Knafeh was quite average in my opinion. Syrup was tasteless, ratio of kadayif to cheese was wrong (too little kadayif), and the ice cream wasn’t that special. Well cooked however! The service was not there really - we brought them to table. Wouldn’t visit again.

Always saw the huge queue and never dared to wait, until tonight, when there was no line at all. Well, I guess what they say is true - it's delicious! I still don't think anything is worth such a long wait but, up to you. The Knaffe with ice cream and pistachio is great, and the service is food. The place itself is very small without much space to sit except a few high chairs. Recommend!

I had never had Knafeh before this but wow was i impressed!! Dont be intimated non-Israelis, it might look a little strange but its a 10/10 dessert and this place does it right! Customer service was awesome also and they spoke great English to me so i felt super comfortable. Grab you some Knafeh then head to the beach and youve got yourself a perfect time!

Nice place. Very good Knafeh. And the Turkish ice cream is delicious!! I recommend also to try the baklava with ice cream inside it. Plus the Turkish tea. Usually there's a long waiting line outside because the place is really small, but it's worth the wait. The Knafeh is served hot in personal dish and made instantly. Recommend for sure!

If you like sweets, you have to try Knafeh here. It is said to be one of the best Knafeh in Tel Aviv. Hard for me to say since I don't have a comparison. But it was very delicious yet. You don't usually have ice cream with Knafeh but they serve it here with ice cream, it was delicious. Kind of like Brownie & ice cream or Apfelstrudel & ice cream.

Perfection! The best desert you will eat in Jaffa (heck, even in Tel Aviv). This knafeh really stands out from many others with deep, rich flavors and awesome Turkish pistachio icecream. Plus more grounded pistachio on top to boost the effect. Quite-good baklava comes second though. Be aware how popular the place is, meaning queues during weekends and evenings can be mind blowing. So go there during working week mid-day and have a hustle free delicious experience. I also suggest to skip the (mediocre) black coffee for an excellent tea.

Wow the best Knafeh in Tel Aviv.. perfect taste and all the dishes are lovely. Open late at night will be also an advantage. Open everyday. Good staffs and this is a new place of the old classic famous Yaffa Knafeh but bot crowded as the old one. Spacious and well maintained place. Should try if you visit Jaffa. Kids will love it also everyone :)

This is one of my absolute favorite places to stop in Tel Aviv! It's open until 2am 6 nights a week. The line can be long, but it's so good, so everybody comes for another, but it's well with the wait! Freshest smoothies I've ever had

The best juice, smoothie and acai place in Tel Aviv. Don't waste your time at any others. All of the fruit and veg are fresh and in season (if you go in the fall and you want watermelon, you're out of luck as it's not in season). Almond milk base is an extra 2 shekels and adding peanut butter is an extra 5 shekels. Don't be intimidated by the line, it moves fast and it's worth the short wait!

Lovely place for fruits, justices, shakes and more... can get busy with a long line of people waiting sometimes but in general worth it

Absolutely love this place! The staff are super friendly and the service is amazing. You can really tell they serve with heart — the portions are generous and the ice cream selection is fantastic. So many delicious flavors to choose from, and the prices are very fair. It's a great spot to sit and relax, both inside and outside. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality ice cream and good vibes!

Best ice-cream I have ever had!!! What a lucky find! Your mouth will start watering when you enter. They have so many delicious flavours to choose from! I love the Salted Cashew!! We even went back the next day to try it again. The staff are also super friendly and helped with loads of tastings! 😁

Ice cream is amazing to be honest! Pretty much the same store and flavors as Golda (though a bit more expensive). The nougat type flavors (white & dark chocolate with pistachio, as well as their banana and date flavor were awesome. Service is rather impersonal - try to have a look at that. Give it a go!

I had to try Anita in tel Aviv being from NYC, the taste was the same. I appreciated creamy flavors more than the fruity ones.

This is a great vegan restaurant with relaxed atmosphere and unpretentious service. It has a small dining room, an enclosed patio and an outdoors one. There are 5 stairs leading to the front door. Service was very accommodating. We requested a table by the window (that was not available when we arrived) and were moved once o e became available. The various dishes were of high quality, tasted great and were visually attractive. No customer was hurried to leave after their meal even when they were busy. A very satisfying and enjoyable meal. They also have shelving with various foods for takeout (see photos).

On a short visit to Israel, my daughter and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Anastasia. Food was excellent, service was very friendly and prices were comparable to most other vegan restaurants we visited during this trip. They were very busy at 10pm and we had to wait a while for a table, reservations are advised. Highly recommended.

So far, my favourite vegan restaurant. It’s located in a main area. The menu is completely vegan and also offers gluten free options. They have quite a large variety of delicious food. The soba salad is especially good. The dishes are a bit overpriced, but not exceptional compared to other restaurants in Tel Aviv.

Amazing food, vegan done right, fresh ingredients cooked perfectly, with just the right balance of flavors. They have a vegan cheese plate that's just perfect. And a vegan cheese cake that is simply one of the best cheese cakes I've ever eaten, vegan or not... So I highly recommend this place, also the waters are lovely, and were very helpful with suggestions on what to pick. 🧀 🍰

One of my favorite cafes in Tel Aviv. Breakfast is one of the best too find in town and so consistent. One of the best coffees that can be found. Desserts are a hit or miss but the food is excellent!

The most expensive sandwich, the Bacon Egg and Cheese. It’s a fine sandwich, but for almost $20 (Basically 3 times the price of the USA) the biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced. The bagel is good. Little bit of cheese and the bit there is is pre melted and crispy. With only 2 pieces of soggy bacon and a fried egg. Genuinely trying to figure out why it costs this much. I would recommend get something else or just make it at home. I would be more willing to just quietly pay if it looked more like the photo lol.

What a great place in the heart of Tel-Aviv!! You can sit outside and do some people watching, or inside to escape the heat, or in the back patio if you want to smoke after your meal. Great and friendly staff, that was quick and not pushy. The bagels looked so good, so I had to try it and ordered a roast beef bagel. Slices of beef, slaw and a spicy mustard, on a bagel. Great sandwich! Could use some more beef, but the flavor combo, which is not new, was done correctly and it was delicious. Also had a Nola breakfast. Two eggs, salad, hash browns, cream cheese, avocado, and a bagel. The portion was generous and everything was good. Except for the hash brown. It was probably made in a large batch and than they cut and reheat the portion on a griddle. At least that's how it tastes. It was too dense and didn't have those classic pointy potato ends that crisp up when you fry it. I also got a Nola cocktail, with OJ, whiskey and honey. It was pretty good. Definitely a nice change from the classic mimosa or bloody Mary for breakfast. All in all, I would definitely come back here for brunch, or lunch, or anytime of the day.

We really liked the atmosphere. The waiters are very friendly, fast and professional. The food is extremely good, and you should definitely have a look at their patisserie before you blindly order something. .. For us this place was a wonderful start into the day.

When I think about a good breakfast in Tel Aviv, Nola is always the first option! The quality of the food is amazing, everything is always fresh, their coffee is super delicious and desserts are definitely a must try! Truly well done American style breakfast. I really enjoyed the biscuits! The bacon is actually well cooked and crispy. My wife had the hashbrowns which were also tasty but not exactly what I would expect. The desserts are the real reason to come to NOLA. We had the mud pie which was absolutely amazing.

Edit 2022 - stopped by once again for some pastries. I’m in love. All in all a very nice place, great get ice and tasty food - been here a few times mainly for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Try the scones they are lovely!!

I came here early morning for the first time and it was great surprise. high quality bakery with many fantastic options.. cookies, cakes, pastries and sandwiches. I’ve been a regular here, but after my last visit I won’t be coming back. On a busy Friday morning I ordered a sandwich and a cold coffee (42₪). When my 2-year-old saw my coffee, she asked for a bit of milk. The staff gave me mixed answers - first I was told I needed to line up again to order, after lining up I was told that it wasn’t necessary, and finally the manager stepped in and charged 7₪ for a splash of milk. The rigid attitude and lack of basic customer care over something so small left a really bad impression. Unfortunately, that was my last time here 😔

Near kikar hamidina is Bakery. I think it is a little pretentious , they have a range of cakes and pastries at the usual Tel-Aviv prices. I ordered coffee and a small pastry that cost nis 24. There is a sitting area where you can sit and enjoy your meal or pastry.

Overall had a great time here. We sat at the bar so they gave us free shots which was fun. We paid 220 per person for 3 drinks, 3 starters, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. The food was great though I wouldn’t recommend the acorn starter is was kind of plain. The fried cheese was amazing!

We went for a family dinner over Friday 4 ppl, we took the set menu for ₪200 per person and it was sooo vfm! The food was great and delicious, we had so many options and a big selection for everyone. The staff were very friendly and kind.

This was my last meal in Tel Aviv. We were a party of 9 without a reservation, but we waited and they accommodated. Oh my goodness! Night Kitchen was a unique experience, the food was spectacular. The staff were super patient with all of us in explaining how they operate, it took some time for our group to understand how the menu work. Basically, they ask questions about our likes and dislikes and bring us continious yummy food. My goodness we all left satisfied and amazed. In addition, the table next to us were buying shots for us to celebrate a birthday. Night Kitchen is MUST if you are in Tel Aviv! I am sure you will enjoy.

Fantastic vibe! We went to the backyard tables, the service was one of the best in the country, so joyful and professional! I can say that the concept is super interesting and you can see the beautiful creativity from the chef in every dish! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely 5 stars. Service is cute, cocktails are superb (Arak & thyme —> don’t miss it). Food is delicious. Be careful not to order too much. I’d say around 5 things for 2 people is sufficient. The happy hours - from 6-7 Pm - is a great option. We left full and spend ~40eur per person.

Probably the best food I have ever had. The food is simply amazing. We took three starters, two main dishes, and one dessert + lollipops. They were all very very good. The service was friendly and relaxed, and atmosphere is great. The music could be less loud, otherwise it's almost perfect.

As the vegan restaurant goes, cheese for the Greek salad was replaced and changed the texture, not as expected, but seasoning was good. Steak was surprisingly good considering it was 3d printed. Enjoyed the cashew labane a lot!

Amazing gem in the midst of Neve Tsedek. Quiet, pedestrian, secluded and peaceful. The food is vegan, fresh, special, colorful and sooooo tasty. The waitresses and the hostess were so friendly. And the price very affordable. We highly recommend it.

I’ve had incredible vegan food before, so I have high expectations and this place didn’t meet them. It was decent, but I’m not running to go back. The best part is the atmosphere on the patio outside, if you like plants. The service was the worst of all. After not being greeted and waiting to be seated for several minutes, I finally asked someone for assistance. After sitting down, I was ignored for 10 minutes. Several waitresses passed by me; none of them offered to bring me a menu or water. At some point, I went inside to get someone’s attention, and one of the waitresses literally skirted into the kitchen after making eye contact with me—really weird! The food did arrive at my table quickly, however. It baffles me that a bowl of tahini spread would not come with bread—they make you buy it separately. This is Israel, a.k.a., the Middle East, where a meal is not complete without bread.

We had such a wonderful time!! The food was amazing and the staff was so nice. Totally recommend going there! The food options were very unique as well. The texture of the cheese in the greek salad was fantastic, the foccacia warm and fresh, the labneh had a tangy taste to it, the sauce of the gnocchi was creamy and comforting. Would go there again for sure😍

For non-vegans, this food was excellent!! Loved the risotto and the “steak” chunk. Delicious mashed potatoes too. Also loved the cocktails! Friendly and helpful waitstaff. Highly recommend!

Food was not that amazing. We ordered 4 appetizers, two of them were way too salty for my taste (tofu and mushrooms). Service was great at the beginning but it started to go down the hill until the end. We had a table very close to another table at the point that was hard for me to stand up because behind me was another person at the neighbor table. Deserts were ok, matcha ice cream had no flavor. Our waitress disappeared at some point so I had to ask someone else to get our bill. When we got our bill we were asked if we would like a complimentary drink at which we said yes for whiskey…and guess what?! It never came. When we left, the same lady said goodbye to us. So unfortunately not a great experience!

Its not too hearty and cheap but it has nice ring to it, interesting menu, definitely a vegans hot spot. Meals are not big but still you leave rather well eaten. Flavors are good. Service is maybe one step behind to what it could be but it doesn’t take away from the experience.

Not my personal cup of tea desserts-wise, however the malabi itself was quite good! Tried the normal version topped with rose water, strawberry syrup, crushed nuts and grinded coconut. Very good service, chill yard, nice to try as a one-off!

Great place to rest after a visit to the market. Have a seat, have a good coffee, enjoy the experience and the atmosphere. The Malabi is super fresh with a new twist on the popular dish.

Super cute place to rest from a trip in the area, that have beer, soft drink, coffee and same cakes and cookies but he specializes in malabi (there is milky or naturalistic (I eat the milky and it was excellent. There are backgammon boards to play on.

If you eat ice cream there, don't expect homemade ice cream. Despite this, the "industrial" ice creams aren't bad. Of the ice cream options in Tel Aviv, you can eat well, and they also have good service. There are relatively few flavors to choose from.

Let’s start with the price.. 81 NIS!? For what.. for a barely so called ice cream. Plus the service is absolutely horrible and rude.

Now I know why so many people like it. Pistashio was salty but great. Mango was devine. The tosted almonds were perfect. Only advice is not to process the pecans to a powder. Small bits will give much better flavour. Service and presantation were simply perfect. Nice and clean inside and out. Has a bathroom too. I will be back to try other flavours. Thank you.

Amazing ice cream, I think it is better than Buza or Otello. The cheesecake literally tasted like cream cheese, while the salted cashew beside the great flavour had multiple cashew chunks. You can ask for half portions, which means you can taste 2 flavours in a small cup which is still pretty sizable. The smallest cup costs 20 NIS, and the service is super kind. They have multiple locations make sure to check them out when you are in Tel-Aviv ;)

Ice cream is too sweet and industrial-style. The flavors are far from what ice cream at this price should be. The place is pleasant, and the service is good.

I didn’t even buy anything when I was here. I walked in to take a look at this place and found myself hearing about the history of the place and their relationship with the Golda ice cream chain from one of the workers there. He was glad to be telling me their story and I witnessed what a good place to work this must be if the workers have such a connection to the place. When we informed them we were not intending to get any ice cream, they gave each of us a very generous spoon of a flavor of our choice and kindly said they hoped to see us again. I’ve had their ice cream before, it’s wonderful, as is their staff apparently.

Tasty ice cream, good selection of flavors, set in historic Templar building. Communication was a little difficult in English and service is a bit hectic, but overall great experience.

Ice-cream paradise. Removed one star as simple coffee with soy milk turned out burned. Just burned... If you have a coffee machine in place, try to teach your stuff to use it properly!

Amazing design, atmosphere, service and food. Cocktails were also very special and delicate taste. The place is elegant and pleasant to sit expecially on the bar and I really love the bottle decorations as background. The tataki tuna we ordered was small but super tasty.

Such a great Vietnamese restaurant 🤩 The dishes are very tasty and unique in flavours and most importantly - very fresh! Great atmosphere, perfect for couples or small groups, not too noisy, so it's possible to communicate.. The service on the bar was excellent and we really enjoyed our visit!

Vong is a wonderful and special place with great service and awesome food! We had a Vietnamese Beach dish and it was above all our expectations! We love Asian food and consider ourselves quite the experts in this field, and we were most pleasantly surprised by rich yet delicate, complex yet refined taste of this dish. Then we had a perfectly brewed cup of coffee with mango mousse served with white chocolate and passionflower syrup on coconut meringue base and it was also delightful and very refreshing. We strongly recommend this place to everyone who loves and understands Asian cuisine! UPDATE! We went there again and wasn't disappointed! The food was delicious (this time we had two hottest noodle dishes, and they were totally different but superb in taste), the desserts were made in Heaven, really, we don't remember tasting something as delicate, balanced and rich as these desserts. We were especially delighted by their professional, fast, considerate and extremely friendly service. Good service is rather hard to find here in Israel, but in Vong it was exceptionally grand! Now Vong is one of our favorite restaurants and we heartily recommend this place to everyone!

Good food, tasty, portion size are good though not big for sharing, some dishes says vegi and come with either tofu or chicken, selection of dessert , service was pleasant and helpful, and made a replacement with no hassle. New year - new review. Today we are going to review the restaurant: "VONG". food: nice. The lemon in our noodles was inappropriate and the cucumber 🥒 was: 1. Great (fresh, refreshing, sweet, sour, not bitter, delicious); 2. Not great (warm, disgusting). However, food: nice. Atmosphere: we ordered. Service: quick and friendly servant delivery servant. Tastes: asian but not so much asian. In conclusion: wong.

Good breakfast place on a Saturday morning. They have some very nice dishes that are worth waiting for. The problem is the wait. They don't take reservations like any normal restaurant, which means that you have to wait around a very long time sometimes. This does not benefit the customer or the establishment. Cozy place, we came here for a breakfast. We sat in the court outside. You can also sit inside, where the place is well cooled. We had a spinach benedict esspresso and chocolate croassant. You will get also butter and bread to eggs. All was very tasty. Waitress was very kind. We are only 1 week here, but hope we will come again.

Food was amazing! Five stars. Pancakes were the best I've had. Fluffy but with a cake-like texture. Portions are huge. So much to choose from on the menu and everything tasted great. Service and servers were fine and did their jobs quickly, personably and efficiently. Top favorites: Corn ribs, Caesar salad, any pancake order, rosti. Love how they package take out pancakes.

We wanted to get some dessert in the evening. And what we got? Awesome pancakes and great espresso. The service was cool. And dear Mrs. Waitress: you were true, the pancakes went directly to the hips. Anyway: it was worth every bite. What you can see is a banana pancake.

It is sad to see this place loose its dignity. I gave it a try this morning with the hopes that it would feel different but the dishonesty was prevalent. Place is located next to the Clock Tower. Tourists are everywhere so the price is quite high. Pastries are mostly fresh, but not everything tastes super good. Close to the beach, promenade and old city all around you. Open even late in the evening.

Not good - I went here after reading a few blogs that recommended it but I should have checked the reviews first. I got a pistachio croissant because it looked pretty but unfortunately the flavor didn’t match the appearance. The bread was stale and the pistachio cream didn’t have any flavor. :(

Holy mother of Bakery! A friend who used to go here with his parents as a little child guided me here for a big girl bakery experience. I was here at 7 am (they seem to be open 24 hours) and had it all to myself. The guys were grumpy and I would be too if I had the late shift but the food was incredible. My mouth is watering and I wish I wasn't miles away!

A Jaffa institution. Full of a huge selection of pastries and treats that are baked fresh in their brick ovens. I love their sambousaks and their donuts but in my opinion, they have the best toasts in the city!

We took a lot of the dishes most of them were really good and innovative the service was excellent and there is a wide variety of wine. It's an upscale restaurant and the prices reflect that also. Would definitely recommend if interested in good Israeli cuisine

Great food,for Friday night need to order table. The place look Very nice and beautiful. The dishes very Expensive but tasty. They have gluten free dishes. Some dishes very small, ask the waiters about it. The service very good. Bottom line if you want nice place, good food and don't care how much it cost.

Visited the restaurant upstairs. Great building and really nice atmosphere. The food was amazing! We ended up eating a meal of starters, since they sounded delicious and diverse, which ended up being a good decision. Also, the starters cost like mains anywhere else - another thing to consider. The Kuki San Jacque were heavenly, and so was the shrimp bun (more of a grilled cheese). The duck liver - delicious. Cocktails were really good too. Dessert wise - I would recommend the chocolate nemesis. We found the cheesecake pretty blend, and the semifredo a bit too ambitious. 4 starters, 4 glasses of cocktails, 2 mains + tip - around 330 shekel per person.

It pains me to say, but this experience left much to be desired. The lack of seasoning, flavor and personable service...made this dining out a bit lack luster. Let's start with the good, i was seated quickly and my first course was amazing! I was a little concerned when they didn't have tuna and instead served me palamida (bonitos) fish. But it was well seasoned and buttery, a true delight and I though a sign of what was to come... But alas, not so. My next course the scallops... While Cooked perfectly, lacked seasoning as well as it's sides. The next dish, the shrimp showed promise but again lacked seasoning. I enjoyed the middle east flavor but it was in serious need of Salt! Lol i did like the raisins...not sure if they were fermented or what, they were a nice sour surprise to the dish. Now on to the service. The food came out fast, but i was the only person at the bar and the bartender didn't initiate any convo...i was a little disappointed. Sometimes it's nice to have a little banter in between courses! I didn't even stay for dessert! Which says a lot! Lol. Overall a 3.7 is what I'd rate. Maybe you'll have better luck!

Altho there was no parking alongside the restaurant , i parked 2 min away , I came to a wonderful place . A classy restaurant , the atmosphere is great . very good care by the staff , always got attention by the waiters . wide veriety of wine About the food , A Middle Eastern restaurant , touch of Turkish - Persian . All the dishes came fast , anfter the starters came the main and was warm . Beautifully plated with a unique taste It is a chef's restaurant , you wont expect less. Every dish was tasty , every dish has its own personality . I do recommend this restaurant and give it 5 stars. A must try !

One of the best meals I had in a while. The service was wonderful. The cocktails were very tasty and went great with the food. And now the food...there were 4 of us so we got to taste a lot of the starter dishes and they all were so so good. My personal favorites were the Shishbarak ,the smoked fish bruschetta and the white fish tartare. The entrees were very good, meat dishes cooked to perfection. Now it's not cheap by any means,but is highly recommend for special occasions or if you just want to treat yourself with a really great foodie experience

Yeah, location is good but thats about it. Food in best case is average, service is barely able to bring out things and to serve the customers, missing items from the menu, the boneless chicken look old and tasted like nothing really.

First of all, the waitress was horrible, very dismissive and ignored us most of the time even though It was literally empty in the place in the afternoon. The food was horrible, I ordered the chicken with rice in sweet sauce it was so overbearing and soaked in the sweet sauce no balance to the food and not good at all, but on top of all of that there was a dead FLY in my rice. We called the shift manager over, he again dismissed it laughed it off and said sorry, asked if i wanted anything, at this point i was disappointed of everything so i didn’t want anything from the kitchen. At least he took it off the bill. But I’m never coming back. Terrible experience.

It was ok, we just wanted drinks, but I wanted beer. The menu had beers, the waitress said there are only 2 kind of beers, and after asking the bartender I learned there is no beers! So not great overall but its only a beer experience 😅

It was my second time here, but I was disappointed again First time - I was with my mom and I’ve asked several times if their shakshuka is spicy or not because of medical requirements. They said that it’s not. Guess what? It was. And they say that they could do nothing about it because this is how they have it. Aright though Yesterday - they said that there was a stuff shortage because 3 of their waiters didn’t come to the shift. It caused a long waiting time which was kind of fine. When we got the order, we noticed that there were some missing items in it comparing to the menu. When we asked about it the answer was - we just don’t have it now. Hmm. Why not to say it beforehand? Why not to remove these positions from the bill? Generally speaking, they have tasty food and great view, but for the price bigger than average you might get a list of inconveniences. So I don’t say to never to go there, but be ready that something might be wrong

Located at the of heart of the small promanade at the hip tel aviv.s port, overlooking what once served as a marina this is one of the busiest spots to stop.for a coffee or brunch. Its crowded, busy, buzzing.. the service is decent considering the clients are never going to be regulars.. the human traffic here can get chaotic.. its the typical Landwer chain.s menue, food is average and so are the desserts. An option amonst many other coffee places, if theres no que, by all means, enter.

I'll just let the picture speak for itself, this dish (chicken breast) had cost us 63 shekels, and the other 4 dishes we received look more or less the same. When queried the shift manager about the size, he told that it's the standard size of the dish - 120gr chicken and 100gr rice. Horrible place, do not give this business your money.

The highlight of this place is undoubtedly the interesting menu. So many lovely dishes crafted from unusual combinations (for example, calamari and black beans, cauliflower with anchovy sauce) make for an exciting meal. You need to order about 3 dishes per person so with drinks the bill is a little pricey, but worth it for a special occasion.

This is a pleasant Tapas bar, we took the special deal tapas, all of them were excellent and cost 20 sequels. The drinks were expensive though despite the happy hour. Service was friendly and efficient.

An amazing dining experience! The Alfredo pasta was rich and creamy, served with freshly grated cheese straight from a giant wheel of Parmesan – both delicious and visually impressive. Situated in the heart of southern Tel Aviv in the Florentine district. Choco Lulu is a great local urban restaurant with a rich and varied menu. Choose from the more traditional meat & fish dishes ( hamburger, schnitzel, grilled fish) or go for seafood, pasta or ravioli. I ate the sweet potato ravioli with parmesan cheese, it was truly delicious. Finish the meal with coffee and a huge portion of tiramisu. The restaurant itself is in an historic building that was once home to the Florentine family built in 1934. Recommend exercising dinner off with a casual walk around the historic district. You will find a fascinating collection of old & restored buildings.

Some dishes were good, others were mediocre. Service is pretty good. Nice place for a dinner, but I wouldn't travel to Tel Aviv especially for this restaurant.

Terrible waiters. Order a drink they forgot. Then I asked to get my phone and the waiter was very "chiutspani" asked me to wait and then texted in his phone. There was a rat outside and we had to move inside . The only lovely person is the manager.

This restaurant hasnt decided what she wants to be. Italian?diner? Coffee shop? Too many dishes in all kind of kitchens. And too large varity of desserts. The food was nice but not something to write home about. The onion soup had small black pieces in it . The restaurant was too noisy for us.and the lights were too bright. You should do something about the noise because it's impossible to talj that way. The dessert was good. We took the zebra.

Excellent food and service, and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices! Definitely go for the pasta and don't dismiss the lasagna (probably the best I've had so far) everything loaded with tons of cheese! Great dessert menu as well, will have to come back to try more. The only thing this place needs is a renovation, their decoration and ambiance is terrible but the food definetly makes up for it.

I came here on a Wednesday evening so it was not that full yet the service was pretty slow. It took a while for someone to take my order & it took even longer to get my check. I expected the French steak to taste a little better but it was still good. The salad and mashed potatoes were excellent.

Just wow. Best rugelach I’ve ever had. I was trying to be good and bought only that and an iced latte. The rest of the desserts and sandwiches looked delicious and picturesqly perfect. Chic and charming, there’s only outdoor seating with fans, in a cozy patio of a small side street, across a huge bougainvillea tree. Highly recommend and worth the hype! Oh and there’s outlets!

One of the best bakeries in Israel. They offer great breakfast menu for take out, having the best outdoor places to be nearby (Susan Dallal or the beach), they also offer a picnic basket in weekdays (needs reservation) Try their famous croissant bagel (with or without cheese)

We paid 140 shekels for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. One was a bagel with the fish, the bagel was a few days old, like a stone. The fish was also not the freshest. Another sandwich was also not tasty, with cheese, pear and Chilli sauce. I had to throw everything. Old, bad tastes. Coffee was very middle, weak. Nice mirror and interior, though. Having lived in Israel for 7 years, I have never eaten such a bad old bagel here.

Everything I tried here was absolutely delicious. I was attracted to all the twisty things here. Not shown were small rectangular puff pastries with cheese inside and sesame seeds on the outside. So good!

I visited Dalal Bakery in Tel Aviv and had an amazing experience. The vanilla cube was absolutely delicious — perfectly light, flavorful, and so fresh. I also ordered an Americano, and it was a real, high-quality coffee, not watered down like in many places. Everything tasted authentic and made with care. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Wonderful bakery in the picturesque Neve Tzedek neighborhood. Had this poppy seed and apple tart, which was delicious. Not too pricey, and lovely to sit and enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

The best bakery in Tel Aviv, everything is delicious but the Raspberry Danish is beyond divine. Try their iced coffee with it to balance out the sweetness.

Wow where to start? Ok this is my third time visiting OPA but slightly different was this experience. This time the owner /chef shirel Berger wasn’t there this time and her sister Sharona was there ( omg they look alike 100%) Service was excellent! All the staff knew the menu inside out and gave us a great recommendation for wines. All the food that came out looked liked shirel was their plating plate by plate BUT she wasn’t. That mean another way to say that your restaurant is operating properly. First dish was the cucumber and OMG that was genius🤩 The eggplant, potato’s foam and bread, corn Shnizel, Jerusalem artichoke desert. Every bite was the perfect balance between art-flavour-creativity. So over all shirel your sister Sharona represented OPA Aboyne and beyond 🤪 Thank you for another special dinner. Atmosphere is really great and special! Service is above the average. Drinks are great. The food was not so good - meal is not big at all, and quite pricey. About half of the dishes were repetitive (a vegetable and a salted ice cream served together). My vegan friends enjoyed the food, the rest had fun but wouldn't recommend it as a meal.

This was our second visit here, the first time we loved every single part of the meal, maybe with one exception, which is a very good ratio. This time unfortunately the ratio was a bit different.. it is understandable that in a 10 course meal you wouldn't love everything, but still it was a little disappointing. Although the different techniques that were executed in every dish were intriguing. The service and atmosphere were very nice.

This Vegan Restaurant located in downtown Tel Aviv is a Surprise! 10 Course Tasting menu-each course shared by 2 people. The creative chef follows the “Root to Stem” Philosophy where every part of the Plant is used-some very interesting Tastes-That you won’t Find elsewhere. Good job Chef 👏🏻👏🏻

I don't care if you are vegan or not. You HAVE to try Opa. It's not just a really great concept, it is executed excellently. There is no menu, everyone gets the same courses and each one is more inspired than the last. Each dish is completely unique and the flavors are impossible to describe. That being said, they do a great job not to make the meal so obscure that it is inaccessible to the average palette. The staff are very nice, the service is great, and they all are extremely knowledgable. I can't wait to go again.

Creative, innovative, interesting, exciting food. I'm not vegan and was amazed how rich a dinner can be using so few ingredients in so many techniques. Each dish was a journey. Highly recommended!

I had a very good evening in this unique place. I came with a friend, we started with a drink on the terrace and then we were seated inside. We had a 8-9 course meal. Some of the dishes came with a drink too. The staff was very very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s a great place for a special occasion.

Ordered in. We had high hopes as this restaurant is well known and has a good reputation but we were so disappointed. We Ordered sea bass for 124 nis and we got two small pieces of whatever it was. Also we ordered the bolognese spaghetti for 78 nis and got a small dish with so little bolognese. The mashed potatoes wasn't creamy and had no taste to it and the salad was rather simple, I could make one just like it at home. We will definitely not order from here again. Very disappointed.

Great Experience in "Reviva & Celia 2nd Floor" We organized an a family only event ,with a great help of Babi and her team . Babi was very helpful and accepted our terms in the event ,with organizing the music ,the sensetivity of people to kinds of allergies and bring them the correct dishes. The food was great and tasty ,top quality. Super recommended place. 5 stars!

Had an amazing brunch here! The Benedict was served with 2 slices of challah with salmon in the middle and it was just exquisite. Quick to seat us, quick to take our order, quick to receive the food too!

Waited 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order, waited 25 more.minutes for the drinks to come out, after reminding 5 waitresses, including the shift manager who apologized, and yet... At the end, after waiting 10 minutes for the bill, we just went out without leaving any tip. The restaurant ignored our customer service messages on Facebook (said we will be contacted by the branch, but no one approached). It was a great place, but I don't see any chance of us returning.

Absolutely horrendous service!!!!! I walked in waiting patiently for someone to take my order. An extremely angry and rude russian lady yelled at the customer in front of me and then disappeared, she then came back and asked what i wanted, i started telling her which flavor my son wanted, she immediately interrupts me to start yelling at me like a psycho and lecturing me on how I’m supposed to first tell her what size and if i want a cup or a cone before asking for a flavor. I was so shocked! I asked if she could be nicer and she started yelling again and answered: NO, and then continued lecturing me and yelling at me like crazy. My kids were scared and i didn’t want to stay there another second. Unfortunately we ended up leaving. The other staff member just laughed instead of helping. How appalling… and how embarrassing for you. No wonder you were the only place that wasn’t packed. In the future and for your business to succeed, try hiring mentally stable people to work with customers, and not insane/ angry people who yell at the people paying you good money for decent ice cream.

The food and the drinks taste amazing, although are much pricier than most places in tel aviv. I paid around 70 shekels for two pastries and one coffee. The atmosphere is great and welcoming as are most of the staff. I had only one unfortunate incident where I asked for a pastry with a particular topping out of the few that they had and they gave me the wrong one. I came back to the counter to ask them for the one that I ordered and paid for and the person working there insisted that it's all the same inside anyway and it doesn't matter instead of just changing it to what i asked for in the first place🫤. If I didn't care then I wouldn't have ordered a particular one.

Disappointed... After all of the hype and great reviews that I read I was truly disappointed. I am new to the neighborhood and was excited that they were just a three minute walk from my apartment. I wish I had taken pictures of the three pastries that I bought to share them with my thoughts on each one. First of all, everything tasted and had the textures that they were day old and not fresh (I was there at 8:30 in the morning). I love Almond Croissants and with this one it was only the sliced almonds on top that had any similarty to an Almond Croissant. It was bland and had no type of filling. Then there was a pastry that looked like a miniature/single serving of a chocolate bobka. It had a bitter, not sweet taste. The third one was the only one that was tasty and seemed to be fresh. Unfortunately that is the only one that I have no idea how to describe since I never had anything like it. It was a square that had four sections on top. I think that the guy behind the counter said it was a butter pastry. My Hebrew is not up to par and the two young employees did not speak much English (which I am now living in Israel and am slowly learning). I thought of giving Milk Bakery a one star rating but this last pastry is what made it a two. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Really nice bakery. Very hip, can get crowded, but with a decent amount of places around to rest while you drink your coffee. Coffee is really good and so are the pastries.

I came here for a lunch to have a sandwich and something sweet. Unfortunately, at 13:00, almost everything was sold, just few sandwiches left that looked quite sad and no interesting pastries. I ordered a salmon sandwich, profiterole with vanilla cream and American coffee. Everything was good, not woow, coffee too watery for my taste. Girl told me to come either in the morning or on Friday, then they have amazing stuff. Maybe I will and then I'll update my review. There is no inside sitting, so in summer it is could be too hot to sit outside.

From the way they answered the phone to the fact they were still open beyond the hours advertised to the friendly laidback barista to the excellent coffee to the delicious baked goods - this place is a treat.

Great coffee place to get a really good specialty coffee. Prices are expensive but the quality is very good. No parking, seats are inside and outside, and good bakery items. The Danish buns are highly recommended.

I had a great time here today. I had a great espresso. It was fruity, light, soft, and was barely bitter which I love. I chose to sit both on the inner bar, that looks to the very small courtyard outside, and on the exterior bar, that looks onto the street. Both were beautiful and calm. The staff were generous and sweet, and the cookie I had was alright haha. In general, apart from the fact that a cold espresso cost me 14 NIS, the experience was perfect. Practical, calm, tasty. Thank you!

Delicious coffee and chill atmosphere, totally recommend getting the saffron / almond bun, worth it! Also noticed that regulars have their own cups up on a shelf, that’s such a great idea.

Located in a rather residential building, you can easily fail to see this café. If so: too bad. Because it’s one of the best places in Tel Aviv to have some nice cappuccino, espresso or any other coffee-related drink. Their beans are nicely roasted and go well with the milk, both when served warm or when served cold. You can enjoy it inside the store or try to find a place outside. The staff is very friendly and just great, they even take care of customer‘s dogs. I love it!

Disappointing first visit. The young guy with the mustache at the counter gave off a rude and unwelcoming vibe, as if he was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. I ended up leaving without ordering. Maybe invest in your customer service before you invest in your coffee. Good luck. Definitely not coming back.

I was really looking forward to trying some specialty coffee, I was hoping to drink a few cups and choose some beans to take home. Unfortunately non of the beans on sale were available to try and the delicious drip coffee that I did try was out of stock. I did think the coffee was exceptionally good and bought beans without trying them as I do believe that cafelix offers some of the best coffee in israel, if you know what to order, the espresso was terrible, burnt, sorry. No where to sit unfortunately, people working take all the seats.

I know Cafelix for a few good years, but I was recently walking nearby so I got a chance to visit again. I’m so happy I came back. Most importantly: the coffee is incredible. Some of the light roasts blew my mind. I also bought some coffee home (the variety I got is called “Borboniera”) – some of the best at-home AeroPress I’ve ever made. The atmosphere is super cozy and friendly. Much smaller compared to its Jaffa counterpart. Although it’s very close to נחת (Nahat) which is also great, you must give Cafelix a shot.

For bread, cookies, cakes Lachmanina can't be beaten. Really, their artisan bread is amongst the best ..and for take-home, after 8:00pm, any unsold bread is half price. Eating in...good coffee, sandwiches, a good selection of salads. Maybe best of all, is the friendly, very helpful staff. Customer centered as you would wish other places would be, but aren't.

I had bulgur salad with olives, kohlorabi, feta cheese and cranberries. It was tart and sweet, not too heavy and very good. For desert I had a chocolate cheese cake with coffee. The portion was quite large and came with sour cream with a hint of orange. Again, very good. Would definitely visit again.

Come here early in the morning and see the world doing his stuff, while you eat a bread and drink your coffee. Try the Nelson bread and the coffee. If there is still "Hetzi Pita Sabich" - try it, it is awesome. The prices a normal, but the place is crowded most of the time.

Be careful today. I bought some products at the store and the person overcharged me — they added 20 shekels on top of the regular price. Make sure to check the prices before you pay; they’re displayed on the left side of the counter. As for the person who ripped me off, obviously when I see you again, I’m going to curse you out like crazy

Came to buy ice cream at 16:00. The place was open and it was the regular working hours. The guy there said he will not be selling ice cream right now. He has no ice cream. I pointed at the row of ice cream sandwiches that were on display and asked why can’t I get one of those? He said no. He might be selling stuff in 30 minutes. Have no idea why… we just left.

I think it was one of the best ice cream I ever had. And believe me, I had my fair share of ice cream around the world. I didn't have the ice cream sandwiches nor any of the pastries (I saw some negative reviews about both) so can't say much about those. But the ice cream by the scoop was just TOP! The flavours are super rich and creamy. I particularly recommend Salted Pretzel and Chocolate Brownie.

A must!!! Their ice cream and ice cream sandwiches are decadent, especially with their additional sauces which they drizzle on top. During our 2 week stay in Tel Aviv, we visited here 3 times - getting a different flavor or sandwich each time. Our favorite is definitely the triple fudge ice cream with a warm chocolate chip cookie.

I was walking after lunch and we just found this crazy amazing place, from the selection of ice cream that just make you want to try everything, to the gourmet cookies and the ice cram sandwiches. And them the individual dessert, this is just a place to die by sweets.

Ate here a couple of times already, it looks good and very instagram friendly, but the ice cream is not as good as other places in the city / dizengoff street nearby. Large portions, cool gravy dispensers.

The Urban Bakery is very nice to look at: the pastries are of high quality, well made (👍). However: it's been a few times when we recieved not so fresh pastries (but still good looking and good tasting pastries, but weird texture). We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I love the vibe of this place, it's very friendly and relaxed plus you're surrounded by plants and trees 😀 The coffee is good, they have different alternatives to regular milk and loads of pastries and cakes. And if you have kids there is a nice playground right in front of it. Definitely coming back before I leave.

Overall, Urban Bakery was pretty good! I got a chocolate croissant and a donut with chocolate inside it. Both were very good, but not amazing. The quality was 4/5. The croissant could have been a bit crispier and fresher since it was soft when I bit into it. The donut was very rich with almost *too* much chocolate if that’s even possible. I would recommend trying if you’re in the area!

A nice cozy Cafe/Bakery with great coffee drinks and high quality pastries. The dough they use really makes the pastries special; though I came in around noon and I felt that they had dried up a bit. Try to ask for the freshest pastries they have.

Very Instagramy. Very sweet and overloaded with sugar goods. Was a bit disappointed from the cookies. But overall it does taste good. A bit overpriced in my opinion. Coffee is overpriced and shouldn’t be because it is quite normal. Best donut shop in Israel. Usually donuts in Israel are dry with cheap frosting but not in Showroom Bakehouse. Here they’re soft and taste like the ones you get overseas. A lot of different frostings and there’s cookies as well. A must visit if you’re in the area.

Cute and small bakery, we tried the double chocolate cookie which was rich and amazing, the baked pecan caramel danish which was super tasty and the creme patissiere cronut which was a bit too sweet for our taste. Second visit - Nutella banana pudding rocked and the rainbow sprinkles & whicte chocolate was a bit too greasy and sweet. Not bad at all!

We came here on a Friday for lunch based on the high reviews. Bread was great, so for a bakery that's excellent. The Israeli breakfast was eh. Sitting to eat was chaotic, disorganized and stressful. I feel like they were understaffed. There was one chaotic line just waiting to sit down and another to order takeout. The bread was really good, but I don't think I would be back due to the chaos.

A nice little place, bakery and a cafe. modern decoration as well as great atmosphere. you can seat out side or inside. I try the food and it was good, I took the vegan option and I can say it was very interesting. for dessert I taste the salty chocolate cookie and that was amazing, fantastic combination of flavors and you can feel the high quality. Go visit there.

Very nice breakfast atmosphere. We ate the goat gauda and the hearing pretzel. It was delicious. The deserts were not something to talk about but overall the experience was very nice. Bossa Nova music made it a great Friday starter.

Honestly a pretty nice coffee shop! Kind service workers, good coffee and tasty pastries! My biggest issue with this place is basically the sitting area, it's cramped and some of the time you're sitting on public benches - felt kind of weird for me, but gladly I managed to find a proper seat. Also the workers dont call all of the customers when serving coffee - so there were a good amount of instances where people took other's orders. This happened to me, I was waiting for a pretty long time for my order only to find out someone took it, gladly they just made me a new one :) Other than that it's a nice coffee place! Recommend :)

Staff was incredible, very friendly and accommodating. I have lost my sunglasses 😎 there and they returned them to me. I will never forget this genuine gesture. I wish to be back soon! Wow. Arrived really late on Friday and there was nothing left but a brownie. It was quite expensive but it was love at first bite. Greatest brownie I've had. Too bad they are open for more days during the week. A week after I came back for the cinnabon. Not as good as the brownie, but awesome still. A MUST!

Pretty yummy and unique baked goods here. Sometimes the things they make just don't really taste like the original way they taste back in the US though, like the black and white cookie and the Boston cream donut. Still tasty in its own way, but not like the real authentic thing back home. I will keep trying all of their donuts and pies regardless since it's the closest thing I can find here to a real American bakery!

A high class American style bakeshop, offering cookies and cupcakes. Friday morning you can get fresh donuts. The items are very expensive. Good for once in a while cravings but still not something to die for.

Not quite sure what all the hype is about. I tried their hazelnut chocolate filled pastry and it was really awful. The filling tasted and had the texture of a super market chocolate pudding. Granted, it was the only pastry I tried at Moran Gil's, but for the prices they charge (28 for a chocolate croissant), they should not be serving cheap, distasteful foods such as that.

If you walk by, you already see the fancy, well designed interior of the shop. It shows some class and so does the cake and cookies. Well arranged, well composed flavors and textures, delicious taste. And yes, they serve nice coffee (cappuccino, etc.), too. I really liked their Apple & pistachio cake - Great balance of sweetness and acid. And my absolute recommendation: the Blondies. Simply amazing - just have one whenever you are there.

Wow, this place is amazing. I've always wanted to try a Cinnabon, in the US it's not Kosher, and this is as close as it gets and wow is it delicious. The cakes were perfect texture and tasted amazing as well. Highly recommended and now it's Kosher with Tzohar. Great job!

New bakery. Cafe is fine but the star of the show are the cakes. I shared a pear and pistachio cake and a lemon and basil tart. Both were excellent. A lot of flavor, moist, fresh, most probably one of the best I have eaten in israel. My only complain will be the cost which sounds ridiculous high even for a great piece of cake.

We had a wonderful experience at Moran Gil Cakery - it was definitely worth the drive in from Jerusalem! The staff was incredibly patient while explaining the different flavors and options - we got to meet Moran as well and he was super friendly and hospitable. The coffee was strong and delightful and the cakes - well, the cakes were absolutely phenomenal. Each option we tasted had really unique flavors and textures that came together for an exciting culinary experience. Highly recommend making the trip!

Such an incredible pastries place! This is a true hidden jam. A beautiful design that feels like a museum present beautifully designed savory and sweet pastries that tastes like heaven. Admittedly the prices are high, but taking into consideration this is truly an artwork hand made by a super talented pastry chef - it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait to try more.

Wow! What an experience😃 Like entering a museum in honor of Japanese culture & tradition, very esthetic, organized & clean. 4 main floor showcases with a variety of colorful & beautiful patisserie. The flavor of course is very rich, some surprising and delicious. Highly recommended in general & specifically the matcha chai like drink.

What an incredible pastry! All sorts of Japanese desserts in a beautiful display. The place is surprisingly spacious and has a comfort sitting area.

An absolute gem in the a dark corner of Tel Aviv. Whether you appriciate Japanese goods or not, our experience was a delight. The bread was fresh and delicious and the drinks (while for some reason had no menu) were very good. There are also plenty of sits inside for meetings or work with comfortable tables and available plugs.

It's really amazing! The quality of the food is top-notch and you will *not* miss meat here. I have never liked vegetarian food but tonight I fell in love. The "beyond"-burger is a miracle that has to be witnessed. Greetings to the staff: your hospitality is really heart-warming. We will come back!

I had diner there tonight and absolutely liked it. It was my first food experience here - can highly recommend it. I really liked the califlower. It has a spicy oil on it and you dip it in a delicious chickpea sauce. All the three courses were amazing. Service was very friendly.

Very unique vegan food and a really great deal during the business lunch special. The “appetizer”. Plates included hummus and falafel, israel salad, pesto and olive tapenade with cream cheese, housemade vegan challah and the best “French fries” basically new potatoes that are smashed and fried crispy - make sure to ask for the chili “mayo” which is delicious with the fries. We were 4 and shared 4 dishes. The favorite was the Cauliflower Gondi, next was the smoked eggplant with excellent spicy tomato sauce, - the Fatoush Salad was a miss and basically very bland (and we realized later that it was missing the promised nicoise olives), the potato niscoise was good but much of the potato was too big and not dressed properly which was disappointing to the people who had eaten it before. Overall though we all enjoyed the meal and were very full by the end.

Great vegan place with vintage vibes. The food is awesome, not over compensating or too complexed. They have the Beyond Burger which is out of this world! AFAIK the only place that serves it in Israel. All the above being said, I always get the impression that the place is a bit overpriced, and that you pay too much for what you get.

You might even forget that this place is vegan, since the menu is wholly focused on the glory of the ingredients rather than simply finding substitutes for meat dishes. Friendly staff and great variety!
