Kru Coffee is a delightful gem that stands out not just for its exceptional coffee but also for its surprisingly delicious breakfast offerings. Many patrons rave about the perfect pairing of their expertly brewed coffee—whether it's regular, decaf, iced, or espresso—with mouthwatering breakfast sandwiches served on house-made bagels. The menu features tempting options like avocado smash and eggs Benedict with latkes and salmon.
Very laid-back environment, my go to is a vanilla cold brew. I wish the parking was a little bit easier.. sometimes The parking lot is filled, which makes it so so you have to park Near the circle, which can be a pain during certain times.. however, I would say this is one of my favorite spots to go for coffee. It’s a lot better than Starbucks. Photos I have attached, are available Coffee/espresso beans to purchase and bring home jalapeño cheddar bagel (really good and fair price) Some sweets like blueberry lemon, chocolate peanut butter chip cookies Their TV with the menu and prices

Awesome atmosphere. Friendly staff, John and Ray are always nice and know all the locals. Nolan is a great cook and knows his way around a breakfast sandwich.

Awesome spot to grab a good cup of coffee! There are two entrances on each side of the building. The staff is very friendly and talkative! They enjoy their customers and want everyone to have a good experience. They serve up all types of coffee and even have specialty flavors. The nitro cold brew is very smooth.

Delicious coffee, solid breakfast sandwiches and baked goods, nice atmosphere. Has parking in the rear. We walked to it from our hotel in the downtown neighborhood. I was craving the coffee the next morning.definitely will be back when I’m back in town. Would love an option like Kru in my neighborhood in Boston

Fantastic 10/10 coffee, staff, food. My only regret is that I didn’t have enough time in town to also try a scone!

This place is very bad. The food is very disgusting and there was a hair in my food. The waiter was very snotty and when we left a 15% rip he yelled at me for not giving a good enough tip. The atmosphere is just ok I guess though.

Located just south of Lake George village, Barnsider Smokehouse BBQ is a popular spot for meat lovers in the Adirondack region. The rustic ambiance and mouth-watering assortment of smoked meats make it a go-to destination for carnivores. Their combo platters offer a variety of favorites like ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket. With 32 years of experience in smoking and sauce preparation, they are known for their professional service and delicious barbeque.
I give this place 5 stars as we got there a few minutes before they were closing they were gracious enough to sit us down welcoming us as if we were full-time local customers our waitress was extremely Pleasant nice girl. She gave recommendations on the food. We took her advice on the food as everything came out perfect. I had the BBQ chicken, which was so moist n delicious i saved some for later n my guest had the brisket, the brisket was so soft u didn't need a knife to cut it. Our waitress came by repeatedly asking how our 1st bite was. Even though we got there a little before closing, the staff was accommodating n even going out of her way to take the time to show us the t-shirts they had for sale. We ate the leftovers literally 2 days later n still just as good as if we were sitting in the restaurant. Decor was on point to the name, n I can not wait to be back to this restaurant in the summer months. I highly recommend this place... Good food n great service. You will not be disappointed!

Good service and food. The only thing is that it's a big restaurant and the restroom is a 1 person men and 1 person women restroom. So you have to wait. Don't know why it doesn't have a bigger restroom since the restaurant so much space but besides that food is good
Steven C — Google review
We stopped for an early dinner on our way through the area. There was a good amount of parking in the rear of the restaurant with a large staircase leading to the front. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated right away. Our waitress came right over and was very helpful and attentive throughout the meal. We ordered the pickle chips as an appetizer; they came out quickly and were very well cooked with a crisp exterior on a tangy dill pickle ring. For our entrees we ordered a verity of BBQ options two of the pick 2 meals, a rack of St. Lewis ribs and a cheeseburger (ordered with nothing on it). All of the food came out hot and as ordered. The highlights were the pulled pork and the sliced brisket the potato salad was also good. The ribs were also good but not as tender as I would like and the baked beans were not bad. The one big disappointment was the brisket burnt ends. They were a $5 upcharge on the pick 2 meal and were some of the toughest brisket I've ever had. The sauce was also rather sweet and did not go well with the beef in my opinion. To be fair I did not mention my issue to the staff, and the food was still good just not what I would expect for brisket burnt ends. Overall, this was a good experience, and I would recommend giving them a try if you're in the Lake George area.

I was so excited to eat here. We waited almost 45 mins for a table when we were told it would be 20 mins but we were good with it because everything looked good. The cornbread was moist and tasted amazing. The meats were a huge bust, just a straight disappointment. The green bean fries were amazing. The Mac and cheese was so plain it tasted like just straight noodles. The onion rings were really good. It was sad the sides blew the meats out of the water. I left 75% of my meal on the table and didnt even want a box when we left and that should say something about the quality of food. The outdoor vibes were nice and the heaters were great.
Alana — Google review
This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We arrived at 7:00 PM and sat for thirty minutes before anyone even acknowledged us — and that was only after we waved down multiple servers. Meanwhile, every table around us received attentive, friendly service. When our food finally arrived at 8 something, we were missing our sides and weren’t even given utensils. When our waitress brought out the utensils, they were filthy — dried food, stains, of what looked like residual mash potatoes, clearly unclean. Mind you all the clean utensils were wrapped and unopened but the ones we received were UNWRAPPED with stains. There weren’t even enough utensils, THREE forks were given when we had FIVE people. Yet they gave like six knives for whatever reason. When we asked for replacements, the server insisted they were “fresh out of the dishwasher,” despite us showing her the stains on the fork. She didn’t even apologize, angrily grabbed the stained forks away and said she’ll just bringing out new ones, but then proceed to disappear. After more back-and-forth, we finally got new ones ONLY after asking ANOTHER waitress but ONLY after ANOTHER 10 min wait. But guess what, they were still short one fork!! This time the utensils were wrapped, so the first waitress was clearly being disrespectful to us. The service throughout the evening was indifferent at best and outright dismissive at times. It was impossible not to notice the difference in how we were treated compared to nearby tables. The food was not good either, mac and cheese had a weird texture and it was flavorless. All the dishes were at room temp. Ribs could be more seasoned. Meat wasn’t fresh tasting, even though I had low expectations this was beyond that. Definitely wasn’t worth the wait and the awful service and experience. If you’re around the area just find another place, this isn’t worth anyone’s time. Highly not recommended.
Venus F — Google review
We stopped for dinner & decided to try a few apps . Could very easily be five stars with food except our onion rings were very greasy & cold. The onion soup was way too salty to eat & had to terroir. Hence the three stars.
Lisa B — Google review
Bro good bbq doesn't need this thick sauce bullshit. 😂🤦‍♂️👎 mac n cheese has a weird texture. Fried green beans are good. BBQ is OK if you haven't had real BBQ but it's not worth the price for covering everything in thick space and not highlighting the smoked meat. Not real impressed. Service is decent and nice atmosphere. I wouldn't call it a smokehouse though.
Matt H — Google review
Tonight we visited Barnsider Smokehouse BBQ. Let's start with the positives. Our server was super nice, the atmosphere was great, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately I have to say though that the food wasn't all that good for BBQ. So from a fellow BBQ Smoker, let me share some constructive feedback in hopes that others may have a better experience. First, the pulled pork was very mushy and the texture was not good. It was already sauced which led to the weird texture. My recommendation: good BBQ doesn't need a sauce. Offer your pulled pork slightly seasoned but not sauced. Offer your customers sauce bottles on the side and let them choose whether they prefer sauce or not. The ribs: the quantity of ribs (5) was really nice and they were the best part of the meal. However the seasoning and again the sauce on the ribs were not enjoyable. The brisket was just unfortunately unremarkable. Overall I didn't taste much smoke underneath all of the seasonings and sauces. With a few changes and improvements in technique, this could be a really nice place to eat. I wish the owners the absolute best and hope future patrons have a wonderful experience.

Biscotti Brothers Cafe is a charming wooden building that offers a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast and lunch. The cafe specializes in all-day breakfast, featuring a variety of egg dishes like omelets, sandwiches, eggs benedict, as well as sweet options such as French toast, pancakes, crepes, and Belgian waffles. Additionally, they cater to gluten-free needs. Visitors can savor mouth-watering menu items like Nutella waffles and Eggs Benedict while enjoying excellent service from friendly staff.
Service was amazing, food was great especially for being a vegetarian! Had the Veggie Omelette and had the option to turn it into a burrito for $1 more. It came with potatoes or home fries for some people who call it that. Was really good, everything was freshly made in terms of the ingredients. To top it off, I had a mimosa to drink and it was decent. Staff are friendly, service was quick as well. For my family and I, it took about 10 minutes or so for all the food to come out. Atmosphere was pretty nice, and it is definitely a place to go to considering a lot of the other breakfast spots near the lake on that one stretch have insane lines that were outside the door. Came to this spot and we were seat immediately for a party of 4.

We had breakfast on a Sunday AM. Great friendly service. They open early. Plenty of free parking. Outdoor seating area as well but by the parking lot and not a lot of shade. I love that they sell photo framed (around 60$) of Lake George landscapes (4 seasons). Food was good - home fries could’ve been cooked a bit more (mushy) . Omelet was earthy. French toast were good w decent maple syrup. No frills place.

We have been coming to Lake George for years! Have tried pretty much every breakfast spot! I don’t know why we haven’t tried here sooner! Food was incredible! Service was excellent! This will be our new breakfast spot!

This is a person with celiac disease stream! Pretty much anything on the menu can be made gluten-free, including the pancakes, which almost never happens! It was a busy Sunday and pouring rain and we only had to wait for 30 minutes for three people, which was definitely the shortest wait in town. Our server Chad was friendly and knowledgeable And made our experience even better. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Lake George!

We went to this cafe during our stay at Lake George. We came here twice on Saturday and Sunday morning for breakfast! The service was amazing and overall everyone was so nice! Oliva was our server on both days and she was super sweet! If you come here, definitely ask for her! The food here was also amazing! I got Nutella Crepes on the first day and a short stack of Nutella French Toast! Both were very delicious and I enjoyed them a lot! They have various items on the breakfast menu to choose from that sounded so good! The Cafe was very cute on the inside and they also have a little fireplace! Overall, great service and you should check it out! I'd say it's a place you don't want to miss!

Welp, woke up to Jasper begging to go to breakfast by wagging his tail and heading straight to the wrangler instead of the grass to do his business. So today we decided to trek on over to Lake George and see what the Biscotti Brother’s Cafe had to offer. Well, they did NOT disappoint! Well we’re greeted and seated outdoors pretty quickly with amazing Mountain View’s no matter where you sat. We were immediately brought the richest coffee for us and fresh water for Jasper. He responded with a tail wag. The food was amazing! I had the Monte Cristo, and it was the best French toast I have ever had. Food was made with fresh ingredients and came pretty quickly. The biscotti was by far the best biscotti I have ever had. The server was awesome and very helpful. I will definitely be back again. Added bonus - parking is free which is rare in Lake George!

Antonio's Bayside Bistro is a dining destination that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, offering an exceptional culinary experience. Situated by the picturesque Lake George, this bistro provides a feast for both the palate and the eyes. Whether you choose to dine in the elegant restaurant, relax at the full bar, savor your meal on the outdoor patio, or celebrate in the spacious banquet hall, every moment is infused with warmth and hospitality.
I absolutely loved this restaurant. High end but not over the top as it’s in front of the lake and people can dress comfortably. The food was exquisite. Italian wines. Prices reasonable for the place and food. It has outdoor seating. The view is spectacular. The service was on point
Myriam L — Google review
Honestly, all of these incredible ratings must be from friends and relatives. Words can not express how terrible the food is. A huge disappointment. I’d give them zero stars, on the food, if I could. Between the flies, wobbling table, dated decor and bread that can double as a hammer, please move on to another restaurant. The artichoke and spinach dip was the consistency of spinach baby food and tasted worse. The pita bread was ridiculously hard that came with it. My shrimp risotto should be renamed shrimp ‘salt’tto, all I could taste was salt. My husbands chicken fettuccine alfredo had rubber textured chicken. I kept apologizing to my son because I wanted to show him fine dining with water views. The view was there, but my suggestion would be to enjoy it from your car and skip eating here. Wait staff was good, water girl was on it. Everything else was a complete miss. Gross, just gross…. Incredibly disappointing for this price point. These chefs should be ashamed of themselves.
Lynne W — Google review
Our waitress was great as well as the young man who diligently filled our water glasses and tended to us. Food was fresh and good but a little bland. I prefer a bit more fresh garlic with my Italian food. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend. The calamari Fra diavolo had a ton of calamari and it was prepared well. I also really liked the eggplant parm. One more slice of eggplant would have been perfect.

Coming from a 4 hour drive, my family and I stopped here to get some lunch and it was great! Jeff helped us out, asked for an outside table and he said we’re able to pick any that are open. Service was amazing, Jeff assisted my family and I and gave his recommendations as well on what’s great on the menu. He definitely has a great personality and very friendly! Had 1 small issue and Jeff helped us out right away which was about the Pita chips being a bit cold when we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip (which was amazing). Jeff took that and heated up the pita chips and gave us extra on top. Service was fast and very professional. Food was amazing. My family and I had the spinach and artichoke dip with the pita bread for an appetizer which was great (wish they heated up the pita chips but you have to ask them to). For entrees, my family and I had sandwiches and salads for entrees. The Parmigiana Eggplant and the Chicken one was amazing. The Salad’s were amazing too, all fresh ingredients. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu which was spectacular and was something to die for honestly. We ate everything and left nothing on any dishes! Scenery was great, peaceful and quiet and you get a lake view if you’re outside or inside depending on where you sit. Overall, I’d give this place a 9/10. Staff was friendly, food was amazing, good view, definitely a spot to 100% go to.

Fantastic location and views! We dined outside on the patio, and were greeted right away by a very personable host. I suspect there is much better service indoors… Our server was brand new, and that is forgivable. However, once the food came out, we waited 10 minutes for condiments, and ended up borrowing grated cheese from another table. In our group of three, the food was inconsistent. One dish was outstanding. One was mediocre. And one was bland and flavorless. Some ingredients seemed canned (clams). The appetizer of Calamari was very good, especially the breading, and the breaded jalapeños. The red/tomato sauceon the eggplant parm was excellent. We waited the entire meal to finally receive a third place setting (we improvised with a salad fork for our third guest). Drinks: almost 1/3 of one drink was spilled before arriving at our table. One mixed drink (strawberry mojito) was mostly sodawater with a strawberry thrown in, although it looked very nice (this is the theme). And the diet coke was flat. We waited a very long time for the check, despite being done for a while, and losing the light outside. When it finally came, we placed a credit card out right away, and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. During that time we all used the bathroom. They are located inside up the stairs, and then down a narrow staircase. I’m glad we don’t have any mobility problems! The men’s room was not in good repair, and the toilet in the stall was rather disgusting. When I found our waitress on the way back and mentioned it, she said “Oh… gross”. Yes, yes it was… When no one took our card after three concurrent bathroom visits, we brought it up to the front and paid there. My “stars” review above is kind… allowing for a first-time server. However, it was the second week of July, and not a busy night (1/2 full on the patio). If the food was amazing, I wouldn’t have said anything… Unfortunately, this place is all look and no substance. We may try it again for the view, but next time indoors. It has a classic ambiance about it, and I think the place wants to succeed… A few small improvements to service and to some food dishes, and they’ll be off to a new start. We wish them well!

Excellent location! Beautiful view of Dunham’s bay. Since it is an Italian restaurant I won’t rate the sub par appetizers. We ordered 3 true Italian entrees. 1. Gnocchi Bolognese: I am super critical of this dish since my mother is from Bologna. They should absolutely 100% sure remove this from the menu. The gnocchi were fine, however their version of the Bolognese sauce was not edible. It resembled the taste of Chef Boyardee. Absolutely a horrendous attempt at a Bolognese sauce; barely even cooked. I wonder if it came right from a jar?? 2. Shrimp Risotto: the shrimp were actually cooked perfectly first grilled and placed over the dish; very nice touch. The flavor of the risotto broth/sauce was average. The rice was crunchy. I like al dente pasta, but not appropriate for rice in risotto. 3. Cavatelli, sausage and broccoli rabe sautéed in olive oil. I give credit where it’s due. This dish was excellent! The pasta tasted homemade, just the right amount of sausage, olive oil, and the broccoli was cooked to perfection. So honestly, it was very hard to rate this restaurant as one of the three dishes was excellent and I would go back just for that . However, if you ordered the Bolognese, you would never go back.

This review is a few weeks overdue, but my fiancé and I stopped at Antonio's for lunch the other week while in Lake George and the place is truly such a gem! Pancake was nearly 2in thick and could not be cut into pieces just crumbled with every attempt. The bacon so thin i think it was see thru but good and super crunchy. Coffee was as good as it gets but if you need to stir it you will need to ask for a utensil as that silly straw is useless. I will go back but order something different.

Uncommon Grounds Coffee & Bagels is a charming coffeehouse that offers a delightful array of hot beverages alongside their freshly made bagels, bagel sandwiches, and comforting soups. Families will find it an ideal spot, as evidenced by one visitor who enjoyed the refreshing lemonade and flavorful Italian Wedding soup with their grandchildren. The bagels are generously sized, boasting a perfect balance of chewiness on the outside and tenderness within.
First time here with four very hungry grandchildren. The lemonade was delicious and very refreshing on this hot day. Started with one of the soups of the day, Italian Wedding and my picky eaters really enjoyed it. The broth was delicious, meatballs tasty and tender and spices just right. Two toasted bagels with cream cheese. One everything and one rosemary. They were huge with just the right amount of chew on the outside but tender on inside. Tried the winner winner sandwich on a toasted oat bagel. The chicken salad was delicious and did not have any mayo drowning it. The provolone cheese and sprouts added a nice touch along with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato slices.

Great coffee, great bagels, great staff. Always a busy place, possibly the most popular in the area. There's all kinds of seating with couches, tables, booths and a big outdoor area. Regardless of how busy they are, there are always enough employees to compensate. The western bagel is my favorite and its such a pleasure to read there after the morning rush dies down - very nice decor with their own coffee bean machine! Check out the picture. I cant be witty here so ill give you the cheese. It's unCOMMONly good. Changed my review after a couple bad interactions with a rainbow mohawk wearing person. Not necessarily rude, but quick and not friendly. What made me change the review was how the person put my coffee on the counter quickly, causing a bit to spill out. If they were busy i would have thought nothing of it.

Such a great spot! The staff at Uncommon Grounds are super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is cozy and inviting. I grabbed a bagel and it was absolutely delicious—highly recommend the rosemary olive, it’s packed with flavor and so fresh. Definitely a new favorite!

I won’t be going back to Dunkin’ anymore after finding this place! First time here and I was blown away. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly affordable for how nice everything is. I expected it to cost more, but it’s actually a great value. Overall, an amazing experience — 10/10, highly recommend!

I went there after hearing about how good it was. We tried the Clifton Park location a few weeks ago but it was packed. Ordering was mostly easy. I enjoyed my coffee. Deb loves the iced tea. The only issue I had and it was all me, was my delicious bagel was lopsided. Taller on one side than the other. Not the first impression I wanted but I'll definitely return.

I can’t say enough good things about Uncommon Grounds in Queensbury! Emily and her team went above and beyond to fulfill a very large bagel order for us on short notice, and everything was perfect. The bagels were fresh, delicious, everyone was raving about them. Emily was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find that level of service paired with such high-quality food. Huge thanks to Emily and the entire staff — you truly saved the day. Highly recommend!

The Queensbury Hotel is a grand 1920s establishment that offers elegant traditional rooms, two restaurants, and an indoor pool. Park 26 at The Q provides a serene spot to enjoy breakfast with picturesque Glens Falls views. Guests have praised the classic menu and mentioned favorites such as brioche French toast, eggs Benedict, and steak and eggs. Visitors have appreciated the friendly staff, reasonable rates, and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are described as clean with a comfortable old Victorian feel.
This 3-star hotel delivered far more than we expected. What makes it truly special is that it’s not just a place to sleep — it’s a destination in its own right. Built in the Colonial Revival style, the hotel transports you back to the roaring 1920s in a bustling small industrial town. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is true to its heritage. The grand lobby, with original touches like the vintage letter boxes and the classic reception counter, makes you feel part of its history. The hotel has been thoughtfully renovated, blending modern comforts with timeless style. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with cozy beds and a modern bathroom featuring subway tiles — a smart nod to contemporary design while preserving the charm of the era. The restaurant continued the theme, offering a lovely breakfast in a setting that felt like stepping back in time. Of course, there were small reminders of its 3-star classification: the bathroom ventilation wasn’t strong enough, leaving a faint misty smell that lingered, and some modern conveniences like USB ports, a minibar, a safe, blackout curtains, or a central light switch were missing. Still, these were minor compared to the overall experience. We’ll remember this place fondly and will gladly return if we have the chance.

I really wanted to like the Queensbury Hotel, but our experience was completely unacceptable. We discovered a bed bug in our room. Let that sink in: a BED BUG. This wasn’t a question of cleanliness or preference, this is a serious health and sanitation issue. When we calmly brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, we expected concern, action, and maybe even an apology. Instead, we were met with rudeness, eye-rolls, and an overall attitude of “not our problem.” Not only did they dismiss the situation as if it was no big deal, but they also made us feel like we were being dramatic or lying. At no point did anyone show empathy, take ownership, or offer any reasonable solution. They made it painfully clear that guest well-being is not a priority here. The manager was particularly condescending and unhelpful, offering no refund, no room change, and no sincere apology. We ended up leaving immediately, within 20 minutes of getting into the room, feeling grossed out, disrespected, and genuinely shocked at how little the staff cared. We’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced something this bad — not just the bed bug, but the horrible way it was handled. This could’ve been a very different review if the staff had shown even the slightest bit of professionalism or decency. Avoid this place unless you want to risk bringing bed bugs home and being treated like garbage when you try to say something about it.
Nick B — Google review
As part of the family that discovered a bed bug in our room, I called the following morning to speak with a manager regarding the issue. We were appalled by the response we received from the front desk associates the night we found the bed bug, and hoped to have the matter addressed professionally. When we called back the next day, we spoke with a woman named Jen who accused us of faking the incident. What?! We were absolutely blown away. In one of the photos you can actually see one of their “Q” pillows with the red and white edges. What would we have to gain by faking this? What an insane accusation. The lack of hospitality from the staff at this hotel is shocking. We are not difficult people—we don’t complain, we don’t cause problems—but these events have left us deeply upset. All we wanted was for someone to say, “I’m sorry,” or at the very least, offer us another room or some kind of resolution. Not that we would have stayed after finding bed bugs, but a normal, empathetic response would have gone a long way. Additionally, the Hotel replied to one of my family members reviews that the hotel claimed to have offered us an inspection and another room. That is completely false. We were not offered another room, nor an inspection of a different one. They’re only saying that now in hindsight, because it’s exactly what they should have done in the first place.

Reserved a room for our daughter and son-in-law who were visiting from Rhode Island. They LOVED it...the room was beautiful ( 5th floor), location perfect ( overlooking the park), enjoyed Fenimore's, and said the pool was fantastic. Our daughter commented on the old fashion charm. She recalled wedding pictures of her grandparents front 1951 in the beautiful lobby. Thank you for lovely accommodations for our family. Jill and John Wray

We were just there in August in 2025. This review is about a month later. First off the hotel itself was great, easy access, and had a nice view of the lake. The staff was great. I really liked that there was 2 people manning the font desk almost all the time, and when we needed something like extra towels, they were brought to our room quickly and very courteously. Finally they had a nice local woman who was at the welcome desk who knew the area really well and suggested a few non tourist restaurants to visit the next town over. So, why only a 3 star review. What left a sour taste in my mouth was that when we checked in, we had to pay the full amount of the bill, which was fine, but we were also charged a 17% surcharge for "incidentals" which would be returned in 5 to 7 days. That seemed like a lot, and was never mentioned anywhere until after were on site and checking in. I have included a picture of the side of the console that has it. And for contrast, the second picture is the view of the lake from the hotel. I hope that this helps others make a decision on where to stay in Lake George.

Our last stay was 6 years ago. It was memorable and special. The staff so sweet and friendly then. We returned this week and there was a difference. The day staff were older and not quite as pleasant or helpful in their service, a bit short. The evening staff were so very sweet , friendly , lively and absolutely helpful. Hopefully our next visit will be a better experience, considering the price we purchased the rooms for. The Holiday Inn is a special place for us because we met Eddie Ryan a U.S. Marine injured in combat and our son is a U.S. Marine drill instructor at Parris Island. Hopefully your establishment can work out the kinks and give us a better experience.

Stayed here for the 1st time. Didnt know what to expect but seriously this place is awesome! For the amount of business it does its in remarkable shape! Rooms are super and CLEAN! Private balcony inmost if not all rooms. You won’t be disappointed. Staff is very friendly. Food is way better than average. Kinda blew me away. If you want a quieter experience I’d recommend book Monday - Thursday. Weekends the place is booked and for good reason. I will say, if you don’t want the hassle of kids, this place is not for you. Geared towards families of all ages. Great location in Lake George too.

Holiday Inn Lake George was a great place for our family’s first time in Lake George. The hotel is conveniently located and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town or a 2 minute drive. The hotel has just about everything you need when traveling with young kids. The outdoor pool was really nice and we enjoyed sitting poolside. They also have basketball courts, bocce, a putting green, mini golf outside. Inside they have an indoor pool and a kids activity center which came in clutch the one day they cleared the beach because of thunderstorms. Every day they do free ice cream at the pool for the kids and at night they do a movie poolside. Also we enjoyed the fire pits every night and there were plenty to sit around. The restaurant is great for breakfast. Kids eat free with a paid adult and service there was really great. We did not try the dinner but I believe they have the same deal. There were only a small handful of minor occurrences where the hotel fell short that would have made it a perfect stay. They did tell me upon check in one of the outside doors was having an issue and wouldn’t open with the key. A minor inconvenience since our room was closest to that door and parking. Also the door going back inside the hotel from the pool area was hit or miss and worked 50 percent of the time and we would have to wait for someone to open the door. Also, the rooms have barn doors for their bathrooms. Ours did not lock which again was a minor inconvenience but one nonetheless. Also the bathroom fan did not work so after a shower the mirror was fogged and no way to clear it. I also suggest if you are planning a stay to definitely get a room with a balcony or seating outside. We made the mistake of not getting one and we had nowhere to dry our bathing suits or towels outside .Overall we loved our stay at Holiday Inn and would definitely stay again next year!

The Hotel and location are great. The food in the restaurant and in the theater went really downhill. They use to have fantastic food, not any more. I don't know if it's a new chef or not. Whatever the reason. This chef puts some kind of spice that makes the meat taste rancid. I use to love this place for food, just can't anymore.

What a great experience. We will definitely be back. Staff is wonderful...family friendly. A lot of activities for kids. Tie dye for kids on certain days, scavenger hunts, etc. Pools / hot tub are great. They have mini golf, arcade, lawn chess. Breakfast was delicious - they make omelets for you to your liking. Outdoor fire pit to make smores. We look forward to our next vacation back!!

I was visiting for a few days from out of state and came here twice. Unfortunately I had bad luck with the food - couldn't order from the kitchen one day cause the AC was being fixed, then when I wanted to get the DELICIOUS raspberry danish again they didn't have any. I was lucky to have it once and it was one of the most delicious things ever. This is one of the few places open on Monday in this town. Wish they had an official patio but the outside tables are great.

Went here to get some coffee and food tried using a gift card that had value on it and they couldn't read it the only only attempted to try it manually once and it didn't work I wound up having to use my own money not the gift card for this transaction. I won't be coming back nor will I recommend this place as it seems they are able to move up the street to a large fancy location but fail to invest in things like a computer system that reads their own gift cards. They have no problem taking you money but do if you try redeeming it. Felt like a bait and switch.

Jam 'N' Eggs in South Glens Falls is a beloved breakfast spot known for its consistently delicious offerings. The menu features classic breakfast items like omelettes and home fries, as well as unique specials such as the Jam N Apple French Toast. Visitors rave about the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, with standout dishes including the Caprese Egg Benedict and Stuffed Blueberry French Toast.
Let’s start with the food, i ordered the Focaccia Smash and was delicious! Also we ordered for our kids 2 eggs with a choice (they chose sausage) and they finished the meal. The owner and waitress are very nice! The place is very warm and I loved the decoration! Very happy my husband found this place ☺️

First time coming here with my sister and son for my sisters birthday, Banana bread didn’t taste like banana at all just cinnamon but was still good. Walking in the front door it looked great and was cute and smelled good inside but as we headed to the back with the booths it started to have a funky smell. It smelled like ashes from old cigarettes like they were smoking inside or it was lingering from the back door, which turned us off immediately and was making my sister nauseous. The lady who greeted us and got our drinks was very friendly and sweet. It’s a little pricey for being a breakfast spot. The set up in this place just isn’t very good. It was very dark inside. The food was great! We got the banana walnut pancakes but we never got the bacon we asked for, I got the hash and eggs with toast, hash was amazing and homemade! But I ordered French toast on the side and never got them. The lady apologized and was nice. I was too full for them anyways. There is no actual cook, the server which I’m assuming is the owner went back and cooked our food as well so I understand forgetting a few things, that’s a lot of multitasking for one person. Overall the food was great but was questionable when we walked in due to the set up and the smell of cigarettes. I’ll probably come again and sit at the bar this time.
Sarah L — Google review
If you’ve ever washed your hands in your life this is not the place for you. The service was absolutely non-existent. The chef was yelling and throwing things around. He even completely walked out of the kitchen for 15 minutes letting food burn that was then served to customers. There was touching of raw eggs and meat with hands and then immediately touching cooked food, then taking money and touching cards and then immediately going back to touching food. All the waffles and sausage are frozen and then microwaved. Food was mediocre at best. Save your time, save your money, save your stomachs.
Jennaca J — Google review
I will start by saying the food wasn't terrible(though some things burnt and overpriced). The milk and juice were walmart brand (that probably only matters if you can tell a difference, I just happen to be able to but it is also clearly displayed in the fridge) what made this diner a ONE star was that it was a billion degrees in there....eh still not the problem....watching and hearing a waitress get completely demolished with nasty comments and verbal abuse was the most horrendous, appalling, uncomfortable situation I have ever been in at a diner. The owner, a shorter, short tempered nasty lady was verbally ripping to shreds the only descent waitress working there. The atmosphere was WORSE than anything I've ever encountered in such a situation, the owner even came off rash to us. We waited 25 minutes for our check after our plates had been cleared and weren't asked if we needed or wanted anything else (we did, upon seeing warm villa bread-which we didn't get) a shorter waitress (which I presume was the daughter of the owner based on resemblance and Lack of being harassed) was short with us, and at one point stared at us and snapped "coffee?!" (So i guess TECHNICALLY, we were offered that lol) after the staring caught our attention- we were sitting at the bar, trying not to look at anyone as tempers and abuse was flying. What a horrible place. I hope the taller, thin waitress finds a place that will respect her, or at the very least not treat her like trash. Shame on this business. Stay kind everyone.
Gunn G — Google review
NEVER EVER EVER!!!! Eat here. Our server was super sweet but it took at least 20 minutes before anyone even came over and said any thing to us. The entire time the chef was yelling at our server for small mistakes and banging things around. (Basically verbally abusing the poor lady). The food? Horrible. Omelette? Raw. Home fries? Under cooked. French toast: GAVE US THE WRONG ORDER TWICE!. They even brought over our toast in just their hands!?. They also constantly cross contaminated food and money without washing hands (health codes people come on). Also took soooo long to get food or drinks, so long in fact that we ordered food and drinks together because we all ready knew what we wanted! So please. Just don’t. For your own sanity and dollar.
Max S — Google review
Not your average breakfast. Food was amazing! You can tell they enjoy cooking. They put a lot of effort in to serving up a delicious breakfast. Our new favorite breakfast spot. Exceptional service.
Peter M — Google review
My friend and I stopped in here on our way back home from a business trip. The restaurant was decently clean but could be better in that respect. Our waitress was polite and our orders were correct and the food was very good but the coffee was awful. The biggest issue was the cook's behavior. He was shouting, cursing and slamming pans and utensils around the entire time we were there. There were children there and he was cursing like that. It was very uncomfortable. When we went to close our checks we only had one ticket and asked for it to be separated and the cashier scoffed and was very annoyed that we asked. It's a shame that everything in this place isn't as good as their food. Neither of us will go back
Tirzah A — Google review
Everything every reviewer said is 100% true. The food was spot on. I would have become a life long customer but: It must have been 100 degrees in there. I was sweating like Nixon. 1 ceiling fan struggling to disperse the heat and a tiny window unit that looked Ike it gave up years ago. For the love of god, prop the door open. With the atmosphere in that building. I see myself ordering to go from now on.

So good!!! Loved the covered outdoor patio seating! Wish I lived closer ☹️even the French fries were perfect. Had the lentil meatballs (which might secretly have been made with chickpeas because I found one 😂). Appreciate vegetarian food that is interesting and not the usual veggie burger many places offer. This deli and gourmet grocery store is a nice addition to Glens Falls. There are a variety of produce, meats, and other higher end/gourmet items for sale in the grocery area (also great to look through while waiting for your order). I purchased both a chicken parmesan sub to have for lunch and baked goods and potato salad to take hone for later. The sub was good, sufficient for a filling lunch, but nothing I would make it a point to hurry back for. However, both the potato salad and bakery items were excellent! The potato salad had hardboiled egg in it, which I love. I will definitely be back to try more of the baked goods. If you are looking for desserts, breads, meats, and cheeses, I would recommend stopping by to see what they have to offer.

My partner and I went for Valentine’s Day and were so impressed. Other restaurants in Glens Falls should take notes. The restaurant was run like a well oiled machine where front of house and back of house were working in synch. We came 5 minutes before our reservation time and were offered complimentary champagne while we waited. 5 minutes passed and as soon as it was our reservation time we were sat. Our server was attentive and anticipated our needs. We never had to ask for more of anything. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the braised short rib. This is a place that understands that giving more only gets them more. While other restaurants in town run their business on scarcity and counting every bread basket Park & Elm feels like the kitchen is open for you to taste and enjoy. It is a great addition to our community and I hope other restaurants follow suit in their example.

Excellent taste, preparation, and presentation. Trained chef experience for sure. Pleasant small environment. Excellent choice of beverages. It is a bit pricey for GF area but quality ultimately comes with a price. We had one dunkel beverage and two entrees, total with tip came to $126. We feel it was worth the overall experience & quality but some may shy away from the price tag depending on personal views. Very nice couples outing due to small occupancy vibe. Incredible food and service in a beautiful location. The food is proportioned generously, seasoned perfectly and always makes me excited to return. The cocktails are seasonal and thoughtfully created and are my favorite in the Glens Falls area. The Staff are some of our favorite in the area, kind and always helpful. The venue is very pretty and has a fully covered & heated patio. We choose to sit outside on a rainy, cold day and were able to remove our jackets, staying warm the entire time. If you're lucky enough to be in town during one of their holiday brunches, GO! But either way, any meal here is one to remember.

Park & Elm has been one of our favorite spots in town for years, and I’m finally getting around to sharing how much we love it. From the very first time we visited—when our daughter was just a few months old—we’ve been met with nothing but kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The staff are always so welcoming (even with little ones in tow!) and they somehow manage to make every visit feel special. Our daughter has grown up loving their warm focaccia bread—it’s her absolute favorite—and now that we have two little ones, we still cherish our visits to their cozy patio under the heat lamps. The atmosphere is just perfect: relaxed, friendly, and full of heart. The cocktail list is unbeatable, and the bar team crafts some of the most creative and delicious drinks around. The food is consistently divine, with seasonal menus that always surprise and delight. And the attached market has been such a gift for those of us who live downtown—stocked with beautiful produce, meats, cheeses, pastries, beer, pantry goods, and even ice cream sandwiches that our daughter can’t get enough of. We can’t recommend Park & Elm highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful place to gather, eat, and feel at home.

Ate here for the first time with friends. The service was stellar, our waiter visited to check up on us at the best times possible, didn't hover and let us take our time between appetizers, entrees, and dessert. And the food we ordered was delicious. The meatballs (a favorite of mine) were served in a cast iron pan, smothered with gooey cheese and sauce, to die for. The steak frites dish was amazing as well. All of our meals were cooked to perfection - the vegetables and salmon in the himalayan red rice bowl were so flavorful. Plenty of food to go with our yummy drinks. The new menu is out, and served in both restaurants at the Queensbury Hotel. I will be back, for sure. I want to go when the igloos are out this winter! Dessert was the daily creme brulee and a slice of cheescake. The flatbread was the best I have had - and I've ordered a lot of flatbread! Crispy crust, just enough cheese and sauce. The pepperoni was the cherry on top! We went home with doggie bags.

I dined here with a companion the same evening a bad storm had just hit town. I was staying at the Queensbury Hotel. Part of the region was without power. Fortunately, downtown Glens Falls still had electricity. The restaurants downtown got swamped with customers and were completely at capacity, with long waiting lists of hungry folks who had no power at home. Park 26, located inside the very same hotel at which I was staying, however, had plenty of available tables. It was half-empty! What good luck, we thought! Unfortunately, the hostess kept trying to turn us away without explicitly telling us to leave. She kept trying to avoid seating us, simply walking away at times and acting busy. She also told us how if we chose to eat there, we'd spend far too much time waiting for our food. She even tried to convince us to go to the other hotel restaurant. Fortunately, the couple behind us told us not to do that, as the other hotel restaurant truly was overwhelmed to the point that any table that wasn't full was otherwise covered in dirty dishes. Seeing as how our options were limited and we were hungry, we stuck around and managed to maintain a cheerful attitude despite the situation. The hostess succeeded in getting others to turn around, but finally gave in to our patience after close to half an hour and seated us, scowling as she did so. A lovely server soon came over to our table. She was so sweet and friendly! She told us that it was more hectic than they were prepared for, but she and the kitchen would do their best. She did great! And so did the kitchen. The food was delicious! I'm glad we stuck around. But, I can't get past how unpleasant the hostess was and how badly she wanted us to leave. She was even unpleasant on our way out. Anyhow, this is a nice restaurant with good food. If you're staying at the hotel and don't mind risking an unpleasant hostess, this may be a good option for you.

Kasey the bartender is awesome. Makes me a perfect drink every time. Quiet and classy spot. Food is amazing. The burger and the alla vodka is to die for. Flavorful and perfect portions. The same menu as The Fenimore. Indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee is only $3/cup. The french fries were remarkable one day and ordinary another day. Oysters were delicious. Reuben was delicious (could have had more sauerkraut). Batter fried mozzarella sticks were decent. 1/2 lb. meatball was delicious. The 1/2 lb. hamburger was delicious. Our waiter and waitress were pleasant. We enjoyed live piano playing happening in the hotel lobby (Thursday).

The restaurant was lovely, great decor, nice ambiance, but cold! It was a very cold night, so crank up the heat! I wore my coat the entire dinner. Out waitress, Rachel, was fantastic. Best part of our meal. I ordered the $40 filet. Sadly disappointed. It did not come with a salad. The filet was the size of a large piece of kabob meat. It was overcooked - not worth $40. The mashed potatoes were very good and the asparagus was okay. My husband had the salmon. He said it was okay. There were two dining igloos and that would have been fun, but it was -7⁰ and it cost an additional $25! No thanks. My husband and I were visiting family, so it is unlikely that we will return to Park 26. My family members, who live in the area, said they would not return. Sorry, I would have loved to have given a 5 star review, but it didn't live up to its prices!

Our breakfast was delicious. I heard they have the neat coconut cream pie in NY. I would have to agree. It was enormous and definitely worth getting. The staff is friendly and quick. If you are ever in the area definitely stop in. This place is pretty busy so expect a wait.

Panera Bread is a delightful counter-serve bakery and café chain that specializes in an array of sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. Known for its freshly baked bread and inviting atmosphere, it also offers free WiFi for those who want to stay connected while enjoying their meal. Recently, I had the pleasure of trying the seasonal Fuji apple salad, which has quickly become my new favorite!
Arrived after busy lunch. Several tables still available. Did not use kiosk to order, took a few for a clerk to come take order at cash register. Food ready fast. New salad item was very good. Soup and mac&cheese a staple on menu. Always good at this location. Tables kept clean and dishes cleared for washing on regular basis
Shari R — Google review
Self serve ordering is dumb. No menu readable from the self order stations. Have to know their menu or wade through the touch screen. 22min wait for standard order items. Soup too cool to be food safe. Taking it back. NEVER coming here again. They replaced it with soup at proper temp.
Dale L — Google review
I recently visited this Panera Bread and ordered a salad, expecting a satisfying meal. To my dismay, I paid $9 for what amounted to only three bites of salad. It was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price. Had I known it would be this small, I would have gone to the grocery store instead and purchased a normal-sized salad for a fraction of the cost. This experience has left a sour taste, and I can confidently say that this will be the last time Panera Bread sees a cent of my money. It's simply not worth it. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place based on my recent visit.
Marsha G — Google review
I ordered a Mac and cheese bread bowl for my daughter as a pick up order, the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up to pick it up and ended up waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for a total of 50 minutes from the time I submitted my order. Other customers were having the SAME issue. One man said he waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. A woman and her daughter said they waited just as long and their food came out cold. There was no soda at the soda machines. This place has gone to crap!!! The staff was rude and slow. Very disappointed in this place.

Nice « fast food ». The food was good. Portion of the « you got 2 » is enormous. * was missing a little bit of pepperoni in my toaster baguette but everything else was delicious.
Raphaelle L — Google review
I went to my local Panera about 2 weeks ago, and I was shocked. I'd never had such an experience like this! I ordered a chocolate croissant and a drink, and I waited for about 10 minutes just for my drink. I wondered where my croissant was, so I went up to the ordering counter, and asked the man for a chocolate croissant. I said that I had ordered it about 15 minutes ago. He was silent, and then he walked over to the pickup counter. Soon, about 2 minutes later, he came back with a chocolate chip cookie. I didn't order that! I decided to order another one, and it took about another 2 minutes, so I decided to sit down and wait. Only then did the man come back up to me personally and handed me the pastry. I hope I don't have to go through that again.
Mitchell S — Google review
Avoid!!! Panera as a franchise continues to decline. The portions get smaller, the prices get higher, and every time I go it takes longer and longer to get food. Today the sandwiches were tossed together with a fraction of the ingredients (like two small pieces of chicken on the Chicken Ranchero), food took forever despite the small amount of people in the building, and the women’s room was disgusting!!! Water pooled on the floor, plumbing pieces laid out, mop bucket under sink and NO SOAP!!!! So I guess the employees aren’t washing their hands.
Amy D — Google review
I’ve been with Panera for 25 years and always looked forward going there. But yesterday, I had family coming and thought I’d pick up some of Panera pastries to have with coffee and I’m so disappointed I did! The pastries (ALL of them) were chewy, not flaky, dry and I was so embarrassed I put them out. I spent close to $30 for nothing! I should’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts! Whatever you’re doing (you were bought out?) is wrong. I will not go back.

Lox of Bagels offers an extensive selection of bagel varieties and cream cheese flavors. Customers can indulge in options like blueberry bagels with strawberry cream cheese or corned beef on an onion bagel with eggs and cheese. The bakery's desserts are also highly regarded. Although occasional flies may be present due to the open doors, the cool interior and outdoor seating provide a pleasant dining experience.
Had the grilled garlic bagel cream cheese and the eclair. Both were too good. Definitely recommend to try the bagels even if you are not a fan of it. They had many varieties of bagels listed in their menu. The queue was long but moved quickly. Try coming early in the morning to skip the lines because it does get very busy later.

Arrived mid morning on a Sunday. Expect line but it is well worth the wait. Line goes fast. Bagels are fresh and the grill gets your orders out fast. Had a fresh brewed Colombian Decaf and WOW! The bagel sandwiches were top notch. I like my yolk well cooked and asked for it to be “dead”. Cook marked mine with XX. Good to know there is still humor in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

When you arrive, the line may be big. However, the service is so good that you’ll be able to order within minutes. The bagels here are really good! I always get the lox begel with lox cream cheese, tomato and capers on a toasted poppyseed bagel. The bagels are super tasty. One of the best bagels around and the best bagel sandwiches ever. Keep up the good work!

Had an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. Place had great reviews and I always crave a good NY bagel. It was better than most bagels out of state by not like the bagels I hoped for.

Been going for years, haven’t been in a while because last time wasn’t the best. Went this for first time in a while, no one seems to have a station. Runs inefficiently, bagels were both burnt and watched the girl scrape the black off. Both bagels were cold in the middle, and tasted burnt on the outside. This place used to be awesome, we miss it.

A little bit of a wait in line but it kept moving. Good selection of bagels and sandwiches. Great customer service. Probably the single best bagel sandwich I've ever had. Kept it simple with ham egg and cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel and my God... That was yummy. My coffee was about room temperature but other than that, it was delicious. Definitely going to try to get back.

These bagels are the best I have ever tired. I do not know how they make them and how they are so superior to others, but when I take a bite of a bagel from Lox angels literally start singing high in the heavens. God looks down and smiles. These bagels are so amazing that I dream of them, and get them as often as I can, which is not good for a diabetic. However, I do strongly recommend these bagels to anyone with a mouth, teeth, and a palette.

Diners often rave about the quick service and delicious meals, highlighting the friendly staff who make every visit enjoyable.
Great time at Denny's (despite my brother's reaction to the photo I took, lol). Our waitress, Destiny L was great! Food arrived quickly, piping hot and VERY delicious! We didn't leave a single crumb on our plates. I didn't have time to take photos of my brother's dinner, as he dug right in, but the accompanying photos to this review are of my delicious dinner! Next time we find ourselves in Queensbury, we will definitely have a meal at this Denny's 😁😁👍🏼👍🏼

Waited for someone greet us [and ask "how many?"] and be seated because they had to send the hostess home early. Then we waited 30 minutes for our food after ordering and when we finally got our food, EVERYTHING is was lukewarm. My mom said to say something but I just decided to deal with it, and tipped the waitress a little less. Also, my son's steak was ordered medium rare and came out pretty much well done and my mom's scrambled eggs were undercooked.

Folks were very friendly, Food was wicked awesome. Wish I could've given more for the tip 😪. I'll definitely be going back!!!!
Pawz B — Google review
40 minutes for four slices of undercooked bacon and three eggs over..no toast......no home fries...... Waitress didn't even bother coming over to check until 40 minutes later, she brings out a plate with food that is barely warm. When I get the check I go on pay and ask for a manager and it turns out that the waitress is the manager. It also turns out that between the two waitresses there they also have to seat all of the people that come in. The waitress states that Denny's has a special machine that cooks the bacon so they don't have control over how it comes out. If you value your stomach, and if you want your bacon cooked normally, and if you want a meal that is hot and that should take a reasonable amount of time, this is not the place for you. Never again, and I strongly urge anyone else not to even bother.
Pam — Google review
Didn't even make it to try the food because the staff is entirely incompetent, and can't manage a simple seating list with a wait. Was told that we would be seated in about 15-20 minutes. After a half hour of waiting, went in to see what was going on, only to find out that our party was crossed off the list. At that point, they said we would be next. Our party was skipped AGAIN. When we went in to say something, and was met with an attitude and zero accountability. Will never go there again.
Isaac J — Google review
Now I know why Denny's is in trouble. It had been a while since we ate there. Don't bother. I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy. The biscuits had about 2 tablespoons of gravy and my eggs were over hard. My friends eggs were the same and his bacon was almost raw. We got up and left. Get you act together Denny's.
Ray C — Google review
We ordered our food and then waited for an hour to be served. It gave us plenty of time to observe the other six tables with the same frustration. When the waitress was asked about a glass of water that was forgotten by agentleman, ,she threw her hands up and bluntly remarked that she was "trying". I heard her comment to one table that they only had one cook. When my salad did arrive , it was missing two main ingredients. The waitress never returned to our table to ask about it. It was definitely a disappointment to guests and staff alike. I feel as if we would have been forewarned about our wait time, we would have reconsidered our order. My tip went to a little girl who waited for an hour to eat pancakes with her grandmother. Unacceptable.
Karen N — Google review
The food was not cooked all the way the sausage then hashbrowns omg. The waitress was okay but she smelled terrible like garbage. It was bad. Then while taking our order she sat down next to me which was very inappropriate. If I were a waitress I would not just sit down next to the person that is ordering. As we were ordering she goes “well someone better go first.” The food took a bit to come out but I understand as they are busy. I am not upset about that but I could not enjoy anything as the food was gross and so much grease as well and then the waitress smelling so bad. The host has ear buds in and as we were trying to pay she walks away. Very much rude.

Nestled in Queensbury, Papa's Diner is a charming eatery that captures the essence of the 1950s with its nostalgic decor and friendly service. This delightful diner offers an extensive breakfast menu, where dishes like the Irish Benedict Breakfast shine brightly. Imagine savoring corned beef hash atop English muffins, all drizzled with rich hollandaise sauce—pure bliss!
Stopped here randomly on our way home from Lake George since the Ambrosia Diner was closed. It was very crowded but hey it was 11:30 am on a Sunday, that’s to be expected. Staff was very friendly and service was super quick. The food was delicious. I ordered The Rachel and was not disappointed. Their house-made turkey is incredibly delicious. I also subbed home fries in place of the french fries - they were also fantastic. The place has a cozy, down home feel to it. We will absolutely be back next time we are upstate.

Tried the Eggs Benedict here and it was solid. Nothing crazy fancy, but definitely hit the spot. The hollandaise was creamy without being too heavy, and the eggs were poached just right – nice runny yolks. English muffin was toasted well and held everything together. Overall, a decent take on a classic. I liked it, and I’d probably recommend it to other tourists.

The food was good. However, the service needs some improvements. I understand being busy but we ordered coffee and asked for creamer and never got it. I finally got up and went to another table and asked for some. I ordered the taco salad and the menu said it came with sour cream and salsa yet there wasn't any on it. I had asked for ranch but sat there 10 mins waiting. I believe they were probably short staffed but at least put the items where patrons can help themselves instead of having to sit and wait or not get it at all.

I got the Florentine eggs benny, it was delicious! The service was excellent, and the food came out pretty quick after ordering despite being busy when we were there. Also, shout out to the kitchen staff playing a really great hard rock playlist; I had to go out to my car a couple of times, and I could hear their music when I was out there. Haha
Sam — Google review
Food was some what decent. Hash had a sour taste to it. The owner was our waitress and the service was less than acceptable … never once asked for refills when we clearly sat with empty glasses for the entirety of our meal. Once food was dropped she never once came back to check on us or like I said get refills. After our meal we sat for about 8 minutes waiting for our check until we finally went upfront to pay , the second waitress then had to remind the owner (our server) 3 different times that we needed our bill to pay. After about another 8 ish minutes and the 3rd reminder she finally cashed us out. She seemed way more interested in clearing tables and sitting new people when she couldn’t even handle or attend to the ones she had. Safe to say we will not be back. What a shame ..

Even though the diner is quite busy and only two servers seem to be handling all the guests, my overall impression is very positive. ☕ The coffee is strong and energizing, my West End breakfast was filling with a great omelet. And the pancakes — simply delightful! 🥞 So yes, I definitely recommend this place

Great food. Apparently rated number one diner in the region and it tasted like it. The service was seriously the best I’ve had in my life. There was a massive rush and dozens of people were coming in all at once. I thought it would be a hour wait but it was 15 tops. Donna, the owner, was taking care of everyone totally on top of it. She was so amazing that we really didn’t wait around at all despite how busy the place was. Some kids were messing around with the fake fire place and she showed them how it changes colors. It was cute. Ambience is great, decor is nice, super clean and no bugs either. 10/10 experience, highly recommend

We love cool beans and we used to go constantly. We gave it up for a while after they stopped cooking their bacon at all. We gave it another shot recently and the bacon was still completely raw. I don’t know how this can happen every single time but it’s not worth it to go for raw bacon :(

I stopped in to get a couple of cups of coffee on my way to my grandsons baseball game. The girl who took my order was great but the manager shamed her in front of me for going to the bathroom before getting me my order. The manager told me it was unacceptable that she didn’t make my order before going to the bathroom and I told her I was ok with her going and that I understand and she responded with the customer always comes first. She spoke down to the employee in front of me and proceeded to yell at another employee before I left for toasting something that wasn’t supposed to be. I feel sorry for those employees if that is how she treats them on a regular basis.

The food is usually great. I like the sourdough breakfast sandwiches, except sometimes the bread is very misaligned. Today, I was given the wrong bag in the drive thru, and I was told that I’d be provided a free sandwich the next time I came by. When I came back today, the lady at the counter was acted very reluctant to give me the sandwich. She was also very uncomfortably loud, swore a fair bit, and spoke very aggressively to the other employees there. However, this was a one-time incident. Usually the service and atmosphere are alright.

So as always I get hashbrowns for my boy. 70% of the time One or Two are hard simply because they are reheated but when you ask for hashbrowns and the whole bags is burnt, reheated hashbrowns which are so hard they are not edible this is a problem. But as always nothing will be done. So in the future I will check the hashbrowns and if any are reheated and hard I will ask for a whole new bag regardless of how many people are behind me. Get it right the first time and stop messing up the basics. SO its the next day and we just went to get the usual and was handed burnt overcooked hashbrowns again, handed them back for a new bag of hashbrowns, said a few things that were probably ignored and got a new bag of hashbrowns.

Consistently one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Not only does the staff not care enough to get your order straight but the workers have terrible attitudes. I can’t imagine that corporate leaders are ok with the way things here are ran if they are even aware of what goes on here.
Kateb E — Google review
By far the worst place I’ve been too. If I was a manager there or an owner I’d be embarrassed. Employees talking poorly about each other right in front of customers without a care. Treating customers like cattle. Standing around and watching one person do all the work while they stand and talk smack about people.

Starbucks, the iconic Seattle-based coffeehouse chain, is a beloved stop for many coffee enthusiasts. Known for its signature roasts and light snacks, it offers a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy your favorite beverage while staying connected with complimentary WiFi. Many patrons appreciate the quick service and friendly staff who often remember regular customers by name. Although some locations may have their quirks—like an unpleasant smell in certain areas—the overall experience remains positive.
Crew is always positive and attentive and always say good morning to me by name every morning, whether I acknowledge them first or not! 99% of the time, my drink is exactly what I ordered!

This place is right inside of market 32 ! I tend to do the mobile order but when I go inside and order the staff are always pleasant! They make great drinks , I don't get the food so I'm not sure how it is. Whenever I go my drink is always made so quick .

Not a big fan of these chain restaurants..more sizzle than substance. They should visit "uncommon grounds " and take notes.. .the best bagels I've ever had and the coffee is wonderful over there in Saratoga Springs..

Latte always hot. Online orders always ready for pick up. Friendly service. Parking suboptimal
Michelle — Google review
Ran in to get a hot latte for my drive south. There was no line at the time except for at the drive-thru. I prefer to go inside myself anyway... Regarding that. The space in between the double doors smells awful like an animal died in there or something very unappealing to the senses as you're about to go order food or beverage they better do something about that. The atmosphere within has been redecorated over the last year or so. This is for the efficiency of customers coming in and moving them through a more efficient line. Plenty of area off to the left and an upstairs platform for seating folks with their laptops or having little meetings. Again I took my hot beverage to go held my breath as I went back between the double doors and went on my way. My beverage was hot and just as I ordered it.

Fast service. And the people do recognize repeate customers and their orders. Drinks are consistent and tasty. There are tables close and out of the way of the shopping area. It's inside a grocery store, so it's not a top-tier location.

McDonald's, a popular and well-established fast-food franchise recognized for its hamburgers and fries, is renowned for its longevity. One minor grievance patrons occasionally express is the excessive saltiness of the fries; nonetheless, they are still consumed. Apart from this drawback, everything else about McDonald's receives high praise. The offerings are consistently fresh and hot, ensuring customer satisfaction. It is worth noting that even elderly individuals like their meals at McDonald's.
Food as expected. Very friendly staff, with quick service and a smile. Super clean restaurant and facilities.

We had some issues with the lids for hot drinks not opening and I went in after my take out order and asked a nice young lady who was cleaning if we could get new ones. She happily went and got some for me plus extras just in case it happens again. Then I went back in because one of the hot chocolates we ordered was only hot milk with no chocolate. She quickly stopped what she was doing and got me a new one with no attitude and just plain kindness. Her name is Becca and I want to give her a shout-out because if every employee was like this the world would be a better place. Thank you for your hard work Becca!!

the food was really good finally got to try the new mountain milkshake the cashier asked me if i needed help was friendly i told her i’m just waiting for my mobile order i don’t know what she said to the staff back in the kitchen but i heard someone yell with a snotty attitude you don’t need to be standing there sit down first of all i can stand up and wait patiently for my order second of all if you’re gonna talk shit about me say it to my face that was very rude and unprofessional of that person. never going back there ever again

We did a drive thru pick up order from the mobile app. It was extremely packed at the drive thru. Was picking up lunch for the kids as we were on our way to the lake and they wanted this. When we got to the lake and opened up the bag there was an item missing I called about the situation and have not gotten a call back as I was told . We don’t live in the area and would be going back there so I wanted to be refunded for the item. Still haven’t received a call back. I even called the customer service number and they told me someone from the location would call to rectify the problem. And as I said still waiting on the call

Me and my daughter always order through the drive-thru, but today we decided to wheat in. The girl working had no personality not friendly at all. We finally get our food and our burgers were ice cold. For 40$ food should not be cold. I asked for new ones. Then the girl tells me it's going to be a while, and I didn't understand what she said at first. Then she walked past me and mocked me in the middle of the dining room. I asked for the manager Candice is her name and she was unfriendly as well with the personality of a ROCK!@ people this job is not for you. You have no people skills at all. Something is not right here. You should be ashamed to treat customers that way, and as a waitress I will be spreading the word.

I've been coming here for years. Food is always good, service is always good, very accommodating to my small children. Love to see the regulars there too. They're usually only open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.. In the winter they used to do Monday night dinner so this was pictures from Monday night dinner. Unfortunately Kerrie lost her lease so they're going to be closing, but she'll be moving to a new location and of course we will follow!

First timer to Kerrie's on a motorcycle ride to Lake George. I wasn't disappointed as the service was friendly and the food was great. I sat at the counter and enjoyed the food and banter with follow patrons. The owner, Kerrie, came out to chat, which I also enjoyed! Best wishes for great success, Kerrie!

Nestled on the east side of Lake George, Cleverdale Country Store is a charming destination that has been delighting locals and visitors since 1939. This quaint general store boasts an impressive selection of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and homemade meals that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Whether you're in the mood for a delicious sandwich or a comforting bowl of salmon bisque from their freezer section, you won't be disappointed by the quality and flavor.
I can’t say enough good things about this store! Coffee and scones to die for! Homemade salads and hot meals all delicious! Staff very friendly. Prices reasonable especially for being close to the lake. Still have to make it for their for band nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays to see how they are but so far not one complaint. If your near Cleverdale stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

Lisa B — Google review
This is the second time in a week we've come and ordered and not gotten what we ordered. We let it go the first time but..... Honestly, we're done. We'd rather go the extra mile to Beans for better food and more respectful service, where staff listens to the order and executes it properly. Your inability to listen to the order and confirm it necessitated us ordering a second sandwich, no different than the first, putting us behind in our errands, inconveniencing us tremendously as we had a two hour ride. Well spend our money elsewhere, despite your close proximity to get better service for what passes as standard sandwich fare. Your standards of customer service are lower than we care to pay for.

Fresh food made from scratch. Quiet and quaint. Well stocked country store. We bought the salmon bisque they had made. It was in the freezer section of the store. It was delicious. McDonald's is a well-established and enduring fast-food franchise recognized for its hamburgers and french fries. I would not pay to have food ordered from here ever again missing items called before posting this not a great experience I was told the oil needs to be changed and it’s not their fault I was always taught if u wouldn’t eat it don’t let it out obviously that went out the window with them
Scott B — Google review
I don’t know where to begin.....Management does not care about food quality or customer service. I limit my complaints because its falling on deaf ears but something has to give. Understanding its fast food it does not have to be over cooked, burnt, over fried and all together not given to the customer. WaIting at the drive thru for 20 mins to be given, over fried fries and missing chicken nuggets. Can’t complain about that as I was given the money back but explain it to the person whose meal they didn’t provide. I would share my photos as they speak for themselves. Update its only getting worse, the crew especially management could care less about customers. You pay for things you don’t get. Receipt and no extra cheese. That was paid for! Got this sticker though.
Renee B — Google review
Over the past 2 weeks, every time I order a frape I get to the second window for them to tell me they can’t make it. Then they give me a refund for less the I paid for the drink so I’m losing money. Never going back to this location.

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain celebrated for its delicious burgers and crispy fries, continues to impress with its commitment to customer service. During my recent visits, I encountered Christopher, a standout employee whose dedication truly enhances the dining experience. This particular McDonald's location is exceptionally well-managed; food is served promptly and the staff exudes politeness and attentiveness that surpasses many other fast-food establishments. The interior boasts a fresh and inviting atmosphere, making it an enjoyable spot to grab a meal.
This McDonald’s has to be one of the best ran McDonald’s I have ever seen. Food comes out quick and the employees are very polite. Also the inside of is actually very nice, especially in comparison to some other locations. If you’re in the area don’t be afraid to eat at this McDonald’s!!

Nice looking McDonalds, but that's about it. Probably the slowest & least efficient location I've ever seen. The waiting spots are always full as their speed & production is incredibly bad. You can order on the app 20 minutes in advance, and you'll still be asked to pull into a spot and wait another 10+ minutes. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to my home otherwise I'd avoid it completely. Strongly don't recommend.
Donald S — Google review
I've never had such bad service at a "fast food" place. Only thing I will say is my food was at least hot. But I sat at the microphone way to long. There are 2 lines, 7 (yes 7) cars preferred from the one lane without anyone even acknowledging me in the other lane. Then the people at the windows were cold amd short. Then I had to pull forward and wait again for my food. All this took 40 min or more. If was pretty busy so I had no way to even get out of line. Plus I had a mobile order do I had already paid. 🙃 like i said at least my food was hot.

Stop over using the drive thru waiting spots. This is the only McDonald's where they make you pull over everytime. We live down the road and they make us pull over every time to wait for our food. If other McDonald's aren't overdoing this you shouldn't either.

Smoothie King is a popular spot that has been visited multiple times, with consistently great smoothies. This is my first time at any smoothie king…i ordered apple kiwi kale…so my expectation was only these 3 items will be in my smoothie. However to my surprise the lady started adding pineapple to the jar and am allergic to it..if I wouldn’t have been vigilant. I had to rush to the hospital. Well second chance she added a whole bunch of bananas, and in the name of apple …apple juice or syrup not sure what that was…and electrolyte syrup…hey never asked for it…one scoop of kale and NO kiwi…and loads of ice well that i can live with. But if you are going to add all this to my smoothie/juice mention on the board clearly. Well very disappointed in how smoothie king in general operates and plays around with your health. I am going to stay away from any smoothie king for that matter. Well if my math is right they could have made the entire drink in $2 and still saved $4.50. Review is not store specific this is for the brand itself. And people pls ask what they are adding to your drinks/smoothies.
