Delicious coffee! We bought some beans as a souvenir from Athens and have been enjoying them back home.

Phenomenal. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Amazing freddo. One of the best coffees I've ever had. They also freeze servings of their single origins, which I haven't seen before in my travels, and greatly appreciated the dedication to the craft. Closest I'll more than likely ever come to having coffee that fresh. A must visit for enthusiasts.

They give you 3 different cups to experience the smell, taste, and body of the coffee. Many, many different beans to choose from, especially for espressos. I got the hand drip (filter coffee, V60, pour over) and it was expertly crafted to draw out the flavour of the single origin beans.

Wonderful place with some of the best coffee I've ever had. The cinnamon roll was also incredible! They have a great offer of coffee (beans and already grinded) and I even brought one bag of coffee beans - with a great assistance from the owner (I assume) - to try at home and I shouldn't have, because it was amazing and now I can't have any more!

Just received has a gift from a bag of premium geisha beans. What was supposed to be a wonderfully fruity, sweet and complex cup of filter coffe, very quickly became a bitter disappointment. As soon as opening the bag you can see just how rough is the roast on that lot, absurdly uneven roast with a lot of way too light and developed beans and plenty of much darker that preferred for this kind of coffee. Gave it a try a couple of times, traying to maximize the situation by technique and brewing parameters chance... But unfortunately the roast is awful and the beans went to the "cold brew beans"... What a waste for 30€ for 150gr of beans... Those poor poor beans...

I come to Athens few times a year and every time I’m in town I have to go there for breakfast, brunch or lunch as I love their food. I have to say the menu has changed and I don’t like it or more I miss items used to be on the menu like the fried eggs with spicy sausage and sourdough bread (it’s not there anymore and I hope they will bring it back to the menu). I was disappointed when I didn’t have it today and I got to change for something I’d say I really didn’t enjoy much! I think I was the beast today!

Beauty Killed the Beast is an amazing place to enjoy a café or brunch with friends on a lazy morning. Nestled in a little and quite pedestrian street in a hip part of Athens, it provides a great experience. The foods and drinks were all delicious, some local specials were available too. Good value for money with great staff and vibe. Loved it and will be back for sure! Highly recommended.

We had a Saturday brunch at the outdoor sitting area. Nice neighborhood, cozy atmosphere and fast service. Brunch menu was relatively small but decent. We got a Caesar’s salad was very good and the scrambled eggs with pear which were a bit blunt. Cappuccino was decent. The space indoors was beautiful. If we visited again would rather be in an evening to try the cocktails.

The opening time was written on google as 10:00, we arrived at 10:15 and were told it doesnt open before 10:45. When we came back around 11:00 we were able to sit down and order. The food was fresh and very good and the service nice and quick. The street it is located in is very quiet so eating outside is more than enjoyable. I would totally recommend going there for brunch... but not too early!

Absolutely sensational! The creativity in the design, to include every little detail, and the artistic nature of the cafe and surrounding buildings set the stage for a great experience. And then the food surpassed it. The Waffles with Poached Eggs was probably one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten. I don’t know how they made those waffles, but damn. I was a little worried about ordering something sweet but they had perfect flavor and a bit of a crunch that harmonized with the mashed avocado and precisely poached eggs. The Pink Lemonade drink was cool, crisp and perfectly balanced for a summer day. I just landed in Athens and my trip is off to a flawless start. I don’t know how any other restaurants can top this brunch!

🥞🍳☕Went for bruch around 12:00 on a Saturday and what a surprise! Diverse and hippy area with cool street-art graffiti and chilled vibes. Food and coffee was nice. Excellent service and cute doggoz everywhere🐶 Also the right area to invest.., soon will be in the Athens hype! 🌇🤑

Their signature cocktails are a bit particular, not everyone will like the taste but the barman is super polite and he will make something based on your tastes. Nice atmosphere with dancey music

Below Average coffee to me, very light bodied and too acidic. Had the house blend, tried both espresso and long black. Also a side note that the prices displayed are for takeaway, and sit down prices are not displayed. According to the Takeaway menu displayed, you have to ask the staff for the Dine-in menu, rather odd, refer to photo of the menu board. Will have rated 3 stars for the coffee quality and overall ambience but reduced it to 2 stars as the Takeaway menu is so obviously big and prominent, while the dine in prices are about 0.50 to 0.60 euros more and not prominently displayed. Also no water provided (notice that other cafes seem to provide water), and it’s self service even for dining in. I think it’s fair to pay more for dining in, but it should be stated more clearly upfront and not in this case, where a big menu (size of the pillar and facing the entrance) only displays the Takeaway menu.

We were walking by and saw a lot of people at the coffee shop and decided not to pass by either. This was the best decision. The coffee here is amazingly delicious, as are the desserts. The cafe itself is not big, there are places to sit outside

We searched for speciality coffee shop in Athens and came across Samba. Delicious coffee- best we’ve had so far in our trip. Oat milk available, apple pie was delicious and so was the gluten free banana bread.

Such a great little spot! The cortado was excellent — creamy, not too bitter, and beautifully served. Perfect place to recharge after a morning run. Staff was super friendly too!

Fabulous freddo flat white! The shop is cute and straight to the point. Service a bit rough but the quality makes up for it. It is possible to drink coffee in ceramic cups, which feels great after countless cafes only offering paper or plastic to go cups. 100% recommend.

A beautifully decorated street with Halloween as theme for this time of the year. They have different themes thought the year. It was really nice to see. It can get busy with tourists. The waiters were friendly and also funny. Eating and drinking here can be more expensive than other places.

Me and my wife went a few days back, and had one of the best servers we could’ve asked for (shoutout to Filip!). Everything was so theatrical and Halloween-themed, and the coffees were great too! Most certainly recommend this experience to any visitors to Athens.

The concept and decorations of the place are quite nice, but I can't say the same about the taste. The desserts are full of whipped cream and sugar, but they're not delicious. There's a lot of decoration inside, and if possible, I recommend experiencing the interior. The tables and chairs are also quite impressive.

This is a sight to see! So beautiful and they decorate is seasonally. The entire street is decorated. We went in October and it was Halloween themed. We did not eat at the restaurant itself but it seemed very busy. Very kid friendly.

A magical spot in Athens to come with children a first date or as a traveller visiting Athens. I highly recommend visiting Little Kook just for the fascinating decor and releasing yourself for an experience out of a fairy tail. Definitely worth a visit. We visited in October, so it was Halloween-themed. It was amazing, and the drinks and food were really fun themed. The staff were super nice. We really enjoyed our time

The view of the acropolis was exquisite at night! Food and service were amazing! Their feta hot appetizer was absolutely delicious and so was their seagrouper is a must. I wouldn’t recommend the beef carpaccio only.

This place is beautiful inside and outside. With a million dollar view from there three story terrace. The inside is just as lovely but, you came for the view. Service was a 10 for our group of 6 and they even brought over heated lamps to keep us cozy as it got cooler at night. I had the Sole with fresh veggies and a light sauce. It was absolutely wonderful. We had a range of samplers from their baked feta, to stuffed grape leaves, fried zucchini. All stellar. Additionally, I tried my friends mushroom risotto and the moussaka. Sooo good. We loved everything about dinner. They have a notable wine list and can easily answer questions and make recommendations which they did for our group.

Absolutely loved our lunch here with an incredible view of the Acropolis in the distance. I had the Greek salad—no lettuce, just crisp cucumbers, sweet, homegrown-tasting tomatoes, and creamy feta. It was dressed simply with lemon, oregano, and amazing Greek olive oil—bright, fresh, and full of flavor. It even came with a couple of little cookies on the side, which somehow worked perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, the staff were warm and friendly, and the bathrooms were immaculate. A relaxed, delicious experience—highly recommend!

Dining with a View of the Acropolis If you want to enjoy a meal with a stunning view of the Acropolis, this is definitely the place. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the terrace is perfectly arranged for a memorable evening with one of the best views in Athens. However, compared to the view, the restaurant is quite expensive for the quality of food it offers. Like many rooftop spots in Athens, you’re paying mostly for the view rather than the dishes themselves. The ribs were a bit dry and lacked flavor — I had to add salt and spices to bring them to a more enjoyable level. The burrata salad was rather disappointing: it consisted mostly of chopped cherry tomatoes and what seemed to be a local version of burrata cheese. Typically, when burrata is cut, the creamy center should flow out — here, it did not. The eggplant was crispy but not particularly flavorful. The wine list is extensive, though the prices are on the higher side. Service was polite and professional throughout. In summary, this is a place where you pay for the location and the breathtaking view rather than for exceptional food. Beautiful setting — but the dishes don’t quite match the price level.

Arguably, this restaurant has the best view to the Parthenon Temple in the whole of Athens. Some other restaurants do have a view to the Parthenon, especially from their terrace tables, but they have mostly the side view. Being a fine dining place, this has a better wine collection than most others I have been to at Athens. Btw, be prepared to pay about 50-60 per person for the meal.

I tried to calm down before writing this, but here’s my honest review of this OVERRATED restaurant. Terrible service. Rude staff. Hands down the worst dinner of our 10-day trip in this otherwise wonderful country. Yes, the staff were suited up like James Bond… but served like a comedian. We ordered appetizers and mains, and instead of pacing it out, the waiter just piled everything onto our tiny table—like it was a buffet at a student dorm. Then one male staff member leaned over and muttered “faster! faster!” Honestly, was he talking to us, the chef, or his career prospects? Either way, not the “fine dining” energy they claim to offer. And then came the water-pouring circus act. The waitress decided it was a good idea to pour water from over 20 cm above the glass, splashing it all over my hand. Not just once—she repeated this “trick” for other tables with kids either. I’m just grateful it wasn’t boiling water, otherwise, we’d be reviewing a hospital instead of a restaurant. The food? Slightly better than an airport pork gyro plate. But here you pay over €40 per meal, which makes sense—€30 is for the view, €10 is for the food. Don’t get me wrong, the chef probably tried their best, but “effort” isn’t exactly worth Michelin-star prices. Hopefully, someone out there found the “passion” in their underwhelming plates. Cocktails? We ordered them not to celebrate my birthday, but to give Zonar’s one last chance to redeem itself. Spoiler: they didn’t. The bartenders (stationed by the welcoming aisle) served drinks with all the finesse of a vending machine you could spot on the street. The view? Gorgeous. Absolutely a stunner. But we took our own selfies—no way were we trusting staff with our memories after everything else they managed to ruin. Greece gave us plenty of joy, but Zonar’s will not be on the highlight reel. Honestly, I don’t know how much Zonar’s spends on hyped-up promotions in East Asia, but maybe cut the ads and spend that money on basic staff training and an interview process that weeds out people who think fine dining means “spill water dramatically and tell customers to hurry up.” Thanks for reading - Save your money, enjoy the view elsewhere.

After being several days in Athens this place has by far the best orange cake as well as great coffee. Whatever you like that makes the cake great is that it’s not a sponge cake that has been plunged in orange juice? It’s actually its own much better though that goes much better with the witness of the orange juice compared to just a sponge cake . They have an part upstairs which is really well set up and they have a nice cut walking around the food is home-made as you can see all the desserts and pies done in big trays downstairs. The service is also great. I have written this with dictation apologies for the typos.

A charming café in the heart of Athens' old town! Sitting on the outdoor stairs in the lively, bustling area gave the experience a vibrant and dynamic feel, blending perfectly with the energy of the surroundings. Really cute little restaurant which has a lot of different dishes. It is perfect for brunch but also just a coffee with cake. Furthermore, it is for sure also nice to have an aperitif there. We were a little bit disappointed by the sandwich because it was only cheese and ham but otherwise it was great.

Charming cafe restaurant with delicious food and excellent service! Food: The Strapatsada which is eggs, tomatoes and feta cheese was made perfectly. Fruit pie was also excellent, however I didn't like the Greek coffee that much. Service: Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. Dish for 10- 12 Euros and Drinks for 3-5 Euros. Ambiance: Beautiful old timey house decor. With candle holders, hanging plants and old wood furniture all over. It's like you're in someone's home. Value: Prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.

This is a restaurant with attitude(in the good way)at plaka, not like other, which to commercialize. Service is… very chill, if you don’t rush, it’s all good. I can’t judging too much on the food, because I didn’t order too much, but so far the experience is positive. And come here during the night, the vibe is very great, all the restaurants got live music at night, it’s should not to missed.

Excellent bar-restaurant in a large yard. Great cocktails and very tasty Asian food! Good atmosphere, good music. They also have a club but it was a closed evening so we didn't go in, although it was recommended.

Very large outdoor space, shaded. Was hard to get service sitting inside in a booth. Good food and excellent coffee. They have decaf coffee and almond milk. Order a Greek mountain tea. The chicken tenders were huge and very delicious.

Absolutely amazing. I love that it is focused on sustainability, the interior is lovely, the little courtyard adorable. Not the beeest place to come if you’re a tourist looking for authentic Greek food, but they make killer cocktails, the ambiance is amazing, and the food is great (just not suuuper Greek lol). We had the Dog, the artichoke salad, and a green smoothie and everything was very tasty. The wait staff was also very responsive and friendly.

Great place to have your coffee or lunch. There is a garden at the back with trees which makes the experience a nice quiet break, given that you are at the busiest part of Athens. This time I had lunch as well; their cuisine has a middle eastern touch so expect a plethora of spices, which might put of someone who just wants to eat chips with mayo ( my friend's teenage kid). I tried the burger and it was super delicious a bit on the spicy side. Service is a bit slow when you sit down and wish to order (no eye contact and depends on the level of professionalism of the waitress). It is also a super trendy night club with loads of live DJ acts but I personally consider it as my favourite coffee break place when downtown.

A small, down-at-heel approach to the bar masks a trendy but relaxing bar with a huge outdoor shady garden perfect for winding away an afternoon or night. Great, chilled beats in the evening with everyone chatting and everyone having a great time and zero judgement or hassles. By the time night comes it turns into a Peter Pan-esque garden, somewhere you’d want to stay all night. Cocktails were cool and not overly expensive and the food surprisingly good.

Riviera Coast is truly spectacular, with a massive terrace that opens directly onto the sea — perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the view. The interior is also beautifully designed, combining sleek modern lines with natural elements like wood and soft lighting, creating a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor spaces are expansive and well-furnished, with various seating options from cozy sofas to elegant dining tables. It’s the ideal place to grab a coffee with friends on a sunny day, with a setting that feels both luxurious and laid-back.

Indeed, this cafe restaurant boasts a spectacular view of the sea but the food is DOWNRIGHT DISAPPOINTING. The toast costed €8 and for this price, it lacked presentation. In my opinion, if they want to rip the clients off, this cafe should at least make an effort to make their food offering more appetizing. Just come here for the coffee, but not the food.

To begin with, I have to say that this restaurant is on the expensive side of restaurants! There is a minimum charge of €50/ person but I am pretty sure that even if our bill was only €40 per person no one would said anything. Service matches the high class vibe of the restaurant with polite stuff always ready to assist you. The food was exceptional we had salmon avocado salad and for main dishes we had chicken and fish “lavraki” (sea bass). For desert we had caramel mille feuille but I didn’t like it much I mean it was not on the same level as the rest. Overall I would recommend the restaurant due to its beautiful location with the sea view and great food choices but I wouldn’t spend that much on dining often!

Incredible space, super cute and comfortable. The food options were amazing, and all super delicious. The restaurant was very accommodating and kind. I might just keep coming back here for my breakfast while We stay in Athens.

We went there for a coffee and a piece of cake. The coffee was delicious, but pricey. Latte for 5 euros is a lot. I took a cinnamon bun, which was definitely not baked the same day and it was dry... So if you come in the morning, don't take it. The music was great, I love rap. So overall, if you look for great coffee, go there. But for the food I would choose some other place.

Good specialty coffee with a varied menu. We went there for a late breakfast (11:30) on a Saturday and while we had reserved we could have easily been a walk-in. Food was good, service prompt and the backyard (really a covered walled patio) was comfortable.

Coffee is amazing! Tried cold brew from Colombia and Ethiopia (Colombia we liked more). Espresso Tonic was great as well. However, the food was not as good. Fries felt old and the salad for the Guacamole Eggs Benedict was with too much sauce - I couldn’t eat it. In general I couldn’t even tell whether there was guacamole. However, the space is very cozy and the atmosphere is cool. I would come back for the coffee.

Genuinely some of the best service we have received anywhere. The server was very polite and brought things out quickly. The coffee was decent, but the food was excellent! And we loved sitting in their beautiful indoor/outdoor patio in the back.

Before traveling to Greece, I searched online for specialty coffee shops worth visiting and came across The Underdog. This is a specialty coffee shop in Athens with a strong background in training coffee competition participants and an impressive record of awards. Although the shop might look like a brunch café at first glance, the quality of its coffee is truly remarkable. Coffee Experience at The Underdog ☕ Americano – Made with their house blend. While some might find the serving size small, it was just right for me. The water-to-coffee ratio perfectly highlighted the coffee’s characteristics—balanced acidity, rich body, high sweetness, and an incredibly smooth mouthfeel. A fantastic Americano made from a well-crafted blend. ☕ Batch Brew – Brewed using naturally processed Ethiopian coffee. While the flavor profile was what you’d typically expect from a natural Ethiopian coffee at a specialty café, it was executed at a high level. ☕ Cappuccino – The milk foam was incredibly creamy and silky, giving it a texture similar to milk tea. Smooth and well-balanced. 🥤Iced Latte – The fresh milk was served separately, allowing customers to adjust the coffee-to-milk ratio themselves—a great touch. I absolutely loved The Underdog’s atmosphere, especially the open bar setup with an impressive array of professional coffee equipment. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our visit an amazing experience. It was the perfect way to create lasting memories before leaving Greece.🥰

The best coffee shop in Athens. The breakfast is delicious, very filling, with high quality products and very tasty. We went there three times (and we may go one more time😂). Of course, one of the best (if not the best) coffee we tried. We also recommend the cinnamon roll! Special shout out to the guy who served us, very polite, nice and always with a smile.

Really great location (central, safe, quiet) and the staff were super friendly. The rooftop bar is immaculate with a great view and amazing food/drinks. The rooms are cleaned daily and are quite nice. The only issue we had which was super manageable was that the drain in the bathroom was emitting a smell. We were able to open the bathroom window and air it out. I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very helpful. Check in was super smooth and easy. The room we had was small but quaint. We had enough space for our luggage. Very clean and comfortable. We had the view of the church and it was beautiful to see in the day and night. The rooftop is also a beautiful spot to visit. We would go up during the day and night to enjoy the view. A lot of restaurants nearby. A grocery store just downstairs. Another plus is that if you are a guest at the hotel you can get 10% off on your order from the restaurant downstairs.

I booked a table on the rooftop as had been recommended by friends. Cocktails were fabulous and the perfect sunset view of the Acropolis. Food was good but not exceptional and sadly spoiled for me by the number of smokers around us. I thus would definitely go back for cocktails as there was a great atmosphere and the view was fabulous. I would eat in the downstairs restaurant or elsewhere.

The roof top restaurante offers amazing views of the Acropolis, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The food was good and well prepared, but the highlight was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A great place to start the day with good food and an even better atmosphere.

Stayed here one night and it was great. Super comfortable rooms and bed. The roof top bar was great and prices weren’t crazy. Amazing view of the acropolis. Only slight issue is the spiral staircase to the roof, my parents struggled with that. Wish the elevator went all the way to the top. Also the view is a little blocked from the back seats which is a shame.

recently visited Ciel Restaurant in Athens, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the risotto, and it was honestly one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had. The texture was completely off mushy and raw,The flavor was bland and unbalanced. For a restaurant that presents itself as a high-end dining spot, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I had been looking forward to a nice meal, but instead, it was a major disappointment. I rarely write negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share honest feedback. I truly hope the restaurant takes this as a chance to improve, especially when it comes to their risotto and overall food quality.

For a rooftop bar, it did what needed to be done. I ordered the Mastiha cocktail and it wasn’t strong and very sweet. If you love sweet cocktails, it will work for you. Service is decent and I didn’t need a reservation to get in. You will also get really great views of the Acropolis and the sunset unobstructed.

It’s our first day in Athens! If a drink cost $17 Euro Drinks then the service needs to also be up to that level $17. We spend $40 Euro for three drinks. My drink was just juice $8 Euro for a glass full of ice and a little juice Really? I don’t drink alcohol so this was well not what I expected. The waitress was not great, she spend most of her time on her cell phone, never once came to check on us, do you need more drinks, ask us if we needed anything? I had to keep asking her for things, raising my hand asking for things more pop corn, another cherry, a glass of ice for the water. This is a tourist spot not one locals so you are our first impression. The view is spectacular, Go for the view and enjoy it but just ask for a different waitress. The blonde young lady who took my photos was awesome we should have tipped her instead. $40 for drinks! Atleast come ask us if we want another drink, a piece of bread or something. But the View was worth it.

Wonderful view of the city, drinks are good but a little pricey for the area. A Coke is 5.50 and an Arizona iced tea is 7 euros but a beer is 8. Mixed drinks are 14-22. We are a group of 8 with one under 18 and they were quick to tell us everyone in the party needed to order something. A little petty considering our bill would be over 100 euros with the rest of us ordering.

Really a wonderful roof top bar with some finger food & full bar serving a variety of drinks. Views from this place are exceptional

It was nice, with a great view of the acropolis. Reaching the place can be a bit confusing - just go into the building google indicates and then take the elevator to the top floor - after that you still have to climb a set of stairs to reach the rooftop though! The service itself was ok but I thought it could have been better, especially when it started raining and I wasn't sure where to move. Ordered Gemista and some salad, the gemista was a bit cold.

The square has a nice view but the chairs were neither comfy nor clean. Food and drink options are limited, average tea was served form a ready bag with syrup instead of honey. Slightly overpriced for the products. Staff are polite but slow possibly due to large seating numbers outside.

Tropical vibe bar in the middle of Athens. Plenty of sitting outside too, under the trees with candle lights for an extra romantic mood. List of cocktails is small but everything we ordered were spot on. Friendly staff and good prices are on the plus side making it worth the visit.

The worst service ever ruined a very good salad and pizza. A server took our order and then stood by smoking a cigarette and ignoring people for 30 minutes after we were done. Then when I walked into the bar to pay, the person that took my money, a waitress, was nothing but attitude and practically threw my change at me. I'm not sure if it is because we are American, but you have to realize 48% of us hate Donald Trump's guts too and are against what Netanyahu is doing. Not worth the trouble stopping if you aren't local.

It's only ok if you want to sit in the lovely square and buy something bottled. Their coffee is terrible and so overpriced and food is frozen cheap supermarket stuff. Service super arrogant as well.

On a small square this is a really nice place to relax with a drink and in the evening there’s some good music giving a pleasant atmosphere. There’s so much seating available outside yet despite the number of people there the staff are really attentive and fast with the service. Prices are better than good value and it’s a great spot outside of the popular centre.

A nice place with good cocktails and a peculiar style. The "historic" bar has loud music and uncomfortable stools, it's the youngers area, but on the other side of the street there's another large area much quieter and (possibly) with better seats.

Really nice and well-kept spot. The food and drinks were all great, and the staff super polite and friendly. As for the music… simply amazing. Some of the best you’ll hear in the northern suburbs. One of my favorite places, with a great crowd and always a nice vibe. Highly recommend it without a second thought!

Brings Mykonos here in Athens. Great music, great drinx, great food. The only complaint now is that last night we came, it was my friends birthday, we came with a cake, we had the waiter put the cake in the fridge for a while, then once we was ready we had to ask few times for it, they never played the birthday song for her. I dont know if we had to request for it, or if it is automaticly done. Still we had a great time.

An bar- restaurant located in Old Penteli. The atmosphere and the location of this bar are its strongest characteristics. The menu is also unique and the service is excellent. A must visit for everyone.

Great cafe-bar, very cozy, makes you feel like home, every table feels a little bit special. Inside, the fire place creates a unique atmosphere in the winter and outside, the cool breeze from the mountain makes it a very nice place to be during summer! They have some very delicious brunch and dinner options, not to mention great cocktails and drinks. Parking should be no problem right outside but the entrance isn't wheelchair friendly I'm afraid due to the front door steps. Feel free to bring your family but better reserve a table if your company is more than 4 people..

Very nice, quaint coffee bar / diner with a relaxed atmosphere. We had iced cappuccino along with some excellent breakfast from the menu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I love this place. The atmosphere of this place is lovely and cozy. It is the best place to chill anytime of the day. I ordered Freddo espresso and Rachel which is grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches served with some pieces of purple cabbage dressed with sweet honey mustard dressing. It was good and I love that dressing. My friend got shrimp tacos and it was the best looking among us. The portion of food was not enough for Asian 20s like us but the shrimps were fresh.

A friend of mine who is Greek recommended this place so I knew it was legit. This place did not disappoint. I had the Tahini Yogurt along with a Greek coffee, juice and cake of the day. If I had to rate the Tahini yogurt on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it a "I wanted to lick the plate". Bel Ray also has a cozy atmosphere, with great back ground music and a friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

I changed my review. 1 star ⭐, laptops 💻 after 6pm are NOT allowed! I can understand to have a timeboxed slot, to prevent someone sitting for 5 hours with a coffee but there no point to forbid the laptop usage. What is the point on that? Can I use slack from my mobile phone 📱? Or this is not allowed too??

One of my favourite places for coffee and remote working in central Athens. Beautiful, sunlit interior, but there’s also outdoor seating.

This place does it all: breakfast, brunch, bar. We had excellent specialty coffee and banana bread in the morning as well as delicious drinks in the evening. What is really special there is the athmosphere. Bright, high ceilings, lots of windows. Both inside and outside very nice to sit. Staff is also incredibly nice and helpful.

Nice decor and good enough juice. But the bad attitude of the waitress kind of sours the experience. How she has a better day tomorrow.

We came here for brunch two days in a row!! The coffee, sweets, and food are all incredible. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is very friendly.

The most valuable of this place is the vibe. It has great location with out/inside area being either cozy or airy. Just note in most of the time after 12, you may need to wait 10-20mins to get a table. My coffee is quick but the table next to me needed to wait more than half an hour. Service is not quote warm but ok, I saw many people who seem very close to waiters. Coffee is VERY good but match latte is NOT recommended. They also have a brunch and breakfast menu to give you more options.

Just had our breakfast and this lovely and silent place. It’s located in a small street with the dining tables outside as well. Food was really delicious and it cost for both around EUR 30 with a good solid yummy breakfast. Staff was friendly and always served to us with a smile. Would love to recommend to everyone. Had a great brunch here. It was quite crowded even on a weekday. The food was good but the portions a bit small for the price perhaps. Service was quick and friendly.

Ohh Boy is a popular spot, and it’s easy to see why, though be prepared for a large crowd and a long queue. The prices are great, and the menu offers plenty of choices, including healthy options. I had the Roasted Chicken and absolutely loved it—flavorful and satisfying. The portions are normal, so don’t expect anything oversized. The iced Americano, however, was a bit disappointing—it was unexpectedly small and not cold enough. As for dessert, I had the Crumble Cheesecake, which I wouldn’t recommend. It lacked crème and didn’t live up to expectations. The atmosphere was a bit irritating, though. It was noisy, and while music was playing, it was hard to enjoy due to the loud chatter. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and efficient despite the crowd.Not a place to relax with a book. Overall, I’d return for the great food and variety. If you don’t mind the noise, it’s definitely worth checking out!

This cafe in Athens is well-known for its traditional coffee-making method using hot sand. We visited out of curiosity but found the experience overrated. While the preparation process looks unique, the final result does not stand out in terms of taste or quality and it is also costly. The coffee was decent but nothing exceptional, and the focus seemed more on the show than the actual drink. The place attracts many visitors, likely drawn by the novelty, but we expected more in terms of depth and flavour. The atmosphere is fine, and the staff is efficient, but overall, we left feeling that the reputation of this cafe is built more on its presentation than on the coffee itself. It’s worth trying once for the experience, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to visit again.

A lovely café serving traditional coffee made on hot sand. The coffee was great — smooth, well-balanced, not acidic. My highlight was the yogurt with pistachio (marmalade?) — something I’d never tried before, but delicious. It’s clearly a tourist spot (you’ll see many guide-led groups), so the atmosphere doesn’t feel fully “local,” although the flavors certainly are. While the coffee is good, you can find similar quality elsewhere if you look so it is a bit pricey. A bit disappointing that the cafe had almost no foam you‘d expect in a good mocca. Ordering via QR code at the table is super easy, and the staff are happy to explain things if you ask.

The coffee was great we have tried the authentic greek coffee and i also liked that we could order calmly at the table. The price was a bit high but we could have a real greek coffee at least. The only thing that I didn't like is that before we entered we felt the raw fish from the market.

This is apparently one of the few places that still brew their Greek coffee traditionally (in sand). I’m not a coffee drinker so the Greek coffee just tasted like normal coffee to me. The yoghurt however was creamy and paired so well with the rose water syrup. Located outside of the markets.

UPDATE: Since management responded they haven’t changed anything in their quality. Here’s the proof they’re not serving traditional Greek orange cake (before they became a tourist trap, and now). You can see the difference, not only in presentation, but also in the density of the cake. The before, traditionally made with filo pastry, the cake is more dense and flaky. Now, using regular flour, cake is more like a sponge and crumbles. It’s so sad what this place has turned into - specially regarding quality. I visited about 3 years ago, we left amazed by taste and quality of their pastries. Currently, the “traditional orange cake” is not made with filo pastry, they use regular flour and lacks orange taste. They don’t use honey in their pastries, they use syrup (which is a horrible shortcut). Their nuts in some of the pastries didn’t taste fresh. Coffee is extremely basic and there is no specialty anymore. It looks like the thrive on visitors who doesn’t know about traditional Greek coffee and pastries. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Quite disappointing!

It's not what it used to be. It used to be a great place with a good atmosphere and chill people. Some of the things I saw and didn't like: 1. The person that fills the bowls with popcorn does it with his bare hands and a few minutes later I saw him setting up and moving some chairs. I doubt that he washes his hands regularly or remembers to do so every time he fills a bowl. I guess wearing gloves is considered extra. 2. A man riding a 50cc motorcycle brought some bags of ice and most of them were placed where he put his feet at. The staff didn't seem to mind and took the bags without giving a second glance so I guess it's something that happens regularly. It's a great sight to see while sipping my iced lemonade. I left after less than an hour because I couldn't take any more surprises. Maybe it was a bad night, who knows. I will never know cause I'm not going back ever again.

Not the best place to have a morning breakfast or lunch. We thought it looked cute and saved it to come back another day. Which we did. Service is not friendly however also not rude but if you want to have a nice experience try some other place. We ordered the chicken quesedilla and the quinoa salad. Service brought the wrong salad. No sorry nothing when i told her its not what i ordered. Just you said chicken right? and i told her no i said quinoa. The food itself was not good. Could prepare it better myself. Found a spaghetti in my salad too. So save your money and time and try a better place.

Small, minimally designed place, pleasant music to dance to, friendly atmosphere, kind staff, affordable prices, overcrowded, though at nights, but it's ok if you can near it. There's the outside option, to drink your beer or cocktail, and interact with other frequenters. Really close to Monastiraki metro station.

Good bar, excellent service, decent range of drinks, nice Strapatsada for lunch. Only two people at the bar when I went in so the atmosphere score is probably not a true reflection .

A little bit pricey but it gathers a lot of nice people. I also noticed that the popcorn given with the drink were barbecue flavored instead of the classic ones. And great toilets by the way.

Stopped off here as a sort of "husband chair" while my wife and daughter had a look in the local shops. Great spot off the main roads. Lovely setting with a real chill out vibe. I was only stopping for a cold coffee but I ended up having food as well while I read my book. Great spot

I had the most amazing brunch this year in this place. It was a toast with cheddar, mince meat in absolutely delicious sauce and poached egg on top of it... Sooo tasty and it gave me enough energy (and calories, too) to walk around the town for the whole day. I also decided to drink latte and as soon as I finished that cup of delicious "life juice", I ordered another one. It's not very strong, but still full of flavour. Absolutely recommend to anyone that likes brunches as much as I do ☺️

Best cappuccino cafe in Athens! We just discovered this place and will surely come back here over and over again. Great atmosphere with wonderful music sets. It’s a little bit pricey for a coffee but definitely worth it. A tip for the visitors; there’s usually 1 EUR difference between the take-away and in-cafe prices ;)

This is by far the best coffee place I found during my 1 week trip through Athens, Syros and Andros. It was a little bit hard to find, as it is located in a small deadend lane but it was really worth the effort. There is a very nice choice of 3rd wave coffee selection and the extraction was perfect. Furthermore there are many delicious traditional greek dishes to choose from. The service was really friendly and really well organized as we didn't had to wait very long for our order.

Amazing brunch time at the Kea's island. Highly recommended all day bar at Vourkari . Food at its best. Specialty coffee at the shop. Staff is multilingual and very helpful with the order. Location is perfect , with see view. Many parking lots in the area during morning.

We had such a great experience at Fairy Tale Restaurant! The atmosphere is super cozy and charming, and the food did not disappoint. My favorite was the smoked salmon teriyaki salad and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly balanced flavors and beautifully presented. Service was warm and welcoming too, which made the whole evening even better. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Fairytale is an absolutely stunning themed café that truly transports you to a different world. The design and atmosphere are magical, and the menu offers a great variety of options, including plant-based milk alternatives and gluten-free choices. I especially loved the themed desserts, beverages, and food, which really tied the whole experience together. The only downside was that some of the couches were a bit dirty, which took away slightly from the otherwise enchanting vibe.

Aside from the unbeatable location next to the best bars and restaurants in the center. My experience at this hotel was excellent from the very beginning. All the staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They even had the lovely detail of offering me a cocktail and helping me with my luggage all the way to the taxi. You can truly feel that they put their heart into their service. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. Bonus: they have a partnership with a women focused initiative that produces the coffee they have in the room. It is amazing quality coffee! As fun and exciting as the decor at Fairytale Athens is, the food is equally dull and oddly soporific. It’s as if spices, oil, or even just basic seasoning were completely foreign concepts. The teriyaki tasted slightly off, the salad was dry (not even a hint of dressing or oil), and the sandwich was forgettable at best. A real pity — if only the kitchen could cook the way the interior designers decorate!

Overrated. The space is very small and nothing like it appears on TikTok or social media. Tables are too tight for four people, and the large plates make it even more uncomfortable. Orders arrived late, and the brunch options were disappointing. The waffle was burnt. Definitely not brunch-friendly or worth the hype.

Visited here because of the good reviews, the place itself was nice but the garden was very busy so we had to sit inside (not as pleasant as outside arguably, during summer). The food was ok, nothing extraordinary - didn’t come up to expectations. Small-ish portions. Egg Benedict dish was subpar, the eggs weren’t runny at all. Overall, if you’re in the mood for amazing brunch, this isn’t it.

My favorite spot in Athens.. Easygoing, cool with great ambience.. Brunch is delicious..You definitely have to try mushroom temptation plate and for the sweet teeth the amazing banoffee 🤤, the pancakes, as well as the French toast!

Dope Roasting Co in Athens features an impressive loft-like design, characterized by tall wood panels and ceiling openings that allow a substantial amount of light to fill the space. Even though we had to wait for 40 minutes to get our coffees cause the place was packed, it was totally worth it! The truffle turkey sandwich was delicious and the lemon,cardamom and hazelnut buns were to die for! Love the concept of the place - definitely recommend!

Excellent atmosphere and staff! I stayed here for several hours to get some remote work done, and it was a productive atmosphere. They have a good selection of music that plays and the place is bustling with activity. Cappucino was delicious and expertly made. Cinnamon roll was to die for. No complaints. Perfect coffee stop in the heart of Athens. There’s many coffee options around the city, but this is one of my tops options. Beautiful inside and outside, fantastic service and the coffee was amazing. I ordered a single cappuccino and it was delicious. My wife ordered the pistachio latte and it was really good, can’t taste the pistachios much though! The chocolate brioche was to die for!

I was recommended this coffee shop through a friend who spent some time in Athens this year. I can honestly say this is hands down one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to in all of my travels! Their cream brioche and cinnamon buns are heavenly! The service is amazing, the atmosphere and vibe with their outdoor seating is top notch and the flow of their shop is well thought out. A bit on the pricey side for Athens, but if you want a real coffee that's not a Freddo espresso or Greek coffee it's worth it. The cappuccino and lattes we got were perfect. The selections of sandwichs, yoghurt and pastry are good as well. We made it out local for the 4 days we were staying in the area.

A nice coffee place near Exsarxia area. The coffee is good enough. Not the best one you can have but its a ove average. The place also offers tables outside in case you wanna have there your coffee. Anyways, its a good choice for a take away coffee.

Good coffee, great proscuito sandwich, and the blueberry muffin is specifically the one I always look from. Not overly crumbly, right amount of sweetness and density, and not over stuffed with blueberries.

Excellent speciality coffee, one that’s actually open on a Sunday. They have a nice outdoor seating facing the tiny street but also plenty of space inside. Also, some interesting merch to buy, if that’s your taste!

Hands down my favorite coffee place in Athens. Not only is the coffee amazing, but the atmosphere and service is so warm, welcoming and friendly, that it makes you want to come back for more. Best flat white I had in Athens! I visited Cupaki three times, and the best two coffees were enjoyed on-site. I believe that when I ordered a takeaway, I was served by a less experienced girl. I've visited many cafés in Athens, and it was challenging to find one that really knew how to prepare good coffee, but Cupaki exceeded my expectations. They also have delicious oat milk and know how to foam it properly. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely little breakfast at Foyer. Ordered two great coffees, a veggie sandwich and a vegan pastry that didn’t break the bank. Makis, one of the owners, is super easy to talk to and knows his craft. The artsy athmosphere adds to the experience. Definitely recommend!

I tried a bunch of specialty coffee shops while visiting Athens and this was my favorite one. My piccolo coffee had excellent flavor and perfect milk texture and was properly served on a saucer, with a spoon to stir the coffee. The cafe was clean and comfortable, the prices were fair and the owner was a really nice guy who seemed very passionate about coffee. They also source beans from DAK, which is one of my favorite roasters. I only wish I had been staying closer to them, so I could have returned more often!

Coffee is pretty good! Totally recommended if you are in for the coffee. The staff attitude is as if they don’t care, borderline arrogant / snobby, which makes the vibe pretty low. But yeah, coffee is top tier, so a 4/5 is reasonable fun my opinion.

Visited this place for an afternoon coffee. Ordered americano, latte with pea milk and chocolate cake. Coffee was quite good and the latte art was surprisingly beautiful, considering how harder it is to do it with plant milk. The chocolate cake was extraordinarily delicious. It had a very light and soft texture, yet it was also very chocolaty at the same time with a rich taste. The ambiance was unique and pleasant with soft music in the background and cute, colorful tables. The staff were also kind and helpful.

My favorite coffee shop in Athens. The beverages are amazing, and so is the food. Very tastefully furnished, which makes a perfect spot to chill at, mornings or afternoons. Hidden gem in the center of Athens, with 60s vibe, marble details and authentic old Athenian ambience. Service was friendly and fast, we loved the carrot cake so much, it was amazing. It was handmade and very fresh. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The specialty coffee was an amazing quality. I will be visiting this place often now. I'm always glad to see authentic businesses like this one in my city.

We had an oat flat white with single origin espresso and a decaf Americano. The flat white was outstanding—smooth and flavorful. The decaf was just okay. Service was friendly and efficient, and the vibe strikes a perfect balance between vibrant and cozy. Great spot overall!

First the place. Great calming design, and the courtyard is magical. Also love the colour scheme and the graphic design on the products. We had the egg sandwich and the cheese toast. Both are fine, both quite small and both very simple. No great cooking but simple dishes modernised for the younger crowd. For dessert, we tried the seasonal porridge. Again, fine, small, and simple. For me, one of those places where the place is more memorable than the food.

Amazing coffee! This has been one of the best coffees we’ve had on this trip visiting 7 countries/9 cities. We’ve been here each morning and will be back tomorrow before leaving to go home.

The City Link, housed in a historically preserved building, is a landmark location in the heart of Athens that hosts various cafés, restautants, upscale shops, including the Attica department store, as well as the Holmes Gym & Wellness Spa, that I really enjoy! 👍🙂👍

A nice cafeteria situated in a nice location near a park in the outskirts of the forest in Dionysos with nice interior and exterior. Ample space to accompany lots of customers, especially in spring and in the summer when the outdoor seating area becomes a sensible choice. We tried some fresh juices, smoothie, milkshakes and desserts. The Sex on a plate dessert with a brownie-like cake and chocolate and vanilla ice cream is very nice. The same can be said about their Oreo milkshake. Can't comment on their coffee since I stopped drinking coffee lots of years ago. The prices are reasonable and the service is decent.

When all the planet wants to reduce cups - plastic used , they provide no incentive or discount to use your own cup - environmental tax discount at least should be in place . Washing of your cup should be as an option - even charged All modern shops should have an eco approach on take away .

It's a nice environment and has a comfy/retro feel in the design interior. Outside you can sit under the trees although the highway does create noise. Food is good and drinks are good also although nothing exceptional there are several more gourmet options compared to a typical cafe menu. Nice place to chill-out.

You can find everything you are looking for. The prices are a bit expensive compared to big stores. But, this is the best market in the area. There is an opportunity for healthy eating. Warm bread and freshly made pastries. Fruits and fruit juices are fresh. There is a large selection of wine and other alcoholic beverages. The employees answer all questions with a smile.

The location is amazing, I love the interieur, the plants and everything! The staff gave sometimes the impression of being distracted sometimes and doesn’t seem really interested from time to time. The Tumeric Latte was tasty but small especially for the insane price of 6,80. I was looking forward to my Tacos but forgot to mention that I rather not like to have chorizo on it. It got even worse as it was basically some kind of pork cracklings, which is absolutely not my thing. I tried to put it away with my fork as far it’s been possible… The Cheesecake was good. Overall the price-performance ratio wasn’t satisfying.

This little place was right around the corner from my hotel so I stopped in for lunch on the weekend and was very delighted! The whole place is filled with plants - so green and comfortable. I was able to find a table that was great for a solo traveler, they were relatively quick with service and the food was delicious (brunch until 4 pm! the egg bowl was amazing). Was disappointed I didn't find it until the end of my stay, I would have loved to come back. Great fresh smoothies that were perfect.

I’m a florist and a huge plant lover, so I instantly fell in love with this café/restaurant. The interior and ambience are absolutely stunning – a true little paradise. The food is simply out of this world! I came for breakfast and ended up staying for dessert because it was just too delicious to resist. Every bite was perfection. The aroma that hits you when you enter Kudu tells you straight away that they’re serious about coffee. It’s very much a complete “Kudu Brand Experience”. They have coffee pods, merchandise and an array of cakes, pastries and sandwiches. I feel like Kudu’s strength is that they offer a complete morning commuter package. However, if you are serious about just the cup of coffee itself then there are better places in Athens. Coffee - 7.6. it’s a slight shame the smell of the roast doesn’t defuse into the cup. The house blend is slightly too roasted, it leaves a bitter taste. The hit of caffeine doesn’t compensate and their is very little attention to the milk work.

Friday three weeks ago, day before lockdown, a cold day, gale blowing, cloudy, no sun. A day for the Metro, visit the suburbs. Also the last day this would be possible, as would not be able to travel on the Metro during lockdown, or at least not without a plausible excuse and prior consent. I had visited Kudu a yea ago. A similar day. Time for a revisit, as somewhat out of the way and requires a trip on the Metro to a not very pleasant area. Kudu was surprisingly very busy for a coffee shop in lockdown, takeaway only. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars had been ordered to close on Tuesday, earlier in the week, could only serve takeaway. Have a takeaway coffee and a bite to eat. New Synesso espresso machine. They have bought two for lockdown. They expect to be busy. The shelves were almost bare, restocked whilst I was there. But why bring boxes of coffee in large cardboard boxes, to then throw away, why not reuse the boxes? Why bring coffee in bags, why not in large reusable food grade plastic boxes for coffee brewed in the coffee shop? Coffee on the shelves has meaningless best by, even worse a date that is two years hence. Best by is meaningless for coffee. Only meaningful date is the roast date. Last year, The Underdog coffee in Nespresso capsules. Kudu doing the same. Why stock tea pigs? Not quality tea.

Love the design of this bar and its large rooftop. Don’t expect sweeping views though — you’ll just see the street. Still, it’s a nice place to sit and relax. We booked for 7pm, but the kitchen had a hiccup so we couldn’t eat. They messaged ahead on WhatsApp though, which I really appreciated. The staff were super friendly. The cocktail I had was solid but small & pricey (~€15). They also have plenty of non-alcoholic options, which is great. Overall giving 5 (more like 4.5) stars because of the good vibes.

We had such a fantastic time at Boo! Athens. The food was absolutely exceptional, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had anywhere in the city. Really cool bar/sushi restaurant. Restaurant turns into kind of a club vibe around 10/11 pm with a DJ, smoke machines, and fire spinners! Really great service. Try the love vortex cocktail it’s sooo good! I got the boo roll with beef on top and it was so good. The shrimp tempura was one of the best tempuras I’ve had and the springs rolls were amazing!

And yet consistently an inclusive proposition with origins from earlier, more humane times and an apparent maladjustment to modernizing trends with relatively good coffee and above all very reasonable prices that will remain low as long as possible. Despite the competition, it's almost always full. There is no age identity and label, nor the corresponding phenomenon of repulsion of any category and social class. perhaps one of the few remaining in this style.

I wanted to drink good coffee around the area, an iced cappuccino to be exact, the place is considered a landmark having really good coffee, so I was pointed here. Unfortunately, the coffee was a total miss... Metallic taste, which translates that they probably don’t change the espresso machine’s filter often, a hint of cream on top and too waterish. Too bad, cause is located in a nice area of the town and it’s a cozy place.

We visited this hotel in July 2025. We booked two rooms - one room with two twins beds and another room with a king size bed. Upon arrival we were welcomed by some of the most friendly staff. They graciously delivered our bags and quickly checked us in. The porter delivered our bags to our rooms and showed us all of the amenities in the room. They have thought of everything ! From slippers, robes, the best hair dryer, steam iron, lighting and wonderful cosmetics, fun and adjustable lighting - nothing is missing here. The loveliest people work here and extremely hospitable! Breakfast was included in our rate and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We enjoyed that it was a sit down breakfast opposed to a buffet with an outstanding menu. We loved the vibe and atmosphere here. Clean and lovely boutique hotel.

This is important!! I know that the quality of the coffee and the food is worth it, but the guy who was at the entrance and probably the cashier with a black ponytail was really rude when all I did was ask him a polite question. I entered the coffee shop and asked if the store next door was open or if he knew when the owner of the exchange coins shop will be back, and with a big awful and disrespectful and bothered attitude he answered “I don’t know, he probably is on a break…” but the way this specific staff said this to me was like telling me off…. Little did he know that I was ready to order a coffee after he answered my question, but his rudeness drove me away and you have lost me as a potential everyday customer as I work close to Kifisia. I do not accept this behaviour and I would like to report him as well. As far as I know Loumidis is a chain of coffee shops and I am a 100% positive that losing customer is bad for business! Let me add that he was staring at his phone all the time hoping the time passes so he could get off, as he seemed to not care and had the “I am bored” attitude. I hope the owner understands this issue and handles it! This happened on Friday 25th July 2025 at around 16:00 -17:00… Let me say I have worked in the past many years in that kind of area and position in both Greece and outside of Greece and this is definitely not the way you talk to a customer. Like where are his social manners? That’s a top priority to have in this kind of job and generally in any job! I will be supporting Loumidis, but once in a month when I am visiting other areas of Athens. Kifisia has lost me from being an everyday customer, so sad… Hope from now on the staff is more helpful and friendly to their future customers!

Awful lunch experience today. The waiters/managers were not empowered to resolve the issue/misunderstanding which occurred. When I tried to offer my side, the younger waitress cut me off and said “look I don’t have time for this today” … this was after I offered to pay the full amount. This was after a number of other rude comments. The waitresses were not interested in resolving the issue and said the owner was not contactable. The food was ok. I think it’s a fine place to stop for a coffee but it was probably the worst place overall in an otherwise lovely trip to Athens.

The food was delicious, and the menu had so many options. The service was great and the decor was lovley.

Nice café, relaxing atmosphere and good food, a bit pricier than most brunch options in the centre. Tried the poached eggs with the potatoes and spinach - the idea seems to be there but the execution fell slightly short. The crispy potatoes got a bit too soggy and there was essentially some broth produced which didn't fit with the expectation of eggs with hollandaise. Taste is still great, the dish is nice but at its price point you sort of want that finer detail. Scrambled eggs were very smooth, the avocado spread beautifully seasoned, the salad fell short to the quality of the main aspects. The Basque cheesecake with the qumquat marmelade was much more pleasant - fresh, smooth, balanced. The plants against a white backdrop do resemble of Cyclades islands while there's relaxing, discreet music in the background. I might visit again with a view of having dessert or coffee only although I feel that it's worth exploring more of the menu, that seems more unique than most brunch places.

Tried to order here but the servers were too busy chatting to care to take my order. Tried going right up to the counter so they knew I was there, made eye contact, then they just carried on chatting. Nevermind. Everything is very overpriced anyway
