Absolutely horrible. We orderd hamburgers the cheese advertized as cheddar was some American cheese Sauce which had nothing to do with cheddar at all. The Salad on them appeared to be at least a couple of days old. The Restaurant itself is quite well located but thats the only good thing i could say about it.

Over half an hour since we ordered and still no sign of the large beer and large wine we ordered…. Appalling… despite numerous conversations with the waitress. Do not bother coming here…..and when we did finally get it after going into the bar, the rude bar man slammed the glass down…. RUDE!

The place is nice: this cool neo industrial style by the river is very attractive. However the food was nothing special and quite expensive: 26€ for a Menu of the Day a beer and water. The menu comprised starter (beef samosa), main course (pasta salad with Emmental cheese and a couple of Parma ham slices on top) and a dessert (warm apricot with vanilla ice cream)...bit random really. Staff was nice though.

Nice location with a pleasant view of the seine. The person who waited our table was warm and friendly from start to finish and showed great patience whilst I muddled through my French grammar. The restaurant has a modern look and the menu ranges from pizzas, burgers, salads even a version of fish and chips. Our meals arrived quickly and both meals were very tasty and filling! 55€ for two mains, two puddings, a mojito and a 50cl beer. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I'd go again.

Went to Rouen during covid, but this restaurant was amazingly great! We booked for reservation on google but when we arrived, they said they didn't really use google for booking :( we were really disappointed at the first, while borrowing the washroom (which was pretty cool and hippy) the owner came out to tell us that he can arrange a table for us since we traveled from Canada to them. We were really happy for that! We ordered an appetizer--Foie gras, it was so yummy! and two mains as duck leg and steak. Seems like their foie gras burger is really popular as well(we really want to try!!) Guess we just have to come back next time in the future! haha It was an amazing experience here for dinner!

Excellent restaurant. Amongst the best welcome and treatment ever experienced, the owner is all the time around the time chatting with the clients, ready to give best advice and checking that everything is going well. Amazing food, real local cuisine. Placed marked and definitely we will come back here.

Great place to eat! The manager brought out an English menu and even had the chef (Kevin) come to our table to answer any questions about the menu. After a superb dinner and dessert the manager and chef brought out Whiskey which was a perfect way to end the meal!

Highly recommended Great staff, very welcoming and FULL of energy with a very nice humor. They received us warmly and explained us the menu. When the food arrived; it couldn’t have been better. I wanted my stake well-done (which is not common in France) and they brought it to me exactly like what I wanted. This restaurant was by far my best experience in France.

My husband and I went here and had a great dinner. Absolutely wonderful service and food. A few beers on tap, one a local ipa, one a Belgium. I had a hamburger with apple and Camembert and my husband had a baked dish with potatoes, duck, and cheese on top. Highly recommend!

Excelent food, great staff and service. Apparently the owners take the orders at the tables, which visibly makes a difference in the quality of the service. We ordered a plate of cheeses to better enjoy the cozy environment of the restaurant. A must go!

I’ve been looking for a bar to drink cocktails and i saw a lot of bottles of liqueurs so i thought i found one pretty good. But unfortunately they only do liqueurs with soft or just few cocktails(Mojito, Sprits etc). Cant understand why they have so many good bottles even they dont do real cocktails.

A real hidden gem. When I walked in to Le Petit Bar I felt like I had discovered a secret bar. They have a very creative menu and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Phenomenal experience!!!

This bar was simply such a lucky find and it ended up being one of our favourite places we have visited in Rouen!!! We loved the style of the menu but most importantly of course, the cocktails!!! It was simply a taste explosion for the 4 different ones we tried and the prices were completely fair for the amazing quality! Have some little snacks to go along and the barman being an absolutely sweetheart, I would go back to Rouen to just have a drink there again!! Absolutely disgusting „pizza“ and fries. Worst food I‘ve ever eaten. Tasted like paper, which was even burned. Stuff was absolutely unfriendly and threw the pizza to go on the table without saying goodbye. The price was also mindblowing high. Do yourself a favour and find another place to eat.

Had a blast here. Abundance of food for not much money. Fast and very friendly staff. Came here twice and was impressed by the Caesar Salad, the Hardi Burger, the tagliatelle carbonara... And the desserts. Yummmmm

Just had the best and I mean the best mules/ mussels in this restaurant the owner recommended them and he was not wrong staff were very helpful (we don't speak much french) great bottle of Normandy Cider and I also think Dieppe is one of the nicest places in France Very french which I love 10/10 highly recommended

The cactus Cafe, large food portions, outstanding service. One of my coworkers was sick back at our hotel, I asked the server if she could prepare a specific sandwich, and it was not an issue at all. Our server was also very helpful in guiding us to some other amenities in the area and even called for us to ensure we received the services we needed. Beautiful views. Joe

It was a cold and windy morning and we just wanted to get some reffuge before going to the kite festival by the sea, we where the 1st terrace table before lunch time, no one came to greet us, we had to go inside by the bar to order...staff did not look ready to work, a guys with jogging pants (look like pjs and the lady had scruffy, pillow like hair...not very pro look..) we ordered 2 coffees, a mineral water for our toddler, a portion of french fries and some olives..... the water came already poured in a glass so it looked and tasted like just tap water but we had to pay like if it was Pellegrino and the olives where just floating inside a soup of oil.... there are no high chairs for kids.

Really amazing cosy pub restaurant on the port of Dieppe. Not for the OCD as the decor is all wonky but that adds to the charm! Moules frites (mussels and fries) super tasty, especially the Dieppoises ones. We had way too much! Portions are extra large. 1l is enough to share for 2. They also have live music nights from Thursdays to Sundays every week. I wish to come back to listen! Oh and a huge pool room downstairs which you can peek through the floor.

Excellent food which arrived quickly. I had oven roasted Camembert with roasted potatoes which was amazing. My companion had mussels in a neuf chatel sauce which was plentiful and delicious. Coffee here also good. We came here last year and the food was good, and no change this year! Waiters could speak English and were helpful. We will return next year for our annual visit to Dieppe

Visited for some food and a drink. The moules et frites were soooo good. Vibe of the place was really cool and relaxed. Only negative for me was that I ordered a pint of Guinness, and it was served to me in a random St Austell brewery pint glass. This seemed strange as most staff members had Guinness shirts on, and there was a lot of Guinness flags/decorations along the bar. Maybe I've been living in the UK for too long beacuse that's considered a big no no in a bar/pub!

A place where you need to be patient. Why? There's a lot going on here; today is Sunday evening the quayside of the establishment has a jazz trio playing, the bar terrace where I am sitting is not too busy, the waiters are flying between the two, trays balanced with moules et fries and more. I finally got the attention of one of the waiters and ordered a Negroni, which when it came was a robust version of a classic. I choose the suggestion of the day, "Gambas flambés à l'anis et feves sautés". The dish arrived warm, not hot, the gambas were plump and well cooked, the sauce a little too heavy with oil. I tried a Corsican Rose, unremarkable. The establishment is character rather than charm, and lacks finesse, but the buzz makes for an easy time spent here.

We stopped by for a short lunch break. Very welcoming staff - the owner (i guess) swiftly spanned an umbrella when it started drizzling and showed incredible historical knowledge without being intrusive. The young lady also proved helpful and attentive. They have a great "wines by the glass" selection out of a 'selection wall', of which you can choose what you want and how much of it. It gets charged on a card that you submit upon 'checkout'. We also ordered two single boards - cheese & charcuterie, and sea platter. The cheese selection was good. Unfortunately, the meats were quite bland although nicely presented, and the sea board was unsatisfying for the price paid. It would be better to get the meats freshly cut, so there's more flavor, and only offer the oysters, which were great, sadly only two of them. Thanks! We recommend heartily for a wine treat and a bite.

Fantastic! Stumbled upon this on our last night of a holiday. Really chilled decor, friendly welcome and unbelievably good food & wine. Everything we were served was without fault. A charcuterie & cheese platter with Iberico ham as the highlight. I shared a seafood platter with my son, fresh oysters , homemade taramosalsta, smoked salmon and lobster. All fresh and vibrant. Cracking coffee and desserts. Plus the chef knocked up a burger for my young daughter which was not on the menu. It was ridiculously good. Highly recommend this place. Great wine list too, plus a novel way of serving wine.

150 + beers and all are really good ones. From blond to IPA to Dessert beer. It is possible to try 4 different beers free of charge and decide wich one tastes the best. They are pretty good English speakers and now wich beer will suite your best.

Nice place for a diner if you are on route. Also open on Sunday so that saved us from eating at fastfood place when we were traveling from Normandy to the Netherlands on Sunday evening. For the price the food is certainly good.

The food here was really nice. We went for the 3 courses at 13.50 euros each plus a half a litre of local wine for 6.50 euros. However, when the bill came we were charged 25.00 euros each for the meal and 6.50 for dessert! I queried this, there was no argument it was amended to the correct price. On the way out we said au revoir to the waitress and she replied but didn't look around at us The young chef didn't seem very happy with us either. Unfortunately this really spoiled what was a nice experience as we felt that this overcharge was most likely deliberate although we hope to wasn't! It was obvious that we didn't speak French well, although we always try! By all means try the food whereas it was very good but check your bill before paying!

Very nice stop for an easy tasty lunch. Affordable and home cooked food. They even accept dogs, which was a plus for us. They are welcoming and the service was fast.

This bar is opened everyday including sunday and the afternnons, and that only is awesome because you don't get lots of options on certain nights in town. It has all kind of people, punks, hipsters, random regular, students...all ages are represented so you will probably fit. Great to have a coffee on the terrace and enjoy the weather or party hard at night. Prices are alright.

We had drinks at this small bar and used the outdoor seating. Service was friendly and servers spoke both French and English. Well crafted cocktails.

This was a great late night bar and they had this fruit flavored beer called a Leifman Rouge that you have to try. It really is a wonderful sweet surprise. The people are nice and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Also it was right across the street from my hotel so I didn't have to walk far to get there or get back when done for the night.

This was a lovely little brewery bar in Le Havre. The ladies behind the bar were very kind and did their best to understand my school boy french which was far worse than their English. We managed to get by and order a couple of flights and two 25cl beers. The bar itself is really nice, all their own locally produced beers, some were better than others, I would recommend the vanilla stout and I'm not the biggest fan of stouts usually. There were some interesting beers as well, the St Patrick's beer being green, also had my first beetroot beer, which I wasn't expecting to be that, but was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. It was very child friendly and had baby changing facilities which was useful for our 4 month old. They also appeared to be dog friendly. We didn't try the food but the baked goods looked good so I am sure the cooked food would also be good.
