Excellent refreshing drinks, especially after visiting the gardens. Salads are so large I would recommend sharing. Humus amazing. Breads fabulous. Stop and enjoy the excellent staff and great atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Among the many similar restaurants on this street, Fattoush is probably a better choice among what I tried The rice and chicken dish with yoghurt was superb, so was the leafy salad (sorry forgot the names) The Magluba wasn't as good as the chicken version, the hummus was huge but just ok, and the knaffeh was a bit dry but came with ice cream

Unfortunately Arab food we were looking for was not here. Salad was not fresh, veggies were chopped in advance and was sprinkled with deep fried in a very poor quality oil pieces of Arab flat bread. Kebab was served almost cold as the boiled vegetables, which had no taste at all. Hummus is hummus, it was ok, nothing more. Service is friendly but it can’t help when the food is such mediocre.

A nice arabic food in Haifa. We visited with 3 for the weekend. Food was excellent. We sat in the garden and nice place to have dinner and rest. Workers are so polite. Service time is quite logical. Kunafi dessert is really nice that you feel homemade taste with a different flavot

A great spot for dinner with nice outdoor seating and tasty food. I ended up getting the chicken fattoush, and it came with a small bowl of sourcream/yogurt to put on it. The prices aren't bad either, about 70₪ a person. If you are in the German Colony I would 100% recommend stopping by!

Very special and trendy place! One of the most amazing venues in Israel. I've never seen a place that's so well decorated and designed, with every single detail well thought of and touched! Every space has a cute twist and design what makes the place so special. I'll be careful with talking about the service, drinks and food. They just opened 6 weeks ago so will give them a chance to get better. When we came to sit down,no one told us that tonight it was a Saturday night (I don't know if Evey night) it's self service from the bar. So we waited for ten minutes for service until understanding this. The food that we ordered was very good and was freshly made in an open kitchen in the outside terrace. That I needed to go out and get myself. the drink verity is good (beer, whiskey, wine, cocktails, ect) but there's no drink menu (seriously?!?) Just ask the bar tender... That's not cool. What if I want to try something new? To conclude: Great venue, good food and drinks, they need to work on there concept and service. And pay a visit to the toilet, they are very cool! I'll be back to check if they did. Enjoy

Firsts were expansive and small portioned but tastey. Gnocchi was very well made great sauce, Crudo also had awesome delivery and punch but they were both small for a starter and price. We had tried three pasta dishes, I wont bore you but all were sub par, should be the main forte, disappointed.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Service was a bit too pushy on ordering extra drinks/dishes we weren't interested in. Perhaps depends on who's shift is it. Skip the cocktails, they're very light. Focus on the wines. Really recommend this restaurant overall.

Great service (thanks to Batia 💕), nice atmosphere, acustica and background music needs improvement, clean, alcoholic beverages with plenty of choices as well as in food menu, comfortable seats but not enough space in between tables and passages. Inside and outside seats. Disabled and children friendly. Located inside a small mall with elevator, parking and other shops/stores. Nice to walk around. Not for budget. Better make reservations. Recommend for celebrating with family and friends.

It wasn’t our first visit to this restaurant, never been disappointed. Everything from the starters to the main dishes to the desserts was very good. The waitress was very polite and attentive, however we were a bit disappointed by how crowded the place was, almost sitting back to back with a stranger. Anyway, we had a good time and for the great food we are coming back

This is one of the place in Haifa where the Ambience, service, and food was good and even the price was reasonable compared to the places I have been. I appreciate the whole service team. Only thing which was missing is menu and booking not in English. The food was so yummy 😋 I would highly recommend this if you like Italin food with good Ambience and service

Location: Southern Haifa, at the end of Flieman street, inside Kastra mall, second floor. Parking: Kastra area offers many free parking spots, hard to find it fully occupied. Staff: very nice and very friendly. Restaurant: great atmosphere and a great experience to enjoy great Italian food. The place serves variety of delicious Italian meals including amazing pizza, pasta and ravioli. I recommend the ravioli :) The place is super crowded so make sure to reserve a table in advance, otherwise you will need to wait lots of time. Overall, definitely in the top Italian restaurants in Israel, very recommended.

It was so cool. I love the design and decoration around. The place is at the German colony and is really amazing. We ordered some coffees and the bartender was nice. The price is high, but I suppose like the others restaurants. I saw some people eating there and the plates seems so big, delicious, and the desserts... Mouthwatering!

The thing is that when looking at the menu you’d think… ”mmm…too many things, can’t be good” But then the food arrived, superb aubergine carpaccio, delicious bread, great tahini sauce, wonderful tiny sambusak with cheese and zaatar, very good stuffed mushrooms. The coconut caked looked ok, the waiter said, take it! We have….I say “take it!” Was so light and full of taste. Very nice place with friendly service and tasty meal in the heart of the German colony close to the Bahai garden . In the quite a hot spring day we set outside in the shadow of the tree. We had halabi kebab, grilled eggplant with tahini and draft beers. Delicious! Who loves traditional arabic cousin this is the place.

Superb! The menu is huge, lots of really great dishes and all are wonderdul! The area is beautiful and inviting, comfortable sofas and nice service. The prices are a tad high but the food is just worth it. Composed of arabic food as well as italian and sea food, beers, shakes, alcohol, salads..everything you need!

Mediocre. We experienced multiple mistakes by the servers. The floor is terrible; every time someone moves everybody feels it. The salad was repulsive (this is Israel, not the US, you should worn people you are using a sweet dressing instead of a Mediterranean one). I ordered a vegan sandwich, which involved a memory test of all the plant-based ingredients in their kitchen. To go to the the toilet you need to use a shared poop-key. When you open the toilet's door to leave you have no ability to know if you are about to smash the door in someone's face (as I almost did).

Wow you can’t beat the variety of baked goods in this place. We loved the fresh cheese bread. We bought many varieties of pastries both savory and sweet. All were masterpieces. They were very helpful - I can’t speak Hebrew and they were able to help with ordering.

Writing a review because the place is wonderful and other reviews almost stopped me from coming!! Been here a couple years ago and wanted to finally revisit, yet when I searched the place up on google maps, reviews kept complaining about the food, the waiting time and the atmosphere. I am so glad I didnt listen!!!! My partner and I were seated immediately at peak lunch time. If you're looking for a cozy, friendly, and cute place, this is it! Gal's has a very lovely atmosphere with very kind staff. On top of it being a wonderful place, it also has delicious food! Although a bit on the pricier side of things, it is still quite worth it to stop by for a treat.

Perfect pastries! Vanilla cream croissant, plum pie, sweet potato pie, sweet and savory - just tasty! Cozy green back yard to seat and enjoy your meal. Central location, the path that leads to the shop ( from the Main Street) does not look very welcoming but don’t you worry - you’re on the right path. A very friendly and helpful staff.

Very good atmosphere under a huge magnolia tree. Tasty coffee and pastry and good salad and omlet. If you don't like salt skip the cheeses omlet as it is loaded with this salty fetta cheese. Cakes are really good.

The coffee was fine, We ordered the Turkish borekas "מאפה טורקי במילוי גבינה מלוחה ", and in my opinion, it didn't taste good. I also noticed some hair on a pastry on the shelf, but I didn't want to comment on it at the time; I simply chose something else instead. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Cakes are great but One of the first things I was warned by the waitress is that if I sit with my laptop, there is a 1 hour time limit. Too bad for them because I left the place very disappointed.

We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food. when it arrived, we did not receive utensils and had to wait another 10 minutes( just sitting there looking at our food). we rang the bell seven times and, in the end, had to go and get our own coffee. The shakshuka was not good , too much paprika. The halumi salad was cold. Overall, it was an annoying experience.

They check your vaccination passes and with one you can sit inside. There's a hard plastic windows between seatings inside. Breakfast was nice, but more importantly it was nice to experience sitting in a cafe again.

AVOID!!! Unprofessional and rude service!! We came for the coffee and deserts. Coffee is horrible and pricey, deserts are okay. We wanted to order at the counter. We were ignored by the staff for at least 10-15 minutes. When finally ordered we said that we would like to dine in, but the person who was at the counter left. After a few minutes another person appeared we again said that we would like to DINE IN but we were packed for the take out. Okay, no problem. We picked a table and sat. A few waiters passed by but didn’t offer us plates. So we picked ourselves plates and started to eat. In the middle of eating a manager? approached us and said that if we are dining in we should pay a different price! We were shocked, because first of all - at the beginning we said that we would dine in. Second of all - even if the mistake was made it wasn’t our fault but the staff. After she interrupted us eating she stood close to us and kept staring like we steeled something! This is insane! I never felt so uncomfortable in my life! I traveled a lot and never met such a horrible service! I didn’t even finish my croissant and left!!! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK! Not recommended!!!

Nice, cozy local cafe with a nice selection of food. The french toast was good, but the "nest" was way too loaded with cream and was just too much for me. It gets very busy so bear that in mind if you want to give this place a visit, especially on Saturday mornings.

A cozy local coffee shop with surprisingly wide menu. The food looks and tastes great, and there is a lot of stuff to take back home with you. A very pleasant experience. It is a bit crowded at peak hours, you can call in advance to check whether there are tables available.

Great coffee great sandwiches amazing bakery and wonderful atmosphere , the “owner” wasn’t so nice ... it was a hot day and I asked politely if I can move (my self) the table to the shade , and he seemed to find an excuse not to do it . To make long story short , we sat down with my wife’s parents because they were tiered, but not anymore. It was a place that I loved but the “owner” was very rude ! Try to come when he is not there .

Wow! At how bad it is! I don't know if it's considered edible at all! The pistachio is just regular nuts (I hope so) with green coloring!! The price is too expensive for such a bad quality ingredients. If your looking for aged fake baklava, I guess you'll find it here.

Shop with vast choice of sweets. Owner was forthcoming and friendly. Bought a mixed Baklava plate that my family enjoyed very much. Only cash was a problem but also solved quickly (ATM around the corner).

If you're looking to try some authentic Arab sweets like baklava and knafeh, this place offers a large verity of them. The only bad part is thst they are not honest with the prices, the guy helping us was talking Arabic to his partner to decide how much our order should cost.

The sort of English translation of the name of the bakery is "Sweets Aaabd Khaled." Anyhow, this bakery is amazing for all kinds of baklava! The aroma is phenomenal! We purchased some at night and went back for a lot on the next day before our flight back home.

I like this place ever since I was a child and my dad used to take me there. They fo not keep coffee anymore which I think is a shame. Simple local food, cold drinks and beer in bottles are to be found, good even cheap prices. Recommended.

Great local place for burekas - make sure to get a boiled egg, pickles and tomato sauce. The perfect place for a Saturday morning breakfast that can last for the entire day.

Everything feels unclean. All the Burekas are coming out from the oven black at the bottom. Some of the prepared dough, at the edges and at the folds is not baked and can not be eaten. They don't care about the Coronavirus and letting anyone come in, they don't care about masks of customers and staff.

Service is awefully slow. The waiter charged me 3 times by mistake with my credit card. I called them 3 times asking to check. The manager never called me back for a refund. I had to get it via my credit card company. The food is average. Do not recommend.

We visit this Fruit Bar from time to time. My kids especially like to come here. The place is for those who likes delicious dessert. They serve here frozen yogurt, Italian ice cream, fruit juices and other desserts. The frozen yogurt here is the best in Haifa! There are a few tables inside, high and low Outside seating is available, too. There is a take away option, too.

The shakes are great, very good flavor for good price, BUT the service always lets down. They're slow, not coordinated and not paying attention. I come here at least once a week and they always take at least 15-20 minutes to just prepare a shake. I understand sometimes they are training new employees, but this is a constant thing. Whoever is in charge of managing this place needs to improve their worker's productivity

Amazing ice cream with awesome flavors beside the regular ones. Environment friendly by using normal teaspoons instead of disposable ones. Why only 4 stars ? Because the location is inside a mall that is at a standard neighborhood. Its hard to justify driving to this place just for an ice cream. This contradicts the environment friendly advantage of this place. Still - its one if the best independent ice cream in Israel.

Incredible Gelato, took us back to reminiscing on our trip to Rome only now Israeli flavours bringing us back to reality - and a tasty one. Apple a d ginger. Blueberry and tahina with chestnut were the real standout flavours. I think we will make this our regular ice cream fix when we are in Haifa for sure - one other traveler came all the way from Jerusalem too... yum yum!

If you are visiting Haifa, you must step in to this bakery of one of Israel best chefs and try one of his creations (don't count calories). In the photos are special "Hanuka" individual cakes (called Sufganiot, only in December). Parking n the main street could be problematic, but you can try on the small streets around. The best is to come by foot (10m walk from the Carmel center.

We buy here every week, some pastries are too expensive but most are fair and most importantly taste great, parking in the area is not a great pleasure, sometimes takes a long time to find a close spot, people here are very nice and warm, better get early if you are craving for a specific treat as they sometimes run out of the really good ones 🤟🏼

The workers were very nice, and helped me choose the cookies that I eventually bought. They let me try and taste the cookies, so I would choose what I like better, and that was very nice of them (Thinking out of the box 💭).

Bought 3 times products in this bakery only because its close to work.First I bought a cake, second time puff pastry.Both not overwhelming but average quality. The cafe is dark and the looks uninviting.Nobody smiles at the counter. Today I bought a hanuka donut and it was terrible.The taste and texture was of a baked sprayed one and the jam filling was awful sweet and tasteless. Maybe once shani was better but today it looks pale in comparison to other downtown bakeries, especially as thrre is a much better cafe around the corner. I will not come again.

I have had a hard time finding good coffee places in Haifa over my past 1.5 years of living here, but Tibi has been a saving grace. The price is reasonable, there is a great and relaxing outdoor seating area, they bring the yummiest freshly baked goods in the mornings, and most importantly the staff is always so happy and kind. Just this morning I stopped by to grab a coffee before heading off to work and their politeness and smiles made my day start off on such a great note.

The ice cream is absolutely delicious, especially the one made with goat’s milk yogurt. You can add as many toppings as you like. There are also tables in front of the café where you can sit and enjoy it.

Even tho it’s raining and cold, I had to get me some of the yummy ice cream I got the chocolate base with Ferraro Rocher with nuts and it’s so heavenly. This is my first time in Israel and only the 2nd day and everything seems a bit pricey even compared to NYC where I come from. The small size is NIS 18, something I wouldn’t be willing to pay for if I was back home.

The best ever. I ate at Mona’s a few months ago for the first time and was amazed by the taste and hospitality of Mona. I had to come back all the way from Tel Aviv with my wife and girls for more and they all said that this is the best Knafe they have ever had. Looking forward to my next visit to Haifa.
