Amazing staff. The charcuterie was well served and with a variaty of local ingredients. We asked if there was a Pesto for the bread and they made it fresh for us. Super recomend! Drinks and Local beer also present. Perfect place to go before or after dinner.

Luca D — Google review
Amazing selection of natural vines (vini naturale) and very impressive aperitivo. We also had a board of sliced meats and honestly it was the best alternative to a full dinner. Oh and a bonus the music is so good here. It's pretty rare to have a nicely curated music list in italian bars, but here it is definitely not an afterthought. We returned here the next morning for a coffee and pastries and everything is same good quality.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Lerici, the Corona Boat Club offers a delightful retreat for visitors seeking both relaxation and adventure. On a sunny April day, friends discovered this charming spot after a leisurely stroll. Although the ferry service was out of sync with their plans, they were thrilled to learn about exciting zodiac boat excursions available at the club. The warm hospitality from Clelia made their experience even more enjoyable as she graciously shared details about the excursions.
Friends took me to Lerici on a beautiful day in April. After a walk we stopped at the Corina Boat Club for done refreshments. The ferry service hadn’t worked with our schedule but I noticed that the Corina Boat Club offered zodiac boat excursions. The wonderful Clelia served us and was so gracious and welcoming. I enquired about the excursions and she explss as ones the itinerary. We signed up right away. We went for a walk until the assigned time. Clelia met us at the dock. Our boat was captained by Giuseppe. He was a great guide and the boat was spotless and could hold at least 6-8 but we were just three. After a magnificent tour where Giuseppe gave just the right amount of information and clearly wasn’t watching the clock, we returned to some drinks and snacks (included) served by Clelia who had met us upon our return. Old fashioned hospitality that they should be rightfully proud of. We had a great time.
John A — Google review
The dinner was a total disaster. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try real italian food or any edible food at all. Raw tuna, disgusting watery carbonara, overcooked pasta. It was the worst dining experience on our trip to Lerici. At least the view was pretty…
Zofia P — Google review
Stopped by to have a quick lunch, with a view. The restaurant is in front of the bay port area so its in a beautiful area of the town. Staff was kind and helpful. The food was okay but the portion sizes were very small, it wasnt filling. The focaccia bread that you get before your meal was the highlight for me.
Dávid B — Google review
Overall experience was good. It was a little expensive compared to pizzerias in general.
Chirag M — Google review
My sister and I stopped in for a drink and a snack. We ordered Prosecco and it tasted terrible. We have been drinking Prosecco daily for about a week here in Italy so it was much different than every other Prosecco we've had. The fries were good and the staff was friendly otherwise
Sara C — Google review
Great food and service. Pizza is a good choice. When ordering pasta ask for the owner Clelia for authentic Naples pasta
Art K — Google review
If you want to eat prepare yourself to wait at least an hour. Small serving size. Never coming back.
Claudia F — Google review
Perhaps the only advantage of this place is the poets gulf overview. We came by to get some coffees by the evening. That was acceptable. Also we ordered some biscuits and a cheese w/ prosciutto bruschetta, which was very tasty and it's size was quite good tho. The service indeed was perhaps a bit rude as everyone said. The atmosphere was ok, but it is a pity that they don't have a good control of the doves and seagulls which attempt all the time to steal your food.

The best place for lunch with delicious pasta and fish carpaccio. Quick and nice service. The pasta with seafood was simply delicious!

I don't normally review but found the need to do so after a shocking meal. I order the spaghetti al frutti de mare and was looking forward to fresh sea food ( after asking what was in it)The dish was served with what I can only imagine was frozen packet mixed seafood that was tasteless. The prawns ( shrimp were the size of my finger nail) No condiments were offered such as simple salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, fresh chillies , garlic etc. When I requested this I received parmeson in a packet, as well as salt and pepper sachets. That I can live with but what seems like a family run business needs to seriously think about the quality of their food. I am a foodie and this was certainly disappointing as it has the potential of being a really nice little establishment.
Vikki C — Google review
Tourist trap. Went for dinner with the family, menu prices are unclear (sign on the wall) and the quality of food was poor. Fish was not fresh, over cooked and potatoes saggy not baked. The bill was vague, no detail, and claimed maximum price. In sum: very disappointed, definitely recommend avoiding this tourist trap.

Friendly and welcoming bar in a stunning location. We sat here every evening over the weekend July 2022 and had a beer, Spritzer Aperol and some tapas overlooking the bay. Highly recommend. We were here in 2006 too and it hasn't changed since. The customers we met were very friendly too and chatted away with us. I now know how to make that lovely Spritzer Aperol - thanks.

We just happened to be walking by and stopped for a refreshment one late-afternoon. Upon seeing the huge LP collection inside I knew I had found my home away from home! The owner Gabriele is a fine gentleman and every day we were in town we stopped for a glass of wine before dinner. The picture was taken our last day in town. Il Pontile is a charming spot that truly enhances your vacation experience with its breathtaking sea views, especially during sunset. While the price of their Spritz may be on the higher side, the ambiance makes it worthwhile. Enjoying an Aperol spritzer accompanied by complimentary snacks adds to the delightful experience. We stopped by for a quick drink — the location is absolutely fabulous, right below the castle with a lovely view of the town and fortress. If you enjoy minimal communication, this is your place. The owner speaks the universal language of eye-rolling. A true performance of quiet intensity.

The older man with the glasses, whoever he is…. Needs to get a new job. Not only were we not greeted, he didn’t offer us a menu or anything. He was so hostile and just backed up to the bar for the nicer Bangladesh guy to take us. The whole time he kept tossing a bottle of tonic water onto the countertop. Real professional, guy. I don’t recommend this place at all, we only came here for a bathroom. Who the hell is the owner ?? Hope it’s not that guy because he is the worst. Beautiful views will be ruined by his bad attitude. Nestled right by the stunning Venere Azzurra beach, this charming spot offers a beautiful terrace where you can soak up the sun while enjoying your meal. The menu is surprisingly diverse, featuring mouthwatering options like their fried fish, which is not only delicious but also reasonably priced compared to other local eateries.
Awesome! Fresh food, great prices, extra friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

We decided to eat the lunch super late, and unfortunately, the kitchen in the restaurant was closed but we found this place for paninis and foccacia, we order Parma panink, and Mare panini the flavaur was really basic nothing special.
Laura — Google review
Beautiful terrace just in front of venere azzurra beach. We stopped for lunch not expecting much, more of a quick lunch, but we realised that the menu was actually quite interesting, reason why we opted for a plate of fried fish that was absolutely delicious (and for a price way lower that all the other restaurants in the area). It was a beautiful sunny day and we enjoyed so much our food!

Disappointing experience — poor food and unfriendly service We’ve been to this place in Lerici several times before, but this visit was a real letdown. The QR code menu was dropped on the table without a word, and communication felt more like a confrontation than service. The food arrived at random times, making the meal feel disorganized. We also thought we had ordered more, but instead of checking or showing any understanding, the waiter just insisted we were wrong, in a rather unhelpful and defensive tone. The burgers lacked flavor, mini pizzas were too hard to eat, and when we kindly asked for a simple kids’ pasta dish (not long before dinner service), there was no willingness to accommodate. Surprising, considering this isn’t an elaborate place. To top it off, several of us experienced stomach discomfort afterwards, which made us question the overall quality of the food. Overall, the service felt rushed and unfriendly, and the food didn’t justify the price at all. Such a shame, as this used to be a reliable place. Not recommended based on this visit.

During my recent travels to Lerici, I stumbled upon the delightful 1918 Mare, a charming restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. Initially drawn in by its beach bar vibe, I was pleasantly surprised to discover it offers top-notch dining experiences. After a long journey and some time spent on the beach, I enjoyed their delicious focaccia sandwiches and later returned for an unforgettable lunch featuring perfectly fried seafood. The attentive staff made each visit memorable, creating a warm atmosphere complemented by lovely music.
We ate at this nice restaurant twice while in Lerici. Our first time we had been up for 30+ hours after landing in Pisa. We could not check in to our VRBO so off to the beach and we found 1918 Mare. Excellent focaccia sandwiches. The staff was great. Well, we returned for another lunch and their fried seafood was outstanding!! Done to perfection. Again, the staff was great and very helpful. The atmosphere? On the beach! How can that NOT be great? You will not regret dining here! Had to add this photo of the nice place settings we were given back in June. We use them nightly as a reminder of 1918 Mare!! Great place.

(Translated by Google) The location is nice, with the tables in the small square overlooking the sea. There is a playground next door, so it's ideal for families. We had an aperitif: the prices were honest, but the appetizers to eat were really poor... There were 7 of us and they brought us two small platters with taralli, some bread with pesto and an omelette. At the next tables, where there were almost all couples, I must say, however, that I saw more interesting things passing by. In the evening there is often live music!

An amazing restaurant with outstanding staff, and the owner was exceptionally kind. It feels like a hidden gem where only the locals eat. If you're looking for a quiet spot, I highly recommend eating here. The owner even asked how warm we wanted the food due to the hot weather. The food was delicious, with a homemade taste, clearly not just frozen food. I had a fantastic experience! Something to keep in mind is though that the menu is not very big and not everything is always available however that just proves that the foods are not bought ready and frozen just to warm up. You do get very good options for anyone who is vegetarian or doesn't like seafood.

Beautiful place with amazing drinks. Service was great, they dealt with us not speaking Italian and were patient.

A wonderful bar with kind people who not only make a good cappuccino but also make you laugh and make their customers feel welcomed. Grazie for being so kind as I waited for my laundry to finish next door:)

Visited yesterday 28th July 2024, it was a very welcoming experience, the English speaking Italian owner/waitress reads the menu and interacts brilliantly she reads the menu and adapts to suit your requirements, food was good and not too expensive.

Stopped for morning coffee and pastries. Food, drinks, and service was excellent. Short walk from the beach. Beautiful setting. Very friendly staff. Will be coming back for aperitivo.

(Translated by Google) A small bar where you can enjoy a delicious aperitif or a quick lunch, all in the alleyway of San Terenzo. It's run by two friendly, welcoming women who organize musical evenings to bring a touch of joy to the quiet village. After a rest, head toward the gulf, passing the small Sant'Erenzo castle on one side and the seaside promenade to Lerici, with its more menacing castle. From Lerici, you can take the ferry to Provenere! If you have time, head to the La Spezia pier to enjoy delicious seafood at Dai Pescatori.
