Buffet restaurant
Chinese restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Ichiban Buffet Sushi & Hibachi is a spacious establishment that offers an extensive Asian buffet for both dine-in and takeout. It boasts a variety of delectable dishes, including vegetables, meat, seafood, sweets, and fruits. The service provided is commendable as the staff are attentive to their customers' needs. Seafood lovers will particularly enjoy their experience at this restaurant. While the venue may appear slightly worn down, the food served here is outstanding.
Went there recently for the lunch buffet. You grab a to go box by the wall as you come in. It was clean, service was great. I appreciate that the cooks, consistently changed the food. I got mixed veggies, sushi, plantains, chicken wings & spring rolls. Affordable. Lunch for two $28. They weigh your box at the register. The cashiers were very courteous & efficient. Will be back.
Cynthia T — Google review
Really no complaints. Food is good and pretty wide selection. Build your own hibachi is a good option. Sushi was good. Hot and sour soup..meh. Very friendly staff. I've had better buffets but still was good. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.
David M — Google review
I don't even know where to start but I just wish I would've taken a look around before being seated. It was around 4pm and most of the food was dried up like no one was tending to it or switching anything out...there where a lot of strange tastes like everything is being cooked in dirty mop water. I just got home and when I say everything came right back up I mean it. I am so sick and I wish I would not have spent my money here. $18 per person no drink is crazy for the food to be that gross...lo mein was the only decent thing on my plate I tasted a lot of different things and it was a no for me overcooked shrimp, crab, chicken, and the fried chicken bland and so was the carw fish tasted like dirt. All servers sitting down on there phones I asked for a water and there was something floating in it, not to mention it's dusty and a bit smelly the list goes on just don't go here you've been warned.
Constance B — Google review
Food was terrible. Seafood was disgusting and old. They need to replenish more often instead of leaving old food up on the buffet. The waiter was hands on but the food was unexcusable.
Tierra P — Google review
I like this place. There weren't so much people and we didn't wait for a table. There're a lot of different food: vegetables, meat, seafood, sweats and fruits. You always can find something that you like to eat. Service is good, they always attentive to customers. My favorite food is seafood, so I always enjoy being there.
Elena M — Google review
My family went here last night, and it was the most disappointing and stressful experience. The food just doesn’t taste right, and it’s all barely warm. My husband now has food poisoning and constantly throwing up. The waitress would not leave my 2 year old child alone even while we’re all eating, she also picked her up out of the booth and started walking away her! Paid $41 to get food poisoning. Seriously, do not eat here!
Taylor E — Google review
I think this is a solid lunch spot for the price. At only $8.29 (used to be $7.99) — after taxes and tip, $10.50 is a unbeatable. Limited options but got all the main content like hibachi and sushi. Hibachi here tastes pretty good with thick cut beef and they way they let it sear the meat is nice. Taste like if you actually cooked it at home. Another notable item is their spicy shrimp soup that’s different than other Asian buffets. The crawfish tastes delicious, not sure if it’s fresh but it tastes like so; not the super frozen ones I’ve tasted in other places. Everything else is okay.
Chau N — Google review
Was very disappointed. I will say this. When I think of the location, sometimes expect the food to be the same. Not the greatest location in Charlotte. Everything on the buffet tasted the same. Especially when it came to the rice, salmon, chicken, fried chicken. It all tasted fishy. What I did like was the Sweet Tea and Plaintains. That was it. What really got me was the packs of store bought cookies at the buffet that they just open up and put down. I mean come on. I will never be back.

Cafe
Asian Cafe is a cozy eatery that specializes in an array of delicious Asian cuisines, including sushi and dishes from Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese traditions. It's a beloved spot for families seeking takeout, consistently delivering exceptional meals that are rich in flavor and generously portioned. Diners often leave satisfied with leftovers to savor later. The attentive and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Asian cafe is our family’s go to for take out. We always had an exceptional experience. The food was simply delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions were fantastic, leaving us satisfied and with some leftovers to enjoy later. The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. A delightful touch was the free fortune cookies and condiments you can chose from upon exiting, adding a fun (trick or treat) concept haha. I highly recommend Asian Cafe for anyone looking for local great food, generous portions, and excellent service.
Christine B — Google review
Love the Christian vibes of this restaurant! Christian music and very kind workers. The food portion was great for the cost. Next time I’ll get white rice as the fried rice wasn’t my fav. We will try the bento box next time!! We had fried pork dumplings, miso soup, a flaming roll and general tso chicken
Zeyanna A — Google review
I'm so excited to have finally tried this place for lunch! The food is fresh and delicious! I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
Keeley D — Google review
I'm no connoisseur on sushi but what we had I thought was very good and fresh tasting. Loved the amount of seaweed salad given in the bento box!! 🍱 Everything was tasty!
H H — Google review
Got the bento box. Large portions for a great deal! Lots of options to choose from and good environment
Sherlyn C — Google review
Desperately looking for some good Asian food. This place was recommended. So disappointed. Bang bang shrimp was not good. Sushi was not good. Chicken tasted freezer burned. Prices were also high for bland food. And worst of all the Christian music playing on full blast. Way too loud to have a nice relaxing meal. Front desk staff also ignored us for a while. Won’t be going again. Sorry
Carmen S — Google review
I come here every other month or so and I love it. The prices are fair for the portions. They may not have been busy like they used to be before Covid but I personally think that's a good thing because it's less crowded. This is my favorite Chinese food place.
Kenji L — Google review
Food was fantastic! Large portions, reasonable prices and good customer service. I will definitely eat here again but most likely to go. Only negative would be that the music playing loudly the entire time was basically a Christian sermon. To each their own but I don't believe that's how to attract the general public.

Royal Dragon is a straightforward establishment that offers Chinese cuisine, including classic dishes like egg drop soup, kung pao shrimp, and fried rice. It provides a simple and casual dining experience with limited seating options. The menu features various options such as boneless BBQ spare ribs and shrimp fried rice with additional eggs. The food is served hot and the wings are well-cooked without being overly crispy.
Love the food and polite service! Exactly what you'd hope for. Got free egg roll as well.
Hesturi K — Google review
The first two times I went to the restaurant, both the food and service were excellent, which is why I decided to return. However, on my next visit, the service was just okay, and my food wasn't good. I ordered jumbo fried shrimp, but they were overcooked and I could only eat a few before having to throw them out. Today, my son and I wanted Chinese food, so we placed an order, and the lady told us it would take 10 minutes. We waited in the car for that time, but when my son went inside to pick up the food, he didn’t come back right away. I received a text from him saying that the lady had taken the wrong order; she had written down fried dumplings instead of my fried jumbo shrimp. Frustrated, I went inside to wait again for my shrimp. When it finally came out, it was overcooked once more and too hard for me to eat. I mentioned this to the lady, and she explained something about a "powder" they put on the shrimp. I was confused and told her I couldn't eat it. In response, she got angry, sucked her teeth, aggressively opened the register, shoved my money into my hand, grabbed the bag off the counter, and went into the kitchen. I will not be returning because I do not tolerate that kind of behavior. It's important to treat customers with respect and maintain a positive demeanor.
Alisha B — Google review
Very quick ordering, very quick preparing, and very quick consumption from me 😂. Nothing outstanding here just simple and cheap, just how I like it. $10 and some change for General Tso’s and a pork egg roll, dinner combo is a good value. I’ll be back.
Crawford A — Google review
Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered a combo wings/rice. I requested for the wings just to be in a separate bag. I didn’t want my wings soggy from the hot rice. The host “Emily” became so furious with me. Literally yelling and telling me they don’t do that. Also, if I wanted it that way it’s extra. She was horrible. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. Needless to say I will not be going bk there! If I’m paying package my food how I request please!!
Arron S — Google review
This place used to be really good but has gone way downhill. Tonight I got the Triple Delight and the shrimp in it tasted like mold 🤢 The sauce had a weird gritty texture, and the Lo Mein was sweet. I’ve never had Lo Mein that tasted sweet before & it wasn’t good. Out of everything I got the only thing I could eat was the fried rice.
Kelsey M — Google review
I spent $19 on an order of vegetable fried rice & chicken wings. The wings (which were advertised as 8 wings) were actually 4 wings chopped up & the rice was extremely bland. Overpriced for the portions & quality.
Liz — Google review
Food is always great and fresh. I would suggest ordering online for an accurate receipt or requesting an itemized receipt. Especially when asking for extras or getting sauces. The price just always seem on a whim.
April M — Google review
Recently moved to the area and was looking for some good Chinese food and decided to try Royal Dragon since they were close by. Food as hot and delicious and the service was fast and polite. I'm not really sure why this place doesnt at least have 4 stars yet but if youre skeptical like we were, give it a try. Everything has been great every time.

If you're on the hunt for a reliable spot to satisfy your Chinese food cravings, look no further than China Garden Restaurant. This unpretentious eatery specializes in classic take-out dishes like egg rolls, General Tso's chicken, and lo mein. What sets them apart is their commitment to flavor; they use a rich brown sauce that elevates their meals above the usual bland offerings found elsewhere.
I placed order for pickup on doordash, they were nice enough to bring it out to my bobtail! Food was great! I had the fried dumplings and chicken with mushrooms.
Jean-Marie C — Google review
I have found a Chinese food reasturant that has real brown sauce for cooking. Most places are bland, not here. Chicken and broccoli comb was delicious. Can't wait till I can eat my broccoli and Snow peas dish, betting they will use the same brown sauce. This place also has real cooked noodles for the wonton soup. The others use the prepackaged ones. Dont expect to sit down here, you can only pickup/have delivered. Still nice, I can pickup on my way to work near them as I am 45 minutes away from jobsite. Thanks China Garden.
Lee T — Google review
been ordering from here for a decade or longer, and there's a reason they've been around so long. The combination meals are a great deal, especially off the lunch menu. The sesame chicken is my favorite, but the lo mein is great also!
Ren A — Google review
I have been eating here since I was a kid with my family and over a decade, the food still tastes the same! Its so nice to love food from somewhere and it never changes its great taste. Will always favor this over any other Chinese food place!

This food was really good. This is the best Chinese food we have had since we moved to North Carolina 3 years ago!

Excellent food for the price. Very clean faucility. Limited seating available inside. Very nice staff. Prices very reasonable. 6 chicken wings with vegetables stir fried rice 5.75 with tax.

I always get the steamed dumplings. One order of beef and broccoli, order of vegetable lo Mein and beef and vegetables. It all comes with side of white rice. The food is always hot and delicious When I feel like having Chinese food this is where I go.

China Q II is a hidden gem nestled in a strip mall, yet it shines brightly once you step inside. This beloved Concord dining spot has been a favorite for years, offering an inviting atmosphere and friendly service that makes every visit special. Whether you're celebrating a birthday or enjoying a casual meal with family, the restaurant's delicious offerings like broccoli beef, fried rice, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon never disappoint. Guests rave about the authentic flavors and generous portions that make each dish memorable.
This is quite literally the best Chinese food I've ever had in my entire life. Excellent service and amazingly large portions.

Mongolian beef was quite good. Medium spicy was pretty hot though. Our waitress was nice. Sesame chicken was good but had a little funny taste. We will be back. See menu images May 2025.
Mike M — Google review
I do not recommend this place. The Chinese was awful too grilled and nasty i asked if they could take the chicken off the price. She said it was the same price as the vegetables. She said she could recook it lightly and in the hibachi sauce I said okay thank you. I got half cooked chicken! The only thing edible is the rice. The photo of the chicken from 2 different views
Lindsey C — Google review
We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Fried Wontons. All of it was horrendous!! Over fried and super greasy, as well as no flavor. A waste of good money
Debbie K — Google review
Just had an 8 person bday here and had such a wonderful time! The food was delicious as always, we love the broccoli beef, fried rice, spring rolls, and of course the crab Rangoon. The owner played birthday music for us and we had a blast! The environment at this restaurant is welcoming and very friendly! The decor is also great!
Phieu K — Google review
Our initial visit to this establishment with my son proved to be a positive experience. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff exhibited exceptional customer service. Furthermore, the quality and quantity of the food were excellent, with an authentic taste profile.
Alisha B — Google review
My wife and I have been eating at China Q II for years. I recently went to update my review for it...and realized that I never actually got around to writing one. Thus, I have to remedy that as soon as possible because this is one of Concord's dining treasures. The restaurant is located on a strip mall near some other stores, but it truly stands out from the rest once you step inside. It has a good atmosphere, made all the better since there is the constant aroma of delicious food wafting to the main dining room from the back. The food itself is excellent. I can only speak to my favorite -- General Tzo's chicken -- which is the best I have ever had. The chicken is always spicy and crispy, the rice is always seasoned perfectly, and the spring roll is crunchy and tasty. I can also add that their donuts are amazing. Be prepared to eat several in a row when you first get them since they're pleasantly hot, which makes the sugar they're coated in become sticky and delicious. Since we discovered this place about ten years ago, we've taken several of our friends and family here. None of them have been disappointed, and all of them have asked to go back. The food is that good. Please do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't regret it!

If you're on the lookout for a fantastic dining experience, look no further than Red Dragon. This beloved spot has become a family favorite for many, thanks to its convenient location and consistently delicious offerings. Diners rave about the generous portions and exceptional quality of food, with each dish made fresh to order. After spending over a decade in North Carolina, it’s clear that Red Dragon has earned its place as the go-to destination for Chinese cuisine among locals.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant for takeout! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. You can really taste the quality in every dish. The aunty at the front is so friendly and welcoming she always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel like family. Highly recommend this place if you want delicious food and great service!

Portion size was small. I ordered sesame chicken dinner combo and donuts. I got 8 donuts instead of 10 and sesame chicken was more like lunch portion than dinner. Tasted good though. Haven’t decided if I will give it another try.
Trinh S — Google review
I’ve been eating her for 15 years !! The food was always delicious and the service. I went to get food this weekend and the same lady tht served me for years decided she want to play petty games with me!!! For years I order my food and ALWAYS ask for the original box food carton and chopsticks. After years they eventually would just charge me and I still never had any issues with paying for the cartons. Well this day the lady gave me such a hard time , she did not provide me any cartons. I kept explaining to her why I’m needing them ( I’m a content creator / party planner and I’m in to aesthetics ! ) I should never had to explain becaue I never had any issues getting these things along with my food! She kept pointing at the cartons telling me no no no ! She didn’t want to even sell it to me like how she would normally do. I was so disappointed on how she treated me and how she declined what I’m ask for !! She looked me in my face and claimed she didn’t know me. Which I thought was funny. She always talked to me for many years as I was just there ordering fort with cartons a few weeks ago!!! Wow. So she never provided me cartons as I needed them again for my table spread !!! She stole my experience away from me. And with this I will never never come back again. The food even taste different as the chicken didn’t even look like the usually chicken !!! What’s going on !!!!! The one image I added is how my chicken and rice looked. Thts not chicken !!!! The other images are images on the cartons I always use to have a great Chinese food experience!!! And after years they denied me of my experience:(

I ordered via DoorDash so the horrible reviews weren’t there…the entire meal was dry & unseasoned. I attempted to give them a try & I feel my money was wasted. The quality of the meal explains why it was kinda cheap 🫣🫣🫣
Liz — Google review
It was my first time and I didn’t read the reviews as the surrounding places are good. Food smells like it was cooked in burnt oil or used oil. I almost pucked after eating TSo chicken. I am going to report these people to authorities
Srinath R — Google review
We order food here every so often and normally its good. Today I got sweet and sour chicken and about half of it was fried so hard I could not bite it. I believe it had been cooked before and then re-cooked which dried the meat out like jerky and made the breading rock hard. My dog even had trouble eating it. Won't be going back.
Randy B — Google review
We love Red Dragon, we have a big family and the ease of having the location so close to home is great. When we do order we get at least three entrees and are never disappointed by the food quality or quantity.
Christopher V — Google review
I just ordered from this place and I have to say. It the best Chinese takeout in my place. The food taste good, the quality of the food is great. Service is efficient, fast and kind. Meats are fresh and portions are more than fair and this restaurant does not, it’s perfect for a last minute dinner or if you don’t feel like coming. Definitely recommend and definitely will be ordering again.

Amazingly good flavor, taste and portions. 2nd time ordering and I couldn't be happier with the consistency of the flavor & taste. Only ordered delivery. Thank you for tasty cuisine!

I spent over $20 on garbage. Fries were not cooked small plate of rice and general tso chicken had no taste. She said ten mins and that I never heard of any Chinese food taking ten mins. I believe they serve old frozen food. Don’t buy from them. I had the palest fries I ever seen. Worse Chinese I had in NC. They need to be investigated for what they serve folks. I can bet many violations.

Ordered lunch special sesame chicken. The entrée was not spicy and the chicken dude not taste fresh. The chicken tasted like vinegar, yuke. I did not enjoy my entrée at all. First and last time ordering from this establishment. Also no utensils.
Amie 4 — Google review
DISGUSTING, sesame chicken is my favorite BUT not here. The chicken was too chewy and fried hard on the outside, the sauce did nothing to disguise the texture. I ordered the crab rangoon and it was Disgusting, the wontons were fried to hard and the filling was barely evident. The sauce that comes with it is not even sweet thai chilli sauce, which I have never had it without that sauce. My mom had the egg roll, she said it was , you guessed it "( Disgusting)". I ordered their fried chicken and fries foe my son he ate it, but I will say the fries looked very oily and they looked too crispy. I ordered the bourbon chicken for my daughter and I wish could rate that but she has not tried it. Don't waste your money like I did!!!

Chicken was great dassit and that’s all… everything else was dry and foul tasting! Not my best experience and the owner was rude!

I work for atrium health cabarrus hospital. Me and my coworkers ordered a big order so it was ok if things got messed up and they did. When I called up there to let the lady know, hey I just left here and picked up my order and told her what was missing she starting yelling and arguing so I told her that we will not ever be ordering here again because you don’t talk to customers like that. And prior to all this I bragged on good this place was!
Kayleigh N — Google review
Sadly, the poor lady at the counter was speaking on the two phones, cooking, and serving customers. The contributed to a long wait for pick up our phone order. The shrimp rolls were the smallest I have ever seen and contained no shrimp!!! What did it for me was the 91.5 food rating. We tried it once but we do not plan on returning.

Southern China is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Cantonese-style dishes and classic Chinese cuisine. This counter-serve eatery has quickly become a favorite among locals, known for its generous portions of jumbo garlic shrimp that are both large and plentiful—definitely a treat compared to the usual small servings found elsewhere. The fried rice here stands out as well, featuring onions that add an extra layer of flavor reminiscent of beloved local spots like Dragon Palace.
Super good Chinese food! We ordered jumbo garlic shrimp and usually the shrimp are small and you have to hunt for the three in the dish. These shrimp were huge and there were a lot of them. Fried rice was simple and so good. Highly recommended to try. Definitely our go to place from now on.

My usual go to Chinese restaurant was closed. A friend told me this place had good food so we decided to go there. I now question their judgment. Although there are a few small tables this place is definitely more suited for takeout than dining in. The woman at the counter was very cold and unfriendly. The food was cooked very quickly however. We took the food home. The egg rolls were adequate. It went downhill from there. The hot and sour soup was neither. The crab rangoon was not crisp. The chicken lo mein was somewhat greasy although the noodles were a pleasant Al dente. I did have to search very hard to find any chicken in it however. Overall this is typical Americanized Chinese food with little flavor. If you're searching for authentic Chinese food there are far better options some very close. I was very surprised by some of the reviews that said this is authentic Chinese food. If they're experiencince in Chinese dining is limited to take out Chinese food from strip malls then that may be authentic to them. The online reviews seem to be hit or miss. I definitely hid it on a miss day. I will not be returning and I certainly will not miss it.

Got some takeout for work.....food was pretty good....I love the fried rice as they put onions in it like Dragon Palace does which Dragon Palace was closed down which led me to southern China.....will come back and try some other items....this plate was only half of my order

I haven’t ordered here in awhile but in the past the food was great. On Tuesday August 12th I ordered sweet and sour chicken combo and the rice was very salty. It was so salty that I had to throw it away. I was disappointed.

I always purchase my Chinese food from here and I love the way it tastes. The cost has increased over the years but that’s to be expected. I still get my moneys worth.

I will never go back to this establishment. I had shrimp fried rice butThe rice was bland and Old. Also had Broccoli with garlic sauce and white rice it had no garlic in it and the sauce was bland. The spring rolls were undercooked and not worth the price. I’m sure you can find somewhere else to get your Chinese food from but this place is not it

Nice Chinese spot in the Concord area. In general the fast food Chinese spots are lacking in the north side of the Charlotte Metro area but this spot has solid wings and good fried rice.

This was probably the best Chinese restaurant I've ever had. I ordered the General Tso Chicken dinner combo and the chicken was so crispy and delicious. Customer service was good too!

I love this place! Its Cantonese style and everything is full of flavor, has a lot of salt and is stir fried so I have to limit my visits but its super yummy!! The staff is not real friendly but they aren't mean so it doesn't bother me besides they are just packaging food, not serving us at a table. Also, for those complaining about how they charge .25 for water...it's for the cup...containers, utensils and cups really affect food cost for little restaurants like this...

There was one extremely rude female working the front line. She got annoyed with me because I asked for a simple order that I have been getting from here for years with no problem. She snatched my plate around while making my food to the point that I had to walk away and refused to pay for my food! She spoke in another language in which I’m sure she said something disrespectful as well. I loved this place until I encountered her, and haven’t been back since!

This place has horrible customer service. I went once and the entire time I was ordering, the lady would not speak to me or even look in my direction. She literally stood looking past me as if there was something wrong with acknowledging me. The second time, there was a guy getting my food. I asked if he could give me all flats for the chicken (they give only 2 pieces of chicken and there were at least 6 flat pieces in the pan and 2 drumsticks). The lady immediately jumped in and told him not to do that and to give me a flat and a drumstick. I asked if she could since there are so many in the pan and she would not respond. She just stood there staring at me. I cashed out and told her that I think that was ridiculous that she did that (not even in a rude or loud way). I sat down with my family to eat. Later, much later, she sends over the guy with 2 flats and a drumstick on a plate. I didn't want to throw it away in front of them but there was no way I was going to eat that. I could only imagine what she'd probably done to them. With all of that being said, I will NEVER eat from there again. I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere.
Natasha M — Google review
I said good things about this place to my parents and brought them here today for lunch. But my mother can't have rice, and the only thing they would substitute was noodles. They would not substitute even a spring roll or a third portion of something else. So I had to eat my good words and take my business elsewhere because they obviously don't care about their customers. I won't ever eat at the China Shuttle again.

Overall, the food is great. The staff can sometimes have an attitude but I understand that they’re probably tired of working all day. Amazing broccoli chicken, and great prices. They aren’t too stingy with they’re ice and they have really cold and nice drinks. So glad I’ve went to this place for years.💕

My mom and I went to eat here. I ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice and an egg roll for $6.99. My mom got egg drop soup for $1.39 and an egg roll for $1.29. (I may be off a few cents on the soup and egg roll) when I got to the register my total was $17 and some change. When I asked how it could possibly be that high she immediately changed the price. Which lowered it to $10 something. Even after adding a small soda and water my bill was only $12.19. I got the feeling she was trying to cheat me on purpose. When I asked about the total she never batted an eye but immediately changed the price. After all that, the food was disgusting. The egg rolls were floppy and rubbery. The rice and chicken tasted as if they had been reheated and definitely not freshly cooked. The guy giving us the food had no gloves on but the woman running the register did. That’s a little backwards to me. I will never eat here again.
Chenelle B — Google review
Just wow. They are serving Linguine as Lo Mein, I asked the person behind the counter about it and she said no no no what is linguini. They then proceeded to be rude to me about the simple question. I decided to get rice instead and ordered the chicken. When they tried to run my card their card reader was not taking my card, there was plenty of money on the card and asked if they could try it manually. They refused to run the card manually so I opted to eat elsewhere. I walked next door to SoGo Express and ordered food and used my card no problem. I am not sure why they are trying to pass off linguini as Lo Mein nor do I understand what the point in being rude to me about was; however, I do not recommend this place due to the poor customer service and passing off pasta as Lo Mein. At least be honest?
B S — Google review
Just waited while guy ahead of me ordered 4 meals. Then the kid that waited on him just walked away. When he returned I said hello and he told me that "she" would be coming to wait on me. Only the woman at the register never acknowledged me or came in my direction. I won't be returning.

Dragon Palace Inc offers delicious and affordable Chinese cuisine. Despite the aging appearance of the restaurant, the food is consistently tasty and reasonably priced. The menu includes options for those with dietary restrictions, such as offering tofu and a variety of vegetables. Customers can enjoy a meal deal that includes an egg roll, rice, and a main course of meat, shrimp, or tofu with vegetables for just $5.
Anyone who comes on here and says that the “old lady” is mean or disrespectful to them, that’s crazy! me and my family have been going here for over 10 years. She has always been the shiz! So nice. And her food gas.

Been here since I was like 5 and I’m 18 now and have been going ever since, their spicy wings are amazing, the egg rolls are fire. It’s just such good food literally the best place to get your wings like so delicious no other words. It’s pretty cheap as well.

On behalf of the Concord community, thank you. For all these years, you’ve done more than just serve food—you’ve nourished generations of families, welcomed newcomers with warmth, and provided comfort through your unforgettable dishes. You’ve been an exemplary restaurant, a place where birthdays were celebrated, takeout was treasured, and every visit felt like coming home. Your flavors, your kindness, your consistency—it all became part of this city’s identity. As you close your doors, know that you’ll be deeply missed and forever appreciated. Concord is grateful for the memories, the meals, and the heart you poured into every plate. Wishing you nothing but the best in your next chapter. Thank you for everything. With heartfelt gratitude, A grateful Concord community member

Hi everyone, Dragon palace has been one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. The woman working here is so kind and sweet may god bless her. She is retiring April 30th 2025 . I wish her the best with retirement, I'm so thankful I was a customer at dragon palace I'll hold on to the memories of the great food and kind humble service received. Be blessed everyone ❤️

I'm not one who ever complains, I am today. I have sensory problems and I can only eat certain foods. My fiance keeps trying ro get me to eat different foods and explore. This hasn't been a lifelong ailment, started after a traumatic event. Ive always loved dragon palace. Today, The dough on the outside wasn't cooked it, it was squishy and completely ruined my appetite and since I live 15 mins away. I'm super mad! Poor lady there was alone I'm not made at her at all just the whole situation.

Sun Sing Express Chinese Food is a delightful gem that offers an impressive array of flavorful dishes at wallet-friendly prices. On my recent visit, I indulged in the House Special Lo Mein, which was not only delicious but also surprisingly affordable at just $11—much lower than what you'd find elsewhere! What truly stood out was their thoughtful touch; despite forgetting to request hot oil for some extra spice, I discovered they had included a small cup with my order.
First time here (since most of the times I don't carry cash). The food is good. I ordered the House special lo mein. I was surprised to see how affordable it was, 11$ for it. In other places it's like 15$. After I left i realized that I forgot to ask for some hot oil because I prefer my lo mein to be spicy so I was kinda sad but then I opened the bag and to my surprise they had put a small cup of hot oil with my order. I appreciate little things like this since most Asian restaurants don't offer it. And it was really hot; other hot oils I've tasted are not spicy at all. Will definitely come back
Luis B — Google review
No! this place is not it. The so called fried rice was mushy and seemed to have been steamed 3 days ago. The broccoli seemed to have some film on it. I had the sesame chicken and that was the only saving grace of the meal. I just don't get why the rice was so mushy and old tasting. The egg rolls even had what felt like old meat in it. I do not rec this place!
Maurice C — Google review
I never come here because of how I was treated. I was clear and confident in what I needed, but the staff acted disrespectful and confusing. I won’t support a place that treats people like that, and I’m warning others so they don’t go through the same. Respect goes both ways—if you can’t give it, don’t expect my business.
Henrique P — Google review
Me and my friends and family have been eating from here for years and every single time it hits good, the people are nice and friendly and the food is always worth it
Nathaly L — Google review
Never got a chance to even place an order. Walked in and saw the prominent sign at the counter that it is Cash Only, no credit or debit cards accepted so I went elsewhere to buy $40 worth of food.

I've never been disappointed when I come here. Lotus is the main reason I even go to concord mills. The bourbon chicken is amazing, the best hands down!! 10 out of 10

Located in the food court of the mall, Yeung’s Lotus Express serves up some pretty good food. We tried the Singapore Rice Noodles, Bourbon Chicken, and Pepper Chicken. The Singapore Rice Noodles stood out—flavorful and delicious. Portion size was decent—not too much, not too little. However, the service could be better. The staff member who served us wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, which slightly took away from the experience. Overall, good spot for a quick meal.
Rupashree M — Google review
this place had many options and fair prices!!! i got the orange chicken, pepper steak, and the Singapore noodles. the chicken was crispy and soft, none of that chewy or rubbery feel. good flavor on the sweet side. the steak was tender too! a bit of a bite and a rich flavor. the noodle was super good and they even added a bit of the sauce from entree next to it. they recommended it for an extra flavor. great portion sizes. quickly moved me along the line, no complaints here, will be back again!
Hugo R — Google review
Staff was friendly. We ordered the orange chicken with noodles. The chicken was fantastic. The noodles tasted old. Like they had been sitting all day. Would return but will try the rice next time. Got a nice portion of food as well.
Kim J — Google review
Yeung’s Lotus Express located in the food court of Concord Mills Mall is pretty good! Typical Mall Chinese Food, but was freshly made, and tasty. Got the General Tso and Orange Chicken. Pretty sweet, but flavorful and the pieces were large and all chicken (not a lot of breading with no meat underneath - these were great!). Service was quick and friendly.
David B — Google review
This place is horrible. I got my food from this restaurant and there was red long hair in my food. When I went back to get a refund they refused to give me one after showing them the hair inside of their food. I had a receipt and proof to get a refunds. They chose to say that I placed hair in my food because the color didn’t match the workers hair. I have black curly hair and the hair in my food was bright red. The service is horrible and I would stay away from this place. The customers are rude and not accommodating. do not recommend at all
Kristi-an M — Google review
As with any mall food court restaurants, the food is adequate. It won’t blow your mind. It fills you when you’re hungry. It’s not terribly expensive and it’s quick in and quick out. I enjoyed it.
Steve C — Google review
Tasty enough for mall Chinese food. Depending on when you buy the food here, it will be fresh and tasty. I usually grab food from here at the mall. They are usually very quick in service and generally give generous portions.
