Great atmosphere. Best patio in Lethbridge easily. Amazing service and staff. Reasonably priced. But the food was not good. There were 3 of us there and 2 of us barely touched our meals. Brisket Sandwich was basically an Arby's meal with the "brisket" sliced so thin and then having an overpowering taste of undercooked onions. Linguini Alfredo was so dry it was hard to swallow. It shouldn't be overly sauced but there was almost none. I even tried digging to the bottom of the bowl in hopes of finding some down there..... Nothing Gyoza was good. I've been here before and really enjoyed it but this trip was 👎.

This was a night out with friends having a "going away party". After a day of packing and disturbing dust bunnies, we arrived and said we had a reservation. We were immediately dismissed by the hostesses, not a hi, hello, thanks for coming, and waited another 10 minutes for our table. Lucky for us, we had friendly, excellent customer service from Dylan. He recommended several items on the "Taste of Summer" menu. But when asked what his personal favourite was, he pointed out the Cowboy Steak Sandwich. One person ordered that, well done with gravy for the plank fries, and said it was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich, medium rare, and it was excellent. Not too big a meal so I had room for dessert. Cooked perfect. The big, plank like fries were crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. I usually order a salad but glad I went with the fries and accompanied the meal with a cold Medicine Hat craft lager. (Another Dylan recommendation when asked about local craft beers) The meal and service was just right and made the night out perfect. The other guest at the table took Dylan's "Taste of Summer" recommendation and ordered the Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake. They also had the Chicken Bellagio with a side Caesar salad. They really enjoyed it, especially the creamy mash potatoes. Firestone has a varied menu so everyone can find something they'd enjoy eating. The prices are comparable with other restaurants, and you can expect a $50 bill+, with food, drink, and tip. Jacob was an excellent server. Friendly and funny. And all the orders were correct and bill was accurate. Food was great, its priced appropriately for the service and atmosphere. I would qualify this place as higher end dining. And price is fairly reflective on that. They have some fantastic beer flights $9. And every cocktail 🍸.

Visiting for a convention and have eaten here for my last couple meals. The staff is so helpful and friendly & very allergy conscious. The portions are HUGE & perfectly cooked, the short ribs on the seasonal menu were very impressive. I had Chelsea as my server twice and she was friendly and accommodating & welcomed me back after my 1st visit, it's always nice to be remembered. The water feature and fire pits on the patio are so nice to look at, I gave a 4 for atmosphere as the fire pits smell very strongly of gas when being lit & I'm glad I wasn't eating at the time. It lasted about 5 minutes and was enough to cause a headache. The indoors portion is nicely lit and a mix of booths and comfy bar tables, subdued without being so dark you need your phones flashlight to read the menu. If I'm in Lethbridge again would definitely return.

Was very excited to go here for the patio that I’ve heard so much about and it did not disappoint. The food/Service however did not live up to expectation. Paid a hefty price for two 3 Oz Beef Tenderloin hockey pucks and when I told our waiter about it he just asked if the texture was good and walked away. To top it off I found a QE2 size hair in my potato rolls which just left me feeling like I should have just went to moxies. Would recommend the patio for drinks but if you are wanting to eat definitely go somewhere else.

Reminded me of a local version of The Keg. Nice atmosphere, nice menu, the serving sizes were not too small but could have been a bit bigger. The cheesecake was to die for+ I had the anniversary special

Update: Came last night will some friends. Again, the service was a tad slow, and we had to bolt early so we wouldn't miss our movie. But the food was really good. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. My wife had the pineapple salmon from the summer menu. Both really good. Service was friendly. They were busy. We really enjoyed the patio, wish it could be reserved though, we came at 8pm and still had to wait for a table. Thanks for dinner Old Review: Enjoyed the food, service was a little slow. What a great find! The hotel breakfast sucked, so we decided to check out Downtown for something to eat! Loved everything about Bread Milk & Honey! The staff are super friendly, my breakfast sandwich and my hubby’s breakfast burrito were so delicious and tasty and so were our coffees. The Café had lots of seating and really enjoyed the atmosphere! Will definitely come back here next time I’m in town.

Bread, Milk and Honey is a solid spot if you need to get some work done or catch up on emails. The vibe is chill and it’s easy to focus, whether you’re reading, working, or just hanging out with friends. I’d definitely stick to the drinks, they’re the highlight. Great place to post up for a couple hours and be productive (or not).

Really solid cafe in Lethbridge! Tons of seating, great light. The food was solid, very standard to what I’d expected from a coffee shop. Carrot cake a little dry, but the icing more than made up for it.

Bread Milk Honey has great food and drinks, but my experience was disappointing. The matcha tart was delicious, with a buttery crust and creamy filling topped with charming heart designs, and the coffee was smooth and well-made. However, my order was incorrect, and I couldn’t address it since I was in a rush for work. While the quality of their offerings is undeniable, the service slip left a sour note on an otherwise promising visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 Stars)

Fantastic lattes, nice atmosphere and a great breakfast sandwich. (Nicely done eggs, crispy bacon, stringy mozzarella & fresh avacado on brown bread). Just wish I could have had diced tomatoes on it. Bring your date and order it; you won't be disappointed!

Americano is always good. Tried the Mocha Tart. Very hard tasty shell. Filling was a dense fudge like consistency. Was expecting a lighter custard filling and flakey buttery shell. Louder when busy

Good food and drinks but I was actually quite shocked when I was there this morning around 10am. My 7 year old accidentally spilled his full tea latte immediately after getting it all over his body (it was in a to-go cup as I asked but didn’t have a lid) and was screaming from the pain of the boiling water. I went up to grab ice and napkins etc and I looked at the staff. All three were looking at each other laughing and smirking. Maybe it wasn’t about my son, maybe it was but not one of them seemed to care one bit that a young child just dumped boiling hot tea all over and was screaming in pain from burning his entire chest and legs. One staff member did make him a new drink without being asked (she didn’t say anything. Just dropped it off and left) which I appreciated but I would suggest talking to your staff about being a little more human.

Stopped in today and service was friendly and great. The cashier was fantastically considerate and gave the perfect recommendations. Food was wonderful and the blended Frap was devine. I am excited to try this Strawberry, Raspberry, Rhubarb crumble. My only wish was the bacon on my wrap was under cooked for me.

The food is always delicious and I love that they have daily specials for soup, sandwich, and drink. The coffee drinks are fantastic. The prices are reasonable and on par with other coffee shops. The service is great and I like the location if you want to spend some time downtown. They have the best pasta salad I've ever had, ever!

Came here for an appointment and saw this coffee shop pop up on google maps and thought I gotta try it.. so I got a caramel macchiato with oat and damn it’s good. I definitely recommend this amazing establishment for a coffee. Would definitely come here again!

Been coming here since I was 8 years old from over 2 hours away with my father then as a young adult when I moved here for university and now when I come back to town from 6 hours away . I come for a reason!!!! It's fresh , fan favorites still made years later and some new additions.

We have some great options for coffee shops in Lethbridge, but Sonder is my favourite. Really well made drinks, amazing waffles if you're looking for food, and a good amount of seating. Coffee roast style is personal preference, but Sonder nails it for me. The only thing that would make them better would be a better location. I wish they were downtown.

My first time visiting Sonder Coffee Bar was fantastic. I specifically visited to try the Blue Matcha London Fog and was not disappointed (this may have to become a regular drink for me). I also tried the Brie and Bacon savory waffle and it was to die for. Delicious food, quiet and quaint atmosphere, and friendly staff. A lovely coffee bar!!

Stumbled upon this based on high Google reviews. Recommend! Soft and crispy and flavorful Belgium waffles. 🤤 Latte was good. Beans are on the bitter side, so if you like a sweeter drink, add a wee bit more sugar. Decent priced, good portions. Free street parking around the corner. Convenient location. Easy to find.

Just stopped by and had some breakfast. I ordered the steak omelette, meat is too tough for me. Otherwise i enjoyed the rest of it. It was not busy when i went there around 10am. My server was good and accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience at IHOP! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. The food came out on time, fresh, and delicious—especially the T bone steak, which were perfectly cooked and tasty. First time visit this location on Saturday afternoon for lunch, the experience was okey! The front desk person not at all welcoming, we wait there 5min and still she was not asking about anything, then my husband went to her and ask her about availability, then she gave us table but it was very small to manage with toddler. Then we change the table afterwards. Order the food and after 40min wait time we finally got our order. The food was fresh and tasty but the server was just doing job for hourly money🫤just put food on our table and left. I’m a big fan of IHOP as I use to go every time when I was in US but for sure if you give this kind of service then I will think twice before go there. Overall okey experience and food was good!

I’m very disappointed. I had been waiting for more than hour to received my food, and the results were very bad. One hour to receive a simple order, and with a bad presentation. The staff’s service is bad, we always need to wait for so long to order, ask something or to receive the food.

The staff were very attentive. We were seated quickly. The waitress came around right away and got us something to drink. She gave us sufficient time to look over our menu and then took our order. Ordered Denny’s from uber eats Was extremely disappointed with my order. The Berry Stuffed French toast a la carte- Had NO berries (if something is described as “berry stuffed, I would expect there to be at least a few to seem as though there was effort. Or maybe even a side of berries included.) Toast with cream slapped in the middle is not what I craved. The Traditional club sandwich was bland. Dry. Ordered without tomatoes. They made it without much else to please. Sad amount of Lettuce. There was nothing holding the sandwich pieces together.. Received the two place settings requested. However, no straw for my iced cola. Chicken strips were fine. They would have been better with the honey mustard sauce I selected. Are the two small packets of ketchup (not requested, but included,) intended for the full size order of strips? Turkey gravy was decent. Lady who answered the phone was friendly. (Photos were taken after I inspected for berries, and found no sauce to save the sandwich.)

Went for boyfriends birthday with his parents. Second time here. Awesome place and delicious food. Every staff member is genuinely friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff made the beautiful bird from an apple for Cary's birthday. He was so happy and surprised. Thank you all for the special day made even better.

Great place to have breakfast/ brunch. They have wide selection of food and I couldn’t decide weather to get pancakes, crepe, or omelette. Why not order all three?? Asian lady server is boss so don’t mess with her. She may come off as a bit rude but she’s quick and good at her job.

If you're familiar with Québec style breakfasts & want to relive the experience, this is the place for you. Options include piles of fresh fruit, beans, creton & peameal bacon! If you know, you know! Exceptional portion sizes, lovely presentation and attentive service with a pleasant atmosphere! This place may take the cake as my favorite breakfast place in the city.

There was no wait for a table and we had the BEST server! Debbie was so funny and engaging! The food was tasty and the portion size generous. My teenager loved the s'mores waffles. The smoked salmon bennies were delish and my friend found the vegetarian options plentiful. Cora's never disappoints, but Debbie really made it special and totally made our visit! :D

I had a fantastic lunch here. I got the chicken parm burger with a caesar salad and it was phenomenal. The bun was golden brown with a great crunch, the batter for the homemade mozzarella stick and the chicken was superb, and the chicken was tender and delicious. Definitely coming back here!

Such a gem. Was visiting from out of town and stumbled across this place. It lives up to its high ratings. The food was super fresh, tasted amazing, and was quick. Service was excellent. I had the bbq bacon cheeseburger. A friend had the blackened chicken wrap. Both were delicious and I’d highly recommend trying this place out.

I've visited Chef Stella's a few times and ordered from the menu, and today had the brunch buffet. It was one of the best buffets I've ever had. The biscuits and gravy were wonderful -Italian sausage instead of breakfast sausage made them something special. The tacos and pulled pork were a nice something different from the usual brunch fare. The beef taco was something akin to picadillo; flavorful and a bit sweet. Again, different in a really good way. Pancakes and scones were wonderful. The staff were continually refreshing the buffet, and the diner was busy, so everything was really fresh. I first heard about Chef Stella on the r/Lethbridge subreddit and the great reputation is well earned. Even the CBSA guards in Coutts say, "Great choice!" when we tell them where we're going/what we're doing.

Amazing, delicious home cooked food. Everything I’ve ever eaten from Chef Stellas has been delicious. We recently got lasagna for our family dinner & everyone raved how great it was. It’s truly like you’ve made it yourself. The love that goes into everything is evident in the taste. Go here to eat!! it’s as delicious as homemade & you don’t have to worry about the dishes.

I’ve had the opportunity to eat here twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. I enjoy the breakfast hash and bowls. Love the Hollandaise, pulled pork, bacon and potatoes. I had a warm biscuit with their homemade jam today which was amazing. My husband has a double cheeseburger, fries and gravy. He loved everything about his meal. We bought some jam to take home and enjoy too! Worth the drive to check this place out!

Chef Stella's is always amazing and never disappoints. I had the spicey pulled pork breakfast bowl and it was packed with flavor, super tender, creamy with complete saucy goodness. Hands down my favorite local spot.

Ordered a Chocolate milkshake, beef dip with fries and gravy. Milkshake wasn't bad, Aubrey made it nice and thick. Not the biggest ever but I would say reasonable for the price and real ice cream not ice milk. And it's much better presented than my meal! Got a very good portion of fries although I'm not a fan of shoestring - but that is a me issue! Sandwich tasted okay but frankly I had to bring half of it home, somewhat soggy on the bottom and inside. I guess that is what my frying pan is for. Gravy was lukewarm, au jus was lukewarm. Things that would have made a world of difference: Sandwiches, especially elongated ones should be cut on an angle it makes it easier for the customer to have a starting point. (That's the purpose in case you're wondering) What happened to the nice little garnish, a couple slices of Orange or something? Wiping the cup holding the au jus - needed to catch a bus can't really do that with the au jus dripped on my shirt. And definitely weren't busy enough to skip over it. Serving a cup with juice slopped all over half of it, pretty tacky. Wish I had photographed that better. Unclear if it was the manager or the owner working the till. Must have been having a horrible day, seemed pretty miserable. He did apologize but when I explained only a little of above he was pretty dismissive. I guess maybe he hasn't been in the food industry very long. Hot condiments being hot. Beef dip bun should have been grilled on the inside with a bit of margarine butter or garlic butter. Certainly would have helped the sogginess and texture. It also helps the bread to maintain its shape and texture after dipping -again it has a purpose. Aubrey was sweet, she asked if there was anything she could do. Order was correct, food was fast - maybe too fast, definite lack of care. She got five stars, the manager or owner got 3. Menus are terribly faded, to the extent that couldnt always read it or see prices. It was however wonderfully quiet. And I enjoyed my table companions Bubbles, Bob, Suki and Edwin. (I named the goldfish, seemed a reasonable thing to do) Rather undecided if I'd ever go back. Left about 5 minutes after I got my food, yet took nothing off the bill when I was obviously unhappy. (No I did not expect the meal to be free, but an offer of desert or a few dollars off would have shown a little consideration)

My coworker and I decided to order the country fried chicken after looking online and seeing how delicious it looked. Imagine our disappointment when we received food that looks nothing like the photo they have listed. The "seasonal vegetables" were just canned corn and they forget our gravy. Instead of "homemade chicken gravy", it's just regular brown gravy that they put on everything. We're both very disappointed and we definitely feel mislead by the photo and description of the meal we ordered. I will say the chicken and gravy do taste good but again, not what was stated it would be. The staff were friendly and efficient as well but overall we're unsatisfied with the meal. I have attached photos of the meal I received and what was shown online...not even close.

Very disappointed with breakfast at the Southside Smitty's location, nothing like the Westside Smitty's. Our mistake was assuming it would be up to par with the Westside food. Not so. The food, service and atmosphere was subpar. Food was not prepared well, the shredded hash browns were soggy mess, the order was to come with a farmers sausage, ours came out black and it looked like chicken sausage, it was immediate was a turnoff, and waitress basically excused it saying "well thats what we serve here". We both couldn't eat it and thankfully they took it off our bill. The eggs were good and so were the pancakes. The only other issue was the place was very dirty, there is carpet in the aisles and it was covered in bits of food scraps. We will never go back there. In the future we will be going to the Westside Smitty's for our weekend breakfasts we've only have had good experience there.

Our server was really nice but the food left a lot to be desired. The veggies looked like they came from a can, quesadilla looked like a 6 year old made it, salad looked like it came straight from the bag. My crispy chicken sandwich came with 2 of the tiniest tomato slices and enough mayo to only cover the middle of the bun. Huge downgrade from the time we last came.

I visited this restaurant a couple of years ago, and while the food was decent back then, my recent experience left a lot to be desired. When we sat down, there was salt on the seat, which I had to brush off before settling in. The waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, she never checked in on how we were enjoying our meal. The food itself was disappointing. My toast was burnt black around the edges, yet soggy and limp in the middle. The shredded hash browns had no flavour and were, again, limp. The omelette was subpar at best. To top it off, my coffee cup had a chemical smell, like bleach or cleaner, though the coffee itself was okay. For the price, I expected much better quality. There are definitely other places nearby where you could get a more satisfying meal for the same amount of money. Overall, it was a letdown, and I’m not sure I’d return anytime soon.

Service was par, was given two small glasses of water with lip marks on it. Ask the lady if coffee was refillable, was only served refill at the end of meal 😑. Then we requested another set of water but was ignored by the male receptionist who was just standing in front of the til avoiding eye contact. Management should treat their staff better i guess, because that will reflect on how they treat their customers. I recommend casino breakfast, better food and service with affordable prices.

Way over priced for what you actually get, almost always get a club sandwich that comes with actual chicken breast on it, have got this at several locations across Canada and I’m not sure what this is but it had 4 slices of deli meat on it

My server was a very friendly well mannered guy. Order a classic beef dip with fries and gravy. Nice *large* order of fries, hot and crispy. Unfortunately the gravy was concealed, as it was lukewarm at best and quite flavorless. It certainly wasn't worth $2.50 for that silly little dish. The au juice was equally barely above room temperature. The sandwich would have been respectable had the roast beef not been dried out. I only ate half and didn't bother taking the rest home. My server did come back with a new gravy and au juice after I flagged him down. He was fairly busy and by the time he came back the sandwich and the huge helping of fries were ironically lukewarm after sitting on a fairly cold plate the first several minutes and lacked any seasoning at all. Another restaurant that has forgotten how to cut Sub-like sandwiches on an angle. It's a small thing but it gives the customer starting point to eat the sandwich and to dip it without making a mess. It's little things like this that I really miss. There is also cream left on my table that should have been removed to another customer that was actually having coffee or taken back for refrigeration. Restaurant was reasonably busy and not very clean, a lot of garbage on the floor. It was also unpleasantly noisy not that they can do anything about boisterous customers. I will give the staff credit, I didn't see a single server there that wasn't quite friendly and seemingly content. Not sure if I go back anytime soon. I find lukewarm food rather disconcerting, especially when it came straight to me from the kitchen. Cream being left out to get warm... Makes me wonder about the food safety standards. It's a shame because the portions were good. You can see how dry the roast beef was, it really shouldn't have been served. I think possibly you can see the gravy beginning to congealed seconds after being delivered to the table. I should have gone to Wendy's.

Tried Humptys for the first time. I had high expectations considering the reviews and overall was not disappointed. It was busy and we didn’t have to wait long for a table for 4, very good service, fast and so friendly, all the staff, not just our waitress were very friendly. Seating and the layout was comfortable and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered a lot of food which came relatively quickly. Most of the food was good, the only bad thing was the ground beef on the meatlovers dish. Some food was mediocre and some food was delicious, the vanilla milkshake was amazing, best one in Lethbridge. They have good prices, if you compare to other similar restaurants and parking is good as well.

I go for coffee with a group of a dozen or so people to Humpty's once a week. They are very accommodating, friendly and great in every way. Coffee is good. And my wife and I eat there every once in awhile. The food is also very good. I've never had a bad experience at this Humpty's. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic quick lunch today. Our server Dawn was excellent, every cheerful, friendly and a bit of an accent that was charming. 3 of us had the chicken tenders which they prepare on-site, meaning cut the chicken, bread it then cook. Best tenders. I had the plum sauce, loved it, it was clear. The other two had the honey mustard also enjoyable. Our other guest has the yummy crispy curley fries. Plus we had great drinks. Mine was the Raspberry Lemondaid yummy. A very enjoyable snack to tie us over before my little sisters wedding reception. I give Humpty's MMMMM's delicious 😋 Thank Dawn from the BC sister's.

Highly recommend coming here for food! It was really busy BUT we got seated almost immediately. Our drinks came super fast and our order was taken by the next staff that was near to us. The staff all worked together like a happy efficient bee hive. Plus, they all were dressed in holiday style. Our meals came fast and as expected. Portions were a good size. Remember, it was super busy here at this point. We had refills to our coffee without having to ask. Could not have had a better dining experience. Great atmosphere and attitude from the staff. Can't wait to try more. Edit: came back again and still good food and service! Edit: came back today as well... great deal on complete turkey dinner. Great service too!

Great breakfast spot- clean with friendly staff! The food was solid delicious breakfast fare with generous portions and good coffee. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was busy and lively. It's a popular breakfast spot and worth a short wait for a table. We will make sure to add this diner to our regular stops!

I called very short notice for a reservation within 2hrs of calling for 20-30 people from my daughters wedding. Dawn was amazing and was able to get it all together. When we arrived she ended up being our waitress as well. Her service was phenomenalal with all our tables. We got drinks right away, food shortly after. Top notch service Dawn , you rocked it.

Hadn't been here for a bit and there were some big changes. Pizzeria added. Smaller menu. Went for breakfast. I used to get crepes but the menu is so small now the selection was next to nothing for someone that doesn't eat eggs. Got chicken and waffles which was 3 chicken fingers and a waffle with 3 strips of bacon. I will go back.... Definitely going to try the pizza but I'm not a fan of the changes.

Came into Ricky's just before 8pm. First off, the food besides being pretty overpriced for how it tasted, was incredibly cold. Refrigerator cold. Which we did mention respectfully. The service was awful, the whole time while there, we didn't get our water refilled a single time. No checking on us until the end of our meal(when we mentioned the cold food) But the biggest kicker of all? There was two waitress splitting 4 tables. That's two tables each that couldn't be cared for. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Ricky’s used to be a reliable place for breakfast. We went on a Saturday at about 10 am for breakfast, and it actually seemed like all the food had been reheated or re-deep fried in very old dirty oil, as in the case of the hashbrowns they use in their brekkie bowls. You could tell the bread used for toast was even really old. The food was very questionable, which is odd for what you’d think would be one of the busier times and days for breakfast. It makes me wonder if it’s gone downhill to the point where it explains why they would be quite slow for the weekend. Disappointing. I do not recommend. The food was actually questionable as far as food safety goes. Service wasn’t all that great, and they used to have decent service too. We won’t be going there ever again.

This Ricky's is quite big. Had a restaurant/bar feel. The only issue was that A/C was cranked right up, so a little cool. They have gluten free bread (for an additional charge) and are allergy aware. Service was prompt, polite and the server checked in regularly.

Ricki’s always has amazing service although Tiffany is our favorite server. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo today and it was pretty tasty. Good value for the price.

The food we did order was really good the server was great & friendly, but the food on the menu was disappointing. We came for our FAVORITES FROM RICKYS that we KNOW & LOVE, BUT THEY WERE NO LONGER THERE SO WE SETTLED FOR OTHER OLD FAVORITES THAT WERE STILL THERE! And I did get my desert that was awesome, it was the sticky toffee pudding! I have always had this for desert everytime we came to Rickys. The rest was a disappointment, we couldn't believe all the wonderful dishes that Rickys has served were removed from the menu and other things namely pizza which is over sold in Lethbridge! We won't be back to Rickys except for desert.

Two items on our plates had mold. Green mold. I could say that other than that it was great, but after you see mold on your plate everything else counts quite little.

This is by far my favourite McDonald’s location. Because of Felix! He’s always so welcoming and friendly. He will take the time to communicate and talk to customers and he is always smiling! The service is fast and accurate, never had a problem with my order for the times I’ve been here. The play area is a bonus but the people that work here are really what make the difference!

Best McDonald's experience I have ever had, and it's not close. Feels like a ritzy burger spot. Felix is the MAN! Friendly service with a smile. He'll make sure you're experience is top shelf.

Sadly it's the only fast food place open after midnight. They've lost a lot of my business already because of how it usually is. If Wendy's or BK are open I go there instead now. McD used to be my go to, now it's a last resort especially in Lethbridge.

The only issue I had with my order is that I ordered a double hamburger with bacon but I only received a single patty, even though its a double. Please pay more attention to details when making orders in the future.

Staff were absolutely amazing. We had a couple issues with games and they gave us double credit, they gave our kids cotton candy and were absolutely incredible! We will definitely be back!

April 12th i ordered myself and my daughter breakfast and got myself a double double. Take a drink out of it, notice something floating. Not sure what it's off of but a big plastic glove looking thing was in my coffee never going back

I've given this place three chances, and each visit has managed to disappoint me more than the last. Somehow, every trip here sets a new low standard for food quality and customer service, and frankly, I didn’t think it was possible for both to be this poor. This isn’t a case of miscommunication. The staff went over my order with me, confirming my choices—a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel - and the same on a griddle sandwich. What did I receive instead? A random piece of chicken wedged between griddle patties. It’s as if they listened to my order, then actively decided to ignore it. Not only was my order wrong, but they took the laziest possible approach to get it done, as though they couldn’t be bothered to give even the slightest effort. And the drive-thru experience? A disaster. I waited a full ten minutes at the speaker with no response. When I finally mentioned this to the employee, she chuckled it off and then turned the rest of the ordering process into an ordeal. The level of carelessness and indifference here is mind-blowing. I won’t be back, and I’d rather wait for a place that can handle even the basics. This location is a prime example of how low standards can go, and it’s honestly impressive how little they seem to care.

Placed an order for pick up, I was working and wanted a quick cool drink. Placed my order before I was on the property. After I came in the person behind the counter screamed my name and handed me two empty cups. I placed my order so I could quickly enter and leave as I as working. So I ended up pouring my own drinks. Not the first issue I’ve had with this location, and I am more than positive it will not be the last negative for me.

Always make you park up for the most simple orders, it really shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make an egg McMuffin… Also the coffee was so weak and watery, tasted like they had reused the grinds from a previous batch.

Order extra pickles last month on a burger got zero on it. Went in today mentioned they did that last month and to make sure I get extra pickles on my burger. What did i get 1 single extra pickle (3total) and an old hard bun. Thanks McDonalds your prices keep going up and the food quality and service keep going down. DO BETTER! First world problem :)

Came into the drive thru in the left lane. While I'm waiting, three cars get helped in the other lane. I then got to give half my order before the attendant stopped responding, and then another car got helped in the other lane. Finally got to finish my order. Poor customer service helping 4 other in one side while making one wait.

Takes forever to get food, drive through always parks me in the pick up slots because they don't have food ready in time. Usually when I get my food, one to two items are clearly from hours prior. Employees are either rude, or don't have good enough English skills to show emotion.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I absolutely hate complain and when it comes to food, I am exceptionally easy to please. Everytime I come through the drive through they ask me if I’m collecting points and no matter my answer they always say “one sec” then I go through that a few times before I can finally actually start placing my order. Then again, no matter how loud I speak and how much I enunciate, it always takes a few tries to get my order right. Taking the time it takes me to start ordering and finish up to 10-20 minutes. This should never take more than a couple of minutes. Then after getting my food, it is so disappointing. For example today, they had me pull around to the front to make my hot chocolate mcflurry. Once I got it, it wasn’t even mixed. Both of our burgers had lettuce all over the top of the bun (the one in the picture is the better looking one) Let’s just say I’m done with this place and it’s absolute lack in food quality (which I didn’t expect much of in the first place) and drive through customer service.

Terrible service. Took 10 minutes in the drive through. Had messed up the order and had to ask for our hash browns. Ordered a plain egg BLT bagel and recieved it with no egg 🤦🏻. To top it off the lettuce in it was wilted. Hot cakes (which are supposed to be made on order) were cold. Bacon was overcooked and also cold. This is not the first time they've messed up at this location. My wife called to talk to the manager and was hung up on. We will be calling McDonald's head office tomorrow as well. Consistently wrong and terrible service with zero care for the customer. No courtesy or conscience from staff.

I will start with the positive, The staff was not rude & pleasant to deal with. It was not super busy, but they still seemed kind of rushed. I don’t usually go to this location because generally, I’ve had negative experiences getting parked and waiting an excessive amount of time for food or they usually get the order wrong. It has been a while so I did go to this location again and unfortunately, nothing has changed over the years. I can’t blame the employees that are giving the order/cooking. It seems that the managers are really doing an unimpressive job of managing it. I would highly recommend implementing some sort of verification method so the orders don’t get switched up. Just my personal opinion. I totally understand mistakes happen, but this has been a consistent thing at this location. To the management team, help build your employees; support them so these mistakes don’t happen so frequently.

I recently went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location and had a disappointing experience. When I got to the second window and realized my order was incorrect, I politely informed the employee . The employee gave me a strange look and said nothing, then called over another member to handle the situation. What upset me most was that the first employee spoke negatively about me in Hindi, not realizing that I actually understand and speak the language. I immediately let the second staff member know that it’s inappropriate and unprofessional to speak badly about customers in another language, assuming they won’t understand. The second employee apologized and corrected my order. I also spoke with the manager, who assured me that the staff member would be coached on her behavior. I still felt it was important to share this experience. It’s disappointing to think that customers who don’t speak a certain language might be disrespected like this without even realizing what’s being said right in front of them. I hope this review encourages better training and professionalism moving forward.

I waited 10 minutes at the counter waiting to get my drink corrected as I watched them make my coffee completely wrong it was not even full and it also tasted gross. I’ll I wanted was a fountain drink and they didn’t even do the return so I probably paid for an overpriced watered down fountain drink.

We will NEVER go back to this McDonalds ever again. We don't normally go there but we thought we would try it as there was nothing else open. We were treated absolutely terrible! The drive through girl was so rude to us, told us we were taking too long to order! We weren't there very long and there were not other people behind us. Then we get to the window and paid. Then the manager came, we were berated for taking too long to order, accused us for being rude to his employee and on and ON he went in a big rant! It was crazy! I finally just cut him off and told him to give us our food so we can leave. The food was sitting in the bag on the counter and he was holding us there with it! He finally gave us our food and he hung out the window beaking off some more as we drove away! The behavior by both of them was appalling! NEVER AGAIN! And we have been letting EVERYONE we know, know about it. SUCH ENTITLED PEOPLE!!!!!

Open 24 hours, and you get to fill your drinks. This place is way better thsn the mcdonalds on scenic and 3rd ave. I don't recall if there are outlets. Nice place tho. The fact that you can sit in this mcdonalds and eat 20 mcnuggets at 3am is amazing. It's worth your time to not go to other mcdonalds, except the one on 23 St north and 5 ave. Also this place guve you larger vanilla cones thsn the other mcdonalds. I recommend 79/100

worst service happened 3-4 times but today am finally speaking out this is what they serve to customers. will they can eat this what they are giving to customers. as much time you spend on taking at back end put that time to improve your service.

Visited the Tim Hortons on 4th Avenue South in Lethbridge recently, and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I usually enjoy coming to Tim’s for a quick coffee or snack, but this location really needs some attention. The moment I walked in, I noticed several tables were dirty — leftover crumbs, used napkins, and sticky surfaces that clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a while. On top of that, there were a lot of flies buzzing around, and a couple even landed near the food trays, which made me uncomfortable about eating there. The washroom was in poor condition too — it smelled unpleasant and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned often. Between the mess inside and the flies around the seating area, I honestly couldn’t sit down and enjoy my food. I like Tim Hortons as a brand, but this location doesn’t live up to its standards. I really hope they take cleanliness and hygiene more seriously because right now, it’s not somewhere I’d want to dine in again.

Once upon a time this Tim Hortons drive-thru line-up wrapped around the parking lot and into the street, I know this because I worked there for almost 10 years from 2008-2017. The owner that ran the store and two others in this city, at the time, only cared about drive thru times IF customer service was up to standards. If we were rushing to get times, and orders aren't right, the times only matter to corporate, and nobody else. Keeping in mind, that most customers never complain, they just take their dollars elsewhere, and if they do, one in ten bad experiences are actually reported or left as a review. I brought it to the attention of an employee named Arlanne, but she completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge my concern. On top of that, she was rude and didn’t say thank you after taking my order. This is not only poor customer service but also a serious food safety issue. Someone really needs to report this to Alberta Food Safety Services.

Food was cold missing items . The tables were dirty and the bathrooms were nasty. We couldn't find a clean table so we are outside, one bite and in the garbage. Never go again, but come on people let's try to use the garbage cans so the birds don't spread the mess.

Generally satisfied with the service and the quality of products sold at most A & W Outlets... This particular venue on Scenic Drive in Lethbridge is one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in. I recently visited the A&W in Lethbridge and had a fantastic experience! The Papa Burger was a highlight, with its juicy beef patties and signature A&W sauce making every bite a delight. Clean restaurant serving a variety of customers, busy Sunday morning but not excessively noisy. Able to drink coffee and enjoy my paper. Food good for what it is- asked for my English muffin to be extra toasted and I got a fresh, hot, crispy breakfast sandwich - no heat lamp and table service rather than waiting at counter is nice.

I had a great experience at A&W! The food came out fresh and hot, and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered the Teen Burger combo, and everything tasted amazing—the burger was juicy, and the fries were crispy. The root beer is always a classic and tastes even better in a frosty mug. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff seemed really organized. Definitely one of my go-to spots for fast food. Highly recommend!

Stopped by A&W in Lethbridge and had a wonderful time. Suzette really made the experience memorable with her outstanding service. The restaurant itself was spotless, and the food was prepared just right—the Teen Burger combo was delicious, fries nice and crispy, and the root beer perfectly cold. I especially liked how Suzette was thoughtful enough to offer extra napkins without me saying a word. I’ll be sure to return soon!

Very disappointed with this location. The staff were unprofessional and seemed completely unorganised. On top of that, several items on the menu weren’t even available — they had run out of basic products. It’s frustrating to come in and find they can’t serve what they advertise. Few weeks earlier they were out for hot sauce and then patties and last week they said they can’t server veggie burgers at the moment. I had 3 or 4 bad experiences in a last one month. Definitely not coming back until they improve their service and stock management.

Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick bite, but left disappointed after a sluggish drive-thru experience and a seriously subpar order of potato wedges. The wait was much longer than it should have been, and when I finally got my food, the wedges were over-fried to the point of being bitter and tough-definitely not the crispy, fluffy snack I was hoping for. The staff seemed rushed and barely acknowledged my order, which didn’t help the situation. For the price, I expected much better quality and service; overall, this visit fell flat and I wouldn’t recommend the wedges or the drive-thru based on this experience. ⭐️ (1 Star) – Poor experience; wouldn’t return

me and my wife took a trip at tims for some drinks and donuts for our kids around 10pm. we understood that they might have no more donuts during that time. but the way the lady who took our order is just so rude that i can't help but give a bad review because of her. the way she talked to us is like she wants us to turn away. i really hope this would change in the future and train the staff being hospitable.

I go to this Tim Hortons just about every morning for coffee. Usually pretty good, no issues. However the lady running the drive through the last couple of weeks is just plain rude. Very snippy, no smile and no customer service skills, basically throws your drink at you after you’ve paid. I don’t know about you, but that is not what I want to deal with first thing in the morning. I will be changing locations because of this lady and her horrible attitude. I get everyone has a bad day once in a while but this has been consistent over the last couple of weeks. Not cool.

There's flies in the food prep. Can't sit and have a coffee without them buzzing everywhere. It's gross. Not a single person representing the actual population of the local area works there. It's all 'students' or temporary workers. No local staff. Take your business elsewhere.

Honestly the most disappointing producted I have ever seen in a purchase. $7.00 for this Habanaro Chicken sandwich and literally no lettuce. The family bill was 27 dollars for this type product should be embarrassing.

Poor customer service. Didn’t want to put a review but you guys didn’t even hear my complain and just hung up the phone. Even though I was having a $2 off coupon on onion rings still I was charged $5.59 the whole amount. Onion rings were way too salty and can definitely say not fresh at all.

This is the best place in lethbridge to grab a quick fresh burger, all staff are so nice and approachable… Wen really helped me a lot since i am so picky with my burger but she was very helpful about it and i really enjoyed my burger and the fresh onion rings, best place!

I just ordered delivery and they gave me a regular poutine instead of the power play one clearly on my receipt. Also the lettuce and sauce was really lacking on the McChicken. I get that I used rewards points for the order, but rewards points are supposed to encourage someone to go back. Also this location is 10 cents more for the Power Play Poutine than the other west side location. Somehow after a year since I got something from this McDonalds it is still just as poor as last time.

I specifically asked the employee at the counter to print my receipt, but instead of fulfilling my request, he seemed more interested in chatting with a coworker. Custom make on burgers just wrong - paid extra for bacon in burger just 2 small pieces. Extra lettuce in junior chicken and pretty much none, extra onions in mcdouble and none. Whilst I was waiting guy bought in a cheeseburger from drive thru that had no patty, just fries. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Zero stars. I regularly go through drive through at this location and wanted to give a recommendation for Debby as she always greets me with a smile in the morning by name. Hopefully McDonald’s will provide the recognition as it’s important to acknowledge kind people in this day and age when they provide great service.

Half the time they don’t even refund you for apple pies if you order off a skip the dishes, I remember having The fish burgers back in the day now they just have turned to shit. I don’t care about that refund, blah blah blah, but learn how to cook your food and have freaking hot fries when people order off of the app. They’re losing money every day by not having it properly made I am no food critic, but if I were, I would pick A&W over McDonald’s any day

Wrong order after 15 minute wait parked. Thrown out as it was wrong order. Then told it had half of our order. Mentioned I would not be pulling it out of the trash and would need a refund or that burger to be made fresh with the rest. Thankfully was made, just took a tad bit of screaming unfortunately. After begging for it to be made again it was but incorrectly and without cheese. Worst visit yet to this establishment. Recommend taking the drive to scenic.

Stopped here for breakfast and was amazed at the array of breakfast choices and Yash a staff at the location was very helpful and the lady at the kitchen made my choice of All-Canadian special a delight, I will really recommend a visit to this location and hope you meet this wonderful people who have a special way of putting a smile on your face and make you feel at home with pleasure.

Because it's in a gas station and mostly a drive thru, service seems to prioritize that, so if you order inside it feels a little slow. And atmosphere is obviously tough. Food is decent quality.

Haven't gone to A&W for a long time but we received coupons and thought we would try again. We order the two Mamma burgers, fries and drinks and was charged substantially more (regular price) than the coupon indicated. There was no give either from the cashier as to why. It's pretty dishonest! We won't be back!

Service was indifferent, nothing special. The chili, which I usually enjoy, was a watery disaster. Tim's, I'm so disappointed in you. You are my go-to for breakfast. Today you totally disappointed me and missed the mark. I ordered my usual Double Stacked Breakfast Box. That means bacon AND sausage. My box came with only eggs and hashbrowns. No bacon. No sausage. It's correct on my receipt, but not what you gave me. I got charged for what I ordered, but sadly went unsatisfied. Shame on your staff for getting it abysmally wrong!!

(AUGUST 26 2025) My coffee did not have the espresso shot I paid $1.50 for. Our food was cold cold cold. The cheese on my wrap was still cold. Honestly, if I could give you 0 stars, I would. I spend my money every day and you guys always mess it up. Please hire people that care enough about the food tha we aren't all complaining

I ordered an Iced Capp, but the quality was extremely poor—it tasted off and did not meet the usual standard I expect from Tim Hortons.add Oder hash brown, which is hard to chew it. Additionally, the customer service was very unsatisfactory. After placing my order, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes before any attempt was made to serve me. All staff was know that I m there but all are ignoring me.There was no proper communication or apology from the staff during this delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. Moreover the staff was also not friendly

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your location on the morning 5.40am of , August 2nd, 2025 I stopped by to purchase a double double coffee, and my children asked for a little extra from my cup. I politely requested a small extra cup for them. The cashier, an East Indian male employee, attempted to charge me $0.50 for the extra cup. I told him I didn’t want to pay for it and said never mind—I didn’t need the cup anymore. Instead of moving on respectfully, he responded rudely and handed me a very cold coffee. This was a frustrating and disappointing start to my day. I expect better customer service and common courtesy when visiting your establishment. Due to this unpleasant experience, I’ve decided I will not return to this location again. I hope you will look into this matter and take steps to ensure better treatment for future customers.

Do not go to this store. They do not know how to count money and say you are short, although you gave the exact amount, and ask for another $3. No no. I had my coupon and it worked. They did not count it correctly. I gave them 2 twoonies, 8 quarters, and the rest in dimes and nickles. It was $7.35 they said I still owed them more money. My bill was $7.35, I gave you thar amount. No no. The woman at the window cannot count And I did not get my exact change back either. I will be following up with corporate office.

Best location in town. I know they've been dealt a bad card with all the homeless/drug issues in this part of town but they sure don't show it. Always happy and cheerful when I get my coffee in the morning. If I'm ever sitting in dining, I constantly see them wiping tables and ensuring the place is well kept up. Keep being great!!

The best place on campus to get coffee and baked goods. Fast service, good products, and cheaper than Starbucks. They are also independently owned, not like Starbucks/Tims which are franchises owned by Chartwells, who are responsible for the disaster known as Urban Market. Its also nice that they are still open while the University moved classes to online, lots of students are still on campus.

Cheaper & higher quality than anywhere else on campus, staff are BEYOND kind and good at what they do (shoutout to the manager for accommodating my ever-changing orders), and it's local/not owned by a shady catering company that's trying to poison you! Can't recommend enough.

Stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick lunch and ordered their chili and an Ice Capp. The chili was hearty and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice to warm me up on a cool day. The Ice Capp was creamy and refreshing, a perfect contrast to the chili. However, the service was a bit chaotic—while the staff was quick, one of the crew accidentally dropped my drink while serving it. They were apologetic and replaced it immediately, which I appreciated, but it did disrupt the experience slightly. Overall, the food hit the spot, and the staff’s effort to make things right didn’t go unnoticed.

The cashier/front sales representative was not accommodating. We were not asked if we’re ready to order although we are already in-front of the cashier/counter, so after few seconds of awkward silence, we initiated to ask the cashier if are we good to order. The he replied “i am just waiting for you”. We were appalled with his condescending tone. After which, when we’re trying to order the iced caramel toffee, he was rude on clarifying about which kind of caramel toffee are we ordering, since it’s our first time ordering that kind of drink, we didnt know that it can be on iced coffee or iced latte which he didnt explain while we’re struggling about that. He didnt even called our orders when it was made finished/already. No name tag as well. I politely asked his name but he refused and he stated that it’s not necessary. I don’t normally leave reviews about restaurants, unless their care was exceptionally poor. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap and specifically asked for this wrap to be made specially to avoid it touching any of the meat product due to allergies. I was given my wrap and after asking once again if it was correct, the workers assured me it was. I bit into this wrap and you could imagine my shock when there was sausage in it. I am truly disgusted and distraught at the lack of care shown by the workers and will not be coming back.

I come to this Tims every day, and it’s hands down my favorite location in the city. The staff here are always friendly and go above and beyond to make things right. The store is very clean compared to others in the area, and you can really tell the owners care. Being open 24 hours is a huge plus, and they still have a great variety of options even late at night. Amazing team and great service every time!

Absolutely LOVE this location. The staff, all the way from management down, are amazing. They’re kind, patient and just overly awesome. I know first hand that they donate leftovers to the local soup kitchen. There was a mess up on my order thru the drive thru this week - when I contacted the owner Dave because I thought he’d like to know - he literally DELIVERED my food & a tea, just to make it right. I didn’t ask for that, nor did he suggest he was going to do that. That’s pretty stellar

Dear Tim Hortons Team, I’m writing to express a serious health concern I experienced today at your downtown location, which I believe should be addressed immediately to protect the wellbeing of your customers—especially seniors, who seem to frequent that location regularly. Some time ago, I became very ill after drinking coffee from this same Tim Hortons. Today, I went back, and what I saw made me feel uneasy and concerned for everyone’s health. While I was there, a customer asked to use the washroom. The staff member handed him the washroom key. After he returned it, the same staff member immediately proceeded to prepare my coffee—touching the cup and pressing down the pump with both hands—without washing her hands after handling the key. This is not just unpleasant—it’s unsafe. That washroom key is touched by countless people daily, coming straight from the restroom, and then it’s being handled by the same staff who prepare food and drinks for customers. Even in our own homes, we would never go to the washroom and then touch food without washing our hands. It’s basic hygiene. I strongly urge Tim Hortons to change this system. The washroom key should not be handled by kitchen staff. There should be a designated, sanitized method—perhaps placing the key on a hanging hook or touchless system that avoids cross-contamination. This is a simple fix that can prevent illness and protect your customers. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously. I’m still shaken because I didn’t even want to drink the coffee after witnessing that, and I’m worried that others may be getting sick and not even know why. I had a really bad experience today at this McD location inside Walmart North in Lethbridge . I asked for a small coffee and requested the order taker to give it in a medium cup. She said we can’t do that I said okay. As I was walking by she abused me in Gujarati Language which is one of the language we speak in India. Unfortunate for her that I knew that language and figured out what she said. I was really socked that an Employee who is Indian herself is abusing other Indian for no reason. All I asked was to give me a small coffee but in a medium cup , she could have simply refused if that was against the policy what was the need of her abusing ? I also tried to ask for her name and she refused to provide me the name. She is the manager ! This experience has really scared me and i might fear ordering coffee now. I really hope appropriate actions are taken so this doesn’t happen with anyone else.

The food is otherwise fine. It's McDonald's. I'm running this review because every single time I come to this McDonald's it is just swarming the flies. Every time. Once in a blue moon and a couple of flies I probably wouldn't say anything... But this is literally dozens all the time. There is clearly something gone bad somewhere in this restaurant that they haven't cleaned. Please fix this.

I ordered a single meal, with a single modification (add tomatoes) and that was not done. I asked for fresh fries, they were not fresh. I waited for 10 minutes before being given my cup for my drink and the meal took 15. No one said anything about a wait or even offered to give me the fries first... if I was waiting for the sandwich. Now I see why this place has such a low rating.

i wanted to write a review 2–3 weeks ago, but i forgot. this mcdonald’s isn’t much different from others, and i’ve only been there twice. the first time wasn’t very successful,i had to wait too long for my order. however, my second visit changed my opinion about the people who work there. a few weeks ago, i went there with my friends, and something happened that made me feel really bad. i was also upset because my order was delayed for 10–15 minutes, and i started crying ,i just couldn’t control my emotions, even if i wanted to. at that moment, the mcdonald’s employees noticed me and offered me an ice cream for free, but i refused. when i picked up my order, one kind employee gave me a free ice cream anyway and i’m very grateful to her. i hope she’s doing well, and may god bless her. This place is only saved by this girl, so 3 out of 5

Up until recently the burgers and the fries and all the food I have gotten have been great but the last couple times I’ve come here I can honestly say that I’m absolutely disgusted, my burgers have been soggy and WAYYYY to greasy literally the box the burger comes in is seeping wet with grease I’m just so disappointed

While the taste itself was fine with that classic iced capp flavor I was craving and the coffee-to-milk ratio was decent, the presentation and portion size left me feeling shortchanged and questioning whether I was getting fair value for my money. The staff seemed friendly enough and the location was clean with the typical coffee shop atmosphere, but when you’re paying medium prices for what appears to be a small-sized portion, it’s hard to focus on the positives. I understand there might be some variation in preparation, but this felt like more than just a minor inconsistency - it’s one of those things that really impacts your overall experience and makes you wonder if you should speak up or just find somewhere else for your coffee fix.

The staff couldn’t understand what we were saying and it took them a while for them to give us our food, when my mother looked over to get a pastry there was a FLY on the pastry’s as well as other bugs just in the case. Over all I’m totally disgusted and won’t be coming back.

Location is great, food is above average, just wish there was a way to get rid of all the pesky flies. Wanted donuts but chose not to buy them do to the vast amount of flies in your display case. Sat down and couldn't really eat in peace as the flies are all over the place.

I stopped by the McDonald’s at The Crossings in Lethbridge and was really disappointed. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating. The tables and chairs were dirty and sticky, which made sitting down uncomfortable. To top it off, my drink was not even filled properly—definitely not what you’d expect from a fast food place. Overall, this location needs a serious cleanup and better staff training to improve both cleanliness and service quality. Would not recommend right now.

I don’t know what’s going on with this particular McDonald’s, but the food here is always stale and smells like old oil. The fries especially — they taste like they’ve been sitting out forever. Tried the poutine once too, and same thing: stale and oily. I even ordered a shake and it had a weird smell to it. Honestly, all the other McDonald’s locations in Lethbridge are way better. Not sure if the managers at this one pay attention or just don’t care, but it definitely shows.

Went yesterday with a friend, we both ended up getting food poisoning that left us hospitalized all night. Will definitely be reporting to food and safety and probably our last time heading to this location/ McDonalds in general
