Greta pub with an extensive beer menu and very affordable drinks - glasses of wine for 4 euro and many 500ml beers for 4 euro. Every drink comes with a snack. A large range of food too and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations - the staff even called our taxi for us afterwards as we are on international SIM cards. Recommend this place highly!!

Great choice of craft beer made in Greece. One of the only place we could find serving such a great choice. The salad was nice although a lot of tomato made it slightly unbalanced in taste. The atmosphere is nice as a traditional pub. I would recommend trying if you are around

A must visit place in Kalabaka for food and drinks! Huge variety of beers! We ordered the chicken souvlaki and 2 side dishes which were all very delicious and very generous quantities for a great price! We wanted to try beers we never had before and the owner's recommendations were great! Very nice wooden decoration everywhere in the pub and great rock music gave the place a good ambience! It was quite busy as well for a weekday, which is always nice when there's more people. We will be back for sure!

This is an essential stop if you are a craft beer lover. Their selection is excellent, and the owner is passionate about his craft. We sampled several awesome beers and bought a few to go. Also, there are several decent food choices on the menu, and we were thoroughly pleased with everything.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a bartender who knew you, this is the place. I regret only being able to spend a week here because I’ve never had a bartender make me feel so appreciated before. The food is phenomenal and the location is to die for. Cocktails in Greece are hard to come by, but Palomas and Margaritas were fabulous. They also have 30 beers on tap, a lovely outdoor seating area, and a cozy inside area of that’s what you please. I rarely take the time to rate bars, but this one needed the recognition. I may live half way across the world, but I’ll be back. I miss it already.

This place is perfect for a relaxed dinner and a nice beer. There are a great verity of beers due to the fact that it's a pub, but the food was surprisingly good. The chef really knows what he's doing so don't skip on the food!

In the city with probably the most coffee bars per living person, here you can taste some of the finest coffees and coffee beverages. Based close to the city center and with direct view of the amphitheater I strongly recommend a visit there.

I ordered a spinach salad with beetroot, salted pork, blue cheese, peanuts and beetroot chips. The served me baby spinach with a beetroot sauce after waiting 40’ and when I asked why the waitress told me that she was aware of the blue cheese missing, as she took the salad from the kitchen before the chef was able to add it. When I responded that the cheese wasn’t the only thing missing, she asked me if I was sure??!! Before becoming a Karen, I politely said that I was sure that I ate just spinach and she was so kind for discounting the cost by 2€. So I paid 8€ for spinach with red dressing. Parody.

Management had sent brand new staff member to serve us and the poor girl didn’t have a clue about the menu. There were no sweet snacks. When we were overcharged, they denied it, but eventually gave us a refund. Very poor attitude! Would not go back!

This establishment was across the street from my hotel 🏨 in Volos! I patronized them three times! On the final day, I decided to give their pastries a try! The apple 🍎🍏 pie 🥧, fire baby 🐥, fire 🔥. Their space is super inviting, and they offer a range of products including wine, pastries, dried fruit, smoothies etc...It seems run by a group of young 🌱, soft spoken and thoughtful women. In Volos, habibi! Come! 🔥🌱😊.

Grooove bar is by far the best cocktail bar not only in Volos, but in Greece! Upscale cocktails, in a beautiful environment, combined with quality bites and amazing music. Staff is super friendly and always ready to suggest various drinks and cocktails for all different tastes. They also offer delicious brunch options (avocado toast, fluffy pancakes etc) all day long and carefully picked international dishes (kitchen open till after midnight) like edamame and prosciutto to pair nicely with whatever cocktail or wine one might pick. Vibrant atmosphere and a must-see while in Volos!

Great atmosphere, at the heart of Volos' centre. But that's where the good things about the bar end. The service is slow. If you find yourself here, make sure not to order something special. I ordered a Jameson black barrel and got a plain Jameson instead, even though i was billed for the former.

A small club nestled in an alleyway in Volos. We performed there and great intimate venue. We did not sample the food. It was clean and the bar service was great.

Fun bar at the center of Volos. Was there for an evening of rock, metal and punk. Service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind. Not too crowded on a Friday night, and pretty loud, all in all great for rock music lovers. Different nights may have different music.

An excellent Rock bar. Nice warm place. Tasteful drinks and very wellmade coffee. Monk is open all day long and is situated near the ancient theatre in Larissa. Larisa is a quite mainstream and trendy city when it comes the bars and cafes, Monk is among the places that are really a different color in the palette.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. Aside from the poor room cleanliness, there was an incident where money (around €10) went missing, which made us feel unsafe. Some doors were already damaged upon arrival, yet students were unfairly blamed for the damage. We were also charged an extra fee (around €5) without any prior notice, and the man at the reception often raised his voice and created a tense atmosphere. The rooms had no soundproofing at all, so even normal conversation could lead to complaints. In addition, some doors didn’t lock properly, and it was possible for others to enter rooms using random cards — a serious safety concern. The food was mediocre, and breakfast was particularly poor in quality. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for school trips or travelers seeking safety, comfort, and professionalism.

Excellent stay at the most central and convenient hotel of the city of Trikala. We were heading to Meteora but I found this little gem and thought to give it a try! We ended up staying another two extra nights only to explore the city, try local delicacies and just cycle around - Trikala is the most bike friendly city in Greece! A Christmas visit to the city of Trikala is all the hipe! And Ntinas Hotel found in the middle of the town was perfectly suited for our purposes as it's just a walking distance from restaurants, shops and the "Elf village". Other than finding a parking space in a packed already city center there is nothing negative I could say for our visit. Cosy rooms with heating and a/c, hot water all day long, a clean-clean room, a comfy bed, friendly staff and a nice breakfast in the morning . Was all we needed to get us energised for a mountainous day trip.
