Service was friendly and fast. Although the drink I requested is no longer available (Lime Refresher), an acceptable alternative was recommended (Strawberry Acai Refresher) and I was happy with the drink.

This one off, family owned and operated, coffee/breakfast/lunch place just might be my new favorite burger place. All meals are made fresh to order. Don't be in a hurry. The pies and biscuits are baked fresh daily in house and are very good. (They take a biscuit, again, fresh baked in house, and magically turn it into something that I feel, is way better then any old boring donut! Take some to go. I did!) The casual atmosphere and very friendly staff, make this place warm and inviting. They're only open until 2 so budget time accordingly, but I dont think you'll be disappointed.

Food was good, and they even passed out samples while we were there. The kitchen/food can get a little backed up during breakfast time.

One of my employees and I came in today with a good sized breakfast and drink order for all of my staff in our office. Everyone was so nice and organized in the store. Our food was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Also thank you for having non-pork options. I have a pork allergy and it's hard to find places with good options. I wish I could give you more stars!

We stopped in with our family on the way home. I realized me and husband had been here before. It’s an order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The food is good, the hash browns were a little greasy though.. Great Coffee. I order black rifle coffee off the Internet site all the time. The service is really friendly and fast. Great food. Great employees. I’m sad we didn’t start coming here sooner! Even on July 5th they were SLAMMED. So many impatient customers but the employees were still just as nice as ever. We just stopped here on a whim and had the most pleasant experience. Staff were so helpful and bubbly I couldn’t stop telling my husband how wonderful they were! We tried free samples of their sweet biscuits and they were scrumptious! Wonderful iced chai and Americanos. Got my pie to go and I can’t wait to dig in! The business has a derelict appearance. The big "Burger King" signboard on the roadside was badly damaged. Extremely poor service. The black cashier was repeatedly yawning while he served us. Food quality was very bad. No food item was found fresh/hot. Their service/food quality could be a reason for a non existing customer environment. Unfortunately, it was my first experience and at the same time last experience to be there. I visited a few businesses in this area and almost all of them had sub-standard (local) workers who had no knowledge about good customer service and this business was on top of the list in bad service. Of course, I would never stop at this run-down location again.

Workers were so rude it made me sick to my stomach. I am a latino who is completely understandable and able to order off of a menu but when arriving at the drive thru I mentioned that I know little English and I was met with a guy yelling at me to “take my order somewhere else”. To which I replied that I just want a chicken sandwich and again the guy yelled that he only speaks English and to leave (I ordered very clear in English) another female worker came on and told me she got my chicken sandwich (because I was easy to understand). I also had my (local to great falls) girlfriend on the phone who said I spoke very clear. It is so unfortunate in this day and age to see people and corporations so racist. Do better Burger King. I definitely will “take my order somewhere else” after that.

Did a pick up at this location first time. The building was completely smoked out so couldn't stay even if I wanted to. I opened my take out order bag to check and they forgot my large onion rings which they gave me but then I get home and realized my supposed to be double cheeseburger was a small little one patty cheeseburger instead. Tried calling 3 times so they could make this right and each time no one answered. I am very displeased with this service. It was not busy and no reason for the abundance of mistakes

I go here for lunch often and the burgers are always hot and juicy not dried up like they've been sitting in the heat bins too long. Their broiled burgers tastes so much better than nasty McDonald's press fried burgers

I went to Burger King on 10th Avenue South in Great Falls Montana. Order food and the food was terrible. I had ordered the friary nuggets and they were greased balls. I have pictures of all of it. Do I have a picture of that the middle of the meat is missing? What happened to? I didn't know why the service has been for like It's been like this every time I've visited this Establishment

not surprised as 90% of burger kings lack manning. always only 1-2 employees working no matter the time. takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes for food, and it’s usually wrong or cold

Did drive through, ended up waiting for my order at the end spot. After a fairly decent time and seeing most of the drive through crowd that I arrived with get their food and leave. I finally received my food with a eh sorry for the wait. I'm not tripping on the wait to much, I however didnt receive all the food I ordered though and the food I got is cold. I don't have time to go back and get it fixed or wait any long as my break is almost over with how long I was waiting. Don't go to this location, the one on 10th is better.

I open up the app to double check that I’m not insane. It won’t let me see my recent order. The McFlurry is now the size of a cup. No ketchup for my fries ( as requested ). Best buy your sauce ahead of time as this location sucks at fulfilling orders. I hate my life right now because of #McDonalds

Wonderful location with great staff, ive actually had the privilege of being on both sides of the front counter as a part time employee and as a customer and I frequently pick up dasher orders from here and I never have any complaints! The managers are fantastic, the staff is friendly and hard working and the food never misses 👌

Slow. Just like 10th Ave. 15-20 min waits. Nobody to serve you at the counter. Old deep fried chicken for the golden deluxe. Disgusting, thought I was eating a rat. Its not the workers, its the management. With the online orders, drive through, Uber and Door dash orders its no wonder the people inside are waiting 10-15 mins. But prices keep going up. Exactly why I started go to Wendy's for breakfast.

Ordered on the app and picked up right when it was ready. Got home and opened the bag, everything appeared to be there. Opened my daughter's box of nuggets and it was filled with a disgusting sauce. Seriously, what even is this! I sincerely hope nobody else was expecting a box of nasty and got chicken nuggets instead.

The McDonald's in the Smith's shopping center is horrendous. There's always a wait for my food. As soon as I pull up to the second window I'm immediately told to pull up to the number to parking spaces ahead. Oftentimes there will be 2 to 4 vehicles behind me that will get their order before I get mine. There has been multiple times the order has been wrong or just bad. The spicy egg McMuffin has the spicy sauce all over the McMuffin and rapper. So much so the egg fell out. It went straight in the garbage. The bagel breakfast sandwiches hard as a rock.

We came here because the pictures made it look like a good spot — TVs, nice vibe, all that. Unfortunately, the food and service were a huge letdown. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich, and both were sad excuses for a meal. The chicken sandwich looked like sliced salami, no lettuce, tomato, or onion, just a couple of pickles. The burger wasn’t any better. We tried to flag down our server, Zachary, several times just to get condiments, but he was nowhere to be found. My husband literally had to go into the kitchen himself to grab something. We even asked about happy hour, and the server’s answer was basically, “I don’t know.” Save your money — you’ll get better food and service at any fast-food place. Don’t waste your time here.

I have brought this up many time I have a elderly father we come every week but the high tables he can't sit they only have 4 lower tables so when buzy its not accessible for him to sit. I have brought this up many times before the Manger Robyn doesn't care there used to be a suggestion box heard she tore it down . In fact when she helps waitresses every now and then her attitude sucks. We spend alot of money here annually and adding a few small tables is needed if your manager take care of this

If I could post pictures, you would understand my review. Ordered all my beef products medium rare. Forget that, they were all well done, like hockey puck over done. I sent them back and got an attitude from the server. He told me they were perfect and didn't know what I was saying. ok. Was he eating my food? Did he order it? NOOOOOO,! Got my to go order home and so over done still, burned and not appetizing. The onion tower was so burned, you could smell the char, before I even opened the Styrofoam to-go box. Not only was the food not to liking, it took over 30 mins (sitting at the bar for a to-go order) to get service...hahaha, but the 2 cute ladies that sat down after me got served super quick. Never again. Horrible. Might want to advise your staff it's not cool to talk ill will about a paying customer when the customer is still sitting there. I heard everything the server said about me.

We waited over an hour for a few burgers, but they informed us that they had dropped them. We did receive our appetizer, which was pretzels and cheese curds, but the portions were small and they also took a long time. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Took 3 times to buffalo sauce on my wings, refills were done but a little slow. Basketball was only in a few TVs and it was so loud with the boxing pay per view it was hard to have a conversation. Living off grid is a rewarding and full of challenges in the mountains and sometimes I indulge a bit when I come to Great Falls, Montana for supplies and a bite to eat occasionally. No running water or electricity for 4 years now and love the challenge of it all when her and I started The Marilyn Homestead which is named after my lovely girlfriend 4 years ago when I started this adventure at 55 years old. Just plain cheap Corporate Greed. Laid off fast food for a year myself and this is what I got! The burgers are paper thin patties now and no bigger than a couple sliced pickles. When I come to town and wanna get fast food, I'll go to Hardee's, Burger King, Dairy Queen or any other mom and pop operation! Looks like The Big Mac identifies as a White Castle Slider with cheese. Size does matter... One would think if your paying almost $15.00 for a Big Mac Value Meal you'd be some what satisfied till evening dinner. Guess when minimum wages increased or employee wages rise to $15.00 an hour this is the end result? McDonald's needs a Blue Collar guy like me, an Independent Contractor whose sole job is to be a Mystery Diner and write reviews for the Corporate Head Shed so they can see for themselves with written review's and hidden camera's the cleanliness, attitudes, service, preparation and timeliness of their Franchise owners. Really be great to hear some replies as I know, if enough people replied and decided to vent their frustration's, maybe corporate would listen?

When I was having my cousin order my food tonight to get some cookies and the guy at the window was awful. Not only that, but when she got home looking into the box, this is what I see after moving the first cookie. It looks like a strip of some kind. When I looked it up, it showed a diabetic strip. I'll never return to this Macdonalds again. I am sick to my stomach! After the way they treated my cousin while I was telling her what to get me, I wasn't surprised they tried to sabotage my food. Sorry we came at a late time if that was the reason why this happened.

This location is absolutely disappointing. We came in to your restaurant at 10:30am took us about 8-10min to order. We sat and waited for our food. We waited for 20mins. Watched others who ordered after us on the kiosk receiving their food. We asked this woman who appeared to be loving her job to check on our food. She walked back with our tray of cold food. She says “we’ve been waiting on the quarter pounder” the sandwich was cold. Would be a great ice pack. I’ve worked with many different McDonald’s locations and while this isn’t one of the worst locations, it’s definitely not the best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Honestly, my boyfriend and I cannot stand eating here. Nor being here.. Their food is honestly mid. The food doesn't even rot.. The meat and everything, it aint the greatest quality I've had better elsewhere. And let's not forget to mention, that the people that work there are absolutely rude and unprofessional. They will refuse to take your order for over 10 minutes and will make you wait even longer to get your food! All while cussing and dilly-dalling. Because of the lazy peope in the back, and horrible management. I do recommend Burger King tho! So underrated!!!!!

I placed a mobile order, they gave me 2 of my Big Mac burgers with no meat or anything just plain bun! Plus ordered sauces with my meal and didn’t get them.

The caramel iced coffee used to be delicious I used to get this all the time but every time I get it now it tastes like French vanilla coffee or just some coffee without caramel I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times but I always get the same wrong coffee I went to get a caramel coffee with my app points I asked the person on the speaker if they had caramel coffee they said yes and I still got French vanilla. I called to see if I could get it replaced the person at the phone sounded very nice and said they could replace it then I went back to get my replacement and I got a different wrong coffee I guess they just straight up lied to me. Ps I’ve missed some items from different meals in the past at this location

Was missing an sandwich from my order made it all the way home so I called them and the gentleman on the phone was more than helpful, went back to location after phone call and spoke with the guy I spoke to on the phone and he made it more than right. Will definitely be coming back to this location, hats off to that manager

Service here is very good. Usually pretty fast at getting food out. But hard shell tocos arnt supposed to be cracked. 3 out of the 4 were cracked. Right down the spine. Like….. had to eat it like a sandwich.. at least give us buns to go with it, or a tortilla or something like dang…

I took a few bites of the crunch wrap supreme, I guess they serve it without meat now days. I certainly don't like it when you order to go food after you get to eat driving down the road and see you are missing items or even a crucial part of the meal in your order. It makes one not trust food places.

I find it very inconvenient when I go into a restaurant and no one will take my order because the front counter computer is broken. I was asked to order on the keyosk. After I stood there for 10 minutes. I don’t like taking my own order! You never get a drink cup and last time I checked, I don’t work for you. Thank you to the girl, who helped me after the other two fought over who “had” to help me.

My burrito was only about 5 inches long and had a really large slice of the core from the lettuce hanging out of the burrito. Also, my soft tacos were not filled to the size I know they should be.

Watched a girl wipe/pick her nose with a gloved hand and continue making food. Canceled my order and told the counter person. Who then told me that she changed her gloves after that which I could see clear as day did not occur.

Awwww man... Been in canada for 2 years... I missed my taco bell. They have taco time out here and its just overpriced and disgusting. This taco bell puts the right amount of ingredients so every was fantastic! Im originally from las vegas and they really rip people off at most taco bell locations by putting less ingredients than they are supposed to. Im so happy that this taco bell does does it right!! The drive thru girl was really nice!

I placed an online order for around 50 dollars worth. 4 meals placed the order at 330 for to-go. It wasnt until 4:21 when i actually received the food. When i did receive it the fried foods were soggy with oil and cold. For the price and alotted time i could have been to a sit down and possibly eaten by then. In short save your time and money. Pics just show the inconsistency in portion and ingredients being included.

Went in last night. I placed a moblie order, when arriving they tried to give me 3 tacos out of a giant order. When showing them what I ordered they gave me a bag of random food that was thrown in the bag. Random chicken and beans in tacos with broken shells. Missing every piece of food I actually ordered. Was so disgusting we couldn't even eat any of it nor would we want to with how it looked. Want my $31 back!! Every person in the building didn't get a right order.

I can’t write a review on the food because I never received it. I walked out after waiting 20 minutes for ONE single taco to go. Workers just seemed spaced out and confused. There was only one other person in the lobby by the way and the drive thru was pretty slim too. Not the worst $4 I’ve ever spent.

They tried best they could but couldn't get my order straight when I pulled up. A manager, I would assume, had to take over midway taking my order, and still the wrong item was included at the window. I had to catch and request the right one be prepared. The whole process was unbearably slow start to finish. Then, the food was just falling apart/poorly constructed. I'm not sure what was going on, and it might be different on a different day, but that was a notably bad experience.

My first visit to this place went relatively well. Food came out in a decent time frame and tasted hot and fresh. My second and probably LAST visit was the complete opposite. This was on Saturday, November 1st, 2025. - cashier rang up the wrong order despite me asking for chicken instead of beef for my order, and asking for a large combo instead of a small. - the drive through and lobby were packed but not because it was busy, but because the kitchen was taking an extremely long time to complete any orders. I waited over an hour, with majority of the lobby customers waiting on average of 45 minutes to an hour for their orders. The drive through eventually cleared out, being forced to reverse out of the line due to the long waits. - DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers cancelled orders after having to wait just as long My order ended up being wrong, as I did not get the burrito I asked for. Not to mention a mix of hot and cold potatoes and waiting over an hour for my food. Everyone had to ask for an update for their food, and it even took giving the kitchen staff our receipts so that they could see what needed to be made. Lastly, no manager available until about 1230, give or take, meaning a lot of customers left without a chance of receiving a refund or at least some form of proper assistance. All in all, I don't know if the kitchen just wasn't getting tickets for everyone's orders or if they were taking an extreme amount of time to cook even one full order, but either way, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had for fast food. While the cashier did ring my order incorrectly, she was actively TRYING to get updates for orders as she was one up front facing all the angry customers, which thankfully were patient with her since it wasn't her fault that food was taking so long. Might be my last time eating here unfortunately, as I've never such a disorganized restaurant like this.

Taco John's is usually OK, but stay away from this one!!! Came thru on our way to Glacier Nat'l Park from Billings. Was very hungry. Ordered and paid for 2 beef burritos with extra cheese. Got my bag and asked if the BEEF burritos had extra cheese. The man responded, "You want extra cheese? I Can add extra cheese. And took them back to add cheese. The receipt read 2 beef burritos + extra cheese. As we left and continued on our way (it is a 7 hr drive so we decided to drive and eat), I took a bite and discovered they'd given me beans burritos! Yuck!! On our return trip home a week later I returned to tell them their mistake and asked to have them replace the beef burritos I paid for, with the extra cheese. I also ordered 2 of the same for my husband. They overcharged me by charging for 2×'s the cheese, could not explain to me why the total charge was so high - I figured it out later. They did give me a free large potatoe ones, which was nice, because I starved before, not eating the bean burritos. The 1st replacement beef burrito was OK, but the 2nd was something else! It had lettuce, which I can't eat hot, a ton of onions and no extra cheese! They couldn't get it right the 2nd time! My husband's burritos had no extra cheese, so I was overcharged $2.34. Unbelievable!! And this was with the manager there the 2nd time!!!

Waiting in the drive through today for over 45 mins with two cars stuck in front of me who also waited even longer. Assuming the car in front already paid for food, continued to wait. Guy at the drive through was super rude when I asked for a manager he said “he’s too busy” and every worker except one seemed to be on something and had no idea what they were doing. Usually love this place, but will go to a different location after today. My kids were crying and I was stuck there the entire 45 mins because I had cars in front of and back of me. We went to Burger King after finally getting through and they took 5 mins to get all our food.

Got an order from doordash and this is what was sent out 4/21/2025 gross tasted burnt and nothing left of the biscuit. I am tired of paying good money for food that gets sent out like this where is the pride in your work.

I had a very frustrating experience. It took the cashier around 10 minutes just to enter my order (I ordered one combo), which I could understand if they were still learning. However, the situation became much worse when my payment was only partially processed and the cashier haven’t told me anything and let me walk away. After 15 minutes it appeared to the staff, that the order was mistakenly combined with the person behind me. Staff informed me that I could neither receive my food nor a refund unless I paid for the entire combined order—including items the other customer hadn’t even requested. In the end, I reluctantly paid everything just to move forward, trusting it would be corrected, only to be told afterward that they could not issue a refund back to my debit card.

We know better than to check the bag before driving away. This time we didn't. Get home and not even close to being the correct order! The chicken nuggets look like they might have been sitting there from lunch time. Anything extra we asked for they seemed to not have in stock ... Probably won't be going there again

Went down and got a jr.wopper meal and a chicken sand meal with 1 extra Jr whopper. Got to drive and the guy was nice gave us our drinks then asked if we could pull around to wait for our meal. No problem, we did and no sooner did we park he was walking out with our order. Gor home and drinks were great frys hit and chips fresh and food was great. I unwrapped my 2nd Jr whopper and took a bite and felt resistance while toung touched hair, opened mouth and the bite dangled from the sandwich till the hair slid out of the sandwich as I stared completely revolted. Now Right before this bite I was litterally thrilled with our entire meal and was on the fence to call. I called basically just to let them know not get a replacement or name on a list just to let them know. Called 3 times (it rang till it hung up twice) Asked for the manager and told him what happened then he asked us when we ordered then what we ordered then went into this do you have your recipt or food to bring in as proof.... what? This guy have people scamming food off him with the ole hair in my sandwich bit? I lost it and got in my truck and drove down there and asked for the manager. He comes and says ohh you must be the one who just called. I asked him if he was the one who asked me to come down with the burger or recipt for proof. He was like yes so I tossed it with the recipt on the counter and went to walk out then had to stop due to the belligerent comments. I said it's a 3 dollar burger with a hair proper customer service is to appologise and offer an replacement not treat them like there conning you or called the wrong place. Then shut the door. While he yelled sorry I ruined your entire nite byeeeeeee. So here's that story.

Supa-dupa cook was very polite and made our food hot and fresh. Front counter was friendly and personable. Had a good time here.

Literally every time we come to this location and ask for NO tomatoes for my husband, they give him tomatoes. Every. Single. Time. When someone says no “something” on their items, it means DONT put it on there. Even repeated “no tomato” back to us and still gave him tomato.

When passing through I ordered a large light iced drink and this is what I received. I shouldn't have even driven away but I was in such shock and a hurry. It was PACKED with ice and not even filled to the top!

As we all know, Starbucks can get very pricy but also be the savior of the day. So Starbucks is where I spend most of my money. Inconveniently, the Starbucks on 10th and 32nd is where I go. As I’ve pushed away the passive aggressive attitude for to long I’ve finally for the first time have decided to right a review. No I’m not your typical Karen either, I’m actually 19 years old. When I’m constantly getting robbed with a side of attitude is when I have a problem. On several occurrences I’ve went to this specific location and there’s been no coffee in my drink, just straight milk. With me being a first time mother, 1 coffee is nearly essential and 2 I don’t have the time to run back and ask them to remake that. On a different occasion, I had the pleasure of speaking with miss stephanine, who I believe is the manager that had the worst attitude towards me when I asked for a remake

Went through the drive thru, which had a line to the street. That said, I was able to get my coffee in just minutes. The staff at the window was super friendly and got my order correct.

Twice in two weeks, they gave me a drink with an ingredient in it I did not order, and am allergic to - when I pointed it out to them, they just didn't care. So, I will never go there again.

My son and I always go here when my husband is out in the field . We sit and enjoy our breakfast and color with their Complimentary Coloring sets . I pre order my food and Drinks while getting ready to head out and it’s always hot and ready when we get there I also try to make him stylish when we go too . Best memories are being made at this Starbucks for a mother and Son .

This Starbucks is conveniently located and is very well maintained. Service at this store seemed a bit slow for an early Sunday morning stop. It took 5-10 minutes to get an americano with no orders in front of mine. It’s was a great stop to let the dog out and stretch her legs after a long drive.

super friendly. we tried to get the military discount and the clerk let us know it was going away. local management fought to keep the discount. but corporate said no she told us. still like going there and staff is friendly, quick with your order. and the place is very clean.

I ordered two Fiesta Tacos. When I received them they felt like they came out of the refrigerator. I was told it was because the vegetables were cold. But does not explain cold meat and cold tortilla. When I was asked what I wanted I said hot food. And the answer was I was told to go somewhere else to eat. All I wanted was a hot dinner. I've had food from them I go to them all the time and they've always been good until this one time and then they had to treat me so crappy

This place is so gross 🤢 I will never eat at this taco johns ever. Doesn't even taste like any of the other taco johns mushy. My daughter said hers tasted like perfume. Mine contained not one not two but 3 hairs. I called one of the taco johns and they were willing to do a complete refund. The one that own or manages the one of 14th is very unprofessional. He was unwilling to refund me even though we didn't eat it. Another taco had a puddle of pinkish white liquid and was cold yes the meat. My son threw up this morning from eating the potato ole's

I will never return to this Taco John’s. Tonight we arrived around 6:30pm and were the only people in line, and no cars were parked in either parking lot. We only ordered two meals. Our order was given to us incomplete, missing an item entirely. We went back through the drive thru and were given the missing item in addition to sauces and napkins that they missed the first time. Upon arriving home, I realized the item was incorrect. Look at how they cut this product as well! This is completely unacceptable. If it was a busy Friday night, I could excuse this behavior—but it wasn’t.

Terrible i come in during the morning before work to have some disrespectful little blonde girl argue with me and be very disrespectful they need to fire this girl!!!

The desserts are plated so beautifully that they feel gourmet.

I will definitely make this place a staple for stopping when I am in town not only that I will be letting everyone know to go and try it. The staff went above and beyond for our party of six from start to finish. I love this place.

We are new to the area and visited a few coffee shops in the area. This is our favorite so far and our second time back. The atmosphere is cute and cozy and the staff is super nice. Food menu is simple, but does the job! Egg salad salad was good! We will be regulars.

An awesome hidden gem in the heart of Great Falls. Excellent restoration and very Chicagoesque with the roll up doors and brick walls. Food, coffee, hot cocoa, and service were wonderful!

The food was pretty alright. Went on taco Tuesday. Was still super expensive for 6 tacos but I had got them supreme or whatever it’s called. Not bad though. The hash browns were good too. I didn’t even know I wanted them but the drive through lady was super friendly and kept asking me if I wanted this and that.

Young man who took my order was very nice, seemed to like his job, and was very polite. They forgot 2 items, had to go inside to get them. No customers inside, 3 people working, only person who even acknowledged my presence was the young man who took my order. He quickly fixed the problem and was genuinely apologetic. Tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat in them, one of the tacos wasn't a taco. Overall, I gave it 2 stars simply because the young man who waited on me was so polite and genuine.

Excellent job. I was served by a young man with glass and a great attitude Monday morning August 4th. The food made my road trip back to Canada that much more fun. Good TJ's.

They are sooo very patient and suggestive sales are always spot on .. they give u what u get .. so come with a happy smile you will get one in return!

I don't know if it's just this location but my order was absolutely horrible and horrific! When I opened the box for my taco salad, I was in disbelief! Taco salads with extra beef and potato ole's are my go to at Taco John's. The potatoes were barely warm and had absolutely no seasoning on them. I'm very disappointed. $13.36 down the drain 😡

The food was delicious as usual. That poor location seems to be having trouble finding enough help to be able to do more than cook though. It needs a thorough cleaning. There was a kid trying to clean the lobby but he wasn't getting it done. I'll definitely eat there again, but it's definitely off putting if you're not familiar with the quality of food there.

I went here with my wife on Saturday June 21st at 2:30 pm and stood there at the counter for 5 minutes. We were met with no eye contact and were completely ignored. No hello no I'll be with you shortly. I asked the lady if she was aware of our presence and she said yeah why? I told her because I had never been treated so rudely here. As I started to order a meat and potato burrito combo with no up grades which is priced at $9.95 She entered the order and it came up over $11 I told her I want that and pointed at the menu where it clearly reads $9.95 She just gave me a blank stare and said she didn't know how to fix it. I said thank you and that we were going to eat somewhere else. This girl was in no way qualified to be waiting on people. We used to eat here a few times a month. We will not be back. There are plenty of other places to eat in Great falls. The waiter's starts with a C and ends with an E. It would do the owner well to spend some time training this girl on the basics of customer service!

Need more people working, cause apparently when there is only 1 person working, they can only focus on one order at a time. Not only that, they apparently don't have a "Starbucks Scanner" for flat out redeeming points and attempting to only redeem a reward, you'll still have to pay a portion of it. Which is something not seen in other Starbucks in this town.

My daughter ordered a drink she orders all of the time. The cashier told her that based on her order, her drink would be watery. My daughter told her she orders this drink all the time. The cashier then tells the barista what the order is and then said, "it will be really watery..." to the barista then told her to make it a different way. The barista said she's making it the way the customer (my daughter) wanted it. It was a whole thing...but the barista made it how my daughter asked and it was a great drink. Not sure why the cashier felt the need to continue changing how the drink was ordered/made. Unnecessary and rude.

Came in to Alberstons and saw the gal working doing some cleaning so i asked if they were still open, and she said she had 15 minutes left. I quickly tried placing my order and meant to say hot and iced came out so I had to correct myself. She seemed annoyed. I then asked for the 2nd drink and the gal sighed, rolled her eyes and rudely asked what size. At that point I told her to not even worry about because clearly it was an inconvenience for her. Very poor customer service on her part. We came on 5/5.

The worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks in a long time. Ordered and waited for 2 drinks for 20+minutes. Only one person making hot drinks and one making cold although 6 people seemed to work there. The one person I assume to be the manager or higher up as they didn’t have an apron on like everyone else didn’t seem to care, was wearing sunglasses inside like they didn’t care or weren’t at work, came out and talked to friends and they got their drink and food within 3 minutes since she could make it for them but not do anything for any of the customers waiting. After all that they still made our drink wrong. Major disappointment. Syrup containers and items strewn about the counter, overall the place seemed like a mess.

I hadn't been to Starbucks in a long time. I go to True Brew. I asked if they could do a dirty chai iced and they said yes. It was tiny for $6, mostly ice and it tasted bad. Back to True Brew - much more for less money and tastes better .

Coffee is life. And I definitely drink a lot of it. I am grateful for Starbucks and the service they provide for us. I appreciate the long hours that most have to do just to make sure us grumpy people get our fix. Keep up the good work

There are a million Starbucks out there and they're all the same. The coffee is decent if a bit commercialized. They're all usually relatively busy, and the wait a little longer than you want. They're all very clean and kitschy. The real thing that separates these places, and all businesses are the employees. Not the managers or the owners, as a consumer I could do without those. The employees are underpaid, overworked, but much appreciated by a coffee drinker like me. Thank you Starbucks!

Got a basic breakfast had a good experience I mean definitely clean then on 10th 10 out of 10 guys. Thanks so much for the experience. However, some guys definitely seem depressed. Well I want no one cause I used to work at McDonald’s myself so I can’t understand why it’s always depressing there. Overall, good experience

2 weeks in a row. I order here on app after seeing a movie. Last week I ordered by the app, got my order except for the sauce for nuggets. This week I ordered same meal. Instead of my 6 piece nuggets I paid for, got home and was only 4, again no sauce even though requested in app, and this time no napkins. I understand trying to get through dinner rush, but what happened to proper service? Are we not to use the app no more? I did call and the manager took my info, so that was good. But still this is the 2nd week in a row. I went back today 14OCT25, they were true to their words. I got the corrected order that was missed last week. Food was good, the only thing is it is like they no longer give napkins. So bring your own if going through drive thru and heading out of town. I bumped it up from 2 to 4 stars as this week was better.

Place is very clean / Staff are nice and the food is mcdonalds hahah Play house is good for kids and it made the time spent there worth it.

Not like it used to be. Especially when you go in. Still having trouble making clean sandwiches. Rude. And drive thru has trouble getting orders correct. What happened to greeting and smiling at customers that come within 5 feet of you?

Went through the drive thru tonight about 20 minutes before they closed. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. No onion on one. We got our food and the gal shoved it at us and said, "that was really last minute". Get home and my burger has onions on it. Not a big deal to most but I can't eat onion so I'm now sick.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered two McFlurries and received both of them only half full, despite paying full price. To make matters worse, they were just tossed into a bag with hot food, so we had to ask for cup holders to prevent a mess. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

This will be my last time going to this location. Almost every time I go the order is incorrectly made. This is pure laziness to not even read the meal slip before putting it into the customers bag. It’s says in bold “NO Onions” I understand mistakes happen but unfortunately going here mistakes are the rule not the exception. Please do better and pay attention when preparing people’s meals. You don’t know if a person has an allergy or restrictive diet.
