5 Little Pigs is a popular restaurant in Huskisson, known for its delicious flavors and inviting atmosphere. It offers a variety of cuisines including Modern Australian, Cafe, Asian, Bakery, Italian, Indian, Japanese, and Pizza. The restaurant has received high ratings and positive reviews for its food and service. Additionally, it is pet-friendly with easy access to the dog-friendly beach nearby.
We found ourselves at 5 Little Pigs in Huskisson for brekkie, drawn in by the crowd gathered out front and the smell of good coffee wafting down the street. It’s got that classic coastal café charm — a little bit rustic, a little bit cool, and full of locals and visitors who clearly know this is the spot to start the day. 🍳 First up was the mushroom omelette — fluffy and folded with buttery sautéed mushrooms, dill, and parmesan. The dill added this unexpected freshness that cut through the richness in the best way. Super simple but so well done. Comforting without being heavy. 🦀 The spanner crab toast was definitely the standout — fresh, delicate crab piled onto thick-cut sourdough with all the right creamy, citrusy notes. It was light, a little fancy, and something you don’t see everywhere. One of those dishes that makes you slow down and savour every bite. 🍌 We couldn’t resist finishing with a slice of banana bread, toasted and perfectly caramelised on the outside, soft and cakey inside. The kind you keep picking at even when you’re full. ☕️ Coffee was smooth and strong, just how we like it — and the staff were friendly without being over the top, keeping things moving even with the morning rush. 5 Little Pigs is one of those breakfast spots that feels effortless but delivers big. Thoughtful food, great coffee, and just the right amount of local personality. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

🐷☕ Simple Pleasures at 5 Little Pigs 🍞☕ Stopped by 5 Little Pigs in Huskisson for a light morning bite, and it hit the spot in the most comforting way. I had their fruit toast with whipped ricotta and honey — warm, crispy edges, perfectly spiced fruit, and that cloud-like ricotta paired with a gentle drizzle of honey. Sweet, creamy, and satisfying without being heavy. It’s the kind of breakfast that feels like a quiet hug. Paired it with a strong black coffee, and the balance was just right — no frills, just good honest flavours in a chill, relaxed setting. Highly recommend for anyone after a cosy, satisfying start to the day. Sometimes, it’s the simplest dishes that leave the best impression ✨

Fantastic food, great coffee and attentive service makes 5 Little Pigs a great place to eat and watch the world go by. Highly recommended, we love it here.

This is great place for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast here a couple of times and the food and coffee were really good. I particularly liked the Turkish poached eggs a little different and very tasty. My wife thought the pancakes were great. Highly recommend it.
Sam — Google review
We came here for a birthday breakfast on a beautiful Jervis bay day and found this to be one of our new fav cafe’s! Beautiful calm atmosphere, delicious food and quality coffee and lovely service. Especially from Charlie who we loved chatting to and even brought out a little bday treat! Thank-you!
Indi Y — Google review
The fruit toast is very good, well worth it! The eggs on toast, however, are not toasted and come with too much butter (maybe it would be better if the butter came on the side). The avo side is just a piece of peeled avo, not prepared in any way. The service is great and so is the atmosphere.
Lara R — Google review
Dog friendly Cafe in a friendly town. We had breakfast. The table service was quick and efficient. Cold table water was provided and the food portions were generous. Highly recommended 👌

Pilgrims is a fantastic vegetarian cafe in Shoalhaven, offering a wide range of delicious vegetarian food that can be adapted to various dietary requirements. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service with a smile. The veggie burgers are particularly noteworthy for their crispy patties and fresh ingredients. With beautiful views of the marina, Pilgrims is an ideal place to relax and enjoy all-day breakfast and lunch options made with local produce.
What a find in the Shoalhaven. We were greeted and seated by Chad, the happiest, efficient and most professional waiter around. Our breakfasts, were a veggie dream, loaded with local produce, sourdough from Berry, Husky eggs, home made pesto and bespoke for the fussy members of the group! Regular Flat white, flat white half full, strong flat white, double shot black.... no order was too difficult! Chad delivered everything with a huge SMILE 😀😀😀Highly recommended. Thank you also to Belinda and Fin!
Sue G — Google review
A great vegetarian cafe with a beautiful view to the marina. They offer all day breakfast and lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ordered a mix salad, the pesto sourdough and a spinach pie. They were delicious, especially the pesto sourdough. A great place to relax!
G M — Google review
We didn’t dine in but ordered take away burgers and wraps to take to the beach for lunch. The food is great - both the vegan wrap and the bliss burger were super delicious. I was just a little bit disappointed by the long waiting time (more than 30 minutes in our case for take away food) and that the menu isn’t as big as in other pilgrims. The staff was super lovely though and if it wasn’t for the long wait and the small menu, I would have given 5 stars ;)
Katja B — Google review
We had breakfast here three days in a row. Delicious smoothies and juices, really great granola, but the corn fritters were just wrong. Instead of a batter, they were made from egg, so basically they were frittata. And not really nice. We also didn't find their coffee very satisfying. But we like this cafe a lot. The vibe is very laid back; it's spacious and not noisy. We will return on our next trip to Husky.
Murray M — Google review
Nice and earthy atmosphere and friendly service. Coffee and food was delicious with speedy service; Açai bowl; amazing texture with a delicious granola would have loved to have seen some fresh fruit on top but Probably one of the best I have had so far Coffee first coffee was a Carmel latte; bit to sweet for my self but a to kk delicious; I also grabbed a latte for take away that was much better!! Happy to come back for coffee and Açai bowl!!

Excellent food. The breakfast wrap was really good, didn't miss my usual bacon at all!
Johnny N — Google review
It's always difficult for vegetarians in tourist places. Luckily Pilgrims huskinson serve vegan food. We tried burgers wraps & fresh juice. It was healthy, stomach filling & worth the price. Overall a guilt free food experience.
Smile — Google review
Cute cafe with great vegetarian and vegan options. Portions are MASSIVE so make sure you’re hungry before you go. Only downsides were the cups, which were really really dirty, (see photos) and the waiters didn’t seem to know what they were bringing out. Also, one of the girls in our group has a nut allergy and the menu didn’t outline allergens (there were a few nuts in this dish which wasn’t made clear up front). Luckily nothing happened but would have been good to know beforehand. Overall an average experience. 👍

The cafe is known for its outstanding coffee, delicious and fresh food inspired by Southern California beach vibes.
Had an awesome bacon and egg roll at Salty Joe’s in Huskisson! Super tasty, fresh and hit the spot. Great chill beachy vibe too … perfect breakfast stop!

Right in the centre of Huskisson, this café is a great option for brunch. The food was really good, done to a high standard and with a varied menu. Though the hash brown (which was a pretty expensive add-on) was hard as a rock and pretty tasteless. The rest was great though, and well priced. Coffees tasted okay but the latte art was non-existent (see photos), a shame as this would be a great spot for coffee if they bailed the flavour and added some artwork. Staff were friendly, there was seating inside and out, and highchairs were available. Overall a good option, which with a couple of tweaks could be exceptional!
Duncan M — Google review
Good quality coffee and food. Highly recommend this Cafe visit weekly for the eggs Benny. Family friendly and friendly staff great atmosphere views of Jervis Bay. Outdoor and indoor eating areas.

Able to get a table during the post park run rush! Absolutely great food, fresh and delicious. Loved the monkey nuts smoothie bowl and the granola and yogurt was great too. Good reviews on the coffee and lovely views over the bay and street for people watching. Busy to order at the till but drinks and food quite quick. Comfy sofas and tables and chairs inside, some outdoor seating too. Dog friendly outside.

Best chill scrambled eggs on toast!! Nailed it. But really good menu, amazing coffee. Lovely spot to have your meal and watch the ocean shimmer. Gotta come back to try the rest of menu😉

Starting the day with crunchy squid, leafy greens, and a milkshake taller than my ambitions. Chill vibes, friendly faces, and food that makes you wanna do a happy dance. 10/10 would breakfast like this again.

Was down there during the triathlon, the crew ran like a well oiled machine considering how busy they were. Had the granola, it was hands down the best I've ever eaten. Crunchy, flavourful and the pannacotta added a lovely finishing touch. Looking forward to visiting next time we're down. Definitely worth a visit.

Popped in today for a coffee and a bite during the chaos of the Huskisson marathon. The coffee and food was incredible, and the staff were all wonderful and friendly. Thanks heaps Salty’s team for doing such an incredible job and keeping everyone fed and happy during the event. Will definitely be back tomorrow for a delicious long black ☕️ Keep up the good work!

Best pie in NSW. The chunky pie is to die for, tender beef, flavorful and delectable gravy. Simple ingredients yet leaves you wanting more. Thank you Huskisson Bakery!

I follow their page on instagram and it seemed like a great place to visit, when I was down from Sydney. It’s ok, I guess. I didn’t have any of the hot food, I just went in last week to grab a chocolate eclair, which had fresh cream in it and was tasty, would love to see the option of custard and cream in an eclair like they do up here in Sydney, and or a chocolate cream inside which is super delicious when you get one done up here in Sydney. I was going to go in for a vanilla slice but noticed the tops of them didn’t have the passion fruit glaze that I love on the top of mine, so that’s why I bought a chocolate eclair instead.
Sarah B — Google review
Staff were friendly, easy accessibility and amazing pies and coffee. The kids did a decorating class and loved it
Simone D — Google review
Pies were very disappointing, and our coffees were even more so. The lady that brought our coffees to the table was obviously having a rough morning. Sorry, 2 stars at best.
Jacob L — Google review
Food is good. Avoid during heavy tourist times. Last couple of weeks service has been a bit off, maybe new owners we suspect but definitely worth waits. Amendement do not order milkshakes or ice drinks. 20 min wait and a reminder to them again. Excellent food and coffees come a decent pace but 3 separate times have finished food before milkshakes. They do taste really good though.

Huskisson Bakery & Café is such a cozy spot — the pastries are fresh, the pies are flavorful, and the coffee is excellent. The place has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a perfect stop for breakfast or a quick snack while exploring Huskisson. The service is friendly and quick, and everything tastes homemade and fresh. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Delicious pies. I tried the pepper $6.80, fantastic and the original $6, a bit salty for me. Fully loaded pies., with rich gravy and good chunks of beef. The toasted ham and cheese croissant was enjoyed and the vanilla slice was an excellent finisher. If in town go here for your pie fix. Very good!

Atmosphere: The Husky Bakery in Huskisson, NSW, offers a cozy atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a pie. The simple decor and friendly ambiance create a comfortable setting for a casual dining experience. (They also do alot of other tasty treats and food but I’m all about the pies this time) Selection: While "The Husky Pie" is a standout, I chose the Beef Stroganoff pie. The Husky Bakery offers a decent variety of pies to suit different tastes. From traditional options to some creative twists, there's a fair selection available. Crust and Pastry: The crust and pastry was decently executed, providing a satisfactory base for the filling. While not exceptional, they maintain a good balance of texture and flavor. Meat: The Beef Stroganoff filling was flavorful, showcasing a decent blend of spices. The meat is tender, although the overall seasoning could be more pronounced. Overall Taste (6.5/10): The pie offered an average taste experience, with a rating of 6.5/10. While it delivers on some aspects, such as tenderness and flavor, there's room for improvement in terms of overall balance and seasoning. Service: The service at The Husky Bakery is friendly and efficient, contributing positively to the dining experience. Value: Considering the quality and portion size, The Husky Bakery provides reasonable value for its pies. In conclusion, The Husky Bakery offers an average pie experience receiving a 6.5/10 rating. While it has its strengths, such as friendly service and reasonable value, there are areas, like flavor balance and seasoning, where improvements could enhance the overall dining experience. Amazing food!! We had the pasta and it was 10/10 the views from the deck out onto the ocean is breathtaking at sunset. Bar staff were efficient and polite, drinks are average price. The club layout is well designed but as for the parking situation it can be hard to find during busy periods. The staff on the front desk need to be more welcoming but overall would highly recommend this awesome little club.

Not a bad venue, worth checking out. We went on a Friday night and it was extremely busy. Would be better for a waitress to seat people rather than everyone just fend for themselves. Food was pretty good. Seafood platter for 2. The drinks are very over priced. Paid $18 for a drink. Anywhere else they are normally $10. View was great.

Lunch today instead of usual at the Husky pub. Got there early and got a great seat looking out over the inlet. Food was quick and service good. Club has a good atmosphere and food is well priced . Will go again

Started out to be a great experience at the Club Jervis Bay. Arrived at 4pm found a fantastic table facing the water. Bar service was excellent. We ordered a share plate of a delicious garlic chilli prawns. Went to order main meals and was given a buzzer to ORDER. Waited an hour before ordering relized people were pushing in before us. Finally received our meal after another 45 minutes. Our dinner which was a average seafood taster, calamari and pumkin salad. Chips were delicious. Admittedly it was a busy night although many other clubs/ pubs have the same issues and I have never come across this. Wouldn't recommend this club.

Just happened to be there at dusk and decided to pop in for a quick meal . Attentive and helpful staff at registration counter . Menu was excellent and also offered seniors meals. Bar staff friendly cheerful and very obliging. Views out to the ocean from the dining area was stunning at sunset. Most enjoyable evening - excellent service, great atmosphere and gastronomically delighted .

Lovely atmosphere inside of the club. Door staff need to be more proactive and advise of membership (which is free) and discounts available not the bar staff. Be prepared to list occupation when joining - as the board could refuse membership if not listed!

Went there for dinner. Loved the food (bbq pork ribs and crispy roasted pork). The fries was perfectly cooked in fresh oil. Quite fast service, even though the bistro was very busy. Plus point, we could see lovely view, while enjoying our foods and drink. I would definitely go back there next time.

We had a nice dinner here. For starters, we got the spring rolls which were nice and slightly unusual. We also got the prawn bread bake special which was delicious. For mains we got the veggie tofu curry and the pork loin katsu which were really good. Cocktails are good too. Service decent and staff nice and friendly.

Went there on a Sunday long weekend with no booking. The lady working there was very nice and welcoming and gave us 2 seats at the bar. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and professional. My crispy chicken salad was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and professional! Definitely recommend

We had an amazing birthday dinner at Wild Ginger in Huskisson! The staff were super nice and friendly and they even surprised me with a beautiful cocktail as a birthday gift, such a lovely touch! 🥂 Their cocktails were fantastic, and the Thai-inspired dishes were all delicious. We especially loved the crab wonton with fresh crab meat topped with seaweed and caviar, so light and refreshing. The perch nam prik curry was full of flavour and the brownie dessert with chocolate sauce was the perfect sweet ending. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We’ll definitely come back again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out! 🍸🍴

We are not big fans of Thai cuisine but need to admit it was insane! The squid were very tasteful and I had a great time eating the tofu curry gluten free and vegan!! However it was a bit noisy but the food make it up ! Definitely recommended, GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN MEALS

We experienced a brunch here at this busy little café situated on a corner by the bay in Huskisson. The menu was extensive and the Huskisson Breakfast Delight was my choice which was just sensational. A deconstructed plate that allows you to be the navigator of your flavours. All the staff were attentive and helpful and made our visit pleasant. It's also a great location as we walked across the road afterwards for a view of the bay.

What a gem of a place! We stopped in for a coffee, decaf, which is always hit and miss and it was a hit! So much so we stuck around for breakfast too, and with so many options we were spoilt for choice. After seeing another tables food come out we asked the waitress and ordered the same! It was food heaven. Not only were the breakfasts huge but you could tell they were made with love and I'll say it again, food heaven!

Great spot to stop into over the weekend for my partner and I. We attended the Marathon and it was a very packed out and busy weekend. The service remained amazing and they had plenty of staff on to keep things running smoothly. Staff were very attentive, helpful and apologetic for the longer wait times. Coffee was very very good. Had a piccolo and an iced latte. Both of high quality. Breakfasts were amazing. Very well presented and tasted delsih. Hugh chairs for kids, water bowls for dogs. Good spot on the street for people watching. Very good vibes.
Kaitlin — Google review
The service I received from the lady who attended to me was less than friendly. When I arrived at the counter, the sign said “please wait to be seated,” but she was standing off to the side. Eventually, she came over, handed us the menu, and told us to come back to order when ready. We decided to order right away, and I went for the big breakfast. She asked what sauce I wanted, and I was caught off guard as I didn’t realize I had to choose. When I asked for the options, she rattled them off so quickly that it felt like I was being judged for asking, as if my question was obvious or silly. On the plus side, she did kindly offer a sharing plate, as I only ordered one main with two drinks. As for the big breakfast itself, the portion was massive! Two large slices of sourdough and all the classic breakfast items you could want, and it was absolutely delicious. One thing to note is the additional credit card surcharge of around 1.6%.

Terrible - ordered the seafood basket which was close to $30, despite being right by the seaside where you can literally see the fishing trawlers it was partly filled with overpriced and obviously cheap generic frozen seafood from a box / bag that had been dumped in overused cooking oil and served with a tiny soggy salad, two ribbon thin Fish pieces and a handful of chips which were stale / dry and overcooked and the 4 calamari rings and 2 prawn cutlets were under cooked inside, I was unable to finish it, sickening. Never again.

Located in the town of Huskisson, The Quarters offers a fantastic dining experience with friendly and accommodating staff. The set menu provides a variety of delicious dishes at a reasonable price. With its cozy setting and generous wine selection, The Quarters is highly recommended for a fun and valuable dining experience.
Fantastic evening here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating for us, we had the set menu for $60pp, the dishes came out with good spacing and the quantity of food was just enough. In our group the favourite out of the mains was the beef rib and the duck, the heirloom tomatoes with the wasabi mascarpone was also an unexpected highlight. Note there is no dessert on the set menu, there were two desserts available and we ordered the Eton Mess. Would recommend coming here for dinner.

Enjoyed a celebration dinner here with a couple of friends. Service was great, they managed to fit us in to a different time than our booking which was greatly appreciated. Food was delicious and decor and ambience nice. Defo one of the best restaurants on husky. Parking right out the front. I would of given 5 stars if some of the portions were slightly bigger and some more complexity on the dishes, but overall I was very happy with our dinner.

We had the most amazing night - full of tasty delights and lovely people. The setting is pretty cosy and quaint, we highly recommend trying ALL the cocktails ... or at least the top 4 the waitress recommends (the apple pie and old mule in particular are real winners). Set menus are well priced and wines available are generous and delicious. Plus the recommend this place more for value and fun 🤩

Incredible. Had the garlic prawn entree, which was one of the best prawn dishes I have had. The tomato sauce was like the Spanish make - rich and garlicky. The ribs were sensational and for $25, a bargain. The ling was also delicious. Great service, good value.

My children and I had dinner here on a Thursday night peak season. The restaurant is well decorated and the atmosphere was great. We didn't have a booking so we were sat at a table at the back of the restaurant. We had a good view of the bar tender hard at work making some amazing looking cocktails. We ordered wings and calamari for starters, both were excellent. We had a steak, lamb shoulder, and pork belly for our mains. We liked the steak the best. The sides were excellent we had green beans, cauliflower and sweet potato chips. Too much food for the four of us. They have a great craft beer selection and many unique cocktails to choose from. Overall an excellent meal and we all hope to return next time we visit Jervis Bay.

We went on an early Saturday night. They were very nice to fit us in. Bookings are essential. Overall the food was a bit of a hit and miss. The entree with the bread with rock salt was nice. The sides potatoes were very nice with the aioli sauce. Broccoli was a bit heavy salted and bitter from the burn. Steak flank was chewy. The veins not cut off properly. Taste of Asian as it was in soy Sauce. Pork belly was the highlight. Nicely cooked, juicy soft and skin was cut into squares for easy eating. Thank you chef for thinking about that. Unfortunately, the noodles were undercooked and overal tastes, in my opinion wasn’t a good combi. Garlic and soy should go well but not when it is creamy aioli. It overpowered the steak. Aioli also does go well with Thai nahm Jim. Dessert was good. For $49 it was good for value. Great customer service.

We went on a Thursday night with the set 2 course menu with our kids who had the children's menu. The service was good, the food delicious. The entrees were great _ we had the arancini and fried Squid both were lightly fried but not greasy in any way. The lamb was beautifully cooked and tender. The duck was tasty but light on the stated vegetables (a stalk of gai lan?). The female head waitress was fabulous, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The lamb was outstanding, baba ganouj so smoky and the lamb was very juicy. The service was great. -1 star for the oysters which weren’t incredibly fresh. Decor and nice and homely. Would definitely go back!

Such a great place, and delicious food! We ordered the eggs Benny and the granola, and need to come back for some of the other menu choices. Really enjoyed sitting in the sun, with good coffee and great food.

Food here tastes great. The service is very friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere and seating is a bit cramped. There are many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from here which is great! The food tastes amazing and is very fresh. There is a decent selection of dishes and you will surely find something you like. The vegan pies tastes great, very flavourful. The hot chips were delicious ! You must try. The seating is a bit uncomfortable and the tables are a bit cramped in the restaurant. The drinks were very nice and well made. In a lovely location overlooking the water. Give this place a visit if you're in the area. I will definitely come back.

This is by far one of the best places to get a meal in Huskisson. Had the Veggie patch which was done well with great flavours... And it wasn't soaked in oil. This and 5 Little Pigs have great food. There's a reason why they have queues for people wanting to be seated.

Had popped into this cafe before and their coffee was great. Back for breakfast and so glad I did. Delicious does not do it justice. One of the yummiest breakfast I have ever had! Friendly staff, great location definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful food, Great Service! The newest edition to the local great food and coffee culture. Serving Australian style breakfasts and lunches with an international inspiration sprinkled in. At Nutmeg, they pride themselves in exceptional service and heart warming food that is made with love and passion.

Solid cafe choice. Good food and drinks (coffee and juices) that was brought out pretty fast. Food seemed to lack a little punch in flavours, but was good overall. Wicked amounts of halloumi and mushrooms were nicely cooked.

We visited Nutmeg on the Canberra day long weekend and got a table out the front with our pup. We ordered a chicken and a beef burger to share and they were both fantastic! Plenty of meat, fresh salad and lots of flavour. It's a great spot to sit and watch the world go by. Next time we visit the Jarvis Bay area, we'll be sure to return :)

Cooked Goose on Hyams is a charming café located just behind the beach, offering a bright and relaxed atmosphere with comfortable pillow-topped banquettes. It's the perfect spot for enjoying gourmet coffee or a delightful breakfast. The cafe is conveniently situated only a 3-minute walk from the beach, making it an ideal stop before or after a day of walking and swimming in the 2km stretch of pristine shoreline. Additionally, visitors can explore excellent snorkeling opportunities at the northern end of the beach.
Charming coffee shop with a lot of space and both indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the almon and orange cake. Coffee was bitter, which I'm not a fun of but it's a personal preference. Also loved how they served my "to go" coffee on my cup!! Definitely recommend!
Aga L — Google review
Nice little café near Hyams Beach with lots of vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast and lunch. We had the pesto beans and corn fritters—both were tasty, though a bit more salad would’ve been nice. The coffee was great too. There’s free street parking out front and a few parking spots right in front of the cafe, but it can be hard to find a spot during busy times. It's highly recommended to book a table in advance. Hyams Beach and Little Hyams Beach are both about 4 to 5 mins walking distance from here.

At the beachside restaurant with a great view, this place is very popular. I ordered their recommended dish, fish and chips. The taste was okay, but the batter was a bit too thick, which slightly affected the texture. However, this might vary depending on personal preferences.

The food was really amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful for me, my partner and put assistance dog. It has a lovely beachside vibe and the coffee is top quality

Popped into the Cooked Goose last Sunday morning for breakfast with my daughter and her partner. Great to be able to say it was a delight: the staff were friendly and prompt, the coffee just right, the food tasty and well presented. Didn't have to wait long to be served, both on arrival and for the food. Reasonably priced as well. Ideal place for breakfast, especially on a sunny morning and the beauty of Hyams Beach a stones throw away.

Great finding for our Sydney getaway weekend. Friendly staff and fantastic food and drinks. We had the watermelon drink, coffees, maple bacon BLAT and big goose roll. All yummy! Will come back! Amazing experience. Thx Cooked Goose
Vanessa G — Google review
Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service. The flavours were so well thought out and every bite was spot on. The maple bacon BLAT and Big Goose roll were both exceptional, and the drinks were just as impressive, especially the watermelon spritz. I can’t wait to come back 😀

They provided table service, while the sauce was warm the other parts of the dish were a bit lukewarm and they charged $7 for 2 poached eggs which is a bit much. Probably better just for takeaway coffee.

Despite some waiting time for food, the friendly service and delicious meals make up for it.
We both had the Whale of a Breakfast and it was fantastic! Plenty of food, well cooked and not expensive. The coffee is really nice too and the location can not be beaten! So glad we found this hidden gem for brunch :)

Waited half an hour just for coffee, got to 40 minutes and still no food so we asked how long it would be, was advised another 20 minutes. They weren’t even busy so we got a refund and left. The chef looked very unenthusiastic and incapable of going faster. For a place with approximately 30-40 people in it, it should be a lot quicker for service.

Came here for breakfast twice on beautiful hot mornings at the Portside Cafe which sits right on the water opposite the beach entry into Huskisson. The view on a beautiful morning is just divine so location wise is just perfect. The food was pretty good overall but havent tried many of the dishes yet which means i may come back and review this post. We had smashed avo on toast, hash browns, big breaky, a breaky wrap and some juices. They were tasty with a good serving although they arent that big so you may want to order more if you're mega hungry. Price wise is ok but could be cheaper for the portions you get. Check out the photos and the view! We will be back to try more.

I very seldom give a bad review; I can usually find some positives. The one positive here was that my husband's meal was tasty. 45 minutes after ordering I still had not received my meal (hubby had finished his). When it was eventually brought to me, it was wrong and I did not have the time to wait while they prepared a new one. Staff were disinterested and not customer focused at all. It actually pains me to say that I cannot recommend.
Sharon H — Google review
DO NOT COME HERE. We waited 45 mins in an almost empty restaurant. We should have left but were feeding our toddler. We asked repeatedly where our food was and was assured 3 times that it was "coming" or it was "being plated up". I can't believe we accepted the food especially when some other table also made a complaint and left without eating. Food was sad and so was the restaurant. As you can tell, the place was not busy.
Harry M — Google review
We came for a late breakfast and to enjoy the view. Good prices and friendly service. There was a wait for the food to be served but in all fairness we were warned there was a wait when ordering and you could see the staff were busy. Meals were delicious. We had the whale of a breakfast, which had plenty of bacon, eggs, a lovely smoke chorizo, hash brown, tomato, mushroom and spinach on sourdough. Also had the eggs benedict on salmon which had 2 poached eggs with a fresh tasting sauce also. Nice meals.
The H — Google review
Basically awful. Old bread, undercooked bacon, overcooked eggs, flavourless Hollandaise, cold waffles. Lazy cooking and overpriced. The worst combination. Disinterested staff and no atmosphere. Awful.

Lovely resturaunt with great atmosphere. Friendly staff, vegan friendly and great food. Although it was a bit overpriced it was certainly worth it..

I consider myself a cafe breaky connoisseur, and the breakfasts my wife and I had here today were close to perfect. Coffee was also great, as was the service. The cafe decor is minimal but not unpleasantly so. Simple, casual cafe atmosphere. Comprehensive cafe breaky menu. Couldn't ask for much more.
Murray M — Google review
The food is nice...once it arrives. After asking the staff no less than three times. The front of house is a disaster, they weren't using table numbers when I was there so I frequently watched the waitress come out with dishes or drinks and no idea who they were for. Food was delivered to the wrong tables so it came out and vastly different times for people on the same table. The lady in the kitchen who I assume to be the owner had no interest in hearing about the chaos out the front. One of the wait staff kept bringing out bacon and egg rolls using his thumb to hold the bun down on the plate -whilst unhygienic and gross, he needed to be taught better. Wish I'd picked a different place, don't bother coming here.

Dropped in for lunch on a cold day. Place was warm and cozy, staff were friendly, and the burger was pretty epic. Beef burger was on the special board but hit the spot perfectly. Chips were great and the coffee pretty decent. Good place to drop into if you are in town.

Kraken Sourdough, situated in Huskisson, is a paradise for sourdough enthusiasts and food explorers. This bakery takes pride in creating small batches of artisanal sourdough breads and pastries using only the finest ingredients. Each loaf is made from high-quality single-origin, local, and organic ingredients without any sugar, yeast, preservatives, or additives.
📍Best Sourdough & Croissants in Town?⬇️ If you're chasing crispy, golden pastries and authentic sourdough, this spot’s a must-visit 🥐🍞 Their sourdough chocolate croissant? Unreal — flaky outside, soft inside, and not overly buttery. Just perfect. The “Beast” sourdough was so good my kids started tearing pieces off before we even got to the car 😅 🌿 Bonus: there’s a gorgeous little kitchen garden with herbs and flowers out front. Loved sitting on the sandstone wall in the sun while we enjoyed our breakfast (but be mindful with small kids near the gravel carpark 🚗). ☕️ Long coffee line, but the friendly vibes and delicious pastries, danishes, and artisan goods totally made it worth the wait. Good sourdough and pastries (especially the kimchi and honey mustard croissant) - probably my favourite in the area. The bagels are great as well. I came too early and didn’t manage to try their donuts (they told me it would be ready by 10am). There’s also plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Really friendly service as well and love the open kitchen. They also had a vegan berry brioche which I didn’t end up getting but looked good.

This place is a good find. It’s in an industrial part of town, coffee was really good and the pastries were delightful. Service was also good. If you want to sit and relax not a lot of spots but food and coffee makes up for that.

Love the many different sourdough breads, savoury rolls and pastries made here. A favourite place for us to pop into when we're in the area. Can be a bit chilly dining in if the wind is up.

Could be called "Sourbarista." While the staff were friendly and working hard to serve everyone, the experience was let down by the woman on the coffee machine, rude and sour, even yelling at the staff. She also removed the umbrella shading our table without a word. Coffee was below average. Not somewhere I’d rush back to. Our food and coffees served in takeaway containers.

Great place to eat. Lots of options for vegan, vegetarian and pretty much everyone (including seafood and chicken). We tried the Smokey BBQ jackfruit tacos, Chipotle BBQ burger, and the Avocado on toast. It was all so good, would definitely come again. Only thing we would add, the vegan feta could do with some salt, but that's something we could add at the table. The staff are very attentive, we got toast very quickly for a little one who was getting tired. Highly recommended!

The food and service were excellent once again! I am a local (St Georges Basin) and have been to your restaurant a few times in the past and have always been impressed. On this occasion I had my in-laws here from Griffith NSW (Italians who love their food) and they were equally impressed. We also had our new born with us and all the staff were really accommodating of our needs. In particular, our waiter for the night, a young lad who said he had just started working at your restaurant, was just great. Cheers for a great night and we will see you again soon, Jet, Lisa and Isla.

Had dinner here on a Friday night. We turned up a little early so was happy to see they had a little bar we could sit at for a little while and have a drink. The bar staff were really friendly and they had a couple of craft bets which we like. Then we were seated on the verandah for dinner. 3 courses we had and they were all superb. Pricey. .. But I guess you get what you pay for. The service was excellent. Can't fault this restaurant and look forward to going back there.

Even though they were short staff, everyone chipped in and it was a great experience. Had the surf and turf which was delicious. Good wine list, and decent choice available by the glass too. Best high end dinner restaurant in the area. highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere & one of the fancier establishments round these parts. If it's a cold day, book the table in the back by the woodfire & if it's sunny, head out to the front patio or small backyard area (for more privacy). Service was good but food was a little hit & miss. The burgers & chips were really great (duck fat chips!) however the ala carte mains were pricey for the portion sizing & rather over seasoned. Decent alcohol selection as well.
Grace T — Google review
Unfortunately not a great experience. The food was OK, how ever the burgers tasted like the patties were rissoles from Woolies. Our table was right next to the kitchen which was fine until we heard the chef complaining about two other tables orders/requests. when he got to our order we also overheard him complaining how some of our orders were without tomato on the sandwiches and burgers including lots of swearing about his customers and the " f-ing picky people and that we should pick our own offing food off if we don't like it". We thought out of a large group of 8, having 1 order with no pickles and 2 orders without tomato was not an unreasonable request, but even if it was inconvenient for the chef, to hear those comments and swearing really burst our mood and we couldn't get out of there quick enough, even though we had planned to stay for drinks. really dissapointing. We waited 50 min for our meals (only burgers and sandwiches). The menu online is also different to what is on the physical menu. I must say though, the waitresses were all lovely and friendly. shame about the several abusive words we heard coming from the kitchen.

This was by far the best brunch I have ever had. On a rainy and busy morning their service was very attentive, the food came out quickly and was made perfectly. The coffee was delicious and expertly made, and I highly recommend the hotcakes in the praline syrup with gelato on top. They made my morning.

Dec 6 - in dire need of coffee and Kiosk delivers the best in town Feb 14 - coffee still awesome. My cafe of choice in Husky - along with Supply that is Nov 13 - Pretty damn good coffee, food not to bad and a nice aspect. life is tough

Great service and food. Enjoyed a yummy feta, avocado and tomato on sourdough for brekkie. Followed it with a delicious slice of American style pumpkin pie in honour of Thanksgiving in the US. And the prices are reasonable to boot.

Produce market
When you find yourself in Jervis Bay, make sure to stop by Supply Jervis Bay for a delightful lunch experience. This charming eatery is known for its fresh and seasonal menu that highlights local produce, making it a favorite among both locals and visitors. Nestled above the bustling main street of Huskisson, it's an ideal spot to enjoy great food and coffee after exploring the nearby shops and galleries or unwinding at the beach.
Great food and great coffee once you're able to get a table and sit down to eat. This place is always packed out. Service can be a little bit slow when busy but other than that it was really good. However, eggs on my breakfast were sometimes a bit over cooked.

Worst customer service and poor quality of food for the second time in two months. Incredibly disappointing. Today I ordered gluten free toast, bacon, mushrooms & spinach. The toast was inedible - an old gf hamburger bun that they'd toasted & was hard as a rock. The bacon was not cooked properly, so all I ate was mushrooms and spinach. I took the plate back politely complaining, and was offered no apology, the staff just stood there & looked at me, one of the girls said 'well we don't have an gluten free toast left'. I said 'well you could have told me that when I ordered', and they just stood there and stared at me as if I was being rude! I left the plate there and walked away. I returned to the counter to ask for some boiled water for my baby's bottle and the owner told me there was a 25 min wait for coffees, so it would be a while. Seriously, all I wanted was some boiled water! In the meantime, there were 3 other people standing around me complaining about the service and food, as well as a couple cancelling their order because it was taking too long. All this time the owner stood there and said nothing! Pull your act together Supply, there is no room in this market for a cafe with the quality of food & service that you currently offer.

$53 for mediocre breakfast... Took 30 mins for our drinks to come out. Wait staff not very friendly... The pancakes were good but were supposed to come with icecream which was forgotten, the "freshly squeezed" orange juice tasted very watered down. When we left, we walked past again about 20 mins later, and our plates were still there, as well as a coffee cup and a coffee spill on the table from before we got there. There are plenty of other places to choose from.

This place used to be our favourite brekky stop in Jervis Bay, but since it's changed hands it's definitely gone down hill. The food is overpriced and nothing special, the service is slow and inexperienced and the coffee is passable. It's not a coincidence that you won't see many people sat here as it's everyone else's last choice too. Definitely give this place a pass if you're in town.
D.T. N — Google review
We have been going to Supply for the last few years and today will be the last time. The place has gone down hill over the last 12 months and it looks like there is a lack of experienced leadership and management. To be blunt it appears it is operating on the hard work of 14 year olds that are not being mentored. We received our coffees after ordering twice and a 45min wait (whilst take aways went flying out the door), meals that were missing items that were on the menu, food not being cooked as requested (after we got cheek from the barista) and a confronting bad attitude barista. After wasting $100 on breakfast and when we spoke to the so called "person in charge" we were offered nothing but an empty apology. There was no attempt to make amends for upsetting such loyal local customers. The shop feels empty and it looks like it may be the end of supply due to the bad service and lack of enthusiasm or care in the food.

Up until approx 5 yes ago this was the cafe to be at. Food, energy and excellent service. When sold it slid into a slow downward spiral until it closed its doors early 2017. BUT original operator returns a new in August.

I had the potato and fetta fritters and my S.O had the fig, walnut and ricotta topped banana bread, both meals were excellent. The coffee wasnt bad and the service was good too. Would recommend a visit!

Food is clearly a joy and a love for the owners of this spot, perched above the main street of Husky. Highly rated and a world away from the drab food offered next door at the "famous fish and chips"

Coffee roasters
Jervis Bay Coffee Co, situated at 57 Owen Street in Huskisson, is a versatile establishment that functions as a cafe, coffee roaster, and bar. The menu features an array of offerings including bagels, juices, coffee, smoothies, and delectable treats. In addition to their expertly crafted martinis, patrons can indulge in the picturesque views of Jervis Bay while savoring their beverages.
A few days ago I found myself in Huskisson at a time I needed to participate in an online meeting. Rather than sit in my car I made my way to this cafe. On my last few visits I was passing through Huskisson just after closing time. I am so glad I persevered. There is a nice vibe inside with the coffee roasting machine telling the world this place is about coffee. I quickly worked out their other super power is their bagels. I did not feel like the more substantial combos offered on bagels, so at my request I ended up with an Aussie boy version, Vegemite on a bagel with butter (not the same without butter). Once the butter sank into the bagel and I applied that gourmet delicacy of Vegemite, I was in mid morning snack heaven. See my pic of the half eaten bagel. My preference and test of any cafe is a macchiato. Opinions of coffee can be so subjective. The beans were good and the structure of the macchiato as you can see on the pic was fine although perhaps a little too much froth. My macchiato was probably a four star however my overall opinion of this cafe warranted a five star rating. My online meeting was much more fun sitting on their small balcony gazing out across the entrance to Currumbeen Creek and the spectacular Jervis Bay. I must make an effort to get onto the whale watching cruiser sitting at the dock. I noticed the cafe was set up for live music. Perhaps mid week was not the best time for this however check it to really amp up the experience. The staff by way were pleasant and the service quick.

Great affogato with roasted beans on site, home made gelato and soft and fluffy home made cinnamon scroll. Great way to start a weekend escape. Simon was a font of all knowledge re coffee as well. We will be back.

Great views. Very nice interior. Love the roasting process right in the dining area. Excellent service. Very friendly. Coffee was really good, loved it. The eggs your way option with bacon could improve - there was no butter on the bread and the bread was barely toasted, this meal was definitely very dry. The avo on toast was well presented - again the bread wasn't toasted and the was no butter; even though there was avo it was still dry, despite the barely noticeable drizzle of olive oil over the bread. In my error I should have asked for butter and I know they would have gladly brought me some. The co-owner is prompt at replying and is very happy to consider all needs. As for the toast, maybe they don't toast the bread so possibly just ask if they wouldn't mind toasting it. They have only been open about a year, so there will definitely be improvement. But overall a nice experience. Coffee is good. Definitely worth another visit. Thank you to the co-owner for the positive comeback 😎

Jervis Bay Coffee Co is a quiet Cafe tucked away off of the main strip, and has all the makings of somewhere exceptional but is lacking in a couple of key areas. The coffee was nice, but the latte art was really lacking, and made the flat white in particular look very odd. The view over the water is beautiful, but the scaffolding obstructing the view almost completely ruins it (obviously this is not the fault of the Cafe). The gent serving did our little one a babychino which he clearly put a lot of effort in so that was great. Highchairs were available. Update: Knocked off a star because of how aggressive the owner is being in their replies. Very odd to reply to a 4 star review is such a negative way, I think they're under the impression reviews are either 5 stars or useless?

Great, great, great!!! My partner and I this morning spotted this lovely cafe with a spectacular view on the ocean and had breakfast here. We were lucky enough to sat down on a table enjoying the sun facing the beach! The lady at the counter was really nice and she even accomodate me with a food request. The coffee was really good, as the food. Very nice atmosphere, amazing view and nice food. We really enjoyed our time there and we recommended this place!

Iced latte in paper cup intended for hot drinks. Why??? 3 stars for this. Hot almond mocha tastes good. Interested to know if its the beans or the chocolates. Flourless cake is Good! Location seems to be good, a few steps away from the beach but seems to be not busy. Compared to other coffee shops around. Heaps nearby parking lot.

Came for the coffee but stayed for the freshly baked cinnamon scrolls. The first tray was sold out (and understandably so) but we lucked out and the new tray left the oven just before we left the venue. 10/10 worth the visit. And the view isn't too shabby either!

We’ve been here a couple of times months apart and this place has been consistently great! The food is honestly Amazing, a total highlight and the lovely lady is so accomodating with dietary requests. The coffee is delicious, the vibe of the cafe is really sweet and there’s a few tables with a great view over the husky river entrance. Breakfast menu till 2pm, lunch menu from 11.30 so lots of variety and also nice options for GF, DF, vegetarians like me! They also have a martini bar which we didn’t try it looks great. Definitely worth a visit!

We attended the NYE event and it was fantastic. 7 courses of very delicious food and one surprise desert. Could not move after eating so much and they had really nice cocktails too. The view of the fireworks was perfect. I highly recommend this venue.

Love this place! Such a cool vibe and the food is delicious. I love that they have tapas Del Mar on one side and the martini bar on the other side. You can order from both and it makes your meal perfect. We got the garlic shrimp, the chorizo, and the (special) spiced pork with rice - everything was so good, but the spiced pork was out of this world. Pro-tip: ask for Korean spicy (if you can handle it). We devoured everything too quickly that we forgot to take pics.

Had a cocktail and tapas Saturday night. Cocktails were great and the food was delicious. We had scallops, tacos, prawns in garlic and chicken with spicy sauce. Only disappointment was that very few others had discovered this gem. They definitely need better signage and lighting because if you don't know it's there you might miss it

Ordered eggs Benedict that was okay. Not house made hollandaise. Charged public holiday surcharge on a non-public holiday and an additional unexplained custom charge. Was refunded after request. Only one outdoor table so not really suitable if you have furbabies. Coffee and food are separate businesses. Might be really good for dinner but wasn’t a fan for breakfast.

Absolutely best food in Huskisson and surrounding areas! We’ve followed Mama Kim’s food truck for a while and have loved her crunchy Korean chicken burgers, cured salmon and bulgogi dishes. We were so excited to see she opened up a restaurant with Tapas Del Mar. it’s a glorious fusion of Korean and Spanish food. Honestly, nothing comes close to it in the area. We had the Korean chicken burgers (fabulous!) for lunch, and for a tapas dinner we loved the gambas (garlic prawns), trio of tacos with scallops, chorizo and prawns, the seared scallops on enoki mushrooms (Yum!), the Korean chicken with sweet soy sauce and Korean spicy sauce, the seafood marinara dish, and the Korean beef noodle salad. All truly amazing. The restaurant also has a fabulous cocktail bar and laid back music, which just adds to the relaxed feel of the place.

Surprisingly not many people although the streets were packed. Very good food! The fried chicken was tasty and tender. Nice view depending on where you seat.
