Paducah Beer Werks is a laid-back brewery that provides an ideal setting for groups of friends to relax, savor exceptional craft beers, and indulge in delectable pub dishes. The menu features familiar comfort-food flavors such as the Keg Size Beer Battered Onion Rings and Stuffed Mushrooms, while the Black & Bleu Burger with Pepperoni Chips is a tempting option for those with a hearty appetite.
Loved it! Great food and service! I had the blackened chicken BLT which was delicious! Wonderful flavor combo, and delicious lightly seasoned fries. My friend had the limited tine only K-pop-eroni pizza. Which was amazing!! Salty and spicy and a dash of underlying sweetness. We stopped by on a Fridat and were there about 10 minutes before they open at noon. But they were kind enough to let us be seated anyway. Our waiter was fantastic!! We had parked about two blocks away as we were going to the Quilt Museum next. Very easy walk to the quilt museum, more like one block than two.

Beer. ✅ Food. ✅ Atmosphere. ✅ Brewpub in a restored bus depot. Great beer variety- not just IPAs. Had the Mexican Lager. Nice. The Paducah Hot Chicken sandwich and Parmesan fries. Service was great. Would come back!

What a fun place to enjoy great pizza and local brews after touring the National Quilt Museum. Highly recommend the Figgy Stardust pizza and Italian salad. Loved the fried pepperoni (first time ever seeing this on a menu). Great beers too! Our server was amazing. A great dinner after a long day of driving and doing a quick tour of the town. The reuse of an old Greyhound Bus station was brilliant!
Daryl O — Google review
This is our 2nd time visiting this brewery. It's an old Greyhound Bus Station with a lot of the original decor. Even the floor is original. It's like stepping back in time. The beer was very good and we decided to have a pizza that was icing on the cake. You can't go wrong stopping here.

This was our second time dining and drinking at Paducah Beer Werks on an overnight motorcycle trip. While my brother opted for the figgy burger, I chose the chicken pesto sandwich. We both were very happy with our selections. The fries were killer. Oh yeah....the beer is pretty good too!
Stephen A — Google review
Great little brewery/restaurant in old Paducah. Converted Greyhound bus station had lots of charm and old school atmosphere. Great selection of spirits and food. Super staff.
Jeffrey P — Google review
Went there a few days ago while visiting Paducah. The atmosphere is good with low noise level. It is located in a former bus terminal so has some nostalgic decor. The service was good. Got the PBW pizza and it was very good as well as PBW hotdog combo. Ordered Brewer’s fries with the herbed Parmesan for an appetizer. Fries were good. Hotdogs were filling. Had onion rings as a side and it was very good, well breaded and not greasy. Noted that with each bite of the onion ring came with a easily bitten piece of onion as opposed to some other places where the whole piece of onion seems to want to come out with a single bite, if you know what I mean. One of our group got the red ale and said it was good. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Loved being able to set outside to eat. We had a great waiter and he was helpful with helping us pick what to eat. Excellent food, served hot and fresh. Will eat here again if we ever are in the area again. Thanks for a great eating experience.

American restaurant
Cocktail bar
Southern restaurant (US)
Located in a historic railroad depot, Freight House offers seasonal New American cuisine and local spirits. The restaurant is housed in a restored old freight building and is known for its modern Southern cuisine. Chef Sara Bradley, the nationally televised 2019 Bravo Top Chef runner-up, creates a fresh, seasonal menu using locally sourced Kentucky ingredients. The farm-to-table experience at Freight House ensures that dishes are made with the freshest regional products available each day.
Completely enchanting, once-in-a-lifetime experience tonight at Freight House! When we knew we'd be relocating and were planning our trip across the country, we had noticed that Sara Bradley, our favorite contestant from my favorite show, Top Chef, had a restaurant in Paducah, Kentucky and that if we gamed it just right, left at the right day and took the right path across the US etc, we might be able to stop at her restaurant on our way across the country. Our anniversary was last Saturday, Adelaide and I were SO excited to eat the food from her restaurant; I warned the girls that Sara most likely would not actually be there herself but that we would enjoy her restaurant. We were totally excited and starstruck when she was actually there, we were somehow seated at (what we felt was the) the best table in the place right next to the kitchen, and then she kept smiling at the girls all night long. Adelaide kept begging us to go over and ask to take a picture of her on the way out and she even created a little collage of her surreptitiously taking a picture of Sara walking past. 🤣😂😍🤦‍♀️☠️ As we were leaving, Sara walked directly up to us and told the girls how much she had been enjoying smiling with them tonight and invited the girls back into the kitchen where she prepared some plums and allowed them to tour the kitchen as well as gave them a taste of marshmallow fluff they had prepared . She talked to them so kindly and I got so choked up seeing how nicely she was treating the girls and couldn't even put my thanks into words! What a wonderful night and an unforgettable restaurant experience. We had so many different things from the menu; for me, the grilled ceasar, the pb+j ribs, and the burrata were standouts but we truly loved everything! This experience just reinforced every reason why I have always been completely inspired by her in @bravotopchef and @foodnetwork TOC, have so appreciated how she uses her platform for good to encourage women and especially mothers. My girls were so happy! My 9 year old asked me, "Do you think the news will want to do a story about us now that we met her and went in her kitchen?!" The kitchen was so calm, the staff so friendly, and it was perfect.
Nicole W — Google review
We had the Sticky Ribs, Pimento Cheese, and Stuffed Mushrooms as the appetizers. Wow!! Talk about flavor!! Def highly recommended! For the main: Steak with Potatoes/Greens and Shrimp & Grits. Both were really tasty! The only reason why this place didn’t get a full 5 Stars is because the Strawberry Lemonade Cake for dessert just didn’t quite hit the spot like the other dishes. It was dense and didn’t had a pleasant taste.
Steve M — Google review
We only had one night in Paducah, and we're so glad we spent it here. If we were staying longer, we'd come back every night. We made reservations for 5 pm, and got a table for 2 next to the wall. This meant the noise level was just right for us. Service was great. We shared a bourbon cocktail (Triple Crown?) that was amazing and very potent. We got the fresh pickles and smoked olives for starters. Both were full of flavor and something we've never tasted before. We also tried the cold melon soup, and the subtle flavors increased with each spoonful. My husband got the catfish and said it was the best he's ever had. I got the grilled pork tenderloin, and it was delicious and a generous portion. Dessert was the cobbler, and it was fruity and crunchy and served warm with ice cream. We finished the night with decaf coffee which was served in a French press. A very memorable meal!

I have talked about coming to this restaurant literally for years, because I wanted to try Chef Sara Bradley’s cuisine. We drove 1 1/2 hours when we were visiting Tennessee to try this restaurant. For our anniversary, my husband purchased a tasting menu experience for us. When you walk in, for the tasting experience, you are literally right next to the hostess table, near the kitchen staff at a long high table with tall chairs, the kind that you have to jump up to sit down. If you’re overlooking the restaurant like I was, you can see more relaxing booth/bench seating towards the other side of the restaurant with better more relaxed lighting. They looked more comfortable than we were. I expected a higher level of service and ambience since the tasting menu was significantly more expensive than regular dining. At the tasting menu table you also sit directly next to other tasting menu diners who are receiving the same courses. If the other diners at the table started earlier, they will be a course or two ahead of you so the fun of being surprised or delighted by a new dish coming out is lost. You know what they’re bringing out and the waiter responsible for serving the table parrots the same script to you that you just heard 30 minutes ago. So, sitting at one long table is not ideal because you and your partner have no privacy. You’re hearing your neighbor’s conversation and they’re hearing yours. We were literally shoulder to shoulder. Bunching all the tasting menu diners together, needs to be redesigned and reconsidered. The food was good, but not great. I was expecting a lot more. The tasting menu had coconut throughout the entire meal, and notes of sweetness when it didn’t need to be there. The cauliflower dish was delicious, but the PB&J rib was greasy, overly sweet overcooked rib with cornflakes and peanut butter was not good. It made no sense being on the tasting menu. Very disappointing. The experience ended with a chocolate mayonnaise cake with no real flare other than Marshmallow fluff that had been torched. It felt as though the menu selections were based upon the ease of the staff being able to get food out to the diner versus showcasing some of the best things the restaurant had to offer. The waiter dedicated to the tasting menu table, should be replaced. He is not representing the restaurant very well. In between courses we waited about 15 -20 minutes after dishes were cleared for the next course which made for a long dining experience with 6 courses. The couple near us also commented how slow the service was. In addition, you’re hearing the exact same course description again and again. It felt very transactional and felt disingenuous. There was minimal to no personal interaction with the waiter, as it was a drop and pick up process. All of us were looking for a higher quality experience since we were there to celebrate a special occasion. I think building a mandatory tip into the tasting menu fee, results in the wait staff not being motivated to provide good service because they were getting a good tip regardless. Our waiter was often fluttering throughout the restaurant and too busy to check back on the table. For instance, we wanted to order unique bourbon from their amazing list. Our waiter never came back, so I had to flag someone else down to place our order. They screwed it up and we had to order again. We waited 30 minutes just to get one bourbon order. All in all, the ambience and the food was ok, again not great. The tasting menu choices toggled from being artfully prepared (Cauliflower dish) to being slop on a plate (PB&J rib). I expected higher quality service/food for what we paid for since it was a Top Chef Finalist and James Beard Award Nominee restauranteur. Fun evening with my husband, but overall disappointing.

We drove 6 hours to do Sara’s chef tasting. One of my bucket list items. Very reasonably priced. I also added the wine pairing, also a bargain. I was so worth the drive, effort, expense. The cauliflower course alone was worth it. I am a Chef and you can bet I will be spending some considerable effort to replicate that dish. Sara spends a considerable amount of time being accessible to her customers. Lovely to see a woman uncompromisingly crushing it in business, creativity and still making time for her family. We will be making the trip again. The downtown is lovely.

It’s been a “bucket list” wish to dine at Chef Sara Bradley’s Freight House Restaurant in Paducah (we kind of planned this trip around it). If you watch Food Network you’ve seen her on Chopped and Tournment of Champions. Tonight we thoroughly enjoyed the 6 course chef’s tasting with wine pairing. Absolutely incredible! Duffy was such a delight as a server. Can’t wait to go back!!

The food was delicious! We were overall really pleased with what we ordered and it was a great stop on our way down to Nashville! We ordered ninis pickles, peaches and cream salad, the melon cold soup, sticky ribs, cauliflower, corn bread, cheesy grits, sweet greens, for dessert we had summer fruit cobbler and peanut butter and chocolate chip ice cream. WOW. This was a great meal. My friend and I are major foodies so there were a few things we found amazing and others underwhelming (pickles—no lemon grass flavor), cauliflower was amazing but really just an app. Not equivalent to a meal since the mains with meat came with a starch too. Weird that vegetarian mains aren’t actually a main. But the cauliflower was so tasty. We loved the grits. The cornbread was also good not mind blowing though. Now the things that blew our mind was the melon soup and sticky ribs. Chef’s kiss! Truly perfect dishes. Layered, complex, balanced, unique! The cashew macha salsa on the ribs and the melon soup was full of goodies. Yum yum yum. The dessert was also soooo good! The stone fruit cobbler was really lemon zesty in the best way! Now our biggest surprise here was the atmosphere and service. We thought a lot of touches were missing for a restaurant of this caliber. First, the restaurant is in the weirdest location. If it was two blocks over in the adorable little down town the vibe would have been much better. We were seated on the patio which is facing a big parking lot. 1/10 on vibes. Second, not having paper menus at a place like this is a real pity. It kills the mood immediately. Third, they give you the bill by just placing it on your table. No clip board or card holder. Even low end restaurants have something to clip it to and put your card in. Very weird. Other than the location, these things can be improved. The location and atmosphere is a disappointment but I’d come back for the food no question asked!

My husband and I ventured out for a date night after he had finished radiation and chemotherapy for throat cancer. He still struggles somewhat with eating. Usually he has to drink Alot with his meal. Sometimes up to 6 glasses of tea or water to help him swallow properly. Our waitress was a gem. We explained to her and she brought a carafe of tea to our table for him. But everyone was so friendly and warm at this restaurant from the hostess , waitress and everyone else. We sat on the screened porch which invited you to come sit for a bit. All the plants at the entrance were gorgeous and created the overall atmosphere. And the food was the absolute best. We have not quit talking about our meal. My husband is not a vegetable eater but since his diagnosis and taste buds changing he took a bite of my eggplant parmesan. And then two more bites. This was all his doing without my prodding. He stated he would order this on our next visit. We live in Indiana but I definitely foresee road trips to Paducah quite often now in our future.

Restaurant
Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar is a laid-back American chain that offers a variety of comfort food staples, including burgers and steaks. The restaurant also features a kids' menu and a bar for those looking to unwind with a drink. Customers have praised the great taste of the food, particularly recommending the croissants and perfectly prepared rare steak. While some servers may seem preoccupied or slow, others have been described as friendly and attentive even during busy times.
I recently visited Rafferty's on a Saturday for lunch, and I'm kicking myself for not discovering this gem sooner! As a sports fan, I was thrilled to see over 10 TVs broadcasting college football games from my booth, creating an electric atmosphere. The service was top-notch, starting with the friendly host at the door and continuing with our attentive and knowledgeable waiter. I opted for the Lunch Duo, which offered great value for the price. I chose the 1/2 Club sandwich and white bean and ham soup. While the sandwich was a bit dry, I later discovered it was intended to be paired with their honey mustard sauce (not my cup of tea, but might be a hit with others!). Fortunately, their horseradish cream sauce was a revelation - the best I've ever had! To drink, I enjoyed their Rafferty's LIT, a well-crafted Long Island Iced Tea. My wife's Prime Rib Sandwich was cooked to perfection, served on a delicious, pretzel-sourdough hybrid bread. While I wasn't a fan of the sweet fries, this minor quibble didn't detract from our overall experience. In short, Rafferty's is a must-visit for sports fans and foodies alike. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Okay so Rafferty’s definitely caught my eye from the outside. It’s one of those places that, when you drive by, you kinda want to go in. The building has a cool, welcoming vibe and they’ve got a nice outdoor patio setup too. When I walked in, there was a woman at the host podium, and while she did eventually help me, the initial interaction wasn’t great. She acted like I’d been there before and just knew the drill, which threw me off because it was my first time and I had no clue how things worked. Honestly, nobody likes to be talked down to, and that’s how it felt. Once I said I hadn’t been there before, she gave me a quick explanation and took my order, but the friendliness wasn’t really there from the start—and it should’ve been. I was just getting takeout, so after placing my order, I sat at the bar to wait. The bar itself was cool—horseshoe shaped—and the decor inside was really well done. The bartender was fine, not super friendly but just doing her job. I got a salad to go, and they serve it with a croissant that had something sweet on top—maybe it was supposed to be dessert or a side, but I didn’t care for it. I also tried their house dressing, and honestly, it didn’t have much flavor. The salad had fresh ingredients, which I appreciated, but the grilled chicken wasn’t great. It tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill or something—it had this weird mix of other flavors, and just wasn’t appetizing. Overall, the place looks awesome from the outside and has a fun vibe inside, but the food and service didn’t really match the expectations. I might go back and try something else, but it wasn’t a standout experience.

The catch of the day, mashed potatoes, buttery crosants, was great. But my wife got the catfish filets, and it was in a puddle of grease. We got some paper napkins to assist, but was a no. Service was really good als.

Weekends dinner time they can get busy and could be a wait. They have a lot of TV's, can see one from about any table, various programming on them. Service is pretty good most of the time. Varies sometimes. Friendly. The food is pretty consistent, prepared as ordered and has good taste. Prices comparable to the other steak houses. When prepared correctly the marinated rib eye is very good.

It’s a bit pricey for some, but many find the flavors worth it. Popular choices include Cajun mac and cheese, firecracker shrimp, and surf and turf

Their food is way overpriced for the quality they offer. They're were unable to cook a steak properly. After 3 tries, they still couldn't get it right. We ordered it medium rare, and it was overcooked twice, and then the last time it was undercooked. Nothing else impressed us either. We will definitely never eat there again. I will say the service was excellent, even though they didn't agree with the steaks doneness.
Adam S — Google review
All things considered I was very pleased. First of all they were open on a Monday when few other places are, the atmosphere is nice and comfortable, a little upscale but casual enough I was not thrown out for my shorts and T-shirt. Excellent selection of bourbon, rye, & scotch. The food was the stand-out star here. Fresh made pasta, and protein cooked perfectly. Flavors were big and bold... seasonings were present but not overwhelming. I initially thought that the price on the steaks was high, but after eating my chicken and my father's shrimp I can't wait to come back and try one of their steak options . My one and only complaint was the botched old fashioned. Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a lovely bourbon and makes a delicious Old-fashioned. Fruit should not be muddled to death in the bottom.... Simple, Bitters, bourbon, garnish. For the price of this cocktail it should be made properly

I called and made a reservation for our 21 year anniversary. Told the lady on the phone we was celebrating 21 years. We arrived & was promptly seated , the couple close to us was celebrating their anniversary as well and was brought something for their anniversary that compliments of the restaurant. We didn’t get any congratulations nor compliments from the restaurant for celebrating 21 years married as other couples did . Our waiter was the best , couldn’t have asked for a better or most polite person. The food presentation was beautiful, the food itself was horrible, the steak tasted like bacon grease, the lobster was dry and rubbery, our calamari was tasteless & like chewing on a rubber band . This place is beautiful but way overpriced for the taste of the food . We paid 300$ for food , with a 50$ tip for our amazing waiter. Our table was wobbly so every time we moved so did the table . We was so disappointed when we left . I would not recommend nor be back .

Great place to eat. Everything was superb. Also our waitress could not have done a better job- our drinks were always topped off and she boxed the leftovers for us. I had the pork chop and it was delicious. My husband had the steak and he loved it. We will definitely eat there again.

Our server Clay was fantastic and took great care of us! The whole experience was great, from the moment we walked in! The place is quiet and calm and has a cozy yet romantic feel to it! It is pricey but the food is delicious and worth and price! We will def be back!

This place has a TON of potential, the staff was awesome. However, the menu is strange and offers no consistency. There is curry, lamb chops, steak and tuna all making for a jumbled menu. The awkward menu, coupled with extremely expensive items, makes for an average experience.

First off the waiter was absolutely amazing and this wasnt his fault. When u pay 200 for a meal u expect quality. My lobster was burnt and like rubber to chew. The shrimp was rubbery as well. Disappointed.

Food & Drink
Silent Brigade Distillery, established in 2014 by Keith Bundy and John Brown, is renowned for its smooth traditionally crafted bourbon. The distillery's specially designed copper pots contribute to the uniqueness of their hand-crafted bourbon. In addition to their signature bourbon, Silent Brigade Distillery offers a variety of flavored moonshine such as peach, blackberry, pina colada, and apple pie.
I would honestly give 6 stars on service if I could. This place was over the top amazing for a Thursday. They were chill when we went in. So they took the time to give us a detailed explanation of the liquors they make in house. Which ended up giving us a great idea of what we liked and what to order. The service was so personalized, warm and real. Wish I lived in the area so I could visit often. On top of that the darts and pool were a fun addition. Loved the place, staff and vibe. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy some local flavors. Whether you're a connoisseur or just curious, Silent Brigade Distillery offers a memorable visit. Overall a nice experience. Wandered in late afternoon & sat down at the bar, which had less than 6 patrons total, sat there and had to ask for a beverage & about the different bourbons & tasting which we thought would be an immediate offer. Owner she said apparently left to take a nap( who says that?) Once she was engaged it became a pleasant interaction. Guaranteed purchase!

The bartender was super sweet and cute. They have 100 proof distilled moonshine. They are also brewing some bourbon for an upcoming movie they were are all waiting for. All I can say is the stars of the movie will be there in October to introduce it to the public. So make sure you keep looking at this sweet gem!
Dawn C — Google review
Wow!! What a fantastic place! We did the moonshine tasting with the wonderfully friendly and informative manager. He tells you the backstory and ingredients of each flavor before giving you samples. We purchased bottles of all five flavors (examples are blackbery, pina coloada, chocolate coconut). The Apple Pie flavor is insane — easily the best alcoholic drink I’ve ever had. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could!

It was founded by the Paducah Bourbon Society and offers an extensive collection of over 1,600 types of whiskey and bourbon. The bar is known for its fantastic selection of bourbons and well-crafted cocktails, catering to various price ranges. The staff is described as engaging and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere for visitors.
Great experience. Will definitely be back. The staff was amazing, and the bourbon selection was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Service was less than stellar. No "bourbon menu", "bourbon list", etc. You're supposed to look at the 100s of bottles that are 10ft-50ft away and figure it out. When I inquired, I was told that "there's no way that we could ever keep a list, we go through them so fast". I then asked to see a bottle, and was handed a dusty bottle. So, apparently they don't go through them that quickly. This particular bottle was a $27 pour. So, still very confused by this business model. Unfriendly service, dirty bottles, and no menu. And served in a random Glencairn, of a brand I couldn't even tell if they serve or not.

Visiting from out of town and had a great evening sipping a Bourbon cocktail. They have a great space with plenty of chairs and couches to relax. Kacey the bartender was incredibly friendly and made great drinks. Great vibes and killer playlist. 🤙🏼 Would definitely return.
Danielle H — Google review
Stopped in for cocktails. They have absolutely NO food of any kind. My husband ordered a bourbon and coke. They were out of colas of any kind. I ordered an old fashioned, counting the big block of ice my drink was barely an inch and a half and that is being generous, basically a shot of bourbon, a cube of sugar and a slice of an orange peel. A nice atmosphere and the bartender was very pleasant.

Enjoyed a couple cocktails before dinner while in town. I loved the atmosphere and drinks! We shared a charcuterie board which was a good portion for two. Definitely check this place out when in the area.

Fine selection of brown whiskey in a comfortable atmosphere. There are a couple of obvious problems with ordering. There are several bottles with a red twist on the top of the bottle. These can’t be ordered, so why are they on the shelf? Also, with this broad of a selection, why isn’t there a price list?

My wife and I went for a walk and here is where our feet took us! What a great discovery. Two old fashion’s, two samples of their own stock and a local craft beer. We were on our way!!! Bartender was very informed on the product and she was very personable.

Located on Broadway Street in Paducah, The Cork Room is a popular spot known for its delectable shrimp and grits dish, which has been hailed as the Best Bite In Town. While some visitors were disappointed by the lack of sweet wines available, others found the concept of small plate tapas perfect for sharing. The brie grilled cheese was a hit among friends, and the option to order a bottle of wine was appreciated by many.
The Cork Room Downtown Paducah I’ve dined at The Cork Room twice for brunch now…delicious both times! Today we chose the following…😋😋😋 Scotch Egg… arugula, tomato jam, toast $10 (the largest Scotch Egg I’ve ever seen) Chicken and French Toast… sriracha maple syrup, garnished with strawberry and blackberries $13 Crab Cake, small plate… basil aioli, heirloom tomatoes $10 Half Caesar Salad… romaine, croutons, parmesan $10 Coke and Soda Water w/Lime Not only is the food amazing and reasonably priced, but the relaxing atmosphere and super friendly staff are amazing as well. Self-service wine dispensers?!? I’m going back for dinner to try those out.🍷 I just love eating local. ♥️

Wonderful experience with a few areas of improvement needed. Went with a friend when there were only 2 other couples seated. Drinks took a surprisingly long time to get given there were 4 staff behind the bar. The bruschetta was delicious. A bit skimpy on the figs, but great otherwise. The gnocchi were probably the least enjoyable dish because they were very soggy and mushy. Shrimp and grits was outstanding, and the marrow was worth the wait. I'd come back for sure.

Want to give a straight forward review of this place. It’s local and I really hate doing it but it was just bad. 30 mins for old fashions that were almost undrinkable. I still drank mine because I didn’t want to cause problems or waste. Appetizers were awesome (Brussels and crab cake). $50 land flight plate was “marrow” that came with a bone with ZERO marrow, a filet that was flat out RAW, like raw raw, and the other filet was edible but just barely. $135 dinner after comping the burger that my son never got to eat while waiting over an hour for it. Will not return without the absolute star treatment promise from ownership at their expense. My expense was a sort of wrecked Saturday night, wasted time, and substandard food and service. Was NOT busy at all. There was no excuse. We were the first people there. I’m appalled and completely DISAPPOINTED. Maybe go somewhere else if you want consistency care or I don’t know, food?
Josh R — Google review
Everything was so good. From the food to the service. The elk was so tender, I didn't have to put any effort into cutting and it melted in the mouth and my mashed potatoes were so smooth. My friends' shrimp and grits were also good and packed with flavor. Our drinks were amazing. I will definitely be back. The place is small but I think it is worth it

Even with two parties already there, the staff never made us feel like we were a burden or that they couldn’t handle us in the cozy space. They asked if we were okay sitting at the bar (we were), and they were upfront that there might be a wait since everything is made from scratch. Honestly, that kind of communication and care made us feel really appreciated right off the bat. We got mimosas, which were spot on, and I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which were absolute perfection. The biscuits were thick, fluffy, buttery, and flaky, with just the right bit of doughiness. All the bartenders are engaging, talented, and treat their job as a specialty trade and not just mixing drinks, pairing mixers and different alcohols in a way that is very unique. Nov, 15th 2024. Paducah to St.Louis, 8:10 a.m. departure. Driver got out and kicked out a bunch of sunflower seed shells. Looked like there was spit below the driver's seat, also. Why does Greyhound hire these nasty disrespectful people?

Bus was due to arrive on time at 7:35am. We were there at 7:15 and they never arrived. They stated on the app that they departed at 7:26am, which is false because we were sitting there at that time. We called customer service, which is the rudest people ever. Kept calling us Miss. Customer and never used our name- even though it was provided several times. Would not refund the ticket- but did allow us to reschedule for the following day. Will NEVER use Greyhound again.

Worse way to travel. Craziness everywhere. Dirty busses and bathrooms. Employees meaning every one... Seems like they've been given an 8 hour course of how customer service does not matter in this place of business... Late and cancelled trips I'm the middle of them. No tags for baggage. My luggage was left off bus at a pick up spot for other riders out in the country and my bag gets left out with no regard for checking and doing your job. No meal vouchers for late arrivals or departures... You're company sucks and is so very lucky to still operate only because people need the service...Want me to go on?? Thank you. Pedro Encinas

Small station that is limited and simple convenient. During the day it is open for greyhound customers waiting for the bud. After 4 or 5 pm is when any customers waiting for the bus will have to wait out side. They have snacks and soda machines inside to use during the day. After that if you need to get a snack and a drink then you will have to go to Walmart and and stores when they are close. There are restaurants and fast foods to eat and to use the restroom.

Took the bus thru here in 2014 as a truck driver returning home from the west coast. I went across the street to get a lil caesers pizza as the bus was due to depart. The driver stated " leave all your stuff folks the bus is just going around back for refuel & to be swept out". So I ate a slice of pizza. Left box on seat. The bus came right back with the pizza missing. I HIGHLY doubt they threw out a SCALDING hot pizza as trash! 2014 was the last yr I rode greyhound. I feel they stole often, probably lil caesars cause it was directly across the street from the station. They (greyhound staff/mgmt 1st transit) wont be missed by me! Heard of another lady working for a struggling company got sent out to California to do a sales presentation. All they could afford was greyhound & greyhound staff put like (6) suitcases on the wrong bus and/or they was stolen. From what I was told the driver forced her to get on the bus & lied when they didnt have space. Probably left her luggage (in a crowded area) & due to it being heavy + expensive who knows who stole it. Her ID and everything was gone. She had to get wired $$ & return in dirty clothes. The person that told me about it said that totally ruined the company that lady was working for & she lost her job. & they probably went out of business!
Will C — Google review
Agent was polite and answered my questions. Very lightly staffed. they do clothes during the day after their 12:15 Nashville bus. so if you're expecting a bus after that you'll have to wait outside come rain or shine. Not very much to eat in walking distance. Located in quiet industrialized neighborhood. The outside parking lot was swept and free of litter. The inside was clean, bathrooms excetera. Best driver was on time and we left on time. Vending machine containing normal sweet like candy chocolate bars, peanuts, honey buns yes. The snack machine accept all forms of payments including Google pay and Apple pay. The drink machine holds 20 oz drinks, they are kept very cold. The machine accepts credit cards and cash. Pay no attention 2 anyone that says your bus will be late. Make sure you leave your house on time and get there prepared to take your normal group out.

Been coming here for a couple years when I was in town. The space is super cute and they have some great cocktails. However, when they have a band, apparently the new owners crank it up way too loud for this space. It makes it hard to socialize and honestly the bands sound like crap. Suggest an audio engineer help them get it right do their space and it could be Paducah a 5 star bar.

Great food and great service! It's a little bar and there was only one bartender/waiter there on a Tuesday night. There were about 20-30 people, which was busy for a regular Tuesday but there was a Puzzled Pint event going on which brought a few more people than usual. The bartender was very attentive to everyone in the room. He kept everyone watered, fed and served throughout the night. I was very impressed! I guess Night Moves is more of a dive bar just because it's so small and doesn't have a lot of food options. But the food is actually really good! They mostly have hamburgers and pizza, but we have eaten here a few times and are always pleasantly surprised with how good the food is. The owner, Janice, is very nice and accommodating. She seems very down to earth and pleasant to talk to. The one problem with the bar seems to be that they don't have a craft beer on tap. If they could get just one rotating one, I might give it 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

I read a lot of reviews of this place prior to visiting and there were a number of negative reviews, so I'd like to both address them and share my experience here. My wife and I stopped here during a visit to Paducah (despite some concerns after reading reviews). Overall, we had a great time. Let me comment on some of the critiques. The owner wants someone to escort you into the humidor. We did see this in some reviews and asked a staff member to let us into the humidior, and had no issues. It's not typical in my experience, but it wasn't an issue and we had no problems. I read that people were asked to leave "members only" areas. I can see where this could be a problem as members only areas aren't clearly identified, but we asked before we sat down and had no issues. My only comment to the owner would be to better identify members only areas. I also read that some non regulars felt watched and I did not experience this at all. Bar staff was attentive and friendly. The younger guy that was escorting people into the humidor was actually very friendly. He made two good recommendations and when my second cigar wasn't drawing, he didn't hesitate to grab me a replacement. I read a review that also referenced erratic whiskey pricing. Overall, I'd say that pricing was very good based on my experiences outside of Paducah. Buffalo Trace products were a little high, but that's normal. Most of what I drank was below the price point i would expect. Lastly, there was a band on the night we visited and no cover charge. And they were good. Overall, an enjoyable visit and a fun night!

Great service and great moxologists here. Very large humidor with cigars from all over the world. Great selection of top notch booze and Great people all around. They make a great Old fashioned and an even better long Island.

Amazing place with great customer service. Ask for Channing to make you an amazing old fashion for the guys or an old fashionista for the ladies. Great cigar selection that you can smoke on location or take home. One of the best places to visit with your bros or a date night.

Nestled on the East end of town along Clarks' River Road, Driftwood Lounge is a beloved local bar and grill that serves up hearty homestyle comfort food. With a menu featuring grilled chicken, pork, salmon, ribeye steaks, ribs, sausage, and ham steaks paired with delightful sides like red beans & rice and mac and cheese—it's reminiscent of grandma's kitchen. Guests rave about the seafood gumbo bursting with flavors and sandwiches that hit the spot.
One of my favorite watering holes In Paducah, Kentucky. Great food, great pool tables and a beautiful outdoor garden patio.

Emyli did a great job, outlining the food availability here at the bar. We chose a seafood gumbo, which was excellent having all sorts of seafood. The wife had a sandwich which was equal to its task. All in all the food was excellent here quite a surprise for a small bar.

Came in after work on a Thursday day around 2:45pm for a beer and food. Was refused service due to " not being able to see the hologram on my ID" NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE. I am 26 years old. Was just here Tuesday night. Im from Tennessee and I am a veteran. I have fought for my country... This is the thanks I get. Wow.

Not the normally bar food. All food made to order and not just freezer to fryer. Takes pride in all food and different specials weekly. Sunday lunch specials are always great. Serving are large.
RON S — Google review
We drive in from Lexington quite frequently and this is our new favorite place for dinner in Paducah. I love the classic rock playing. Staff is friendly and the Ribeye is delicious and very affordable! They also have a cute patio.

Haven't been to this place in a couple years, went solo. Heard they had steak. Can't beat a steak, salad and bourbon for this price! Much better than the chain restuarants.

Pretty cool joint. Don't really care for the lights being on full blast but over all, cool place to hang out.

It's great place. Prices are a little high. The people are country fun to be with

Burrito After Dark - B.A.D. Paducah is a popular spot with great food and service. The owner is attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The steak in the quesadilla was delicious, and the Baja chicken taco salad with slaw and sweet heat is highly recommended. The entrees come with addictive homemade chips and salsa on the side, while the handmade margaritas are exceptional. The restaurant has a great vibe and is kept clean.
Come here for a good time! Great food, drinks (the Tower!), and great vibes. Indoors vs outdoors you can’t go wrong, the service was great, and you can bring the dog to the outside area! Y’all have to check it out. Thanks to the manager, waitress , and the cook for a fun time on a random Tuesday night

First time coming, walked right in, people in front of me walked out and said the "menu is too complicated". I couldn't understand that. I personally thought very simple to the point. I see this type of menu in big city regions. I ordered "to go" southwest chicken tacos. Speed of getting my order was great. Got to work, chips (that went with the salsa on the side) are stale tasting with a bad greasy shine to them. Attached are 3 pictures. I ate 2 chips, passed up eating the rest. The 3 tacos (street taco small size) were ok, not bad but needs some improvement on flavor. I know this is new place and improvements could and will be made. Love seeing a band setting up. Paducah needs a variety of venues with music, with an outdoor seating area, and in a decent area. I will try this place again maybe in a couple months.

Great service, food is good. There are several options and varieties, our server gave us the run down quickly and all our food came out quickly. Ingredients were quality...cabbage not lettuce was an unexpected but appreciated change.

Really nice place with cool vibe, great owner and friendly staff! The food was amazing-I had deep fried burrito with chicken and had a side of cheese dip to go with my salsa and chips and everything was delicious! Big portions too! There’s an extra room full of pool tables as well, I’ll definitely be back!

I liked everything about this place. The seasoning is a little spicy for me, but I can't handle black pepper either so there's that. The owner stopped by our table and asked how we like everything. I had chosen southwestern, he brought me a different sauce to try, but it was too much for me too. He quickly got me some water when I needed more. I am impressed with how kind and accommodating he was. The steak I had in my quesadilla was delicious. I will go back and go sauceless with extra salsa (it was mild enough).

So I went to try this out on day number 2 of being open. You walk in and order in the back, pay, then you get your own drinks. The staff was nice at the register and one of the staff was helpful with menu options. The food was brought out pretty quick. (they weren't very busy). I ordered a steak burrito with their Baja option. The flavor was really good with pineapple salsa, queso and slaw. The burrito was a nice hefty size but I wasn't super happy with the steak. It was diced up very small and was a bit dry and chewy. I also ordered rice and beans on the side. I really liked the rice. Had a very good flavor. The beans were seasoned good and they had a little kick to them. It was refreshing to get actual beans instead of run of the mill refried beans. My burrito also came with a side of chips and salsa. I really liked the salsa, it tasted very fresh. I wish the salsa cup was a bit bigger. Didn't have enough even with a small side of chips. I wanted to get dessert but I didn't feel like it was worth waiting in line again. The bartender walked by once but after my food was delivered no one specifically checked on me to see if I needed anything or wanted dessert. Guests should have the option of ordering additional items at the table without having to get up and get in line again and potentially abandoning an open table. Overall, everything was tasty, except for the steak.

Stopped here for lunch after trying to find GF options. The BBQ chicken nachos, chicken burrito and maxed out nachos were amazing! Will go again when in Paducah!

The bartender poured me a drink& I asked her what there pour was for a mixed drink, she said an ounce & a half. I’m a bartender & counted while she poured & it was a quick 3 count. There’s no way I even got a full ounce… I love the food but love to drink too, & if she’s ever bartending when I walk back in, I would turn away & leave. I was going to order food but after her looking at me like I was crazy after asking her about the pour I closed out didn’t finish my cranberry juice & didn’t order food. I really like this place too! Great food just bad bartender…
